Night club
Aura is a high-end nightclub located in the Bahamas, offering a taste of the vibrant party scenes found in Las Vegas, South Beach, and New York. With an impressive 9,000-square-foot space designed by Jeffrey Beers and operated by Angel Management Group, Aura boasts dedicated DJs spinning a mix of top-40 hits, hip-hop, and island favorites. The club features a dazzling glass dance floor surrounded by plush banquet seating and two bars serving creative cocktails.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had an amazing night at Aura Nightclub — the music and the overall vibe were all on point! The only small hiccup was when I went to order my favorite drink, Hennessy, and was told they were out — which was surprising since there’s a huge Hennessy VIP sign right inside the club! I had to laugh at the irony, but the bartenders handled it like pros. After a quick trip to the back, they came through with a bottle of Hennessy White, which I enjoyed neat. That moment turned the night around — smooth drink, great music, and good energy all night long. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

Club was fun for the most part , vibes were right , bouncers are kinda rude , some of them are very nice but this one pushed me for no reason so i pushed him back , very surprising and weird as i was staying at hotel

It NEEEDS to be open more days!! Its so fun and I like it way more than bond. We used to always go t Atlantis but now we go to Bahamar because the nightlife is lacking so many days of the week!!
Sydney F — Google review
I've been booked three times here as a guest DJ through various agencies. Management and staff were very welcoming and supportive. The Bahamas and resort of course are a gem of beauty. Drinks were very good and had great presentation.
Rico S — Google review
Really cool place with great music selections and attentive bartenders. Franklyn is the guy to see always friendly with v.i.p treatment.
Myra K — Google review
This nightclub is definitely high end and expensive. Cover charge is expensive, drinks are expensive (around $15ish)... but it is a nice night club. The time we were there, they have a famous DJ playing.. DJ Jazzy from Prince of Bel Air so prices are higher than normal. Ladies covercharge was $40 and the men are $60. We didn't stay in Atlantis, i heard it is cheaper covercharge if you are a hotel guest. The music was great when we were there. They have great female club dancers perfect for men or women who just want to look at other people dancing. ☺ Decent size dance floor. Someone was throwing away money when we were there, i was quick at getting them off the floor so i came home with $52 worth of $1 bills. 🤣 Crowd is great mix of people.

Just want to give a special shout to Ulysses, the VIP host and Shanae, our server! We went to Aura last Saturday to celebrate my best friend’s bachelorette party. We were warmly welcomed by Ulysses. He set us up with a table. Shanae, was our server, pure sweetheart and professional. Highly recommend for a night out in the Bahamas.

Located in Nassau, Senor Frog's is a vibrant restaurant and bar that offers an exciting live music scene. It's a popular spot for both locals and tourists, especially those looking for a lively atmosphere with tropical cocktails and finger foods. The venue hosts talented local musicians who showcase their skills throughout the week, providing an opportunity to immerse in the energetic vibes of Bahamian music.
Stopped by for a quick drink. Very large popular place located in the centre of Nassau by the seafront. Great choice of drinks at reasonable prices. Food menu available but we didn't stay to eat. Relaxed fun vibe to the place. Service was great, friendly, helpful and welcoming, especially Netty who was amazing. Definitely worth a visit.
Michael C — Google review
It was so fun being here. Great staff, great music, a conga line with free shots. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo. It was a bit bland. My wife ordered the nachos. They were so delicious. The drinks were amazing. I loved it here.
Nik D — Google review
Great place to have drinks and party with your friends! The food is mediocre, but that’s what you expect here. The drinks have a ton of sugar in it so make sure you double up on the alcohol. The waiters are super fun and it’s just a party. You can buy the waiters drinks too.
Joe V — Google review
Waiter was great, place was pretty, just enterprise’s in my opinion and not the best taste. Paid $26 for 4 mini tacos… it didn’t say mini on the menu. And they add $24 on top for service fees and their own gratuity. Not recommended. Paid $120 total for 2 plates and 2 drinks.
Mia S — Google review
What a setting, sit and watch the world go by, all the cruise ship action right over the water. Hot wings and Caesar salad! Large portions very nice, cold beer! The frozen margaritas at $20 a go are steep, nice but expensive. 3 of those was equal to our food bill. Lovely place lovely atmosphere, Nassau is awesome.
Bobc701 — Google review
Senior Frogs is a must visit if you've never been. If you have been, you know what to expect. Loud music, a fun loving waitstaff and a lot of booze flowing. Our waiter was wonderful and he even went out of his way to take people to see turtles and helped celebrate even the children's birthdays by having them stand on tables and get Happy Birthday toasts.
Brandy N — Google review
We've been to this location twice, 10 years apart, on our honeymoon and now on our 10 year anniversary. It was so much fun both times. The music and DJs were amazing. Food was good. It is right on the water. I would literally stay all day. Its our tradition when we cruise now to try if there is one at the port we are at. Definitely a special place to us. 💚
Honeysuckle J — Google review
I was here with a friend for lunch and unfortunately, it was a bad experience. We ordered a Caesar salad and mine had 8 croutons, about 6 pieces of chicken strip , salad dressing , grated cheese and mostly lettuce and it cost me $22. Even Wendy’s has a better salad for half the price. Even more disappointing was the alcoholic drink (the yellow drink) that my friend ordered which was charged for $21. Please don’t bring kids here or bother stopping here for a meal. Food is overpriced and the lady that we gave our money to was very rude.

Bar
Da Daiquiri Shack is a charming spot located near Cable Beach in the Bahamas, just a short walk from the Sheraton hotel. The venue offers over 20 varieties of daiquiris made with fresh fruit, including classic flavors like strawberry and pina colada, as well as unique combinations such as mango and coconut. Visitors can watch the staff skillfully craft these smooth frozen drinks right before their eyes.
We walked here while staying at Baha Mar & had the best daiquiri we've ever had, served by the friendliest guy. I had a piña colada one & my boyfriend had the mango. Freshest fruit & absolutely delicious. Bring a dollar to add to the wall collection! There are also several little shops selling souvenirs close too. A must stop. These drinks were heavenly!
Kevin's C — Google review
Best Daiquiri on cable beach and possibly all of Nassau. It’s worth the walk out of the hotel to get a frozen treat. Marc will take great care of and make the best Daiquiri around! Don’t miss it.
Josh C — Google review
This place doesn't serve food to my knowledge, so no rating on the food. The service and atmosphere are phenomenal and there is. Small straw market to peruse while you drink. The bartenders are friendly, courteous, and hilarious and the drinks are strong and delicious. Definitely recommend you stop in while you are there.
Kevin K — Google review
Love this place. Been here a dozen or so times since they constructed bahamar. They have great drinks and you can get with or without alcohol. Drink currently are 15$ with booze in em as of Nov '24. Try the coconut with lime!
Ryan S — Google review
Remembered this place after 14 years and was even better than I remember. Polo is a hoot. Almost left my husband there with him since they have the same banter 😂
Taylor M — Google review
Also on our island tour. Nice little dive with some good drinks, reasonable prices and a very polite and respectful young man who served us. If you ever visit Nassau please take the time to go here!! You will not be disappointed!! A few seats around the bar and a couple tables outside. Interesting decor...
Pamela B — Google review
Daiquiri was wonderful! I had the strawberry mango. I would def recommend at least 2 trips there! They do offer non-alcoholic versions for children. This is a wall-less(open air) establishment so your children can sit right at the bar with you. There are also picnic tables with umbrellas over them to shade you from the sun. (Side note: there are shopping/souvenir shops right behind the shack)
Harrisconnection H — Google review
Staff are incredible here, so very friendly and fun! Observed them making the daiquiris closely, the fruit was fresh and well prepared. The drink itself- tasty and powerful! 😅 Outside seating in the balmy weather was perfect! They closed at 9:30 on a Saturday night which was a shock.

John Watling's Distillery, located at the 1789 Buena Vista Estate in historic downtown Nassau, is a must-visit destination for rum enthusiasts and history buffs alike. The distillery offers complimentary tours where visitors can learn about the estate's rich history and its role in Nassau rum production. Guests can also sample some of the finest rums and spirits infused with Bahamian flavors during signature tastings at the Red Turtle Tavern.
Loved this place! Free tour and tour guide was awesome, super chill, informative and concise and the ambience and staff were super friendly and answered all our questions! Worth the stop since they don’t export, and it was such a historically rich place!
Amy C — Google review
I had a great experience at John Watling’s Distillery. From the moment I stepped onto the historic property, I was immersed in the history and craftsmanship behind their rum. One of the highlights was the Piña Colada sample. It was smooth, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. It set the tone for the bar experience, where every drink was made to order. The on-site store and eatery made the visit even better. I loved being able to browse and take home a bottle of their signature rum while also enjoying some local bites. Next time, I would like to take the tour to find out more about the distilling process.
Maggie L — Google review
The John Watling's Distillery is a beautiful, historic property that’s now home to a rum distillery, coffeehouse, and small eatery for visitors. Stopped here as part of a van tour and unfortunately, the “tour” was short and rushed, with a guide who seemed disinterested (hence losing a star). Still, the colonial-era setting is lovely, and Bond fans will enjoy knowing Casino Royale filmed several key scenes here. Ends at the gift shop, of course. Recommended for a stop for rum, some island history, or 007 fans.
M — Google review
Got a great tour. Our tour guide was amazing, I think her came was Celina? Can't remember but she was awesome. The drinks were good and place is very cool.
Ryan C — Google review
This is a beautiful and historic estate. There is a lot of history behind this building. The tour is free. The distillery was very interesting but there isn't a lot of information provided on the distillery process itself. They provide a sample of puna colada which was very refreshing. There is an onsite store to purchase their products as well as to purchase food and enjoy a meal. Please note that walking to this location from downtown may lead you through neighborhoods that are not safe so be careful. The run and vodka all seemed well made.
Joseph S — Google review
Great tour and perfect place to escape afternoon heat. Coffee shop is first class and pina colada is among the best
Joseph M — Google review
Awesome Experience! Great Rum! The tour was simple but thorough. The complimentary Pina Coladas were amazing! Best I've every had! We got the Sampler of all 4 flavors loved all of them! Such a beautiful building and great/friendly staff
Heather S — Google review
I'm gonna start off by saying I don't like Pina Colada's, but I love their's. Spend some time here visiting the distillery (tour) history of the property and the bar. Have a drink indoors or outdoors . There is a small shop that serves food on the property. Didn’t eat there, but the food looked good. Clean restrooms and an air-conditioned facility. Great place to swing by to take a break from all the walking!

Tiki Bikini Hut is a vibrant bar located at Junkanoo Beach, near Downtown Nassau and the cruise line docks in The Bahamas. It offers an energetic atmosphere where visitors can savor drinks and food, including the popular conch fritters. The seating extends to the beach, providing stunning views of the ocean and cruise ships.
Great vibe. Right on the beach. Delicious conch fritters! Lovely people. We will be back. Come enjoy some layerd back chill.

Located on the seafront next to junkanoo beach. Came for a bite to eat and drink. Got a nice table facing the toilet block.Service wasn't the quickest, be prepared to wait to both order and receive your food. Great choice of dishes but the food was expensive and nothing amazing.
Michael C — Google review
I want to start by saying that this review is more about pricing than the overall experience. I visited this spot while on a cruise to Nassau after seeing it recommended on TikTok. The hut, located on Junkanoo Beach, had an amazing vibe, and my server Rina was absolutely wonderful. We first sat outside on the beach, but when a storm rolled in, we moved inside to continue celebrating. The atmosphere was lively, with food, drinks, a DJ, and my personal favorite, hookah. We ordered hookah, which was listed on the menu as $50. I gave $60, planning for $10 to go toward Rina’s tip. However, when no change came back, I was told the cost was actually $60, “including taxes.” Knowing the math didn’t quite add up, I asked for clarification. Rina quickly brought over a manager, who explained that the $60 covered not just taxes but also gratuity. After that was cleared up, I felt much better. For anyone visiting, keep in mind that the Bahamas charges a 10% VAT tax, and many places automatically include a 15% gratuity, which raises the final bill. I’d also recommend asking for a printed bill so you know exactly what you’re paying for. Despite the mix-up, the service was excellent. Rina was friendly, attentive, and even joined in my birthday celebration (we’re both Virgos!). Fenji also checked on my party to make sure everything was good, and I can’t forget the amazing Aunties both in the restaurant and on the beach who added to the welcoming vibe. If you visit, definitely ask for Rina—and buy her a birthday drink on 9/17! I look forward to returning soon.
J T — Google review
ROACHES AND RATS I gave a one-star for atmosphere since there was no cleanliness category to choose from. The customer service nice and food was ok, but while sitting there having a very nice conversation with others from Los Angeles, Scotland and Florida we saw a pretty big rat run by and one of the other customers saw a pretty big Roach which was on his arm. The whole restaurant is outside on the sand so you're either going to need to accept the fact that you're going to need to share the restaurant with the bugs and the roaches or not go. The restaurant Personnel did not seem fazed by it but we will not be back.
Chautauqua O — Google review
The food that we did get was great. The main issue we had was with the service. Our order was incorrect and one person in my party never received their food. Asked for help several times, but our waiter was the bartender and never came to assist us.
Sigma 3 — Google review
Very nice beach and atmosphere was incredible but the beach sales people are sharks 🦈 changing the price of stuff as soon as they get what they want they leave you . A girl in a pink bucket hat tried to hustle me make you agreement and give money plus tip first they still tried to get more it cost me 56 dollars for 6 wings and a burger. Because they try to get you to tip twice . Great place but full of crooked sales men .
Justin V — Google review
I found this place on Google just looking for places close to our hotel (Margaritaville). It had great reviews, so we decided to try it. I LOVED it!!! We went about 6 pm on a Monday, and there were plenty of tables, and we were seated promptly! I ordered the coconut shrimp and the rice and peas. Both were amazing! The coconut shrimp was the best I've eaten anywhere. My husband had the island burger and enjoyed it. He felt the patty was really big...almost too big. But he said it was flavorful! The staff was great and I'd love to come back!!

I wish to start by stating that the entire staff was amazing. They called to reconfirm our reservation and was pleasant the entire time. Lorenzo was our server for the evening and he is the epitome of SERVICE. He was intuitive, professional, friendly and timely. He definitely made our experience a great one. The Brunch Vibes are too good! The setup is really nice! Loved my mojito pitcher, light mint! The food is always good but kinda slow. But the Dj is a good distraction from the wait on your food! He plays the vibes! Dj Shut Down!!!
Dee D — Google review
On busy nights the servers get overwhelmed and take hours to return to allow you to pay your bill. One can leave the premises out of frustration and no employee seems to be aware or concerned. The regular DJ isnt só attentive to the crowd só he can switch genres as needed. The New loo is more upscale but many patrons still remember the good old days. There is a gap between the two worlds. I love the upgrade but the space attracts a not so social crowd, not so splurgy crowd. Very stiff, conservatively spending crowd. I love having the DJ centered in the pool and a photographer on duty.

Loved everything about this place. Been there several years, guided by locals or on our own accord. Depending on the year, wild as can be with bungee swings into the pool and seemingly no laws about consumption, to chill place to converse over beers and enjoy the statues and architecture, shoot pool, meet new friends. You can always be yourself here!

Café Matisse, a Bahamian-style Italian restaurant, is housed in a 19th-century colonial mansion behind Parliament Square. The interior boasts French decor and walls adorned with prints of the eponymous artist. The menu offers modern dishes like veal Calamarata pasta, rack of lamb with mint crust, and mahi-mahi with heirloom vegetables.
The staff were super kind and welcoming. They brought over a second round of appetizers (which were delectable). Everything tasted amazing, especially the ravioli and octopus. The ravioli was super soft and tender, you could taste the love put into cooking it. The octopus was up there too! Don’t even get me started on dessert. The panna cotta and crème brûlée were mouth watering. It was delicious. Came out to around $400 for 5 people. Definitely a change in taste compared to some of the other meals around here.
Lilia K — Google review
Very cozy place. There are not a lot of places like that in Nassau. But this one is treasure. Atmosphere is esthetic, food is delicious. Tried both soups, and meat, and pasta, and appetizers. We were group of 12 people. Everybody loved this place. Enjoyed our staying outside. Quiet and cozy, like sitting in the Italian backyard.
Полина Я — Google review
Excellent! What a fantastic dining experience the restaurant is very charming and well appointed (the air conditioning a bonus on a warm day). The outdoor seating looks great and leaves you wanting to return for the outdoor experience as well in cooler weather. The table service was beyond compare and the attention to detail with a refined table etiquette elevated the experience in preparation for the superb cuisine. The food was delicious. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned, and the portions perfect. We will most definitely be back. We highly recommend this restaurant experience.

Lovely restaurant in downtown Nassau, right next to the Supreme Court. The interior is beautiful and lively. The outdoor seating area also looked pleasant. Food was delicious. And all the servers were very attentive. Would highly recommend.
Tazin K — Google review
I loved the atmosphere of this cozy and chic little spot. It was recommended to us and we were glad to have gone. There isn't tons of parking but once inside the tables and layout are nice, even the bathrooms are well done. We had the seafood fantasia salad and the curry shrimp and they were both quite good. I loved the steps of focaccia and the tomato bruschetta they offered as complimentary appetizers. Our waiter was perfect, really very good and I wish I'd known his name but it looked as if all of the waiters there were equally good. Would definitely recommend it.
Michelle M — Google review
Awesome. That's the best way to describe Cafe Matisse. Don't go there looking for spaghetti and meatballs. Expect inventive, unique dishes that tantalize the taste buds. And don't skip the dessert. The white and chocolate mousse deserves 5 stars of its own.
Cindy D — Google review
Atmosphere and food is good. Service is quick. Walking from downtown, have vegan options too
Prashant B — Google review
This place is a true gem with fantastic Italian food. We had the salmon, pizza, and risotto and all were fantastic. The desserts are also scrumptious! This place has the most beautiful outdoor courtyard that is peaceful and tranquil among the hustle and bustle of Nassau. The wait staff was exceptional, making good recommendations and advising on the best menu options for a 5-year-old (pizza). The portions are sizeable, especially the pizzas. Note that water is not free, but for this caliber of a place, it makes sense. My whole family enjoyed it, which is hard to do with four different people with vastly different tastes. They also could easily accommodate my shellfish allergy which wasn’t the case at many of the restaurants we went to in the Bahamas.

Twisted Lime Sports Bar & Grill is a versatile spot that offers a laid-back atmosphere and Bahamas-style casual dining. Whether you're looking for a relaxing lunch with waterfront views or an animated night out, this place has got you covered. The menu features Bahamian-Mediterranean fusion dishes, including delicious fish options like grouper and snapper.
Top shelf pub, amazing monster chicken wings done right. Best on the island! Drinks excellent, frozen margaritas are generous. Lots of room, everything a sports bar should be!

Twisted Lime is hands down one of the best spots in Nassau! I had an amazing experience from start to finish. First off, the service is top-notch, the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly go above and beyond. I actually forgot my wallet, and instead of making a fuss, they graciously allowed me to step out to the bank and return without any issues. That level of trust and hospitality is rare and truly appreciated! Now, onto the food: I ordered the Conch Dinner, and it was absolutely fantastic. Fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portion size was generous, and every bite was packed with that authentic Bahamian taste. Pairing it with a cold beer made it even better! They have a great selection, and everything was served ice-cold, just the way it should be. Beyond the food and drinks, the overall atmosphere is unbeatable. The place is spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and has an inviting, lively energy. Whether you’re there to watch a game, grab some food, or just chill with friends, Twisted Lime delivers in every way. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nassau or looking for a go-to hangout spot. Will definitely be back!

I dined outside and the view along with the atmosphere were great! Our server was nice and the food was delicious! ***mention any allergies that you have as you’re placing your order. I had to send the salmon and veg back because of that but the little piece I did taste was flavorful and delicious. Not over cooked but done right! Because the kitchen was closed I couldn’t put in another order so I munched on the person next to me plate and the food was good! Burger cooked to perfection, fries crispy and nicely salted but not salty. I recommend!

Waited almost one hour for my food placed over the phone. But the worst part was two pizzas… I lived in NY and CA and by far this was my worst pizza yet. I never ate such a bad pizza. I paid more for food than in USA but I’m getting dollar store experience.

We really enjoyed our visits to Twisted Lime ! The place is very cozy and located in a beautiful place in the peaceful marina ! We watched the unforgettable sunsets there . Also turtles , fish , stingrays and even manatee come right to that place and kids had so much fun watching them . Food and drinks are great , well Sized portions . The service is good , not spectacular though. We were there twice and both times my poor daughter was not getting her ordered meal on time . Other than that , everything was good! we would definitely come back to Twisted Lime when we visit Nassau!

My family and I went to the restaurant over the holidays and we all haven't been there in years! The view is still beautiful but nothing beats the view more than some AC waiting for us inside. The service was great! I think his name was Shayan, but I probably butchered that. He was attentive and accommodating. My drink was leaking, he bought be a fresh one, I hated my salad dressing, he changed it without push back. The food was good, but not like omg! Try the creamy conch chowder and wings and waffles, you can pass on the quesdillas. The mango drinks were great as well. Something the could work on are the bathroom conditions. Overall, this restaurant still offers good food and vibes

The food was terrible! The fries were burnt and looked old. The conch burger was hard and tasted awful. When I told them about food the waiter said “we changing the menu.” what does that even mean? My mom ordered honey garlic wings, and my sister ordered fish tacos both of them said their food tasted awful. The service was very bare minimum. No napkins or condiments were brought until requested (after the food was served). When I reminded the waiter that I wanted my drink with my food he said “well someone have to take this.” I guess because he didn’t want to take it back. Extremely disappointing experience!

My family and I went to celebrate our graduates along with another family recently. The experience in the end went well. It was a busy period and it rained heavily. We originally were placed in outside seating in the back area. This area under rainy conditions would require some reworking in order to be suitable. However, once we were relocated inside, we were able to enjoy the dining experience. The dishes that we ordered were delicious and came out 🔥. We appreciated this. What is most important for me to highlight is the effort the team put into helping make our experience better. Valdez and Monica worked diligently to provide quality service to our group. They navigated each situation well. They made sure we felt comfortable which mattered most. They worked to deliver our meals despite restaurant volumes. We enjoyed the shrimp and chicken tacos, the conch fritters, the guacamole, and more. The shift manager was also pleasant while interacting with me. I was also appreciative for this. Thank you to the team for making sure we received professional and quality service.

Don’t be turned away from people standing around. It was chaotic when I walked in. I Just walked in and had a seat with my wife. A waitress came by for order. I did wish there was a hostess to greet patrons and provide information and direction. I had pineapple passion cocktail which was premiere drink for Atlantis. My wife did not want to drink before dinner so she had grapefruit mocktail which was quite tasty. There was free bar snacks which was nice touch. Waitress was quite busy on a Friday night but she was nice. We felt there should be more staff. Also wished there was more ambiance like more sea glass sculptures. I expected more sea glass everywhere instead of just one chandelier. Outside view would be better if not so dark this evening.

Nice spot by The Cove for a drink, charcuterie board, or to play some blackjack while listening to live music. The patio is beautiful with good views. We had their espresso martini’s and they were strong!! Not that I’m complaining🤣 Oh, the popcorn were delicious!!!

Unfortunately the hotel added charges to our room from this bar and was unwilling to correct them before checkout and charged our credit card without approval. It is disappointing that an otherwise great vacation was tainted by a poor checkout service.

Nice little bar at the cove. Great to wine down. Has music occasionally and good drinks. Few slots and table games. A little bit of everything. No food.

Friday night we get dessert twice the size of Saturday night. We came back here for Keylime pie on Saturday night and received a portion size – half the size of the night before and in a plastic cup for the same piece, Really? When we asked why, she said they didn’t have the bowls from the night before. Something is not right with this situation. For this reason I give it two stars. The dessert was good the first night, disappointing the second night because of drastic change in portion size.

This is a very cute spot. The drink options are amazing the pastries as well. It’s very big portions. This is my second time visiting. I had the beetroot latte which was amazing. I will definitely be back to try other menu options. One thing I would say the service sucked when I went the second time. We had to wait such a long time. There was a lack of communication in terms of how long the pastries would take to be done and we had to go back to the counter a few times.

A great place for a coffee or high class cocktail. The Bahamas is know for its rum punch and light beers but this place steps it up with your classic cocktails and more. The interior is elegant and classy with a patio outside as well. A must when in the Sandyport area!

One of my favorite coffee shops feels more like an art gallery than just a place to grab a cup of joe. The decor is truly captivating, making each visit a visual delight. Arawak Cay, also known as "The Fish Fry," is a vibrant dining area in Nassau, Bahamas. It features a colorful row of Bahamian restaurants and food stands offering a variety of local dishes such as conch salad, scorched conch, conch fritters, cracked conch, and conch chowder.
We always enjoy going to a local place. This was a place we found 7 years ago on our honeymoon. When we recently took a cruise and had a port at Nassau, we knew we had to go find it again and remanence. The place has had a face lift and some remodeling done. The owner even went out of his way to get us some Guava Duff, a must try with in Nassau. We also enjoyed the couch salad, very spicy, asked for the spice on the side. Do miss this friendly and welcoming place with excellent food. We will see you again hopefully soon.

We found Jerry at the Fish Fry Street, a place home to more than 50 establishments that offer incredible food, specializing in seafood. It’s difficult to choose the best spot; some are well-known and celebrated, while others are more modest. However, all of them are fantastic, and none would dare to claim they are the best.
The M — Google review
Our experience at The Fish Fry was absolutely terrible. We waited over two hours just to receive our food, and when it finally arrived, half of our orders were incorrect. The service was shockingly poor — our host and waitress were unhelpful, inattentive, and to make matters worse, we were overcharged on our bill. This place came highly recommended by the taxi drivers who brought us to the area, but the whole thing felt like a set-up. Not only did the restaurant overcharge us, but the taxi drivers also tried to change the price they originally quoted us for the ride. It seemed like a coordinated effort to take advantage of tourists. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and patience — go elsewhere.
Sarieta B — Google review
It was our second visit back to Nassau. This trip we came by cruise. We took a taxi to Curly's for the whole snapper and seafood platter. The nassau grouper is enough for me to return yearly. Then we walked down to the beach. We were given free chairs to sit in with a purchase of a drink. O'neill with a taxi service was dropping people off and offered us a ride back. His van had air and he was alot friendlier than the first driver. The first driver didn't talk and charged more. $28 there $20 back. Walking would have been good if we didn't have children. I definitely would recommend a trip to the fish fry. You can even rent jet skis and go on banana boat rides here.
Amanda R — Google review
They had nice crisp air inside. The food was mid though. I got a fried lobster tail. The perk wings were not "pan chicken" it was cooked in the kitchen and just sauced. No smoked flavor.

Food was okay. But the fish was filled with bones - making it hard to eat or enjoy. Flavour was great tho! Service was good too - but waited 45 min for our food. So don’t go hungry! We did get to see some turkeys and manatee! That made it an experience!
Katelyn S — Google review
The food was not good at all. Our waiter did not understand the assignment and bought us three different meals. Charged me $2 for a water I never received. Charged us for an extra $18 dinner that was not was ordered. The conch fritters were not good. The Cole slaw and brown rice with red beans in it was good.

My family ate here back in March when we were on a stop from a cruise ship. We walked from the port to this restaurant and while it was long, it was very worth it - to eat here and see some sights along the way! We ate conch fritters and local fish. Nice staff and chill atmosphere!

The Green Parrot - Harbour Front is a popular spot in Nassau, Bahamas, offering a laid-back atmosphere and stunning views of the Nassau Harbour and Paradise Island. It's conveniently located next to Bay Street Marina, making it an ideal stop for those arriving by private vessel. The bar is open seven days a week and welcomes all crowds, including furry friends. The Green Parrot is a wonderful place to while away the afternoon or evening. Basic, but comfortable and enjoyable environment. Very good bar. Our order was quickly taken and quickly delivered to our table. Our server, Melianda, was lots of fun and kept checking in. Her style was professional but she also shared her knowledge of the area and living in the Bahamas. The food was good even though I expect a hand made burger not a frozen patty but was very enjoyable nonetheless. My son ordered the steak Quesadillas, he thought they were excellent. The custom in the Bahamas is to include the gratuity (15%) in the Total Due. At the bottom of the check there is also a "Suggested Gratuity" (15% to 25%). I imagine this leads to a fair amount of double tipping, hence the four star review.
Paul E — Google review
No one seated us up on our arrival. We had to wait 1 hour for our food, the server did not check, we had to find her and asked her to check if the food was ready. I do not recommend this place if you are hungry or have somewhere to go after. The food was awesome but the service was poor.
Corrine E — Google review
Good food. Great portion sizes. Server was very friendly. If you get dropped off by a taxi, make arrangements for the driver to pick you up again after as it’s hard to flag down a taxi in this area, especially at night.

The service was really bad...but the band was great!! Food was ok as well. Update: Visited with my Mom, niece and her husband. We dined inside and had breakfast. Service was a ton better, atmosphere was nice as well. I enjoyed the stewed snapper with Johnny cake. It was delicious 😋.
D M — Google review
We ordered the lobster tacos and coconut shrimp appetizer. The lobster was overcooked chunks and very chewy. Maybe it should have been diced smaller and tossed in butter then threw on top of the toppings. That would have gave it a lobster bite throughout every bite. The coconut shrimp were very fresh. The strawberry lemonade was delicious. The salsa was alot of diced peppers and extremely hot not tomato based like America uses for their tortilla chips so the chips went to waste since I have a pepper allergy that was not known to me until the week before traveling. They also played odd music after we were seated. Just because my skin color is white does not mean you have to put on Brittany Spears and Fergie. Overall it was a nice place. If we weren't rushing to return the car and get to the airport we would have stayed longer.
Amanda R — Google review
I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Our server, Kristy, was exceptional in her hospitality, making our visit all the more enjoyable. To kick off our meal, we opted for the calamari as an appetizer, and it did not disappoint. The calamari was cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The accompanying dipping sauce added a zesty kick that complemented the dish beautifully. For our main course, we decided to try the seafood sampler, and it was a feast for the senses. The variety of seafood options included in the sampler was impressive, and each item was cooked flawlessly. From shrimp to cracked conch, every bite was bursting with flavor. The portion size was generous, ensuring that we left the restaurant completely satisfied. Beyond the delicious food, the ambiance of Green Parrot was vibrant and inviting. The staff created a welcoming atmosphere, and the restaurant's coastal decor added a charming touch to the overall dining experience. In conclusion, Green Parrot exceeded our expectations in terms of both food quality and service. If you simply appreciate a well-rounded dining experience, this place is a fantastic choice. After walking around Nassau, we wanted a place to sit and enjoy a cold one. We picked a great place. The owner, Marcian, was very friendly and offered great insights to the Bahamas. We enjoyed the conversation with him and a few other locals hanging out. Hey, stopped here on our cruise today, August 13, 2025. Place was great. Everybody was satisfied with the service and our drinks from lemonade to a Bahama Mama (me- it was good). Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Great tee shirts pumping the bar, of course. Worth a stop on a hot summer day as the air conditioning alone made it worthwhile. Hotter than hell down here in August LOL. Best fellow travelers.

Desperately wanted this place to be great. Beer & Pirates, what could go wrong!? Unfortunately I showed up and they only had 1 of the beers on tap, and it was a bit watery. My guess is there were some major issues the brewery was dealing with, and I did like the atmosphere, so I'll give it three stars and hope to return on a better day!

Only stopped in cause we were told there aren't a lot of places downtown serving food at 10:30am, which isn't correct. Either way, we stopped in for a bit to eat and to grab a beer. We wanted to have a flight of beer unfortunately they were out of most of the beers. I didn't take a pick of the fish sliders, they were great, along with hot, fresh, sweet potato fries. Everything else tasted like topics bar food. The upstairs is pretty cold they have some awesome drawings and a nice patio to have a beer on.

Been in here several times and we will come every time our cruise ship stops. The beer is good, the service is friendly, and the conch fritters are awesome. Don’t come in and order and expect your food to be ready in ten minutes especially when there’s six cruise ships in port. The entire area is full of tourists. The service here is actually better and faster than sone other popular places in town. Sit down, have a beer or two, and relax!
Rich K — Google review
We stopped here for some lunch while at the port for our cruise and we were not disappointed. I had the conch sliders and they were delicious. Everyone else got the chicken tenders and had the same comments. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was cool! Glad we got to make this stop while in Nassau.

Service was good and the food was as well. I would recommend if you’re in the area and limited on options.

Beers were average. Description on menu was better than they tasted. The stout that was listed on the wall was discontinued and the pilsner was flat and oxidized. Near the cruise ship terminal so catering to the tourists but I thought the beer might be better than the island selections ( they were not). Definitely a tourist trap.
Graydon L — Google review
Across from the cruise ship terminal and available parking in front, there is ample space for a bar, gift shop, and indoor/outdoor seating. Beer flight and pretzel to keep it simple or go bigger with delicious sliders. View of the cruise ships and far off is Atlantis from the outdoor balcony

Nestled within the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar, Jazz Bar is a sophisticated Art Deco-style venue that offers live jazz performances almost every night. The bar features an elegant stage with a white grand piano and talented singers, creating a laid-back yet refined atmosphere. The bartenders are known for their expertise in crafting martinis, including the adventurous Hot as Cucumber made with jalapeno, cucumber, and lime.
I had a great time here! The only thing I wish they had was Jon Batiste. He’s an incredible artist!! I also wish they actually had jazz music because I didn’t hear any jazz music Friday, Saturday or Sunday that I was there. But they did have some really good bands and it felt like you’re at a show. Again, the drinks were super expensive, but the service was pretty good! The best thing was super beautifully decorated and constructed bar. The whole place beautiful looks very expensive and luxury. The chairs are super comfortable and definitely relaxing, but after a few drinks, you wanna get up and dance with everybody it’s a great time.
Joe V — Google review
Let me start by saying *I only go when Essence Band is playing* as such my comments are based on that. I love the vibes and atmosphere when this particular band plays, I love the 🍸 that Willis makes- in fact I hate when others make it as it's not the same or flavor Profile even when I ask for the same drink. I hated their old menu- food had no flavor, sliders were dry and options were limited for those who don't eat meat. The new menu items are more attractive and delicious, however, it is more limiting for vegetarians or vegans to eat here and if you're a chicken or fish person even then your options remain limited. Service altogether is a 3 and that's generous because of the service I've received from the Willis and 3 waitresses whose name I can't recall. I Come here at least 4 to 5 times a month but managers, bar tenders and a few waitresses should be taught service etiquette and they seemingly take service recovery for granted. I've been asked a few times to leave my seat- it wasn't reserved and I was told to sit there- so the manager could accommodate hotel guests. I've had bar tenders look me in my eyes and tell me I cannot get another drink because they are closed and immediately upon my departure, others come and were served. I've had waitresses walk past my guests entirely 🙃 when trying to place an order- then they come to the table for the first time after sitting for 40 minutes to ask if anyone wants anything or we're just sitting down 🤔 Nevertheless, the band is amazing- the drinks are nice (ask Willis to make a mocktail- absolutely wonderful) and that's why I go. It typically does not attract a really young crowd but guests at times can become truly intoxicated and touchy. If you're on vacation- I'm sure you would enjoy nonetheless

went there night after night during my stay at Baha Mar, and not one single night I heard Jazz, the band was good and played all types of music, lots of disco music to my despair, I thought a Bar marketed and advertised as a JAZZ BAR would play some Jazz right? nope.... other than that the place is nice, drinks are good and the bartenders are awesome.

Great bar jazzy bar!! There was live music which was really neat and we got drinks and food. The something funk drink was really good and the wagu and chicken sliders and wings were also very good. The only complaint would be that the service was very slow but the waiter were friendly! Overall, great place to hang out and eat!

Had an amazing time. Food and drinks are on the high end but are top tier. Both bands were amazing, playing a mix of authentic jazz as well as alternative. Lots of room to dance or just vibe to the music. A truly fun experience.

We had a time, Great Entertainment, Great Food, Great Drinks. The bands were Amazing from The Black Swan to Dazzle, they weer Top Tier. I could listen to them all night and DJ Ignite on the 1's & 2's kept our energy. Our Server Shannon was Amazing 👏 ❤️ 😍 She was attentive and quick and gave us great recommendations. I will be back

The music and the singer were top notch! The vibe never slowed down and was non stop fun. Our waitress was Lisa and can’t remember the other girl but they were both great. I was there on 4/9 and 4/10 celebrating my Moms 60th “Lisa”. Definitely will go back when I visit again The food was delicious as well as the cocktails.

The entrance staff was doing a whole lot. There was a Latino dude that was very aggressive about entrance and exit and was not an excellent experience. I would recommend service training over aggression for the future guests. But I would say Carlisa is my favorite, all weekend she was attentive and very service oriented. I appreciate when I can reciprocate the gift of service. She made the jazz bar experience exceptional despite the entrance staff

Blue Lagoon Island in the Bahamas is a popular destination known for its secluded beaches and marine habitat. It's easily accessible from the cruise port, making it a great shore excursion. The island offers soft sandy beaches, water sports, relaxing hammocks, and shady coconut palm trees. One of the main attractions is the Dolphin Encounter facility where visitors can observe and interact with dolphins in a natural ocean lagoon.
Visiting Blue Lagoon Island was truly a dream come true! The crystal-clear turquoise waters, soft white sand, and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a slice of paradise. The island is well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We took part in the dolphin encounter, and it was unforgettable — the animals were so well cared for, and the trainers were knowledgeable and respectful. There were plenty of shaded areas to relax, and the beach was never too crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking to swim, snorkel, interact with marine life, or just unwind with a tropical drink, Blue Lagoon Island has something for everyone. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bahamas — it's a magical escape that you won’t forget!

We did this as a Disney Cruise excursion. We had 5 people in our party including my grandson. We enjoyed the dolphin experience tremendously, but it was short. We had another group of five in our group and the total time in the water was 25 minutes for all 10. The food was not great and only one gluten free option with water or any hydration being very expensive. A meal and 2 (very small glasses of non alcoholic beverages) are included with the excursion fee. They also charged additional fees for you to use the water park area (well they charged for you to use a life vest which was mandatory to use the water park area). Photos are definitely another money grab and not so easy to get as they did NOT email as promised and I had to follow up. Keep your receipt as it has a claim number. I did get my photos quickly after contacting them. The boat ride is not fun. Overcrowded and no airflow on the first floor. They returned us late(and split our party between 2 different boats to return) and returned us to a much further location - did I mention we were already late? There is not water available on the boat making it a very uncomfortable situation. The beach and water at the island and on the way there are beautiful.

20 min water taxi ride from the cruise ship ports in Nassau. Great spot to relax. Water is really clear. The food in the adults only beach was really good. The drinks were awesome. You can spend time with dolphins and sea lions or play in the water park/family friendly beach area.

My friend and I booked an excursion to Blue Lagoon while we were vacationing on a cruise. The island is undergoing some renovations, but we hardly noticed during our trip. There are multiple little shops and bars on the island - a meal and drink were included in our excursion. Food was delicious and filling, and included some local traditional/cultural items. There is a little bit of everything to do on the island. You can book a dolphin or sea lion experience, swim in the cove, and have fun on the water inflatables. Overall we are very happy with our experience!

Very pretty water, gorgeous surroundings.. very good butler service on the adult side. However, the Bahama mamas that were free were basically juice and no alcohol, the dolphins were enclosed in such tiny cages, and the adult side lagoon is shallow and does not open up to the ocean. Overall would not go back

Absolutely beautiful island with so much to do. Plenty of seats (and a lot of covered or shaded chairs), several animal encounters you can purchase, gift shops, free wifi, a restaurant, and multiple beaches with different depths and things to do. It's great for all ages, and the staff is very friendly and keep the island looking clean and amazing. I believe it was a 25 minute boat ride from Nassau

Quan the trainer did an amazing job. We saw him when we were doing the dolphin encounter working with sneer family, and we were an easy sell! We saw that their kids were able to ride by holding onto the fins of two different dolphins at the same time and be rushed along the lake. So we sign up for immediately after we finish the encounter. Quan introduced us to Finn and Zagg, And I actually got to play ball with them and got to feed zag some medicated water, in addition to being able to pet the heads, hold the fins, rub their belly as they swim past, got a kiss from one of them on the cheek and just about “French kissed” with one of the dolphins. Such a memorable experience, definitely was a bucket list item. Thank you for all your help and your patience!

Blue Lagoon is a great for families who are looking for an adventure filled, fun packed day. Blue Lagoon Island has animal encounters such as swimming with dolphins, sharks, and stingrays, as well as interacting with Seals. There are plenty of bars, and yes this island has white Hennessy. The food is good and plentiful. Watch out for the Seagulls as they will take your food when the food area is too full (there is limited seating). There is an obstacle course for adults and kids with a slide and trampoline. A life jacket is required for this section, which isn’t communicated through all that sell the excursion so be sure to clarify that your excursion includes the life jacket, if not it is an additional cost per person.

Dragon's Ultra Lounge is a nightclub with a casino attached in Atlantis. It features a great DJ and an old-fashioned drink that is excellent. This club can get pricey, but it's worth it for the fantastic atmosphere and drinks.
Recieved the best service from Johnathan!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service and a great smile. He was so friendly and knew my "usual" drink the whole time we were there. DJ could definitely play some new tune. It was the same each night.

A tale of two Old Fashioneds. First one bartender took his time and it was excellent. Next one came out real fast and had way too much syrup. Overly sweet. Gotta find the right bartender. Fact that gratuity is automatic degrades quality. Bonus: first bartender had a cut and a light handy for my cigar.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️ this place...the vybz are hype...then there's always that energy from the casino...the dj is really well rounded and open to so many genres!!! The drinks could be better

Don’t do bottle service!! You pay for overpriced bottles and then won't get any service at all. You are given plastic disposable cups, very few mixers, low ice, and then you have to constantly search and ask staff to replenish throughout the night since it runs out often and long waits for more. Also no security inside bar to make sure things don't get stolen from table while dancing. He had people come to our table to steal items. Better go to Royal lobby bar or Aura nightclub.
DGHotelier — Google review
Ultimately I love the atmosphere. However, I only have 2 issues. I’ve been here twice and at two different times. 1 time being 9 nights. The same playlist was being played over and over from the first time I visited. Although I wanted to go more, I knew the same songs would be played so my husband and I just tried to find somewhere else. I would have loved to go more but that reason stopped me. Also, I was trying to shoutout my husband for his birthday and the DJ was rude to me at first. The server told me to go to where she was. She pointed to the area to go to so I followed instructions and the DJ was very rude telling me to tell her from the dance floor. I definitely understood if that’s where she wanted me to go but I was following directions. So I make my way to the dance floor to tell her(even though as long as she talked to me in the wrong area I could have just told her there but okay…) and I see her look at me and act like I wasn’t there. Finally I tell her all I wanted to do was shout out my husband for his birthday. I personally feel she was just giving me a hard time but okay. Other than that, this place is absolutely fun and accommodates everyone!

We had a great time and the atmosphere is great but cocktails had too much alcohol so the flavour wasn’t good, I had to order a bit more spirit for the first time in my life.

Located in Marina Village, The Dilly Club is a versatile establishment that transforms from a cozy coffeehouse during the day to an elegant craft cocktail lounge at night. With a laid-back island atmosphere, it's the perfect spot to kickstart your mornings with specialty coffees or cap off your evenings with delicious cocktails like the Little Island Daiquiri and Guava Lava. The staff are trained as both baristas and mixologists, ensuring that each drink is expertly crafted using locally sourced ingredients.
During my six night stay I was in there daily for either a coffee or a nightcap. Such a great environment. Both the coffees and drinks were amazing! Friendly staff, great music and overall wonderful place! Can we get one in Dallas?

This was an awesome Bar and Cafe! We went with a large group of 16 people and the staff quickly accommodated us and prepared 16 drinks fantastic drinks in less than 20 mins. The atmosphere was tropical and quaint. Although I did not personally eat the food many in our group did and said it was great. The prices were reasonable, about $20 each, considering we were at Atlantis Marina. I would definitely go again and would recommend. There was also easy access to the Marina.

Our favorite bar in the Bahamas! Drinks have interesting names and are super creative. The glassware is super fun as there are sharks, commemorative smurf cups, parrots, pigs and some are available for purchase. The service is next level as we stepped in prior to dinner to get the vibe and were immediately met by Amir. After dinner we stopped in and couldn't pick a favorite. You can't go wrong here! Get over here right now!

This hidden gem is a must-visit! The cocktails and rum list are incredible, and the espresso is top-notch. The cocktails are truly craft-made, and the friendly and fun wait staff makes the experience even better. Happy hour prices were a great surprise! The appetizers were also great and shareable.

We went into the Dilly as a member of a large group for some cocktails. The service was magnificent, the drinks themselves were made with quality ingredients. The food was really tasty and the decor put you in a place of zen. They do have some merchandise you can pick up as well. Will definitely go to again if back in the area.

Had several of the best cocktails of my life here. Every single one was truly craft and amazing. The veggie bao buns were unbelievable. Our server was awesome. This place is in the Paradise Island shopping plaza and the people who come here are ridiculously uppity for absolutely no reason. The prices reflect that attitude and are very high, so brace yourself for that 🙄

Dilly Club initially caught our eye as we walked past, but we decided to save it for the way back. I'm glad we did because from the outside, it’s a charming hidden gem that instantly piqued my curiosity. The moment we stepped inside, we were transported to a relaxed, tropical paradise with a fun Florida, pink flamingo vibe that created a super chill atmosphere. The interior design was playful yet inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Despite the fact that it looked popular and I could see they had a good number of staff on hand, my sister and I arrived in the late afternoon around 2 pm. We came in primarily to do some work and enjoy a casual break. I ordered a macchiato, which was just right to keep me energized after a long morning, while my sister opted for the Mama Maggie, a drink that the server mentioned was very popular among customers. It definitely lived up to the hype and came in a cute piggy cup! We loved everything about the place—the vibe, the friendly service, and the overall atmosphere. Before heading to dinner, we decided to share a snack: Ginger Pork Bao Buns. They were bursting with flavor, very satisfying, and had a nice balance of spice and sweetness. However, I felt that the dish could have benefited from a touch of freshness—perhaps a few greens or herbs to brighten it up (peep the pic for reference). All in all, Dilly Club has become one of my favorite spots to visit when I’m at Atlantis. It’s a cozy, laid-back place to relax, grab a drink, and enjoy some delicious bites. Definitely a hidden treasure worth discovering!

Dolphin Cay Atlantis is a 14-acre marine mammal habitat that offers an immersive experience for eco-tourists. It houses 17 rescue bottlenose dolphins and provides educational programs for guests to interact with the dolphins, witnessing their vocalizations and physical abilities. The facility is committed to conservation, rehabilitation, and education.
We absolutely loved our time at Dolphin Cay! Our daughter had the incredible opportunity to interact with both dolphins and sea lions, which was a magical experience for her. The trainers are truly passionate about what they do, and it shows in the way they care for the animals. We were also lucky enough to get a behind-the-scenes look at the rehabilitation center, which gave us a deeper appreciation for their conservation efforts. If you’re staying at Atlantis, we highly recommend supporting this cause by signing up for one of the many excursions they offer. It was a highlight of our stay and something we’ll never forget!

My family and I had an amazing experience swimming with the dolphins. The process was mostly smooth. Photo process isn't very clear. Expect to pay an extra $250 for all digital photos. The website is not very detailed on what's involved with the experience. You basically get to swim with the dolphins for about 30-45 mins in the water as you learn about the dolphins and perform activities with them. You are also provided with a snorkel to see the dolphins underwater. Overall, awesome experience and really glad I was able to do it with my family. My 6 year old son and 8 year old daughter will never forget it!

I had the pleasure to do the rise & shine experience with the dolphins. Overall, great experience. The instructor was very friendly and got the entire group immersed into the experience. Making jokes with the dolphins and splashing us (very refreshing). I think this experience was well worth the money. The gift shop doesn’t open until 9am, so to purchase photos that the photographer takes, you’ll have to wait until the store opens. They take good photos and give a variety of different shots from the entire time in the water.

My mom and I went and participated in the sea lion experience. We had the best time!! Trevor was the best and made the experience even more enjoyable as well as enjoying the company of James on our walk over to the sea lion are. They’re both hilarious! The sea lions were more immersive than we expected as we had seen the dolphins experience and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Fun experience swimming with the dolphins. The trainers were kind and patient. We were there in a small group and each had an opportunity to interact with the dolphins. A fun place to tour and learn about marine life in the area. We usually pass on the pictures they sell after the tour, but we couldn't pass this one up. What an amazing experience.
Siale L — Google review
I was extremely disappointed in the price paid and the experience. This is the experience you can expect. 13 min of swimming with dolphins. 10-15 seconds of snorkeling. Just shy of 20 minutes total in water. (more time was spent on the two orientations and waiting on beach). The 7 minutes was waiting for our turn to do the dorsal fin pull. (At the time, providing feedback was not the motive to record this experience.) I had a camera on the beach to record the experience and these times are accurate. This experience was rushed. Not worth the price paid. If you can’t put your wetsuit on in less than a couple minutes, you will be left. Ours was too small and had to get bigger sizes…so, make sure you get the right size the first time. Very little help with this. Also the photos are extremely overpriced. I was shocked, actually. Expect to pay hundreds of dollars for something that is very inexpensive to make. I asked for a reasoning for their prices and they said it’s what we charge. The excursion personnel understand that people want to document their experience and the excursion personnel take advantage of that by up charging. The Quality Assurance manager ******lla (name redacted for privacy purposes) could only apologize.

Graycliff Cigar Company in Nassau offers a wide variety of hand-rolled cigars made from Central and South American leaves. The company has expanded to include a cigar factory, where visitors can take tours, purchase cigars, or even participate in cigar-rolling lessons. The factory employs over a dozen Cuban rollers who live on-site through a special arrangement with the Cuban government.
Very nice cigar spot in the Bahamas. It was about a 13-minute walk from Port, which wasn't too bad. Don't be alarmed because it is located down an alleyway, off in the cut. The staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. We walked in, and we had a great time watching the staff roll up the cigars. They were reasonably priced from $11 up to $25 if my memory serves me correct. I'd highly recommend this spot.

The location is a bit hard to find for a first timer to locate. Customer service could be a bit better. The location itself is great for relaxing and smoking your cigar . But prices on certain items could be a bit lower.

Pamela H — Google review
Not what I expected. To sum it up in one word....SAD. No one was around to help get any cigars. Only 2 cigar makers were making any cigars. The whole place is very unkempt. It looks abandoned. I ended up smoking my cigar in the smoking area. Luckily we were dropped off by the taxi driver that was meant to take us back to the hotel for free. Otherwise if be upset to pay to come here and see if in the conditions it's in. The place can be a gold mine if it were fixed up and actually have more staff to greet you. We were greeted by the passengers from the cruise ship, and not the staff. All in all, Gray Cliff cigars aren't the best and I'll be sticking with the real cigars I know and love. The other areas such as the liquor tasting had a young girl serving liquor but then didn't know which liquor she just poured. Again, SAD.
Lucky P — Google review
Visited on a Sunday when our cruise ship docked. There were only 3 people rolling in the factory but we could simply walk in and watch them. We were there for a while before anyone came out to see if we wanted to buy anything and she was very disengaged and seemed bothered to have customers. The facility and experience was mediocre at best but worth a walk to see the area away from the touristy areas.
Jason W — Google review
We had a great experience touring this small family-owned cigar making business. The people were happy and fun to talk to. We each bought a sample of their best two cigars and enjoyed them with a local Kalik Gold on the patio.

About a 15 minute walk from the port. Make sure you know where you are going before you make the trip. Not too hard to find just do some research and follow the signs. Overall a fun experience for cigar enthusiasts and the whole family. I booked a tour on the website for $10 a person. Laidback tour lasted about 15 minutes. If you’re a cigar aficionado temper your expectations as it’s a boutique brand and not a huge operation. I did appreciate the free cigars. There is also a chocolate shop nearby worth checking out.

I've been here twice and both ocassions I did not enjoy myself. The drinks were over priced and the dj was wack. Mostly Spanish music being played. The same people NEVER stay because clearly they aren't having fun so the crowd is constant evolving which the dj should've noticed to change the music and or to not just play to entertain himself. If you’re staying at Atlantis, that’s all fine and dandy Marine habitat is definitely not worth spending 250 per adult or 125 per child just to see the aquarium you can see the entire thing in less than 20 minutes, while it is beautiful, it’s quite small not much exhibit to look at. I recommend if you’re staying at the hotel but if you’re planning on just going there for the aquarium, don’t waste your time or money.

Our waitress was really friendly, although we had to keep asking for water, and it took a bit longer than we expected to settle the bill. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I ordered jerk chicken and it was good had a good flavor, macaroni is not the “American Macaroni” that I’m use to I didn’t like it, rice and beans we dry didn’t care for it. Service was terrible. We sat there for 20 mins without anything to drink and everybody kept passing by asking did our server come take our order. Daiquiri was very good had a good flavor one of the best drink I had while being on island.

Goldie's: A Bahamian Seafood Gem! If you're ever in the "Fish Fry" area of Nassau, Bahamas, you absolutely have to check out Goldie's! My recent visit was nothing short of fantastic, and the food truly lived up to its reputation. We were thrilled with our meal—the food was great! As expected, the menu is primarily fish-focused, offering a wonderful variety. We saw everything from succulent lobster to the local specialty, conch, prepared in numerous delicious ways. The experience was made even better by the atmosphere. We chose to sit outside, which allowed us to soak in the sounds of the ocean and watch the neighboring ships pass by as we dined. It was a truly memorable and relaxing setting. Overall, Goldie's offers an authentic taste of the Bahamas with an unbeatable ambiance. We left feeling completely satisfied and would highly recommend it!

We were so disappointed eating here. It was recommended to us by a local and so we thought it would be good local food. It certainly was not. We overall did not enjoy anything at all. The conch fritters were ok, more bread than conch. The jerk chicken was soooo spicy even though mild was preferred and my surf and turf burger meat was so tough I could not eat. The rice and peas were extremely dry and the waiter was so nonchalant she didn't even ask for our drinks. Another waiter stopped and got drinks for us; she visited our table once to order & to bring food. I understand busyness but we were not checked on at all. Plus the wait time was sooo long. Spent ~$89. I cannot recommend this place and hate that we didn't enjoy this experience. Sadly, I cannot recommend this restaurant

Food was below average & overly expensive!!! Definitely a huge tourist trap. While all the other restaurants along this strip had around the same prices, only Twin Brothers marked up theirs + 25% mandatory tax on top. Ordered: conch chowder — tbh, it tasted like Campbell tomato soup with a few pieces of chewy conch and a stale piece of buttered bread. Cracked conch — breading was good but conch was so chewy, came with fries which was probably the best part of the meal. IMO, this place was probably better back in the days, but there’s so many other choices out there

Good food for a place like this one .. good service as well. Ordered the fish of the day and it was very well spiced and made. Comes with a side of pasta and fries .. pasta wasn’t good but the fires were real home made Price is touristy and is a bit on the high side . I was expecting 30% less on the bill

The food here was really good! Had the conch fritters, the snapper and a guava duff. I had a regular non alcoholic daiquiri and it was like a slushy. Great for a hot day! Service here is pretty good and really loved the red snapper!!

It was my birthday. My son and daughter accompanied me on this special day. My daughter recommended this place seeing that she usually orders take out from here often. The food was the best especially their signature burger. The service was top notched. Even the hostess that showed us to our table treated us like royalty. No waiting at all on this day.

Almost everything was packed with flavor, though the sushi was slightly soggy—perhaps due to the flame. The highlight of the meal was the spicy shrimp with pita, which was exceptional. The spreads were delicious, and the ambiance added to the overall experience.

This is a wonderful place for adults while visiting Nassau. I have never tasted food like this - a must go, if you're not afraid to go a little in island. Has a full bar as well with many craft cocktails.

The food was very good — we especially enjoyed the chicken kebabs and snapper. The cocktails were great too. It was a quiet, relaxed setting, and we casually played cards while we ate. A really nice, chill experience overall

Outstanding experience, the Bahama way! Excellent from start to finish! Meal was paced perfectly, party of 8. Started as a party of 6 and we added two to the party. Every course was excellent. Every course and beverages were excellent! We will be back year after year.

We walked-in that place with no reservation the night we got to Nassau, they offered us seats at the bar which we gladly took; Thanks for the accommodation! The food was 10/10, service was great, friendly staff. It was quite cold in the restaurant so make sure you dress accordingly. The ambiance was quiet. Overall 8/10 experience!

Here's Option 1 for your review, ready to copy: A Mixed Bag: Superb Food, but Service and Price Points Miss the Mark My recent dining experience offered some truly spectacular highs, but also a few significant lows. The atmosphere was undeniably amazing – beautiful, modern, and incredibly chic, setting a wonderful backdrop for the evening. The food was the absolute star. I can confidently say that the salmon was one of the best dishes I've ever had in my life. Every bite was a revelation, perfectly prepared and bursting with incredible flavors. The desserts were equally fantastic, a perfect sweet ending to an otherwise superb meal. However, like much of Nassau, this restaurant comes with a very steep price tag. What truly disappointed me was that the service simply did not resonate with the premium price paid. I've had the pleasure of dining at other high-caliber chef restaurants around the world where the service was impeccable and perfectly justified the cost, often at a more reasonable price point than here. While the food is undoubtedly worth experiencing, the overall value for money, especially considering the service, left something to be desired.
Simone A — Google review
This restaurant gets an overall 3 for average. In comparison to other restaurants it was a step above. The setting and ambiance is very beautiful and right on the water. The food was “okay” but certainly it on par with other Four Seasons restaurants we have been to nor Chef-owned quality we have enjoyed elsewhere. The service was slightly better than the terrible and rude service we have been experiencing throughout Nassau. Seriously though, a restaurant that says it is part of Four Seasons needs to be well above the rest and this sadly was not. We ordered steak that had to be returned because was incorrectly cooked, the salmon was very good, the organic chicken was good but not amazing, the lamb chops were okay but the sauce saved them, the beet salad was very good, the burrata was very wet and runny and lacked flavor. The desserts were underwhelming and their presentation was lacking. The children did not enjoy their meals. The last thing that was abysmal was they tossed the sharing plates for the desserts at us instead of placing them in front of us. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Cost was about $180 per adult.
Onthegoboomer — Google review
Huge disappointment. We ordered the Black Plate Appetizer Sampler ($100 for 2) and what we got was laughable—fried shrimp, soggy “crispy” rice, and a samosa that didn’t belong on the plate. The only highlight was the conch salad, but honestly, you can get the same (or better) quality at the Fish Fry for a fraction of the price. The lobster was overcooked, and the curry garnish added nothing. Fries weren’t crispy and didn’t even come out hot. We sent back the Brussels sprouts altogether. Overall, the entire experience was underwhelming and not worth the money. For the same price point, we had a much better meal at Nobu—not by the waves, but at least the food was excellent. Would not recommend this spot.
Aleksandra C — Google review
Very disappointing experience. The price point reflects the Jean George standard price, but the product is no where near JG level. We dined inside, and still had to fight off a ton of flies while trying to enjoy our meal. Our table had a dead orchid on it, it was so off putting. If you have a choice between placing a dead plant on a table or no plant, go for NO PLANT, how is that JG fine dinning. We left the restaurant smelling like burnt cooking oil, our hair, clothing, I should send them my dry cleaning bill and hair salon bill, it was that bad. The food was mediocre for the price. The tuna was grey instead of red, the mashed potatoes were bland and just soaked in butter with zero flavor. The dessert was so inedible we had to send it back. At $150 per person, this felt like a rip off. To add further insult to injury, they add a 15% mandatory tip to the check AND force you to leave additional tip when paying the check.
T C — Google review
Atmosphere is great. It’s Four Seasons.. Food is okayish. Nothing special and definitely not worth the price. Service is pretty bad. Had to wait for 20 minutes with 3 other family members and at the end was fooled to leave a 35% tip. The guy literally gave me the credit card reader first and I left a 20% tip, minute later he gave me the check which had an included tip of 15%. This is a not great look for this place. I would not recommend this place to honorable people. Stealing is not welcome in a better world..

From the time we walked in until the time we left we were all blown away by the food, the atmosphere and the service! She needs to be recognized for her hospitality and customer service.

We didn’t have a reservation but they insisted that we sit right at the bar even though the surrounding tables at the bar were empty!! The creamed collard greens were delicious! The corn bread & famous chicken were not impressive at all! The octopus was excellent! The bartenders were very nice & engaging! I’d recommend making a reservation way in advance for the dining room.

This was our second visit to Baha Mar, and after missing the chance to dine at Marcus Chop House the first time, we made it a point to book months in advance for this trip—and let me tell you, it was so worth the wait! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately knew we were in for something special. But what truly elevated the entire experience was our incredible server, Matthew. He was an absolute standout—attentive without being overbearing, lightning-fast with everything we needed, and genuinely kind and personable. It's rare to encounter someone who makes you feel both completely taken care of and totally relaxed, but Matthew did just that. He truly made our evening unforgettable. As for the food—WOW. Every dish we tried was nothing short of phenomenal. From the perfectly cooked steaks to the vibrant, flavorful sides and indulgent desserts, the entire meal was a masterclass in fine dining. The presentation, the flavors, the ambiance—it all came together for an experience we’ll be talking about for a long time. If you’re visiting Baha Mar, do not miss Marcus Chop House—and if you’re lucky enough to have Matthew as your server, you’re in for a top-tier experience. We can’t recommend it enough!

Wow…there are several places to eat here at Baha Mah BUT not any that I’ve found that were as good as this. Appetizer, Conch Fritters. Salad, Lettuce Wedge was HUGE (share this $17 starter), Entree’, Grouper Seared on both sides and finished in the broiler. Veggies (Collard Greens), were spot-on Great! Drinks were refilled before empty. My GoTo spot for dinner. You must have a reservation well before dinner. Lesson learned! It sells out. We sat at the bar.

From conch balls to conch salad and burgers, this establishment caters to seafood enthusiasts. Additionally, as a sports bar, it's an ideal destination for those who enjoy both sports and drinks.
In Nassau for a cruise port and saw the great reviews and pics of fish tacos so we decided to try it. We had the best food and service! The fish tacos and fried plantains were amazing! Hubby loved the ceviche too. Great music and atmosphere too!

We walked around Nassau for a while searching for the right spot, and The Bearded Clam stood out instantly. The atmosphere pulls you in, super chill, fun, and full of character. The conch fritters were on point, the fish and chips were perfectly crispy, and the fried fish was packed with flavor and had just the right kick of spice. Don’t skip the local beer, it’s ice cold and hits the spot. Pro tip: Bring a sticker or a signed dollar to leave behind, it’s part of the tradition here and adds to the fun vibe. Definitely a must stop if you’re in Nassau!

We stopped in for lunch. The Bearded Clam did not disappoint! Excellent food! It was our first time having Conch fritters. They were great. My wife had the coconut shrimp, the best she's ever had. I had the shrimp tacos which were delicious. Drinks were above average and didn't skimp on alcohol. On a side note there was a visitor (yes this is an open air bar/restaurant) little fella came out to get a drink after it just rained. One of the workers dispatched it quickly. I laughed and thought it was funny, my wife on the other hand wasn't so enthused. All in all it made a memorable visit with some great food! The staff and service were great! Also be sure to ask about the side of bikini wax for $10.

Big Ben waited on our group and did a great job. This place has an upstairs which we used and recommend you do the same as it is a bit more secluded. The food was great and the conch sampler plate was fantastic! If you have never had conch it is akin to fried calamari. If you have not had fried calamari then fix yourself. My wife had grilled snapper and loved it! So I can attest that those two dishes were AWESOME!

We did not eat during our visit here. It is located in a side alley off of Bay St. Servers are very friendly, prompt, and always smiling. Great atmosphere with music always playing. Near the ports in Nassau so there is always a rotation of tourists and locals. Would definitely recommend this place when in Nassau. Update: was here again several days ago and had the jerk chicken breast, rice and peas, and fries. Food is delicious.

The sushi was really very good but the service was painstakingly slow and the server was not that attentive really. They could have turned more tables if the servers did not huddle around the sushi bar like a server station and the food came out in a timely manner. We had friends who ate here last night and they said they waited 2 1/2 hours for food.

Old tasting sushi, Small selection, and HORRIBLE SERVICE. It took them an hour to get our main dish from the time we ordered. They never came to refill out drinks. If we wanted to order something else it was impossible because they never come back after they give you your meal. Even though we were still hungry we left because no one ever came back to our take to check on us & all the servers /waiters avoid eye contact w you on purpose. Imagining that by the time we did try to get someone’s attention it’d most likely be another hour to get another dish that wasn’t even good. We decided to leave, took a shuttle to another hotel and got starbucks food.

The Poop Deck at Sandyport is a renowned seafood restaurant and bar in Nassau, serving locals and visitors since 1972. It offers Bahamian-style seafood with stunning views of Nassau Harbour from its upper deck bar. The restaurant's unobstructed views of turquoise waters make it a popular choice for dining. Guests can enjoy dishes like cracked conch, fritters, and the highly recommended conch chowder served with johnny cake.
Ok. When I first saw ‘poop’ in the name of this restaurant I was thinking, No thank you! Yet for sure was the best dining experience on my first trip to Nassau. The service, views, atmosphere, food, etc etc etc. all was amazing! I would definitely come again. Keep up the great work!

So happy that we stumbled upon this place. Service was great the food even better. I got to pick my own red snapper from the tub upfront and they cooked it and seasoned it to perfection for me. It was soo fresh. We sat outside with a beautiful ocean view/breeze. The kid portions are big too! We tried the best homemade spicy sauce to and it was perfect with my fried snapper. Highly recommend!

The conch chowder was fantastic. We ended up ordering a cup and then a bowl. Cesar salad and dim sum was also tasty, but I’d avoid the ahi tuna. The catch of the day also looked amazing! Nice patio with overhead fans overlooking the beach.

The Poop Deck exceeded all expectations…if the name weren’t appealing enough, it gets even better once you’re inside. The restaurant is right along a quiet beachfront which makes for the perfect atmosphere. I was expecting some fresh and filling food and tasty drinks and came out with legitimately the best fish wrap, fruit punch, and Bahama Mama cocktail I’ve tasted in my entire life. Everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. And to top it all off, we received the kindest and friendliest service from Warrington during our time at the venue. This place is now a staple in my future trips to the Bahamas. Highly recommend!
Mason H — Google review
I would be a liar if I told you that the food was not good. The food is absolutely amazing. The customer service was lacking. The decor was old, ugly and outdated. They could use some renovation. Besides that, it’s right along the water so you can sit inside or outside. Because my family and I walked from the resort, we decided to sit inside. I wanted the fried snapper but they charge market price for snapper which was $94. Instead I got a snapper fillet which was to die for. Everyone else got conch which was a good idea. I enjoyed the steamed conch along with the mac and cheese side the most. The drinks were made really strong so I only needed one. Perfect spot to unwind as it’s quiet and the food is nice. Also, lots of the locals speak Creole, Spanish and the Bahamian dialect which I found rather interesting.

Junkanoo World is a celebration of Bahamian culture and tradition, featuring music, dance, and art. The festival has its roots in the seventeenth century when enslaved Africans were granted a holiday to celebrate with their families. What began as a masquerade has evolved into the country's national festival, showcasing elaborate costumes, percussion music, and dances during parades on December 26th.
We absolutely loved Junkanoo World! We learned so much about Junkanoo, the costumes and how they are made, as well as how to play the drums. Although this is a small museum, it is full of rich history and amazing people. Legendary Quentin Woodside and his family were so very wonderful and accomodating. We tried on Junkanoo headresses and costumes! I love everything about Junkanoo and now I love it even more! One of the best experiences we have had in the Bahamas! Thank you Junkanoo World!

I’ve thought it will be a proper museum, but never know you need to get someone to open the door to open the place for you to have a view inside. If you find yourself in The Bahamas and have a craving for sushi, look no further than Sushi Rokkan. Nestled on this beautiful island, it stands out as a gem for sushi lovers seeking fresh and flavorful options. While the territory is rich in seafood delights, Sushi Rokkan truly excels in delivering some of the finest sushi around. Guests often rave about their first impressions, noting that both the food and service surpass expectations with prompt delivery of dishes.
We had a wonderful experience at Sushi Rokkan at Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport! Traveling with kids can be challenging, but the staff here went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. They were so kind and patient with our little ones, offering kid-friendly options and even engaging them with smiles and small talk, which made the meal stress-free. The food was fantastic! The sushi was fresh and beautifully prepared, with vibrant flavors that hit all the right spots. The soup was a standout—warm, comforting, and perfectly seasoned, it was a hit with both adults and kids. We also loved the variety of dishes, from classic rolls to hearty noodle bowls, all made with high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect meal to enjoy before our flight. The atmosphere was cozy yet quick, ideal for an airport setting, and the service was prompt without feeling rushed. If you’re passing through Nassau with family, this spot is a gem for delicious food and a kid-friendly vibe. Highly recommend!

First time. Husband & I came here for lunch and we both love this beautiful place. Immediately was greeted! Joe was our server and he was very friendly. Joe had a smile the whole time. Came to our table to make sure we were well for every dish that came to our table. All dishes were tasty!!! Pork Ramen was very delicious & well done. Sushi was fresh & good. Kukai Mango Nigori sake & Classic Lychee Martini was refreshing.

This is the second time I've eaten here and the food is always great. There was just one chewy pork skewer that we didn't like but otherwise, no complaints.

Recently dined at the airport location and what a huge disappointment. The chicken teriyaki bowl was not served with teriyaki or avocado and the chicken was rubbery.

I initially had a disappointing experience when I arrived five minutes late for a 2:30 PM reservation and was turned away by the hostess. I left a negative review expressing my frustration. To their credit, Sushi Rokkan responded quickly and invited me back. When I returned for dinner, the staff went out of their way to make it right—they were kind, welcoming, and even comped our drinks. The food and atmosphere were excellent. Mistakes happen, but what truly matters is how a business responds. I respect Sushi Rokkan’s professionalism and follow-through. I’m grateful for the thoughtful service, their openness to feedback, and the excellent dinner that followed. Thank you!

Syrah Cellar Cafe is a popular spot in Nassau, Bahamas, known for having the best happy hour on the island. The happy hour offers drinks at 50% off from Monday to Friday starting at 3 p.m., making it a great place to enjoy quality drinks at a reasonable price in a pleasant atmosphere. This intimate venue is often filled with locals and features an outdoor terrace where guests can dine surrounded by wine bottles and enjoy live acoustic guitar on some nights.
It was my first time at this restaurant and I must say that the food was awesome. Our waiter Angelo's recommendations were on point. The music was just right, we were able to have a conversation without shouting. The area is small but gives off a great wine cellar kind of vibe, felt like a cozy restaurant way off grid, I think that is exactly what the owners were aiming for. The only issue was the appetizer took a little longer than expected...might be due to the volume of orders but worth the wait. We will visit again :)

Amazing spot for great food at a reasonable price. Angelo, our server, was amazing! So many great options, definitely recommend any of the flatbreads. Beautiful atmosphere with a kind staff and not crowded or noisy at all. Great wine selection too.

4 of us went for dinner on Mar. 2 and had an amazing evening. We did not have a reservation but they accommodated us on the patio which turned out to be fantastic as we were treated to the beautiful sounds of Rhondi who performed that evening. Between the 4 of us we ordered, lobster, pork chop, beef filet and blacken chicken pasta, all of which was fantastic. The young man who was our server was attentive, professional and a true pleasure to be around. The atmosphere, the food and the fantastic entertainment made this evening our best night in Nassau.

It was SUCH a great experience! Awesome & friendly staff, wonderful location, delicious food. The prices were good as well. Be sure to try their wings, sliders, flatbread pizza (with grilled chicken), margarita & mimosas. Girls Day Out was spent at a marvelous location overlooking the marina. We went during Happy Hour from 3:00PM - 6:00PM. They also took our temperatures, had had sanitizers all throughout the property, ensured mask-wearing & had good social distancing practices in place. Their customer service was impeccable.

Waited long before he took our order the app's came very quick but our server was doing his own thing The food was pretty good that red sauce that came with the conch bites was soo goood the lobster was okay but wasn't seasoned well enough.. first time trying street corn and that was delicious...service really needs to he improve before I decide to return

Bahama Barrels by Graycliff is the Caribbean's first winery, located at the historic Graycliff Hotel in Nassau. The winery offers a vibrant and paradisiacal atmosphere with colorful decor and Instagram-worthy spots like hanging swings and group gliders. Visitors can also enjoy a wine blending class led by an experienced California winemaker, where they learn about wine components and get to create their own unique vintage.
The red wine was so good. I love me a good sweet wine. I wanted to purchase, but I knew I wasn't going to have room. FYI, they do not deliver, so if you want it, you would need to purchase while you're there. Next time, I will definitely purchase.

I booked this excursion through Vacations to Go as something to do while in port on a Celebrity cruise in early October, 2025. It just so happened that my sister and I were the only ones doing the class which made it a lot of fun. Joshua answered all of our questions, made us laugh a lot, and just made it a very memorable experience for us. I highly recommend this fun experience where you can taste local wine and then make your own blend using even more of the wine (had to taste a lot to get it right, lol). My sister was having a great time, getting her blend just right. Definitely a memorable experience to celebrate our birthdays.

Came here on an island tour excursion through Celebrity Cruise Line. The place is right off of the colorful umbrella street and the parking situation is quite a mess due to only street parking. Inside is a tiny tasting room and a larger wine shop. We got to do 6 tastings for $5 USD. The cups are the little disposable communion cups. We got to sample a blue colored wine as well as your standard wines and then a local fruit wine. Of all the places in the world where I've had wine, I've never had wine that tasted almost of water before. The only wine that was any good was the specialty fruit wine, but it was nearly $30 USD for a single bottle. Overall, while the guy pouring wine was personable and nice, unfortunately most of the wine was hands down the worst wines I've ever had. Visited: November 2024

I booked a wine making class, it was worth the money. We enjoy every minute of it. The host was very courteous and professional. We also got to make our own wine, cork it and label it. We got to take home two wine bottles that we made plus got to try alot of wine. Left there buzzed. Definitely will be back and bringing more people. You should definitely try this once in your lifetime!

Took my mom to the wine blending class that they offerred for her birthday. We booked through their website and added on fruit and charcuterie plates. Once we got there, they were cleaning out the area where the class normally takes place so we were put in this makeshift room that was kind of cramped and hot. They chose the wines for us to blend and make our own. That part was nice, however we never received our fruit and charcuterie plates, and by the time we mentioned it to them, we were almost done with the class and asked for it to go. We were made to wait way longer than we expected for it, and once we got it, it was very lack luster. We had to transfer it to paper plates, because they didnt have any to go containers and wrap it with plastic wrap. We had to ask for a bag several times until they were able to get one for us. Ive seen in other reviews that it included cheese and crackers. We didnt get any of that, just very hard to chew bread and the meats and fruits. I didnt think it was worth it at that point, especially since it was supposed to be eaten while you were tasting/mixing the wine. Overall very disorganized. Wish they wouldve prefaced on the website or on google that they were having issues with the main room where the class is supposed to take place.
Chela O — Google review
I participated in the “Wine Maker for a Day” class and it was a lot of fun! Eleecye explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable about wine. The charcuterie add-on was a nice accompaniment to the wine (and definitely large enough to share) and turned the experience into lunch as well as the class. I chose to make a red blend and am looking forward to opening my bottle for a special occasion.

We went here for my Sister's Bday. I loved the experience it was a chill atmosphere. Wasn't much persons there that night. It made it perfect. To he conch fritters were seasoned well liked them. Wings were basic, however the star of the show that night was there chicken loaded fries 🤤. It was great me and my sisters fought over them and we ordered a second helping. The drinks had nice flavor and the made a pitcher of passing fruit margarita and lit it and sang Happy Birthday to her. The gallery still remains open at night. It is small but there are some very nice pieces in the collection. Overall we enjoyed the night.

Little gem near Junkanoo Beach in Nassau. The service was fantastic, the cocktails were amazing and the food was very tasty. Prices were good too considering how expensive Bahamas can get. Great customer service!

Hillside is a really nice little chill spot that is right there on such a busy street, yet you feel completely tucked away. The drinks are quite well put together. Flavors and presentation are a pride, you can tell. It was my first time there on a day where it rained off and on so I would suggest bigger umbrellas for each table. And speaking of the table, I would not be fair if I did not mention my only real dislike. The rustic look I very much appreciated but they should look into a form of protective coating for the wood that would allow for disinfecting while cleaning. Still I absolutely had a great experience! The service was very pleasant as well. A return visit is a must. Ps... there is parking across the street and a tiny lot next door, but across the street is much more comfortable space wise.

Visitors praise the fantastic wings and excellent BBQ sauce, making it well worth the visit.
this was our first meal in the bahamas... surprisingly a lot of the dining spots were closed and this was the only one open... we ordered the guava barbecued pork wings... unbelievable flavor... something new... really good... ordered the barbecue pulled pork as well which was decent... also had a black beer stout which was also fine... first time tasting a chocolate malt... still giving it a 5 star just because it offered a couple of things new...

First time at the PRT, but we had a great experience. Love the beer, especially the IPA and Kolsh. What I wasn’t expecting was fantastic wings, the BBQ sauce was excellent. We’re only in town for a few days but will make an effort to return for another sesh. For those staying at Atlantis, this short walk is well worth it.

A great place for having a drink or dining. Choose a table outside and enjoy the wonderful view of the marina and the people who walk around. An excellent and professional service will make you feel as a millionaire. The bill is compatible. Don’t think about this. Just enjoy!

We visited as the sun was about to set and were able to enjoy the fading light and action outside on the marina. Beautiful start to dinner. For starters, I had the Black Beer'd Stout. A chocolate stout that was as dark as a pirate flag and tasted of adventure - not sweet but spiced a bit with cocoa from the islands. The main meal was the pulled pork sandwich that comes with a healthy helping of their own potato chips. The chips are cut thicker that your store bought variety and are lightly salted. The entire dinner party loved them! There was a small band up the marina from us providing nice atmosphere w/o being too loud. After dinner we wandered up the marina and danced to the music. Good times!

Slow service but very good jerk (and spicy!) jerk chicken. Their food menu is short but adequate for a small bite to eat while you sit down and enjoy the views marina. The burger is also very decently sized and filling (I had one that was prepared medium rare). All in all, a nice place to stop.

Spa
Mandara Spa at Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island in the Bahamas offers a blend of Balinese, European, and Bahamian healing traditions. The spa features 24 treatment rooms, tropical rain showers, plunge pools, and steam and sauna rooms. It is known for its signature treatments and cutting-edge technology. The serene atmosphere and scenic surroundings add to the overall experience. While adults appreciate the spa's offerings, it may not be as appealing to younger visitors.
I recently visited Mandara Spa at Atlantis Bahamas, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The ambiance was serene and luxurious, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. The service was impeccable from start to finish. My massage therapist, Sandra, truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Not only was she skilled and attentive during the massage, but she also engaged in great conversation and took the time to personally show me the amenities, including the showers, sauna, and steam room. Her professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression, and I’m incredibly grateful for her hospitality. However, I did feel that the staff in the locker room could have been more helpful. They didn’t take the initiative to guide me through the various amenities, which would have been beneficial for a first-time visitor. Despite that minor setback, my overall experience was fantastic, thanks to Sandra’s outstanding service. I would definitely return and recommend Mandara Spa and Sandra to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and tranquil experience at Atlantis.
Sherelle F — Google review
I’ve been to the Mandara Spa at Atlantis several times over the years and always had exceptional experiences - one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, this year was a complete departure from the standard the spa is known for. Instead of the usual spa facility, treatments were taking place in a makeshift temporary setup inside the Royal Towers. The “spa” was essentially a hallway with small rooms being used as treatment suites. There were no spa amenities, no relaxing atmosphere, and the waiting area felt sterile and uncomfortable. What surprised me the most was the level of service. Not a single staff member greeted us, offered towels or robes, or made any effort to create a welcoming or relaxing environment. We sat in wet bathing suits while someone typed at a computer beside us - it felt more like a low level medical waiting room than a luxury spa at a five-star resort. It was nothing like the serene, premium experience Mandara is known for. The most disappointing part: the prices were exactly the same as when the full spa was open with all amenities (I cross referenced receipts from last year). No adjustment, no acknowledgment, with minimal communications in advance that the spa was operating out of a temporary setup. After raising concerns and speaking with several staff members before we even received services, we ultimately received a full refund - but it took unnecessary effort and left us feeling incredibly disappointed. Unfortunately, until the real spa reopens and service returns to the level Mandara is known for, I could not recommend booking here.
Shannon F — Google review
Came here Monday afternoon for a couples massage and it was wonderful. I was first given a quick tour of the women’s locker room and sauna/pool area, and they showed me to my own locker. The waiting lounge area is nice, but I opted to head upstairs to the co-ed area. The facility is quite spacious and has a calm relaxing ambiance! Our one-hour Swedish Massage was great! The massage therapist did a great job keeping us relaxed and we enjoyed it. They had calm music playing softly and the room was dim lit. Great experience, however, pricing here is expensive so expect to spend!
Vy H — Google review
Disappointing and Not Worth the Price I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Atlantis Spa was truly underwhelming — especially given the price point. My appointment started late, and there was no actual space to enjoy any spa amenities. It felt more like waiting in a hotel hallway than preparing for a relaxing treatment. The "spa room" was just a standard hotel room, which immediately lowered the atmosphere and expectations. I had to ask for a robe, which should have been provided without question. The sound bath treatment was honestly awful. Rather than something calming or therapeutic, the practitioner just placed a bowl on my back and struck it multiple times like a gong. It was not relaxing — it was uncomfortable and disruptive. After the body scrub, I was handed a small cup of lotion and told to moisturize myself. For the price I paid, I expected a far more professional and pampering experience. Overall, I was shocked by how little care and attention went into these services. Atlantis Spa did not deliver in any way, and I won’t be returning or recommending it.
Tiffany W — Google review
I was very excited to book at this spa because I heard it was world class! I was extremely disappointed when I was not informed that the spa was under reconstruction! When I arrived there was never a conversation that the spa amenities were not available! I arrived early for my treatment to be sat in a hotel room that was very uncomfortable! The treatment was great but prices were not adjusted to combat the lack of amenities!
Melissa K — Google review
I went twice during my vacation to get pedicures. The first pedicure was average, worth the money but nothing special. Advertised price was $75 but with vat and gratuity it came out to about $105. The second time I went, I requested the same service as last time. I asked the my nails be clipped. They were not after asking twice. My cuticles were not trimmed. The polish, I later noticed painted on my skin on several toes. When it came time to pay the lady handed me the bill said to sign and disappeared. I waited to see if she would return and she never did. She charged me for premium pedicure, and and added service. It came out to $147. I reached out to the spa and no response. I understand there is the fine print when booking that states the price can change but this is ridiculous. It was a worse pedicure for more. If you go here I HIGHLY suggest you go in expecting an average spa experience. Don’t go if you want a typical high end spa experience, this isn’t it. Also, call you tech out during the appointment, tell them you do not want anything outside of what you booked.
Brittney S — Google review
Our recent family trip to Atlantis was fabulous all around but the spa day was everyone's favorite. Thank you, Frederica, for a wonderful massage and facial! The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the main spa facilities are being renovated so we had reduced amenities. That doesn't take away from the wonderful service, just would've been that much nicer.

I absolutely love Paradise Island, and I especially miss Cabbage Beach. The moment you step onto the soft white sand and see that stunning turquoise water, it takes your breath away. I’ve never seen a beach so beautiful and clear — it honestly looks unreal. Even though once you’re in the water it feels like regular spring water, the view from the shore is unforgettable. The way the sun hits the ocean makes the whole beach glow with different shades of blue. It’s something you have to see in person to believe. We’re already planning our second trip back because we know there’s more of the island we haven’t explored yet. There’s just something peaceful and special about this place — it stays with you even after you leave.

Overpriced Overrated So commercial like a zoo Nothing paradise about this resort high prices Buffet dinner $64 a person and that doesn't include 10% tax and 15% tip in price not included Shake shake easy $100 that's only few burgers and fries. Biggest rip off vacation spot ever been to. As soon as I checked out no more Internet access literally check out 11am by 11:04am couldn't even log in and for high prices very sad and embarrassing for Paradise to have to access when you are still at the resort for a few more hours. Horrible resort literally highway robbery Nothing was accommodating you pay for everything except for water park passes come with resort fee. They even charge for gym, paddle boarding $40 and mini golf $45 a person kids $25 these activities are at no cost to the resort. The Royal tower hotel was disgusting as furniture was rusty conditions old, shower heads nasty and mold even in bathroom shower. No refills of shampoos Needs a remodel for price you are being charged it's a ripoff The 15% tip automatically in everything is horrible so service isnt great as they are automatically getting that 15% so they don't care about their services. Beaches nothing great about them, Rocky as hell such big rocks and they constantly closed it. No towels on one of my 6 days after 1pm how are you supposed to swim or dry yourself unacceptable period. Overpriced hotel with nothing accommodating to guests everything is extra cost for everything. I'd never go back could of went on 2-3 vacations with that prices all being all inclusives. Lots of poverty driving back to airport sad maybe they should use ripping off customers with extremely high prices and help the poor. It's like you leave golden gates to see ppl lined up to get feed at kitchens or wheelchair person sleeping on the ground saw this with my own eyes. And you scratch your head going what the charge ppl at this resort is humanly disgusting.

Graycliff Restaurant, located in the renowned Graycliff Hotel, is a celebrated dining destination that has attracted the likes of Beyoncé and Jay-Z. One of its most notable features is the award-winning wine cellar, boasting an impressive collection of 275,000 bottles from 20 different countries. The restaurant offers a sophisticated ambiance with live music and hand-rolled cigars in the lounge before guests move to the garden patio for an exquisite dining experience paired with an extensive selection of wines.
The restaurant is definitely a special occasion restaurant. It’s classic old world charm with excellent service. We had so many people tending to us that I couldn’t keep track, but Lock-something (I forgot his name) and the bus boy (his name starts with a “C”) stood out! We ordered the following: Seafood medley in bechamel sauce Cheese and truffle purses with butter, sage and truffle oil 10 oz grilled filet of antibiotic free prime beef, red wine reduction and Bernaise sauce Slow oven roasted crisp duck in a Bahamian citrus sauce escoffier Mashed potatoes Creamed spinach Guava souffle Graycliff Bahamian bread pudding with vanilla gelato I really enjoyed the seafood medley appetizer and my husband enjoyed his cheese purses. Originally my steak was overdone but it was quickly rectified by the waiter who’s name starts with “Lock”. He was so gracious about the whole thing, which I really appreciated. The duck was excellent. The skin was nice and crispy and the meat was tender! The mashed potatoes and the creamed spinach were also good. The guava souffle was delicious but I wouldn’t order the bread pudding again. It had too many spices for my taste. Overall it was a good meal with excellent service, especially by Lock-whatever his name is. There’s is a $4 charge for sharing appetizers and a $10 charge for sharing an entree. If you don’t eat a lot, it might be worth it. I heard that their wine cellar is outstanding but we only had sparkling water and two diet Cokes. They had an interesting looking mocktail which I would have ordered if I had seen it before I ordered my second Coke. There’s no parking so you have to valet for $10. Remember to bring extra cash for that plus the tip.

I had an extremely great time here at this restaurant. I got to sing songs with the piano man and have the most awesome time! I gotta say the food was really good, but the prices are insanely expensive! But you get what you pay for! I would highly suggest this place!
Joe V — Google review
The great cliff restaurant has a really cool atmosphere. It’s really a fun place to eat. The service and food were top-notch. It was within an easy walking distance of the port and downtown. It’s on a really cool street with fun umbrellas hanging from the road. This place is definitely worth going to. The bathrooms were very nice as well.

I didn't get much to eat here, but what I did have was wonderful and all the food I saw at my table looked great, as well as at the other tables. They do have gluten free bread, but it's just standard sandwich bread. The cocktails are very good, they apparently have their own coffee. The interior and exterior are gorgeous. There is even live music, they have a person playing the piano. Will say that this is a smoking establishment and they even have some one who will roll. Another, highlight for me was the plating, they had such beautiful plates.
Natalia C — Google review
High end, elegant restaurant in a beautiful setting. We started with Conch Chowder, which was good, but not better than any other we had on the island. Tuna tartar was very good, but again, not better than any other. We shared a snapper filet, which was delicious in a somewhat creamy sauce that did not inundate the dish. Caesar salad was disappointing; a little on the small side and typical of the Caesar in a nicer restaurant. Food was all good, but not transcendent. Service was excellent and the waitstaff attentive. Very much a special occasion place. A little bit of sticker shock from the prices; there wasn’t an aperitif we had that was less than $20. The entire dinner bill for 3 was $380, inclusive of tax and tip.

Authentic building with great atmosphere and history, but food not up to par. Extremely expensive, presumptuous for what is being served. Tourist trap leaving on past. Impressive wine cellar though.

A unique experience for a trip to Nassau. I decided to book the afternoon tea. What a lovely way to enjoy the surroundings. Attentive service. A nice presentation of the food for the tea. Beautiful decor to enjoy yourself and take a break from the heat.
Deanna C — Google review
This is a unique place in Nassau. The restaurant itself is located in a historic building, it also had live piano which was a very nice touch. The host was a bit judgmental in the way he looked and spoke, granted I was dressed somewhat casual, it is bahamas after all, but the rest of the stuff was very friendly. Duck was excellent, wine was excellent, they are famous for their collection. For desert I got guava souffle and that was a highlight! It is a big desert so definitely share it. Garden are looked very romantic too. Also they have a very good lunch menu but had a short trip and didn't get a chance to try it.

Dali Nassau Beer Garden & Rotisserie is a delightful gem that offers a refreshing alternative for families and groups looking to unwind after a day of adventure. Nestled conveniently near popular attractions, this vibrant eatery serves up delicious Spanish cuisine with a local flair, making it an ideal spot for those craving something unique. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance—bustling yet not overcrowded—allowing guests to enjoy their meals in comfort.
Whoa! That was one amazing experience. A total hidden gem! Alex was an amazing server and was spot on for her recommendations. Must must must go! The Paella was simply outstanding
Doug D — Google review
We walked into Dali not knowing what exactly it serves as we had just gotten off the water taxi from Atlantis and were both starving and had no internet service to search for reviews! However, we were both pleasantly surprised by this little restaurant! We were greeted and seated promptly and given our menus. This place serves Spanish foods with a local twist. The decor, as its name implies, has quite of bit of Dali in it. The bar is centrally located in the restaurant and despite being fairly early (around 12:30pm), it was pretty hopping. We ordered a Bahamian conch salad and a conch paella to share. (It is THE seafood of the Bahamas, what else to order but conch?) The conch salad came in this cute little conch shaped bowl, the conch flesh was fresh and flavorful. Corns, onions, and peppers were the co-stars in this dish and they all worked together beautifully. It did take a while for our paella to come (as it was made to order and our waitress did warn us it will take about 30mins). When it did arrive, it smelled heavenly. The Saffron rice had a lovely al dente texture, and salted just the right amount. You could taste the saffron well, which I can't always say about restaurants which advertise on "saffron rice". A couple squeezes of the lemon juice added depth to the dish and helped bring out the flavors of the conch and shrimps in it. We were both very impressed by the dish and felt energized for our afternoon adventures. Cilla of Team Kurcilla.

I got to be honest I'm an art lover that attracted me to a bar and restaurant named Dali. At 6:30 I'm also quite hungry from walking around. There's not a lot of good restaurants around the area. Not that I would really classify this bar as a "good" restaurant. At least not for a nice dinner that I had in mind. But as I said slim pickings for restaurants. Most of the food places here are all out drinking bars. Dali has at least some resemblance of a restaurant. I ordered a whole snapper two bottles of beer and a side salad.

Nice tapas restaurant in the heart of Nassau. Very good service. The charcuterie platter was really nice and had a decent size. I ordered the Paella Valenciana, their most popular dish. The paella was good, but not spectacular. The paella came with only a few mussels and gambas on top, nothing else. Overall good experience.
Barry Z — Google review
The paella was good but the price level is higher. Beware addvertised and real price of the drinks! 45$ for two biers and not very rich conch and sea food paella is expensive even in Nassau downtown.
Pavel F — Google review
This place was awesome! I traveled with a big family group and we were outside Senor Frogs contemplating going there when someone from Dali suggested we try his place instead. As we had young kids and Senor Frogs was overcrowded with a lot of rowdy people, we decided to give it a shot. Thank God we did! Dali was busy but not overcrowded. The customer service was great and their prices were more than fair. They even had an awesome deck out back for our entire group to sit and enjoy. If you're looking for a fun place to go while you're in Nassau and you'd rather stay away from the more touristy places, this is THE place to go. Very clean. Great prices. Lots of fun.

Our waitress was funny and outgoing, she recommended us what to get and what was worth trying. I would like to thank her for the wonderful experience she gave us. Thanks to her we’ll be coming back here again on our next cruise trip. The food was great too.

Potters Cay is a hidden gem in Nassau, located under the bridge connecting Nassau to Paradise Island. This local hotspot offers an authentic Bahamian experience with its lively fresh produce market and conch shacks serving up delectable dishes. Visitors can witness the preparation of fresh conch salad, a must-try local delicacy, as vendors skillfully dice the conch and vegetables before squeezing fresh lime over the top.
Visited here & took a friend to the Dock to deliver a package for the boat. I didn't get a chance to sample food from the restaurants, so I just stood on the water's edge & enjoyed the sea breeze. Police personnel patrolled regularly so the environment was pretty safe. Will probably go back to sit outside & dine.

Badly needs to be updated for the ease of local pickup and drop off. Personally think its relocation is long overdue!
Alexander R — Google review
Wad told it is where the locals eat. Wasn’t very impressive. Kinda dirty down there and food was so so. Was relaxing watching the sting rays swimming around.

Potter's cay is where the mail boats dock, the best place to buy fresh seafood and Bahamian grow fruits and vegetables.
Chad H — Google review
WhenI travel I like to spend time like a local - I was told to head to Potters Cay for the best conch salad and the most “real” local experience. The brightly colored shacks match the personalities I encountered in Nassau - friendly and vibrant. I stopped at one of the food vendors just as he was making up a big batch of fresh conch salad - it looked as delicious and fresh as it tasted! I washed it down with a local beer to get the full Bahamian experience.
Raven S — Google review
I went to the The Island Chef, the server was Warm and welcoming, conch fritters were 12 for $6.00 and Jumbo and conch salad was small but good

Unless u going to buy fish or take a trip, keep driving. The dock has been "mash down" now for months and doesn't seem like the old dock will be coming back no time soon. Mash up! (No more hanging out)

Too congested, trailers etc not in use, should be moved.More space is necessary for the general public to have better access. While shipping and collecting freight. With a smother traffic flow in the process 24/7.

Bond Nightclub at SLS Baha Mar is a swanky and elegant spot where you can dress up for a special night out. It's a great place to pay homage to the Bond movies filmed in The Bahamas. You can enjoy cocktails, hit the dance floor, and show off your best moves. The nightclub is popular on weekends and offers a lively atmosphere with good music.
This hotel is the place to be on the weekends in the Bahamas. Everything and I mean everything was dead after the cruise ships left. But this hotel was packed with fun places to go. We hit a Jazz Bar, the Sky Bar and then Bond nightclub. Epic night. Club was clean and music was good.

Love the setup and environment, but the bartender was weird. I asked him what kind of shots they have and he responds that I’m indecisive without giving any suggestions of what to drink, then serves the guy next to me and says “I don’t have time to slap up.” Dark guy with locs. Local to local customer service almost always sucks. 🙄
Ally S — Google review
So me and my friends git kicked out because we were "drunk." For an establishment that sells alcohol, that's real funny. Do we not know alcohol makes you drunk? And the bouncer was shoving us out. We've always went there and enjoyed ourselves but this was first for me! Bad reviews only.

Not much of a gambler so this place was the ticket!! Very fun and DJ Clean Cut threw down!!!! If you go to the Bahamas and like dancing this is the spot!!! Thank you for 2 wonderful nights of drinks and tunes!! Best,
Josh A — Google review
Please be careful!! At first I thought someone put something in my drink. But after I read other reviews on Tripadvisor that they had the same issue after just one drink, I am not sure anymore that it was just someone random. Me and my friends got roofied on different nights there. I can not say if it is the clubs fault, but it happened to multiple people there and I just want to spread awareness.

Charging a $50 cover for any guest of the Grand Hyatt is unacceptable. Total turn off and would not recommend going. I agree with the other reviewer don’t charge a cover and make your money off the drinks.
Reena P — Google review
Guy out front shakes you down to make some extra money. Even if the club is empty he’ll try to pocket a cover charge of $30 for women $60 for men. He’ll sit there and “negotiate” with you to try and get the “rich visitors” to pay him some extra money and all the staff out front go along with it. Then he’ll say you’ve also got a problem because you don’t have a Covid test within 24 hrs of going clubbing but if you pay him he’ll let you through. It’s all a shake down for him to try and make extra money at the guest and clubs expense. This is 2021/22, no one charges cover and people resent places that do and thug front door people who shake you down. Just charge your $30 drinks and let people come inside and stay if it is actually a good vibe.
