Overall, I wasn’t particularly impressed. It was an okay experience—pleasant, but not “wow.” The food was good, and the prices were reasonable given the location, atmosphere, and quality of the dishes. Service was decent, though there’s definitely room for improvement. Our waiter was kind and welcoming, and we were greeted with a smile at the entrance. However, the staff member who escorted us to our table came off more like a bouncer—serious and unapproachable. A simple smile would’ve made a big difference. As mentioned, the food was tasty, and the portions were generous. Unfortunately, we did find two long hairs in our dishes, which was off-putting. On a brighter note, the desserts were excellent—definitely the highlight of the meal. The restaurant is accessible with public transportation if you are not willing to worry about a parking. Elevator is available which makes it also accessible for wheelchairs.

My favorite restaurant for special occasions. Catch by Simonis is truly my go-to place for special events like birthdays or anniversaries. Every time I visit, I feel incredibly well taken care of. The staff is genuinely warm, attentive, and professional — you can really sense their dedication to making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The location is stunning, right by the harbor in Scheveningen. The maritime atmosphere adds a charming touch to the overall experience, especially given the focus on fresh seafood. The food didn't wow me.....though the ingredients tasted fresh enough. On the ….It's not the best value, making it more suitable for special occasions or dates. If you're a big seafood fan, you might want to give it a try. I'd consider coming back for drinks with friends paired with a couple of small dishes ( especially the tostada paling) However, for a proper dinner, it wouldn't be my top choice for a seafood restaurant. Still it was a memorable dining experience，and I truly appreciate the service from the chefs and servers.

We had a late lunch there the other day. Love the restaurant design and layout. Staff are accommodating, cheerful and friendly. The dishes we ordered are a bit disappointing what is accepted, like the 3 fish combination, it tasted dry as well the fish soup had no real substance.

A wonderful place for fish and pleasant diner. We made a reservation because it was my birthday and got a very pleasant table at the window. We each ordered a menu and it was a great choice, all the dishes were exceptionally good - fresh ingredients, interesting combinations, high-quality preparation. Really loved the dessert, it was composed of several small delights and perfectly rounded up the evening. The place is really loved by the locals, a clear recommendation.

Dined in Oct 2025. Dinner for two. The menu of the day is a good deal. We ordered the 3 courses menu (32.5 euro) which ncluded scallop (starter), Monkfish (main) and dessert. We also had half dozen zeeuwse oyster (starter) and wolffish (main) from the a la carte menu. The seafood dishes were all very delicious and fresh. Service was ok, can be more attentive. We waited quite a bit before a server came over to take our orders, he also forgot to provide the cuttery for our dishes, n he mixed up our dishes when binging them over. The vibe was relaxing. It was a nice dinner

Had a lovely meal at Dagvisser. I went with the menu of the day and everything was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality, especially the seafood. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but it was a bit too cold. Service was friendly and relaxed, overall a really enjoyable experience. Would definitely come back!

We had dinner with nice weather so sat outside with a view into the harbor. The service was attentive and friendly. The mussels were great and fresh, the ‘Bazen’ dish with three cuts of fish was well made and moist. Tasty deserts. Prices were good for quality seafood. Great experience during a busy summer evening. We’ll be coming back again for sure.

My husband and I really wanted to try different kinds of oysters. We enjoyed it very much here — everything was fresh. The bread was also delightful. Wonderful presentation and atmosphere!

We went to "De Dagvisser" on our last day of vacation in Scheveningen. The food was very well presented and also really delicious. Staff was very kind and friendly. We were even offered heating blankets because it got a Lil could on our place outside. All in all, 10/10

A nice traditional Dutch restaurant, most probably the only one in the city (or one of the few). Food is good and portions are satisfying. Restaurant offers a wide selection of pancakes, both sweet and salty (they are the speciality of the restaurant), and several traditional dishes (mostly meat dishes or variation of stampott). We took stampott with meat ball and visserspannetje, and a portion of poffertjes to share. Everything was satisfying. Location is very nice, with view on the harbour. Staff is really nice and friendly. Service is good. The local is simple and informal, but very nice. Recommended!

I really wanted some Dutch cuisine but also a walk on the beach so I nearly didn't come here but the walk back was worth it. Delicious traditional Dutch food. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Delicious (and very filling) pancakes and very friendly staff!

Arrived 40 minutes before closing and was told I could only have poffertjes. Not what I rode all the way out here for, but fine. Server didn’t even give me time to order a beverage and then forgot the Nutella and bananas, which were brought on a separate plate. The poffertjes were ok, but not the best I’ve ever had, and the servers clearly just wanted me gone even though there were still other people in the restaurant. I was in and out before closing time, but left unsatisfied and very thirsty.

Located at Scheveningen Pier is the Netherlands' first Ferris wheel, which hovers over the sea and offers spectacular views of the 11 km long beach and the skyline of The Hague. I visited with my family and had a wonderful experience. There's convenient parking nearby and plenty of food options and activities to enjoy. My pictures attached truly don’t do justice to how beautiful and vibrant this place is. Despite the rainy and slightly overcast weather on the day of our visit, it still felt cool, refreshing, and thoroughly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

De Pier is a beautiful place to walk and enjoy the sea view. The atmosphere is lively, and the ocean breeze makes it even more relaxing. A must-visit spot in The Hague!

Amazing spot to visit. The pier itself has a massive selection of stuff to eat and do ranging from trampoline park to bungee jumping over the water. We rode the Ferris wheel and it was definitely worth the price - great views and nice long ride. Also the entire area around the pier is lively and vibrant with many vendors and people to see. This area is a must visit when in the area!

Great area to wander around, enjoy some people-watching and refresh in the sea. The beach is (oder course) very crowded. All around De Pier are a lot of souvenir shops, restaurants, bars and ice cream shops, so no one has to leave thirsty or hungry. The Big Wheel is a highlight, enjoy watching it while having a drink in De Pier own bars inside (very warm!) or from the top of De Pier. Courageous people can also do the Bungee Jump or the zip line.

Beautiful place to walk on / through or by when visiting the beach. > Great view from any place on the Pier with many areas to take a break and sit down. > Many stores and things to look at, to do or food to eat. > Horribly communicated opening and closing times / path ways, being the only downside. Oh and great to stay under if you need shelter from the sun!

A nice cozy restaurant by the dock in The Hague. We were a group of 50 so we booked out the whole place and was a dinner for the whole group. The meal choices were between meat or fish. The presentation and taste was very good. The portions could have been slightly bigger but ok. They have a very nice collection of wines all over the place and you cab have a good choice based on your taste.

Had the 5 course weekend crazy lunch offer €39.95 🤯. Unbelievable value & quality!! Every course was delicious & well presented by very competent kitchen team. Front of house was friendly & attentive. Lovely meal on the terrace in the sun overlooking the harbour. Extensive & delicious wine menu (they have their own cellar). Some good wines at a very reasonable price.

The world can't take place of this best performance from the chefs and the team, a delicious menu with savour and experience in one plate make you feel welcome. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to enjoy time with their friends and family in an atmosphere of love savour and degustation. NB: the price is just perfect.

Luvely place, unique food combinations, high quality food, tasting menu is amazing!

The menu is good, the ingredients are fresh and all home made. However the service was a bit dissapointing atbour evening. Apparently they had problem because of the heat wave thay they (oven shut down), so it took very long. One of us didn't eat pork and one of us no fish. Unfortunately we had to pay extra to change menu, while there was not much difference in ingredients overall. So food is good, service and atmosphere could be better. We starten 1900 and our coffee arrived at 2300. We missed our cinema.

I've had the 5 course diner. I must say that it took about 4 hours to finish. I was in a group of 5, so we enjoyed ourselves. We did however cancel all other plans (movie and drinks) because we did not expect the service to take this long. The food was beautifully presented (except for the meat course, that one seemed rushed). The portions are however small. Two spoonfull and the desert was finished, so we asked for an extra macaron while having coffee. The taste of the dishes was good, but just the portioning is a little off. The wine pairing was excellent, but when the food is served the wines were room temperature. The location is great. We were seated in a much cooler spot after the first course.

We did the high tea at Suzy Q in Scheveningen and loved it. Great value for money, everything was super tasty—especially the little wraps, scones, and sweets. The staff was the most polite and attentive we’ve seen anywhere in the Netherlands. The outdoor seating had a lovely view, and the inside looked stunning too. Honestly, one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!

Very beautiful atmosphere, good food and friendly staff. This time we came for a pre Christmas dinner party with my ballet school and we choose for shared dining with 35euro per person. A bit on the expensive side considering the amount of food we received. Unfortunately, the burger was not properly cooked and with any special sauce for my standards ( medium rare -rare) with an ok sauce( nothing special) . The sushi tapas were very tasty and as well as the entree with the cheese fondue that looked like crème brûlée!

Fantastic spot with great flavorful food, unfortunately, the service went a bit downhill as tables that came after us had received food before us, with that being said, the team attempted to rectify the situation and handled it pretty well. All in all, definitely a spot to be on any given day and will be back!

We had a wonderful dinner outside on the terrace. We were recommended the new herring, which had came in fresh that day for the first time of the year. Super yummy. We did lots of other dishes to share. The sharing menu makes the dinner at Suzie Q a fun and social experience. The food I would describe as fusion and made with great ingredients and lots of eye for detail. It tastes really good and looks really good. Service is responsive, friendly and fast. Even during the busiest hours.

And let me tell you, the food is absolutely delicious! The gyoza is a must-try, and the sweet fries are addictive. But it's not just the food that makes Suzie Q a standout. The ambience of the restaurant is charming and cozy, with just the right amount of lighting and decor to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. The friendly waitresses add to the overall positive experience, making you feel welcome and well taken care of.

Food quality is OK. Many options for food but most of it is pre-cooked. Long queues for drinks. Nice view outside to the beach. It is fine, but it is not espectacular.

Dish varieties: thai, viet, mexican, italian, greek, and american (burgers). Drinks? Cocktails and sodas available at the bar. Place is well decorated, but not as spacious. Service is nice, mostly self-service. Air circulation might not be the best. As a whole, nice place for a day at the beach, might be a bit pricey, but is worth it.

I think the ambiance is really good. I tried the Pad Thai and the Gyros Express, and both were good. The wide variety of options is also excellent. I definitely recommend it.

Nice food hall. We had cocktails, Surinamese curry, tacos and poffertjes all in the space of an hour and a half. A little bit pricey but nice to be sat so close to the beach.

The Foodhallen at the pier in Scheveningen may not be huge, but they offer a well-curated selection of international street food. The focus here is mainly on savory dishes, with flavors from various corners of the world. The space is modern and casual, with several food stalls to choose from. Prices are in line with typical Dutch standards: not cheap, but reasonable for the quality and location. That said, it might not be the best place for picky eaters, as the selection leans more towards bold flavors and less towards classic, familiar options. Still, if you haven’t found what you’re looking for along the beach, there’s a good chance you’ll discover something here.

Nice place if you can't choose what to eat! Nice atmosphere, cozy and fun at the same time. Perfect for a nice drink, lunch or dinner. As for the food it will for sure depends on what you order, but the general situation is very good. The service is efficient (you have to pick up your own food, only drinks will be served and your table cleaned up), everything looks perfectly clean and the orders (drinks) came really fast at the table even tho the place was full. I suggest this place for if you can't decide what to eat or maybe if you wanna eat different. Atmosphere is good for a nice date with friends, or just a romantic date.

Great atmosphere, loved the different seating in this area, you can find nice comfortable chairs. Plenty of restaurants with different varieties. We choose the Gryos expres. Food was delicious. Also loved the fact that it's kids friendly.

Nice restaurant close to the sea with fresh herring and fish soup. Unfortunately the staff pretends that every customer is a regular and must already know everything (where to pay, where to grab the drinks, how the buzzer and delivery works etc.) and was thus quite rude if you ask about it. Herring was fresh, but the fish soup could have been warmer

Had a great meal at Simonis aan de Haven! The sea bass was very delicious, super fresh and perfectly grilled. I’d maybe suggest adding a bit more salad and a little less fries, but that’s just my personal preference. Overall, really tasty food and a nice experience!

The food? Amazing. The size of the dishes? Huge! The atmosphere? Awesome! The price? Fair!! Wee asked for three dishes for four people, we ate a lot and couldn’t finish… prawns 🍤, mussels and fish (kibeling). Amazing! And the sauces are free; you can try them all - I loved the one with R (big name!!) and the whiskey one… but you should try them all!! The sandwiches looked amazing as well, I am definitely going to try them next time… They also have a wine selection and the main one is Sexy Fish, I thought the name has everything to do with the place, so I loved the idea - I was going to go back to work afterwards, so I only had a coke hehehe

I had the kibbeling with coleslaw and fries. The portion was absolutely massive for a fair price, and the taste didn’t disappoint either. Crispy, fresh, and satisfying. The coleslaw added a nice refreshing touch, and the fries were just right to round it off. The restaurant itself is simple in design but still has a certain charm, with a lively, casual atmosphere that fits perfectly for a seafood spot by the harbor.

Very big portions and a wide array of choices. We expecially enjoyed the lobster soup and fried calamari. Great price as well and the self-serve sauce bar is a huge plus. We're disappointed that a lot of items in the menu were sold out while we were there, but there is still many alternatives. Good experience overall. However there's so many birds around the outdoor seats they are constantly shitting near your food, which is a point of caution.

My friends and I love coming here on Fridays for their oyster deal. You get 6 oysters and a glass of wine for 10 euros which is such a steal!! Their fried shrimp and calamari are also amazing and so fresh. The quality and portion size of Simoni’s is unbeatable and definitely makes it worth a visit!!

I highly recommend the place if you want to eat or buy fresh seafood. However freshness comes at a price…As a low note, last time the meal: Canadian crab with cheese crust, was a poor choice as the crab was buried basically under a ton of some sort of béchamel sauce - definitely not recommend. Other dishes are much better. Otherwise, atmosphere, staff don’t expect too much, any special treatment, as it’s more of a fast-food kinda of vibe, which is fine with me, given the setup.

‼️ The worst service I have ever had at a beach club/restaurant Scheveningen. It’s not busy at all but still they managed to forget our nachos. After 45 minutes of waiting for the nachos to arrive we asked what happened to our nachos. The lady checked and said sorry something went wrong but you’ll get them in 2 minutes. And we did….. While waiting for 45 minutes after ordering, no waiter/waitress came up to us to ask if everything’s alright. I have been to other spots at Scheveningen and usually you got people coming to your table to ask if everything’s alright or if you want to order more every 10-15 min. No one came up to us in those 45 minutes and it was difficult to get someone’s attention.. at our last try we decided to try get someone’s attention or walk up to the bar and cancel the nachos.. 🧊Our ice cubes in our drinks melted by the time we received our nachos (see pics). The nachos are good but the service really ruined the experience. I definitely do not recommend this place. It’s a waste of time and so frustrating because it messed up our day schedule.

I love the Sunday breakfasts, although the price really increased over the years (way more than the other restaurants). The food is nice and staff is helpful. The Tapas Deal is great, but also increased price and reduced amount… even tho, great atmosphere and good beach bar :)

We had their Sunday Brunch. It is really a good offer and for the price, I would say a really good breakfast spread. The food tasted really good too. There was a lady who made fresh fried eggs the entire time of the brunch. And the place was really full so there was a bit waiting time each time we had to stand in queue for the food. But that is kinda embarrassing expected with such a good offer. The ambience is Ofcourse good, depending on where you sit, you even have a beach view. Con: The service was maybe not the best. We were shown to a table where the guests were just leaving. They cleared the plates and mugs etc but didn’t really clean the table after that. We asked for a baby chair, and they brought one but that was so dirty. There was food remains(fresh and old) and they didn’t bother to clean it for us. We waited for a while and then cleaned the baby chair and our table ourselves with baby wipes. So a minus ⭐️ for that.

I used to come to this restaurant quite often, but after my last visit, I won’t be returning. They offer a buffet from 9:00 until 13:00, but by 11:30, many items were already missing and weren’t being replenished. When we complained, they offered us a free round of drinks, but only from a limited selection, not including the more “expensive” options. Overall, the experience was very frustrating and disappointing. The quality and service have clearly gone downhill. I don’t recommend this place anymore.

The medium grilled burger tasted poorly and after one bite we wanted to send it back. The very friendly and attentive waitress took it in, but returned with the managers remark: the meat is fresh and good. My ordered fish‘n chips was hard as cement and the fish inside was like rubber. I know these are challenging times. But never treat customers like that! Even convenience food for a place like this one deserve better handling. The music was very nice.

Like some others reviews mentioned it before, the fish and chips is hard as cement. It is supposed to be cod fish but it tooks like they get the cheapest fish they can buy with mostly skin on it and then fry it. And on top of that, they ask you if you want ketchup or mayonnaise with the french fries but don't tell you it will be charged 1 euro extra. Avoid the place.

It was delicious. The place was amazing, nice music and decorations. You feel like home (Latin home). Only the empanadillas weren’t good but the rest was good.

Recently visited very poor service. No where near the experience I’ve had at other Brazilian Steakhouses. Card was turned on green and there were only about 5 workers serving food for the whole restaurant. Our table kept getting passed over, so we decided to leave. Really disappointing because this experience isn’t cheap. Also the he restaurant has squeezed so many tables in, that every-time someone passed by us to get to the buffet they bumped into us.Very disappointed. Very good meat, it’s quite pricy for my liking but still very good. I especially liked some red juicy tender beef here it’s a shame that the waiters stopped coming over to serve us after a while even though the deal was they’d keep serving us for 2 hours. Either way great experience. PS why do they serve dessert at the start, it got cold before I could taste it.

Expensive for what you get. The buffet is all you can get but the meat only occasionally came round and then it was mainly cheaper items like sausage. The beef we got was dry tough strips overcooked. We saw some nicer stuff going to other tables but we were passed by multiple times as they ran out. No one came to ask if we would like more drinks and staff weren’t up for making eye contact to flag them over. All in we paid mainly for an expensive all you can eat buffet with a few bits of cold tough meat on the side

The atmosphere is still very good, but the service in the past was much better! It was a real rodízio, like in Brazil. The taste of the food is still good, but the variety in the buffet is poor. The feijoada’s pan was very small, no slices of orange, no couve, no torresmos! We needed to ask for the meat all the time. Disappointing…

The place is well located and has really lovely ambiance, including live music and hourly Brazilian dance performances. However, a warning to vegetarians: there are essentially no options for people who don’t eat meat, except the all-you-can-eat salad bar, which is poor value for money in my opinion. I decided last minute to join some family members for dinner here but wasn’t really able to order anything except drinks. Also, service was a little bit slow and inattentive, but to be fair it was quite busy!

I’m a frequent visitor to this area and i had very bad experience yesterday with La Galleria Kurhaus restaurant Manager or the person in charge who was treating the customer very badly and rude it start from the arrival I was waiting for anybody to escort me to any table to fit my family no body show up except this gentleman when he saw me standing he started raising up his voice with urgency I just walk out immediately to the opposite restaurant Luna , he is very lucky that still he has customers around his restaurant with this type of attitude and behavior he has to learn what customer value means and what customer voice can make in his business. I will not step in that restaurant again and it’s not recommended at all if you are looking for good services or customer respect .

The pizza's and pasta's we ordered were good. The seafood pizza we ordered was in the middle a bit too wet (I have noticed this before in Dutch pizzeria's) making the pizza bottom a bit too soggy in the middle. But all in all the taste was good. What I didn't like was the attitude of one of the waitresses. After we were seated in a corner location we didn't see anybody for 20 minutes while people near us who came later were served already. After trying to attract attention of several waitresses I went to approach the waitresses and asked if one could come to the table. One responded rather bitchy and said they knew exactly the status of each table. This came across as rather rude and spoilt a bit of a further pleasant evening. Don't forget who the customer is. Other waitresses were by the way very friendly and correct.

One of my favorite Italian restaurants. Parmigiana is the best appetizer that makes the best harmony with Risotto salami champignon as the main meal.

We were here on a Friday evening, with good weather. It was very crowded and unfortunately, the service was understaffed for the number of guests. I had the margarita pizza for 2, and my girlfriend had the tagliatelle with cream sauce, salmon, and herbs. My pizza was really, really good! However, my girlfriend's pasta had a tomato sauce and quite a few tomatoes, which wasn't very tasty. The service was very nice! We were at the other restaurant on the boulevard the day before, and it was cozier there. Despite everything, the staff was very friendly.

The staff was very welcoming and the atmosphere was great :) If I had to choose something to complain about, it's that it's not always clear how big the meal is. My pasta (frutti de mare) was a huge serving, while my friend's lasagna was pretty small. The food was enjoyable though, so there's not much to complain

So very nice!! One of the greatest places to be!! The waitress was so kind and sweet, the dishes were phantasmic and the location, especially SoloVino Winebar is absolutely cosy!! GREAT!!

Very good restaurant with a varied menu. Portions and sizes are good in relation to prices. Most, importantly, the food is delicious in general. Meats need to be improved, but salads, pastas and pizzas are great!! The staff are very friendly and attentive to the customers' needs. Highly recommended if you are in the Hague and fancy something delicious! This place's worth it!!

It was very good. The wine selection was marvelous so that was a good surprise. The food good and tasty but to be honest the desserts were not good, i expected more well combined the flavour.

Enjoying the most delicious menu with a top view of the harbour. Lemongrass is newly owned by Areia’s owners Vigo by Roeleveld. The menu gives you an array of high quality fish dishes! Note! Many choices if you’re not into fish and seafood. The wine menu gives you unlimited choices to pair with the dish of your choice. We love their ‘cheapest’ bottle of Laurent-Perrier Brut as an aperitif! Check our photos; We had scallops, beef tataki, weever fish and confit de canard. All extremely tasteful. Enjoy yourselves!

Lovely restaurant in Scheveningen harbour. With a delicious menu, mostly fish but also meat. Hundreds of good wines to pick from. I would advise oysters and champagne!! In summer you can sit outside and enjoy all the boats coming in.

Had a chef's menu and it was enough and good tasting. They also have options for vegetarians. Since I was sitting near the centre of the restaurant and the doors were open, which was nice early in the evening, but eventually there was a slight breeze which made it a bit chilly.

We discovered this restaurant because of the Iens festival, and we're happy that we did! They have delicious fish dishes and the staff is very helpful with choosing a wine. Can definitely recommend!

Oceans Beach House offers a cozy, warm vibe, especially with the fire, making it a nice spot to relax by the beach. We tried the butterfly shrimps, calamari and bread with aioli, nothing extraordinary but still good and enjoyable. The cocktails were pretty good, and prices are what you’d expect for Scheveningen. The only thing missing was some background music to enhance the atmosphere. Overall, it’s a decent spot to chill and have drinks with a nice ambiance!

Breakfast at OCEANS Beach House today left with a thoroughly positive impression I chose the Champagne Breakfast, which offered a nice selection of fresh, high-quality items, all valued presented. My companion had poached eggs with avocado and smoked salmon on bread – a beautifully arranged dish that was equally convincing in flavour and execution. What truly stood out was the service: Genuinely welcoming, attentive, and delivered with a calm confidence that made the experience feel both relaxed and well cared for. It added a layer of warmth to the already pleasant setting. Considering the quality of the food, the careful presentation, and the warmth and professionalism waitress, the price felt more than fair. A place I would gladly recommend for a refined yet unpretentious breakfast by the sea.

Excellent dining, a very nice beach location, spacious meeting or venue point. On the sashimi I would skip the tuna next time and focus more on the very good salmon. Best wasabi preparation I had ever in my lifetime. Good Longdrinks. You need to pay for toilet, 1 euro, be prepared.

I had lunch at the restaurant yesterday by myself. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was good. I had fried calamari and shrimp kroketten. I enjoyed both of dishes. The view is spectacular and although it was busy looking out at the ocean was calming. I even did a bit of journaling during my time there.

Really great decor, location, and atmosphere. Plenty of staff around, though they tend to miss guests unless you call them😁, but once they’re there, they’re friendly and helpful. All ingredients were very fresh. The taste was average, but fair for a beachside spot.

We had dinner here to celebrate a birthday. The place is pretty on the harbor. Food is gorgeous.

We had a fabulous evening thanks to the chef and the staff of the restaurant, the beautiful setting and the amazing dishes dishes wine. I thoroughly enjoyed the fully vegan 5 course dinner that chef Bob prepared for me, upon prior request, and his signature smoked carrot dish was out of this world. The first dish was a perfect mirror of the omnivore version made with Jerusalem artichokes, seriously amazing. The dessert was pumpkin sorbet with condensed coconut milk, wow! The wine was utterly delicious, their wine menu is really extensive and interesting. All in all a perfect choice for a special celebration or event.

My mum and I visited the restaurant at the 9/18/2020. We’ve had an fantastic 6 course Menü, each course was amazing. Especially the pork belly course, it was WOW. We never ate such a delicious and spicy sauce it was like a little explosion of taste in our mouth and the pork was perfekt. The restaurant is chick and you feel very comfortable. The service was perfect, they always had a smile on their face and you never waited long for anything the hole time. We would be come back when we visit Scheveningen the next time. It was a pleasure. A classy and stylish restaurant where we had a truly enjoyable dining experience. It's in the harbour area, but it's not a specific fish restaurant. We choose on of the surprise menus with the wines, which was great; well presented, well explained and great flavour combinations, with excellent wines. We had fish and meat dishes, all prepared with great attention to detail. It was a winter evening and towards the end of the evening we got a bit chilly. Bring a warm jumper. I will be back.

Restaurant where all wishes come true. We tried chef's menu and it was an exciting experience. The chef came to explain the main dishes. For my husband, who is vegetarian (not easy to please), the chef made an unforgettable leek bbq. Truly a master! Great ambiance, amazing food and nice selection of wine. Small place, which is good. Less noisy, as opposed to other neighbouring restaurants. Waiting for food can be daunting, but it is all worth it. Be patient and be ready to be amazed!

Very nice salad and lovely staff, toilets could do with a good clean!

This was a fantastic value for a breakfast for less than 7 EUR per person. The service was fast and friendly. The latte machiatos (4.5 EUR) were large and hot, with okay tasting coffee. Atmosphere was nice for the winter and the temperature cozy (unlike many other places at the promenade at this time of the year).

The visit was a complete disappointment. The service was unfriendly and slow, making you feel more like a burden than a guest. The food was just as bad – poorly prepared, tasteless, and anything but fresh. The bread was so hard it seemed like it was from the day before yesterday. Absolutely not worth the money. Totally dissatisfied and definitely not recommending this place!

Terrible, terrible food! I ordered the chicken satay dish. The whole plate made no sense at all, and the flavors were not good. Even fries were bad, I expected homemade fries, but instead, they were frozen fries deep fried in a somewhat stale oil. Such a disappointment. The service was not great, but then we came on New Year's Day, so it was quite busy and so the waiters were stressed out. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

Great food and great friendly service. Was surprised by the quality of the fish and tasted great. The waiters were friendly and were up for a laugh as well. All in all great place to eat some fish/seafood!

The place is super nice, around the Cassino. I really apreciated the staff, they were in time and friendly. The food is what you can expect on the sea side. We ordered a vieneseshnitzel and some fish and chips.

After so long time i wanted to eat some fresh fish but to my disapointed the dorade was a bit cold, (was sick after) my friend took another type which was warm and well cooked. My daughter took a steak which was very hard, so we had to change it, the burger was 23 euro but not so good. A bottle of water 5.20, i asked if i can charge my phone , the waitress told me i have to pay 3 euro and 15 euro for power bank which i will get back after. But i had my charger with me. So i didnt take their powerbank. We asked if we will get fries with the menu, they say yes , then charge 12 euros more and also 3 euro more for mayonaise. Atmosphere was good. We will Never go there again.

Great location. Food was expensive but some dishes could be better. We had the meat combo, the rib finger was delicious, but the lamb and steak were mediocre, rare to medium rare, but was really not impressive. Catch of the day was very good, the grilled fish was delicious, crunchy skin and rich. The lobster was a bit poor. Kid menu, fries and chicken nuggets were decent but pricey. The main waitress was attentive, fast but not very friendly. The others were super helpful and friendly though. The waiting time was short, even though it was quite crowded 👌👌. There is a small playground for kids so that's a plus

We have been served on a busy sunny day. Overall experience bad. We have the impression that the restaurant only wants fast money, no matter how. Their location and the brazzero show attract customers anyway. What could be improved: - a correct use of ingredients name: what is written on the menu is misleading and doesn’t justify the pricing. Example 1: Chaudfontaine 0,5L = 5€ We got instead an already open bottle with the logo of the restaurant, which could contain tap water (see picture) Example 2: Gambas piri-piri = 18€ We got instead small scampis (see picture) - more personnel for a more qualitative service. We ordered fries and a salad for our main dish. None of them was ready when we finished our plates (Catch of the Day dish and the « gambas »). - better personnel training or communication. One waiter said we could choose our fish. Another one said something else. At the end, we don’t even know what fish we ate

Used to be nice in the past summers. Ordered recently a Sangria for 2 persons and they delivered it in plastic cups. You get a nice jar of sangria and proper glasses in any other restaurant in the same area. That’s really a shame because the place is nice. Staff was not friendly…

Absolute disaster – never again! ⭐☆☆☆☆ We came here for dinner and ordered a pizza that, according to the menu, contained no pork. When it arrived, there was pork on it – no mention of this anywhere in the menu. We politely pointed it out and asked for a replacement. The owner herself said: “No problem, I’ll cancel this and bring you a new one.” She did – but in the end, we were still charged for the second pizza! The bizarre part: She asked us twice later if we had actually ordered the second pizza – we said no both times. Yet she still insisted we pay. We only received the receipt after paying by card, and only because we insisted on it. To make matters worse: • Drinks were packed to the brim with ice, hardly any actual beverage. • Cola had no carbonation at all. • When we asked for Coke without ice, they simply fished the ice cubes out of the glass and handed back a half-full drink. Bottom line: Completely unfriendly, no sense of customer service, and pure overcharging. If you care about transparency, correct billing, and respectful service – avoid this place at all costs.

DON’T ever go there unless you like to get abused by a waiter. We sat there and waited to place an order for half an hour but the rude blonde lady didn’t even bother to come to our table. When we waved to get her attention she yelled at us in Dutch! And then we left. People like her shouldn’t be working in hospitality!

I had a nice burger at this beachclub restaurant. The burger was tasty, it came with tortilla chips, I ordered the fries separately. There was a nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and child friendly, as there were families with children sitting at the other tables. In the evening, you may get a vey beautiful view of the sunset. Good choice for a cozy dinner after a beach walk.

Compared to some places in the same area, it is really good, prices in all restaurants are almost the same. Service was quick and good, food looked and tasted good, portions can be increased for the price. Atmosphere was nice directly on the beach with other options indoor and outdoor. They served water and treats for our dog without asking which was nice of them

I ordered "fish & chips" and sadly I never ate so awful dish. Fries were dry and hard, impossible to eat. But "fish" was even worse. I got a few pieces of kibbeling (typical fish & chips should be 1 big piec of fish, not kibelling), but there were almost no fish inside, only ugly oil and a breading. Shame that Dutch are thinking that people will be satisfied from such "fish" spending time at the seaside, where fishes should be delicious.

Nice place to chill and have some bites. The iberico rib fingers were really good and are recommended, we enjoyed it and we would come again.

Great place to soak up the sun. Service was attentive and friendly. My son loved the bounce house and they had many food options for kids. I had a couple of drinks and the nachos, which I raved about. They use melty nacho cheese that doesn’t harden over time, that’s hard to find around here! We will try the sweet potato fries and ribs next time, we saw a few orders pass by and it looked delicious.

The most expensive and least delicious fish and chips I have ever eaten. The food trucks that open every Saturday market have better ones, and you can get better fries all over the Netherlands. I am giving 1 star only because the serving lady was very courteous and friendly, otherwise for the food I would rate it 0/5.

Went to Twins for the first time and it was better than expected. Service was good (it was a Tuesday evening so not super busy). Kids area where we could watch them play. We got mostly sharables which were expensive but mostly everything on the strand is the same. Kids meals were very big plates, so worth the money. Overall, a good experience and will go back.

I have to say that I'm quite disappointed. We came in thinking we would be welcome with a dog. They told us we can only sit outside, which okay, I can respect that. We were exited for food, because it looked amazing on pictures, and they have a good reviews. That was a next disappointment. The food looked beautiful, but it absolutely lacked any taste. I don't know if the cook is allergic to salt and pepper? Otherwise the fish was cooked nicely. Also it was written in menu that you get a salát and fries to your food. Which as I understood should be for ever, meal. There I was probably wrong, since we got only one portion of both. Okay fine, we ate what we got and ordered a dessert. That is probably the only reason I give 2 stars to be honest. The waited didn't look very exited to have any customers there at the beginning, it got better with time. Overall I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting haag only for a few days. I think there are better (and cheaper) option to be found around the city. And also, which server gives a dessert spoon on the table outside without any napkin, plate on anything else? Just put it on the table and left.

Tuna tacos were tasty but not very big. Sushi was also tasty, even though didn’t look representable and quite small for the 22 euros but I liked it. My friend liked the fish but it was super simple. Look at the plate in the picture, it cost 30 euros 😅 Yes, she did ask to change rice for fries but again it doesn’t look very appealing. We also waited for like an hour for the main course. The waiters didn’t know much about the menu and had to go to the kitchen and bar to ask everything. We found out later that they charged us twice for the wine but I was able to send them an email and they agreed to return the money for the wine and even for cod fish garnishes which was very nice. Verdict: Can be tasty but with all other things I mentioned I didn’t feel like it was worth the money.

Our family visited this restaurant in the Easter, I would say quite disappointed for this bad experience. The woman who served us do not want to serve us with a good manner. And important is the food, u can see from pictures, there is one which looks not good and even unhealthy, I just asked to change one of them, she tried to joke me and do not understand my English and I point out that broke one , and have u seen the difference, she said no, and there is nature products should be like this. My requirement ist quite easy just change one , she said no, we do not have it anymore. We spent 223 euros in total but we get bad experience. Never come again !

Love this little area of the Hague and Vigo is a must if you love Seafood! The mussel's so sweet and the sauce was awesome for dunking the fries! The service was great! The servers are all fun and welcoming! My friend ordered the grilled sole...o Sole Mio! Soo good. We shared the seared scallops for appetizers .... chef's kiss! I'll be back next month and will order the grilled sole or maybe I'll order the mussels too!

Extremely disappointing service – ruined our Mother’s Day lunch I came with my daughter to celebrate Mother’s Day and was truly looking forward to a nice lunch. I had already seen the menu and tried to explain some dietary preferences, but the waitress responded with a negative attitude right from the start. When I asked about non-alcoholic drinks (since there was no menu), she dismissively said, “the same as everywhere else” – not exactly helpful. She walked past our table several times without even making eye contact or taking our order. Eventually, I had to get up and go to the counter myself. Even then, she remained distant and unbothered. Another waitress finally stepped in and kindly offered us a complimentary sushi dish, but the damage was done. At these prices, the least you expect is decent, respectful service. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back or recommending this place.

We had a summer dinner as a group of 5. We ordered the Vigo trio, sweet potato truffle fries, and grilled octopus as starters. Smoked eel and salmon in Vigo trio were pretty good, their cocktail sauce was nice too. The grilled octopus was slightly overcooked for my taste, but the zhoug sauce that they served it on saved it. I was so happy to find their zhoug sauce on multiple dishes, it was very delicious but beware it's heavy on the garlic. From their mains, we tried the soles, weaver and the tuna fillet. Soles were crispy and the butter sauce was well-seasoned. The weaver was also well-made, the beurre noisette sauce and the red beat risotto that it was served on were the highlights on our table. The risotto especially, was one of the best I had at a restaurant. The sole vegetarian in our group went for the quinoa salad, which had their garlicky zhoug sauce and grilled zucchini, both of which were quite heavy on the garlic. The tuna dish also came with the same garlicky zucchinis I think, so beware if you're sensitive to the garlic. Overall, we enjoyed our meal at Vigo. The service was good too, our food arrived on time. Their wine menu is also rather extensive, and they had a waiter taking care of food and wine suggestions (not sure if he was a somellier, I forgot to ask). The atmosphere inside the restaurant is really cozy and they have beautiful decoration, but if the weather is good definitely dine outside in their garden as I've noticed they had melissas growing in their garden it smelled divine.

Having a nice dinner last night, and everything is nice. The service was friendly though it seems like they have a bit of employee shortage. Atmosphere was great, plenty seatings outside and inside. Food are tasty, maybe an input on the carpaccio; it tastes a bit watery, perhaps from the rucola that just got washed? Ribs was equipped with interesting joppie paprika sauce (not sure what flavor, but nice) and the meat of the day; the b0mb! There were two of us, and we hope to see improvement on the ribs marination and carpaccio next time!

Very friendly service and good food. We had the mussels and the vegetarian burger. Both of the dishes were great + the fries were one of the best I had so far :).

Nice restaurant with a nice harbor view. You can find snacks, fish, meat, seafood and fast food.

We went for dinner on the Christmas evening. They had a special menu, and they told us the dishes could be taken separately from the 3 courses menu. Since we didn't fancy a dessert, we only took the appetizer and main dish. At the end we paid the same amount as the full menu, they charged the same price. This wasn't specified when ordered. We asked about it, and the explanation was the dishes when taken separately were pricier than in the menu. They didn't offer to bring us the dessert when mentioned. The main dish was charged as "catch of the day", and it was clear the fish was not from the day but rather catch for the freezer... 2 beers each and those 2 plates where charged 119€, excessive. Have left with the feeling it's a tourist trap... never again.

Villani is the place where you want to treat yourself and your love ones, is the place where where you want to feel that spark for food and a good moment, the place where you want to connect with another country without traveling. The staff is great, very communicative, joyful. The food gets better with every bite, I would highly recommend the five course from the chef, it surpass my expectations way beyond.

Both the service and the food were excellent, really on the highest level. Food was served quickly, everything was well seasoned and very tasty. We visited during the week, so it wasn't very busy and we also had no problems with parking. I can imagine that at the weekends in the summer it might be a different story.

Extremely disappointing experience – unwelcoming staff and poor service Yesterday, my girlfriend and I visited Spice Beach Club in The Hague, hoping to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the rude and unhelpful staff. When we arrived, we saw two empty beach beds and went inside to rent them. An older man told us it was "full" without even checking. Only after we pointed out that there were clearly two beds available did he finally let us rent them. Later, we tried to order drinks using the QR codes on our beach tables, but neither of them worked. We asked the same older man about it, and he told us we needed different QR codes — yet made no effort to help us or bring one. He just walked away. I went inside to order manually and was directed to (what seemed like) the head waitress. She handed me a menu, I ordered, and then she told me to "wait a minute" and just handed me the drinks to carry myself — one bottle of cola, a cocktail, a glass of ice, and an ashtray. No tray, no offer to bring it. I felt like I was the waiter. When I mentioned the QR codes not working, she just brushed it off, saying “you can’t order cola through them” and walked away. Both the older man and this woman acted arrogantly, as if they didn’t want us there at all. Terrible attitude, poor service, and zero hospitality. Definitely not coming back and would not recommend it to anyone..

I ordered the pulled pork and I think they pulled the pork off my sandwich. It came out and looked large but was hollow in the center and filled with lettuce. As an American who had lived in Europe for 20 years I understand the difference, but the sacred BBQ should always come correct. The was offense to 6 generations of my family and the Dutch people. Under different circumstances this was the type of thing that ends in smashed chairs and a protocol. Service 5 Stars, atmosphere five stars, Location 5 Stars, to the person who thought it was a good idea to stuff the center of my pulled pork with lettuce there is no minus scales that can forgive this offense.

We had a great breakfast with eggs, very good fresh bread, salmon, bacon, salad, fantastic old gouda, croissant, confiture, coffee and tea — and everything was perfect. The service was more than friendly, we really felt welcome. A very nice and friendly restaurant at the beach. Thank you!

And no superior the owner insulted the reviewers heritage and home land (obviously an honest feedback is not appreciated in that place) I can just say I'm from Ukraine and never seen such food scam before. 200 grams of whatever its not a burger, it's an insult

It’s a very nice spot, where you can spend a few nice hours but watch your bill! Instead of booking 102 € from the credit card they booked 120€.. it’s a pitty, because it was a nice day spent at spice beach club..

The atmostphere is modern and posh. Food is quite good albeit slightly expensive. Staff is very efficient and friendly. We ordered thai style ribs, Flaming fries, lobster. Lobster was very fresh and the rest quite good. Beer selection is slightly resticted but sufficient. We had espresso martini which was delicious and the menu had some more unique cocktails.

Very nice spot on the haven. Food from Vigo is always excellent. Service was very nice with 2 young ladies. Usually we have unexperimented people in Holland in the restaurant. So it’s important to mentioned it and to let tips for them, when comes the bill. Thanks for the good time.

Food is good, atmoaphere and the staff is amazing. We ordered the Lobster, it was fresh and well cooked. The fires were also well done. One of us ordered an espresso Martini and the waitress made it for ua even thoigh it was lunch time. It was absolutely amazing. The choice of food and drinks is good. If you are around and want to have lunch or dinner, this is a highly recomended place to be.

Fantastic experience! Super delicious food, the best Bouillabaisse and gratinated Lobster we’ve ever had. Also the Lobster tartare is to die for. The Cod fish was tasty, a tad bit too dry but with the amazing beetroot puree it was really nice. Nice service & atmosphere✨

I came across this place while looking for authentic couscous restaurant. The restaurant is quite small but nice. The food was great! Starters options are very limited but you can’t go wrong with any of the options. The brake is SO delicious and they have a vegetarian version of it, the meatball was super tasty too and the complementary bread was fresh and warm! We ordered the stable menu item lamb couscous and that was the star of the menu indeed. The portion is good for one person though. We also had fish in tomato sauce, it was okay but a bit salty for my taste but I guess it is meant to be cooked this way. For dessert we had sticky date cake, this was so so as it’s too sweet and couldn’t taste the date. To end the meal we had the famous Tunisian tea, that was great and loved the authentic way of serving it. Overall a different experience than usual restaurant, great service and super delicious food!

Great, cozy restaurant. The staff is very friendly, the food is great and price quality is excellent. You really notice that the whole restaurant is run by a passion for the Tunisian cuisine and making the customer happy. If you want something special, try it!

The restaurant is quite small, but that only enhances the cosy atmosphere. The food which Mo cooks is simply stunning with a great sense for balancing the different flavours. If you add the meticulous and pleasant service of hostess Annemieke to it then you will see that this place is a must visit!

With a group of nine we had a wonderful dinner! The dishes were really authentic and very tasty! You will not find these dishes anywhere else in the Netherlands. The hostess served the dishes and wine with passion and flair. We had a wonderful time, thank you for your hospitality Mo and Annemieke!!

An authentic Tunisian experience! I brought my girlfriend, from Tunisia, here to Zitoun, as a surprise, and she enjoyed it so much! It is also a lot of fun for those less accustomed to Nord African cuisine, but watch out for Harissa!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. First of all, the people working here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We felt very welcomed. The concept of the restaurant is like a buffet. You pick dishes every 15 minutes, for as long as you want to. You can also add some to drink, but as an extra cost. The food was really good and we tried lots of different dishes. I would recommend this restaurant if you’re a fan of the Asian cuisine.

Shared dining on steroids! Honestly this place is excellent. Staff is all very friendly and there is enough staff available! The places looks amazing and the back ground music is just perfect, not to loud but still a pretty amazing beat. Food wise the menu offers enough variety and every dish looks great. The speed the food was served was very good. Some nice options in the cocktail menu although the selection could be bigger and better. Food value was excellent, drinks value not at all.

Interesting and enjoyable dining experience. Big selection of foods. Beautiful decoration and atmosphere of the venue. Definitely a must try, at least once in your life 😄. Best enjoyed with group of 4 people, because you are limited to order 1 menu every 15 minutes, and I found 4 people is the perfect number to get the most variety in shortest time. Flavour is definitely on the upper level. Meats are tenderly cooked and well seasoned. Sea foods are all fresh. My highlight for the foods are oyster, lamb chop, ebi fry, and chouchou sushi.

The service feels a bit impersonal to me. The food is quite average—nothing extraordinary. It’s definitely not a five-star Lebanese dining experience. Additionally, the restaurant lacks a proper vegetarian mezze menu. However, the location near the sea is a plus, and the food is served quickly.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! We had the mix grill for two with mocktails, and everything was simply perfect, from the first bite to the last sip. The food was bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a great vibe that made the evening even better. Even the toilets were spotless and well kept, a detail that shows how much care they put into every aspect of the place. The location is fantastic, and the service was top-notch. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommended!

Visited Restaurant Zheng on Saturday the 15th of February and while the food was extremely delicious, I was a little disappointed as I felt it was mostly European food with some hints of Chinese cuisine served in a Chinese banquet style. I was hoping that the fusion would be Chinese led, as in, more of a celebration of Chinese food with elements of European cooking. My favourite dish was Scallop and Halibut with a sweet and sour sauce, which was it was incredible. The Lobster and Prawn dim sum with Herring Caviar and Black Cod with Green Pepper sauce (fish menu alternative to the main course) were also fantastic. The two cocktails (one used a tea-infused gin) we had at the beginning were also great. The main negative for the evening for me was the service. While the staff were very welcoming and friendly, the timings between each course were very inconsistent. After an hour and a half, we had received a cocktail and 2 courses, both of which relatively small. The timings between courses throughout the meal varied from 10 minutes to 30-40 minutes. This would have been less of an issue if the first few courses were faster and then the rest of the meal had longer between each course, but as it was, I was very hungry for the first half of the meal and then extremely full by the end. The waiter who brought us our wine said "I don't want to see you pouring your own wine" but then returned to our table only once. We did wait for them to come back again but ended up doing it ourselves, which is fine, but if you say you're going to do something like that then you should be following through. I appreciate the intention, and that the person was busy with other tasks, but I would suggest not saying that originally and just doing it if they can. Overall, I would say my experience was 7/10 and I would recommend a visit as the food itself was really fantastic and while it is one of the more expensive placed in The Hague, I do think it was worth it.

We had the best experience at Zhen. The food was superb and the service was amazing, Jessie really made our evening and was a great host! We chose the 5 course menu with the duck and the duck was really a special experience and so tasty! If you are looking for an Asian fine dining experience, this is the place to go. We will come back 😊

Everything about this restaurant was fantastic. We came in for lunch on a Saturday, we were warmly greeted and sat at our table. The ambiance, the seating, the lighting, everything was aesthetically pleasing. We ordered a 3 course lunch menu with the duck as the main course as the reviews told me to. The reviews were right, the duck is crunchy and sumptuous, the thin rice wraps and the sauces that accompanied the duck elevated the taste even more. Yum. Definitely not the last time I eat here.

This is a great place to experience modern Chinese food, with helpful service and an elegant atmosphere. I went here with my friend on 1 October and had the 5 step menu. From the moment we entered, everything was really down to earth and perfect. The two ladies who helped us were kind and welcoming and patient in their explanations. They were a great team! The restaurant is also gorgeous with beautifully chosen blue and gold hues that make the atmosphere cozy and well-rounded. For the food, expect Chinese fusion with modern touches. There was a great play of flavours and textures overall, with some funky twists and surprising elements (the oolong infused ice cream and passion fruit boba was so fun!). And the peking duck with the hoisin sauce and pancakes? Well, that was a love letter for the heart and soul! ✨ Overall, keep in mind this is a slow experience, meant to be taken easy and enjoyed! 🪷 So, yes, I really recommend this place!

An absolutely 10/10 experience. I rarely give 5 stars unless my experience is not only great but exceedingly stellar. We visited Zheng to celebrate my boyfriend’s 30th birthday as a party of 4 people. Not only were we kindly greeted, our bags and jackets were offered to be taken and we were shown to our seats. The restaurant had dim lighting but your specific table was lit which created a private sort of feeling where I barely noticed the restaurant getting busier through the Sunday night. We chose the 6 Chapters menu option (non vegetarian) and the kitchen was kind enough to even accommodate a swap-out ask for one of us. We also did the tea pairing. The waitress was exceptionally attentive to any dietary requirements of which we had none. And what a wonderful fountain of information she was when it came time to explain the many many dishes that flowed throughout the night. If you’re like my boyfriend and worried that tiny dishes won’t fill you - let me ease your mind and tell you we practically rolled ourselves out of the restaurant with how full we were. (Even managed to snag a takeaway bag). The food is exceptional. Honestly I won’t even try to describe something that simply HAS to be experienced. Before we left we were already talking about returning. Also- get the Duck.

A phenomenal gastro experience at this Asian resturant. Beautifully decorated cozy setting with a huge selection (separate dedicated menu) of vegetarian options. Presentation and creativity in mixing flavors was phenomenal. Probably my most fav Asian resturant experience in Den Haag. Pricy but well worth the experience. We went for the “5 chapters” (specifically #1, 2, 4, 5 and 7 -see menu) tasting menu which delivered a colorful, exotic and flavorful journey. Indonesian chef presented a lot of creativity and flair in both taste and plating on beautiful China. Every chapter was served with three separate dishes with a common sauce and/or key ingredient (ie mushroom or eggplant etc). Chefs lucky number is three thus the plating for each chapter. A very memorable evening and Jesse (the server) made it a fun experience with a special birthday treat. Menu changes every 3 months so can’t wait for another celebration! I would highly recommend Zheng’s for a special occasion.

Friendly staff and good vibes, though it can get quite loud inside. The food is fresh. especially loved the rice rolls and papaya salad, both packed with flavor. The curry with gambas, bún, and pork spring rolls were okay, not bad but not excellent. Overall, a nice spot if you’re craving Vietnamese food, with some standout fresh dishes.

This is my all time favorite restaurant in the Netherlands. The ambiance is tranquil even if it’s busy and for the influencers that need content, it’s also aesthetically pleasing. This is my go to restaurant when I want something really good and authentic to eat and the service never disappoints. The drinks are also good. 👌🏾

I have never been to a restaurant as a pregnant woman and got such attentive guidance in making the food pregnancy proof! When making the reservation online, I made the remark that I would like some guidance. It's clear that they have read it. The server and the kitchen staff were very alert and pinpointed the littlest thing that I would like to consider. They also had a ready to choose alternative. I was so impressed. And of course the food was delicious! We sat outside on the heated terrace and had a great time dining there.

Little V is one of my favorite restaurants in The Hague. I have been a client for at least 10 years and I always enjoy coming back. The decoration and atmosphere are great and the food is top quality. I fully recommend it for a great lunch or dinner.

Cute place with a lot of space. A lot of nice options for food and drinks. Nice for breakfast, lunch, dinner or just drinks. Would highly recommend, but can be crowded. The also have some nice events on Sundays or the first week of the month.

Stopped by for dessert. The ambiance was nice and cozy. Service was a bit slow, likely due to how busy it was. The dessert itself was slightly sour for my taste, but the ice cream on top added a pleasant balance. Overall, a decent experience.

Very good place for The Hague near the Binnenhof. Not much going on on a Monday evening in the Hague, but this place has nice indoor and outdoor seating, good music, not too loud, just nice. Cocktail was quite good, and food was tasty.

One of our go to places for dinner in The Hague. The dishes are size of starters and are meant to be shared. This is excellent for an evening out with a group of friends. The food is delicious and there is a wide variety for those with dietary restrictions. The restaurant tends to get busy quite often , a reservation would guarantee a nice cozy table inside!

The lunch menus are good choices. The veggie and fish tasting were delicious, the staff friendly and helpful.

This place has become so much worse than 1-2 years ago. Rice sticks are now little rice cubes, 4 micro cubes for 11 euros. The portions are now basically 1/4 of what they used to serve in 2024. My cocktail was just so bad: ugly, small, some sweet juice - 11,50eur. No wonder the place was half empty on a Friday night. I used to like this place but I will never come back again.

One of the things that sets Milú apart is its varied and creative cuisine. The menu offers a thoughtful selection of internationally inspired small dishes, each carefully crafted and beautifully presented. There’s something for everyone—whether you're in the mood for fresh and light, rich and indulgent, or something in between. Every dish I’ve tried has been consistently flavorful and well-balanced. The service is fast and attentive, and although it can get quite busy (especially on weekends), the staff always manage to remain welcoming and professional. It’s clear they care about both the food and the experience they provide. I particularly recommend visiting during their Cocktail & Mocktail Wednesdays, where the drinks are not only delicious but also creatively put together. Their Sushi Sundays are also a highlight—an excellent combination of quality and variety that’s hard to beat. Given its popularity, I strongly advise making a reservation in advance, especially if you’re planning to go on a Friday or Saturday. It fills up quickly, and that alone speaks volumes about the quality Milú consistently delivers. After each visit, I leave with a smile on my face and a very satisfied appetite. It’s become a place I look forward to every month and one I always recommend to friends and visitors alike. Truly one of the best culinary spots in The Hague.

This restaurant packs a punch, lots of bold flavors. The guacamole was amazing, the best one we have had so far. The ceviche was very fresh, lots of lime. The taco mix, was good I didn't think any of them stood out enough to order more than 1. The chicken was roasted and nice and tender.

Food and drinks were really good! Very authentic and unique flavours. The portions compared to the prices were great too. Only tiny complaint, the waiters were constantly walking back and forth next to us but they were all helpful and kind with anything we asked.

Delicious Mexican food in Den Haag. Who would have thought? I lived the fresh guacamole and fresh tortilla chips. The margaritas were also fantastic.

Deserves all the hype. Deserves all the praise. Literally no notes for the food at all. It's delicious, every bite is full of flavor, and you can tell they make everything with as much tastiness as possible. Portions are fantastic, they are not small at all. The drinks are also unique and delicious. Try the non alcoholic drinks like the horchata, lemonade, or juices because it's sooo refreshing. Service is super lovely, as well. Very funny when you ask them about recommendations. It's a small restaurant which gives for cosy vibes and the interior design is really unique and cute as well. It's wise to make a reservation, because of the small size of the restaurant! Will have to come back :)

Best Margaritas in town, great service and atmosphere. Love the music! It's a shame they close so early though, around 20:30 already collecting last orders. We would have stayed much longer if we weren't the only ones in the restaurant at 22:30. Great place!

Made a reservation here on a Friday night to celebrate our anniversary. Just too bad that it wasn't really taken into account, since we were seated just randomly there where the waiters go in and out of the restaurant. If it wasn't for Nazima, our trusted hostess of the evening, I would rate the service quite low. We were tended by students, meaning not really professionals. We went for the 6 course dinner. Started with the ginger beef, a cold dish, but still had some frozen bits. This was followed by the saffran risotto, which tasted good, but it was something I would not order if given the choice. This was followed by half a portion of a rib bao. I think they could have easily served a whole bao, because this tasted really good. The 3 scallops, topped by caviar and smoked mackerel, in a light sauce, was really nice. The main was the Iberico pork. Good cuisson, but the side dishes could have been better. If given the choice, I would go more for the beef mains. The dessert, I requested the dates cake, which for me was the best dish of the evening. Big thanks to Nazima who paired each dish with excellent wines and made the evening enjoyable. If I was to return here, i would opt for maybe 5 courses of my own choice.

Went to celebrate our wedding anniversary on the recommendation of a friend. Overall I was disappointed with the choice of vegan/vegetarian options esp after prior consultation. The Spanish peppers were overcooked; saffron risotto only name sake as there was no taste. Enjoyed the artichoke and aubergine. Portions are rather small. The place was really crowded/busy and the service level was rather poor. The food options limited (for vegetarians/vegans) and overall price/value proposition was not worth it. They didn’t even do anything special to recognize the special occasion which was little disappointing. The only saving grace was the ambience - sat outside and it was nice to watch the crowd. I would not return

De Basiliek offers a classy, elegant interior that feels inviting without being over the top. It is a nice place to enjoy a relaxed meal. I had the beef bavette with fries followed by the date cake for dessert. Both were really nice in flavor and well-prepared, with the bavette cooked just right and the date cake offering a warm, comforting sweetness. If I had to nitpick, the portions could be a bit larger, especially for the main dish, but overall the quality makes up for it. Service was friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. A solid spot in The Hague for a well-made meal in a stylish setting.

The prime rib was super chewy, the server didnt even ask us how we wanted our meat so we had to eat a rare meat. The portion was generous. Fries were mid. They were not very crunchy. Covered with mayo. Side salad was nice. Overall: Wouldnt come back. We didnt drink but they had a wide wine selection so good to keep in mind.

Super expensive, we were nine and payed 70euro each just to leave the place still hungry. Small portions. We also asked for separate checks and they said no. After spending 700 euros Water bottle was like 7 euro 😒

Beautiful service from Esther. Enticing personality and extremely helpful, especially when it comes to wines. Food was great - really thankful for the italian girl in the kitchen that recommended the octopus, perfectly cooked and amazingly spiced. Will come again!

We came here for my son's and my birthday and it was perfectly perfect. The service was friendly and professional and the food was superb! We had scallops and pork skewers for starters and pork cheeks for mains. So totally yummy. Even the side salad was delicious. As for the liquid dessert it was the perfect light finish to a perfect meal. Definitely a place we will come back to.

We had breakfast with Family I at a cozy spot in The Hague. The food was quite enjoyable, but the service left something to be desired. The waiter mixed up our coffee order, serving us long coffee instead of cappuccino. Later, he even asked if we wanted to pay for both, which was odd. Despite that, the meal itself was tasty, and the ambiance was pleasant for a family gathering. Worth a visit if you’re not too fussy about service!

Absolutely amazing Indonesian food! We had the vegan rijsttafel and it was fantastic! Definitely vegetarian and vegan friendly! We were stuffed on our way out! The quality was top notch and The quantity was more than enough! The servers were so kind and explained everything! Really appreciate the one man who served us (I didn't get his name). Do make sure to call for a reservation. They have different seating times so the kitchen can efficiently prepare the very complex dishes. I wish I had this restaurant in my hometown, cause I'd be a regular patron!

Such a wonderful restaurant. A true gem! Came here with some friends who have made this restaurant their regular go-to. I can see why. The food, service, and atmosphere were all super. I had the Nasi Rames - flavourful with a touch of spice. The owner was so kind and took great care of us. Feeling a little blue, the owner brought me a "happy ice cream" to make me feel better. Absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere, the conversation with the owners son (regretting not asking his name) and the food was great. Wonderful Indonesian Rice table. There was so much food, we could not finish. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the staff was so helpful in explaining all of the food, even in English. We were so happy to have such a wonderful Indonesian dining experience.

What a delicious meal! At the recommendation of my tour guide, I decided to Book this Indonesian restaurant for dinner, and I couldn't be more happy to have done so. The process was quick, easy and without problems. Once you arrive to the small, single room restaurant you are surrounded by many enticing smells and a relaxing atmosphere. Having already looked through their online menu (€25) (and googling the different dishes), I asked the very friendly waiter if it was possible to substitute the hotter spicy dishes for some more mild (coconut based) ones, and they did so without any problems. The wait was not too long, and they gave you appetisers (crisps). The waiter, when not needed by the clients, chatted with people, something I found being soo Dutch (friendly and open). Once the food arrived, it was quickly served on hot plates, as not to cool down throughout the meal. I ordered the fried rice as a side which was amazing and the chicken satay was fantastic (really what I was looking for in my trip). The great thing of having small portions of the dishes is that you get to try many different flavours without being too full. Everything was exquisite, creamy or crunchy, spicy or mild that I savoured every single bite. The little fried rice leftover was without any problems or frawn placed in a doggy bag to have for my lunch the next day. For dessert (€7), after talking with the waiter, I ordered their coconut milk, palm (?) sugar syrup and gelatine balls. I must say that I didn't exactly excite me too much. As you stir it, the syrups mixes with the coconut milk, which means that at the end you are left with the bottom layer of dessert that is just too sweet to drink. The gelatine shapes also weren't to my taste. In hindsight, I shouldn't have gotten the dessert. Neverless, super Recommended coming here for Dinner to eat Authentic Traditional Cuisine!

Very good experience. The food is really good. There are not a lot of tables so you may book before. The best, the owner and his team. They inform you on each plate, answer your specific questions, give you some details on the country and its dishes. It's a real pleasure to listen and learn. We couldn't finish all what we ordered!

Calla's remains a restaurant that is well worth the visit - a place where you are guaranteed to have a memorable meal!

Handy spot for a quick breakfast before catching the train to Den Haag Central. The food was tasty. We had the avocado eggs Benedict, but it was a bit cold. For the price, it would’ve been nice to have a small salad or some fruit on the side. We left still a bit hungry and grabbed a pastry at the station. Not bad, just missing that little extra.

I came because a friend recommended the place and couldn't be more happy with the experience. The food was on point, wonderful decorations, great service from the staff, especially Ruben that handled everything very well. I had the cheesy melt toast with Nduja, just amazing. Went to Palmette this morning for breakfast and got the shared breakfast platter for two—lots of variety, everything tasted great. The platter is probably one of the best deals there: it includes a coffee of your choice and comes with a lot of food. Staff was super attentive, checked in a few times and were on it from the start. Great location too. Easy 5 stars, we’ll definitely be back.

Great place to make a stop in the middle of a drizzling weather, took a break and enjoyed some local food. The soup with sourdough is tasty 😋 and warmed me up in this rainy weather. The bitterballen never let me down. Cannot get enough of it.

The food here has the most authentic taste, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from on the menu. The portions are generous, and the food comes out quickly once you’ve placed your order. That said, getting the staff’s attention can be a bit tricky at times, especially when the restaurant is busy. However, once the order is in, the wait isn’t long at all. The venue itself offers plenty of space, although it can get quite full, particularly during peak times. Despite this, the atmosphere remains lively and welcoming. If you’re after delicious, authentic Chinese food served in hearty portions, Full Moon is the place to go.

It was one of the best food experiences i had. I loved the shrimps and the chicken. I do not remember the names of the plates but the quantity and quality were really good!! As for the staff, they were really gentle, kind and helpful! They even gave us rice to combine our food!! We will definitely go again!!

Full Moon City is one of the best Chinese food restaurants in The Hague. All the dishes are very tasty always. The atmosphere is nice also. The service could improve a little. Good option for Chinese food.

No-nonsense food. Enjoyed the dinner a lot. No trouble with our tummy after eating at this restaurant, which means for us the quality of the ingredients are really good. Most of the waiters are kind and smiling. A few of them look very angry, but it adds some charm to this restaurant. We interpret it as they do their work seriously 😊

The staff is friendly and professional. The roasted duck is crispy, juicy and yummy (best one so far in NL). The stir fried (wide) rice noodle (ho fan)with beef is also the best one so far. The Ha kau and Sieuw Mai was also yummy. The Cheung fan (beef), Cha Siu bao (bun) was not up to my flavor profile (due to too sweet and filling/bread ratio). We did not have a (Friday-dinner) reservation but they were able to accommodate us as a party of 3 (time limited). Can recommend but do reserve your table prior if you can.

The reputation precedes it! As many have already said, a delicious place for brunch that left me happy with every bite. We had the mushrooms on sourdough with an egg and the croque monsieur, both of which were perfectly cooked. I really had no notes for the food - well prepared dishes and the flavor was also really well considered. I was also impressed by the speed of the service, despite it being very busy when we came for lunch, everything arrived fairly quickly! Highly recommend.

Walter Benedict hosted us for a cozy breakfast on a rainy day. The Eggs Benedict is delicious. The interior design feels very cozy but still polished. Can’t wait to go again.

Considering the reviews we seem to have been the unlucky ones. We booked a table for 5 people for dinner to celebrate a special birthday. Upon arrival, we received a table for 4 with an additional seat at the side, a bit to narrow and not in line with the budget you pay a at this restaurant. We had to wait around 15 minutes before our order was taken, considered we were the last ones and it was pretty quiet, we expected maybe some more customer minded focus. The atmosphere in the restaurant was cosy and quiet. We had to wait more than 70 minutes before our dinner arrived, for 5 people we received a small bowl of fries, 2 additional bowls were promised but were only delivered more than 10 minutes later, which was again very sad considering the prices. The taste of the food was high standard, however the temperature was not, the food was lukewarm. Since it was 9pm30 we continued eating (our bad) and I mentioned the sad event of occasions when they came to clean the table. Instead of a customer minded apology, there was more a defence of that it was too little too late to complain. The restaurant has high potential, but if (and which can happen) you make a mistake, own it and don't go in stupid defence modus without any reason. For a dinner of around 250€ we expected another level of service.

We had a wonderful dinner, and the chef reinvents the menu often. The wine pairing is wonderful. I highly recommend to book in advance. The only minor point was the recommendation of the non alcoholic pairing, even though we asked whether it's a good pairing if you don't like sweet drinks. We were told that they would take that into account but a few very sweet ones were still served. At this price point though we would expect one waiter for the whole evening as well as when seated outside to have a tablecloth if the table is made of plastic. The plastic tables don't do justice to the fabulous food. Inside though there are beautiful wooden tables.

Vegetarian and meat/fish 6-course dining menus at Restaurant 6&24 went beyond our expectations. Courses and presentation were designed carefully and creatively, with fresh and diverse ingredients. Vegetarian tasting menu was especially unique and delicious. The time spent between courses were ideal, we didn't feel rushed or felt waiting for the next course. Thank you for your attentiveness and service! ~On a logistical note, one downside of sitting in the terrace on a hot summer evening was the unpleasant smell emanating from the nearby supermarket parking lot - for which I cannot attribute any responsibility to the Restaurant. But perhaps the staff could give a fair warning about the foul smell on those hot days!

Everything was perfect. The dishes were delicious, well prepared and nice presented. I didn’t expected that the chef himself served me the main dish, which was great. I had the vegetarian menu, even if I’m not a vegetarian, but I didn’t miss anything since everything was really good. Saskia, the sommelier was very friendly at the reception and all the other team members were excellent, explaining all the details perfectly. It is obvious that the team is well coordinated and trained. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and sitting outside was amazing. In my opinion, the price for this quality is excellent. Please continue like this! Next time I’ll have the opportunity to visit The Hague again, i’ll definitely will visit 6&24! Thank you for the slow food culinary experience! I was lucky enough to get a table from which I could watch the chefs do their magic. Had a fantastic 7-course dinner with several additional amuses. The main event clearly was the steak cooked to perfection right at the table. Drinks were good, staff was very welcoming and the cool interior makes for a laid-back atmosphere.

Exceptional all around. Every dish was creative, delicate, but not overdone. Especially the ribeye and roe deer were top notch. Excellent, likable, professional service, superb wine list with reasonable prices, great location inside and out.

We spent almost 2 and a half hours in this restaurant. All the decoration is well thought out, neat. The service is also really great, our waiter was attentive : one of our guests had a little milk intolerance and the dessert was changed at no extra cost. We tasted the Lunch menu with 4 courses (vegetarian and non-vegetarian): everything was absolutely excellent. We had a great Dutch wine. We ate with our eyes too: the presentation was perfect. Congratulation! I recommend this place without hesitation: go for it!

Delicious Japanese food. Of course we had the “all you can eat” offer, which did not only include sushi but also a wide selection of Japanese dishes like chicken teriyaki or (small) bowls. The staff was very polite but a bit formal.

We had a wonderful dinner here last night! The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the service was truly excellent. Our main waiter, Aloysius (apologies if I’ve misspelled your name!), was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive — he made the whole experience even better. At one point, there was an issue with one of our orders, but both Aloysius and the restaurant staff handled it promptly and graciously, going out of their way to make it right. We left feeling very well taken care of and will definitely be coming back.

Sumo has great food, great ambiance. We went a week so after the busy season, so no huge crowds lining up but was still busy. Got the teriyaki beef and rice and it did not disappoint.

I love sumo, the price did increase but not so much, its around 41 euros for all you can eat and 46 for the premium version ! I go here almost every year its very nice, its a bit dark inside and the tables are quiet close to eachother but thats about it. The food comes fast and warm (or cold depends on what you got) and its perfect. The only downsides with food is that the drinks cost almost 4 euros, and there isnt much dessert options.

We had a nice lunch experience at Sumo. We ordered chicken and beef teriyaki, grilled duck, miso aubergine, and sweet fried potatoes, and I must say, all the dishes were absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch, both attentive and speedy. Considering the portion size the prices were reasonable. The restaurant's location is another plus,Being able to enjoy a stroll on the beach after our meal added a delightful touch to the day.

I reserved a table online and we got it as soon as we arrived (with a baby chair! Fantastic!). The food came very quickly, so did the drinks. Our toddler was well entertained with all the small dishes that kept coming and she enjoyed them as well as we did! Overall a very good experience.

Went for a 6-course vegetarian. Crikey that was good. It was a special occasion and it fitted the bill really well. If this wasn't the best meal we've ever had I can't recall a better one. Lots of culinary surprises and beautifully presented. Huge wine list, no pretentions. Unreservedly recommended.

Absolutely amazing experience with the most divine fine dining cuisine I have had in a long time. Love the open kitchen so you get a glimpse of the chef working and each dish was beautiful to look at and the flavors were well balanced and incredible. We did the 3 course lunch menu and the lobster with white asparagus was out of this world divine! Really love the Greek elements brought in a modern touch that brings out of the flavors. Highly recommended for that special occasion 🥰

We took a 7 course menu and all dishes were such a surprise. I never tasted these kinds of combinations. Food is really high end and cost as well, so be prepared to spend some money, but if you are here for a special occasion, then it is definitely worth it. Staff is very friendly and smoothly cleans and switches cutlery between courses. Though, my only critique would be that the G&T didn’t have any condiments…

I like their concept, it's great because you get to try different pizzas and when you're ordering you can see what each one looks like. Despite the reviews saying the pizza isn't fresh i can tell you it is fresh, warm and crispy.

Tried suppli for the first time and it great, but more mozzarella would be great tho! For the main course, we took XXL Pizza Box (like you see in the picture). It’s amazing! It’s really good for sharing. You can taste all the pizza in small size. Tiramisu, cakes, and the ice cream tastes so good as well. Happy with everything tonight and will come again

This is worth visiting. Amazing pasta, very tasty pizza and actually good coffee. Can be a bit pricy and there's almost no difference between big and small pasta plates (really less then 20% difference but with big pasta 4 euros more expensive than small). Anyway, I don't regret it, it's worth money and time.

Really cool place inside and the pizza slices are absolutely godly in taste to a point me and my friend had to make our first ever restaurant reviews. Alcohol has great choices and is nicely strong. Slices comes quick as the pizza is being made for everyone while you're deciding. Hidden away in a corner, amazing atmosphere and great value for a low price compared to all other pizza places and delivery. Cute cat too!

I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here are the key points that led to my disappointment: 1. **Service:** The service was incredibly slow and inattentive. Despite having reservations, we had to wait to be seated. Once seated, it took sometime to get our orders taken and to attend. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked basic courtesy. 2. **Food Quality:** The food was a major letdown. It's completely buffet restaurant and there is no signature dish, also whatsoever kept there was without dish names and customer has to figure it out .Additionally, if any of the items are finishing also they were not quick to refill it. 3. **Cleanliness:** The restaurant did not appear to be well-maintained. The tables were sticky, and there were visible crumbs on the floor. The restroom was also in pathetic condition, lacking basic hygiene standards. For this infact when I was updating to owners their response was completely ignorant. 4. **Ambiance:** The ambiance was disappointing. The restaurant was too noisy, making it difficult to have a conversation. The lighting was dim, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. The decor felt outdated and did not match the restaurant’s supposed theme. 5. **Value for Money:** Given the poor service, mediocre food, and unpleasant environment, the prices were outrageously high. I did not feel that the experience was worth the money spent. Overall, I had high expectations from this restaurant , but it failed to deliver on multiple fronts. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning

I wish I could give a 0. If you are a fan of good quality you'll hate it. They care 0 about your experience and quality. 1) Everything felt ready to eat 2) horrible service - the woman at the cashier is so cunning (with a super polite voice) and indifferent to your needs. 3) the cheapest and lowest quality food I've eaten in 2 years in NL. They are pure profit/revenue making model- not good for a hospitality sector. Theyll close down if they continue to be like this. A low 4.1 rating is well justified. We are going to another restaurant after this horrible food.

One of the best Indian buffet restaurants in the Netherlands and the location is perfect for dinner. The elegant interior with a stunning view of the Scheveningen beach from inside made the experience worthwhile. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of veg and non-veg options. The desserts were just mouthwatering. Definitely would love to try again.

We had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience here as a family with a 2-year-old child. We were seated on a sofa where the wallpaper was already torn. During dinner, our child pulled slightly on the already damaged area (2–3 cm). While settling the bill, a staff member (who later claimed to be the owner) approached us, saying they had checked CCTV footage and demanded that we provide our number to cover “insurance” for the wallpaper. Under Dutch consumer law, customers are not responsible for pre-existing damage in a restaurant, and it is not lawful to demand insurance details without proof or agreement. This felt like someone trying to take advantage of the situation. What made the situation unacceptable was the way he behaved: • He dismissed our concerns and refused to listen. • He made discriminatory remarks to my wife, saying he would only speak to me as “the man.” Such gender-based comments go directly against Dutch equality and anti-discrimination standards. • He accused us of not raising our child properly in front of our children • He first said he was staff, then claimed to be the owner, making his statements unreliable and not trustworthy. • When we asked to see the footage or speak to a proper manager and he refused stating that he is no time and just provide the number or not even willing to share their names. We paid respectfully for the food we ate, but the overall treatment was shocking—disrespectful, discriminatory, and legally unreasonable. In the Netherlands, families should feel welcome and safe when dining out. Sadly, this was not the case here, and we cannot recommend this restaurant based on our experience. It’s a pity to know people with such disrespectful behavior still prevails. Being truthful and honest is what matters end of the day. Hoping such realizations are brought into their lives rather than trying to pursue the path full of lies.

This is the restaurant for who likes options it caters to variety in a buffet type dining experience. So, if you vegetarian or non- vegetarian there are plenty of options. Starters: Chaat corner- Golgappe served like india, dahi vada, bhel and papdi chaat Salad bar Veg starters- tandoori panner, aloo, pakode , soya chaap Non veg starters- Lamb kebabs, chicken tikka, tandoori chicken Main course: biryani, daal, palak, panner butter masala, butter chicken and few more options with naan Desserts: rasmalai, gulab jamun, jalebi, barfi and cakes So, its a 5 course menu which is great as per the price but the drinks are ober and above buffet charge. The downside is the indian sweets are decent but not that out of world.

Very nice rooftop terrace with nice views. Their drinks were okay, however, I have to say that some of the cocktails tasted like they didn't have much alcohol in them, and the red wine was a bit too warm. They also have a very handy, fuss-free ordering system, where you scan a QR code on the table and order via your phone.

Absolutely amazing experience: 3 day workshop managed spectacularly well by al staff. We had a very international crew so we had to go back and forth with the dietary arrangements and Manoeska and her team did an incredible job and accommodating all the needs. Also the two people who looked after the room after us every day and brought it coffee and tea were amazing, super calm and understanding. The facility is accessible by elevator but the bathrooms may be a little tricky tiger in if you have assisted mobility devices!

This classic Italian style restaurant with paper slim Napoli kind pizza is completely fine. The staffs are kind and friendly. The place atmosphere is calm and nice. The restaurant was almost full but we got our pizza in good tempo. We ate a margarita and a buffalo pizza. Giant big but such light. The top on the pizza in balance. Useful to order table before the arrival.

Vincenzo's makes good pizza. We had a Napoli and a Funghi and liked them both. The crust on both was nicely thin and had a good chew. I usually like red sauce pizza better but their Funghi white pizza was as good as the Napoli. Vincenzo's is more expensive than some other places but you get what you pay for :) The dining room is fun, with cute drawings and pictures on the walls. Recommended.

We loved the starters and sushi here. We ordered the scallops and gyoza starters, which were both delicious. The two sushi rolls were fresh. The cocktails were also fantastic. For the dessert, we shared the sticky toffee pudding. The sauce was not completely finished so the brown sugar gave a gritty sand texture which was off-putting. Overall, the food and cocktails were good.

This restaurant in the Hague was fabulous. Had a great time with colleagues at this popular dining place. The deep fried pork belly with lobster was amazing. The combination was such a delight. The sliced bavette beef steak with mushroom and cream sauce was cooked to perfection and was seasoned right. What a wonderful restaurant to try.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at The Old Jazz. We had the Chef's surprise menu and wine arrangement. The food was delicious, wine was yummy and the atmosphere was chic and "gezellig". Highly recommend for your special occasion, it was perfect.

At first I thought it was misleading. Because of the name went I got the menu. And noticed what the people next to us were eating. But after really enjoying the fried scallops, Duck breast filet, the Surf N Turf roll, some steam veggies, strawberry cake, Oreo sundae. I have to admit. It was a great meal. I really recommend it. I will make sure my next time in Den Haag. I will definitely make a reservation.

Very nice ambiance and very good food. We tried the lobster buns, although didn’t taste the lobster due to the other items in the bun, but it was very good. Maki was good too. Chicken kung pao was different from the traditional one but very good. Highly recommend the restaurant.

The food was fine, the waiters very polite, but we had to wait for a long time, like one hour to have our main dish served. Not crowded, weekday.

Fantastic place! The food was amazing. I can say the same about the atmosphere inside, and the fast and welcoming service we received! We will for sure visit again!
