A really nice location encapsulating the story of Fairhope AL. Michael the docent was really knowledgeable and shared history and info about all the displays with historic reverence.

I almost skipped this little museum, but I’m so glad I stopped by! An old fire truck and equipment. Antique tools, clothing, and toys. Pre-Colombian arrowheads. 3D pictures. Newspaper clippings from past years. My overall favorite is the collection of whimsical woodcarvings on the second floor, but the most educational part might be the two old jail cells on the bottom floor—it’s shocking to see how little space prisoners had.

.What an experience. I came to this town by chance but I also don't believe in coincidence. This 2 floor museum is full of history and surprises. I didn't know about Organic Education or Single Tax corporation. The relics of history here are vast and can't say enough about the man at the door with the Mayor sign on desk. Hilarious and true asset to the character of museum. The photos and biographies are in murals and videos here and it quaint yet spacious enough to roam. Very well organized and interesting like the town of Fairhope itself

I've never stopped and explored Fairhooe as I did yesterday. I have always wanted to stop & explore the beautiful little historic town that my grandmother was from, but when I came upon the adorable (FREE) museum I had to stop. It featured the first firetruck, jail, and many other wonderful things including the notable people of Fairhope. If you love history & historic this, this is definitely one to stop & admire.

There was a lot of information packed into this little museum. There is no admission and everyone is friendly and helpful. It is wheelchair accessible as well.

This museum is a well done local archive of information. Well worth a visit and free.

I LOVE this art gallery. Well rounded place and just inspiring. I want to take their classes soon. They change the art out as well giving professional artists and hobby artists to show case their art. Local and elsewhere artist’s works are shown here. I also got to meet one of the artists, Bob Jones, while visiting which was so fun!

My father donated several unique items years ago and I was fortunate to be able to attend an event in which they were showcased.

Spent two days in Fairhope this past weekend taking Kim Bernadas Floral & Botanical Sculpture class. Kim was outstanding. She directed/guided us through creating multiple pieces of pottery using the flowers and veggies she brought to the classroom. I feel very fortunate to have had this creative workshop, meet Kim & time at the Eastern Shore Art Center. I will be back.

I have been a member at ESAC for 10 years...or more. I have taken pottery classes for all those years, and will continue. I seen this Art Center grow into an amazing gallery, with wonderful works of art from many cities, and the awesome local artists. So many talented instructors are teaching there, in all forms of art.

I hope for their sake they never host another pickleball event. Wait times were over an hour a match and they never knew what was going on.

I hate that I spent the day playing pickleball here in an unorganized tournament.

Great place to see Mobile Bay, go fishing, or walk through the flower garden.

Newly improved Bayside Park area looks and feels so good. This is a place to take a walk in the pier or on the beach or other paths. New and clean restrooms. Many water fountains for people and thier dogs.

This is one of my favorite spots. Watching the sunset over Mobile Bay from the pier never gets old .

Beautiful. Lovely views of the water, very clean, with the exception of the parking lot, people left litter. Roses and other flowers planted near the parking lot and there are benches facing the water. FYI pets are not allowed on the pier for obvious reasons and that rule is enforced. On one side of the pier,is Fairhope Municipal Beach, & on the other side is South Beach Park. Restrooms & drinking fountains are at the entrance to Fairhope Municipal Pier. Knoll Park is up the hill, directly before you hit Fairhope Municipal Pier. You can make a day of walking around the pier, beach, South Beach Park, & Knoll Park, I did. I saw a lot of people out very early walking thier dogs or exercising in groups. You can see a variety of different birds, the day I went, I saw seagulls, pelicans, Cardinals, Canadian Geese, and a big white goose. Everyone was friendly and courteous, no signs of vagrancy, it felt very safe. I was there very early from 5:45 to 9 AM.

A nice brewery in suburban Alabama, I stopped on my way to Orange Beach. I arrived early on a Friday so it wasn't busy. I grabbed a seat at the bar and had several half pours while I read a little. I stuck to my usual pattern of ales and ipas. The fairhope was fairly dry, a nice departure from all the juicy/haziness I usually drink. The two IPAs I had were ok, I liked the blood orange slightly more, but neither blew me away. It's family and dog friendly, so it probably gets loud when busy. There is some outdoor seating if it isn't too hot.

Nice little jaunt led us to this gem of a brewery. Atmosphere was laid back with pleasant decor. Fun tin tackers abound and they even have aplenty for purchase. Like most craft breweries there are hits and misses across the menu based upon personal preferences of the particular patron. The flagship Blue Steel delivers a smackle of tartness that is refreshing on these warm autumnal days.

Great selection of beers—whether you’re into lagers, porters, sours, or seltzers, there’s something for everyone. Normally this would be an easy 5-star spot for me, but the bartender today really missed the mark. Zero personality, borderline rude. I left while she was mid-convo with a couple she clearly knew—didn’t acknowledge me once. Honestly, I’ve felt more welcome at a gas station

We had a great time at fairhope brewing company. We went on a Saturday night and they had live music and great beer can you really ask for more. The staff was super nice and answered all the beer questions you could have. The atmosphere was great just a ton of people have fun and drinking great beer. I highly recommend this place.

We’ve been here a few times and enjoyed it but this visit was a bust. Tried to order a flight and was told they don’t do flights on band nights because it’s “overwhelming.” (Band wasn’t playing yet and the lady was literally doing nothing but staring at us waiting for us to order.) Started to order and another bartender comes over and tells us we can’t sit there because they “try to keep that area open for orders.” Then why didn’t the other bartender say something at any point while I was moving a chair over to that spot? No clue what we were going to do wrong next, so we cut our losses and left.

Always a 5. Good service and good beers on tap. Looking forward to black Friday (hopefully this year we can get in). Didn't disappoint! So summer more seltzers and less beer... More porters and stouts needed.

We never pass up a chance to visit Page & Palette. It is a beautifully curated bookstore with a coffee shop AND a bar. I mean, books and wine - what more do you need? The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful selection of all things coffee, books, gifts and bar. If you are looking for unique, local gifts, this is the place.

Always a great experience in here. Yeah, it’s a book store, but there’s also a coffee shop and a small bar area, also. Live music on Mondays. Pot luck on statists ok Saturdays during football season. Just an overall great experience. So many books!!!! Am great employees!!!!!!!

I love this place! We come to Perdido Key every spring and ended up spending an afternoon last year kicking around Fairhope. Stumbled into Page & Palette looking for coffee. Ended up staying for a few drinks at the bar and seeing a great band, Phil & Foster, who played at the venue at the back of the building. Saw them again this year and came back yet again to do some book shopping. I’m not sure there is a better format for a local business from at least the consumer’s POV — indy bookstore (with staff recs, which is always a good sign), cafe (with an awesome chai latte), bar (well-balanced pours) and local music.

This is one of the coolest bookstores I’ve ever been to. There was live music, a book signing, and all around great vibes. Helpful staff that go to another level to help! It is so worth it to spend your money here rather than online.

Really nice literary, French Quarter vibe in this downtown. This independent bookstore captures the culture of its surroundings through the cafe, complete with people talking about their writing groups and book clubs, a bar (!) in the back that has large working spaces too and regulars sitting up at the bar talking with the bartender, and, of course, a very nice bookstore, complete with a children's section that was not lacking. This is a jewel on the Gulf!

Cool place, and we bought the stuff that we couldn’t buy anywhere else, but since they have a surcharge if you’re using a card we just purchased the books we wanted from Amazon Prime (shitty thing to do, I know). I want to support local but they need to factor their credit card fees into their prices; if they had, then they would have made an additional couple hundred dollars from us today. Instead, they made a little less than $100

This place is so fun. A little lacking in the romance section and very little smut but still super cute. I wish they had more books and less stuff. The coffee bar and actual bar are so cool!

We were traveling from Texas to Florida. After reading the reviews we decided to make a short detour and try Sunset Pointe. We arrived around 2pm on Sunday, July 27th. Brunch is served until 3pm so we missed the normal menu. We were a little disappointed with the Snapper Throats, grilled slaw, potatoes, and the shrimp on the shrimp and grits. The grits were good and soft. The kamikaze chicken, pomegranate mimosa, and fried bread pudding were delicious. I had a few questions about items on the menu and the server really couldn't answer them, she tried her best and was nice but she didn't seem knowledgeable of the menu (maybe she was new).

Sunset Pointe at Fly Creek Marina on North Section Street has one of the best sunset views in Fairhope, Alabama. Chef Pete Blohme created an adorable seafood restaurant specializing in craft cocktails on beautiful Fly Creek.🍤 My favorite meal is the Gulf Coast BBQ Shrimp with Crusty Bread, possibly with an extra side of crusty bread. I’m not sure what I like more- the shrimp or the bread dipped in the broth. It’s a toss up of equal goodness. Starting off with the Kamikaze Chicken is a great way to begin any meal. They also have tuna nachos, seafood wraps, Poke tuna, grouper, salads, sandwiches, steak, chicken, pasta, and burgers. Plus they offer an extensive beer, wine, and cocktail menu. Rumor has it the Grouper Throats are the best thing on the menu. If they still sell it, the deconstructed key lime pie in a jar is fantastic. 🍤The restaurant is decorated in coastal decor that adorns warm wood walls. The bathroom is small for a restaurant this size but always clean. When it’s not too hot outside, that’s exactly where you want to sit. With views of the marina and Mobile Bay, outdoor seating with a view is plentiful. Wait staff have always been efficient and cheerful, with personal recommendations regarding choices to make your meal memorable. 🍤There are lots of locals dining here, and families with children of all ages. They do not take reservations, so I would arrive early or before the main lunch and dinner rushes. They are open daily from 11AM to 9 PMish. In all my years, I’ve never had anything but great service and outstanding meals here, only rivaled by the fantastic sunsets.

This was a great experience!! Had Sunday brunch on 5/18/25. The snapper throats were very nice size portions! The tuna blt hit the spot too! Both were delicious. I come back as often as I can

Beautiful views, superb service, delicious food! We weren’t really hungry because we’d had a late lunch but Sunset Pointe had been recommended and we wanted to try it on our only night in Fairhope. We had crab balls with a yummy kinda spicy thousand island sauce and their fried green tomatoes special-served with a light remoulade sauce and topped with corn kernels and feta cheese. Too cloudy for a sunset from their beautiful dining deck but it was a wonderful evening!

What a wonderful dining experience in Fairhope. The fish nachos were an unusual tasty combination of flavors. Grouper throats were fresh and seasoned perfectly. Grilled shrimp done right. Sorry I forgot her name, but our server was excellent.

The BBQ sauce in the BBQ shrimp was so good 👍 I asked the young waiter if they bottled it! I'm from Colorado and I would love this BBQ sauce on everything. So tasty and unique. Throats were good. I've never had these before.

We have been here once before and the food was just as delicious. Our waiter, Jacob (?) was the same as last time, great with recommendations and great with ideas. I am a fish/seafood lover, my hubby not so much so he got the burger which he said was one of the best around. I got the special, red fish over mushroom risotto and sautéed squash. Again delicious.

Free. Not a park like one would think it should look like. But, the old house is neat history to see it, even better to go inside it. Spent maybe 20 minutes at the location. There is talks about moving it in the future. Thats to bad, also sad to see so much buisness grew up so close to it. That should have never been allowed. I read somewhere that the man when he lived in his home slept in a hammock that hung up above the room. What a neat man and story he had.

I didn't even know this place existed right here in Fairhope until I attended an Eastern Shore Christian Singles Group who booked an event, including the history of Tolstoy Park. We were able to visit the place and meet the author, who wrote a book about the man who lived there and built the Hut. I would encourage anyone who likes history to check it out.

Unique cute little house! Free to visit, and it's worth it if you want to see a quick little unique attraction in the area. We did a road trip to the southern states and decided to stop here. We didn't go too far out of our way. It was a quick visit with a few pictures. If we went far out of our way, it wouldn't be worth it. But it was cute and nice to see for a quick stop along the way!

This place is worth a visit. It is located in a business plaza parking lot so don't be surprised when your GPS guides you into what seems like the wrong place. It is not visible right off hwy 98 but once you pull into the parking lot you can't miss it. We were able to park and visit the site without any issue. It is an interesting building and my kids loved seeing it and being able to go inside was a bonus. It made for a quick but interesting stop.

I read the book last year and wanted to see it for myself. So glad we did. I was saddened to see it in disrepair, but still worth the trip. It isn't easy to find so don't get discouraged, remember it is in a parking lot.

What a hidden gem. It's sad to believe this is found in a parking lot surrounded by business offices, but it's true. Be careful when visiting, the rains have caused some issues surrounding ilthe hut. In fact, it makes you wonder how it handles hurricanes and the rainy seasons back when he was living there.

Beautiful place to visit and they are doing so many things to make it better. So much work going on. I can't wait to see it finished

North Beach Park in Fairhope is such a beautiful spot! It’s right on the bay, with sandy beach areas, boardwalks, and trails shaded by big oaks. You’ll see plenty of seabirds and get some great views of the water. It has that mix of relaxation and adventure — you can stroll, explore, or just sit back and enjoy the scenery. Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Fairhope!

Loved it. So very beautiful and lovely. We enjoyed a brief visit on the beach and were mystified. Park was clean, friendly and not at all busy; It felt like a private beach all our own. The gate was unmanned and opened, our visit time was free of charge. You can see the recent upgrades and cleaning efforts recently accomplished here it is wonderful.

A Great place to go with a scenic views of ; Fairhope pier, a Sunset, and Mobile. The park is also a great place to have a picnic & kids to go in the water. The park also has restrooms. If you don’t have a resident past you might have to pay to go in. If you go at the close of the day, no one is working to take your money.

Very beautiful, but it is crowded with lots of people fishing. More than once we thought we were going to be hit by someone's fishing pole. The fountain area would be a great place for a picnic.

On the bay side of the gulf so you’re going to get murkier waters and darker sand. Very clean restrooms. Nice staff. Clean beach. Great fireworks show for the 4th

Very pleasant round of golf. The course has some very nice topography variations, particularly for lower Alabama. We played the last week in March and the Azaleas throughout the course were beautiful !!! The new greens were really fast and in really good shape. Thanks

I wanted to share some honest feedback regarding my recent experience at your facility. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing on multiple levels. First, the condition of the greens was very poor — far below what one would expect from a course charging $100 per round. Based on the quality of play and overall experience, the course should realistically be priced around $50 at most. In addition, the staff were unwelcoming and cold, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere from the moment I arrived. It genuinely felt as though the employees were unhappy to be there, which reflected poorly on the overall environment and service. Another major issue is that the driving range closes at 3:00 PM. This is prime practice time for many people who come after work or school, and closing it so early makes little sense. It’s just another sign of poor management decisions that hurt the customer experience. Overall, Rock Creek feels like a poorly managed facility that doesn’t justify the price or reputation it tries to maintain. If you’re looking to play golf in Fairhope, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere — for example, Magnolia Grove (RTJ in Mobile) or courses along the beach, both of which provide far better value, conditions, and service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the management makes meaningful improvements to the course, staff engagement, and pricing structure.

Great staff and amenities. Extremely challenging course that rewards good shots. Greens were Extremely firm but true. Pace of play was awesome for a Saturday. Only criticism, sand traps were washed out and needed attention. Look forward to next time.

I love this course. Carts are fast. Beverage cart personnel is flattering. Many holes with a lot of elevation challenges. Fairways and greens are a nice 9/10. The tee boxes could use some work but it’s just that time of the year where we’re all out there regularly tearing them up. The venue itself is sprinkled with a lot of residential lots. Stay out of their backyards, you heathens. The par 3’s are very challenging.

Loved this course. Lots of elevation changes, greens are quick but true. Course facilities are very nice, staff was friendly, engaging and helpful. We played there while on vacation. If I lived there, I would become a member. We got a chance to talk with some of the regulars there, and they were friendly and inviting. I really love this course.

We attended a wedding here. The location was perfect. The weather and course were awesome. The views of the course in the background were spectacular. The staff were extremely helpful. We all had a great time. Highly recommend this place for parties or weddings.

Nice spot for a hang with the family. The park is fairly straightforward. The view of the water and the picnic area is what makes it worth the visit. Aside from that it’s just an average park with nothing special for kids.

Finally got a chance to eat at the Blind Tiger restaurant. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is excellent. In door out door dining and surrounded by water.

Children had fun, they could feed fish and turtles in a pond, Bay water was not completely clean but I saw people swimming and having a blast.

It's been about 30 years since my last visit...and it's still just as good as I remembered. Where we were seated, we had a water view (not all dining areas do). But regardless of your table is located, the atmosphere is great. Our server (Benny - who is phenomenal) is the next generation of the family-owned operation. He was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The food was really good and the place is well-maintained. I only hope we get back here more often.

The best, most authentic Italian food in the South. I could not recommend this place more! The ambience, the wait staff (especially Bennie) and did I mention the food?! Lol. Top notch!

Amazing food! Superb dessert! Splendid service! We got there shortly after opening and were seated right away. Our server was cheerful and kind letting us take our time ordering since everything looked good and decisions were hard. Salad and bread sticks were not Olive Garden version, they were so much better. My daughter and I split the Shrimp Tortellini with tri-colored pasta. My husband and father-in-law each got the Gambino's Taste of Italy (they had to bring the majority of it home). The sauces are homemade and you can tell. It was all so rich and full of flavor. You could take a bite and just sit there with it resting on your tongue as you savor the flavors. For dessert we each had a piece of Tiramisu. This was not your everyday Tiramisu. You could taste each layer with every bite. My father-in-law now wishes he was Italian. Go. Enjoy the food and the atmosphere. You'll love it.

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with a large group (20). Hands down the best experience ever! Our waitress was on top of everything and ensured the libations were flowing. Our food came out all at the same time, piping hot and no one had a single complaint. Everything was perfect. If you haven't been, go! You won't regret it.

We had a lovely dinner at Gambino's. Our server, Mario, was welcoming and attentive. He was kind, engaging, and made our visit enjoyable. The Trio Combo appetizer, the Chicken Rocco, and Prime Rib were wonderful with large portions. We will definitely be returning and recommending it to others

Visiting Alabama and will definitely come back if we visit again. Italian dishes were wonderful and my Ribeye was perfection. The piano bar was a nice touch. Strongly recommend.

Outstanding local place. Paninis and Burgers were awesome. Fries and chips were fresh and top notch. Service was excellent and atmosphere was among the best.

When you look for a restaurant, you want an experience. This restaurant meets all your needs. Great food, just the right portions and maybe a little to share too. You have multiple options where to eat. Outside is very nice if it's not too hot. Is it too expensive? not really. It's a Fairhope restaurant, not a fast food place. The pricing was a little high, but fine. A little busy with people walking all over, but also fine. I do recommend this place. Decent food. My friends love it as well. They both had salads with chicken and said they were wonderful. I had a Grilled Chicken Bahn Mi sandwich with fries.....both very tasty. There are also nice walkways on the way into the restaurant with lots of trees, plants, fountains, & some cats. Give it a try.

My husband and I stopped in here while on a bike ride. The staff were so sweet and friendly. We grabbed some smoothies to go I had the pineapple princess which was amazing and he had the strawberry banana. He was very happy with his choice too. The atmosphere is super cute! It was $8 for a smoothie so reasonable prices and definitely worth it for the quality. Bathrooms were clean too!

I got the Pops Mozzarella and Tomato with fries and a side of ranch. The sandwich was cooked so well and I was almost sad I only had one. The fries were very good but I will say they were somewhat soggy and harder to eat as they cooled down, I'd recommend finished them first. The ranch was delicious and went best with the fries and even on the sandwich. The sweet tea was also very good, I typically stick to water after my first glass but I condone help but get a refill. Our server was absolutely wonderful and very attentive given how busy she was. Our order was taken and the food came out all in very good timing. We did wait about 20 minutes for our table but it was a nice day out and given how busy they were that was honestly great timing. The atmosphere is rustic and amazing and it was a very calm place for lunch. I can’t believe I hadn't been before and I can't wait to come back!

Amazing food, view and service. We ordered the tomato and mozzarella panini and the grilled chicken bahn mi panini. Both sandwiches and fries were perfect. I feel like I’ll be having dreams of these meals in my future.

I had heard people talk about this place but I had never seen it or had anything from there. Now I know why people talk about it. We went about 12:30 on Friday. One would think it would feel crowded during the lunch rush, but there was a laid back feeling. The landscaping is inviting, and the fountain is cool. The courtyard completes the transition from street to relaxation. We sat inside and it was cozy. Our server was there immediately. When we ordered our drinks there was the perfect amount of time for us to decide what to get and check out some very interesting decor. We both ordered a panini muffeleta. Again, perfect timing for our food to arrive. It was hot, but not too hot to eat comfortably. It was delicious 🤤. Our server was attentive but not hovering. I highly recommend this place. There are at least 3 different entrances, but it's a little difficult to find. It's in the middle of a block. It's definitely worth the effort. We will definitely be back

Best Panini I have ever eaten! Just an explosion of flavors. A must visit in Fairhope. The atmosphere is super chill, very relaxing and quaint. It is in the French Quarter.

This is a lovely little antique "Booth" style store in Fairhope, Alabama. Parking was quite easy and it is much bigger on the inside than it appears. Prices are very fair but you're not necessarily going to get anything for a great steal.

This place has grown since we were there last! So much fun hunting for treasure! Well priced, clean, neat.. your next stop needs to be here!

I used to love this place. You could find cute things for a reasonable price. Unfortunately it's gone down hill. Lots of booths run by people who have lost touch with reality and are passion pricing. I can't tell you how many times I come here and find mass produced junk from Walmart, TJ maxx, Hobby Lobby, and Target, resold here and price hiked 30-60%. Do they think we are stupid? idk. What I do know is that the greed is out of control. Stop reselling mass produced items at extortionately high prices. and additionally, just because something is "old" doesn't make it worth more $. Finally, just because you put 4-8 hours into painting or sanding a 50-150$ piece of furniture you found on fb market or an estate sale, doesn't mean its now suddenly worth 500-800$. get real. The inventory barely changes month to month because no one is selling much for all of these reasons.

My wife and I visited and were pleasantly surprised with the variety, organization, and cleanliness. Staff was super friendly and there was so much to look at. I would highly recommend visiting in the area. Good hours and they have lots of cool things ranging from tools to furniture that everyone should have something they like.

This is an escape into the past, it's organized and has something for everyone. Much larger than what it looks like on the outside we spent a couple of hours shopping from stall to stall and reminiscing on the past.

This place is amazing. I loved the farm, it’s perfect for any event. Can be dressed up or dressed down. I also highly recommend for your next photo shoot. Glenda and Gloria were so sweet and helpful. Diane went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She’s your go to hype girl.

This place is absolutely magical. I had been here for a few events when I was young, and knew when I started planning my wedding that it had to be here. Marva Dean and her entire staff were so helpful, friendly, and honestly went above and beyond to make everything stress free on an easily stressful day. Amazing wedding venue for all sizes and it's only 5 mins from our Airbnb ! Many of our guests have loved Events they attended and we have been to a couple of events in the small reception room and in the big one and it's a very nice setting . Great staff...truly enjoyed it .

Oak Hollow hosted the rehearsal dinner before my son’s wedding. They were very helpful and accommodating with everything we needed. The venue was spacious and perfect for our event. Stopped in the Fairhope store while visiting from out of town. The woman who was working on May 15, 2024 when the store opened was so friendly. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name to mention her by name but she treated the store as if it was her own. (She may have been the owner - not sure). she was so kind and helpful. She truly seemed to care about the store and her customers. They have great products and good prices. Cute store!

Just about the only tourist type gift shop in town. Hardly saw anything with Fairhope on it anywhere else. It is all quality and none of the typical souvenir stuff. They even have an exclusive contract with Fairhope's most well known potter. As with the rest of the town, they are very friendly and patient.

Another must visit when visiting Faurhope! Great products and the friendliest staff in town!

Found this amazing restaurant by accident. Reserved a 5pm table. We were seated next to the fireplace, I definitely want to go back near Christmas. Had the shrimp stack appetizer, the lamb shank entree and my spouse had the pork chop. Excellent selections of wines by the glass or bottle. Can't wait to go back.

We went down for the weekend and had some spectacular dinners…the best being Wash House. From the appetizers to the dessert it was all fantastic. If you are trying to decide between little bird and wash house… there’s no comparison go to wash house. The food and drinks are better, less expensive and the service is better!

We had a great dinner experience tonight at The Wash House. We tried many appetizers, our favorite being the Beef Spring Rolls and had the Duck, the Filet, and the Chateaubriand. Duck was good, the steaks were great, the gouda mashed potatoes were a hit. For dessert we tried the Key Lime bread pudding and Baileys Turtle cheesecake. It's no wonder at why they stay busy! The service was by far the best we've had in a long while. Our server Rohan was excellent and explained the menu well including recommendations when he was asked and the manager Wyatt was very knowledgeable about the foods and preparations of the dishes. You can tell he cares about the team and the guests. Thanks Wash House, we will return!

Had a wonderful experience for our anniversary. The chateaubriand was phenomenal and the shrimp and grits were on point :) try the beef spring rolls (and the crème brûlée)

The staff were on point and EXTREMELY good at their jobs. One of the best service experiences I've ever had. The food is awesome, reminiscent of New Orleans fine cuisine. The atmosphere tends to be a bit cramped and loud, but an overall pleasurable experience. Prices are steep in comparison to the amount of food you get, but amazing taste, texture, and presentation. Highly recommend for a fine dining experience.

I really wanted to enjoy The Wash House but it just didn't live up to expectations. The staff was very kind and attentive. However the food and atmosphere felt a bit dated. I expected more and will likely try somewhere else next time.

This place has a very good back bar. Due to the extensive selections of items in the back bar and the expertise of the bartenders they are able to produce an extensive array of high-end, craft drinks. This is a straight up bar. There is no food. They do have an exterior seating area. However, the cigar smokers will run you out. Overall, it is a great experience until the cigar smokers arrive.

Atmosphere 10/10 Staff is amazing and makes the BEST hand crafted cocktails! You’d be crazy not to come here and enjoy these speak easy vibes. Also, do NOT miss trivia… also heard they were doing a Twilight theme soon?! How cool! Life long customer! 🤩

It might be small, but this T&G packs a big punch—kind of like one of Sierra’s cocktails. The vibe is cozy, the drinks are classy, and Sierra and Travis run the place like a well-oiled (and slightly buzzed) machine. Can’t decide what to drink? this is the perfect date night or after dinner spot! they have a great selection of liquors and a full menu of craft cocktails. on top of that, i was undecided and my bartender made me a customized drink to my preferences. sierra is the best bartender ever!

My favorite spot for a laid back, chill vibe. They have trivia nights and the BEST speciality drinks. Our bartender (I believe her name was sierra) never had me waiting. I enjoyed watching her expertly make our drinks and loved her energy, 10/10!

Walked into this bar expecting a drink, left with a spiritual awakening and a suspicious craving for tequila. Sierra is the bartender, therapist, DJ, and part-time magician (I still don’t know how she made that cocktail disappear so fast). She somehow remembers everyone’s name and their drink order, even if you only told her in a whisper while sneezing. At one point, I asked for something “refreshing and dangerous,” and she handed me a drink that made me text my ex and sign up for a salsa class. 10/10. If you want a good time, go anywhere. If you want a great time, ask for Sierra.

Super cool vibes in the building, and the drinks were so unique and well crafted. Cool people behind the bar, especially the bartender (Sierra) and the manager (Sid) introduced himself and was super friendly and funny

It’s beautiful here on the Eastern Shore of Baldwin county. We get plenty of fast and furious rain, and we stay on high alert during hurricane season.

Love the atmosphere here!! I got the cauliflower appetizer. It has a little kick to it and is very salty but still pretty good. The salads here are huge and I definitely recommend them.

There’s no southern charm about that place at all and that’s what”Fairhope” is supposed to be all about. My fiancé and I are semi new to the area and wanted to launch out our kayaks. It says they have a launch. So we walk in the office thinking that’s were we could get the info. WRONG! First off none of them hardly looked our way when we walked into the small building. No “hey good afternoon how are you guys? How can we help you?” More of they stared at us until I said hello and my fiancé spoke up and said we are looking for the kayak launch. All we got was a “its in town” like no help at all. Just wish the staff would have been ALOT nicer and had that southern charm that Fairhope is supposed to have . Not that place. Hate it we were looking forward to making that a new spot .

I have had my boat here for over 2 years now and couldn’t be any more satisfied. From day one the owner and staff here instantly made me feel like family. They do an excellent job maintaining the facility and ensuring your vessel is safe. The recent renovation has really put this marina in a new class and added new life to the property as well. The atmosphere is absolutely one of the most rewarding benefits of storing your boat here. The scenery is great and the restaurant is amazing. Keep it up guys!!!!

I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The coffee was very strong…coulda been sweeter for me personally. The cake I ordered was so tasty, with a great texture.The service was friendly.

Dragonfly does it again… We eat here about every 3 weeks, if not once a month. Each time, is a different and wonderful experience. The frequent changes of the specials always give us something new to try and it’s always SOO good. Their fall drink menu was wonderful, we loved the Black Flame Candle the most. And more recently, St. Fuchsia Sour and Great Green Macaw have been wonderful. We absolutely adored the mixed berry gazpacho and the five spice duck is always a staple. The oyster mushroom taco was fantastic also. I could go on and on.

Just had lunch at the Dragonfly today and it was terrific. We ate on the patio and the atmosphere was perfect. We had lunch with our family including grandsons and our fur baby. We were all treated wonderful. Our server Andrew was the best. Oh, the food was perfect in every way. We all had different menu items and everyone was in agreement it was amazing. Our favorite place in the area to enjoy a great meal. Thank you to everyone at the Dragonfly!!!

I was so blown away (and not because hurricane Helene was passing close by)! I’m staying at a nearby resort, and the food here is far and away better (and it costs less)! It’s some of the best food I’ve ever had, and now I’m sad because there isn’t one near me. You can taste the fresh ingredients, and the balance of flavors is just perfect! That goes for the drinks too! This place deserves awards, but also, I want it to stay a little undiscovered and accessible ☠️. BUT IT SHOULD HAVE ALL THE AWARDS! I need to go back and eat my way through the menu.

Although the service is pretty slow at the time we came as they missed our order, the food is pretty good. I recommend to try the oyster french toast and vegetable bowl for those prefer not too heavy and healthy dish (other dishes are mentioned in the pictures). Definitely try their tacos as well, plenty of options and every type is delicious! Nice patio to sitting outside as the inside is kinda crowded and too dark for me; there are umbrellas so no worry about the heat this summer.

The food is so unique, you’ll never make a bad choice no matter what you order. Been here many times and have ordered nearly the whole menu over that time. All of the tacos are great… you can’t go wrong with any of them. All of the ramen and rice bowls are fantastic. The chef and owners here have an amazing vision that definitely works!

A unique spot with something for everyone. We shared the pork skins and queso which was sooooo good. Easily the best pork skins around. I got a burger and my wife got a couple of the tacos. Our server was fun and knowledgeable as well.

High-quality sushi experience in a small, welcoming atmosphere. Convenient location in downtown Fairhope. Nice selection of current pop music playing through the speakers, but quiet enough as to not obstruct conversation. Good service - our drinks were frequently topped off. I had the 3 sushi roll lunch special with ginger salad. For my sushi rolls, I chose the Boston roll, Alaskan roll, and Spicy Eel Avocado roll. They were each excellent and I would order all three again. I think the Alaskan was my favorite, but only due to personal preference. My wife had the chicken and beef hibachi (teppanyaki) lunch special. It was very good and would be a crowd pleaser for those who aren't into sushi. The miso soup she got was also great. I highly recommend Master Joe's to Japanese/sushi fans or anyone looking for a calm dining experience!

Popped in for lunch after visiting a relative in the hospital. My server was very attentive and put my order in quickly. My sushi was delicious — very fresh, they didn’t overdo it with the rice, and very high quality fish. Will definitely be back!

This was a wonderful experience. My God-daugter invited me to Master Joe's. She ordered steak hibachi with the soup and I had chicken and shrimp with the salad. Food presentation is everything. It is a great Irish bar, but on game day Saturday 10/4 they were out of Peroni beer & they were out of another common beer. The service was a slow - we left at 1/2 time - wanted more cold beer, I understand they were shorthanded but it was a Saturday game day they should have had more help & more beer.

I know you all were working your butts off but you should have closed the kitchen. 4 people for the entire establishment? Yes, you were too busy but service was dismal. The food subpar. How can you make fried fish so dry. Bread pudding that’s crunchy? Nothing we ordered was “good”. Sorry.

I usually take good picture but it was so good we dug right in. The fried pickles were the best I have had in years. The Salsa was really good and home made !!!! The Chili was really nearing and the spices so well balanced. At our table we had a Burger, a Reuben , Potato salad, the Corned Beef and the Sheperds Pie! Everything was fresh and so really amazing ! The service is great and the atmosphere is warm and it is a must visit when around Fairhope! We will visit again !

First time here for us. The food was excellent! The burger was cooked perfectly, juicy as can be, and all the produce fresh. The fish and chips were really good too- not overly greasy. The fish came with a malt vinegar sauce on the side that I thought was heavenly!

Nice, clean park with a toddler area and splash pad. Parking can be a bit tough at times, but other than that, the kids had a great time! the only tiny complaint I have is that it would be nice if the would put some sort of cover over the swings so the sun wouldn't heat them up so bad. The kids couldn't even swing.

I took my Granddaughter to this part a few days while she was visiting. The splashpad was a hit with her, and she loved all the playground equipment. The park was, for the most part, clean with little trash around. The kids playing had fun and were engaging.. :-) as kids usually are.! In the evening, there were a few teens that dropped by, they were noisy, yet respectful. no foul language, just goofing off. While she was here, I think we went 3-4 times, and each time, she found something new to play with or engage in. Only negative, the chimes, drums, and such need maintenance. One of the drum heads was broken, and several of the chimes isolation pads were broken. Restrooms were clean ! Nice work Fairhope!

Very nice community park that geared towards children. Multiple playground and splash pad. This is the ideal place for a kids party! Highly recommend for anyone who has children and need something to do.

Amazing space! Playground is so cute with lots of different styles of playground equipment. Small grassy park that you can lay mats on to hang out in or have a picnic. Splash pad is super cute that's pirate themed. Restroom is available and clean. Some public parking spaces available close by. We went on a weekday afternoon so the crowd was manageable.

This beautiful park is a perfect spot to cool off on a hot HOT day! There are lots of shady spots among the swings, climbers, and interactive toys, plus the wet and wild Pirate's splash pad offers lots of clean, cool fun!

Very nice place, we traveling with my 3 year old daughter and stopped today near this beautiful place. Big trees, playground for for small and bigger children, nice splash playground, restroom. Adults can make some workout while they kids playing. Good and clean place.

Wonderful park for kids. Splash park and all kinds of different things for them to play on. It has a bathroom in the park and is enclosed by a fence with a gate. It's always very clean. Best children's park in Baldwin County that I've found so far. It was remodeled in the last few years and is very safe.

We have been attending Theatre 98 for several years and really enjoy the shows. We highly recommend buying tickets to a show and you will be hooked like we have become. Great talent, great venue, and all done here “at home”

I had went to see my first show here with my mom The Marvelous Wonderettes because I knew two of my friends in it em and tyla!! and the other 2 girls in the show I met were so sweet too!! it was such a funny 😂 great show me and my mom loved it!! such a cute little theatre!!❤️ I’m planning on auditioning august 4th for bell, book, and candle!! can’t wait!!:) love this cute little theatre in fairhope it’s so nice!!:)

I've never been to a more personable theater. Everybody there is extremely nice and it feels very homely and is overall a great experience. Every seat of the house has a different view but none of them are bad. The seats are angled so that there are no heads in the way. It is a small enough room that The actors are loud enough for everybody to hear. It is overall a great experience and I recommend it to anyone in the area.

I have been a seaon ticket holder for over 30 years. I never regret it even if I miss one of the plays, it helps Theater 98. Which helps them put on more plays or update the theater.

Great performance. Love the theater. Could use more restrooms but we got by. Lol wish the show played longer. Would go back to see 4 Old Broads. Hilarious.

Great little theater, converted out of an old church. It's not fancy, but it's functional and long lasting, which is more important than being elegant. A good story with good actors doesn't need special effects or a fancy building.

I moved to this beautiful quaint city several months ago and am now in love. The people have been engaging and the opportunities for culture and entertainment are perfect for us. The shop is beautiful! The lady that works there is awful! She was talking to my 3 year old who has a speech delay. She kept on saying, “you don’t know how to talk”. She told her, “ you need to go to daycare and talk because your mom is not doing her job”. She literally kept running her mouth to her. My little girl is in speech twice a week. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I left because of it. Lost a customer due to a rude lady who does not have a filter. I will say the young man working was so kind and he apologized for her behavior.

When you're in Fairhope AL, the Happy Olive is a must-see family-owned shop. They have the cutest unique gifts and entertaining items. Their specialty olive oils, balsamic vinegars, seasonings and cocktail fixings are amazing. Their owner and staff make you feel like family from the time you walk in the door. I sure wish I had taken photos while inside to share on this review...I figure you'll just have to go see it for yourself!

The customer service here is VERY great. The lady who helped me and my friend was so kind to let us test a sample of something close to closing. She didn’t make us feel like we were being an inconvenience and treated us with kindness! We ended up purchasing the dip we tried and I will definitely be back mainly because of the ladies who that store is lucky enough to have and also just found my favorite dip! I got the mango feta dip but they have other flavors. I also got a mini set of their olive oil and balsamic(as a gift) and I use it all the time! I think employees can really make an experience special, and although just a routine part of that employees day, she made our time downtown special and we just truly appreciate that memory. I hope management sees these reviews and I hope those employees know they are appreciated!

This store is absolutely precious! They have such a wonderful selection of infused olive oils and balsamic vinegar. Wow, I got the dark cherry yesterday and it is just so good! They offer a rewards point program and have so many fun items and accessories. They also offer gift wrapping so if you need a great gift, definitely go see them!

Our friends introduced us to Happy Olive. They have many different flavors of Olive oil from all around the world. You can sample them. We bought the Strawberry infused Balsamic vinegar and it is so delicious. The Kalamata oil with the highest medicinal properties is great. Definitely recommend going to the Happy Olive You can sample and buy great gifts too.

I visited The Happy Olive last summer and fell in love with their delicious balsamic vinegars. The variety means there's surely one that will suit your tastes! For Mother's Day this year, I decided to treat a mother in my life with some treats. I couldn't visit the store, so I ordered online. It was very easy, and I was given plenty of updates about my order. I wish there were more descriptions on some of the items, but I've never gotten anything here I didn't like, so I wasn't too worried. If you need suggestions, I recommend the fig balsamic vinegar. It's so delicious that I often just drizzle it on some bread as a snack. Also check out the cheesy bop bops!

Roll in the hay was really good. Roman Street was excellent. The weather was perfect. The sound engineer favored bass and drums and drowned out some of the best music. The pet friendly event attracted dome people with pets unsuited to a crowd with other pets.

Amazing concert venue!!! I love attending shows here with my kids! We bring our chairs & cooler and enjoy the evening and the fresh air! Parking can be difficult to find, but not impossible, just may have to walk a bit. There are usually food truck vendors and porta potties. Overall, we love it!!

Super cool venue, sort of like a smaller festival stage. Bring your snacks, canned drinks , a couple picnic tables at the back too. Paid parking close, but plenty of street parking another street over (at my show at least) on S Section in front of the Redeemer church. Standing room close to the stage also- do a little of both. Sound is pretty good! Loud enough close up but ok for conversation back in the lawn section.

The concert part of it was amazing, and there was a nice stage. I found parking pretty close. The reason I gave it 3 stars is because I think it's inadequate as far as handling large crowds like that for the lack of sufficient proper restroom facilities, with having to fill in the slack with porta potties.

This is a very pretty venue located right in the heart of Fairhope. Lots of parking and a beautiful park with frisbee golf. We love walking our dog in this area. If you visit, be sure to walk through the college campus.

My husband and I did the Taste of Fairhope last weekend as part of my birthday celebration. We had a great time and enjoyed the food and drink at each location. Jennifer our tour guide was awesome. She knew so much about the town and each restaurant. I highly recommend this tour and for you to skip breakfast and lunch before you go!

My mom and I did the Christmas Cocktail Crawl with Parker and she was absolutely amazing! All four of the drinks were delicious, as was the food we ate at the stops. We would definitely recommend this tour!

Lots of fun - indoor and outdoor film venues, plenty of excellent restaurants nearby and an intriguing selection of films. Well worth a trip.

Good food and friendly service. Nice atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. The loaded fries and the Alfredo were yummy! Our server Eva was great.

The atmosphere here was absolutely on point. So quaint and really feels like you’re in a European alley. The service was also amazing. I had the wild mushroom pasta which was really delicious. The bread that came with it was dry but it had a good flavor and I think it would have been good if it was fresh. My husband had the plain Jane burger and the chicken parmigiana. Unfortunately he said he’d had better frozen meals than the chicken parmigiana. The service was great the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the food was not to the standard we would have liked. The place was clean and seemed like they ran a tight ship. Hopefully we just came on an off day and the food will be better next time. I love that they had fresh herbs in the courtyard and I’m sure it’s pretty at night when the string lights are lit.

Good food and excellent service in a gorgeous atmosphere. We stopped in today for a lite lunch and Savannah took excellent care of us. There were several bigger parties ahead of us so it took a little while to get our food out but it was very tasty. The restaurant is very cool with lots of little nooks to find shade outside and does feel very European. I would definitely recommend going there.

We ordered takeout with door dash. The bill was around $150.+. Our Caprese salad was ridiculously tiny for $19. Our whipped ricotta was crazy tiny for $16 + about a spoonful. The focaccia was hard and dense. Had to bite with the side of my mouth and tear it. I ordered the tomato and cucumber salad $7 , about a half cup full, but tasty. My chicken parm had hard overcooked edges on the chicken. Good sauce though. The other pasta dish was dry but tasted ok. We are here vacationing and can't believe what this turned out like. A horror. You can see in the picture how ridiculous the 2 slices of tomato and mozzarella look. When opened. This picture was before a bite was taken!!! Oh well. Live and learn. Never again.

We got an outside table which was perfect with shadows by a giant tree and great live music during lunchtime on Saturday 😊 We had pasta and shrimp sandwiches which are also great. The homemade French fry was amazing! The service level was high, and the service was provided by a very kind lady. We had a perfect Saturday lunch 💯

So this is my first time witnessing the amazing atmosphere of locals. Let me Getcha on somethin’. The food is amazing, the drinks were awesome and the service was phenomenal. I highly recommend checking this place out and swinging by the bar for some good drinks! The bar tender Lillie was amazing and made sure we had our drinks filled. A perfect place for a date or dinner with the family. Highly recommend.

had a great dining experience at Locals today! my husband had a build your own burger with bison, and he said that it was incredibly delicious. I had Mike’s Beef and it was also delicious. Locals is a great place to stop if you’re visiting downtown Fairhope. :)

I had the chicken and French toast and the avocado toast. I enjoyed them both! The French toast is cinnamon roll French toast so it had lots of flavor! Someone else got the traditional French toast with the fruit on top and it was delicious! Definitely recommend. I haven’t tried the bakery items yet but they all look delicious! The cookies are only $1 so I got a handful of them.

I love a down home diner and this place fits the bill. Friendly service, good food and relaxing environment. You gotta try the Conecuh (kuh-neck-uh)) sausage.

Not so hidden gem of Fairhope. Nothing disappoints. The baking is top tier. The pie crust catches your attention the first time you see it for sure, and not because it's fancy. Be sure to check out their day old deals, you won't be disappointed.

Food is ok. Nothing to write home about. I tried it twice. Both times ordered a simple dish. Biscuits and gravy 1st visit and a toasted bagel 2nd. Both times service wes slow. 2nd time they forgot myntoasted bagel entirely, Wife finished her breakfast and even after being reminded of my order 2x it was another 5 minutes on top of the 20 minute wait. Not busy at all. I was disappointed in the customer service. Sorry. I want to say how awesome it was but people make the difference and I felt ignored.

Warehouse Bakery & Donuts hits a sweet spot between bakery and brunch café. If I were to pick one downside: the parking and potential for crowds might make weekends a bit busier than some prefer—but if you get there early, you’ll likely catch the best of what they have.

This is my first time visiting this slightly off the beaten path Restaurant. Actually drove a little out of my way to try it. The warehouse did not disappoint we had the shrimp Beignet and French toast meals. I went for a cup of coffee and my guest a sweet tea with lemon. They were packed so I opted to sit outside and it was pleasant weather sunny 72 degrees. We waited a reasonable amount of time for our food and it looked great and more than fair portions! The taste and temp were just perfect! We had a wonderful experience! Thank You!

You order your food at the counter and it is brought to your table and what fantastic food it was! The roasted vegetables and eggs were full of flavor and the biscuit was fluffy. Quite delicious, definitely will be making a return visit!

I love the fact that Fairhope has an authentic Lebanese restaurant with delicious Mediterranean dishes. It is a great small family-run place that's bright and friendly right on the main drag. A definite spot to return to frequently!

I have been wanting to try Sage for a while now after hearing how good and authentic their Lebanese food is. Our table shared some appetizers and ordered our own meals as well. I had the Greek salad and added chicken and thought it was salty and a very small portion of chicken. My husband ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and that was delicious! The grape leaves were small and the rice seemed undercooked. The hummus was delicious. We also got a small bucket of pita with the app which wasn’t nearly enough bread for all the dips so we had to pay more money for pita in order to finish everything.

Sage is a fantastic spot for fresh, flavorful Mediterranean and Lebanese food. I love this style of cuisine, and Sage consistently hits the mark. We’ve had coworkers from out of town visit, and they’ve already been twice—it’s quickly become a go-to. The shawarma and hummus plates are especially good, and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere makes it a great place for lunch or dinner. Always a solid choice!

When I received the check the cost of my food was higher than the menu price. I confronted the waitress and with an attitude she said the owner raised the prices and didn’t have a chance to get new menus. I asked to speak to the manager and she came back and said he was busy cooking. There was also a technology charge that I asked about and she said it’s for using a credit card. I paid cash and they would not lower the price. Will never go back.

Wow! This place is SO GOOD. We got the kibbeh, two entrees (beef on rice and lamb on hummus), and the canafe dessert… everything was 10/10 delicious. Really friendly staff, great atmosphere. Highly recommend! We’ve found our new favorite Fairhope restaurant - it’s the best.

I enjoyed the KEBAB MIXER (sample of shish, chicken and Kafta kebab, yellow rice.) you can order just one kind but I couldn’t decide. Rich flavors, but not overdone. Moist and tender and two wonderful dips, and a small salad. I’m glad I went at lunchtime because it was a lot.

In town visiting. Great food and coffee. Lots of choices including specialty drinks, coffee, smoothies, but also budget friendly options like simple brewed coffee. We had the salmon bagel and the avocado toast. Would recommend both. Parking is limited if busy but they get people in and out really quick so cars are in and out as well. the overall vibe is a bit hippie-chic (not my style) but fun. Gave 4 stars only because the seating is limited (by design I’m assuming) to a few tables on the front patio which if the sun is out is a bit of an inferno.

Still My Favorite, But Hoping for a Return to Its Roots Coffee Loft has been my go-to for years—my favorite coffee shop, hands down. I’ve always loved the cozy, sit-down vibe it used to have—the kind of place where you could curl up with a good book, chat with a friend, or just take a quiet moment for yourself. Lately, though, it feels like it’s shifted more into a touristy drive-through stop, and I really miss the charm and heart it used to have. I’ve also noticed some changes in the drink recipes. They seem noticeably sweeter now, and it feels like the balance that made them so good is getting lost. The Avalanche is still my all-time favorite—it’s one of the best coffee drinks I’ve ever had—but even that tastes a little different lately. I say all this with love. This place means a lot to me, and I’ll always support it. I just hope to see it return to the basics and the atmosphere that made it so special in the first place. There’s nothing wrong with growth—but I’d love for it to feel like home again.

My first time coming today. Though it did take about 10 minutes, everything was AMAZING! staff was kind, the Avocado toast is so good and the atmosphere was so cool! I loved seeing all the small details. Definitely Recommend.

I did not know about this place (I dont live in fairhope lol) and I googled a search for coffee shops amd this one popped up. My daughter and I got us a frappe from there and our drinks we're better than starbucks!! They had better flavor options and the staff was awesome at helping us "virgins" out, I highly recommend this place, well worth the drive!!

Wonderful local coffee shop. This cute little coffee shop offers local paints/photography, shirts and of course coffee for sale. They have a variety of specialty coffee drinks which is always fun. This place isn’t really set up for hanging out though as there’s not a ton of seating. We went back twice for the French Toast cold brew, as the misses is a cold brew fanatic. Great little place worth trying!

This is probably the utmost amazing coffee shop I’ve been to. I’ve been to coffee shops from Michigan to Florida and everywhere in between. Nothing compares to the environment, aura, people, moods, and over all experience like here. We came in with 9 people. Each of us got a completely different drink than each other. Other customers came in and ordered too. In less than 10 minutes, we had all of our drinks AND multiple other customers had theirs too. Everyone’s drinks were fresh, full of flavor, and above all expectations. To the three staff we seen there. Thank you so much! You’re the best.

Great coffee bar a Fairhope classic. The business name is changing to Beth's coffee house or something like that not sure if the owner sold but it is still a great place

We went there for Brunch on Sunday. We didn’t have reservation but they were able to seat us quickly as it wasn’t too busy yet. We have been to The Barn and thought of going there but we wanted to more selection of food so we decided to come to this side. I was happy we did! Everything on menu looked so great and it took us a while to decide. We got the Wagyu smashed burger and brisket French dip and mine was some type of egg dish which I thought it was very good with tortilla chips. We would love to try it at dinner time one day.

There was indoor and outdoor dining at its finest! The food was cooked perfectly and served beautifully! After lunch, we were invited to tour the gardens on property where they grow their herbs and vegetables. We were also allowed to tour the wine cellar. The outdoor dining was absolutely fabulous, if one didn't know any better, you would not realize that you're eating outside.

A really nice food and hospitality experience overall. Creative and fresh. The cocktails are delicious, the food is amazing. The service that we enjoyed at dinner and then at brunch were exceptional. And then I asked the pastry chef to give us a little behind the scenes look at the garden, really topped things off. The attention to detail in the buildings and grounds and even the plates and bowls, did not go unnoticed.

My husband and I visited here for our anniversary for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious. Service was phenomenal and it had a great vibe. Prices were a little on the high side but you’re definitely getting quality food. I love that they use a lot of locally sourced ingredients. Also it was really neat that the kitchen is open and you can see in. We got to see them making croissants. 🥐 Thanks for a great time!

We were delighted to stumble upon this gem! In town for a get away and this was gorgeous! I felt like I was on swept away to a vineyard type atmosphere but close to town. Cannot recommend this place enough! Would be a gorgeous event space for any occasion. The food was excellent and I’m such a foodie, very impressed.

Our evening at The Hope Farm was truly special; an experience made even more memorable by the way Morgan, our server, and the owner, Robert Evans, treated us. At one point during the night, there was a small misunderstanding that left us feeling a bit overlooked. It wasn’t anything major, and honestly, it could have easily gone unaddressed. But instead, Robert made the effort to personally connect with us. His approach was genuine, thoughtful, and emotionally intelligent — he sought not just to smooth things over, but to truly understand. It was clear that he cared about how we were feeling, and his kindness turned what could have been a small blemish into one of the most memorable parts of the evening. His warmth and sincerity left a lasting impression. Beyond that, everything about The Hope Farm was a delight. The food was inventive and delicious, each plate clearly crafted with care and creativity. Morgan delivered exceptional service throughout the night. He was attentive, friendly, and well-paced, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and genuine hospitality. Robert Evans and his team have created a place where not just the food, but the people and the atmosphere, make you feel cared for. We left with full hearts, full plates, and a deep appreciation for a restaurant that truly understands what hospitality means.

Celebrating a 21st birthday. Great place for any event or just a dinner. The servers are amazing. The bartenders can make some very delicious and unique drinks! Raleigh, the manager there is phenomenal and makes sure every customer is receiving exceptional service.

Refuge is a quaint little coffee shop near the library in Fairhope. It has a nice, calm, and classy atmosphere. The staff seem good natured, and knowledgeable in their preparations. I believe each cup is hand-crafted to order. I got their signature sweet blend, which consisted of a Cinnamon flavor. It was perfect to warm up during the winter months. The sweetness of the flavor didn't overpower the coffee either, it was a perfect balance between cinnamon goodness and the nice natural flavors of the coffee. If you're stopping by Fairhope and need a pick-me-up, I'd recommend poking your head I here for a bit.

Coffee so delicious you needn't mask the flavor with sugar at all. Just enjoy the incredible flavor! The presentation is beautiful, and I'm always met with a friendly smile from the barista.

Thought-provoking, quiet coffee place. The walls are decorated with thoughtful pictures about compulsive phone use and contemporary life, with somewhat overt religious overtones. The barista was friendly and good, and the drink also good. Bakery options were left wanting. For that you’re better off going around the corner for a more laid-back vibe with better baked goods.

So the coffee's good for the price can't complain with the strength the coffee, but they don't have machiatos or any type of specialty drinks really other than lattes and espressos, they had no warm food. They had 2 muffins left. When I walked in at 8 o'clock. So I feel like they could do way better. Especially with the location and the atmosphere of the place.

I’ve never had a better cold brew, mocha OR macchiato. If you’re serious about coffee, Refuge Coffee is the best. Their coffee is very smooth, not bitter in the slightest! Owner is a very nice, honest, Jesus loving man. My family will gladly support them any day.

Booked a weekend for our 20th at the Fairhope Inn in the Carriage House. Quaint, cute, well appointed, and very comfortable. Julie takes care of the B&B rooms and breakfast and was a joy. The rest of the staff were very accommodating in the little contact we had with them. Beautiful place within walking distance of so many of the downtown attractions. Thanks again for a great stay!

We had dinner here last night and it was great!! From the time we were greeted until we left. The service, the atmosphere and the food we all fantastic. We sat at the bar where met Brian, who took care of us and shared a nice conversation with. If you have not gone, go. If reviews kept you away, go try them. They kept us away until a recent couple we met told us we should go. Very glad we did. I had the Pork Chop (Unbelievably Good) amd my wife had the Redfish(very good). Thanks Brian and the Fairhope Inn for a great experience!

Went for brunch with family. Atmosphere was great, food was delicious service was fantastic. We spent about 2 hours enjoying our meal and desserts. Definitely worth the trip and will be going back

We had a meal for two here today and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The wait staff was so knowledgeable of their wine selection, and recommended a great white wine. The atmosphere was perfect for our quiet, intimate occasion. Then came the food. We had the steak and it was cooked perfectly, taste was on point! But I also highly recommend the walnut pimiento cheese. We finished with an exquisite strawberry dessert. This will be a regular treat for our date night going forward. R Bistro thank you for this wonderful memory!

Had an order from R Bistro tonight. The food was beyond delicious.. Full of flavor. I had the BBQ Shrimp Appetizer with the French Bread. It was incredible. Down to the warm French bread!! I also had the Shrimp and Grits. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal and cannot wait to try something new next time!!

I don’t even know where to start! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, everything was perfect! This place was some of the best food I’ve ever had. My girlfriend and I came in right before close and were somewhat nervous but Taylor greeted us with the warmest welcome to a restaurant I’ve ever had. She proceeded to be so incredibly polite that my fears of when we arrived were eased instantly. We were seated at an outdoor table and the view and vibes were so cozy yet upscale at the same time. The seats were comfortable and I enjoyed the table layout. The inside of the restaurant also carried wonderful vibes and felt cozy. Our server Erik was very friendly while helping us pick our food and explaining the menu. He was very attentive to our table and kept our gases filled and things clean. I was very impressed by the service this close to closing time. The food was even better than the service! We started with the crawfish macaroni and cheese which came out still sizzling and was so delicious! For entrees I got shrimp and grits and my girlfriend got a bowl of gumbo, an order of green beans, and an order of spinach. The shrimp and grits came smothered in a delightful crawfish and pepper sauce, a perfectly cooked Gouda grit cake, and the best cooked and tastiest shrimp I’ve ever had in my life. The gumbo was savory and reminded us of red beans and rice and was so hearty and delicious. The spinach was the best we’ve had as well, it was salty and hearty and was reminiscent of bay water in an incredible way. The green means (Harcourts vert) were not to our liking but were cooked very well and for someone else would surely be great! We ended the night with a crème brûlée that was so perfectly prepared; the sugar on top was the perfect toast and hardness level and the custard beneath was light and perfect. My girlfriend usually isn’t a fan of the sugar on top but she had almost more than me! I have to reiterate that we came in very close to closing time and still received the greatest service of any restaurant I’ve been to. Erik and Maura were so polite and friendly and we even had a great conversation with Erik after the fact; and whatever they’re paying Taylor is not enough! I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone in the area. The prices were very fair for the portions and quality we received. For two people, an indulgent meal and a generous tip we only spent $116!! I want to personally thank everyone working here for the food, hospitality, and overall perfect experience!

This food is down right amazing. Everything we had in two visits were made to perfection. Our waiter Brandon was also excellent!

The close up pic of the grits (fried to perfection) shows some of the smoked gouda cheese inside. Additionally, the shrimp were cooked perfectly — plump and juicy — while accompanied by a delightfully rich sauce and plenty of crawfish tail meat. Just enough spicy heat to leave the mouth tingly! 😋 Seldom do I comment on bread, but the crispy cracker crust and moist interior was ridiculously delicious with a little bit of butter! Got several desserts to go: a cupcake-size carrot cake, similarly minimalist cheesecake, and a peanut butter/chocolate mousse — all good and assembled with great attention to detail and all with fresh fruit, edible flowers, and/or sprigs of spearmint. Eric was very attentive and knowledgeable: plus he was eager to share his own personal menu favorites. Great location away from the “big city” of Fairhope — though inside the facility, future investment in some more sophisticated and effective interior lighting would be welcome (as would be a few “happy hour” options for earlybirds like us). Might also gently suggest tidying up the grounds with a good powerwashing for both the outdoor seating and entry areas — removal of multiple, unused wooden pallets and debris notwithstanding. Take home: first visit, looking forward to the next! 🙂

This was our first time at R Bistro and we were very impressed. The new location is super cool and food was delicious. Our waiter was the perfect amount of not bothering us too much and making sure we had what we needed. My wife and I both got the Salmon with carrots and vegetables and wow it was so good! Also make sure to ask for bread, it’s delicious!

This place is so cute! Great cozy atmosphere very spacious and perfect for a date or business meeting. Prices were reasonable and it seemed very clean and well maintained. I got the ginger kombucha which had a strong flavor and high carbonation, which I love. Lots of cute and unique Christmas decorations you can buy as well.

Provisions is an absolute must if you are in the Fairhope Alabama area and are looking for a inquire coffee experience. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant. The shop itself had a great selection of drinks, a great assortment of pastries, and a huge option for seating. They also had a big selection for gifts and wine! P.S. the cups have cute sayings on them which set them apart from other coffee shops.

Always such a wonderful experience at Provision! Get to choose from an array of comfie chairs in Fairhope’s family room and be served one of the best lattes in Baldwin County (yes, I’ve tried most of them)! Their honeybee latte is where it’s at and paired with the little words of encouragement written on the side of your to-go cup - what a way to start a day! 😊❤️🐝🍯 Their fresh and tasty brunch selection is such a nice alternative to the “run of the mill” cafe breakfast - don’t get me wrong, I love those too, but it’s nice to change it up! The migas bowl is my favorite with a warmed chocolate chip cappuccino or cranberry orange muffin to add a little sweet to the salty! Good grief - I’m getting hungry just writing this review! 🤣 Suffice it to say, if you can manage to find a parking spot because they are THAT good, you will thoroughly enjoy your dining experience at Provision! 🥰☕️

We love the homey feel of Provisions. Everyone there is so helpful and friendly. Always greeted with a warm smile and handshake or hug! I guess you could say we go a lot. It’s perfect for a snack and cappuccino or kava and a treat! Today we shared avocado toast and a cappuccino with a small pump of chocolate …. Reminds us of Italy! Chris and his team are the absolute best!

A new and interesting experience! They have lots of wine, cool decor, and a bar in the back. The food is a little pricey but it’s very good. Would strongly recommend the chicken salad wrap, and any kind of wine.

Provision is the kind of place that reminds you why Fairhope is special. It’s part cafe, part market, part wine bar and absolutely nails all three. The atmosphere is effortlessly cool. I had the Battle’s Wharf for breakfast. Insider secret, request the honey butter for your toast. The Pistachio Latte and Hearth Latte are next level delicious. Christine, the sommelier is a gem. She guided me through a wine selection that ended up being some of the best bottles I’ve ever taken home. She knows her stuff but makes it approachable and fun. Provision delivers on every front.

Kind Café – A Serendipitous Find in Fairhope! I was first introduced to Kind Café with the guys while the ladies explored downtown Fairhope for wedding dresses—and it quickly became one of my favorite local finds. The name fits perfectly. There’s a real sense of kindness here, from the upbeat, welcoming staff to the small, thoughtful touches like inspirational quotes on coffee sleeves and the community bulletin board. It’s more than just a café—it’s a little hub of good energy. What really surprised me, though, was the gluten-free bagel. I’ve had my fair share of dry or dense GF options over the years, but this one was genuinely soft, flavorful, and satisfying—perfect toasted with just butter. That alone earns high marks from me. I paired it with a hot cup of coffee, and it was the ideal start to the day. The space itself is cozy and bright, with just the right mix of energy and calm. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in with a book, catch up with a friend, or simply enjoy a moment of stillness before jumping back into the world. If you’re in the area—gluten-free or not—I definitely recommend stopping in. It’s not just about the food; it’s about how the place makes you feel.

The best place for bagels in the whole state! We love Kind Cafe. Their bagels are AMAZING! Fast service and such *kind* people serving you! We love the Lox bagel and their iced coffees!

This bagel was so good it had blueberry. And I got vanilla latte and it was amazing this cafe represents its kindness and dose charity it’s so amazing 9 out of 10 only one con there needs a bigger menu but other than that it was amazing!!!!!!

Had an amazing experience at the kind cafe!! They are dog friendly & gave my corgi a pup cup. The workers were very nice and the coffee/bagel was delicious! Highly recommend. Will be going back every morning while I am in Fairhope! Good vibes when you walk in the door.

A treasure! Ok different people give me different results. Only one Free refill. Not bad. Complimentary water as well. A real solid coffee shop. My Odyssey for a bottomless cup continues! I realized it's probably just me they hate they will probably give anyone else free refills. Made me cry to think of it but hey.

It's been a while since I've posted a review and I'm so glad that I get to do so for this establishment. There is no question that Kind Cafe puts 'heart' into their mission and food. From the decor to the staff, this cafe lived up to its name. Although a tad pricey, the bagel sandwich came out quickly and was fresh, tasty, and filling. The only considerations I would mention are parking (depending on day/time, parking may be difficult to find near the cafe) and the Jasmine Green Tea (personally, it had almost an overwhelming perfume-y taste). Overall, great work Kind Cafe!

Nice little walking town full of shops. I don’t know why someone commented it was an alley as there are multiple blocks of shops. We didn’t get to explore all of the blocks but the parking was easy. There is a nice public restroom at the information center. Some shops were closed due to short staffing. I was with hubby so I’d like to go again with someone more willing to shop. Lol

Beautiful!! For those that commented on hours, check online. Most shops open 10-5 M-S. Panini Pete's earlier 4 brkfst. Go early B4 they run out of beignets 😉. Awesome place to take your beach visitors. The old dock is open during renovations & restaurant is back open. Wonderful to walk along & view the Bay & read about its history. This is nothing like the New Orleans French Quarter. First off it is way cleaner and smells far better. This area is also significantly safer than New Orleans. Now I can see how they were going for a gimmick marketing play here but they missed some elements. The restaurants and businesses here offer nothing French I saw and nothing that resembles New Orleans French Quarter. Panani Pete's offers Italian Panani sandwiches so this seems more like the Italian Quarter. Now parts of the New Orleans French Quarter were known as Little Italy or Little Palermo during the late 19th and early 20th Centuries as so many Sicilian immigrants lived in the French Quarter so maybe the theme is back to that era? The HUGE missing elements here are that they have no ability to allow you to carry your booze about everywhere like properly civilized humans should and they force closing times without any 24/7 establishments serving libations as a joy focused culture should. So I just don't get any sort of French Quarter vibe or joie de vivre required for a place to claim French Quarter status. Perhaps I'm missing something?

This little gem is wonderful surprise as you walk down North Section St. Inside you’ll find Panini Pete’s, beautiful little shops and a Belgium chocolatier. They are one of 4 places in the USA where you can buy these specific kind of Belgium chocolates. There’s also a jewelry shop with an excellent selection of fresh water pearls, necklaces and bracelets.

This shopping district is a mixed bag, but the good stuff therein makes the trip worthwhile. I recommend spending the middle half of the day wandering the shops, then maybe the evening in bars or restaurants.

The "French Quarter" in Fairhope, AL consists of a single decorated alley of small shops selling over-priced knick knacks and sandwhiches. The surrounding buildings are not very old, and the whole experience felt synthesized/commercialized. I recommend visiting Dauphin St. in Mobile for a more authentic experience.

Absolutely love this small area of fairhope. Always full of cheerful people. Very charming. I can't say enough about this place. Wonderful chocolate shop. Boutiques and the best place to get begines!!!

Bucky's Lounge at the Grand Hotel is a hidden gem! I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and it exceeded my expectations. My grilled chicken sandwich was a flavor explosion – perfectly cooked and packed with delicious ingredients. It was clear that they use high-quality ingredients and pay attention to detail. My son, a self-proclaimed oyster connoisseur, declared the char-grilled oysters at Bucky's the best he's ever had! That's a serious compliment, and it speaks volumes about the quality and preparation. But the food is only part of the experience. The view from Bucky's is absolutely breathtaking. Overlooking the hotel grounds and the bay, it's a truly spectacular setting. It's the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal while taking in the stunning scenery. If you're staying at the Grand Hotel, or even if you're just in the area, Bucky's Lounge is a must-visit. The delicious food, exceptional oysters, and incredible views make it a truly memorable dining experience. I highly recommend it!

My family stays at the Grand every summer and always such a wonderful experience! Bucky’s is one of our favorites (hard to choose between them all)… Best Burger I’ve ever had! And the dip that comes with the Loaded Fries Appetizer, I could literally drink it plain. 🤤 Atmosphere, service, and food always beyond our expectations.

The perfect historical place to have drinks and nibbly things. Yo watch the sun is beautiful as it sets.

The food and cocktails were amazing. I decided on the burger, which did not disappoint. The Reverse Manhattan was superb. We sat outside and it was nice to be able to see the ocean. It was nice to be at a place where you DIDN’T have to leave the resort.

One of my favorite places to go to get a cocktail and listen to the piano player or sit by the fire pit with friends. The seafood tower was amazing, especially the tender lobster.

I was participating in a large group that was part of a conference being held at the Grand. We decided to meet at Bucky's to have drinks and catch up with people we hadn't seen in awhile. The staff was very professional and worked to make sure everyone had drinks and helped to rearrange chairs and tables so that the groups could sit together. We came back after the evening dinner and they had live music and some people got up and danced and the general atmosphere was very lively and energetic.

The two appetizers were really good. Ty's fries and Braised Raines Farm Wagyu Pot Roast Debris were both outstanding and reasonably priced for the quality. The fries were basically a loaded fries and the Debris was like a pulled beef served with some toasted bread and sauces. Beer selection a little thin but very good liquor selection. Staff was friendly and good. We remembered her from the last visit.

This could be such a nice dog park, it’s shaded. It’s got nice open areas, it’s double gated. But despite 2 poop bag stations in the small dog area alone, and 4 trash cans, people do not pick up their dog’s poop, making it unhealthy and disgusting. People also do not respect the small dog area so there are LARGE piles of poop. I wish people were not so lazy making what could be a very nice place unusable.

Very nice dog park with two fenced in areas. One for smaller dogs and the other large dogs. I was there on two different days and found the other pet lovers friendly. They have a water fountain for human consumption and buckets of water for the four legged ones. I didn’t look for/see restrooms, however the park shares parking with a school sports complex. So I suspect restrooms were near.

This is a fabulous dog park! Very clean (as dog parks go) and full of nice dogs and nice people. Great mini forest trail and open area for the dogs and nice shaded new deck with clean new chairs for pet parents. Andy and I hope to see you there!

I was traveling through the area with my service dog 💙Blue and we needed a place to stretch our legs. I found the dog park on Google maps and, while I thought we were driving to a field in the middle of nowhere, it ended up being one of the most beautiful dog parks I've visited. The setting is gorgeous! The trees provide ample shade and there are beautiful benches all throughout the park to sit and relax or you can walk back among the trees. The dogs that were at the park when Blue and I visited were very friendly and welcoming and played very well together and their owners were also quite nice. We enjoyed a beautiful time rejuvenating ourselves from the long car ride. The human facilities by the ball fields were quite exceptional to use as well.

This lady in green is horrible, her white dog attached my dog while she was playing ball, the lady was on small side while her dog was on the big side where I was with my dog, she REFUSED TO GET HER DOG SO I COULD CHECK MY DOG FOR BITE MARKS BUT SHE REFUSHED TO GET HER DOG AND JUST LAUGHED AT IT. if it wasn’t for me having a trained dog I’m sure things could have been worse, or if I was not there to break it up, but if my pit hurt her lab I’m sure my dog would have been put down just cause it’s a pit, but sense a lab bite my dog nothing happens she just gets away with it?

It's a surprisingly spacious park with a large deck with plenty of seating for the human visitors on the large dog side. The small dog side also looked spacious.

We've been to several local escape rooms and this one by far was the best we've done. It was challenging yet fun and it moved very well. There's a lot of puzzles and locks so it keeps you going and thinking the whole time. We will be back again for sure! Rita is an awesome host!

OMG! We had the best time doing the Pirate Treasure escape room! We were a group of 7 and all of us worked together to solve the riddles that were so creative - better than Dr. Seuss! The decor was so cool and the use of old nautical stuff added to the experience. Some of the puzzles were ingenious and you couldn’t solve it until you found the clue that gave you hints as to how to solve it. Super fun and a challenge. Loved it and highly recommend this escape room.

A group of friends and I were staying near Fairhope. We were looking into escape rooms in Mobile and Gulf Shores, but were surprised when this one popped up on our search! Driving up to the building, we could tell this was a smaller business than other escape rooms we were used to. However, that in no way detracted from its quality! Rita was a wonderful host, and the escape room itself was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area!

We had an amazing time! Absolutely stellar fun! Rita was a wonderful hostess and person. Seven first time escape room attendees all left ready to schedule our next soiree. It was nonstop and far more challenging than I had expected. Thanks so much for the experience.

My family had a wonderful time at Fairhope Escape Rooms! We travel extensively and have been to escape rooms of all types, but Fairhope Escape Rooms was one of our absolute favorites! The pirate themed room was clearly constructed by someone who not only loves escape rooms, but wants to ensure that your group works together and has a positive, fun experience. There were tons of unique & clever puzzles to solve. Loads of locks, surprises, and unexpected twists than I have seen in any other escape room before. Highly recommend!

My husband and I did the Fairhope room with our 9 year old, and it was a great experience. It was fun and challenging, definitely a great memory! Thank you Fairhope Escape Rooms for the extra help, patience and an awesome time! We will come back for the Pirate Room soon.

Very unique store great gifts to purchase while on vacation. I purchase several items. It is just a great store to visit while you’re in Fairhope.

What an amazing place!! There are so many unique pieces of art, kitchen stuff, stained glass, and even a huge selection of designer headbands. There's something for everyone.

Bought a few things here when visiting friends. Great shop! The ladies there were super nice. They let me leave my stuff there while I shopped some other stores. When I came back, my artwork was neatly wrapped in bubble wrap and the trinkets were in a cute little bag.

Wonderful and unique gifts. A must stop while on the Eastern Shore.

Fairhope shop with unique decor and gifts. It is reasonably priced (a little on the high end but worth it). My wife and I bought several items here on our last trip.

I went here at the end of the Fairhope Arts and Crafts festival and was not disappointed that I made the extra stop! I found the most beautiful planter and my wife found a set of mid-century modern cocktail glasses that’ll crown our bar cart. The owners were so kind and fun to talk to! The inventory and size of the store is perfect too because it’s not too big to be overwhelming or too little to be boring. Don’t skip this stop if you’re in Fairhope!

My husband and I are visiting from New Orleans. They have a bunch of antique stores in close quarters around this part of town. I went to all of them in one day, by far Copper roof was our favorite. it’s more of a hunt to find something good, versus a curated overpriced place. The employee Mrs. Carolyn is 82 years old and she truly is the kindest human being I’ve ever met. We circled back and went twice in a day to have more interactions with her and purchase more things from their shop because of the way she treated us. If you’re looking for a place to stop and shop definitely check them out and be kind to Mrs Carolyn, she’s a gem.

Hidden gem...worth the time. Wonderful clean items and bargains throughout. Nice to find more antiques than modern . Even has a booth of cotton (new) dressing items. Nice helpful ladies.

Copper Roof Antiques had a good selection of items for sale. Lots of antiques that are actually antiques. So many "antique" stores in the area have reproduction items and other things that don't appeal to true antique collectors.
