Lovely hotel in a great location. I visited for 4 nights as a surprise for my sister’s birthday (who was already staying at the hotel with my mother for a week). The reception staff were great. They arranged for some cava and chocolates to be delivered to the room as a birthday treat for my sister. They were also able to accommodate my request for our rooms to be close together on the ground floor (I ended up being in the room next door). All staff we interacted with in the hotel were so friendly and were lovely to chat to. They are a credit to the hotel. My room was spotless and the air conditioning was superb which was appreciated in the 30+ degree heat! The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Plenty of choice on offer and the food was delicious that I ended up eating there every night of my stay. I am gutted that I missed out on the chocolate fountain that my sister and mum enjoyed the night before I arrived! The 6 euro bottle of house wine at the restaurant was fantastic value for money. The waiters in the restaurant were always so nice to chat to and were very attentive. The terrace bar was also good for some people watching while enjoying a cocktail or two. Table service from the hard working bar staff was also a nice touch. The pool area was smaller than other hotels I have stayed at but there was never any issue with getting a sun bed (even during August) and the pool was great to cool off in with the water being a pleasant temperature. Overall a really great adults only hotel. I hope to be able to visit again soon!

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location, rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Food buffet was great, always plenty to eat. Hotel staff were always pleasant and friendly. We had a great holiday and would definitely recommend Hotel Riviera✨️

Great hotel, staff lovely room nice and great view from balcony, only down side to this hotel is the clientele. Me and my brother are currently here now and for the past 9 days it's been snide comments and death stares off everyone in and around the hotel, it got that bad we avoided the dinner hall completely as we couldn't even grab a plate without people barging past and making remarks ( this was the first and second night, we've now been in there twice for dinner that's it) We just like most of the other people here have paid for full board and we have only been able to stomach being around such horrid people twice in the entire ten days we've been here, I'm guessing it's because we are the only people here below the age of 50 (21 and 20 ) we've went in the pool twice and avoided the clientele like the plague. We've been quiet and stayed away yet people here are still finding issue with us, my advice if Your not an OAP stay away because this hotel is rammed with pensioners who hate on young people for no reason other than the fact of them simply being here

Our first time in Benidorm. Went to celebrate a big birthday. It was an absolutely brilliant experience and the Riviera played a massive role in our enjoyment. This hotel is special. It's not the poshest we've ever stayed in but it's one of the very best. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are super comfy, very clean and a lot of thought has gone into their design. The atmosphere in the hotel is fun and friendly, food is very good and the music great. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Riviera!! xx

Stayed here for a week. Absolutely loved our time here. Hotel was really clean & modern. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Food was good, plenty of selection to choose from. Staff were friendly & helpful. Will go back to Sandos Monaco again. Couldn't get by the pool, due to inconsiderate people leaving towels on sunbeds, yet going out for the day. Had a spa massage & Facial for €75 which was a little disappointing. Not worth the €75 for a soft massage. But overall great location & great hotel.

Fantastic hotel, modern, spotless, great staff, helpful and friendly especially the entertainment team, kept us involved in activities every day. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Ideal location between old and new town.

Excellent hotel,service is absolutely brilliant,staff are fantastic especially Cristian on reception.All the staff go above and beyond with service,the restaurant staff are extremely polite and courteous,the entertainment girls are brilliant at their job.The food presentation is absolutely amazing it is off the planet,the choice of food whether its breakfast lunch or evening is a joy to behold,this was our first time to Spain and this hotel and its staff made it for us and we went all inclusive definitely worth it,the room was brilliant the air con was great (keep balcony door and curtains closed for maximum cool),the bed was huge and comfy I would say that bathroom could do with a walk in shower instead of shower in a bath in my view,also the entertainment does go on a bit late and is a bit noisy so it’s hard if you want an early night.The pool is brilliant but a bit shallow (1.5m) TIP: If you want to reserve your sun lounger they don’t open door to pool area until 8.45am I was there 8.30am.I will also say that the whole atmosphere around the pool is lots of fun and people are very friendly,all in all I would definitely stay there again,note it’s an adult only hotel.

Great hotel , amazing service the staff are brilliant here, excellent choice of food , great location and the bar areas in the hotel is fantastic would highly recommend this place, more for hotel standard and its general location. I see some saying the rooms are sub standard or below par,this is not true in my opinion, it's not the hilton so what are people expecting? The rooms were clean ,had a fridge, a balcony and a great shower plus house keeping done an amazing job daily, seriously can't fault this hotel in any way. Kudos to the great team inside this hotel,from reception to bar to housekeeping and food areas, they do a great job 👍 thanks for the memories.

Highly recommend! This hotel is great! Great staff, rooms, food, drinks, location… you name it. The location is amazing, just a short walk down a straight path to the beach. Old town is a short walk as is the rowdy areas. But this hotel is in quite a peaceful location (amazing). Food is fresh and hot with a good selection daily. Even the snack bar served wicked kebabs! Drinks were cruzcampo beer, nice cocktails (not pre-mixed) and selection of wine. The pool was good size and we always managed to get on the loungers. Beds were comfy and the room was clean! Really really pleased with this hotel! Thanks all who contributed!

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Great location, right on the beach, close to everything (that we wanted, at least). Excellent staff, from checking in to waiters, to spa staff and everybody else, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice, large size and well specced, very clean and modern. The shower is amazing, hot and powerful. Great pool and pool areas, comfy sun beds and parasols for each pair of beds. The main pool is lovely with a bar right next to it. Food was also good, a good variety each night and it was decent too. I also had a deep tissue massage at the spa which was very good and just what i needed!! Overall very very pleased we chose this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded all of our expectations. The breakfasts and dinners were exceptional – an incredible variety of delicious food, with special attention given to food allergies and dietary needs. Every single member of the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. The massage experience was also outstanding. Nika, the masseuse, was truly professional – she knew exactly how to work on the painful spots and was incredibly attentive and caring. The entire hotel was spotless, quiet, and filled with positive energy. Everywhere we went, we were greeted with smiles. The location could not be better: the moment we stepped outside, we were right on the stunning sandy beach. We also tried the rooftop pool, which was fantastic, and the breathtaking sea views from up there made it even more special. We have stayed at many hotels before, but this one truly stands out as the best experience we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, and I honestly cannot think of a single negative point to mention. Wonderful clean and very friendly staff. Foods are excellent and so easy to walk into old town and beautiful view from of the sea in front of the hotel. Lovely to have a morning coffee at the front looking at the ocean. Highly recommend hotel and foods are excellent. Chief will catering for your need and they do go over and beyond to meet your need. Excellent management running this hotel. Will definitely come back here next year.

Starting to pack as it's nearly time to go home and we really don't want to. The Hotel is stunning. We're in a Superior Suite with Sea View and the room is gorgeous and the vista quite amazing The Food in the Restaurant is simply amazing with a real wide variety to suit all tastes. Didn't really use the Roof top pool and terrace as the beach is right across the road. What really makes this Hotel shine are the staff. They are so warm and welcoming and always with a smile.. A couple of things that I think could do with attention are 1/ Would be nice if the Hotel enforced their dress code of 'no shorts' in the restaurant at evening meal. The web site does request long trousers. 2/ Please implement a Smoking ban on room Balconies and at the outdoor seating area. There's nothing worse than having smoke wafting in your face when relaxing. Despite these 2 minor gripes my wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in what we feel is the best Hotel in Benidorm.

What an amazing hotel and service experience at the H10 Porto Poniente - we're still here on our holiday but I wanted to post this as the experience is 10/10 Hotel room and cleanliness- exceptional Service and friendless of the staff here - exceptional Roof top pool and bar - amazing views and awesome pool. I haven't got the bar and restaurant teams names just yet; but too many to mention on how wonderful this experience is. This is the first trip for me and my partner since having our little girl, and I'd highly recommend this hotel for families, couples and solo travellers. Well done H10 - another amazing experience. Lovely hotel. We wanted somewhere that was comfortable, and calm. If you want to be in the middle of everything this may not be the hotel for you, but it's not so far out that you can't access everything you want. The rooms are well-proportioned and clean. The restaurant is as good as it can be with a buffet system. It's just a few minutes walk from old town. There's a taxi rank on the way, and a cab from there to the strip is around 8 Euros. I think you'll struggle to find a hotel that's much better than this one in Benidorm. We loved it.

We had a very nice dinner at the restaurant Llum Del Mar with our family. Our server Juan was outstanding and very friendly. We had the burata as a starter, the crispy suckling pig and French lamb for main course. Very delicate and nice arranged at the plate. Tasteful and delicious food. We highly recommend this place. And ask for Juan!!

We were given a very nice room, everything very clean. All the staff were friendly. The food at breakfast is of good quality. The reception (Claudia) staff was warm and professional. We will be back for sure, and recommended if you want to have a special and luxury experience in Benidorm.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Villa Venecia! Incredible views, super friendly staff (Claudia), and a perfect room for a romantic weekend. The breakfast was delicious, and everything was spotless. A peaceful, luxurious escape right in the heart of Benidorm. Can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at this hotel for a week over a month ago and was charged twice on my debit card for the reservation. Despite acknowledging it was a glitch in their system, they have still not refunded me. Their management keeps saying “it’s under investigation,” which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The hotel is definitely not a 5-star standard. The room was very small, there was no parking, and while the location and sea view were great, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were polite and helpful in person, but online communication and management have been a complete disaster. I find it unfair and will be taking this matter further.

We are currently staying in the hotel. Location is perfect, facility is top of the class. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They try to oversupply you with everything. Definitely a 5 star rating for me.

We stayed at the Venecia in September for a week , it was fabulous, the breakfast and dinners were to die for and the staff especially Juan and Jose couldn’t do enough for you , we had a fabulous time , I thoroughly recommend this hotel if you want the boutique experience in Benidorm

We stayed for 2 weeks, our room it was at 11th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. On each morning the cleaning staff did a great job. The food was very good. We had only the breakfast included but we payed for our diner several times. The pool area has a nice pool and a nice bar where you can order drinks. Indeed, a new wing of the hotel is still under construction, but the noise is not so bad. They are trying their best to respect the guests during this development.

Stayed week of 29th September- bed and breakfast option- Fantastic hotel, rooms and hotel was spotless- room cleaned daily, breakfast was lovely omelettes and eggs cooked to order, large array of options and catered for my husband who is coeliac. SPA and roof top bar were amazing - highly recommend the cocktails. Location was fabulous- building work was going on but wasn’t a huge issue. Would definitely recommend x

This is the fifth time we've stayed at Port Benidorm. Beautiful, modern hotel. Comfortable, well maintained rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Great food. Great location. Great value. Cheerful, helpful, efficient staff. Clever lift allocation system, so even at the busy times you aren't waiting ages for one. We'll certainly be back next year.

Hotel was lovely, Rooms nice pool area great. The only thing that let this hotel done was the food it was cold. After speaking to a few people who were at the hotel last year. They found a difference this year also about the food. We were there last week.we have been coming to Benidorm for almost 25 yrs I was with my sister.

First time in Benidorm and Port Benidorm hotel and was not disappointed. Rooms were spotless hotel was spotless location was good. We travelled with my 6 year old grandson who had food allergies and even though we were all inclusive the staff and even the chef had no prob comming to us each day to let us know which foods he could and couldn’t eat nothing was to much effort. Loved the place will look forward to returning

Just had a 10 night stay first time in Don Pancho and its easily the best hotel we've stayed in in Benidorm. Staff are all so friendly and helpful , rooms have comfortable beds a large TV with plenty channels and the bathroom is spacious with a very large walk in shower. Food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner so much to chose from and always hot. Entertainment at night was good and varied and bar prices reasonable. Can't comment on pool area as didn't use it we are beach people. If we return to Benidorm it will definitely be to the Hotel Don Pancho.

The hotel was in a great location and the approach is lovely, food excellent, rooms though small were nice. This holiday cost £1400 for 4 nights half board and was therefore disappointed when we were given 1 day full board due to arriving late into our second day only to be told on our last day that we couldn’t use it as we had checked out at 11am! The receptionist was adamant that we were not entitled to it. Also I would have expected bottled water to be stocked daily, you get 2 small bottles on the first day. I feel the staff could be more helpful, accommodating and friendly, sadly this means I won’t be returning.

I was apprehensive to stay here after reading reviews stating it was for a certain age bracket - well that wasn’t true when I visited. There was a very varied age throughout the hotel and the atmosphere was lovely! Rooms were great, loved the view. The pool bar was a nice touch, very relaxing and great drinks. Stefan at the pool was also so attentive with all the sun loungers and parasols, a very nice guy. The food in the dining room had plenty of options and the staff there are so wonderful and friendly. Oh and the location is superb, right next to everything but feels like a little haven tucked away facing the sea. We will definitely return!

Lovely hotel with very comfortable and clean bedrooms. Staff extremely friendly and helpful particularly Raymond on reception. Food good and overall service by the staff excellent. Very special shout out to Stefan the pool attendant who worked tirelessly to make sure that I was adequately shaded in the very hot Benidorm sunshine. What that man doesn’t know about shade is not worth writing about. First class hotel and well worth the visit. 5 stars.

Very nice hotel, exceptionally clean, and staff lovely. But rooms quite cramped wall colour could be changed to a nicer pallet than Beige & carpet tiles is a big NO NO it should be stone tiles, people walking bare footed on the carpet give me the ick!! Too many rules around the pool area ridiculous! Breakfast absolutely superb 5 stars all round here & fab location. But wouldn’t go back as we did not like the rooms and pool rules, I got told off yesterday for having a can of Fanta under my sunbed. The pool police showed me up in front of everyone not nice I don’t go on holiday for that type of treatment

First time visit, excellent. It is probably possible to stay in the hotel area for your full stay. Very peaceful and restful. The staff are very attentive. We are arranging another stay next year. Cannot wait, how a holiday should be.

One of the better hotels in Benidorm with all rooms sea facing, a great comfy lounge, swimming pool and good restaurant. This is a quality quieter hotel that is more suited to those looking for a relaxing holiday. The staff are wonderful

I have n0t been abroad for 5 years, i have been to Presidente 5 times,it has always been a great hotel , but since the refurb it it is outstanding, from the moment you go to reception the staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially LETICIA, VICTORIA, PAULA and LENY and of course NACHO the whole hotel is spotless, including reception, lifts restaurant bar E,T,C the restaurant staff was brillant especially DANI and FIDELDA, the food was absolutely brill the best food i heave ever had in hotels in benidorm and i have been to many over 16 years , the choices were great there was several meats to pick from lamb beef chicken pork at the same time the veg and varied potatoes , also a great variety of sweets/desserts, also excellent choice for breakfast and show cooking, the pool and bar area were also excellent spotlesss, there was cleaners all over the hotel who was also polite and friendly and kept your room very clean and fresh towels everyday can't wait to go back next year sometime To all the staff thank you (( "Por ayudarme a tener unas vacaciones geniales" ))holiday, because i think the start of a great holiday is having a clean room and excellent food and choice All the best Robby

The hotel was superb. The staff were friendly. The food was excellent. I am normally hard to find food I like on A.I. but I had no problems here. We were in an adapted room, which was great. Minor gripe. A pity the adapted rooms didn't have patio doors to pool.

Nice hotel right in the centre of Rincon de loix for those who like the areas famous night life. The food was very good with plenty to choose from. Excellent service from all staff throughout the hotel.

The service was excellent. Also food was very good .we never bothered with the pool area,as every morning before 8.30 we saw them queueing up to put there towels on .Hotel perfectly located and even though so close to the strip ,windows were very effective in keeping out any excess noise .

Just returned after a week full board . Stayed before a few years ago , and it’s still just as nice . Food , plenty of choice. Pool bar reasonable beer prices €2 a pint Soft drinks more expensive . Always sun beds available, but if you want.one by the pool you need to get down at 8:30 . I like the fact they do remove towels from sun beds if you try to reserve them after 40 mins unattended.

Little or no air conditioning in the room. Fresh towels every day. Location is OK but feels a bit like in no man's land. Receptionist sent us to wrong location for our transfer pick up, hotel refused to pay for private taxi, so cost us additional €84. All in all decent hotel but wouldn't go back.

Stayed here for a week in late March. This hotel is extremely clean, the staff are all really friendly. We had booked half board and found the food to be mostly good both at breakfast and evening meal. Drinks in the hotel we felt were reasonably priced too.

Really excellent stay with my partner back in March. We arrived minutes after dinner had finished, and kindly left us a little food in our rooms. The staff were always helpful and courteous, and area was nice and quiet in the evening. Absolutely would return!

My second time staying here and for good reason, rooms are clean and modern, very fairly priced for the area. Perfect location as the name says in the centre. Nice pool area and a good drink selection, comfy beds and friendly helpful staff also. Hopefully will be back next year

A group of 8 of us stayed here for my 30th birthday. The hotel is so clean, modern & not a single thing out of place. Huge thanks to the Manager and staff, they work hard & give excellent service!

after staying at your hotel, I allow myself to leave the following review.. the location of the hotel is exceptional - very close to the beach and the important area of terraces and shops. the rooms are super ok - large beds, large bathroom, soundproofed (even if you have a room at the front, the pvc joinery manages to soundproof very well). the bathroom facilities leave a bit to be desired...no toilet brush, rusty and limescale shower, a disgusting, nauseating smell coming from the drain area, a smell that floats throughout the room. the food, something extremely bad, disgusting in places (whoever makes the menu should go to some specializations), cockroaches in the dining area, a lot of dirt in the smoking areas. the staff is always eager to help you, and the cleaning and bar staff, a 10+! in conclusion if you want a place close to the beach and the terraced shops area, this may be the location, if you want something more, it's clearly not the right place, you risk leaving with some health problems! all the best and in the future maybe you can put some emphasis on the less ok things from you, to deserve the quote and the price. wait, how many stars does the location have?!...4, no way!!! good day,

Lovely clean and modern hotel. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about, but plenty of choice. Room was spotlessly clean and large. I would suggest a kettle in the room for a morning cuppa and more complimentary bathroom products eg shower gel etc. excellent location, some really good bars around the immediate area. We would come back here again

Just had a lovely week at the Corona del Mar. Situated in old town, 2 mins walk from the beach. Our room was lovely and had a beautiful view of Benidorm island. Hotel staff are so friendly, especially the bar staff and entertainment staff. A special mention for Davis, who made our holiday so enjoyable and memorable. Also, during our stay, we had a blackout for 10 hours and can't fault the hotel, all the staff were amazing, everyone calm and still smiling, dinner still prepared, and bar kept open for hotel guests. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Benidirm.

Had a great stay for 1 week and would highly recommend and stay again. The location is good, being across from the beach and 5 mins walk along the prom to the old town. The immediate vicinity contained a few restaurants and bars but they where not loud or rowdy and there was no issue at all with noise at night sat on the balcony before bed. The pool area was really good, there was no queue in the morning at 10 AM and if you came mid day there was plenty loungers free (in summer holidays too), and more than enough parasols for everybody. All the staff at the bar where friendly and joked with us and came to recognise us, and a special mention must be given to Viktor the pool area attendant. He was so welcoming, friendly and helpful, if we needed extra loungers or parasols he would bring them to us, and help us carry drinks and food from the pool bar, as well as keeping an eye on the guests safety ensuring proper use of slides and pool etiquette. He really made our experience at the pool that bit extra!

Lovely hotel, clean rooms with great sea views if you are lucky. Very noisy however. Lots of noise from the road, roadworks going on and delivery drivers.

The entertainment was amazing. The entertainments manager got everyone involved and created a very welcoming atmosphere. David made a good holiday great.

Best located hotel in The municipality of Benidorm easily accesable for poniente beach or the old town and its on the rue jaime 1 a magnificent piece of infrastructure a road of much interest along its way and it leads to the tram station. Id reccommend a stay here.

Just returned from a lovely stay at this hotel. All the staff are very friendly and hard working and always happy.The bar staff are always happy at their work and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very spacious, and have everything you need, you may need to take some hangers if you take lots of clothes!! The food is lovely always something for everyone, did notice there is also a good vegetarian choices. The hotel has a great frontage with plenty seating and sunshades there is also no smoking area too. There are plenty sun beds and never had a problem getting one. There are plenty hotel is ideally situated for the old town and a short walk to the new town and beaches. This Hotel is one of the best we have stayed in. Well Done Hotel Victoria.

We had a 7 night half board stay here recently. For the price I highly recommend this hotel, the location is perfect, couple minutes from the beach and restaurants. The room was nice, clean and fairly spacious - but the bathroom decor (yellow and blue) let it down slightly, and the fact that the floor when we arrived had a fair bit of sand all over it from the previous occupiers. The food selection at breakfast and dinner was very good, fresh salad and well cooked meats - sometimes it got a bit samey but it’s usually the case at these type of hotels. Service was really great, especially in the bars and restaurants, and the live performances and acts they showcase in the main bar were fantastic! The poolside entertainment was also very good. We had a slight issue one night trying to book a taxi after being told it’d be no issue, we were then told that there were none available and the man on reception did little to offer alternatives. I would stay here again nonetheless, and would recommend to families.

The family room was spacious with 2 double beds and one single for only 4 people. Food was great with a good variety of vegetarian options as well. The view from the top floor was decent and you could see the entire coastline alongside the other hotels. Service was faultless, and staff were very attentive and happy to help if needed.

Spend a week here with my 12 year old son. Overal hotel is good. Staff is fantastic, always eager to please. HUGE thank you to Spanish Viking Kike, Oriel, Alberto , Lia and all the rest. San Miguel, tequila was top notch. People really know how to engage with kids/adults and how to make stay pleasant. I personally don't get all the "issues" about the food. Plenty of variety, always fresh, no funny smells etc. Rooms are spacious with fantastic views and cleaned daily. Few things that I wasn't too keen on : "All inclusive" concept is rather confusing. It's very unclear what you can and can't have with different colour bands. Pool is on a smaller side , and is definitely not what you see on all the pictures. Last bit is lifts.... and all the waiting. If you have no patience, or over 20 stone, this place is not for you. Would definitely go back for a short break to party in Benidorm, but not for a long family holiday.

Just returned from a 10 night holiday but very disappointed with this hotel while the staff lovely friendly and attentive made up for lack of liking the hotel , we had a blue wristband while some other guest had gold and silver but yet still had such as same meals howevera blue band made you feel second rate guests , on going to entertainment bar to watch the artist performing well couldn't get served with a drink because we had the blue band this seems very demeaning . The food wasn't to great either and my biggest bind after breakfast the only time they served tea / coffee further meals lunch and dinner you could only have alcohol or fruit juice not to everyone's taste I'm sure some would much prefer tea / coffee with their meal I certainly would . It is with regret that I shall not rebook another stay at this hotel or recommend it to my friends we not paying all that money to be made to feel second rate citizen s because of the colour of your wrist band

A lovely hotel with friendly attentive staff. The entertainment guy was the best. The room as always clean and modern. The turns were great and the food was nice. Yes it got a bit samey after a week but it was well presented and lots of choice. I always judge a place if I’d go back and yes I would. I couldn’t fault the place. The bonus was no kids 👍🏻

Just outside the Old town. Spotless hotel and friendly staff. Food is great with fresh meat and fish cooked Infront of you (and eggs in the morning). Daytime activities you can join in with if you like. Entertainment staff are great too. We'd return back to the hotel!

What a great hotel! The room was spacious, comfy and clean and from the balcony we could just see the sea. There was a fridge and a kettle in the room as well. Lots to choose from for breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Adult only hotel, which was great for us. Short walk gets you right to the tapas area. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel location is good, Its a clean hotel and the staff are lovely. The pool area is an absolute joke with a hamdfull of beds no where near the amount needed for the size of the hotel and the area around the pool is small too so I guess they couldn't fit anymore beds if they tried. Chances are you won't get a bed if you arrive at the pool at 5 minutes past 9am. I went to get a coffee at 11.30am to be told I couldn't have one because the machine is not available at the moment, wow apposed to be a 4star hotel. Its at best a 3 star for retired aged people.

Lovely hotel, staff are very accommodating, especially with visitors with special needs(my partner has EUPD and several mental health issues and I'm autistic and depressed) Roberto bent over backwards for us when we arrived to make sure we can get into our room and get settled when my partner was having issues, likewise when we needed transport etc. we were very well accommodated. The hotel itself is located in a lovely spot in central Benidorm with supermarkets dotted around and a short walk from the beach. The hotel has a good selection of entertainment at night and daily activities in the day, while we didn't make use of all the facilities/activities (we didn't do any of the day activities as we spent our days mostly exploring and going on other outings, likewise we didn't use the TV in the room either)I don't doubt that these would be a good experience for those who would use them. Hotel staff are also good for calling taxis and making reasonable arrangements which is very handy as the local taxi company will put the phone down on you unless you speak Spanish, the drivers themselves will mostly understand you if you speak English. On a similar note, the locals pronounce "Royal" as "Royale" and saying the name of the hotel in as an English person would say "royal" will result in a confused look from any local taxi drivers or anyone you ask for directions from.

Just arrived home to day after a week in the RH Royal and what a fabulous week we have had hotel is so clean food is brilliant lots of choice rooms are so nice all the staff are so lovely and the entertainment team are absolutely brilliant definitely made our holiday he is so funny and made us have the best time ever and have a good laugh will definitely be booking up for next year thank you very much to all the staff for making us have a fabulous holiday

Worst experience of my life, the staff was so rude not One was nice, the pool is constantly freezing even at 24 degrees no one was in it the whole holiday, we went out everyday by 11pm and we came back to be told we have had 7 complaints for noise after 12pm we was not there!!! They threatened to ring police to which we told them they can as we was not noisy. They then said they do not allow children in the hotel we are both 22 the man wouldn’t let us speak and was talking over us. On check out day we got a call from reception “get out now hurry up and get out” the whole holiday we had dirty looks from all staff, we will never ever stay in this horrible hotel again.

We've stayed here a few times now and our only problem in the past was breakfast, but this time they'd improved it considerably, so no complaints this time. We had great service from all the staff, and in particular Diego in the first floor bar. He was very friendly and made fantastic cocktails!

The hotel is gorgeous, very clean and perfect if you want something better than the average hotel. The pool is too small for the amount of guests the hotel holds aswell as the amount of sun beds, we were there for 3 days and spent 2 at the beach because we couldn’t be bothered fighting for beds as well as dealing with the typical rowdy English but that’s Spain for you. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We had bed and breakfast so whilst I can’t comment on other food, the breakfast buffet was something else, there was plenty of choices and everything I tried from the pastries to the cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious.

We loved this hotel and highly recommend following our 10 night stay. The rooms are lovely - clean, comfortable beds, great shower and bathroom. We had a Gold Platinum Room which had sun beds on our large balcony which was great for sunbathing for us. The rooftop pool and Sky Bar were excellent too. The Royal Arches lounge bar is excellent and the entertainment in the evening was a singer, and always had great music playing. Georgeta in the bar was so lovely and very efficient. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Half Board option (we only upgraded for the last 4 nights) was better than some reviews have indicated. They are really trying to improve the evening buffet. The Show Cooking with choice of fish, meat and burgers was excellent. I think maybe the food is slightly geared towards the Mediterranean taste. Maybe not quite as good as some other hotel buffets but the choice is less due to it being a smaller hotel. Marilin and Lales in the Restaurant were excellent. The Staff could not do enough for you. The Reception staff were all brilliant and very helpful (in particular the lady from Argentina - I didn't catch her name).

Absolutely fantastic hotel! The buffet was by far the best part - Marilin and Lales greeted use every mealtime with the biggest of smiles and were so helpful! The rooms are very comfortable with lovely views. The jacuzzi and the swimming pool are also an added bonus.

Just love the Arches lounge at hotel gold Arcos!! You can sit on the outside balcony and watch the world go by, Diego does an amazing job making all the different cocktails and is such a lovely man! Can’t wait to come back!!

Some team members, whose names we unfortunately do not know, were extraordinarily kind and helpful. The chefs were not only friendly but also meticulous in their cooking – everything looked beautiful and tasted amazing. The hotel was spotless and perfectly maintained. Ideal location with the most beautiful beach and a charming old town right next to the hotel. Delicious breakfast and dinner, with a large variety of dinner options every evening. A very special thank you to Pedro Ortiz, who made our experience unforgettable. Always warm, attentive, and proactive, Pedro went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He surprised us with thoughtful gestures, including a beautifully arranged chocolate platter with drinks and a lovely handwritten card. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly elevated our stay. We will definitely come back – and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Benidorm!

This hotel is great, but we were treated poorly from the moment we entered the door. Management tried to move us to another hotel, without even talking to us, because it was one of our birthdays and they 'don't book celebrations'. To rub it in, we then saw two stag groups in the hotel that we spoke to, and they had no problems. Bottom line, they didn't think we were good enough to stay. Rooms are great, food is superb and the rooftop pool is very cool for a morning lounge. But management are rude, customer service was poor and ultimately their judgement tainted the entire break.

This is the first time staying here. The staff are absolutely wonderful and made us so welcome. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast is fit for a king and the same goes for the evening meal..fantastic choices and something for everyone. As well as being a prime spot for the beach it's also 2 minutes walk to the old town so ideal for bar's, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are cleaned daily and it was lovely to have a king sized bed. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I will definitely book again.

We’ve stayed at this Barceló hotel three times and it doesn’t disappoint. The location is perfect, smack on the beach with beautiful views, the rooms are exceptionally clean (pillow protectors always great to see), a walk in shower perfect for anyone with injuries or pregnant, and the food very good. We go with the half board, well worth it. At breakfast, you have the usual hot food and options for waffles or omelettes depending on the day, as well as tons of fresh fruit, pastries, churros, cheeses, and decent coffee. The staff are very nice too. The only downfall is no on site parking - but they recommend one only 5 minutes walk which is fine about €22 per day. Also, very strange with our recent stay, the receptionist asked would we like to upgrade to the sea view - it was €200 to upgrade but the nightly half board rate was that price so why on earth would anyone pay the same just to get a sea view.

We came on a 2 week holiday from Sweden and the costumer service is amazing especially from Christian and Edu! Super nice guys that makes fantastic drinks! Never experienced such amazing service they were super nice and made every single day of this trip even better! The rooms are very nice, super clean and cozy. The breakfast at this hotel is unbelievable. The people at the reception are very helpful, they have a solution for every problem and questions. The rooftop pool and bar is something else with a crazy view over Benidorm. If you ever visit this hotel, don’t forget to order drinks from Christian and Edu!☀️☺️

Fantastic hotel right near the old town & Tapas alley. Beach is 10 meters away over the prom, plenty of bars & supermarkets very close. The breakfasts are very comprehensive everything you could want. The only issue we had was our room wasn’t ready when we arrived (this seemed to happen to quite a lot of people de be prepared for up to a 3 - 4hr wait if your room isn’t ready.

We've just spend 5 days here had an absolutely amazing experience. Room were very clean and presentable, just found the bed to big lol. Spent alot of our time by the pool which always had beds available, the roof top bar was reasonable prices and always offered welcome service, we had room service and they booked taxis for us when we needed one. My only complaints are 1) that some items of clothing and some money went missing from our room when the maid had been in and 2)Our balcony faced a wall but did managed to get a decent view of the sea if you looked over the balcony. I do think though that when its states recommended 18+ that it should be that. But would certainly return.

I was a little worried about coming to Benidorm due to its reputation of being somewhat tired……. However this hotel put our minds at ease. Check in was easy and the staff were courteous and professional. The room was modern, clean and spacious so what is not to love ❤️ The pool area again was clean and tidy with plenty of sun beds available all day every day. The drinks from the bar were of a good standard and excellent value for money. Thank you Helios hotel for restoring my faith in Benidorm 😎 Highly recommended to one and all 😊

Top quality hotel. Modern decor & spotlessly clean throughout. The rooms are large with Comfy bed & good shower & balcony. Its location is fantastic for the lively spots of Benidorm & a short walk to the beach. Surprisingly quite for it's location, the pool area is a little oasis. The breakfast was good and plenty of options.

I didn't know where to start. The room is beautiful and clean and has a panoramic view. The pool is amazing. The breakfast is more than amazing, fruits and food, everything you could want you can find there. The reception is amazing. In terms of the location of the hotel, for me it is strategic, close to a free parking lot in the city center. The area is very noisy, but the location of the hotel is great, far from the hustle and bustle of the city and at the same time very close to the amusement parks and etc. I am a person who only likes to relax, I don't care about amusement parks haha ​​😁. The important thing is that my stay was only for two days, but honestly it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have spent nights in in Spain. Thank you, I liked the hotel more than the whole area ❤️❤️❤️

Im often in Benidorm. For the first time in Helios Hotel and shure, not the last time. Reception very friendly . All the staff nice and happy. Room perfect and clean. Great Breakfast. Nice little Spa for relaxing. Only one little thing: the GYM is poor maximum points

Room was lovely and always cleaned well. We stayed here for 4 nights on a half board basis so breakfast and evening meal included. The food started off ok but unfortunately didn't stay that way, we're not fussy eaters but choices weren't the best and sometimes only lukewarm. We thought we'd spend the day sunbathing round the pool but from the minute we were there the pool attendant made us feel uncomfortable. We were told off for having drinks round the pool but couldn't see a sign to say otherwise and after that he would stand watching us all the time to the point we went to a different hotel to use their pool. This hotel is great if you're older or a family with children but if you're neither of these or you want to have fun then stay somewhere else

Another great week at Helios. I make a point of stopping here at least once a year and visit the coast at least 5 times a year.. I do use other hotels in benidorm and la cala but Its a hard hotel to beat in benidorm. Always stop half board as the food is the best and never a mad rush or people pushing about for food. There is never sunbed wars even on peak weeks. Always peaceful ..this is a hotel to come to relax and enjoy.total opposite of a medplaya or rosamar style hotel .You get what you pay for! The spa worth a vist aswell!! C u again next year thanks again.

3 friends and myself are just home on Tues 26th August from a 6 day stay in Ambassador 1 hotel and we had an absolute ball from start to finish. What a fabulous hotel, with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Our cleaner (room 1202/1203) did a fantastic job in our rooms every day, fresh towels and a thorough clean. The food was delicious and plenty of choice. My request for low floor rooms wasn't a problem to them. Great pool view and onto the start of the strip. The entertainment was brilliant. We'd definitely love to stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel the rooms were very clean and well maintained the staff were all friendly the pool area was great only issue was there weren't enough umbrellas for all the sunbeds but that didnt cause many issues everyone just got on with it. The bars were all fantastic and again had really friendly staff working. The food was fabulous everything from breakfast to the evening meal was really nice with lots of different dishes every day there was something different. We had a lovely time here and we will definitely be returning again next year.

The hotel was lovely, it was clean, staff were friendly and attentive, the only issue I had was the view. We were on the second floor and our view was the car park. This was a little disappointing but it hasn’t put us off going back, we will just make sure we ask for a better view. There was entertainment on every night. The food was great, I would say that although there was a lot of choice, there wasn’t much choice for kids during the evening meal.

Nice hotel, good spot on strip, but unless you are a vegetarian that likes potatoes then avoid! Don’t think they have a clue. Tonight green beans.. with added shrimps!! 3 type rice.. with added gammon!!! Very disappointed food not as great as read about.

The hotel was clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. There was a large array of breakfast foods and the food area was always spotlessly clean. The hotel was situated in a perfect location between the old and the new town. If I was going to have to nitpick, then it would have been good to have had a full length mirror in the bedroom, but it certainly wouldn't be a deal breaker.a deal breaker. Overall, I was highly impressed with the hotel and would definitely choose it again.

What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained—cleaned every single day. A great touch was your room card provided you could load money onto it on arrival, which gives you 10% off at the hotel bars and the pool bar—a nice bonus for guests who like to unwind on-site. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Old Town, beaches, and New Town. You’re really close to everything, with plenty of places nearby to eat and drink, all at very reasonable prices. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent value. Would you like a more casual or more formal tone?

Excellent mid way location. Very clean and spacious room. Was disappointed that we didn't have a balcony when all our other group did, however very quiet which made up for it. Large comfy bed, good AC, good bathroom. Would have been good to have had a few more sachets of coffee, milk etc in the room, but always managed to get more on request. Excellent breakfast with loads of choice. Pool was a good size, wish guests were not allowed to reserve beds with their towels and then not be there all afternoon. A common problem. Very good 4 night stay.

We had a lovely time. The location was perfect for the beach, Old and New town. The room was very clean and done every day. Breakfast was very varied and very well presented.The staff were very helpful and accomodating in every way.Check in was super easy and check out was eceptional in that you were allowed to (if you had a late flight) store your luggage,use the pool and hotel and they provided a lovely shower room to get ready before you left. I would definitly stay here again. Thankyou.

4 nights at this hotel from 19th September 25. From first impression to reception, staff, room and food nearly everything was exceptional. The location is 2 minutes from the heart of Old town Benidorm and a 15. Minute walk to the strip in the new part of town. The beach is about 5 minutes. There is an option of adding money to your room card to pay for drinks in hotel, which also gives you a 10% discount off the cost of the already competitive bar prices. The hotel was very clean. Room service daily and towels changed each day. Beds were very comfortable and two plump pillows with each bed. Air con was included and worked well. Had a balcony which was large, and directly onto the pool. As we were half board you can choose from breakfast and Lunch or Breakfast and dinner. All meals were of a high standard. Lots of choice and different every night. It all seemed fresh and plenty of everything available. Only issue I can point out is, around the pool beds are very close together. So close it’s difficult to navigate around them. The pool is quite small and very shallow. The pool bar is very good and made an excellent strawberry daiquiri at around €8 or €9 (minus 10%). If you have a deluxe room (ours was a superior and very nice) then you have access to a pool, only available to deluxe room guests on the 7th floor. I’d imagine there’s more room around that pool. Was also informed on arrival, if booking direct in future, as a return customer an 8% discount is given on hotel cost. I’d 100% recommend this hotel if you want somewhere calm, comfortable and a bit more stylish.

An amazing hotel, with great staff. Lola and Juan Carlos in the restaurant are superb. The maid service is exemplary and a real treat. All the products in the room are brilliant and the food is delicious, especially the Gala Dinner. We will be back.

Hotel was very clean, very spacious room, great location, helpful staff, only issues we found no mirror over the dressing table and shower had fixed head drench shower at high level and fixed head shower set a mid height with no sliding rail? Room safe there is a charge for using, first time ever came across this, pool towels are additional charge also

Stayed here 7 years ago but the hotel has been significantly upgraded since. The hotel is absolutely stunning, rooms comfortable with good air conditioning. The showers are outstanding! Rooftop bar and pool offer stunning vistas. Great location - will be back again - this time without the 7 year gap!

Really enjoyed our stay here as usual at Primavera Park, the hotel and staff were amazing. Especially Maria and Vanessa on reception and Rebeca in the restaurant. Their service was always very friendly and they went out of their way to help us and make sure we were happy. The only issue on our stay being with the rooms, we stayed in 2 different rooms and both had faulty plug sockets on the walls and the fridges were warm and not working properly. Apart from this, fantastic :)

A great stay overall here. Beautiful rooms but the air con doesn’t work too well along with the showers flooding. This happened to my room & my 2 cousins rooms so bare that in mind. The food in the pool bar was gorgeous, would highly recommend! A good stay overall!

Pro's: Good location, nice clean modern room and bathroom. Rooftop bar is nice and the staff are fairly friendly. Con's: No aircon in reception/lifts/indoor communal areas so it was really really hot and unpleasant to move around the hotel. The food was OK, but definitely not 4 star worthy. Probably more like a good 3 star hotel than a 4 star.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is fab, the hotel itself is lovely, the rooftop pool is amazing (with great staff up there), the buffet was great (great selection and i liked everything i tried for breakfast and dinner). Having a mercadona 2 blocks up is fantastic as well. There's another supermarket a bit further up on the main road as well. Perfect location between old and new town as well. However, it couldve been 5 out of 5 if it wasnt for the following. 1. We had a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. Spacious with a separate sitting area and fridge. Really well presented. However, the noise of music coming from the buffet (esp on Sunday AM), the dragging of chairs along the floor and the music from the pool (Sat AM) resulted in a noisy awakening on occasion. Also, the view from the 3rd floor room wasnt great. No views over Benidorm, and an obstructed view of the pool on the 1st floor. This should've been clearly explained to us when we 1st went to the room, and/or provisions made. 2. Trying to get the room cleaned/towels changed seemed more difficult than it needed to. In our week stay, the room was attended to twice. When we asked at reception, we were told they can come anytime between 9am and 4pm. On 1 occasion, we left the room at 11am and it hadn't been attended to by 3ish. 3. Our initial greeting on our initial arrival couldve been a bit nicer. Not sure if it was a language barrier but we had hoped our room would be ready upon arrival (arrived about 130pm). We were told "room not ready, come back at 330". Which is fair enough, but it couldve been communicated a bit better. Plus, im not sure if we were given the "short straw" with a room on the 3rd floor. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again and would definitely consider it if i was to come back to Benidorm, but would push for a room on a higher floor.

The hotel was amazing the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Service at the bars was quick. The rooftop bar is amazing. The entertainment (saxophonist) around the bottom pool was a great touch. The fault I had was a missing shoe that accidentally fell off the balcony from the 12th floor onto the fake grass area (car park roof) Although I immediately went to reception to report it I was told they didn't have access and to come back the next day to ask the technician. I did as I was asked and although the shoe had been removed fron the fake grass area (car park roof) they didn't have it.

We’ve stayed in Benidorm several times, but Hotel Mercure stands out by far. The combination of great facilities and outstanding staff makes it an easy 5-star experience. Just spent 4 nights Fri - Tues as a party of 8. The hotel is very nice, rooms clean with a small kettle and fridge. Separate shower, toilet and wash basin and a large TV on the wall. The beds were made daily and towels exchanged but coffee and milk wasn't replaced and the BBC news channels stopped working after day 1. The restaurant are was clean, spacious and served a wide range of foods, juices, tea and coffee. There's a well stocked bar and the pool area was clean with lots of loungers. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely and would use this hotel again.

Hotel is in a quiet location, it is a very calm and relaxing space, with a lovely garden area and pool. All the staff are welcoming and always available to help. Rooms are well appointed with all that you need. Abundant choice for breakfast with plenty of nice fresh produce Pool and hotel bar are well equipped and reasonably priced. Hotel is a short walk to shops and the beach and approx 20 min walk to tapas alley and bars. Would recommend and plan to return

We were a group of 8 people celebrating an 80th birthday with an age range from 20 to 84. This hotel had something for everyone in our group, we had the most pleasurable experience staying here and no complaints about anything. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Food was good. The beds of high quality and comfort. Poolside was relaxing with superior sun beds/Bali beds and set up so it gave privacy to our group. 100% satisfaction. I will be returning.

I really enjoyed my stay here, we stayed for 5 nights, the hotel is really nicely decorated and so are the rooms, tho the rooms are on the smaller side. The grounds of the hotel are lovely, the location is good, near the old town and close enough to walk to the new town. My only criticism of the hotel is the breakfast is nice, but it’s a bit limited, the staff are also really slow at clearing away and resetting the tables, we went a few times at different times and it was the same each day. Also we paid for dinner one evening at the hotel in the buffet; similar to breakfast it was very limited and I went recommend paying the €25 per person you can get more for your money just outside the hotel. But overall it’s a really nice hotel and I would recommend and stay again

Mercure is in a great location, lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby and the seafront just 5 minutes walk. The rooms are clean and the shower is amazing. Large sunny balcony overlooking the pool area. The reception staff and cleaning staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar staff are abrupt and rude. We were ignored many times whilst waiting to make orders for food and drinks. They only seem interested in showing off, making extravagant cocktails for pretty young women. The queue daily at the outdoor bar was a good 20 minutes, or more, just to get a coffee or soft drink because one person was making lots of different cocktails and no other staff were helping out. The bar food (once it finally arrives) is good value. Large portions, enough for 2 to share. The breakfast is top class. Cannot fault it.

The staff here make this hotel a better experience. Thanks to Elena and her female work colleague with red hair and glasses. The young chap at breakfast kept the area clean and went about his work in a polite way that did not disturb guests. Housekeeping do a good job

What can I say! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful hotel. Our room was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning sea view from the largest balcony you could imagine — we truly felt so lucky to have it. The hotel staff went above and beyond for us; their warm welcome and exceptional care made us feel so special from the moment we arrived. We had previously had to cancel our trip earlier this year after I was diagnosed with cancer in February. Finally being able to travel again and come to such a charming, relaxing place — where we were spoiled in every way — was exactly what the doctor ordered! And the food… wow! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavour, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We will definitely be returning

Had a fabulous 4 days with my daughter staying here at the end of October. We had breakfast included which was delicious plenty of choice and generous portions. Room was slightly small but modern and had everything we needed. The staff were the nicest I've ever encountered in a hotel. From reception to breakfast team to housekeeping they all were very accommodating and reception were so helpful in advising on day trips and ordering taxis for us. We will definitely be returning keep up the amazing work and thankyou for one of my best holidays ever.

This has been a pleasant surprise, as crowded beach villages as Benidorm generally offer big, impersonal hotels. But RH Canfali is a cozy, welcoming and stylish hotel, with all the amenities you can need and located in an unbeateable spot. It is close to all the stores, bars and restaurants, but at the same time offers quietness and relax as it is built on a cliff. But over all these positive aspects, what is more remarkable is the attention and care that you receive from the staff. They really make you feel comfortable and at home. No doubt we will stay here for our next visit to Benidorm!

We booked for a two-day stay but ended up staying six. The location is great; even though it's in the center of town, there's no traffic noise and only the sound of the waves. Santiago at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, giving us a warm welcome and lots of advice. His kindness was another reason we extended our stay. The breakfast was also very satisfying. If you're looking for a hotel in Benidorm, this is the hotel I would recommend first.

This four star hotel is quite hidden away but once found the staff are lovely and always on hand to help. The rooms are lovely and clean but for a four star could be a little more modern as they could feel quite basic. The hot tub on the roof top is the icing on the cake, but just bear in mind their is only one and it could be quite busy in the peak summer times. The hotel food was absolutely stunning would highly recommend adding breakfast onto your stay. Absolute gem of a hotel!

On the whole, a lovely hotel in a perfect location in the Old Town. Very modern on the inside with the central atrium and glass lift whilst maintaining the original external style. We had a lovely sea/beach view with balcony from our room, however I could only imagine the rooms at the back of the hotel could be noisy because of the bars in the street below, particularly on the lower floors. Our room was modern and simply furnished, however very sufficient. The bed was very comfortable too. We even had an opening window in the shower! All the reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, however breakfast service was a bit random at times. We sat for a good 30-minutes one morning before anyone came and took our order, meanwhile, elsewhere people around us were being seated and orders taken almost immediately. The al la carte breakfast was always good and freshly prepared, however portion sizes and even ingredients varied day to day, depending who was in the kitchen it would appear. Despite these issues, we loved our stay in Benidorm, the hotel and the facilities it offered although we never got to use the jacuzzi, and in a perfect location, Would we stay again should we return to Benidorm? Yes, possibly.

Because we booked the hotel spontaneously, we couldn’t reserve one room for the entire stay and ended up staying in three different rooms — from a very basic one to a room with a direct sea view. In all three rooms, the air conditioners were in equally terrible condition. They were moldy. When we asked for the air conditioner to be cleaned, a staff member came and simply wiped the mold off the outside, but the rotating filter still had a lot of mold on it. At the front desk, we were told that it wasn’t mold but just dust. However, mold can’t be present only on the outside in such large amounts — it must be inside the entire air conditioner. This means that most likely the entire air conditioning system in the hotel is in very poor condition. Because mold is very harmful and toxic and can cause poisoning if spread throughout the room by the air conditioner, we didn’t use it. Instead, we were given a fan. Since we couldn’t sleep with the window open due to very bright lights from the street and a balcony shining into the window, we slept with the curtains closed. It was terribly stuffy and very hot. We woke up sweating, which caused quite significant discomfort. Unfortunately, during our entire stay, no one properly cleaned the air conditioner. We asked for compensation, but our request was denied. On the positive side, I can say the hotel is in a very good location. The staff are simply amazing, and the food is very tasty. The manager at the reception, Marcos, was super friendly, told us a lot about Benidorm, and was a very positive person. We were happy to see him every time. Unfortunately, these positives do not outweigh the serious downside of the health risk caused by the mold.

Absolutely stunning hotel, beach front hotel adults only, the staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was cleaned every day with fresh bottled water added to fridge daily. The breakfast was very nice and plenty to choose from pastries to full cooked, the evening meal was buffet food different every day very nice food however the chicken was a little undercooked for me so I avoided the chicken but there was plenty to choose from from ribey steak to salad never had a complaint to say about this place and couldn’t imagine in staying in any other hotel except this absolute amazing experience. There was evening entertainment on every night and different entertainment too so never got boated. This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I have stopped in in Benidorm it is A +16 hotel which was perfect for us thank you to all the staff at melia for making a perfect holiday

Location is 10/10. What a lovely hotel, so clean and modern and all the staff and just so nice, will defo be coming back. We was half board and just loved eating here, we put lots of weight on as so good !! We had a side view room which was really nice. Bathroom is really big and it had a really good hair dryer . They give you x2 small bottles of water everyday. (only downside, no kettle and the fridge didn't work)

Absolutely outstanding location literally 2 steps from the beach. Lovely rooms albeit maybe slightly small rooms no place for us to store our cases in the room once unpacked. Wardrobes could do with being slightly bigger to as my clothes were to long for hanging up and im short! But the hotel is beautiful, breakfast superb unbelievable location would highly recommend 👌

We had a lovely holiday, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were very clean with ample space and very comfortable. We had a great room overlooking the beautiful beach. The food in the hotel was excellent with plenty of choice so you could always have something you like. Couldn't fault this hotel would definitely go back. 😁

Very slow check in,a equal balance of friendly staff and others that didnt seem bothered. Lift nearest reception desk works on a different time frame to the rest of the world,it was quicker to walk to 3rd floor,although the door closes with the speed of a guillotine at a beheading. At breakfast we played 'find the clean crockery bingo' with dirty cups coming out as the clear winner over plates and bowls.Servings of beans,tomatoes etc had to literally run dry before anybody thought of replacing them. Only 'premier' rooms get tea and coffee making facilities. Cleaning staff were excellent and the the hotel bar prices were very good. Best part was the hotels location,but definately not a 4☆ hote.

I stayed at the innside twice in four weeks. I had arrived approx 13:30. Booked single room I was told by reception there were no single rooms available and was offered another room. Then to be told none of the other rooms were available. Only room available was upgrade in which I had to pay another €90. Travelling alone this is quite high charge and confused why there was no single rooms left yet I had booked this. To be offered no free or reduced cost for upgrade particularly since I stayed at Innside hotel only four weeks since is not acceptable. Lovely hotel but this time cleanliness was not to max spec as before. Food not has good. Breakfast has better selection than evening. Never commented before about hotel on my last stay has all was very good. So not happy about being charged €90for upgrade on a 3 night stay.

No way is this hotel a 4☆ to start jet2 just drop you around the corner and say its up there and on right. It's up left then right which is very awkward for 2 pensioners with mobility issues ..then check very good but outdated rooms .breakfast and dinner cold food .waiter service is just about zero .I'm here now and been waiting for a drink floor service to busy chatting amongst themselves. Entertainment poor .yesterday was dj with crap disce music all day and in the evening. Very disappointed in jet2 and this hotel .Will not be back .Norman

I recently stayed at Asia Gardens and while the hotel itself is absolutely lovely, my experience was unfortunately ruined by some of the staff. Throughout my stay I felt extremely uncomfortable as staff were constantly staring at me – to the point where it felt intimidating. I even have it all recorded and shared in my YouTube vlog (Deanalex) so people can see for themselves. On top of that, I was actually shushed by staff, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The setting, décor, and facilities are beautiful, but the behavior of certain staff members really let the place down. Had stayed at this Thai themed resort, about a decade ago, and recently returned for an amazing long weekend. Set up in the hills , this extensive hotel sports 5 amazing themed restaurants and 3 pools. The buffet champagne breakfasts were excellent, and staff helpful and attentive. Will be back.

Bad experience. The hotel is old and clearly needs investment in renovation. Our belongings were stolen at the pool when we stepped away from our loungers, and the professionalism of the spa manager is questionable. Restaurant staff were generally unfriendly, and the food lacked both quality and variety for the type of hotel it claims to be. I do not recommend it.

Absolutely incredible stay – stunning gardens and exceptional design I spent five days at Asia Gardens & Thai Spa in Benidorm with my 13-year-old daughter and we were absolutely amazed. The hotel is truly exceptional. The gardens are lush, with abundant and beautiful vegetation, impeccably maintained. There are waterfalls and several absolutely stunning pools – everything is picture-perfect. The design and atmosphere of the hotel are exquisite, creating a peaceful and luxurious escape. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always smiling and helpful. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. That being said, the only downside is the pricing inside the hotel. There’s a €30 charge for late check-out, €200 per day for double sunbeds by the pool – which I’ve had for free in other luxury hotels – €35 for a plate of pasta at the Koh Samui restaurant, and €14.01 for a strawberry smoothie at the pool bar. The prices are quite high, especially considering the already premium room rates. Still, the overall experience was unforgettable, and I would absolutely love to return. A truly special place.

I slept here for 2 nights. Hotel itself is just fine. 30 min after checking out, I found out that I had forgotten my shoes. By now I was 70km away. So I called and indicated that I forgot my shoes(hoka). They would call me back when they had looked. 6 hours later still no one heard. So I called back and got no answer. Tried again 2 days later. Did I get someone on the line who said they could not find anything. I honestly find it super weird that my shoes were not in the closet of my hotel room after 30 min. I would like to get reaction to this and explain or maybe tell who "took" my shoes

We come every year to Asia gardens but i have to let you know you really need to update the facilities such as the room tvs, remote was not working more than half the buttons did not work, for a 5* resort i would think the tvs should be more updated with apps such as netflix. Also EVERYTIME we have stayed in Asia Gardens there is always Ants! We even tried building room and same happened, although not as bad as the lodges outside but still. Also food is very expensive.

The hotel deserves all stars. Everything was on high level including service, cleanliness, pools, restaurants, outside area. You can relax there being surrounded by beatiful plants and silence.

Had a fantastic holiday here. Was impressed by the friendly staff from front of house reception all the way to the room cleaning staff. All were amazing. The hotel was flexible enough to let us change rooms as we were quite high up initially on floor 15, this was much appreciated. Food was excellent and there was always a choice each night. Entertainment team outstanding, lots of fun activities and competition for the kids! Best of all was the location, felt really comfortable and safe here. Would 100% stay here again.

Hotel is great, however you have to pay €8 pp per day if you want to have the luxury brands on all inclusive. Kids entertainment isn't advertised the best as to locations in hotel its just on a board in reception, the kids disco isn't on until between 9 and 10pm. One issue we had once a child had excreted in the soft play which my little boy played in and got it on his hands, told staff who were aware but still left the soft play open for other kids to go in..no apologie from any staff member.

We opted for the All Inclusive package and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The bar and reception staff were exceptionally attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Seating areas are conveniently close together, whether you prefer relaxing on the terrace, unwinding at the bar, or lounging by the pool. There's a great variety of food available at all times, and the outdoor food truck is perfect for grabbing a quick snack. Highly recommended for a stress-free and enjoyable holiday!

A great hotel. Clean and tidy at all times. Room was spotless and maid service every day including fresh towels each day, even had my pj’s folded every day! Food in the very clean restaurant was varied and has something for everyone. Waiting staff at the restaurant bring drinks at the evening meal. All staff are polite and courteous and respectful. Bar staff in the evenings are friendly and polite. A**** to this hotel and staff.

Well done team for great service, we enjoyed our stay. Room gets clean everyday and buffet food was good. Thumbs up for bar team for nice cocktails. Kids club is plus point. And thank you for the reception for the 3 am takeaway snacks, really appreciate.

This is a perfect hotel 10/10 super clean great food and choice staff excellent. Highly recommend beaches are super clean. The old town is great for a traditional Spanish holiday. Or the strip for much more lively holiday. You must go don't be put off by past ratings of benidorm it's beautiful.

Stayed end of August, room was clean with a decent balcony, easy to get a sun lounger, friendly staff, room cleaned by mid day, great buffet food, full English with proper bacon and sausages and evening meal very good and varied, great location near the old town, only thing is the evening meal wasn't until 7.30,bit late for us!! But would return.

Amazing Stay – Beautiful View & Fantastic Entertainment! First of all, the view is stunning, definitely one of the highlights of the trip aswell as the grate pool a little chilli but you get used to it plenty of of room to sit and relax. Another huge standout was the entertainment team, especially Joan and Jonny. They were both amazing – so friendly, full of energy, and genuinely made an effort to get everyone involved. From poolside games to evening shows, they brought so much fun and made each day more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, and in a great location. Staff were helpful, the facilities were well maintained, All in all, a nice experience. Only real problems was the shower light was leaking water from room above and the crome cast on the tv wasnt working, dinners could be a bit warmer and the dinner options were not restocked after 9pm, hotel evening entertainment was not advised clearly was only inform on events by Joan. Other than those little things fantastic.

Twice I've been to this hotel and I can only say good things.. it is relatively cheaper than other hotels of a similar quality in the locality. It is a good location for both the new town and the beach. Old town is walkable within around 30-40mins. We loved the peaceful vibe of the hotel and area. Huge room, lovely big balcony and plentiful breakfast. I have stayed here all inclusive but simply due to the hotel being a little bit further out and knowing that Benidorm has plenty of selection for reasonable prices outside, I would opt for bed and breakfast. The pool was a good size and plenty of sunbeds. Staff were exceptional. Tip- local buses are a good way to see around too which stop outside the hotel regularly if you don't want to walk so far every day.

Had such a wonderful time here. Nice, clean, well air conditioned rooms. 2 pools to choose from with plenty of space to lay in the sun or shade. Only a small walk to the beach. And a really friendly staff that is the main reason I'm writing this review. Plus there's almost always food being served. Go all inclusive and enjoy, I think it deserves the full 5 stars

Fantastic stay. Lovely hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast and dinner were very nice and tasty with a great variety. The room was wonderful, clean, tidy, and well maintained. The pool and poolside bar were excellent to enjoy some relaxing hours of sunshine. Thank you to the staff for the wine and chocolates left in our room for my partners birthday, a very kind and thoughtful gesture!. We both can't wait to come back again! Highly recommend a stay here!

Visited the hotel from 22/09/25 to 26/09/25. Hotel was lovely. A little off the beaten track bus was just a short walk away from the beach. The hotel advertised a gymnasium. But the equipment was very out of date and in poor condition. The gym needs a much needed overhaul. Overall a nice hotel though.

I stayed at the hotel in May, it is classified as a 4* Superior. This is the 3rd hotel I have stayed at in the last 4 weeks with this 'Superior' designation and I am at loss to understand how this one has this designation. My stay was much closer to what I would expect from a 3* hotel. Plus Points: Spacious room with bathroom with bath and separate shower. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, although poor coffee from the coffee machines and a toasters that were not functioning properly. Minus points: I had a basic level room, it was in need of refurbishment, with low quality furniture in the bedroom and a bathroom that was in need of renovation, the shower door did not close, the shower functioned badly. The room had no tea/coffee making and no fridge, the shower door did not fit, the shower was worn and difficult to use. There was a safe but to use it you had to pay extra. How is this a 4* Superior hotel? The hotel has 18 floors and 4 lifts, there can be a wait for the lift at busy times, it is situated about 1.5km from the centre of Benidorm, there are several restaurants nearby.

Lovely 4 night stay, was staying in the building next to the main building in the deluxe apartments, room very modern and lovely view from balcony. All inclusive was good not a massive selection of drinks but some branded spirits included. Food was nice to and always warm. Partners birthday during our stay and they left a bottle of wine in the room with some chocolates.

I went here solo. This hotel is definitely Not for solo people. I found it so hard to make any conversation with anyone. I got a Good morning of one gent on his own. Felt really lonely all thru the day. Left 5th July. Found the 2 barman so nice funny n friendly. Walked in on 1st July didn't even get a hi hello from lady on reception. Anyway payed more for bigger room wi lovely pool view balcony. So glad I did. Maids were so nice had my room spotless every day lovely happy ladies. Beds are so comfortable. Shower fantastic. Just not for me but would be great to go with friends. Went to Little Coopers at night had great night great staff met people I knew. So wasn't all bad. Just to feel it wasn't me on my way out I said to the gent Thank you for a lovely stay. Not even your welcome.🤨. All I'll say is go to Old town if you go solo so much better friendlier. Just thought I'd choice a smaller hotel thinking I'd meet people. Met 2 Gordie girl on first second day lovely girls. I do believe in service wi a smile being from Liverpool as we are all out going an friendly. Food ( breakfast spot on all English bacon sausages all different eggs. Scrambled pouched fried. Really nice.)

We love this hotel, the staff are very friendly and efficient. Rarely see hens and stags. Bar prices are very competitive. Location is excellent and the rooms are quiet at night. We had to check out at 2:45am and the lovely lady behind the reception desk offered us coffee it is the extra little touches by the staff that make this hotel special.

Overall, nice hotel with great features. Toilet door was a bit revealing in our room, Stayed at the hotel with a friend as part of a lads holiday, frosted glass door in a twin room. With no lock or privacy. Could see him taking a poo from my bed! Staff all lovely. Food really nice. Great location. Just need solid doors with a lock.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms good size, modern and clean. Pool area lovely abd enjoyed daily aqua aerobics, bingo and quiz. Breakfast has good options although always a long queue at coffee machine. Dinner was edible. Wine fowl.

I feel not appreciated as a customer! When we checked in I was ask by the receptionist if I wanted to rent a scooter. I did not plan to rent a scooter but we decided to rent one. An hour later the scooter was delivered. All good. Later on in the afternoon I wanted to charge the scooter. This time there was another receptionist. He was very abrupt....no scooters were allowed? Why would the hotel offer me to rent a scooter if the hotel does not want any scooters there. We were gobsmacked.

Had a great 10 night stay, staff was so helpful and kind, reception,restaurant and the cleaners. Looking forward to going again next year. Only criticism I have is there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms

I have stayed many times with my mother at your group hotels and on this occasion we were both very satisfied by the stay. My only reservations are Jet2 large groups on the weekends which can be a unruly and drunk behaviour. However on this occasion it was not too bad. I do understand there are generations gaps and some ideas of fun are different. Especially in Benidorm. Our main concern were the room size which felt small and not to the same size and lightness as the Castilla. The hotel staff were on the whole excellent.i did feel for the restaurant staff who seemed to work very long days and continued shifts and appeared very rushed and under a lot of pressure to clear away. The staff have appeared happier on previous stays. I do commend the reply I received to a possible postponement query due to my mother being very ill prior to the holiday. the transfers were good speedy and efficient, though passport and getting to the transfer took nearly an hour (I didn't vote for Brexit) and I know this has nothing to do with you. The evening at the palace was excellent and please do not cut back on this. Food standard and choice was good throughout. An altogether very pleasant stay and hopefully we will return in October.

Positives; nice room, pool view, great location. Negatives; check in 4pm, 2 Euro 50 for bottle of water with your meal. I am an able bodied single traveller but was put in a disabled room. Shower water ran into the rest of bathroom and bedroom. I had to constantly mop it up with towels. Staff are rude. Only nice staff were on the reception bit. If I left my plate or cup and went up to get something else my table would be cleared and someone else would be sitting there 😆 guess it’s the downside of being a solo traveler.

Rooms were a good size for 2 sharing. The fridge is tiny. Can barely fit a couple of bottles of water. The room didn't appear too dirty however the up keep while in the room wasn't great. We were there 5 day and I don't think the floor got cleaned once. The towels got changed and the bed got made but that was it. There wasn't a nice fresh hotel smell. A few other guests noted this also and they had been to the Flash previously with no complaints. Location was spot on if you want to be near lots of fab pubs, good food and the beach. A taxi to the old town was €6.

We found the hotel to be clean and the food was ok, we could always find something to eat, we were half board and took advantage of swapping dinner for lunch which was a nice touch. Room was clean and cleaned daily. Air conditioning wasn’t the best but manageable. Entertainment was intermittent around the pool, which didn’t bother us; but slightly annoyed to be asked several times a day to leave a review by the animation lady. Overall we would absolutely visit again.

Absolutely amazing will definitely be comming back! We arrived around 12ish and check in wasn’t till 4 but we got early check in for €30 and got to pick our room. We were only expecting one double bed or 2 singles but they gave us 2 double beds which was great. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a balcony that has stunning city views. The room was sometimes a little bit noisy due to the bar downstairs but the noise stops at 12 and it never kept us awake at night. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The food was great and had a wide selection at each meal time, the only issue was that drinks weren’t included with dinner so you do have to pay for those. The pool has a bar and drinks which were great prices for how big the meals were. The location is great and has so many markets around which are only a 5 minute walk away and the beach is the same distance, it’s right at the beginning of the strip as well which is great for nights out!

Just had a week here. Stayed many times but not for a while and decided to return. On arrival after a very early flight was told couldn't get in room until 4pm but if we paid 20euros we were allowed, what a nerve!! Paid a lot to stay here and then get charged to get in room. Understand sometimes rooms aren't ready , ours was but this is rip off! Never had to pay to get in room in 25years of going to Benidorm Rest of hotel was fine, rooms good, food ok

Well we stayed 7 nights hotel area is very nice pool is very good as a whole very clean but our cleaner was a bit hit and miss really now to restaurant food not 4 star salad bar was nice but the hot food well low par and to add insult no water machine or juice you have to pay for a small bottle and 15 euro deposit for a pool towel get 10 back so to be honest a bit penny pinching for the cost of staying but location is excellent right opposite morgans

If this is a 4 star hotel I’ll eat my hat…..which will probably taste better than the food. Oh and if you do decide to still stay here bring your own coffee, tea and milk because this ‘4 Star’ hotel charges you once you’ve used your first days rations.

The best place I ever stayed! Could not fault it. Everything was to the highest standard and very professional and attentive staff. Amazing! Deserves 5 stars and more

Ok if you are not on floor 1. Prison style balcony doors to stop your room being robbed. Faced a wall and was woken up by cleaning staff squealing and laughing at silly times of the morning outside..... ask for pool side. Food Fantastic, entertainment very good, restaurant/bar/reception staff excellent

This hotel could be so much more, however, it is let down by very poor facilities, ancient rooms, lack of atmosphere, strange times for meals/bars and some staff members are very abrupt.

Lovely clean compact single room, very helpful staff and lovely food. Very quiet at the pool and in the evenings. Very small balcony and not a good view but to be fair I didn’t book a room with a good view. Very friendly area

Excellent hotel. We have just returned from two weeks there. We are Scottish and there were very few Brits staying in the hotel (which can be a good thing). The other residents were mainly elderly Spanish, so the hotel was very peaceful at night (we're 50 & 51 which was great for us that there were no Stag or Hen parties staying here). We were made to feel extremely welcome and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean (no tea or coffee but that didn't bother us) and the buffet breakfast was very good with enough British choices. The downstairs bar is absolutely beautiful but the drinks were slightly pricey with smaller measures compared to nearby bars, which meant the bar was often quite quiet. All of the evening entertainment was in Spanish which was fair enough but still enjoyable. The pool areas were excellent and fairly quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location which is close to the beach and local bars and restaurants and is a short walk into the Old Town but is far enough away from The Strip so there is no hassle and we felt very safe. There is nothing I can suggest for your hotel - as it is already excellent in every way. The entertainment is in Spanish but the great majority of your guests are Spanish so we understand why. There was plenty of English entertainment in the immediate area so no problem. Your staff are all excellent but we want to make a special mention for the following:- Sophie on Reception - always greeted us with a smile and always had the time to help and advise. Miguel and Norma in the Dining Area were very helpful and personally looked after my Wife's dietary needs. We will definitely return.

Very nice. Could have been a little more pleasant and relaxing if the building work wasn't going on opposite our room which we upgraded to and the hotel never informed us of!!! Lovely food though. reception tried to help with another room, can't fault them. Sadly we had to put up with the drilling and banging. All in all, nice break away from the cold of England.

We've just returned from 3 nights at this hotel. We arrived early ( 11am ish) and our room was ready, so a great start. Reception very welcoming and quick ! Another positive in my book. Location brilliant with a reasonably priced supermarket next door. Breakfast was lovely. Beds comfy, shower great and a lovely little balcony, perfect for me. We'd definitely recommend and we'll probably come back. Thanks, hotel Voramar.

We stayed in room 501 which was absolutely fantastic. We had the sun on the terrace for much of the day with a side sea view. There is renovation works across the road but did not disturb us. The location is great as you are a short stroll to the beach and it's not far if you want to be in the thick of it in the English area - there is also a taxi pick up point directly across the street. The food was okay but the restaurant area is quite small and sometimes seating is limited. If you're on a package tour bear in mind the buses drop off and pick up around the corner - not outside the hotel. Our room did not have a full-length mirror which is something my partner and I felt was needed. Also there is nowhere in the bathroom to store toiletries - only on the side of the sink which is very limited. From time to time there was a very bad drainage smell in the hotel lobby. We would stay here again though as it is a lot nicer than some of the other hotels I have stayed at in Benidorm and we liked the location and staff very friendly.

Having just got back from this lovely hotel I feel compelled to write a review. A very clean hotel , friendly & helpful staff good maid service rooms were well kept. The Tui rep was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was brilliant even catered for my food allergies . The evening entertainment was really good ,a big thumbs up from me. I would definitely stay there again

Can't fault it, great friendly staff, excellent location, small rooftop pool with deep end separated from shallow end for safety. Bar next to pool, gym and changing rooms down one set of steps great El Divo tribute act in downstairs bar, friendly and helpful reception staff, excellent choice of food, prices very fair, what's not to like? Will go again but for longer next time. Muy bien!

Some hotels just know how to please their customers and this is one of those hotels. Great location. Roof top pool with a bar. Very modern building with great free night entertainment. The staff are so friendly and so helpful. Certainly on my travel list.

Nice hotel, excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Not a huge range of food, but very much to brits taste and well cooked and good quality. The drinks are generally all "branded" and flow freely. One of the best bits is the location, on the edge of the old town. 5-6 stroll to the beach and less then 10 mins walk to the strip. Would definitely recommend to the over 40's.

Had Fabulous week stay at the Agua Azul Group of 5 - Hotel caters for all - Big Thankyou to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable 😉 nothing is too much trouble! Ideally located or 5 minute walk into the old town & a steady 15-20 Walk to the strip! What a wonderful small hotel. The staff so friendly. The hygiene in restaurant excellent, ensuring every one used the hand gel before entering. Hot food changed on a regular basis. And the previous food discarded. The location was brilliant for us. Enjoyed the old town. Raymond you are a star. Entertainment manager. Next time will hire a buggy as my husband has limited walking capabilities. The only issue, I had was that blessed partition between the sink and the bed. It certainly needs to be made smaller. We will return

Adults only hotel. All inclusive, food was very good and varied. Entertainment, usually 3 acts a night and pretty good. Staff helpful and friendly. Bedrooms large and comfortable with balcony. Only downside especially when dark is the full height glass panel between bed and sink. There is also a glass sliding door on the toilet cubicle. Reasonable amount of sunbeds around the pool plus a separate raised area around the corner. Easy walk into old town and 10 minutes walk to Levante beach. Would definitely stay here again.

All adults hotel with spacious rooms. Unfortunately the rooms have a sink separate from the shower room and toilet with a glass partition which at night is impossible to see and you walk into it. The food was excellent but the replenishment of food was very poor and I would have hoped there would have been a restaurant manager over seeing this. Some dishes were empty for up to 15 mins at a time. This was an all inclusive hotel but there was usually only on bar staff working for both poolside orders and also inside orders. This was most noticeable at meal times when there where long waits to get a drink. Maybe this is a ploy on the hotels part... All in all I had high expectations for this hotel but I was sorely disappointed and would not stay again.

We recently stayed for our annual Beni trip, we normally stay in the new part, but fancied a change. Chose this hotel based on the reviews and being adults only although there were older children staying. The room is as shown, we were aware of the bathroom and took extra hooks and hanging storage. We had top floor overlooking the pool, it didn’t have much sun until later on in the day, others had rear view which had a nice evening sun. The room was kept spotlessly clean, with lots of fresh towels and coffee etc. Later on in our stay we did start noticing a few cockroaches lurking. I didn’t sleep too well, our door had a large gap and during the night this meant the room was lit up from the hallway and had a flashing smoke detector right above me, which was a bit annoying, comfy bed and pillows with extras if needed. No issues with the lifts although they are quite small. Our main mistake was booking an all inclusive hotel, which we have never done in Europe, the outside snack bar/ bar was shut, only one main bar and food canteen, snacks consisted of pizza,hot dogs and burgers left under a heat lamp to help yourself too. No help yourself drinks, which meant constant long queues for even water and soft drinks, which were half filled small plastic cups.You also needed to use this to get a drink with meals other than breakfast which is totally unacceptable. Food was ok, nothing outstanding, we started to eat out as the constant loud plate scraping and hurried clearing of tables with a push around trolley meant there was no enjoyable meals, it really was a self help canteen, although the food was replenished well, I saw the chef coming out regularly and it was very clean. The whole hotel is run on bare minimum staffing, they all work tirelessly but have no time for stopping or niceness, we really felt for them, the management should be ashamed of how they are treated. Be prepared for the 8am towel brigade around the pool, I sent my husband down once, and then we started to go to the beach as it was just ridiculous with towels reserved and beds pulled up to the edge, so no one could even get in or out, I didn’t even see one staff member out there during our stay. No outside toilets, only 2 main downstairs for the whole place !? I would say this hotel is for a more advanced age group, and it is very well situated for old town. We would not return, we looked at other hotels around it and they are of a much higher standard of furnishing and service, we spent an evening in primavera park and I nearly cried having to go back 😂..

Rooms are bright and clean if on the small side, lacks storage places, good size balcony, reception approachable friendly & helpful restaurant bright & clean good choice of food staff friendly & helpful , snack bar good selection bar good selection of drinks friendly staff, pool area is awful not enough sunbeds a morning rush for sunbeds at 9am by 9.20 no beds available even chairs had towels on them other than that a great hotel but the sunbed situation would make me think twice about returning we were there for 7days never managed to get near the pool

Location of hotel is great but if you're not out partying until 2-3am I would take earplugs! We were in room 303, looked right onto Waikiki Bar and it was NOISY! The shower also had a problem regulating temperature so be careful, when it's hot, it's scolding! Hotel itself is lovely, clean, and bar/restaurant staff very friendly, can't say same for guy on reception when we arrived, don't think he even spoke! We were half board and both breakfast and dinner were great, warm and plenty of choice.

Emailed hotel asking for low floor with pool view didnt happen. Rooms very basic no drawers in room. Bathroom needed updating. Maid service was good. Entertainment was good. Food is poor, not hot at all. Couldnt really have a meal there was meat but no vegetables on a couple of nights.Snack bar food was much better hotter and edible.Be aware all inclusive drinks stop at a certain time we were not aware of this.

Our room on the 4th floor was overlooking the Waikiki bar, which had loud music playing from lunch time to 3am. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good.

The Riudor is a super clean hotel located in the heart of the atmosphere. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was full of choice and all fresh. The rooms are spotless, cleaned every day. Would definitely stay again.

What fantastic hotel ideally located very central ( but no noise in the room's) the food absolutely brilliant and the staff where fantastic we were welcomed just like we where old friends as soon as we walked in I just couldn't fault the place will we becoming back definitely to riudor

The hotel is in a good location just one block back from the beach. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the food selection is superb. This was our third visit and won’t be our last.

Short break spent 2 days in bed with food poisoning. I had the carton milk on my muesli in the morning but the afternoon I had loss conscious 5 times in 4 hours, vomiting and diarrhea. The housekeeping was sent to the room to change bedding and towels. As I was leaving I told the guy about the milk and how I'll I was, he didn't seemed bothered and no notes made, then he asked me for 6 euros?? We had a suit and a coffee machine in our room that took pods, the first morning we had a coffee each, the following morning no coffee had been topped up so I asked if we could have 6 more pods for the rest of our stay. It was on leaving they charged me for the pods. So if you have no kettle in your room I'd request one and buy your own coffee, tea & milk. I'd expected to been able to make a drink at least. We were on the 1st floor, if they had entertainment at the hotel it was very noisy. Apart from that the hotel was clean and rooms nice, bit small but lovely view over the sea.

I booked this hotel as a little 4 night getaway for me and my mother-in-law and Hotel Brisa did not disappoint! We had a very early flight out and we arrived at the hotel at around 11am (which was obviously way before check in), staff were helpful and let us use the luggage room to put our cases in and we enjoyed a couple of hours at the pool. Staff updated as soon as our room was available. I booked us the frontal sea view room and there was definitely wasn't any complaints the view was beautiful and to sit on the balcony and hear the waves crashing was so relaxing. The room was very spacious, and was equipped with a kettle with selection of tea and coffee, a safe, a fridge, a hair-dryer and basic toiletries. We were half board, and the food was fab, there was lots of selections for breakfast both hot and cold. As for evening meals, there was completely different choices everyday and something to suit everyone. I also would like to make a special shoutout in this review to one of the staff members called CARLOS, he was so friendly each time we entered the dinning room he always had a smile on his face. CARLOS also made THE BEST Mojitos I have ever tasted, he went to every table each evening and let guests try it and safe to say, that was then our favourite drink the whole holiday. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely be back Hotel Brisa!!!

This hotel has a very good location, right on the beach. There are sunbeds/umbrellas (each cost 6 €, not free), also place for towels (free). The breakfast ia basic but good, the dinner instead was very very good. On Thursday they even organize a barbeque outside - very nice experience. But the biggest asset of this hotel are the people. Kudos to every nice people from there! We felt like in a family here!

Unfriendly and unwelcoming check in on Tuesday. Breakfast discusting. Coffea not real and Nestlé. There were pee stains on the toilet from the guests before. Shower only half clean. No welcome water. They don't have normal bedsheets what covers the blanket, only a sheet what's laying loose over and under it. I expect a bit more from a 4* hotel. After telling the reception, he didn't even apologize for the inconveniences. Location, mattress and view were good :)

Helpful service, great location (although loud on Saturday evenings), delicious food, fish, meat, vegetables, seafood, etc. every day, definitely everyone will find something for themselves. In the room a kettle, fridge, plenty of storage space. Daily cleaning. Very well-kept hotel. Possibility of borrowing an iron for free. One day we had to leave the hotel before breakfast hours, so we asked at the reception for a takeaway breakfast - we were surprised when we got a whole bag of nutritious food with bread and even cutlery. I highly recommend!

This hotel is rubbish for breakfast everything's boiled or cooked together where half is raw not alot of selection for breakfast mainly donuts etc coffee machine does not work it kept giving me hot chocolate when i wanted a latte, bedrooms wallpaper falling off the wall stains everywhere up the walls bathroom falling apart and the beds like lying on a brick slab! Residents next door poking there head around into our room! After complaining that our TV was loud and we where locked out of our room when it's the hotels fault the TV IS ON THE SAME WALL WHERE THERE BED IS (VOLUME 8) the receptionist we dealt with was extremely rude! Ruined my birthday holiday! Definitely won't be returning or recommending this hotel to Anyone stay well clear from here!!!!

Lovely hotel on the beachfront, great location, food and staff, especially those at the reception. I will definitely come back but with my husband not my teenager who didn’t like the pool, although the beach is just 1 second from the hotel!

Great Budget Hotel for a Lads’ Trip I’ve stayed at Hotel Perla twice now, both times as part of a stag do, and it’s honestly a great spot for that kind of trip. It definitely exceeds expectations for a 2 star hotel. The atmosphere is lively, with cheap drinks and friendly bar staff who are always up for a laugh, even playing the occasional harmless prank by the pool, which adds to the fun vibe. The hotel is clean and ideally located just off the main strip, making it easy to get around. While it’s perfect for stag dos or lads’ holidays, I wouldn’t recommend it for families due to the number of similar groups staying there. Overall, it’s a really solid choice if you're looking for a fun, budget-friendly place to stay in a central location.

In a great location for the strip!! However the sunbeds are all broken, with a very few sturdy beds remaining. Rooms are basic but are ok for what you need. Make sure your door is properly shut as when the door closes it is left ajar. Cleanliness also good, nothing to complain about that. Full of stags, hens and groups. So if you're looking for a wild boozey holiday this is your place!!! The beds are really uncomfortable, to the point I discovered a new hip pain at the grand age of 30. But a bed is a bed.

Stayed 18th-22nd 2025. (Room 212) It's not too bad of stay, really. The staff were friendly enough. A few points of negativity- The maid removed my bottle of Water even though I hadn't finished drinking it. Also, she didn't replenish the wooden stirring sticks for the hot drinks. On check out, I wouldn't have gotten my deposit for the safety deposit box unless I remembered to ask for it. A fair few noisy guests are coming back at all hours of the night with no respect for other guests.

This hotel is perfect for stag and hen parties. For the cost it is ideal with good shower, breakfast, cleanliness and staff. Expect noise at night as that is why your going to Benidorm!!!🍻

Profits for this business are more important than their customer service, i had a bad experience with a cancelled room, no refund given after booking a room then calling to cancel within 1 hour of booking, charged full price for the room with a cancellation charge on top.. room had a cleaning charge of 40 euros, which could have been refunded out of courtesy to their customers..

Went to enjoy the view and were told we had to wait for a table and we were obligated to pay for a minimum consumption for each person. I can remember when it was free to enjoy the view and you really felt like you wanted to have drink even if you had numerous children.

Location is right next to old town. McDonald’s Burger King and kfc close by along with a Starbucks, hotel is always well air conditioned, our room on the other hand, we booked a double superior and we received a twin room, with the beds bolted down so cannot move them togther to make a double. Me and my partner found this annoying at first as we are a couple and want to sleep in the same bed obviously, however we both adapted to it and actually appreciated the space to stretch, we mentioned to reception about our “ double superior “ and was told I had to ring up 2 days before we got there to request our room be a double, which is strange as I booked a double. But other than that they were helpful 👍

The hotel was ok . The crazy thing is as a hotel guest you have to pay €21 per night for car park! Small swimming pool . Breakfast average . A lot of Orange which go to the juice machine had mould on it Ridiculous behaviour of someone who looked like a restaurant or hotel manager ( a girl).. Who made me feel embarrassed like I've done something wrong on My way out from restaurant from breakfast when I was carrying a cup of coffee with me to the room which I always do when I didn't finish in the restaurant.. she stopped me with hassle and told me very loud to bring it back in front of the other people like i hav an intension to steal it making me feel uncomfortable. Paying over 270 per night she expected me bringing the cup back ... I definitely won t come back to the hotel

HOMOPHOBIC , paid for a superior double room for me and my partner for my 19th birthday, gave us two single beds.i asked management to be moved to a room where we cooked sleep in the same bed and was told that’s not possible, so they not only put us in the wrong room but refused to correct their mistake, rooms were hot and I mean very hot like hotter than outside, very uncomfortable when I asked for the air con to be on I was refused, like sorry what, it’s literally 30 degrees outside, the single beds couldn’t even be moved together into a double as was bolted down, really disappointed and I feel so worthless, do not stay at this hotel . Not LGBT friendly

Stayed at this hotel for one week and had a fantastic time. Rooms are comfortable and include tea and coffee facilities. Staff were very kind and helpful. The location is great as it is close to both beaches. Dinner is not until 8pm which is a little late since we are British but we were able to swap for lunch and we ate out for dinner instead. Food was nice with plenty of options plus there are many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again

Location was good. Rooms were very clean staff friendly . Entertainment more for Spanish people Down side is when going full board drinks are an extra charge . Water costs €2 euro and there is no free tea or coffee provided in rooms after first day.. Tea and coffee is only free with breakfast so dinner and tea you pay for hot drinks I think that this lets the hotel down.

We stayed here for 5 nights. From check in to check out our stay was excellent. The bedrooms are clean, well furnished and well air conditioned. The pool has ample Sun beds and was not overly busy. Location wise, it’s prefect. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach and old town, but away from the hustle and bustle of it. Highly recommend this hotel and I will be back for sure!

Spent a lovely few days here. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth, the room was comfortable, and breakfast had a good variety — we especially enjoyed the churros. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I’d like to briefly highlight Maria, who provided excellent service during our stay — very polite and attentive. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Would be happy to return if I’m ever in the area again.

I would not consider this a 4 star hotel. Pros: Great location, so close to everything! Beach, shops & restaurants, old town. The main areas are very clean and pool area well maintained. Bar staff provide outdoor service but you must go into the bar to order first. Breakfast had a good selection. Dessert/pastries at each meal we're very nice. Extra touches in bedroom IE. Coffee machine, toothbrush, comb, shaving kit ect. Good Aircon, lots of storage space and a comfortable bed. Cons: The pool is covered, even in25 degrees heat, it is like a sauna/greenhouse inside. The pool area only gets sun for a few hours in the afternoon. The bedroom floors are dusty, along the skirting, our bed wasn't changed once in 4 days even though the pillows/sheets were visibly soiled & we had to use packets of tissues because the toilet roll wasnt replenised that day. The bathroom door wouldn't close fully as the lock had been broken & glued back together incorrectly. The lunch & dinner is repetitive & catered for Spanish guests. Some things were ok, others overcooked &/or bland. Lunch was definitely far better than dinner, with fresh salads & cold meats so even fussy eaters, like my mum, could find a selection to try. You can only get (bad) coffee/tea at breakfast. I asked for coffee after dinner and was told it is only available to purchase in the bar & not the buffet. I even had to pay for the water at lunch/dinner. The only staff members who made us feel welcome or even made an effort to smile genuinely were the 2 young bar men. 2 managers in the restaurant walked around but didn't interact with guests, then they sat and had their own lunch. On check out there was no conversation, just a thank you when I produced the keys, and then he turned away. I have stayed in 3 star resorts with much more welcoming staff who make you want to return. This was our first time in Benidorm and I will definitely be back but we will stay somewhere else.

Loved the Hotel it was clean, friendly staff, and lifts throughout. The pool area was fabulous and service for drinks great. The actual pool was not as I liked, you had to wear swimming cap and I don't even swim. The roof was over the pool and much too hot.

I usually don't leave bad reviews, I've been to many places and stayed in different hotels, and I want to write my impressions to warn people who are looking for hotels with only 4 stars. This hotel is listed as 4 stars, but it doesn't even deserve 2, I'll explain why and attach a photo. The first thing I'd like to draw your attention to is the terrible smell of old stuff, the hotel is really old and should have been closed for renovation. The second thing is that there was no blanket in the room, we had to ask for one, and instead of a full-fledged blanket they gave us a plaid. As for the bathroom, there was no toothbrush and toothpaste, we also had to ask for that, but there was terrible smelling soap, which was simply impossible to wash with. It's terrible, really! The hotel is 25 years behind and there is no talk of 4 stars! I don't understand people who write good reviews, the only one I can say thank you to is the hotel staff, they were kind and friendly, but the check-in process was also long despite the fact that we booked in advance

Fantastic entertainment staff! We loved the Halloween haunted house walk through experience! The shows are great pretty much every night! The greatest showman one was fantastic!! There’s always plenty of seats to choose from in the main show room (comfy chairs to add) Also the play park is open at the night time which is great for the little ones to burn off some steam before bed. Kids disco every night. Only fault would be the barrier from the park to the pool it’s just a strip of material that children can go under, a physical barrier like the entrance gate would of been safer, (my children have additional needs so will often bolt where they should not). Other than that everything else is fantastic!

Just 300 meters from Levante Beach, everything you could ever need is here including incredible pools, a decent buffet and spacious rooms. I booked B&B in the EXTRA DOUBLE ROOM that includes in room tea, coffee machine & a kettle. Chocolates & sweets in a glass. Nice balcony. Pool towels to use. 2 bath robes & 2 pairs flipflops. Mini fridge had 6 cans soft drinks & 4 bottles water. We were asked during check-in to pay a refundable €50 for "just in case damages" - kept deposit receipt & showed at checkout for refund once the room was checked by a staff member.

What a fab week! The hotel was super clean. The rooms were comfy, we had bedding changed daily, new towels daily. Everything was perfect. The food was lovely, lots to choose from. There was so much to do throughout the hotel daily, so many activities for adults and children. There was entertainment on every evening which was suitable for all ages. The staff at the kids club were outstanding, they were so attentive and kind. The pool was huge, it was amazing! I highly recommend this hotel and its service.

Been here a week the sheets in the room got changed once the rooms were only new towels and bed made no actual cleaning, they have hand soap as body wash in the shower. The food is inedible would rather go out for food and drinks. Not worth all inclusive as you have to pay past 12 o’clock on day of check out if your flight is later in the day. Walls are paper thin so can hear everything that happens on your row of rooms. The only decent thing about this hotel is its a 4 minute walk to the strip and about 7 minutes to the beach

I stayed here for 3nights recently and thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hotel is modern, clean, very large and roomy, easy check in and the rooms were perfect and came with a balcony! The main pool is amazing, it's huge with lots of seating & made to be tropical with palm trees and plants!! The pool is huge with different sections and the pool bar is fast service with plenty of drinks options! The breakfast was 8.30-10.30 worn plenty of seating and lots of breakfast options: English breakfast, pancakes, Salamis and cheese and breads and donuts! 10/10. The location is brilliant!! There is a store next door to the hotel to get drinks and snacks, also next door is an indoor market which sells bags/clothes & baguettes and cakes! A 3minute walk away you are directly on the strip where every bad is a different theme and busy, along with clubs! The beach is very close and can be seen from the balcony around a 5minute walk!! Golden sands and blue water!! I would recommend staying here! 10/10!

Entertainment staff are amazing! Especially the Halloween entertainment. Brilliant job! Rooms are very clean - small family room, 4 people squashed in one room. Food is okay - not if you have picky children. Great location - noisy in pelicanos. Pool is freezing but once you’re all the way in it feels okay and it’s to be expected in October. Lifts are fast and easy to use. No long waits this time of year Even entertainment also brilliant.

A Wonderful Honeymoon Stay at Sol Pelicanos Ocas We had an unforgettable honeymoon at Sol Pelicanos Ocas in Benidorm. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so special—everyone congratulated us with genuine warmth, and we were surprised with complimentary chocolates and bubbles in our room, which was such a thoughtful touch that really made our stay feel celebratory. The hotel itself is very nice and in a fantastic location, making it easy to enjoy everything Benidorm has to offer. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, and the staff truly go above and beyond to make guests feel cared for. Their friendliness and attention made all the difference. If we had to mention anything, the walls are a little thin when it comes to noise, and the lifts can be quite slow at busy times. But honestly, these were only small details compared to how lovely the overall experience was. Thanks to the amazing staff and the great setting, our honeymoon was everything we hoped it would be. We would happily come back and highly recommend Sol Pelicanos Ocas for anyone looking for a memorable stay in Benidorm!

We went as a family of 3 with our autistic daughter. Our room was dirty, the bathroom was grimey, very outdated, holes in the tiles. We stayed for 6 nights, our bedsheets were only changed once. The coffee and tea tray were not topped up either. We also had cockroaches in our room. All we got from the staff was "Sorry about that" the pool bar staff were rude and abrupt. We went all inclusive. However there were certain drinks and foods we couldnt have, even though we were ALL INCLUSIVE. They expected us to pay for other things! Ridiculous. The indoor pool you have to wear a swimming cap. My daughter is autistic, she doesnt wear anything on her head. Even though we had explained this on several occasions. We were still spoken to rudely regarding this swimming cap. Indoor bar staff, couldnt crack a smile of you asked them. Again rude, abrupt. When ordering our food we got the wrong thing every time. We had to eat out for dinner as there wasnt much to choose from, we shouldnt of had to of done that considering again we went all inclusive. I spent a stupid amount of money on this hotel expecting high standards of service. How this hotel has 4 stars I shall never know. Looks can be deceiving for this hotel, but the staff attitude, cockroaches in our room, dirty bathroom, unclean sheets. Unacceptable. Would not recommend.

⚠️ WARNING: Unsafe Hotel – Please Read Before Booking ⚠️ I am sharing my experience so that others can stay safe and avoid going through what I went through at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the experience was awful. The check-in took over 30 minutes, and the room I was given was nothing like the photos online. It was filthy — urine on the bathroom floor, stains on the toilet seat, and bed bugs in the mattress that forced me to seek medical help after the first night. The food was equally unacceptable. Breakfast was cold, tasteless, and unhygienic, with hair found in my meals. Dinner was worse. Despite booking half-board, staff refused to serve food when I arrived late due to shuttle delays. But the biggest issue is safety. I was verbally abused by staff and guests, subjected to racist and sexist comments, and physically intimidated. My belongings were stolen (including a blazer and my phone), and when I asked reception to check CCTV, they refused, mocked me, and insulted me further. I was also harassed in the elevators, where men used racial slurs and broke my phone. When I reported this, staff dismissed me. Even worse, when the police became involved, instead of protecting me, they insulted, assaulted, and humiliated me. I was left with physical injuries and emotional trauma. This hotel is unsafe, especially for women and solo travelers. The pictures online are misleading, the staff are unprofessional and abusive, and the environment is extremely hostile. What should have been a relaxing trip turned into a deeply traumatic experience. 👉 Please, for your own safety and peace of mind, do not book this hotel. It is not what it claims to be, and no one deserves to go through what I experienced here.

Fantastic stay here, beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and friendly staff. 2 adults and 1 child and we had plenty of space. It's in a family friendly area of Benidorm and just a 10 min walk to the beach. The pool is just incredible, never seen one so big and it was also clean. Always managed to find a sunbed despite being in the peak of summer, although this was more tricky around midday. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choice and all seemed fresh. The only negatives I can think of are the costs of the mini bar, extortionate prices which no one will pay when Lidl is right outside. Also the wait for the lifts can be long at times. Would definitely return to this hotel in the future

I stayed at Meliá Benidorm recently and unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I expected from this hotel. While the property itself looks impressive, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing. • Room condition: On arrival, we noticed broken glass by the door of our room – not exactly a safe or welcoming first impression. On top of that, our bathroom had a leak which spread into the bedroom area, making the floor constantly wet and causing us to slip several times. This felt unsafe and should have been dealt with properly. • Dining experience: Breakfast times were confusing and poorly communicated. We weren’t told about changes until the day itself, and even the sign displayed the wrong information (listing PM instead of AM). At breakfast, drinks were either cleared away too early or not restocked while people were still eating, which was frustrating. Alcohol was offered at breakfast, yet strangely, dinner included no drinks at all — not even water — meaning you had to pay extra. • Restaurant service: On three separate occasions, we were asked to move tables because the section we sat in “wasn’t in use.” Resetting a table doesn’t take long, so being moved repeatedly felt unnecessary and disruptive. To make matters worse, flies were constantly on the dessert section, and staff didn’t seem to address it, which was very off-putting. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and repeated service issues really let it down. For the price and the brand, I expected a little better.

A hugely enjoyable stay 🤩 Pool is just brilliant and glass elevator a must. Arcade and gym were brilliant. But sadly, Jacuzzi was out of service 😞 Staff were wonderfully helpful and rooms were perfectly clean with AC, and what a view! Breakfast is madly busy and could be improved in a few ways, but very tasty 😋 Luggage service was helpful, as well as safes in rooms 🔐 Tropical 🌴 Theme throughout characterises the hotel 🏨

I am currently staying here Today my husband who I rely on as my walking is limited So hes got the job of pushing me in a wheelchair. Today he was poorly My rock However when I went to reception and asked for ice and water They were absolutely amazing Delivered to the room So Tonight when I went for dinner alone When I explained my hubby was poorly They immediately had food for me taken to the room plus water and ice for my hubby Not only that They were so kind caring And gave me a much needed hug Thank you to you all for being kind and caring Also someone fetched meds from the chemist a fellow guest as I couldn’t walk there You were all my rock today A million thanks Sharon 🙏🙏🙏

We had a lovely stay at Melia. We were in a Level room so the care and detail was really nice. The rooms themselves are a bit tired but still adequate. Service, staff and attention to detail made up for the room. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would return again with the same Level experience. Good value.

Hotel is in an amazing location if you have come to Benidorm to visit the strip often and go to Levante beach. I’d stay in the old town if I was to visit again but that is just personal preference! Check in and out process was very smooth, Richard on the front desk was fab. Be aware you need to pay €150pp deposit on arrival but we got this back quickly. Hotel is aesthetically pleasing and has cool decor. You get your room key on your wrist. The Elation rooms are really nice and spacious but these are on the top floor and we found the balcony stunk as waste facilities are on the roof (common smell in Spain throughout the summer we were told!) the hotel has pool parties between 12-8 so the pool is always busy but you can still find a sun lounger to chill out on if you prefer, we had no trouble finding a lounger at any point in our 5 day stay. The hotel didn’t show the F1 on a Sunday which we thought it would and had technical difficulties throughout the women’s euros, the screen kept freezing, turning off and there was no commentary for the majority of it. The Bliss rooms are less nice and smaller and my two friends staying in there had issues with air con on the first night but this was resolved by the next day. Due to the constant pool parties you will find lots of drunk guests in the communal areas and lifts, many of these are rowdy English men which is the main crowd of the hotel but to be expected for this area!

Perfect location the staff are very friendly we had a bartender to help us and with all are drinks javed, we here for my friends birthday and she is having best time,and Javed always helped us with orders. Great staff

I’ve booked with this company five times this year and have spent a significant amount of money. While everything was fine when things went smoothly, the true measure of a company is how it handles issues when they arise. Unfortunately, when I needed support, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The response was poor and unhelpful, and it was clear that the staff lacked proper training in delivering quality customer care. This experience has been frustrating, and I sincerely hope the company takes steps to improve its service standards moving forward.

We booked a VIP experience at marina hotel and Ossy’s service was amazing. He was so quick to get us drinks and be at our need when required. I couldn’t fault him at all.

Fabulous central place without actual being right in the middle of it. Considering how close you are the main bars it is very quiet. Buffet was extensive. Room was great. Beds comfortable. The only thing I may have wanted is a kettle but that is only because I am a cup of tea in the morning kinda of gal.Staff helpful no matter what time of day. I can imagine it being popular with all age groups although went I visited it was mainly adults. Entertainment on the evenings and music by the pool during day (not distracting) Would definitely go back

A wonderful stay, everything is here for all your needs. Room had a good pool view and was always cleaned daily. Staff service was friendly and helpful. The location is great for all the best bars and restaurants. Most guests (90%) are friendly and will talk. I was only here for 5days but i wish it was longer.

Returned from another brilliant holiday at the Pueblo, although mealtimes in the restaurant was spoilt by spanish football kids, they were rude and loud, they were not corrected by the adults with them, they upset alot of people who like us only wanted to enjoy a relaxing meal. There were occasions when the desserts were not labelled which is not good if u have food allergies. Rooms are spotlessly clean, air con is brilliant and staff are lovely, my husband had to allend the medical centre and Amanda was very helpful giving us all the information we needed. We will be returning in September.

We had bed and breakfast. The breakfast was 10/10 they had English bacon which is exactly what you need after a night on the strip. The room cleaning was efficient and clean. The reason I have rated the service a little lower is because the rules around the pool where nothing short of military grade. The life guard was so strict and rude. No inflatables no balls no shirts no drinks. Other than that hotel was brilliant 👏

Great location. Great pools. Room was basic but clean. No tea/coffee making facilities which would have been nice. Entertainment more geared towards the Spanish. Bar staff also gave preferential treatment to locals. They didn't even have to queue to get served.

I had a good time here , but the end threw everything away when I forgot my Christmas gift on the room and they just ignored me until today and did nothing to resolve this , I sent email , I called 2x and they would only say that they were going to check with cleaners and call me back but never did!! , left my brand new never used apple AirPods in the room and 100% one of the cleaning ladies took it , as I could follow through Find My Phone !! Absolutely disgusting behaviour!! It’s not for the airpods value, it’s for their sentimental value 😢

We got into this hotel after booking a “last minute vacation” and Poseidon being the only one available. We were met with a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very nice, the views are absolutely amazing and the staff from reception to cleaning staff were so friendly. The only negative thing, and it isn’t a hotel problem per say, was the evening entertainment/music. Every singer was blend, the atmosphere wasn’t very nice and it felt like a retirement home on every show, even though the hotel has great facilities for entertainment. Besides that we absolutely recommend this hotel, the views are unmatched and cleanliness is spot on. Thank you all at Poseidon for having us!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by lovely staff at reception. Offered free room upgrade. The choice and quality of the food at mealtimes was outstanding. Watching the show cooking chef cook your food was brilliant. Rooms are spotlessly clean, unobstructed views of the Mediterranean sea, and such a lovely environment to experience. Will definitely return, the quality and hospitality is far above 3 star rating.

Had a great stay at Hotel Poseidon Playa! The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views—especially of the sea. The foodl it was good, and the drinks were enjoyable too. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the area. Would definitely consider staying again!

Great location. Hotel across from the beach, great views from room. Abit outdated but clean. Basic hotel with not much to do. Animation team are amazing and keep the guests by the pool entertained. Food is varied but a good choice. I would not advice all inclusive due to lack of services like food in the day time. Drinks are cheap compared to other hotels. The staff at reception are happy to help. The staff in the restaurant are not very approachable and can be ignorant. No play areas for children outside . Small games room in reception for kids but not much to do. It's an ok hotel but there are better 3 stars. NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY, ONLY A RAMP TO GET TO RECEPTION. THE POOL IS ONLY ASSESABLE BY STAIRS.

We stayed 7 nights at this beautiful and clean hotel. The staff incredible friendly cleaners, receptionists, cantine and also bar staff very attentive and polite. The room is more than expected with balcony and cleaned every day . We never used the pool area but looked clean and people had lots of fun. The beach is just over the road you can rent sun-bed for €6 and umbrella €6 . Only one negative point when it comes to the food most of the time we find it undercooked but can be just for our taste however we always found somethings to eat , they have the best coffee as well which I enjoyed a lot. When it comes to drinks I had the best mojitos and also discovered the sangria’s which was delicious.

The rooms are extremely old and haven’t been renovated inside since 1997. They proudly say they make small renovations every year, but they really are very small. Only the exterior has been renovated — the interior is in terrible condition. The worst part was that we paid for a 25 m² room and received one that was only 14 m². Their response? “Please speak to your travel agency.” We showed them proof on our voucher, even left a €20 tip, but it didn’t make any difference. Also, they charge you for drinking water. Even with half-board, they don’t offer free water at the restaurant. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

Central location and honestly couldn’t recommend the Cimbel highly enough to anyone visiting Benidorm. It’s not a budget hotel so if that’s what you’re looking for move on and consider alternatives. Pool is perfect, deep and very clean. Plenty of sun loungers available around and also tables and seating allowing you to watch the views of Benidorm pass by this beautiful hotel. Staff always happy to help and have a great welcoming smile whenever you need to talk to them from arriving through to check out. First floor rooms on the front are all small pool rooms, these we would book if visiting in the future, they just give you a little more space. Our first room we had to change as previous guests had smoked in it, that’s the only negative aspect of our stay and after quickly talking to the team on reception we had an alternative room and it was absolutely perfect! Bathrooms plenty of space and shower is super powerful just how we like it! Dual sinks allowed for both of us to get ready together with no issues. Breakfast is amazing! Plenty of choice, amazing orange juice and lots of hot coffee…. The variety of fresh fruit and pastries on offer is great and constantly refreshed, make sure you try the pink coated jam cakes they are amazing!

Couldn't have been in a better location right in the middle of old and new town and on the sea front. We had a side sea view room which was spacious and a good view of the sea. Staff were Friendly, food was good we only had breakfast but plenty of choice. Always managed to get sunbeds, pool mega cold but once in it's nice so don't let it put you off

Utter peace with the most outstanding views. Helpfully lovely staff. Hotel very clean and chic modern. The (suite/private pool) rooms offer the best view in Llavente. Simply stunning rooms. 105 right in the middle. Cleaner was friendly and cheerful. (Important as they look after your room). Lovely breakfast/dining room, both bright and airy. Comfortable bar area. The location is on the beach with the town and all it's amenities directly behind you. Classy Chic Comtemporary.

When myself abd my husband arrived We were made to feel very welcome, a nice touch for my husbands birthday the hotel had a bottle of bubbles awaiting on our arrival with a little bowl of sweets , the room was always cleaned to high standards, the only downside was paper cups for coffee in our room. Breakfast selection was outstanding, catered for everyone's needs

I was going to by a drink and use pool ,but I had to pay for a drink to use the toilet. Also I was allowed to seat by the pool and swim in pool but not lie on beds. The staff wasn't the best. I wouldn't stay and spend money in that hotel

With 5 couples staying we were all very impressed with the hotel. We each had a side sea view room, very spacious & clean. The breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone including Gluten free options. Staff were very pleasant especially the restaurant Manager where nothing was too much trouble. The position of this hotel couldn’t be better and we would definitely stay again.

We really love Benidorm and this hotel is in the perfect location for us. Walking distance from everything, close to the beach and market with easy, reasonably priced parking for our hire car. The hotel itself has had a recent refurbishment, it’s lovely, clean and fresh. Both pools are great, we travelled with children ages 5,10,11 and 13, they were safe and secure with enough going on to keep us all entertained. Plenty of sunbeds and close access to the bars. There is an indoor spa which we felt really ripped off paying for; 28euros for four of us to use for one hour. It was freezing and overcrowded, the sauna and steam room were turned off. We thought it would be a special treat, it wasn’t. We mostly enjoyed the food and the serving times, there was always something tasty available. The whole drinks token thing was seriously annoying having to remember to carry them around with you and to guard your drink. I’m sure there’s been many complaints about the lifts, it’s a tall building and something needs to be sorted. We had a teen not long out of hospital so the walk up the stairs was a struggle. I’d actually advise against anyone with reduced mobility staying here for this reason alone. If there were more lifts, it would drastically improve people’s holidays. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

AVOID!! We did all inclusive, the food is repetitive, not vegetarian friendly AT ALL! I walked around every morning and evening with an empty plate and then went to burger king. Bar staff are frieks. They flirted with anything that walked past it was uncomfortable. I dreaded going to the bar. Drinks are awful, everything is pre made and watered down. Alcoholic is basically non alcoholic so do not come here for drinks. They have a kids aqua park but special needs adults nor any adult is allowed to use it and so the kids in our group spent most time on the loungers as they wanted a parent to go on with them (but we weren't allowed). The aqua park is only opened from 11:30am-4:30pm. The there is no entertainment in between. Kids entertainment does not begin until 9pm!! They have an arcade with a soft play which was closed the entire time we there. There aren't enough elevators, we waited 30 mins most nights for them. We were on the 12th floor with a toddler so we couldn't even walk up the stairs instead. Staff wouldn't phone us a taxi to leave either, they said the only call taxis for the airport :)) This is a 1 star hotel. Like I said... AVOID!!

Would definitely not recommend this hotel. They have family rooms but gave me my husband and 3 children a room with just 2 beds pushed together when going to reception they told us we have to pay extra for a family room but was giving people with no children a upgrade free of charge to a family room, the rooms wasn’t cleaned they just put clean towels in everyday that was it. No point in going all inclusive the food is disgusting we at to eat out every day breakfast lunch and dinner. The reception staff are rude. The snack bar food was okay but was cold. The best part of the hotel was checking out! Location was good and rest of the holiday was nice would never stay at this hotel again definitely the worse I’ve stayed in in Benidorm

Where to start? We'll go with the positives, the staff on reception and the food areas are great, the bar staff in the most part are lovely too. Secondly, the beer on tap is Amstel and it goes down very well. Ok, now for the negatives, we've been here for nearly a week and our bedding hasn't been changed once which I think is pretty poor. However the towels have been changed pretty much every day! The floor has been mopped but I'm pretty sure they used the mop to clean the toilet seat too as there was water and sand on it. The food, it's edible if you like a certain level of crud. Kind of disappointed for a 4 star place. Think for the rest of our stay we'll be eating out. As for the actual room we had a standard family and it's not bad, the beds are 2 doubles shoved together, actually they might been queen's and they're pretty comfortable id you like a hard mattress. The balcony is a nice size with a table and 2 chairs and a small drying rack on. I liked the shower but if you want privacy no chance as there's no lock on the door. For the price we paid for a week I expected a lot better and all things considered I wouldn't recommend this place and won't be coming back. I'm sure there's better options in Benidorm for a similar price, choose them.

We came for holiday group of 8 people 3 rooms and we were all disappointed. I have to say the rooms and hotel is very clean although my sister complained that her room was not being cleaned every day and the staff who cleaned her room took her own towels. Unfortunately the food was tasteless and everyday same things being served. Breakfast - they did not serve any fresh salad veg. The vegetarians options are very limited. We bought all inclusive and I regretted because often we had to go and eat outside this is how bad was the food. The customer service was terrible . Most of the staff are very rude and cannot speak basic English and when we try to ask for something they are not even trying to understand just saying in them language I can’t understand and rolling their eyes serve with anger ( this is first time I came across with like this behaviour in hotel on holiday ). Did I really spend all that money to be treated like this ? Ridiculous! Spain is very beautiful but if I would go again I would rather book apartment to avoid paying for this kind of food and customer service. It’s such a shame because the hotel itself is nice. I asked few other families from UK who have been there and they had same opinion. So I am sorry but I would not recommend this place.

Just returned from a week's holiday here. Well we nearly cancelled due to the bad reviews- glad we didn't. 2 adults 2 kids 12 and 15 all had a great holiday. Rooms were clean and always cleaned when we left the card on the door handle, if we didn't need cleaning and just wanted towels we just asked the cleaners and they changed them. The food was all spot on, my son has a peanut allergy and he was shown round by the restaurant manager showing what to avoid, all item were labelled, they even cooked him his own pizza on the first night until he felt comfortable choosing his own. Different theme nights for food, Mexican,Thai,Spanish etc, Sunday dinner was especially good apart from no roast potatoes! Still the basic foods for the kids every day if they are not into trying the theme food, sausages, chicken, pizza etc. Loads of puddings and fruit choices. Snack bars were good during the day if you wanted something small. Self service drinks good so you don't have to queue at the bar. Plenty of bars on site to drink at and the one by reception nice and cool to sit at due to the air-conditioning. It was my sons birthday while we were there, when we came back to the room they had left him a present which made his day. Yes lifts are slow, we were only on the 3rd floor so easy enough to use stairs. People still queuing for the sunbeds early🤣 we sat round the kids pool or the seating next to it. We always got a seat no matter what time of day. Perfectly placed for the beach and bars, uncle peds across from Hotel Rosamar Benidorm was a good place to sit and watch the world go by. Staff were all friendly and wouldn't hesitate to return again.

This Hotel is absolutely perfect for a family holiday. Rooms are kept spotless and the kids pool area is ideal. Bear in mind it's only kids that can use the chutes and slides. The restaurant is a very high standard they try and change the menu daily having different themes. The amount of choice you get is outstanding, there is something for literally everyone. The food hall is extremely hygienic everything is perfectly cooked and as it should be in four star hotel. The staff in the restaurant are excellent and very friendly and helpfull. Don't listen to the rubbish some people post about this hotel. This hotel has a large number of Spanish people holidaying there so that should tell you how good it is. Top marks. Next time in Benidorm this would be my first choice...👍⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location is perfect. 10 min walk from main shops and bars. No noise in the hotel. They don't allow stag nor hen parties so the hotel is very family friendly. Hotel is spotless. Views from top floor is breath taking. Food was very good, great choices to suit all diets. Staff at bar/restaurant and reception could not be friendler. Although supposed to be a 4star I'd safely say it's closer to 5star. Have been there for a week and I'd happily go back.

Stayed here for a week in August. This hotel was amazing! We requested a low floor because of my asthma and I was scared of lifts and we were put on the third floor which was perfect! Really appreciated this as most hotels wouldn’t bother listening to your request. The rooms were bright, spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy and the air con was a bonus! The balcony was massive and perfect to chill in the evening. The rooms were cleaned every day. The location was perfect with being 5-10 minute walk to the main strip - not too close where it was noisy at night but perfect and quick to walk to. There was a bar called “titanic bar” only a few minutes walk from the hotel and their food and drink was lovely and great value, lovely atmosphere within the place. The pool bar inside the hotel was also nice and the food and drinks were good. We were all inclusive and it was definitely worth the money! The staff were always friendly and helpful. There was lots of different entertainment on every night for all ages. There was games every day around the pool eg volleyball, dancing, archery and darts. There was always something to be doing or you can chill at the pool . Was a great holiday and will definitely be back some point in the future! Thanks Sandos Suites

Attended here as part of a deal at a sister hotel offering a meal in their Asian restaurant on site. Hotel appeared very clean, well sign posted, easily accessible for mobility issues and pleasant staff. The asian restaurant was lovely - well decorated and super friendly staff. The menu is small but as its part of the hotel I expected that. Food quality was really good, served quickly and was tasty. Would 100% recommend as appeared to cater well for families too.

Visited late September 2025, Lovely hotel, very clean, helpful staff, particularly mentions for Matthew, and Henry at the outside bar, very friendly and chatty, as was the outdoor snack chef, he was very funny and kept everyone entertained while waiting of your food being cooked to order, rooms are spacious all facing the pool/sea front, (you can just about see the sea through the skyscrapers) large balcony facing the sun all day, small fridge and kettle in the suite, although you have to ask at reception for tea/coffee etc, as strangely none in the room, comfortable bed, rooms cleaned daily, buffet style restaurant, food was a highlight, loads to choose from, always replenished quickly if running low, full English breakfast, as well as continental, menu changed every day, with the usual pizza, nuggets, chips for kids, full roast on a Sunday, entertainment on in the evening, singer, disco, karaoke, quiz, usual poolside daytime activities, water aerobics, darts, archery competitions, etc, not a great amount of choice of drinks on the all inclusive side, (no cider😡) there was an option to pay for a premium package, includes your own bar and sun terrace and branded drinks, the only thing with this hotel is its location, it’s in a predominantly residential area, it’s about a mile walk down a slight slope to the beach (uphill on the way back) for those who know Benidorm well, it’s about 200m further on from the sun/wed outdoor market…… Would I stay here again?…….definitely (but if any of the hotel management are reading this, please get a cider in all inclusive bar)

Amazing place right near all the fun bits in Benidorm. Reception staff were amazing, in the buffet, I want to personally thank Simeon and Denis, they were so so helpful and super friendly, catered for my mum's allergies and I cannot explain how amazing they were. Didn't have a single bad experience with anything, the staff were friendly, left us some chocolates too, the holidaymakers were so friendly too, pool was nice, amazing music shows on at night, but not too loud that you couldn't sleep. I would highly recommend this place to any family or even just a lone traveller, good price, good service, amazing place. If I do return to benidorm in the future, I will definitely be returning.

Great hotel very friendly staff and good with kids even my very awkward autistic child! Enough to keep them fed, watered and entertained. The only thing I'd like is a little bit of music around the pool and more varied music in the evening. Lots of repeated songs, which could get annoying. The cabaret evening was very good fun- we thoroughly enjoyed. The bar staff were incredible, and the chap usually running the outdoor snack bar was so friendly and chatty and remembered what everyone ordered! Would come back:-)

Recently spent a week at this hotel. Rooms were clean and lovely, cleaned daily with fresh towels. Food was great for lunch and dinner, soups were amazing. Breakfast isn’t all that great although the fruit and pastries were lovely. Omelettes cooked on request which was good. Staff all friendly but georgie behind the bar is great and fun. Pool area clean and bar staff were very welcoming and would hand out cocktails throughout the day. We didn’t really see any entertainment but it was late in the season. Had a pleasant stay and would visit again.

High standard of cleanliness. Towels changed every day. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh, I honestly could not say there was anything missing. Show cooking for omelettes, pancakes, french toast etc. Same standard at evening meal, varied every night with a different theme. Even beer sodas, wine and mineral water for us who were not all inclusive. Room was clean, spacious and airy.

A lovely located hotel. All inclusive option was selected but could certainly benefit for more in room services like tea and coffee and room bar. Crisps were the only snack served at the pool but only between certain times. Food was very good and the choice was good. Staff were friendly. All in all a lovely holiday.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. We stayed for a week and had a great time. The rooms are huge, very clean with comfy beds. Georgi was particularly lovely to us. The pool was a brilliant temperature and the bar made great drinks. Food was also lovely. There was a bit of a queue for drinks in the evening so it would be good to see some more people on the bar at night. Would also like to see umbrellas by the pool and the pool bar open a bit later. A bit of a walk to the beach/ old town so bring comfy shoes. Overall an amazing holiday 😊

Firstly had an amazing stay at this hotel the staff were fantastic special mentions for Georgi and James on the pool bar Vincent in the restaurant and The little star Tony seems to be everywhere all at once 👍 and Gilberto. All the staff were constantly busy and helpful you wonder where they get the energy. Sadly out of the control of the staff entertainment was limited noise wise due to council restrictions that have recently come into force for the hotel and overall although the entertainers tried to engage with the customers some/most were just not enjoyable 😕. Some areas of the décor/fixtures/fittings could do with sprucing up. Be prepared to get your steps in or wallet out of you like to venture out as there's very little on the doorstep. I would stay at The flamingo beach resort again purely due to the service, food and lack of children.

It was our first ever visit to Benidorm so was a bit unsure what to expect. We arrived and our room was not ready but we had a quick drink and went into lunch and returned shortly after. The room was very spacious was very clean but was very tired there were very few old stains on the furnishings and a few bits that needed attention eg plaster damage and furniture.but on the whole acceptable.the room was serviced daily with the exception of tea and coffee which we got from the bar area without a problem for our cuppa in the morning All the meals were generally very good with a selection to suit most preferences you certainly didn't go away hungry.the staff worked exceptionally hard and were very professional carrying out meal/bar service. The evening entertainment was hit and miss on the balance of probability and the daytime program unfortunately showed very little imagination. Out and about you feel very safe the hotel is around 15mins to the old town and Altea is stunning a short journey on the number 10 local bus.both Benidorm beaches are beautiful. We really had a restful holiday benidorm has something for everyone

Just spent a week at the fabulous Flamingo Beach Resort and was pleasantly surprised.what a fantastic hotel this is not far from the beach not far from the main strip.Hotel rooms are spacious and clean.Bonus seams to be no sunbed wars here plenty of beds good service at pool bar 3 pools to choose from. Entertainment on every night karaoke and singers later on also games so a nice mix for all.Would definitely recommend this place to others so a big thumbs up from us great holiday had by all.

The hotels location is great for the strip and the beach. The rooms are spacious and cleaned each day. The only negative with the room is the frosted glass bathroom door with no lock which offers limited privacy when in the bathroom. The breakfast & dinner buffet offers plenty of variety. The restaurant staff are very helpful & friendly. The pool is large enough for a swim & there was always a sun lounger available. The bar snacks offered great value.

Your reception staff were very pleasant, smiling and helpful and this set the tone for an excellent stay at your hotel. The rooms are not the biggest but they are smart and very well cleaned. Generally the whole hotel looks smart and very well maintained. The breakfast was fabulous with everything you could have asked for. The fact that the safe was free, we did not have to pay a deposit on the rooms and we were all given a beach bag and a voucher for a free drink at the bar were nice touches that made our stay better. We asked if we could have the 4 rooms next to each other which you managed to do for us. Our group of 10 were unanimous in our verdict that we will be back at your hotel next year. 2nd time staying 3 nights in October with 3 friends. We enjoyed all aspects of this hotel. The service and staff are excellent. We were Half board and enjoyed the food that was on offer. The pool area is good and great service at the bar. We would definitely return. Thank you to all concerned.👏

I had a lovely stay at this Hotel. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff. Breakfast only which was very good. In a good location for the biz, however you will hear noise until midnight (not a major problem )

Staff are very polite, helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Room is very clean, food is beautiful. We only have breakfast so have not tried lunch or dinner. We always request our room and have always been allocated our room. There’s no putting towels and going off for the day at the orange which is nice.

Stayed last week for 5 nights. Second time in this hotel. Absolutely love it so handy to where we tend to socialise. Staff are so kind and friendly rooms cleaned every day. We are booked in again for may next year for 2 weeks. The pool a lovely temperature aswell . Really couldn't fault it at all. Looking forward to our return stay. Honestly think we will be booking into orange anytime we are over. I did have my reservations regards hearing the late night partying noise of the clubs but I didn't hear a single noise. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

We had a 3 night stay here and really enjoyed it. Staff are superb and the hotel is Spotless, the roons are cleaned every day to a high standard. The pool area is spotless and there are plenty of sundeds for everyone. They also have a large outside screen that shows all the football and sporting events etc etc, it isn't intrusive as the volume is off. The outside drinking area is superb and has snacks available in the day, pizza chips etc etc. The inside bar is immaculate and also has TV screens. The Breakfast was fantastic, we didn't have a evening meal so I couldn't rate it but I would imagine it is good. It is situated close to the strip and we could hear music at night but it wasn't bad at all, we had a room at the rear of the hotel. All in all this is a great hotel with great all round service.

Great location in the nicer part of the town in my opinion. Very close to the beach this hotel sports a roof top bar alongside a small swimming pool. It's perfectly adequate for s few days in benidorm

Fabulous little hotel tucked in the avenue behind the promenade so easy reach of the beautiful beaches. Even though got very busy of an evening wasn't disturbed by noise. Good double glazing! Great diner downstairs for breakfast. Lovely rooftop sun area witha bar and a small pool for cooling off. Great views. Definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel, nice decor and clean rooms. We even had a gift of a mug and bottle of red wine in the room. Great location, easy to get to old town or the strip. The pool is small and can get busier in the afternoon - just to keep in mind! No complaints and would definitely stay again😊

I have to say this hotel is beautiful! Firstly, it's in a fantastic location. In-between old and new town, 2 minutes walk to the beach ⛱ everything on your doorstep. Check in was very smooth, all the staff are super friendly and very welcoming, the roof top pool bar is fabulous, with a veiw overlooking the sea 🌊 You can enjoy drinks and snacks, while relaxing with chill out music, then enjoy a dip in the pool. The barman there is amazing! The rooms are super spacious with everything you need, very clean and very comfortable bed. I would highly recommend this hotel, absolutely fabulous 👌 Thank you to all the staff for such an enjoyable weekend. 💖

When we arrived, the atmosphere was intense—seriously loud music and stag dos everywhere. It was full-on from the start. Reception staff were great, very helpful. They gave us four drink tokens and explained these were for our all-inclusive drinks, even though we had wristbands. Maids came everyday so yeah, good. We were a group of four staying in a one-bedroom apartment. The room itself was nice, but the bedroom was pretty cramped for two people. After unpacking, we headed for drinks. Unfortunately, the bar experience was frustrating. There was a long wait, and they only allowed one drink per person. That meant each of us had to queue up separately. Meanwhile, others were walking away with multiple drinks as they were tipping. In 50 minutes, we only managed to get two drinks each. Next, we tried the food. It wasn’t terrible, but it was cold, which was disappointing. Basic food. Chips pizza etc. The next day was chaotic. The place was packed because people can buy tickets for the pool party, even if they’re not staying at the hotel. We couldn’t even get close to the pool. Later, things got worse—arguments, shouting, even scuffles. It was complete mayhem. Honestly, I’ve never seen anything like it. After that, we didn’t use the hotel for food or drinks again. We chose to go out every day instead. Is it the worst place ever? No. But you really need to know what you’re getting into. Would I go back? No—but that’s just my personal choice.

Don’t expect a lot it is what it is. Rooms are clean but need updating, staff are all very friendly and helpful! Needs a little more music and effort with the dj and dancers were shocking! Pool party’s were non existent and music was on and off quietly! The food I won’t speak about. Coffee is nice. Alcohol is nice needs a little more options! However best part is the bonus this year the beach bar Starsbar is included on the all inclusive which is great!! This is our second time this year and will come back because we know what to expect it is what it is! Great weekend all in again!!!

We had a great time, but we went out more and saw Benidorm. The entertainment was little, but it could have been the time of year but the staff in Magic Stars are great. So polite, do everything and free drinks, as we stayed at the hotel. Marilen and the team are great at magic stars, and the bar is perfectly suited on the coast.

Amazing welcome from start to finish . Best child friendly bar we have been too. Kept children entertained ans helped so much. Highly recommend especially with children with special needs. High five ro our favourite staff member mamileu🫶

Stayed at another hotel and paid €30 each for the pool party. The bar tender looked like she was on something and made the process of buying drinks scary tbh 😂. The food was awful and was tiny. The dancers on stage were awful and the DJ was only there for 2 hours. It was a great time simply because of the people we met there.

Great stay ! Food was actually lovely and plenty of choice ! Drinks where good only downfall was the pool bar the queuing was very long cause only one bar was opened. Staff very friendly! Our rooms were cleaned every day fresh towels and sheets Music was ok some days but songs were on repeat but mentioned to staff and it was sorted straight away! Pity no private shower facilities when checking out! Lifts were crazy only 1 working out of 3 Definitely would come back again we had a great time

This hotel is great for hens and stags, but also smaller parties too. Far enough from the strip to avoid the noise but close enough to walk down. We avoided walking back up the hill (Taxi cost €5) Cannot fault the staff, the food wasn't the best but there was always something you could eat, but the drinks and the link up to the bar on the beach more than made up for it. Perfect place for a relaxing drink with beautiful views over the beach and sea. They sometimes have live music. The waiting service is excellent. We didn't stay or dine here, so I can't comment on their hospitality or food. However we loved coming for a sunset drink.

Ordered an English breakfast, asked them to please not put any baked beans on my plate, they said a croissant instead, sure sounded great. Breakfast arrived with a salad... Lettuce pickled gherkins and grated carrot etc...???? I think they were having a laugh. Shame as I been here a few times for breakfast but like many places they seem keen to put up prices and win the race to the bottom. 😐 Try the English bar near the waterskiing ride at the end of the promenade, they won't put carrots in your breakfast 😋

The hotel was okay overall. The location is excellent, but the service was very poor. I asked if I could pay an additional €50 to check out at 5 PM on my last day, instead of the standard 12 PM checkout, as my flight was at 10 PM. I was told I would need to check on the day of departure, and if the room wasn’t already booked, I could extend my stay. I also asked if I could move to another room and pay for that instead, but I was told the hotel was fully booked. On the last day, I asked again whether I could keep my room until 5 PM. They told me the room was already taken. I asked if I could move to any available room and pay for it, but again I was told that the hotel had no availability. However, when I checked Booking.com and the hotel’s own website, there were clearly rooms available. It seems that once you've paid in full, the hotel is no longer interested in helping or accommodating you. This profit-oriented approach, rather than a customer-friendly policy, is the reason I am rating this hotel very poorly. I will not be staying here again.

Just had dinner at the restaurant underneath the hotel, we had multiple dishes, each one looked and tasted bad. When we tried to have the staff take our food back they acted defensive, saying we did not know anything about the food we ordered and that this is how it was supposed to taste. In summary, avoid this place

⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience – Worst Food Ever We were a group of 6 people, each ordering a different dish – and not a single one was even remotely tasty or visually appealing. What pushed me to leave this review, however, was the Sterlion beef steak (you can see it in the photos). I took one bite and had to spit it out into a napkin. It was more boiled than grilled, had a terrible smell, and was absolutely inedible. A complete disappointment. Avoid this place at all costs.

Perfect hotel to relax in busy Benidorm. Large room with spacious terrace and beautiful view of the Levante beach. Buffet food is also very tasty with very friendly service.

Ate in restaurant as a visitor food nice but be warned as the spaghetti bolgnanese was coted in cheese like a lasagna and melted and became incredibly cheesey. It was impossible to get a bite without cheese but other than that everything else was very good especially the sandwiches.nice location would come again.
