I had the most incredible stay at this resort! Everything from the beautiful surroundings to the exceptional service made the experience unforgettable. The highlight of my trip was the amazing service provided by Elisa—she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. Her warm personality, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. Thanks to her, my vacation was even more special. I can’t recommend this resort enough, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice accommodation, clean and well maintained. Staff are excellent, very pleasant and always willing to help. Food was nice, plentiful and varied. Drinks menu was just as good and the bar staff first class. The only problem we had as a family of 17 with ages ranging from 2yr to 65 yr was the location. 30 min walk to the beach with steep hills. Having said that the taxi service was impressive, lots of them and reasonably priced. Also a shuttle bus was available at certain times.

Stayed here for a week first time staying in Gran oasis, start of by saying we had a lovely upgrade and bottle of fizzy upon our arrival and swans made out of towels what was so thoughtful and beautiful! We appreciate it so much! Only issue with the rooms are they are so worn out our lights were handing of wall and wire hanging out ceiling and hand rail to stairs hanging of also lots more issues. The pool area was lovely however no where to sit as people put towels down at 6/7am!!! This should not be aloud not fair to others. The food was very very disappointing as was either undercooked or made us ill they should have a bigger restaurant for the amount of rooms they have and make sure its freshly cooked. Bar is a blast got so much to choose from till late at night, Miguel what a guy made our stay so much better went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and happy - honestly so lucky to have a guy like him in the hotel hes amazing!!! The gentleman that welcomed us to dinner most days was so kind also and always smiley. The rest of the staff on the other hand were so rude and clearly not happy. Games room everything is broken and no one was maintaining it even staff said they know its broken - dont bother wasting money in there. Entertainment was not our style but expect the same everynight pretty much. Overall our stay was ok but we will not be returning as paid alot of money and all these downfalls made us not want to return.

We stayed at the resort for a week and enjoyed everything about our stay. From the moment we arrived the front of house staff were brilliant. In fact to make it easier I spent meet one member of staff who wasn’t welcoming and polite. Our room cleaner Isabelle was lovely. So polite and made the room special everyday by laying out our daughters PJs and cuddly toys. She really is an asset to the place. The pools are fantastic and entertainment was varied and well thought out. My favourite thing was the food. The all inclusive was lovely and I enjoyed the themed nights which had some beautiful food which again was varied and tasty.

WOW... we had an amazing trip in September as part of an organised fitness retreat with around 20 people in our group... The reservations team were amazing, a BIG THANK YOU to Sara for making our stay! In fact, a BIG THANK YOU too to all staff members are very welcoming and helpful. 2 bedroom suite was awesome, beds comfortable, bathroom up to date, cannot fault! Food was plentiful and of a very high standard with a huge choice every day. Would highly recommend this hotel and would without hesitation stay again!

Just back yesterday from Gran Oasis with my family. It was my sons first holiday who’s only 2, he was kept entertained the full holiday. The entertainment were amazing, the gentleman who’s name I didn’t get deserves a massive shout out ( Superman at the kids disco). Food was great, plenty of selection. Gym was also really good for anyone who’s interested. Staff very attentive & caring. Highly recommend, already looking at re booking.

What an unforgettable night of entertainment in Tenerife! From start to finish, the atmosphere was full of energy, laughter, and amazing performances. Leah brought such warmth and charisma to the stage, instantly making everyone feel welcome. Alva’s talent and presence were simply mesmerizing, keeping the whole crowd captivated. Carlos lit up the evening with his charm and enthusiasm, making every moment fun and engaging. And Renate’s performance was the perfect finishing touch—classy, powerful, and absolutely unforgettable. The whole team worked together seamlessly, creating an evening that was both professional and full of heart. If you’re in Tenerife and looking for top-quality entertainment, I couldn’t recommend this experience enough!”

I have to say I was really really disappointed with this hotel! We booked the Gran Oasis for our Mini Winter Honeymoon (5 Nights) before our Big Honeymoon the following year after reading such great reviews. Firstly it was more expensive than some hotels we looked at so we did have expectations this would have nicer food, facilities etc as we could have got a weeks holiday for the price we paid for 5 nights here. That was not the case! Very little choice of food to cater for all, child arcades/small shop that shut every 5 minutes due to internet problems as well as the bar having power cuts daily... The staff were not friendly what so ever, hardworking but not a friendly feel. The people in the hotel were all very loud big drinkers with uncontrollable children who would splash us on the loungers and get our books wet or run around us on the loungers. The hotel knew it was our Mini Honeymoon yet hadn’t done anything special in our out dated room or offer an upgrade of some sort. It just had a really strange feel to the hotel can’t explain it and before someone thinks Im a moaning middle aged women I am 30 just not a huge drinker so noticed all the loud english people drinking from 10am! Location wise it’s in the middle of nowhere so be prepared to walk miles into the main part or get a taxi. I wouldn’t go back to Tenerife its run down and for party people or this hotel again really not a friendly holiday feel or relaxing like we had hoped.

Nestled in the vibrant Playa de las Americas, H10 Las Palmeras is an upscale hotel that promises a delightful getaway. Just a stone's throw from the golden sandy beach and surrounded by lush gardens, this all-inclusive haven features three outdoor pools, including one for children, perfect for families looking to soak up the sun. Guests can indulge their taste buds at five diverse dining options ranging from buffet-style meals to exquisite à la carte Italian and Japanese cuisine.
We were staying 8 days here, and were satisfied with their services. The interior and the garden of the hotel is beautiful. The staff was kind and flexible. The food was great, and the room was clean with a beautiful view to the ocean. There were many programs: volleyball, ping-pong, tennis matches, evening disco for children to entertain guests. Great goups were forged by the evening. Do not miss the smoking area at the evenings, you can find the funniest people there ;)

Fantastic hotel right in the center. Food was really nice every day, staff very kind and helpful. First night we got a ground floor room with no view, but after asking they moved us upstairs with an amazing view of the city. Location is perfect – main street, everything close by, beach about 10 minutes walk, Siam Park 20 minutes. Grounds are great, two warm pools, lots of sun loungers and different restaurants. Really loved it. No noise problem from the nearby restaurants.

The hotel is lovely. Food is nice, service is great, facilities and daytime/evening entertainment are great. Location is great. However, a couple of things they can improve on: - The air conditioning in our room was terrible and it was so hot in the night. We asked reception twice to resolve it and they said it was fine, but it wasn't. - There were no inflatables allowed in the pool which makes it less fun for the kids. - There were about 20 tables available for the evening entertainment with a hotel of hundreds of guests. There is room available to move the stage somewhere else to accommodate more tables. Overall an excellent hotel apart from the above.

Great Hotel! Our room was upgraded on arrival to a poolside house, perfect for pool access! The location is fab with all amenities close by. The animation team are friendly and enthusiastic and make an effort will all guests. Would stay here again
Grace B — Google review
Our stay at the H10 was pleasant overall, with a good breakfast buffet, great pool facilities, and enjoyable activities, but the rooms were disappointing — we had to move three times due to broken balcony doors, faulty air-con, and excessive noise from the Irish bar in the non-seafront rooms. While most reception staff were helpful when we asked to change rooms, one member of staff responded with, ‘do you want to come behind the desk and do my job for me,’ which was not appropriate or helpful. It also became clear the hotel receives many complaints, as we saw guests raising issues daily. Although the seaside rooms avoid the noise, the rooms felt dated and not worth the price, so unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel given the many better alternatives available for the same cost.
Jess J — Google review
I will start with the cons: even though we booked a halfboard (breakfast and dinner), we weren't given a free drink in the evening; we had to pay for every drink (even plain WATER). It felt like we hadn't even paid for dinner. Regarding cleaning, I can say it was good during the first few days, but towards the end of the stay, the cleaning staff started to slack off – they didn't change pillowcases or sheets (you can tell by the stains that remain in the same spot after each cleaning), and the floor wasn't always washed, despite sand or dirt on it. The toothpaste for two people for 7 days wasn't changed even once, and it was a mini size, even though I wrote a note asking for a replacement. It was also annoying that there was no water in the hotel (usually even 3-star hotels provide at least a small bottle of water), although there are glasses for something, but it's unclear what purpose. The toilet was not cleaned even once for the entire 7 days because there was an unpleasant smell, and there was no cleaning strip on the toilet. I would highlight the following as a plus: we were lucky with our room – it was quiet, and the bathroom and bedroom were well-maintained. Good drinks at the hotel bar at reasonable prices, we liked the food, not always a dinner, but breakfast was always good.
Olena S — Google review
Hotel was in a great location, direct access to promenade through the pool area. Room was more spacious and we got a bigger room than expected, however the floors very dirty even when cleaners came which meant we couldn't walk around barefooted. We had three balconies, one with sun loungers which we used in the afternoon. It could have done with a little kitchenette. Animation team (Javier/Laura) was great and entertaining. Reception was very slow at times. There was a smell in the evening time which attracted cockroaches. Drinks in the bar were amazing. Pool area was lovely. We never had a problem getting loungers after 11am so there is absolutely no need to get up early and reserve these (which is not allowed anyway). The bigger pool was warmer than the smaller one. Depth of both pools were perfect. Wristbands for the room to get in and out of and pay for drinks was convenient. Much better than carrying around a key card. We had a nice view of the pool area and ocean. There was a variety of food each night and it was a different theme every night. Basically there was always something for everyone and I have one picky eater. As the location is right on the promenade, we went for a walk each night and didnt take advantage of the evening entertainment. There is plenty to do around the hotel. We used the tennis court by the promenade a few times.

Hotel is absolutely lovely, rooms are nice and spacious. Food is a help yourself buffet and all if it was delicious. The entertainment is incredible with friendly and approachable staff. 10/10 would recommend.

Nestled in the serene Adeje area of Costa Adeje, Hotel Olé Tropical Tenerife - Adults Only offers a modern and clean retreat with stunning ocean views. This upscale hotel boasts an outdoor pool, bars, and a buffet restaurant. Guests can enjoy a lovely breakfast with plenty of variety, including gluten-free options. The hotel's prime location provides easy access to Siam Park, Playa de las Americas, Fanabe Beach, and Las Vistas Beach.
We spent 8 nights here last month, and I can honestly say that it is one of the best holidays I have ever had. This hotel is 9/10 for me personally, you can never give a 10/10 as there is always some little thing that you might not have been happy with but on the whole I was very happy with our stay here. All inclusive: Drinks were very good measures, you could basically ask them to mix anything you wanted and they would oblige! Rooms: our group had 4 rooms and they were all different to each other in one way or another (lay out and stuff) But our room was very nice, clean just the right size, sea view, and pool view. rooms were cleaned whenever we put the card on the door handle. all of the rooms seemed to have the same shower units which were the standard type, rain fall and removable hand held thing. Staff: Wonderful! I can honestly say that 99.99% of the staff were absolutely brilliant, I am not even going into why it's not 100% that won't spoil my review of this hotel. Special shout out to my guy Rayco on the bar, this is one of the best bar tenders in any hotel i have been in! top fella and hope to see him again one day. Other bar staff were Lia, Manuel x 2, Bobbi, Ismael, Jesus, Radouane, any other I have forgotten pls forgive, you were all great. Animation team! Tamas, Diego, Denise and there was a 4th guy that came back from vacation on our last night but I didn't get his name, Italian fella I think... They were a very good entertainment team, there were some nights that had dodgy turns on, but on the whole, a very decent entertainment team. Food: I will give the food a solid 7.5/10 Not to make out it wasn't nice because the food was really good quality and variety, I am just very, very bad with food, so for me to give it a 7.5, is probably someone else's 9/10! LOTS of choice, maybe too much tbh, but if you're worried about food here please don't be, you will be happy with it. Location: very close to the beach/seas front, walking distance to Playa las Americas, Adeje, even Los Christianos if you're feeling up to a 45/60 min walk... We got the road train from the sea front to Hard Rock hotel and spent the day up that end, was a very nice day out. Also 10/15 min walk to Siam Park which we did on one of the days, I am planning on going back for 4/5 days just to hit Siam and get ever inch of it covered, what a place that is!! A side story... I left my iPhone on the wall outside of the hotel while waiting for our transfer to the airport going home.... Some very kind person found it and handed it in to the hotel reception (on my request, they answered the call when i called my phone) I have since been reunited with said phone having had to arrange a DHL pick up for, so that is another PLUS for OLE Tropical, the very kindly packaged my phone up so that it was very secure fore it's journey back to the UK! Thank you OLE Tropical

Currently staying at this hotel for 2 weeks and just the last 6 days have been so amazing so far. Staff are so friendly and really provide you with amazing hospitality. Denise is so lovely and such a funny person, she always says hello and has a laugh with us. Tamas is also great he knows how to make you feel comfortable and helps you get involved with all the activities. 10/10

We came to ole tropical Tenerife on 25/9/25 for a week, we got a commentary drink on arrival. We went to all inclusive from half board and I’m glad I did as the food was great, lots of choice to choose from. The staff do a brilliant job from reception staff to bar staff to the entertainment team we had a great holiday. We met some very nice friendly people at the hotel especially sue and Steve (they been coming for over 10 years)and makes everyone feel welcome and Janet and Nigel lovely couples. I hope Steve and sue had a very nice wedding anniversary today The entertainment staff always greeted everyone and made them feel welcome. Hopefully we will return soon Shelly and Andy

The 1stars a day or so ago must be idiots, as I'd be shocked if that would happen. Plus why would you pay if you have all inclusive 🤣 Anyway.. amazing hotel. Been 2x now, always fab. Excellent food, amazing entertainment staff. Pool is good. No wait for sunbeds bar prime positions i suppose.. get the typical early risers hog but all good. Food selection fab, lots of fresh meat cooked as you like. Drink staff great too. Cleaners do a grand job, rooms very nice I had the upgraded suite. My friends also loved their experience. We will definitely be booking again as you can't really expect better for 4 star. The location is also perfect 👌.

This was a lovely hotel. Perfect for a girls holiday. The food was excellent, lots of delicious options. The rooms were lovely. Cleaned everyday. All the staff go out of their way to make it the most enjoyable experience. The staff were brilliant very welcoming and friendly. Lots of fun activities. The entertainment at night was great. The action/entertainment team were incredible, very fun, interactive and friendly. Always got us involved in lots of fun activities, making our holiday so much more enjoyable. Would 100% come back again.

Beware! This whole holiday this is what our water has looked like. 3 maintaince employees have attempted to fix it however its an issue with the hotel. All the hotel have tried to do is swap us in 3 different times and everytime the water has looked like this. They are denying the fact its all rooms and won't come up with another solution. It has caused so much stress to both me and my girlfriend and ruined our holiday cause weve been unable to wash on site. My girlfriend came out the shower looking like she had fake tanned but it was the rusty water that had stained her skin. The hotel have told us that its completely safe to wash in and theres nothing they can do. The staff at the bar and entertainment are nice. Its a shame our water situation had to ruin it. The food is alright however its the same every day so gets extremely repetitive. We've gone all inclusive however we are eating out once a day cause 2 identical meals a day is abit much. The location is absolutely lovely with the strip not too far away. The room we decided to go with was alright however was some dodgy stains on the curtains that were never picked up with the room being cleaned daily.

Incredible hotel. Went with my partner and we’re all inclusive. Huge range of food and drinks throughout the day - lots of gluten free and vegan options too! Very impressed. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Had a sea view room and was so glad we went for this as the view was fab. The location is perfect. Short walk to the strip, shops & the beach but also really close to Siam Park & Siam Mall (about 10 mins max). Lots of entertainment throughout the day from foam parties, table tennis, inflatables and then great entertainment in the evening. You can pay for day beds which was worth it. The gym is spacious and has everything you need - used once and could’ve easily used more as there was something for everyone. Toilets and facilities were all clean. The staff were so friendly - especially Diego! It was my boyfriend’s birthday whilst we were there and I didn’t tell them as he hates that sort of thing but when I got back to the room they gave us a complimentary bottle and a happy birthday note! Such a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will be back!
B E — Google review
Entertainment staff - excellent, friendly, entertaining ,and very helpful. Bar staff - friendly, and good. Reception staff - hit and miss with friendliness. Hotel - room was okay, missed having tea and coffee in the room. Especially , as you cannot get a a hot drink until 7.30am. single mattresses was a bit shit, we fell in the gap a few times. On day 6 our water came out the taps yellow, like piss yellow. Small lift, could fit 4 people, but you could practically taste the other people. Check out at 11am, for a 10pm flight, is also quite naff. The option of paying extra for a late check is an option. However, feels very unfair on a £2k+ holiday. We had a delivery truck wake us up a few times, with reserving beeps at 3am. Sadly, the drunken English blokes were probably the worst thing. Shouting, banging, being completely obnoxious at stupid times of the morning. Total lack of consideration or respect.

Hotel Mediterranean Palace is a popular choice for families seeking a relaxing beach getaway in Playa De Las Americas. Families with young children will appreciate the children's pool and creche for babies from 6 months plus. The hotel also provides plenty of entertainment options throughout the day and night, including shows and a mini disco for kids.
Absolutely beautiful hotel! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff were amazing—always friendly, helpful, and going above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service. Any little issue we had (and they were truly tiny) was handled quickly and professionally. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with rooms that are modern, cozy, and a real treat to stay in. Everything about our experience was outstanding, and honestly, there isn’t a single negative thing I can say. We had such a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the Mediterranean Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We had the best holiday here! Hotel was stunning. Rooms were beautiful decorated really nice room to live out of for a week. We had a wonderful view of the golden mile. Reception staff and entertainment team couldn’t do enough for you, great service and standards, Our only negative was we found the restaurant staff quite rude. We paid for half board, and you could have easily got away with bed and breakfast for how much they offer it’s incredible. Food really tasty, less option of food for lunch and dinner as preview holidays we have been on, but we always found something.

Our first time staying at a resort hotel and Mediterranean Palace exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and bright with modern decor, very comfortable. The main restaurant was fabulous; happy and helpful staff, really impressive and high quality selection of food with much of it cooked to order. We travelled with our 15 month old daughter and the hotel was so welcoming and accessible. A special shout out to the kids club team who were FANTASTIC with our daughter and had some really impressive facilities. There was a mini disco every evening for young ones and, although our daughter isn't dancing yet, was so excited by the songs and staff energy. The staff were a real asset to the hotel, from the check-in staff, kids club, concierge, housekeeping, restaurant staff. Every one of them really made our stay special. Thank you!

Perfect location, beautiful hotel the refurbishment looks fantastic. We had a plunge pool room with the most wonderful views, it really made our holiday special and was perfect for our child to play in. Staff across the hotel are friendly and welcoming. Evening entertainment was very impressive and drew a large audience nightly. The pool area is huge, clean and inviting, no rush for sunbeds and there is always something happening at the pool to keep families entertained. Lovely touches for children in the rooms such as their own toiletry box, towels and dressing gowns as well as delivery of kinder eggs and juice. Hotel was perfect for my 4 year old. Only slight niggle is breakfast, this wasnt as good as another local hotel we stayed at last year, however, the rest of our experience was wonderful.

Definitely not a 5* hotel. Very comfortable but not deserving of a 5*. Outdoor pool was nice but no outdoor jacuzzi in the main pool area. Room was quite small and no milk available in the room even though there was a kettle and tea and coffee asked at reception and was told this was an extra charge. Breakfast was good with a large choice of options. Very clean and modern but 4* at best lacking the luxury of a 5* hotel.
Alex S — Google review
Great hotel and I am fussy. The staff were friendly, especially the cleaners. It was immaculate, food was good. The pool was super clean and big. The entertainment was OK but too loud. They should have played good music foe everyone instead. It's centrally located for restaurants and bars and the history night of music is definitely worth a shot.

We stayed at the hotel in February 2025 and were very satisfied! First, it has a great location near the beach with a small bay where there are no huge waves and you can swim peacefully in the clean ocean. Second, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Something happened to the bed in our room after cleaning, and we couldn't put it back in place. We reported this to the reception in the morning, and when we entered the room at lunchtime, everything had already been fixed. Plus, the room is cleaned daily, the beds are made, and any missing toiletries are delivered, etc. Thirdly, the cuisine. A wide variety of dishes (Spanish, Japanese, European) and incredibly delicious desserts! There were always enough sun loungers by the pool, and the pool itself is quite large and beautiful. We are very happy with our vacation and would love to come back again!

This hotel is top class! From the lobby, the rooms, the pool area, everything is just beautiful.. Cava on arrival was a hit for us lol, staff are so friendly.. My husband and I stayed in the suite with the splash pool and what a room is was, absolutely stunning, decorated beautifully, spotless clean and spacious.. the balcony wow!! Huge, a four poster bed and great splash pool.. the location is perfect right on the golden mile, shops and restaurants just right outside.. A fantastic weeks stay at Mediterranean Palace we will definitely be staying again :) :)

Situated on the beachfront promenade of Playa de Las Americas, it's conveniently close to the district center and Los Cristianos. The palm-filled deck with undulating pools provides a vibrant atmosphere for guests to enjoy.
A wonderful holiday from start to finish. The location was excellent with fabulous sea views and yet close to all that Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos offer. Everything in the hotel was of a very good standard. Staff were exceptionally professional and at the same time very friendly and always smiling…well done all of you. The food was also of a high standard and the buffet was probably the best we have yet to experience. We stayed as ‘Privilege’ guests and is definitely well worth the extra cost. Both of the ‘Privilege’ staff, Sandreen and Raphael were so helpful and caring. We will definitely returning for another holiday soon. Thank you H10 Conquistador xx

If you’re seeking the absolute definition of mediocrity in hospitality, look no further. This establishment is a masterclass in how to do the bare minimum while somehow still managing to disappoint. The staff appear more invested in their private gossip sessions—in Spanish, of course, so guests can feel excluded in style—than in actually providing service. Front desk? Let’s just say if intelligence or professionalism were required qualifications, I must’ve walked into the wrong hotel entirely.Sarah maybe can fix something otherwise... The pool, particularly the children’s pool, is an unsettling shade that suggests water replacement is more of a seasonal event than a daily necessity. Truly, a remarkable disregard for basic hygiene. As for the food—if you’ve ever wanted to experience cuisine that is as uninspired as it is forgettable, you’re in luck. “Basic” doesn’t even begin to cover it. I’ve seen gas station sandwiches served with more care, variety, and culinary dignity. I’ve traveled the world, stayed in countless hotels, and can confidently say: this one earns the gold medal in being aggressively unimpressive. A return visit? Not even given for free.

A quality establishment. Location is fabulous 👌. Safe not included in room & charged 18 extra is very annoying considering its a 4 🌟 hotel. Staff very polite & welcoming. Rooms are ok, bit tight maybe, but cleaned every day. Issue with sunbeds being 'reserved' for hours with no one on them, hard to resolve but an issue nonetheless. Considering there is no other option either beach a few minutes walk away. Food for breakfast was solid and plentiful. Staff again very nice. Highly recommended 👌

Not the best 4 star especially for the price you pay, we went as a family of 6 with 3 rooms meeting another 4 there, non of us would go back just because of how rude the staff was at the end of our stay, this really put a downer on the holiday and birthday celebrations for our parents. The food is nice but again not the best, can't complain about the drinks selection. The Spa is overpriced for what it is, staff are extremely rude and even refused to give towel deposit back to one of our family as they hadn't booked it down right. Pool isn't always very clean even first thing in the morning, rooms are clean and get fresh towels daily although not once during our stay was the bedsheets changed. Not worth the price you pay and we wouldn't go back.

Great location but too many rules, too many to mention. Should be a more enjoyable experience, not bad, just not value for money. Food excellent however. Just dont dare hang a wet towel out to dry or go for lunch/toilet when you have a sun lounger. The staff must be on commission to remove you 🤣😎😉

Stayed here a week staff were all friendly and helpful rooms were clean pool area was ok always got sunbeds and pools were warm although one needed a surface clean the last couple of days as it had quite a lot of debris from trees in it. The food was good I am quite fussy but always found something I would eat each night so I always class that as a win for me. Found it strange how through the day if you wanted a snack you couldn't just order and pay on your wristbands for a portion of chips was told you had to book in to get some and the main reason I didn't give more than 3 stars was the air conditioning first two days it didn't work in our room I did go down and ask about it on day one was told a technician would look at it it started working on day 3 all be it not to a level I am normally use to and on air conditioning again the hotel main areas and restaurant were not air conditioned so it was unfortunately it was like eating in a oven not the best and again not what I am used too . Hotel is in a fantastic area you just need your air con sorted out especially in the restaurant.

We came on 15th to 22nd, 8 days 7 nights and stayed in the junior suite room 174. Room was in the right location, overlooking the pool and the main stage, be it a few palm trees in the way of the stage! Room was very clean, only issue ceiling fan wasn't working, but Room air conditioning was adequate. Nice large bed, choice of 3 pillows and comfy mattress. Loads of plug sockets and USB points near the bed. TV flat screen, not a smart TV, but still had various uk channels on. Safe provided at a cost of 14 euros for our stay. Under counter fridge provided with a starter of complimentary soft drinks, beers and water and a few snacks, after that, yiu need to pay to refill, although you can obtain water from the bar. Coffee pod machine also provided and stocked daily. Curtains are blackout ones and sliding doors very sound proof! On this side we don't really catch the sun throughout the day! Slippers, bathrobes and towels provided. Pool towels cost 15 euros deposit, but returned when handed back. Refreshed pool towels cost 1 euro for cleaning, non refundable. As many of you know, from my various reviews, for a 4 star hotel, toilet paper is one star, very thin 2 ply! Bring your own!! The cleaners are fairly good and change bedding on request. Very standard buffet, but you can get your meals freshly cooked while you wait, at various cooking points. The hotel offer 3 bookable restaurant to eat in. However only one allowed per week pending on your hotel stay, as in all inclusive etc. We would of stayed privilege but all the suites had gone, I would certainly recommend that! As all inclusive, drinks were also available. All local and branded drinks were included! Bar staff were very good and made what ever you fancy so standard cocktails were included, but also your own favourites too! They do have a towels on sun bed policy if left unattended before 9am, they will remove them. But plenty of sunbeds and always managed to find one. Great location, start of the golden mile, a lot of places to eat and a beach on your doorstep! All in all, tiny little issues, toilet paper, fan, but a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

We are having an amazing time here in both the hotel and the amazing Island of Tenerife. We are feeling very welcome here and attented exceptionally by the staff of the hotel whether it's the reception or the waiters attending our table. We came for a very relaxing holiday and I feel like we succeeded so far and we have a few more days to go. Also as I proposed to my girlfriend on mount Teide we felt we could celebrate well and made this hotel and the island unforgettable. When we come back we will be sure to come here again.

Alexandre Hotel Gala in Costa Adeje offers a luxurious experience with warm and inviting rooms, show cooking, and a pool deck with stunning sea views. The hotel features a spa for relaxation and a kids' club for family-friendly fun. With its marble foyer adorned with green vines, grand piano, and central staircase, the hotel exudes luxury from the moment you arrive. The upgraded Club Alexandria room provides access to the spa and offers breathtaking views of the sea and volcanic Tiede.
Myself, my partner, daughter and granddaughter arrived home from Hotel Gala a few days ago and I've already booked it again for next year. Absolutely everything was great! The rooms were cleaned and fresh towels placed daily, all of the staff were super nice and helpful. The pools were brilliant, very clean and no shortage of sunbeds. Entertainment was also very good. But the food...omg I looked forward to every meal and came home a few pounds heavier. Huge variety and fresh every day. Most days I went for seconds, it was that good! A few reviews have mentioned noise from nearby Veronica's. Yeah it can be noisy if you're out on the balcony, but when you close the patio doors you can't hear anything so it doesn't disturb your sleep. It's very central for everything. Siam mall and park are only a ten min walk away. There's loads of shops and bars within a five min walk too. They even have a secret secure walkway to get you right to the shops quicker than walking down the street. Don't be put off by negative reviews, its honestly brilliant, I'm already counting the days until I return!

We had a really great holiday. Super clean hotel. Decent choice of food and themed nights. Mexican being our favourite! Entertainment during the day could be better during the day but in the evening it's brilliant! Different everyday week and the staff in the entertainment are lovely. Very friendly and my son loved them. 4 stars all round. You get what you pay for!
Richard P — Google review
Great location, lovely hotel. I would come back here, the entertainment team were lovely, especially Midani (sorry if spelling is incorrect). Here are some things worth noting before coming : no wrist bands, instead you use your room key, which i found quite annoying , especially when in other hotels the kids can go straight up and get what they want without having to get me to find the room key each time. They say on arrival, there is no life guard until 11am, I did not see a single lifeguard my entire 10 days stay, just a guy in a corner giving out towels and collecting them so if you have young ones u may want to consider this. The all inclusive food options at the snack bar are quite basic compared to the food advertised (you can pay extra for these) it isn't explained to you that only certain things are included. We paid for late checkout (€11per hour) but it doesn't include food or drink after midday, even if u pay extra Things which I think could be improved: although our room was cleaned everyday, the tea cups and tea bags etc were never replenished, on other all inclusive I've been on they always have been. The food could be labelled a bit better, all the desserts just said 'assorted desserts' which wasn't too helpful, and I wouldn't know where to start to navigate that if you had allergies. Overall a great holiday, just some points I think I would like to have known before I went. Thankyou hotel gala x

This hotel is rated 4 stars, but in reality it falls far short of that standard. The main issue is the complete lack of professionalism among the staff. With the exception of a polite young man at reception (unfortunately I did not get his name), most staff were unfriendly, dismissive, and at times outright rude. In the restaurant, I even witnessed dropped food being put back onto the table(buffet) and served to guests, which absolutely unacceptable. Another disgrace: even if you book half board or full board, you still have to pay extra for water at meals. Not a single drink is included — not even tap water, and there isn’t even a water station available. No one explains this to you when you arrive. Instead, you only find out when you notice other tables with a bottle and ask for one. Then, with a condescending tone, staff inform you that you must pay extra for all drinks. This is not only misleading, but also extremely rude in the way it is handled. On top of that, there are countless hidden costs: -€17 per person, per day to use the indoor pool (which they call a “spa”). -€25 extra just to unlock the minibar in your room. -Every drink at lunch or dinner is charged separately, even on half board or full board. -Even beach towels come with an extra fee. The rooms are small and quite basic for a hotel of this category. Acceptable, but nothing close to 4-star quality. Overall, this property is misleading, overpriced, and unprofessional. Between the rudeness of the staff and the endless hidden charges, I cannot recommend it and I certainly will not return.

I visited the Alexandre Gala Hotel in 2024 for 10 nights, so I was able to get a good idea of the quality of the services offered. The hotel is very well located. It is close to the beach (you have a special exit to the beach) and at the same time it is "in the center of the action" (there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby). The first impression was good. Large reception and a pleasant receptionist. However, it got spoiled by the impression of the room. I got the worst room in the hotel, in my opinion. The room was dark and noisy, because it was located on the ground floor and above the entry to the garage. On one side there was noise from the corridor, where billiards and other games were played, and on the other side from the garden, there was a noisy wooden walkway used by the guests to go to the beach. The next day I asked to change the room and I chose a room without extra charge, but with a side view of the sea. From that moment on, I was very satisfied with the accommodation. The room was spacious enough and the mattresses comfortable enough. Also, the noise (to which I am sensitive) was almost non-existent in the room. I was also satisfied with the food. I had paid for half board and the food for breakfast and dinner was very good, both in terms of quality and quantity (variety of choice). The hotel also had a swimming pool, which was at a pleasant temperature (given that the ocean was quite cold in May, I used it quite often). Since I had not paid for the "all inclusive" package, I had to pay extra for all drinks and fast food by the pool, and the quality of these meals was low and the prices high. The hotel also offers an underground parking lot, which I used to park my motorbike, since it is very difficult, sometimes impossible, to find a free parking space in the area. The Alexandre Gala Hotel was a nice surprise for me. As for the price, it offered very high quality services, a very nice view and excellent food. I definitely recommend it. I would be happy to come back again. Gracias!

Room was ok, clean but we had balcony in the shade all day. Breakfast was good enough, same thing every day but not a problem. Pool bar has slow service but again not too bad. Good pools and kids area with competitions every day at darts, rifle shooting and archery with prizes. The staff are really good with the kids and friendly. The location is great. Had a really good experience at this hotel will be coming back

We recently stayed at the Gala, we were sceptical due to the hotel being so close to the strip but we felt so safe and no noise complaints. We went half board and were able to choose whether we wanted lunch or dinner every day really liked this aspect of the hotel. Staff were all so lovely great day time activities, very family friendly but also great for adults. We initially had an issue with our room as it smelt like smoke but staff were very accommodating organising a room change. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

For the first time, I chose a place to stay completely by accident... and it turned out to be a wonderful surprise! Quiet area, beautiful and clean beaches are nearby! From day one, the staff were incredibly professional and kind. We had everything we needed — a warm welcome, and slow, careful days filled with comfort and ease. 💗 The Canarian Night (a special event) was an exceptional experience! The food was fantastic — traditional, with a modern twist. Interesting textures, and beautifully presented dishes created a cozy and memorable atmosphere. Our compliments definitely go to the chef! The whole concept gave us a feeling of happiness and peace. Emir was especially helpful — such a pleasant person to be around! We truly appreciated those kind moments with him — his humor and professionalism made a lasting impression.

Unforgettable Memories Thanks to the Amazing Sir Antony Team From the very first moments of my stay, Sir Antony Hotel left an outstanding impression. The location is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, and the atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming. The staff deserve special recognition – they are exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. Breakfasts and dinners were delicious and varied, adding greatly to the overall experience. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel manager Rosa, reception staff Victoria and Valentina, bartender Ignacio (Nacho), waitress Monica, and the entire hotel team. Their professionalism, warmth, and care made my holiday truly unforgettable. Thanks to this team, Sir Antony Hotel stands out as the very best! I would also like to highlight the pool attendant named Raul. We have never met such an attentive, polite, and understanding employee before! He is truly the right person in the right place, fully dedicated to his work!

A Truly Exceptional Stay at Sir Anthony Hotel – Pure Luxury & Tranquility From the moment we arrived at Sir Anthony Hotel, it was clear we were in for something special. The hotel is simply stunning, elegant, luxurious, and immaculately maintained. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating an atmosphere of calm sophistication that made it the perfect escape after a busy few weeks. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding service. Every single member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure we had the best possible stay. A special mention must go to Raoul, the lifeguard, who greeted guests each morning with a friendly smile and checked that everyone was comfortable. His presence added a personal and welcoming touch that we won’t forget. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with fresh towels provided twice daily and the delightful surprise of a Lindt chocolate waiting for us each evening. It’s the kind of attention to detail that truly elevates a stay. We were also impressed by the quiet, peaceful atmosphere throughout the hotel. It felt like a hidden gem—luxurious but never pretentious, and incredibly relaxing. The food and cocktails were delicious and beautifully presented, with very reasonable prices for a boutique hotel. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, offering a generous spread of both freshly cooked dishes and continental options. To be honest, we couldn’t fault a single thing. Sir Anthony Hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We left feeling refreshed, well looked after, and already planning our return. If you’re looking for luxury, peace, and five-star service with a personal touch—look no further.

Wow From the minute we arrived till we left staff were amazing. They were friendly professional and so attentive. Nothing was too much. The vibe in the hotel was on point. The hotel decor was classy and a lot of thought has gone into each of the areas to make them inviting. We upgraded from a room to a suite and had a rooftop terrace. You are in the middle of Playa de las Americas but it’s so peaceful. All you can hear is the sea. The pool area was well looked after and the staff again were so attentive going above and beyond (special shout out to Raul who was on duty most days). Every person felt he gave them extra attention and he was so in tune to the needs of all patrons. Well done! The staff in the bar and at breakfast work again friendly and went above and beyond. This is definitely a five star hotel with five star expectations and we loved it. We will definitely be returning. Only two things I could say to improve this place would be an ice machine in the corridors and a fridge on the rooftop. Thank you sir Antony see you soon.

+ Very good Wi-Fi + Beach bags provided by the hotel + The first hotel with Google Crome Air that connects the phone to the TV + Nespresso machine with capsules daily + Large TV screen + Bathroom with glass wall + A quiet place + Room cleaning service is twice a day. + The staff is very polite and friendly. + Late check-out at no extra cost. + Lifeguard Ramon is dedicated to customer, very respectful and helpful, he strictly follows the rules imposed on the pool, towards his colleagues who are on the phone. + The temperature in the pool is the most perfect I could find in all the hotels I've been to. + the breakfast is buffet and a la carte with premium products . + the hotel's location is ideal for walking and shopping - The minus is the very short menu for lunch and dinner. This forces you to eat outside the hotel. You have a beautiful terrace ! - The mini bar is empty…you can let some drinks ( non alcoholic) extra charge, to not bringing from outside . - I don't understand the rules about smoking on balconies. On the ground floor and on the top floor it is allowed but in the middle it is forbidden. - The Canarian Soul Nights it’s a good vibe but the menu is not a really ,,tasting menu “ some dishes is not great, and the beef was well done even I mentioned to be medium rare…it was hard to chewing . PS. The beach in front of the hotel is public one , but there are the street vendors who are noisy and you don't really want to stay at the beach anymore. (2 sunbeds with umbrella cost €12/day) But overall it was a great vacation with good memories. Thank you for the service!

Review for Troya Tenerife hotel :Very good! I spent a wonderful week at this hotel, at the beginning of August, 2025, I will gladly return another time. Thanks and appreciation to the entire staff for the pleasant and correct way in which they fulfilled their tasks. Daily cleaning everywhere, (in the rooms, inside and outside the hotel), good and diverse food, spa, infinity pool plus two other pools, various beautifully arranged recreation areas, good music, entertainers in the evening, superb holiday atmosphere. Everything is offered so that tourists feel wonderful!🥰 I Highly recommend this hotel! Only one aspect, minor for me: please, in the future, when I return, check the functionality of the facilities provided in the Club Alexandre rooms, the tea cup and the coffee maker, because the coffee maker did not work (luckily I do not drink coffee 😅). I announced it at the reception and immediately the manager Valentina came. Otherwise, everything perfect! Congratulations!🤗🙏♥️.

We loved this hotel! The room was very good and spacious and we loved the balcony with loungers! The mini bar included was also very useful and the rooms were very modern and clean, very pleased! The food could’ve been better. It was nice but it was often cold which was a shame but we still enjoyed it. The all inclusive drinks at dinner being fizzy drinks in glass bottles was also a great touch! The bar always seemed to have a lack of staff which caused long queues but the drinks were nice and the staff were lovely. The pool was amazing! Probably one of the best parts of the hotel. It could do with extra loungers and definitely more umbrellas as if you weren’t uk early, you weren’t getting a sun lounger! Location, staff and cleanliness was really good and we loved the use of the spa included in the room! We would definitely visit again!

I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel. From the moment my son and I checked in to the moment we left everything was perfect. All of the staff are amazing, always smiling, sharing a laugh and nothing was too much trouble. Varied international breakfast (eggs, pancakes cooked to order) and a different choice of dinner each evening with the meat and fish cooked to order. Two pools plus an infinity pool and no shortage of sun loungers. The beach is literally over the road. Will definitely be returning. Big thanks to everyone

Lovely stay at this hotel- the food is varied despite being concerned about this due to other reviews we saw before we left home- there is chips available at every meal which I don’t personally welcome- but really lovely meat and fish for every lunch/dinner cooked on the grill. Some staff are not especially friendly because I think they are so busy- however a lot of staff seem to get a lot friendlier as the days go on. Alex in particular in the restaurant was so great with our little ones who are 1 and 2. Really lovely. Pool area fab- especially for younger children. Room- stayed in the family room and excellent space for splitting a toddler and baby. Great!

A lovely hotel with great staff, but dining is a major letdown" We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which has a lot going for it. The reception staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our time there. The pool area is a real highlight; it's extremely clean and offers plenty of sunbeds, with an adult-only section that is simply amazing. The room was perfectly adequate for our needs and was kept clean. However, a significant issue was the shower, which frequently ran hot and cold, making it frustrating to use. The biggest disappointment, however, was the food in the dining area. It consistently fell below our expectations. Because of this, if we were to return, we would definitely choose to go self-catering and eat out for our meals. Overall, while the hotel has many positives, the dining experience is what truly lets it down.

The hotel was lovely outside on upper decking area. The infinity pool was amazing! The rooms were clean and modern apart from air conditioning you can't turn off so it gets cold in the night. Unless you leave your door open which can get noisy. The food was absolutely disgusting I was breakfast and dinner...I looked most nights and walked out and had to eat out. The one night i tried it was up most of night on the toilet. It was cold and unappetising u could also tell it was left over from night before! The staff were also rude in the dinning area you could tell they didn't want us here. You also have a card your present at meal times I asked for a glass of water because I was coughing at breakfast and then to find out they want to charge me for water when I went to check out..so be aware of hidden charges. I saw this happen to another customer they were trying to charge him 150 for hidden charges. I'm a solo traveller so like somewhere that has evening entertainment...it was awful mainly in Spanish someone singing same songs every night! I will not be returning to this hotel and I've tried a few in Tenerife this is definitely one of worst for food, staff and entertainment.

Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives during our stay. This hotel has real potential to be wonderful with some improvements, but in its current state, it simply doesn’t justify the high price tag. We left feeling quite disappointed and that we hadn’t received good value for money. Cons • Room condition – The room was very tired and in need of refurbishment. The bedside lights were damaged, the bedding was greyed with some holes and stains, the bench at the end of the bed was worn, and the walls were marked. In the bathroom, the shower mastic had visible mould. Overall, the room felt rough around the edges and overdue a refresh. • Unpleasant balcony experience – Guests smoked cannabis on their balconies at night. The smell was overpowering, making it impossible to sit outside, and if the balcony door had been left open, the entire room was affected. • Noise levels – Music from nearby clubs played until the early hours, which made it difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. • Limited vegetarian options – The buffet was poorly labelled, with little indication of which dishes were vegetarian. On several occasions, what appeared to be vegetable dishes actually contained meat. As a result, my diet was largely restricted to chips, pasta, plain rice, and salad. • Food quality – The buffet varied in quality. While some dishes were enjoyable, many were either very dry or overly wet, and food was not always replenished quickly. Hot dishes were often lukewarm. For the premium price, the overall standard was disappointing. • Drinks service – Drinks had to be ordered at both lunch and dinner, but with only one staff member taking orders on an iPad, wait times were long in a busy restaurant. • Restaurant service – Staff often seemed disinterested, with requests for drinks met reluctantly. Even chefs at the fresh food station appeared unenthusiastic. There was little warmth or friendliness. • Table clearing – At peak times, particularly breakfast and lunch, tables weren’t cleared quickly enough. On several occasions we had to wait for a table to be cleaned before sitting down. • Bar queues – In the evenings, the bar was understaffed, sometimes with just one person serving, leading to long waits. • Indoor vaping – Many guests openly vaped indoors, even at dinner tables and around the buffet. Staff did not intervene, which made the experience uncomfortable for other diners. A clear policy and enforcement are needed. • Final day experience – On our last day, after checking out, we were denied even a glass of water unless we paid extra. This felt unreasonable, particularly as we had not used our all-inclusive on the first night due to a late arrival. • Value for money – At £1,000 per person, the experience simply didn’t reflect the cost. Pros • Infinity pool – A highlight of the stay. The area was clean, peaceful, and surrounded by greenery, with plenty of loungers available throughout the day. The covered day beds were especially comfortable, and the atmosphere was calm and mature. • Infinity pool bar – The bar staff here were excellent, particularly one gentleman who was friendly and welcoming. The food was also good – a simple cheese toastie became a favourite when the main buffet was disappointing. • All-inclusive drinks – A wide variety was available, including cocktails, spirits, and branded soft drinks, plus snacks like toasties at the bar. • Spa facilities – Very enjoyable, with a good mix of amenities including a jacuzzi, indoor pool, steam room, sauna, and several different showers. The small outdoor sunbathing area with loungers was also a lovely touch.

The 4-star hotel features two outdoor pools, a rooftop leisure area with an infinity pool and spa bath, as well as sports facilities. The modern air-conditioned rooms come with private balconies and flat-screen satellite TVs.
We are having an amazing stay at Tigotan Lovers & Friends in Playa de las Américas. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with smiles and a glass of cava. The hotel is spotless, stylish and has a really relaxed, friendly vibe. The rooftop pool with its views and cocktails quickly became our favourite spot. The food was excellent, with loads of choice at breakfast and dinner, and everything was always fresh. The entertainment was great fun but never over the top, and the location couldn’t be better—close to the beach, shops and nightlife but still peaceful. What really made the trip was the staff, who went above and beyond in every way. We honestly dont want to leave and are planning to come back very soon and will pick the exclusive package again.

It’s with heavy heart I have to give this hotel 3 stars as nearly everything was fantastic. Friendly service, amazing food, perfect location and a cracking pool. Entertainment was great and a really great atmosphere, I’ve never seen such a fantastic selection for evening meal and breakfast with really attentive service. However 2 things let this hotel down. First one was the amazing rooftop bar with stunning views. Even though being only a third full we waited over 20 minutes for a drink and eventually gave up. There was one bartender and waiter on that was it. The waiter was taking his time and obviously favouring regulars or people he knew. I would have loved to have a cocktail there but couldn’t get service for the life of me so went to the downstairs bar. Here there were 8-9 staff on. Unsure why you would only put 2 staff on one bar but 9 on the other. Second was the balcony, we got locked out for again 20 minutes! If you close the balcony it locks you out from the outside. There is one tiny sticker on the window saying this but it is covered by the curtain so you can see it from the inside! We had to shout to a couple on a balcony several doors down to ring reception to come in with a master key and let us out.

While the location is nice and very close to the beach, and the service from the staff was very warm and hospitable, the quality of the stay was not really worth the money paid. The room was a decent size, but we had ordered for 1 bed and were in a room with 2 beds pushed together. The bathroom was a bit bare bones and we had multiple instances of large bugs being in the bathroom, bedroom, and even seeing a cockroach in the buffet. The food was average, and while there was a lot of variety, didn’t come off as spectacular. Considering the price we paid, of over 1000€ each for our stay of 5 nights, we were expecting something of better quality overall.

Great Hotel with Amazing Rooftop but Room for Improvement. The hotel has a great location and excellent facilities. The rooftop pools and bar are absolutely stunning — the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. We had a half-board arrangement, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive, especially from Juanma, who truly deserves five stars for his professionalism and hospitality! On the downside, the room felt quite basic. The furniture and materials used throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways, looked a bit cheap. Cleanliness in the bathroom could definitely be improved — there were a few spots left from previous guests. Also, the lift was quite slow, and one of them was out of service during our stay. Luckily, we didn’t mind walking up to the fifth floor. Overall, it’s a nice hotel with great service and facilities, but there’s still room for improvement in the maintenance and cleanliness.

Just got back yesterday from our 10 days stay at Tigotan and enjoyed every second of it! We had taken half board, food was plentiful and delicious, lots of choices even at breakfast (champagne included too which was a nice surprise to start a day :D). Good location, not too far from beach or a night life, but far enough so it wasn't noisy. Room spacious, conditioner worked well and room was cleaned daily. Got a perfect place with a nice view of mountains and water. Staff very nice and helpful. Different activities every day, we really enjoyed the Queen tribute. Enjoyed the rooftop were you could just chill in the shadow with a nice view, calm music and great company. Great experience, would love to come back in the future.

Perfect and great service. My third time here and it’s always amazing! Food is amazing and so much to choose from whether you are vegetarian or not. I’m always excited for sushi 🍱 staff are so friendly and welcoming and the room is so comfortable and clean, the bed is always so hard to get out off. The entertainment is fab and there is always something for everyone. I could never fault this place. Thank you Tigotan for everything ❤️

We recently had the most amazing stay at Tigotan Lovers & Friends as part of the exclusive half board package, which I would highly recommend. The rooms were spotless, modern, and had a lovely view. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well looked after, and every single member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was excellent with plenty of choice and great quality every day. The entertainment was one of the highlights of our trip – the foam party was so much fun, and the circus-themed night at the rooftop bar was incredible! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Las Americas and close to everything you could possibly want. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an amazing adults-only holiday in Tenerife. We can’t wait to come back!

We went here on our honeymoon. Worth every penny! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are really nice. It's an 18+ hotel so if you are going on a vacation away from the kids this is a great choice. The exclusive lounge is well worth it and I recommend going to the rooftop lounge where you can enjoy the sun away from the activities in the downstairs pool area (if that's what you prefer) although the activities are really fun and there is always something going on! We have loved our time here and will definitely be back.

Iberostar Waves Las Dalias is an unassuming all-inclusive hotel located in Adeje, South Tenerife. It's conveniently situated near Centro Comercial San Eugenio and Siam Park, with Fanabe Beach and Playa de las Americas within a 2km radius. The family-friendly 4-star accommodation offers various amenities such as outdoor pools, a spa, fitness center, and multiple dining options.
We’ve just returned from our first package holiday with our daughter Lucia, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience than at Iberostar Waves Las Dalias. From start to finish, the hotel team were genuinely fantastic. I found them friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. But I want to make a particular mention of the Food & Beverage team in the main restaurant. As a hotelier myself, I watch service standards quite closely, and I can honestly say this team is second to none. Every single member showed professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for what they do. They’re a credit to the hotel, and if I could, I’d happily have any one of them working on my team. I really hope this feedback is shared with them as they deserve to know the difference they make to guests’ experiences. Thank you, Las Dalias, for helping make our first family holiday one to remember.

We have really loved our experience at the hotel, the food and staff of the hotel have been amazing. It was head and shoulders above our expectations. I would like to make a special review towards the photo staff at the hotel. Especially Jack, he was very friendly and approachable. Always with a smile and a friendly way about him and never to pushy. It is a shame to see how some of the other guests have treated the photographers, who are only doing their jobs. They are providing professional quality photos at a really good price and Jack in particular with us was very patient when our daughter arrived upset to the photo shoot we had booked. He made her really happy in the shoot and really turned what could have been a disaster into a really lively experience. That has been our experience with Jack, but I will say that I have seen the other members of staff use the same approach and attitude around the hotel. Even with some of the negative approach of some of the other guest, they keep smiling and remain professional throughout. I would recommend their staff and company to anyone. The only negative I have about the hotel is the air conditioning. It is very poor and never reaches the setting of temperature it is set too. The only place in the hotel which has up to standard air conditioning is the shop in the hotel. It being to hot is quite a big thing for us and probably others from colder countries to escape the heat. I feel if the air conditioning was upgraded, it would entice us and others to come back.

We’ve just come back from the most amazing week at Iberostar Waves Dalias. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed – check-in was smooth and we were offered a refreshing welcome drink which set the tone for the rest of our stay. I’m usually very cautious with all-inclusive holidays as I’m coeliac, but this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Every meal had numerous naturally gluten-free options, and staff were more than happy to prepare me gluten-free pizza, pasta, and even desserts. Every dish was clearly labelled with allergens, and I felt safe and relaxed eating here for the first time on holiday. A lovely touch was the themed dining each evening – we were even offered different drinks on arrival at dinner to match the food theme of the night, which really made it feel special. The entertainment was incredible – the team are genuinely talented dancers and performers, and the evening shows were brilliant. During the day there were always fun activities like water polo, aqua fit, and the water carpet. Dana and Carlos in particular deserve a special mention – they were so fun to be around and did their upmost to ensure we were having a great time. We did have a small issue with our first room on arrival, but reception handled it perfectly and moved us straight away to a refurbished room with an amazing balcony view. The room was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every morning. Every single member of staff we met – from cleaners, bar staff, and waiting staff to the entertainment team and photography team were professional, friendly, and really made our stay memorable. Could not recommend Iberostar Waves Dalias highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel has been absolutely incredible. The team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. One of the highlights was the amazing photo shoot we had during our stay – the setting was perfect, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. The photos turned out even better than we imagined, and we’ll treasure them forever. A special thank you to Jack, who was outstanding throughout our time here. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel so welcome. In fact, every member of the staff has been amazing – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They created such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home from the very first day. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay – it’s an experience. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly, highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time during our December stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always made us feel welcome. There were plenty of activities for all age groups, and the entertainment each evening was lively and fun. The heated pools were a big bonus during the winter months – perfect for both relaxation and play. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. We never got bored of the options available. The rooms were a bit outdated in decor, but they were cleaned thoroughly every day, which kept everything comfortable and tidy. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were more visible access to first aiders and first aid kits around the hotel. While the resort is very well-equipped in most ways, having quick access in case of minor accidents would really enhance the sense of safety and care. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday, and we’d definitely return!

Despite arriving at Tenerife South without our luggage - which was very upsetting - this hotel made our stay absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful every day, constantly trying to call Menzies (who never answered the phone) on our behalf. The weather was 25°C in February, which was unbelievable for us coming from a cold and snowy country. Although the ocean was too cold for swimming, the hotel had a heated swimming pool that we absolutely loved. The best surprise for us was discovering that our accommodation consisted of two large separate rooms connected by a door. Our children had their own separate room and bathroom, while we had ours as well - what a comfort! I particularly enjoyed the powerful shower, which was perfect for cooling off after long sightseeing tours. Another pleasant surprise was the cold water dispensers located throughout almost every corner of the hotel, where guests could get free cold drinking water whenever they wanted. The food was excellent with an incredible variety to choose from under our all-inclusive package. Most drinks were also included for all-inclusive guests. The staff ensured that everyone received exactly what they wanted. There are shops right across from the hotel where you can buy almost everything you need - this came in particularly handy for us since our luggage was lost. The hotel is also conveniently located not far from Siam Park which is another large shopping center. The entertainment was fantastic, and we danced most of the night. This hotel is an excellent place to stay and comes highly recommended.

We were surprised to know that they had left the restaurant open for those who came late from their flights. ( We came at around 3am ) so that was really nice to hear. We came with around 11 people ( including myself ) and it was overall a great stay for a week. The food there was really fabulous and was really yummy. They have different themes for each day for dinner, and even if it wasn't my theme, I still found plenty to eat. Included lots of seafood too, which I adored. View of the place outside our rooms did lack a bit ( considering the fact we only saw the highway from our view ) but it didn't ruin anything. Also a bit of a small room, but enough to have 3 people sleep in there. Only couple of problems, like the photographers being really pushy to buy their photos, but others are just tiny problems I've occurred. Overall, great stay! Amazing night's full of different shows each day! Thank you Iberostar!

Went here a couple years ago (2022?) and it was one of the BEST hotels I have ever been to. Food (SO good and much), service, location (except the long walk to the beach), rooms, pool, gym and other activities, animation. One of the best vacations I've ever had :) Wanted to return here in 2025, but the prices went up by almost 50% ever since. Which is a little insane. Back then it was definitely worth the €1500/person, but nowadays it would be €2200/person, which is absolutely insane.

Sol Tenerife is a seaside hotel located in the heart of Playa de las Americas, offering airy rooms, tennis courts, and three pools. Despite some initial skepticism due to negative reviews, guests were pleasantly surprised by the lovely staff and smooth check-in process. The location is perfect with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. However, there may be a shortage of sunbeds around the pools.
Just had a week here we couldn't of asked for more. Food was fantastic staff were amazing room was great. Hotel very clean rooms cleaned daily. We couldn't fault anything at all. It was my birthday during our stay we got a bottle of champagne and glasses along with a card delivered to our room from the hotel it was a lovely surprise. Please take no notice of awful reviews. Yes it can be noisy of a night but that's not the hotels fault. In block B we only had slight noise from karaoke from bar over the road it went off at 12.30 so not a problem. We will definitely be back.
Joanne S — Google review
After reading the varied reviews we were unsure of what to expect with our stay at Sol Tenerife. Prior to our holiday, I requested our room to be in Block B and they accommodated our request with no issues. The hotel is situated in the heart of Playa de Las Americas, where day and night are both lively. As long as you’re aware of this when booking your stay, then you won’t be disappointed with the noise level. We managed to have a full sleep every night but if you’re a light sleeper then bring earplugs just incase. If you’re looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday, then I’d recommend staying more towards the outskirts of Playa de Las Americas. The hotel is what you pay for; the food is reasonable, the location is central situated next to Veronica’s strip and the rooms are basic. The staff are friendly and attentive. Our rooms were attended to daily - beds made, bins emptied and towels changed. On a few occasions we did find cockroaches in our room. Our room also had a small area with two hobs but no utensils or pots/pans, and a sink with no tap, so we were slightly confused what the purpose of these were. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay as we spent most of our time out exploring the island, however the time we did spend at Sol Tenerife it was good.

This is not a hotel with AIRCON, it DOES NOT WORK; in anyone's room. Just blows warm air. If like me you like to sleep in a cool room, you will need to hire a fan from Guest Services. And opening the balcony door will only let you hear the clubs and bars outside. Hotel should really offer fans as a free service - or better, upgrade the aircon system. If you're here for more of a party (planning on sleeping during the day kinda party) then the location here is great, and it's pretty quite during the day - enough to snooze on the balcony or room so aircon not an issue. Pools are clean and not had trouble finding beds throughout the day. Really need to be redecorated though; there was quite a few paint flaking areas. The beach is literally out the front gates, although it's stoney, so not really good for sun bathing. Although great for exploring rock pools - and the sandy beaches are only 15 minutes walk. Breakfast buffet had good variety and was good quality. Didn't have lunches or evening meals so cannot comment. Interactions with staff were pleasant and rooms were serviced daily.

We could not fault the staff as they work hard always friendly/helpful and the food was good the hotel was clean. However when staying recently there were an element of guests who insisted on smoking drugs within the hotel premises which impacted not only on our stay but on families with children. Personally this is something that the management of the hotel could get to grips with as they have in house security. Overall whilst it.was a lovely stay we are at this time unlikely to return
Michelle B — Google review
My review, simple points. Great location, but… if you have kids and want to sleep prior to midnight then choose elsewhere. The entertainment continues until midnight. After midnight the local clubs continue until 04:00. The nosiest rooms until midnight are the sea view rooms, they are the quietest afterwards. Food, perfectly adequate verging on the good. Air conditioning, at best poor, at worst awful. Staff, all of them give their best and are all wonderful. Rooms, dated and the showers are all above the tiny bath. Would I stay here again? No, but if I was 18 again I would as I wouldn’t be coming back until after 04:00. For the young, great hotel, nice beer and great location.
Vegnomeat — Google review
The entire hotel needs to be done up. The air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work at all. The halls and corridors have stains everywhere and the paint in the rooms is flaking off. The cleaners came in every day and were fantastic and made every effort to make the room nice. There is only one socket in the room so be prepared to bring a travel plug and extension lead with you for charging devices. One chair in the room which was falling apart. We had to change rooms due to noise of the strip and also there was a domestic disturbance in the room next door which required police to be called. Pool area wasn't bad but needs a revamp. The price of drinks at the bar is quite high considering you weren't being served in a glass but a reusable plastic cup which made fizzy drinks or beers go flat. Staff at welcome desk were quite helpful however some of them just looked like you were bothering them if you asked a question. The beds were comfortable. We were breakfast only but I don't eat breakfast my partner went a few times. Said the hot food was cold but pastry selections were quite good. The location is good as it was handy to everywhere. Walk out the back of the hotel on to the board walk along the beach which was good.
Shauna B — Google review
Staff are friendly and helpful. We went with elderly parents, so the gate direct to the prom was a Godsend. The price was also very reasonable. Sadly, right in the heart of Las Americas there is a karaoke bar extremely loud until gone 2am. Loud is OK - it's Las Americas! - but this guy is so arrogant we are talking full pelt, can't hear anything else. There are five or six bars in the strip where he is, but we heard nothing from them! Sure they would have loud music and TV but his bar drowned everyone out. And there were apartments next door where I DEFFO would not want to live!!! The bar in Sol, though, is just not very good. Only outside, no lighting, cardboard cups for your drinks. The hotel and staff are lovely but we cannot go back 😒 at least not withour shooting the owner of Leonardos's first...
Graeme M — Google review
Sol Hotel chain has many quality hotels in Spain but this is not one.It looks in a good location close to the beach and sat close to the area of Playa de las Americas. Don’t let that mislead you because its neighbour is the Veronica’s Bars which does not have the best of reputations in the area. Half the hotel rooms face the Veronica’s which means you will not get any sleep until 5am if you are lucky. That’s ok if you are in your early 20s but for the rest of us it’s tough. The hotel has some good facilities but it’s tired and the carpets on many floors of the hotel look dirty and warn. A common complaint about the hotel plastic key cards is they do not work for more than a day and you are for ever going back to reception to change them. They obviously have a problem which inconveniences its customers. The breakfasts are good at the hotel and the staff in the restaurant and bars work hard and are polite. Unfortunately the reception staff struggle to smile, look fed up and burnt out. The animation team think the more noise they make the more fun they create. On one occasion they had three children & two adults on their exercise bikes in the swimming pool session. The music was ridiculously loud and everyone on the sun-beds around the pool were saying how crazy it was. The animation team were of course oblivious to this. Half way through our holiday we eventually were able to move rooms to the other side of the hotel and the difference in noise levels was incredible. The hotel no doubt would have been brilliant when it first opened and no doubt still has great potential but at present it’s an embarrassment to the SOL Hotel chain. The holiday booking companies who use this hotel need to ensure they are not misleading their customers and be totally honest about the noise problem and poor decor. Better still their hotel inspectors should try sleeping in the Sols rooms for one night. Overall the hotel offers poor value and l would not recommend it to anyone.

We had such an amazing stay here! The room was very nice and so spacious, we also had a beautiful view from our balcony. The pool is quite big and very beautiful. The location was amazing as well, there was so much to do near the hotel and it wasn’t too noisy either. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the hotel staff was so incredibly nice. We would also like to give a special thanks to bartender Oscar, he was so incredibly nice and made us the best cocktails we ever had! I will definitely stay here again when we visit Tenerife, I literally can’t recommend it enough! It was incredible and I’m very sad that we had to leave.

We stayed at the Best Tenerife as a family group of six. My sister-in-law who is disabled and unable to walk, had been assured that the doable room would be a wet room, This and all other disabled rooms were walk in showers with wash basins above waist height. Other disabled people complained about their rooms not been accommodating . The breakfast dinner and evening meals were Like warm and little choice. Snack bar consisted of hot dog, burger, pizza. Chips daily. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms aged and cleaned daily. Early rise for sunbeds, but keep your towels high. As the guy washing the pool down every morning doesn’t give a toss and washes the beds with towels on. Drinks are local and help yourself. Beer pump and spirt bar which you help yourself. Pools are 900mm -1000mm depth is great for the kids. All inclusive cocktails are rubbish .but bought at the bar for 3 euros are great. Only 3 star.

We picked this hotel based on reviews and pictures. I would suggest that people don’t listen to these and make the mistake we did The rooms spacious, but everything else was of a lower standard than either expected or for what it cost us to stay there… which was a lot considering! To start with we was given 3 different check in times - we eventually got our room at 3:30pm, which we had been waiting since 1pm with a small infant. If you want a space/lounger around the pool, be prepared to get up for 6am to ‘reserve’ one - despite signs saying this cannot be done, but this seems to be for show and it is a complete free for all. 2/7 days our room wasn’t cleaned at all and I had to ask for it to be done, there was also broken tiles over the balcony which isn’t ideal with a crawling infant. I was charged an additional €70 to park my hire car at the hotel for my weeks stay. Only staff presence was in the restaurant, other than this a couple of entertainment staff during the day and reception - I didn’t see a life guard the whole week I was there. As a whole this hotel was massively overcrowded and simply couldn’t cater at ‘4* standard’ I’d say 2* and that is being generous. As someone who goes to Tenerife every year, I thought this would be great for our first holiday with our little boy but it was disappointing to say the least. We spent most of our time away from the hotel, which shouldn’t be the case when so much money was spent, and quite frankly wasted. This hotel doesn’t live up to its name as the ‘Best’.

Only negative really is the buffet. There isn't much for picky eaters, but there are chips and pastas available so be weary of this if you have a picky kid (or adult). The meat was very dry, some inedible because of this, but breakfast was very good (full English type food, cereal and fruit available). Lunch and dinner reuse the same food mostly. We stayed a full week (Monday to Monday) and ate here most nights but didn't notice any themed nights like the hotel mentions. Lots to do nearby in terms of shopping, drinkimg and eating. Be very careful of people trying to sell things, we had heard stories of phones being stolen. Also, it's hard to get them to leave you alone. Would recommend Golden Castle for Chinese food. Rooms are good and comfy, housekeeping is good and will not move any belongings to be lost. Rooms have a safe, a mini fridge and a big big wardrobe. We had no bugs in our room, did see a lizard once which was good. We had a double room on the ground floor, so we had a bigger balcony/garden with 2 sun loungers, an umbrella, 2 chairs and a table. Smoking was allowed on our balcony, doubt it would be different for higher rooms. Pool is very good but shuts at 6 which is slightly annoying, especially when it doesn't get dark until much later most of the time. The pool bar is brilliant for all inclusive - burgers, chips and hotdogs available and self serve drinks (bottles of every liquor available to all inc. guests and soft serve drinks dispenser/juice!). Didn't go to the indoor bar/piano bar but live piano was played most nights.

Second time of staying at the Best Tenerife. The rooms cleaned and spotless everyday. The hotel is very clean. The food is very good and there is always something for everyone(even the fussy ones). My husband had a nasty fall on our first day and the staff and management couldn't do enough to make sure he was okay and comfortable. A special thank you to Eduardo, the restaurant manager and Veronica for all their kind care and attention. The reception staff knew who we were when arrived and remembered us from last year. Lastly i would like to thank David (part of the management team), for continually asking if my husband was alright following the fall. We will be back. Wouldn't stay anywhere else on Tenerife

Have just got home following a fabulous week long stay, didn't want to leave. Staff all friendly and all smiling, rooms spotless every single day and a perfect location for the beach, shops and mini golf. Breakfast 10/10 everyday, other food okay but I am fussy and so much fish based food but still always found something I liked. Staff interact well with all the guests all day and saw only nothing but fun. Would highly recommend and can't wait to come back in future

This hotel has a very big problem with mold and dampness in rooms. I dont recommend it if you want to spend your holidays in place that meets basic sanitary requirements. They showed us 6 rooms, every of them included mold. We meet other people in this hotel that has a similar problem. In return the reception gave us compesation in the form of two free drinks in the bar. What is more, the bar rejected it. The music that is being played during everyday at the pool is that loud that you dont feel that you are on holidays anymore. The genre of this music is not pleasant to listen and to rest.

Spent 14 nights at Hotel Best and it was fabulous. Great location close to shops, restaurants and beach. Supermarket right next door. Food was lovely, fresh and hot, pool bar is self serve and have lots of choice of spirits. San Miguel on tap for the beer drinkers. If you're AI there's slushies and a selection of ice lollies and ice creams available. Never had a problem getting a sunbed at the pool. Staff are friendly and work hard. Room was nice and was cleaned every day, the only negative about the room is lack of space for clothes, especially if there are more than 2 people.

First time visiting this hotel and it was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, rooms for spacious and very modern and cleaned every day, food was very nice and tasty , so much choice we we're all-inclusive. Restaurant was lovely you could sit inside or out and was kept to very high standards, very clean at all times, staff were amazing throughout the hotel and very friendly. The pool are was lovely also, not huge just right, sunbeds very comfortable and it wasn't noisy around the pool at all, very relaxing. The bar in the lobby was really nice and very modern, drinks were lovely and amazing cocktails. Thank you all at coral suite's and spa for making out holiday 10/10

I really want to give this hotel 5 stars, the staff were superb, friendly and professional, the room was very nice and very well looked after by some very lovely ladies who did a brilliant job of keeping everything clean and dandy. The hotel is very nice only a short distance from anything you want. The bar staff were the friendliest people you could ever meet along with the lovely lovely ladies on reception. There is a nice pool area and a large rooftop terrace lined with sun loungers. Now here's why I can't in all honesty give 5 stars, the food, it was edible, but certainly not anything beyond that, Which was a pity and the only negative.

Good hotel if your looking for a quiet holiday. Adult only so no screaming kids bonus. Room was great, really clean and only a 5 min walk to the beach. All inclusive was pretty standard, varied theme nights, but wasn't anything to write home about. Pool could maybe to with some music during the day to living the place up a little but overall pretty good

Absolutely beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean! Spacious rooms with everything you need, air con, storage, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, fresh towels and bedding everyday. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help you. Jose at the pool bar was great fun, Maria in the restaurant, always happy and smiling and Julio at the hotel bar, friendly and fun! The food is amazing, we stayed all-inclusive and the variety and availability is excellent, there is literally everything you could possibly want. We tried a number of different dishes that we hadn't had before and it was all fresh and delicious. The menu changed everyday so there always something new to try. The pool was exceptionally clean and so refreshing in the heat! There was entertainment every night in the bar, local singers and a DJ, these were all really good. There us a free gym that is open 24 hours a day. The hotel is centred in the middle of Las Americas, its a 5 minute walk to the beach, there are plenty of shops and places to buy excursions and there is a gift/grocery shop right opposite the hotel. We visited Siam Park, this is a 30 minute walk away or you can get a bus/taxi from outside the hotel. Veronica's strip is a 15 minute walk away if you like to go clubbing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be returning to Tenerife and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now.

Amazing hotel. We just came back from a 7 night stay. Our room and the hotel is always spotless. The staff and constantly cleaning. The room was modern and had everything you needed too. Same with the pool area was amazing. We always managed to find sunbeds (in the height of summer holidays). Food was superb. Different cuisine each night and always delicious. The only issues we had was being half board we didn’t get drinks included with dinner (but you did at breakfast) so had to pay €5 euros a night pp which is annoying. And also entertainment could be better than just live singers each night. The hotel was a short walk to everything. Bus stop right outside too. We would 100% come back and will recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for a fab stay.

Very nice and renovated room. Great view on balcony. Staffs are working really hard to run the hotel services. The cleaniness could be better for me but I think it's hard for an apartment hotel in good business. And actually it is already pretty clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel if you prefer a quiet and relaxing vacation.

The older lady who works in the restaurant is absolutely horrible. Please note there is no sign regarding swimwear anywhere in the hotel. Watched me get my food, walk towards the door to sit outside and started shouting at me infront of other guests that I can’t have a bikini top on. I had my hands full carrying my plate and was leaving- nothing I could do. Many other guests were in and out topless or in swimwear and she said nothing to them. The hotel is not truly all inclusive as there are periods of the day where no food is available. Reception and cleaning staff are lovely but the bar and restaurant bunch are bloody horrible, miserable and rude. Room is okay, decor of reception and lobby is nice. Food is okay but I won’t be eating in the restaurant out of fear of the that dragon for the rest of my holiday. Which is a shame as I paid for an all inclusive holiday.

Overall clean hotel good location however won’t be returning. Good points- Good location close to everything Clean and modern hotel Bad points- Noisy rooms, bathroom vent leads to corridor so you have no bathroom noise privacy Rude staff at reception (Rachel),mannerism is shocking Female worker in the restaurant grabbed bananas out my partners hands which he was taking away at breakfast and never said a word was Simply rude and shouting when he asked what she was doing. No signs to say you can’t take fruit and some so on previous days. No music or pool activities bar one morning out the week No vaping allowed around the hotel at all, which is rubbish having to leave the hotel to vape Balcony doors don’t lock, able to access from outside If you go all inclusive, only local beer and wine included Sunbeds get reserved even when stated not to be

Myself, my partner and our two young children recently enjoyed a fabulous week here. We’ve been several times now both with and without children and we keep getting drawn back. The hotel really is a paradise - fabulous pool, extremely comfortable rooms and sun beds, fantastic breakfast offering. Standout for me though are the staff who are all very friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere of the place which never fails to disappoint. Thank you and see you in January!

We have had a lovely holiday. The hotel is beautiful, decor has great feature scattered about. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. Pool area great with plenty of areas and beds. Pool drinks great and lovely lady serving us all. I feel the food in the pool side could be improved with more daytime food. Salads need more ingredients and generally more choice and a little bit more attention for vegetarians. Overall we loved our stay and award you 5 ⭐ thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed at the hotel a month ago, traveled alone, primarily for surfing. Very peaceful and beautiful place with Moroccan/Mexican atmosphere. Rooms are great as well as room service. A lot of surf schools nearby. Unfortunate thing was that for the majority of days only one restaurant was available, however there are overall 3 which were closed. Great professionals working at the reception, to mention Marco and others who helped to navigate through the property. One very disappointing instance however was with the lady Nina, who is supposed to accommodate and inform clients about the tours and different sights. After approaching Nina I was surprised and disappointed by how Nina treated guests, with the phrases "you are wasting my time" and passive aggression. This really left a bad impression on the general level of integrity and respect that the hotel staff is not supporting. In general would recommend for those willing a peaceful vacation or who come to surf and want certain level of comfort. Would recommend educating the employees mentioned on customer service. And if you want to book tours around it is better to organise this externally and in advance

Just returned after a two week holiday from this fantastic hotel. This was the third year running we have stayed here and we were again not disappointed . We opted for bed and breakfast only basis which was exceptional . All the staff are excellent especially Ion on reception ,Angie one of the breakfast waitresses and Jeremy at the pool bar . Would highly recommend this hotel we have just booked again for three weeks next June. Thanks again to all the staff at the Villa Cortes for making our holiday special See you soon Billy and Paula Anderson

A beautiful looking hotel in the bustling Playa de las Américas. Personally, I feel it’s a somewhat dated five-star hotel by now, but the ambiance and the staff still give you that true five-star experience. The hotel also boasts a Michelin star.

Coral Ocean View Hotel in Adeje, Costa Adeje offers streamlined apartments within a down-to-earth hotel. The property features a restaurant, pub, and an outdoor pool. Situated within a 15-minute walk of Playa de las Americas and Siam Park, this eco-certified hotel also provides easy access to Fanabe Beach and El Duque Beach. Guests can enjoy recreational amenities such as an outdoor pool, spa tub, and fitness center.
Wow what a fabulous stay we had at coral ocean view hotel! Our holiday did not start too great as our flight had been very delayed therefore we only arrived at the hotel at 4am, the security guard working overnight was not very helpful and it took him almost an hour to check us in, as you can imagine we were exhausted after being delayed 6 hours so this was not ideal. We were eventually given a room by 5am. However this mistake was rectified by the lovely lady on reception I believe her name was Iona- sorry if wrong. We expressed our disappointment at our check in experience and she upgraded our stay to all inclusive by way of an apology- which we were MORE than happy with. The all inclusive experience at coral ocean view is brilliant, help yourself to drinks, cocktails included, and the selection of food was excellent at breakfast lunch dinner and snacks. We loved the themed dinners, especially the Asian themed night. Plenty of selection for those who love their food and trying new things. Cocktail selection was brilliant and bar staff could not be more helpful. I will say however that the waiters and waitresses in the restaurant are very very eager to take your plates the second you stop eating, this did at times put a bit of pressure on to eat quickly. Pool area was spotlessly clean and the water was a lovely temperature. Plenty of sunbeds which was brilliant as you could pretty much sit wherever without having to fight for space. Toilets by the pool were a nice addition- again these were spotless and cleaned regularly. The lifeguard's attitude seemed a little rude at times, and at points made us feel uncomfortable by constantly patrolling. Our room was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities, plenty of storage room and a free, easy to use safe. The bathroom was spacious and came equipped with hairdryer. Shower was a bit tricky to get a good temperature, either scolding or lukewarm, but good once you got the right balance. We heard no noise from the strip , which was surprising, as the hotel is situated in a really good spot , very close to shops, beach, pharmacy etc- everything you need! Honestly cannot fault coral ocean view, even with the check in hiccup, as we couldn't have asked for a better apology. Cleaners were also excellent, even arranged all my makeup in the bathroom! They really looked after our room 404. We will definitely be returning for another all inclusive stay, but for longer next time! We look forward to seeing you all again. Georgie & Regan.

Our stay at this apart hotel was exceptional!! The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. The complex was so clean and well kept. The room was perfect, as was the view. We really enjoyed the location as it was in a quieter area and not a far walk from hotspots. It was also right next to a big bus station and a super close walk to Siam Park and Siam Mall which was such a bonus for us. The pool and breakfast everyday was perfect, so fresh never too busy. We were especially grateful for the really kind surprise gesture made from the hotel for my birthday celebration. We were gifted a dessert and bottle of champagne to celebrate!! Thank you!! We would definitely stay here again

We stayed for 7 nights at this hotel and it was a great experience. The staff were helpful and I must stay they all work very hard. The room was nice, I'm very grateful that the kitchen area had all the utensils and crockery we needed which was fantastic. Most places don't offer that. There is currently maintenance being done at the hotel and construction work which was slightly annoying at times as it was quite loud. There is a variety of breakfast options although it does not change much day to day. The facilities like the gym and pool were fantastic too. Great location next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. I would recommend.
Saada E — Google review
We had a very pleasant stay! The rooms are modern and nicely designed, though there were a few small maintenance issues like some damaged laminate flooring and a worn-out kitchen baseboard – nothing major, just details. The hotel isn’t right on the beach, but the boulevard/strip is just a short walk away, so location-wise it's still very convenient. The real highlight was the staff – super friendly, helpful, and always thinking along with us. Great service makes all the difference!
Romy N — Google review
The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Its badged as a 4 star hotel, but it's not to the same standard as many other 4 star hotels I've stayed in. The food is OK, nothing outstanding. Its all inclusive, so this may be the reason behind the pile it high and cheap food. Many times at breakfast the selection of fruit was poor and exhausted at times. No red fruits, sometimes a choice of 2 Mellons, cut orange and grapefruit. A few bananas, nectarine ( very dry even though ripe) and apples. There was a tapas themed evening, with no real tapas. The rooms are large with a kitchen area. The decor is good, but a little tired. Damaged flooring, trim missing from the edge of cupboards and odd wall lights. Bathrooms are good. The noise from the reversing busses (beep, beep, beep) goes on all day and night. Starting around 5am, yes you can hear it in the rooms constantly. Its not 4 star in my opinion, I'm afraid to say. I'd not stay here again given the choice.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! Our room was in perfect condition, the staff was super friendly and the location was very nice. The only thing we didn’t experience was the restaurant in the evening since we chose the multiple restaurants closer to the beach instead, the lunch pizza at the pool side was amazing though. Thank you for making our vacation special! We will definitely be back 😉 Tammy and Janne

Excellent hotel in a very handy location for local entertainment and restaurants. We had a call from Nikolas in reception the day before arrival to discuss my room request and he did a great job of finding a perfect location for our needs. He was also very helpful throughout our stay. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable with brilliant air conditioning and powerful shower. Breakfast was plentiful and all really good quality. Will definitely choose this hotel again on a future trip to Tenerife.

Stayed here beginning of August with my husband. Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. No issues at all. No rush for sunbeds at all . Very relaxed atmosphere . And nice on the rooftop to sunbathe which is Eben more relaxed. And had a whirlpool/jacuzzi. No bar up there but don't think it's needed . Very relaxed atmosphere.

Room 8327 is located on the third floor and offers a fairly clean space with self-controlled air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the pool.
The hotel was clean, beautiful, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! The breakfast was fabulous, and the staff were professional and attentive. A special thanks to Plamen from breakfast – my sister and I were so grateful for all his tips and recommendations. We were also happy to meet a fellow Bulgarian during our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.🔝❤️🌴🌊

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the lovely Julia, who made check-in a breeze and made us feel so welcome. During our stay, the bar staff were fantastic — especially Julio and Miguel — who were always friendly, attentive, and full of good humour. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are spotless. We were surprised with a fruit basket and a bottle of cava in our room as we were on our honeymoon — such a thoughtful and special touch. All of the staff we met were incredibly polite and helpful. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they were always happy to offer advice on where to go or what to do around the area. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of sun loungers available and a great outdoor bar. There are even complimentary books in English, which was a really nice little touch. The location couldn’t be better — the hotel is literally right on the beach, just across a small walkway, with a lovely beachfront bar. Guests are also given a flyer with discounts for nearby restaurants, which we definitely recommend using. We went to Palapa, and it was absolutely amazing! And then… the breakfast. Oh my god, the breakfast! I’ve never seen anything like it in all my years of travelling. The selection is incredible — entire counters dedicated to different items. There’s a whole room filled with every fruit you can imagine, along with meats, cheeses, pastries, juices, and every style of eggs and sausages. There’s even a chef on hand to cook fresh options for anyone with dietary requirements. Don’t miss the bread section — or the glass of cava for breakfast, alongside tea, coffee, and more. Honestly, as wonderful as everything else was, I’d come back just for the breakfasts! The hotel is perfectly located for shopping, bars, and restaurants, making it ideal for anyone looking to explore or just relax. All in all, it was the perfect stay, and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much to everyone at Cleopatra Palace for making our honeymoon so special! 💛

The hotel itself was absolutely fantastic, the staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and overall just met all expectations. The pool area and bar were absolutely lovely, and its location is directly opposite the beach less than a 2 second walk once you exit the hotel entrance. The rooms were definitely a little dated and we had some trouble with our shower going from hot to cold intervals, and there is no kettle in the room. Other than that it was an extremely clean hotel, the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was very good aswell , a lot of variety and fresh fruits and juice selections. Once again cannot express how great the staff were. We will be back again !

(Be careful what you wish for) We arrived at 11.30 at night and our room was on the third floor which doesn't sound high but I'm struggling at the moment with heights. We had requested a low floor even though the hotel was only five floors high. The man on reception told us they were fully booked but we could move to a different room tomorrow at 4.00. Great 👍 but here comes the be careful what you wish for part, we ended up in the car park which meant cars in and out all times of day and even at 12.30 at night, no privacy to sit on our balcony as people were back and forth to their cars and our last couple of hours at the hotel we had workmen working right outside our balcony. Now you might think it's only the balcony but we consider it part of our holiday to sit on the balcony in the morning for an hour, before going out, usually my husband sits on the balcony having a drink while waiting for me to get ready to go out in the evenings, so you get my drift. The rooms themselves are lovely but old fashioned and need a little tlc. The hotel it's self is absolutely gorgeous but as big as it is there is nothing happening there, which is a real shame. Perfect location for meals out and the beach.

The Cleopatra Hotel Tenerife is a lovely hotel with exceptional staff, especially the snack bar at the pool. Nothing is too much trouble. There was one female staff member, who walks like a police women, private joke, who made every customer feel special. The Cleopatra hotel was kept gleaming and clean at all times. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection of food items to chos from. Our room was kept spotless as housekeeping came in daily to change towels, make beds and empty bins. Front of house staff were professional and friendly. My husband and I have stayed here twice and are looking to book for next year for my husbands brother for his 60th.

We stayed here for two weeks the location is brilliant staff and cleaners was the same. It is a three star hotel but it has everything you want or need. The pools are great and the atmosphere is second to none around the pools. Better than some 5 star hotels. We had two little problems and they dealt with it straight away. The only downside to the place was the beds. There not very comfortable and they move around a bit. I’m sure it’s easier for the cleaners and for them to change the bedding which they are brilliant at. That said it wouldn’t stop us from coming here again. Great place.

Lovely clean, modern rooms ( I think we had a newly refurbished one). Only 2 big let downs. From the second day of our stay we were awoken by construction workers refurbishing the older rooms next to us, it would have been nice to be informed of this or at least offered a room further from the works. To be fair we didn’t mention it as we only had a short stay booked so maybe they could have given a solution. The other one is the pool bar and café, the staff is these we found to be quite rude and low quality food and drink for the price. Otherwise, very satisfied with the room, great views, great housekeeping super clean hotel and the pool area is lovely. The reception are really great and so helpful, José and Alexandra particularly were very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Thank you!

Nice hotel in the nicer end of Tenerife Las Americas. Guy at reception was a bit short and abrupt at times but the pool bar staff were lovely. Unsure why they chose the start of the busy season to do poolside renovations which made having a quiet drink, meal or relaxing moment by the pool difficult. Constant drilling 8hrs a day every day.

Hotel Vulcano, part of the Spring Hotels group, is a sophisticated accommodation option in Playa de las Americas. The hotel offers spacious rooms with balconies and various amenities such as outdoor pools, a spa, and a fitness center. Guests can enjoy an airy restaurant and complimentary breakfast during their stay. The hotel also features a rooftop swimming pool and sundeck for an additional charge.
Honestly my daughter recommended this hotel and it is absolutely fantastic. Upon arrival we were greeted with a glass of fizz and provided a card each for pool cards. These allow a fresh beach towel each day (give the card, get a fresh towel. Return towel at end of day/time spent at pool. Give card back to repeat next day. Also stops people hogging beach beds) Rooms are tidied and clean towels provided everyday. Staff are attentive and friendly and the breakfast is to die for! So many options. But the best thing is they give you a key card to access your room but it's tiny and is attached to your wrist in a hospital style wristband but made of a durable ribbon. No more hunting for keys! It is centrally located so handy for the Golden mile, the strip and the beach! Will definitely be back. Thank you to all the staff for everything.

Great hotel, good variety of pools and all the facilities you’d need. I particularly found the wristband system very convenient also. For an extra charge there is also a spa (sauna, cold plunge, pool, massages) as well as “Up!” which gets you a quiet rooftop with beds, unlimited food & drink and an infinity pool. Both were great value for money but are not inclusive of the hotel rate. The standard sunbeds are plentiful though and you have one warm heated pool, 2 non-heated and a water jet/massage pool as standard. The breakfast was excellent everyday, nothing I can think I could add to to improve. The games room also was quite fun with table tennis, air hockey, pool and other games. The hotel does have some wear and tear/is older and lacked some soundproofing, so we had a bad sleep our first night (next to the lift) but upon notifying the staff we were fortunately moved to a quiet part of the hotel with a bonus larger balcony and room. The location we found very useful. A short walk from all beaches and restaurants we looked up and wanted to go to, next to a bus stop (in case you want to go up Pico Teide and the guides are sold out) & close to the padel courts at La Siesta. Overall, great staff, facilities and location.

Fantastic - First impression were amazing with a stunning modern entrance, the breakfast is the best I’ve seen with a fantastic variety, the food quality was also superb. It was also great as breakfast serves from 7-12 so you dont have to be up early. The rooms look amazing with modern touch, the air con, beds and bathroom were great - no issues. The cleaners would always come back and clean room daily despite me laying in which was great. Location is fantastic too - I would definitely return here. A lot of respect for the hotel with the accessibility for disabled guests even allowing a pool entrance - The pool has accessibility and the hotel all round.

Our experience at the Vulcano was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Our room was modern, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the gardens. Breakfast was exceptional — so much choice and everything fresh and delicious. The rooftop “UP!” terrace was the highlight: stunning ocean views, an infinity pool, and perfect cocktails at sunset. We left feeling completely relaxed and already planning to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, peaceful getaway in Tenerife!

Bed & brunch amazing until 12 noon & DJ vibes, quality & variety of food excellent. The UP! On the rooftop is wonderful to chill out an oasis of calm, with infinity pool, sun loungers, jacuzzi, gastro, gastro delights & finest top brand drinks, throughout the day. Staff are amazing, the rooms & whole hotel are extremely clean. The hotel has a small buffet in the up! From 7pm /9pm. Plans for the future include a seasonal dining experience from early Dec which sounds exciting. I have stayed in the Vulcano on 3 occasions & highly recommend this hotel for everyone of all mobilities. Thank you to all the staff.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. Pool area is one of the best I've seen, very chilled atmosphere. Overall fantastic stay. Just one little complaint would be that they shouldn't be charging 3 euros a night for a safe considering what we payed for the hotel. It's a bit annoying for a hotel of this standard. And then they couldn't give us a key until the 3rd day because they didn't have enough

Love this hotel!! Amazing place beautiful gardens and lovely pools especially the hidden pool. The staff are so friendly and happy and helpful. Food was absolutely top notch, different choices made fresh and deserts were to die for lol. Entertainment was brilliant the shows were sooo good and Entertainment staff were amazing different shows every night! The rooms are spacious and clean nice balconys. Thank you everyone I definitely will be returning! It's definitely more that 3* I recommend this hotel

One of the best hotels i stayed in! 5 minutes to the beach and less than 5 minutes to the golden mile. Animation team deserves a 10+! Great shows and s lot of energy. Rooms are nice and clean. Swimming pools are clean with enough sunbeds. There is one pool with salt water and the main pool is near the bar/snack corner both are very nice! Breakfast, lucht and diner is good. There is always something you like and they have really good pizza. Waiters are friendly. Only thing that was not so great was the parking space outside the hotel. If you rent a car you you have too search for a parking spot and is sometimes challenging. Overall a great place to spend your vacation!

We're going home today after a 1week stay with our friends. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are tidy and all staff very friendly. Food is great and is different each night. The entertainment team are fantastic and never stop throughout the day. We were very happy to find out that along side 2 pools there was an animal area too. They ahve Guinea pigs you can see, Macaws, Ducks, Terrapins, Koi and more. 2minute walk to the beach and to the shops and its not overly busy which was nice. The one and only down side is there is no air con in the room only fans above the bed and in the living room area. Very happy with our stay and we would come again.

Myself and a friend booked this as a last minute holiday to get some well needed sun. Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by friendly reception staff who checked us in and showed us everything about the hotel which was really helpful. I gave them a laugh as I thought I had managed to lose my passport between the airport & the hotel but having a bag with so many zip pockets it was just well hidden. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Loved the walk in shower made it easier to use with my sun burn after day 1 (oops). All the staff were fantastic and truly made you feel welcome all day everyday. Particular shout out to David the bar tender who saw us venturing towards the bar and had the drinks at the ready :). The on-site entertainment had everything you need for adults and Children. The day time and evening entertainers were great, still have the song they dance to stuck in my head haha. I was particularly impressed with the wildlife they have on site (Parrots, Guinea Pigs, Ducks which my son would love, although the parrots could do with being more polite ;) The food was great, always a bit hit and miss with an all inclusive but this was certainly a hit. Wish I had stayed longer than 4 days but will certainly be going back and taking more of us along for the fun. Big thank you for a very enjoyable stay and see you again real soon.

Absoutlely fantastic hotel, great food choices and even greater staff and especially animation team. The most friendly , lovely talented group of people. Who made our family holiday perfect, with brilliant entertainment for the kids and great entertainment for the adults afterwards. Rooms are great and cannot fault this hotel one bit at all.

It's an excellent family-type, international hotel with friendly personnel. The all inclusive concept is of great value, good choice of foods and beverages. Beds are fine. Rooms are indeed reasonably clean and spacious, and many with terrace. We used the package deal by TUI. Otherwise, the hotel might be a bit pricey.

Thought this hotel was going to be fantastic, turns out I was so wrong! First night me and my family got here we went into our rooms on the top floor which we had to walk up the stairs dragging our suitcases as there’s no lifts, the lights were not working for us to see where we was going to our rooms it was terrible. We had 2 rooms next to each other and there were cockroaches running around on the sofa, in the bedroom and behind the furniture in both rooms! we had a worker spraying bug repellent everywhere in the rooms and squashed a cockroach on our bedroom floor. We had someone with us that suffered with asthma it just wasn’t acceptable, the rooms were not very clean in the first place I lifted my mattress up to look for more cockroaches and there was what seemed to look like spiderwebs underneath the wooden planks of my bed! We told the reception/manager we could not stay in those rooms and she told us it was completely normal there’s nothing she could do and that she has no more rooms for us, until we told her we are not moving from the reception area until we get another room or get a transfer to another hotel! She started getting angry with us and finally told us she had a superior room available so we took that room and it was a million times better but the receptionist/manager was very very rude she told us she didn’t want to speak to us anymore and walked off after taking us to the new room. We were very disappointed we paid a thousand pound to stay here and it’s a shame because we had high hopes for this place! I do not and will not recommend this hotel and to top it all off we had some very rude residents staying here it was such a uncomfortable experience!

Hotel is very well located in central part of los cristianos, its clean hotel, all areas are clean and looked after, our rooms were cleaned daily and hotel staff even folded our kids clothes which was really nice. The hotel is labelled as family hotel however, there's been number of druken adults loud and drinking within the hotel premises throughout all night which we didn't mind as much but this can be a deal breaker for some. Staff was very helpful about everything but when i requested iron to iron my shirt they said they dont have it. This was first for me at any hotel, was very disappointed about that. Pool areas were lovely and overall had great atmosphere everywhere. The one really big downfall was food, which in my opinion was absolutely terrible, everything from salads to main dishes, pasta sauces, really poor tasting food and very cheap quality. Pizza was very good but how many times can you eat it? Even coffee feom their machines was incredibly bad. Also all alcoholic cocktails tasted nothing more but sugar and they definitely had almost no alcohol in them, beer was good though. I would definitely recommend this hotel but please don't go all inclusive as you'll end up going outside and eating somewhere else.

The hotel is located in the Regency Country Club. It features 2 restaurants, an outdoor pool and a spa. There is also a gym and mini-golf.
The accommodation itself was fabulous. The Country Club is very stylish and well looked after, looks better in real life than in pictures. There are many activities that you can do around the day, there is minigolf, there is the swimming pool, there is a games room, a jacuzzi etc. Swimming pool was always heated and clean. Louis, the entertainment guy was really cool, there was Bingo, there was water aerobics etc. The ladies at the restaurant were so sweet and friendly. The staff working at the reception area was also amazing. Bruno and Alejandro were both so helpful and friendly, both made the time to answer all questions me and my friend had. Alejandro was very helpful in explaining to us the best places we can go around the area, he helped us book a paragliding experience and explained to us the best ways to go around the island. From all the places I have been to, this accommodation had the most friendliest, professional and kind staff.

Loved the hotel, staff were excellent everywhere we went in. The swim up pool bar is so so good the staff there are super friendly. The pool is heaven Yes the rooms are kinda dated but we were comfortable I have deducted 1 star as the WiFi was only so so and the air con the same but I would happily return here. In my opinion I believe a car is needed but that’s just me I prefer convenience over taxis etc.

We stayed for 3 days. At first we were impressed by the entrance and the pool area, but when we entered our room the problems started. Our door was hard to close, and there was a gap that you could see outside. Both it and the windows are very old. The room has very poor soundproofing, every morning we heard a lot of noise from the street. The bed is really very bad, both the mattress and its construction, as a result it creaks with every movement. Also, the air conditioning wasn't working from the first day. We asked them to fix it the night of the first day. So the next morning the technician came and it actually started working, but only the sound of it. There was no air coming out, the place had no air conditioning. When we mentioned it again, the answer was that the air conditioning system is very old and they can't do anything about it. We had asked for extra towels for the room and the woman who brought them went to enter the room without waiting for us to open, which is unacceptable. It is definitely not worth the money and if we were to visit Tenerife again we would not choose this hotel. The two stars are only for the man at the reception who was very helpful and the very beautiful swimming pool (which even this one, due to its age, has started to spoil the mosaic at the bottom).

We arrived in the early morning at around 3am the next morning we were woken at 10am by a technician to come and fix a balcony door which we did not request to be fixed. We then went down to the pool bar to grab a coffee and were met by 2 rude members of staff which refused to put sugar in our coffee. They then got aggressive with us and poured our coffees down the drain and told us to go away. Furthermore we were awoken to another technician entering our room, unannounced, at 9am without any communication from reception. A complete violation of our privacy. We came to the manager with these queries and he blatantly ignored our concern and told us "this is a misunderstanding". After trying to convey our concerns to reception staff several times, we were given a complimentary dinner at the restaurant to apologise. As seen in the pictures below, the food we were served was close to inedible, it was clearly a frozen pizza and a microwave meal, and not even a decent one. On the morning of departure, we requested late check out in which no communication was reciprocated and were eventually told that reception staff were unable to approve our request? I proceeded to ring reception to state that we wouldn't be leaving our leave the room until 12 because at this rate, it was the absolute least we should have been given following the numerous issues we experienced during our stay. A member of staff then knocked and entered our room telling us to leave followed by another 3 housekeepers who refused to leave, basically forcing us out of the room. After all of these issues, we reported our incidents to our service provider and again, they were completely disregarded and we were then accused of making false accusations against the staff and that no sort of compensation would be necessary. I would highly recommend you to reconsider staying here if you want basic respect from hotel staff or if you actually want to enjoy your holiday! Also, it's worth mentioning that there is only one small shop nearby and if you wish to go anywhere you will need to drive or get a taxi.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience during our stay at Regency Hotel. This was the first time, after many hotel visits, that we encountered such poor service and attitude from hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, problems started. We had booked a family room, but the children’s bed was not prepared. When we asked about it at reception, we were told that “they don’t usually prepare the bed for kids” and that this information is supposedly mentioned on Booking.com. We checked thoroughly, and no such information exists. While preparing a bed ourselves wasn’t a major issue, the real problem was that there were no bed sheets, pillows, or pillowcases in the room. I went back to reception to ask for them, but the receptionist simply told us that room service finishes at 16:00, so there was no one available to help. We kindly asked if the bed could be prepared while we went to the pool, hoping the issue would be resolved. When we returned, not only was the bed still not made, but the only thing left in the room were pillows without pillowcases and one bedsheet. After multiple trips to reception, a different staff member eventually came to our room and showed us that the bedding was hidden inside a large wooden box in the living room—something no one had explained to us despite several requests for help. To make things worse, the receptionist we had dealt with initially responded in a very rude tone, telling us her shift was over and we would have to explain everything from the beginning to her colleague. Unfortunately, this was just the beginning. On the first day, we also paid for our stay at reception. However, three days later, we were called back because “something was not right with the payment.” It turned out the receptionist had mistakenly done a funds reservation instead of an actual payment, and asked us to “just tap the card again so they can confirm the reserved funds.” We soon realized she had actually charged us again, resulting in two transactions showing on our account — one reservation and one full payment. To be fair, two other staff members were polite and helpful, offering us a complimentary dinner and promising to fix the mistake next day in the morning since it was evening and the banks are closed. Next day in the morning the same receptionist from earlier denied any responsibility, called it a “human mistake,” and dismissed our concerns, telling us to deal with our bank back in Croatia to release the funds. We spent nearly three hours on calls to both a Spanish and Croatian bank to resolve this, and it still took another seven days for the blocked funds to be released. The attitude from the receptionist was especially frustrating — no apology, no real help, and at times even smiling at us while we were dealing with this stressful situation. Overall, this stay turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Between the unprepared room, poor communication, lack of basic customer care, and serious payment mishandling, I simply cannot recommend this hotel. I advise future guests to read through other reviews carefully, as we noticed similar concerns after our experience.

Arrived around 9pm and were leaving on 9pm flight. Had to be out of the apt at 10am on the last day but could stay around and use the facilities and showers etc. Not ideal but worked out OK. There were 5 of us staying for 10 days. 2 bedrooms and a couch. The air con was effective and the rooms appear to be designed to avoid the morning sun. Fridge was ok, no water provided but the necessities to be self-sufficient were there if you could manage to go shopping somewhere. There appear to be too few staff. The waitress was not overly happy when we decided to eat at the hotel one evening without booking even though the place was not even 10% full. We had breakfast once and could not justify the €15 per person any other morning. The food at the restaurant was very average. You are charged for absolutely everything, even the bread that is brought and put in front of you without you being told this. The food The pool bar was ok..burgers, chips etc. €12 for burgers, about 4 for a plate of chips. This is the only source for food between about 11am - 5ish. The drinks are €4 for what they call a pint of the local beer which is the only they have on draught (I liked it). It's not a pint and is a good bit smaller however. Cans of cider are also €4 which are 440ml. There is one small convenience store about 10 minute walk away which is quite expensive and very small. There is also a restaurant near this shop which seemed to open when they felt like it and the food was only ok. This hotel is in a residential area. There are some unfinished developments nearby including a hospital which has obstructed the views that have been previously used to market the place. You cannot walk to the towns which are about 5km away as it is only accessible by a very busy main road. Taxis varied between 10-12 euro each way which adds up when you're doing it every day. The reception staff will order a taxi and they come quickly and are all exceptionally clean and air conditioned. The bus provided by the hotel is a small bus that generally can't fit everyone and only goes once a day at 10:30 returning at 17:30. You have to pay for the safe in your room. You have to pay a deposit of €10 each for the pool towels and can only change them every 3rd day unless you want to pay €2 each to change them within that period. They will not clean your rooms unless you ask them the day before or set up a pattern of days. They will give you 15% off the restaurant bill if you don't avail of cleaning on the previous day. The pool is large and has a lifeguard between 9am-6pm. There is limited entertainment for kids and families if you wanted for a few hours at around 11am. There is a 12 hole mini golf course and a people sized chess board with some pieces broken and missing there also. The WiFi is hit and miss in the complex and even the pool bar couldn't use the card reader sometimes. Saying that they had no issues allowing a tab and would follow up at a later stage so there was no need to bring cash/card to the pool side of the bar. It is a nice place to stay if you want to avoid the built up tourist areas. It is more suitable if you have your own transport as the costs of taxis adds up. It would also be nice if you didn't get the feeling that they were trying to squeeze every last cent from you at every opportunity but saying this that is the vibe I got from every business in Tenerife.

Hotel Vanilla Garden is a modern property located in Playa de las Americas, Tenerife. It's highly rated by couples looking for a relaxing beach getaway. The hotel offers contemporary rooms with private bathrooms and living areas, an outdoor pool with a sun terrace, a buffet restaurant, a French cuisine à la carte restaurant, and bars. It's also conveniently situated for golf enthusiasts and just a short drive from the popular Siam Park water park.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our visit, but a special shoutout goes to the chef who prepared breakfast omelets. Not only were the omelets absolutely perfect, but his cheerful personality truly lit up every morning. The hotel itself is clean and tastefully decorated. While it’s not the newest, it’s very well-maintained. If you’re planning to lounge by the pool all day, be aware there’s some nearby construction that could disrupt the peace. However, since we spent most of our days exploring, this didn’t bother us at all. Do note that there’s live music in the evenings until 10:00 PM, so if you prefer an earlier night’s sleep, it’s something to consider. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room, service and general atmosphere is good. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. I want to give a special thank you to Mario who made us feel very welcome and gave us plenty of insight on what to do in the area. If you’re looking for a classy place with enough peace and hygiene then this is the place to go

We have just come back from a week at the Vanilla Garden Boutique Hotel. We were greeted at reception by a lovely gentleman who immediately offered us a welcome drink. We chose a nice cold glass of cava. The rooms are very spacious, we had a terrace with a table and chairs. There is a microwave, fridge and kettle in the room. There is a small charge for the safe. The bathroom is a good size with a walk in shower . There is a great hairdryer in the bathroom, unfortunately, the cable was not long enough to reach up to dry my hair. That said, this is my only negative point. The pool area is nice, lots of sunbeds, the pool itself isn't hot, it is aired so no freezing cold shocks getting in. The food is lovely and the service is great. What a great bunch of young waiters and waitresses. I can't forget our maid, who kept our room and bathroom spic and span. I have to give a special mention to the chef Rafaela. That man is super cheerful, so polite and he makes the best omelettes. We knew that the hotel was away from the strip, that's not our sort of night out. A 7-8 minute walk in the opposite direction and you are on Costa Adeje. Lots of bars and restaurants at a much slower pace than Playa de las Americas. It's simply a choice thing, whatever suits you.

The hotel is great and I would recommend it again, except the minus points. Although the guest could be more considerate to others. Therefore I wish the staff would say something about it. First of all I love the cat! She’s very friendly and cute. Second love all the plants in and around the hotel. Third, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were treated with a welcome drink and a lot of information about the area. The floors in the room were not cleaned properly and almost everyday I have seen either alive or dead big cockroaches in the halls. The breakfast is good and Rafa makes the best omelets. The breakfast is a pluspoint. Minus points (note that this is not allowed): Guest smoking at the pool area, including vapes. Very annoying as the smoke enters the rooms. Guest dive and do backflips which makes the water splash into the balconies if you sit there. And the beds are being reserved by many people, by putting down a towel and going out or doing breakfasts, sometimes being occupied for several hours. These minus points are not allowed according to the rules the hotel has set, yet the staff does not warn or take action against it. So the point of an only adult hotel is not existent with this behavior of other guests. Very loud and usually drunk teenagers.

The hotel was gorgeous. Staff all extremely helpful and friendly. The room is very spacious and super clean. Kitchen comes with everything you need, and is very clean, there is also stuff to clean any dishes you use. Fridge was very spacious with a small freezer inside. Only issue was the fans as air conditioning weren't the best and the room was very hot. Apart from that our experience was incredible at the hotel. Regular entertainment in the hotel during the day and night. Pool is spacious with loads of sun loungers available. Would recommend to everyone to stay at this hotel as it's close to restaurants and bars and a big supermarket right across the road. Would recommend booking this hotel for your trip to Tenerife!

Wow! What a hotel. Ideal location. Friendly staff and the hotel grounds were extremely clean. The room. We had a ground floor room facing the pool and it was stunning. Once the door was closed you had no noise outside. Very clean spacious and well equipped hotel room. We loved the garden the most. The lovely Gardener came round in the mornings and was very friendly. The mercadonna shop is literally over the road with a few other eateries and shops. Highly recommended!!!! :)

Second stay at this complex for our small group and must say it is outstanding for the money. This time we opted for the 1 bed apartment with private garden. The room was spotless when we arrived and garden was clean. Use of the underground car park is very useful for scooters, cars and has a cycling centre. Complex was clean and tidy all the time and cleaners constantly around. Cleaners are very helpful and polite. Security guard is on at nights which is nice for piece of mind. Members of staff on reception are also very helpful and welcoming. The only negative thing I must mention is the manager. This lady was rude to us on the first day and took a disliking to us for some unknown reason.... hope this was a one off because this place is great

Currently into our 4th day of an 9 night stay for our Wedding Anniversary tommorow. We always try and do a review as we rely on the honesty when booking to go away. First of all the rooms are immaculate , cleaned almost daily and cleaning staff so friendly. Beds are really comfy! There are also plenty of sunbeds available all day so no rushing to get a bed. As a couple we have found this place to be a hidden gem and so so relaxing especially if you like to do your own thing. It's our first time B & B as we normally go all inclusive as a family, however the prices even to eat on site are reasonable and the super market just across the road is amazing. it's been a home away from home. Breakfast is lovely and the kitchen / bar staff are super friendly. Most people are from the UK in the apartments so it's nice to have a chat. We are a walk to the beach and just out of the chaos of Veronica's! ( be careful when heading down !theres a who couple got spiked and there are alot of pick pockets on the strip). We have been into Los Christonos instead and is less hectic. Hotel is ideal for both. All in all we are really enjoying it and we will be back now every year as a couple! Really recommend it if your looking for a friendly place, relaxing vibe and gorgeous weather! The staff honesty cant do enough for you. We had an issue with the fridge door and within 5 mins of reporting it we had maintenence out and within half an hour he had sorted a new fridge! Again so friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

I spent 10 days in total, 3 waisted days, 1 waiting for a electrician because we had no electric in the apartment , 1 day visiting doctors and meeting a rep due to bed bug bites which the staff denied was true but was confirmed by a doctor . I was covered in bites and had to have antibiotics and steroid cream for the rest of my holiday . And another day having to move rooms . The entertainment for the kids was good around the pool during the day but evenings were not good for kids . The staff had attitude with me when I complained about the bites , I wasn't the only one , there were many complaining about bites . The bar staff in the pool bar were great . The lifeguard was like the fun police The location was great of you didn't want to be in the middle of the noise and partying. The staff also turned a blind eye to people smoking cannabis around the pool or on balcony's . Not my idea of a great holiday at all.!!

Everything was great. Comfortable, clean room, perfect location and tasty food at a good price. The kids’ entertainer, a lovely young woman, did stretching with the children and gave them diplomas at the end they absolutely loved it. We’d definitely come back.

We went with 6 of us and were split into 2 room next to each other on the ground floor. Are gardens/patios looked out towards the golf course which meant we were quite secluded and it was very peaceful. It’s what you expect full of young adults/teens on a piss up holiday but if thats your vibe perfect home base to be honest. The pools not too bad, a little shallow and closes early at 6/7 depending on the time of the year. Theres a plaza opposite with a supermarket, a few shops and few restaurants which is very handy. The one thing here is the staff are so extremely rude but whatever. They didn’t help us when our friend went missing and any time we requested a taxi they made it seem like we were asking the world of them. Not a massive thing but just know they are useless 😂

Hotel is tired. Zero Aircon. £120 per 5 days to hire a mobile one. Pool over crowded. People smoking weed at the poolside! Not enough sun loungers at poolside. Liked the location. 15 minute walk to the beach. Cleaners really helpful and tidy. Reception came across as, hostile, like she didn't want us there and we were a hinderance. Won't be returning and would not recommend.

Granada Park Apartments are situated a few miles outside the center of Los Cristianos, offering a convenient location close to the beach and Playa de las Americas. The spacious apartments feature large balconies and well-equipped kitchens. The property boasts two large circular pools, one heated during winter, as well as a smaller pool for kids. Guests can enjoy activities like table tennis, mini golf, and air hockey during the day or visit the poolside snack bar.
This is our second year in a row coming to Granada Apartments. We absolutely love how clean and friendly the staff are. The food on-site is reasonably priced, the poolside is cleaned every morning. We went to a really posh 5-star hotel in October, and the poolside was not cleaned for the full two weeks we were there. I just love how clean this place is, considering it's 3-star. Amazing view! Rooms are dated but clean and livable. We will be going back yearly. Oh, and the massage by the pool was amazing—the best I've ever had and very cheap for what you get. The atmosphere is so relaxing.

A really good place to base your holiday from. Not too far from the airport, a twenty minute transfer and a €6-8 taxi ride to the nightlife if you like all that jazz. The apartment is clean and tidy. When we go away, we are not so interested in the pool and facilities as we travel out every day however, this place has it all. If you like sitting by the pool in the sun with a cold beer or glass of wine, you will not be disappointed. We read some reviews saying this and that about it being ‘tired’ or dirty but we don’t agree. It’s a basic three star apartment with good facilities. Room service comes every other day although we asked just for a bin bag and fresh towels. There is a supermarket a short walk away (10-15 minutes) within a nice shopping centre complex, and a small supermarket just across from the hotel entrance. There is an ATM machine close by too. If you hire a car there is on street parking outside the complex. You can hire a key to operate the safe so your things are secure too. This place is quiet but we preferred that. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We had a small problem with a door not opening and maintenance was there in just ten minutes! There is also a luggage room for when you check out on the last day if you don’t fly until the evening. You can leave your luggage there for the day until it’s time for your connection to the airport. All in all we can report a very positive experience. If you set realistic expectations (it’s rated at 3 stars) then you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed here for a family self-catering holiday. Staff at reception and in the snack bar were very friendly, and the room we stayed in (007) was clean and well presented. The hotel in general was in good condition, and the pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sun loungers. Lifeguards are provided and were pretty chilled about the balls being used in the pool. The food at the snack bar was tasty and reasonably priced for a quick lunch etc. The hotel is a hill at the back of Los Cristianos, so it's a bit of a walk to the centre of Los Cristianos or Las Americas, but only 15-25 mins depending on how fast you walk etc. Taxi costs between 5 and 10 Euros and there were always taxis on the road adjacent to the bottom entrance to the Hotel.

Really nice hotel / apartments. Reception staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Apartment we booked was very spacious, wonderful balcony, with a great view of the pool area and mountains. Hotel grounds were kept clean and tidy daily, pool area was very nice with plenty of sun loungers… never the need to reserve like most holiday hotels, there was always a lounger to use. There is a snack bar open from about 8am till about 9pm, the place sells beer on tap (Amstel), bottled beer / ciders / alco-pops. You can grab breakfast , lunch and dinner there too, so it’s pretty decent. There is also a little shop open from about 8am till 6pm, sells the basic essentials. Rooms can be cleaned daily, just let the cleaner know. Towels are changed upon request. The hotel is a little away from the main areas such as Las Americas & Los Cristianos, about a 20/25 minute walk. Taxis are reasonable, from around €6 to €10. Local supermarkets are close by, same, about a 15/20 minute walk. For a self catering hotel I’ll give this a solid 4 stars, really nice place. I’ll definitely come back to Granada Park.. thank you for a lovely time.

Been here with family. And still are. The noises from the drills in the walls is unbearable. The workers start reconditioning the rooms at 0800 AM. Such a vacation with children. The Location isbgood if you have a faster way of locomotion. If you walk every beach is 35 - 40 min walk.

Very clean rooms, great and friendly service. Quiet and calm place far away from town centre noise but close enough to the beach, shops, restaurants and places of interest like Siam park. Pools need bit of tlc and more umbrellas as some people using 2 or 3. Highly recommend

Lovely apartments , staff friendly, rooms are clean and up to date , we were lucky and got a room with terrace , beautiful views. Location is about 30mins walking from centre or 5 mins in car .
Kayleigh D — Google review
Rooms are spotless and for the money great value, room service to a high standard, rooms with pool view have a fantastic view including out towards the sea. Location is a bit out of the way but €8 taxi gets you down to the front of Las Americas and far enough away so quiet during evening if that's what you want so 👍

Parque Santiago III is a fantastic holiday destination in Playa de las Americas, offering sports facilities, water parks, and pools. The resort features spacious apartments, luxurious studios, and family-friendly rooms with access to fabulous dining options including Japanese, Italian, and Mediterranean restaurants and bars. Additionally, the resort provides easy access to Playa del Camison for those seeking more beach options.
One of my favourite places to stay in. Three bedrooms seafacing villas are amazing (especially villa no. 5) and everything about the place. Everyone has something to do and enjoy, the place is very clean and safe and has a very smooth feeling attached to it. The only downside (that is not the hotel's fault) are the people that queue in the morning to get the best seats at the pool and run like lunatics to catch their favourite sunbeds like their life depends on that. This is one place I could really recommend.

Rooms are a bit dated, but they are in the process of refurbishment. The kitchenette had everything we needed. Staff are lovely. Location is amazing. The pool is great and the kids loved the slides. We were also allowed to store our luggage on the last day, which was a great help. Free wifi was also a bonus. We needed to take our own fans, but this was all we required. We would stay here again.
Adam D — Google review
Parque Santiago III is fantastic, the location is perfect - close to the beach and everything right on your doorstep. We had a 2 bedroom apartment overlooking the pool, just above the restaurants, perfect during the day and quiet in the evenings with lots of space for everyone. Doesn't have air conditioning, but the fans in the rooms were powerful and adequate enough for our stay. Beds also on arrival were rather hard and difficult to sleep in, provided with mattress toppers after mentioning this. Any problems you have, be assured that they are sorted quickly. Also I want to thank the reception staff, my mum had a fall in the apartment while on holiday which resulted in a trip to hospital and all the staff were fantastic, so helpful in getting us taxis to the hospital and sorting anything else out that we needed. I cannot remember everyone's names but please do pass on our thanks to them all. If anyone is looking for a perfect place to stay, you won't be disappointed here. I know we will definitely be back again at some stage!

We stayed at Parque Santiago III and IV, which is conveniently located, providing easy access to the beach, local shops, restaurants, and bars. Our rooms (2) were clean and tidy, and towels were changed upon request. We didn't encounter any communication issues with the staff, who were friendly and spoke English reasonably well. The hotel features a large saltwater swimming pool for everyone to enjoy, as well as a smaller play area equipped for children up to 12 years old, complete with slides and shallow, sweet water. The rooms we had were spacious enough for our needs, although our balcony faced the street, which was quite noisy, especially in the evenings between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM due to live music and general commotion. One downside was the air conditioning, which is not included as a standard feature and costs about €60 for a couple of days. We only had a ceiling fan to keep us cool. Additionally, as a family of five, we were placed in two rooms that were separated by another room, which we were not informed about beforehand. Although we didn't raise this issue at the time, it was disappointing. Despite these concerns, we had a great holiday overall.
Lukas G — Google review
The actual hotel and surroundings are lovely it was a shame that it was let down a bit by the room which was in need of an update and a few repairs. The fan didn't work on arrival but in all fairness the staff quickly got it sorted. The pool area is also lovely and this may just be unique to us but the water was very very salty so we couldn't make full use of it as any little water splash hurt our eyes, I did also see another gentleman making quite a scene about the saltyness. Luckily the kids pool was great so our daughter happily spent a lot of time in there, the kids pool opening times seemed a little strange though.

Great location that's close to the beach. Our room was in the La Gomera building and it was nice and quiet in the evenings even with it being so close to all the nightlife. Room was wonderful, nice and spacious with two levels. Air conditioning in the rooms would make this hotel perfect however there is a ceiling fan above the beds which we found good enough for sleeping even with it being 30+ degrees each day. Air con is available to hire for an additional cost. Our fan wasn't working when we first arrived, we spoke to reception and they said that they would send maintenance over, from experience with other hotels I was expecting that to take a while however maintenance arrived very quickly and fixed the problem straight away. The beds were also very hard but again after speaking with reception this was resolved very quickly, they added mattress toppers which were perfect! Really quick and great service from the staff here.

Current situation at the baggage area! Room full to the door with cases so ive had to empty near enough the full room to get my suitcases, health and safety must be non existent. Then when you complain told to leave 🤣🤣 safe to safe after 6 visits since 2019 this place has gone downhill from no aircon, no entertainment, building work constantly ongoing, not allowed anywere near the pool until 9am, ive never came across management so rude and unhelpful. Lots better complexes/ hotels in the area for the same money if not cheaper that cater better for both families and couples!

Very friendly, clean pub. Good variety of food but not the best quality . Proper home cooked meals would be very welcome. I would also prefer a better choice of draught beers. Everywhere seems to have Madris/Morreti these days, which is not great unfortunately 😒 . We look forward to when they sell Hawkstone , Stella, Peroni and/or San Miguel on draught. 😁👌🍺

It is situated in a convenient location near shopping areas and within walking distance to Playa de las Americas and Las Vistas Beach. Has all you need. Basic but you get what you expect for 3 star. Rooms are decent and modern. Reception staff are nice and helpful. Cleaner Angela has done a great job and kept the room nice and clean. Good pool area and despite what others say, didn't struggle to find sunbed areas that had sun most of the day
Dave N — Google review
Starting with the pros; the hotel is in a great location with lots of nice bars and restaurants around. A 10 minute walk from the main strip and 10/15 minute walk from the nightlife and bus stop for Siam park. The hotel seems to have been furnished to a good standard with nice modern finish in concept (the bits that had been maintained), very light and airy. The three pools and bubbly tub were also lovely. I must also mention the entertainment was excellent especially the activities conducted by Miguel as he was a true gentleman and a true credit to the hotel. Security was also very vigilant and the hotel felt safe. Unfortunately now the cons; Most upsetting was the state of the sheets and the towels, we had our sheets changed 5 times on the 10 night stay and every single set of sheets had rips and stains on them, the towels were also stained on two occasions. When I bright this to attention of reception multiple times I was told I must wait until the next day and it will be sorted the next day, this is when I was treated to some more stained sheets. The room seemed to be poorly maintained with sharp edges around the timer / sensor for the bathroom light and a cracked floor tile right in the path of the balcony, the shower also leaked and the room was handed to us the the back board of the bed which had both bedside sockets and shelves attached was not properly attached to the wall which was dangerous, again we had to wait overnight for this to be fixed. Reception was a bit hit and miss, some receptionist really cared but others couldn’t care less, it was also an hour wait to check in when we arrived and we was told this is because there was only one member staff working which turned out to not be true. This was a self catering room and all the plates and cutlery has some sort of food or dirt on them, the draws were also dirty. The floors especially under the beds and on the balcony were dirty and were only spray moped not properly mopped, there was also cigarette buts on the balcony behind the glass and cigarette burns on the balcony table. We really complain and only complained about the basics in safety and cleanliness, we were polite to reception when complaining but ultimately at the end of a ten night stay we didn’t have one night with proper clean sheets and still walked out of a room with sharp tile edges. This hotel has A LOT of potential but the basic fundamentals really need addressing, I believe this is entirely an issue of the hotel staff but a lack of interest from management and higher up.

Not sure why this hotel has so many terrible reviews..it’s cheap and great value! I stayed with my partner few weeks back and we had an amazing time. We were self catering but coming back next year to try the all inclusive so I can’t comment on the food just yet. The room was the only thing I could slightly fault as it was showing a lot of signs of wear and tear and in need of a refurb but for the price couldn’t fault it. Beds are slightly hard but after a couple nights I got used to it 😂. The pools are cold but when it’s 27 degrees it’s a relief getting into a cold pool! The animation guys are also great especially Miguel who was so friendly and chatted to us all the time right up to our day of departure where he wished us goodbye, I hope to see him again next year! Cocktails are good but better if you go to “the pub” which is located outside near the main pools, cocktails were amazing from there. Location also amazing! About 5/10 min walk to the strip etc or to the golden mile, lots of pubs, bars, restaurants to choose from just outside the hotel as well. Service at the reception also great always there when needed, will arrange you taxis, give you advice and recommendations. Seriously can’t fault the hotel only removed a star due to the rooms as if they had a makeover this hotel would be 5 stars for me! thanks for an amazing stay and see you again next year 👍🏻

You get what you pay for! I was really dreading my stay with this hotel because of the reviews I'd seen on here and TripAdvisor but honestly I really enjoyed my stay here. Food was decent for the money, all inclusive drinks at the pool bar was worth it (have to pay a euro for a cup but that's ok) rooms were a good size. Got the odd few cockroaches but that's to be expected and unavoidable. Seen some complaints about noise and there was some works being done to the hotel at the time which was slightly annoying but is what it is. Maybe not the ideal hotel if you are looking for total peace and quiet, probably based towards the younger generation or families with young children. Staff were friendly and would stay here again!

Got an all inclusive deal on this hotel and it was easily worth every penny spent. Room is massive and beds were really good as well but was not a big fan of the desk which looked like rusted metal. We didn't get a duvet either but other than that, everything was excellent. The food was great, the staff was extremely friendly and although my partner was able to speak Spanish with them, most (if not all) were still able to have a conversation with me in English so very tourist friendly. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Definitely best value for money so far.

10/10 in every aspect. Ignore the bad reviews allowing one thing to ruin their view of this hotel. Reception staff are absolutely amazing!!! Both girls with blondish hair and girl with dark hair were so lovely and attentive to anything we needed to ask or have sorted!!! Our room was very clean , fresh bedding and towels whenever we needed them, hotel has security on 24/7 making sure only hotel members are coming in. ( can get late check out if available ) Everything with our stay was amazing and I am so glad we booked this hotel , plenty of sun beds at pool or upper decking areas , hotel was very very clean and again staff were all amazing. For people crying about weed smell , you will never smell it or see anyone smoking it in common areas , we never smelled it once while staying and if people decide to smoke it in their balcony , good! It’s allowed via Spanish law and the fact the hotel honours this is a massive + imo. Me and my girl will be booking up for 2 weeks next time. 1 wasn’t enough :((((( Thank you to everyone again for making our stay so special!!!
AJR — Google review
Room was decent enough, although the walls are quite thin, so sleep deprived because of noisy couple. Bed sheets were not changed once in the week we were there. Food wasn't too bad, although allergies not labelled up on all dishes. Staff were really friendly, no complaints at all about them. All inclusive does NOT include cocktails but does give a discount. Deffo go to corner bar for a cold beer, if you don't mind paying for a decent pint in a cold glass. Lifts were a bit of a lottery as to if they were working. People were waiting by the pool with their towels to reserve sunbeds, a bit sad really, there is a sign somewhere saying not to, but not enforced. Overall, decent enough week there, good location, clean enough alround. You get what you pay for.

We had a roof terrace room here and it was absolutely amazing. The room was huge! And the staff and housekeepers were honestly lovely. It was my partners birthday while we were away and we came back to champagne and a birthday message! We didnt even ask for this it was done automatically. Such a lovely touch. Dont have anything bad to say about this hotel at all
Dayna M — Google review
I think the 3 star for location doesn’t really do it justice. We enjoyed the walk down everyday to the bars and the beach, it didn’t bother us. I think people are making it out a lot further than what it actually is. The hotel was clean and the rooms were too. We only realised on the last day that there were an old pair of jeans underneath the bed which put us off a bit. But rooms were very big and clean apart from that one issue. The pools were big and again, we saw the reviews saying it was too shallow. It was shallow, but my girlfriend is small so it didn’t bother us at all. There was no need to rush for sunbeds in the morning which was a nice change. The lounge bar had a nice feel and the food was nice. The price of the drinks were quite bad with one shot being 4 euros, a coke being 4.50 and an ice cream being the same. You also can’t pay cash there. The only reason problem that we had with the place was how quiet it was. The food was lovely and breakfast was your average breakfast from a 4 start hotel. Can’t fault it. The night time was absolutely dead, which isn’t the hotels fault, but everyone would just be out in a taxi going to the strip or something. The night times were really boring to be honest, there was barely any entertainment but probably because there was like 10 people at the bar. Bingo night was extremely fun and the most busy it was. For us two we like staying in the hotel so to see it very busy was a nice change. The bloke doing the bingo is sound too he did the water polo and stuff and really liked him, not sure on his name. If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay then I will recommend it here. If you don’t mind it being quiet at night and if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk down to the town then i absolutely recommend it. Will definitely return here at some point

Must be noted that I was cautious of this hotel after reading many bad reviews. Mainly about the service and cleanliness. I found that our room was very clean and problem free. We had a standard room two floors above the reception entrance. They are spacious enough for two and the balcony view was good. The pools were very clean and there are plenty of sunbeds available all day. Heated pool is nice too We only opted for breakfast instead of half board and found that there was enough variety for everyone with most food cooked well enough. On occasions there were undercooked sausages but that's all. The hotel is located a bit further away from most places compare to other hotels but walkability is around 15 minutes from everything. Taxis are around 7-10€ each way. We hired a car which made this journey effortless. Found staff to be helpful at all times which surprised me after reading many bad reviews about them. On a whole, our stay here was very pleasant and I thought this hotel was really great value for money

A really nice hotel and friendly staff. We upgraded for a week for 10 euros a night and got a lovely duplex with sun terrace. The pool has many sunbeds throughout the day but we are staying out of school holidays. Bike garage for pedal bikes and tools. Great for cycling teide. Breakfast does the job but I would eat in town around the fountains complex near Hard Rock Cafe. Many lovely restaurants. Buffet meal not the best but ate once here as tired after teide cycling climb. You can just pay on the door. Many taxis outside. The staff are very attentive.

I was there with a friend between the 11/09 and the 16/09. The emplacement of the hotel is very good, near everything you need to. I want to thank especially Antonio Jose, the security guard in front of the hotel, he is one of the few who made us laugh every time we met him. He made our stay more pleasant

Stayed here for a week and it’s about 5 min taxi drive to the strip from the hotel , the hotel itself is very quite and entertaining is minimal, the room are quite spacious! The tv in the room though barely had any English Channels and the internet was very bad and our room had quite a few ants in all the rooms which was quite annoying but other than that the room was generally clean the staff where lovely and the pool was great , on one occasion I had a couple of drinks with my partner on the balcony with our speaker which wasn’t loud at all , as I respect my neighbouring people but the security guard kept flashing a light in our faces telling us to lower the music if I lowered it anymore it would’ve turned off and I wouldn’t mind it was half 9 it wasn’t even late but yea I could hear people shouting and screaming for the rest of the night

Just waiting for a taxi to the airport so I thought I would add a review of Palm Beach. I admit I was a little put off by other reviews but I am so glad I came. Location is amazing, right by the strip. Rooms are a little dated but are clean and functional. Cleaners came every 4 days, with fresh bedding in the wardrobe if you can't wait. Animation team are amazing, I have never seen so many live shows at a hotel, all great quality. Underpinning all of this are the amazing staff, from pool bar to restaurant and reception. Our son lost his phone in a taxi, the lady on reception went out of her way ringing around to find it, which she did. I would recommend, unless you cannot put up with noise, book further away from the strip.

My family and I booked a week at this hotel. The location is amazing, clubs, restaurants and the beach are in walking distance. But as soon as we headed into the rooms it was kinda disappointing. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned, we had to make the bed ourselves, and there were dust, sand and hair lying around. Keep in mind that the hotel is located in a party region so of course the nights were not quiet. But we knew about that beforehand. Nevertheless, the view to the beach was great and the breakfast was also excellent. All staff were very welcoming and helpful. In conclusion, the hotel is good if you need a place to stay but take trips to different locations. If you’re looking for an All-Inclusive-Vibe, maybe try another one.

Terrible stay – photos are nothing like reality! I honestly wish I had read more recent reviews before booking. The location might be good, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The room was dirty when we arrived — hair in the bathroom, stains on the sofa, and a strange damp smell that never went away. The furniture is ancient, reception asked for 100€ deposit for the room which not been told about it, and another 10€ for the safe, everything feels worn out, and nothing looks like the pictures online. The air conditioning barely worked, and the noise from the street and nearby bars made it impossible to sleep before 2 a.m.Housekeeping was inconsistent didn't come and check the rooms or clean them, towels were not replaced, one hand towel and 4 bath towels for 4 people for during of 4 days and we even saw a cockroach in the kitchen area. When we complained at reception, the staff were rude and acted like it was our fault. Honestly, this place needs a serious renovation and new management. Definitely not worth the money — avoid if you care about comfort or cleanliness.

Palm Beach Tenerife Review The only real positive about Palm Beach Tenerife is its location near the beach — and that’s where the good news ends. Everything else about this hotel is outdated, disappointing, and frustrating. The rooms are run down, with shabby furniture, broken fixtures, and bathrooms that look like they haven’t been properly maintained in years. Our shower leaked across the floor, tiles were cracked, and the kitchenette was practically useless with its broken, dirty appliances. The entire place gives off a neglected, cheap feel. Cleanliness was a serious concern. On some days the room wasn’t cleaned at all, and when it was, the job was rushed and careless. We also saw cockroaches and other bugs in the room and around the property, which made the stay feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The staff were another huge letdown. Some were indifferent, others were downright rude, and overall there was a complete lack of professionalism. At no point did we feel genuinely welcome or valued as guests. The hotel photos online are misleading and do not reflect reality. Palm Beach Tenerife looks tired, worn out, and dirty compared to the polished images used to advertise it. Overall, this hotel is far below standard and not worth the money. There are plenty of far better options in Tenerife, and staying here felt like a waste of time and a mistake. Unless it undergoes a complete overhaul, I would strongly advise avoiding Palm Beach Tenerife.
Mikel E — Google review
Our experience at The Palm Beach was very disappointing. During the day, there was constant construction noise — including a Kango hammer going all day — making it impossible to relax or enjoy any peace and quiet. The room itself was just okay, “functional” being the best way to describe it. On our first morning, we woke up to water all over the apartment due to a leaking air conditioner, which left our suitcases wet. When we asked for the room to be cleaned afterward (since maintenance staff had been in and out, leaving the floor filthy), housekeeping never came. The rooms are dated, the furniture is worn, and the beds are more like camp beds — very uncomfortable. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend staying here. On our last night all the fans were not working which was not ideal in 20 degree weather. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.
Robyn F — Google review
Do not go there! The hotel is old compared to the photos. We were “upgraded” four times, and even after that, when we returned to the room there was a huge puddle of water because the AC was leaking. Mold on the walls, dirty. We left the very first night, and still no refund. The staff tried to do what they could, but it’s not their fault. Really to be avoided at all costs.

Absolutely loved my stay at Palm beach hotel. The breakfast and dinner were great every day with a wide selection available and my room was really clean and very well air conditioned. The pool was great however the chlorine did turn my swimsuit yellow. But the amazing animation team made up for my yellowed swimsuit. Their enthusiasm hyped everyone up and Aaron’s aqua aerobics gave me life, the parties and entertainment were the highlight of my day every day.

We had a great stay here in September 2025. The hotel is located right by the beach and the main strip for bars and restaurants. Our room had a balcony overlooking the sea, pool and mountains. The rooms are slightly outdated, however are very clean and the beds are fairly comfy. There were lots of sun loungers around the pool so we never had an issue getting a lounger, even late morning / afternoon. My only complaint about this hotel was the price of drinks by the pool. We were being charged €9.50 for a local vodka with mixer. You will find this down the strip for a quarter of the price.

Nestled in a prime location, Piramides Resort is an all-inclusive haven that perfectly balances relaxation and fun. With its inviting café, restaurant, and four outdoor pools complemented by a lively pool bar, it’s an ideal spot for friends looking to unwind. Just a short walk from the bustling Playa de las Americas and only 15 minutes from a stunning sandy beach, this resort offers easy access to vibrant local attractions. For thrill-seekers, the world-renowned water park is also nearby.
My husband and I had a lovely week all inclusive. The bar staff were fab and accommodating with different cocktails. Food was basic and repetitive but well Presented. Pool areas were great. Be aware that the sun on main pool is probably on pool from 10 until 3pm. (In January) quite central to bars, restaurants, chemist and supermarkets. overall enjoyed the week. Thank you

Very nice hotel for what you pay for. The food is lovely, they offer a variety of food including meat dishes, pasta, pizza, and plenty of fruit and vegetables. The rooms are lovely and clean, and rooms get cleaned often and towels etc replaced. The staff are lovely, the location is perfect, that being only a 20 minute walk from Siam Park and a 5 minute walk from the strip and beach. The pool is a great size and never too busy. I would say though that the hotel is full of young people, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for families due to the noise at night from young people going out. However if you are a young group of people like I was then this hotel is perfect. The hotel is decor could probably do with an update but I can’t complain since it didn’t affect my stay in anyway. Overall a great stay and great value.

Nothing but positive things to say about this hotel, it’s clean, staff are friendly, good location for girls/lads holidays, drinks/food are good. There’s a lot of negative reviews on this hotel, any family/couple shouldn’t go here as it’s mainly teenagers/party holidays, that is quite obvious considering its location. Cleanliness is spotless, my friends had a cockroach in their room because of the mess/opened food they left. My room and friends stayed spotless. Drinks and food are good to the standard you pay for. The cleaners came in once/twice a week and they were also nothing but lovely. Overall I have nothing negative to say, lovely staff, clean hotel, an all round good experience.

Rooms basic but clean had everything you need few missing tiles but it's 3 star . The hotel is dated and the bar area dark rely could do with updating .food i wood give 5 star if they had more to choose from but the food is very tasty enjoyed every meal but some people will complain. All staff are friendly and will always help if needed. It is very noisy of a evening so if you a light sleepr bring ear plugs . Always plenty of beds at the pool and life guard is there all times . If the place had a face lift updated it would touch 4 star easy

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible hotel completely outdated and dirty. We paid all inclusive but the food was inedible and the bar tender told us there wasn’t any alcohol in the alcoholic beverages🤣. We also got back to our room late at night to find a random person asleep in our bed who drank a full bottle of our vodka and used one of my freinds whole aftershave bottle, the hotel did nothing about this and when we went down to reception they laughed at us and I don’t speak Spanish but I know they where taking the mick out of us. Save your money and don’t book here I think conditions in a trench in Afghanistan would probably be more habitable.

I came here with my friend it was just the two of us and I had looked at some reviews before coming which made me really nervous as it did not sound good at all however when we got here everything was great, our room was a great size and the staff were lovely. We went all inclusive which I would say is worth it, the drinks aren’t anything special but they are enjoyable food is your typical buffet food which I can’t complain about. Staff were lovely and happy to help there’s lots of great places to go everything is pretty close to the hotel which is handy, taxis aren’t expensive and if you go out for food elsewhere there’s some lovely places. Great location and great for a nice chilled/party holiday with friends there were some families here but id say it’s less suitable for small kids as you do get the smell of weed every now and then but it is honestly a great hotel I would recommend and I would be fine staying here again. For a three star hotel I have no complaints!!

The hotel has a 3.3star rating which i would suggest is about right. Location is excellent. The food is good, but a little bit limited in choice. Staff are excellent with great service. The hotel is clean, but very dated, which is why the rating is lower. All in all very good value for money.

Great location, great staff, great service. Can’t fault the cleanliness or quality of food. As a single traveler (all inclusive) celebrating my 40th I can say this stay has exceeded my expectations. I was looked after very well and fully recommend. I would like to point out it wasn’t as loud or lively as I’d expected and I also didn’t encounter any bugs not even a single cockroach. I throughly enjoyed my stay with no complaints at all. Looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you for your hospitality 😻🫶💋

Nestled in the serene surroundings of Playa de las Americas, Hotel Zentral Center offers a delightful escape for adults seeking relaxation and comfort. This elegant 4-star hotel features a rooftop terrace with stunning sea views and a small pool, perfect for unwinding after exploring the nearby attractions like Siam Park and Camel Park. The attentive staff ensures that every corner is spotless, enhancing your stay with their friendly service.
I was a little sceptical about staying here after reading some of the negative reviews, but my stay was very positive. Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was very spacious, clean, had working A.C. , great powerful shower over a bath tub with sliding shower doors. The bathroom was was also large and clean. The cleaners made the rooms up daily, while we were out (no complaints but note, we left no valuables out). We booked half board, but should have stuck to breakfast only, as there are so many restaurants near by to chose from. My only criticism was the food, tried dinner once during my 4 nights stay. 1st night went out on a starter gazing tour, 2nd night ate in hotel but didn't enjoy it 3rd and 4th went out. Breakfast- the bacon was all fat and had no pink meat visible. Sausages were the hot dog type, skinny and processed. I skipped both bacon and sausages after that. Positive- ham and cheese omelettes were nice. I also had croissants, toast, granola with almonds and hazelnuts. Reception staff were friendly and looked after us well. Location of hotel was perfect as everything was so close by. Taxi from airport costs around 36 Euros but return taxi cost 28 which was good. Hotel can call taxi via there call button and they arrive within 5 mins. Uber were expensive so didn't bother using them. Timing of stay was brilliant. After peak time and during a heat wave. Temp approx 34C during day which was perfect for the pool. Water Temp was nice and cool and I enjoyed it daily. There were plenty of empty deck chairs as went went after peak period. Over all I would recommend it 👍

I stayed at this hotel with high expectations given its supposed 4-star rating, but the experience was poor from start to finish. The facilities are completely run-down and feel like they haven’t been renovated in decades. Rather than cozy, the room felt like a cell: no natural ventilation, and the shutter closed so tightly it felt like being sealed in a bunker — no fresh air or daylight whatsoever. The room had a musty, unpleasant smell. Even the towels smelled odd and not at all fresh, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, the atmosphere was deeply uncomfortable. Breakfast was yet another disappointment: extremely low quality, poorly presented, and lacking variety. For the price paid, this should not be something guests have to tolerate. This hotel clearly lost its 4-star status long ago. It’s not just a matter of aesthetics — the lack of proper maintenance is evident across the entire property. A complete renovation is urgently needed. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstance.

What a strange place. Booked very late just to get away. On arrival, look lovely from the outside and reception looks good too. Only 1 member of staff on reception most times, so there could be longs waits whenever you wanted something. Room was great on the 5th floor and very spacious. Beds were never made up and the floor never mopped, but the towels were changed, even when you didn't need them. Had to pay for the safe and the first card the gave didn't work. Pool towel deposit was 20 euro for one. We could wall to lovely roof top pool via 1 flight of stairs. Wifi was virtually non existent in the room and could only get it a little if the electric blinds were open, I think this is because there are no WiFi stations on the floors, but relies on external post mounted WiFi points. But the black out electric blinds where the best idea ever. There are signs everywhere about zero tolerance at the pool for parties and glass drinks and that you would be removed from the hotel. This doesn't apply and nearly ruined our holiday as 2 large men groups carried a large amount of glass bottles to the pool area ,had loud music from a Bluetooth speaker, sat around the edge of the jacuzzi so no other guests could use it and dominated the pool while throwing a football around all day, there are no checks on this from the hotel, so we spent a few days at the beech which is lovely. Also, both bars in the hotel are closed. The upstairs pool bar and downstairs one, but you can buy the odd drink from reception as the have a fridge there, this was a big letdown. Won't be going back there ever. Not a 4 stat at all. Probably saving money since covid as plastic screens still cover half of reception desk, looks a bit tacky now.

Love this hotel. Very clean rooms also very spacious with balcony and a fantastic view. The shower/ bath is brilliant and always hot water running. Roof top pool is a lovely space to go and relax and sunbath if u just want to chill. The hotel is in perfect walking distance to the shopping areas and the local restaurants.

Staff are lovely, rooms are great. Beautifully quite. Love the rooftop Pool. Only snag I would say is that there is no actual bar. So if you fancied a day/night in you would have to get you're own. They do sell cans & wine at reception. Only English channels on tv are news 🙃 cant really mention the food as we went self catering as theirs loads of places to chose from.
Michelle D — Google review
Lovely hotel if you're looking for something quiet and reasonably basic. Rooms were large and always clean. The pool however was dirty although some of that is to be expected with a rooftop pool it was a bit off putting. The staff were always amazing, very attentive and helpful. I would stay again.
Shayla H — Google review
Good stuff - all adults, nice lounge with pool table, good service from friendly staff, roof was nice plenty of sunbeds with a pool and hot tub soft bedding and plush towels that are changed daily, plug sockets in lounge to charge phone when checked out (adapter needed). Bad stuff- couldn't raise the blinds in the room so was forced to be in darkness the entire trip if I was in the room, very low staffed so both the bar inside and at the pool were closed for my entire trip however there are signs all over the hotel saying not to take your own up. Bathroom at the pool side doesn't have a lock on either door so had to reach to make sure someone didn't open it while I was on the loo. Didn't try the restaurant because there were already multiple reviews saying it wasn't good. My bedding was replaced one day with bedding that had holes in it. Overall, not the worst hotel experience I have ever had but I don't think I will be staying here again as there are plenty to choose from with balconies and good food etc.

It’s pretty ok , if you don’t plan to stay a lot in the hotel and you want a place to sleep. This a review I would’ve like to read before going there. The rooms are big, but they really need to be updated, the towels were sometimes dirty, and we got stolen 2 bags(they told us they searched them but didnt Find them, so no help at all). The pool is on the roof, very nice view but the water is very very cold, we were in august, and it was pretty cold so idk. The breakfast was nice, we really enjoyed it. So overall it was ok if you need a place to sleep in.

Aparthotel Udalla Park is a charming retreat that offers bright studios complete with balconies, perfect for soaking in the sun. Located just a stone's throw from the enchanting Light and Music Fountain, this relaxed apartment hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool alongside rejuvenating Turkish steam baths. Guests rave about the friendly staff who provide regular housekeeping services, ensuring rooms are neat and tidy throughout your stay.
Had best experience here hotel was lovely and clean room was very spacious. No air con but they provided a free fan which worked fine or can pay to hire a AC unit for 80€ for week. Pool area outside is lovely not too busy when we went down. Location is spot on about 10 minute walk down to the beach if that. 5 minutes to golden mile. Shops right down underneath and a supermarket literally 5 doors down on the corner. Street was quiet with lovely views, cant say we experienced any noise coming from the street or other people staying here on holiday. Staff were lovely and super friendly, have a baggage area for when needing to leave bags for check in or check out free wifi which was useable didnt have any issues when on it. Stayed with my 4 yr ood and 1 yr old. Comfy bed, only thing made me weary was stairs in the apartment however there was only 3 so used the baby travel cot to block off the steps when she was out and about. Would 100% recommend to anyone going again as the price is fab for what u get.

A good clean apartment hotel with a nice pool that gets the sun most of the day. There are several traditional Spanish restaurants in the area too. The only slight negative is that the rooms on the road side of the building don't get any sun on their balcony.
Paul J — Google review
Location is good for tourism, but located right next to local bars and tourists screaming on all night are bound to keep you awake, I am writing this review at 1am as I am sat on the balcony listening to a group of tourists practically shouting at eachother. Photos are far from actual rooms and not as advertised. Seemingly no food available from hotel, bear minimum provided in rooms with no air conditioning. Pool and drinks are unavailable after 7pm and no floaters or balls allowed in the pool. Just to top it off, the beds and couches are riddled with bed bugs, had woken up with a rash and bites every night I spent here. It’s a shame as it’s the only downside to an otherwise lovely holiday. would highly recommend paying slightly more for a nicer hotel in the area, even if this means a shorter stay.

Good priced apartments with a basic kitchenette, bedroom, en suite with bath & shower & balcony. Not air conditioned but you may be able to borrow a fan. There is a swimming pool too, not that I used it. Breakfast is available but from another hotel down the road. Can be noisy if you are in rooms that are located on the busy road.

I was initially apprehensive after reading a few negative reviews, but please don’t let them put you off. I usually stay in 4- and 5-star all-inclusive hotels, so I wasn’t sure what to expect from a 3-star. However, it exceeded my expectations, and I was more than happy upon entering my modern, clean, and well-equipped room. (No cockroaches or bed bugs, as previously mentioned in another review.) I stayed here with a friend during the last week of February into March. We booked a self-catering apartment with a solarium terrace. 10 minute walk to the strip which was perfect. I have to say, this is the first hotel I’ve ever walked into where the room actually smelled clean. The fresh bedding and towels carried a strong scent of detergent—very fresh and pleasant just like mummas washing (you know what I'm talking about) :) Upon entering the apartment, immediately to the left was the bathroom, which was spotless. It featured a bath and shower, with hot water, gleaming tiles, and a shining sink, toilet, and floor. Leaving the bathroom, a left turn down a short hallway led to the bedroom area, which was spacious and equipped with two single beds (or a double). A built-in mirrored wardrobe offered storage, with shelving and a safe on one side and hangers on the other. At the foot of the beds, a flat-screen TV was placed on a shelf. A few steps down from the bedroom brought us to the kitchen/dining area. To the left, there was a small table with two chairs. On the right, a double sofa bed sat against the wall with a coffee table in front. Opposite the sofa was a compact kitchenette, equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, crockery, plates, and silverware. A spiral staircase between the kitchen and dining table led up to a private rooftop terrace, complete with two sunbeds—a nice touch. Brilliant for star gazing at night too. Back downstairs, across from the dining table, a set of double patio doors opened onto a balcony with a small table, two chairs, and an ashtray. The staff were all friendly, though we had minimal interaction with them. The reception area was clean and tidy with a vending machine containing sandwiches chocolate and drinks, leading up a few steps to the lift area, where luggage scales and a luggage room were available for late check-outs. There were two lifts, both take you to the pool area—small but peaceful. I imagine it gets crowded in peak summer due to the limited sunbeds, but with the private terrace, this wasn’t an issue. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with clean, modern, and spacious apartments. The 3-star rating is fair, and it provided everything I could have asked for. Thankyou udalla park.🙏🏻

Los Cardones Boutique Village is a great place to stay if you're looking for accommodation with a pool and an outdoor dining area. It's also close to the beach, making it perfect for a summer vacation.
This was a last minute decision and really would go back. Joaquin and staff are great. The location is superb if you use the paths rather than main roads etc you can get to Golden Mile very quick. Room itself is really nicely decorated. I was in a room next to one of the pathways and people do walk by and so bit different. The place is secure and there was shutters on my room, might not sound great but I was ok with it. Breakfast was basic but good selection and worth getting. Pool and seating good. It very much is a boutique vibe. Location brilliant for the bars and beaches.

Looks good, clean, but if you want to relax, sleep this is not the place, really not. There is noise all night. Paper walls, you hear EVERITHING the neighbour does. Unfriendly breakfast stuff. 0% vegetables offer for breakfast. 80% sugary stuff.

Mixed feelings about our stay here. On one hand it was great, the pool area was nice and calm, and lovely pathways to walk by. The lady at the reception was happy to help. But on the other hand, the area was noisy during the night, the walls, especially the doors, are thin, you can hear through. We had small ants in our room even though we were on the second floor. The bathroom faucet was super nasty, and had probably not been cleaned for quite some time (image attached). The room had some teabags provided, and they looked old and water-damaged. Quite nasty to be honest. Breakfast was okay, not good, not bad. Could have been more variety. Some things felt like they were brought up from the freezer and microwaved before serving, like spanish omelette. We also planned to go on an excursion one day, start 15 minutes before breakfast opened. We asked the guy at the reception if picnic was possible, he said absolutely not (even if we had already paid for breakfast). Later that day there was a lady at the reception, and we asked her about the picnic, and she on the other hand assured it would be possible. We then went to the bar 7:30 in the morning to pick up the picnic, the guy from the previous day was once again there and was super confused and said it was not possible, almost angry at us. But when we insisted that the lady said it was okay, he started packing a picnic bag for us. It was all very confusing. In general, I wouldn't recommend getting breakfast from this place

Worst breakfast I have ever had. Most of the employees were very disrespectful against my friends and me. The cleaning staff were very nice and they work very hard and fast. We couldn’t jump in the pool and they got very mad at us when we did that for the first time. One guy at the reception was very friendly.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough ! Honestly I have told all my friends and family about this hotel ! Rooms are clean & spacious. Very safe area with security. Cleaners very friendly and left the room spotless every second day. The hotel supplies a big hairdryer in reception for the guests and also can rent a curler & hair straightener. Only down fall of this place is that there is no air con . Only a fan in the ceiling. This didn’t effect us as we came in April but may affect on hotter months during the summer.

Perfect little spot in Playas, a real little gem. 10 minute walk to the strip (or 2 minutes if you hire an electric scooter) 30 second stroll to the beach. The rooms were nice and modern and surprisingly quiet given the location. The staff were pleasant and didn’t bother us at all throughout the stay. 12 of us stayed here on a stag do recently and spent most of the daytime around the pool listening to our own music and drinking beers with no complaints from staff, couldn’t ask for much better to be honest, definitely prefer a set up like this to a hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Positive points: beautiful place, very good breakfast, friendliness of the staff always ready to help. Negative points: despite the apparent cleanliness, we found cockroaches in the apartment which made us uncomfortable to continue in the accommodation. Some guests went against the rules to be in the pool, marking chairs with towels without being there, eating and drinking in the pool. Despite that, we enjoyed the experience overall.

Rooms are lovely and clean , could do with having air con installed , we did struggle with the steps to apartment but then purchased the key for the carpark so avoided using the steps. The downside to this complex is their rules its a self catering holiday but ur not allowed to bring ur own food or drinks to the pool as apparently they say they don't want to encourage bugs etc and you have to purchase all food and drinks from the pool bar which could also attracts bugs (so what's their point on this ) we were a party of 17 so buying our meals everyday is expensive and with 5 autistic children and 1 diabetic this wasnt an option , going back to our apartment also wasnt an option as we had to walk up at least 50 steps and if you left your lounger for 30 mins your towel was removed , the pool bar was struggling with the amount of guests 1 day and when we approached to order the guy screamed at us come back 10 minutes so that was the last day we used the pool bar I wont be spoken to like that, 1 of the receptionist was very unhelpful and when we told her about the way we were spoken to she just shrugged her shoulders and said nothing she can do , we also kept having letters off reception 3 days cause we hadnt locked the door when i was only in my daughters apartment nx door for maids to clean 2 lerters for not parking mobility scooter properly in space definitely find somewhere else to stay if you want a relaxing holiday cause this place makes you feel on edge constantly. Also we arrived at 7pm there was 3 people to a room we only had bedding for 1 bed , when I asked in reception for bedding for sofa bed was told would av to wait until the morning so 1st night slept on sofa bed no sheets or pillows the next day reception wanted me to confirm how many in room as I had 4 beds and I asked for 4 pillows she said only 3 in room so only bedding for 3 very abruptly

Just back from a week here. Apartments are basic but clean. We had a living room with dining area and sofa which turns into a bed, full kitchen with fridge & freezer, double bedroom with good wardrobe and a modern bathroom with walk in shower. Shower was great. Balcony was good size with a table & 4 chairs. Got the sun in the morning and overlooked the rear of the complex which had a public park, was nice and quiet to sit in. The only thing was the heat inside the apartment and it had no air-conditioning - it would have cost 80 euro for the week to get a unit put in but with us being there start of June we were okay with a fan in the bedroom. If it were July/August we probably would have paid it. Pool area good - always got a sunbed no matter what time we went down. Good music wasn't too loud either. Pool bar serves great cocktails especially strawberry daiquiris 🍹and they served food throughout the day too which was reasonably priced. Bar staff very friendly. Pool closed at 6 but we could still lay out. Bar closed shortly after. Would have been good if it stayed open abit longer. The apartments are in a great location, pretty much between Costa Adeje and playa de las Américas. Just a short walk to the beach and bars/restaurants/cafes. The restaurant at the front of the complex is nice too! If you are looking to go out for a good cafe for brunch I recommend Petras just up from the ibrox bar or the cozy cafe just down from there off the main street. Toilets, clothes washing facilities, TV room, gym all located below the pool area. With check out being 12 and our bus picking us up after 6pm, we were abit disappointed that we couldn't get a late check out and there were no showers for us to get washed after sunbathing all day. This is our 2nd time staying here but we'll definitely stay here again when in tenerife! Thanks!

Nothing more than a little hidden gem in Tenerife. We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in as our flight was early. We were told to return in about an hour (1pm) which the rooms were ready. We had rooms 25 and 26. Rooms ok sized and clean. Shower is decent size also. Bed in bedroom is comfortable however, the sofa bed ain't that comfortable. No air conditioning in rooms just ceiling fans which didn't work as well as I would've liked, so just kept windows and doors open which you can hear everyone getting back to hotel in the nights, which is probably the only negative thing I can say. There are quite a lot of steps to most rooms which are higher up. Not an issue unless you have slight mobility issues and/or heavy bags or cases. There are no lifts in this hotel. Pool is very clean and of adequate size. There's a lifeguard on duty. Poolside food and drinks are reasonably priced and very well presented. Front of house staff are all polite. Especially Ileria who went above and beyond to make sure the taxi she had booked us turned up. She also sorted us a taxi to the airport for 3am (given 24 hours notice). Location is brilliant too as its approx 20 mins walk to Siam Park and within walking distance to Las Americas and Hard Rock Cafe. Tourist train stops just down the road too which is good. Would definitely stay here again and cannot wait to return.

Lovely apartments between Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas. Apartments: The apartments themselves are clean, spacious and well equipped. No air con, but there are ceiling fans. We stayed in April and managed without hiring air con but if you went at the height of summer you’d need it. In the kitchen is a full size fridge/freezer, two hobs, a microwave and toaster. They leave some washing up liquid for you too! The sofa bed in the front room isn’t comfy as a bed. It is a comfy sofa though. Tele with analogue channels is available, plus a little table and chairs. We then had a balcony which overlooked a walkway/garden and a pull-out clothes airer. In the bathroom, there is a really decent shower, good size mirror and a hairdryer. Good lighting, storage under the sink and spacious enough. We did struggle to get hot water a lot of the time! The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. There are about ten hangers in the double sliding wardrobes, and the safe is situated here which costs about 20 euros plus a 10 euro deposit. Some apartments have two balconies and three floors which is amazing so it’s pot luck! Some apartments are also at the back of the complex. This means you’ll need to be quite mobile to navigate the steps. For 10 euros deposit, you can have a key to the back gate which means you can avoid the steps by walking around the outside of the complex and up a slight incline (not steep and not far) and access the highest apartments without all the steps to climb). Pool/bar area The pool is open 10-6 and they’re strict on this - and it feels restrictive. 6pm is very early to close the pool! It slopes to about 6.5foot deep in the middle of the pool. The lifeguard will allow some ball games in the pool but makes it clear you can’t annoy other guests which is great. Now the pool bar is another story. It is run by a man who is a bully (or tries to be) and thinks he can change the hotel rules to make you buy his wares! You are permitted to take your own food and drinks to the sun loungers but the tables and chairs are strictly for use of customers of the bar - you don’t buy, you don’t sit. It is run separately to the hotel. Prices aren’t bad. Food is ok, basic. We didn’t try the steak house at the front of the hotel but the food looked fabulous. General hotel: If they could charge you for fresher air or warmer weather they would! This is typical, of course, but worth mentioning. Reception staff were very good - accommodating, helpful and very friendly. The area is well maintained and some lucky guests in our party were able to watch parrots flying in the surrounding palm trees. In general we would stay again! The area: Very close to the beach. There is a little supermarket (spar) as you turn left out of the hotel, but if you turn right, you’ll find a larger supermarket a little further up and on the right. We paid a euro each for a pack of cheese and a pack of ham, bought a loaf of bread and made toasties in the room! Some lovely freshly baked goods there too - 2 euros for a pack of four pastries which was a nice treat. We loved going down to the beachfront and eating there. We had some bargain meals at Bora Bora, and paid 1.50 euros per pint! The paella there was good too. A little further up and you have some quieter, more expensive but lovely restaurants too. The curry house located to the right of the hotel as you walk out was reasonably priced and delicious too. Highly recommended! In general we would stay here again but may look for something either more central to Adeje or Playa de las Americas.

Love this place 2nd time here only issue I have is no air con roof fans not the best but option to rent a fan also one more moan the pool closes at 6pm and I find that early for peak Season . But I can’t fault anything else nice staff clean and I have already booked for next year . Close to beach and shops and not to close to laz Américas that I found has went down hill or Maybe am just getting to old for that kinda thing but defo not as clean as use to be . . But to sum it down it is fabulous apartments .

Coral California is an adults-only hotel located in the lively center of Playa de las Americas on Tenerife, Spain. The modern quarters feature kitchenettes and are perfect for a comfortable stay. Despite some noise from surrounding bars, the location is convenient for exploring Tenerife. The hotel offers an outdoor pool, a bar, and a garden. It's close to various restaurants and services in this popular tourist area.
This hotel was lovely, amazing location lots of places near by to eat and drink. Right by a bus stop so easy for travel and 2 supermarkets opposite. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfy, room was spacious and clean. Lovely outdoor swimming pool with lots of sun loungers and a roof top terrace to sun bath too! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We have just got back after a week’s stay and can’t wait to go back! We are a couple in our 50’s and these apartments are fabulous! We did read reviews about it being 18-30!! And bugs!🤷‍♀️ A mixture of age groups! No bugs!! Lovely clean apartments! Towels got change almost every day and our sheets were changed We were on the 4th floor didn’t need the fan as there was a lovely breeze! No screaming children what more do you want! Will definitely be going back!

Lovely apartments, staff were so lovely and helpful with everything. Apartments were lovely and clean, great location not too far from the strip and just across the road from shops! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my partner for 2 weeks, 15 June - 29 June. The Hotel is Ideal for the Surrounding area with bars and restaurants littery next door and across the road. The rooms are cleaned 5 days a week, unless you say other wise. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment and slept like a baby with NO noise issues from ajecent bars. Staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Pool area has plenty of sunbeds never any problems getting one. My only issue is with ceiling fans instead of actual air con, okay the fans are free with no additional charges but in the height of summer despite being on 24-7, the fans just don't cool you down. So, would I stay again? In a heartbeat. Adults only Hotel, nice touch, though to be fair I've been in some hotels where children where better behaved than some of the " Adults" in the pool.

Honestly for the price we paid how could you complain I love how it's a small hotel so you can be in and out your room in seconds, its very basic. Yes, but my room is clean and that's all that matters to me in the thick of everything I would come and stay again and the staff are lovely

Decent sized rooms but had issues with noise from other apartments kept us up some nights but definitely wouldn't blame the hotel on that! Overall a good experience and I'd definitely go back

Hotel Coral California – Great Stay on a Budget! ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ I had a great time staying at Hotel Coral California in Playa de las Américas. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. There’s a private parking area behind a secure gate, so you don’t need to worry about leaving your car on the street. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The pool bar serves drinks and food at very affordable prices, which is perfect if you’re traveling on a budget. The location is excellent – right in Playa de las Américas, with a Superdino supermarket just across the street, so grabbing groceries or snacks is super easy. The beds are really comfy, which was a pleasant surprise! The only downside is that there’s no air conditioning in the rooms, but overall, it’s still a great value for money. Perfect choice if you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay here again! ✅

We just come back home from our stay on the 3rd floor Good: location was the best thing for us very close to the golden mile and shops over the road The pool area was good plenty of sunbeds and lovely roof top area &that's about it Cleaners and some of the reception staff are nice and understanding Bad: cockroaches in the bathroom also quite abit of silly rules however we didn't mind Some days there was some horrible smells from the drain No entertainment or music Could not get a later check out so we sat in reception from 12 till 6:30pm for our transfer The other coral hotel was 2 min walk away and we wish we knew about that hotel before the coral California as we would of stayed there looks 100X better

The Apartamentos Marola-Portosin is a great place to stay while on holiday in Tenerife. The complex has a large outdoor swimming pool, plus a bar and game room, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. There's also free Wi-Fi available in the reception area, so you can stay connected while you're on vacation.
We came here for 1 week. Family of 4. Our room was brilliant, clean lots of cooking facilities, 2 TVs, kettle microwave etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool is good with lots of space. Swallow end for little kids to play. Only downside the rooms don't have Aircon. They have celine fan, April it's ok, after that I do t know. Highly recommend, great hotel.
XCYTE L — Google review
Whala!tenerife isn’t great for families. No inflatables are allowed in the pool. One of the pools is heated which was great. Lifeguard on duty all day which was great. Pool open 10am to 6pm. The staff at the pool bar were brilliant and the food is great. The down side was after 6pm you cannot use the pool tables and the whole entertainment area is closed off. The room was dated but clean. The top floor balconies are not secure or private as the neighbouring room can get in easily. Safe in the room is not free. The wifi is not free. The bedding was not changed all week and not enough towels were left in the room for 2 adults and 3 children. Two separate rooms with twin beds which were comfy but the sofa bed in the living room was just a thin piece of foam. The gentlemen who checked us in was rude when we questioned why we had to fill out forms with everyone in the parties personal mobile and email addresses. Apparently it is a new Spanish law but he was rude when we declined. Quiet location apart from the many hen dos and stag dos staying while we were there. It is a bit of a trek to get to the beach and doesn’t feel safe late at night.

Not apartments, good sized 2 bedroomed, with wrap around balcony overlooking the pool. Needs a bit of TLC & air con would have been nice. Reception staff was great, only too happy to help with any questions. A little out the way, but we like a walk.

Lovely clean rooms. The room has everything you need. The beds are so comfortable and warm. The cleaner came in daily. We had a nice room with a balcony on the ground floor.

We booked for 4 nights with Easyjet Holidays, and had a smooth experience until arriving at Whala. We were met by quite a rude receptionist who demanded We gave him 30€ each in cash as a deposit and gave us little indication as to why. We have never stayed in a hotel booked through a package holiday that requires a deposit, and we were not informed about this before booking or before arrival, otherwise WE WOULDNT HAVE BOOKED THIS HOTEL. We were then given a draconian list of fines we would receive, itemised by things in the room, and threatened that if we broke any rules even accidentally we would lose our deposit. The room was dated and there was lots of noise from surrounding rooms and areas. One of the pools was heated which was nice, and the bartender was very friendly, however the price seemed expensive for the state of the hotel. 5.50€ for a cider? The beds were very uncomfortable in our room, and one of the lights didn't work (we worried we might be fined for this!) In the end we decided to stay at another hotel for two nights because of the truly awful service. We then returned for our last night, hoping for a reprieve but check out was just as an arduous experience, with the man at reception refusing to return our deposit until the room had been checked. The maid then radioed back that it was fine and he then proceeded to answer his personal phone and have a chat, making us wait longer. DO NOT STORE YOUR LUGGAGE HERE, when we left our luggage for the day until our flight the room was left unlocked, and they let anyone wander in and out of the room without checking who they were. Our bags were moved and we had to check nothing had been stolen! Overall do not trust what is described online for this hotel, and expect poor service.

Great place to use as a base 👏 Housekeeping were in every day unless we asked them not to. The place is spotless. The only downside is pool times, really. It closes at 6 pm. I feel thats early. Luggage can be stored on day of departure in a cupboard. Thanks whala

Room: 3 adults in 1 room as big as a prison cell. The room was extremely small, 3 beds cramped into a tiny space. One didn’t even have bedding. Only one plug in the whole room. Paid for self catering and was no utility’s and one tiny mirror. Fan went around 3 mph so was no cold air at all. Service: absolutely shocking as a whole the only people we got any type of service from was the cleaners and that was only with a smile. The receptionist was extremely rude, unwelcoming. Absolutely no help involved when enquiring about things I’d get told to look and line and shoved to the side. Area: absolutely hardly anything the area was having to walk 20 mins everyday for things such as shops aswell as this spent over €200 on taxis to get anywhere because there was nothing around Pool open and closing time was also a joke opened at 10! DONT LISTEN TO FREE WIFI YOU HAVE TO PAY PER DEVICE in all I will not be returning be careful when booking here made us pay so much more extra including a deposit of £100 which was no stated in the booking

Located in the Playa de las Americas resort of Tenerife, Apartamentos Marola Park is a casual apartment hotel with an outdoor pool and a buffet restaurant. The property offers amenities such as a fitness center, massage room, and free Wi-Fi zone. It's conveniently situated within walking distance to the beach and provides easy access to nearby attractions like Siam Park and Fanabe Beach.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotlessly clean. Cleaning staff were very friendly and professional. Located on a busy road and quite noisy in the morning with traffic. Lots of places offering good value breakfast options. Big supermarket just a short walk from Marola Park very well stocked and good value. Bus stop just outside and plentiful taxis. 10 minute walk from the ⛱️ beach.

This hotel was perfect for our 5night stay. My only issue is that although the pool was cleaned regularly whatever its treated with turned my hair green. So if you have light/dyed hair be aware. Apart from that our room was great, a perfect sized kitchen for 2 people and the pool view was great. The room was cleaned regularly and bedding and towels were changed frequently aswell. The staff were very kind and helpful. A 50 euro deposit had to be made to get the remote to the ceiling fan which was totally worth it. The pool bar was very nice with a good range of drinks and food options perfect for lunch. The location is perfect with the beach, restaurants, bars and shops all being a 5 minute walk.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The place is very clean, the pool and bar area very well kept and the staff are all very friendly. The location is good with it being a short downhill walk to the nearest beach, and there are plenty of bars, restaraunts and supermarkets nearby. The apartments are well equipped in case you want to do your own cooking, but the hotel also does a good breakfast for a good price. The cleaning staff do a great job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy and plenty of towels are provided. The road side apartments are quite noisy if you have to leave the balcony doors open. The room did get quite warm when we closed the door, but the room fan made a big difference. I was lucky enough to get the fan working via an app, but otherwise, you might need to pay the deposit for a remote control. All is well explained on arrival. The site also has its own small laundrette which is open 24 hours. Better paying a bit to wash clothes than paying rip off luggage costs that some airlines charge!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for 5 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms and modern, clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony. We saw many mixed reviews before we came but genuinely could not fault anything with the rooms, service and overall stay. The staff were all lovely and accommodating. It’s also about a 15-20 minute walk to the main strip but it’s a lovely walk

Sufficient, nothing more, nothing less. You won't spend much time here, just a place to lay the head. The all you can eat buffet breakfast is high quality to be fair. Very very quiet.

Nice quiet area on outskirts of Las Américas. Rooms kept clean. Pool nice and cleaned every morning. Staff were very helpfull. Only breakfast available in hotel. We didn't eat there. Luggage storage is great on check out day. 8mins walk downhill to beach. Lovely restaurants at beach. Supermarket 5mins walk from hotel.

Marolla Park was a lovely little spot! We stayed recently for a week, during our stay there was an age range of 20 plus....staff are so friendly and helpful! Hotel is very clean and spacious, it's a short walk to the beach and the Golden Mile. Lovely little bar on site at the pool side. Food menu also. Peaceful area couldn't fault it. Will be back again. Staff provide a a list of activities that are available in the area, air con can be rented through the reception. Some restaurants and shops including a Mercadona around the corner from the hotel also. Will be back again :)

Servatur Caribe offers clean and well-maintained apartments with ample storage space. The staff, including Daniel at reception, are welcoming and helpful. While the location may require some uphill walking, the accommodations are equipped with essential amenities such as kitchen appliances and toiletries. The rooms may appear dated but are consistently kept tidy by the attentive staff. However, guests should note that beach towels are not provided.
Fantastic place to stay. Close to beach, shops, restaurants, bus station, Siam mall and Siam park. It was a quiet area, we stayed out on the balcony until late most nights and barely heard a thing. Efficient check in and out, all staff we came across were great. The room wascleaned most days, pool was cleaned every morning. The pool has limited opening hours and you're not allowed music or toys/ inflatables. We had breakfast there, it was fantastic, quick service and nice food and coffee. The room has everything you need for self catering, a little outdated but very clean. Beds were comfortable and had a good sized balcony, we fit 3 chairs with the table. We had pool and ocean view which was really nice. There is an on site laundry service which is €5 and includes detergent. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

It literally is you pay for what you get l. You have to pay a deposit for anything even down to the tv remote. No aircon the location of the hotel balcony’s are right facing the sun so the sun is beaming in the rooms. Rust all in the bath. Bring your own towels as they literally give you towels big enough to wrap around your head. Only good thing about this place was the pressure of the shower. I know they mention the work that is being done but it is constant so don’t think for a second if you want to rest in your room you can the builders have their music on full blast, drills and hammering all day! The key card never works 2 times a day we was going down for a new key card. Showers around the pool don’t work. Cockroaches all in the cupboards.

When reading the reviews I was a bit nervous of this place but turns out it wasn’t too bad. Me and my friends had stayed for 7 nights and self catering and this is our review- The pros of this hotel- The rooms were clean and had a nice view It’s close to the coast and amazing places to eat. Staff were very friendly and kind- except for 1 Beds were comfy Self catering was great for this hotel and made it more fun for us. You can get along well with the other guests at this place, we sure did and everyone is friendly and it makes it so much more fun. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk from Veronica’s strip and other really good local bars The chill box which I really recommend is near by also. We did revive our deposit back quickly Cons- The male at the front desk was very rude to me and my friends, not the nicest man there. The was no aircon !! This did make it harder to sleep and it does get warm- this also means the hotel is a little outdated and could use a remodel. We had 3 cockroaches during our stay. There is a curfew where you can’t be on your balcony past 10- I can understand and respect this but as I am 20, I want to have fun and not have to have a curfew on when I can talk outside. Pool area is too quiet, you can only talk quietly and you can’t jump in the pool you have to slowly climb in- which I don’t get and you aren’t allowed pool floats with isn’t good nor fun. Other than those I had an amazing time and would go back again!!

We have stopped at this hotel a number of times now & have booked again, so we obviously can recommend it. We like the location, this was one of the reasons we first came to the Servatur Caribe. It’s easy to locate for the first time especially when traveling as an independent traveler. Located a short walk from both the Bus & Police station, and not far from Siam Water Park. Located across the road is a comprehensively stocked supermarket at reasonable prices & around the corner a very nice restaurant with high quality home made food. The beach & majority of the restaurants are about a five minute walks down the hill & possibly a ten minute walk back. The rooms are clean & have everything you need but would benefit from an upgrade, but don’t let that put you off at this price point offers great value. Pool is adequate with a far number of sun beds & snack bar, in my opinion breakfast was ok but not something I’d say was the high light of the hotel. The ginger cat seems to be resident & will be happy to sit with you if you want but happily leave you alone. I’m very much looking forward to seeing him again he was sat waiting by our car when we left for the airport as if he knew we were leaving. Take the Servatur Caribe for what it it’s & what it costs & you should be happy.

I travelled here with a few friends for our first holiday together. We read some reviews before we came and was hesitant at first with how many mixed reviews there are. We decided to go for it and hopefully it wasn’t as bad as it sounded. When we arrived we have to give a £150 deposit to secure our rooms and from then it was awful! We came back to our rooms every night after a nice meal to both rooms filled with cockroaches, they were in our beds, sink, cupboard and bathroom! We then reported this to reception and all they done was give us a spray to use. This spray was useless and no matter how many times we cleaned our own rooms as well as the cleaners it was still infested with bugs. The rooms are very run down and definitely need a good clean up. This hotel is not worth the amount of money we paid for a week, the rooms smelled like sewage and mold. The only good thing about this hotel is its location and how close it was to beach clubs and restaurants. I would not come back and do not recommend!

Close to the beach 5/10 minute walk. Great clean hotel/apartment. Very helpful & professional staff. It was very hot (mid-August) no A/C but it didn't spoil our stay. Towel change every other day, clean bedding every 4th night. Room cleaned every other day too. Cooking facilities provided in each room/apartment. Staff always happy to help with anything. Bar staff & life guard lovely & friendly. My family & i would go back. Thank you.

If I could give this hotel and the rooms no stars I would! I went with four of my friends for our first girls holiday. We had read the reviews before coming so we saw the good and bad reviews but decided to be optimistic and see if it could live up to the few good reviews it has. We were staying for a week, we had to put down €150 for the room for any damages which is understandable, but you weren’t aloud any balls or pool toys in the pool or you would loose your deposit even tho it is on the room. We went out for dinner on the first night and came back to our hotel rooms and they were infested with cockroaches, the bathroom smelled of sewage the whole time the bath was broken there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and you have to pay €10 to get the tv remote. There was also a curfew of 10pm for being on the balcony’s. Every night we came back there was cockroaches everywhere, but one of the nights just pushed it over the edge. We found them coming out the sink, in all our beds, in the bathroom and on top of our suitcases. We went down and complained and all they did was give us cockroach spray and that was useless !!!!!! This hotel ruined our holiday !!! This hotel is definitely not worth the price we payed for a week, we will never be back and we definitely DO NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lily N — Google review
Not so sure why the reviews are so bad. Servatur Caribe is only lacking in one commodity: Air Conditioning. If you can go without the hotel is perfect value for money. Rooms are a tad weathered but clean and comfortable. Location is perfect for all amenities and sites. Staff are attentive and polite. Genuinely, if there was A/C i’d come back.
