This is meant to be “the place to be” in town. I have had the pleasure of visiting many times and tonight, a tall, blonde lady that was in the entrance, pushed me - yes, with her hand on my shoulder, asking me to “get a stamp”. This is the very first time I experienced someone pushing me at the entrance of a club!! The minimum that you ask is respect - the security man in the entrance kindly asked for my ID, why would she allow herself to push me? With no reason at all? Couldn’t she ask: you need to wait and get a stamp to enter tonight? Why did she have to push me? I told this to someone that looks like a manager. I’ve seen him on the club before. He said: “sorry” but the offence does not go away with a “sorry”. Completely disappointed. If you “have to go” take a trip to the raw-nasty-disrespectful entrance on the dry season. However, I’m sure that you will find better places where you can invest your time, money and energy. Thank you!

Victor and Theek gave me the best service I’ve ever received. These gentlemen were incredibly respectful, responsible, reliable, helpful, and kind. I truly appreciate the way they went above and beyond to help me locate my lost phone, all while remaining calm and supportive. Their professionalism and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. I am very grateful for their help!

All time fave eatery on Darwin hands down. Flavour explosion and cannot beat quality service vibe and value for money..cannot recommend enough. We travel from Perth and this is a no brainer for an excellent feed..

Best place in Darwin by far! I always find myself here when I'm in town, no other place beats Monsoons! The staff, especially Hannah is great. Hannah literally is the sweetest most professional door manager I've ever met. Monsoons is the BEST place by far!!

Nice Irish Pub on Mitchell street. Lots of TVs, they even played my NFL (American Football) game for me at 10am which was very nice. I ate 2x there during my week’s stay in Darwin, Sunday Roast and Chicken Tenders - both were good. Every Sunday roast is different from country to country as are chicken tenders but I was happy with both. Staff is friendly and accommodating!

Fun! I went on a friday night, It was sooo crowded, live music and good vibes. The food and drinks are good and quite cheap, would recommend the visit! Also it was very fast service which I appreciated for the amount of people that was there 🫶🏻

I only popped in for lunch and a couple of beers during the week but seems good, plenty of choice on tap and usual menu for an irish pub, ive only walked past at night but gets pretty busy and loud then... as you'd expect 🤣 if i came back to Darwin I'd go again 👍

Great, lively home away from home. The bangers and mash are lush, the Guinness never rushed. We grabbed an Uber from the casino resort and had a great evening.

Stumbled upon Shenannigans on a Tuesday night which is Trivia & $teak night. Food was brought out quickly, despite it being quite busy and was decent enough. The trivia was fun and we won a $75 voucher! We used this for breakfast the next morning which was great. There was also 2 different live singers who were both great. All in all, a great night out in Darwin. I highly recommend.

This pub is a great place for a casual drink or meal. The live entertainment is top notch. So good that we went back twice more during our week stay in Darwin.

What a gem this is!!! It is an oasis and several minutes from Darwin central. Located right on Fannie Bay, enjoy a cool beverage or order food from the separate building . Best crumbed calamari ever!! Sit back and just relax! There is also a large pool area for members. Non-members can pay $5.00 pp at the bar, and you can swim. We loved it because hardly anyone was using the pool midweek. We enjoyed early lunches, and we returned twice in 7 days and met a lovely couple around the pool. There is plenty of parking and toilets at the rear of the building where you order your food - separate from the waterfront bar. Staff were friendly, and the whole vibe was chilled. There is also a children's play area and lots of tables and seating under umbrellas outside or undercover. ✔️✔️👌

The kids pasta is huge, that’s a cheap meal to serve and price We had the barramundi for $36 it was tiny, it was the portion size you would give yourself when you are on a diet My boyfriend had a brownie before dinner and he still couldn’t it it all… so bland Extremely disappointing

Had a great afternoon at the Darwin Ski Club. Good food, music with pool & playground for kids. Pub style food & pizzas. Beautiful sunset.

Great spot to enjoy a drink & bite to eat with your dog. If you’re travelling in Darwin check out the Museum, Art Gallery & cyclone Tracy exhibit which is across the road. We tag teamed & relaxed at the club.

Located on a bus route this venue has direct access to the beach and a great sunset. Relatively cheap wine menu. Some dinner items can be overpriced so select well. I ordered the veggie curry and a friend ordered the chicken... have a look at the fotos to decide which was the better option. Fair walking distance between sitting tables and kitchen. Personally it is not my favorite and I won't be going there again. But everyone is different so try it if u must.

Great place for sunset. Small playground helped entertain the kids, as did exploring the beach and dancing to the great live music on a Friday night. Nice atmosphere, happy hour, more tables than I expected (wasn't hard to find a place to sit).

We had a work function here and the service was exceptional! They provided wrist bands for the bar tab for easy identification. They cornered off an area for us with tables and chairs (with a smoking area). The food was set out in Bain Marie's and was lovely! Roast meats, salad, roast veg, salad and cakes! Nom nom nom!! Gorgeous sunsets and lovely relaxing atmosphere! Could spend every afternoon here!

Highly recommend Throb for a good time! Love the vibe. Everyone is there to have a good time, there's no trouble. My highlight definitely the live Shows, I just loved seeing them all having so much fun! Very talented and amazing. Staff are great. I even lost my apple watch and some fabulous person handed it in!

One of the most epic night time choices to go out in Darwin! The only LBGQT friendly place in Darwin and don't forget to get yourselves there at midnight for the amazing show. The bar staff are very friendly the venue roomy with some busy toilets and the decor is very vibrant and throbbing. The music is fun and probably the best in Darwin for a regular night out.

Not impressed. Very generic decor and atmosphere. Horrible "pop" music mix. Decent but forgettable beers. Very unenthusiastic staff. Very pricey beer paddle. Overall OK to visit but I don't think I will be back. In my book they are a below average brewery and an average pub.

Not a bad place, first night I ordered the chicken fingers, and second night I ordered the Calamari. The chicken fingers were average and the calamari was very soft and soggy. Most restaurants serve calamari crispy. Not huge complaints here just my preference. The staff is incredibly nice. I’m surprised this place doesn’t draw more of a crowd.

We visited this bar a couple of times during our recent stay in Darwin and it was not bad. A varied selection of beers, with a happy hour reducing the schooners and house wine to $6, good value. The ambiance is very laid back but the music is way too loud. The staff were cheerful enough but lacked real enthusiasm. Good enough bar for a beer or two.

The beers, good and perfect. Happy our also nice to have a couple of cheap beers as a budget traveler. But we ordered chicken tenders and we just got 3 pieces!!!! A bit of coleslaw and some aioli….. we got compromised with a large beer and the tenders!

Ignored by server behind bar... She literally saw us, finished serving customer and walked away! Eventually came back after about 5 mins. Beer was nice and cider. Hardly anyone in(5pm happy hour time). Shenanigans next door was busy so we had 2nd drink there! Was told no food available till later. Just wanted a bar snack.

Great service, nice atmosphere, and a great range of beers… would definitely recommend coming here for a few drinks and chill.. the food however was very disappointing, especially for the prices charged. $17 nachoes without protein served in a very small bowl. Seafood marinara ($28, not pictured) with 3 squid rings, and a couple of prawns and mussels.. no fresh herbs or anything) Long story short, come for the beers!!

We're in Darwin CBD here on a cruise ship with a quick stop in Darwin, we're a long way from home in Melbourne! Got a recommendation from a local to check out Six Tanks Brew Pub as we love a brewery, the atmosphere is simply amazing, the decor is on point and they play decent music inside the bar area. They have 26 beers available on tap, with one through six being their own beer brewed in house. Unfortunately out of 26 beers on tap, there was no dark beer options, and the two Victorian beers on tap are mainstream stuff from CUB, it would be nice for the two Victorian options to be from our prominent craft/microbreweries rather than the foreign owned corporate monster that's CUB. The food was great, however by the time we got our food most of it was cold as the timing was a bit off how they prepared our share plates, but it's no big deal, this would be a five star venue with just a few small changes on how they serve their meals and a bit more variety in the beers - a couple dark beer options would be great and get rid of CUB for the Victorian representation in exchange for some of our fantastic microbrewery options we have down south. Certainly worth a visit if you find yourself in Darwin CBD, great venue.

Nice place to sit and enjoy some food and drinks whilst immersing in the surrounds and listening to live music on the deck. We had a share platter which was absolutely delicious and a super generous serving. Would definitely recommend

#britishwaitress rude. I simply asked why my chicken schnitzel did not come with the sauce. Bar staff started being rude stating that I he to pay for it - fair enough. But I asked, where does it say that on the menu? She could not explain where. Apart from that. Nice cool place, popular, and other waiters and bar staff are friendly, maybe just the odd one. Chicken was a little dry but still soft, fries were tasty, and salad was decorative. Great music, go for happy hour and enjoy the night, and just ignore the staff, don't let them ruin your dinning experience. And ask for the sauce at the start.

A nice deck to relax on with a cold beer in your hand. I went for 49% off beer for happy hour on a Sunday and picked up a Gold XXXX pint for $4.50. I felt as if that was a good price for what I was given. Tunes bumping and a nice view make this an enjoyable location to visit while you are in Darwin

Ahh The Deck Bar .. what can i say.. Laksa lovers this is a must visit destination. Has been about 3 years since ive been here and they are as still as yummo as i remember. Cannot wait to come back for another. Lets not forget sitting outside enjoying the breeze with a Great Northern to wash it down.

We met up here on Thursday for our German Meet up. It took me again a while to find this place even though I've been here 2 times before. It's a gem, when you walk out the beergarden it's so beautiful there. Buddas, a little pond, lots of plants and little dogs running around. They got happy hour and even filtered water on tap 😍 They do lots of concerts, live music 🎶 and other performances. I went to one years ago and the place was packed. The video below is just at 5pm, when all people are sitting outside 😄

I've attended this location a few times now. It's has a great music scene going for it! While the bar is not the most well stocked, you should be able to find something to drink as they have some wine, beers, spirits, and mixers. I'm sad to say that their food has not been very good the two times I've eaten there. They have a wonderful wood-fired pizza oven but they overload their pizza with cheese and it's so heavy you can't pick up a slice without it sliding off and therefore, the base is undercooked in the middle. I've ordered tapas there also. Woefully under-seasoned, and some items on their menu are not as described. For example, tempura battered cauliflower, is actually crumbed cauliflower, which was cold on the inside, and the crumb was warm - served with 3 generous sized pieces with no dipping sauce or dressing at all. Their croquettes were also crumbed, and the béchamcel sauce was very loose, so they didn't hold their structure and collapsed once the fork touched it (also 3 generous sized pieces per serve - also needed something to season it). Their meatballs in red sauce, what can I say .... the sauce was warmer than the meatballs, and it also needed seasoning. Overall, I will stick to the chips and hope they are hot, crispy, and tasty.

Great little place. Felt safe and friendly. Not busy, older crowd. Slow service and limited food menu, but food was nice to eat, good-sized meals. Nice bear garden.

Music venue was good and the beer is cold. Staff very friendly. The food was a huge disappointment. Ordered two pizzas, that were described as “large” for $25 each. Toppings were thin and crust was undercooked. Although ordered at the same time, first pizza took nearly 40 minutes to arrive. The second showed up an hour later. Understand that they were busy, but an hour gap between delivery is just indicative of a very inefficient operation.

Trader Bar is a must visit! Great vibes, expertly crafted cocktails, and top-notch service. Tucked away just off the main strip, this place has all the charm of a secret local favorite with the quality of a high-end cocktail lounge. What really sets Trader Bar apart is the atmosphere. It feels like the kind of place where locals and visitors mix easily, where the music is always on point, and the energy is just right.

Went on a Saturday afternoon for some cocktails with a friend for old times sake. I used to love this place, it used to have good vibes and great cocktails. BUT it was far from that on this visit. Only one other table, no music for half the time we were there, and cocktails served in TINY glasses. For $25 a cocktail, I can see why this place isn't busy anymore.

Had a birthday reservation inside. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and made sure we were taken care of all night. The food, drinks and overall atmosphere throughout the night was great. The venue was clean, and there was plenty of space for our party to move around and enjoy ourselves without getting in the way of other people going in and out. In summary, the event organiser and staff went above and beyond to ensure the night was planned and executed to the highest standard. Would 100% go back for casual food and drinks, and recommend the Trader Bar to anyone thinking of holding an event :).

Reeeeeeeeeeallll dark and dimly lit place - I couldn't even see some of my other mates who were present that night! Having said that it's good for a romantic or closer atmosphere, with some good cocktails and funky bar staff. The prices are a bit spice at around 20 for a cocktail, but overall the location is quite advantageous as well being close to the centre but not TOO close.

Visited The Trader Bar twice while visiting from the UK, Saturday evening cocktail, DJ playing music great atmosphere. Second visit Sunday morning coffee and pastries equally as good, thank you

Have been to Trader several times now with groups of friends for a catchup with some cocktails, and I have never left disappointed. We are always greeted with a smile from the friendly staff, and even over last weekend when they were under the pump with what looked like several pre-arranged functions inside, we were made to feel welcome and didn't have to wait long for our drinks. Highly recommend for some delicious cocktails with the girls

Gorgeous views. Delicious food (I had the king prawns with stir-fried vegetables). A lot of people go there to see the sunset. Definitely need a booking.

Great food & service It's wonderful looking out into the sea while eating. The gardens are very well kept.

The food is really good. If you could separate and only give a review for service, it would be 1 star. If you are expecting any kind of decent service, a hello at the bar, acknowledgement that you exist even. Don't come here. Multiple times over the last year we have been ignored by bar staff. I thought it was a one off. But no. They don't say hello, they don't even ask who is next, they will just stare at you. We organised a birthday dinner reservation and brought a cake. We politely asked if we could put the cake in a fridge, the woman said yes and just walked off. We were let standing there wondering what was going on. In addition, the glasses for the water jugs are kept in an old mouldy fridge thay doesn't work, which is questionably a health and safety issue. Again, great food. Really horrible bar service.

Probably the best venue to view the magnificent Darwin sunsets. The club has a great vibe, the food is good and has plenty of tables. Definitely recommend to book ahead as it is well patronised.

I visited Lola’s Pergola last month with a group of friends for a casual mid-week dinner. The restaurant is located on the west side of Cullen Bay, right next to the docking area. It was a fairly busy evening, with most of the tables occupied. I had the Barramundi fish and chips and a beer. The fish was delicious with a mild, buttery flavor and a flaky texture. The dish came with a side salad and a couple of complimentary sauces. The portion was big enough to be filling. Overall, I can definitely recommend the fish and chips. The pizzas also looked good, though I didn’t try them. As for drinks, I noticed a wide variety of beers, including some locally brewed ones — so if you enjoy trying local treats, it’s a good place to come. Food and drink orders are placed at the bar but brought to your table. We were told there would be about an hour's wait for the food, but it arrived in around 40 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional. Lola’s Pergola has a laid-back atmosphere, enhanced by some quirky, luna park-themed decorations. The boats docked nearby and the view of the bay add a nice ocean vibe to the setting. Food and drink prices were average, though they also offered some 10$ specials.

Lovely open bar on the water at Cullen Bay. Had the fish and chips. Lots of comfy lounge seating plus high tables with stools. Lovely staff and good food.

Great place on the wharf area. Excellent food 🥘 n a relaxed atmosphere. We had a couple pizzas and sides with a glass of wine for dinner. Staff were friendly and parking easy. Watching the sun go down on the marina was great! Plenty of fans around too, since most of the venue is “outside” but under cover. I did see an indoor area but everyone was sitting outside when I visited.

Ordered fish, chips and salad. The barramundi (2 strips) was tasty, string fries were cold and the salad consisted of lettuce. Won't recommend. You can find better value elsewhere.

Booked ahead for a group of 30. No extra staff on, 1 hour wait for food (unless it's salad because they ran out....) Also had to move within the venue as they originally placed 30 people on 3 tables with room for about 6 plates on each. Do not recommend as there is a well advertised event in Darwin throughout the week and these guys don't seem to care. Atmosphere was great because we were there with our club, nothing to do with the venue.

Went for mid week parma special. Nice size quality for $15 + cc fee.

Mid food, mid service, mid vibes. Food was passable, my philly cheese steak was hard and dry, with a few sad droplets of cheese. Parmys were juicy but a little bland. There were flies and mosquitoes indoors, the latter of which left me with some bites to end off the meal.

Chicken schnitzel is excellent. Chicken is moist and fresh. Porthouse was a bit disappointed as the order for medium rare was served as medium to well done. Plus there was a kitchen sponge wire mesh in the mushroom gravy that did not end well. Pork belly needs to be cooked a little bit more as it was a bit rubbery.

Went here to attend the club Discovery and the only really enjoyable part of the experience was being able to go into Lost Arc and enjoy the atmosphere and vibe. Good music and wide space with Guinness available. I had sausage rolls and admittedly could be improved but beyond that service was great, vibe was great and availability of drinks was great. I have had a burger here before and it was also very tasty so maybe i just was unlucky. Also any bar that has a Nintendo 64 Console live, set up and immediately plugged in with Mario Kart is the best bar in town in my opinion. Would go here again. Not Discovery.

My visit was at 2 on a Tuesday afternoon. Nice lunch menu was available under $20. It was quiet. They have a nice cocktail menu under $20. I have once had made by the manager, the best pina colada I have ever had. And I spent $20 at the pokies. I didn’t win but I have in the past. And it is a cool themed dance club after dinner every night. It is also the front on discovery night club. The biggest night club in Darwin/territory.

Last Friday, my workplace held our staff Xmas Party at the Lost Arc. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the manager Natalia and her team for all the work they put in to making the event run so spectacularly on the day. Natalia made the whole process easy and efficient from day one and I am very grateful and thankful. Natalia, you are amazing and Discovery Darwin are incredibly lucky to have you on their team. The venue was stunning and your staff were amazing as well. Great food and service. Our guests are still raving about the party and it was definitely the best one we’ve had in a few years.

Security will kick you out no matter what even if you have done nothing wrong. These monkey security guards just kicked me out confusing me with somebody else that was actually harassing other people , and in the process of doing it, they broke the screen of my brand new cellphone. They should be held accountable

Great place for a dance though would love it if you changed up the music in the club and turn down the volume slightly so your ear drums don't pop. Loud noise isn't always great noise. But seriously... change the tracks so you don't play the same songs 9 times within the night. Friendly bar staff are a positive.

Went to this place only to have our sober driver told they were too drunk and to go away and sober up??? Door person 158 perhaps had a problem with skin colour rather than intoxication levels as we were a truly multicultural group. Anyway, we are all, Darwin locals and will never return to this racist place who choose to have unproffesional employees who are prepared to make unjustified judgement calls, nor will we take or recommend it to any of our family or friends. If we could make a zero score we would.

This place is a potential scam, except for kids who do not know how to drink, and not to mention the boring barman service, who snubs you, and when you get your drink, it's frankly disappointing, $ 20 2 shooters of any alcohol, plus they stole my glass, and I do not even speak of small strikes that drag your girlfriend without any respect, no education and girls who vomit to the toilet permanently, and even in all the street, I wonder if we put things in glasses, there is no respect in this place.On offer you headphones to listen to other music, it works poorly, quality sound rotten, To conclude you pay 10 dollars l entry without consumption and you leave your footprints at the entrance, this establishment is the only place to make money. And for the 6 years of this establishment, we promise you shows that do not have places, I'm a night people and I have frequented many discotheques around the world, I've never seen such a rotten place, even in Africa the places of this kind are much better. I lost 40 dollars with my girlfriend, she who wanted so much fun, we made a mistake, we are not even 1 hour ... The youngsters were already drunk at 23:00 ... But what kind of establishment can accept this, I wonder how this place could have held 6 years ... Surrement thanks to the types of people who have no sense of the holiday having work in safety and being anxious to be well of my customers I will be the boss of this place I question myself, dear parents and friends know that this place destroys your children, empties their loved ones, and in no way respects the human .... The porters are more welcoming than the rest ... What a disappointment .... I think this comment will be removed by the communication care of this unhealthy place .. Best non comercial venue found in Darwin so far. Great place for musicians, artists, producers, and such to gather and collaborate and put on good value for dollar shows. Cater for all walks or rolls of life. And has a bar 👌

One of the best places to see local, live and original music in Darwin! Relaxing places to sit outside in the Browns Mart courtyard, perfect for an ice cold beer on a hot Darwin night! Or you can go inside and be a part of action! Great staff that are knowledgeable and fun! And there's something different every night! Open Fridays and Saturdays!

Came here due to the Darwin tropical light and I love it. The atmosphere is very nice and the drinks are not expensive: about $8 for most wines and $7 for beers. They also allowed pets when I came, which is a plus for this area.

Love to support this local establishment. Happy Yess is as Darwin as it gets. Local bands, committed volunteers, and affordable drinks at the bar. A staple in the community. Now they even have EFTPOS to pay your door charge!

Really cool laid back bar with amazing live music! No tap beer or glass cups :( but they make up for it with atmosphere

Central, accessible, lots of space but come early for dinner. This place is popular and good. The food is tasty but the flavors are a little different. The chef is efficient with his cooking systems and the dishes come out hot and on time. The service is also efficient. Free water. I didn't test the Wi-Fi. But, the manager is a little strict with staff which is understandable given the number of clients. I didn't lime the unannounced surcharge for good Friday. If they want to open for Easter, it is not the customer's responsibility. Also note the price difference between lunch and dinner. 1$ cheaper at lunch, if you are on a budget.

The most authentic Vietnamese Pho that we have had since returning to Australia. Love the depth of flavours. The chicken and seafood noodle soup was also amazing. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Meals came out in a timely manner. The only negative is the extra $1 per dish for dinner.

Food is a little pricey for the amount given. I ordered the garlic fried chicken. The presentation looks really good but the chicken was too salty for me. I might come here again to try another dish but I wasn't impressed with my first time.

They were nice to the kids and gave us plastic plates and cups for them. The kids were noisy and the staff completely ignored them. This was appreciated. The crispy chicken was improved with salt. The price was typical of a city establishment. The toilet was clean but the floor was sticky. :o we accidentally left without paying but thankfully we left so slowly they caught us within ten metres.

Their special pho and the dry egg noodles with crispy chicken is absolutely awesome. Won't be dissapointed with any choices.

Pushy staff who almost throw you into a seat, overpriced (for the quality of food as well as compared to nearby restaurants) and the worst Asian meal I've had in a very long time. Wonton soup had massive chunks of carrot in it, floating in a tasteless broth. Seafood fried noodles looked good when it arrived, but honestly a pack of two minute noodles would have had left me feeling more satisfied. Do not eat here. Do not give this place business. It is in place to rip off tourists, nothing else.

Drove past last night and it was packed, so we decided to come for dinner at 5:30 PM right when they opened. The salmon don was a bit disappointing since it’s served with white rice instead of Japanese rice, but the salmon slices and seaweed were tasty. The tempura prawn udon was comforting—the prawns were fresh and perfectly crunchy. Note: there’s a surcharge for credit card payments, so cash is the better option.

I absolutely love sushi, and this place is one of the top 2 best places to get sushi In Darwin. I love the variety of choices on the menu. You could come here 100 times and still try something new, there is just always something different to eat. And if you dont like sushi, they have ramen, bento boxes and other meals to have instead. The takoyaki (octopus balls, that round food in the photos) is so juicy and full of sauce and flavour. My partner loves the fried pork, and I love ordering small dishes of sushi/sashimi/nigiri/genki.

A fab restaurant in the heart of Darwin, a few minutes walk from the Mitchell Shopping Centre. Fast service, and fresh and tasty food to match. You can sit at the sushi train, or at regular tables, but whatever you choose, you’ll find this to be a fun, vibey place, packed with diners of all ages, enjoying the atmosphere, the fine food and the great service. And It’s no wonder that this place is always full. These guys are pros, and they know how to make things tick. From the moment you arrive, you know that you’re in good hands. Staff are efficient, polite and knowledgeable. They can explain all the different dishes on offer. Orders are quickly taken, and the food comes out at a steady clip, one dish after another. This place hums like a well oiled machine: they don’t miss a beat. Rarely have I seen a better managed restaurant than this one, even in places like Sydney or Melbourne. We ordered the veg gyoza, seaweed salad, chicken katsu plate, a grilled salmon teriyaki and a single diet coke, and it came to a reasonable $50. We enjoyed all the dishes. The seaweed salad was fresh and crunchy, and the veg dumplings had a nice tasty filling with a soft, melt-in-your mouth texture. My katsu chicken was finely cut up and soaked in a crispy batter and accompanied with fluffy rice and tangy coleslaw. The salmon was succulent and tender and also served with rice and salad. Both delicious meals, and served in generous quantities on stylish white crockery or stoneware. Ambience is casual, relaxed and laid back in a large, airy and spacious setting. Toilets are out the back, but it’s a long trek to get to them. After you’ve exited the restaurant, there are numerous twists and turns to take but eventually you will find them. They’re clean, adequate and well provisioned with soap and a hand dryer. To complete the evening, a polite maitre d who took our money with a friendly smile and thanked us for our custom. This place has quickly become our weekly spot to grab a delicious bite to eat. Hands down the best laksa I have ever tried. I have tried all kinds of different items on the menu and have never been met with anything besides exceptional. Service is friendly and genuine, whilst also having a great environment and vibe.

The steak tastes good, nice fresh salad, ok pricing. Service is perfect. The place is dark and old, but it doesn't really matter tbh. The special steak or ribs Wednesday is very worth it. $28 steak or ribs, good portion.

Never had an issue here before the staff are always friendly love a joke and a good time. Tonight however I was not happy paying $25 for a Korean burger which basically has a chicken tender in it. So three quarters of the burger was roll and salad. Disappointing. It’s already hard enough finding the money to go out for dinner let alone feeling ripped off. Don’t get me wrong it was tasty just stingy.

Our first time to eat here. The place is nice and clean. The decorations give it a good atmosphere. The children's playground is a decent size and looks like it is kept clean and tidy. We ordered a jug of soft drink and I asked for less ice to this a senior staff member approached the lady that was serving us and purposely told her not to fill our jug too full and then proceeded to over take her and filled the jug to less than the top handle. Went back to the table and told my husband and sister this and they were not impressed. I went back to question them and the lady did not hesitate to fill it up for us. Lucky she did because it was only post mix and doesn't cost so much. You would have lost us as returning customers if it wasn't for her. We have also asked this at other restaurants and not once were we met with someone who didn't want to fill up our jug. Aside from this the foods was very delicious. The kids were more than happy with their meals and I also tasted it to ensure they wouldn't fuss over it and the kids dishes were definitely good. The main meals were also well presented and the taste was very satisfactory. We would definitely highly recommend this place and we will definitely be making regular visits.

Not happy with front staff. Very route young lady was tonight. It’s better if any responsible person can teach them how to treat for customers. Foods are delicious but never return back again due to unprofessional staff.

Brilliant little bar, epic location that is really easy to get to. It has no view but makes up for it by having all sort of interesting things going on inside. The cocktails are well made and on point, overall it was a gret experience.

Darwin is a relatively small city but it’s suburbs hold some territorial surprises. Dom’s is a small bar about 15 minutes drive from downtown Darwin and has a vibe and cocktail menu that would be envied in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane or Perth. The vibe is tight and friendly, small crew and interesting drinks. They had me at pandan for my favorite of the evening - the Territory Tini. Fragrant, sour, salty and sweet. Loved the crowd, the DJ and the good mixology.

Management of Motel Loco needs to get its act together and pay its staff, contractors, DJs and anyone else they employ to work within their establishment. Darwin is small and ones reputation is everything. More that 12months of waiting for an invoice to be forfiled, one might say is criminal....👀

Extremely Rude staff, especially the American guy behind the bar. Hosted a comedy night and the ladies were out of toilet paper before it even started. Don’t sell any tap beer or any wine and the bar staff looked down on me for asking. Asked for a cocktail and they said they don’t do them even though people were walking around with martini’s.
