Hotel
The Port Benidorm Hotel & Spa, located in the Rincon de Loix area of Benidorm, is a popular choice for travelers seeking a laid-back and elegant stay. Formerly known as Hotel Dalmatas, this contemporary hotel offers complimentary breakfast and features a buffet restaurant, pub, and outdoor pool.
First time in Benidorm, was slightly apprehensive about what it would be like… the hotel was beautiful, clean and modern. The staff were friendly and very helpful.. the rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfy. The breakfast choice was huge and everything was fresh and well presented. The hotel bar was comfortable and the drinks were great value however, the roof top bar is a must.. nicest cocktails I have had in a long while. To be aware - the lifts can be slightly confusing and there is building work on the new wing of the hotel, which never bothered us (but worth being aware). Overall I would give a 5/5 and would most certainly stop again.

We stayed for 2 weeks, our room it was at 11th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. On each morning the cleaning staff did a great job. The food was very good. We had only the breakfast included but we payed for our diner several times. The pool area has a nice pool and a nice bar where you can order drinks. Indeed, a new wing of the hotel is still under construction, but the noise is not so bad. They are trying their best to respect the guests during this development.

Stayed week of 29th September- bed and breakfast option- Fantastic hotel, rooms and hotel was spotless- room cleaned daily, breakfast was lovely omelettes and eggs cooked to order, large array of options and catered for my husband who is coeliac. SPA and roof top bar were amazing - highly recommend the cocktails. Location was fabulous- building work was going on but wasn’t a huge issue. Would definitely recommend x

This is the fifth time we've stayed at Port Benidorm. Beautiful, modern hotel. Comfortable, well maintained rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Great food. Great location. Great value. Cheerful, helpful, efficient staff. Clever lift allocation system, so even at the busy times you aren't waiting ages for one. We'll certainly be back next year.
Malcolm S — Google review
Clean hotel Nice pool with good food at the poolbar. Spaceous and clean rooms. Asked for a low floor and got the second so thanks for that. Very good situation close to beach and everything. Food can be better in buffet. Works going on but not much bother.
Marnix P — Google review
Hotel was lovely, Rooms nice pool area great. The only thing that let this hotel done was the food it was cold. After speaking to a few people who were at the hotel last year. They found a difference this year also about the food. We were there last week.we have been coming to Benidorm for almost 25 yrs I was with my sister.

Clean hotel Nice pool with good food. Spaceous and very clean rooms. Friendly staff. Very good location, close to beach and the strip. Building Work going on but not much noise. Would definitely return to this hotel.

First time in Benidorm and Port Benidorm hotel and was not disappointed. Rooms were spotless hotel was spotless location was good. We travelled with my 6 year old grandson who had food allergies and even though we were all inclusive the staff and even the chef had no prob comming to us each day to let us know which foods he could and couldn’t eat nothing was to much effort. Loved the place will look forward to returning

Located in a bustling shopping district of Benidorm, Hotel Riviera Beachotel is a modern establishment catering to adult guests. The hotel features an outdoor pool, fitness center, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests can indulge in delectable buffet meals at the restaurant or enjoy snacks at the cafe. The hotel's lounge is inspired by classic New York jazz clubs and offers live music, while the lush gardens provide a serene atmosphere despite its central location.
Just back from a 2 week stay in this hotel (our 3rd stay there) can’t praise this hotel enough! Wonderful staff from the restaurant, reception, chamber maids to the bar staff. Very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The food is very good, can’t fault it at all. Lovely clean hotel with comfortable beds. I would highly recommend a stay there. We will definitely return in the future.
Lynn N — Google review
Lovely hotel in a great location. I visited for 4 nights as a surprise for my sister’s birthday (who was already staying at the hotel with my mother for a week). The reception staff were great. They arranged for some cava and chocolates to be delivered to the room as a birthday treat for my sister. They were also able to accommodate my request for our rooms to be close together on the ground floor (I ended up being in the room next door). All staff we interacted with in the hotel were so friendly and were lovely to chat to. They are a credit to the hotel. My room was spotless and the air conditioning was superb which was appreciated in the 30+ degree heat! The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Plenty of choice on offer and the food was delicious that I ended up eating there every night of my stay. I am gutted that I missed out on the chocolate fountain that my sister and mum enjoyed the night before I arrived! The 6 euro bottle of house wine at the restaurant was fantastic value for money. The waiters in the restaurant were always so nice to chat to and were very attentive. The terrace bar was also good for some people watching while enjoying a cocktail or two. Table service from the hard working bar staff was also a nice touch. The pool area was smaller than other hotels I have stayed at but there was never any issue with getting a sun bed (even during August) and the pool was great to cool off in with the water being a pleasant temperature. Overall a really great adults only hotel. I hope to be able to visit again soon!

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location, rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Food buffet was great, always plenty to eat. Hotel staff were always pleasant and friendly. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend Hotel Riviera✨️
Lorraine C — Google review
Great hotel, staff lovely room nice and great view from balcony, only down side to this hotel is the clientele. Me and my brother are currently here now and for the past 9 days it's been snide comments and death stares off everyone in and around the hotel, it got that bad we avoided the dinner hall completely as we couldn't even grab a plate without people barging past and making remarks ( this was the first and second night, we've now been in there twice for dinner that's it) We just like most of the other people here have paid for full board and we have only been able to stomach being around such horrid people twice in the entire ten days we've been here, I'm guessing it's because we are the only people here below the age of 50 (21 and 20 ) we've went in the pool twice and avoided the clientele like the plague. We've been quiet and stayed away yet people here are still finding issue with us, my advice if Your not an OAP stay away because this hotel is rammed with pensioners who hate on young people for no reason other than the fact of them simply being here

Our first time in Benidorm. Went to celebrate a big birthday. It was an absolutely brilliant experience and the Riviera played a massive role in our enjoyment. This hotel is special. It's not the poshest we've ever stayed in but it's one of the very best. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are super comfy, very clean and a lot of thought has gone into their design. The atmosphere in the hotel is fun and friendly, food is very good and the music great. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Riviera!! xx

Villa Venecia Hotel Boutique Gourmet is a relaxed hotel with a bar, spa, and restaurant. It offers stunning views of the sea and Benidorm's beach. The rooms are beautifully decorated with luxurious fixtures, some appearing to be suspended over the sea. The lush terrace is perfect for enjoying evening drinks while watching the waves. The on-site spa provides rejuvenating treatments to ensure a stress-free stay.
We visited the restaurant but did not stay at the hotel. Let me just say that the view alone is incredible. The food and the service did not disappoint either. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was phenomenal and we asked our server twice to please tell the chef how talented he was and how much we enjoyed his creations. It’s rare that you find a spot that delivers this well! Our server Lucia was incredible and made our evening. Five stars!
Julia K — Google review
We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant Llum Del Mar with our family. Our server Juan was outstanding and very friendly. We had the burata as a starter, the crispy suckling pig and French lamb for main course. Very delicate and nice arranged at the plate. Tasteful and delicious food. We highly recommend this place. And ask for Juan!!
Christel J — Google review
We were given a very nice room, everything very clean. All the staff were friendly. The food at breakfast is of good quality. The reception (Claudia) staff was warm and professional. We will be back for sure, and recommended if you want to have a special and luxury experience in Benidorm.
DUNCAN T — Google review
Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Villa Venecia! Incredible views, super friendly staff (Claudia), and a perfect room for a romantic weekend. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was spotless. A peaceful, luxurious escape right in the heart of Benidorm. Can’t wait to come back!
Samantha L — Google review
I stayed at this hotel for a week over a month ago and was charged twice on my debit card for the reservation. Despite acknowledging it was a glitch in their system, they have still not refunded me. Their management keeps saying “it’s under investigation,” which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The hotel is definitely not a 5-star standard. The room was very small, there was no parking, and while the location and sea view were great, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were polite and helpful in person, but online communication and management have been a complete disaster. I find it unfair and will be taking this matter further.
Rosa K — Google review
We are currently staying in the hotel. Location is perfect, facility is top of the class. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They try to oversupply you with everything. Definitely a 5 star rating for me.
David C — Google review
Location couldn't have been more perfect for us. Away from all the noise and "filth" of the British Quarter. Great hotel with sea view suites. Very nice rooms. Staff was wonderful.
Ed. C — Google review
We stayed at the Venecia in September for a week , it was fabulous, the breakfast and dinners were to die for and the staff especially Juan and Jose couldn’t do enough for you , we had a fabulous time , I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want the boutique experience in Benidorm

Visitors have praised the attentive service, particularly in accommodating special dietary needs such as gluten-free options.
Fantastic hotel with beautiful food. Very very clean in fact it was Spotless. Beds so comfy rooms are a bit of luxury. Plenty of sunbeds available. Very central location we had a room at the back so no pool view which actually turned out to be a lot better and would prefer that side next time. Bar downstairs is very cool. Absolutely loved this hotel definitely worth 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Tracy L — Google review
3 friends and myself are just home on Tues 26th August from a 6 day stay in Ambassador 1 hotel and we had an absolute ball from start to finish. What a fabulous hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Our cleaner (room 1202/1203) did a fantastic job in our rooms every day, fresh towels and a thorough clean. The food was delicious and plenty of choice. My request for low floor rooms wasn't a problem to them. Great pool view and onto the start of the strip. The entertainment was brilliant. We'd definitely love to stay here again.
Sharon K — Google review
Absolutely fantastic hotel the rooms were very clean and well maintained the staff were all friendly the pool area was great only issue was there weren't enough umbrellas for all the sunbeds but that didnt cause many issues everyone just got on with it. The bars were all fantastic and again had really friendly staff working. The food was fabulous everything from breakfast to the evening meal was really nice with lots of different dishes every day there was something different. We had a lovely time here and we will definitely be returning again next year.
Steven H — Google review
The hotel was lovely, it was clean, staff were friendly and attentive, the only issue I had was the view. We were on the second floor and our view was the car park. This was a little disappointing but it hasn’t put us off going back, we will just make sure we ask for a better view. There was entertainment on every night. The food was great, I would say that although there was a lot of choice, there wasn’t much choice for kids during the evening meal.
Linda M — Google review
Nice hotel, good spot on strip, but unless you are a vegetarian that likes potatoes then avoid! Don’t think they have a clue. Tonight green beans.. with added shrimps!! 3 type rice.. with added gammon!!! Very disappointed food not as great as read about.
Jan H — Google review
Absolutely loved every single second I spent here - the staff is incredibly kind and nice, the food is amazing, the rooms are very comfy and spacious and the overall vibe is super warm and welcoming. It's the perfect place to stay at when in Benidorm and we'll definitely return here!

Sandos Royal elite members for the15 years and have been visiting most of Sandos hotels resorts in the past and it's been great time of the 10 day's in the Sandos resort which my wife and my self visited for the first time. We're have been experiencing something new compared with others resorts, what's making two of us very comfortable. Great location of the hotel and feeling more free in the surrounding area. Hotel stuff are very nice and friendly all the from reception to the bars and restaurant's. Room was very clean and cleaning up was on the regular daily basis. Great variety of the food and drinks. Like I said all personal is very good and friendly but it's not gonna be right if I don't say something about one person who is really professional and have great approach to the guests and it's is restaurant manager Raul(great job Raul). Overall we are will be back sometime.

What a hotel, the best all inclusive by far ! Should be 5 star. Hotel spotless and wide range of variety of food cocktails and wine! Judith Oscar and entertainment staff were amazing so welcoming and so much fun. They made our holiday one of the best! Be back in next few months ! Recommend this to anyone
Rob G — Google review
Stayed here for a week. Absolutely loved our time here. Hotel was really clean & modern. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Food was good, plenty of selection to choose from. Staff were friendly & helpful. Will go back to Sandos Monaco again. Couldn't get by the pool, due to inconsiderate people leaving towels on sunbeds, yet going out for the day. Had a spa massage & Facial for €75 which was a little disappointing. Not worth the €75 for a soft massage. But overall great location & great hotel.
M C — Google review
Fantastic hotel, modern, spotless, great staff, helpful and friendly especially the entertainment team, kept us involved in activities every day. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Ideal location between old and new town.
Jacqui M — Google review
Excellent hotel, service is absolutely brilliant, staff are fantastic especially Cristian on reception. All the staff go above and beyond with service, the restaurant staff are extremely polite and courteous, the entertainment girls are brilliant at their job.The food presentation is absolutely amazing it is off the planet, the choice of food whether its breakfast lunch or evening is a joy to behold, this was our first time to Spain and this hotel and its staff made it for us and we went all inclusive definitely worth it,the room was brilliant the air con was great (keep balcony door and curtains closed for maximum cool),the bed was huge and comfy I would say that bathroom could do with a walk in shower instead of shower in a bath in my view, also the entertainment does go on a bit late and is a bit noisy so it’s hard if you want an early night. The pool is brilliant but a bit shallow (1.5m) TIP: If you want to reserve your sun lounger they don’t open door to pool area until 8.45am I was there 8.30am.I will also say that the whole atmosphere around the pool is lots of fun and people are very friendly, all in all I would definitely stay there again, note it’s an adult only hotel.
Chris T — Google review
Great hotel , amazing service the staff are brilliant here, excellent choice of food , great location and the bar areas in the hotel is fantastic would highly recommend this place, more for hotel standard and its general location. I see some saying the rooms are sub standard or below par, this is not true in my opinion, it's not the hilton so what are people expecting? The rooms were clean ,had a fridge, a balcony and a great shower plus house keeping done an amazing job daily, seriously can't fault this hotel in any way. Kudos to the great team inside this hotel, from reception to bar to housekeeping and food areas, they do a great job 👍 thanks for the memories.

Highly recommend! This hotel is great! Great staff, rooms, food, drinks, location… you name it. The location is amazing, just a short walk down a straight path to the beach. Old town is a short walk as is the rowdy areas. But this hotel is in quite a peaceful location (amazing). Food is fresh and hot with a good selection daily. Even the snack bar served wicked kebabs! Drinks were cruzcampo beer, nice cocktails (not pre-mixed) and selection of wine. The pool was good size and we always managed to get on the loungers. Beds were comfy and the room was clean! Really really pleased with this hotel! Thanks all who contributed!

Lovely modern hotel in old town. Small walk to the front which is nice as you pass shops, bars ect and in quieter spot. Two pools. The roof top is has amazing views with a bar and lovely staff and the ground pool is large with loads of seating, loungers, bar, restaurant big outdoor TV. We only had breakfast included which again is all you can ask for for quality and varieties of food. Honestly great hotel for a fairly cheap prices. Only down fall was the beds. Comfy but two singles pushed together as one. Iv been to some lovely hotels and shit ones and this is great. Thank Primavera

Stayed here 7 years ago but the hotel has been significantly upgraded since. The hotel is absolutely stunning, rooms comfortable with good air conditioning. The showers are outstanding! Rooftop bar and pool offer stunning vistas. Great location - will be back again - this time without the 7 year gap!
SirBarbs — Google review
Really enjoyed our stay here as usual at Primavera Park, the hotel and staff were amazing. Especially Maria and Vanessa on reception and Rebeca in the restaurant. Their service was always very friendly and they went out of their way to help us and make sure we were happy. The only issue on our stay being with the rooms, we stayed in 2 different rooms and both had faulty plug sockets on the walls and the fridges were warm and not working properly. Apart from this, fantastic :)
Phia M — Google review
A great stay overall here. Beautiful rooms but the air con doesn’t work too well along with the showers flooding. This happened to my room & my 2 cousins rooms so bare that in mind. The food in the pool bar was gorgeous, would highly recommend! A good stay overall!
Emma M — Google review
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Pool bar staff were amazing and so attentive especially Michaela! She was so much fun and really made us feel special. An amazing service all round. Would definitely return to this hotel in Benidorm! Thanks for a wonderful stay to all of the staff at Primavera.
Rebecca B — Google review
Pro's: Good location, nice clean modern room and bathroom. Rooftop bar is nice and the staff are fairly friendly. Con's: No aircon in reception/lifts/indoor communal areas so it was really really hot and unpleasant to move around the hotel. The food was OK, but definitely not 4 star worthy. Probably more like a good 3 star hotel than a 4 star.
Clare H — Google review
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is fab, the hotel itself is lovely, the rooftop pool is amazing (with great staff up there), the buffet was great (great selection and i liked everything i tried for breakfast and dinner). Having a mercadona 2 blocks up is fantastic as well. There's another supermarket a bit further up on the main road as well. Perfect location between old and new town as well. However, it couldve been 5 out of 5 if it wasnt for the following. 1. We had a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. Spacious with a separate sitting area and fridge. Really well presented. However, the noise of music coming from the buffet (esp on Sunday AM), the dragging of chairs along the floor and the music from the pool (Sat AM) resulted in a noisy awakening on occasion. Also, the view from the 3rd floor room wasnt great. No views over Benidorm, and an obstructed view of the pool on the 1st floor. This should've been clearly explained to us when we 1st went to the room, and/or provisions made. 2. Trying to get the room cleaned/towels changed seemed more difficult than it needed to. In our week stay, the room was attended to twice. When we asked at reception, we were told they can come anytime between 9am and 4pm. On 1 occasion, we left the room at 11am and it hadn't been attended to by 3ish. 3. Our initial greeting on our initial arrival couldve been a bit nicer. Not sure if it was a language barrier but we had hoped our room would be ready upon arrival (arrived about 130pm). We were told "room not ready, come back at 330". Which is fair enough, but it couldve been communicated a bit better. Plus, im not sure if we were given the "short straw" with a room on the 3rd floor. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again and would definitely consider it if i was to come back to Benidorm, but would push for a room on a higher floor.
John M — Google review
The hotel was amazing the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Service at the bars was quick. The rooftop bar is amazing. The entertainment (saxophonist) around the bottom pool was a great touch. The fault I had was a missing shoe that accidentally fell off the balcony from the 12th floor onto the fake grass area (car park roof) Although I immediately went to reception to report it I was told they didn't have access and to come back the next day to ask the technician. I did as I was asked and although the shoe had been removed fron the fake grass area (car park roof) they didn't have it.

Sandos Benidorm Suites is an upscale all-inclusive hotel located near the beach in Benidorm. The hotel offers spacious suites suitable for both couples and families, with a musical theme that includes live entertainment and themed events. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a full-service spa, outdoor pool, sauna, and fitness center.
Just got back from Sandos Suites yesterday evening, and it's safe to say, it didn't disappoint. Me and my partner booked this at short notice to celebrate us being together 10 years, and we couldn't of asked for a better hotel. It's clean, tidy, and the food was top tier with great selection. I witnessed parents with children that are fussy eaters, and they spoken to the restaurant managers to ask if they could cook up something as simple as chicken nuggets, to which the manager and the chef managed to sort out which was nice to see. Location is great, 10-15 minutes to the beach depending on if you're a fast walker or not, entertainment was great, and the bar staff outside went above and beyond for everyone. We was welcomed with the biggest of smiles from the receptionist and she was very helpful, there's constantly people cleaning the hotel, not to mention the people outside keeping the pool area clean, I'd see them cleaning up around 8pm, and then I'd see them back out around 7am wiping the sunbeds down etc. The rooms are spacious, good sized balcony with great views, and the beds are super comfy with brilliant air-conditioning. I will definitely be back, keep up the good work.

Location is perfect. 10 min walk from main shops and bars. No noise in the hotel. They don't allow stag nor hen parties so the hotel is very family friendly. Hotel is spotless. Views from top floor is breath taking. Food was very good, great choices to suit all diets. Staff at bar/restaurant and reception could not be friendler. Although supposed to be a 4star I'd safely say it's closer to 5star. Have been there for a week and I'd happily go back.

Stayed here for a week in August. This hotel was amazing! We requested a low floor because of my asthma and I was scared of lifts and we were put on the third floor which was perfect! Really appreciated this as most hotels wouldn’t bother listening to your request. The rooms were bright, spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy and the air con was a bonus! The balcony was massive and perfect to chill in the evening. The rooms were cleaned every day. The location was perfect with being 5-10 minute walk to the main strip - not too close where it was noisy at night but perfect and quick to walk to. There was a bar called “titanic bar” only a few minutes walk from the hotel and their food and drink was lovely and great value, lovely atmosphere within the place. The pool bar inside the hotel was also nice and the food and drinks were good. We were all inclusive and it was definitely worth the money! The staff were always friendly and helpful. There was lots of different entertainment on every night for all ages. There was games every day around the pool eg volleyball, dancing, archery and darts. There was always something to be doing or you can chill at the pool . Was a great holiday and will definitely be back some point in the future! Thanks Sandos Suites

We’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and we already know we’ll be back again. Benidorm is such a special place for us—we met here and even got engaged—so it holds a lot of meaning. That’s why choosing the right hotel is so important, and Sandos is absolutely perfect. What makes it truly stand out is the staff. They always greet us so warmly, and incredibly, they even remember our engagement story. That personal touch means the world to us—it genuinely feels like coming home every time we arrive. The hotel itself is fabulous: clean, comfortable rooms, great food with plenty of choice, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of the holiday so you can just enjoy every moment. The entertainment is always fun, and the pool area is a great place to unwind. We’ve made some of our most cherished memories here, and every stay adds something new to the story. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a hotel, somewhere that truly cares, this is it. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Benidorm.

Attended here as part of a deal at a sister hotel offering a meal in their Asian restaurant on site. Hotel appeared very clean, well sign posted, easily accessible for mobility issues and pleasant staff. The asian restaurant was lovely - well decorated and super friendly staff. The menu is small but as its part of the hotel I expected that. Food quality was really good, served quickly and was tasty. Would 100% recommend as appeared to cater well for families too.

Visited late September 2025, Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful staff, particularly mentions for Matthew, and Henry at the outside bar, very friendly and chatty, as was the outdoor snack chef, he was very funny and kept everyone entertained while waiting of your food being cooked to order, rooms are spacious all facing the pool/sea front, (you can just about see the sea through the skyscrapers) large balcony facing the sun all day, small fridge and kettle in the suite, although you have to ask at reception for tea/coffee etc, as strangely none in the room, comfortable bed, rooms cleaned daily, buffet style restaurant, food was a highlight, loads to choose from, always replenished quickly if running low, full English breakfast, as well as continental, menu changed every day, with the usual pizza, nuggets, chips for kids, full roast on a Sunday, entertainment on in the evening, singer, disco, karaoke, quiz, usual poolside daytime activities, water aerobics, darts, archery competitions, etc, not a great amount of choice of drinks on the all inclusive side, (no cider😡) there was an option to pay for a premium package, includes your own bar and sun terrace and branded drinks, the only thing with this hotel is its location, it’s in a predominantly residential area, it’s about a mile walk down a slight slope to the beach (uphill on the way back) for those who know Benidorm well, it’s about 200m further on from the sun/wed outdoor market…… Would I stay here again?…….definitely (but if any of the hotel management are reading this, please get a cider in all inclusive bar)

Amazing place right near all the fun bits in Benidorm. Reception staff were amazing, in the buffet, I want to personally thank Simeon and Denis, they were so so helpful and super friendly, catered for my mum's allergies and I cannot explain how amazing they were. Didn't have a single bad experience with anything, the staff were friendly, left us some chocolates too, the holidaymakers were so friendly too, pool was nice, amazing music shows on at night, but not too loud that you couldn't sleep. I would highly recommend this place to any family or even just a lone traveller, good price, good service, amazing place. If I do return to benidorm in the future, I will definitely be returning.

Great hotel very friendly staff and good with kids even my very awkward autistic child! Enough to keep them fed, watered and entertained. The only thing I'd like is a little bit of music around the pool and more varied music in the evening. Lots of repeated songs, which could get annoying. The cabaret evening was very good fun- we thoroughly enjoyed. The bar staff were incredible, and the chap usually running the outdoor snack bar was so friendly and chatty and remembered what everyone ordered! Would come back:-)

Hotel Voramar Benidorm is a charming hotel located in the heart of Benidorm, just steps away from Poniente Beach and a short walk from Llevant Beach. The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with some rooms featuring terraces or balconies overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Guests can enjoy amenities such as a rooftop pool, fitness center, sauna, and seasonal outdoor pool. The hotel also boasts a restaurant serving delicious meals and room service for those who prefer to dine in.
Got home 2 days ago having spent 7 days half board here. We had a lovely stay, room was spacious and very clean. The restaurant is small but adequate and the food is lovely. A good choice at breakfast and dinner. The staff are attentive and friendly, one of the waitresses in the bottom bar is absolutely lovely and so helpful but all do their jobs really well. The rooftop pool is a great addition with ample room for everyone and a very handy bar selling alcohol and some food. The beach is just down the road and there are restaurants all around, you're spoilt for choice. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very nice. Could have been a little more pleasant and relaxing if the building work wasn't going on opposite our room which we upgraded to and the hotel never informed us of!!! Lovely food though. reception tried to help with another room, can't fault them. Sadly we had to put up with the drilling and banging. All in all, nice break away from the cold of England.

We've just returned from 3 nights at this hotel. We arrived early ( 11am ish) and our room was ready, so a great start. Reception very welcoming and quick ! Another positive in my book. Location brilliant with a reasonably priced supermarket next door. Breakfast was lovely. Beds comfy, shower great and a lovely little balcony, perfect for me. We'd definitely recommend and we'll probably come back. Thanks, hotel Voramar.

We stayed in room 501 which was absolutely fantastic. We had the sun on the terrace for much of the day with a side sea view. There is renovation works across the road but did not disturb us. The location is great as you are a short stroll to the beach and it's not far if you want to be in the thick of it in the English area - there is also a taxi pick up point directly across the street. The food was okay but the restaurant area is quite small and sometimes seating is limited. If you're on a package tour bear in mind the buses drop off and pick up around the corner - not outside the hotel. Our room did not have a full-length mirror which is something my partner and I felt was needed. Also there is nowhere in the bathroom to store toiletries - only on the side of the sink which is very limited. From time to time there was a very bad drainage smell in the hotel lobby. We would stay here again though as it is a lot nicer than some of the other hotels I have stayed at in Benidorm and we liked the location and staff very friendly.

Having just got back from this lovely hotel I feel compelled to write a review. A very clean hotel , friendly & helpful staff good maid service rooms were well kept. The Tui rep was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was brilliant even catered for my food allergies . The evening entertainment was really good ,a big thumbs up from me. I would definitely stay there again

Can't fault it, great friendly staff, excellent location, small rooftop pool with deep end separated from shallow end for safety. Bar next to pool, gym and changing rooms down one set of steps great El Divo tribute act in downstairs bar, friendly and helpful reception staff, excellent choice of food, prices very fair, what's not to like? Will go again but for longer next time. Muy bien!

A lovely hotel made all the more special by the fantastic and hard working staff. Situated next to the old town and a couple of minutes walk from Levante beach it's a brilliant location. Rooms were clean and bright, beds are comfortable, shower is lovely and powerful. The buffet restaurant is brilliant, a large choice of dishes on offer. Food is fresh and tasty. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, every single member of staff we met were super friendly and professional. The restaurant staff were very special, I watched them chat to everyone and make everyone feel special as well as working hard. I would certainly go back to this hotel. We had a 7 night half board stay here recently. For the price I highly recommend this hotel, the location is perfect, couple minutes from the beach and restaurants. The room was nice, clean and fairly spacious - but the bathroom decor (yellow and blue) let it down slightly, and the fact that the floor when we arrived had a fair bit of sand all over it from the previous occupiers. The food selection at breakfast and dinner was very good, fresh salad and well cooked meats - sometimes it got a bit samey but it’s usually the case at these type of hotels. Service was really great, especially in the bars and restaurants, and the live performances and acts they showcase in the main bar were fantastic! The poolside entertainment was also very good. We had a slight issue one night trying to book a taxi after being told it’d be no issue, we were then told that there were none available and the man on reception did little to offer alternatives. I would stay here again nonetheless, and would recommend to families.

The family room was spacious with 2 double beds and one single for only 4 people. Food was great with a good variety of vegetarian options as well. The view from the top floor was decent and you could see the entire coastline alongside the other hotels. Service was faultless, and staff were very attentive and happy to help if needed.

Spend a week here with my 12 year old son. Overal hotel is good. Staff is fantastic, always eager to please. HUGE thank you to Spanish Viking Kike, Oriel, Alberto , Lia and all the rest. San Miguel, tequila was top notch. People really know how to engage with kids/adults and how to make stay pleasant. I personally don't get all the "issues" about the food. Plenty of variety, always fresh, no funny smells etc. Rooms are spacious with fantastic views and cleaned daily. Few things that I wasn't too keen on : "All inclusive" concept is rather confusing. It's very unclear what you can and can't have with different colour bands. Pool is on a smaller side , and is definitely not what you see on all the pictures. Last bit is lifts.... and all the waiting. If you have no patience, or over 20 stone, this place is not for you. Would definitely go back for a short break to party in Benidorm, but not for a long family holiday.

Just returned from a 10 night holiday but very disappointed with this hotel while the staff lovely friendly and attentive made up for lack of liking the hotel , we had a blue wristband while some other guest had gold and silver but yet still had such as same meals howevera blue band made you feel second rate guests , on going to entertainment bar to watch the artist performing well couldn't get served with a drink because we had the blue band this seems very demeaning . The food wasn't to great either and my biggest bind after breakfast the only time they served tea / coffee further meals lunch and dinner you could only have alcohol or fruit juice not to everyone's taste I'm sure some would much prefer tea / coffee with their meal I certainly would . It is with regret that I shall not rebook another stay at this hotel or recommend it to my friends we not paying all that money to be made to feel second rate citizen s because of the colour of your wrist band

Location of hotel is great but if you're not out partying until 2-3am I would take earplugs! We were in room 303, looked right onto Waikiki Bar and it was NOISY! The shower also had a problem regulating temperature so be careful, when it's hot, it's scolding! Hotel itself is lovely, clean, and bar/restaurant staff very friendly, can't say same for guy on reception when we arrived, don't think he even spoke! We were half board and both breakfast and dinner were great, warm and plenty of choice.

Emailed hotel asking for low floor with pool view didnt happen. Rooms very basic no drawers in room. Bathroom needed updating. Maid service was good. Entertainment was good. Food is poor, not hot at all. We visited this hotel for a week half board in July 2025. It's a lovely hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean the dining room is nice and calm always plenty of choice where to sit, we love sitting by the window. The food is excellent plentiful with lots of choice. Pool area is pleasant and we always got a sunbed it gets sun most of the day. But what makes this hotel special is it's staff so warm and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. A lovely hotel with friendly attentive staff. The entertainment guy was the best. The room as always clean and modern. The turns were great and the food was nice. Yes it got a bit samey after a week but it was well presented and lots of choice. I always judge a place if I’d go back and yes I would. I couldn’t fault the place. The bonus was no kids 👍🏻

What a great hotel! The room was spacious, comfy and clean and from the balcony we could just see the sea. There was a fridge and a kettle in the room as well. Lots to choose from for breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Adult only hotel, which was great for us. Short walk gets you right to the tapas area. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel location is good, Its a clean hotel and the staff are lovely. The pool area is an absolute joke with a hamdfull of beds no where near the amount needed for the size of the hotel and the area around the pool is small too so I guess they couldn't fit anymore beds if they tried. Chances are you won't get a bed if you arrive at the pool at 5 minutes past 9am. I went to get a coffee at 11.30am to be told I couldn't have one because the machine is not available at the moment, wow apposed to be a 4star hotel. Its at best a 3 star for retired aged people.
Russbug — Google review
Lovely hotel, staff are very accommodating, especially with visitors with special needs(my partner has EUPD and several mental health issues and I'm autistic and depressed) Roberto bent over backwards for us when we arrived to make sure we can get into our room and get settled when my partner was having issues, likewise when we needed transport etc. we were very well accommodated. The hotel itself is located in a lovely spot in central Benidorm with supermarkets dotted around and a short walk from the beach. The hotel has a good selection of entertainment at night and daily activities in the day, while we didn't make use of all the facilities/activities (we didn't do any of the day activities as we spent our days mostly exploring and going on other outings, likewise we didn't use the TV in the room either)I don't doubt that these would be a good experience for those who would use them. Hotel staff are also good for calling taxis and making reasonable arrangements which is very handy as the local taxi company will put the phone down on you unless you speak Spanish, the drivers themselves will mostly understand you if you speak English. On a similar note, the locals pronounce "Royal" as "Royale" and saying the name of the hotel in as an English person would say "royal" will result in a confused look from any local taxi drivers or anyone you ask for directions from.

Worst experience of my life, the staff was so rude not One was nice, the pool is constantly freezing even at 24 degrees no one was in it the whole holiday, we went out everyday by 11pm and we came back to be told we have had 7 complaints for noise after 12pm we was not there!!! They threatened to ring police to which we told them they can as we was not noisy. They then said they do not allow children in the hotel we are both 22 the man wouldn’t let us speak and was talking over us. On check out day we got a call from reception “get out now hurry up and get out” the whole holiday we had dirty looks from all staff, we will never ever stay in this horrible hotel again.

Stayed here on a girls trip for 4 nights and it exceeded our expectations! Lovely big rooms, all with huge balconies with great views. Very clean and attentive staff, who gave new towels everyday and helped us check in at 2am. Great breakfast spread each morning and pool with bar available. Some noise in the evening but that’s pretty understandable for the location right by the strip and sea! Highly recommend!

Great Budget Hotel for a Lads’ Trip I’ve stayed at Hotel Perla twice now, both times as part of a stag do, and it’s honestly a great spot for that kind of trip. It definitely exceeds expectations for a 2 star hotel. The atmosphere is lively, with cheap drinks and friendly bar staff who are always up for a laugh, even playing the occasional harmless prank by the pool, which adds to the fun vibe. The hotel is clean and ideally located just off the main strip, making it easy to get around. While it’s perfect for stag dos or lads’ holidays, I wouldn’t recommend it for families due to the number of similar groups staying there. Overall, it’s a really solid choice if you're looking for a fun, budget-friendly place to stay in a central location.

In a great location for the strip!! However the sunbeds are all broken, with a very few sturdy beds remaining. Rooms are basic but are ok for what you need. Make sure your door is properly shut as when the door closes it is left ajar. Cleanliness also good, nothing to complain about that. Full of stags, hens and groups. So if you're looking for a wild boozey holiday this is your place!!! The beds are really uncomfortable, to the point I discovered a new hip pain at the grand age of 30. But a bed is a bed.

Stayed 18th-22nd 2025. (Room 212) It's not too bad of stay, really. The staff were friendly enough. A few points of negativity- The maid removed my bottle of Water even though I hadn't finished drinking it. Also, she didn't replenish the wooden stirring sticks for the hot drinks. On check out, I wouldn't have gotten my deposit for the safety deposit box unless I remembered to ask for it. A fair few noisy guests are coming back at all hours of the night with no respect for other guests.

Ok it's 3 star and please remeber that. It is not the solana. It's busy. The staff can be rude. But considering how the tourist treat them im not surprised. Food is average bit samey but fresh and plentiful. The pool All inclusive food area was really good and where we got most of our lunches from. Love the eco side of the hotel. Ribbon bands and a coin system from the pool bars for the reusable cups. Perhaps now need to have water stations to stop the plastic bottles. Rooms where cleaned every day. The walls are paper thin and it does sound like people are at yr door. But they are not. Remember this is Benidorm 30seconds from the Stripe. Entertainment nightly and good wot you would expect to be fair wot I see was people having a drink befor hitting the town. Seen a lot of unfair reviews if you want better then pay the money and go 4 star.

Fantastic entertainment staff! We loved the Halloween haunted house walk through experience! The shows are great pretty much every night! The greatest showman one was fantastic!! There’s always plenty of seats to choose from in the main show room (comfy chairs to add) Also the play park is open at the night time which is great for the little ones to burn off some steam before bed. Kids disco every night. Only fault would be the barrier from the park to the pool it’s just a strip of material that children can go under, a physical barrier like the entrance gate would of been safer, (my children have additional needs so will often bolt where they should not). Other than that everything else is fantastic!

Just 300 meters from Levante Beach, everything you could ever need is here including incredible pools, a decent buffet and spacious rooms. I booked B&B in the EXTRA DOUBLE ROOM that includes in room tea, coffee machine & a kettle. Chocolates & sweets in a glass. Nice balcony. Pool towels to use. 2 bath robes & 2 pairs flipflops. Mini fridge had 6 cans soft drinks & 4 bottles water. We were asked during check-in to pay a refundable €50 for "just in case damages" - kept deposit receipt & showed at checkout for refund once the room was checked by a staff member.

What a fab week! The hotel was super clean. The rooms were comfy, we had bedding changed daily, new towels daily. Everything was perfect. The food was lovely, lots to choose from. There was so much to do throughout the hotel daily, so many activities for adults and children. There was entertainment on every evening which was suitable for all ages. The staff at the kids club were outstanding, they were so attentive and kind. The pool was huge, it was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and its service.

Been here a week the sheets in the room got changed once the rooms were only new towels and bed made no actual cleaning, they have hand soap as body wash in the shower. The food is inedible would rather go out for food and drinks. Not worth all inclusive as you have to pay past 12 o’clock on day of check out if your flight is later in the day. Walls are paper thin so can hear everything that happens on your row of rooms. The only decent thing about this hotel is its a 4 minute walk to the strip and about 7 minutes to the beach

I stayed here for 3nights recently and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is modern, clean, very large and roomy, easy check in and the rooms were perfect and came with a balcony! The main pool is amazing, it's huge with lots of seating & made to be tropical with palm trees and plants!! The pool is huge with different sections and the pool bar is fast service with plenty of drinks options! The breakfast was 8.30-10.30 worn plenty of seating and lots of breakfast options: English breakfast, pancakes, Salamis and cheese and breads and donuts! 10/10. The location is brilliant!! There is a store next door to the hotel to get drinks and snacks, also next door is an indoor market which sells bags/clothes & baguettes and cakes! A 3minute walk away you are directly on the strip where every bad is a different theme and busy, along with clubs! The beach is very close and can be seen from the balcony around a 5minute walk!! Golden sands and blue water!! I would recommend staying here! 10/10!

Entertainment staff are amazing! Especially the Halloween entertainment. Brilliant job! Rooms are very clean - small family room, 4 people squashed in one room. Food is okay - not if you have picky children. Great location - noisy in pelicanos. Pool is freezing but once you’re all the way in it feels okay and it’s to be expected in October. Lifts are fast and easy to use. No long waits this time of year Even entertainment also brilliant.

A Wonderful Honeymoon Stay at Sol Pelicanos Ocas We had an unforgettable honeymoon at Sol Pelicanos Ocas in Benidorm. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so special—everyone congratulated us with genuine warmth, and we were surprised with complimentary chocolates and bubbles in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch that really made our stay feel celebratory. The hotel itself is very nice and in a fantastic location, making it easy to enjoy everything Benidorm has to offer. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make guests feel cared for. Their friendliness and attention made all the difference. If we had to mention anything, the walls are a little thin when it comes to noise, and the lifts can be quite slow at busy times. But honestly, these were only small details compared to how lovely the overall experience was. Thanks to the amazing staff and the great setting, our honeymoon was everything we hoped it would be. We would happily come back and highly recommend Sol Pelicanos Ocas for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Benidorm!

Meliá Benidorm is a modern hotel that offers a delightful escape just an 11-minute stroll from the beautiful Levante beach. Nestled within lush gardens, this stylish accommodation features bright rooms and suites, each equipped with private balconies that provide stunning views of the surroundings. Guests can indulge in relaxation at the spa, which boasts a heated indoor pool, steam room, and gym facilities.
We had a 10 night stay in August and it was one of the best holidays we have been on! Fantastic facilities at the hotel, the night time entertainment was outstanding and there was plenty on during the day too, our daughter absolutely loved it! Rooms cleaned everyday to a great standard, hotel staff extremely helpful and the pools amazing. The hotel is in a great location, not too loud but a close walk to the strip. We loved it so much we have booked again for our anniversary in October

We went as a family of 3 with our autistic daughter. Our room was dirty, the bathroom was grimey, very outdated, holes in the tiles. We stayed for 6 nights, our bedsheets were only changed once. The coffee and tea tray were not topped up either. We also had cockroaches in our room. All we got from the staff was "Sorry about that" the pool bar staff were rude and abrupt. We went all inclusive. However there were certain drinks and foods we couldnt have, even though we were ALL INCLUSIVE. They expected us to pay for other things! Ridiculous. The indoor pool you have to wear a swimming cap. My daughter is autistic, she doesnt wear anything on her head. Even though we had explained this on several occasions. We were still spoken to rudely regarding this swimming cap. Indoor bar staff, couldnt crack a smile of you asked them. Again rude, abrupt. When ordering our food we got the wrong thing every time. We had to eat out for dinner as there wasnt much to choose from, we shouldnt of had to of done that considering again we went all inclusive. I spent a stupid amount of money on this hotel expecting high standards of service. How this hotel has 4 stars I shall never know. Looks can be deceiving for this hotel, but the staff attitude, cockroaches in our room, dirty bathroom, unclean sheets. Unacceptable. Would not recommend.

⚠️ WARNING: Unsafe Hotel – Please Read Before Booking ⚠️ I am sharing my experience so that others can stay safe and avoid going through what I went through at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the experience was awful. The check-in took over 30 minutes, and the room I was given was nothing like the photos online. It was filthy — urine on the bathroom floor, stains on the toilet seat, and bed bugs in the mattress that forced me to seek medical help after the first night. The food was equally unacceptable. Breakfast was cold, tasteless, and unhygienic, with hair found in my meals. Dinner was worse. Despite booking half-board, staff refused to serve food when I arrived late due to shuttle delays. But the biggest issue is safety. I was verbally abused by staff and guests, subjected to racist and sexist comments, and physically intimidated. My belongings were stolen (including a blazer and my phone), and when I asked reception to check CCTV, they refused, mocked me, and insulted me further. I was also harassed in the elevators, where men used racial slurs and broke my phone. When I reported this, staff dismissed me. Even worse, when the police became involved, instead of protecting me, they insulted, assaulted, and humiliated me. I was left with physical injuries and emotional trauma. This hotel is unsafe, especially for women and solo travelers. The pictures online are misleading, the staff are unprofessional and abusive, and the environment is extremely hostile. What should have been a relaxing trip turned into a deeply traumatic experience. 👉 Please, for your own safety and peace of mind, do not book this hotel. It is not what it claims to be, and no one deserves to go through what I experienced here.

Fantastic stay here, beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and friendly staff. 2 adults and 1 child and we had plenty of space. It's in a family friendly area of Benidorm and just a 10 min walk to the beach. The pool is just incredible, never seen one so big and it was also clean. Always managed to find a sunbed despite being in the peak of summer, although this was more tricky around midday. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choice and all seemed fresh. The only negatives I can think of are the costs of the mini bar, extortionate prices which no one will pay when Lidl is right outside. Also the wait for the lifts can be long at times. Would definitely return to this hotel in the future

I stayed at Meliá Benidorm recently and unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I expected from this hotel. While the property itself looks impressive, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. • Room condition: On arrival, we noticed broken glass by the door of our room – not exactly a safe or welcoming first impression. On top of that, our bathroom had a leak which spread into the bedroom area, making the floor constantly wet and causing us to slip several times. This felt unsafe and should have been dealt with properly. • Dining experience: Breakfast times were confusing and poorly communicated. We weren’t told about changes until the day itself, and even the sign displayed the wrong information (listing PM instead of AM). At breakfast, drinks were either cleared away too early or not restocked while people were still eating, which was frustrating. Alcohol was offered at breakfast, yet strangely, dinner included no drinks at all — not even water — meaning you had to pay extra. • Restaurant service: On three separate occasions, we were asked to move tables because the section we sat in “wasn’t in use.” Resetting a table doesn’t take long, so being moved repeatedly felt unnecessary and disruptive. To make matters worse, flies were constantly on the dessert section, and staff didn’t seem to address it, which was very off-putting. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and repeated service issues really let it down. For the price and the brand, I expected a little better.

A hugely enjoyable stay 🤩 Pool is just brilliant and glass elevator a must. Arcade and gym were brilliant. But sadly, Jacuzzi was out of service 😞 Staff were wonderfully helpful and rooms were perfectly clean with AC, and what a view! Breakfast is madly busy and could be improved in a few ways, but very tasty 😋 Luggage service was helpful, as well as safes in rooms 🔐 Tropical 🌴 Theme throughout characterises the hotel 🏨

Pierre & Vacances Hotel Benidorm East offers comfortable accommodations with balconies, featuring a Mediterranean restaurant, a bar, and refreshing pools. The friendly staff provides efficient service, although the layout of the facilities may seem unconventional. Despite being a 4-star hotel, some guests feel that the value for money is not entirely satisfactory due to cleanliness issues in the rooms. On a positive note, many guests highly recommend this hotel for its excellent customer service and convenient transportation options to overcome the hill.
A Peaceful Stay at Benidorm East by Pierre & Vacances 🌴 We arrived in the early hours (2am) and were pleasantly surprised by how smooth and hassle-free the check-in process was—quick, friendly, and efficient. The reception area immediately set a positive tone: clean, cool, and welcoming. Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout the stay, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided when needed. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and the surrounding area was blissfully quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The only minor downside was the air conditioning, which didn’t feel quite as cool as we’ve experienced in other hotels. That said, it wasn’t a dealbreaker and certainly wouldn’t stop us from staying here again. Overall, we highly recommend Benidorm East for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept hotel with great service and beautiful views. 🌞

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds Comfortable pillows, Plenty of them. Very hilly location. €18 per night to park a car but free to blue badge holders. Check-in was quick and efficient. The bar is very expensive! The dining room is very noisy. The food is okay, plenty of it, but by the time you found everything you need and get to eat your food, the air-conditioning has made it cold. All in all a very nice hotel and we would go back.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 5 days and had a fairly pleasant time. The rooms were cleaned daily to a decent extent (bins emptied, beds made etc) but there were many marks on walls, shower and lamps hanging very loose around our room. The balcony was nice, decent size and had a fantastic view of the surrounding area and above the pool (third floor). The guests either side of us unfortunately were extremely unpleasant, on our last night here a huge group of guests piled into the neighbouring apartment, heavily smoking and blasting music to the point it felt like I had headphones on! No sleep for me before my transfer!… another night we had 20 solid minutes of people hanging outside our door, trying to get into our room via the handle. Rather scary! On a positive note, the breakfast service we paid for was pleasant and offered a decent selection every morning we ate there. The pool itself was clean and spacious, despite there seeming to be a lot of rubbish poolside and in the surrounding areas which wasn’t overly pretty. The location of the hotel is on an extremely steep hill, so beware if you’re travelling with young children or elderly folk. It wasn’t too bad for us as we’re in our 20’s but we opted for a taxi back up the hill most nights. The hotel is fairly close to the main strip with a 10 min walk inbetween, full of bars, bistros and restaurants. Overall for our first holiday it was fairly pleasant, we didn’t spend too much time in the hotel as a whole but the time we spent here was okay, definitely has its faults :(

Rooms were basic but clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and is served until 10am. The sun beds and pool don’t open until 10am so you need to queue from around 9.45 but there was plenty of beds. There is a free bus every 20minutes to take you down to the beach as the hotel is up a hill. I liked being away from the strip and taxi was €5-7 back. The Club sandwich was lovely at the pool bar and rose wine was really nice and cheap (€3.50) overall it was a good experience.

Stayed here on a lads holiday- room quality was good however there was some mould in the bathroom. We were staying on the first floor which meant our balcony was over a roof and we didn’t have much of a view. This was a letdown. The cleaners were really nice and offered to clean every day. Pool is excellent however the food at the bar is just frozen supermarket stuff. Overall this hotel is great value and far better than other venues in Benidorm

After reading the reviews I was shocked. I must of stayed in a different hotel! Staff have been absolutely amazing & really helpful. Our patio door didn’t lock at first. Partner went down & with in seconds of him being back in the door a guy came to fix it. Rooms are standard but clean. Nice little vending machines near the stairs/lifts. In door pool you need a swimming cap but nowhere on site to buy one. Lovely little shop. Would stay here again. My only issue is the hills & I know that can’t be helped.

Booked this for 3 nights very last minute, read some of the reviews and were a little worried. Once we arrived we were welcomed everything was explained and we went up to drop our bags off. Our room was lovely and clean. The bus is great we never once found it full but we were at the end of the summer holidays so I can imagine it gets busier during the holidays. Breakfast had a huge selection, really good chorizo salami and the bread was fresh as were the pastries. They dont allow anyone into the pool area until 10am which I think is a great idea amd prevents the sunlounger hoarders. We didn't use the pool because we prefer the beach but it looked nice. Had a great time and I like that the hotel wasnt crammed in I didnt feel we had loads of other hotels all overlooking us

Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa, a Royal Hideaway Hotel, is an upscale resort in Benidorm that offers a luxurious Asian-inspired sanctuary. The hotel features stunning tropical gardens and serene pool areas that create an atmosphere of Eastern tranquility. The rooms and suites are elegantly decorated with oriental motifs, providing a far-eastern paradise experience. Surrounded by over 3,000 Asian plant species, including bamboos and palms, the resort offers seclusion and luxury.
What a great stay My stay at Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the stunning Thai-inspired architecture and lush, impeccably maintained gardens transported us to a serene, tropical oasis. The grounds are breathtaking, with winding pathways, tranquil carp ponds, and magnificent pools that create a truly relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and elegant decor that perfectly complemented the hotel’s exotic ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste, though I’d love to see even more variety in juices and salads next time. The Thai Spa was a highlight, offering a rejuvenating experience with skilled therapists and a calming environment. The dining options were impressive, with delicious cuisine served in beautifully designed restaurants, though I’d recommend booking in advance as some spots fill up quickly. Overall, Asia Gardens is a gem on the Costa Blanca, blending luxury, relaxation, and a unique Far Eastern vibe just minutes from Benidorm. I can’t wait to return !

I recently stayed at Asia Gardens and while the hotel itself is absolutely lovely, my experience was unfortunately ruined by some of the staff. Throughout my stay I felt extremely uncomfortable as staff were constantly staring at me – to the point where it felt intimidating. I even have it all recorded and shared in my YouTube vlog (Deanalex) so people can see for themselves. On top of that, I was actually shushed by staff, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The setting, décor, and facilities are beautiful, but the behavior of certain staff members really let the place down. If you want to see a genuine, unfiltered review, check out my vlog – I’m always 100% honest. Sadly, despite how nice the hotel is, I left feeling disappointed because of the way I was treated. Also the Asia restaurant food was horrible ten starters where nice, but me and my partner left over half our mains, all on my YouTube Deanalex for honest hotel reviews

Had stayed at this Thai themed resort, about a decade ago, and recently returned for an amazing long weekend. Set up in the hills , this extensive hotel sports 5 amazing themed restaurants and 3 pools. The buffet champagne breakfasts were excellent, and staff helpful and attentive. Will be back.

Bad experience. The hotel is old and clearly needs investment in renovation. Our belongings were stolen at the pool when we stepped away from our loungers, and the professionalism of the spa manager is questionable. Restaurant staff were generally unfriendly, and the food lacked both quality and variety for the type of hotel it claims to be. I do not recommend it.

Absolutely incredible stay – stunning gardens and exceptional design I spent five days at Asia Gardens & Thai Spa in Benidorm with my 13-year-old daughter and we were absolutely amazed. The hotel is truly exceptional. The gardens are lush, with abundant and beautiful vegetation, impeccably maintained. There are waterfalls and several absolutely stunning pools – everything is picture-perfect. The design and atmosphere of the hotel are exquisite, creating a peaceful and luxurious escape. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always smiling and helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. That being said, the only downside is the pricing inside the hotel. There’s a €30 charge for late check-out, €200 per day for double sunbeds by the pool – which I’ve had for free in other luxury hotels – €35 for a plate of pasta at the Koh Samui restaurant, and €14.01 for a strawberry smoothie at the pool bar. The prices are quite high, especially considering the already premium room rates. Still, the overall experience was unforgettable, and I would absolutely love to return. A truly special place.

I slept here for 2 nights. Hotel itself is just fine. 30 min after checking out, I found out that I had forgotten my shoes. By now I was 70km away. So I called and indicated that I forgot my shoes(hoka). They would call me back when they had looked. 6 hours later still no one heard. So I called back and got no answer. Tried again 2 days later. Did I get someone on the line who said they could not find anything. I honestly find it super weird that my shoes were not in the closet of my hotel room after 30 min. I would like to get reaction to this and explain or maybe tell who "took" my shoes

We come every year to Asia gardens but i have to let you know you really need to update the facilities such as the room tvs, remote was not working more than half the buttons did not work, for a 5* resort i would think the tvs should be more updated with apps such as netflix. Also EVERYTIME we have stayed in Asia Gardens there is always Ants! We even tried building room and same happened, although not as bad as the lodges outside but still. Also food is very expensive.

Nestled in the heart of Benidorm, Hotel Poseidon Playa is a delightful family-friendly retreat that promises an unforgettable holiday experience. Overlooking the stunning Poniente Beach, this charming property offers simple yet comfortable rooms, many boasting breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea from their terraces. Guests can unwind by the outdoor pool or indulge in delicious meals at the buffet restaurant. The hotel also features a lively lounge bar where you can enjoy captivating live shows.
My husband and I have spent 10 days here and were very impressed by the hotel. It is a 3 star hotel but should be a 4 star. The hotel is spotless our room is cleaned everyday and clean towels every day, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and nice. A lot of older Spanish people staying at the hotel. So it’s not a hotel for hens or stags just for relaxing. It is an 8 minute walk to Benidorm if you want more excitement. We will definitely come back. The beach is directly in front of the hotel and is a beautiful beach, if you gave mobility issues there is a lovely promenade beside the beach. There are plenty of restaurants close by. We are from Ireland 🇮🇪

I had a good time here , but the end threw everything away when I forgot my Christmas gift on the room and they just ignored me until today and did nothing to resolve this , I sent email , I called 2x and they would only say that they were going to check with cleaners and call me back but never did!! , left my brand new never used apple AirPods in the room and 100% one of the cleaning ladies took it , as I could follow through Find My Phone !! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!! It’s not for the airpods value, it’s for their sentimental value 😢

We got into this hotel after booking a “last minute vacation” and Poseidon being the only one available. We were met with a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very nice, the views are absolutely amazing and the staff from reception to cleaning staff were so friendly. The only negative thing, and it isn’t a hotel problem per say, was the evening entertainment/music. Every singer was blend, the atmosphere wasn’t very nice and it felt like a retirement home on every show, even though the hotel has great facilities for entertainment. Besides that we absolutely recommend this hotel, the views are unmatched and cleanliness is spot on. Thank you all at Poseidon for having us!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by lovely staff at reception. Offered free room upgrade. The choice and quality of the food at mealtimes was outstanding. Watching the show cooking chef cook your food was brilliant. Rooms are spotlessly clean, unobstructed views of the Mediterranean sea, and such a lovely environment to experience. Will definitely return, the quality and hospitality is far above 3 star rating.

Had a great stay at Hotel Poseidon Playa! The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views—especially of the sea. The foodl it was good, and the drinks were enjoyable too. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the area. Would definitely consider staying again!

Great location. Hotel across from the beach, great views from room. Abit outdated but clean. Basic hotel with not much to do. Animation team are amazing and keep the guests by the pool entertained. Food is varied but a good choice. I would not advice all inclusive due to lack of services like food in the day time. Drinks are cheap compared to other hotels. The staff at reception are happy to help. The staff in the restaurant are not very approachable and can be ignorant. No play areas for children outside . Small games room in reception for kids but not much to do. It's an ok hotel but there are better 3 stars. NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY, ONLY A RAMP TO GET TO RECEPTION. THE POOL IS ONLY ASSESABLE BY STAIRS.

We stayed 7 nights at this beautiful and clean hotel. The staff incredible friendly cleaners, receptionists, cantine and also bar staff very attentive and polite. The room is more than expected with balcony and cleaned every day . We never used the pool area but looked clean and people had lots of fun. The beach is just over the road you can rent sun-bed for €6 and umbrella €6 . Only one negative point when it comes to the food most of the time we find it undercooked but can be just for our taste however we always found somethings to eat , they have the best coffee as well which I enjoyed a lot. When it comes to drinks I had the best mojitos and also discovered the sangria’s which was delicious.

The rooms are extremely old and haven’t been renovated inside since 1997. They proudly say they make small renovations every year, but they really are very small. Only the exterior has been renovated — the interior is in terrible condition. The worst part was that we paid for a 25 m² room and received one that was only 14 m². Their response? “Please speak to your travel agency.” We showed them proof on our voucher, even left a €20 tip, but it didn’t make any difference. Also, they charge you for drinking water. Even with half-board, they don’t offer free water at the restaurant. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

Hotel RH Princesa is a relaxed accommodation option that offers comfortable rooms, multiple pools, and a buffet restaurant. Additionally, there are outdoor playgrounds and a games room for kids to enjoy. Guests can also rent bicycles for added adventure.
Nice clean hotel, staff are friendly. The food is nice. The only thing I would fault is the kids entertainment isn't very clear. It's on a board in the reception, but sometimes it's held at different locations. Not enough to drop a star. Would definitely come back. Rooms get 4/5 because there are no double beds, but 2 singles are pushed together. Also, just be wary. This is another hotel where you pay for all inclusive however there are hidden charges if you want "premium" brands... but this seems to be standard practice. Even at 5 star hotels

Had a fantastic holiday here. Was impressed by the friendly staff from front of house reception all the way to the room cleaning staff. All were amazing. The hotel was flexible enough to let us change rooms as we were quite high up initially on floor 15, this was much appreciated. Food was excellent and there was always a choice each night. Entertainment team outstanding, lots of fun activities and competition for the kids! Best of all was the location, felt really comfortable and safe here. Would 100% stay here again.

Hotel is great, however you have to pay €8 pp per day if you want to have the luxury brands on all inclusive. Kids entertainment isn't advertised the best as to locations in hotel its just on a board in reception, the kids disco isn't on until between 9 and 10pm. One issue we had once a child had excreted in the soft play which my little boy played in and got it on his hands, told staff who were aware but still left the soft play open for other kids to go in..no apologie from any staff member.

We opted for the All Inclusive package and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The bar and reception staff were exceptionally attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Seating areas are conveniently close together, whether you prefer relaxing on the terrace, unwinding at the bar, or lounging by the pool. There's a great variety of food available at all times, and the outdoor food truck is perfect for grabbing a quick snack. Highly recommended for a stress-free and enjoyable holiday!

A great hotel. Clean and tidy at all times. Room was spotless and maid service every day including fresh towels each day, even had my pj’s folded every day! Food in the very clean restaurant was varied and has something for everyone. Waiting staff at the restaurant bring drinks at the evening meal. All staff are polite and courteous and respectful. Bar staff in the evenings are friendly and polite. A**** to this hotel and staff.

Well done team for great service, we enjoyed our stay. Room gets clean everyday and buffet food was good. Thumbs up for bar team for nice cocktails. Kids club is plus point. And thank you for the reception for the 3 am takeaway snacks, really appreciate.

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday. Or the strip for much more lively holiday. You must go don't be put off by past ratings of benidorm it's beautiful.

Located in Rincon de Loix district, it provides easy access to attractions like Aqualandia water park and Urban Playa de Levante Public Beach. The air-conditioned rooms come with balconies, TVs, and minibars.
First off we was greeted by the lovely reception staff, easy check in too. Following on was the room, huge beds, very comfy and pillows were like marshmallows. Towels were nice and soft and everywhere was nice and clean. The kitchen staff were great. I have a dairy allergy, it took one or two people to understand due to the language barrier but we did get there and they showed me everything I can and can’t eat which was absolutely brilliant! Pool was nice and big, plenty of sun beds, really can’t fault this hotel at all. Bar staff were lovely and cheerful and it really makes all the difference!

Amazing Stay – Beautiful View & Fantastic Entertainment! First of all, the view is stunning, definitely one of the highlights of the trip aswell as the grate pool a little chilli but you get used to it plenty of of room to sit and relax. Another huge standout was the entertainment team, especially Joan and Jonny. They were both amazing – so friendly, full of energy, and genuinely made an effort to get everyone involved. From poolside games to evening shows, they brought so much fun and made each day more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, and in a great location. Staff were helpful, the facilities were well maintained, All in all, a nice experience. Only real problems was the shower light was leaking water from room above and the crome cast on the tv wasnt working, dinners could be a bit warmer and the dinner options were not restocked after 9pm, hotel evening entertainment was not advised clearly was only inform on events by Joan. Other than those little things fantastic.

Twice I've been to this hotel and I can only say good things.. it is relatively cheaper than other hotels of a similar quality in the locality. It is a good location for both the new town and the beach. Old town is walkable within around 30-40mins. We loved the peaceful vibe of the hotel and area. Huge room, lovely big balcony and plentiful breakfast. I have stayed here all inclusive but simply due to the hotel being a little bit further out and knowing that Benidorm has plenty of selection for reasonable prices outside, I would opt for bed and breakfast. The pool was a good size and plenty of sunbeds. Staff were exceptional. Tip- local buses are a good way to see around too which stop outside the hotel regularly if you don't want to walk so far every day.

Had such a wonderful time here. Nice, clean, well air conditioned rooms. 2 pools to choose from with plenty of space to lay in the sun or shade. Only a small walk to the beach. And a really friendly staff that is the main reason I'm writing this review. Plus there's almost always food being served. Go all inclusive and enjoy, I think it deserves the full 5 stars

Fantastic stay. Lovely hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast and dinner were very nice and tasty with a great variety. The room was wonderful, clean, tidy, and well maintained. The pool and poolside bar were excellent to enjoy some relaxing hours of sunshine. Thank you to the staff for the wine and chocolates left in our room for my partners birthday, a very kind and thoughtful gesture!. We both can't wait to come back again! Highly recommend a stay here!

Visited the hotel from 22/09/25 to 26/09/25. Hotel was lovely. A little off the beaten track bus was just a short walk away from the beach. The hotel advertised a gymnasium. But the equipment was very out of date and in poor condition. The gym needs a much needed overhaul. Overall a nice hotel though.

I stayed at the hotel in May, it is classified as a 4* Superior. This is the 3rd hotel I have stayed at in the last 4 weeks with this 'Superior' designation and I am at loss to understand how this one has this designation. My stay was much closer to what I would expect from a 3* hotel. Plus Points: Spacious room with bathroom with bath and separate shower. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, although poor coffee from the coffee machines and a toasters that were not functioning properly. Minus points: I had a basic level room, it was in need of refurbishment, with low quality furniture in the bedroom and a bathroom that was in need of renovation, the shower door did not close, the shower functioned badly. The room had no tea/coffee making and no fridge, the shower door did not fit, the shower was worn and difficult to use. There was a safe but to use it you had to pay extra. How is this a 4* Superior hotel? The hotel has 18 floors and 4 lifts, there can be a wait for the lift at busy times, it is situated about 1.5km from the centre of Benidorm, there are several restaurants nearby.

Lovely 4 night stay, was staying in the building next to the main building in the deluxe apartments, room very modern and lovely view from balcony. All inclusive was good not a massive selection of drinks but some branded spirits included. Food was nice to and always warm. Partners birthday during our stay and they left a bottle of wine in the room with some chocolates.

Hotel La Estación is a 4-star accommodation located just a short drive from the bustling center of Benidorm. It offers a peaceful retreat with modern amenities such as an outdoor pool, fitness center, and sauna. The hotel features a contemporary design with parquet floors and provides easy access to the city's attractions. Guests can enjoy free parking and convenient proximity to the AP7 Motorway.
We booked this hotel knowing it was up out of town, and was a walk, so know it won't suit everyone. Great base, right above the bus station and 2 mins walk from the train station. 10/15 min walk into the old town and avantie beach front. Hotel it's self feel like a city break hotel, rooms really great size, air con - best I think we have ever had abroad. Bathroom great size, and shower brilliant amazing pressure. Room has 2 double beds, and extremely comfortable brilliant. Pool area really nice and pool bar really reasonable priced, Julia the server was just lovely. I would 100% book this hotel again.

Stayed for 4 nights in March 2025 (room 307) and really enjoyed it. Friendly reception staff and the whole hotel was spotlessly clean. The hotel is right above the bus station so getting there from the airport was incredibly easy. Walking distance to all the sights. The room had everything we needed and a comfortable large bed. Good quality basic breakfast option available for 10 Euros. The gym could do with some improved equipment. Brilliant value for money!

We booked this hotel for a family vacation and were pleased to find a 4-star hotel located away from the noisy party areas near the beaches. We assumed this would provide a quiet environment and a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, we were mistaken. First, it’s important to note that the hotel is situated directly above a major bus terminal. This wouldn’t be such an issue if the hotel had double-glazed windows, but it doesn’t. As a result, the loud sounds of bus engines became the constant background noise whenever we tried to sleep. Even closing the windows properly was difficult, as they are, like much of the hotel, quite old. We also believed that booking a 4-star hotel outside the city center would help keep away party groups and rowdy guests. Sadly, this was not the case. The hotel was full of such groups, and the staff didn’t make much effort to separate them from families. The hallways have terrible acoustics, and the doors close with a loud slamming mechanism. Any late-night conversations or door slams echoed throughout the hotel, waking us up repeatedly. Over our eight-night stay, we didn’t have a single uninterrupted night’s sleep. Even if you manage to fall asleep, the beds are not true beds. They’re thin platforms with legs and a mattress on top. Because the legs are so narrow and the furniture is poorly maintained, the entire bed shakes whenever you turn over. When we raised this issue, housekeeping simply provided sticky pads to put under the legs. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, be aware that you’ll struggle to find protein during your stay. We booked a full-board package, but nearly 90% of the dishes included meat or fish. Although the kitchen sometimes added vegetarian options, none of the dishes were labeled, so it was impossible to tell which items were suitable for vegetarians. Another issue was the policy on drinks. Even with full-board, you have to pay for drinks at lunch and dinner. They wouldn’t even serve tap water, which we found absolutely unreasonable. On a positive note, the hotel was clean, the pool was nice (as long as they weren’t blasting loud club music for hours on end—which seems to be a weekend habit), and the dining room staff was friendly. The hotel also offers free parking, and there’s plenty of space and easy access. Overall, the hotel is in desperate need of a complete renovation and furniture upgrade. If you’re a light sleeper, this place could truly drive you crazy. I would strongly advise against it for families or anyone seeking a quiet, relaxing vacation.

Good value for money. It's located right beside the bus station. Nice and quiet away from all the action. The 20-30min walk to the oldtown/beach is downhill, so it's not too much of an issue. The room and bathroom were a great size. The pool/gym facilities were good too. They were very quiet in the morningtime.

We booked this hotel as we were going to a party in La Nucia, and the hotel was in close proximity and an easy place for pick up and drop off. The staff were welcoming and friendly both at the check-in desk and the cafeteria. The rooms were a nice size and generally quite clean. There were just a few things that could've been improved (smears on glass in bathroom and bedroom, a used chewing gum that was stuck on the side of the wardrobe and a clothes sticker on the bathroom counter).

Thanks to Alvaro and Joselyn for their professionalism and their kindness. The hotel’s location is perfect. The rooms are okay, very basic, could be better. But i think for the price it’s okay.

Rooms are large, clean with an excellent bathroom and large walk-in shower. The location for us was excellent, away from the boom boom madness of benidorm. Most of the clients are workers/business. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is an excellent choices for evening meal and breakfast with the food being hot or cold..not tepid like other hotels can be. I would use this hotel again.
Sheena M — Google review
- Very handy location, next to Benidorm Intermodal and the bus station, which made getting to and from the airport as well as day trip to Denia very easy and convenient. About a fifteen- twenty minute stroll to the beach, the main 'strip' and twenty five minute or so stroll to the lovely Old town. - Rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious. Just remember to bring a travel kettle if you like a brew. No English TV channels but not a problem as encouraged me to dive into a book. - Breakfast was ten euros a head and offered good continental and cooked options. Good value for the price. - Staff were helpful, smart and friendly. Let us check in an hour early which was much appreciated. - Only minor area for improvement is the gym which is a bit dated. - Overall I really enjoyed it here and would return for another little city break.

Her customer service made a significant difference, and I will definitely book with her again in the future.

Happy with the room and room cleaning but i am very disappointed with some reception staff and how dismissive staff were when i reported me and my partner getting food poisoning twice from the hotel food! We booked half board in hope to save money. We had dinner once and the burger was red inside (undercooked) and bread was stale, luke warm beans. We ate half the burger before we realised it was raw inside, we then later were throwing up that night and had very upset stomachs. We gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt thinking it was a one off so we had breakfast 1 or 2 days later. Upon breakfast i cut open the sausage and it was again pink inside. I left the sausage and ate an egg, chips, beans and toast, as did my partner. We had a day at the water park and before we even got in we again had bad upset stomach from the breakfast. I went to reception staff the next day (03.09.24) to report we had food poisoning twice and the staff at reception were dismissive of the situation and said “nobody else has reported this” but if you read other reviews you can see complaints about the food. I just said i was making them aware as the chef may need more training and to help others not have the same issue. The lady was rude and said “ i understood the 1st time”We received no apology for this and was told we should have reported this on the day ( we was out all day and reported it to the night staff that day, the gentleman was lovely but said it needed to be reported to day staff) which is what we did on 03.09.24 and thats when we received the rude dismissive comments. I now have 3 nights left here and feel i cannot report any issues without rude and dismissive comments. Really let the hotel down.

The staff are amazingly nice. The receptionist is super friendly, even the cleaning staff are always in a good mood. At the bar it is a highlight when Christina sings and serves the guests with verve, but is always efficient and professional. Carolina - also at the bar - is also super helpful, always in a good mood and very professional.

The apartments at Hotel Los Alamos were an excellent choice for my stay. They were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, which made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the hotel's location is perfect, close to the beach and with easy access to all of Benidorm's attractions. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

We will start with the positive, the location was brilliant. There are a few negatives and for a start it’s not 4* as it states. The air conditioning.. what air conditioning? rooms are so hot no air con you have a vent that will very very slowly blow cool not cold cool or hot air in. One pillow when there’s two guests we did ask for another and we are on the last night still no pillow. Rooms are small along with the shower.. has to be the smallest shower I have got in. Beds very uncomfortable and breakfast is below standard. All in all was very disappointed and would never stay here again as I said the location was spot on. Hotel is max 3*
Mark S — Google review
Only been here one day, paid a lot of money for all inclusive at this hotel but choices are extremely limited and very poor quality. Gold band all inclusive doesn’t include all the bar shacks and is limited to cheap quality frozen chicken nuggets. Very very poor quality food at breakfast, watery beans and luke warm hot dogs. Bar closes early and snacks only available at certain times. Such a waste of money and very disappointed, do not go all inclusive here. No water in the rooms and no tea and coffee. Staff don’t explain what’s included in all inclusive and have you guessing/dismissed. Wishing we booked somewhere else, don’t waste your money here.

I went here solo. This hotel is definitely Not for solo people. I found it so hard to make any conversation with anyone. I got a Good morning of one gent on his own. Felt really lonely all thru the day. Left 5th July. Found the 2 barman so nice funny n friendly. Walked in on 1st July didn't even get a hi hello from lady on reception. Anyway payed more for bigger room wi lovely pool view balcony. So glad I did. Maids were so nice had my room spotless every day lovely happy ladies. Beds are so comfortable. Shower fantastic. Just not for me but would be great to go with friends. Went to Little Coopers at night had great night great staff met people I knew. So wasn't all bad. Just to feel it wasn't me on my way out I said to the gent Thank you for a lovely stay. Not even your welcome.🤨. All I'll say is go to Old town if you go solo so much better friendlier. Just thought I'd choice a smaller hotel thinking I'd meet people. Met 2 Gordie girl on first second day lovely girls. I do believe in service wi a smile being from Liverpool as we are all out going an friendly. Food ( breakfast spot on all English bacon sausages all different eggs. Scrambled pouched fried. I feel not appreciated as a customer! When we checked in I was ask by the receptionist if I wanted to rent a scooter. I did not plan to rent a scooter but we decided to rent one. An hour later the scooter was delivered. All good. Later on in the afternoon I wanted to charge the scooter. This time there was another receptionist. He was very abrupt....no scooters were allowed? Why would the hotel offer me to rent a scooter if the hotel does not want any scooters there. We were gobsmacked.

I have stayed many times with my mother at your group hotels and on this occasion we were both very satisfied by the stay. My only reservations are Jet2 large groups on the weekends which can be a unruly and drunk behaviour. However on this occasion it was not too bad. I do understand there are generations gaps and some ideas of fun are different. Especially in Benidorm. Our main concern were the room size which felt small and not to the same size and lightness as the Castilla. The hotel staff were on the whole excellent.i did feel for the restaurant staff who seemed to work very long days and continued shifts and appeared very rushed and under a lot of pressure to clear away. The staff have appeared happier on previous stays. I do commend the reply I received to a possible postponement query due to my mother being very ill prior to the holiday. the transfers were good speedy and efficient, though passport and getting to the transfer took nearly an hour (I didn't vote for Brexit) and I know this has nothing to do with you. The evening at the palace was excellent and please do not cut back on this. Food standard and choice was good throughout. An altogether very pleasant stay and hopefully we will return in October.

Just returned after a week full board . Stayed before a few years ago , and it’s still just as nice . Food , plenty of choice. Pool bar reasonable beer prices €2 a pint Soft drinks more expensive . Always sun beds available, but if you want.one by the pool you need to get down at 8:30 . I like the fact they do remove towels from sun beds if you try to reserve them after 40 mins unattended.

Stayed here for a few days on a full board package. Rooms were nice and food was decent enough. Not the hugest choice of food but what's there is tasty and well worth it for what you pay. Only a couple of downsides- apart from breakfast you have to pay for any drinks you want at lunch/dinner (even water), and the glass on the balcony wasn't clean. Location is decent for the beach and the strip.

Positives; nice room, pool view, great location. Negatives; check in 4pm, 2 Euro 50 for bottle of water with your meal. I am an able bodied single traveller but was put in a disabled room. Shower water ran into the rest of bathroom and bedroom. I had to constantly mop it up with towels. Staff are rude. Only nice staff were on the reception bit. If I left my plate or cup and went up to get something else my table would be cleared and someone else would be sitting there 😆 guess it’s the downside of being a solo traveler.

Rooms were a good size for 2 sharing. The fridge is tiny. Can barely fit a couple of bottles of water. The room didn't appear too dirty however the up keep while in the room wasn't great. We were there 5 day and I don't think the floor got cleaned once. The towels got changed and the bed got made but that was it. There wasn't a nice fresh hotel smell. A few other guests noted this also and they had been to the Flash previously with no complaints. Location was spot on if you want to be near lots of fab pubs, good food and the beach. A taxi to the old town was €6.

We found the hotel to be clean and the food was ok, we could always find something to eat, we were half board and took advantage of swapping dinner for lunch which was a nice touch. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Air conditioning wasn’t the best but manageable. Entertainment was intermittent around the pool, which didn’t bother us; but slightly annoyed to be asked several times a day to leave a review by the animation lady. Overall we would absolutely visit again.

Absolutely amazing will definitely be comming back! We arrived around 12ish and check in wasn’t till 4 but we got early check in for €30 and got to pick our room. We were only expecting one double bed or 2 singles but they gave us 2 double beds which was great. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a balcony that has stunning city views. The room was sometimes a little bit noisy due to the bar downstairs but the noise stops at 12 and it never kept us awake at night. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The food was great and had a wide selection at each meal time, the only issue was that drinks weren’t included with dinner so you do have to pay for those. The pool has a bar and drinks which were great prices for how big the meals were. The location is great and has so many markets around which are only a 5 minute walk away and the beach is the same distance, it’s right at the beginning of the strip as well which is great for nights out!

Just had a week here. Stayed many times but not for a while and decided to return. On arrival after a very early flight was told couldn't get in room until 4pm but if we paid 20euros we were allowed, what a nerve!! Paid a lot to stay here and then get charged to get in room. Understand sometimes rooms aren't ready , ours was but this is rip off! Never had to pay to get in room in 25years of going to Benidorm Rest of hotel was fine, rooms good, food ok

Well we stayed 7 nights hotel area is very nice pool is very good as a whole very clean but our cleaner was a bit hit and miss really now to restaurant food not 4 star salad bar was nice but the hot food well low par and to add insult no water machine or juice you have to pay for a small bottle and 15 euro deposit for a pool towel get 10 back so to be honest a bit penny pinching for the cost of staying but location is excellent right opposite morgans

If this is a 4 star hotel I’ll eat my hat…..which will probably taste better than the food. Oh and if you do decide to still stay here bring your own coffee, tea and milk because this ‘4 Star’ hotel charges you once you’ve used your first days rations.

Hotel Sol y Sombra is a budget-friendly and charming 3-star hotel located in the stunning Costa Blanca region of Spain. The hotel offers basic yet colorful rooms, two pools, a restaurant, and a bar, making it an ideal choice for families. While the rooms may be slightly dated, they are well-maintained and cleaned daily by friendly staff. The hotel's location is excellent for exploring the old town and nearby beaches.
Should be a 5 star but the shower curtains aren't great and ours was on the floor when we checked in. We tried to fix but to avail. Regardless. Food is really nice and plenty of options. The staff are beautiful and very helpful. Nice pool on the roof with a good view. Thank you and a very nice time, and I would recommend to all 👌🏻👏🏻

You cant have silence in the room. Music start at the hotel's restaurant at 10 pm and stop after midnight. All customers are old spanish, very loud. Speaks loud, make a lot of noise in their rooms. If the party stop early(12 am) you cant sleep cuz outside you can hear everything, windows and walls very tiny. I dont recomend to stay here!

Starting with the staff, most of them are not very attentive and polite. The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a little to be desired. The elevators are always broken. The food is varied and in large quantities, the quality is reasonable. They treat customers in different ways, if you are Portuguese you will simply be seen differently for the worse. You can see that the treatment given to the Spanish is very different from that given to the Portuguese, which is incomprehensible because people are all the same regardless of nationality or color and in addition Benidorm has many Portuguese tourists. 10/15 minute walk to the beach. Noisy hotel.

We had a 3 night half board stay. This is a great little hotel, mainly Spanish guests and rooms a little dated however the reception staff very friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned daily and food to a good standard. Like said earlier, rooms a little dated however very clean, are cleaned daily. Location excellent for old town and ponte beach. Lavante beach about 20min walk so great location.

Very difficult to find using sat nav. However we did in the end. Suited us for a 1 night stay. Room was cold ,maybe us not setting Aircon right. Staff v good, breakfast choice v good, never did find butter for toast. Parking a nightmare even in November.

We stayed 2 weeks but realized the bedsheets were not changed regularly. The dining area plates, cups and utensils had dried food stuck on the.. every day we saw this. Staff was pleasant though. Food had little seasoning.

Situated just a 10-minute walk from Levante Beach, this adults-only property provides comfortable suites with modern amenities.
Great hotel, slightly away from resort centre and about a five minute walk to beach. Rooms.s were very clean and spacious, only one fault there was not a door between sitting area and bedroom. Very friendly and hardworking staff. Good variety of food always found something to eat that I liked. Big shout out to Georgetta behind the lobby bar. Amazing lady who was always smiling and calm but also would remember what drinks people drank.

Recently spent a week at this hotel. Rooms were clean and lovely, cleaned daily with fresh towels. Food was great for lunch and dinner, soups were amazing. Breakfast isn’t all that great although the fruit and pastries were lovely. Omelettes cooked on request which was good. Staff all friendly but georgie behind the bar is great and fun. Pool area clean and bar staff were very welcoming and would hand out cocktails throughout the day. We didn’t really see any entertainment but it was late in the season. Had a pleasant stay and would visit again.
Sheryl A — Google review
High standard of cleanliness. Towels changed every day. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, I honestly could not say there was anything missing. Show cooking for omelettes, pancakes, french toast etc. Same standard at evening meal, varied every night with a different theme. Even beer sodas, wine and mineral water for us who were not all inclusive. Room was clean, spacious and airy.
Tom E — Google review
A lovely located hotel. All inclusive option was selected but could certainly benefit for more in room services like tea and coffee and room bar. Crisps were the only snack served at the pool but only between certain times. Food was very good and the choice was good. Staff were friendly. All in all a lovely holiday.
Ezra N — Google review
Lovely hotel with lovely staff. We stayed for a week and had a great time. The rooms are huge, very clean with comfy beds. Georgi was particularly lovely to us. The pool was a brilliant temperature and the bar made great drinks. Food was also lovely. There was a bit of a queue for drinks in the evening so it would be good to see some more people on the bar at night. Would also like to see umbrellas by the pool and the pool bar open a bit later. A bit of a walk to the beach/ old town so bring comfy shoes. Overall an amazing holiday 😊

Firstly had an amazing stay at this hotel the staff were fantastic special mentions for Georgi and James on the pool bar Vincent in the restaurant and The little star Tony seems to be everywhere all at once 👍 and Gilberto. All the staff were constantly busy and helpful you wonder where they get the energy. Sadly out of the control of the staff entertainment was limited noise wise due to council restrictions that have recently come into force for the hotel and overall although the entertainers tried to engage with the customers some/most were just not enjoyable 😕. Some areas of the décor/fixtures/fittings could do with sprucing up. Be prepared to get your steps in or wallet out of you like to venture out as there's very little on the doorstep. I would stay at The flamingo beach resort again purely due to the service, food and lack of children.

It was our first ever visit to Benidorm so was a bit unsure what to expect. We arrived and our room was not ready but we had a quick drink and went into lunch and returned shortly after. The room was very spacious was very clean but was very tired there were very few old stains on the furnishings and a few bits that needed attention eg plaster damage and furniture.but on the whole acceptable.the room was serviced daily with the exception of tea and coffee which we got from the bar area without a problem for our cuppa in the morning All the meals were generally very good with a selection to suit most preferences you certainly didn't go away hungry.the staff worked exceptionally hard and were very professional carrying out meal/bar service. The evening entertainment was hit and miss on the balance of probability and the daytime program unfortunately showed very little imagination. Out and about you feel very safe the hotel is around 15mins to the old town and Altea is stunning a short journey on the number 10 local bus.both Benidorm beaches are beautiful. We really had a restful holiday benidorm has something for everyone

Hotel Benidorm Centre is an adults-only hotel located in the heart of Benidorm, just a short walk from Levante Beach. The 4-star hotel offers top-notch services and amenities, including an outdoor pool, buffet restaurant with show cooking, and a pub. Guests can enjoy free breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout their stay. The modern design of the hotel features facilities such as a jacuzzi, sauna, spa, and garden.
An excellent hotel in a great location. Two streets back from the beach, next door to Winners bar and lots of other bars/restaurants. A 15/20 minute walk to the top of the strip, 15 minutes to the Old Town. Rooms are a great size with huge windows and good sized balcony and a big bathroom. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. All the hotel is beautifully clean, modern and well presented. The swimming pool is a decent size with plenty of sunbeds. The pool and bar staff are also brilliant, they like to engage and have a laugh. Always happy to help. The two guys who worked the evening bar were especially great. The evening entertainment was also good. We'd definitely go again. We went midweek so not as busy as the weekends.

Little or no air conditioning in the room. Fresh towels every day. Location is OK but feels a bit like in no man's land. Receptionist sent us to wrong location for our transfer pick up, hotel refused to pay for private taxi, so cost us additional €84. All in all decent hotel but wouldn't go back.

after staying at your hotel, I allow myself to leave the following review.. the location of the hotel is exceptional - very close to the beach and the important area of terraces and shops. the rooms are super ok - large beds, large bathroom, soundproofed (even if you have a room at the front, the pvc joinery manages to soundproof very well). the bathroom facilities leave a bit to be desired...no toilet brush, rusty and limescale shower, a disgusting, nauseating smell coming from the drain area, a smell that floats throughout the room. the food, something extremely bad, disgusting in places (whoever makes the menu should go to some specializations), cockroaches in the dining area, a lot of dirt in the smoking areas. the staff is always eager to help you, and the cleaning and bar staff, a 10+! in conclusion if you want a place close to the beach and the terraced shops area, this may be the location, if you want something more, it's clearly not the right place, you risk leaving with some health problems! all the best and in the future maybe you can put some emphasis on the less ok things from you, to deserve the quote and the price. wait, how many stars does the location have?!...4, no way!!! good day,
EdU E — Google review
Lovely clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about, but plenty of choice. Room was spotlessly clean and large. I would suggest a kettle in the room for a morning cuppa and more complimentary bathroom products eg shower gel etc. excellent location, some really good bars around the immediate area. We would come back here again

The Servigroup Calypso Hotel is a large hotel with a huge outdoor pool and terrace, just a short walk from the beach. Its central location provides easy access to bars and restaurants, making it convenient for guests. Families can enjoy dedicated family rooms and a kids playground. For those looking to party, the hotel offers excellent service and an on-site restaurant, perfect for unwinding after hitting the nearby clubs.
Absolutely brilliant hotel, and has AC everywhere, which is great considering the heat outside. Staff are courteous, professional and always happy to help. The rooms, as well as the rest of the hotel, are immaculately cleaned. Had a balcony with table and two chairs, and was perfect for our needs. Comfy beds, extra pillows, cleaned every day with fresh towels. One niggle, there was no kettle, which is a shame as I can't function without a coffee 1st thing, but I would not hold that against the hotel, it's just my personal preference. Highly recommended, in fact, we have booked the same hotel for next year... Perfect location, close enough to the strip, but not close enough to be disturbed by the noise. About a 5min walk to the beach, and about 25 mins gentle stroll to the old town

I had a lovely stay at this hotel during my holiday. The service was absolutely amazing. The staff were always helpful and friendly which really made a difference. The pool was nice and clean though it did feel a bit small for the number of guests and some of the sunbeds were a little old and could use updating. My room was spotless and well maintained but it felt a bit on the smaller side and the views weren’t the best because of the triangular balcony shapes. Breakfast was nothing special, it was the usual but with fewer choices and not a lot of options. Overall it was a comfortable stay with great service being the highlight.

Me and my partner stayed here end of June. Excellent hotel, very professional staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for us very clean, nice balcony, clean bathroom fresh towels everyday has maids came every morning to clean. Breakfast was a variety from English to Spanish and even diabetic fresh juice and fruit was perfect. Pool area was clean downside was pool was very small for a big hotel got very busy so pool was full, sunbeds I found very uncomfortable for my back as some were damaged or broken just had to find one that was ok. Perfect stay for us that we have booked for 2026.

Lovely hotel. Very clean, excellent location, amazing staff, we only had bed and breakfast. Good choices of breakfast. Definitely recommend it. Only downside is rooms were small, nothing to complain about. I always prefer to stay in spacious room, but that's my choice. Generally the hotel is excellent. Definitely give good reviews.

We had a great stay at Servio Calypso. The staff were fantastic, all very friendly & helpful. We loved that the hotel felt safe & secure. Breakfast was great & lots of choice. I would say that the rooms were comfortable they just need a little updating & freshening up. I also felt that the pool area could do with better maintenance regarding the flower pots , weeds & also a lot of broken umberellas. There was no need to rush out for sunbeds though which was great as there were enough for everybody! Overall, it was a great stay & we would return again. It was good value for money for a 4 night stay & birthday celebration.

Location not for me. Wasn't sure exactly where hotel was, but never again. Would suit lpeople who want to drink, party, and listen to loud music all day every day though. Staff are veey helpful, food not bad but only have breakfast. Rooms basic with cheap fixtures and fittings. Aircon woeks very well.

I cannot find any faults with the hotel at all. The location for 'the strip' is great. It can be a little noisy in the early hours of the morning but that is not the fault of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. A friend of mine has stayed in a lot of hotels in Benidorm and he said the food was great. He even convinced me to book half board, which we did. There is a lot of choice and the standard is excellent. Reception staff - Excellent. Cleaning staff - Excellent. Restaurant staff - Excellent. Food - Excellent. Just had a lovely week at the Corona del Mar. Situated in old town, 2 mins walk from the beach. Our room was lovely and had a beautiful view of Benidorm island. Hotel staff are so friendly, especially the bar staff and entertainment staff. A special mention for Davis, who made our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. Also, during our stay, we had a blackout for 10 hours and can't fault the hotel, all the staff were amazing, everyone calm and still smiling, dinner still prepared, and bar kept open for hotel guests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Benidirm.

Had a great stay for 1 week and would highly recommend and stay again. The location is good, being across from the beach and 5 mins walk along the prom to the old town. The immediate vicinity contained a few restaurants and bars but they where not loud or rowdy and there was no issue at all with noise at night sat on the balcony before bed. The pool area was really good, there was no queue in the morning at 10 AM and if you came mid day there was plenty loungers free (in summer holidays too), and more than enough parasols for everybody. All the staff at the bar where friendly and joked with us and came to recognise us, and a special mention must be given to Viktor the pool area attendant. He was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, if we needed extra loungers or parasols he would bring them to us, and help us carry drinks and food from the pool bar, as well as keeping an eye on the guests safety ensuring proper use of slides and pool etiquette. He really made our experience at the pool that bit extra!

What can I say! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful hotel. Our room was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning sea view from the largest balcony you could imagine — we truly felt so lucky to have it. The hotel staff went above and beyond for us; their warm welcome and exceptional care made us feel so special from the moment we arrived. We had previously had to cancel our trip earlier this year after I was diagnosed with cancer in February. Finally being able to travel again and come to such a charming, relaxing place — where we were spoiled in every way — was exactly what the doctor ordered! And the food… wow! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavour, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning

Had a fabulous 4 days with my daughter staying here at the end of October. We had breakfast included which was delicious plenty of choice and generous portions. Room was slightly small but modern and had everything we needed. The staff were the nicest I've ever encountered in a hotel. From reception to breakfast team to housekeeping they all were very accommodating and reception were so helpful in advising on day trips and ordering taxis for us. We will definitely be returning keep up the amazing work and thankyou for one of my best holidays ever.
Eimear D — Google review
This has been a pleasant surprise, as crowded beach villages as Benidorm generally offer big, impersonal hotels. But RH Canfali is a cozy, welcoming and stylish hotel, with all the amenities you can need and located in an unbeateable spot. It is close to all the stores, bars and restaurants, but at the same time offers quietness and relax as it is built on a cliff. But over all these positive aspects, what is more remarkable is the attention and care that you receive from the staff. They really make you feel comfortable and at home. No doubt we will stay here for our next visit to Benidorm!
Myriam B — Google review
We booked for a two-day stay but ended up staying six. The location is great; even though it's in the center of town, there's no traffic noise and only the sound of the waves. Santiago at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, giving us a warm welcome and lots of advice. His kindness was another reason we extended our stay. The breakfast was also very satisfying. If you're looking for a hotel in Benidorm, this is the hotel I would recommend first.
Kayoko — Google review
This four star hotel is quite hidden away but once found the staff are lovely and always on hand to help. The rooms are lovely and clean but for a four star could be a little more modern as they could feel quite basic. The hot tub on the roof top is the icing on the cake, but just bear in mind their is only one and it could be quite busy in the peak summer times. The hotel food was absolutely stunning would highly recommend adding breakfast onto your stay. Absolute gem of a hotel!
Paige P — Google review
On the whole, a lovely hotel in a perfect location in the Old Town. Very modern on the inside with the central atrium and glass lift whilst maintaining the original external style. We had a lovely sea/beach view with balcony from our room, however I could only imagine the rooms at the back of the hotel could be noisy because of the bars in the street below, particularly on the lower floors. Our room was modern and simply furnished, however very sufficient. The bed was very comfortable too. We even had an opening window in the shower! All the reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, however breakfast service was a bit random at times. We sat for a good 30-minutes one morning before anyone came and took our order, meanwhile, elsewhere people around us were being seated and orders taken almost immediately. The al la carte breakfast was always good and freshly prepared, however portion sizes and even ingredients varied day to day, depending who was in the kitchen it would appear. Despite these issues, we loved our stay in Benidorm, the hotel and the facilities it offered although we never got to use the jacuzzi, and in a perfect location, Would we stay again should we return to Benidorm? Yes, possibly.
Martin W — Google review
Because we booked the hotel spontaneously, we couldn’t reserve one room for the entire stay and ended up staying in three different rooms — from a very basic one to a room with a direct sea view. In all three rooms, the air conditioners were in equally terrible condition. They were moldy. When we asked for the air conditioner to be cleaned, a staff member came and simply wiped the mold off the outside, but the rotating filter still had a lot of mold on it. At the front desk, we were told that it wasn’t mold but just dust. However, mold can’t be present only on the outside in such large amounts — it must be inside the entire air conditioner. This means that most likely the entire air conditioning system in the hotel is in very poor condition. Because mold is very harmful and toxic and can cause poisoning if spread throughout the room by the air conditioner, we didn’t use it. Instead, we were given a fan. Since we couldn’t sleep with the window open due to very bright lights from the street and a balcony shining into the window, we slept with the curtains closed. It was terribly stuffy and very hot. We woke up sweating, which caused quite significant discomfort. Unfortunately, during our entire stay, no one properly cleaned the air conditioner. We asked for compensation, but our request was denied. On the positive side, I can say the hotel is in a very good location. The staff are simply amazing, and the food is very tasty. The manager at the reception, Marcos, was super friendly, told us a lot about Benidorm, and was a very positive person. We were happy to see him every time. Unfortunately, these positives do not outweigh the serious downside of the health risk caused by the mold.

If you are on a budget but want a great hotel, Pop Art hotel is the one! A recently refurbished hotel on the seafront of the old town. Fun rooms decorated with pop art. Comfortable beds. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. We had a room with a sea view balcony. I think worth booking - if you are staying a few nights. Cannot commenet on food as we were room only. Lovely staff. Great location, fantastic front sea view, for best experience recommend to book sea terrace room, the terrace is vast with 2 sunbeds, 2 chairs and a small table. Room is cozy and well maintained, has safe box and minibar fridge; bed is comfy but mattress is more on the soft side so those who prefer hard bedding might find it not ideal. Bathroom clean and well maintained, towels new and very soft, 'Rituals...' bathroom amenities (shampoo, shower gel, soap and body lotion). Although the pumps on amenity bottles need a change, it is barely pumping anything from bottles and since they were attached to walls it was impossible to use in any other way other than constantly fighting with the bottle trying to pump anything out of it. Otherwise highly recommend and will stay again if visiting Benidorm in the future.

Lovely bright and friendly hotel. Dog friendly rooms (although we didn't have ours with us this trip), but no dogs allowed in dining area. Rooms were clean with adequate space. Our room (as booked) was overlooking the beach, lovely view, a fair amount of traffic noise as all traffic runs right next to it as balcony overhangs the pavement/road. It is quiet at night though, did not disturb our sleep..... talking about sleep....the bed and pillows were very comfy! Situated in old town but close to all main areas. Good selection of breakfast items and pleasantly surprised to find hot options as we had seen it was continental breakfast.

The receptionist was really helpful and very friendly and upgraded us for our 10 year wedding anniversary which was amazing. The facilities were so clean and modern 😍. We got to our room and it was spacious very clean and very modern. I couldn't belive how beautiful and nice it was. The location is a 10 second hop to the sea front near lots of shops, food places it was amazing location and very quite. I carnt stress enough how clean the hotel was and how attentive the staff were. Highly recommended

The rooms are VERY basic. No pool. No entertainment, this is literally just a sleep spot. If that's what you're looking for then great.. It wasn't what I thought it would be at all. Great location. Great staff just a pretty shabby hotel.

Hotel Madeira Centro is a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Benidorm, just a short walk from the beach and various attractions. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with air conditioning and sea views. Guests can enjoy three restaurants serving Spanish cuisine, an outdoor pool, a gym, and even a hairdresser and solarium on-site.
Location was excellent. The rooms are big & bright, large tv, kettle, comfy bed, spacious balcony and really powerful shower with a choice of two heads. The breakfast had a good choice of food and plenty of tables to sit at. The lifts are fast and there are five of them, one of which shows you the city and sea as it rises. The staff on reception are lovely they really know about Benidorm and they are so helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and kept to a very high standard. I will be back.

Went to enjoy the view and were told we had to wait for a table and we were obligated to pay for a minimum consumption for each person. I can remember when it was free to enjoy the view and you really felt like you wanted to have drink even if you had numerous children.

Location is right next to old town. McDonald’s Burger King and kfc close by along with a Starbucks, hotel is always well air conditioned, our room on the other hand, we booked a double superior and we received a twin room, with the beds bolted down so cannot move them togther to make a double. Me and my partner found this annoying at first as we are a couple and want to sleep in the same bed obviously, however we both adapted to it and actually appreciated the space to stretch, we mentioned to reception about our “ double superior “ and was told I had to ring up 2 days before we got there to request our room be a double, which is strange as I booked a double. But other than that they were helpful 👍

The hotel was ok . The crazy thing is as a hotel guest you have to pay €21 per night for car park! Small swimming pool . Breakfast average . A lot of Orange which go to the juice machine had mould on it Ridiculous behaviour of someone who looked like a restaurant or hotel manager ( a girl).. Who made me feel embarrassed like I've done something wrong on My way out from restaurant from breakfast when I was carrying a cup of coffee with me to the room which I always do when I didn't finish in the restaurant.. she stopped me with hassle and told me very loud to bring it back in front of the other people like i hav an intension to steal it making me feel uncomfortable. Paying over 270 per night she expected me bringing the cup back ... I definitely won t come back to the hotel

HOMOPHOBIC , paid for a superior double room for me and my partner for my 19th birthday, gave us two single beds.i asked management to be moved to a room where we cooked sleep in the same bed and was told that’s not possible, so they not only put us in the wrong room but refused to correct their mistake, rooms were hot and I mean very hot like hotter than outside, very uncomfortable when I asked for the air con to be on I was refused, like sorry what, it’s literally 30 degrees outside, the single beds couldn’t even be moved together into a double as was bolted down, really disappointed and I feel so worthless, do not stay at this hotel . Not LGBT friendly

Gran Hotel Bali is a high-rise hotel located in Benidorm, offering an array of amenities including pools, bars, buffet dining, and an expansive conference center. Situated near Poniente Beach and Cala de Finestrat, this family-friendly 4-star hotel features a full-service spa where guests can enjoy massages, body treatments, and facials.
Pleasantly surprised of this hotel as the reviews wasn’t great! I done a long weekend and I really liked the hotel, staff, rooms etc although I wasn’t all inclusive, I had breakfast included and that was nice and lots of choices. We ate in the island bar in the hotel by the pools for lunch and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. Wasn’t much to do out and around the hotel. But a 5 min walk to the beach and a taxi to new town strip was only 13 euros so wasn’t so bad. There’s also a bus stop outside the hotel that takes you to many places. The pools was still open first week of November unlike what it states on the website. The views from the 43rd floor was amazing. All in all I had a lovely chilled weekend getaway at this hotel and I very much enjoyed it.

Overall experience was very okay. The only reason this hotel counts as a 4 star is because of the spa that you have to pay for and the pools outside. The breakfast is very limited, for such a big hotel I expected much better, but theres just the same things on all of the tables, which gives you an illusion that theres plenty of food. The rooms were okay nothing special, just standard hotel rooms, but having a fridge was nice. We had alot of issues with our booking and even though it wasn't the hotels fault, they still were not very keen on fixing our problem to make our stay nicer. There was no offer of anything complimentary not even a drink, there was instead a "I dont want to deal with the tourists" attitude. Location was good, there are two very good restaurants infront of the hotel and free parking nearby, the hotel is also close to the beach. The wifi was absolutely awful and i had to use my data for the whole stay. The stay itself was okay, but wouldnt stay here again.

I came back from this hotel one week ago. I was there with my husband celebrating our 10th Mariage Anniversary. We really enjoyed it. The view from our room was just amazing, breathtaking on level 31. The rooms are a bit outdated, but I know they are in full process of refurbishment. We were half board and it was plenty of choice for dinner &breakfast. We didn't use pool area at all,as we fancy more the beach, which is less than 8 min walking. The rooms were cleaned daily and also the hotel itself offers all the toiletries you need. Overall we had an amazing holiday, and we can't wait for next year to come back to this hotel.

I think the impression about facilites greatly varies depending wether you were in newer or older building. Unfortunately we were located in the older part and I would not recommend this hotel. The bathroom is full of mold even clean clothes started smelling really bad after a few days. There was no way to dry bathing suits, and anything you brought inside the room that was wet woud start smelling disgusting. The beds are terribly uncomfortable, the windows are broken so you either can't open them or can't close them. We were lucky and the weather was great so we didn't need to close the windows, otherwise we would freeze. The room was clean (if you don't count the mold) and the house keeping did great. Reception staff was all over the place. Some of them were great and helpful, some of them... I am not sure how they got hired anywhere. Super rude, their English knowledge was non existant, super slow, completely unwilling to.even try to understand you... The restaurant was OK. Sometimes the food was good and sometimes it was bad. Breakfast is the worst as there is 0 variety. Other meals were OK. If you are hungry there were things to eat. Staff at the restaurants are slow and uninterested. You need to chase them to give you water. Elevators are small, slow and overcrowded. Especially in the mornings. Sometimes we would have to wait almost half an hour to go down for breakfast. I would go by foot but we had a baby and a stroller so it was impossible. Especially because the stroller can fit only in the bigger elevator and there were only 2. Overall I am giving 3 starts because there were OK parts of the hotel. We didn't have the room in the "newer" part so I don't know what is the situation there. Staff definitely needs training on how to behave with the customers and the whole thing needs some serious renovations and updating. Currently I am not interested in returning here

Hotel states 10 min walk from beach but feels like much longer away . Not much to do around the hotel either, location for myself n partner isn’t good . Room was lovely & clean , sea view also which is lovely. Check in can be horrendous & super slow . 20 euro for spa even with all inclusive, which definitely isn’t worth it , for 1 hour only , half the stuff didn’t work when I tried it. Sky roof top is a euro to go up if you’re staying there. Lovely views. Never tried the bar time area as to me the area is super small do have a few up there drinking . Elevators can be a long wait . The outside ones broke down a few times . All inclusive is from 10am & if you wanted anything of the bars before that you’d have to pay . Which I found shocking. This was for a cuppa . Breakfast I found quite nice , quiet . Lunch was also good , evening meals were the worst for me . & if people are checking out it’s absolutely horrendous to get in for food . They only have juice n hot drinks for breakfast. Water for the rest . & your not aloud to bring a drink in from outside bar to go with eating even though it’s from inside the hotel. They use the smaller restaurant area which can be ok on times . But there’s a much bigger restaurant facility downstairs which would be better suited. Plenty of pool area with lots of seating available I found myself super bored staying here . It was my first & last time Looks amazing but isn’t .

Check in slow but considering the amount of info that needs to be taken & processed... I had the good luck to be checked in by an outstanding receptionist who made it seem easy but in front of me were people clearly annoyed. Amazing sea view, close to two beaches, outstanding entertainment and kids facilities, great swimming pools. Nice room but pretty small and with a few maintenance issues. Large bathroom with bidet, separate shower & bathtub, toilet nightlight... Good housekeeping. Food very good for lunch & dinner, not impressed with the breakfast though as I had a lot better before. The breakfast coffee and juice are not up to the expected standard & the toasters .. . could be replaced! Their drinks system is weird and inconvenient too but the staff is nice and I've met some amazing professionals . Overall very happy.

Booked this hotel for a short getaway as we stayed near by it a couple of years ago. Read some of the reviews and was unsure what we would be greeted with. Reception service: Slow even when it's not busy. Some of the staff were really good, but there seemed to be a good few who might need some extra training. Room: Really clean, comfortable with a great view from the balcony of the sea! Rooms were cleaned daily if you wished. Shower was brilliant, room had a fridge so you could be drinks from the local shop etc. Bar/Drinks: We went all inclusive and the drinks are limited to Amstel Lager on tap, some cheap wine, on tap soft drinks and local supermarket branded spirits. The bar staff were generous with the measures but you had to pay extra for branded spirits and cocktails. Service was ok, not the friendliest of staff. Food: Breakfast choice was pretty decent with Full English, Cereals, Toast, Fruit etc. Lunch and Dinner was ok but the choice was fairly limited. Not sure if this was because it was our of season. Entertainment: wasn't great. 3 Spanish dancers one night and then some Spanish crooner for the other nights. Was told there was a Disco on, found it and there was only one couple in there dancing lol. Local: There are some nice little shops across the road, a small supermarket and some other Bar and Restaurants neat too. It's a 10 min walk to Finestrat beach. Market is on Saturdays and Tuesdays and is really good. Finestrat has got some good shops and bars too. Overall a really enjoyable break.

Just back from staying at the Gran Hotel Bali the only thing Grand about it is the look of the hotel.Looks lovely outside and inside, very spacious, pool areas are great lots of room, clean and tidy well maintained. Rooms very outdated nothing like the pictures advertised very small, filthy dust everywhere,no air conditioning, fridge didn't work, shower not very good. Maid service atrocious had our beds made once despite leaving the enter sign on the door everyday, although we did get fresh towels every day,had to ask at reception for toilet roll to be put in our room. Reception staff mostly okay, a couple very rude, bar staff cheery and welcoming. Food was terrible same every night chicken pork or veil ,My husband was sick every time we ate in the hotel, the snack food lay in a hotplate all day, i say hotplate but it wasn't very hot as food was freezing. Overall experience not good first and last time staying at this hotel.

The Benidorm Plaza Hotel is a centrally located lodging in Benidorm, just a short walk from Llevant Beach and Poniente Beach. This family-friendly hotel offers airy rooms, an outdoor pool, and a gym. Guests can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine at the on-site restaurant and unwind at the buzzy bar. The hotel also features recreational facilities such as a nightclub, indoor pool, and arcade/game room.
18.07.25- 24.07.25 We had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always happy to help with a smile. When we arrived, we noticed the room had two single beds instead of a double — we mentioned it at reception, and they changed it immediately with no fuss. Such great service! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect – close to everything , between old town and new town, minutes from the beach, but still peaceful and quiet at night. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic delicious with plenty of fresh options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and elegant We had a wonderful time – and we will definitely return!

Stayed at this hotel for one week and had a fantastic time. Rooms are comfortable and include tea and coffee facilities. Staff were very kind and helpful. The location is great as it is close to both beaches. Dinner is not until 8pm which is a little late since we are British but we were able to swap for lunch and we ate out for dinner instead. Food was nice with plenty of options plus there are many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again

Location was good. Rooms were very clean staff friendly . Entertainment more for Spanish people Down side is when going full board drinks are an extra charge . Water costs €2 euro and there is no free tea or coffee provided in rooms after first day.. Tea and coffee is only free with breakfast so dinner and tea you pay for hot drinks I think that this lets the hotel down.

We stayed here for 5 nights. From check in to check out our stay was excellent. The bedrooms are clean, well furnished and well air conditioned. The pool has ample Sun beds and was not overly busy. Location wise, it’s prefect. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and old town, but away from the hustle and bustle of it. Highly recommend this hotel and I will be back for sure!

Spent a lovely few days here. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth, the room was comfortable, and breakfast had a good variety — we especially enjoyed the churros. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I’d like to briefly highlight Maria, who provided excellent service during our stay — very polite and attentive. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Would be happy to return if I’m ever in the area again.

I would not consider this a 4 star hotel. Pros: Great location, so close to everything! Beach, shops & restaurants, old town. The main areas are very clean and pool area well maintained. Bar staff provide outdoor service but you must go into the bar to order first. Breakfast had a good selection. Dessert/pastries at each meal we're very nice. Extra touches in bedroom IE. Coffee machine, toothbrush, comb, shaving kit ect. Good Aircon, lots of storage space and a comfortable bed. Cons: The pool is covered, even in25 degrees heat, it is like a sauna/greenhouse inside. The pool area only gets sun for a few hours in the afternoon. The bedroom floors are dusty, along the skirting, our bed wasn't changed once in 4 days even though the pillows/sheets were visibly soiled & we had to use packets of tissues because the toilet roll wasnt replenised that day. The bathroom door wouldn't close fully as the lock had been broken & glued back together incorrectly. The lunch & dinner is repetitive & catered for Spanish guests. Some things were ok, others overcooked &/or bland. Lunch was definitely far better than dinner, with fresh salads & cold meats so even fussy eaters, like my mum, could find a selection to try. You can only get (bad) coffee/tea at breakfast. I asked for coffee after dinner and was told it is only available to purchase in the bar & not the buffet. I even had to pay for the water at lunch/dinner. The only staff members who made us feel welcome or even made an effort to smile genuinely were the 2 young bar men. 2 managers in the restaurant walked around but didn't interact with guests, then they sat and had their own lunch. On check out there was no conversation, just a thank you when I produced the keys, and then he turned away. I have stayed in 3 star resorts with much more welcoming staff who make you want to return. This was our first time in Benidorm and I will definitely be back but we will stay somewhere else.

Loved the Hotel it was clean, friendly staff, and lifts throughout. The pool area was fabulous and service for drinks great. The actual pool was not as I liked, you had to wear swimming cap and I don't even swim. The roof was over the pool and much too hot.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, I've been to many places and stayed in different hotels, and I want to write my impressions to warn people who are looking for hotels with only 4 stars. This hotel is listed as 4 stars, but it doesn't even deserve 2, I'll explain why and attach a photo. The first thing I'd like to draw your attention to is the terrible smell of old stuff, the hotel is really old and should have been closed for renovation. The second thing is that there was no blanket in the room, we had to ask for one, and instead of a full-fledged blanket they gave us a plaid. As for the bathroom, there was no toothbrush and toothpaste, we also had to ask for that, but there was terrible smelling soap, which was simply impossible to wash with. It's terrible, really! The hotel is 25 years behind and there is no talk of 4 stars! I don't understand people who write good reviews, the only one I can say thank you to is the hotel staff, they were kind and friendly, but the check-in process was also long despite the fact that we booked in advance

Rooms were lovely and clean, and the location is close to the strip. We ate and drank daily at the hotel and it was always lovely. Javid took care of us on our last day :)

Hotel is in an amazing location if you have come to Benidorm to visit the strip often and go to Levante beach. I’d stay in the old town if I was to visit again but that is just personal preference! Check in and out process was very smooth, Richard on the front desk was fab. Be aware you need to pay €150pp deposit on arrival but we got this back quickly. Hotel is aesthetically pleasing and has cool decor. You get your room key on your wrist. The Elation rooms are really nice and spacious but these are on the top floor and we found the balcony stunk as waste facilities are on the roof (common smell in Spain throughout the summer we were told!) the hotel has pool parties between 12-8 so the pool is always busy but you can still find a sun lounger to chill out on if you prefer, we had no trouble finding a lounger at any point in our 5 day stay. The hotel didn’t show the F1 on a Sunday which we thought it would and had technical difficulties throughout the women’s euros, the screen kept freezing, turning off and there was no commentary for the majority of it. The Bliss rooms are less nice and smaller and my two friends staying in there had issues with air con on the first night but this was resolved by the next day. Due to the constant pool parties you will find lots of drunk guests in the communal areas and lifts, many of these are rowdy English men which is the main crowd of the hotel but to be expected for this area!

I’ve booked with this company five times this year and have spent a significant amount of money. While everything was fine when things went smoothly, the true measure of a company is how it handles issues when they arise. Unfortunately, when I needed support, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The response was poor and unhelpful, and it was clear that the staff lacked proper training in delivering quality customer care. This experience has been frustrating, and I sincerely hope the company takes steps to improve its service standards moving forward.

Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor pools, perfect for cooling off under the sun, as well as an array of dining options and bars to satisfy every palate.
We stayed here as part of a large group of Brits celebrating a birthday. It was perfect for what we needed. The location is excellent for getting to the Old Town, The New Town and The Beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the showers were especially nice. We enjoyed spending time around the nice pool with reasonably priced drinks from the bar. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I liked that this hotel attracts a lot of Spanish guests as well as Brits, and we enjoyed watching the traditional singing and dancing on some evenings. I'm not sure how the Spanish guests felt about having us around though. They didn't seem to want to engage much and often seemed a bit grumpy. I guess this might be a cultural thing. Breakfast was also good with a huge variety (Yorkshire puddings!?). Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed here for a week nice enough hotel very clean lovely staff. The rooms were clean though basic the walls are paper thin everything can be heard from people making love to people expelling gas, moving around banging into things. No hot water in the evenings to shower which was very disappointing , food was okish plenty to choose from but not really to our taste so we had breakfast out. The location is not really handy for anywhere its more closer to the old town than anywhere else so a lot of waking involved for people who are fit, anyone with limited mobility would definitely need to hire a mobility scooter to get out and about, Very noisy at night with people roaring and shouting outside as they make their way back to their respective hotels full up with drink. We would class this hotel to be more like a Travel Lodge rather than a supposed high end hotel 3 ☆ would be more than enough. Certainly not worth the price they are charging. Would we go back unfortunately that would have to be a No.

Good location. Clean rooms and food diversity is very good. The walls between rooms are thin so you can hear your neighbours. The parking is not free and the elevators are too small. Staff is very polite and willing to help. All in all this hotel is very good. My recommendation!

Rooms are spacious and super clean, you be hard pushed to find a more comfy bed, only downfall on rooms if being picky is they have no kettle or drinks facilities. Very good location for both the old town and the strip if that's your thing...

Great holiday. Staff were nice. Rooms nice and clean, fresh towels and bedding everyday. Entertainment was good. Pool was good although small never really a problem plenty of room for us with our floats. Loved the games around the pool and the aqua dance in the pool. Food was good, each evening is a different selection so some evenings we didn't like the seafood options but out of 7 days there was only 2 evenings where we didn't eat much. Air conditioning was good with thermostats in your room. The pool was not the biggest but also not the smallest. Which was fine and did the job. Also has a children’s pool and an on site spar. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely go back….

We had an amazing two stay at the hotel, Bed, Breakfast and Evening meal. It was a great stay with the rooms being serviced every day, the food was always great with a lovely selection on every day we used the restaurant, while we were there we needed the use of the hotel wheel chair which helped us out amazingly. Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday excellent. Scott

Food first class Cleanliness very good. Rooms could do with a wee tidy Marks on bedroom wall. Bathroom door didn't shut and air conditioning wasn't very good in our room. Staff all friendly and very helpful. Location great. If 3 people were sharing I would recommend upgrading to a superior room as they are a lot bigger. But overall great hotel. Would come back here.

Very nice Hotel, the service was good, the hotel was very well placed for amenities and night clubs. The food was fantastic, with so many choices and a different theme each day. Sadly we were let down massively, by the hotel entertainment. This is why I only gave 4 stars

Was a little bit unsure after reading negative reviews and also my husband booked this after staying there for a boy's weekend away, so not sure what to expect. The food was excellent, really good choice every day. Staff really friendly and helpful. The coin system the hotel uses for outdoor drinks is a really good Idea as you are not seeing glasses left by beds or on tables. Also the lifts somebody mentioned I think really works well as you are not waiting for lifts going to all floors . My only negative is I think the hotel is slightly dated but everything else makes up for that . If I stay in this area again I would definitely stay again and I would definitely recommend.

Room felt like it was from the 70s, the chair on the balcony was broken, we were given an outdated room, we saw our friends room and theirs was a lot more updated and was only next door. Food every night was varied and changed every night but honestly tasted awful. Was great for the price but we expected a lot more. The entertainment was very cringe but also funny. Sebastian the bar tender was amazing throughout our stay! I personally wouldn't visit again.

It's a 3 star, don't expect luxury but i would definitely come back for a short trim. Breakfast was spot on, couldn't fault it. Rooms where clean and spacious and the reception staff where friendly. I didn't use the bar or the pool so cant comment on them.

Hotel Don Pancho is a chic adults-only property in Benidorm, offering airy rooms with sea views. Since its opening in 1972, it has been considered one of the best hotels in the area. The hotel offers an array of amenities including dining options, a nightclub, and a pool. Guests can enjoy Afternoon Tea from October to May and even play on the rooftop bowling green.
Best hotel for the strip. Food good. Very helpful staff. Hotel is quiet bit like retirement home so if you looking for something more lively go elsewhere. They have entertainers on daily do yourself a favour go out. No offence but it's got a club vibe we watched one show and it was awful. Go out there's lots of decent entertainers on the strip.

Just had a 10 night stay first time in Don Pancho and its easily the best hotel we've stayed in in Benidorm. Staff are all so friendly and helpful , rooms have comfortable beds a large TV with plenty channels and the bathroom is spacious with a very large walk in shower. Food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner so much to chose from and always hot. Entertainment at night was good and varied and bar prices reasonable. Can't comment on pool area as didn't use it we are beach people. If we return to Benidorm it will definitely be to the Hotel Don Pancho.

The hotel was in a great location and the approach is lovely, food excellent, rooms though small were nice. This holiday cost £1400 for 4 nights half board and was therefore disappointed when we were given 1 day full board due to arriving late into our second day only to be told on our last day that we couldn’t use it as we had checked out at 11am! The receptionist was adamant that we were not entitled to it. Also I would have expected bottled water to be stocked daily, you get 2 small bottles on the first day. I feel the staff could be more helpful, accommodating and friendly, sadly this means I won’t be returning.

I was apprehensive to stay here after reading reviews stating it was for a certain age bracket - well that wasn’t true when I visited. There was a very varied age throughout the hotel and the atmosphere was lovely! Rooms were great, loved the view. The pool bar was a nice touch, very relaxing and great drinks. Stefan at the pool was also so attentive with all the sun loungers and parasols, a very nice guy. The food in the dining room had plenty of options and the staff there are so wonderful and friendly. Oh and the location is superb, right next to everything but feels like a little haven tucked away facing the sea. We will definitely return!

Lovely hotel with very comfortable and clean bedrooms. Staff extremely friendly and helpful particularly Raymond on reception. Food good and overall service by the staff excellent. Very special shout out to Stefan the pool attendant who worked tirelessly to make sure that I was adequately shaded in the very hot Benidorm sunshine. What that man doesn’t know about shade is not worth writing about. First class hotel and well worth the visit. 5 stars.

Very nice hotel, exceptionally clean, and staff lovely. But rooms quite cramped wall colour could be changed to a nicer pallet than Beige & carpet tiles is a big NO NO it should be stone tiles, people walking bare footed on the carpet give me the ick!! Too many rules around the pool area ridiculous! Breakfast absolutely superb 5 stars all round here & fab location. But wouldn’t go back as we did not like the rooms and pool rules, I got told off yesterday for having a can of Fanta under my sunbed. The pool police showed me up in front of everyone not nice I don’t go on holiday for that type of treatment

First time visit, excellent. It is probably possible to stay in the hotel area for your full stay. Very peaceful and restful. The staff are very attentive. We are arranging another stay next year. Cannot wait, how a holiday should be.

One of the better hotels in Benidorm with all rooms sea facing, a great comfy lounge, swimming pool and good restaurant. This is a quality quieter hotel that is more suited to those looking for a relaxing holiday. The staff are wonderful

Back again 06/06/2025 and just as good. First class hotel, just had an amazing stay 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿👍could not fault a thing ❤️. Excellent value, wonderful staff who worked really hard to make our stay wonderful. If you are British then understand this is a Spanish hotel, so do not expect typical British food like burger and chips/full breakfast but a very good selection of real food. Hot and cold servings were good every day with a good selection of meats and fish. Restaurant gets very busy at weekends and the staff don't stop. Pools, large outside pool with lots of sunbeds this pool is not heated so was too cold to swim in November. Snack bar open during day, pool times 10am till 8pm.There are two indoor pools that are heated and were lovely and warm. Roof pool adults only but only open June to end of September which was disappointing. Good bar area, drinks were reasonably priced and again typical Spanish entertainment, perhaps not for everyone 🤣 great for kids in the summer. Rooms cleaned everyday, good size a little dated now but still very good condition. We will be back thats for sure, thanks for a great stay.

Hotel aqua Deloix Over all a good experience but there is a few things I wish I knew before booking. First of all the air conditioning wasn’t working for the first two nights and the first night I went down and complained they said it would be fixed and no one came to our room so I went down again and it was later fixed. The room itself was clean upon arrival however wasn’t cleaned throughout the week. The bedding wasn’t changed daily since a mark was on my bedding from the first night and was there till the end. We also brought in sand from the beach and it was suspected anyway the floors weren’t cleaned but confirmed when we’d have to dust off our feet before getting into bed or putting on socks since our feet were covered in sand, dust and dirt. This was also shown when water was spilled on the floor and I used a hand towel to wipe it up and the towel came up black.water was also dripping into our sink from the ceiling.upon reading the book of the facility’s provided from the hotel it mentioned a kettle with tea and coffee should be in every room and we didn’t have one. The food itself was a good variety for all dietary needs and not too busy with it being well stocked up however the snack bar was a little more difficult since there was never any pizza available the whole time there and the burgers sometimes came out undercooked. However very big proportions and great chicken wings. Checking out we were charged €3 for a drink and reception couldn’t specify what from since you pay as you go and being all inclusive we woulnt need to pay for extras? And nothing was taken from the fridge? If you don’t want noise stay upstairs in the adults only pool and the staff were good keeping young loud teens out however there is never a lifeguard and when there was a lifeguard by the kids pool they weren’t paying attention or telling kids off for running and doing dangerous things which kept me on edge. Other facilities were fantastic such as taxi ordering, staff only bar, evening entertainment and the staff always had a smile on their face however the cleaning was horrific and I dreaded getting into bed and walking barefoot.

All staff very good. Nice clean rooms, entertainment team great with kids, pool area good, especially kids pool.good selection of snacks at pool bar. only downside, breakfasts weren't hot, & food for kids was limited. The food was definitely aimed at the Spanish guests, Also 20 min walk to beach .overall good holiday.

We were really impressed with this hotel. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Positioned in a quiet part of town, around 35 min walk from all the action and beach. No sun bed wars, plenty to go around the two pools, one roof top for adults only. Food is hit and miss but you can't please everyone. The hotel is designed well and only three stories high. Would stay again in a heartbeat

🌟 Lovely, Clean & Family-Friendly Hotel 🏨 We stayed at Hotel Deloix at the end of July 2025 for 10 days as a family of three 👨‍👩‍👧, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful 😊, and the hotel was spotless ✨. I loved that the pool 🏊‍♀️ was open from 10:00 to 20:00, and on my very first morning I saw the team cleaning it thoroughly before opening 🧹. Even better – there was never any rush for sunbeds 🌞. Our room 🛏️ (3304) had a lovely view of the green hills 🌿. We stayed on a bed & breakfast basis 🍳, and the food was delicious every morning 😋. Another highlight for me was the location 📍 – just a 20-minute walk to the beach 🏖️, perfect for getting my daily steps in 🚶‍♀️. For those who prefer not to walk, there are plenty of affordable taxis 🚖 and buses 🚌. The reception staff can call a taxi for you, and it arrives almost instantly ⏱️. Overall, a wonderful stay 💖 – highly recommended! 👍

A beautifully designed hotel with spacious areas all around and lovely big rooms and balconies. Fantastic pool and seating area and a brilliantly designed children's play area and splash park slightly at the side away from the main pool. Stayed for 7 days but, Unfortunately, we only had half a day without the three loud, foul mouthed, juvenile, drunken, high Welsh lads who never left the place (they were all inclusive so why would they?). Their language, shouting and leering at any passing female was absolutely awful and I know many guests avoided the area and the pool cafe certainly lost business. This is not the hotel for this type of Benidorm clientele so I was surprised that they were tolerated by the staff (who were aware of their behaviour). So glad we didn't have our children with us.

Wow..Where do I start? We stayed at Hotel Deloix in May for 2 weeks. I'll be honest in saying I was ready to come home after 1 week. We got there to find out the adults only pool wasn't open which was my fault as I didn't look into this beforehand. The room was nice and spacious but we couldn't watch any television as it wasn't working! Netflix doesn't work one bit which was a let down. I didn't have issues with the cleaning service unlike some reviews I read. I've noticed whenever we had any issues, the staff did nothing about the issues, like they just ignore how you're feeling instead of trying to resolve the issues. NOW my biggest issue is the dining staff. One lady in particular. I don't know her name but she always has her hair in a bun with bright red lipstick and makeup on her face. She is very unprofessional. Cleaning the table meanwhile we are sitting around it still eating and literally whistling and clapping us to move away from the table now as dining room is shutting and giving us dagger looks and doing horrible gestures at the guests. It is very unacceptable. She needs to be observed closely and Hotel Deloix, just think about who you are hiring for customer service jobs because some of your staff don't know how to treat customers. The only great assets to your hotel are your cleaning staff, entertainment staff and bar staff and also breakfast lady who makes the omelettes, she was lovely. This lovely gentleman as well always giving us biscuits and nuts and putting a smile on our faces. Please retrain your dining staff(waitresses to be exact) especially the one I mentioned. She should be out of her job at Hotel Deloix. One more thing as well. I was there half board and sometimes the meat (chicken to be precise) was pink with blood. I do recommend eating out most the time if staying here.

Hotel Servigroup Torre Dorada is a laid-back hotel situated in a tranquil residential area near Benidorm's Poniente Beach. The property boasts casual rooms, some with sea views, and offers an outdoor pool, sun terrace, and garden. Families will appreciate the children's playground and indoor play area for kids to enjoy regardless of the weather. The on-site restaurant serves diverse buffet meals with show cooking and can accommodate special dietary needs, including celiac menus upon request.
Great value Hotel. Rooms clean , service very friendly and helpful. Location very good. Lots of choice on the breakfast buffet. Close to beach. Only a 20 minute bus (02/03) to Benidorm city centre. Seemed to be mostly Spanish Tourists staying here which is a good sign of a great hotel if the citizens of the country are staying. We unfortunately had a problem with anti social English "lads" in the room next to us. Getting drunk and being violently sick from 3am -7am (which we could hear through the walls). After 3 nights of this - We went down to reception asking for a room change - the reception understood and granted us one. Which was brilliant - the relief of getting a good night's sleep. Very understanding receptionist, we were very grateful. But it goes to show the personal touch the hotel has - other places might have just said tough luck. If you're wanting a clean , friendly , relatively cheap hotel. Id highly recommend here. Thanks to the hotel team

Really nice hotel we stayed for 4 days. Food was really good with a great selection especially at breakfast 😋 and the pool outside was excellent 👌. Only downside is the lack of English at reception, some didn't understand anything i said which made life difficult & the beach is a long trek not great in 30+ degrees and a long walk uphill to the hotel. Overall a lovely hotel!

Really enjoyed our time here. This hotel is 3 stars and fulfils that and more! Had everything we needed, good food, lovely pool, ample sunbeds, great drinks at the bar, clean, friendly service and helpful team all around! Only point taken away is the location is slightly out the way and located on a steep hill. But this is all easily fixed with taxis/bus service. Burned some extra calories doing some walks and going up and down the hill! Would definitely recommend!

7 fantastic days! We absolutely love this hotel and we will definitely be back! Fantastic breakfast fantastic service really friendly staff so lovely, spoke to many of them tried a bit of Spanish probably failed badly, but they appreciated the effort, the pool was lovely it's a peaceful location not in the centre of chaos, hotel was very clean had that Spanish 80s feel to it which I love, wonderful balconies was so nice to be able to chill outside and watch the pool shimmering at night listening to the laughter in the distance! Will be back soon!

*Giving 2 stars because sea views are awesome if you pay for a room with sea views, but other important conditions and services of the hotel are pretty terrible or even suspicious. Beware!* There were several maintenance issues in the bedroom and balcony. Above all, there was a spiderweb in a corner of the balcony that no one of the cleaning service seemed to care enough to remove. Another minor issues in the balcony that need proper maintenance. Room was OK, it has a good size and the sea views are very good. Bathroom was OK, although I found it a bit outdated somehow. I only had the breakfast included, the variety of food was OK, but I got annoyed because of the high level of noise. It was not just people talking and children being as they are, but the waiters made also a lot of noise with the cutlery, trails and talking loudly between them. Also, it was not very nice from them to keep watching closely the guests while we were eating, plus removing of cups of coffee or dishes in the very same moment that we took the last sip. I have been in many hotels of 2, 3 and 4 stars, and it is usual now that the guest takes his tray to the removal place and not been observed by waiters, so we can take as much time for breakfast as we want. (But honestly the noise didn't make the restaurant comfortable). I understand this is a traditional hotel still keeping old ways and that there are many children and old people as guests, but still I don't see the need for having waiters staring at guests when we are eating. Some umbrellas in the swimming pool area were in bad condition, and many sunbeds were broken on the rear part, it was not possible to adjust the seat. What a shame! Also, there was hair in the swimming pool, and a young father got into with his baby in diapers, the innocent baby pooped inside the pool. That was very disgusting! Several male guests jumped into the swimming pool (their heads first), they didn't look for safety (not for themselves nor for other guests who were inside the pool). But the worst thing ever,  was that the lifeguard did nothing! The strangest thing were the people in the hotel reception,  they knew nothing about hiking routes around benidorm,  nor about tours in nearest villages, and also zero idea about private car services as uber or cabify. But the strangest thing was their offering of a free room to have a shower for only 15 minutes (as they told me it was not possible to pay for a late check out), along with that strange "courtesy" offering they required me - in not good manners -, to tell them the exact hour of the day in which I would take a 15 min shower in that free room (no idea where that room was or the condition of it). Of course, I refused that "courtesy" offer. I have stayed in many hotels and that has never been offered to me. I have talked with several acquaintances about that "courtesy room for a 15 min shower" and all of them agree that it is certainly very strange.

All other areas of hotel fully accessible. Bus stops for all Benidorm and surrounding resorts 2min walk. Predominantly Spanish hotel.

Very nice hotel. The staff are friendly, always smiling. The only thing that was wrong with our rooms was that the balcony didn't lock but other than that it was clean and sleek. We only had breakfast included which was lovely, everything you need was there. One of the lifts wasn't working during our stay but wasn't an issue as we were only on the 1st floor. The location is great, right across from the beach, lots of bars & restaurants along the street, a 5 minute walk into the old town, 10 minutes to the blue square and probably about 20 minutes to get to Benidorm beach bars. Would recommend if you wanted somewhere a little bit quieter but the option to go into the more lively area of Benidorm.

Cannot understand some of the negative reviews this hotel gets. We're just home from 10 nights in a premier sea view room and from start to finish, it was wonderful. The reception staff are friendly, charming and funny. The restaurant and bar staff are fantastic. Really helpful to everyone. Rooms were serviced to an impeccable standard every day. The hotel does get an older clientele, that are mainly Spanish but Newsflash, it's in Spain!! The breakfast may not be totally to Northern European tastes but we found plenty to satisfy us. The real winner for us was the room balcony/terrace. It was simply spectacular. Absolutely enormous (about 9m×9m at it's widest) with 3 sun loungers and a table with 3 chairs. We paid, on average, under €120 per night for this room and it's probably worth at least 3 times that amount. I was actually afraid to write a review because I didn't want people to discover the best kept secret in Benidorm but it's only fair to give others a chance to experience what we did. We'll go back again and again and will always look to stay in room 504. Thank you, Hotel Marconi, for the best holiday ever.

Great place for relaxing in benidorm, but the older Spanish concider themselves superior in this hotel, they walk infront of u , bang into you when u give way, its very bizarre, the food is ok , again the Spanish push there way to food first. Its a ok hotel, dont bother with the pool at the top, enjoy the beach !

The hotel is in a great location, if you can deal with a less than great service, but not a terrible one, this is a great place to stay at. Food was good, the hotel attracts an older crowd, but that just means less loud people at later hours of the day. I personally had an issue with the balcony railing being at eye level, but maybe because their chairs are low and I am not a very tall gentleman. If you go to this hotel, you go for the view in the morning, we had a sea-view, you can enjoy your morning coffee on thw balcony and look at the sea/beach. Ima and Xavi were the best from their staff.

Excellent value, we paid a premium for a sea view room and was treated to one of the best views in Benidorm. We chose the half board option and the food at both breakfast and dinner was good and plentiful. Staff are friendly and the property is kept very clean. It is popular with the older Spanish clientel, This is not an issue in anyway just an observation

Steven B — Google review
The room actually did have comfy beds, and the hotel was very clean, (the cleaning staff were top!), and the location was lovely, which are the only positives I can say about this hotel. I attended with a friend to run Benidorm half marathon, which, having a good bed was actually a huge plus. However, the ‘food’ was largely inedible and made with the cheapest ingredients possible. The ‘buffet’ selection was tiny and no good for vegetarians, vegans, or in my case, people with allergies. The ‘restaurant’ was like being in a school canteen. No furnishings or personality, and VERY cold. The clientele were largely 70+ and it felt like a very cold retirement home. The view from our room was of a semi naked old fella opposite who we could’ve touched - the balconies were so close. The lifts were extremely small - I saw a lady struggle to fit herself and a buggy in. When I raised my concerns with the staff, they were extremely rude and unhelpful and basically told me to like it or lump it. I requested a partial refund due to the fact that they were unable/unwilling to provide me with any food, but I was told ‘your request is meaningless’ I therefore left an official complaint. I doubt I will ever hear anything from them, but I hope I can help someone else avoid being ripped off by this awful hotel.

The hotels location is great for the strip and the beach. The rooms are spacious and cleaned each day. The only negative with the room is the frosted glass bathroom door with no lock which offers limited privacy when in the bathroom. The breakfast & dinner buffet offers plenty of variety. The restaurant staff are very helpful & friendly. The pool is large enough for a swim & there was always a sun lounger available. The bar snacks offered great value.

Your reception staff were very pleasant, smiling and helpful and this set the tone for an excellent stay at your hotel. The rooms are not the biggest but they are smart and very well cleaned. Generally the whole hotel looks smart and very well maintained. The breakfast was fabulous with everything you could have asked for. The fact that the safe was free, we did not have to pay a deposit on the rooms and we were all given a beach bag and a voucher for a free drink at the bar were nice touches that made our stay better. We asked if we could have the 4 rooms next to each other which you managed to do for us. Our group of 10 were unanimous in our verdict that we will be back at your hotel next year. Well done and thank you

We are booked in again for may next year for 2 weeks. The pool a lovely temperature aswell . Really couldn't fault it at all. Looking forward to our return stay. Honestly think we will be booking into orange anytime we are over. I did have my reservations regards hearing the late night partying noise of the clubs but I didn't hear a single noise. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

We had a 3 night stay here and really enjoyed it. Staff are superb and the hotel is Spotless, the roons are cleaned every day to a high standard. The pool area is spotless and there are plenty of sundeds for everyone. They also have a large outside screen that shows all the football and sporting events etc etc, it isn't intrusive as the volume is off. The outside drinking area is superb and has snacks available in the day, pizza chips etc etc. The inside bar is immaculate and also has TV screens. The Breakfast was fantastic, we didn't have a evening meal so I couldn't rate it but I would imagine it is good. It is situated close to the strip and we could hear music at night but it wasn't bad at all, we had a room at the rear of the hotel. All in all this is a great hotel with great all round service.

Had a fabulous stay again at Rialto. Lisa and her team are exceptional. From checking in to checking out all the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Really made sure that every guest was happy. Should definitely be 4* I will certainly try to book direct next time. Thank you to all the wonderful team once again

i cant fault the hotel, for what we need one of the best i have stayed in in Benidorm. that includes the don pancho to the lido so all stars over 15 years. room was comfy and clean, shower was the best. breakfast was as good as eating out in the town although some things could be cold but we have that problem too. staff great ceasar was a nice guy in the bar. housekeeper was fantastic, room spotless .all in all nice job..

Really nice hotel Good location Was Bed & Breakfast, lots of breakfast options whether you wanted hot or cold, even had English bacon as well. Room was spacious and clean - Could had used a standing fan as the air con was not cold enough for us in the (very) hot weather especially during the night. Staff were friendly - Especially Lisa on Reception Only downside, no kettle in the room (1st hotel we've stayed in without one)
Caroline H — Google review
Found all reception staff very helpful and answered all questions well. Hotel very clean and well managed. Location good up a slight hill near to the sea. Breakfast exceptional worth more than the 3 stars. Pool area good and loungers always available no reserving with towels. Very enjoyable experience all round

Excellent small 3*hotel. Staff are fantastic. Food was great quality. Rooms were clean and tidy. The only thing missing was no kettle if you wanted a hot drink. But in near 30° it wasn't needed at this time. I'd definitely consider staying again at the Rialto.

Staff were great in all departments and you could see they worked very hard. Reception, waiting and housekeeping are friendly, attentive and asset to hotel. Selection of food at breakfast was good, dinner was satisfactory. Always found something that I would like to eat. However menu was repetitive and food was never hot, just luke warm. However I would have the same criticism of most of the hotels I’ve visited of similar standard in Spain, so maybe it is just a difference in preference of temperature for people from U.K. for food to be hotter. My only main criticism was sound proofing between rooms. Most of the time this was ok, but from 19/09/25 - 22/09/25 I had people staying next to me who would shout, scream and argue with each other during the early hours of the morning when they got back from being out drinking which significantly disturbed my sleep. The worst being the night before my departure which went on for nearly 2 hours! However overall I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Nestled in the vibrant Levante Beach district, The Agir Springs Hotel offers a delightful blend of comfort and elegance. Just a short stroll from the Urban Playa de Levante Public Beach, this charming hotel boasts stunning sea views and an inviting outdoor swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. Guests can indulge in delicious meals at the elegant on-site restaurant, where breakfast is complimentary and dinner is served à la carte, ensuring a memorable dining experience with diverse options to please every palate.
Room was very clean and comfortable, hotel looks great, bar on the roof was fantastic, service from all the staff was excellent. Pool on the roof was really warm and quiet. Drinks were reasonably priced. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff in there were great. Only downside for us with poor mobility was the lifts were very slow. If no mobility problems then it's just a few flights of stairs. I would definitely recommend this place and will return soon.

Great location in the nicer part of the town in my opinion. Very close to the beach this hotel sports a roof top bar alongside a small swimming pool. It's perfectly adequate for s few days in benidorm
Matt L — Google review
Fabulous little hotel tucked in the avenue behind the promenade so easy reach of the beautiful beaches. Even though got very busy of an evening wasn't disturbed by noise. Good double glazing! Great diner downstairs for breakfast. Lovely rooftop sun area witha bar and a small pool for cooling off. Great views. Definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel, nice decor and clean rooms. We even had a gift of a mug and bottle of red wine in the room. Great location, easy to get to old town or the strip. The pool is small and can get busier in the afternoon - just to keep in mind! No complaints and would definitely stay again😊

Stayed on a 3 night short break with my daughter. Beautiful hotel, very clean, nice decor and friendly staff. The rooftop pool was stunning. Location very central to access beach and Old Town. Would definately return

Very nice small hotel, perfectly located near the old town with a lovely rooftop bar and plunge pool. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I have to say this hotel is beautiful! Firstly, it's in a fantastic location. In-between old and new town, 2 minutes walk to the beach ⛱ everything on your doorstep. Check in was very smooth, all the staff are super friendly and very welcoming, the roof top pool bar is fabulous, with a veiw overlooking the sea 🌊 You can enjoy drinks and snacks, while relaxing with chill out music, then enjoy a dip in the pool. The barman there is amazing! The rooms are super spacious with everything you need, very clean and very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this hotel, absolutely fabulous 👌 Thank you to all the staff for such an enjoyable weekend. 💖

BC™ Music Resort is a lively, adults-only all-inclusive destination that promises an unforgettable getaway. With both indoor and outdoor pools, two vibrant bars, and regular pool parties, it sets the stage for fun-filled days. Guests rave about the cleanliness of the hotel and the warm hospitality from staff members like Rafa, who go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcome. While breakfast receives high praise for its delicious offerings, some guests feel that lunch and dinner could benefit from a wider variety.
Review for bar included at front of beach but some also applies to the hotel —- Great location on beach and staff happy and friendly and looks nice inside the bar / restaurant area. Can’t take food to your room with the plates in the canteen but don’t have paper ones so had to mush everything together in a napkin. Would like to add would return and do think it’s good there’s always the option of food on from pretty much all throughout the day so don’t have to rush to get food and the alcohol portions were good and can access hot and cold drinks throughout the night. When we arrived, the atmosphere was intense—seriously loud music and stag dos everywhere. It was full-on from the start. Reception staff were great, very helpful. They gave us four drink tokens and explained these were for our all-inclusive drinks, even though we had wristbands. Maids came everyday so yeah, good. We were a group of four staying in a one-bedroom apartment. The room itself was nice, but the bedroom was pretty cramped for two people. After unpacking, we headed for drinks. Unfortunately, the bar experience was frustrating. There was a long wait, and they only allowed one drink per person. That meant each of us had to queue up separately. Meanwhile, others were walking away with multiple drinks as they were tipping. In 50 minutes, we only managed to get two drinks each. Next, we tried the food. It wasn’t terrible, but it was cold, which was disappointing. Basic food. Chips pizza etc. The next day was chaotic. The place was packed because people can buy tickets for the pool party, even if they’re not staying at the hotel. We couldn’t even get close to the pool. Later, things got worse—arguments, shouting, even scuffles. It was complete mayhem. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it. After that, we didn’t use the hotel for food or drinks again. We chose to go out every day instead. Is it the worst place ever? No. But you really need to know what you’re getting into. Would I go back? No—but that’s just my personal choice.

Don’t expect a lot it is what it is. Rooms are clean but need updating, staff are all very friendly and helpful! Needs a little more music and effort with the dj and dancers were shocking! Pool party’s were non existent and music was on and off quietly! The food I won’t speak about. Coffee is nice. Alcohol is nice needs a little more options! However best part is the bonus this year the beach bar Starsbar is included on the all inclusive which is great!! This is our second time this year and will come back because we know what to expect it is what it is! Great weekend all in again!!!

We had a great time, but we went out more and saw Benidorm. The entertainment was little, but it could have been the time of year but the staff in Magic Stars are great. So polite, do everything and free drinks, as we stayed at the hotel. Marilen and the team are great at magic stars, and the bar is perfectly suited on the coast.

Amazing welcome from start to finish . Best child friendly bar we have been too. Kept children entertained ans helped so much. Highly recommend especially with children with special needs. High five ro our favourite staff member mamileu🫶

Stayed at another hotel and paid €30 each for the pool party. The bar tender looked like she was on something and made the process of buying drinks scary tbh 😂. The food was awful and was tiny. The dancers on stage were awful and the DJ was only there for 2 hours. It was a great time simply because of the people we met there.
Ben N — Google review
Great stay ! Food was actually lovely and plenty of choice ! Drinks where good only downfall was the pool bar the queuing was very long cause only one bar was opened. Staff very friendly! Our rooms were cleaned every day fresh towels and sheets Music was ok some days but songs were on repeat but mentioned to staff and it was sorted straight away! Pity no private shower facilities when checking out! Lifts were crazy only 1 working out of 3 Definitely would come back again we had a great time

This hotel is great for hens and stags, but also smaller parties too. Far enough from the strip to avoid the noise but close enough to walk down. We avoided walking back up the hill (Taxi cost €5) Cannot fault the staff, the food wasn't the best but there was always something you could eat, but the drinks and the link up to the bar on the beach more than made up for it. Thank you for our stay bc

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Control Mar Benidorm I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Control Mar Benidorm, and I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, especially Miguel Angel, who made my stay incredibly enjoyable. His kindness and helpfulness were truly exceptional, and he made our stay feel like home. The rest of the staff were equally attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries about the city or offer recommendations. The food at the hotel was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Every meal was a treat, and it was clear that the hotel takes great pride in its culinary offerings. In terms of location, the hotel couldn't be better situated. It’s just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline. The convenience of the location added to the overall appeal of my stay. Overall, my experience at Hotel Control Mar Benidorm was fantastic, and I would love to return in the future. If you're looking for a place with great service, delicious food, and a perfect location, this hotel is an excellent choice.

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is good and the rooms were ok maybe could do with a little spruce up but nothing drastic. Breakfast was nice with plenty options for all. It's perfect location for the Old Town, just down from the church. Pubs and restaurants metres away including Tapas Alley. The beach is just round the corner. We would easily stay again. Thanks.

Booked 5 nights here and didn't know what to expect. For the price I payed I was delighted in our choice. We stayed in room 403, and this is my review of the things that matter to me. The room was basic and a little dated but very clean. The beds are really comfy. The bath towels are a little small, but we were given clean ones every day. Our room was cleaned every day Check out was at midday. Staff are warm, friendly, and helpful. The location is great. It is in old town but central and just a short walk to the plaza. The pool and terrace area was really nice and unexpected. The pool is quite cold. There was no late night noise either from inside or outside the hotel. The drinks on the terrace are not expensive. I paid €6 for a large measure of good quality tequila and a can of fanta lemon and €3 for a red wine. I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on food. Overall, for the price we paid, the hotel was fantastic, and I would not hesitate to book it again.

What a Brilliant hotel right in the heart of Benidorms old town. The roof top pool was great and has a bar. Some reviews talk about slow service and strict rules. But I personally found the staff very attentive and had a great time. My Room, 604, was just brilliant. Had a balcony overlooking the sea and was a really good size. Large double bed and big wardrobe. The biggest asset of this hotel apart from location was it's amazing friendly staff. They where so helpful throughout and always said hello when walking past reception. So attentive. Would 100% stay here again. 11/10 for me 😁
John C — Google review
Luis and the other staff at the front desk reception were incredibly kind and helpful. The roof deck, pool, and views are stunning. It’s right in the center of the Casco Antiguo (bustling old town) yet remains quiet. I heard no street noise, only some arguing neighbors ;) The rooms are simple and a bit dated and the cost of breakfast is high. I look forward to my next stay.
Daniel S — Google review
Just back from my second stay here. Hotel is situated within very easy walking distance of the beach and right in the middle of the Old Town area. A slight incline walking the last 50m up to it but very doable. Staff all very pleasant and helpful. Rooms not luxurious but perfectly adequate. Nice roomy shower and updated bathrooms. Safe available in room with a returnable deposit for the key. No kettle or tea-making facilities in room (which would be nice), but there is a small fridge. Aircon in room worked great. Meal times are perfect, extending to 3pm for lunch and 10pm for dinner. Breakfast buffet is ample and very varied, including cooked English style, but also cold cuts, cereals, fruit, breads, cakes, cookies and pastries. The aircon seemed not to be turned on during breakfast, which (for me) was uncomfortable as the restaurant area was too warm. Lunch and dinner also offer lots of choice of meat and fish dishes, vegetables and salads, with fruit, cakes, and ice cream. Drinks paid separately, reasonably priced. The rooftop pool area is lovely, great views for photos too, although I prefer the beach. Due to narrow streets in the Old Town, airport transfer coaches cannot reach this hotel, so be aware that you will be dropped off from your coach about ten minute's walk away. I had to take taxis to and from the pick-up area both trips. Summary: pleasant hotel, lovely staff, good food, excellent location.
Jane G — Google review
We got dropped off not sure where we were asked the driver of the coach for directions but he did not know where our hotel was, after walking for 50 minutes and the help of Google we found the hotel. Please check the small print or check with the hotel before you book. Arrived at the hotel only to be told the sea view room was not available and was told to take it up with the holiday company considering we booked a sea view room with balcony and payed for the room we were very disappointed with the alternative room they gave us.the sea view was a small gap between buildings no balcony no kettle no cups no fridge and no information pack regarding rules or regulations. We spoke to a lot of people who were dissatisfied with the hotel if we knew this we would not of booked this hotel. On the plus the cleaning staff done a great job. Some great views from the roof top pool again please read the rules before you pick this hotel.

Great little hotel, perfect for a weekend getaway... Didn't manage to use the pool too busy with the night life. Clean and friendly staff, rooms are minimalist but perfect for our needs. Easy to get lost if you don't know the area but the locals were more than happy to help at all hours.

Stayed as a group of 6 for some upcoming birthday celebrations Apartment was great, plenty of space, 1 double bed, 2 single beds and sofa bed Air con is the living room and main bedroom En-suite and then extra bathroom - very helpful with 6 of us!! We did have a couple of time where we lost power, phoned the number on WhatsApp and instructions were given and we sorted within minutes. Sounds like it happens quite a lot when overloading the sockets with hair dryers and straighteners etc Room was very clean, no issues at all Pool was fantastic, €3 per day for a sunbed, pool was clean and well looked after by the staff, opened at 10am Location isn’t bad, it’s a bit far away from places like Cafe Benidorm which is our favourite place at nighttime and it’s a walk to the beach We have stayed in Gemelos 22 a few times before so we did know about the location

Great location for going out. Beach 10 minute walk. Bars and restaurants very close. Great pool and sunbathing areas. Sun loungers 3euros each. Don't be put off by the people waiting like dogs to get there sun bed spot. Plenty of areas to lie down. Standard rooms, clean and air conditioning. If you have a two bedroom apartment the smaller room doesn't have air conditioning. Asked for a fan at reception and was given one. Private apartment so no random people can gate crash. Very quiet at night so having a good night sleep isn't a problem. Because it's a residential building there allowed to keep pets, but not near the pool area. Would definitely stay again.

Great location to the many bars and restaurants Benidorm has to offer. One bedroom apartment with a wardrobe with plenty of coat hangers. There is a safe in the wardrobe which is charged at 5€ for our stay- bathroom with shower over the bath- kitchen well equipped with pots & pans utensils, cups, glasses, plates and a microwave- fridge freezer also cooker. Lounge area with table and chairs to seat 4 people which also has a corner sofa and a TV. Balcony with chairs and table and clothes horse. A deposit is payable on your arrival which is returned when you leave apartment. Three large pool areas with plenty of places to catch the sun. Probably would not stay here again as Benidorm has hundreds of hotels to choose from.

Very enjoyable experience and great for the kids with 3 pools 1 kiddies one with play area and to other one being an adult one. You do have to pay for sunbeds every day. It is great as just outside are all shops to cate for everything you need ie: food clothing sweets and tobacco fizzy drink and alcohol. Great all round.

Bar Mercury stands out as one of the premier gay clubs in Benidorm, offering an inviting atmosphere that keeps patrons coming back for more. With a vibrant dancefloor and a lively crowd, especially after midnight, it’s the perfect spot to let loose and enjoy great music. The friendly and professional staff, including the charming owner Valentino, create a welcoming environment where everyone feels at home. While primarily catering to Spanish clientele, Bar Mercury is open to all who wish to join in on the fun.
Always a great vibe in here, and Valentin at the bar doing it all himself, he's superman. 😘🤗. If you go upstairs for a cruise, it's men only up there, women - the men up there want fun with another man, they don't want the vibe ruining, a man wouldn't be welcome at a lesbian orgy would he? NO, so be respectful, and buy a drink first, if you're going cruising.
