Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas is a massive hotel complex with various accommodation options, including family-friendly rooms at The Coral, water-side villas at Harborside Resort, and adults-only accommodations at The Cove. The recently renovated east tower of The Royal offers contemporary furnishings and ocean-inspired colors. With 3,400 rooms, Atlantis is a must-visit destination in the Bahamas, featuring a vast waterscape of lagoons, aquariums, and waterfalls.
Absolutely a fabulous vacation spot. You can be as busy or relaxed as you like. Great service. Grounds are amazing. Could use a lil room maintenance but nothing that was not addressed or taken care of when asked. Staff was exceptional. Aquariums are just awesome!

It’s a cool hotel on paper However we feel highly disappointed because most of the shops were closed during our stay. We could food choice very limited. We had to go to Poseidon buffet for breakfast and dinner. We arrived the hotel a day before the tropical storm. They did not well informed the guest but just slipping a paper saying they could close facilities and would inform guests. They did not. We booked the hotel because of the access to aquadventure. Ended up all of the major attractions like leap of faith or surge or fall were closed for my entire stay!!! they did not even bother to update these to their guests. Ironically when the tropical storm was gone the hotel slipped another paper to your door saying things were resumed (not really) and check the app for update. Nothing ever updated in the app!! The hotel is badly managed. Their major competitor we stayed later update their guests about their facilities status Finally shout out to some helpful staff like those in dolphin cays and Danakly who helped me rescheduling booking

Very nice hotel - went beginning of May, the weather was very hot, there’s many restaurants to chose from: the breakfast we did the buffet every morning, just easier, but dinners at all the different restaurants were bomb - Nobu and the Italian definitely top choices. Dinners can be expensive, lunch was relatively affordable, but there are many options for both. You can walk the underground aquarium under Atlantis all the way to the beach from the hotel. There’s plenty of bars, live entertainment and a casino for adults. Lots of shops, lots to see, the kids loved it, we definitely enjoyed our stay and recommend to anyone that visits the Bahamas. Very beautiful hotel. Lots of walking. There’s a gym too. The pool area for kids has an entire playground which was awesome the kids really loved it. The beach didn’t have umbrellas, the beach chairs have canopy’s but not all the beach chairs have canopy’s so if you need shade best get there early and get the chairs with the canopy. The hotel was super clean and really had everything for the entire family to enjoy, they also had giants sized games for kids and adults by the pool. Not to mention the giant pyramids slide.

Best resort on Paradise Island ☺️ love it, so many things to do, family friendly your kids will never get bored and you'll enjoy your stay. I love it, the beaches around are amazing, 50 shades of blue and the water is warm and clear, you can see the fishes. Overall I really recommend this resort. We enjoyed our stay. Staff friendly everything was great no complaints.
Nita L — Google review
Loved it. If you get a day pass. Go super early so u can enjoy the whole day. Place is massive and so many to do. The Dig, massive aquarium, Waterpark, pools, beach, ect.. so many. Loved it.

Best place I’ve stayed in Nassau to date. I don’t have any children but 1)wasn’t overwhelmed by kids at all 2)I’m still convinced the park and resort was designed for adults anyways 🤷🏻‍♀️

Let’s talk about the cons real quick there weren’t many of them - Con : checking in at harbor side was a big hassle, we were told 1-2 hours and it turned into 4 hours. We had stopped by a grocery store before hand since they don’t offer free water in the room like a filtered water dispenser so we bought lots of goodies. They were very kind to bring it into our rooms. We had 2 rooms with a party of 6 people, we wanted just one room cleaned so we can go inside and relax since it was a lot of travels but they mistakenly had poor communication with the cleaning people and they didn’t realize the room was already clean, if we found out we would of had access much faster Pro: we love this place, we have a time share so we can go every year, the staff is beyond amazing they work incredible hard! We even had one staff member open a coconut for us when we walked out of our room and saw coconuts on the ground after lots of rain and wind. The water slides are amazing such as the leap of faith, I loved them all and the people attending the slides are awesome! Love to see so many life guards everywhere. The harbor side is incredible we loved every second, the beach has lovely areas to lay in hammocks, etc. the restaurants are all wonderful, they offer gluten free and vegetarian which is delightful. Being here for 7 nights was a dream, everyone was so kind and joyous, definitely a 5 out of 5 star experience regardless of the check in and no water dispenser, they made it all worth it! Thank you Atlantis and Harbor Side for being beyond awesome!! We love to see how much they improved on over the years on the water slides, how they have a Barbie experience since my partner is in love with Barbie and would love to advocate the Barbie experience since she has everything Barbie and is an entrepreneur + has amazing marketing skills. We feel there is a lot of people that would love to see more Barbie!

This resort was fabulous, a class act the room was beautiful. We also had a room with an ocean view. The aquarium is located on each resort, there are four resorts and condos within the properties. If you stay in the condos you have full access to all four resorts. The resort I stayed at is where the casino is located. This place is outstanding.

Nestled on a white sandy beach near Nassau, the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is a luxurious resort offering a wide range of amenities. From a spa and golf course to a casino and private beach, there's something for everyone. The resort boasts eight stunning pools, tennis courts, and even a wildlife sanctuary. With over 30 dining options including celebrity chef-driven restaurants and casual poolside bars, guests can indulge in diverse culinary experiences.
For the price you pay the rooms need to definitely be nicer! The bed was so uncomfortable and after being outside all day you really want a soft bed to close your eyes to. NOT GOING TO BE HERE THAT IS FOR SURE!! Food is such a joke! Be sure to make a trip to the local grocery store! You will leave having spent your life's savings on food alone so be careful. Be sure to NOT shop at the hotel! You will pay 3x the amount for the exact same thing when you go shopping downtown!! Be smart and your stay might not leave you broke! But my advice is stay somewhere else. There are other hotels on the beach for half the price and better service and much nicer staff and rooms for more than half the price! I will not be going back to this hotel.

Stayed here with my family for a week and we all enjoyed our time there. Only took one star away because of the lack of the food. We had a butler helping us make dinner reservations but without him we probably would’ve been eating takeout pizza every night. Make sure the plan ahead because the restaurants fill up quickly. The food is expensive and honestly not worth what we spent. For a family of 5 we were spending about $250 per meal. We had mixed reviews about the flavor and size of the dishes but I enjoyed most of my meals. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained compared to other resorts we’ve stayed at. Never saw litter or anything that looked dirty. The beach is beautiful and the waves were never too bad. There were always beach chairs available and the staff there was always ensuring everything was clean. Overall we loved our experience here and will be back!

I had a nice experience at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. The location is beautiful and amenities are vast and inclusive. The layout of the hotel is organized and allows for a thorough walk through. The beach area is clean and well kept. Everything is expensive especially the food, but it is delicious nonetheless. The pool areas are big and have plenty of seating and the gym is adequate. Be prepared to dress up as it is a requirement for some restaurants. The service could have been better but overall I enjoyed my stay.
Lupe C — Google review
The Hardwear of the hotel is great. The rooms are modern, clean and fresh. The resort(s) are clean and well maintained. Beach/Pool is nice. Gym is great. So far all good. What the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar lacks is quality of service, staff and food quality. For food they charge 5 star prices but offer 2 star quality. While I dont have problems in paying high prices I expect then as well good/high quality. As well is the staff (few exception such as Linda from the Stix Noodle bar) is not friendly/welcoming. They show no warmth and give you often the feeling that they just work because they have to (get their salary) Last but not least be aware of the taxi scammers that drive you from the hotel to the airport. The sign at the hotel clearly shows 29 USD. The taxis however will ask you 35-40 USD for the 15 min. ride. Overall the stay was OK, but I would not come back. There are other Hotels in this category and islands in the caribbean that offer better service and hospitality.

The entire experience is very superb. Brought my kids here mainly for the waterpark but overall the beaches are nice. Customer service is iffy, some guys like Decos and Mark at the baha waterpark security are super nice, but most others do NOt want to be bothered. Like they do not like tourists, no matter how approachable you try to be towards them. I give it 4 stars because the prices are outrageous and the staff overall could be a lot nicer.
SA M — Google review
The rooms, overall location and services were admirable. The grounds were well-maintained and the scale of the property and beachfront is attractive. Restaurants, pools and bathrooms are everywhere. This was my first non all-inclusive resort and I felt the prices for everything was a bit gouging. No drinking water is offered in the rooms, but I appreciated the free quality canisters provide and several refill locations.
Terrance M — Google review
This is my second day staying here out of a 7-day booking, and I already want to leave. If you’ve ever been to Cancun or any other tourist area in Mexico, you will find this resort extremely outdated and disappointing. The facilities are old, and the restaurant service is terrible — most of the waiters spend their time chatting loudly with each other instead of attending to guests. Service in general is poor. If you don’t take the initiative to speak first, they will simply ignore you. I also felt a serious sense of racism — especially from the female servers, whose attitude toward us was noticeably rude and dismissive. As an Asian woman, it honestly felt like they preferred to serve white guests. 😓 The male servers were a bit better, but overall the atmosphere is uncomfortable. I usually enjoy relaxing places where I can chat with the staff, but here the female staff make you lose all desire to interact. The pool closes around 6 p.m., which makes no sense — are guests supposed to just go gamble at the casino afterward? At dinner, you can’t even sit at a regular table because they “don’t want to set the tables.” Also, if you enjoy going to the beach or the pool, be prepared: you have to walk through the casino every time you go downstairs. Everyone will stare at you because you’re in a swimsuit while they’re sitting there gambling — it’s awkward and uncomfortable. The hotel room itself is very basic, nothing special, and the entire resort has no real highlight other than multiple swimming pools that you mostly can’t even swim in. Overall, this place completely failed my expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Serena — Google review
Compared to other Hyatt properties I’ve been to, this falls on the lower end spectrum. Amenities and food are not that great. Rooms lack everything you need. Room service is confusing and front desk is unhelpful. In comparison to the Atlantis down the road, this is a Raddison hotel. Spend the extra go to Atlantis. My experience is they care enough about ALL the details making the money worth it My room was disgusting when I checked in. PUBIC hair on my pillow, floor of the bathroom, bathroom sink and shower!!! Nasty. Housekeeping did a poor job. Because my room was located on the next continent and in desperate need for relaxation I didn’t make a complaint over this as I just wanted to settle and begin my vacation. I threw the pubic infested pillow into the tub On my 2nd day I left the air temp at 74. When I came back in later in the day I found it at 64!!!! Are you trying to kill your guests and ruin their comfort and stay by freezing them out? Seriously? On the 2nd to last day I used one of the glasses to drink some water and left a lipstick ring. Proof now housekeeping does not clean at all… On my LAST day, morning before check out as I was doing my final sweep of the room to ensure I had everything the glasses turned upside down caught my eye. I looked at one and guess what…. THERE WAS MY LIPSTICK STAINED GLASS!!! Are you serious? Between pubic hairs and lipstick stained glasses I can only imagine what other FILTH I was exposed to during my stay! Unbelievable Furthermore- Talk about false advertising or otherwise poor guest relations training. At check in I was asked if I wanted my food and beverage at the hotel to accrue points to my world Hyatt account. 1 week post vacation, only points I got were for my stay. Where’s my food and bev credits? I stayed 6 nights ate in site 3x daily spending minimum $100+ per meal you owe me quite a bit of points I tried to email the property instead they sent me a link to BOOK my stay. Terrible terrible horrible training and guest relations. They need work I’m actually going to sought out legal representation for false advertising. Nobody should be duped like this for their entire stay, pre stay, post stay

Breezes Resort Bahamas All Inclusive is a breezy property with 5 restaurants, 4 bars, and 3 outdoor pools. It's located on Nassau's coveted Cable Beach, offering easy access to the sands for a relaxing beach experience. The resort features tennis courts, a spa, fitness center, and swim-up pool bar. Rooms may have dated decor but offer private patios and beachfront loungers at an affordable price.
Just got back on cruise ship after enjoying a day pass here. All inclusive for $100 per person. All the staff we dealt with were extremely friendly and very efficient. Drinks were strong and the burgers at the pool side grill were excellent. Will definitely do this again for our next stop in Nassau.

Had an absolutely wondeful time at Breezes when we had a day pass while in Nassau on MSC. We take the "fun" way of getting here - a Kick! scooter, about $13 each way and about 15 minutes. Make sure you memorize the map before getting on the bikes, its fairly easy to get to the resort (just remember to keep going straight/right in the roundabouts once you get out of the downtown core). Check-in for the day pass was easy, just provided my name, ship information, and they gave me a wrist band. You get full access to all the core amenities of the all-inclusive resort; which included unlimited beverages (soda fountain in the buffet + poolside bar), unlimited food (poolside bbq and buffet @ 1230PM), access to lounger chairs, tables, and towels (cabanas can be rented for a fee); wifi, entertainment, and best of all - when the daily 5 minute hurricane shows up, shelter is VERY closeby. Food is very much Bahamian - with the poolside bar offering some of the best jerk chicken (I get this with a caesar salad), my friends LOVE the conch fritters. But you can also just get a cheeseburger and fries. The lunch buffet has a rotating variety of Bahamian dishes - I've seen oxtail, fish, chicken, beef, along with 3 sides of vegetables; a pasta bar; pizza bar; and then salad & desert bar. Wifi has gotten better, and there's plenty of tables near the lobby to sit and work if that's your need, or just enjoy the sea breeze. They are using the slower off-season to finish renovations on the property, and that includes the pool. When I was there in late September, the main pool was closed by the 2 side pools were still open and very much usable. I'm told the main pool should be done the 1st week or so in October (and they need to let everything settle before refilling it).

This was our second trip to Breezes and we really enjoyed ourselves, it is in a beautiful location right on the beach. The sand is white and the sea nice and clear. The rooms are really nice and spacey and the bed is so comfortable. Food is lovely with lots of choice. The staff from reception to our room maid were all lovely and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and we very much look forward to visiting the resort again. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome, nothing is too much trouble. Kind regards, Gavin & Nicky McDonald

Great food at the buffet. The good at the grill was good as well. The beach access was beautiful. Soft sand. Security on the beach, lifeguard close by. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Our waiter who was attending to us at the beach chairs was terrible, but I did not mind going to the make shift bar to grab our drinks. The pools were beautiful and we made use of those and the pool bar as well. For our one day stay I would say if it is an option for you, do it.
William A — Google review
Sure the place is a little outdated, but it is not dirty or uninhabitable. It is the oldest hotel on the island and used to be called the Playboy hotel. The staff was beyond nice and accommodating. Every Bahamian person we interacted with was amazing. Derrick, one of the taxi drivers was a huge help when I accidentally left my wedding dress at the airport, and another taxi driver named Phillip was so informative and even gave us a tour out if our way at no extra cost. The food was amazing, the hotel and pools were clean, and the beach was beautiful. We had our wedding through Breezes on the beach and everything was perfect. We will definitely use them again in the future. We had 18 people in total and everyone had an amazing time . They also had two very friendly resort cats, which was adorable.

Beautiful resort, right on the beach, wonderfully landscaped, very good planning To the grounds and the structure for guests. Love the layout of the pools and the grounds. Staff was really phenomenally friendly and extremely helpful, sweet, and wonderful. Food was delicious most nights and especially Belgian waffles, you make yourself for breakfast. Many buffet options with breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Cannot attest to the stay as a resident but came here on a day pass and the resort was lovely, especially the beach!! It is an older building but beautiful and has a lot of charm! The swim up bar and pool area were amazing, along with the beach bar crew!!! I did speak to a group who were staying there and they said it was nice, and that they have enjoyed their time! Thank you Breezes family (Lathies, Jadynn, Elizabeth, Wendario, Shervaughn, and Debroncya)!!!!

The entire hospitality team at Breezes did an excellent job. The resort is obviously older (30 years), but all of the important details were top notch. Customer service, cleanliness, guest safety, and food were all excellent.

Margaritaville Beach Resort - Nassau is a trendy beachfront resort located on Cable Beach in Nassau. It is part of the Baha Mar Resort Complex and offers access to an 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The resort features spacious, contemporary rooms and suites with views of lush grounds or the ocean from furnished balconies.
This resort is lovely!! The food unfortunately is the same at every outdoor bar& eatery in the resort but it is good. JWB was our favorite and the Happy Hpur sushi/drinks was the bomb!! The room was excellent- clean, well appointed, and service was wonderful for items we requested. I would 5 ⭐️recommend this resort to anyone wanting to visit Nassau! Beach was fabulous, and the adult infinity pool on 4th floor was the BOMB!! 12 Volt Bar is wonderful for beach food & drinks. You won’t be disappointed at Margaritaville Resort in Nassau. Be prepared tho…taxis & food are $$$$ I had an accident while visiting & needed ambulance transport from my room to Doctors Hospital. I felt so well cared for & everyone helped in my transport to make me comfortable. From the initial wheelchair ride to the manager making special arrangements for an additional day stay…Margaritaville was fabulous in this emergency situation.

I’ve stayed here twice before, and I have to say, it’s a really nice hotel. The lobby is beautiful, and they have a bar that serves drinks and food. In the evenings, they hire a very talented singer who creates such a lovely atmosphere—it really adds to the experience. The hotel has two buildings. The main check-in building has nice rooms with balconies and ocean views. There’s no microwave in these rooms, but housekeeping is very friendly and helpful. The other building is a little pricier, but it’s more secure—you have to swipe your key tag to enter the building and to use the elevator. If you book a suite in this building, it’s absolutely stunning. The suite is spacious with a full kitchen, a dining table, a bedroom with its own door, and two sliding glass doors that open to the balcony—one from the living room and one from the bedroom. The on-site steakhouse is worth checking out. It’s a bit pricey, but the food is outstanding. I also want to give a special shout-out to Marcus at guest services. He provided exceptional service from start to finish. I’m not sure of his exact role at the front desk, but he’s a perfect example of Margaritaville hospitality and definitely deserves a promotion. I’ll be back for a third stay for sure!

Location is great honestly you could walk to almost everything needed. Service is good as far as staff everyone is super friendly and nice, they really do go above and beyond for you. Mybfridge didn’t work for three of the five days I was there, room had a moldy smell, I’m assuming just from lack of vents in the restrooms where the shower is and the amount of ppl who used the room from coming in and being wet from beach/pool there’s carpet there. Food on the premises isn’t good at all very overpriced and tip already included makes everything way over priced. I would say the daily fees of $100 per person is unnecessary if ur not gonna use the fins up watermark which we didn’t ever use it. They also charge ur card $800 when u check in which I didn’t see it state that anywhere on the website. So pretty much u pay what u pay when u book it online plus the extra $1000+ fees due at check in. They say you get it back but end up charging it all to ur card after u leave. Personally not worth it, u can stay at a hotel for cheaper you don’t need the restaurants and water park. I will give it a 6/10 if I had to rate it! I’d like to say again the staff is top tier every single one of them! We only had one bad experience with Frank and Lola’s staff two ladies and one gentleman were super rude. Very unlike everyone else at the resort.

Best location in Nassau. In the heart of downtown close to local resturants and shops. Good service. The staff are very pleasant. The lobby bar Desenzo and Kristian and TT were amazing, friendly and make you feel like you've known them for a long time. Also, Lakeisha by the beach was amazing, upbeat, full of energy and always a big smile and helpfull. Amazing 7 days at Margaritaville Nassau resort, we will beck for sure and I highly recommend it.
Farid G — Google review
Wonderful experience. I stayed for two nights in summer. Resort is safe and at very convenient location. It has nice restaurants , coffee shop and gift store inside the resort premise. Water park is very good. Property is just by the beach so don’t need to walk or drive anywhere. And very friendly staff. It was good quick getaway and stay in walkable distance to town. I booked it through Costco Travels and when I reached at the hotel they provided me a free upgrade to the next tower called “One Pointe” which was actually an apartment with living room, kitchen, separate bathroom and washer dryer.
Anusree S — Google review
Unfortunately the room let the whole hotel experience down. The facilities are amazing and the location. The staff at the food and beverage areas are great. Reception and managers here are disappointing. We are only for 3 nights from Australia and expecting great things. We arrived early before 11am after flying. We were asked to pay US$50 for access to the room early so we could have a shower, to find the shower only had scolding hot water. At 4.30pm and 3 visits and chats with managers it was still not fixed. We were told again that an engineer would be up to fix it, which was the same thing we were told 5 hrs earlier. We were only moved after I really complained since we have kids and we were all dripping wet after being in the pool and desperate for our shower. No upgrades, and were only moved to the same type of room after complaining.
Shanae H — Google review
If you have kids between ages 5-10 and like hotdogs this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a more upscale experience for adults - I would not recommend. This is a “waterpark” with a hotel. Music playing all hours of the day made it fun, not relaxing. Additionally, they were not accommodating at all when our flights were delayed two days due to tropical storm. After confirming they would hold our reservation until we could get there two days late. They indeed did not hold our rooms. Also we were not offered the complimentary beverage on arrival that is stated on their website. There was also construction happening a few rooms down from us that made it impossible to take a nap during the day. (if you have young children you understand how important this is) One of the sinks in the room did not work Water condensation from the air vent was dripping Into the room making the tile floors wet. RECAP: Do go if you - enjoy watching cruise ships arrive and depart - Have children that enjoy slides and swimming - Enjoy pool side style food Do not go if you: - want to relax - Have nice accommodations - Enjoy nice dinners

My friend and I booked a day pass to this resort through Resort Pass. This is our third time staying at this property in the past two years. We have always had great experiences; however, today, we had a situation occur that I am sure management does not approve of, so I wanted to bring it to your attention. There was a group of three adults who walked over from the non-resort side. They tried to take some chairs without paying for them. I brought it to the attention of one of your employees. The employee told the group that he would keep quiet if they gave him $20. I explained to your employee that it isn't fair for those of us who paid upwards of $100 to enjoy the resort side of the beach. The employee responded by telling me that I should learn how to work the system. Additionally, I ordered one drink and a side of fries from an employee named "Baby". She charged me $18 for a frozen margarita, $5 for a processing fee, $6 for fries (even though they were advertised for $5), and I gave her $4 for a tip. Altogether, it cost me $33 for a drink and fries. Baby came back and told me the credit card machine wasn't working and she needed cash. She told me to go to the ATM. When I refused, she ran my card again, and lo and behold, it worked. The entire transaction seemed rather fishy to me. As I said, this isn't our first time at this resort; however, it is the first time we have had a bad experience.

The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort in Paradise Island offers stylish accommodations, some featuring private plunge pools. The resort exudes a traditional West Indies ambiance and boasts 3 outdoor pools, beach access, and oceanfront suites. Its expansive grounds span five miles of pristine white-sand beaches and 35 acres of Versailles-inspired gardens with a restored 12th-century cloister.
We had an amazing weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday at this lovely hotel. The property is beautifully maintained and the ocean view room very comfortable and breathtaking to view. The white sandy beach with its pristine emerald waters is one of the best in the Bahamas, and the very friendly and kind staff added to the enjoyment of our stay.

Four seasons carries the weight of a prestigious name, but it doesn’t quite live up to it. Service is slow and inconsistent, with repeated orders and long delays, and staff fall short of the brand’s usual standards. Despite nearly a week’s stay, we were still being asked if we were guests—even while carrying a Four Season tote. For the price, the experience feels far from refined—more marketing than substance, at an unjustifiably steep cost. Writing this in hopes that management takes note—these issues are unlike anything we’ve experienced at other Four Season properties, and also for further guests to curb their expectations.

Place is amazing. Staff are so tentative and very friendly. Rooms are clean and just perfect for couple's. Food was delicious thanks to Chef Kendra (Dune), whom with her brigade made all food execution delicious and memorable.

My spouse described this as “a bad Four Seasons.” As always, the secret to a great hotel — as opposed to a merely good hotel — is the attention to detail. The rooms were nice, with a lovely view of the beach. But housekeeping was spotty; sometimes we didn’t get washcloths, or the room wasn’t cleaned until late afternoon— and then turndown services showed up an hour later! The restaurants were beautifully situated on the beach, but there were only two of them and the sane menu, day after day all week long, got tedious. The servers got orders wrong, or didn’t refill water glasses, or disappeared altogether. The spa was the big disappointment. The facility had clearly been a second thought, and former guest rooms seemed to have been turned into the massage rooms. This meant that the customer has to use the en suite bathroom and vacate the room quickly. No lounging in the lovely private garden outside, because it’s visible from the room where the next client will be: shower and go. There’s just one towel to use: nothing to wrap your hair in. You might get a washcloth. You might not. No bath mat. Oh, and the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner? Someone already used them, and they’re half empty. Not a good look for a luxury spa. (These aren’t big pump bottles; they hold a couple of tablespoons.) For these prices, they should try harder.

Given the Four Seasons name and the price point, I expected far better. Pros: -The service is very friendly, and genuinely so. You can tell the employees enjoy their jobs and are proud of the property. -The location is unbeatable. It's private, while still close enough to walk to the Atlantis (via the beach) and to other neighboring properties. -The rooms are quite nice and well maintained. We had an oceanfront suite and enjoyed the immense amount of space, the gigantic bathroom with two separate sinks and counter areas, along with a big tub and shower. -The grounds are stunning. The landscaping is beautiful, the colors are vivid, and the backdrop against the ocean makes for some incredibly relaxing and beautiful moments. The on-site Versailles Gardens are a feast for the senses. -The spa is beautiful and serene, with very friendly and well trained staff. Now the Cons: -The service is simply not at the caliber of a five star hotel. There were multiple instances where we were left severely disappointed by the quality of service. For example: (1) On one day, after having been out of our room from before breakfast until after lunch, we returned only to find that our room had not yet been serviced. While this alone was a disappointment, this also meant our room was not restocked with water (which cannot be drank from the tap), putting us at danger from dehydrating on a 90-degree and sunny day. The staff didn't make any attempt to make-up for the oversight other than to send housekeeping over a few minutes after calling to complain. (2) We requested an iron and a bucket of ice to be delivered to our room. When we returned nearly 2 hours later, it had not been delivered, and when calling again to ask for it, they didn't even acknowledge our initial request. (3) When we first arrived at the hotel, our room was not yet ready, so we had lunch at Dune (the main onsite restaurant) and paid for it via credit card instead of charging it to the room (since we had not yet been assigned one). When the server brought over the credit card machine with our check, it was provided to me with 3 different tip options (none of which were "no additional tip"), even though 15% gratuity was already embedded into the check. This left a sour taste in my mouth from the get-go and made me felt like I was being taken for a ride. -The dining selection is simply not up to par. There is one "regular" restaurant (Dune) that is open for all meals, and then there is the pool bar and beach service. Not only is the number of dining options small - so are the menus, with a relatively sparse selection for each meal. -The dining prices are simply excessive (even for a five star hotel), largely a function of not much else being within walking distance. Breakfast will easily run $50/pp, and lunch/dinner $100/pp, before even accounting for alcohol (which is also excessively priced).

The best part of our stay was the amazing/5 star service we received from the entire team/all departments. A special thank you to the pool manager Lasean and his team (Vernyl, Michael, James, Francisco, and all) for making our stay so memorable with their attentive and caring service. We experienced a few “hiccups” with our room that were promptly and seamlessly resolved by the manager Jeremy and his team. The food at Ocean Blue and in room dinning was superb, and the in-room dinning team was incredibly professional and warm. We had our senior dog with us, and she was welcomed with a cute amenity box and even she received superb service from the team. Thank you FS Bahamas for another memorable stay, we look forward to our next visit!

The location of the hotel is great -- beautiful beach and infinity pool overlooking the ocean. However for a Four Seasons, our biggest issue was the food. They have two restaurants and room service and we tried all of them. The grouper and jerk chicken entrees were flavorless and dry. The conch chowder from room service was the worst chowder we've ever tasted: it was 100% creme and no conch flavor. It tasted as if they poured creme straight out of the box and sprinkled some dry conch scraps. The caesar salad with grilled chicken was equally bad. Based on their prices and having a Michelin rated chef on staff, I don't know how they could serve this kind of food at a Four Seasons. For breakfast, they have free coffee and pastries in the main bar. The juices were straight out of Mott's plastic containers. No fresh squeezed juices or fruit (bananas, apples, etc.). The coffee was also a machine with capsules. It's the worst Four Season we've visited in terms of food. We also asked for assistance in booking activities at Atlantis for the kids. They gave some basic instructions but we had to walk an hour around the Atlantis property to find the proper registration desk to get our bracelets. They should be more specific in how to use the amenities at Atlantis b/c it's a massive property and with limited lockers. Lastly, they should warn you of the No see ums biting mosquitos. We started to notice bites everywhere after several days.

We chose the Dune Restaurant to celebrate our son’s birthday. The grounds are breathtaking, over looking the ocean. We were greeted and welcomed by the host then shown to our table. We had the pleasure of enjoying an exemplary level of service by Makeisha and Silvaro. Our food was hot and so delicious. Makeisha and Silvaro actions and the way they catered to us was so undeniable that they wanted to ensure our birthday dinning experience would be one to remember. It truly was a dining experience we will reminisce for years to come. Thanks Makeisha and Silvaro for making our night one to remember :))

Rosewood Baha Mar is a luxurious beachfront hotel located on Nassau's Cable Beach. The newly opened resort offers posh residential-style suites, two outdoor pools, and access to the amenities of Baha Mar, including tennis and golf courses. Guests can enjoy French cuisine at Cafe Boulud and pampering at the spa. The resort also features event facilities for weddings and other gatherings. Families can take advantage of educational programs for children while adults indulge in refined luxury experiences.
I stayed at the Rosewood Baha Mar last week and was incredibly impressed throughout my visit. The staff was attentive, and made every interaction feel personal. My ocean view suite was absolutely stunning, and had breathtaking views with a luxurious comfort feel that had a home like feeling. I especially loved the pool area which was the perfect place to unwind and relax in peace. The full Baha Mar complex offered endless activities, dining, and energy, but it was nice to return to the quiet, exclusive feel of the Rosewood side. Overall, this was a truly memorable experience that I can’t wait to return again to. Highly recommend checking out the spa as well!

We came for the first time back in 2022 to the Rosewood. That experience was absolutely amazing. They upgraded our room upon arrival and gave us early check-in. We came for the second time and did not have luck this time with any upgrades or early check in which was unfortunate. Still was a great trip and every restaurant we went to such as Marcus, Costa and carna was absolutely delicious. The resort fees and service charges that they add onto every bill is really high. Definitely an expensive trip. I did have a few slight issue with my room this time… There was never any hot water, just lukewarm water in the shower. The couch in the room is stained and dirty. One side of the bed had a dent in it from much wear and tear. The furniture on the balcony was very mildewy and dirty. In the bathroom, there is nowhere to put your toiletries- just two sinks…. no counter space whatsoever. I think to pay what you pay for the Rosewood and have those issues occur, shouldn’t be.

The rosewood is an exceptional place to stay! This was my second visit this year. The staff are all so sweet! From the staff that meet you at the car like Robin and all of the lovely staff that greet you at the front desk like Nikita and Crystal, each individual staff member makes you feel like you are family. The service is beyond excellent and worth every single penny. The food is amazing at every place you eat, the pool staff like D'Angelo, DJ, Brendan, Manny, Dominic, Sidney, are all amazing I wish I could name them all. It's the only place in Bahamas I could ever think of staying. Highly recommend it to anyone booking!

If you’re ever considering visiting Baha Mar I would highly recommend to stay at the rosewood rather than the 2 other neighbouring properties, it’s expensive, but well worth the extra costs. Compared with the SLS and grand Hyatt which are all technically 5 star also, the Rosewood was the only one that really lives up to this label. We just visited for a 4 night stay, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the hotel and service. The resort ground and rooms were all beautifully decorated and made it feel like a holiday destination. But what really stood out to us was the hospitality and friendly staff, all whom were exceptionally nice and helpful especially compared with the subpar and frankly disappointing service at the neighbouring Grand Hyatt. The staff at Rosewood were all super attentive; After we requested extra towels during the first night, housekeeping provided extra towels every subsequent night without us having to ask again. The staff was also able to extend our checkout time to 3pm to accommodate an activity we had in the morning at no charge, a generous and very much appreciated gesture. We have to give a special thank you to Kenzie who helped us locate our travel document after we left in the room and bringing it to us at airport all within 30 mins after calling. All this made us feel like the staff genuinely cared about our needs and trying to make the stay as enjoyable as possible.

The Rosewood Baha Mar is nothing short of absolutely gorgeous. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the impeccable rooms and breathtaking views. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding 5-star service we received throughout our stay. Every interaction was seamless and delightful, making us feel genuinely cared for. Beyond the luxurious accommodations, there's an incredible amount to explore and enjoy on the property. We had a truly wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend the Rosewood Baha Mar to anyone planning a visit to The Bahamas.

This was our second time staying at the sprawling Baha Mar complex this year. Our previous stay was at the Grand Hyatt. We had a mixed review of our stay there but loved the activities at Baha Mar and decided to see if Rosewood would enhance our experience. Unfortunately I would say despite being almost double or even triple the cost I would say our stay was not much better. The good: the grounds are beautiful. Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. The privacy of the pools and beach make it much easier to enjoy although with little kids we didn’t get to enjoy this much due to the fact that our littles preferred to stay nonstop at the water park. The bad: Service left a lot to be desired. Our room was not serviced the first day. Not a big deal, all we needed was just some fresh towels. I called the front desk for help with a response, waited about thirty minutes without anything. Walked to the front desk with dirty towels hoping to exchange them and was told they were working on it and asked me ti return to the room. Okay, sure. Went back to the room and my wife decided to call laundry and we finally got our towels an hour later. Honestly it would have been easier to just have walked me to a service room to get those towels and I would have been okay with this but the front desk was not helpful. Service at the pool was a bit mixed as well. We were able to get covers for our chairs but then the attendant again forgot to bring us towels. I ended up taking some from the cabanas. It seems most individuals working here seem to be bothered by providing help or assistance. Based on this experience I would suggest not spending the amount of money to stay here.

We took our annual mother/ daughter trip and I want to start off by saying I lost my Chanel glasses. CHAVON was excellent and very attentive he found them and held them safely until the next day. He was very sweet and went above and beyond. Lastly, My mother and I had breakfast at the rose wood the food was good however the service was kind of slow. We ended up seeing how beautiful and quiet the pool was so we decided to get in. Within 10 mins we were asked to leave because we aren’t rosewood guests. We felt it was also very rude that one of the attendants told us to get our own towel while he rushed over to other guests. It gives very much plantation vibes. So we can eat your food and spend money in your bars but not quietly enjoy your pool?

The Rosewood was a blast! The resort was beautiful and the layout of the casino and restaurant complex below flowed smoothly with the rest of the hotel. The outdoor pools were very serene, and the service was great. There were many options for dinner. Only disappointment was the beach, but otherwise was a great stay

Baha Mar is a lavish resort and casino complex located on Nassau's Cable Beach. The Grand Hyatt Baha Mar offers modern rooms with balconies providing stunning views of the ocean, golf course, or pools.
We had another wonderful stay at Baha Mar. We absolutely love the newly updated John Baptiste jazz club. Marcus was as good as we remembered from our previous visit. Costa meal was just ok but the restaurant is beautiful. Pizza Lab, Sugar Factory were good. The nightly fountain show was great! We will be returning.

Since I sent them an email and I got absolutely not a single response, I will leave my lovely email here from September 27th As a Hyatt colleague, I never felt so disappointed and so low customer service wise. My email is written below: I would love to start giving a shout-out to the Jazz bar team. I spent a wonderful evening there with an outstanding atmosphere and band, couldn't be better, it was worth the whole trip I had from Toronto to here. Cafe Madeleine staff was very knowledgeable about all the ingredients, allergens and everything displayed on the menu, The service there was on point(so good I went there twice in 2 days). I also need to thank shantol at the Stix noodle bar for her service and positive energy. However, not everything has been positive and clear since I arrived. I got encouraged to make dinner reservations before I land because of availability, but what happened, not all these places have employee discounts and you get encouraged to book in advance, and a waiver signed that you will get 100 USD for cancelation fees if you have a no-show. But you don't get to know the places you get discount up untill you arrive to the hotel which makes absolutely nonsense for an outsider trying to understand that this is not only a Hyatt property, but also running by a third party, in a nutshell, full price. While we did our check in, we felt like we got thrown to the unknown land. Not knowing where anything was, not instruction of maps or how to get guided in this massive resort. I don't know the system that you guys have to tell housekeeping when a room is occupied or not, or just checked in, but housekeeping knocked out door twice, just half an hour after we check in, making us feel very weird not to say uncomfortable Right after, we got lost for almost 40 minutes walking back and forth to reach Costa, a place that I reserved, I needed to show up to not get those 100 charge, and guess what, the most expensive expresó martini I drank in my life(70 for 2, wild, isn't it), trying to chill out, got caught by one of the their employees telling me that I can not be on the pool that was at the front because I'm at the Hyatt and not at the Rosewood. Also, at 3am I got thirsty, had to run downstairs for a water fountain, none of the employees I asked knew where they were till finally I reached a security that told me they were at each floor where the ice machines are. (Called in room dining but the 14 dollars per bottle of water scared me) Yesterday, after getting our room cleaned by housekeeping, guess what, clean towels were not placed back, but because I ran it so much yesterday, I knew that there were two stations full of them beside the ice machine and I grabbed what I needed myself.

We stayed in room 1200, and it was a great experience overall. The breakfast buffet was really good, and there were tons of fun things to do like the water park, wave rider, and 8-ball pool table. The only problem was when we went to the pool and came back to find our inflatable float gone from our room. We reported it, but they couldn’t find it before our flight back I don’t understand why the workers would take the inflatable from our room. Besides that, everything else about the hotel was good

I recently stayed at Baha Mar in Nassau, and while the resort itself is beautiful and we did have a good experience at the restaurant Stix, we were very disappointed with the customer service at some of the on-site restaurants — particularly Pizza Lab and Starbucks. At both places, the staff were shockingly rude and unwelcoming. When we placed our orders, there was barely any acknowledgment. No greeting, no eye contact, and not even a simple "thank you" or "you're welcome." The woman at the counter dint bother repeating what we said and we honestly couldn’t even tell she was taking our order as she started messing with old receipts and looking all over the place. In the end she still got our order wrong. It felt like we were an inconvenience just by showing up. At Pizza Lab, the staff seemed irritated from the moment we walked in. At the gelato section, no one explained the menu or responded when we had questions. The same energy continued at Starbucks — cold attitudes and no basic courtesy. For a resort that prides itself on luxury and hospitality, the lack of friendliness here was surprising and really disappointing. Customer service is a big part of the experience, especially at a high-end resort like Baha Mar. Sadly, this really put a damper on our stay. I hope management seriously addresses the training and attitude of the staff at these restaurants — guests deserve better because this was ridiculous.

This is my second day staying here out of a 7-day booking, and I already want to leave. If you’ve ever been to Cancun or any other tourist area in Mexico, you will find this resort extremely outdated and disappointing. The facilities are old, and the restaurant service is terrible most of the waiters spend their time chatting loudly with each other instead of attending to guests. Service in general is poor. If you don’t take the initiative to speak first, they will simply ignore you. I also felt a serious sense of racism especially from the female servers, whose attitude toward us was noticeably rude and dismissive. As an Asian woman, it honestly felt like they preferred to serve white guests. 😓 The male servers were a bit better, but overall the atmosphere is uncomfortable. I usually enjoy relaxing places where I can chat with the staff, but here the female staff make you lose all desire to interact. The pool closes around 6 p.m., which makes no sense are guests supposed to just go gamble at the casino afterward? At dinner, you can’t even sit at a regular table because they “don’t want to set the tables.” Also, if you enjoy going to the beach or the pool, be prepared: you have to walk through the casino every time you go downstairs. Everyone will stare at you because you’re in a swimsuit while they’re sitting there gambling it’s awkward and uncomfortable. The hotel room itself is very basic, nothing special, and the entire resort has no real highlight other than multiple swimming pools that you mostly can’t even swim in. Overall, this place completely failed my expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Visited the Bahamas for Mother’s Day and stayed a full week at the Hyatt Baha Mar. I’m so glad I chose it over Atlantis! The resort is beautiful, bright, and modern, with a lively atmosphere. I visited both resorts, and while Baha Mar feels newer and more vibrant, there are a few spots showing a little wear, nothing a quick refresh couldn’t fix. In comparison, Atlantis felt a bit darker and stuffier. During our stay, we ventured out every day, taking the local jitney bus to explore the island, enjoy local eateries, daiquiris, and souvenir shops, and even stopped by the original Rum Cake Factory, such a fun and memorable experience! Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and would definitely stay at Baha Mar again on my next visit to Nassau.

I heard that this was the nicest casino in the Caribbean. After visiting I agree. Beautiful facilities and very friendly staff. Lot’s of different areas to explore. Plenty of amazing restaurants and bars. Great beach. And don’t miss the flamingos. There is a daily parade at 9:30 am currently. It was cloudy with storms when we visited but we always had something new to do.

We stayed here for our 4th year anniversary! everything was nice, kitchen was stocked with everything we need. My husband love the jacuzzi in the room, The shower was very relaxing. The view from our room, looking onto the lagoon was very calm and soothing. The resort is away from all of the traffic and crowd, it was like we was there by ourselves. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this resort while our new home was being built on the island. Resort is well suited for longer stays. The resort staff has gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Resort is small enough to be relaxing with just the right amount of distance to downtown and attractions. Walking distance to several stores and shops. This smaller resort better embodies the character and relaxed nature of The Bahamas. Don't believe the hype of the giant hotels and resorts. Sandyport Resort deserves your consideration. Final note, our car cooling fan broke during our visit. One of the maintenance staff dedicated his own time to help fix it. What more can I say!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Sandyport and especially want to recognize the wonderful staff who made our visit memorable. Lady Sarah, the concierge, went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay — her warmth and professionalism were a highlight of our trip. We also want to thank Pam for her help before our arrival; she was so responsive, thoughtful, and attentive to our feedback. While we loved the charm of the resort and the hospitality of the team, we did notice that the property could use some general upkeep. The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working properly, and both the bathtub and sink were clogged. These small maintenance issues didn’t ruin our experience, but they did stand out. Sandyport has so much potential — the location, the friendly staff, and the overall atmosphere are wonderful. With a bit more investment in upkeep, this resort could truly shine as one of the best spots in Nassau.

Beautiful location and it was perfect for my family of 6. It offered a great balance of quiet/calm and easy access to more touristy areas of New Providence, like Paradise Island and downtown Nassau. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful, especially with booking excursions like Pig Island Tours, Fishing Charters, Atlantis day passes, UTV rentals, taxis etc. LadySarah at the front desk was so friendly and helpfu! We had a pretty diverse set of wants/needs within my family, and Sandyport was ideal. We had quiet morning at the beach with our 1 yr old. Beautiful beach with pristine and calm waters (which were largely empty and ours alone to enjoy). Our teenagers loved the beach, views and local restaurants with beachside seating and took thousands of photos. Da Conch Shack staff were also amazing. Great drinks and tasty Conch Fritters. I would also highly recommed the Conch experience. The kids loved it and the freshly made Conch Salad is 5 stars. All in all, we loved our time at Sandyport Beach resort and would gladly do it again!

Thank you for a wonderful first solo trip! I stayed for only 3 nights including travel time. The staff were incredibly hospitable and kind from check in to check out. I didn’t opt for any excursions but there was plenty to do on the resort itself within the short time I spent there. I felt safe and the restaurants around had great food. Beware the food portions are large (US sized!). Spritz was lovely and I was able to see turtles and rays swim by while having dinner, so lovely.

Guests can enjoy a private beach, two outdoor pools, and snorkeling opportunities. The hotel features eight restaurants catering to various dining preferences. With its historical charm and lush surroundings, this beachside retreat provides an ideal location for both relaxation and exploration.
Really impressed with the hotel. Great facilities,in particular the pool and beach area. Staff were really helpful and with charming personalities. We arrived well before check in and they found us a room and allowed us to use all facilities. Equally we had a very late flight and after checking out at 11 were able to stay at the hotel and use the showers in the fitness centre before we left. Great decor and cocktail bar. We enjoyed the meals we had. Will definitely stay there again.

Some constructive criticism: our room needed a blind on the closet window or a way for the doors to stay closed- the lightening storms lit up our bedroom because of that. The rooms really need a full length mirror and a small make-up mirror. We had to request 20 additional hangers, there were only 5 in the room when we arrived. Despite us being out of the room more the majority of the day, everyday, housekeeping always seemed to come at the end of the day which was annoying, because that was when we wanted to go back to our room. The shower soap dispenser was really hard to use. The music around the pool should be shut off at night, we could hear it all night in our room. The bar/restaurant staff around the pool need some more training. It was day three when we realized they provided service, and they would bring a menu but never come take the order. One day we waited over 90 minutes for one burger. The great stuff: The service from your staff was always amazing (except by the pool) - the best we experienced of everything we did in Nassau, the pools and beaches felt very safe and were super clean. The room was very nice, the linens and towels felt luxurious, we appreciated the sunscreen and water that was available by the pool. Overall we really loved our stay, there were a couple minor things that could be improved but we really enjoyed our stay.

We spent several weeks here. The outdoor staff of Ken, Kevin, Jerome were outstanding. They were friendly, kind and helpful. They deserve a raise for all their hard work! We would like to have more food options in hotel, but plenty were nearby. Overall, we loved the pool, beach and ocean. We had a great time and would come back.

The hotel has the history and elegance of the old times. We like the feeling of being transported to the colonial times, its warmth and class make it unique, stylish and modern. Beautifully decorated. The pools are splendid and the private beach is perfect for spending quality resting time. A luxury just a few will appreciate. Love the place. Stayed 5 days for approx $800. There’s a resort fee of $45/day per room. Not included on the price. Be aware and not surprised but it’s worth it. The staff is friendly. Taxis are the way to travel around and pretty much everything is at walking distance. Not too much to do after 5, everything is closed.

We purchased a day pass while in port on our cruise in July. From the photos and other reviews I had no doubt it would be gorgeous and it most definitely didn’t disappoint. My only concern was that we’d be treated differently than regular hotel guests even thought we rented a cabana as part of our day pass. I couldn’t have been more wrong. We had incredible service from start to finish. The drinks were yummy and the fish tacos were fantastic. We selected a cabana on the pool deck but it was still close to the private beach and within a 10 minute walk from the port. When we return to Nassau sans cruise, we’ll be booking here. All around great vibe, terrific staff and exceptional accommodations.

I used ResortPass to get a day pass while on a cruise. It was from 9-5 and my Option came with a day bed and 2 drinks. The pool area was very nice and like a lagoon. One side was walk in to 2.5 feet and the other went to 6 feet. The beach area isn't huge but it's clean and beautiful. Definitely worth getting a day pass over walking to junkanoo beach. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Kendria.

We originally booked in at the Reef at Atlantis, but checked out after just 1 night. After a quick Google search we found the British Colonial in Nassau and booked in there. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The facilities were great with a selection of bars and restaurants, Cafe, Pool Bars and evening entertainment. We even had an open air film show one evening. The pool and beach staff were brilliant. Corey and Foster at the pool side made sure that everything was first class and the service was second to none. The room was very nice with a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. Even the room service ladies were very pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. If you are looking for a memorable, peaceful and enjoyable hotel with great staff and facilities, look no further than this fantastic hotel.

Didn’t stay at the hotel, but did a day pass to the pool/beach. Had an amazing and relaxing day at the pool and beach. The beach is gorgeous. The staff is amazing and the food/bar is great. Security is great as well to keep the area private. Will come back again!

This hotels makes Bahamas trip great! It is in the middle where everything in Paradise islands. It has half price of Atlantis and you can still go Atlantis every day. That give you Atlantis access (beach aqua parks etc) staffs are great they are very kind. Hotel is very clean, comfortable. We liked it. Great choice for price/performance

1st google map of this hotel is way off. it's not 12 mins from atlantis but a 3 to 4 min walk from the hotel side door. see pic. 2nd decent hotel since our time was at beach, water park and island tour. so we only use for shower and sleep. 3rd room was clean and amenities mentions all work. 4th breakfast was basic, but my kids and I love Starbucks so we skip the breakfast. Starby was 3 min walk from hotel side door. marina village next door. Food, cruso restaurant on site but it look empty so we skip it. same place where free breakfast is serve. Perks: free access to atlantis worth the money. Waterpark, pool and beaches all are beautiful. info for parent: at check-in hotel will give you a paper orange card. this card allow you to access atlantis. each day walk to atlantis, walk through the casino, walk pass the little shop. an attendant will stop you in the hall and ask for hotel card just show them the orange card they will direct you to go down the stair. next to the aquarium. check in counter right under the stair to get your wristband for the day. you have to do this each day. beach towel are free look on the map for towel center next to Mayan pool. they also have locker for $25 a day also near Mayan pool. Food: every food place charge tips. so pay attention if you decide to add more tips.

I was initially hesitant to book due to some negative reviews, but my experience was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staffs were warm and welcoming especially Ms. Sonia Pierre at the reception, who was amazing. Housekeeping staff always greeted us with a smile. Room 348 (pool view) was outdated but spacious, clean, comfortable bed, quiet with all the basic amenities making a comfortable stay. Daily cleaning, consistent hot water, no bugs , no mice or any noise. Breakfast was free and filled with eggs, waffles, sausages, porridge, toast, fresh fruit, juices, and coffee. The location is unbeatable, right across from the Royal Atlantis and Marina. Best of all, staying here gave us free access to Atlantis’ water park, pools, and beach, saving us $200 per person per day. The Nassau downtown is about 15min drive by taxi costing $15 or bit longer duration via water ferry located near the Margaritaville at $7or 30 min by walk. The Nassau airport was about 30min drive and cost $55-$60 per way. Overall had great stay and would definitely come here again!

Upon arrival, the AC fan was very loud; maintenance person said it was working and he couldn’t fix the noise problem. Housekeeping was spotty. One day my room was left unlocked after she was through and the toilet was not even cleaned another day. The soda machine on many of the floors was not working. The front desk personnel were very nice. The only saving grace is that we had access to almost everything at the Atlantis, which was just across the street from the hotel.
Ellen B — Google review
The room wasn’t the greatest at first – the aircon wasn’t working, there was no electricity, the hairdryer was broken, and the water cut out mid-shower. Thankfully, the team quickly moved us to another room and it was fine after that. Service at the front desk was excellent. Special thanks to the gorgeous lady with short hair – super glam, polite and professional – and to the lovely lady who checked us out. Sorry I’m bad with names, but Number One Girl, you know who you are 🌟 Location is fantastic with access to Atlantis beach and Aquaventure. The only downside was Crusoe’s – over 1.5 hours wait for takeaway, a 30-min delay for the bill, and only 4 shrimps in the box when we finally got back. Everything was cold, which was disappointing. Overall, a good and budget-friendly hotel in a great spot, highly recommended if not staying in the Atlantis :)

Terrible Experience I booked and paid for two nights at Comfort Suites Paradise Island so my kids could enjoy the Atlantis water park as a benefit of staying here . We arrived late because of bad weather we were on a cruise with no signal never thought about having to let them know my late arrival when I prepaid my stay I was expecting the room waiting for us when reality the hotel had already canceled our reservation! Even though I paid for two nights, they refused to let us check in or use the benefits. My kids were heartbroken, and the staff showed no sympathy or effort to help. Very disappointing experience they ruined our vacation weekend

When we had our vacation it was absolutely lovely here. Complimentary breakfast was great, wonderful staff, and overall very clean! The rooms were clean but outdated, and some water pressure troubles with the shower. There was also a power outage at a point that really inconvenienced us. The staff though, they immediately helped out, allowed us into a new room with power, while they were getting the other side of the hotel fixed. The staff were very respectful and understanding through any of these problems and made sure that we were taken care of. The location was absolutely perfect and having the benefits of being able to go over to the Atlantis Hotel made this vacation absolutely wonderful. Overall even with the problems I rate my stay 9/10 ! Will definitely be back whether it's just by myself or with my family!

I love this hotel but change in a couple of things, I think they need to clean d pool by the restaurant, a pool supposed to be very crystal clear, and every time I'm there u can't even see the pool floor. They don't check for guests to c if they need a towel, went in the morning earlier n wasn't a towel there, asked for towels, they just say something n keep u waiting. I think is really important this matter. Breakfast I think they should put more fruits n yogurt especially for the kids, like grapes, oranges, is always d same, do some corn beef, tuna, sausage in d gravy. Is always good to change. Everything else is ok ☺️

Nassau Beach - All Inclusive is an upscale oceanfront resort located in the heart of Nassau, offering a relaxing and fun-filled all-inclusive experience for the whole family. The resort features a breathtaking beach with crystal clear waters and white sand, as well as a private beach area for guests to enjoy. With three heated pools, including one designed for kids, guests can soak up the spectacular nature views while lounging by the water.
What a beautiful resort! Stayed here for 5 days in February and had a blast. Celebrated a birthday and was gifted a cake and a bottle of champagne. Room was always kept clean, food was great, resort was clean, drinks were good and the pools were amazing. Aqua and Nikkei were definitely the best a la carte restaurants. The beach was beautiful, sands were crystal white, the water was just a bit cold. All the staff members were friendly and went out of the way to make sure you got everything you wanted. Not one complaint the entire trip. 5 stars and I'd definitely go back!

This was an interesting experience to say the very least. We booked this vacation to celebrate our anniversary. I was pregnant, zika was present in Mexico and our travel plans quickly changed to this resort. The customer service was terrible. The attitude of staff was pretty mediocre although we did meet a few people who were extremely nice. We booked a room with a King bed, walk in and there are two twin beds. We didn't make a big deal. Our belongings in the safe were very safe because we couldn't even get it open. Had to call down to maintenance to break it open. Food was not great. The steakhouse was the best dinner we had. Pools and beach were beautiful. The grounds were nice and manicured.

Such an amazing time spent at the Melia! My wife and I went there for our honeymoon and it was totally worth it. All the staff members were super friendly and more than willing to help you with whatever you needed! The beach was beautiful and the pools were always the perfect temperatures. Both a pro & a con was that the hotel seemed to have a lot of construction going on (at least 4 rooms on our floor were under construction) but it was really nice to see that they were actively working on up-keeping the building to their standards. The food was amazing. The Marketplace always had really solid amazing food every night. We didn't get a chance to eat at Cilantro but we ate at Nikkei 3 times and all 3 times were amazing. I would suggest booking Nikkei in advance to get the hibachi! Our room was beautiful. We had such an amazing view of the ocean. The room was cleaned daily and the mini fridge was always stocked totally full. My wife and I have already agreed that we will be going back for our anniversaries.

Hotel is decent at best. Pools are nice and so is the beach. Good luck eating at any of the restaurants. They are understaffed and you will only be eating at the buffet or outside "grill". The website over sells all they have to offer. Was really looking forward to trying all the restaurants, but at this point we will be lucky to eat at one.......... So, now that we are home, I wanted to update my review. Once we realized you have to be in line at 8:30 to make a dinner reservation, we were able to eat at Cilantro & Nikkei. The food was fine, but all of our servers were great. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating, from the servers, all the way to the maids. The staff is what caused my 2 star review to be a 4 star.

We just returned on 3/28/19 as a family from Spring break and we had a lovely time at this property. The room was great. Always clean and well kept. The food at the resort was also good. We had no trouble getting in to the restaurants on property because we called a few days prior to our trip and made reservations. The food at the restaurants was also good. While several people have not written positive things about the service at the hotel, we found quite the opposite each and every day. All workers were friendly, accommodating, and willing at times to go out of their way to serve. The pools and beach we also good. The adult pool with swim-up bar is far enough away from the family pools that you hardly notice what is taking place there. If you are looking for a place with good food, good service, nice room, beach and pool, our family thinks you’ll like it here.

Our room wasn't terribly, but wasn't the best either. The view was nice but the bathroom needs major improvements. Food at the buffet was OK. Nikkei restaurant was decent and Cilantro was pretty good. Staff was not overly friendly. Helpful, for the most part, when needed but being there didn't seem to make them too happy... though partially understandable. It took a few days to realize that everything accept for the traffic was in slow mo. That is the culture, which I started respecting about 3 days in.

We had a wonderful vacation. The hotel is older and in need of some minor repairs; however, they are making repairs daily. The restaurants food was wonderful. Aqua (Italian) was delicious fresh pasta and sauces. The Marketplace (buffet) was my least favourite. The food was good, but the wait staff was not attentive very hard to get refills on drinks. The staff love children and seem to really cater to their needs. The mini bar in the room really came in handy for those little snacks the kids need between meals. Our room attendant went above and beyond to fill the snack bar when my kids were hungry at 930pm. We would definitely return to Meliá. The Bahamian people are so friendly and kind.

Hotel was great!! We had a Great time! Didn’t know what to expect from some negative reviews but it was great! Monique (Lil Monique) that is one of the beach drink girls Was AWESOME! Hard worker and very friendly and happy!! And a great voice! We found All staff to be great and very attentive!! Always asking how your day was going! Felt that the hotel was kept Very clean! Only complaint would be that you have to wait on line for a reservation for dinner! And so we didn’t wait on the line 2 days and ate at the Buffet which was good! Would defidently return here and will be back. ❤️

Nestled in the serene surroundings of Orange Hill, the Orange Hill Beach Inn Hotel offers a delightful escape for travelers seeking both relaxation and adventure. Just steps away from the beautiful Orange Hill Beach, this charming hotel features an inviting restaurant and bar where guests can unwind while enjoying stunning ocean views. The outdoor pool is perfect for soaking up the sun or taking a refreshing dip after a day of exploring.
This perfect gem of a hotel offers a wonderful hospitality experience! The staff are so very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has amazing chefs, one being Ms Yvonne, whose culinary abilities are like no other I've experienced! She's truly talented with her flavor infusion, the size/balance of portions, and her food presentation! She's a very gifted Chef, and I'm so glad to have chosen this site for my stay!!! I would highly recommend!

Overall a great place to stay. Kind and helpful staff, liked the honor bar concept, good food, great views and location. Only downsides were the the room we stayed in and parts of the property were kind of rundown (rust in the tub/bathroom, broken window, broken toilet seat, general dirt and and left from previous guest). Would still recommend as a place to stay. It was wonderful to be away from downtown and literally across the street from the beach. The resident cat, Sandy, was purrfect!

My first trip to and dive on Nassau, Bahamas. Orange Hill was a very nice place to stay after diving. The staff was very willing to help out and make you feel at home. Specifically Rico and Danielle. They let me stay way past checkout time since my flight was later. Hotel was very clean and is clearly a family run hotel. Rooms aren't fancy by any means, but clean and the grounds are kept immaculate. Pool is also very welcoming. Thanks again! The crew from Scuba Venture in Pa.

Very satisfied with this hotel. The AC went out and they had a brand new unit installed by the next day. The prices are very reasonable and they do the best to make sure you have the right information and decent cabs. It has the old Nassau appearance from the outside, But the rooms are very modern. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to Nassau.

This hotel is perfect for lay overs as it’s only a five minute drive from the airport. There is beach access from the hotel and they provide beach towels. The front desk woman whose name started with an S I think was incredibly hard working and professional. She checked us in, booked a taxi for our early departure, and was waiting tables as well! This is a great spot to spend time, the restaurant was nice too!

Excellent but not perfect. Beautiful grounds, charming and interesting staff, atmospheric dining, good pool. Best of all superb empty beach across the road, which is sunken so no traffic noise. But no glass or cup in room, and thin curtains so bright light on porch floods the room at night.

We loved everything about our stay here. Staff is very warm and friendly, professional, and accommodating. The cuisine was excellent. Cleanliness was certainly on point. Entertainment was delightful. Absolutely stunning ocean side location. If your concerns are about the furniture (which I’ll admit could use some updating, but still not that serious) and not your overall enjoyment, then this is simply not the place for you. But if you’re coming for a good time, then you’ll have a fabulous time. Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Great experience here with my husband for our 10th anniversary last week. This was our first all-inclusive resort experience. We loved it! It was such a relaxing week with amazing beach/ocean view, good drinks, excellent service, and delicious food. The only con that I found was I wished they kept the pool area open longer or had evening activities on the pool deck, but I understand this may be due to staffing restrictions. Otherwise, it was amazing!
Rebecca H — Google review
I loved the Bahamas, the island the culture it was amazing. The Riu was a disappointment. The front desk were really rude at check in. Make sure they put your bracelet on tight enough the first time. They said they gave us a free upgrade, I think it was a downgrade. Shout out to Agatha in service at the buffet she is awesome and Frank in security who was a great help. I wish they had more stuff going on outdoors in the evening. It is so beautiful and warm , who wants to be inside. Also there was an incident and the staff really did not know how to react, it were guests at the resort who took charge and saved a life. The food in the buffet was extremely salty and very dry, not a great selection everything was recycled from the meal before, seafood was lacking. The specialty restaurants, well you reserve and most of the restaurant is empty. We asked if we could get in to the steakhouse and we're told no cancelations, he was very rude, so we went to the Japanese where we were told if they don't show up after 15 mins of their reservation we can be seated, and we were but the food was a let down. We tried all the specialty restaurants, the Krystal was the better of them. I would not go back to a Riu resort

We had a great experience here. The food was so good and the selection was huge for all 3 meals. Desserts were absolutely amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are slightly outdated but who’s even in the room?! People have been working here non stop to paint and fix things as well. They decorated for Halloween and it was so cool. We had a great time!
Sarah D — Google review
Food was decent. Almost impossible to get a reservation at any of the restaurants unless you get up super early, but the buffet was great. Service was amazing and everyone was so friendly. The rooms were really outdated and definitely need some TLC. The phone didn’t work. Neither did the safe. The entertainment at night wasn’t the best but sports bar was really fun. Entertainment at the pool was excellent and bartenders were awesome. Beaches were super clean and gorgeous, only steps away from the bar. Drinks were delicious and they had something for everyone. I love how small the resort is because it’s super easy to navigate. Our room had plenty of beer, water and liquor you pour yourself. I normally get an upset stomach when I travel but I was totally fine the whole trip. This Riu is so close to Atlantis too which we went and visited. Would definitely go back again in the future.
Marla S — Google review
I highly Do not recommend resort. I arrived today 10/26/2025 for my birthday celebration, Tori who was very helpful informed me how to reserve dinner reservations. I download the app for every restaurant besides the Buffett with no availability, not for 10/26, the after or the day after that. I wanted to make sure that was accurate which I was informed is. They only allow a certain amount of people per day. So keep that in mind. I was advised to see if the manager Desmond could accommodate me. He told me I needed to come back at 8:30 when there were seats available. So that tells me they accommodate a certain amount of people being that it’s “all inclusive” so keep in mind you might not be able to eat at any restaurant during your stay.. I do not recommend. Pay a little more for Sandals, or Atlantis. Very disheartening on my birthday there’s only buffet food available. Which isn’t that great unfortunately.
Lapascha B — Google review
The only reason I give this hotel any credit at all is because of Lamaro, the amazing buffet girls, Shanquell, and Eddy — they were the only people who showed us kindness and professionalism during our stay. We were told upon check in that there were no reservations available for any of the restaurants and then ridiculed for not having a reservation when trying to get a place as a walk-in every 30 min as advised. Unfortunately, Kenson and Denisha at the Kulinarium (but they all rotate places) completely ruined my best friend’s birthday with their unprovoked rudeness. All because we wanted more than 1 appetizer each which was encouraged the night before and at every all all inclusive we have ever stayed at. They were so mean that we actually got up and left the restaurant mid-dinner, which says a lot since we had originally chosen to eat at Riu Paradise Island instead of Atlantis because Lamaro made our previous night’s dinner so fun and memorable. She ended her birthday dinner in tears thanks to the lack of manners displayed by Kenson and Denesha and their horrible attitude toward paing guests. Thankfully, Lamaro and the buffet girls went out of their way to sing “Happy Birthday” to my friend the next day, but the damage was already done. We felt so uncomfortable and disrespected that we would never return to this property. To make things worse, our bags weren’t delivered for over an hour after check-in. We called three times and eventually had to go downstairs and get them ourselves. The room service was practically nonexistent — our bed was never made, even though we never put out a “Do Not Disturb” sign, and our room was rarely serviced, not even for fresh towels or bottled water. The bathroom water smelled terrible, like fish or something rotten, coming from both the sink and shower. We’ve stayed at other Riu resorts, including Riu Montego Bay, and the difference in food quality, service, and decor was shocking. Paradise Island was nowhere near that level. The music shows were exceptionally bad, and the entire resort had an unsettling, unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing resort stays we’ve ever experienced, and I sincerely hope management takes these issues seriously.

Food on the buffet was excellent. Rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel was perfectly placed on the beach that you could look out your window and see the ocean that was the best!! The only thing negative I can say about the hotel is that you'll never get the same drink twice it all depends who makes it on if it's going to be strong or not.

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We booked through British Airways and were never informed about ongoing construction. For the first two days, there was constant drilling, completely ruining the start of our trip. On top of that, the “ocean view” room we paid for was almost completely blocked by palm trees — nothing like what was advertised. The staff were some of the rudest we’ve ever encountered. Management was dismissive, dishonest, and offered no real solutions. After arguing back and forth, we eventually got two nights free, but they still refused to refund the resort fee. Their billing practices are ridiculous. We paid $1,000 upfront for 5 nights, but they kept charging our card without notice. As a result, our bank flagged the charges as potential fraud, blocking our card until we had to call the bank the next day to resolve it. There is absolutely no reason they couldn’t let us settle all charges at the end of the stay. And to make it worse, it’s a “cashless resort” — which is confusing when there’s a casino on-site. Food was overpriced and just average, staff across the property were rude, and the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The only positive part was Rosewood, where the staff were genuinely kind and professional. We would never recommend SLS Baha Mar. Between the noise, the fake “ocean view,” the constant unannounced charges, and the rude staff, it’s not worth it. Save your money and stay at the Atlantis instead.

We recently stayed at SLS for 4 nights, overall it was a great trip but we did have some hiccups during our stay. Tip: They have an alcohol shop in the airport after you collect your bag, highly recommend as drinks are VERY expensive at the resort, also buy alcohol from duty free on your way there, this saved us a lot of money on drinks (each drink was roughly 25$ USD) Also buy your own water bottles from the airport or buy from Island Essentials which was cheapest at the resort Pros: The beach, pier, lobby is beautiful - the resort overall is beautiful and very lush feeling due to the greenery and maintenance Concierge was helpful and kind Lots of food options Lots of shops and casino space Cleo was a great restaurant - and we mentioned it was an anniversary Food trucks on the beach were a great food option Check out the flamingos Taxis was readily available Download the Baha Mar App - was useful Cons: The concierge didn't ask if we are celebrating anything, even though we heard the previous guests being asked and given a drink voucher Beach staff in yellow were dismissive and rude Too many kids if you're looking for a relaxing stay Lazy river was great except the kids were walking through it and splashing on you, the lifeguards could care less and looked miserable Most of the pools cost money to reserve a lounger or a cabana so it was limited if you just wanted to enjoy freely Common (free) pools had limited space -we were visiting during slow season Food and drinks were very expensive, they add a service fee/tax on everything Monkey Bar was great however staff was miserable and not willing to come up and take your order Tip - check in with the concierge before 4PM to see if you're room is ready - we waited until 4PM and they did not call us to tell us the room was ready until I went up at 4pm - they said looks like you're room is ready Drift pool was under maintenance so the other free pools were very busy and it was hard to get a space mid afternoon Room: Room could be cleaner Water was not provided daily - had to ask Slippers and robe were not provided as advertised - had to ask Sheets smelt bad - had to ask to change on first night TV was malfunctioning - IT had to come in to fix One morning the water in the sink and shower ran brown due to maintenance - we were not notified so it was disturbing to wake up to dirty water When checking out we mentioned we had a few hiccups during the stay but they did not ask or really care why, just printed the bill and asked if we need a taxi We booked an oceanfront and the balcony had a great view Overall, this was a great, relaxing trip.

If you want to be treated horribly by the staff and made to wait endlessly at the front desk because of their mismanagement of reservations - on top of the exorbitant charges for everything - this is your place. We stay at hundreds of hotels all over the world and have never been treated so poorly. Beautiful property but being harassed by the staff makes it not worth it. Monkey Bar food is horrendously bad and the bartenders are also quite rude. While ordering (thankfully my last) drink here the bar tender interrupted me while I was giving my order to ask if I want a to go or to stay glass then proceeded to just make up a drink and when I told him he didn’t listen he just waved me off. I’m fine paying $25 a drink but for rude service no thanks. They literally treat you like they never want you to come back. Go to Four Seasons if on Nassau. - btw Ethan at front desk and Christy from concierge- very kind and professional. - UPDATE - I am now being charged for my original reservation that was changed at the front desk when we arrived. So they’re charging me for two stays not just the one we stayed for. What is going on there?!?

When I visited with family in July of 2023, we had an amazing time. The lobby has a lot of fun things to do when you wait, and the rooms are very clean and have great views. The staff at the SLS are super friendly and very helpful. There is so much to do here, and my family had an amazing time. The ocean view that we booked was more of a pool-view, since we got a room on the left side of the building.

Worst experience ever. Disgustingly rude staff. They do not care to assist you. All staff have terrible disgusting attitudes. Servers don’t care to give good service either, being that tip is included everywhere. You pay thousands of dollars to come here and be treated like garbage. Will absolutely never return, and will be sure to let every single person I know to spend their money elsewhere. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Food is garbage. Almost everything is an extra fee. Disappointed is a HUGE understatement.

Great job. Airlines failed and canceled our flight home. SLS took care of us immediately and we checked back in for another night. Baha Mar is a fantastic property. The rooms and accommodations were top notch. We will be back next year.
Jack S — Google review
It’s my third time staying at the Baha Mar and it was my most disappointing time. It was my birthday and I got a deluxe Queen room and I think they downgraded us because the rooms were so tiny and so dark it was actually insane. They did not go above and beyond to make my birthday special, which is a big factor when choosing a hotel I also review hotels and this is really disappointing to write.

Hotel
Goldwynn Resort & Residences, located on Cable Beach in Nassau, offers a luxurious oceanfront experience with a boutique-like atmosphere. The resort is perfect for families who enjoy creating their own entertainment and features a heated infinity pool just steps away from the shoreline. Guests have praised the exceptional service provided by staff members like Ms. Kasey at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate their needs.
Goldwynn Resort is a brand-new 5-star gem in the Bahamas, and it truly delivers on luxury and comfort. The entire property feels fresh, modern, and beautifully designed—from the stylish lobby to the pristine rooms with breathtaking ocean views. It’s definitely on the high-end side, so prices reflect that, but you get what you pay for: premium service, top-tier amenities, and a peaceful, upscale atmosphere. The facilities are all new and thoughtfully laid out. The heated swimming pool is a great touch, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. While the resort is smaller compared to some of the massive properties on the island, that actually works in its favor. It feels more private and exclusive, which adds to the sense of calm and luxury. The location is excellent too—right on the beach with stunning views and close to everything you need. Everything was spotlessly clean, the staff were professional and friendly, and the overall vibe is perfect for anyone looking to unwind in a more refined setting. Highly recommended if you're looking for a beautiful, quiet, and upscale escape in the Bahamas!

A must stay!! The rooms are amazing and make you feel like you are being pampered away from home! The bed is amazing and the most comfortable after a long day in the heat with the kids. Perfect food options at the hotel and surrounding areas. Just an overall beautiful place!! Will hands down suggest this hotel to friends and family for years to come! I can not wait to be invited by the amazing staff to have a girls week there just to sit back and relax! My dream vacation 😆

Amazing stay over 4 days. Peaceful, beautiful, luxurious. A terrific place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Every staff member was lovely, the room was so nice and the terrace we had was amazing. Food was great, spa was lovely and the 24-hour pool was the best part! 100% recommend.

From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The entire property is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful and serene. The pool area is stunning and never too crowded, with crystal-clear water and plenty of lounge space to relax. The beach is just steps away, and it’s absolutely breathtaking — soft sand, turquoise water, and the most calming vibe. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway!

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel was spotless from top to bottom — everything felt so clean and well taken care of. The food was absolutely amazing (we honestly looked forward to every meal), and the beach and pool areas were just perfect — crystal-clear water, soft sand, and breathtaking views of the turquoise Bahamian ocean. The atmosphere was peaceful yet vibrant, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay. Specially Maria at the restaurant OIA!!! We will definitely plan another stay. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and indulgence. We can’t wait to come back!

🌟 5 Stars – Paradise Found at Goldwyn Resort! 🌟 My stay at the Goldwyn Resort in the Bahamas was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality, stunning ocean views, and luxury at every corner. The resort is the perfect blend of modern elegance and island charm — every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with balconies that overlooked the turquoise waters. Waking up to that view each morning was like a dream! The poolside vibes were immaculate — tranquil when you want to relax, but with just the right energy to enjoy the music, drinks, and sunshine. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and pampered throughout my stay. And let’s talk about the food… absolutely delicious! From fresh seafood to tropical cocktails, every bite and sip was worth savoring. If you’re looking for luxury, peace, and pure island bliss, Goldwyn Resort is the place to be. Blue Lagoon Adults Only Beach offers a limited but efficient snorkeling experience with lifeguards keeping a close watch. The beach provides complimentary all-you-can-eat/drink Bahama Mama's and buffet-style food, along with umbrellas and seating areas for a relaxing time. With no kids in sight, the VIP area ensures a peaceful vacation vibe. Visitors can enjoy beautiful well-maintained surroundings, friendly staff, and various activities such as manta ray experiences and music.
Beautiful place. It was a great experience. Water is gorgeous and a delicious free meal and all you can drink Bahama Mama's you can drink. A stingray swam right up to us, it was so cute.
Sondra H — Google review
Disappinting at best, we booked through cruise ship, met on dock at 10:30, by the time we checjed in til we got off the ferry on blue lagoon it was noon. We booked the adults only beach, had a few minute walk to a point of choosing between beach side or lagoon side, of course we chose beach. By the time we got to the beach, half the chairs were already taken, and we had to go to the far end, chairs on a 45-degree slope, and we could not use an umbrella because of the wind. Now the staff was great, brought us endless bahama mamas and we had a nice lunch which they will bring to your chair too. Beach was 2 small coves and very rocky. By 2:45, we atarted back for the dock. Not nearly enough time to relax

Private Adults Only Beach. Complementary all you can eat/drink Bahama Mama's and buffet style food; BBQ chicken, steak, corn on the cob, rice and beans, salad and fish. Quite enjoyable with the provided umbrellas and seating areas. No kids in sight. Music. Fun times.

---A beautiful but short excursion--- $125 per person through Royal Caribbean Beautiful and quiet 3 hours on the beach not 5 hours (long travel time was included on itinerary but not made obvious) unlimited small watered down bahama mamas Cons: - Schedule will say 9am - 2pm suggesting 5 hours, but time at the beach is really max 3 hours. There is a long time between gathering on the dock, getting tagged, signing waivers, boarding the boat, 35 minutes each way, plus boarding early to get back to the dock by 2pm. - "Unlimited bahama mamas" really means unlimited watered down punch in a small plastic cup mostly ice. - Food tasted ok. - Most of the prime chair locations set on a steep slope. Dug down in the sand to get the proper sitting angle. Pros: - Adults only - The service was excellent. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Quick to get us more watered down punch drink. - The scenery was beautiful and quiet. No loud music or screaming kids. Just peaceful beach sounds. Next time we will remember to save the time and money to find a beach closer to the cruise terminal. But it is defiantly worth checking out once for the scenery and service.

Courtyard Nassau Downtown/Junkanoo Beach is a vibrant property with colorful rooms, an outdoor pool, and a casual bistro. It's conveniently located near popular attractions like Pirates of Nassau Museum and Fort Fincastle. The hotel is also close to Hillside House, the studio of renowned Bahamian artist Antonius Roberts, where visitors can admire his paintings and sculptures.
My family and I stayed here during a recent vacation and I couldn’t have been happier. The front desk staff, management, and maintenance were all so friendly and professional they instantly made us feel at home. The convenience store in the lobby made it easy to get quick things we needed. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. One of their pools is currently under construction as well as an elevator but we never heard noise from the work and while we saw the gentleman working on one of the elevators they kept the area clean, with no dust or debris. Also the other elevator that we used was convenient, fast, and I loved the music in it. Also, the hotel is literally across the street from the beach! Amazing location with incredible staff! I highly recommend them and will definitely stay there again.
Shanny B — Google review
Crystal and Nigel at the front desk were great! Thank you for your hospitality. The room was everything we needed but occasionally the smell of sewage would waft through our room on the fifth floor. It happened 4-5 times in our week long stay, not the fault of the staff but definitely something to get checked out. The housekeeping staff was also fantastic - always very nice when we ran into them. They left us extra towels and water on our room door in a bag even when we had the do not disturb sign up. The adult pool was closed for maintenance throughout our entire stay, but the kids pool was great. I will say that it could use a more frequent cleaning, as there were plastic cups and suspicious foam accumulating in the pool towards the end of our stay. The little shop in the lobby is expensive - I’d recommend going elsewhere for water and snacks. The hotel is super close to shops by walking, but the sidewalks can be a little precarious depending on what time you’re walking around. Overall, a nice hotel with super friendly staff.

My visit was in the conference room across from the main hotel in their parking lot. It was incredibly clean as were their bathrooms. Their service was really good and they were attentive to all of us and we were more than 70. The reason for my post though is because in the main hotel in the bar area you must ask them to make you a latte. That bartender makes awesome coffee!

First time in the Bahamas for a family vacation and everyone truly enjoyed their time. The service was amazing from check in to check out. The hotel was near the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Concierge was knowledgeable about activities to do during our stay. We had a great experience.

Not the best experience. Missing items from my room with no resolution. Dirty. Rude staff. The pictures are misleading. My experience was not great at all. I expect a certain quality when staying at a Marriott, not this one. They definitely treat you better if you are or a certain color or orientation. I will not ever stay here again. Don’t waste your money and if you do, lock up any personal items you don’t want “misplaced”
B G — Google review
Being a titanium elite member you’d expect a bit more from the staff. But basicly what sets this hotel apart is the attitude of the staff. Simple thing at breakfast where the lady shouts at me “where is your breakfast voucher” is beyond me when I’ve already handed it in is beyond me. Not a way to treat guests nor loyalty members. Will never stay here especially for the price just go somewhere else.

The Pirates of Nassau Museum offers an immersive experience into the city's history as a pirate haven during the 18th century. Situated in Nassau, Bahamas, this museum showcases replica pirate ships and various exhibits that bring to life the Golden Age of Piracy from 1690 to 1720. The location's shallow yet navigable waters made it an ideal base for pirates to plunder merchant ships.
Pirate museum located in the centre of Nassau. Tickets can be purchased at the entrance. Not a huge place but worth the entrance fee and definitely worth checking out. Interesting and fun inside. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a nice place to visit as a tourist. It's right near the cruise port and it's family friendly. It provided a lot of good information about the subject matter and was interesting. It was not a mind-blowing experience, but it was a very pleasant way for my family to be in entertained unhurried way in a nice, cool facility for a while in the midst of a hot, crowded port day in Nassau. The price is definitely far better than what you'll find with most tourist spots in the city.

The Pirates of Nassau Museum is a really cool museum and well worth the visit. It’s compact but packed with fascinating exhibits that bring the golden age of piracy to life. The displays are engaging, the history is well presented, and it’s easy to explore at your own pace. Perfect for history buffs or anyone looking for a fun, educational experience in Nassau. Highly recommend stopping by!

I was excited and had a good time, but it isn't for all. Wife n youngest ran through, 11 yr old and I walked n looked at everything. They have pirate relics, scenery, ship, but they were looking to replicate some Disney allure and I was looking for raw history. Gifts could have been more pirate, with some good stuff for sale, kinda not impressed, but I had fun nonetheless. Maybe if they had a theme party area, people could plan parties from the cruise.
Martin B — Google review
Our family loved this! It was easy to get to from the port, reasonably priced, and so cool! You get to walk through a ship and see several exhibits.
Ashley ( — Google review
Loved the walk through of this place. Tickets were a good price for this mini adventure. Lots to see and read, take at least 45 minutes to go through this place. It had great history facts, culture, and the figures were put together very well! We got lucky we stumbled upon this place. Last walk through ends at 4:30 pm, not sure about any other days like the weekends. I didn’t want to post too many pics, you need to see it for yourself, you’ll be glad you did!!
Alexandra O — Google review
The Nassau Pirate Museum is a fun, immersive experience that, for a moment, transports you into the golden age of pirates! It has a similar vibe to Disney’s Pirates ride — but with the added bonus of walking the set yourself, along an old quay and even aboard then through a full-sized pirate ship. The attention to detail and creativity throughout the museum is impressive and historically informative. With friendly staff, affordable admission, and just a short walk from the cruise terminal, it’s a must-visit for families!
Pete G — Google review
This is a neat little spot. We have walked by here several times on our way from the Cruise Terminal heading to Junkanoo Beach and we finally decided to drop in. The price was reasonable and the displays were informative. Not really a museum in terms of actual historical artifacts, but still a good stop to fill a little time during a visit to Nassau.

Nestled in downtown Nassau, the Graycliff Hotel offers a serene escape from the bustling city below. This historic hotel, originally built by a retired pirate in the 1700s, has been refurbished into a luxurious manor with traditional colonial decor. The rooms and cottages have hosted famous guests like Winston Churchill and Frank Sinatra. The hotel also features a renowned fine dining restaurant and an impressive wine cellar with over 200,000 bottles valued at $20 million.
Historic Hotel from the 1800's with an impressive wine cellar. We had an English Tea at the restaurant which was very good. The wait staff was excellent. Definitely recommended! Across the street we booked a wine tasting event and were well impressed. We walked back to our cruise ship and enjoyed the short downhill stroll (the walk on the docks to our ship was further than the walk back to the docks from the restaurant.)

Restaurant-Be careful. We visited here for lunch on Wednesday. For a cup of soup, steak frites, a bottle of water and a Diet Coke they charged $115.20. I didn’t anticipate a place like this taking advantage of visitors, but they did. The atmosphere is historic, unique, and worth the visit, but be careful as they will overcharge you substantially from the menu price.

My wife and I went there for the tasting lunch and we're thoroughly impressed by the unbelievably professional wait staff that appear to have been there for decades. Be prepared for a 5-course tasting menu paired with five different wines. Be sure to tour the grounds and the largest Wine Cellar in the world. An absolutely unbelievable experience underground seeing bottles from the 1800s and even one from the 1700s

Graycliff Hotel, located conveniently in Downtown Nassau, is close to the US Embassy. Known for its 5-star restaurant with top-notch service, it seemed like a promising choice. - Cost: Prices start at $400+ per night, so it's not a budget option. - Arrival Experience: Upon arrival, we were greeted and offered help with our bags, which was necessary due to the numerous stairs leading to our room. Walking through the path, we passed by some dilapidated lion statues and overgrown palm trees. While the hotel has its charms and unique style, the outdated decor and initial room issues were a letdown. However, the staff's quick response and the delightful pool area somewhat made up for these shortcomings.

Unreal!!!! What a great experience all the way around. Services is the best you’ll find and the food and drinks are well beyond expectations. Begin dinner with what is probably the best Scotch selection one can find on the planet. Do you want a 50 yr (anything) from a 60s vintage bottle….They have it. Cognac selections that are the best of the best. Dive into a wine list like you’ve never seen before the book is 2” thick. For food….WOW! It was such a great experience for our party of ten.

Paradise Island Beach Club - Bahamas Ocean Villas offers bright villas in a relaxed resort setting with beach service, 2 outdoor pools, a swim-up bar, and dining options. The mile-long Paradise beach boasts soft white sand and clear turquoise waters near Atlantis resorts on Paradise Island. It's an ideal spot for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. While amenities are limited at the beach, nearby restaurants provide access to facilities.
We got a resort for a day pass for Paradise Island Beach Club this past weekend and had the BEST day! The staff were so kind and the drinks were amazing. PIBC is located on the most beautiful stretch of Cabbage beach. The man helping me and my fiancé was nice enough to offer to take a photo of us together which was such a sweet gesture. If we are ever in the Bahamas again we WILL be back. Also give their Bahama Mama a try for sure!

Our group of 9 stayed in two rooms here for a week and we were pretty disappointed with the establishment. We signed up for one of their events thinking that it was a complementary dinner as stated and agreed by the hostess. This meal was tilapia, fried chicken, and little lobster bites smothered in a Alfredo type sauce which did run out. This meal ended up costing us $82 a person without up front warning besides on their “post sheets” around the resort. After we tried to argue with them and they pulled a sheet out and showed us in tiny writing at the bottom that is states this… We then went to the hostess and again they said it was free and even agreed with us after the whole ordeal. These sheets were not posted everywhere as stated and even the workers didn’t know the prices for the meal. All in all we were still forced to pay for the $800 dinner (Not worth) and didn’t even get the dinner show attached to that heavy price tag. We gave this place a ton of business and we’re honestly just shocked by the shady stuff that came along with the trip here. They also make u pay a ~$160 electric bill per room on top of your per night fees just an FYI. The bar and grill attached outside the resort is honestly way better and has better drinks.

Wonderful relaxing, quiet resort, Beach was empty till 10am and cleared out around 6pm. Was not crowded during the day either. I visited week of July 30. Family friendly, nice small swim up bar and good happy hour drinks. Fun. Not ultra luxurious, but clean and spacious. The kitchen was furnished really well. I would definitely go back. Guests gathered to watch the sunsets near the pool. Beautiful.

Completely run down timeshare villas. If I owned a unit I would truly find a way to rally all owners and demand an itemized list as to where all my timeshare fees are going. We arrived the Saturday before New Year’s Eve and furious writing while still here. We have had our SAME towels since. We were told there is a $50 fee per towel of lost. We have gone twice per day for towel exchange and told they had none. It’s absurd. Not enough towels for my 4 children in the room and when asked for 2 extra towels since they only left 4 they told me I had to wait u til tomorrow as housekeeping is gone for the day and they do not have any towels stocked at the front desk. I even told them I would wash my own towels because I’m so disgusted and then I was told that I needed quarters to do that. Lashonda as the front desk was ever sweet but the other lady that works the desk is rude and not helpful. There is one bartender who is polite but they are extremely understaffed she literally does everything. The entire property smells like raw sewage as we have learned that just a few steps away there is a laundry plant and what we smell is the waste.it smells like Newark. Nauseating. What a nightmare. The hotel itself is so dated run down rusted shower heads, bed as hard as a rock the kitchen is skeevy. The literal only positive here is their beach. It’s beautiful and private. Otherwise I don’t know how they are still in business. The staff doesn’t care and clearly management cares even less.

I injured my foot before going and there were no rooms available on the bottom floor even though it was requested week in advance. The ocean view was great. There were more steps than i realized so it was hard on me. I am glad I wasn't in a wheelchair because I don't know what we would have done or where we should have stayed. Fyi for any readers it is a $2 fee to get on paradise island each time. No fee to get off though.
Angela H — Google review
The master bath was not finished. Not enough safety bars in the bathrooms, to get in and out of showers.
Arlene P — Google review
Avoid at all costs!!! Got the best room type but reality is nothing like photos, visited different islands in Bahamas and this is definitely the worst place. Mouldy shower head, ceiling is leaking and dripping water, rude and slow service from reception… nobody came to solve the problems after reflecting to staff, mattress is too soft and sinks in the middle. In addition, there’s no elevator or staff to assist with luggages so you have to carry them up and down the staircases.
Roy C — Google review
The staff was friendly. You have to check out the pool towels, but there are often none available. Nice sized rooms, but on 2 of the days there were little red worms in our toilet water (super gross). It also smells like trash often outside the facility as there is some sort of business right next to the resort. I also wished the resort had more activities during the day. They did host a dinner one night, it was nice, but buffet style and everything was super cold by the time we were permitted to eat. Limited parking as well.

Bahama Bay Beach Club in Nassau, Bahamas is the perfect destination for a Caribbean island wedding. The club offers the services of wedding specialists to help plan and coordinate your beachfront celebration. Additionally, they provide transportation to City Hall for obtaining a Bahamian marriage license, making the process seamless for couples.
Our favorite day on the resort 29jan2025 and worth the price! The service, food, drinks and views were great. The pizza is on pita so our least favorite. The truffle fries, guac and crispy tuna rice were our favorites. They also make a delicious spicy margarita.

Absolutely great experience. We love doing beach clubs when we are on cruises. We got the day pass, and the service, food, and atmosphere was incredible. There was a hurricane forming over top of us, but that didn’t stop us from having a good time. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend booking a lounge chair for a day at Baha Beach if you are staying at Baha Mar! Very relaxing and quiet with heated infinity pools. We spent a full day enjoying drinks and food, and swimming. We also had access to the water park. All food and drinks went towards the initial lounge chair fee. Thank you to our server Michaela!

Our time at the Baha Bay Beach Club was our favorite day during our 5 night stay at Baha Mar Grand Hayatt. This area does require a paid reservation to enter, however many of the options go to the spend for drinks and food at the 25° Resturant. The infinity pools had the best views of the ocean on the property and had a much calmer vibe than any of the other pools.

My group of friends stayed at the SLS this past weekend. The best service we had was at the Baha Beach Club thanks to Julie and Shawn. There was a little issue with our reservation and Julie went above and beyond to help fix the situation. And our server Shawn was incredible and made us have such a fun experience!

Service is good, albeit a bit in the slow side. Then again, we were there on a slow day, so that’s not a total minus. My husband did get a bit hungry waiting for the poolside snacks, tho. My biggest complaint is that there are smokers(yes, legit cigarette smokers..) in here and nobody seems to reprimand them. Not very pleasant when you’re sunbathing and get a whiff of someone’s nasty.
HJJ S — Google review
Overall, well worth it, as your lounge chair price is a credit towards food at the beach club, you were going to spend that money anyway on food and drink, so you might as well get a reserved chair. On the downside, we had our towels, packed food, and clothes piled on our chairs towards the end of the day at ~5:30. We decided to go for a last swim in the pool, before the club closed at 6:00. To our amazement, when we got back to our chairs, our food was missing (thrown out), and my clothes were taken (thrown in with the towels and taken away). Had to walk back across the resort, through the casino, to my room in just my swimsuit. We ended up leaving the resort the next day, so no, they didn't get my clothes back to me before we had to leave. Not a good experience, but I'd still recommend the beach club. just don't leave your things unattended.
Jared W — Google review
What I didn’t realize was that my paid booking WAS credit towards food and bev and so I never hit my spend limit. Not even close. Wish someone explained that to me from the start. What a waste of money

Experience the laid-back charm of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nassau, located just 10 miles from the airport. This casual hotel offers bright rooms, some with ocean views, providing a personal retreat whether you're in Nassau for business or leisure. Guests can enjoy complimentary beach chairs and towels at Junkanoo Beach just across the street, as well as a beautiful swimming pool and gardens on-site.
Holiday Inn Express Bahamas is a decent, no-frills option if you're looking for a simple place to stay. While the property itself is not the most luxurious and could use some updates, it’s clean and provides the essentials for a comfortable visit. What truly makes this hotel stand out is the exceptional hospitality. The staff is warm and welcoming, and Chavelle was especially amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable, always greeting guests with a smile and a helpful attitude. Her level of service made a real difference in my experience. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay with great customer service, this is a solid choice. While the hotel itself is modest, the kindness and attentiveness of the staff—especially Chavelle—make it a pleasant place to be.

This holiday inn seems to be a older renovated previous chain hotel. Has lots of renovations and good for the area. On the busy beach road, right in kiddie of action, beach is populated with shacks selling drinks and food to cruise shippers as they stream by most afternoons. Pool area is nice, pool unheated, gated off with security people working. Staff very friendly, Breakfast included and very good selection. Rooms themselves very clean, bathrooms very small. This is a good place for a few days stay.
Orangecheesekj — Google review
The front desk service is pretty good. The hotel can do some updates on the exterior of the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms which were updated. I was disappointed in my faux balcony. I wanted to sit out in the mornings. I could see the cruise ships coming in. Location is working distance from shopping and restaurants. Beware some of the strip closes at 4 pm. The breakfast is a basic continental. Eggs, sausage, toast, etc. The bacon needed some color but everything else was satisfactory. It might be a good idea to cover the outside eating area to protect from the bird droppings. The laundry service was horrible, but was addressed effectively. The clothes were wet and did not smell clean.

Update: I contacted the manager via email after the manager comment on my review and offered to talk to me. I send the manager a video and photos as proof and I still haven’t heard anything back. I was told my case was being reviewed by the director on July 31 and now is September 1st. No updates… The location is great for outdoor restaurants only. However, our experience was marred by poor service and maintenance issues. When my family and I arrived, we found that our room didn't have hand soap - the bottle was empty. We asked multiple times for towels, but it took a while to get some small shower towels. The room itself had significant maintenance issues. I spoke to the front desk about the problems to see if they could change my room during my stay or send someone to fix the issues. They agreed to take action, but nobody came. The water in the bathtub kept backing up, and bugs were coming from inside the drain. There were stains everywhere, and mold had built up on the wall. We had to shower in the hand-wash sink, and they wouldn't provide us with towels after cleaning. Instead, they left us with washcloths, so I had to ask multiple times if I could get at least one towel. What made it even more distressing was that my mom, a senior citizen, was with us. She deserved better care and attention, especially given her age. The lack of basic amenities and poor maintenance was not only frustrating but also uncomfortable for her. The fact that we had to deal with bugs, mold, and dirty conditions was unacceptable, and it's disappointing that the hotel didn't take our concerns seriously. The attention to customer needs was extremely poor. When we tried to access the beach, we were pushed to talk to a salesperson and some random person who offered to pay for access to a different beach. This was frustrating and felt like a lack of regard for our experience as guests, especially considering my mom's age and needs. Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the combination of maintenance issues, poor customer service, and lack of basic amenities. As a family, we expected a lot more, especially given the hotel's reputation and my mom's senior status. It's unfortunate that we didn't get the level of service and care that we deserved. I try speaking to the manager before I left but nobody was at the front desk. I left my keys on the desk and left to the airport.

I was in town for a 4 night business trip and picked this hotel because of location and proximity to both work and leisure activities. The location is excellent and the best thing about the place. Most of the things you'll want to do in the area are in walking distance. Check in was quick and easy as the front desk personnel were professional. While on the surface the room was ready to go with beds made etc, the room was in desperate need of a deep clean and repair. Some of the furniture was damaged and there was what appeared to be blood on some of the wooden areas. Looked as if they had attempted to use bleach to clean but with little affect. Also cracked floor tiles with sharp edges. There were also may mosquitoes in the room and a few of these little lizards running around eating them. Overall not the worst place I've had to stay for work travel but not nearly worth the cost of the stay.

Really good. Iconic location and beautifully soft rooms. Limited curb-appeal, but highly functional and pleasant commercial hotel, in every other way.

Omg this hotel was so amazing anything you need they’ll make sure they’ll provide it for you. They also work with you and they’re not too expensive and they’re understanding and they’re very nice and they have security to make sure you’re safe and a pool is open all night and the gym is super clean and I’ll do your laundry for you

Nestled in the stunning Bahamas, Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort & Offshore Island is a premier all-inclusive retreat designed exclusively for couples. This enchanting resort boasts ten unique dining venues and eight vibrant bars, ensuring that culinary delights are always at your fingertips. With seven inviting pools and an array of land and water activities, there's no shortage of ways to unwind or seek adventure together.
We have stayed at many Sandals (and Beaches) over the years, but this was our first time to the Royal Bahamian. It was a great 8 nights, even though Imelda (before turning into a hurricane) crashed our party. We had a butler room and Nichola and Keisha were great. The private island is beautiful and we spent a very peaceful day there. The food was very good across the board, and we were able to get lobster tails with our dinners at Butch’s. Special recognition to: Endera in reception who helped us get a room with a better view, Kimerly our tour guide for the Mini Tour, Michelle at the pool bar, Phillip at the English Pub bar, Edwin our waiter at Butch’s and Anwar at the pool bar who made us beautiful drinks to use in our photos. And, of course, Nichola and Keisha who took very good care of us for the whole stay. The only negatives were the fact that the backup power wasn’t working in our building for several hours while (not quite tropical storm) Imelda came through, but it did come back on the next morning. When we booked a butler room we read that it came with private transfers, which we thought would be to and from the resort, but it was only going from the airport to the resort. This wouldn’t have been a big deal, but the people we were sharing the transfer with were late getting off the resort which didn’t help my travel anxiety at all. And, I have to say, it was very disappointing to realize that there really are no more returning guest t-shirts. I love all my shirts and they bring back great memories from our trips to Sandals and Beaches.

We had the pleasure of indulging in the butler service, and were fortunate enough to have Garth as our butler. His attentiveness and dedication to ensuring our comfort went above and beyond our expectations. Every request was met with promptness and a positive attitude, making our stay truly special. Additionally, we were delighted to experience the culinary offerings at La Plume, where Tara showcased remarkable skill in running the restaurant. Her service was impeccable, and she contributed significantly to our dining enjoyment. I would also like to commend Tayana, Supervisor of the Butler Services, for her outstanding leadership and support. Her commitment to guest satisfaction is evident, and her efforts greatly enhanced our overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Sandals to anyone considering a vacation. If you have not yet visited a Sandals Resort, I encourage you to do so-you owe it to yourself. The staff here truly makes you feel like family. Thank you for providing such a memorable Vacation.

While celebrating our wedding anniversary, we received the most professional butler experience with Kiesha and Nikola during our 5 night stay! They were already ahead of our daily planning when we arrived and ensured we had dinner reservations at all the best restaurants. They also made sure we had great beach and/or poolside seats waiting for us with towels and a cooler full of our favorite beverages every morning! We were checked on in person and by call or text often to address any needs or questions we might have. They went out of their way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and remaining stress free! We also had amazing private drivers, Ricardo and Mark, who transported us from and to the airport. They were funny, knowledgeable, and safe! The bar service, whether on the main land or island, was superb and fast! We never waited longer than 20 seconds for our drinks. Bartenders Gary and Alberto were a couple of our favorites! Thank you Sandals Royal Bahamian for the most amazing time!

This place is incredible. 10/10 highly recommend. Food was amazing. The hotel and views are beautiful. The service was outstanding. The night time entertainment was awesome. The best part though was probably the entire staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming it was a great experience. My now wife and I had the elopement wedding on the beach and it was everything we dreamed of. Sounds corny but we legit were treated like a King and Queen. We are already planning our next stay here. Book it, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Royal Bahamian for our dream wedding and vacation

What more can we say! We stayed here for our 10th wedding anniversary and the staff there really made a lasting impression. Our room accommodation really showed out with the beautiful views and upgraded details such as the coffee maker and drink bar. It truly felt like home. Although we don’t consume alcohol the bartenders were very accommodating with alternative options. We were even scheduled a tour of the island that allowed us to see what the culture there was all about. It truly left a huge impression. We have the hotel manager to thank for making sure we were so happy during our stay. She truly warmed our heart, listened to our needs and took action. What a wonderful and beautiful experience!

Fantastic time away. Aaron and Breon had provided excellent service as always, which is why we requested them again as our butlers (this is our second trip to Bahamian). Highly recommend. Great diving, snorkeling on the private island, and amazing food. Hobi cat sailing is always a hit in my book and Leslie is a great diving guide/instructor. Highly recommended.

So I got this place for our honeymoon, um they say they live on island time and let me tell you they do, except for the ferry. At the restaurants it takes over an hour each time to get food except for the buffet. Takes over an hour plus for room service as well and its always cold and terrible. We got the butler service but actually cancelled a day in because it was not worth what we paid. But the rooms are gorgeous, the beds are hard, AC is great, no shower door on the shower. Everything else was great. The view by the ocean was amazing .Wish there was a snack place for like ya know chicken tenders an fries, and chips and ya just like bar food. Will we be back probably not. Most of the employees are really nice and friendly. Some hate there lives in the restaurants and rather be somewhere else but Tayana the manager is amazing we love her she helped us alot🙂 got a massage which was nice but ya know 600$ later🥴 how much we spent wasn't worth it. I'd rather go to Florida and be by the beach.

Great ride if you request Ricky you’ll be taken care of very well!!! Butler Service: Ashad, Tim,and Eric were great. When I travel Sandals I will always get the butler service. It made our trip easy delightful, and relaxing the butler service is definitely worth it times 10!!!!!! Food & Drinks: Food and drinks were great. Everything I tasted or drank was great!!

The Royal at Atlantis is a luxurious hotel that has been the center of action and excitement since the debut of the Atlantis resort in 1998. It houses a large casino, top-notch restaurants like Todd English's Olives and Nobuyuki Matsuhisa's Nobu, and is closest to the Aquaventure waterpark and The Dig. The hotel's iconic towers are familiar from advertisements, with a bridge containing a luxurious suite where Michael Jackson stayed.
Resort was perfect. Anything you needed was available on site. Other than sight seeing we wouldn’t have left the site. They provided us with metal water bottles and has water filling stations throughout the entire property. Also can be used as a souvenir:) Highly recommend. We will return :)

A great location and fun resort that is missing a few marks to make it one of the best. We stayed at the Royal and while the rooms were spacious and large, there were a number of small details that were missed during the renovations that reminded you this resort is 30 years old. While they didn't really detract from our stay, it is not what you expect at this price point. It was still a nice and comfortable room and minor updates would help improve the experience. Service was good but didn't feel especially helpful. We also had a day or two where housekeeping missed our room or didn't do a great job with the cleaning. When we'd ask questions of staff we would get inaccurate or unhelpful answers to simple questions. Again, nothing that was awful, but not five star service at a resort of this type. Really what is outstanding here is the location with beautiful views and beaches, and the pools and water parks are an experience in themselves. We spent days by the pools and still didn't get to experience everything. The kids area is excellent and great for families and easy to spend hours by. Really the whole resort is very family friendly. We had a great trip and would definitely recommend it if you are coming to the Bahamas for a special trip. But if you're considering a top resort elsewhere then the competition makes it a more complicated recommendation.

Atlantis Bahamas has made noticeable improvements since my last visit a couple of years ago. The rooms have been renovated, and while some general renovations are still ongoing, the property feels refreshed compared to before. Even when the resort was showing its age, the staff stood out for being friendly and accommodating, and that hasn’t changed. Overall, it’s a pleasant and enjoyable experience, and the upgrades make a real difference.

Disappointing Honeymoon Stay at Atlantis Bahamas – Not Worth the Price My partner and I stayed at Atlantis Bahamas for our honeymoon, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We booked a harbour view room through Booking.com, but the room had a bad odour and visible traces of mould. We took photos and reached out to Booking.com, who said they were working with the hotel to resolve it. However, Atlantis later claimed they found no mould, despite our clear photo evidence — which felt dismissive and frustrating. To make things worse, several of the main water slides were closed for maintenance, something we were not informed about before arrival. For such an expensive resort, you’d expect full transparency about major facilities being unavailable. Speaking of cost, everything at the resort is extremely overpriced. The main buffet is $70 per adult, plus tip, tax, and drinks — so meals add up quickly. Many of the staff also came across as rude or indifferent, rarely saying “please” or “thank you,” even when you’re spending so much. Overall, this was not the honeymoon experience we hoped for. Between the mould issue, the high prices, the lack of communication, and the poor service, we wouldn’t stay here again. It’s especially disappointing that the hotel denied the mould issue when we have clear proof it existed.

Big shout out to Geanna working at the check in desk! What a doll! Incredible incredible service. Check in was a breeze and she made being here even more exciting. Our reservation was moved from the coral to the royal due to renovations and she really hooked us up when she found out it was our first time here. Top floor with the best view. And she called our room to make sure we were all good and to let us know to go back to the desk to get the complimentary water bottles. I can’t praise her enough. Also first day hasn’t even finished yet and I’m already living the dream!

Warwick Paradise Island - Bahamas is a refined, beachfront resort located on Paradise Island. The hotel offers chic and contemporary rooms with colorful accents and stunning harbor views. Guests can enjoy five restaurants, including a pool bar and lobby bar, as well as an outdoor pool and fitness center. With its romantic ambiance, the resort caters to nature lovers, art enthusiasts, and other excited visitors seeking a luxurious vacation experience.
Really glad we chose the adults only Warwick for our stay in nassau. The service was excellent, employees were friendly and bartenders remembered our orders. A variety of food available with the all inclusive but would recommend having a night out at fish fry for something different. Can’t go wrong with unlimited drinks. They have a small man made “beach” that was always clean. The pool is huge - never felt crowded. Recommend the balcony since the views were beautiful. 10 min walk to the Atlantis where you can walk around the marina, go to the casino and the aquarium. If you are looking for a nightlife vibe i would recommend partying at the other hotels that have nightclubs but other than that it was a very relaxing and beautiful experience. Worth the price.

I recently stayed at Warwick Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas, and overall, it was an amazing experience! The food and drinks were a solid 10/10—fresh, flavorful, and always satisfying. The staff truly made the trip unforgettable: Brian, the bartender, kept the drinks flowing and made sure everyone was having a great time. Letice greeted me with a smile every morning while making my omelets just the way I liked them. Kizzy welcomed us from the moment we walked through the door and kept the energy high with music and his fun, outgoing personality. Kendrick made sure we never went without a mimosa or drink during breakfast and lunch, always serving with a smile. Mr. Ian Cash went above and beyond, even making sure to sign us up for Sip & Paint while we were still enjoying dinner. As a travel agent, I brought guests along with me, and they had such a good time that they’ve already asked me to book another trip back here in February—which says it all! While the pool was under construction, the resort made up for it by offering complimentary shuttle service to beautiful Cabbage Beach, which was a great alternative. The only downside was noticing some rust in the room, but other than that, the experience was excellent. I’ll definitely be returning soon and can’t wait to bring more guests to enjoy this resort!

I stayed here for a week. And I loved it.. we held a conference for 25 women. The staff was super helpful and professional. The all inclusive was great, they had daily activities. The food was AMAZING. Fresh, fish, steak amazing breakfast everyday. SEASONED well. The pools were great. The ground are on the small side but have everything you need. 10/10 would stay here again. Only downsides I would say: the rooms are average, the lobby is also average. But the pool, restaurants & outdoor spaces are amazing.

A nice all inclusive hotel on Paradise Island. Nice staff and spacious rooms. A bit dated, but ok. Big nice pool area and a private beach. The food is really good. Large selection of well cooked food in the buffet restaurant. Nice pool/beach bar with cocktails and drinks. 10-15 min walk to fantastic Cabbage Beach.

Currently staying here at present and cannot fault the resort one bit. It’s amazing staff are so friendly and also smiling happy to help and nothing is too much trouble. Bar staff happy to bring drinks to me constantly during the day which I loved (who wouldn’t 🤣) rooms were to a good standard for us and looking at other reviews I don’t know what they are looking because I could not fault the cleanliness of our room. Overall a lovely holiday and definitely be back again in the future.

I am sharing my positive experience from my stay May 20-23, 2025. Your resort is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were amazing and friendly. My room was clean and spacious, and I enjoyed the pool and lagoon. The bar service was excellent. The music was great, and we enjoyed karaoke, though we wished it lasted longer. My only concerns were the mildew smell in the hallway and occasionally in my room, which room spray helped with. I also suggest more night life entertainment options. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and I highly recommend your resort. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Overall great hotel and staff was very friendly. However the activities were limited. Came on a girls trips so we’re looking for something fun and the nightlife was not all that great. We did go off the resort and found other things to do. So if that’s something you’re looking for just keep that in mind. The hotel itself definitely has a relaxing feel and beautiful scenery.

The Bahamas is completely beautiful I will be coming to this island again but never ever coming to the Warwick and I don’t recommend this resort to anyone! I have been traveling to many all-inclusive resorts for the past 15 years and this was a trip from hell. The liquor is so disgusting it will make you sick disoriented and you might even faint my husband and my brother, both fainted and collapsed. I thought they were going to die in this resort the food and the restaurants are so disgusting the water in the sink showers and tap sodas, smell like sewer. The resort has nothing to offer. It is very small. The staff is rude. Every bartender is nasty. nobody has a smile on their face. Nobody wants to make the trip fun for you. The bartenders are not fun at all and all I can say is this resort is a very dangerous scary spooky negative spirited Establishment that is taking advantage of customers and taking advantage of people’s health blindly. I don’t know what they do to stretch the liquor it smelled like poison. It smells like gas. I had a sick stomach the whole trip for my 30th birthday and I am expecting a contact back from management about all of this

The hotel provides access to numerous facilities of Atlantis Resorts including restaurants, bars, waterpark, aquarium, and Dolphin interaction center.
Amazing stay this week at the Cove! Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view. The whole property is extremely clean. We also appreciated that our room was cleaned every day and at night when we came back to the room we were left with water, the blinds closed and bed made. They also left nice music for us to return from dinner to in the room! Can’t wait to go back already! I just wish there were more activities to do at night around the Atlantis properties besides gambling but we still had an amazing trip.

Came here for our honeymoon. The room directly next door was under construction so we couldn’t even hang out in our room during the day without constant LOUD drilling. Complained about it & got moved a single floor down, which didn’t help whatsoever. The noise is still there. When we complained nicely about the burden this has been, it was a half witted apology and no offer for reimbursement, amenities, free anything. It was basically “oh well, sucks.” Yeah it sucks we can’t enjoy our thousand dollar room while on our honeymoon. The hotel is advertised as having an adults only feel, along with adult only points but there were kids EVERYWHERE. Every restaurant in the resort had children who were screaming or crying. The adult only pool and bar “frezka” did not restrict families, therefore we were surrounded. The staff was fairly nice, but not as helpful as you’d think they’d be at a luxury resort. They had attitudes and gave us quick witted responses. Not the honeymoon experience I would wish for.

This place is nice. The waterpark was cool and rides were fun and safe. We went to the restaurant Fish. Nice place but food was overpriced for the taste and portion. We met this sweet cat, decided to name it Greg. We fed the cat some food seemed hungry. I recommend to feed this cat if you see it as well, it’s very friendly and sweet 😄 (we just bought it some cheese from the store)

Beautiful hotel with a tranquil beach vibe. Room was clean. I have 2 queen beds with steps to living area tha had a sofa bed. Small balcony with a beach view. The weather was bad so I was able to enjoy the beach. Pools for family and adults. Free parking but if you have mobility issues I recommend valet parking for a fee. Parking is a little far and below a hill. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttles were available to all their properties and marina plaza.

The Cove is pretty stellar! Located with great access to the beach. Stellar service and friendly staff. It would be five star but they closed the entrance to the water park for maintenance. So it’s a 7 minute walk around from the other side. We would have picked the Royal had we known that. It was hard to get out with a baby stroller and the frequent rain made it inconvenient. Not very kid convenient if you have to warm up baby food. They don’t tell you till you get the bill that they charge $10 every time they warm it up. Other hotels allow us to bring it down to the kitchen and warm it for free.

I've paid nearly 5.000 USD for a Lapis Club Ocean suite and after the booking I've noticed the rate for the same dates dropped to 3.216 USD. A week later would be 2.989 USD. When I complained, I was given a RIDICULOUS explanation: the booking system is like buying a flight ticket with dynamic rates and therefore not eligible for a refund (despite there are many flexible flight fares providing full refunds). The supposed suite was also a SCAM! It was a normal bedroom with a couch and a tiny closet where one person can barely move. Besides the FAKE classification, the room furniture and decoration are OLD and LOW QUALITY Even the balcony was in cement, not with proper floor material. Absolutely TERRIBLE. To make it even more DISAPPOINTING, there was NO DRINKABLE WATER in the room and the mini-bar was EMPTY. Called the room service and was told to go and get water from the ice station next to the elevators. Complained again that there should be water in the room and was told to wait till 6pm, the time they have some kind of round to provide water in the rooms. This seems a joke but was the exact reality. There were also no glasses or mugs, just paper cups. This kind of room gives access to the Lapis Club Lounge with included breakfast. As I was paying more than 1.000 USD per night, I expected a tasty buffet breakfast, with a minimum standard of any other 5 stars hotel. It was so BAD that is actually EMBARASING for the reputation of Atlantis. This was definitely my WORST EXPERIENCE in a "luxurious" hotel.

Not recommended. The hotel hasn’t been renovated in over 10 years, and it shows. Most of the staff provide terrible service—you practically have to beg for assistance—and the food is a disaster. On top of that, everything is outrageously overpriced (USD 11 for a bottle of water). The property’s age is evident in every detail, from the musty smell of the room carpets to the weak water pressure in the showers. Yes, the pools, water slides, and beach are enjoyable, but at these prices it’s simply unjustifiable. At best, this hotel should cost half of what it does now. Maybe 10 years ago, when I first visited, it stood out—but not anymore. Today, there are far better alternatives: more luxurious, with superior service. Sadly, this really feels like the decline of ATLANTIS.

The Island House is a chic boutique hotel located on Nassau's exotic western coast. With only 30 rooms, it offers an intimate and exclusive experience compared to the area's sprawling all-inclusive resorts. The hotel features contemporary furnishings made of coral stone and cypress, providing a cool and sophisticated atmosphere. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the property's tropical acres and central pool from their accommodations.
Great hotel nu e pool not on beach but close enough. Amenities and pool were grat, great bar good restaurants, and luxury 🎬movie theater on the property. Over all would stay here again

**One Star Review for Islandhouse Cinema** I am extremely disappointed with our experience at Islandhouse Cinema tonight, especially since it was my husband's birthday. We were really looking forward to celebrating by watching the Bob Dylan movie, having booked our tickets online and received a confirmation. When we arrived at the cinema, there was no staff present, and we, along with eight other guests, waited patiently for the movie to start. As time passed and the film didn’t begin, one of the guests went to find out what was happening. We were then informed that there had been a mistake and the cinema was closed for the night—no viewing was taking place. The way this situation was handled was unacceptable. We requested to speak with a manager, but no one came to address our concerns, leaving us all frustrated and disappointed. This experience was a huge letdown, and I cannot recommend Islandhouse Cinema based on how poorly the situation was managed. Based on online reviews, it appears that this isn't the first occurrence of such an issue at this cinema.

The staff are the most elite service team. Dee is exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Kira went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and all my needs were met. Fred at the beach did his work with such pride and humility and is a gracious soul. All the staff at Yellow Bell, the drivers that took me to and from nearby destinations. I appreciate them making this experience palatable because the management needs a lesson in communication and emotional intelligence. I had an unfortunate experience staying at this boutique hotel. I booked a weekend getaway and decided to try this hotel rather than the larger resort I normally do. I had the most unpleasant experience and if I could give the management of this property zero stars, I would. I blog as a hobby, and I decided I would blog about my trip and highlight this smaller boutique hotel. This would require photographs. I sought out one of the most sought-after professional photographers on the island and booked him. He advised me to clear with the hotel that we would be able to take photos. For context, I have shot photographs for my blog at exclusive resorts, including membership resorts such as The Boca Raton, The Faena, The Rosewood Bermuda, and The Standard. As a guest, I did not need permission at these resorts to have a photographer take professional photos on the property as long as the other guests were not interrupted. I contacted Island House a week in advance by telephone several times to work out the logistics and create a contingency plan if I was not able to take photographs. The staff was lovely and very professional, advising me this request would be escalated to the events manager, and I would be contacted. I never received a telephone call. I checked the website to see if there was information regarding photography and there was no mention of photography guidelines. The night before I traveled to the island, I got an email apologizing for the inconvenience and saying that there was no fee to shoot in my room but a fee to shoot on the property. I told them the fee was not an issue, and I would pay the fee. I confirmed the photoshoot on arrival at the hotel. I presented the email that I received. I was advised that my credit card would be charged the extra fee, and I was good to go. The day of the photo shoot became a nightmare. My team arrived and were escorted to my room. If you know anything about the creative process, the energy of the team and environment are the catalysts for the images. My team and I decided that we would stop shooting to let guests walk past, that we would avoid shooting in areas with guests, and that we would be as quiet as possible. Halfway through my first segment of the photo shoot, a British lady with short, curly hair runs toward us, yelling, who told us we could not shoot. No greeting, not finding out who we were or if any of us were guests. My team stopped shooting immediately. Then she proceeds, saying who authorized this you cannot shoot. I have no idea her name and she clearly does not know that I am a guest. I advised her that I was a guest, and she proceeded to raise her voice and demand my name. I told her my name and pronounced it for her. She never provided her name or role so she could be anyone or no one. The photographer had already done test shots prior to us starting the photo shoot to make sure we did not capture any person or thing other than myself and scenery. The nearest guest to us was 50 feet away behind us at the pool. This changed the entire mood for our photoshoot and this employee was unprofessional. This is unacceptable colonial behavior. She never returned to apologize to the team and me for her savage behavior. It is unfortunate because the staff made up of Bahamian nationals are truly gems and make the resort what it is. Bahamians are some of the best people in the world.

We had a short family vacation to this wonderful hidden gem, and we were incredibly satisfied with our stay. The property itself is serene, lush, and beautiful in every way. The rooms are incredibly clean, spacious, and designed in a highly luxurious way. They spared no expense building this place and it shows. Before I get to a quick pros and cons, I want to shout out some special people who helped make our stay as enjoyable as possible, each of them showing my family and I incredible warmth, hospitality, and care: -the bellmen, D and Kaleb -the hotel pool host, Thorn -the beach hosts, Lawson and Marco -the concierge, Kera -our waiter at Shima, Kevin -the manager of the hotel, whose name unfortunately slips my mind All of the above, and others, treated us with impeccable care, warmth, and joy. We are very lucky to have met all of you. Honestly there are no cons at this place. It's all pros: the beach, the rooms, the pool, the facilities, the property itself, and most of all the people. Our favorite restaurant was Shima, but the real gem for us was the island pizza place where our family had some awesome meals of incredibly good wood-fired pizza (better than anything I've had back home) which is nestled in a lush green patio space. The weather was great while we were there. The beach has incredibly clean, manicured sand and the waves were flowing beautifully. All-in-all, a true 5-star experience. I won't go saying it is high value for the cost, but I will undoubtedly say one gets their moneys worth here. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff!

I had the pleasure of staying at Island House for 7 days, and it was a delightful experience. Nestled in the Bahamas, this small, cozy retreat exudes tranquility. The fellow guests, mostly British, added to the charming atmosphere. While there are a few good restaurants to explore nearby, I must warn against Mogano. Unfortunately, my experience there was marred by rude waiters and disappointing food. However, this minor setback was easily overlooked, considering the abundance of other dining options. Although Island House doesn’t boast an ocean view, the staff are more than accommodating, providing a quick shuttle service to the Old Fort Bay Club in just 5 minutes. And let me tell you, the beach at the Old Fort Bay Club is nothing short of breathtaking – easily the best I’ve seen in the Bahamas. For those craving a memorable dining experience, I highly recommend Island Brothers, a charming French restaurant not too far away. The host is a lovely man, and the ambiance is perfect for a romantic dinner or a casual meal with friends. Overall, my stay at Island House was nothing short of delightful. From the serene surroundings to the friendly guests and excellent dining options nearby, it was the perfect getaway. I would gladly return in a heartbeat.

During our recent visit to the Island House Hotel, We had the most incredible experience, all thanks to the exceptional care provided by the owner, Lauren. From the moment we arrived, she personally ensured that all our needs were met, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and exquisitely decorated, providing us with a comfortable and luxurious retreat after a day of exploring the island. The attention to detail in the room was truly impressive and added to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The pool area was equally impressive, relaxing atmosphere that made it the perfect spot. One of the highlights of our stay was the variety of dining options available at the hotel. With three distinct restaurants to choose from, each offering a unique culinary experience, we were spoiled for choice. Additionally, the onsite little market provided a range of premium products, allowing us to enjoy gourmet meals in the comfort of our own room. Overall, our time at the Island House Hotel was nothing short of remarkable, and we cannot wait to return. Thank you, Lauren, for your outstanding hospitality and for overseeing every aspect of our stay with such care and attention to detail. We will be sure to recommend this exceptional hotel.

Nestled in the lush greenery of Nassau's Western District, Colony Club Inn & Suites is a charming retreat just a short drive from Lynden Pindling International Airport and the bustling Nassau Cruise Port. This delightful property features 42 units, including 18 spacious air-conditioned suites that come with two double beds, fully equipped kitchenettes, and private patios for those serene moments outdoors.
It's a 3 star resort that deserves 5 stars. To be honest when we first arrived we were a little worried. It's a dated property and not like the luxury we were used to. We had to remind ourselves how little we paid for the room. We were there for a whole week and decided to make the best out of the situation. And we had a blast! They were very accommodating and helpful to us. Theres a pool that they kept very clean. It's not heated so it's was a bit cool but I still took a swim. They have water and coffee available which saved us a lot of money. They do sell breakfast for $8 but we didn't try it. We brought packets of oatmeal and they provide an electric kettle to boil water with so we saved more money that way. One of the biggest perks is the free social they have by the pool every night. They provide the rum punch and music. It was a good time and a nice way to meet other guest and staff. The resort is not far away from two nice beaches, the fish fry and the cruise port. I highly recommend.

My room was decent. AC was kinda weak but everything else was ok. Front desk lady could smile a bit but all in all it was ok. One thing I didn't like was very late check in. She said come back at 3pm but when I came back I waited another 40min to get the room. I can't complain too much given the price. They have free cocktail party on the swimming pool each night so that's a plus. Walking distance to a local beach and fast food. I would recommend. You'll get fresh towels but your room is cleaned every other day.

Okay, trust me. If you don't want a hotel to tell you that your reservation never existed and also not take responsibility for the money that was charged from your bank account. Then you better refrain from booking with this hotel. A terrifying experience and the customer service really sucks.

I understand you get what you pay for, so we werent expecting much. Since it was cheap I could look past the old buildings and the sketchy location. However this place sucks. The beds are rock hard, the hot water lasts 30 seconds before going cold. WiFi was horrible Absolutely couldn’t wait to leave to get to our resort.

My first time in the Bahamas and I was aiming for peaceful, in the cut, not on the main road but close by it and this hotel was a perfect fit. I enjoyed my walks to and from every day. The staff were wonderful. Anna was amazing at the front desk. She made me feel so comfortable, she made me smile and laugh every time I went with a question or request. Everyone else was very friendly as well and they tried their best to answer all questions and assist w any issues. The tv in the room didn’t work but I really didn’t watch much tv. Plus, the Wi-Fi worked fine so I was able to watch what I wanted at night before bed. The breakfast was a simple continental breakfast (the website tells you this so idky people are shocked it’s not all inclusive) and everything was cooked to perfection. I do wish they had a vending machine but I bought snacks and drinks at the gas station five mins from the hotel. The shower was fine, pressure was better than my house. lol I definitely plan on going back to the Bahamas and will stay here because I enjoy simplicity and this hotel provides that.

For the money it's an excellent choice. Close to the Fish Fry and downtown. Also you can catch from there bus 10 to get either to the west side of the island or to the downtown. Rooms are spacious. It was noisy at night in our room but they accommodated us and gave a better room. Breakfast was repetitive but good including fruits, omelets, eggs, toasts, bagels, cereals, pancakes. Another plus between 7 and 9 pm they have music and complimentary cocktails. Swimming pool and the palms give good vacation vibes.

Overall, this is a hotel I liked, the pool is very nice and clean. There seems to be a big gap between the room in the "oasis" part of the resort and the "colony club" though. We were in colony club and liked it : the room had two double beds, a small kitchen with a little old stove and a small sink, but that was convenient for our one night stay, as there is nothing much interesting for a night out around. The bathroom may have needed a little update, that's true. The breakfast (which we booked at the same time as the room) was above our expectations, the staff were super friendly asking us what we wanted, and we ate very well. The extra bonus point : there is an happy hour bar every evening, with free drinks on the day of your arrival! Last advice : to get there, ride bus 10 or 12 - they run between the hotel and the city center and are far more inexpensive that taxi cabs which try to fool you every time with futuristic fares.

Bay View Suites Paradise Island is a charming and budget-friendly retreat nestled in a serene garden setting on Paradise Island. This casual complex features spacious 1- and 2-bedroom suites equipped with kitchens, making it perfect for families or couples seeking a home-away-from-home experience. Guests can unwind by choosing from three sparkling outdoor pools or engage in some friendly competition on the outdoor tennis court. The resort also boasts a fitness center to keep you active during your stay.
I am a longer term resident than mere holiday or business trip. I love it here, the service is very good, the complex is quiet and homely. There are a number of swimming pools that are well maintained and a tennis court, which I still have to try. There is a laundromat service, you need quarters for that, and there is a gym room, however it is inoperative at the moment. You will enjoy the stay for sure.

If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel that is close to the action on paradise island this is a fair choice. The rooms are dated but clean. We only stayed one night before our scuba charter but was a good option. If you have a chance visit the food truck park on Thursday, they are close to this hotel and Atlantis. Check in at this hotel is a bit of a pain but security is always there and rooms are secure. The morning breakfast near the pool was good value for the money. That said, it's a solid 3 star hotel in my opinion.

Security at the front is very friendly. Rooms are okay. It needs updates but good enough for our stay. Our room is complete with toaster, microwave, kettle, stove fridge and coffee maker. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it looks clean and maintained. 8 Minutes walk to Marina Village.

Beautiful grounds, excellent service ,big rooms with kitchen, great location, if you like to stay away from busy big hotels, very friendly staff, easy walk to everywhere on Paradise Island Stayed 13 nights, kids friendly, 3 pools, tennis court, little store and bar open 5 days a week Rooms are dated but clean , housekeeping came every day to clean and change towels Will stay here again, best priced place on this island.
Nina S — Google review
I’m stuck between a 3 and a 4 on this. The rooms themselves are a little dated but incredibly comfortable. Furniture is great, kitchen well equipped, super comfy bed, good AC, nice back deck. If it were rooms alone, it would be a 5/5 even though they are old (the only one real issue being the cable doesn’t really work). The lower rating comes from 1. The facilities and 2. the location. Many of the promised hotel facilities were never open including the fitness center, the restaurant, and the mini mart. The mini mart being closed was very bad because, leading to my other point, the location sucked. It was technically about 10 minutes from cabbage beach and 15 minutes from grocery store. However, when the temperatures are in the mid 90s and the sun is beating down and you are walking uphill on roads that often lack sidewalks it is a miserable experience. All said, if you want to go to Paradise Island on the cheap this is the place for you. However, the lessons we learned was that it is totally worth it if possible to go for a shorter amount of time and shell out for Atlantis or RIU or one of the top tier places.

My friend and I stayed at Bayview in May 2024 and enjoyed our stay. Property is set in a well manicured garden setting for a great natural ambience. The room was dated but comfortable, well layed out. We thoroughly enjoyed the shaded patio in mornings and afternoons it houses a very small breakfast nook which sold good breakfast. Resort is ideally located about 10 min walk to beach, walking distance to Marina village, water taxi and Atlantis. Staff exceptional especially Jamal. We will visit again!!

The rooms were very spacious but dated (one bedroom apartment). There was security at the front. The personal patio space was nice. There were two pools that weren't very busy. The location was great. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Good value for the price. Big suite rooms with living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bedroom. Ideal for a couple without kids (with kids could be a bit tied, maybe they have bigger rooms). Powerful WIFI and A/C in all the rooms, also including a safety box. In general, the place is very clean and quiet. I loved the peace you experience in this place. Nice two small swimming pools and walking paths full of nature. Nonetheless, the hotel needs a lot of upkeep, but the staff and service made me feel better about the stay.

Ocean West Boutique Hotel is a charming neoclassical-style hotel located in the western district of New Providence. With only 10 bedrooms, this upmarket boutique hotel offers elegant accommodations with stunning views of Lake Killarney and the Atlantic Ocean. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a massage suite, rooftop gym, and a private pool. The hotel's flawless service and Bahamian breakfast have received high praise from visitors. Additionally, its convenient location provides easy access to Nassau's attractions.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend and let me tell you this boutique hotel has literally changed my mind about larger chain hotels. I will only look FIRST for places that are similar to this one; small but exceptionally clean, amazing breakfast, perfect location (away from all the noise and hustle and bustle of Downtown) and very pleasant staff. I could not say ONE bad thing about this hotel. There is also a VERY good restaurant at the bottom of the hotel called Sunset which I would also give 5 stars. Only drawback was the hill to climb getting to the actual hotel if you are on foot but I would not call this a drawback per se because it gives you a reason to walk off all the delicious food you ate during your stay! Definitely 10 out of 10.

The room was clean, with a nice view . However it isn't on cave beach, nor a walking distance from it. Also the hotel is on a top of a very steep hill. Nothing is walking distance from it. Very tiring to climb up and down. There is a very tiny little, rocky water beach but not 2 minutes walk for sure. 1 restaurant was for about 10 min walking distance what was open. The staff was polite, but cold. Not smiling, welcoming,or showing around, explaining anything. You literally have to ask for everything. They offer overpriced car service. Again the view was nice, but the reviews about them are incorrect. Hope it helps.

I stayed here for three nights in overall had a pleasant experience. However, there are some considerations before booking this hotel. Pros: * The staff was pleasant. * The room, Ruby, on the third floor was clean and much bigger than it appears in the pictures on the hotel's website. * The hotel offers a shuttle (it isn't complementary) to several destinations on Nassau including the main airport. * The hotel was quiet, safe, and peaceful. * The room, Ruby, included a fridge and microwave in the room. * I had my own reusable water bottle and there were free water refills if I asked the front desk. * The hotel is less than 10 minutes from airport. * The property is well-maintained. Cons: * The hotel is up a gated and very steep hill that is easy to walk down, but arduous to hike back up. * Breakfast is offered, but is not complimentary. * The walls are thin and I could hear activity in the hallway even if the people were not loud -- however, it didn't affect my sleep. * There are no elevators, only steps, so consider how much luggage you bring with you. * The hotel shuttle is ran by the hotel staff and is unreliable. For example, there was usually one staff member at the front desk and that one person appeared to be the chef (for breakfast) and the driver for the shuttle, so their availability varied. The hotel did provide alternative taxi options if this happened. * The hotel is located on the western part of Nassau about a 30 minute drive into downtown Nassau and I felt isolated. The area surrounding the hotel is not walkable and there aren't a lot of food options either. * If you do take a taxi to downtown Nassau, some taxi drivers won't drive you back to the hotel because it's too far for them or they're unfamiliar with the location. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you are comfortable with spending a lot of money on taxis to get around the rest of Nassau and if you are comfortable with the steep hill. The hotel is not ideal for tourists who won't/can't/don't drive in Nassau and prefer to walk and have several dining and recreational options in walking distance -- I'd recommend options in downtown Nassau instead.

Great hotel more private than a resort. Views were awesome. Everyone that works there are very polite. The breakfast is top tier! Will definitely book again in the future.

Pros: -Extremely quiet and serene which may not be for everyone, so take note. I was 6 months pregnant so this was great for me but all conversations can be heard as you can hear a pin drop -Unique hotel experience being in a former residence versus a bustling resort or stereotypical hotel -Beautiful views from the breakfast deck/ pool deck and roof - make sure to get up there! -Fresh breakfast on site (though not complimentary, we enjoyed). One morning it did take us an hour to get our food, though (from one staff member in particular that stood out as being problematic) Cons: -Not on or near a beach where you can lay out -Inconvenient location… like majorly. Ocean West takes place on super busy street only “walking distance” (no side walks in some areas) to a few places. I don’t recommend the Sapodilla Estate for dinner by the way- pricey and the food didn’t taste great. We walked 30 minutes to Sandyport one day which was beautiful but the walk didn’t feel the most safe between dodging cars / walking through neighborhoods with barbed wire. -The hill to get back up to the hotel on said walk is intense, especially in the heat. -All of that being said, you have to rely on the local bus (doesn’t run much Sundays) or the hotel shuttle where they charge you $8 to literally go next door and they aren’t always available as there is one car for all 10 rooms and a driver needs to be free. It adds up. Cabs are even more ridiculous pricing wise so name your price before you get in. -Hotel staff mostly seemed new and confused most of the time like others have said and lack customer service. Recommendations: -Take the bus or shuttle to Sandyport for lunch and eat at Spritz / get smoothies across from Spritz at the cafe. The area is safe and adorable. We saw sea turtles and nursing sharks from Spritz as we sat by the window. -Check out Baha Mar for dinner. It’s overpriced but helps balance the quietness of Ocean West of you want an evening out to dine and walk around. -Sandy Port Beach or Cable Beach are the closest public beaches -Bay West Adventures Tours gave us an incredible half day snorkeling / boat ride experience and we felt it was 100% worth the cost. They can pick you up from the Sandyport fast station dock. -Bring some snacks to keep in your room since Ocean West only serves breakfast!

Very nice rooms, super friendly staff, great pool! We loved it located up a little gated hill. Short walk down there is a great beach bar, awesome food. The receptionist drove us to the airport for 16.- which was great and on time. Be careful, after arrival a taxi driver from the airport tried to rip us off for 36.- which was ridiculous. It is a 5min ride. Loved the hotel and everything about it (maybe more pots with flowers at the pool area would look nice)

Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even the small bottles of water in the room they charge extra. There are much nicer places to stay in Nassau at better rates!

Blue Water Resort At Cable Beach offers excellent service from the moment you arrive. The staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay comfortable. The location provides easy access to town and west end for various activities like dining at 'Fish Fry' or snorkeling at Stewart's Cove. The resort features a lovely pool, tiki bar, and a small but beautiful beach area. While there is no on-site restaurant, the security team can guide you to recommended dining spots.
We spent 8 days and 7 nights at Blue Water. Our family had a wonderful time. The staff were amazingly friendly and were quick to help us with all our needs. They were very informative about things to do, where to go, best places to eat. The beach was beautiful. The tiki bar was great, friendly, and great food. I will go back and will always stay at this resort.

A dump is correct. So happy I wasn’t deeded this timeshare and thankfully the front office never sent off the paperwork. They did me a favor! It was fun coming here to this resort with my family as a kid. However when I got older, it ended up being a complete waste of money for my family in fees for so many years. Word of advice: Don’t buy timeshares!!

Lovely stay on girls trip! This is a "real people" place. Staff clearly a strong point. Not overtly upscale but very comfortable. Pool and Tiki bar very nice, small section of KILLER beach. Cruise ships coming and going morning and evening across the way. Middle of island location accessible to town by ?5 min bus ride or to west end to snorkel/dive with Stewart's Cove ?15 min. worked well for us. Only real deficiency is lack of 'true' on site cafe/restaurant. Tiki bar has "adequate to good" grill food when open and drinks / service excellent. Highly recommend for any traveler looking for a more personal experience than SAndals/Atlantis type facility.

Spacious, three-story, three- bedroomed townhouses on beachfront property. Hugely convenient with shopping and restaurants within easy walking distance. A small but adequate private beach and a delightfully warm swimming pool. A Tiki Bar that surprised us with great food and service. It was everything we had hoped for and then some, an under-rated gem. It was the perfect base for a delightful vacation in Nassau.

Please when going there make sure that the rooms are clean and there are no bed bugs inside of the bed. I was there this past weekend from the 26th - 28th March, and I along with my wife was awakened by blood sucking bed bugs. I wrote a report to Blue Waters Management, however, I have yet to get any apology letter or compensation for a horrifying night. The only thing they did was relocate me from one room to the next. They only told me when checking out that I would get an apology letter from Management and be compensated for that night. I guess because I am black maybe. But even if they would apologize and send me and my family to be checked over by the doctor or even a complimentary weekend for my family and I. But it was disrespectful how they dealt with me and my family. The only thing I appreciated was that the Front desk supervisor, Ms N. Knowles was very apologetic and and gave me prompt service on assisting me and my family to relocate. So great job for that individual.

Worth Every Minute! Immediately when we arrived the Excellent service began. Seville and Tito checked us in and we were lucky enough to get Villa # 14 right on the Beach. The first night we decide to go eat at the "Fish Fry", which is a must. If you go eat away from the Villa make sure to ask the security people at the front gate. They will get you where ever you need to go. Do not go to a place that you read about, go to the place that they recommend. Do not rent a car, use the bus system. It is $1.25 to take the bus anywhere and the front gate gang will help you with bus #'s and where they go and come from. The buses go everywhere on the Island. The crew at the front gate literally got us everywhere!! Two grocery stores are within a 15 minute walk (a little cheaper at the Super Value), also liquor stores and Starbucks. We went to buy local Fish two different times, just priceless. If you want to go cheaper you can go into the Island, but the area works out great. Remember just jump on the bus back. If you require the culture and shopping just take a bus downtown. Plenty of excursions and things to do, just ask the staff. The resort is so relaxing and low key and we loved it!! There is a great and clean pool and it has it's own beautiful private beach. You can also walk along the beach to check out other places. The Villa was very Clean and everything that you need is there. Buy the water there it is very cheap that way. WE honestly can not say enough GREAT things about this place and The AWESOME Staff!! Johney and Stephan will get you anything you need and Donnie, Sonjia, Neil, and Lavaughn will keep you feeling safe and get you anywhere you need to go. If you want a quiet, relaxing, Great vacation you will not be disappointed with Blue Water Resort!!

I can't believe anyone would give this place even 1 star. Ya'll either have time share here and realize it's a dump and no one wants to stay at this "Resort". Or the travel agents, like Debbie Ely, she is an agent, giving it more than 1 star, to suckers like us. This IS NOT a resort. They are 3 story condos. The definition of a resort is a vacation place, often with food and entertainment. The only food you get is what you buy or the little tiki hut. I think they make burgers, but I never ate there. And they make drinks. There is no entertainment. The Private "BEACH" is roughly 1500 square ft. AT LOW TIDE! STAY AWAY. Go to trip advisor and check out the reviews. Those are real vacationers and not these lies! Out of 267 reviews, 103 are average and below, 30 was terrible. That's pretty sad. And I believe the ratings above average were by these people and other travel agents. Even one of the owners this year, he is eve ashamed of this place. Is' on trip advisor. PLEASE I am begging you. Save your money, go to a real resort.

Went with a group and originally booked 6 rooms and upon arrival they only had 5 of the rooms on record for us. Also, we requested a rollaway bed which they said would be available and when this was requested they revealed that there were none at the hotel to begin with. The pool area was fairly nice and room amenities were standard including microwave, safe, refrigerator and television.

This place is old and depressing it looks like it hasn't been touched in years rooms look just as old it has a public bathroom and a couple of vending machines good parking but it doesn't offer any security overall experience it's okay for a couple of days on the upside it's next to some fast food places you can get some pizza and good coffee.

The good: Staff was ok, room was clean, great location. The bad: For the price, the beds were old, the TV was old and cell reception was poor in one of the rooms; maybe not their fault. They gave me free WiFi for online reservation but it was only for one device which is stupid. They should at least give you free WiFi for unlimited devices, paying 155 a night for a room like that.

Not really impressed. Try getting a towel around here. They dont change them out then when you try to you have to jump trough hoops to get one.

With its stunning natural surroundings, The Sanctuary invites visitors to immerse themselves in nature while enjoying luxurious accommodations and top-notch amenities. Whether you're seeking adventure or simply want to unwind, this enchanting destination caters to all your needs.
My son and I went on the Ultimate Wildlife Experience. Savannah was a great guide. She was so knowledgeable on the Flamingos and Bugies. Donovan was an amazing host in the marine area. He patiently answered all of my son’s questions and he had a lot of them. We would definitely recommend this tour and go again.

This is NOT a sanctuary. The animals here (sea turtle, shark, ray, etc) were snatched from the wild and trapped in a tiny, shallow and featureless pool here for people to prod. This is cruel and completely at odds with their signage that states "your money supports Nassau wildlife". If animal exploitation is your bag, then this is for you. If not, go on a day trip to see the animals free and in their natural environment.

Aviary at Baha Mar is a part of the wildlife sanctuary where visitors can get up close with tropical birds. The aviary offers an opportunity to observe and learn about various bird species, including parakeets. For a small fee, visitors can purchase sticks of food to feed the birds by hand, making for an enjoyable 10-minute experience suitable for both children and adults.
A fun little "bird cage". You can walk around it for a few minutes and look at birds (mostly parakeets). They give you a card with pictures and names of birds you can spot. It's free to just explore it. For $10 you get a couple of sticks of food you can use to feed the birds and they come and eat it out of your hand. It's a roughly 10 minute experience and it's fun for children as well as adults.

Eh.... Go in. See the birds. Don't buy food sticks. Most of the birds weren't interested.
