The Sea to Sky Gondola in Squamish offers a breathtaking 10-minute ride, taking you 885m above sea level for stunning views of Howe Sound and the surrounding landscape. At the top, visitors can enjoy food and drinks at Summit Lodge, cross the impressive Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge, or explore interpretive loop walking trails with cantilevered viewing platforms. The gondolas are wheelchair and pushchair accessible.
Breathtaking! This was such an amazing experience. The views are spectacular! There is a few different choices for hiking, different distances and levels of difficulty but all are fairly easy to navigate offering amazing vistas and closeness with nature. We were there early and it was not very busy which made it all that more enjoyable. This is a must stop while traveling the Sea to Sky highway!
Troy M — Google review
Just amazing! Breathtaking views, but the ticket to the top are pretty pricey. There are a lot of trails here though, so you can save on gondola and have a really good hike. Just check the difficulty level in advance
Max P — Google review
This was a great experience! Even though it was cloudy and we had to dodge raindrops, the hiking trails at the top were gorgeous, clean and well maintained, the food at the lodge was really good, and the employees were friendly and helpful. Would love to come back on a clear day to see the amazing views of the surrounding mountains and the sea.
Kristy B — Google review
We still highly recommend the Sea to Sky Gondola in Squamish, even though the views were mostly hidden by clouds during our visit. The lack of a grand panorama was a slight bummer, but the trip was absolutely worthwhile. Riding up through the misty forest canopy was incredibly atmospheric and peaceful. Up top, even without the vast, far-reaching vistas, the summit provided a beautiful, unique perspective on the coastal rainforest. And trust us, the Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge is a thrilling experience that delivers a rush regardless of what the weather is doing! Go for it.
Remee D — Google review
The view from above is stunning. There's also a long suspension bridge with beautiful scenery on both sides. Here you have a gondola, a suspension bridge, and a view of high mountains with a clear blue lake all in one place. I would skip other suspension bridges just to come here. You should arrive early when they open to avoid the crowds. Be prepared with your camera to take many beautiful pictures here.
DN — Google review
Wow. Extraordinary experience! Incredible views, from the heights. Great and varied trail choices to enjoy on the mountain. And a suspension bridge for the brave to span. What more do you need to make a memory?
Kathleen T — Google review
Sea to Sky Gondola was the wedding venue of our dreams. From planning to the big day, everything was absolutely perfect. After finding the venue online in our search for an adventurous or ski-focused location, it almost seemed too good to be true; the location/facilities were stunning, the price was affordable, and many of the rules were much more relaxed compared to the ski resorts we were looking at. We visited a little over a year before our ideal wedding date to learn more about what Sea to Sky has to offer and pretty quickly knew that this was the one. Michelle gave us an incredible tour and was able to answer every question that we had. She also pointed out several things that we didn’t think of such as the bridal suite and some of the unique aspects of the venue (eg. bridge closures). The gondola ride up was complimentary and we were allowed to stay and continue enjoying it at the end of the tour which let us continue to explore and see if this was the right place for us. Turns out, it absolutely was and we soon booked our wedding date. Booking the date and understanding the contract on their portal was really easy even though we were international and wouldn’t be able to do too much in person. Everyone we spoke to on the portal over the next several months (Renee, Sarah) were all incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able to come back to the dinner menu tasting which, while not having every option available to try, had the most unique things which helped us pick things that we otherwise would not have chosen. For the menu items we weren’t able to try, at our request the staff was so kind to provide us with photos of the other dishes. Additionally, they were happy to accommodate special requests like allowing us to have the macaroons instead of the included desert option. We were SO thrilled about that! The day of the wedding, Sea to Sky was well prepared and executed their role flawlessly. The food was absolutely incredible and the wait staff was fast and professional. The bar staff was also amazing and even with our party doing their best to consume as much as possible, they were able to keep up with the orders! One minor bummer was that the outside bar area was closed, so everyone had to funnel in on the inside to order another round – I think this is normally open, but just not for our event. Finally, even though our party was rowdy, the security and staff at the venue didn’t mind and let us continue to have a blast. A few days after the wedding, the venue continued to impress us with how easy and transparent it was to finalize the remaining payments; something we really needed to be easy having just gotten married! If you’re looking for the most amazing views and venue in the world, chill and communicative staff, and flexibility to tailor the party the way you want, S2SG is the place to go!! Such an amazing experience with absolutely beautiful views! Yes, it’s a little pricey, but the scenery makes it totally worth it. The lounge is a great spot to just sit back and relax while looking out over the water. And if you’re feeling adventurous, take a walk across the suspension bridge—it’s such a fun little thrill and the views from up there are incredible.

The Britannia Mine Museum, located in Squamish, British Columbia, is a former mine transformed into an educational and family-friendly attraction. Visitors can explore the history of the region's mining industry through interactive exhibits and artifacts. One of the highlights is an underground train tour that takes guests through authentic mining tunnels. Additionally, visitors can try their hand at gold panning and engage with knowledgeable guides to learn about the area's heritage.
A must visit spot. Lots of history, amazing guided tour, and incredible views. I brought my son over (5yo) and he had a blast panning, visiting the mine, the mill, and the little gift shop. Although we had no issues dropping in, I highly recommend booking in advance. Check the days they have panning, because some days they don’t have. There are lots to see, and I recommend take the tour first and then visiting the other attractions. It makes easier to understand the history behind each part of the museum.
Rodrigo S — Google review
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Britannia Mine Museum is an amazing stop and one of the highlights of my trip! ⛏️ From the moment you arrive, everything feels well-organized and welcoming. Guests are given hard hats ⛑️, which adds a fun and authentic touch before heading underground. Riding the little mine train 🚂 into the tunnels was such a unique experience — it really gave me a sense of what daily life for the miners must have been like. The tour guide was fantastic and did several live demonstrations of real mining equipment. 💥 The noise, the sparks, and the vibrations made history come alive in a way that books or photos never could. After the guided portion, there’s a chance to do a free walk-through of the exhibits at your own pace. I loved seeing the artifacts, old photos, and interactive displays that showed what it was like to live in this mining community. 🏠📸 The interactive movie 🎥✨ was another highlight — creative, engaging, and surprisingly moving. It pulled me right into the story of the mine’s past. Overall, this museum is educational, entertaining, and fun for all ages. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Whether you’re into history, science, or just looking for a great stop along the Sea-to-Sky Highway 🌲🍁, this is absolutely worth a visit!

📝 Top Tips Save time [Book in Advance]: Underground rail tour & the Awesome "BOOM! SHOW " have scheduled times. Dress Appropriately: Cool, damp tunnels—light jacket and comfortable shoes recommended. Plan 2–3 Hours: For tours, panning, exhibits, and a café break. Hands-On Fun: Gold panning and interactive exhibits are great for kids. Photography: Mill No. 3 and Howe Sound are photogenic; Food & Souvenirs: Café has light snacks; Company Store has themed items. [The Beaucoup Cafe & Bakery across the road is as picture perfect as they get / menu has great offering] Accessibility: Some areas may be challenging—ask Guest Services if needed. Timing & Weather: Weekdays are quieter; bring layers for rain or fog. Combine Stops: Pair with Shannon Falls or Squamish town for a full day trip. The Café inside and gift shop are modest; plan extra time if you want to relax. Engage Staff: Guides enrich the experience—ask questions. A must-see stop on the Sea-to-Sky Highway for families, history buffs, or anyone curious about BC’s mining heritage. Combines industrial history, hands-on fun, and dramatic experiences.

Recommend this muse me with 5 star! The mine museum has provided a very different tourism experience to all ages! First is small exhibition showroom with 15min movie, then you get to take a small train to the <underground>, the instructor is knowledgeable and funny! You get to see how old days the workers were doing! And lastly we did some gold panning, and I was so lucky to find some! Great place to take the whole family for an adventure!
Sitong L — Google review
Great experience! We bought tickets in advance so there was basically zero wait. I would recommend getting there early so you can explore the museum, watch short films they have playing and also do some gold panning which was incredibly fun. The tour was nice and started off a little slow, but Tessa was a great guide and finishing of with the BOOM! Show was amazing!
Vishnu G — Google review
We had a truly amazing experience visiting this museum! The tour was very well organized, informative, and fun for both adults and children. Our guide was outstanding—engaging, knowledgeable, and made the whole visit enjoyable. The kids especially loved exploring and learning through the activities, and we all came away with great memories. In the final part of the tour inside the mill, there was a noticeable sulfur smell. While it was a bit strong for my son, I’m sure this is part of the natural environment. With some additional ventilation, even visitors who are sensitive—especially children—would be able to enjoy that fascinating section fully. The gold panning activity was a highlight! One idea that might make it even better would be to have a guide demonstrate the correct steps for the children—it would add an extra educational touch to an already fun experience. Overall, this museum is a wonderful place to visit, and I highly recommend it to families and anyone interested in history and discovery. We truly enjoyed our time here and are grateful for such a memorable tour!
Amir S — Google review
I enjoyed my visit to this museum! The guided tour was fantastic. Our guide was enthusiastic and engaging. The museum ticket price is a bit steep (a little over $40 for an adult), so be prepared for that. Lots of history here! There are a couple of restaurants and little shops across the road too. Makes for a nice day out.
Anusha S — Google review
Stopped in for a planned visit on our way to Whistler. I was wondering if my kids, 16 and 18 would be interested or bored. Well our whole family loved the museum, it exceeded our expectations. The tour guide(Simon) was excellent and made the tour very interesting. The mine tour was amazing, we learned so much about the mining process. The Boom show was so good and seeing inside the mill was unbelievable. This place must be seen to believe how cool it is, I guess that is why so many movies are filmed here. I think this is a hidden gem in BC and everyone should visit. Also the my 16 year old loved the gold panning.

Dragon Terrace is a delightful family-owned restaurant that serves traditional American Chinese cuisine. It's a popular destination for visitors from Whistler who frequently make the drive down to indulge in their delicious food. For just $40, two people can leave feeling completely satisfied. The service is fast and friendly, although the atmosphere could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and some decorative pictures. However, it's the quality of the food that keeps customers coming back for more.
A surprise gem! We arrived in Squamish after a long day of driving and wanted to grab something quick to take out and bring back to our Airbnb — we just randomly stopped here and were very pleasantly surprised— lots of good options, ready in only 15 minutes, and all delicious— all was good but in particular we enjoyed the ginger beef and chicken chop suey— lots of savory and pronounced flavors— the woman who took our order was very helpful, and everything was hot and fresh— highly recommended!
Amy B — Google review
We recently enjoyed a meal that included mushroom chop suey, fried tofu, and dry ribs. Overall, the dishes were delicious; however, the dry ribs were a bit disappointing, as they contained more breading than meat. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, but I did notice that the washroom could use some maintenance, as it was not in the best condition during my visit.
Edgar I — Google review
The food was incredibly good and the portions so big that one would probably be enough for two. The prices are super fair and the staff was sooo kind! Also, recommended to try their 🧋 boba after the food as a special treat!
Kathi B — Google review
It has been more than three years since I first visited here. Although I only visit here 1-2 times a year, I come here every time I come to Squamish and watch the notes on the wall go from being sparse at first to being full. There are also our notes and memories. I like the food here, which still maintains the traditional Chinese taste. There is also milk tea, a surprise!
Sun W — Google review
I come frequently for bubble tea. I love the slush flavours especially mango, lychee, and watermelon. I also like their fried rice and lunch special with spring roll, fried rice, and Mongolian beef. Large portions.
Elly T — Google review
Cozy diner with incredible food. The service was friendly and attentive, and the prices were great for the amount of food per serving. Flavors were lovely and complex, and the food came out fast and fresh. Thank you for a great lunch on a cold, rainy day!
Emory R — Google review
Spent over $100 on take away, it was some of the most vile “food” I have ever had. The Chow Mein had the taste and texture of play dough. There was no shrimp only dough in the fried shrimp. The sweet and sour pork had zero pork flavor, just mushy pineapple sauce. The beef in the vegetables was tougher than leather. The chicken tasted like chicken nuggets so it wasn’t the worst (clearly made from the same “chicken” paste that McDonald’s uses). The fortune cookies were good.
Zach — Google review
Their bubble teas are refreshing with just the right sweetness, and the pearls are always chewy and fresh. May not be the best bubble tea but they are the only one in town. Service is quick, and the shop has a relaxed, welcoming vibe

Climb On Equipment is a one-stop shop for all climbing needs, offering both new and used gear through their consignment shop. They are known for their excellent customer service, with experienced staff who are actively involved in the climbing community. The store also offers a bulk hardware program with great discounts for large orders. Customers appreciate the loyalty reward point system and commend the helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Awesome climbing store for all things on the crag. Staff were helpful, friendly, and had great energy. They had such a wide selection of gear, I could spend hours getting lost in there trying and imagining what could be my next harness, shoe, pitch items, or training piece. Unfortunately, their clothing selection especially for t-shirts was limited as they did not always have the sizes or colours I wanted. Glad they ship all across Canada!
Ivan S — Google review
They sell "made in China" climbing harnesses. Climb on doesn't see a problem with that. Won't order brands from Europe that have real standards. Won't list the country of manufacture on their website so you can make an informed choice. Sold me a sling also made in china, threw it out.
Ar — Google review
MEC had a sale on their climbing shoes but all sizes sold out both in-store and online. My local climbing gym here in Calgary has the dumbest price-matching policy and refused to honor the sale price. So thank you Climb-On Equipment for a) having the last pair of my size and b) advertising the shoes and honouring the price match to your competitors! I've been to this store in-person a few years back and wish there was something similar in my city. Always great selection and good staff. My package arrived damaged, but shoes very much intact....i think that was more on the shipping company though!

I've been buying climbing gear of all sorts here for years, both online and in person. The Squamish store is one of my favorite gear shops I've ever been to. Anytime I'm in Squamish, I always stop in. The store is well stocked with everything and anything you could want for climbing or route development. The shoe selection is especially great! The staff are knowledgeable, wonderful to talk with and have a great energy. Truly a joy to support a proper climbing shop.

I purchased climbing shoes and harness online and I'm pleased with my purchase. My shoes were pretty much a blind buy but the size is spot on! Overall very good online buy experience and will check on them regularly. Thank you Climb On Equipment team!

Nestled in the heart of downtown Squamish, Billies House has been a beloved fixture since 1973, thanks to the dedication of local couple Janine and Francis Reynolds. This charming boutique is not just a flower shop; it’s a treasure trove filled with fresh blooms, unique gifts, delightful homewares, and stunning decor items that ignite curiosity. The spacious new location boasts character and heritage, creating an inviting atmosphere that enchants visitors.
We couldn't have been happier with our wedding florists from Billies House, who transformed our venue into a breathtaking floral wonderland. From our initial consultation, their expertise and creative vision were evident, as they meticulously listened to our ideas and crafted arrangements that perfectly matched our theme and personal style. The bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative floral installations were nothing short of spectacular, each one a work of art that added elegance and romance to every corner of our celebration. Their attention to detail, vibrant flower selections, and seamless execution exceeded all our expectations, making our wedding day truly unforgettable. We highly recommend their services to anyone seeking floral perfection on their special day.

We are filled with immeasurable gratitude for the seasonal vision of Billies! Our wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, bud vases, and aisle arrangements truly exceeded our wildest dreams. They were whimsical and beautifully reflective of the autumn season. Throughout the months and days leading up to our wedding, Billies went above and beyond in their communications. They ensured our inquiries were thoroughly addressed and excitedly provided a sneak peak when we popped in for a last minute wedding-related item. We felt so deeply cared for throughout the process and could not have been more thrilled by the seasonal arrangements that were delivered. Photo Credit: Leah Kathryn Photo

Flowers were nice but super expensive. 3 nice flowers with 3 fillers for $40. Then it's an extra $5 for a water bag ... couldn't believe that wasn't included in an already expensive bouquet. I'll go somewhere else next time
Melanie M — Google review
The staff at Billie's House were amazing at helping me plan the flowers for my destination wedding in Squamish, BC. Their professionalism and creativity made my wedding flowers the perfect accompaniment, from making suggestions to executing the perfect arrangements. I could not have been happier with all the beautiful flowers, from my bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets to the table flowers and boutonnieres. They even custom-made our stefana (traditional Greek wedding crowns). Communication was top notch. Highly recommended!
Angela P — Google review
I ordered my flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely stunning. The questionnaire was easy to use and they nailed my vision! The staff were very friendly and easy to work with.
Anna R — Google review
“it’s too expensive for them to wrap the bouquet”. 😬 They have lovely arrangements and the flowers are amazing quality. The service was ok, but not great. It’s a bit overpriced for the amount of flowers you get (I buy flowers from various florists often). It was a bit of a shame that when you buy a bouquet of flowers they charge extra to get them wrapped because as the lady who helped me said “it’s too expensive for them to include the wrapping” We are all ok with paying for a bag at the grocery store or other places. I met up with some friends after getting the bouquet, they said that they stopped going and they know quite a lot of people who also stopped going there because the staff aren’t very friendly and because of the extra charge for a service that perhaps should be included when you are spending a fair amount there. I’ve never written a bad review. Hopefully this feedback that can be considered helpful.

Best local chocolate spot! Great for gifts, but don't forget to add a chocolate bar or a few specialty truffles for yourself. The owners and staff are all personable and helpful. The atmosphere is amazing even when they're at their busiest! The bonbon is my favorite or the dark choc brittle but I'm always pleasantly surprised when I try something new. Always order ahead to get their amazing cakes.

These are the best chocolates i’ve ever had. It is not an exaggeration, and i’m a chocolate lover so i’ve tried so many of them. But never have I had chocolate of such a quality. High quality chocolates, packed with flavour, obviously gorgeously made, and melt in your mouth. I did not have much expectations but when I took a bite, I was in chocolate heaven. On top of it the host, who makes these chocolates herself, is an absolute angel. She is super kind, charming and loves to have a conversation with the visitors. The store is super cute and has warmth in it. 10/10 recommended. This is a spot not to be missed while in Squamish 💕

This is my go to lunch spot in Squamish. Martha and the team are super friendly and service is dialed. I have hired Martha and her team to cater various events over the past few years and it's always been top notch. A quick idea of what we would like and they just run with it, 0 stress on our end. They hands down have the best sandwiches in town, not to mention the chocolate chip cookies are next level. I default to here every time someone asks to go for lunch. Love it!
Mike V — Google review
It’s good, but don’t have high expectations… likely a better spot for lunch rather than a fancy dinner. Avoid the incredibly overpriced $15 cocktails that come in a small childish glass about half the size of any reputable restaurant. The pasta night was fun and the chef did some great work with the homemade pasta, but unfortunately it seemed like amateur hour the entire experience… including the view of 20+ cigarette butts lying below our outdoor table where a neighbour came to smoke a few times during our meal. It was a very overpriced experience.

The food is delicious. Just make sure to double check the prices on the menu as what was posted on the website for a hot dog was double what I paid in store ($6 vs $12). I'd love to see happy hour and pasta night (which used to be such a great deal) prices come down slightly, which may encourage more business. Locals deal maybe?

This gem of a shop in Squamish is the new cool and casual place to hang and have some delicious bites and beverages. Their fun and affordable Happy Hour starting at 3 makes for a perfect end of the day and their grocery and deli selection is full of speciality international and local products. After Happy Hour we got a Nightingale marg pizza from their Legends Freezer and it was great!

Loving our new neighbourhood Peak Provisions Grocer downtown Squamish. I've stopped by a few times to pick up items including some speciality groceries and Christmas gifts. Coffee, grilled cheese, and their wagyu beef hot dog were all delicious. They had a super fun night of cocktails made by the lovely Cece, with live music by Adam. Friendly helpful staff too! Definitely worth a visit.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Squamish, Random & Co is a treasure trove for fashion enthusiasts seeking unique and stylish finds. This charming consignment store boasts an impressive selection of locally sourced clothing, shoes, and accessories that are handpicked to ensure quality and trendiness. Whether you're on the hunt for high-end pieces or budget-friendly gems, Random & Co has something for everyone.
I’m new to town, new to shopping in consignment stores… And so glad I stumbled upon this gem! The Random & Co staff were extremely kind and helpful, the overall vibe was welcoming and fun, and I will definitely be back! Having the option to purchase this reusable bag was a nice touch. 🩷
Leslie H — Google review
They seem to have double standards when it comes to accepting clothes for consignment. They’re extremely picky, but when it comes to the items they sell—many of which clearly have wear, tear, and even undone stitching—they refuse to offer any discounts. The staff is incredibly snobbish, which only adds to the unpleasant vibe. On top of that, the prices are unreasonably high. In many cases, you can find brand-new items for the same price or less elsewhere. It’s not worth the hassle or the attitude. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this store.
Angela H — Google review
I have consigned with Random & Co for many years. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I find the intake criteria seem a bit inconsistent and vary depending on who reviews the items. A displayed checklist could be helpful, that is consistently applied. Unfortunately, it seems like every year, more fees get added to the consignment contract, which is unfortunate. It's lengthy to get your account balance paid out and is only possible via cheque. I still think it's a great store, but the customer experience could be much better with some tweaks.
Laura W — Google review
I love this store! They curate the items in their store so well that you know you will only find good quality items. Makes for an excellent shopping experience. The prices for their clothes are fair. Where other secondhand stores overprice their clothes you will find that Random & Co. doesn’t. They carry high quality, name brand items for a very reasonable price. I love popping in every so often to see what’s new. Highly recommend this place!
Leslie E — Google review
Decent stuff in store some great items, typical prices as I understand it’s not a thrift store. Customer service below average… great location downtown. Mixed feeling when I walked out the door today.
Taylor G — Google review
I love going in here and I always enjoy the displays especially with their color schemes. The past couple of visits have been a disappointment when I see SHEIN on the racks. I’ve been consigning here for the past couple years as well and it seems like they’re accepting less and less when consigning. Overall, I would recommend because I have found some really beautiful pieces here.
Z A — Google review
At first I was surprised at the quality of used items!! I needed to changed out of hiking clothes to eat so bought a pair of shorts which seemed larger as they were 28 and I’m a 26/27.. so I paid and went to change into them and they didn’t go past my knees. So I ran to the lady and asked to exchange. NO! Final sale and I hadn’t even left the store. They also forgot to remove a tag from another item I purchased. It is a USED store. Everything in there is a resale, so final sale on the exchange is bogus.
Jess K — Google review
The store staff are usually lovely, but recently one manager was very rude and passive aggressive. The staff made a mistake on their end in paying out my consignment cheque, but this manager tried to gaslight me and blame it on me instead. I have a considerable amount of money and I am moving away soon, so I will need it mailed to me before I go, and I requested a payout in February and still have not received it.

Arrow Wood Games, located in downtown Squamish, offers a variety of daytime activities for kids and youth during spring break. The store provides Pokemon and Dungeons and Dragons programs catering to both new and experienced players. Activities range from multi-day sessions to single-day events. Visitors praise the store for its diverse game selection suitable for all ages and interests, as well as its helpful and friendly staff who offer assistance in learning games and making recommendations based on individual preferences.
We booked a bachelor party with arrow wood games and played DND. The dungeon lords sent us Sean who sent us on an adventure through a dungeon crawler and kept a bunch of newbies on track. Arrowwood games provided all the supplies and set up but tailored it to us and our story.

First time in. I had fun checking out all the new (to me) games. Thank you for taking my donated games and puzzles to distribute to the school and youth center. I'm so glad you're also offering gaming nights. Your staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back.

Awesome spot! Staff were super knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Lots of games and goodies to look at. They even took the time to explain some games that we were interested in buying. Hopefully next time we'll have a bit more time in town to try out the board game room!

We visited the store for the first time this afternoon, with our 6 year old, who is eager to get into Pokémon. The staff were super kind and helpful in pointing him toward the right product for starting this new hobby. It was clear that the staff love what they do! We also enjoyed looking around at the great variety of games, many of which I had never seen before. We would love to stop in again next time we are in Squamish!

Amazing game store that's nailed the balance between kid-friendly and nerdy-adult paradise. Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Events are fun and accessible. Pricing is super reasonable and the selection is enormous! All the trading cards, board games, puzzles, and RPGs you could ever want.

Walked by this store on the weekend when it was closed and was so excited to see a shelf with pokemon on it. Came by during the week and I should've known it was to good to be true. If you're coming here looking for pokemon just know they sell it at TCG prices and not base price. Hate when local card shops charge scalper prices and I don't support it. I'm sure the rest of the store is great, seeing from the reviews, but for pokemon? I'm not going to be paying $16/pack personally, and I'm going to make an educated guess here that the prices are the only reason they have it on their shelves still!

Grateful Gift Shop in Squamish is a wonderful discovery offering a relaxed ambiance and a wide array of upscale, ethical and wholesome products for both personal use and gifting. The staff members are not only welcoming but also knowledgeable, providing valuable insights to patrons. The only minor drawback is the limited seating options with just two cozy chairs available for enjoying beverages; however, timing one's visit can ensure this doesn't pose an issue.
This place was a delightful find. Out walking at the edge of town we stumbled on it and found a chill atmosphere lots of high-end ethical healthy choices to put in our body and on our body. As we chose our hot beverage, staff were friendly, helpful and informative. Too many good things is my only complaint. 😂 There are only 2 comfie chairs to sit in to enjoy our drinks but we were lucky enough to come at the right time so we could enjoy them.If you want to visit a place to make your day, this is it.

The coffee is amazing, and they have a lovely stock of tea as well. The space itself is a comforting mix of lush green plants and warm colours that feel like a hug. Grateful carries a large selection of goods from local makers, as well as a fantastic collection of vintage clothing. Garibaldi Graphics is a charming local shop that caters to all your art, illustration, and printing requirements. With a team of friendly and knowledgeable staff, they excel in handling urgent print jobs while maintaining an efficient workflow. Customers appreciate their attention to detail and the quality of services offered, including crafting supplies and photocopying. They are particularly praised for creating beautiful celebration of life cards with compassion during difficult times.
A cute, little store with great service and knowledgeable, passionate staff! I love the products they carry. The challenging part for me is only purchasing what I went there for. I can understand why the limit of people inside is three only. I appreciate this in order to make the shopping experience more comfortable. Thank you for all you do.
Marie M — Google review
Extremely disappointing experience and customer service. I brought in a photo to be enlarged and was left very disappointed with the result. The final product turned out rather blurry and dark—nothing like the original image, which was high-quality and other photos from the same camera had been successfully printed at even larger sizes elsewhere. When I followed up to express my concerns, I was essentially told by Nancy that it was my fault, and that they "don’t interfere" with customer-supplied images. While I understand that they are not a photo lab, I had explicitly asked about print quality before placing the order and was given guidelines to follow. If my photo wasn’t suitable for enlargement, a simple heads-up would’ve saved us both time and money—I could have provided a higher-res version. Instead of any attempt to help or offer a solution, I was told to “go to London Drugs” and that they couldn’t help me further. The dismissive tone and unwillingness to stand behind their service were incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for care, communication, or professionalism in handling photo prints.

I have been coming here for various printing needs for the past year and I find them to be extremely good with attention to detail, friendly and communicative. It's lovely to work with such a nice local business. Thank you so much!

The lady at the store appears to dislike kids. She's uncomfortable with children inside and made comments like "make sure you..." "Don't.....". They also don't let more than 3 people in the store at once. Very unwelcoming and have an attitude. We will not return. Do not recommend.
Kimberly T — Google review
Great local shop for all your art, illustration and printing needs - efficient and friendly. I'm often amazed at how patient the staff is juggling and accommodating urgent print jobs on the fly and with a busy business in the back. Yet... I can't believe I have to say this but GG is a store that sells stuff and not your personal office space away from home - no one should be assembling their projects in the store. Respect the staff, who are very knowledgable and helpful.

Great place for office supplies and crafting supplies.. they do photo copies and lament work, friendly staff. If you need celebration of life cards done they do such a fantastic job and at a very reasonable time and price. The person who does the layout can do just about anything and was super helpful in making the process easier on the family in such a time of need.
Christine C — Google review
I am the type to value good service and attention to detail over big chains any day. I support my small shops. So I gave them a try. Twice. First time, there was an issue because i gave them a 8.5x11 file to print 8.5x11... they come back to me with a 8.5x11 laminated result that is considerably cropped from the originals. A lot of money down the drain. I ask why and if they can change. They say, no, we need an edge to print, so we cannot do it full size. I asked why he couldn't add white space instead of cropping content, but he said it doesn't work that way... I went to staples with same file, presto, uncropped... Second time, I offer good resolution images, at 75dpi. I want these made small and printed off. It took me many exchanges to realise that this so called printing professional doesn't know that when you are reducing pixels in an image, you can increase dpi to keep same clarity. He said, "that's not how it works, you can't just create pixels"... uh buddy, we are not going bigger, we are going smaller. So I opened photopea online image editor and reduced size and increased dpi and he had to admit they looked ok now.. no apology, no acknowledgement of his logical failings. I like the little guy, the local shop. I always give em a shot. Fail twice hard. What's the point of supporting incompetence when their profession is knowing this so customers don't have too?... Next time, staples first..

New to the area. The printing portion was great, uploading it from home to pick up in the store. When I was paying for the small printing service and a binder to put it in, the woman behind the counter said to me, "Next time, tell us you want it hole punched or stapled and the printer will do that automatically, no charge". I said, "Ok, great, just put that in the 'Messages' next time I upload?' "Yes", she said. I paid for my purchases and then asked, "Well then, is there are hole punch I might be able to use to put the paper in my binder?" Her response? "No, sorry, it is too late". Uhhhhhhhhhhh.....wait.....I'm in a stationary store....where I literally just dropped $25 on services and product....and the STATIONARY STORE won't pass me a hole punch to do less than 20 seconds worth of hole punching? SMH. Ok then, I'll go across the street to the bank and ask if they will lend me one for 20 seconds. What a weird, weird exchange.

Fly Fishing is, in my opinion, not easy to get into on your own. I purchased a Fly rod from someone, wrote a list of all of the things I thought I'd need, and built up the courage to drive to Squamish and visit Coops Bait & Tackle with the hope they wouldn't think I was some silly girl. Not ONCE did they make me feel stupid or silly. It wasn't David working, it was another nice gentleman who went out of his way to check out my rod and reel, asked where and what I wanted to fish and helped me with what I needed, which thankfully (and surprisingly) was not anywhere near the amount of things I thought I needed. I was expecting to walk out having paid $150+ and it only ended up costing me $18. I wasn't oversold, I wasn't made to feel dumb, and he let me know about periodic fly tying nights that they put on. Although a bit of a jaunt from Pemberton, Coop's will be MY go-to place for anything fishing related. Thank you SO much for putting my anxiety at ease and giving me such a positive experience!

Nice folk. Fantastic local knowledge and help. Excellent selection of inventory. Not the cheapest prices but I would always prefer to pay a little more to make sure there is a local guy that has that knowledge and inventory readily available. Stong's Market has made its way to Squamish, and as a fan of their North Vancouver location, I was eager to explore this new concept store. While it captures the essence of Stong's on a smaller scale, it's clear that the local community hasn't fully embraced it like they have in North Van or Vancouver. Nonetheless, it's refreshing to see efforts aimed at revitalizing downtown Squamish while prioritizing local brands.
I've been a regular customer of their North Van location. They have great groceries at reasonable prices. Fresh vegetables and excellent ready to eat food. I'm so glad they're now in Squamish so I can stock up on the way to Whistler.
Toffy C — Google review
Stongs..you have got to be kidding?? Your prices are outrageous. You are robbing people, specifically locals. $18 for a tiny box of edible flowers and a few pea shoots? Raspberries $2 cheaper at Save on. Everything is at least 1-2 $ more than everywhere else. Veggie section was bare, fruits are old and moldy. I’ll never come back.
T R — Google review
Stong’s in Squamish serve as a high end specialty grocery store to discover some unique food items one can’t find in Save-On’s or Nesters. I wish they carry the prickly pear flavour of San Pellegrino so I can just go there instead of having to walk farther up to Nester’s. I appreciate their friendly staff who try to engage you with what’s new at the store so that’s nice. I like their innovative 4-flavour salad container where u can pick your own flavours for a competitive price. I’ve attached a pic - paid about $13, which isn’t bad considering they saved me time from having to prep/cook them and I got variety. Stong’s can provide an underserved need in Squamish if they can focus on just unique products more (I.e. think high protein, sugar free stuff) and double down on their fresh deli and healthy salad bar. Flowers are too pricey compared to other grocery stores or our local flower shop.

We went to pick up some Siggi's yogurt, but they were completely out of stock at 10am. It seems they’re not doing a great job of stocking essential items for morning customers. Additionally, the way they display sale items can be misleading. They place products of the same brand but in different sizes and prices in the same spot. For example, they show the discounted price (a 20-cent discount) for the smaller size but don’t display the price for the slightly larger size, which isn’t discounted. This setup could easily lead to customers accidentally picking up the regular-priced item instead.

I had a amazing experience at stong's market mainly because of a amazing young man by the name of Sora he was such a respectful and helpful young man that helped me find everything I need. he was super nice to my son who was looking for a job he directed me and my son to an email address that we could send his resume into, and was overall such a amazing help. Thanks stongs for the amazing experience I will definitely be back!

We tried their macaroons and a sandwich toasted. The sandwich had pesto and chicken with a few other ingredients that made it taste delicious. They were both so good!

a nice store great staff good selection of items a bit more expensive than the other grocers in the area and have recently noticed that discounts went from 50% to 20% to 10% hence the three star. yes people are watching.

Be Clean Naturally Soap Products is a remarkable destination for anyone seeking high-quality home and body care items crafted from natural ingredients. Committed to sustainability, they prioritize creating products with minimal environmental impact, all of which are refillable. Customers have reported transformative experiences with their soaps, particularly the Lions Bay and Tree varieties, which have effectively addressed various skin issues that traditional treatments failed to resolve.
Excellent products. Soaps, make-up, herbs, lotions etc! The bar soap is amazing, then again so is everything else in this apothecary! Customer for life!
J K — Google review
Love this local soap shoppe + refillery + apothecary + natural goods market — it’s one of my favourite spots in town. A great place for gifts, home and kitchen items, natural cleaning products, skincare, and makeup. I worked at Be Clean for a year and a half and have been a customer since 2021. They make the best natural cleaning products I’ve ever used (laundry soap, dish soap, surface cleaner, etc.), all truly made with clean ingredients. Everything they sell is refillable, and having worked there, I can honestly say the owner, Kirstin, deeply cares about reducing waste and lives that commitment in every aspect of her business. Their apothecary is stocked with a wide variety of organic herbs, teas, and superfoods. They’ll even make custom tea blends for you on the spot — and it’s way more affordable than buying teas anywhere else. The staff are lovely, and I genuinely enjoy just hanging out there sometimes. There’s so much to look at, and the space has really good energy.

I love this store! Great people:) So many natural face and body products. Truly a must if visiting Squamish!
Kristy T — Google review
Be Clean is a lifesaver if you want all-natural care products. I was looking into making my own care products as a DIY project and was finding that everywhere I looked online prices were astronomical and having never worked with any of the ingredients, had to rely on terrible amazon seller pictures with obscure weights. Then I came across Be Clean's social media and decided to check them out. Not only did they have everything I was looking for, but the staff and owner were also very helpful to a DIYer like myself and were able to show me what the products looked like in bulk weights! They also have classes that you can take to learn everything from making body butter to making candles! I can't recommend it enough!
Stephen M — Google review
It’s a cute store and they have a lot of nice products. I bought frankincense essential oils to put into my nebulizer but unfortunately it was not very potent, compared to a young living or plant therapy oil. I had to use WAY more to get any effect from it
T H — Google review
I love Be Clean Naturally! I mostly go there for essential oils and they are great. Reasonably priced and super high quality. The staff is super helpful and really nice too. I can't wait for the new shop they're opening next door in January!!
Angela M — Google review
I love Kirstin and her staff and her products. I buy all my cleaning solutions here, as well as essential oils, soaps, and gifts. They have these cute slivers of customized soaps that I use for air bnbs and so much more. Smells amazing in here.
Tara M — Google review
This shop lives and breathes zero waste. It offers an extensive line of toxin free self care, grooming and cleaning products made on site and all of it refill-able, plus locally produced cosmetics, pottery, clothing, re-usable containers, bulk teas and much more. What I love most about this shop is that they sell everything you might want for your own DIY production: things like essential oils, activated charcoal, beeswax, zinc oxide and deodorant tubes. So get inspired and start mixing up stuff of your own, or discover the joy of taking your packaging back for a refill!

Nestled in a town that truly embraces its literary spirit, Book Mountain stands out as a delightful haven for book lovers. With a cozy atmosphere and inviting rooms to explore, this charming bookstore offers an array of titles that cater to the community's tastes. Visitors can sink into comfortable armchairs while enjoying breathtaking views of the Chief mountain. The owner fosters genuine connections with customers, sharing his passion for literature through engaging conversations.
A gem of a store. I was an online shoppers but decided to go back in time and actually visit a shop. The atmosphere is super cozy and warm. With a little sitting area and fire place you can make yourself at home and have a good read! I heard a snippet of The Emperyean series on an audio book and I had to have the 2 available books immediately. The Fourth Wing was available but Iron Flame has sold out. However the lovely owner offered to email me once it came and shortly there after I got my email and was able to pick it up. On my most recent visit I saw my next series and can't wait to get into it but needed some books0Z9 for my partners birthday. One was on hand and the other needed to be special ordered so again they were kind enough to order that in for me. So if they don't have what you're looking for just ask, they can get it for you!
Danny F — Google review
What a wonderful maze to get lost in! Last time we were in Squamish, Book Mountain was not yet open so it was a delight to get to explore on our recent trip this spring. There's a huge variety of books and I love how the author has set up the shop with so many different rooms. Very cozy and lots of good reads
Daisies234 — Google review
When I say my town is bookish, I mean seriously bookish. For a place with a population of 24,000, we’re punching well above our weight in literary love. We’ve got a library, a thrift store with a surprisingly solid used book section, a charming (but steamy-romance-averse) children’s bookstore, and a book co-op where every book costs $1 or $2—like, how am I not living my best book hoarder life? And now, we’ve hit the jackpot: @bookmountainbookstore . This indie gem is a proper bookstore—think over 15,000 titles, beautifully organized and begging to be browsed. The inventory is a mix of new and used books, so you can snag that fresh-off-the-press bestseller (the one book I hoped they’d have—The Creative Act by Rick Rubin—was in the window just waiting for me!) or treasure hunt your way to a pre-loved classic. But here’s the kicker, the icing on this already literary cake: the books about sex aren’t stuffed away in some shadowy corner, only accessible if you’re seven feet tall and blessed with 20/20 vision. Nope. At Book Mountain, titles like Come as You Are by Emily Nagoski, The Art of Sexual Ecstasy by Margo Anand, and The Art of Seduction by Robert Greene are proudly displayed front and center. It’s like a bold declaration: conversations about sex, intimacy, and empowerment belong right here with all the other ways we learn, explore, and grow. Walking into this store feels like walking into a space that doesn’t just love books—it loves the stories behind them, including the ones about reclaiming pleasure, agency, and connection. Because let’s be honest, the best books are the ones that don’t shy away from real talk and bold ideas. And a bookstore that invites those convos will get my business every day of the week.

This place is so cool. Took my teenaged daughters on a ski holiday. One of them found this place and asked me to take her. What a gem. Great selection of books and vinyl, comfy vibe throughout, what a gem. Go, visit, sit in a comfy chair and meet some cool people. This is why Squamish is paradise on earth.

Book Mountain is a gem! It’s cozy and inviting inside, and I love that there are different rooms to wander around and explore. Not to mention, armchairs in the front are comfy and have a stunning view of the Chief. The owner’s really cool too. I heard him chatting with another customer while I was browsing, and you can just tell he genuinely enjoys having conversations with the folks who wander through. So glad this place is here!

An absolutely wonderful bookstore! I love the feeling of being in a quaint bookstore with so much wonder and adventure right at my fingertips. From the setup of the store to the lovely conversation I had with the store owner it was a memorable experience that stepped me out of the business of the day into a relaxed space I could enjoy. Great selection for all ages.

I cannot rave highly enough about this shop and the incredible customer service!! I have been looking for some very specific dinosaur toys (tomy toomies jurassic world- adorable!) and they have been difficult to track down...and Kaos Kids had them! I ordered them, along with colouring books, sidewalk chalk and a few other things to fill out valentine and easter baskets. So much cute stuff! Literally minutes after placing the order, i got a phone call from a very nice lady from the store, just clarifying one of the colouring book patterns- i hadn't clicked the pattern option, and not only did they notice, but immediately called to clarify! Super friendly and wonderful customer service! I ordered it from BC on Jan 31st, and received it in Alberta today-Feb 2!!! Everything was securely packaged both inside and outside of the parcel. Literally just a fabulous customer experience start to finish! If i could give more stars i would- highly recommend!

What is worse than a toddler in-store meltdown? Also being accused of stealing the toy he walked in with as you are trying to simultaneously pay for your things in an effort to support local small business. Next time I will stick with Walmart.

Kaos kids has been my GO TO toyshop (kids shoe shop) for the past three years. I was in a bit of a panic last week, and forgot to purchase a gift for a five year old's birthday. Stephanie provided me with a number of fantastic options and I was in and out in a flash. Also, at the peak of the pandemic, this awesome staff of women turned into a brilliant team of personal shoppers. They took phone orders, shopped the shelves for their customer, had orders pre-packed and ready for pick-up and handled the holiday season with their unique flair. Squamish is lucky to have them :)
Jordana M — Google review
We came into Squamish from the lower mainland to stop at the bank and there happened to be a parade that day and the weather was a beautiful 30° so we decided to stay and watch. After the parade was finished my 7 year old wanted to go into this store and look around. I noticed they had swimsuits for kids so I figured why not! As she was checking out toys and I was picking out a few swim suits for her to try on our medium size dog was sitting patiently beside me, we were told to leave the store because they didn’t allow dogs. Now, there was no food being sold that I could see, the dog was patiently sitting on the floor, pretty well ignoring any people, and wasn’t even sniffing anything. So, we dropped about $150+ worth of stuff and left. We will never shop here. I’m not going to leave my dog in a car on a 30° day! Being we were passing through it’s not like we were locals and could leave her home. Living in a touristy town, you may want to consider catering to your tourists.

I started doing one on one sessions with both Danielle and Heather while I was slowly recovering from my twin pregnancy. From there I "graduated" to the beginner classes and eventually to the intermediate classes. I am now officially hooked! I can feel myself getting stronger with every class. The instructors are so awesome and are very careful to ensure you have good form and are doing all the moves correctly. Don't be intimidated by the reformers - the instructors are great about modifying certain moves and working with any limitations or injuries you might have. I highly recommend Seed Studio!

I came in depressed and shopped till I dropped, thankfully I found lots I liked and spent a lot of money. The staff were helpful & kind. The reason I am rating this shop one star is because my pink whip broke immediately the first time i brought it out during the middle of my show. Days later I found everything I bought on Shein for under $5, immediately felt depressed again but this time worse…robbed! 😭 Now I understand why my whip broke. This is a fun place. Lots of games to play and get free goodies. The place was closed to vehicular traffic which adds to the walkability in the market. It has a combination of all types of local business- food, vintage stuff, jewellery and hand made things. The murals on the walls make it a picture worthy place to remember.

A small but wonderful farmers market with lot of variety. Few vegetable stands that sell good local produce. There’s a Mexican stand that serves excellent tamales, damn good for $7/each. A few stands selling baked goods and breads. Sometimes there’s live music too. Very well maintained place. There’s a Mediterranean food truck on the street. Nice vibe to the overall place.

Oh who doesn’t like an outdoor market. Nobody I know. Here you’ll find a variety of accoutrements. Honey, nuts, fish, lots of vegan things. Was hoping it would be larger, however as we head into the summer months perhaps it will get bigger. I always get honey at these things, and the beef jerky. Wonderful honey stand. But no jerky. Maybe next time.

If you find yourself in need of a place to rest for the night while traveling, Walmart can be a convenient option. Many locations, including the one in Squamish, allow travelers to park their RVs or vans overnight for free in their parking lots. This is particularly helpful since it falls under private property rules, bypassing local camping restrictions.
This place is beyond usual Walmart cr*p. Dirty, zero selection, no produce, just a parking lot for hippie trucks. Avoid if you can!
Martin M — Google review
Other reviewers were right about this location. Shelves were understocked and a lot of items were missing price tags, which made shopping slower than it needed to be. That said, the staff were helpful and hospitable when I asked questions. Parking is ample, and the bold storefront kind of gives off Captain America vibes. Now if only the inventory had a superhero, too. Management: please tighten up restocking, make sure prices are clearly labeled, and keep quality and safety standards consistent.
Danny T — Google review
Nice to have a Walmart here. But it would be even nicer, if they had fresh fruits and vegetables! Nice store; clean; well presented products (with missing price tags on various items). Helpful staff!
Thomas — Google review
So many items on website says out of stock. Pickup order parking lots are taken up by store staff so you can’t even park! I’ve had to stop people in uniform from parking in reserved parking during their shifts! Usually have to wait 20 plus minutes to pickup. I’ll stick to Superstore.
Margot D — Google review
The buggies or carts are pay as you go. The inventory is also quite low. The place seems dirty but doesn't smell. Suits just fine for the clientele.
Chip C — Google review
I usually shop at this Walmart because it’s closer to Whistler, but poor customer service. I bought a car spray but was shocked because the price is $15 instead of $4.99 on the shelf. I was in the customer service when I pay for it because I had to verify the price of the charger which the price is also not accurate. So back to the car spray, I told to the old lady that I want to return it she said “it already done” but I mean she’s can refund it. She keeps mumbling like annoyed using her own Indian language which very disrespectful.
