We ordered a ceviche, the chirashi don, soft shell crab maki, robuta steak, and a signature drink. All, except the ceviche, were okay and passable but not worth the hefty price. The ceviche had a very complex flavor and definitely worth going back for. But overall, I don't see myself paying for another meal here.

Michelle made sure we had good seats and placed us where ventilation was nice. She was also kind enough to tell us what sauce was used for the appetizer—going to attempt to make it at home. Matthew made sure to ask us about our food and what else we need. Water’s always full which is good. Food was yummy as always.

Portions were on the smaller side, but the flavors really stood out. Everything we tried was surprisingly delicious, and we ended up enjoying it more than expected. Definitely a place we’d come back to.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism, thanks to Reu, who was an incredible host. Reu’s attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, and genuine care made us feel like we were being treated to something truly special—and we were. The food? Spectacular doesn’t even begin to describe it. Every dish was a perfect balance of bold Nikkei flavors and delicate presentation. From the freshest seafood to the innovative cocktails, every bite and sip felt thoughtfully curated and artfully delivered. This wasn’t just dinner—it was a journey. 1st time dining here and did not disappoint. Food is delicious and served on time. All staff is kind, sweet and always smiling. Very warm welcome and very accommodating.

My husband and I love to try new places to eat at. We passed by Nikkei here in Shangri-la Plaza and it did not disappoint. The ambience is inviting, and. thanks to Denisse and Mathew who were so attentive and cheerful while serving our table. Oh, and the food were great! Would come back here with my mom and sister to let them try here too.

Caught up with my friends here for dinner and I was sad that they didn't have the organic mushroom toast anymore but we were able to try other options. Farmhouse salad - 4/5 the dressing was evenly distributed and it blended well with the bacon, mango, chicken and crispy greens Seafood aglio olio - 3/5 because it wasn't that flavorful. I was looking for the garlicky taste but I just got the saltiness from the seafood Mushroom and Ricotta pizza - 4.5/5 the crust was a a bit burned but we were able to taste the freshness of the ingredients. It's a good replacement for the organic mushroom toast since the runny egg did the trick. The dough was chewy and wasn't difficult to digest. My friend ordered the detox drink and she said it was delicious. It's our first time to dine here after several years and their menu has changed. Looking forward to trying the others in the menu next time.

Food Was Great - everything Was tasty. Had the avocado salad, Green detox Juice, Burrata, Porkchops, SEA Bass and My favorite the Korean Fried Cauliflower, Mushroom and Ricotta Pizza. Everything is Yummy though the main dishes could be bigger. The Restaurant could have better exhaust, I ended up smelling like food after eating. And the servers could be a Little More attentive.

Spent Valentines here with my mom and she and i were just satisfied. The staff is accommodating. The food is great! (Though their Fermented Salad / Anti-Sibo is too sour for me. It comes with too many pickles and pickled fruit/veggies plus vinaigrette so perhaps next time ask to separate the dressing or so).

Visited June 29, 2022 12NN Interest in farm-to-table and organic food continue to rise but Green Pastures was always the pioneer; this is my first visit back since the world opened up and they are still delivering consistent quality. The specific flavors of the different dishes won’t agree with everyone though so take care to order what you really want - for this trip I would come back for the Green Omelet, Housemade Cheese with Sourdough, Pan Roasted Seabass Fillet BUT SKIP the Tuna Sando and Kilo of Clams (butter garlic)

We ordered Garlic Herb Cheeseburger and Pan roasted seabass filet w/ Romesco. The burger looks simple yet one of the best burger i’ve tasted. The seabass accompanied by potato and rice is also really good.

The food is delicious. Just so good. The coffee is good too. Service is great. Very attentive and they know their food. We took the suggestions of the waiter when we were ordering and he made very good supplements to our orders. Made for a wide taste palette. Food is healthy. Servings are big. Overall, worth it.

This is a good place to try Italian cuisine. Price is good for quality food. Ambiance is nice for smaller group. Can be a little loud inside if too many people as the place is like a cellar.

The place is really cozy and quiet. The ambiance is very nice. The food was very delicious altho many items on the menu weren't available. I highly recommend their pizza, probably one of the better pizzas in Manila.

The Osso Bucco, the pizza, and the risotto were delicious. The Osso Bucco was very tender and the tomato sauce was really yummy. The pizza had a great flavor from the cheese to the crust to the toppings. The risotto was perfectly cooked with good texture and strong flavor. The pastas lacked flavor and saltiness for me. Maybe it just needed more salt or more of the sauce. But it was still good and unique in flavor. The gorgonzola pasta was interesting though with the bleu cheese. The black ink pasta was yummy. The gambas pasta was garlicky.

Galileo Enotica has been always our go to Italian Restaurant in the Metro. Perfection for everything from Food and Service quality, the ambiance is great as well and comes with affordable prices. Would also commend one of the Senior Staff JR Valbuena who has been always great in his service. He is knowledgeable on all of the products and definitely a great asset in the restaurant. Would highly recommend this hidden gem in Mandaluyong

How come I only just found out about this restaurant through a friend's referral? Seriously, all the food we ordered was amazing! It's simply one of the best and most value-for-money Italian spots in Mandaluyong. Definitely my newest favorite!

We ordered a set meal for two. It came with two glasses of wine, pasta dishes, a small plate of cold cuts and cheeses, gelato, and added bruschetta as an appetizer. After being seated, we immediately ordered bruschettas while we decided on our main order. Later, we opted for the set meal for two and asked to cancel the bruschettas, but the staff informed us they were already being prepared. Reluctantly, we agreed to proceed with the order. To our disappointment, the bruschettas arrived nearly 30 minutes later, leaving us puzzled since they claimed to have already started making them! + gelato (vanilla and tablea) are sooooo good + bruschetta was yum and up to standards + polite and courteous servers + good, authentic ingredients + basic table wine but not bad - puttanesca was unbelievably bland and overcooked and the clams? ---almost empty shells - bleu cheese pasta wasn’t any better—just cheese, nothing else going on - slow service - young and inexperienced staff - price doesn't commensurate with our satisfaction

This restaurant is tucked away in a quiet corner of Mandaluyong. Parking may prove to be challenging so just park in a nearby side street or ask a restaurant attendant for help on where to park. The food here was comforting and portions were just right. The pasta was made of quality ingredients but taste wise leans on the richer/creamier side. The pizza meats were of quality as well but the cheese was too much. The calamari was cooked well but the skin was difficult to cut at times. If you come here, try the cheese wheel pasta!

Surprisingly Java Chicken taste good. But I wasnt very happy with the Beef Salpicao, I feel like it lacks flavor and not so tender. For me the highlight of our meal is the avocado ice cream- very creamy, has a taste of real avocado. Hits the spot! There were groups when we dine so it got quite noisy but it is tolerable. The service is commendable as the staff are attentive.

I've been eyeing their lengua estofada for a while, and while it's flavorful, some parts weren't as tender as I had hoped. It seems to be a mix of tongue and beef. The iced tea pitcher is refreshing, with what tastes like a hint of cranberry, though we personally prefer their simple lemonade. The ambiance is nice, and the staff are great! However, the limited seating can be an issue, especially during peak hours on weekends when tables are reserved. Despite that, we’ll definitely be back for the ribs and their pesto rice, which is a great balance to the umami flavors. So glad this place is just around the corner! My hubby and I sometimes go here when we're too busy to cook our own lunch. Food: My go-to dish is the Grilled Bavarian Sausage. Service: Crew are very accommodating. It's also good that they have credit card payment options. Atmosphere: I like the quirky decor. The place is also clean even though some of the fixtures are old.

We had a superb dining experience! Hickory Ribs: Absolutely excellent! The tenderness of the meat was outstanding—it practically melts in your mouth. The rice exceeded our expectations, with a delightful blend of herbs that added a special touch. The sides of corn and carrots complemented the dish well. Carbonara Pasta: Light and not too saucy, which allowed the flavors to blend perfectly in every bite. We would love to see more protein options like chicken or shrimp as alternatives to bacon. Celebrated our first wedding anniversary here. Love the food quality and selection! Staff are very nice and accommodating. Plus points to Ms Stef and Ms. Joy. Ambiance is great. Not very crowded during lunch (Sunday).

Update 8 months after - same as before. Reliable, high quality Japanese food. Food was excellent. And was pleasantly surprised that prices were not as prohibitive as I expected. The sukiyaki was good for 4 people. Meat was very tender. Oysters were on the small side but tasted good. Shrimp sashimi was sweet and fresh. Hamachi was soft and juicy. Tempura was just ok but affordable. Service was excellent and the place was spotless.

We liked the dining experience and the food SO MUCH at Senju, until we kept coming back for several times for dinner and lunch. The first night we dined at Senju, Stef blown us away. Knowing that we were sharing the beef teppanyaki, she arranged for the garlic fried rice to be split in two bowls. Because we were so captivated by the teppanyaki, we forgot to photograph it. Joy approached us and recommended ice cream to have as dessert after we finished the dinner. When we came back again for lunch the next day, Rainier recognised us and greeted us by name.

This is my family's remaining go to for buffet. Their beef tenderloin teppan, sukiyaki, sashimi, tempura, and desserts (mochi ice cream, panna cotta) are must trys and more than make up for the price of admission. The other dishes are good too. The drink selection is wide (albeit, as with most hotels, alcoholic drinls are pricey). Decor and service are very good.

Spacious Japanese resto with a more upscale vibe since it’s situated inside a hotel. Ideal for business meetings, hosting guests or celebrations. Prices are pretty OK considering the location. Menu’s also quite extensive with sushi, sukiyakis, grills, bowls and many more.

A well designed restaurant- very Japanese. We were sitted at the teppanyaki table and would have preferred a room. The restaurant was fully booked that time. The food was really good and the sushi were so fresh. We had desserts- coffee jellies with our ice cream of choice. Complimentary fruits were served also. And a birthday cake from the house. It was a good celebration except for the noisy group behind us. We already asked the staff to notify them but they continued on not mindful of the other guests. They forgot they're in a fine dining restaurant and acted so uncultured and rude.

A very nice japanese restaurant. Inside a big hotel. But the food is 6/10. Im dissapointed with the sashimi. The katsudon and ebi tempura is below average in taste. The complimentary fruit platter made me smile a bit. On the expensive side. The service was good.

Being the night before Mother’s day, they were full but accepted our reservation asking if we were ok at their “extension” which is one of the hotel’s function rooms. Ambience NIL given that it was just a plain hotel function room. Food was almost as good, but served on crappy, thick, cheap chinaware that would normally be used by cheap caterers really took away a lot from the eating pleasure. They could have used better china for the prices they charge! Service was also haphazard, obviously not their usual serve staff and not well supervised. Lesson - eat elsewhere if restaurant dining room is full.

Their dim sum stands out as one of the best in the city. The overall experience was excellent, thanks to the combination of fresh food, generous portions, and a great atmosphere. * Food: The ingredients are fresh, and the portions are huge. I highly recommend the steamed shrimp dumplings and pork siomai. * Service: The staff is friendly, efficient, and provides fast service. * Ambiance: The restaurant has a nice, welcoming ambiance. * Value: The prices are reasonable for a hotel, especially considering the large portion sizes. Areas for Improvement: * The steamed rice rolls were average. * The mango shrimp roll was disappointing as it did not contain any mango. Overall, this is a highly recommended spot for great dim sum.

I find the menu prices expensive for a Chinese cuisine. The ambience for me is not so inviting - non-modern interior (or maybe this is what they are really going for i.e. traditional Chinese look). We just walked in (2pax) and checked the menu first then decided to give it a try. When we were already seated and about to order, we were only advised that main menu are only available for order by 12noon (so we had to wait for an hr 😰), and only Dimsum menu is available at this hour. The staff should have mentioned it earlier since we asked for the menu first before we decided to come in. We ordered 4 Dimsum dishes (shrimp,lobster rolls, scallops, steamed rice wrap)

Summer Palace is our favorite place to celebrate special occasions. Within this price range, I find that this is still the best Chinese restaurant of its kind in Metro Manila. You won’t leave the restaurant wondering where your money went. In your tummy!! A minor gripe though, which has been consistent in my past visits, why does it take 20 minutes and at least three follow ups to for our takeout? I hope they address this. Other than that, I will certainly be coming back again and again and again to Summer Palace.

We celebrated my brother’s graduation at Summer Palace, Shangri-La, and it was a wonderful experience overall. The staff made reservations easy and were pleasant to talk to from the beginning. The food was absolutely marvelous—especially the roasted duck and the massive siomai, both of which stood out! The only downside was the acoustics; it was quite noisy since the place was packed, which made conversations a bit challenging. Still, the quality of the food and service made up for it. Definitely planning to come back!

I am the first to admit that this restaurant is out of our league. But we had no choice when we ate their on Maundy Thursday while we were checked in Edsa Shangri-la for a Holy Week Staycation. Every restaurant is close, and it was this or the lounge, and we picked Summer Palace because it was offering some Holy Week promo of 20% off for in-house guests valid for room charge. Summer Palace is a great elegant place to be inside Edsa Shangri-la. It's definitely catering to the A and B market as the price is exuberant. We ordered Summer Palace Supreme Seafood Soup at P990, which is truly expensive for a soup. I honestly didn't like it on my first sip, but the dish grew on me as I kept on savoring its complex flavor. It's not your ordinary run-of-the-mill soup. Speaking of ordinary, we also got Roasted Spring Chicken P620, which is a definition of ordinary. The taste is just ok, nothing to write about. On the other hand, the Wok-fried rice with scallops and crab roe, priced at P740, is delicious and tasty. You can eat it without any viand, although I was expecting a bigger serving considering the price I paid. Lastly, we got the deep-fried crispy sesame balls P330 for dessert, which is also good and one of the better sesame balls we tasted. Staff are great. We came in almost at closing time but they are still accommodating while packing away and cleaning. The lady supervisor or maybe manager even came and talked to us. We're just happy we were able to get dinner while most restaurants are closed for the holiday.

During Mother’s Day, the restaurant was packed so we decided to just visit last Monday. No waiting time, finally. Their Pork Xiao Long Bak is as mid as it is. Too expensive for me already as I’ve tasted better and with cheaper price. As for their Shrimp and Kurobuta Pork Wonton Noodle Soup, the broth tasted like Nissin Cup Noodles, the creamy seafood one. Last minute, we ordered the Chocolate & Mochi Xiao Long Bao and additional Rock Salt Cheese. Took 30 mins to serve, we had to do a follow up. I really like this dessert. The combination of the saltiness of the rock salt cheese and sweetness of the chocolate tastes perfect!

Most dishes are of generous serving and tastes good. The staff named Jessie and Grace gave us a good experience and are of great assistance in our whole dining experience. They’ve got systematic seating process and the staff assist those from the hot kitchen to serve their dishes properly. My sister told me things can get hectic at this branch since food is really of great value and taste.

The staff inside Din Tai Fung were incredibly kind, but the lady outside was the complete opposite. We inquired about the price of chopsticks and the pen, but she responded with a dismissive attitude, didn't even look at us at all. We asked her because she was the closest to the specialty items section. Mind you, we actually made a purchase we weren’t just asking for the sake of it. And she wasn't even busy with anything else. Thankfully, there were two of them, and the other Ate, the one who processed our payment, took care of us instead. Very snobbish. Quite disappointing after such a great dining experience, only to be let down when settling the bill.

Lovely lovely spot. Very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - made the whole experience that much better. The cucumber appetizer is similar to smashed cucumbers and is quite delicious. The pork dumplings were my fave variation and the chicken soup was unexpectantly delicious. Overall, highly recommend this location!

Same quality and efficiency as you would expect from all Din Tai Fung locations. We did have a short wait as it was peak dinner time, but we didn't have to wait long to be served and to receive food. We came back again during the same trip.

Usually has a long line but the system is very organized and we were seated quickly. Really love their XLB, spicy wonton with dry noodles, and crispy beef strips. The place is very clean with friendly servers. Good for big groups and families!

Been here for several times and the food always delivers. Shoutout to Mark, Rannel and Kenneth for being very attentive to our requests. It’s a pleasure coming back to this restaurant.

7.27.25 We booked early for a huge family of 16—thanks to the 50% bank promo! First impression upon entering the restaurant: cozy vibes, nice interior design, and a fun surprise—you’re greeted by a candy and popcorn stand! Our first buffet experience that serves popcorn 🍿 Food variety was impressive: greens, fruits, meats, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Italian, cheese, and a dessert section. Almost everything I tried was delicious 👌🏼. I especially loved the smoky fried rice paired with pork siomai and steamed spareribs 🤤. The chicken Tuscan was a pleasant surprise, and of course, the steak with peppercorn sauce and lechon belly were both satisfying. Not a fan of the fish in sauce, though. For dessert, I appreciated that they had both halo-halo and ice cream. I skipped the halo-halo this time but their house-made ice cream—especially the ube flavor—was sooo good. Creamy and not too sweet. I also really liked the flourless brownie and brie cheese with almonds 😋. And as our final bite? Popcorn! Perfectly paired with their refreshing house blend iced tea. Overall, it was a great dining experience. Beyond the ambiance and food, the staff were all wonderful. Huge thanks and kudos to the accommodating and attentive Cucina team 🫡👏🏼. Selection is not as big compared to others but executed very well! They had lechon, bone marrow, prime rib, cook to order shellfish, steamed lapu lapu, dimsum, and other select dishes from different cuisines. The desserts have room for improvement in my opinion. There were a lot of people when we went and can get a little tight.

Food choice was supperb, service excellent and atmosphere the best for all types ie: big group, couples and small groups, will likely find thier cozy place at Cucina

Rating my personal experience at Cucina / City Zen a 5 out 5! If you are looking for a quaint, quiet, uncrowded buffet place.. then Cucina is the ideal nook for you. Food variety or option may be limited but quality and presentation is plausible! Customer service is phenomenal! Cucina is open to the public (not just to marco polo patrons). Would recommend to valet park your vehicle as doing so is way much more convenient than self park.

Breakfast buffet. Good spread of dishes some from South Asia, China, Japan, Philipines and European/US - usual standard fare. Liked their fig jam and beef noodle soup-this one was full of flavor but not overly salty as in Shangri-la The Fort's taiwanese beef noodle. Despite preorder of coffee, had to remind wait staff-busy place. Otherwise, a good place to fill up and start the day filled with energy.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment. The ambiance was wonderfully cozy, with warm lighting and inviting decor that made me feel right at home. Our first time to dine here. Food: We ordered chicken something in red rice wine. It tasted delicious. I deducted 1 star because of the chicken since the part served is full of bones making it harder for me to eat it. Not familiar with this cuisine so I’m not sure if that’s the norm. We also ordered spinach with salted egg and vegetables. Overall, the tastes were Singapore mild but delicious. They have spice mum chili sauce to elevate the flavor. Ambience: love the light wooden tones and muted color combination giving it a modern aesthetic look. Service: 100% For diners with food allergies like me, particularly with shrimp, while they mostly offer seafood, there are also meat options as well. Will definitely be back!

Had an amazing dining experience at this Chinese restaurant! The food was packed with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. The deep fried oyster was a standout — crispy, savory, and absolutely delicious. Every dish we tried was fresh, well-seasoned, and served hot. Finally there's another quality restaurant in the Ortigas area where one can be assured of above par food in a relaxing and beautiful setting. The prices here are a tad more expensive than other restaurants but for me it was worth it. The cuisine they serve here is Fujian but the flavors are more subtle than those found in the usual Fujian Chinese restaurants in Metro Manila. We ordered the stewed fish, the sweet and sour pork which had a discounted promo price at the time, a 'cake' of crispy oysters, shredded pork and buns, crispy spring rolls and some white rice. They were all magnificent. The restaurant is quite posh but not intimidating. That's a rare feat in Metro Manila. The service is excellent. Rarely do I encounter exceptional service in Metro Manila. This restaurant is a must try.

Great selection of food. We ordered red mushroom lor mee, lychee sweet and sour pork and side samplers. It’s true, the pork intestines were good — almost no smell! Love how fresh the lor mee was 🤤 We’ll try the cripsy oysters next.

Went here for a quick dinner. Food: We had the pizza bianca (recommended by a friend) and the duck pasta. Both very good! The pizza is creamy and not too satly. While the pasta was tangy and tomato based. The pasta noodles were amazing and cooked nicely. Service: very quick service and our food was served within a 15 minutes. Atmosphere: clean and relaxed. A nice place to stay for a while and chat with your friends.

Came here for dinner on a weekday night. There a couple of customers, the place looks pretty good after the renovation. I ate here a couple of times before the renovation so I wanted to test if it was the same after. The prices were the same as before the renovation so that was good. I ordered the angus brisket. My dish arrived in about 15mins later. The brisket itself was tender and easy to cut. It was flavorful and was quite smokey. The gravy was savory and was thick enough to coat the meat but not smother it. The mashed potatoes paired very well with the brisket. It was light and fluffy but it still had chunks in it to add some texture. All in all its all good meal in will try the other dishes some other time.

Duck and Bavette has been a consistently great restaurant at Shang Mall for many years. It’s one of my go-to places whenever I’m in the area. My recommended dishes are the pappardelle duck confit, Angus meatballs, and roasted cauliflower. Since we’ve been there many times, I would love to see new dishes on the menu. I’ve tried almost everything, and I’m eager to try any new additions.

The french onion soup was absolutely delicious. The 8 hour angus brisket could have been a little more tender, but the mushroom sauce and mashed potatoes were excellent. I'll definitely come back and try other dishes next time.

Overall we had delicious food with points for improvement on some dishes. We really liked the Goat Cheese Ravioli, the filling was very rich and flavorful. It had vegetables as part of the toppings. I would come back just for the ravioli. The Crispy Potato appetizer was also good. The potatoes could be seasoned more to make it better, but the cheese on top added to the flavor. The potatoes were layered and crispy, which made it nice to eat. The Rustic Chicken salad was unique as well since the chicken was not just grilled on its own, but with spices and sauce. So this added a lot of flavor to an otherwise plain salad. Would recommend trying this as an appetizer. The Duck Confit was great. The duck was crispy on the outside, very tender on the inside. The rice was like garlic rice and paired well with the duck. But the skin, even if crispy, didn't really have much taste. So I'm not sure if there's a way to improve it, but that was the only lacking part for me on the dish, since the gravy fits well with the meat already. The 8Hr Beef Brisket was just okay. It didn't really taste that different from any other place. The beef could still be softer. But the sauce and the mashed potatoes were the best part for me of the dish. The Mushroom and Shrimp appetizer came with bread. The bread was good. But the mushroom and shrimp felt it lacked flavor as the oil didn't taste like much but overpowered everything else so it lacked flavor. Then I wouldn't recommend the Maple Bacon Pizza Bianca. This was our worst order for the night. The Bacon was so sweet and basically overpowered the whole dish. You couldn't really taste anything but sweet. This was a shame for me, because the crust was pretty good. I would suggest to order any other pizza other than this one, it might be much better.

Got their pork belly. It was just alright, just tasted like lechon kawali with a balsamic glaze. The truffle pasta was just ok as well, lacked salt. French onion soup wasn’t bad, wish it had more bread and cheese. The beef burgundy was pretty good though. I liked the sauce, although it tasted more like gravy than what i was expecting.

This is a great upscale French restaurant serving authentic French cuisine. Was not disappointed with the flavours of the dishes that we ordered. Most were commendable. We were seated outside but the space still feels cozy and private. Would try again sometime.

I had Tinapa, Tocino, and Bacon at Kanto Freestyle Makati, and everything was excellent. The food was flavorful, well-cooked, and served in generous portions. I especially appreciated how the dishes tasted fresh and authentic, giving that true comfort food experience. Service was fast and accommodating, and the casual atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely a great spot to satisfy cravings any time of the day.

The food was very good and the place was decent enough to accommodate guests. However, what's disappointing is their pricing since our actual bill didn’t match what was stated on their menu. We expected to pay under 500 php but ended up being charged over 100+ php more. It’s frustrating and feels misleading. We hope they update their prices or at least inform customers if there's any changes ahead of time.

I searched for breakfast places near our Hotel in Makati. and Kanto popped up as an option. It has a good rating, so we went to check it out. I would be lying if I said the food here was anything less than delicious. We ordered the waffles with a side of scrambled eggs, a chicken longgeniso bowl, and hash browns covered with basted eggs. The 3 meals along with Coffee and juice came to a little over $10 US. It was really tasty. I might have to eat here again tomorrow before we fly out.

We dined on a Saturday evening and were impressed by the efficient service and friendly staff. The food arrived quickly, and the portions were incredibly generous, especially the soup. The chicken soup we ordered came with a free potion of stone rice. The BBQ pork belly and chicken were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The side dishes were also delicious, especially their kimchi and fish cake.

Ordered their tonkatsu and modeun ramyeon! The ramyeon serving size was a lot and had pieces of tteok and mandu in it! The tonkatsu serving was really large and filling and came with some soup! Some side dishes like odeng, kimchi, and egg rolls were also served! Overall, the food was really filling and satisfies the craving for Korean food!

This restaurant used to be my go-to spot before the pandemic — my favorite place to eat alone whenever I craved bibimbap and their generous variety of banchan (8 sides in my old review). It was more affordable back then, too. I can’t remember exactly when I last dined here, but now in 2025, I came back with my husband. This time, we were only served four side dishes, and they now have a rule: only one refill. The quality of the food and portion sizes is still the same, and we left feeling full and satisfied. But I do miss the wider selection of sides they used to offer. Honestly with the price going up and the banchan variety going down, I’m not as excited to dine here anymore. While they cater to mall-goers, I can’t help but wonder how they’ll compete with the small, ajumma-owned Korean restos along Sapphire Road in Ortigas, where the sides are more generous, prices are lower, and the vibe is homey—exactly what many of the Ortigas workforce might prefer for their regular meals. That said, what matters more is that the quality of the food remains consistent, and the servers are clearly doing their best. Still worth the 5 stars for me, though I probably won’t come back as often, it’s on the pricey side for me now.

This is the best Korean place in the Philippines. Period. The value is amazing plus the food portions are just beautiful. The price makes sense plus all the free Korean side dishes are amazing. I have been ti this place at least 10 times, and the quality has never changed. Must try, amazing!

Would recommend eating here. The food is great and yummy. Just note that it is pricey, but I think it was worth it. I really liked their pajeon and the free appetizers as well. The grilled beef was okay. The cold noodles were interesting and good also.

My favorite restaurant of all time. Legit. Been coming here since I was a kid and it NEVER disappoints. Been ordering the same things and I never get sawa of it because the taste is always addicting! Their kimchi is homemade and it is the best kimchi for me, hands down. The service is fast and efficient and all the food gets out of the kitchen within 10-15 minutes. This is legendary spot!

I have eaten this restaurant twice, and I like the side dishes, seafood scallion cakes and shrimp fried rice! It tastes very good. The fried chicken may be wrapped in too much sauce. Personally, I don’t like it very much, but it‘s still crispy and delicious❤️. There are a lot of weights, and they are packed and taken away every time.

Basil is definitely one of my go-to Thai restaurants in town. The tom yum, pad thai, satay, pomelo salad and mango sticky rice are all good. And, Tom Yum is my fave as a sinigang lover (haha!). I love their Thai milk tea. The serving size is about right. There was no waiting line and we got seated immediately. The service pace is average (this is their area to improve), and the staff are accommodating.

Food and service was great! Our fave was their Thai bagoong rice, chicken satay, and mango sticky rice. We will definitely come back again.

Just had an amazing meal at Basil. The Tom Yum was bursting with flavor, the Chicken Satay was perfectly grilled, and the Bagoong Rice stole the show. Every bite felt authentic and deeply satisfying. Will definitely recommend and for sure will come back to try more. ☺️

First time trying Basil and I am glad i did. Food was excellent, in terms of taste and portion size so price-wise you get what you paid for. Will definitely be back here at Podium Basil.

8.5/10 17-08-25 Not as good as we remembered from when we ate at their branch near Corinthian Gardens but still great and authentic thai food. A little bit salty overall. I recommend their sriracha tacos, crispy fish with three sauces, pad thai, and their vegetarian lettuce wraps. Was supposed to also try their mango sticky rice but forgot to do so.

Nice selection of dishes. However, the ingredients could been more fresh. A good place to hang out with friends while dining.

Tonkotsu Ramen is their best seller and it's good. Place is quiet and service is fine. Nothing fantastic about this place but good enough for someone looking to get a quick fix for Japanese food.

I tried their signature Miso Larmen. Noodle is okay but Soup is extremely salty. Their paper place mat says "since our soup is very healthy, you should drink all their larmen broth. etc... " I tried my best but could not. Obviously, the current taste is far from their original head chef's. To make matters worse, fried topping on the larmen makes the soup too oily. Optional topping is also expensive even raw garlic and spicy miso paste. (usually Japanese larmen shops offer these inexpensive topping for free.) For I like their group Ukokkei ramen Ron's taste, I expected their larmen quality before i tried. However, I was deeply disappointed with their quality.

Their bestseller Tonkatsu Ramen has that milky-ish taste on both the broth and noodles; it has that faint sweetness that almost made the ramen taste like Chinese wanton. Not a fan of Hakata ramen. But I'm all praise for their gyoza (not one bit gingery, ond of the best!) and wagyu (the meat's heavenly juice was sealed inside)!

Gyoza was cooked perfectly. I ordered their miso ramen and its a little too salty for my taste. Their house tea is brewed just right, it was light and refreshing.

Some will probably be satisfied with what they offer but since I've developed a mostly biased taste for Yokohama-style ramen, I'm not the most objective reviewer for this. A couple of things, the broth needs more flavor and the noodles are forgettable. However, I've enjoyed the gelato.

Good but pricey love their chasu rice and katsudon for a ramen place their none ramen dishes are good. How Japanese is the flavore? As our clients from Korea would say nothing compares to the real thing from Japan and Korea the difference is just too much maybe its the water. Ramen Daiso still provides a good local alternative however. Just be warned Ortigas branch is a bit small and can get crowded at lunchtime.

Food is great and had good serving sizes, although the orange chicken didn’t have the orange-y taste that i was looking for (the vinegar in it was too strong). My concern was the strawberry lemonade. It was TOO concentrated that I had to add more water for it to be drinkable.

During lunch and dinner hours, I always notice the long lines that seem to stretch out the door at Panda Express. Driven by curiosity, I decided to give their famous Orange Chicken a try. While it was decent, it didn't quite live up to the mouthwatering promises made in their advertisements. To my disappointment, the serving size was quite small, especially considering the price, which felt on the higher side for what I received. Additionally, the service left much to be desired; I found myself waiting an excruciating 30 minutes just to receive my to-go order. Overall, the experience was frustrating and didn't meet my expectations.

Panda Express at SM Megamall brings the well-known American-Chinese fast food experience to the Philippines. The food may be a little on the pricey side, but we really enjoyed it. What made the experience extra fun was the fortune cookie part, we had such a good time cracking them open and sharing our fortunes whaha! The ambiance also gave off chill vibes, which made the whole experience even better.

It was my first time here and I ordered takeout. I really didn't know how the ordering system works but somebody accommodated me really well and was also very patient with me. It was an awesome cafe with a cool ambiance. The portions of food were very big and the food was very tasty. You can share your food if you want because everything looks and tastes great. I only gave service four stars because they didn't have enough staff to give a big party of seven attention as the food came out sporadically. We didn't all get to eat at the same time so we had to take two of the meals to go. Overall it is a beautiful cafe coffee was good and the milkshakes too. Check this place out it is definitely a good spot for a date or with your family and friends.

If you want good food and drinks but willing to wait for half hour to an hour for the food to be served then this is the place. Wrong move for me to go here after my morning run. I waited for around 40 minutes for my food. I totally understand as there are only 2 servers present and one is making the drinks as well. Good thing their food is that good. I also loved their Manila Yogurt drink. Good serving. Just right for their selection prices. The place is very homey. I think that’s where they are going with all the old wooden chairs and tables. Plus the book nook and the ceiling. Cool place for dates and family gatherings. Will try their coffee next time.

TGC was okay. The drinks we ordered were good. Sisig was okay too but the rice was dry and hard. Their tapsilog is too little for the price. I think their food were a bit overpiced.

We should’ve dined at the other branch bec their tgc pancit here isn’t giving the delish taste we’ve been craving. Salty. And the crispy salted egg tofu is very bland inspite of the request to add more salted egg flavor. Disappointed!

Got my free 1 meal and coffee earlier. Been eating here since 2021. My go-to is the TGC House Special Pancit, Mocha, TGC Timplado and their Pandesal Series. Always come back here whenever I miss my mom and lola’s cooking.

Honestly it's my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered food via take out on what looks to be a succulent Mexican-Filipino burrito with fresh vegetables and beans. What I did not expect is the serving size (hand for scale) and the ingredients; it only contained meat and rice with tortilla wrap. I ordered the kawali burrito; taste-wise it's dry and salty. For my first bite I bit into chunks of cartilage. For a burrito I would expect the food to be soft and nothing too hard in the mix. For about 300 pesos it's extremely dissapponting. Perhaps I'd get a better experience for their other menu offers but the burrito, I don't recommend.

Mexican/Filipino Food: we ordered chicken burritos, salpicao soft tacos, and sisig nachos. The burritos and tacos tasted ordinary. Only chicken and rice inside the burritos. The rice is flavored though. Same with the soft tacos, nothing special about it. They both came with nacho chips which I found good since they’re not the ones we usually buy un supermarkets. The only food I loved from what we ordered was their sisig nachos. Consider that it’s fatty since it’s pork sisig. I just loved the combination of sisig, nacho chips, mayo, and salsa. Had to order extra salsa too, as what they provide is just a small serving. Ambiance- the place has a cool vibe. Ideal for relaxation with beer. Seats are not soft and comfortable but with enough space to move around. Service- customers would need to line up for orders. No waiter to take them from your seat. Overall service is good. Nothing beyond what is usually expected. Price- reasonable. Although there are lot more options with better food quality in their price range. Fair enough for dining inside a not crowded place. Overall: 3/5 stars

Quality of the food used to be better. We ordered the Sisig Nachos, Lechon Kawali Tacos, and Chili con Carne burrito. Servings were small for the price (Php 200-300 per dish) The sisig nachos had a lot of toppings and was well seasoned. Other 2 dishes were alright. They offered happy hour for their beer. Atmosphere - the restaurant was dark, better to sit outside. They had a few tables good for 2-4 pax) and the place was a bit cluttered.

I like the fusion of Mexican and Filipino food and at an affordable price as well as compared to other Mexican restaurants. The place is limited and kind of dark inside. The food is great but the price on the site is not updated. My friends who ordered sisig and burger steak Mexikanin said our food tasted the same. I liked the nachos. No service charge.

Food really surpassed our expectations. A little improvement with how the place looks and this will be the best mexican-filipino fusion place around. But I really would recommend this one if you love mexican food.

EAT ALL YOU CAN at Php 1,188. We dined at lunchtime and got seated. The place and ambiance are great. The staff are approachable. However, the food taste need some improvements. Among the food I have tasted, the following are good fish filler, congee, siomai, squid, vanille ice cream, yangchow. Those that need some improvements are peking duck, soy chicken, kimchi spring roll.

Very elegant dining ambiance, but HORRIBLE DIMSUM QUALITY 😢 We chose this restaurant since we are a large group of 21 persons, and they have a private room and unlimited dimsum with peking duck offer. Sounds really a great deal! Staffs were warm and attentive, they were able to accommodate our orders and requests. From all the selection of yum cha and lauriat, only the following tasted nicely: -Fish Maw Soup (generously loaded) -Sweet and Sour Pork (perfect balance of tanginess) -Sesame Balls (Buchi)- perfectly fried, crispy and not oily -Lemongrass Jelly (Cool and refreshing! Slightly sweetened and blends well with the small bits of apples and a touch of dragon fruit) The rest were really bad…. Either very salty, oily, or poor quality of ingredients used. Especially the highlight of the menu, “Peking Duck”….we thought that this was really special since it arrived late and last…we saved room for the finale of our main dish before dessert but it really disappointed us… Peke talaga 😭 fatty, oily, and the skin was not even crispy! Pork siomai is mostly made of flour, taro puff looks good but there was even a sour taste in the middle (nearly spoiled food taste), char siu slices (3/4 fats, 1/4 meat 🥲), spareribs (bonely, wala talaga nakain laman), jellyfish masarap sana kaso maalat. I really dont recommend their unlimited dimsum, waste of money and does not meet the value of what you paid for. But aside from that, their ala carte menu offers something of value and quality. I have also tried their Lauriat plates (rice, noodles, main dish, buchi) and it was good. This is not the place is you crave and want yum cha 🙃

We recently dined at this restaurant and chose their unlimited menu, but this time was quite disappointing compared to our previous visits. The service was noticeably slow and we had to follow up several times before our orders were served. What also bothered us was that before availing the unlimited option, no one mentioned that many of the items listed were actually unavailable. It felt like we didn’t get the full value of what was being offered. During our first and second visits, the experience was much better: the service was faster, and the menu had a wider variety. However, on our third visit, the options were very limited, especially for the dim sum selections. Even with the new additions like the peking duck, it didn’t really feel worth the ₱1,300 (after service charge) price point anymore.

We ordered their Kung Pao Chicken Bento and Dong Po Noodle Soup. Both we generous and really good value for money. We ate their off peak hours, around 3-4pm and service was quite fast, however, they’re not really welcoming nor warm. I’d say I’ll come back for the food and nice cozy soft seats.

We loved the hakao and the fish fillet with tofu and tausi — they literally melt in your mouth! The Peking duck was full of flavor, and I’m a big fan of their fried radish cake with XO sauce. The lemongrass jello was a perfect, refreshing finish. My kids especially loved the fried mantou and mini pao, while my partner enjoyed the fried rice so much, he was happy even without any other dishes to go with it. The restaurant has a classy and comfortable vibe, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, which made our visit even better. It’s not your typical buffet because the food is served directly to your table, so there’s no hassle of standing up or lining up to get your food. Plus, the dishes arrive hot and fresh right to you. We’ll definitely come back to try the lauriat set next time.

The concept is good but overall experience felt a bit short of the price at 1k+ per head. The variety and assortment is there, but the taste and service are encouraged to be improved. Can’t remember something that can be hailed as the star dimsum as everything felt like normal dimsums. Live band’s talent is commendable but the audio volume is too loud for communicating within your group.

The place and ambience were nice including the staff but my order felt undervalued for 200+ pesos. It was supposed to be Italian ribs and i have been served with 3 small (squared) pieces of bone. There were hardly any meat at all. I know it should be ribs but 3 pieces for the price is too less. I was able to finish my meal, thanks to thier extra sauce. Im giving it 3 stars because i saw the pasta ordered by my colleagues look delicious. I personally conclude that they seem to specialize only on pasta servings. Avoid ordering other entrees.

The place is just beside Legend Villas hotel. Ideal for smaller group of 4-5 people and food is good. Tried Roasted Chicken in honey mustard sauce with Garlic rice which was great. Staff here is very friendly and understand English. Overall a nice eatery with healthy options in the area.

The creamy mushroom pasta is not creamy. It's more like spicy so it's not worth it with the price. The fresh ripe mango shake is not so good. I am not happy with the foods.

Have always relished most of the classic Filipino dishes (and some with a twist) that I've ordered at this restaurant. This is mayhaps my more frequented Filipino dining place at the Shangri-La Plaza. The only thing is that there are single orders that are somehow like appetizer-sized servings. Kinda "bitin" (not enough 😄) on the tummy.

Good Filipino food. All the dishes were flavourful and comforting. The kare kare was richand savoury. Full of umami Gising gising was well balanced, the crunchy and fresh taste of the winged beans was not overpowered by the coconut milk sauce The watermelon sinigang was ok I was expecting some intriguing, salty, sour, tangy and sweet flavour. But the watermelon didn't give the expected pop. Sisig was good Unexpected hit was the garlic chicken and pork belly. The dish wasn't marked with any "chef special" icon , so wasn't expecting much. Turned out to be flavourful, tender and juicy Great restaurant, reasonably priced.

I honestly am not a big fan of kare-kare but this one is an exception. I have tried several restaurants here in siargao that offers this as their special dish yet this one really stood out. Also, their sisig deymm very crispy and crunchy another favorite together with crispy pata🔥 palabok was yummy too but not a fan

Our sinigang soup was served cold, and the server did not fill our bowls. She explained that filling the bowls was not part of the first round of soup and was only included during a refill. We told her that we frequently dine at Manam and order the sinigang, but this was the first time we were denied soup in our bowls on the first serving. To make matters worse, the soup was cold. This dining experience was extremely disappointing.

The tofu sisig was flavorful, though a bit on the creamy side. The baked scallops had a bold taste, and the squid was well-cooked and enjoyable. The standout dish was definitely the binakol—it was the best of everything we ordered. The only downside was the comfort room, which could be fresher. The space felt a little crowded, too, but it may be because a lot of big families were dining.

We ate at mesa megamall location last night excited to try your crisphon because as advertised it is best in the world. We even preordered to ensure we get the taste of it. When the half lechon arrived it truly did not look as advertised and we were extremely disappointed/frustrated. We communicated with the server and according to him that is what it looks like now. If this is the standard, you should change the picture outside and in the menu because it is misleading!!! The other food was not bad. Service can also be improved. To end the lechon was not even crispy and it looked like it was reheated and deep fried instead of oven roasted. There is even a whole missing on the skin. Please fix this issue asap. Thank you very much.

Had a dept lunch here. Ordered a few dishes to share. Sisig was good. Hipon (shrimp in guava soup) was surprisingly good. Crispchon wrapped in malunggay crepe was something like Peking duck.

I brought my mom here and her friends after a sofitel convention yesterday Oct 7 thinking they have the same quality as the greenbelt branch! I was so wrong!! DEAD WRONG!! We paid 4k but the food paid was not worth it! The carenderya even tasted better!! Wow for it is a cozy Filipino restaurant located in SM Megamall. I love all the food that we have ordered. Garlic rice (I even requested for additional garlic), deep fried beef (can you please make it more tender) kare kare, tofu sisig (I think even my youngest daughter will love it)), boneless crispy (I really enjoyed it and I sooo love the sauce, too), pancit canton (cooked just the way I want it). I enjoyed the awesome ambiance which sets my mood into a very relaxing one. I also like their dinner ware because of their unique shapes. However, it’s been noticed however that some of the dinner ware show slight cracks. I hope they can have them changed into new ones. The staff members are also friendly and the restroom is well maintained. Kudos! 🙂

Ambience: Curiosity kicked in once I noticed the signage from the escalator. I knew it was Japanese so I had to make my first visit! A fair number of seats are available and orders are done at the counter. Food: I wanted to start with something basic so I tried the TC Original Chicken. This dish was heavy! It had rice underneath a jacuzzi of melted cheese all topped with rubber duckies called chicken chunks. Everything was cooked well but the cheese looked, felt, and tasted so deadly. But, I still love pizza so take my opinion with a grain of salt. Iced Tea was delicious because it's house blend! Umami Style Fried Chicken is my favorite here so far. The batter had its own flavor and mixing that with the gravy, and what looked like a shredded seaweed snack on rice, were good! The competition for uniquely delicious chicken is tough, but I can say theirs can be distinguished from the rest. Service: Waiting time wasn't that bad.

I got curious and tried the food and they are actually really good and satisfying. The serving is big and not expensive. The iced tea is also only 20 pesos and 35 for big size. The baked rice with cheese are yummy and below 200 pesos and you can have have a combo set with chicken and drinks for 250 pesos. I'll go back when I crave for something cheesy.

Tried their Swiss Cheese & Mushroom Hamburg. I liked the patty it was nice and stuffed. But sadly there was a metal after taste which I think was coming from the plate. The food wasn’t sizzling hot though, it’s cold. Service and crew during the time we dine were warm, fast, and efficient.

Mixed feelings re this one. Some innovation re use of cheese, but only feeds the parasite. I tried the potato takoyaki, kinda liked it. The staff doesnt feel consistent, but not so bad naman. Price is good. Could go 4 stars for affordability with some quality. Better service could do the trick.

At first glance, this place made me drool because I'm a cheese lover. Rice topped with baked melted cheese = yummy! However, when this was served, it made me rethink that it wasn't worth the wait. It was too oily that it didn't make me enjoy the meal much. I would rather pay a bit more than eat a sloppy oily baked cheese rice.

For cheese lovers. Its good for its price point Rice on their Doria is too wet. Dont expect much as thier food is cheap. For the price its worth every bite.

Food is almost all cheese. Personally like that kind of gimmick but it ain't for all. It's all cheese on cheese so if you're the type of person who isn't really keen on eating the same type of food for the whole meal then you might not like it after finishing half of it. Good service though and still love those cheese filled Dorias.

Tbh, I had high hopes for HEAT at Shangri-La since, you know, it’s Shang. But it didn’t really hit the mark for me. The buffet spread was okay—kinda underwhelming. For the price, I expected a way wider spread. It felt really limited, like there were only a few standout options and the rest were just okay. Not terrible, but definitely not the buffet experience I was hoping for. The service was great—super attentive and friendly staff, no complaints there.

I was surprised to see that the buffet choices are less than at Viking's. They have different sections, such as Asian, Inoy, Western and maybe two more. The shrimp and crab were cold and not as fresh as at Vikings. They don't offer cheese at all and free drink is only water and coffee. For the price I prefer to go to other buffet places such as Viking, Heritage Hotel or Buffet 101. They have good meals, for sure at Heat, but they charge higher price because it's a famous brand hotel, why pay more...

Dined here today july 26.2025 sat. to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with my wife and 2 boys. Well we try their unli dimsum rate was 1888nett but we book via eatigo so we get less 40% so we just paid 4600pesos for 4pax. We almost tried everything in the menu sadly no more jellyfish or shrimp in the menu. We like the hakaw, fried noodles, stirfried beef. Chicken feet also the almondjelly and chocolava. We didnt like the steam buns very soggy the coffee jelly is too bitter while siomai has no shrimp and the yangchow lack of taste. The appetizer was ok but cold specially the roast chicken but looks like fried teriyaki chicken type. Overall its ok to try but going back maybe not food are not top quality and price is pricey compare to other 5star hotel that also serve unli dimsum with more food choices compare to xin tain di. We also didnt like the service always had to follow up our orders even not much customer. Not once but everytime we order. Water refill also had to call several times to refill. There's a manager with bad attitude. We expect much more because its a hotel resto and pricey but didnt meet our expectation on food and service.

Overall, the dim sum experience offered great value for money due to the huge portions and great service. 👍 Highlights • Har Kaw (Shrimp Dumplings) and Ham Sui Kok (Fried Savory Dumplings) were particularly excellent and highly recommended. 👎 Areas for Improvement • The Char Siew Bao (BBQ Pork Buns) and Fried Radish Cake were a little disappointing. • The flavor of the Steamed Spare Ribs was acceptable, but they were too fatty for our preference. • The Braised Cod Fish was nice, but we found it to be a bit too oily.

The quality of food just about matches the price paid, although a little on the high side. When visiting any venue, it is not just about the food, service and experience but other experiences such as parking and washrooms. We decided to do the Valet Parking and the lady concerned was more interested about her mobile than soeaking to the customer and it was the conceirge that was more welcoming. The restaurant itself sits at the heart of the Crowne Plaza on the 4th floor. Maybe the owners did not think someone would look back towards the washrooms - but it was not presented as a high quality hotel with a plain metal frontage. Then the washrooms are very tired looking and could do with some Renovations- poor grouting in the cubicles etc. I cannot give it a 5 due to the Parking, Kitchen metal door and washrooms - but a 4 is a fair representation. The food itself according to others in the party was good, but for me was not as tasty as I expected especially from such a highly rated venue. The staff were very attentative - serving tea, water and iced tea. The room itself was very private and nicely decorated adding to the atmosphere. WOULD I RECOMMEND? Yes give it a go especially if you are in the area. WILL I REVIST? - Doubtful as there are other similar restaurants that for me offer better value.

It was our first time here, and the service is what is exceptionally better in this restaurant than the other restaurants we've tried. Jun recommended all their best sellers because he saw that it was our first time and we didn't know what to order. His recommendations were spot on, especially the Choco Lava Buchi. Rose, his co-server, was also exemplary. We got into a slight accident with water spilled on the table, and she was very gracious and immediately cleaned it up for us. She was very helpful all throughout as well. We will definitely be back - not just because of the food, but because of the awesome customer service, especially by Jun and Rose. * They're the only two that we remember the names of, but all of them who helped us and talked to us during the time we were eating were very helpful and gave us great service.

It's ok overall, it has a huge selection of stores, including an IMAX cinema and an Ice ring. Things that could be improved would be travelators to help with the long walks from one shop to the next. Although rental electric scooters are available at the lower floor of building A. Things I didn't like where the lack fo good air-conditioning at the top floors, we really shouldn't be sweating in the mall. Sadly several doors on levels 1, 2, 3 and 4 lead directly to the parking lot and are occasionally left open allowing lots of toxic car fumes and pollution in. On my last visit only on level 5 and higher the air felt clean, as well as at the basement near Dunkin Donuts and the Timezone area. Personally i feel it's the most polluted mall I've been to in the NCR, according to how many floors were affected, followed by the lower floors of Farmers Plaza, One side of SM Fairview and The Parking Side of SM annex which affects about 1/3 of all the floors of SM Annex North Edsa. Double doors, Air Curtains or Complete Closure of doors leading to the parking lot on several floors can really help make the indoor environment more comfortable.

October 2025 One of the country's iconic and once largest mall complex. It has a very manageable layout and often is the one stop mall in the area. Now undergoing a lot of renovations. It's payday sale weekends are often popular and also causes massive traffic. Nearby malls are all walking distances.

SM Megamall is an incredibly spacious mall that truly lives up to its "mega" name. You'll find a massive selection of stores/merchandise and also lots of restaurants offering different cuisines. Its location is super convenient, being right by the Ortigas MRT station, and it's also act as a transport hub with terminals for fx, buses, and jeeps heading to places like Binangonan or Batangas.

Liked extremely the safety for pedestrians walking and crossings, with wider footpaths, safe crossings with pedestrian refuse integrated in design apart from enforcement for vehicles on signals and pedestrian crossings.

The side of SM Megamall close to the MRT Ortigas Station with entrance leading to the vast supermarket. The Chapel of the Eucharistic Lord is located at its 5th level. The mall has a neat, compact layout where each floor level has similar array of shops and boutiques. Megamall is among the nostalgic malls '90s kids fondly remembers and even had a name parody, Megamol, as title to the 1994 comedy flick starring rapper Andrew E. and showbiz megastar, Sharon Cuneta.

This mall almost have it all. Easy to shop and great variety of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Had Lunch here with my Uncle and Aunt Yesterday. This was where they wanted to eat. I got the Chicken Mushroom Rice, Steamed Spare ribs, Pork Bun (which they ordered for me), plus the Taro Sago plus Iced Tea. Service was quite fast but they forgot my Taro Sago so we had to Follow up for this. Food was okay, nothing really to rave about. The Pork Bun i did not really like, its filling was super sweet but my Aunt and Uncle thought otherwise. If not their treat will not eat ar Tim Ho Wan.

I had my reservations at first since there were no lines like there used to be, but once I had their food, I fell in love with it. I highly recommend their dimsum here. It is quite tasty! I also liked their minced beef with egg rice. I would definitely eat here again!

We had dinner for a party of twenty-five. The servers accomodated us and waiting time for all dishes were reasonable. Bill total came to about 22,000 PHP with senior citizen ID discounts (we had a lot of senior citizens). Great experience, overall.

Located at the 1st floor of SM Megamall Fashion Hall. Food is great, I personally liked the Sparerib Rice (especially when you put chili garlic in the pot). We went here past lunch time and service is really fast! We got our food in less than 10 mins I think. The custard bun was pretty runny, but flavor is actually nice! The buttery sweetness compliments the bouncy steamed bun. They accept card payments. They also have their own washroom.

Food - Great! Quantity and price are exceptional for Chinese cuisine. We ordered the dimsum sampler along with side orders and even had enough for take home. Service - A bit crowded and some tables are too small but enough to cater small (and even big groups, for certain tables) gatherings. Atmosphere - Family vibes since most diners are in groups. They also serve fast and allow you to choose your set with their menu checklist.

Still yummy and soft, even when it is over fried. imo Iced Tea: 70php: 2/5 It's not house blend, not refreshing, but at least it is cheap and it is served in tall big glass. Steamed Rice 1 cup: 70php:1/5 Expensive. @_@ Total Bill: 500.00 I'd say, crew needs to be more warm and more attentive to their customer needs.

First time to try their steak and it did not disappoint. In fact, it’s one of the best steaks I’ve tried in the Metro. Also ordered Caesar’s Salad and Lorenzo’s Truffle pasta! For dessert, I tried the crispy milk and it is by far my most favorite! And shout out to Dos, our lovely server and all the waiters and staff for being very accommodating! They have the best service here in their Rockwell branch! 👌🏼

Ambience: 4/5 - neat and standard, but a bit too crowded and noisy during our visit. Staff: 5/5 - extremely accommodating and friendly, especially Duane, who went above and beyond to make my mom feel welcome. Food: Most dishes were exceptional, including the bread & butter, soup, salad, pasta, steak, and pie (5/5). Unfortunately, the spinach side dish was a major letdown, with an overpowering fishy flavor that was off-putting (0/5). Overall, we'll definitely be back - just not for the spinach side dish!

Their service was great. Even though we just walked it and we didn’t made any reservations, they were nice enough to accommodate us. The fresh pasta was really good except I got some of the pasta that was a bit hard. I guess they didn’t kept an eye on the pasta and didn’t mixed it well. I got some hard pasta that was not completely cooked. Other than that I was happy with the texture, flavor and taste of the pasta. The fish and chips were delicious . Everyone was polite and the service was quick. I will definitely recommend come back again . Next time I will try the steak.

This is our second time at Mamou Rockwell, and we had a great time celebrating our anniversary. The food, ambience, and service were all terrific. Shoutout to our excellent server, Yanyan. Will definitely go back here again.

Dined on a tuesday evening, not too crowded, reserved for 7:15pm but was seated earlier, staff was nice and accomodating, got a little treat since it was an anniversary dinner - a Cupcake Red Velvet Cheesecake (iirc), the Angus Ribeye steak was not that expensive on what I expected. The corn pudding side was also great but the spinach was "unique" (there's no "natural filipino flavor" or specific likeness to a fil food that comes to mind when you taste it) it was too saucy and not too complementing with the steak, it's just alright. Another thing is that when you ask recommendations they are honest, they don't try to upsell you with the most expensive thing on the menu, they really tell you what they think you would like based on your preference of steak and also what are some good pairing pasta for your steak. Overall, it was perfect for a first time experience.

First time visiting Mamou Too! branch for our anniversary. We had a memorable experience with our food and assistance from Dos and Darius. Both of them were very accommodating and ready to recommend specialties. Was not able to take a photo of the Orange Kamote Soup, but it was indeed a good choice to start our course. Mains, drinks and the complimentary cupcake were cooked and prepared to really entice our tastebuds. Thank you! ❤️

Let me share a little story about how Mamou brought comfort to me and my family during a very tough time. It was a random weekend last year, just a few weeks after my mom passed, when my brother, cousin, partner, and I came across their Greenbelt branch (Mamou 5). I’d heard so many good things about the place, and since we happened to be right there, we figured, why not? We ordered a few appetizers, pastas, steaks, and the kurobuta sinigang. And here’s where it gets a bit cheesy: the moment my cousin took a bite of his pomodoro, he got teary-eyed. We were laughing and cracking jokes, but honestly, I felt emotional too. There was this warmth - like the feeling of home, if that makes sense. I remember telling my cousin that every bite felt like a hug from my Mommy, and how I wished she was there sharing the meal with us. The food was just that comforting. Maybe our grief made everything more intense, and some might say we were overreacting, but that’s really how it felt. I’m pretty picky with food (being in the culinary field), yet everything was perfect. We ended up dining again the next day, and then again the following Friday before my cousin flew back to the US. Later on, I found out they had a branch in Rockwell (Mamou Too) which is closer to home. We tried it, and for some reason, it quickly became my favorite (though nothing against Mamou 5, please don't take this the wrong way!). Mamou Too eventually became our go-to. I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve visited, but every single time, the food and service have been impeccable. The photo attached was from November 8th - place was packed, but the staff still took care of us like they always do. As always, every single dish was delivered to our liking - just perfect. The restaurant is known for its authentic Chinese dishes and fresh seafood. Signature offerings like Peking Duck. Our family’s go-to Chinese Restaurant ever since! Fresh seafood, authentic Cantonese food, nice ambiance (they also have round tables, Chinese fine dining style and caters to events as wedding reception, etc). Additionally, they also have hotpot which is also one of the best in the city!

My family's longtime Chinese go-to spot where we order the same thing everytime: salted fish fried rice, century egg and jellyfish, sweet and sour pork, hot prawns salad, har gow. Add in the peking duck done one-way and a veggie dish from time to time, and that's the last decade plus of us going to Gloria Maris.

Hands down the best Chinese restaurant ever - definitely not your usual place filled with MSG. Every dish tastes fresh and the flavors speak for themselves. Cold, comfortable atmosphere Restrooms are clean and smell good (a big plus!). All the waiters know exactly what they’re doing - from precise Peking duck cutting, to crispy noodle mixing, to serving taho perfectly. You can tell they’re well-trained - no wasted food, no mess. Portions are generous too - even their “small” size is good for about 5 people. The seafood is fresh and live, and everything is served hot. You really get what you pay for. Con: The receipt isn’t itemized - it only shows the amount, typed using what looks like an old typewriter. So make sure to check prices on the menu to confirm your bill.

This restaurant is huge. It has 3 sections: hotpot, main dining, and dimsum. At lunch time, it gets packed. The portions ordered were all delicious and real cantonese food.

June 2025 One of the oldest standing local Chinese restaurants in the Greenhills district. Though it has now passed on to new ownership it remains as a sentimental favorite to many. It's the usual spot for celebrations in laurait style dining. The standards have been maintained throughout the decades with numerous renovations and upgrades in the menu. Large parking lot below the resto.

I enjoyed the hot pot, fresh shrimp, fried rice, and Peking duck.

The service is the best part of this place. I’ve been coming here for years, and that’s one of the main reasons I keep returning. The ambiance is fine. I usually dine al fresco, so I don’t pay too much attention to the indoor atmosphere. Food: • Paidakia (Lamb Ribs) – 3/5 This dish used to be exceptionally good. It’s a bit pricey, but I didn’t mind ordering it every time I came back. Since they changed their supplier, though, the taste of the lamb has changed drastically, as has the fat-to-meat ratio. I now find it far too fatty. • Pork Gyro – 5/5 You can never go wrong with this dish. I’ve had it here countless times and it has never disappointed. Totally recommended. • Roka Salatta – 5/5 This is their signature salad and, for me, a must-order. I like to add the blue cheese, but even without it, it’s still excellent. • Clams – 2.5/5 Standard frozen clams. I find them boring nowadays. They used to serve fresh ones, which were much better. This time, these were my choices, but I also highly recommend their Yiovetsi, which has always been very consistent.

We did not have a prior reservation. We came in at 11:00 am and we were seated with no wait time. We started with their Kalamata Hummus and Horiatiki Salata. It was both very good. The slightly bitter olives, capers, and the feta cheese of the salata pairs well with the chickpeas flavor of the hummus. My wife got the Greek Clams (the one I usually order) while I had the Seafood Makaronia. My daughter had their Pork Gyros with fries and side salad. The Seafood Makaronia was good and filling (it was clean tasting). If you’re senior citizens, like my wife and I, you can probably share Makaronia together. The servings are generous. I tasted the fries that my daughter had with her Gyros. It was crunchy and slightly spicy more so with the dip it came with. It was a very filling meal. The staff are courteous and attentive to your needs.

My overall experience at CYMA Shangri-La was very good. I was welcomed with a smile at the entrance, and Tere guided me to my table and served me politely. Both Tere and Jayson were attentive, checking on me from time to time without being intrusive. The food was served on time, fresh, and nicely presented, while the background music created a calm atmosphere. The only small issue was the air conditioning, which could have been a notch colder, but overall my dining experience was excellent.

Cyma serves delicious chicken gyro. Don't forget to ask for the garlic yogurt sauce. It compliments the sandwich really well. The fries were nice and crispy as well

Really good food — place was empty when I got there on a Friday evening. Ordered a salad which was very fresh and tasty. Their cheesecake and hot matcha latte were also good. Latte a bit sweet but it was balanced out by the cake which was not too sweet. They do not serve coffee though which is a shame. Service was efficient.

It was too bad that they are about to close. It is the only restaurant I know so far that is doing French and Japanese. I tried and had a very nice experience there. It has good atmosphere and pet-friendly too! The food is on the bit pricey end but I think its reasonable enough. I hope they reconsider or probably stay even on a limited menu. I know it's hard to maintain inventory for a variety of offerings but they could stay and probably just keep those items that brings people back to their restaurant.

Always a pleasure to visit this place. Their souffle pancake is possibly one of the best pancakes I have ever tasted. It's airy and light, with the right amount of sweetness. Japanese beef curry souffle is likewise very good: fluffy and rich. Add the relaxing ambience and very good service and you have a go-to place for Sunday brunch.

Very cute place: the decor is cute, the napkins are cute, the food is cute. Got soufflé on top of carbonara pasta and kale are curry beef rice, very interesting concept. Not just for the gimmick but quality of good is indeed good. A bit on the pricey side by Manila standard but overall it’s worth it.

Chicken Pomodoro pasta was good. Tuna salad excellent. The beef curry souffle had extremely poor quality beef that was 60 percent tendon. We complained and they took it off the bill, hence the 5 stars. Good on them because it was unacceptable at the price point. The dessert was this dark chocolate flourless thing that was also very good.

The ambience is different from the other malls I have visited - more relaxing. Though it would help if there would be a seating area where its clients can rest, especially the senior citizens, pregnant customers and PWDs. The restroom has more complete amenities, though it would be much better if the cubicles had bidets. Their atrium has a well maintained fountain for Mall goers to enjoy watching. Overall cleanliness is excellent.

Unli soup, salad and breadsticks at Olive Graden was worth it. Serving for the Entrees was also good and enough for solo serving. Kuddos to Dhien and Tina who assisted us. They are accommodating and attentive to our needs, and they gave me a complimentary dessert for my birthday.

It's a relatively high-end mall with stores from luxury brands and premium fashion boutiques. There are still stores that cater to basic goods, but generally, the Shangri-la Plaza Mall is not for the budget conscious and bargain hunter. Nevertheless, the food court at the lower ground level is a good option for diners.

Tried Kettle a few weeks ago and while the orange chicken pasta and their buttermilk chicken are good and crispy, it cannot justify the price that they sell it at. It feels like that at their price point, I could buy a two to three more chicken that might be as delicious. Their flavored chicken like the nori and spicy makes the chicken essence come out more as the marinade is bland but crispy. Service is attentive and I have nothing negative to say about it. Price - 0/2 Taste -1/2 Serivce - 1/1

Quite expensive. Price of buttermilk fried chicken (2pcs) with honey glazed corn bread (3pcs) is almost equivalent to a bucket meal of fastfood chains. But don't worry about the price because the food is really good. Also ordered truffle pasta and a hefty serving of pork & potato strips (more potato strips, less pork). Their corn bread is to die for. Made table reservation via Eatigo app and got 10% less on the total price of our food. If we have waited until 3PM to book that table reservation, that would be a massive 50% discount.

So pricey for a bunch of bland-tasting food. Ordered Cajun Butter Roast Chicken and Truffle Gorgonzola pasta. Can't even taste any truffle on that pasta. It was left untouched. Had lunch here (i ordered their fried chicken before so i wanted something different) - we ordered the clam chowder, orange chicken, truffle gorgonzola pasta, and mashed potato, and a carafe of iced tea. The clam chowder is originally served in a bread bowl - we asked to have the soup split and they served the bread. Everything was yummy and had a large portion, sulit! We ate inside - there were three booths. So much regret - haha while the booth was comfortable but unfortunately, we smelled like oil and chicken after our meal. Was very annoyed and sad as the smell stuck to my hair and we had a full afternoon in the mall. Had to wash my hair thoroughly to get the smell out. Perhaps they need better ventilation inside the restaurant area. Next time, i'm taking the tables outside.

There's a reason their Buttermilk Fried Chicken is consistently on every top chicken list in the metro. Juicy and crispy at the same time, with a distinctly delicious flavor that's tough to nail. The gravy is likewise umami rich and addicting. This has definitely unseated my previous #1 chicken. My only beef? A solo meal is not available on weekends so I had to order the platter. While you can take home any leftovers, it's still irksome. Gives a vibe like individuals are not preferred on weekends.

Kettle offers delicious comfort food that really fills you to the brim. They serve of the better tasting fried chickens in the Metro indeed. The chicken is juicy, cooked well, and also had great flavour beyond the skin and breading. Pricepoint may be a bit higher thab it should, all in all can't wait to go back and try their other food.

A Mandaluyong institution. Serves bulalo and tawilis that you can get from Tagaytay. Basically a Tagaytay experience in mandaluyong. The bulalo tastes clean and beefy. The marrow is good. The tawilis is really good, very crispy, better than the ones from Tagaytay. The sisig is just okay.

Food is nothing special. We had the sinigang na salmon and it's just full of broth and very little fish so I would say it is overpriced. Also tastes like powdered tamarind.

It’s the tawilis for me…and the bulalo…and the tortang talong. Who am I kidding? I love R&J’s dishes. It has that home vibe and taste. I remember I discovered this restaurant on Vice Asia and went at 3am with my friend. We were drunk then and R&J was there with its hearty bulalo to make us feel better. I’ve been a regular since and exploring their menu. All good so far! Can I just add that the waiters are nice and responsive. Some of them cuteee, too!

The food is really yummy in this joint. It is a must try to taste their famous bulalo because they have a lot of serving per bowl. The sisig is really tasty and really really good. Best partnered with your favorite cocktail or beer. And lastly. The chicken shown, it's called garlic chicken and it is really good too. It has a unique garlic-y flavor that soothes into your taste buds. You can try it with or without the prescribed dips that they serve along with it, and still it is oh so yummy ❤ *Just an FYI, they serve beer and cocktails too* I would like to commend their current atmosphere since they really leveled up from their old beer-house -like/style way back when they were starting. Overall experience was great. Even the bill out service is fast too. Adsitional FYIs: they DO NOT accept credit cards, if you may wonder 🙂 and parking if very very limited. Like up to 1 or 2 cars available so might as well commute your way here if you live nearby.

Went with an ex-BPO friend who highly recommends the place. It was midnight but they still had a lot of customers and deliveries. Good sign! We just ordered a few including their famous bulalo. Did not disappoint. Order came pretty fast + they have free soup refill. Would go here again if I go back to Manila in the future.

This happened just 20 minutes ago. We ordered a special bulalo. The soup was good and the veggies were fresh. But when it came to the meat, it had a gray/greenish color with an unpleasant smell. When I ate it I realised it was rotten meat. The disgusting smell and taste exploded as I chewed it. I told the crew about it and the supervisor (I think) changed it right away without any questions. But the problem is the replacement was the same. We just paid and left eating only the rice as we were hungry. We were given about a 10% discount as a compensation.

Price was not really worth it with the taste and quality of food. Tapon tapon pa yung serving, didn’t double check first before they serve. Ambiance is bad. Sandamukal yung buhok na nakita ko and the rice quality is not good too. Sorry won’t go here anymore. So worst

Feb2025 The Spanish themed resto of The Bistro Group has a mainstay presence at The Podium. Known more for its tapas menu which is further enhanced by a specialized set of cocktails and an extensive alcohol listing. Food wise they also try to cater to the latest and traditional trends and favorites such as cochinillos, paellas, salipacos, etc. There are also lots of fusion style dishes. Service is attentive though may be often inconsistent like when our server mistook salmon for halibut. The place is airy, with a high ceiling, and is bright with tasteful furnishings Ideal for the Ortigas corporate crowd as well as family gatherings.

Really good Spanish food. That's how I'd sum it up. It's right next to the mall entrance, so it's quite accessible. Seating wise is also quite comfortable. Staff were attentive and is very helpful in recommending the right dish. I had the pan con tomate, gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp) and croquetas de jamon. All ate very nicely prepared. Brings me back to my dinner in Barcelona! It was slightly pricey, but I enjoyed it very much.

We visited Las Flores on a quiet day, so it was surprising how difficult it was to get the staff’s attention—even just to place our order or make a simple request. The service felt inattentive and inconsistent throughout our meal. On the bright side, the croquetas were quite good, 😋 and the wagyu steak was undeniably delicious—tender, flavorful, and cooked well. However, the presentation was a major letdown. For such a premium dish, we expected more care and creativity 🫤

i had Flores and Hyleen serving me tonight and they were so pleasant and courteous. my ribs flew to the floor due to my carelessness and made mess on the floor. Both came patiently to clean up my mess and kept on smiling. They even replaced my ribs a quickly as possible. so excellent service. well done ladies. you do Las Flores proud today. Will definitely be back with more friends and let them enjoy such hospitality.

This place is one of my favorite restaurants in Metro Manila. The food never fails! I had croquettes, paella, salad, and their signature cheesecake with mango sorbet last week. Wow what can I say. This restaurant is nothing short of perfection. From start to finish we was thoroughly entertained and blown away with the quality of food. The service from all the staff was above and behold spectacular. Really couldn’t have asked for better. We was greeted from the door and shown to our table and was handed over to our waiter for the night. Ryan was kind and considerate throughout the night he’s expert advice on the wine drinks and food helped tremendously he’s knowledge was outstanding. He made us feel very very welcomed and we appreciated his service all night and it made the experience 10 times better. The food was the best anyone could’ve asked for the steaks were cooked to perfection I cannot fault anything and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an exquisite night of perfection. Bar staff friendly floor staff were very friendly. Even the guy on the door bravo Wolfgang look forward to seeing you again.

It’s definitely on the expensive side, but they’ll do their best to prove they’re worthy of the few thousand pesos you’ll be spending. From their selection of complimentary breads — whether you prefer soft rolls or sourdough — to the shrimp cocktails, Porterhouse, and Ribeye! You’ll want to save up for the experience, but it truly delivers a five-star dining moment. The staff slice the steak for you, check in regularly, and are quick to attend to your needs — making the whole experience feel special from start to finish. P.S. This review is just for the happy hour promo (Wolfgang gets my vote for the best steak in the country). Good value without question and the beef used were top rate. The best is the grilled short rib used in the pho. The worst is the over-salty gyudon. The cocktails were nothing special, maybe opt for the beer instead.

Loved our experience, good quality steak and great service. Started with mushroom soup. It arrives in wide bowls, each bowl is actually enough for two people. Strong mushroom flavour and not like the ones overly dressed with cream. Oh, and they also have complimentary bread basket, love me some warm breads. The steak was perfectly cooked to a medium rare, good sear and tender bites. They serve it in hot plate and distributes the slices to the plates, nicely arranged. Feels like I'm being spoiled with their service. Ordered both porterhouse and ribeye, prefer the latter, it just has a richer flavour. Enjoyed the meal overall.

My first time and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They even help us decide on what to order. Everything was delicious. The steak is superb..tender, juicy and perfect for medium rare. What I like most was the crab cake and the wolfgang salad. Love the cake for the birthday celebration.

Ordered beef wanton special mami and siomai. I like the broth in the mami as it is light with a slight hint of star anise, maybe from the braised beef. Really comforting. For it's price though, they could have been more generous with the beef toppings, especially if you compare it to pares places which also serve the same thing. Siomai is big but has a weird texture as it did not feel meaty at all, probably due to the extenders.

We ordered their bestseller special beef wanton mami, asado rice with sauce & vegetables, pork tausi rice, machang, bola bola siopao, and asado siopao. They serve free soup for appetizer. I can say that their beef wanton mami lives up to its reputation. It could well be the best beef wanton mami I have tasted. However, their other dishes were mediocre for me. Their rice toppings were definitely not legendary by any means. They were mid at best. I was just disappointed while consuming my order. There was also nothing to rave about their siopao. I have had other siopaos from discreet places better than this. If you're craving for a good beef wanton mami then I will recommend this place. If you're looking for other dishes especially rice toppings then I cannot recommend this place.

they have some parking, but can easily fill up. no street parking allowed. serving sizes are generous, except for their mami lineup. our wanton soup was cute in size, compared to makimi which was quite big. taste wise, the wanton was good, but makimi is, lets just say, different. the sweet sour pork is average, as the sweet sour sauce is not that good and the meat is not that soft. lohanchai is big in size and lots of ingredients, but the sauce is generic.

Most of their fare from the ribs to the streetfood platter are good but their chicken, duck egg rice and sapin sapin (sticky rice cake) are a class on their own For the holidays, their bibingka (rice cake) is a good choice for desert.

Go for the wine, not the street food, even if the latter IS what they serve. Too expensive the streetfood. The ribs were great, though.

It was good, but not great. May seem pricey but honestly, considering the service and the ambience, it is great for a date. I won’t say it is great for family dinners though but for a dinner with friends, this seems to be a good option. We had the gyu yakisoba, the scallops, the mixed tempura and the spicy tuna roll and I loved everything except for the yakisoba (doesn’t seem to be my type). I will probably prefer Ebi10 over this, but I have yet to try their dishes so I will take this resto for another spin sometime soon. Overall, very good choice if you are into their fares.

It's been a long time since we last dined here. We ordered several dishes for sharing so that we can try as many things on their menu. I enjoyed their unagi bowl, unagi roll, and beef cheeks. I had fun nibbling on their short ribs and risotto. Would definitely come back again to try their other dishes.

The Parmesan Scallops were perfectly cooked, rich, and flavorful, while the Short Ribs Risotto were tender, juicy, and simply melt-in-your-mouth—highly recommended dishes. Excellent restaurant. Fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. I suggest the beef cheek with truffle mash potatoes. The Negroni was well done and the Ferrarelle water a pleasure. The staff could be a bit more attentive but all in all I enjoyed my dinner. Prices a bit on the expensive side but definitely worth it. Plenty of tables available at early dinner time.

Lots of stores and foodtrips in the area. The stores closes at 1am but the market closes at 12 midnight. The foods are affordable and there are lots of seats to dine in.

Loved it. Sat outside (less crowded and quieter) watching the world go by. Goat adobo and veg pizza were delicious and experienced my first ever San Miguel Negro. Staff were busy, but attentive whilst not being overbearing.

If you're looking for a chill bar and nice music of 80s this one is for you! I loved their Fish and Chips. I'll come back for it and also their staffs are accommodating :)

I never leave bad reviews unless I really had a bad experience. My friends and I decided to have a quick nightcap at Blackwood on a Sar night. We picked a table outside because the music was too loud inside. I immediately noticed that the table was a bit rundown with chipped off paint everywhere. But that wasn’t the bad experience. My friends ordered draft beer and I asked for a glass of red wine. Theirs came first. And when the waiter came to pour me a glass, i noticed that the bottle was almost empty, about 1/4 remaining. That was a red flag for me. So it prompted me to ask when it was oepened. I don’t mind a wine bottle opened a day or two. Then I noticed a label on it written with “Unilab”. So apparently it’s a bottlekeep and days old. I sure hope it was an honest mistake, but it’s still a very very basic mistake for a bar nonetheless. They replaced it when I pointed it out. But hadn’t I noticed, they would have gotten away with it. It was a terrible experience.

Good place to hang out with friends. Their fresh Draft beer is a must try. Price is bit on high end but it's worth the ambiance and service. They have quite a good range of food/snacks as well.

Nice food selection, beautiful interiors with wood, bricks and iron constructed in expert mix. Great place dine to even you are alone, as couple, for a meeting or as a group. Food is great and worth the price. Drink are good and has the best brands, but not too much on the rare and premium ones. The sound system and ambience was great too. The staff was courteous and attentive. One of the best bar in mandaluyong, pasig and ortigas area. Prood of it that it suvived the pandemic.

5pm to 8pm Unli Draft Beer 🤘 Nice place to chill on random days. Pizza's great too! Just make sure that you either call ahead or come earlier since the air-conditioned section is sometimes booked for private events 😄 Highly recommended!

I booked this place for another Employee Event we had. The food is reasonably priced and their service staff are great. We were assisted by every need and the vibe of the place was an added point.

Chicken Inasal was extremely dry and lacked taste. This was not savory at all though a good option if one is in a diet. I found the rice and chicken not warm when it was served.

The service crew was too noisy. People at the dining area and at the kitchen were talking loudly the whole time we were dining. They were too busy chatting that they forgot to serve our coffee, which we eventually canceled because we were already done eating, and still, coffee was not served. Bibingka had a slightly burnt, chewy base. It seems like it was already reheated several times already. Fresh lumpia was too small of a serving size for its price. Not a pleasant dining experience, overall.

Apr 2025: This is your trusted go-to place for reliably good comfort food. We ordered bibingka, pancit Malabon and ginatan halo-halo and they delivered. Someone commented about the interior. I actually find it nice but can get crowded. The problem is that the mall itself is on the warm side. Service-wise, the staff were attentive and quick. Kudos to them.

Yesterday, we ordered Sinigang Shrimp, Crispy Pata, Gambas, Salad na Paco and Sinigang na Karne. Always love their Sinigang na karne at Powerplant Branch so I know how should it taste like. Obviously, I am making this comment coz of that. I've included some pictures and it's up to you to judge. I told them our observation about their Sinigang na Karne and maybe they just don't care coz we haven't heard anything from them after that. Other than that, the place is comfy and good.

The place was newly renovated. The service though has degraded considerably. The table smelled like wet dog rag. After wiping with alcohol and tissue it's filthy... Food is okay but can't help but wonder if it's clean. Via Mare best years are definitely behind it. Hope management can do something to improve it once again.

In the food scene, there are a lot of restos popping. And you experience either a hit or a miss when trying out. But then there's Via Mare. A steady staple of good comfort food. The bibingka is buttery and served hot is so good. The halo-halo had just the right ingredients, the ice easy to mix, and overall not too sweet. So when you don't want to overthink where to eat, this is a good default option.

They moved to level 6 (restaurant row, same level of cinemas). Smaller place but same excellent service and great homecooked tast of their dishes. Try not to go during peak hours as they rarely have available tables for lunch and dinner. Or reserve a table for convenience)

They have specific time to come. Better to have advance reservation because they have a discount on it. Food is great, a lot of variety to choose from. Drinks some powder juiced, Soda. No alcohol.

Had a reservation for 60 plus pax. Unfortunately some was not able to arrive before 8:30pm cut off. But still paid for the entire 60 plus people. No considerations. The waiter when asked for photos seems unwilling like its not part of his work to be asked for favor of taking a photo for customers. Sayang pera. Di masarap. Di maganda service. Lowest among all buffet I dined with. Talo pa sila ng OctoBoy sa EDSA.

Has plenty of options and the food is actually at par compared to higher prices buffet. The salmon sashimi tastes fresh. Food quality is good. We got the 3-5pm promotion 700++ PHP (Thursday) So for this price, it is really competetive. You can go for rib eye, lechon, and all other meats. Definitely a good option for buffet restaurants specially when you are in a budget. Only downside was, i was told that there was tuna and salmon sashimi at the reception. We already started eating before i checked the sashimi station, only to be told that no tuna available, and only salmon is available. (Shame)

Walked in and place a reservation just before they opened. There was already a queue formed 30min before it opened. . This place is huge , and the amount of food offerings is a lot - it took me about 2min 30sec to finish videoing all the food on offer. Local cuisine, japanese, Spanish and some international dishes. Local desserts offered. Overall a delectable experience - you get to try a little of everything. As for quality of the food, I can only comment for those that I'm familiar with. This is a place for quantity. Quality and taste is generally very acceptable.; probably not for the picky. The crispy pork corner is probably the best for me. They sure know their pork

Many Filipino dishes to choose. Even the filipino street foods are available. The restaurant is full pack every weekends. The staff are friendly and accomodating.

This is not the same DADS that I grew up with. I remember all the food being tasty and appetizing, and the place looked inviting. But now, some chairs obviously needs to be changed, walls and ceilings need to be repainted, actually, the whole place needs to be renovated. It looks old, worn out, and outdated. Additionally, the food doesn't taste as good anymore. Every choices are either oily or too dry. If you are here to enjoy and you waited until lunch to eat anything, trust me, you will not be satisfied. Yes, you will be full for eating just to get your money's worth but at the end of the day, you'll realized that it wasn't worth it. In one occasion, I think I ate an expired ice cream and I told my concern to one of the staffs and she just brushed it off saying that it's a different flavour. There are literally only 3 available flavours that day: coffee, vanilla, and strawberry. I'm sure heck that isn't strawberry or vanilla because of the color. The coffee (there were 2 buckets opened), I took a scoop from the other bucket to compare and yep, the other bucket is definitely from an old batch. Needless to say, my recent visit on this branch is awful. Though I would like to commend some staffs who are very hospitable and approachable. Please keep doing your best ☺️

We dined at Dad’s Megamall branch, and honestly, it was the dirtiest buffet I’ve been to so far. The plates and glasses were greasy — we even had to wipe them with tissue just to make sure they were clean, gosh. There were also flies flying around the place. Like, what the heck? I couldn’t even enjoy the food after seeing that. Most of the dishes weren’t replenished anymore, so we had to wait for them to cook more. I’m not sure if it’s because we arrived around 7:30 PM, but most of the food was already running out. I’m writing this review not to ruin their image, but to hopefully encourage them to keep the place clean and more pleasant for their customers.

This restaurant serves one of my fave Chinese style noodles, the braised pork was so good and the noodles just the right firmness, sadly the soup was not that hot. Radish pastry is a must order for those who want to try something that is not on your usual dimsum menu. For dessert, I recommend the red bean pancake, crispy and hot but not too sweet. Hopefully next time they will serve the service tea that is hot because the one served to us was room temp already.

Favorite for this meal was the Salted Egg Custard bun ⭐️ I personally like custard buns to begin with🤌🏻💯 The filling was creamy, rich, slightly sweet, and very flowy. The bun itself is just average (maybe because I already ate it when it was cold) — it isn’t chewy, but it isn’t dry. It was yummy overall! 🥢Their xiao long bak was also good. Flavorful broth, soft meat, chewy wrap, and it was the perfect size for one bite. Also ate this slightly cold already, so probably would have even be better if it was still hot. 🥢Fried rice & string beans were just mid 🥢Chicken soup was warm and it had maybe 3 chicken pieces in it. It was flavorful, but there seems to be something missing. The chicken pieces though were a bit pink in the inside still 🥢(not in photo) Dynasty Fried Chicken was also a favorite. It was crunchy, meat was tender, juicy, and had a good portion Also, actually dont know why they’d put a whole tub of alcohol in the middle of the table…amongst the food that you order…

I was really disappointed with my experience at Paradise Dynasty. I bought 3 coffees from a coffee shop right beside the restaurant, but when we went inside to eat, the server told me that I wasn’t allowed to bring it in. I politely asked if they sold coffee, and they said none — yet still insisted it was their “policy” for “hygienic purposes.” I was honestly shocked. We ended up having to leave the coffee untouched during dinner, and by the time we finished, it was already cold and wasted. Such a frustrating and unreasonable experience, especially when they don’t even offer coffee on their menu.

A family favorite. My son loves their cheese xiao long bao and can eat a whole basket. I like their beijing pork with wrapper and my husband likes their spicy wonton dry noodle. The service in this branch is also exceptional.

I came here for dinner and got seated right away. We ordered the Xiao Long Bao, la mian with double boiled chicken, shredded pork in black bean sauce, minced spinach, and rice. The food was really tasty. The Xiao Long Bao was juicy and flavorful, and the la mian broth was comforting. The shredded pork was a bit too salty for my liking. Service felt a little slow and uncoordinated, especially compared to Din Tai Fung, where everything runs like clockwork. Still, it’s a solid spot with good value for the price.

Paradise Dynasty never disappoints in delivering in both taste and experience. My family and I had Sunday lunch during the weekend and enjoyed their selection dimsum, noodles, and an array of Szechuan dishes. Personal favorites would be the mapo tofu and the Szechuan style chicken. These two are not too spicy and can be eaten by young ones but the distinct flavor profile really comes through. Of course, their signature xiao long bao cannot be left one. It’s definitely an experience worth having but once you identify your preferred flavor, you can always get ahead and orders those specifically. I’m partial to black truffle and crab roe and would stuff myself with as many as I can.

Have been here on multiple occassions. The food is always amazing. This is definitely one of the best places for xiao long bao and Chinese food. Will always recommend this place to friends and family.

Ordered a Squid Aglio Olio, 3 pastas (Penne Chicken Pesto, Vongole, and Porcini and Prosciutto), and their Affumicato pizza for 3 people. 3 pastas are more than enough for 3 pax since it's probably good for 2 if you don't have a huge appetite. The service is nice and friendly, but we unfortunately encountered a minor lapse in attentiveness when it came to our order, though that's not really much of a problem. The food however is another story. Podium has always been, in my eyes, an upper-middle to high end establishment. When it comes to restaurants, sadly and frustratingly, the food places, especially the ones that look pretty on the outside, are mid. As in not good for its price. The pastas are underseasoned though well cooked. They lack in the taste profile. With the porcini tasting mostly like cream and not enough porcini mushroom umami. The pesto is dominated by the cream and barely any pesto taste, and the almond barely does anything to it. The vongole is just all oil and barely any taste to the seafood. (Yes I'm aware vongole is oil-based, it just tastes bland). And their affumicato pizza....I was looking forward to the blend of flavor between the meats and the bechamel but there was like what, a micron of bechamel and the mish-mash of meats just overpowers everything. There's little difference between this and a baked piece of bread with italian meat that one can whip up in a breakfast rush. All these nice sounding and nice looking ingredients and presentation just to end up with a mediocre dining experience was certainly something I was disappointed with though wasn't surprised by. But I guess if you have money and friends who are wanting to eat here, then I guess you'll still enjoy. I'm willing to bet that the time together with people is the only thing you'd be enjoying.

Tried Salvatore Cuomo Cafe several times but I always end up ordering their vongole pasta, which I liked a lot. My sister also loved their alfredo pasta. The Sicilian cannoli was good. Also tried their tiramisu and mango shake on a different day and enjoyed them.

The place is spacious and clean. Good coffee. Their tiramisu is not that sweet. Will probably come back for other dishes. Medyo matagal lang yung serving.

The food is excellent. The pizza dough is perfect—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The pasta tastes delicious, full of flavor. The seafood chowder is nice and generously topped with a variety of seafood. The sandwich also has a lot of toppings, making it hearty and satisfying.

Tender Bob’s is the go-to spot for comfort food done right. Their steaks are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, while their sides hit that nostalgic comfort-food note. We ordered seafood platter, oriental chicken salad and USDA ribeye steak. The service is friendly and quick, making it an easy choice for a laid-back lunch or dinner. Good juicy burger and plenty of fries. But the real winner is the chicken strips. Probably the best ive had in town. Maybe its the spice or the way it was perfectly good. They provide Huge portions, can be good for sharing when you want to try out many menu items. Solid 8/10

I ordered a Steak Medium Rare. It turns out their steak is frozen. Unfortunately, the middle part of the beef is cold. So I have to send it back and ask for it to be well done. It is understandable.

Great food! Ribeye was smoky and cooked perfectly-- medium rare. Roasted beef belly was amazing, perfectly tender with crunch from the roasted fat. We didnt expect much from the sides-- the bomb and onion rings but were blown away with the taste and quality. Onion rings which are rare in restos today were big, crunchy, and sweet. Salad and the bread bowl soup were soooo good too, you can ask for butter to eat the bread bowl and you have another snack!

Meatplus in manila.. pork belly and belly were the best. Jalapeno and mushroom Burger were great. Classic burger and chicken tenders were just ok. Truffle beef penne was surpisingly good and its good for two already. For sides, potato hash was the best, then onion rings and fries was pretty ordinary.

I really liked the food. The pan con tomato was surprisingly good — it was a lot for its price and very delicious. We ordered the rib eye for two; the steak quality was really good, and it was only grade 6! It was fun cooking it myself, but I hope they could season it with salt and pepper beforehand, since I wasn’t really sure how much to put, hehe. Cooking was fun, but take note that the oil splatters everywhere and it can be a bit painful if you’re not careful. Still, it added to the experience. The staff were nice, and the ambiance was very romantic with the yellow and dim lights — perfect for a date night. The price was definitely worth it for the quality of the food and the overall experience. However, I’m not sure what was happening — one staff member would fix our table (setting down utensils and plates), then another would come and rearrange it. Whenever they serve anything, one staff arranged the setup, and then another rearranged it again. 🤔😆

I live in italy and I don’t get to experience to eat steaks that much when I visit Philippines but this place serve one of the finest steaks. Been to so many places in Europe and this one lingers on my mind as well. Service is a 💯 . Location is perfect since I stayed in One shangri-la place. We had our lunch but will definitely back for a dinner the next time! Bravi!

Amazing service, outstanding food, not enough a/c. The steaks were being cooking in front of you and there were three tables cooking at the same time it got toasty. Overall amazing soup, salad and steak. Recommend the toasted wagyu!

With the exception of the fact that the restaurant was full of smoke as the orders started coming out, this was a really good experience. Their meat quality was of the finest - and the novelty of cooking your own steak the way you want on a smoldering stone is definitely worth the experience. The service was impeccable. It's been a long time since I've been in a restaurant where the staff were all extremely conversant in English. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable in the food they serve. The place is high-end given that their table settings are all formal. No paper napkins in this place - only cloth ones (same for the bibs). It's quite pricey, but for the food quality and experience, I'd definitely be back here!

Mouth-watering, melt-in-your-mouth wagyu steaks makes you want to cry for joy with every bite. Stone grill makes it an awesome experience too! Ribeye and tenderloin grade 10 is to die for! Staff are also very friendly and accommodating. You get the best cheesecake on your birthday too!!! 😊😊😊
