One of the better zoos in PH. It's situated in a protected forest area some of the animals are really near in their natural habitat. There were some up charges like photo and feeds for animal but they're cheap. It was a nice experience overall. The staff were helpful and in knowledgeable. Some of the amenities and attractions need some maintenance.

While it's endearing to see animals in person, it’s also saddening to realize how many of them are not free in the wild. We're uncertain if they receive enough food, and I noticed that their habitats aren’t ideal for them. A couple of sections were also closed or uninhabited, which added to the sense of emptiness. We paid nearly P900 for the tour here, which feels like a lot, but I’d like to believe that a significant portion of the profit goes toward supporting the animals. The zoo also offers a variety of other activities for tourists to try, though these come with an extra charge. Additionally, there are stalls where you can grab a bite to eat or buy souvenirs. Booking days prior gives you big discounts.

I’m so glad we visited — it was such a fun and unique experience! The white tiger completely stole my heart. It was so fluffy, it honestly looked like a giant stuffed toy! I’ve never been to a zoo with this many crocodiles before — it was impressive! There were also many animals that are native to the Philippines, some of which I had never seen before, which made the visit even more fascinating. I was surprised to see wagyu cattle there as well. We went on a Sunday morning, and it wasn’t too crowded, which made for a relaxed experience. There’s a drive-through area in the zoo, but you actually get out of the car to view the animals in their enclosures — so no need to worry about animals approaching or the car getting dirty.

Great experience. Thr whole adventure doesn't really take too long. You buy a ticket for thr park but have to provide your own vehicle or you csn pay an extra thousand pesos(like 2 bucks) and get a kidney. They will tour you around the driveavble park sections and let you get out to explore the lions, tigers, crocs, etc. The tiger cage part is included with the ticket. Fairly inexpensive. Give it a shot if you like big felines.

We tried to do both Zoobic Safari and Ocean Adventure in the same day and we were successful without being rushed. We got to Zoobic about 8:30 am. At first is a self-guided walking tour where you can see various animals and reptiles. Then you take your own vehicle (we were on a motorcycle) to various stops to see other animals. There was a lion stop with at least 6 lions. Next was a stop to ride on a caged jeepney into a Jurrasic Park like area where 2 white Siberian tigers came up to and on top of the jeep. Last stop was a crockodile pit with a few dozen crocks. This all took a little over 2 hours. The only wait was for the tigers because 4 full tour buses of students happened to be visiting. A 7 minute drive got us to Ocean Park.

We visited Ocean Adventure on a weekend, arriving right at 9 AM when the park opened. We were fortunate to catch the dolphins near the shallow water along the shore, which was a magical experience. The acrobatic show was the highlight of our visit—it was both thrilling and awe-inspiring! The entrance fee is ₱850 for adults and ₱650 for kids. While the basic entry provides access to the park, any animal encounters or photo ops come with an additional charge. On the downside, there wasn’t much to do outside of the dolphin and sea lion shows. The aquarium was smaller than I expected, with a limited number of fish, which was a bit underwhelming. The primary attractions are undeniably the dolphins and sea lions, and while they’re incredible, I hoped for more variety in terms of activities. I was also a bit disappointed that for the photo opportunities with the animals, guests are required to use their own cameras or phones, instead of having a photographer available. I wouldn’t mind paying a little extra if they offered this service, and perhaps even printing the photos on-site. Additionally, the food prices were quite steep, and since you're not allowed to bring your own food or drinks, you're forced to buy inside—something I wasn’t thrilled about. If you visit, I'd recommend packing your own food and eating in the car to save on costs. Despite these small setbacks, I thoroughly enjoyed the visit, especially the park's strong message of animal conservation and environmental protection. The souvenir shop was a pleasant surprise too. The prices were reasonable, and we picked up quite a few toys for the kids. All in all, I had a great time, and the experience was definitely worthwhile!

Nice family fun place and very clean and well cared for. Shows are good except seating is awful and uncomfortable. Concrete benches. Staff is all very polite and helpful. Does not take long to do entire place. About 4 hours and you see it all. Very hot though. Animals seem well catered for unlike zoo and other places around here.

It is a nice attraction yet might still be considered pricey as there are only 6 attractions - acrobatics, wild animals, dolphin, sea lion, and additional (optional with additional fee) sharks & turtles, voyager (aquarium view of fish and sharks (optional, no additional fee). All main attractions last approximately 30-45mins, but you will learn about the specific subject of attraction. Acrobatics is superb and really worth the realization for everyone about the importance of proper waste management and caring to our environment. It would be better to have more attractions to offer and more engaging tour paths.

I'll rate this 5 star for kid's/teenage experience. 4 as overall for different ages. 1st time I got here is year 2007 high school field trip. Seeing and watching the sea creatures sea. Lion, dolphins, BLACK WHALE upclose is one of the best experiences in teenage life. Hindi naman kami mayaman noon pero because of the school field trip we were able to go to this bongga na attraction. As is meenjoy mo talaga lahat ng activities dito if first time mo kahit na adult ka na, just like my wife 1st nya last Feb 2022 and nagenjoy sya. Dolphin show, one of the most awaited activity same with lion show. nakakatuwa ang galing ng mga dolphins, salute din sa mga handlers. i'm still lucky because in the year 2007, we witnesed the YOUNG BLACK false? KILLER WHALE together with the dolphins, tossing the handlers, the black whale toss is strong making the handler fly. It's a shame that i coudn't share the photo to you because my keypad phone got damaged before google photos and reviews became known. Believe me never did I imagine and thought that this whale can perform tricks, it's really entertaining. But sadly I read an articles that the whale died yr 2014, other whales shipped to Subic bay died earlier year too. 1st time riding a motorcycle in Zambales, 1st time sa Subic free port zone grabe parang nasa ibang bansa, 1st to stop 1st to go, talagang magsstop ka in each corner kasi puno ng Camera ang roads nila, otherwise matiticketan at mabubusinahan ka. Unforgettable moment yung sa papunta na ng ocean adventure, the road, the place is very serene, then paisa isang vehicle lang ang nadaan, puro naka 4wheels pa kaya I'm quite nervous din noon kasi kami lang nakamotor noon. 😅😬 May mga improvements parin silang gngawa, and I'm pretty sure if nagkaanak ako ill definitely bring my kid here. As of my visit last sunday as part of a field trip, there were no longer aquariums, although the whole park itself doesn't just limit itself to marine animals—there are also a variety of land animals to learn about especially in one of the many performance areas that are scheduled and open for viewing. An important thing to note is that the areas are fairly spread apart, requiring moderately long walks to go to from one place to another. The food prices also highly vary, with those offered in the stalls nearby the performance areas being more expensive than the actual restaurant just outside the gift shop upon going in (though the restaurant food is actually quite good). Parking is plentiful, even with multiple tour buses parked. It's also not uncommon to coincide with a school's fieldtrip if you decide to go on your own or with your family, but I can assure you there is something to entertain everyone regardless of age. I have been here before in my childhood days, and it has definitely improved and expanded upon ever since. It is a bit distant even from Subic Bay itself, but it's a nice place to go to whether for field trips or your travel getaways.

The sea lions and dolphin shows are the best highlights of the park. They are fun to watch. Check the website for the schedule. Weekend and Public holidays have the same schedule. Weekdays have different schedules. There is a cafe where you can eat and chill while waiting for the next show.

We had an amazing experience at Inflatable Island! From the moment we arrived, the place was bursting with vibrant colors, friendly staff, and a fun, carefree vibe. The giant inflatable obstacles were a perfect mix of challenge and excitement—every slide, jump, and splash felt like going back to being a kid again. What I loved most was the balance between adventure and relaxation. After spending time on the obstacle course, we got to chill by the pink and lavender lounges, enjoy the beach breeze, and take photos in the aesthetic spots around the island.

I recently visit at Inflatable island and it was such a refreshing experience. The location is perfect—right by the beach with a stunning view of the ocean. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it very comfortable. The staff were friendly, approachable, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, offering both local and international dishes. One of the highlights was the beach itself—clear waters, soft sand, and relaxing vibes. The resort also had great amenities like a swimming pool, bar, and outdoor activities that kept us entertained throughout. Overall is a wonderful place to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. We had a great team-building day tour at Inflatable Island. We really enjoyed our time there, from the food and the delicious drinks at their Sula Bar to the fun experience on the inflatables. Just be prepared to get tired once you finish all three parts of the inflatable course. It's a nice activity to do with friends.

I had a great time and enjoyed the nature specially with the kids Kian and Alak as my guide. They definitely know a lot and are very much willing to share everything they know. It was definitely fun! I hope they can further develop this treasure. I’ll definitely go back and hopefully bring my family as well.

Pretty easy 10-minute hike to see the falls, albeit muddy and rocky in places. We walked in during a pretty dry week without rain and the trail was very muddy in spots. Not a hard walk just a bit slippery and rocky at times. After 10 minutes, you hear the falls. There’s a staircase going down to the 2 sets of falls. The first falls to the left looks like the one they jump into but since we were the only ones there, I was not going to try and jump into the pool of water below. You can get down there by using some ropes the locals have Jerry-rigged but not sure how secure they are. The other falls to the right also have a pool of water. The water was cold and a bit rocky getting but very refreshing. The rushing water is strong enough to let you swim and not move in place.

This place is spectacular. The falls were stunning and so picturesque to swim in. The locals were very friendly and open to sharing their unique and lovely culture- make sure to say Hi to Nanay Erlinda, Nanay Marilyn, Tatay Carlito, or Kuya Matteo if you see them there!!! The food was also delicious and very fresh, most of it using produce from the forest itself. The forest is incredibly biodiverse and you can find all sorts of things there! The local guides are super friendly and will teach you lots of things. Everyone should come visit these falls once they've got the chance <3

I went on a trip to this area, and the locals were very helpful and guided us through the forest. They pointed out a variety of naturally occurring substances and herbs that they use sustainably, which is very fascinating to see. The forest itself doesn't look too special but its history is, as its one of the remaining relatively untouched forests because it was preserved for military training. Overall it was a nice charming little forest and village that has a beautiful new bridge and farming buildings around the area.

An Incredible experience which provided such an insight into the culture of the local community and how they make use of all aspects of the forest. It is amazing to see how things such as tree bark can be used as a treatment for a toothache!

The Tingtingin Falls are breathtaking, but the best part about it was interacting with the Aeta community! They were so hospitable, especially Naynay Irlinda. She made some delicious Filipino meals and the desserts were so good, I couldn't resist seconds. Taytay Carlito was so nice and it was cool to hear about his history as a ranger for American settlers/troops. All in all, great experience meeting them. They were the best guides to see the waterfalls.

a beautiful little enclave. perfect for small intimate gatherings. very short and easy hike, guided by the very friendly local Aetas. i’m not exactly sure why there are some miserable and ungrateful people giving this spot bad reviews. this waterfall and the surrounding area is literally a work of art by mother nature.

SBYC is a very nostalgic place for me, since my family and I always used to visit when I was younger. The nice view is always amazing, especially in good weather. We recently came back to celebrate our kids’ awards with lunch. I must say, the pricing isn't too expensive (and the short wait time is a plus). The only reason I'm missing a star is the doneness of my steak. I asked for medium-rare, but mine was cooked medium, and some parts were well-done, which made it rubbery. Everything else was perfect. The staff is amazing!

Encountered a very rude guard today (Gate 2, 9am) December 23, 2023 who shouted at me for entering a wrong gate. Yes, you are maintaining exclusivity but there are methods in which you can do so professionally, He could have educated me in a respectful manner. hotel is a bit dated. there are some sockets not working. also a bit dark since not all lights are working. but service is good and staff is accommodating.

This was our second stay at d hotel i was pleased with d overall experience. But this time room location was 😔 not a vrry pleasant view..i noticed also a diff in room amenities as d room lacked toiletries that were provided during my previous stay. Consistent room amenities r essential to justify d pricing n provide a truly luxurious experience for a guest . Staff were always friendly and accommodating 😊👏

Spent overnight here.Thankful for having generous friends like them. The place was quite old but the pool and the views were indeed amazing. Loved our room where we stayed it's clean, aircon was extremely cold (chillin') the food at the resto was delicious. We were assisted by their accommodating and approachable service team feel like were the most impt person in the universe lols. Keep up the good work. Hats off 😍😍😍

During part of our holidays, we stayed in the corner executive suite and got another room for the kids and yayas across from us. Positives: - Great view of the boats below. - Try their pizza bread at the restaurant (forgot what it's called), stretchy cheese and great taste. Could be better: -Sometimes there is a very loud, distracting fan like noise coming from outside. This goes on throughout the night and day. - Disappointed that the jacuzzi in our bathroom was dirty so could not use it. When we filled with water, put soap, and turned on the jets, the bubbles came out this gross brown and black color, maybe molds or some sort of dirt in the jets. - We pointed this out to the front desk and to make us feel better they took the aforementioned pizza we ate off the bill. Not sure if it was a fair trade given the price of the room, but appreciate that they tried to make some sort of amends.

I actually visited this place a few years back and it hasn't really upgraded except that we got lost in the garden maze this time.😅🤣 We didn't have to wait for our ticket since we were the only ones there at that time a group of 12 people. We ventured to the mirror maze, dark room, enchanted forest which was 3D and we had the chance to take pictures in the 3D frames. Also, there are educational activities for kids and fun play as well. The kids got the chance to try the trampoline and slide down the hill after the garden maze. However, kids below 6 yrs old are not allowed due to safety reasons. Its a simple yet fun way to treat yourself and the kids.

Fun place for family. Staff is super friendly and price is very affordable. Don’t expect anything super fancy but we had a good time! Monkey is not part of park but he just showed up out of the forest and watched us. Even posed for a picture. I think they are used to people.

Entrance fee is 350 as of now. But i got my voucher in metrodeal for 209. Wear your facemasks. Very funtastic place. I hope they make the mirror maze a bit longer. Lots of picture perfect moments inside and outside. The place is fun, lots of things to do. But not recommended when you think there are a high volume of people visiting the place. Everything will be cramped up inside a small building. And the parking lot can only accommodate 10 to 15 vehicles max. Everyone inside is friendly and helpful. Must try the garden maze. Its fun and at the same time annoying because we always gets lost inside. The venue is inside a small building, bring umbrellas in case its raining because you must try the garden maze outside. There is also a trampaulin for kids and adults alike.

Had a great time with this place, admittedly we didn't plan to visit since we are on our way out of the Zoobic safari. It turns our a blessing since its a wholesome place for the Family, its simple yet very fun and guaranty for a good time.

the indoor attractions were good but, it would have been better if the overall look and feel of the interiors, the decors and paints could be improved and maintained properly.

Enjoyable experience at the old upper MAU camp/JEST. Subic one has 4 rides plus trekking. The Tree Drop is the most adventurous...the staff is very friendly and helpful. No GoPro allowed on Superman ride unless used with wrist strap. Website indicates they accept credit card but they haven’t on my two visits. You can get two people through the rides for about 1600 pesos. Recommend this attraction if you are in the Subic area.

If you are a adventurous type, I recommend this place. If you have fear of heights its time to face your fear and experience the adventure!

Very friendly and engaging staff with lots of knowledge. Don't miss the trek... It's way better than it sounds as you will learn how to make a cup, spoon and fork from the forest as well as how to make fire in just a few minutes ... Then the trek is only about 20 mins and muddy if wet, but not difficult, and with more useful information on the way round.

Activities were fun but staff lacked the ability to assist with large groups, especially with no refunds if the count is off. We went with a party of 30, and the staff was very unhelpful with assisting on the activities. It was a great time but a low review is mainly because of the lack of training to the staff in managing large groups.

Adventure seekers can try a lot of activities here such as zip-lining. The place is not crowded, that you'll have time to try all the activities. But sadly going to the park is a bit hard since the road is rigid. No restaurants, or snack bars on sight. So bring your own meals, snacks and bottled water (not plastic) and throw your trash in the garbage not anywhere. They also need to create signs and directions to since they are limited number of staff to accommodate you. Also, bring your sunglasses, umbrella, face towels, portable fan, wear light clothes and shoes , expect to get sweaty.

Its a quiet and peaceful park, if you want a quiet adventure in Subic and also affordable, this is your place. The sole restaurant, however, is a bit slow. Most people want to eat after going around the park, so far that's the only con, which can easily be addressed.

I went here in 2009. It was a great experience and tour. The guide was knowledgeable and nice. He did move way too fast for my parents in their 70s but they made it through. It was nice to see the difference between JEST and the Jungle school I attended in Panama (JOTC) while active Army.

My review from 2019: Looked a bit shabby from the outside, but their survival tutorial show was genuinely interesting and their bird show was a lot of fun thanks to their MC. Eating at the kawayan kitchen was also a treat.

Did the forest trail @ Pamulaklakin and was told that the Pamulaklakin Loop spans approximately 2.6 km (1.6 miles), a moderately challenging circuit that typically takes ~48 minutes to complete. The guide was friendly and was introducing the different type of medical plants in the forest while leading us around the trail. Do wear sturdy shoes as the trail can be uneven or muddy. Bring a change of clothes if you plan to swim or stay cool by the stream. Highly recommended for those adventurous and nature lover. 👍👍👍

A little disappointed. It's a nice area and there were lots of locals enjoying the water, which was great. But my "tour" lasted about 8 minutes and my guide spent most of that telling me she was single. Supposed to learn about the area and the plants and how to survive but she literally pointed at one tree and said "medicine" and a few minutes later another one and said "bamboo". She didn't even stick around for a tip, just said "you can swim down there" and walked off. I ended up exploring more on my own than I had with her.

The Aetas people are a treasure to the community of Subic, being a truely native people of Binictican hills in Subic Bay Olongapo. The Aetas are a warm and friendly people, they are small in size and uniquely unlike most other Filipino they have tight curly hair. Great Forest..a visit worth

One of the best places to learn survival skills and experience primitive life. The Pamulaklakin Trail is for sure one of the tourist sites that promote sustainability they basically get the materials for their activities in the site and reproduce it within as well. Tata Kasoy, the chieftain, is one of the guides on the site that could offer you an experience of a lifetime. You will learn a lot from him not just about how to live like an Aeta but also about the reach history of the trail itself which is a story of a struggle and triumph , a fight for a place they call "home".

Very nice way to unwind and get along with the locals. Our guide is very knowledgeable and articulate as well! Also good thing that there is a decent comfort room for emergencies (that I happened to avail!).

A nice to stop over, with shady trees and free flowing river.. Bring water, chicken and rice and the Tourist guide will cook for you using bamboo. No need to bring plate, cup and spoon and fork, they will make for you..

Magaul Bird Park and jest Camp is a great place to bring your kids for them to learn and have fun. This is the only bird park that I have been to that has a good bird encounter as the birds fly above your head. Tips: 1. Good to go here during summer 2. Stay near the right isle as the activities are done more from that side. 3. Best to come in the morning or late afternoon.

Venue for the First Eagle Scouts Organization of the Philippines Encampment. The Encampment happened in October 2016. The event was held to help organize the ESOP as an organization that will actively support the Boy Scouts of the Philippines. Various activities were made available by the very able camp staff. Survival skills (fire by friction, water from vine) were taught to the attendees that was made up of Eagle Scouts Awardees (Highest Rank in the Scouting Movement Advancement Ladder). The various skills were actually refresher courses for many of the Eagle Scouts as these skills had been taught to them being requisites for the various Merit Badges required for the Advancement. The Maragul Bird Park was more than enough for the needs of the survival-ready Eagle Scouts. Subic has improved so much with their facilities. Family outings, corporate outings, school outings can have its maximum potential in these types of facilities. Lodging was as good in the bunks. Water supply was ample and non-stop. The trees are still aplenty.

Our family had so much fun here! My sis is a huge bird fan and she very much enjoyed herself. We received a 2-hour guided tour through the park that included a survival training demonstration, and bird show! Mark (our guide) was very nice. He explained each of the birds. The survival training was my highlight because it included a demo of how to make fire by just using bamboo! Great picture opps and souvenirs too!! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

The beautiful birds are not well taken care of. The cages/enclosures are very small, have no roof, untidy and the plants/trees inside are dried/dead. The place needs major remodelling/upgrading.

They have different variaties of birds! Good to bring children. Just make sure of the season.. not suggested during rainny and super hot days..

The main building and the stables may have seen better days, but the general vicinity is still worth a visit for the nice surroundings. Horse riding is a bit pricey but the trail ride up to the falls is still an experience.

2nd time we've been here. First was during the heights of pandemic and recently when active cases were very low. The only difference now was the entrance fee. If you're not riding the horse you pay P150 per person entrance fee. 15minute ride on a horse is P350. 30mins is P500. The horses were big, not same as the one you're riding in Tagaytay 😊 Staffs were courteous. Very nice surrounding, instagramable! There are swings hanging on the big trees. Place was always used for wedding/bday pictorial with the horses! Nice place! I suggest you bring your riding outfit for a good pictorial! Just follow google map for 'El Kabayo', you'll never miss it

It was a great family experience and the horses seemed to be taken care of very well. Our guides were also very friendly. I would suggest that the main building is updated ao it doesn't look like a dilapidated haunted mansion. It's a beautiful building that has so much potential. Also, an upgrade to the entrance road would be good too.

A beautiful place to conduct photoshoots especially if you are going for the antique or stable vibes. I encountered a lot of engaged couples going for their pre-wedding photoshoots here. There was also an outdoor wedding happening. The area was huge though that is why you don't have to worry with bumping with other people.

Buildings need renovation but the surroundings are well kept clean and grass is trimmed regularly.

For a horse ride, possibly to a small waterfall, in the former US Navy town of Subic Bay, this is the place. For those who haven't ridden before, the locals will help you out. Do be careful of the horses, they aren't as docile as you might be used to. The scenery to the trail is nice and tropical, but the waterfall leaves a lot to be desired.

It's a small resort, but it's great for companies that is looking for a location to host their team building events. You can't use drones here though, there's a airport just beside it.

This place is an all-in-one place to have fun at the beach. Despite all the negative publicity it received, this place is still thriving. Good rooms, good service, and a great beach experience. It has its own restaurant with good food too. Once you check in, there's hardly any need to go out, as most of what you need is already here. You definitely get your money's worth.

March 2025 Updated Review: Our go-to place for quick grounding. Glad they've maintained the resort well. Day trip fee is currently PHP 550 + environmental fee of PHP 150. That's from 6AM to 12 Midnight and includes a table and chairs. Enjoy a jetski, banana boat, and even parasailing c/o Networx. Just maybe bring your own food and water. Food inside is not that good, although priced reasonably.

The staff members are exceptionally attentive and amiable, and while the location is somewhat remote, the experience is certainly worthwhile.

This place is almost perfect, no videoke, so it's peaceful and you can relax. The water is clean and clear,the sand is fine and clean. The room was clean and all AC's were working well. Foods are not too expensive. Some staff are friendly some are not, maybe some of them need more orientation on how to deal with their guests. And always welcome your guests with a smile ,but surely i will to go back there again 😊😍 🥰

It is super nice to spend time with family. Did not like it because the taxi driver had a deal with them to take some profit from the guest coming inside and paying the tickets. The problem was that the taxi driver already overcharged us for a 2-3 minute drive. They should set up some quality standards if they are making a deal with them. We ran the jets sky and it was a nice experience, The staff was very attentive to avoid incidents/ accidents. I remembered they get credit cards or local currency....

A 5-year-old child died in this resort due to lack of emergency measures and no safety standard. No vehicle available for emergency. The resort showed no remorse and has no accountability at all. Instead of saying sorry to the victims they posted an 'official statement' that seems like an article from science website. They even blame the mother and pay trolls on facebook to cover up their negligence. LOL. They even restrict people on Facebook just to remove the bad reviews on their page. This resort does not value the safety of their guests.

Subic bay is a lot cleaner than before good for swimming in the ocean there is a ocean waterpark restaurant hotels and nice blue sea

One of the most peaceful and Instagram able places visited. The white sand beach with the view of the mountains are a sight for sore eyes. Fell in love.

Weary travellers can stop and be mesmerized by the blue pristine water of Subic Bay. It is really a refreshing sight! The shores of Subic Bay were formerly the site of a major United States Navy facility named U.S. Naval Base Subic Bay. This is now the location of an industrial and commercial area known as the Subic Bay Freeport Zone under the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority. We had such a great vacation here. Loved the beach. We were able to visit the matketplace also. And it's clean and the stalls are organized.

We had such a great time at the water park with our family! The place is very clean, well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly — especially towards the kids, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It’s the perfect spot for a fun family outing with lots to do and a safe, welcoming environment. The only thing we wish was different is the closing time. The park closes at 5pm, just when it starts to cool down and the beach becomes more enjoyable. It would’ve been nice to have a bit more time to enjoy the beautiful seaside without the heat. Still, overall a fantastic day out and definitely worth visiting for families!

It was my first time to this beach resort looks like they are in the same operators Ocean Adventure, Camayan Beach Resort. We choose night swimming because of hot weather to avoid sun burn. The stay was short but it was a good experience though. They have web page and FB page you can message them for your inquire. I highly recommend the beach resort... Thank you...

Nice water themed park. Sits beside two leisure parks, which they also own. This one is a combination of different pools and a beachside resort. So, for families who looks for both, look no further for this one is enough for the whole day. Just don't come here during March, because it's really, really hot. Hard to tolerate the beach. Entrance per head is 400. And you can rent cabanas, once you're inside. Prices depends on the size. They have enough facilities to support your needs like toilets and rinse showers. And even a small diner & cafe. You can also arrange for a group party, should you want to spend the whole day.

One of the cleanest beach in SBMA I like the water it's clean and not itchy although a bit rocky hope they develop the rocky sand area. They have few slides but some are closed when we went there. But still fun easier to see the kids since it is not too big. We love the lazy river. Cottages have fees.

Review is as of June 2025: The beach and the beach side are great, I can see that it is well maintained. I would however suggest using aqua shoes here as there are a few rocky portions. There are different types of pools for kids to enjoy, there are lifeguards but parental supervision is also better. There is a restaurant/grill and coffee shop, I have yet to try it on my return. The bathing area is on an unusual setup, the ladies and gentlemen are separated however the showers within each section are not partitioned, the dressing area is the only partitioned area; this ensures the items in the dressing area can keep dry at the cost of a not so private bathing experience.

A nice water park which also has beach access on SBMA. 20 km from olongapo, it is worth a visit if you are in the area. We had a party of 17 and had a great time. Most of the large cabanas were reserved for government agency team-building events, but we still got a couple of small ones by the pool. Wish they would not reserve for government agencies on a weekend. They did allow us to take home-prepared food in (no bottles). Kids had a blast. There is only one (with two departure slides) large slide and no wave pool, but in the Philippines it is definitely a start. Quite a few smaller slides, etc. for smaller kids. Also have a lazy river. They take credit cards. 688p adult, 528p children/senior. Large cabana is 1,500p.

It was a serene place. All employees are very accommodating and it felt really nice to have this 30mins away from SBMA. No traffic and very easy directions along the way. There is not much food options you can buy. A bit of refreshments but nothing fancy. So best bring your own. This is very good for families specially with kids. They would love the pool playground and slides. They have life guards in place and ensure safety over those big slides are followed. Overall, easy access, cleanliness, accessibility, and amenities are all great.

The Water Was Full of Jellyfish. But Not Just Jellyfish. — A quiet swim turned into a loud reminder. We slipped into the sea hoping for a gentle swim, maybe a glimpse of translucent jellyfish pulsing in the shallows like sea lanterns. They were there — dozens of them — drifting silently, soft and surreal. But so were the plastic wrappers, tangled fishing lines, bottle caps half buried in sand. I wasn’t scared of the jellyfish. I was scared of what we’ve done to the water that carries them. Some floated with tiny strings stuck to their bells. Others swam near foamy patches of sunscreen and packaging debris. We were guests in their home, and yet, we’d made it unlivable. No signs, no fences, no guards. Just a wounded ocean, still letting us in. ⸻ This wasn’t the experience I thought I was signing up for. But maybe it was the one I needed. If you swim, pick something up. If you visit, tell someone. If you care, act like it. There’s still beauty in the water. But beauty is not the same as health.

The beach is nice, the food is delicious and the staff are absolutely great. This is a nice, relaxing getaway for anyone looking for a beach. The rooms, however, are in need of renovation/modernization. They're clean and serviceable but they also feel tired and old.

We went here on Feb 27, 2022 and my favorite part here is the beach, i can swim all day, the ambiance here is not too hot and the sand under the sea is fine just watch out on some areas with rocks underneath which you can reach during low tides. The place is actually nice. Beach is not too far from the shoreline. Proximity wise, is not bad. Just a 3 hr drive from QC. I love the vibe of the restaurant and it is huge, it can cater many guests. They also have a bar for those who love to drink some wine and liquor nice vibe during evenings, while enjoying your night infront of the beach with the picturesque of the city. Food is also great, can feed 2 to 3 persons per serving. The only downside is their accomodations. We stayed in the 2nd floor beach view side. The rooms are quite old needs improvement and renovations maybe in the future. Knowing that the resort has been there for so long. And the room floor is too rough i believe. The toilet side doesnt have any drain. I tried to clean the dirt on the floor of toilet side but sadly the floor doesnt have any drain. So all of the water were stocked we dont know how can we clean it. Maybe just mop it out. We never had the chance to call a room service to clean the waters until our checkout. Since the telephone service is not working. While we spend only 1night here. If you plan to stay here for the night maybe just avoid getting the toilet side wet to avoid water overflowing. The shower areas also needs improvement, looks old, not well lighted. But I can say that the beach here is nice. 🥰

Beach is great total crystal clear water but the restrooms are total filth. You can actually hear the flies roaming around and the toilet bowl, just disgusting. So if you are planning to stay here do not use their restrooms because you might get nasty bacterias.

The beach was so beautiful and peaceful. Unfortunately I lost my 2 Camping chairs in just few minutes when I changed my clothes before going home, it was folding and long with bags, blue and red, I left it outside the Shower area. I thought it would be safe to just left it for awhile since it’s in SBMA and not too many people that day. I was so disappointed. I asked for cctv footage but they couldn’t let me since they said they need to ask permission first. It’s just sad, The staff said they would message me for updates but didn’t get any. It’s been a week.

I read reviews about the food being good, but where? The sisig surprisingly wasn't the kind with mayo and egg so I expected more, assuming it was the "authentic" kind, but it tasted oily, lacked flavor, not crispy but tough bordering hard. The kilawin was more redeeming, the fish tasted fresh and it was seasoned well. My friend got a cosmopolitan and it came in a cracked glass, slowly leaking over our table. The staff eventually changed the glass, but speaking of the staff, it's like they actively try not to see you, even if your hand in up and in their face. They should make the fine print about the 10% service charge bigger on the menu so it doesn't take people by surprise. I don't feel like what we paid was worth what we ate and the experience. The performance was amusing, even entertaining, the songs were classic karaoke go-tos, the performers were trying their best to liven up the crowd. Once is enough visits for me.

The food has gone downhill recently. Last night we had the so called beef nachos. There was no beef only onion and a cheese sauce overload to possibly disguise this. Beer prices have increased and now their prices have an extra VAT added on your bill as before it was included in the menu prices, however the menu prices have not been lowered to accommodate this. Please bear this in mind before visiting. In our case they've lost two customers 😟

Payment currency can be converted thru peso, either cash or card. Branded stalls like Havaianas, Adidas, Lacoste, and the like are available inside.

Quite large shopping place. A really good array of food variety, especially for gifts and souvenirs. Lots of local as well as imported products. You can spend an hour here just browsing but you'll definitely have something when you leave.

Lot of imported goods that you can't find in some supermarket but the price is a bit higher. Some of the prices are in dollars but rest assured they have a price checker that will convert it automatically. The place needs a renovation some of the tiles are broken and uneven ground. You can also see the place is old. air-conditioning is great.Has a lot of parking spaces and its free. The restroom is ok, clean and complete but again it looks old. Guards and staff are friendly and you can see them almost everywhere.

The exchange rate here is higher. And as we all know higher exchange rate doesn't work if you're buying from duty free. Prices seem higher here compared to buying from groceries or supermarket. We just took advantage of purchasing goods that are not available in the local supermarket. There are also super cheap items that you can find, you just have to search very well.

Check out their store now because they are on sale now until february 28. You can find almost everything you need here. Imported and local products can be buy here and the best part is its vat free (less 12%). Many items are on sale with different rate of discounts. Just make sure to check the expiration date. Remember the bigger the discounts the nearer the expiration date. When you visit Royal Duty Free you dont need to worry for parking space because they have a very spacious parking lot. There is also comfort room here and food is not a problem because they have a lot of food stalls outside. You can also buy local delicacies and souvenirs here. So enjoy shopping.

Found this shop by chance on Google and they answered our call. Dove with them two consecutive days, staff was awesome, equipment was on the new side. First day we started at “The barges” which was relatively shallow we then proceeeded to El Capitan which was the first wreck I’ve ever breached. Impressed with their staff and service we decided to do a second day upon arrival I found out it was only me and the divemaster. Conducted two more wrecks. Dodong was my divemaster and couldn’t rate him high enough 15/10 stars. Will use ten again when I return to Subic.

Wreck diving spots are their specialty. We didn’t get to go in the wrecks and the visibility at the time wasn’t that good. At one point the boat also had a hard time starting and kept turning on and off but the whole crew was chill about it and we got back in one piece

The service and communication was top notch. Can we talk about the views and the dive spots?? What a gem it is to explore the ocean in this area. They spoke perfect english and were really funny too, it helps calm the nerves. They had a solid team assisting the divers and the snorklers with extra equipment to boot. Their certifications had clear paths and instructions. My personal favorite is how they would go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable through conversation, snacks, and working with local tribes to keep diving in these spots ethical and beneficial.

Chose the beginning class - half day in the classroom and swimming pool and the other half of the day pick a 40 minute boat ride too two different dive sites. Sir Don dive master. I was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us all in the group. I never felt unsafe or in any danger. Cost was 6,000 pesos which I thought was a little expensive initially but after going through the entire day a training and diving I found 6k pesos out was one hellova a bargain. The staff were super friendly and professional in general. I couldn't imagine having a better experience learning how to dive.

In January of 2016 I made 11 dives over 5 days with Arizona Dive Shop. Kent and Gary, the owners, are very knowledgeable of the wrecks and the local history of Subic Bay. The dive boat is very well designed to accommodate many divers. I commend Gary and Kenton the staff they have hired. Their staff is excellent and are all well attentive to the divers on board. Captain Jesse was always right there to correct any equipment errors that the divers might have. The crew went above and beyond with ensuring we were comfortable throughout the dives. At the time I dove with Arizona Dive Shop, they offered package deals that included round trip transportation from the airport, lodging at Arizona Resort as well as a specified amount of pesos to spend in the resort dining area. The entire process worked seamlessly and for a person not familiar with the area of Subic Bay this package made it an easy way to dive travel. I would highly recommend Arizona Dive Shop to anybody diving in the Subic area and I will definitely dive with Arizona Dive Shop again. Thanks for such great diving! Allison Dean

A big thanks to Kent, Gary and all the staff at Arizona Dive Shop for the 5 star service you provided my friends and myself on our recent trip to Subic Bay. We really enjoyed the diving and also appreciated the time the dive masters took with us to prepare for our first dive as we are all quite inexperienced. The staff loaded all the equipment on the dive boat, changed our tanks, helped us put our kit on and best of all washed and dried all our kit at the end of each day of diving. They actually opened the shop at 6am on the last day so we could pick up all our dry kit before we caught our taxi so we didn’t have to travel with wet dive gear! At the end of each dive we received hot snacks, drinks and a hot towel!!! Highly recommended, we’ll be back!!!

The 1:1 tuition I received for my enriched air certificate was first rate and greatly enhanced my wreck diving experience. Both James and Kent went the extra mile to ensure that I got the most out of my wreck dives and I was very impressed with their knowledge of the wreck history. For anybody planning a diving holiday in the Philippines I would strongly recommend a trip to Subic and Arizona dive shop. A solemn place of worship within SBMA. An airconditioned church, once full, there’s an outside screen to accommodate more people to hear Mass, as one communes with nature.

Arrived at 6 in the morning, hoping there was a daily mass. But unfortunately, the chapel was closed...Would be glad if they celebrate the Holy Mass everyday, hopeful to bring more souls closer to God on a daily basis. 😇 I added a photo of the schedule of their mass, for your reference. 👍

This is where my family goes to mass on Sundays. Very calm atmosphere and you can sit outside the church during mass if the inside area is full. Parking area is safe. Mass time: Saturdays: 5:00PM Sundays: 9:00 AM / 10:30 AM / 5:00 PM

The New York is the darkest, siltiest most treacherous wreck I've dived - and the most rewarding. Proper training and technique will reward you with a spectacular dive through tight spaces, pipes, valves and rust galore. Winging it will probably kill you.

Visibility is an issue to be considered before going for a dive, two or three meters in the best cases are not enough to see the wreck!

Our third time to this resort 😀 All Hands Beach Resort is a clean and friendly place. The staff are nice and always ready to help. The resort provides free breakfast, towels, and hygiene kits. Our kids loved the inflatable pool on the beach. You can also rent kayaks and jetskis for fun. The resort used to have a bigger beach, but now it's smaller because of a new dining area. Still, it's a good place for families to relax and have fun.

The place was nice but, jellyfish is often but that's nature. You really have to wear rash guards. Reminder, no speakers and glass bottles (I like that for the safety and the tranquility of the place.) I recommend the place for a day tour they have lots of cottages. Several water activities like jetski, banana boat ride etc

We go to this beach when we want to relax and unwind. What I like about this place is that the facilities are clean, and the staff are nice and friendly. They provide flyers for the safety of their guests. It's not crowded, especially on regular days. The kids enjoy the inflatables, and there are lifeguards in the area to ensure everyone's safety.

The beach is well maintained. We saw the lifeguards cleaning the beach and other staff cleaning the area. Mababait ang mga staff. They now gave out flyers/advisory upon entering. Baka dahil sa incident. What i like: 700 entrance fee including na ang cottage. No corkage fee for foods and drinks. No fee for grilling Clean shower/changing room. What i DON’T like: There’s a rotten smell coming from the nearby place. Lalo na pag humahangin. We asked the staff kung bakit mabaho and they said na galing sa mga container truck from the nearby establishment. This almost ruined our experience. Sana before entering/registration nag inform sila regarding the smell.

Located 10 minutes walking from the cruise ship terminal it is a small but clear water beach. Back in the 50s it was one of the favourite beaches of the USA navy. The water is still and clear, full of sea life and it is also the nesting place for turtles during the months of October to February. It has a entrance fee of 15 dollars to use the beach facilities but if it is only to acess the bar then it is free of charge. Food and drinks are not expensive. Internet is slow.

Great place to unwind. Was surprised how clean and clear the water was. Great ambiance too. Better to book online as cottages, rooms, tables and chairs can be unavailable for walk in's, or better arrive as early as you can.... speakers and butanes are also not allowed. They have their own grilling station. You can also order your meals inside, ordering grill foods starts at 10:30am.

Hands down for All Hands Beach Resort. Its the beach resort that caters to all age group and for all walks of life, for all ur needs. Rooms are new spacious and clean. AC is new and fully functional. Rooms rates are midrange. I like thier breakfast tray it has a little of eveything. Tables and shades are available for those who avail of day swimming and functions hall for seminars. They have outdoor sports for the well and able and beach siesta beds for those who would like to stay and relax and rubber slides for the kids. They have turtle egg hatchery and released back into the sea ones hatch. Definitely coming back soon.

The place has expanded quite a lot since my last visit. The mall has a wide selection of shoe offering, which each store is huge. It also hosts local food favorites from Olongapo It has ample parking, but as usual, the design is cramped and less traffic efficient (with a criss-crossing of inbound and outbound vehicles. The mall is just along the maind highway of the base; so it is easy to find your way. 35 pesos will cost you to park your vehicle.

This mall has pretty much everything you might need—lots of restaurants, stores for clothes and shoes, ATMs, and more. There’s even live music.

Servers werr very attentive and thoughtful! They even lent us a cellphone stand when they noticed we were struggling because our toddler was watching while eating. We really appreciated how patient and understanding they were — none of the staff seemed bothered by our playful toddler. Thank you for the excellent service! 💖

Wide parking spaces. Have a lot of establishments and stores to choose from. We go here to survey ham prices, as they have Puregold supermarket inside. The parking fee is 30 pesos, we have 4-wheels hatchback type vehicle.

A Filipino restaurant in front of Harbor Point. Serves an ample variety of Filipino Cuisine. Tastes good but not great. Serving size is good for groups. Affordable and good service. People really flock here.

Hidden in the heart of Subic Freeport Zone is an old soul of a restaurant — Coco Lime. Word has it that it has been around for years, quietly waiting to be discovered like an old friend. The food offers pleasant surprises, with flavors that are well-balanced and delicately crafted, infused with a subtle tropical flair. Prices lean toward the higher side, but the quality and care are evident. A perfect spot to slow down, share stories with friends, and savor a meal without hurry.

We were seated immediately upon arrival since we got there just as they opened. The staff were all attentive and our orders were taken and served fairly quickly. The food was good, but the serving size was a bit lacking. Nonetheless, it's still a 5/5 for me and I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a lunch spot in your travel from Manila to Zambales. There's a restroom beside the restaurant, which is convenient for travelers, as well as a parking pass so that you wouldn't have to pay for parking anymore after dining there.

Good customer service. Servers were attentive and accommodating. We ordered pochero (altho it looks and tastes like beef nilaga than the pochecro we know). It tastes good though. We were 8 in our table and the soup was not enough for all of us. We asked if they could add more soup and they willingly agreed. We like their pinakbet more than laing. Thai chicken BBQ wasls also good. Lechon kawali was not as crispy. Wo ordered pork sisig but not available. Fried spring rolls were too oily.

Cocolime Resto can be just in front of the Harbour Point Mall alongside the main road. The place welcomes a constant stream of diners both from lunch and dinner times. This is no surprise as the place a good variety of Filipino classics mixed with influences from other cuisines. Still, the focus of their offerings would be Filipino classics with a slight twist. The food tastes great and how they should be. Special appreciation with their atchara which was superb and pairs well with almost anything. The servings are also generous and would be a good choice for bigger groups. There are plenty of seats both inside the restaurant as well as al fresco dining. Would I go back here when visiting Subic again? Yes, I would!

The food was above average though a bit on the saltier side. I especially loved the pinakbet and the green mango shake. The restaurant is anvery typical filipino restaurant. The staff were friendly but the service is too slow, i must say. We waited about 10-15 mins for the bill.

In spite of the name... this is not an Asian fusion but rather a local Filipino restaurant serving local dishes. So do manage your expectation. Chicken Chicken Winner Dinner... the Thai Chicken BBQ is juicy, sweet, mouth watering delicious and a must try. Pork Binagoongan is fatty and oily but tender and flavorful. It will pair well with a cup or 2 of plain rice to soak up all the flavors. Dining area is more suited for large groups. Al fresco seating available. Located near the mall, parking is quite easy. Price points compared to portioning is really good thats why you always see large groups dining here. Good food with good prices. Stick to local food and you won't be disappointed. Service Staff is quite friendly but a bit understaffed during a rush. Am guessing this is a popular spot for a meal given the number of tourist and the places is packed full.

Gerry’s Grill never fails to serve good Filipino food! Apart from the food, this branch has good service (special thanks to Noel and Jaynor), good ambience and a nice view of the beach. Definitely recommend going here than the one in the mall!

Special thanks to Sir Vincent for being very accommodating, friendly, and approachable — he made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I discover this place thanks to my wife, and I was quite surprised about the foods. All was good in matters of quality, and service. I personally appreciate the Adobe rice with pork it delicious.

Vincent, our server, was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. This is the first time that we dine here at Waterfront branch. It's really a very nice experience. Food is very delish as what is expected from Gerrys. What made this experience especial is how the service was provided especially by Kuya Noel and Ms. Camille. All our requests were granted and made our son's birthday very special. It looks nice, they have a decent playground for the children and most of those young-at-heart people. The place looks very clean, there are many places where one could sit on. They even offer free WiFi within the park's premises and that's great. Crowds of people, from people who came out of SM to students hanging out are here and you can socialize with people if you're brave enough to approach a single person here at Olongapo.

A public park located near the heart of Olongapo City. Also straddles a nearby river. No fee to enter the premises. A large jet aircraft is a prominent fixture of the park. This was an RA-5C Vigilante of the United States Navy that used to be situated at CUBI Point. It also features an old train (steam-powered).

Free park Take the yellow jeepney from downtown to sm central for 12 pesos . The park is literally Infront of the sm central. They have cool train , airplane and playground for kids like slides , monkey bar , swing , seesaw

Despite its age, the park remains a beloved gathering place for families and friends.

It is now a partly covered park thanks to the generosity of SM Central management. It was integrated into their mall complex and serves as a function and event center. Playgrounds surround the park. Small food booths are also present.a pickle ball court has been added.

A US Navy jet is here from our" USA" old Subic Naval Base Olongapo Philippines closed back in 1992, really cool to see it.

Very likely larger than the one in Clark. A large variety of imported goods. Parking spaces are a bit cramped but good enough. Enough cashiers to serve shoppers There is an S and R pizza shop you can dine in

Wide variety of wholesale products to choose from. Chocolate, snacks, bread, juice, imported items, bathroom essentials, and kitchenwares are available here. Parking space is quite difficult since it is almost full. Exchange rate is displayed at the entrance. Some items inside are labelled in dollar and some in peso. On-sale items has separate rack. They also have multiple check-out counter to cater customers having basket and push carts. Food chain like KFC and S&R, and restroom are also within the grocery store.

This place is cool 11/10 I love the imported stuff I would LOVE to visit this in next School Year's field trip AGAIN!

April 2024 - Updated review. Prices slightly higher than S&R. Be careful how they position sale tags, it's a clear MO for those who don't read labels or check their receipts. First time we've experienced a cashier dividing our groceries into 2 groups--those that are not for discount, and those that are (PWD). That's a very unreliable way to handle things, giving the cashier the decision which ones to include and which ones not to include. The entire crew we encountered, from the supervisor, to the cashier, to the bagger, were not at all helpful. This store badly needs customer service training. When you're here: Shop smart. Do we recommend this place? No. Royal Duty Free gives a way better shopping experience. Are we going back? No.

Bought my very first 12inch ceramic coated frying pan from them! They even had a freebie of a 9inch non stick one at that time. I got the deal for only 1k! Super love shopping for chocolates here too. They open early and close early too so you better be there before 7pm. 😅 Their cashiers are also very fast and efficient. Also they are very nice and really help whenever they can. ✨❤️

I can remember buying a bootleg Monopoly from this Duty Free back in 2015. What a shame that Puregold would allow such items be sold under them.

The place itself is good. A lot of people coming here to visit and buy things. Parking can be expanded as there are waiting ppl to enter the place. Promotional items are always available in front but make sure to see their expiration dates as most on sale items are only good for only a few months. Recommended for those ppl that want to stop over for items they want to bring in their vacation.

Nice and clean store. I found regular items I buy at bargain prices. Imported items are available in a wide range of SKUs (sizes), including nom-food merchandise. Something worth your trip when you pass by or visit Subic Bay.

Mostly Australian brands. Some items are cheaper (Spam, Pringles), some items are more expensive (chocolates) if you’d compare with Landers or S&R. It’s a hit or miss (perhaps with the rate of USD=PHP that changes every day. But Corelle was 50% off when we went, good buy. Variety of items are not as vast compared to other superstores, local brands also many.

Wow, organic foods!! Someone cares about getting Filipinos to eat healthier foods. Pork, MSG, magic sarap, white rice will ruin your health. They even have the healthy ice cream Breyers! They need to add more organic selections though but grateful that they had some. They have lactose free milk also.

Lots of high end products because this joint is owned by Rustans Group. If you're into expensive chocolates, wine, coffee, juices and toiletries then this is place for you. They also have quiet a large selection of Japanese food items

It's really a joy to do my groceries here whenever I had the chance to. There's a lot in store for consumers... For me it's comfortable the store is spacious well lit and the airconditioning system worked well. My eyes were drooling with variety of products to choose from. They offer competitive pricing and what I want the most is the Buy One Take One promo and they offer other discounts for their loyal patrons. That is why I am always on the look to avail those Sale. You should try it too. Staffs were accommodating too. Keep it up. Way to go guys 😍

I like the older branch as there are more parking spaces and for some reason some items there are not available here. However,I prefer the alcoholic driks section here and more counters available.

We stayed at Barretto but beach there(Driftwood or Olongapo City beach or whats the name there) is more dirty and smell not nice sometimes. Since we came to Baloy beach we were coming only here. Its cleaner and looks nicer.

The beach isn’t clean and has lots of trash laying around. Plus there is broken glass in the sand. Many people will walk up and try selling you stuff. Many others will just outright ask for money. Not a very relaxing experience.

Beach is quaint.There's a lot of place that you can choose from if your considering to stay for overnight, most of the available inn, resort and hotel are beach front. We stay at Da' Kudos Beach Resort. Food at the resort is delictable.Servings are good for group of 3 to 4 pax.Staff is accomodating and friendly. Locals were very helpful when it comes to suggestions or recommending place to stay.For our stay, each of us spend around 900 pesos(group of 4) . We will definitely be back since its 2 hours away from tarlac.

Baloy beach is nice. With family and friends chill out place. There are place for shower. You can enjoy other activities like boating etc.

Baloy Long Beach has so much activities to offer beside the clear waters and awesome sceneries. You can also experience riding banana boat, jetski, and get asked by the local to have an Island Hopping. We visited nearby area which are as awesome as the place offering great view of the vast Subic bay. The locals are very accomodating and very friendly.

Excellent Bay Airport

First time coming to the Philippines in 1985, I landed at NAS Cubi Point in a S-3 Viking! Great memories of simpler days! There is so much potential here! They used to have facilities for major ship work and overhaul and depot level maintenance for the U.S. Naval Fleet! I’m sure they still have the infrastructure in place!

This is the current location of the Subic Bay International Airport terminal, and the former hub of Federal Express Corporation. Unfortunately, after Fedex left in 2008, theres not much activities for this airport. It used to be a premier airport with state of the art aviation equipment, but is now in a steady decline. I hope one day, another airline would use this, and save it from its misery

The original US Navy buildings are modified and some demolished . The asphalt roads are very rough, very dusty and muddy when it's rain. The place is different nowadays because of occupants of PPC oil tank storages and many heavy equipment trucks are reconditioned by UA.

There's nothing much to see. Just a gate, just another historical landmark. That's it.

There's not much to say about it. Other than being 150 odd years old, there isn't much there to see. It's a piece of history.

Spanish gate in subic, not worth it. If u go there.. no parking area. Its not really preserved and looks neglected. Sadly if u want to take a photo of the facade..just go infont and take photo of the outside surrounding coz it look much better.

The Spanish Gate, located at the corner of Dewey Avenue and Samson Road in Olongapo City, was built in 1885 when the Spanish Navy authorized the construction of the Arsenal de Olongapo, after King Alfonso II of Spain issued a royal decree declaring Subic Bay as a naval port in 1884. The gate served as the West Gate of the arsenal and faced the Spanish-era settlement of Olongapo. A high wall of locally quarried stone connected it to the south gate that faced the waterfront. On November 26, 2013, the Spanish Gate was declared a historical landmark by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines. The NHCP affixed on the wall of the gate a marker which reads "Himpilang Pandagat ng Look ng Subic".

It’s a good place to relax and think because there is no one there to bother you! It’s definitely not a place to swim tho. The water is too dirty because it’s close to the harbor. But the palm trees and music creates this everlasting summer vibes.

Surely not the most gorgeous beach. No white, powdery sand, no fancy cabanas, no clear blue waters. But regardless, it has an undeniable charm. Surrounded by beautiful ships and humble industrial projects, all bathed in the golden sunset glow, it’s a relaxing place for sure. I hope the trash situation gets addressed, though.

The view is breathtaking for a city guy like me. I appreciate the view. Sadly the sky was cloudy and it is starting to rain when I went but I believe that the view is more spectacular during sunny day, especially during sunset.

I can’t imagine how these hotel and restaurant associations here in SBMA deliberately ruined and neglected to clean the beach; this place is purely trashed! If you are a first-timer and a beach person, take my advice: don’t come here, you are just wasting money and time. There are better beaches nearby outside SBMA, but if you are the type of person who loves to stay indoorsm, this one is for you maybe. I hope this can be improved

Great beach, fairly clean and cleanups occur here as well. Plenty of water activities, you'll see jet skiing a bit of ways out and boats as well. Cool beach, I'd come back. The Red Cross was out here volunteering when I came through so that was cool!

The view is nice and the beach stretches quite long where you can jog. It was windy when we last visited as well.

A public beach that can be found at the south side of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Area. The wide expanse of Subic Bay can be viewed from this spot and one can stroll around freely and there is absolutely no entrance fee being implemented here. At the far distance you can view the Subic Bay International Airport and the docks and facilities that border it. Several restaurants are located nearby and a parking lot is always present for those bringing in their private vehicles.

Filthy beach. There are like 30 hotels beach front here? Each of them should give 1k per day to clean the beach. With 30k you can hire 60 local to clean it everyday. But no they don't do anything it is just disgusting, plus smoke and karaoke at night, no light in the street while there are many tourist. 0 efforts are made over here , it is just a pity and reason why people don't come back.

Smell from canals in few places is not nice. And in the evening rubbish is being burnt and smoke sits low. Even my tshirt smells next day from smoke. Sand is nice but I would recommend Baloy beach much more.

Dirty beach. They should use the 25₱ entree fee to clean the beach! If u dont wanna pay fee there is a free way to enter the beach left from the mañana hotel.

Lots of places to relax, have a drink and listen to music. STAY OUT OF THE WATER! There are two areas with sewage emptying into the Beach, one actually has a stream going straight to the water! Beach areas directly in front of the larger hotels are kept fairly clean but the rest is pretty trashy.

Beach as normal is e mnough to get wet and enjoy swim, apart that the surrounding is delapidated and desperately need retouching and upkeeings. Toilets is disastrous state of affairs. No washing hand facilities and toilets stink!! Stay away!!!!

This beach may be good for a dip for people who dont swim well as its shallow and sandy and wave/current free. But its also a zoo with people, jetskis, banana tube rides, inflatable island, boat tours, souvenir vendors, ice cream venders (that ring bell non stop) and did i mention people. If you come on weekend expect it to be packed even at sunrise. during the week is a little better. But considering how many beautiful and empty beaches there arevin Philippines, this is far below average. So unless you really need to ride a jet ski, you can find a waaaaaay better beach to hang and swim such as towards zambales coast 30-60mins away.

2 Star not satisfied 😔

There are many sights to see. There is an entrance fee of 370 pesos and a discounted rate for students and senior citizens at 300 pesos. The cafe serves coffee and soda in can when we got there. There are a few souvenir shops too. A tour is included when you enter. The tour is done with a Jeep that takes you around the place to see statues about the life of Christ, Joseph and Mary. There is also a spot to conduct the Stations of the Cross. It is a very peaceful place, but I recommend bringing food and water when you come here since during our trio the only food available was the food sold there such as banana cue, kamote cue and corn.

Awesome way to renew your soul and be one with nature. This place is a great way to unite yourself with the Lord again. Or for those who are not Catholic this is a way to experience that there is a Supreme Being that holds the world together. Here they show the sacrifices of Jesus, from birth till He died for the our sins. It also has raw nature (15 hectares) where you can be at peace just looking and savoring the view. Then the staffs also take good care of different animals, such as a friendly Ostrich, a lamb that hangs around people like a good dog, donkey…there is more. By the way the staffs are wonderful, they also have Aetas, helping and performing their dance. Their cottages are equipped with a few modern amenities. It is a wholesome experience, which I highly recommend. We booked our stay in advanced

Holy Land is a good place for prayer and meditation. It has life size statues of the stations of the cross, a cozy Chapel, our lady's museum - containing life size statues of more than 30 titles of Mary - among other prayer aids. There is a lodge in case you want to spend fews days on silent retreat. It also has a nice restaurant, so you ain't compelled to fast 😉. Visit alone, or with family and friends.

I love how they sculpted the place into something mystical looking. This is an awesome place for pilgrims and relaxation. A shuttle service is available, but a trail is best to enjoy all the wonders of this place. The life-sized images are majestic to the eye. For some reason, I have left the place with a peaceful smile on my face. 🤗

The place is pretty much accessible just along the highway of Subic. It's a biblical theme park, where you can see miniature or imitations of biblical places and important biblical events. When we went there a couple of days ago, the place is only around 70% completed. Ongoing construction. But the place is already a nice place for pilgrims and kids to learn about the bible in a fun way. Once done this will definitely be a superb attraction.

The place is so peaceful and calm. A perfect place for adoration, reflection and meditation especially during holy week.

visited Holyland by chance and really enjoyed the solemn and cozy place. Prayed for the best for our current plight, in Jesus name. Amen.
