Went in for a morning coffee. The waiters were not bothered. Took their own sweet time to take the order, even when there was no rush. The coffee itself was weak and milky despite my request for a strong coffee. Beans dint seem fresh. Food might be good but def not a place for caffeine heads.

A very nice dining experience. They offer only two types of thali. Take the smaller one if you’re alone or trying it for the first time. The variety of dishes are amazing. They first wash your hands at the table, give you starters, and some munching items (don’t eat them too much). The sabjis and bhakri are very nice. Even the paratha is good. They give two sweet dishes and an ice cream to finish. The price is expensive, but worth a one-time experience in Ahmedabad (I guess they don’t have good discounts on Easydiner, District, or Swiggy). Outside, the House of MG has a beautiful ambiance and history. Definitely worth a visit in Ahmedabad.

Compared to earlier, there is now room for improvement in the food — for example, the pudina chutney needs more mint and less water to make it thicker. The service is also quite slow and needs to be faster. Additionally, the starter drink needs to be reframed or improved. Other than that, the taste of the remaining items is good and has been well maintained.

Been going to this restaurant since 2015. Earlier, it was in a league of its own. Even now, my expectations were high. Booked a table using Dineout. However I never got to eat, as the restaurant decided to over-fill their bookings. So in their tiny lobby, at least five families were waiting. Very mismanaged place. We had to leave. It was supposed to be a celebration but it was ruined. Also looking at other reviews it seems so that the food quality has gone down post pandemic.

I have been coming to tomatoes ever since I was a kid and I have to say today was the last time I ever went there. We ordered for four items and none of them were worth the money paid at Max. I would probably pay 150 for each of them, given the quality and what they considered to be standard of food How on earth is this toddler made salad Mexican? And when did macaroni pasta get added to Mexican food? The pizza is like that from a roadside store and the macaroni was sugar. The server get new plates and forget to give forks and spoons. Get water that isn’t right. I am glad they don’t charge service tax I wouldn’t have paid any

Tomato's is one of Ahmedabad's iconic landmarks on the gastronomic landscape. It's been around for many years now. The place still has an amazing ambience to it. The can be a notch or two up. Unless it was only today. The chicken parmesan and lasagna were not exactly what was expected. The fries were passable at best. The service was slow considering we were only the second table that was occupied.

So while ordering ordering keep in mind that the dish can be consumed by 2-3 people Service can be better. Need to call to get the service. Ordered items are served late and all items are served once. So, for a small group it is becoming difficult to consume all. So some items become cold due to ac and looses it's taste. Triple schezwan fried rice - It was the best triple schezwan fried rice ever we had. Quantity was good. It had crisy fried noodles and the taste was good, not like regular schezwan fried rice. The schezwan sauce was very good. It's in chef's choice menu must try. . Next wanted to order chimchangas, but the manager suggested to have Mexican hot pot rice. Hotel Z K is famous for their different tawa items such as bhuna fry, bheja fry and many more but recently we tried some dry items of chicken and the taste was nice and also, we tried gravy items but the taste of chicken gravy was average. If you are looking forward to trying some non vegetarian items then this place must be nice.

We had to wait for 45 Minutes for Chicken Fry. Chicken Tandoori was Good but Chicken Fry and Fish Fry (ZK Special) was average. It is Also OverPriced and I think they served the Oil as well In which the Chicken was Fried. Overall, did not like the sevice and quality of food. I will never visit again.

Today I had visited the restaurant with my family. The fish fry I ordered was stall and had faul dirty smell. The dum mutton biryani I ordered is like a fried rice with boil mutton in it. I ordered three dishes, chicken tangadi, chicken Mandi and murg musalam. Honestly speaking it's not worth it to eat here, they said they have typical Hyderabad taste in their food but it's not worth it. What I like is their chicken is properly cooked in murg musalam which tastes good. A big ❌ no to Mandi cause they offer regular rise with no taste, no dry fruits nothing which I didn't expect . They offer tomato puri and meyonaise with Mandi a use less combination. Chicken tangadi was good but there are many chances of food improvement here.

It's actually perfect place for vegetarians and non-veg people.biryani is so aromatic and perfectly cooked. They've really amazing biryani with great portion great for groups. I visited this restaurant recently and my experience was excellent. The service was very quick. The ambience and seating were good. I had their nutella as well as normal maska bun with chai and coffee. All of the items were delicious. I even had their masala omelet which was good. I heard about this place so much and for their authentic mughlai and non-veg Indian cuisines but really felt that this is an "Overhyped" place. May be once upon a time they used to serve fantastic food but presently this is very average. I ordered chicken tandoori and mutton kasha or masala. Chicken Tandoori was okayish but the mutton was not well cooked, these pieces were actually undercooked and the spices were not properly inserted inside the chunks of meat. I have had lot of expectations to have some good food from this very famous old yet well maintained restaurant but failed. It is not justified to rate them afterall on the basis of a couple of dishes and single day. I just rated as per my own experience there. You can try there other popular dishes and the staff will help you to choose the right ones according to your choice and requirement. They are very attentive and courteous.

Bera Samosa House sells these keema Samosa and Keema Balls which are unfired and you bring it home and fry them hot whenever you need finger food or starters at home. 20 years back, my uncle introduced these food to me and everytime I visit, Ahmedabad, I have been enjoying it. It's 20 years now, the cane basket has now changed to paper box, but the taste is still the same. Try it for sure. It's clean and hygienic.. And super tasty.

The best shawarma in Ahmedabad. This was the place to introduce Shawarma which is a cuisine from Middle East. They are always busy whether it’s a weekend or weekday. Excellent food, satisfying service. My only concern is.. if we dine there and ask to parcel the remaining food, the extra mayo sauce becomes chargeable, whereas atleast one should be complementary. I believe they didn’t charge for that years back, but now they do. Anyway, rest everything is positive.

Have been here based on the suggestion of colleague so our expectations were very high. We ordered American Broaster and special chicken Sawarma. The taste was below average, the place is in open area not covered properly and due to heavy wind, dust may also fly and set on your food before you eat. Not worth the hype.

It's really good for non-vegetarian lovers especially those who crave for the Arabian food. They serve fried chicken in 3 variants namely American Broasted, Al Faham and Shavai. Besides this, they do serve mouth-watering Shawarma. This is the best item you can have from this food joint.

I was seating on a pizza junction table and Magic chicken said we are short of staff and so we cannot give it on their table. I said just let me know when the food is ready and I'll get the food myself. Still the incharge of the place said they can't give me food. Wierd attitude!!

We stopped by Umami by Curries for a quick lunch and had a very good experience! The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making for a pleasant visit. We ordered the Paneer Tikka and the Mexican Hot Pot, and both dishes were absolutely delicious – full of flavor and cooked to perfection. A friendly tip for future visitors: their portion sizes are quite huge, so it's a good idea to check with the staff before you order, especially if you're not in a large group! Overall, a great experience with tasty food and courteous service. Would recommend for a satisfying meal!

This is a family restaurant located near IIM road. The food is awesome and sufficient quantity was served as per the price. However the service is too poor, we had to call the waiter 5-6 times for same things. The minimum serving time is 45-50 min on weekends. The ambience of the restaurant is great.

Ummi by Curries has been around for almost two decades, and it continues to be one of my go-to places for a reliable dining experience. The food and service are consistently amazing – this is truly “my place,” where you can’t go wrong with anything you order. The restaurant offers a wonderful mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and their seafood – especially the fish dishes – always stands out for its freshness and flavor. I’ve also tried their spaghetti and pasta, which were surprisingly excellent and not the usual “Indianized” versions. The chicken preparations are flavorful, and the paneer and vegetable dishes, especially their sabji, are equally satisfying. While I would still rate it a solid 4 stars, I believe there’s room to add more variety and bring in some new dishes to keep things exciting. We went to umami after seeing the reviews. We ordered veg munchow and veg hot n sour soup. It was not good at all in taste however quantity was good. In starter we ordered chicken tandoori and pepper chicken tikka. Chicken was fibrous but it was ok. Main course we ordered chicken rara but it was so small in quantity and price is too high as compared to quality n quantity. Taste was not at all good. Moreover very slow and bad service. I would not recommend it to anyone! Fayrouz and dawat e khas is way far better in taste

We stopped by for dinner here with colleagues. Umami was highly recommended by a local as a great place to have Indian cuisine. The Karari Rumali roti was soft - and when we brought this up to our server they mentioned that the weather is at fault and it takes 30 mins for it to crisp up. They also refused to avoid the fried coating on the paneer and asked us to order another dish instead. The staff stand right next to your table throughout preventing conversations / making it weird. I’d avoid this place.

We loved our morning breakfast time spent at The Mad House. Regina was a great host. Cafe ambience was very happening, vibes were cool. Outside seating feels bliss in winters. We ordered chips & salsa, Veg club Sandwich, labneh with tomato & pesto cheese boat. All the food items were prepared freshly & tasted delicious m. Chips with salsa were over-fried & we felt it was bit oily. Some staff of the restaurant was excellent but we felt some staff needed the training. Water was not served on the table even after 20 minutes we sat in, we had to ask 2/3 times for the same.

The location is close to Gulbai Tekra, thus it's easy to miss while driving past. There are enough seats inside, but there aren't many tables outside, giving the restaurant a distinct atmosphere. The café is well-known for its croissants, coffees, and breakfast offerings. We chose to try it after hearing great things about its chefs special, and we weren't let down. We really hope to check out the restaurant for brunch shortly.

Their Chicken, Cheese Sauce and Bacon pancake is a total bang for the buck. The cappuccino and hash browns were alright while the Hazelnut Iced Cortado was pretty satisfying!

It was nice experience, they are Snack provider specializing in authentic Gujarati delicacies like Khaman, Dhokla, and Khandvi.All the items I tried were exceptional and tasted authentically Gujarati. The Khaman, Sev Khaman, and Patra were all delicious. The safed (white) dhokla was particularly amazing—it's definitely my favorite. The flavors were a perfect blend of spicy, sweet, and tangy notes, striking a perfect balance where needed.

Today Das Khaman’s legacy and brand is known for the authenticity of food and quality. I tried thier toast Khaman and I found it okish as per my liking. They did crunchy deep fried to a normal Khaman. If you want something different from regular Khaman or want some crunchy thing than you can try this else here are my recommendations. One of the most popular khaman places in Ahmedabad but i am rating this 3 star as i have tasted khandwi it was very bad(maybe I don't like that taste) so other dishes can be good I don't know. But i requested the owner to give me a customized plate which he denied as i want to try different varieties and cannot eat all the plates differently so that is not good,i mean he is not that understandable So you can visit the place and try different khaman just don't try the khandwi

Mirch Masala is a bollywood themed restaurant serving both veg and non veg dishes. Veg dishes were normal and average in terms of taste. Others with is mentioned to us that non veg food is good. The quantity is decent. The service is also good with a room for improvement. Costing is almost 500-700 rs per head.

Mirch masala has become a brand. One of the best non veg restaurant chain in and around Ahmedabad. This location is right next to infocity. Dum biriyani and jalebi is top-notch. Fish tikka was delicious too, you wont even get the smell of fish, really fresh. Chicken tangdi kebab taste was good, butit seemed a little undercooked(a lil disappointing). Ambience is unique. It will take you back to 80’s bollywood era. Overall must-try

Mirch Masala - Infocity has veg and non-veg both options for North Indian Cuisine. The ambience reminds you about the retro theme. You will find old bollywood dialogs and actor-actresses cutouts/paintings on the walls and ceiling. Songs and music added 90s feel during the dining experience. The only thing I noticed that we had very limited options for veg-starter. We didnot had what we liked. But we liked what we had from their menu. That was the only drawback. Veg kadai and Hyderabadi biryani was simply amazing.

The best sofar chicken I had in Gujarat post moving back from Pune permanently. Firstly I was not feeling well due to constant business travel this week and due to soar throat I thought of ordering spicy chicken so my I feel better. I connected Mirch Masala directly and manager Bharat Suggested me Chicken shikari and I m not disappointed, the best suggestion. due to raining and other factors my chicken become cold but Naan n Parathas were hot due to use of good quality foil. but they need to improve Parathas as I was able to feel flour. overall great experience, visiting restaurant for dining too. I visited this restaurant with my wife for lunch and we were impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. They greeted us warmly, seated us quickly, and took our orders promptly. They also checked on us regularly and refilled our drinks without being asked. However, we were disappointed by the food quality and taste. The dishes were bland. The Dal had a very sour taste, the rice was mushy, and the paneer kadai had no taste. We expected much better from a restaurant that claims to serve authentic cuisine. We hope that the restaurant can improve its food quality and taste in the future. We appreciate the good service, but we also want to enjoy the food. We might give it another chance if we hear that things have changed, but for now, we are not satisfied with our experience.

This one's a hidden gem in Gandhinagar. Been more than a year in this city and i feel bad about not having learnt of this place before. Just as the name suggests, this place is exquisite. The dishes, the ambience, the service, the drinks, everything is top notch. And the highlight ofcoz has to be the very reasonable rates that they charge. Talking about the dishes, one can see that they make each of their dishes with dedication. There are ample varieties for non veg aficionados to choose from with each dish being better than the last one. I thoroughly enjoyed the time i spent here and i recommend this place to everyone who wants to spend quality time with their loved ones over sizzling and tasty cuisines.

I regret to say that my experience at this cafe was extremely disappointing, and if it were possible, I would give it a zero-star rating solely because of the manager's behavior. Despite the good food and pleasant ambience, the incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by the manager overshadowed any positive aspects. My friends and I had coupons for a "buy one get one free" lunch offer from Laxmi promoters, but the waiter initially provided incorrect information, insisting that we had to order two dishes to avail the offer. When the manager intervened and placed an order for our lasagna and the complimentary dish, we informed him that we wanted to use both our coupons and requested a mocktail and an Oreo shake as the complimentary items. However, during billing, the manager denied ever agreeing to our request, claiming that only one coupon could be used at a time. This contradiction left us perplexed, as he had allowed us to order additional dishes based on his earlier commitment. We suggested splitting the bill into two and using both coupons accordingly, but he only split the bill and accepted one coupon. This situation raises a valid question: If we had ordered food using one coupon and later returned to order drinks, occupying another table to use the second coupon, how could he deny us? This inconsistency in policy enforcement makes no sense. Furthermore, the hygiene standards at the cafe, including those of the chef, were questionable. As vegetarians, we found a bone like stick, resembling a piece of chicken, on our plate. When we brought this to the attention of the manager, he dismissively claimed it was a special ginger used in the rice, which was highly unbelievable. In conclusion, my experience at this cafe was marred by poor management, unfulfilled commitments, and a lack of hygiene. While the food and ambience may have some positive aspects, the overall experience was severely tarnished. I urge you to consider these factors before choosing this establishment.

Absolutely great place to dine. A lot of varieties. Food is on point and can be customised as per your need wherever possible. Love their lemon garlic butter fish. Cleanliness and hygiene was on point. One should make sure to check review of plates or ask for ingredients and style to get better idea before ordering. One suggestion: Sorry to say but Mongolian mutton chilli was terrible. It was identical to chicken teriyaki but in a worst way.

I have been to Exquisito several times and tried both veg and non-veg. The vibe of the place is definitely different than most other restaurants in Ahmedabad. The aesthetics make the place look royal with high ceilings and beautifully decorated walls and roof. Ample seating space is available as it is a large restaurant. Veg food is good here. Broccoli almond soup is a must try. Vegetarian starters and main course is also good. Non-veg was very unimpressive. Mutton Rogan Josh and Kadahi chicken were not good. Chicken starters were also not very tasty. Prices are reasonable at the restaurant. Service is swift. Basement parking is available. Recommended for vegetarian food.

I was served one of the driest chicken i could ever have , salad didnt taste fresh plus the feta cheese didnt taste good at all . I doubt if it was even a feta cheese . And they took 30 mins plus to serve . I had gone thinking it would be served fast . Labneh was just pure curd . Also i complained multiple times to serve my food quickly but the kitchen were just fighting. If you really prefer good middle eastern food . Please dont go there .

Was there couple of days ago , a simple undecorated ambience , which is even ok when the food is great But the food was ok too , the place should improve the overall food taste and quality. Location wise - no parking issue , situated at the celebration mall. For Non-vegetarians this could be a choice in south Bopal but much work to be done interms of overall Food. Hie everyone I have recently visited this cafe the experience was very much awful 🤢 the flies were flying around my table and there were hair in my food not only once but twice I order mutton and there was hair and then I ordered the second recipe of mutton and gusse what there was also a hair ! I was a very bad experience I will never prefer to visit this cafe again I think you should also not prefer to visit it again! And also the variety of starter was not available! I had ordered fish tikka and chicken bhuna thick gravy. As I read alot of reviews on fish tikka, I tried it but it was not upto the mark, it was not so fresh. On the other side chicken bhuna was very delicious, enjoyed every bite!

Wow experience. I had pomfret fry. They made it delicious. I loved the pomfret fry. My wife had paneer chilli, and it was amazing. I definitely recommend this place.

Nothing as to what they promise in the menu,went with friends and family for unlimited non veg meal, had to wait for almost half an hour before received the order and then had to keep reminding then always to refill the orders. Also they had a false or rather misguiding flex kept right outside the restaurant showing lower rates and they charged more.

Nothing BBQ about it! Horrible food. The soup tasted like sea water and so did the rest of the dishes. Service is also poor. A complete waste of time and money! Do not go there if you're with someone special.
