Rubbish shops! Went into trends, queued up for 10-15 minutes, no queueing system. Staff taking too long serving, how is one man taking 10-15 minutes to serve one customer??? No correct queueing system either people pushing in left right!! Would not recommend if you want good experience whilst shopping.

This mall needs maintenance everywhere everything is broken and damaged. The INOX seats are also broken, and the washrooms are extremely dirty with a very bad smell. There is no hygiene at all — the mall is kept in a very filthy condition.

There is nothing in this mall...apart from multiplex experience u won't get anything in this mall. It's fully empty and has only reliance trends, pizza corner and Inox. Washrooms are not properly maintained,water issues and escalator issues.

Today I received the parcel intact. The saleswoman was a nice person. She was showing whatever we wanted to see without any hesitation. She guided us very well to choose the materials from saree to dress. The payment section was also very prompt and supportive. Only thing I want to mention that being a old and renowned shop in old jamnagar city, they should provide water and offer atleast tea or coffee for the customers.

I had a really disappointing experience with the Guava Slush at CCD on 4th June around 12:15 PM. The drink they served had some kind of dirt in it, and the guava ice was completely separated from the water—it looked and tasted terrible. When we returned it and asked for a fresh one, the second attempt was even worse. We’ve been regularly having Guava Slush ever since summer started, and it has always been good until now. This time, not only was the drink bad, but the staff seemed different and the taste had completely changed. Really unexpected and disappointing from CCD.

Extremely rude and insulting behaviour from their staff. I was with three friends and ordered one drink because others were waiting for one other friend to arrive, when the staff taking my order told me we had to order drinks for all who are sitting which while an idiotic corporate policy isn't the issue, but then he accused me saying I was also there the day before and sat without ordering drinks. The day before being Sunday I was out at movies but the staff without checking anything insulted a paying customer in front of other customers. This is extremely rude and insulting behaviour the corporate is apparently skimping on basic staff training. I would be taking my business elsewhere in future.

Extremely rude staff! We asked for a bottle of water and they said they won't provide a bottle unless we order something else too. Is this what CCD has become? A cheap tactic to get more orders.. This used to be a place to chill and vibe and now this kind of treatment where you have to forcefully order atleast 2-3 things to sit. Quite disappointed.

We had a very bad experience recently. Too many people and less number of staff. We asked for a specific book and they gave us a specimen copy of the book. And when we questioned this, nobody even bothered to answer properly. The staff assisting us didn't know about our specific requirement. Not recommended.

Positive point : You can find almost every kind of book here at the reasonable price Personally its services is nice and the nature of staff is also friendly Negative point : I personally think that some books that we can find in a small stationary like a book for collage exams is missing here. I went there several times but it was not available there, finaly i found it in a very small stationary So i request please keep all kind of books if possible

it is worst service center given to jamnagar..i had iphone reciever problem so i went to this place they all do just mechanical work just to show off that it is authorised service center.. they do not give us report of the problem and their service is most of the times not running...just on paper they are working otherwise their service is never trustworthy..i started having same problems in my iphone after replacing the device twice and they dont even care about informing us the problem..i would have given zero star if it would be an option...my request to apple is that please give some responsible person in their service center..
