De Bijenkorf Amsterdam is a renowned luxury department store located in the heart of the city on the Dam. The impressive building boasts a stunning facade and stylish interior, offering an extensive range of high-end fashion, cosmetics, accessories, and home goods. Visitors can also enjoy a delightful shopping experience at the De Bijenkorf shopping region with numerous clothing stores, Dutch brands, and a large shoe department. Additionally, the 5th floor features a cafeteria serving coffee and various food options.
I went there to buy luggage. Very nice young man helped me with the sale. Right next to the tax duty free registry so if you live in a non EU country be sure to get your tax rebate. You must get the paperwork the same day though!
Angus — Google review
Came here the other day for a quick bite to eat on the top floor cafeteria of de Bijenkorf. I ordered from the Wok section and got a spicy chicken yellow curry with rice. It cost €18 and was a very large portion. I wish they had provided the option for a take-away or doggy bag as I ended up leaving over half of the meal. The curry was delicious and I was curious about the other sections e.g. Grill and Bar as the food and drinks coming from those booths looked incredible too! I had a Heineken with my meal but the beer was quite warm. Overall a very nice experience, I just wish they had the option to take your leftovers with you! Such a waste of food.

I often visit The Beehive, De Bijenkorf warehouse in the heart of Amsterdam, Dam Square. This is one of the oldest warehouses of The Netherlands. Shop in shop concept and houses high end brands such as Prada, Villeroy and Boch, Hermes, Louis Vuitton and many more.
Turan B — Google review
High end department store in Amsterdam and the food court offers mostly freshly prepared dishes. More attention should be paid to keeping the chairs and tables clean though.
Gtb5 — Google review
De Bijenkorf on Dam Square is more than a high‑end department store - it’s a 5‑floor feast of modern design, fashion and culture with a café, art gallery and even small concerts. I stopped by in early September when the weather was comfy with plenty of sun and the city felt quieter, making it the perfect time to shop while cycling through Amsterdam.
Ahmed S — Google review
A beautiful and upscale department store in the heart of Amsterdam. Great selection of brands, stylish displays, and a pleasant shopping experience. Perfect for fashion lovers and anyone looking for quality products.

Shopping mall
Magna Plaza is a luxurious shopping destination housed in a stunning neo-Gothic building that was once the city's main post office. Since its transformation into a modern shopping center in 1992, it has become one of Amsterdam's premier retail hubs. The interior is as captivating as the exterior, with ornate arches and columns adorning the space. Visitors can explore an array of Dutch and international brands across four floors, from high-end fashion to specialty stores.
I've only walked by the place but its really pretty from the outside, its better at night time, the place is huge. Next time I'll definitely go in
Tuxedo M — Google review
This grand and majestic building, with its striking brick façade and stone decorations, is listed as a national monument (rijksmonument) and is considered part of the Netherlands’ cultural and historical heritage. Once serving as the city’s main post office, it has now been transformed into a modern shopping mall, hosting some of international brands. However, some of the ground floor shops are closed, and overall it lacks the lively atmosphere of a major shopping center.
Persico — Google review
Historic shopping hall steps from the palace, but right now it is dominated by construction noise and barriers. 🚧 I’d wait until renovations wrap before planning a visit.
Brian M — Google review
A very beautiful building with impressive architecture, though there are only a few shops inside. There is a souvenir store that offers some nice items, but it is on the pricier side. The restrooms are paid, and many of the shop spaces are currently empty, which makes the interior feel a bit quiet. However, the display showcasing the city’s history in chronological order is quite interesting and worth a look.
Vidya H — Google review
Magna Plaza stopped me in my tracks, an architectural showpiece right behind the Royal Palace. The Neo-Gothic and Neo-Renaissance mix is stunning, with striped stonework, soaring spires, and endless details to take in from the street. It almost feels like a cathedral until you spot the banners and storefronts. Even without going inside, it was worth lingering over just to admire the craftsmanship. One of the most striking facades I saw in Amsterdam.
E P — Google review
Amazing from an architectural point of view, quite the dissapointment when it come to shopping. There are barely any shops, no wonder its fairly empty.
CJ — Google review
We were impressed by the beautiful building but had hoped that there were more stores (apparel). If you have to use their washrooms, it will cost you 1.50 euros 😟
H. N — Google review
Magna Plaza is a decent shopping center with a range of stores. It's not too big, but offers a good variety of shops and places to grab a bite. The atmosphere is relaxed, but the mall could use more modern touches and better maintenance. It's a fine place for shopping, but not the most exciting mall in Amsterdam.

Very good, high-quality fish. I tried the salmon sandwich option for €12.50, which was cheap for Amsterdam prices. I recommend it !
Benedetta — Google review
You can get oysters shucked and served right here at the stand, and they are absolutely amazing — fresh, delicious, and at a great price! Definitely worth stopping by.
Menonita C — Google review
We first went to this place in Nov 2023, we visited twice and had so fresh fish and shrimps, as well as the mixed seafood. We tried the sandwiches with raw fish but not that into it, but it’s a nice try as this is a traditional local food. And this time (April 2024) I brought my parents and visited again. We had more dishes and enjoyed the tasty seafoods here, especially the grilled shrimps
Li J — Google review
I found this place while walking around the market and I decided to stop here for lunch. I had the shrimp sandwich menu and it was super tasty and a great portion size.

Haring is really recommended for try with onion. Kibbeling meat is quite few, not performing well as Haring.
Cc G — Google review
Stumbled upon this shop along the Albert Cuyp Market and was very wonderfully surprised. The kibbling was soft and fluffy, not overly oily. The herring was nice with the pickled onions. Really enjoyed it.
Carmen C — Google review
One of the greatest places in the Albert market. The team there are SO nice and really know what the They know what they are selling and customize the goods for the customer and all with a smile. The stand is clean, the fish and seafood are fresh and without bad smell or aftertaste. We ate on a plate of ice oysters from different parts of the world, sea urchin, red tuna and salmon sashimi. A delicious and good experience! Recommend warmly and with love! A place not to be missed when arriving at the market

Children's farm
Nestled near Amsterdam, Goatfarm Ridammerhoeve is a delightful destination for families seeking a hands-on experience with nature. This working farm offers an array of activities that allow visitors to interact closely with its charming residents, including goats, chickens, and cows. Children can enjoy feeding baby goats and even petting other animals like pigs and horses.
We loved visiting this farm! They created wonderful ways especially for children to interact with the goat kids. Whether you choose to be hands on with activities like bottle feeding kids, or just walk around and enjoy the farm store/restaurant, it makes for a great experience. It's a perfect place to visit for families and school groups, but adults will enjoy it too. Even the walk there is enjoyable through the forest. The store has toys, fresh cheeses, coffee, wine, bottled drinks (juice, soda, beer), breakfast, lunch, and snacks. There may be additional parking we didn't know about, but the one lot on our Google map was small, and we were lucky to find a spot. We have goats too, and were excited to see how they set up things like housing and feeding in comparison to what we're doing. We came away with some great ideas to change our place.

Very nice farm in a beautiful location, lots of things to do for kids, and relaxing place for the parents. You can buy a bottle of milk and kids can feed baby goats. Their cafe is also very well stocked, and there are plenty of seating options outside.

Lovely, family friendly place. Lots of farm animals - goats, cows, chickens, and even a few horses. Everything is free, except for the feeding bottles, which costs 1.5 euro per bottle. You can pay by card. They have a restaurant and a shop inside, the prices are completely reasonable.
Shaily T — Google review
Good place for children or just for a stop on your hike. You can pet and feed the goats. The small restaurant has a lot of delicious options.
Nikolett Á — Google review
Love this place, super cute goats, nice for a little date with your partner (feeding some goats, getting some coffee with cake) or take your kids here to cuddle the animals. They sell coffee with goatmilk from their own goats
Indy K — Google review
As a tourist, I can say that the place is beautiful and safe for children. The animals are very well cared for and are wonderful. Unfortunately, today I was disrespected by the employee responsible for preparing hot beverages during the afternoon shift. When I arrived at the cashier to place my order and make the payment, everything went smoothly, but the employee in charge of making my cappuccino did not prepare my order. After waiting for some time and seeing many people being served, I called her once and waited a bit longer. She then asked if I was the one who had placed the order, and I confirmed. She approached me and complained: “When you were in line, I asked if you wanted something to drink and you said no.” I was so surprised that I apologized. She prepared my coffee and asked if I wanted a tray. I thanked her and said no. She then grabbed the tray and slammed it down. I understand that the place was very busy today, but I honestly did not understand what she asked while I was in line, and as a customer, I have the right to change my mind and place the drink order at the cashier. In the end, my family and I left disappointed with the service at the café.

Pieter Cornelisz Hooftstraat is a bustling street in the Museum Quarter neighborhood of Amsterdam, known for its chic shops offering high-end Dutch and international fashion brands. The street is a shopper's paradise with an array of high-end stores that cater to every desire.

Alyahya E — Google review
Nice street to walk. We only stopped in a couple shops because most of these brands are unaffordable to us but it was a nice street to tour.
Erik C — Google review
Ah, Pieter Cornelisz Hooftstraat—Amsterdam’s glittering runway of wealth, where luxury boutiques line up like peacocks preening for attention. Sadly, I forgot to dress the part of “successful jet-setter” and therefore didn’t dare waltz into the temples of high fashion for my holiday shopping haul. I didn’t want to be that tourist who lowers the property value simply by stepping inside. The street itself? Surprisingly quiet. I was expecting something with a bit more pulse, perhaps a symphony of clinking glasses and credit cards swiping in unison. Instead, I got people delicately sipping wine at al fresco cafés, a few folks perfecting the art of pedestrian window shopping, and parking spaces brimming with cars that cost more than my apartment. The shops didn’t seem especially busy—either the rich have gone elsewhere to splurge, or they send their assistants instead. Not many tourists, either. Which I suppose is the point. This isn’t your average Amsterdam street for stroopwafels and souvenir clogs. No, here the air itself smells like haute couture and exclusivity—just inhaling feels like a minor luxury purchase. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, but only if your credit card limit is in the stratosphere—or if you, like me, enjoy the sport of people-watching while silently wondering how many zeros are sitting in everyone else’s bank account.

Named in 1876 after the 17th-century Dutch poet and historian Pieter Cornelisz Hooft, this is Amsterdam’s premier luxury shopping street. Originally planned as a residential boulevard connecting the affluent neighborhoods to Vondelpark, it evolved into a major commercial axis. By 1883, it hosted horse-drawn trams, and by 1903, it became part of the city’s electric tram network, cementing its role as a key transit corridor. Today, it is lined with high-end boutiques such as Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Tiffany & Co., earning it the nickname "Amsterdam’s mini Fifth Avenue."

KNSM Island, located to the east of Amsterdam, was originally built as a breakwater and was home to shipping companies for most of its existence. In the 1990s, it transformed into a residential area with impressive architecture and independent spots. The island offers great views over the city from a unique angle. It is known for its unusual use of Amsterdam's waterways and is now a popular destination for residents and visitors alike.
It is a tiney Island in Amsterdam with a cosy and magical atmosphere, great view from any spot
Sagit O — Google review
To be fair, most of the KNSM island is interesting just architecturally speaking. The IJ side of the island is pretty boring, except for the water views, good for dog walking or running. With the exception of the quay crane B&B, which is kind of funny. When coming up to the end of the Surinamekade, one has a great view of the IJ, and also one can admire the circular affordable housing complex Venetiëhof, part of the Emerald Empire, designed by Jo Coenen. When exiting through the Venetiehof (enter the garden, go straight to the other side), one is confronted by a work of art, kind of like a spindle, or a compass. Go straight and keep left to follow the Levantkade barbeque park at the water side, which is what I did anyway, walk straight on and enter the house boat permanent parking, where one can find many old house boats turned into B&Bs, a dock swimming area, plus one or two nice restaurants. I tried Break Amsterdam (formerly known as Kleine Kaart), and the grilled trout was amazing. Good walking!

Shopping mall
Stadshart Amstelveen is a vibrant and spacious shopping venue featuring over 145 stores offering a mix of local and international brands. The main square, The Stadsplein, hosts a bustling market on Tuesdays and Fridays with around two hundred stalls selling an array of goods from fresh produce to clothing. This four-star mall boasts small boutiques as well as major retailers like Zara and de Bijenkorf.
My favorite place to buy things in Amstelveen. On weekdays during working hours, it is calm and relaxing. Sat Sun is too crowded. I only wish they opened till 8 pm, so we could visit after work.
Mete A — Google review
Good place to spent quick afternoon with family n kids. Enough place to shop and eat. The supermarket has option for quick grabs too although no place to warm food. Toilets are paid with small area for kids to play. One minute walk from busstation
Tasneem H — Google review
The parking at this mall on Sundays is a complete disaster. It’s extremely congested with barely any spots left, and navigating through the lot feels like a high-stakes obstacle course. The chances of a collision are uncomfortably high due to the tight spaces and chaotic traffic flow. There’s no traffic guidance or staff presence, which only adds to the mess. If you value your time—and your car—either use the nearby QPark parking for a safer experience or, better yet, don’t visit the mall at all on weekends.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Johan! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to assist me when I truly needed it. I can’t thank him enough; he really saved me, and I genuinely believe he deserves Employee of the Month for the way he handled my situation. Before connecting with Johan, I had spoken with another employee who was unfortunately very rude and unwilling to help. When I asked if she could check something for me, she simply said “no” and left it at that. It was very discouraging. Thankfully, I tried again and got Johan....what a complete difference! He not only helped but did so with kindness and professionalism. I’m super appreciative of everything he did for me.

A good selection of clothing at affordable prices. The store is well-organized by clothing type, color, and size. This was the only place where we found men’s jeans in classic styles and the right length since other stores only had options for taller people! There are plenty of fitting rooms. The self-checkout stations are a big advantage.

Couldn't bother to go and check ladies and kids but went directly to the men's section. Really liked the unique theme of an old Church turned into a brewery with a bar inside and beach seating outside. Wide range of fresh beers to try here. Zoonegloed was one of my favorites.
Komal R — Google review
Atmosphere wise, the coolest bar/brewery in Amstelveen. Its located within an old church, the interior structure is still completely intact, the location makes the bar feel lively and spacious. One downside to this place is that the beer that they brew and sell, is not particularly that good. It ain't bad but it's definitely below average, better just stick to their standard pilsner because all the other beers we tried were not worth it.
Julien W — Google review
Really nice atmosphere outside and cheerful colours, reminding you summer. The bad thing is that it is so close to a big traffic road. But you almost forget it there.Further, the interior of the place is amazing. The best one of this kind (from the ones that I visited until now). The service was good and everybody was kind and with a smile. The menu is huge. So you have a big variety of drinks to choose of. Totally recommend it!! I also liked the way that they offer the bill( check the fotos)

Incredible range of beers and spirits brewing and distilling right in front of you! I personally loved the Shipa Citra beer, which has a pronounced citrus flavour and a soft, bitter finish. What a horrible experience. First of all it was 3:30 and the shop was closed ! Then we went to few shops around the corner and suddenly it was open…the minute we enter the guy who is working was looking in disgust at us 😕. Then I asked him while trying to get closer to show him the product that I was looking for ( the picture was on my mother phone ) which is : Berberine. He didn’t even looked and was looking at a magazine. I said please have a look. He said: “ you didn’t have the picture yet! ( with an attitude of disgust ). He had a glimpsed and then said we don’t have it and walked away!!! That all happened in seconds. Then he went to help another couple and while walked them to the back of the store. He was yelling : “ you know this is not a pharmacy ! You can’t find this here ! Bye ! “ I said : “ what is with the attitude !!??? Why being sassy !! “ He said : “ will I know that you don’t know and this is not the place for you…..” His attitude was very much childlike and so disrespectful in so many level, why ? He disrespectful the two couple who he was escorting and second I was going my way out, why the yelling the sissy attitude !?!?? I am just a customer who wants a produced. I lift the store yelling my self ( hated that ) telling him : “ you are so rude !!!!! “ I love holland and Barrett but after this experience I don’t know if I will visit again ! Visitors can explore a diverse selection of antique and second-hand books, including genres like biography, literature, poetry, and fantasy.
Tiny Friday Book Market is one of the must visit places in Amsterdam. The most interesting there are... People)) Those who sell and those who buy. There's only some stalls, twelve at most, but each of them unique. All sellers are quite picturesque and they can tell you about their books or other goods for hours. I came across today and spent 40 minutes just looking through this and that, listening to some books history. Most books in Dutch, but a lot ones in English and other languages. So if you love reading and books, it's your place for sure. Prices are different, but mostly affordable. And location is perfect.

This is such a great gem of Amsterdam! The used books are cool, the stalls have other things too like old prints and maps. All of the vendors are very nice and are all very interesting to talk with. I enjoy coming here every time I’m in Amsterdam and looking through all of the cool stuff for sale. If you’re in Amsterdam when this is happening I would highly recommend coming to check it out! The prices have all been very reasonable every time I have gone. I am always able to find a nice gift for my family, my friends, or a gift for myself (sometimes all three), when I come to the market here.

The old lady at the counter is very incompetent and rude so I do not recommend this store all. I asked if I can get a bag for my shopping and she said no need, because I can cary them. When I insisted she said it will cost me 10cents but only cash, no card. As I had no cash she did not provide me with a bag even though I spent 120€ in the shop.
Alex C — Google review
Not a great place to visit. Wouldn't recommend . The one old lady who bills in first floor of the store is quite rude and unapproachable. She seems to be unhappy that customers are buying. It's been 3 times I visited and purchased birthday gifts, and everytime the lady shows up with frowned face. And when asked to gift wrap, I just can't explain how Shabby she just wraps the paper. Last but not the least, the way she throwed the payment receipt on face . Pretty sure will not revisit the store.
Sowmya S — Google review
The elderly lady in the store behind the counter is totally unfriendly, very impatient and looks as if she is very unhappy, which makes the shopping experience very unpleasant especially for kids. I hope the store manager will give some feedback to the lady, after all, this is a toy store, should be a happy place for kids to shop and check out.

Really big and spacious toys shop. You can get all kind of toys like figures, wooden toys, dolls, board games, outdoor games etc. The shop is on two floors. The price is a little bit higher than that quoted on online platforms, for some of the items which I bought. However, the difference was marginal

Leidsestraat is a bustling pedestrianized street in Amsterdam, offering a mix of upscale and midrange fashion labels, as well as cozy cafes and takeout spots. The area around Leidsestraat is known for its stunning traditional canal houses, particularly the Gouden Bocht or Golden Curve section of Herengracht. This spot provides a spectacular view with up to 15 bridges visible from the odd-numbered side.
Since I moved to Amsterdam, I really love this street despite it being crowded and noisy it definitely has its charm.
Boris T — Google review
If shopping were a sport, Leidsestraat would be my training ground. This lively stretch is a shopperholic’s dream—an irresistible mix of international brands, quirky boutiques, and everything in between, all lined up like a fashion runway you just can’t walk past without peeking in. When I visited, it was Canal Pride week, and the street was bursting with energy—pedestrians, shoppers, parade-goers, and rainbow flags everywhere. Imagine squeezing through the crowd with a shopping bag in one hand, camera in the other, and still spotting a pair of shoes you absolutely must have. That’s Leidsestraat: chaotic, colorful, and absolutely addictive. The best part? It’s pedestrian-friendly (well, except for the occasional tram), which makes the whole experience feel like one big open-air shopping festival. And if you get overwhelmed by the buzz, you can always duck into a café, recharge, and then rejoin the parade of shoppers. In short: Leidsestraat is not just a shopping street—it’s an experience, especially during Pride. A little crowded? Absolutely. But if you love fashion, people-watching, and a good dose of urban energy, this is the place to be.

It is a beautiful street😍 with a very interesting history. On the top floor of the Metz & Co department store on the Leidsestraat is the "Rietveld Dome", designed by Gerrit Rietveld (furniture designer) in 1933, which offers a unique view of Amsterdam city centre. Actor Louis Bowmeister (best known for his interpretations of Shakespeare) lived in house 103. The facade of rooms 86-88 is decorated with an ornament in the Art Deco style with the image of Christian Huygens, the inventor of the pendulum clock. (Dutch mechanic, physicist, mathematician, astronomer and inventor. One of the founders of theoretical mechanics and probability theory. He made a significant contribution to optics, molecular physics, astronomy, geometry, time affairs. He discovered the rings of Saturn and Titan (a satellite of Saturn). He invented the first practically I use the clock model with a pendulum. He laid the foundation for wave optics). The Gay Emancipation Association COC was founded in 1946 in building #67-7. Being a connecting route between the COC Club De Schakel (From 1955 to 1978 De Schakel was the club of the COC Gay Emancipation Association, it was very popular among gays and also attracted many foreign visitors, contributing to Amsterdam's position as the gay capital) on the Korte Leidsedwarsstraat 49 and the gay discotheque DOK (De Odeon Kelder 1952 to 1989) on Singel, Leidsestraat also functioned from the 1950s as a place where men could engage in sexual contact, with or without payment. Therefore, among homosexuals, Leidsestraat received the nickname Rue de Vaseline, which was later also applied to Reguliersdwarsstraat. Leidsestraat is the second most expensive street in the Dutch version of the board game Monopoly

Good market but there are better ones in the city. Majority of the market is non-food goods. The food stalls are fine but the variety is not top notch and e.g the fish stall was very underwhelming. May be nice to stroll through if you are there but I would not go there deliberately
Alexey S — Google review
I came here at the advice of the tour guide from Captain Dave’s canal tours (which I also recommend) and I’m so glad I did. We came around 9:30am and the market, though crowded, was tolerably so. You can find anything from clothes, jewelry, belts, special nuts from Morocco, delicious cheese, freshly fried fish, bags, beautiful flowers and arrangements and fresh produce. I had possibly the best strawberries I’ve ever eaten here. They were perfectly ripe, glistening and sweet. My mom and I bought 6 belts at 7-10 euros a belt! The vendor also sized them for us at the stand. We got fried fish which from Bond Fish that was so delicious we went back for another small plate. We walked away with truffle cheese and we don’t even consume cheese regularly. There is a Moroccan nut stand with lively vendors that we got flax seed covered almonds from which were somehow incredible. It tastes better than it sounds trust me. I left the market feeling so alive and full, both physically and metaphorically.

Cool small market to enjoy and but some goodies on Saturday. You can find organic fruits and veggies, cheeses, bread, vintage clothes, accessories and much more. Totally with the scroll
Maryna B — Google review
The Noordermarkt in Amsterdam’s Jordaan district is one of those places where the city’s charm truly comes alive on a Saturday morning. The square transforms into a bustling farmers’ market, filled with the scent of freshly baked bread, local cheese, and seasonal flowers. Stalls overflow with organic fruits and vegetables, while friendly vendors offer samples and stories behind their produce. Beyond food, you’ll find vintage clothing, antiques, handmade crafts, and old books, making it a treasure trove for both locals and curious travelers. The market has a warm, community feel—musicians often perform on the street corners, and nearby cafés spill onto the cobblestone square, perfect for a quick coffee or apple pie break. Whether you’re here to shop, people-watch, or just soak in the atmosphere, Noordermarkt is one of the most authentic and delightful weekend experiences in Amsterdam, blending tradition, creativity, and a true local spirit.

(Translated by Google) Nice store and nice, friendly man who received me and helped me choose a nice Nobis jacket. After a few months there was a defect in the jacket. Received a practical tip by telephone (wait until winter is over and then bring the coat). After the winter, you can easily hand in your jacket for repairs. When I picked up my coat, I was treated well again by the same gentleman. Until next time!

(Translated by Google) Just made a purchase from Maddox. Was one of the worst services I have received. I used to be a regular customer here but that's over! The owner was ridiculously arrogant and thinks he can sneer at customers who spend thousands of euros in the business. This is the last time I've been to this pauper place.

(Translated by Google) I always succeed at Re-Style! The owner always gives me a warm welcome when I visit, and the atmosphere is always cozy and inviting. She gives good clothing advice and knows exactly what she has in the store. This way I can always ask for help or a specific item to complete my outfit. She has beautiful extravagant brand items, but also some simpler must-haves for a good price! I get compliments everywhere when I wear clothes from Re-Style, I really do! And the best part is that this whole concept is good for the environment! Britt has a heart for her shop, and I think it's great how she runs such a beautiful, cozy shop!

The selection is good but the attitude of the owner left a bitter taste in my mouth. Sadly I felt like she was disappointed I purchased only one piece after trying around 12. Twice, she asked me in a rather cold and dry tone: “so, of all these pieces, only 1 fits?” Then she asked me to place everything back on the racks « otherwise, I have to do it all by myself » she said. I was with 2 friends and together we had already put all the clothes neatly on the hangers, but we had no clue where everything went. She eventually changed her mind and decided to do it by herself. I have no idea why all of a sudden, she did not mind « doing it all by herself » ? In any case, we purchase that one dress only, but I felt like returning it right away because the overall experience left a sour taste in my mouth. This is not how I want to be treated as a client, as if my business is « not enough ». Not attracted to go there again.

Sometimes I also take things with me when I come across something nice. Recently even took pictures and brought things for a friend. He was super happy. Diversity of nice clothes, bags and shoes. I drive to Amstelveen from Rotterdam. Also often take things from friends with you. Cozy nice shop🤩 with a coffee if you feel like it.

(Translated by Google) I am amazed at how my old mother was treated here this afternoon. She just called me that she wanted to hand in clothes, but upon arrival she was literally told that this was not possible because it was the school holidays. I would say you would make an exception for an old lady, wouldn't you? Perhaps an exception can never be made, but you can also ask someone in a polite and respectful manner to come back at another time. In any case, it is evident that there is still a lot of ground to be gained in the field of customer friendliness. (Original) Ik sta versteld over hoe mijn oude moedertje hier vanmiddag is behandeld.

(Translated by Google) A large bag of clothing was delivered to the store in October. The lady put it on my card with customer number that I can pick up the unsold clothing in mid-December. On December 20, I went to pick up my things. Unfortunately only a few items were sold and this was paid out. So far so good! According to employee Monica, the unsold items could not be found. She would ask her colleague about this and I would be called back. I have now sent several emails via the e-style website but no response. Last week I called again and was told that everything had to be sold. Possible, but then €33 is really impossible. Then the lady got pissed off and rude. She told me that I was late to pick up my clothes. 3 days, while the website states that you can collect unsold clothing within 8 weeks. Once again I would be called back early this week. Now Wednesday evening and you guessed it, again no phone call or email received. According to the website, they assume good faith and do not make a list of submitted articles. Well, that's easy money to make. Sell but do not register and do not respond to telephone and emails. Unfortunately, I was far too trusting and therefore lost money/clothing. In my opinion this is a matter of theft because apparently they do not want to solve it properly. I really gave them several chances. Not even an apology. They don't see me there anymore and I want to say with this review that you should think very carefully before you entrust your clothes to these people! So far so good!
