I had a fantastic experience at Montana's BBQ & Bar today. The server, who was mostly working alone, impressed me with their friendliness, calmness, and attentiveness. I visited on a Wednesday early afternoon and enjoyed the spacious outdoor patio all to ourselves, which had various seating options. However, the cleanliness underneath the tables could use some improvement. It was disappointing that they ran out of sparkling water but offered club soda instead.
Good family experience coming from next door at fly-o-land. The bar manager filled the kids water bottle while we were waiting to be seated. Food was good, portions were huge, drinks were good and price was very affordable. Food and drinks came out fast and our hungry kids ate all their food. Service was good and experience was awesome.
Hung N — Google review
We went here on a Sunday, didn’t take long to be seated. We had ribs, nachos, shrimp, potato skins, and burger for the kids. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone good. Brisket that came with it was a bit dry for my liking. Nachos were okay. We loooved the kapow shrimp! The potato skins were really nice with the pulled pork. The cookies that came with the kid’s meal were yummy.

Saw the recently reviews and decided to dine here with my family members. Had waited for 2-3minutes. The service is fantastic. The smoked bbq meat combo is perfect for three of us. Plus the ceaser salad was family size large and delicious! Recommended for sure! Had shared the experience here to my group chat friends. Hope your business is doing good, and definitely I will come back again.
Tianyi W — Google review
First off, I would like to say the service was very personable, and all of the staff tended to us very quickly. Our server, Matthias, was awesome and made sure everything was up to our standards. I loved the coleslaw because it was not sweet like a lot of other restaurants. Momma’s Strawberry Lemonade is so so good. Partner loved their Meat the 30s platter and was very good value for the price.
Em S — Google review
Delicious ribs and corn cake! First time trying this restaurant after spending all morning doing some shopping. Huge portion, I could not finish all, everything was tasty exempt for the tender beef brisket, it did not have any flavor like no well seasoned. Also, the apple crisp dessert was not that good, I missed the traditional presentation as an apple pie. The atmosphere is pretty nice, I would love to come back.
Carla C — Google review
Food was good. Service was good. Atmosphere just terrible. Place is dusty. Loud music. They should ad more dividers. Where we were seated next table people seating had their back towards our side. Entrance was a little confusing. No entrance sign.
Matteo F — Google review
Great food, okay service Came here for a family lunch and the place was pretty busy. The food was great with a good selection for both adults and kids—everyone found something they liked. Only downside was the service; it felt a bit understaffed and slow compared to how good the food was. Still a solid spot for a casual family meal.

First time here, we like what we ordered, specially the beef Nachos !!! Fill you right up ~~~ enjoy And the Long Island ice tea is very good 😌

Milestones is a contemporary chain renowned for their Bellinis, offering unique variations on traditional bar and grill dishes. The restaurant consistently delivers exceptional cuisine and commendable service in an elegant ambiance. The establishment's box seats provide an ideal setting for socializing with friends. The menu boasts delectable options, with today's standout being the impeccably cooked and beautifully presented steak sandwich. The attentive and considerate ETHAN provided excellent service, adding to the enjoyable experience.
Milestones have always been a spot for my parents anniversary. They love their original bellinis. I personally like their baby ba k rib duo and I love how it comes with Cajun fries. Very filling portions for $34. Love the atmosphere too.
Maggie C — Google review
I went for dinner and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I ordered the chili bites and the cauliflower with spicy buffalo sauce. The cauliflower had no real buffalo flavor — it was overwhelmingly tangy and lemony instead. The chicken bites were served cold and didn’t taste fresh. While the drinks were good, our server never checked on us, didn’t ask why we hadn’t eaten our food, and didn’t seem to notice our full plates. We ended up leaving most of the food untouched. Overall, a very disappointing visit.
Hartaj G — Google review
Tasty and great happy hour deals. Big restaurant with a patio. Double Bellinis were only $5 for Happy hour. Our server was friendly and fast. Salt + pepper wings were good , crispy not too flavourful. Meatballs were decent but nothing special. The chili chicken rice bowl was perfect , crunchy wontons and bites of chicken, it is not spicy at all
Rachel K — Google review
Service and Atmosphere of the place definitely amazing! And cozy for the whole family! The timing of the food is just right and our server is very friendly (although he did say "You people look like you don't have a food allergy" we took it as a compliment! Food wise: Artichoke dip: 5/5 lots of chips! Calamari Coconut: 3/5 :( sorry. I was so excited to have my family try this (it was their first time at Milestone) because when I first had this, it was very coconuty and I love it so much. The one that we had was very salty? and can't taste the coconut on the batter at all :( Truffle Chicken & Mushroom Tagliarini: 2/5 I don't know if I just got the wrong order but it's not what I expected. The chicken has no hint of truffle and the Tagliarini is like 90% bellpepper taste. I love the pasta but maybe my brain was just expecting something truffley Surf n Turf: 4.5/5 meat cooked very tasty! Mashed is mashing! Seafood is cooked in a very tasty sauce But omg the poor shrimps. I thought they would come in the shell but they are the unshelled ones. Chicken Penne: 5/5 very good! Portion is so good! Order this if you are hungry! Rib Duo w/ shortrib: 3/5 shortrib was overcooked, but still tasty!!!
Patricia C — Google review
Good seafood salad. Added salmon wasn’t enough. For that price portion was so tiny. But overall it was good. Smash burger was unbelievable. We ordered regular one and lettuce burger. I prefer regular one. Fries was crispy. Rose was good. Prices are a little high.
Inci K — Google review
Friendly staff, good service. Had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was a bit burnt and the egg was overcooked. Ordered a carrot cake for dessert but found it to be very dry. There was no problem with getting another dessert instead.
DK M — Google review
milestones restaurant is a very great and fancy restaurant. very good food, but maybe not the best pricing. we had came here for dinner recently and all ordered a 6 oz sirloin steak. the dish included the steak, mashed potatoes, carrots amd asparagus. The meal portion was good and had me full. tasted amazing, but it was not worth the price of 30$! i would maybe recommend this place to people. thank you milestones
Adam A — Google review
Milestones has changed again. Gone are the days of California pizza and other memorable items and in its place is probably the two worst calamari I have eaten. One is pictured below from their summer menu which is a pittance portion of calamari over a bed of super salty vinegary drenched arugula and some quinoa or something. Just awful. Maybe it's this location or maybe it isn't? Best to stick with a burger or maybe pasta jnstead.

Fast food restaurant
Restaurant
South St. Burger is a Canadian fast food chain that offers a variety of beef, chicken, and veggie burgers along with fries. They provide both halal and non-halal options, but customers must request halal beef burgers specifically. The restaurant also serves other halal items like fries, shakes, and salads. While some find the food to be very tasty, others feel it's a bit too salty. Customers appreciate the ability to customize their burgers but have experienced slow service at times.
One of the best halal burgers we’ve had in Vancouver. Patty was juicy like practically dripping while we were eating. Portion was nice but service was a bit slow. Will definitely come again for their juicy burgers.
Elie B — Google review
South St. Burger in Tsawwassen Mills is a must-visit for burger lovers. The highlight of my visit was the super nice manager, who took the time to thoroughly explain the ingredients of their vegan burger, ensuring it met my dietary needs. It’s rare to find such attention to detail! The option to add as many toppings as you like to any burger is a game-changer, allowing for endless customization. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. And the fries? Absolutely outstanding—crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. Whether you’re vegan or a meat lover, South St. Burger offers something delicious for everyone, with service that goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!
Kenneth L — Google review
I tried South Burger at Tsawwassen Mills shopping mall today. It took 15 minutes to get my single cheeseburger, which felt too long. The kitchen staff were not wearing hats or gloves, and the same person who handled the food also served customers at the cashier without washing their hands. The quality and taste of the burger were very poor, and the fries were extremely oily and had a bad smell, likely from old oil. I do not recommend this place.
Parto H — Google review
Watery milkshake. Not creamy or thick. Chocolate milkshake just felt like chocolate milk. Wait is a bit long for a burger 15mins + but I don’t mind waiting. But for the price of the burger for what it is, you’re better off just going to A&W. The bun they use are those Italiana ones. Just felt lacking for a burger joint. Wouldn’t come back. Staff was nice so there’s a plus Save your time and your money. This is an over priced backyard bbq burger made without the love
S — Google review
This place is underrated The only con is, it's quite slow for fast food, even though there is only one order before me, takes about 15 mins, but good food takes time and you can see everything is freshly made I ordered 2 combos, classic and fried chicken burger combo, $13 and $15 respectively. The beef patty is freshly grilled so you can smell smokiness. Fried chicken is extra crispy and flavorful. We had fries and onion rings for sides. Fries are hand cut, not the prepacked one. Fluffy and crispy. Onion rings are sweet and crispy too, and it is very hot
Kevin W — Google review
I actually got amazed when i saw the rating. I tried their south st. Burger which was really good and delicious. The only concern i had was with the bun, it felt like bit heavy. Meat was cook to perfection and it is far better the overrated A&W burgers.
JOMON T — Google review
First time visit during a busy (long weekend) Sunday evening. But the restaurant was not busy. + Mushroom Swiss Burger was tasty; beef patty was grilled. * Southern Fried chicken was ok. Same price as the beef burger. Not crunchy but it's fine. I'd prefer the beef burger. + fries was good. - Drink costs $3+ per cup (part of combo); Not recommended. More expensive than fries which is less than $3. - No services. You get food when they call your number. The payment machine has options for tipping. - Space not so clean. Had food crumbs left at table and seats. * Had to ask the staff for napkins. * Not sure if the drink is refillable.
Wayne — Google review
A very delicious, authentic burger restaurant. The meat has a nice, smoky flavour that takes the burger to a next level. The burger plate has a side of fries with a variety of options such as waffle fries, fresh cut fries, sweet potato, onion rings, poutine, and much more! You can also choose toppings on the patty such as onions, pickles, tomatoes, mushrooms, and lots more!! I definitely recommend stopping by, and would definitely revisit!

Greek restaurant
Mediterranean restaurant
Taverna Gorgona is an eatery that offers a spacious outdoor area and a well-stocked bar, serving traditional Mediterranean dishes. This restaurant provides a pleasant atmosphere and maintains cleanliness, making it cozy to dine in. The staff members are extremely friendly, polite, and efficient in delivering prompt service. The menu offers a variety of delicious options, with highlights including succulent lamb chops and roasted lamb. The ingredients used are always fresh, elevating the taste of every dish served.
We recently had dinner at Taverna Gorgona in Ladner with my wife and son, and it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting ambiance set the tone for the evening. The decor, with its Mediterranean charm, created an atmosphere that felt authentic and cozy. The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and eager to ensure our dining experience was perfect. We appreciated their recommendations, which proved to be spot-on. The food was the star of the evening. We started with the calamari, which was perfectly crispy and paired with a delightful tzatziki sauce. For mains, my wife had the lamb souvlaki, my son opted for the chicken souvlaki, and I went for the seafood platter. Each dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with fresh flavors and generous portions. The accompanying Greek salad and rice pilaf were delicious and well-balanced. We couldn’t resist finishing the meal with baklava, and it was easily one of the best we’ve ever had—crispy, sweet, and not overly heavy. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality and the restaurant’s ability to make you feel at home while enjoying a fine dining experience. Taverna Gorgona is truly a gem in Ladner, and we’ll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Greek cuisine in a welcoming setting!
Tom M — Google review
Probably the best hummus I ever had in Canada! We had a great dinner at the taverna, the food was good and our server took good care of us. The portions are generous and the prices are fair. The only thing I didn't like much were the green olives (they had a weird acid aftertaste) and the shredded feta in the side salad (because it didn't taste much like feta).
Gloria L — Google review
Delicious authentic greek food. Huge portions. The calamari was soft, tender, and had the right amount of breading to calamari ratio. I don't know what herb and spice mix they use but it was amazing! The roast lamb was super tender and delicious. I would love to try their whole menu. We didn't get dessert as we were stuffed. Will try it next time I stop by Ladner. The servers are a bit slow but it was quite a busy night as there 2 large parties in the restaurant. It was loud at times and my party couldn't hear each other at time. However we still left very happy and satisfied. I would definitely come back again.
Vee T — Google review
Taverna Gorgona holds a very special place in both my husband’s and my heart. We had our first date here back in 2016. A few years later, in 2019, we returned and he proposed to me that night at our table. We just came back again to celebrate our five-year wedding anniversary and everything about the experience reminded us why we fell in love with this place. The ambiance is beautiful, elegant, inviting, and perfect for a memorable evening. The food is absolutely delicious, full of rich, authentic flavor, and always cooked to perfection. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, which only adds to the overall experience. Taverna Gorgona isn’t just a restaurant to us, it’s where some of our most meaningful moments have happened. We’re so grateful for the consistently excellent service and atmosphere and we always look forward to returning for many more celebrations in the years ahead ❤️
Serena D — Google review
The most delicious meal I’ve had in BC so far! Beautiful, cozy space and amazing service from Megan made it a perfect experience. Highly recommended!
Faryal C — Google review
This restaurant is spacious, beautifully but unpretentiously decorated, and welcoming. The calamari appetizer was an enormous portion and delicious. Stuffed vine leaves too. The roast lamb was tender and moist and the potatoes were rich without greasiness. And then to make it perfect , we had the scent of spicy lilies next to our patio table. I am seldom in Ladner but will certainly be back.
Wailan L — Google review
A local favourite ❤️ of ours when we lived in Ladner !!! Always a “Crowd Pleaser” whenever we venture back into the area !!! Franco’s Saganaki is the BEST around !!!
David H — Google review
It's a great restaurant with a great environment, clean, cozy, seuper delicious food and amazing staff. The staff are super friendly and very nice and polite and the service is fast. The food was amazing specially the lamb chops and the roast lamb. The ingredients are fresh and OMG the pan fried cheese is the best! So delicious that I was about to order the second one. And don't miss the Ekmek! It's one of the best desserts I've ever had. Overall I'm pretty satisfied with this restaurant and I'll be back here soon 🤩😃

If you’re into shopping or just looking for a fun place to spend a weekend afternoon, Tsawwassen Mills is totally worth the trip. It’s a massive indoor outlet mall with a great mix of big-name brands (like Nike, Bass Pro Shops, Saks OFF 5TH, Winners) and unique smaller shops you won’t find everywhere. The layout is spacious, modern, and has an artsy vibe that makes it more than just a shopping center — it feels like a full experience. Lots of seating areas, clean restrooms, a food court with diverse options, and even entertainment for kids. Parking is free and easy to find, which is a huge plus if you’re coming with family. I’ve always enjoyed visiting here — whether for deals, a quick bite, or just window shopping. I highly recommend checking it out at least once!

Pleasantly surprised to find such a large shopping mall with large spaces and shops of all kind. This is all in one floor (which is unusual), and it's very easy to get around. Kids were having a great time among some dedicated leisure area and the available electric mini scooter to drive around the mall. Some luxury brands are also avaliable, giving the visitors the full experience in one shot. Going back and highly recommended to everybody!

Sonia A — Google review
The largest and prettiest mall in the Lower Mainland! Every major outlet with excellent prices - plus a great food court and several restaurants. It's so spacious it's never crowded. The best shopping day ever!
Gaileen W — Google review
Long mall with lots of stores and parking. The deals are good as most are 30% off. When there is a sale, the deal is better. The mall is a long boomerang shape with food court in middle, Bass Pro at one end, the other end has Funland and restaurants outside the West entrance. Lots of families come here however only the middle washroom by the rood court has family room. The washrooms at either end don't have family rooms which I thought was interesting as they advertised the mall as family oriented. You would have thought that they will have at least one family room at each end too. The men's washroom has a counter to change diaper but no padding/baby change table so bring a foldable change mat. There is an enclosed play area for babies to crawl/run around and a stroller area to leave your stroller. It is near the Marshalls/The Children's Place stores, west of food court. Good place to just walk around.

Indian restaurant
Buffet restaurant
Tandoori Flame Surrey-Delta offers a delightful Indian cuisine buffet with a variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and professional even during busy times. It's an ideal spot for larger groups as they provide tables for 20 people and more. However, it can get crowded on weekends and Friday nights. The food is delicious, with the curry chicken being a favorite among many patrons.
What a fantastic restaurant! The food is amazing and a steal for the price! Tons of vegetarian options. If you have picky young eaters, no worries. They serve several different types of mini pizzas on the buffet along with french fries and other things that are sure to please the most bland of palates. Like for anyone who likes to explore all that Indian food has to offer, you're in for a treat. Try a little of this sample a little of that. Anything you might be scared to order normally, this is your chance. It seems like they rotate daily what they serve and the dishes. So if you are a repeat guest, you won't get bored. Lots of desserts to choose from both hot and cold, American style and Indian style, with an entire ice cream buffet selection. The ambiance is fantastic and all of the wait staff is very kind and will take the time to explain to you what you should try with what just in case you're new to exploring Indian food. This is worth crossing the border from the US.

Had a lovely time at Tandoori Flames in Surrey while catching up with an old friend over their Sunday buffet. We were so happy to see the huge variety of dishes, and the best part is every item tasted great! Even though the place was super busy, the staff were attentive and we felt well taken care of. The ambience is beautiful, the food is top-notch, and the service was excellent. Drinks aren’t included in the buffet and are a bit pricey, but overall, totally worth it. Maybe a better layout could help with the line flow, but still would happily go again!

I’ve been to Tandoori Flame Brampton and Mississauga many times and that is my bar of comparison to this Tandoori Flame. Firstly, Door 1 and Door 2 (refer image) are the first two doors you see when you enter the plaza. Neither of these doors are entrances and neither of them are marked as not entrances so people assume it’s a door, try to open it and then realize it is not an openable door. These two doors should be labelled as exits only. Next, they do not serve chats or naans to the table but when I asked the cooks behind the counter they told me everything is self service which is quite different than Tandoori Flame Mississauga and. Brampton who do table service for naan and chats. Variety of chats were low. Main course was very good. Starters were decent. Nothing out of the ordinary. A meal for two on a Friday night is $84 after tax which is pretty good considering the variety of food. All in all good experience.
Noel D — Google review
Great selection of drink menu and buffet items. Curry is yummy and fresh, with many other traditional Indian food items and sweets. For $24.99 for lunch, it’s definitely a steal to get your Indian food cravings. Mango cinnamon lassi is SO good. Tastes like a rich, creamy mango yogurt. Food is great tasting and authentic despite being a buffet. Definitely authentic in the sense that it’s not washed down Indian food meant for westerners; many Indian patrons, and I was the only non Indian at the restaurant—which speaks volumes.
Lissey F — Google review
Went to Tandoori Flame recently — the food was really good and lots of variety as always. Only thing was that some of the dishes were a bit cold, maybe because it was a weekday. Still, I think the service and freshness should stay consistent like on weekends.

I drive by this place every day, and for years, I've wanted to stop by. Well, we finally did. A little smaller than I thought it would be inside. Very nice decor and the people were friendly. Smells great. Price was okay until we saw the bill that had a charge for the water that was on the table :( I will be going back, but I'll take the water from the tap.

It was my first time coming here, the experience went beyond my expectations. I loved the idea of being able to try different variations of food to see what I like or not. Loved the cocktail and mocktails offered at this restaurant as well. I am definitely coming again, was worth the drive for sure!! 💯 Dined in on 25/04/24, 25/05/14

Illuminaté Restorante is a cozy and relaxed restaurant that offers refined Italian cuisine, including succulent steaks, grilled seafood, delectable pasta dishes, and an impressive selection of wines. This highly regarded eatery creates an elevated dining experience with its warm ambiance and attentive service. While it may be slightly expensive, the exceptional food quality and charming atmosphere make every penny well-spent.
This is a long overdue review. Back in the beginning of October, we wanted Italian food for dinner. We also wanted to go somewhere that we had never been to before. A search brought led me to Illuminaté Restorante. We are extremely glad it did! So, a reservation was made. Upon entering, we immediately found Illuminaté Restorante to be a comfortable environment with a rustic Italian feel. Obviously, it is a popular place too. We can understand why. Our meal started off with the Grilled Romaine and the Grilled Calamari to share. Both were outstanding! The Roasted Garlic dressing was wonderful on the perfectly grill romaine. The Calamari was a surprising delight. The hints of orange and pickled fennel took this squid to another level. In a world, awesome! Our pasta mains were next level Italian cuisine. The Pappardelle al Ragu was by far on of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had. The Braised Angus Short Ribs and Mushrooms were in a sauce that was out of this world. As for the Spaghetti and Meatballs, one would think “What a basic dish.” This was far beyond basic. Whatever is in their “Family Recipe” is extremely flavourful and delicious. Best meatballs ever. Of course there was dessert. We shared the Citrus Crème Brule and the Mini Cannolis. The Lemongrass and Citrus was a great edition to this delicious custard. One cannot go to an Italian restaurant without having Cannolis. The Pistachio and Ricotta filling was superb. These mini cannolis rivals those of Mike’s Pastries of Boston. And then there’s the service. Marie took extremely good care of us. She is very knowledgeable about the menu when we had questions. In chatting with Marie, she told us how much she loves her job and what she does. It shows. It’s always a pleasure to have service like Marie’s when dining out. So, would I recommend Illuminaté Restorante? Absolute! This is a gem of a restaurant that you don’t have to travel downtown to. We can’t wait to dine there again.

An unforgettable evening of Italian charm and incredible flavors. We came here for a birthday celebration and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. The vibe is business casual, but you could easily dress up for a fancier night out—whether it’s for drinks, a date, or a full-course dinner. The hostess was warm and welcoming, having us seated within minutes even without a reservation. The space was clean, cozy, and felt like stepping into Nonna’s home—inviting, comforting, and full of heart. Service was impeccable all night, but a special shoutout to DEAN, who brought a level of professionalism and warmth that truly stood out. As a final surprise, he brought out a delicious dessert with a candle, adding a thoughtful and memorable touch to cherish the night even more. We started with a plate of fresh oysters—absolutely beautiful and perfectly chilled. Then came the mussels… hands down the best sauce we’ve ever had. (Seriously, I wish the photo could capture the flavor!) For mains, we had a seafood pasta bursting with freshness and perfectly cooked lamb shanks with a rich balsamic reduction. (I hope I remember that correctly, please forgive me if I did not!) Everything was balanced, flavorful, and plated with care. Drinks? Endless options. I kept it classic with a crisp Peroni in a tall glass (clean tap lines—always appreciated), while my partner enjoyed a refreshing mocktail. Water was refilled regularly without us needing to ask—small detail, big impression. If you’re looking for a place that blends traditional Italian cuisine with genuine hospitality and an inviting atmosphere, this spot checks every box. We’ll absolutely be back. #ItalianRestaurant #AuthenticItalian #SeafoodLovers #DateNightVibes #BirthdayDinner #TopNotchService #CozyEats #FineDiningExperience #MusselsAndMore #SupportLocalRestaurants #FoodieFavorites #NonnaWouldApprove #BestService #FreshFlavors #ItalianDiningExperience

I visited this restaurant on a Friday evening around 5 PM with my partner. The restaurant wasn’t full, and I ordered based on the server’s recommendation. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium rare, but it came out much closer to medium. I could tell it was overcooked after making several cuts to check different parts of the steak. Since I was hungry, I started eating the vegetables while waiting for the server to check on us—but she never came. My partner and I ended up finishing our entire meal without a single check-in. I saved a piece of the steak and eventually managed to get her attention after trying to make eye contact for a while. I let her know that the steak was overcooked and showed her the remaining piece. She seemed surprised I was giving negative feedback. I only mentioned it so the chef could be made aware and potentially adjust their cooking times. Unfortunately, no apology or acknowledgment was offered. For a $69 steak, I expected better. We asked for the bill and still tipped 15%, but after having dined here multiple times in the past, I’m disappointed by this experience and won’t be returning. With other steakhouses in the area offering better food and service—such as Milestones and Four Winds—I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

It was our first time at this restaurant. When we noticed such a high Google score we decided to check it out and we were not disappointed. The food was amazing - we had the onion soup to start, the spaghetti and meatballs and the halibut. Best halibut I’ve probably ever eaten and the other dishes were amazing too. We finished with the ganache and needed to be rolled out to the car. Our server Rebecca was amazing (hi Rebecca!), super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Thanks for a fabulous experience. We will be back - highly recommended!

Great restaurant.I highly recommend people to try this restaurant out. Great food and the owner Roland is awesome. He took care of exactly the way we wanted our event. From blocking the parking space to setting up the cocktail hour for everyone. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Was going for some cannoli, but surprised by its appetizer and penne sausage! The marinara sauce is greatly balanced and tasty. The mini cannoli’s are absolutely amazing. Love the light creamy texture of its pistachio and ricotta filling! The atmosphere and decor was great too.We sat at the patio with cute turkey lamp.

I can't say enough about this restaurant. Since I live on Vancouver Island, I've only had the ability to go twice, but every single dish and drink we have had has been nothing short of perfect. Such a beautiful atmosphere, clean, comfortable, and fancy-ish but relaxed. The drinks are amazing. And the then the food... Quite literally the best food I have ever eaten, anywhere! You can tell the chef and kitchen take their time and take pride in what they are serving. It's outstanding. We have a reservation booked a couple weeks from now and I cannot wait!!

We had an amazing time here tonight for dinner. The inside is cozy and warm, the music was in good taste as well, the service was fantastic as well! I think she had to bring us 4 separate tubs of water and it was always timely. The food was also out of this world. My baked calamari was done perfectly, the Spaghetti Carpaccio was amazing and super flavorful and the dessert was great as well. This was an amazing experience overall!

Browns Socialhouse Tsawwassen is a laid-back eatery and bar that offers a unique spin on traditional pub cuisine like hamburgers and pizza. They also serve a delightful weekend brunch. Located next to Coast Tsawwassen Inn, the establishment may initially overwhelm guests with its lively atmosphere, complete with loud music and numerous television screens. However, patrons are quickly put at ease by the attentive service of their server, Michael.
Went with friends on a Friday night. Restaurant fairly busy, with reservation we were seated quickly. Sofia was our server and was very professional and engaging. She was attentive to our group and did a great job. Being my first time at Browns I was impressed with the food. The little nachos are done in a style that was appealing, and the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl was delicious. Decent price on a bottle of wine was also a good surprise. Will be back to this restaurant.

We stopped by Browns Socialhouse on our way to the ferry terminal and were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind before continuing our journey. I opted for the Spicy Ginger Beef, and true to its name, it packed just the right amount of heat. The flavors were bold and balanced, with the perfect level of spice to keep things interesting. Pairing it with a crisp, chilled Pinot Grigio was an excellent choice, as the wine’s refreshing notes perfectly complemented the dish. Our server was fantastic—attentive, polite, and genuinely made us feel welcome. It’s always nice to have staff that checks in without being overbearing, and she struck that perfect balance. Service like this really elevates the dining experience. Whether you’re in a rush or looking for a place to linger, Browns Socialhouse is a great option. It was the perfect pit stop before catching our ferry, and I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Browns in Tsawwassen is one of the few spots open past 10 pm, making it a solid choice for late-night drinks and dining. The restaurant offers both indoor and covered outdoor seating, with a pleasant ambiance throughout. There's ample seating inside and plenty of parking available outside. The staff is attentive and friendly, adding to the positive experience. The menu is straightforward, and the food is flavorful. TVs above the bar provide a chance to catch some sports while you eat, but the atmosphere leans more towards a restaurant than a bar.

We ended up going earlier on a sunday evening and there was lots of seating. We ordered the Blackened Chicken Cowboy salad and a burger with yam fries, both tasted good. There was an issue with our order, but it was taken care of quickly. The location, while attached to the Coast Hotel, is not accessable through the hotel.

Not commented on food as we did not eat, however what we saw looked really good, and the menu looked to have something for everyone (burgers to sushi). We stopped in for a drink and had some lovely local IPA and a couple of cocktails. Server was super nice and recommended a cucumber socialite (gin based) which was refreshing and delicious. Best part was the bill as it was happy hour - which came in at CA$29 (which included the tip!) for 2 beers and 2 cocktails. Very nice decor and a lovely vibe. Will happily visit again next time we find ourselves in Canada! Highly recommend, especially during happy hour!

Everything was yummy! My wife had the French dip and southwestern salad and I had the fettuccine with blackened chicken. Both dishes were so good we had to split and share. If we ever head back this way we will definitely stop here to eat.

I'm traveling solo female. I had originally went to "rose and crown pub" down the street, was treated horribly and so I walked out , so I drove bit further down and saw this nice place. I was seated immediately by another female who was nice and I had a male server who was even more kind to me. The food was great, and the drink the server made himself was amazing! It's my new Fav (I don't drink often) . Atmosphere was calm and they had some great bangers (music) on for millennials . I'll be going here anytime I fly back here!

Nestled in Richmond, The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Richmond South is a delightful blend of style and casual dining, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. This popular chain specializes in classic steak and seafood dishes that are sure to satisfy your cravings. Families will appreciate the kid-friendly menu featuring elevated combos designed for young diners under 12, including options like mini burgers and dedicated kids sirloin steaks served with sides such as fries or salad.
I had a great experience at The Keg! The prime rib and double baked potato were both absolutely delicious — cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, which made it a really enjoyable dinner. A special shoutout to our server, Emma — she was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Thanks, Emma, for the great service! We will definitely be coming back.

I used to think the Keg was affordable and food was yummy. I would visit any keg restaurant when I was on business trips. However, it was hard to convince my family and friends to share my view. Despite the bad reviews from them I insisted that it was a great place. Last week, I finally got my friend to go and share my favourite baseball steak with me. When we ordered, I deliberately asked if they will cut the steak before grilling or afterwards. After confirming that the steak would be grilled in its 12 oz state, we ordered and said we will split the steak when it arrives. After a long wait, the steak came but it was grilled in 2 halves. I asked the waitress about her confirmation, she just said I don’t know why they split the steak into 2-six oz before grilling. Then she walked away. When we cut into the meat, it was definitely more cooked than medium rare. So we talked to the waitress again. After listening she walked away and then came a person who appeared to work at a higher grade. She said the meat looked done under patio light. The steak was medium rare and not overcooked. It looked less red so because we sat in the patio (!!). It is not that we have never grill steaks before in our BBQ. We know what a medium rare steak looks like. She then emphasized that we should google info on steak colour if we are ignorant. Well, I have had enough steak in my life to appreciate a medium rare. Ok may be the colour is not as red but the taste is definitely more tough and more chewy. You can argue about the colour but not the texture I taste in my bites. Her attitude turned south as I said the taste is just not a medium rare steak. She said I will get you the kitchen manager to explain to you that Google is right. I just said forget it, we will just eat elsewhere. The food is just not good. We had fries bit in our onion rings and we have odd pieces of foreign objects in our Brussels sprouts side dish. We didn’t even mention those and the waitress face just as mean and upset as possible. At this point, I have the Keg written off from my favourite list of restaurants.

A very tasty, delicious steakhouse located in Richmond! We started with garlic bread which makes this restaurant to a whole new level! We ordered 8 oz top sirloin with a side of garlic mashed potatoes, beet roots, and green peas! The steak was juicy and tender, and the potatoes were really creamy! At the end, they gave us candy! I would definitely come back!

Prime ribs n Sirloin are perfect. My seabass small piece but crispy outer wz melting inside, taste great! 😍 Environment n services are their selling point. Cozy environment. Our lady server is freindly and professional. I asked for a dessert as mom is leaving next day and she gave us a sharable size one for free. 👍 Appreciated.

The Keg never disappoints. It’s always a special occasion here. The food, service, and ambiance are all top notch. We always order the Baseball steak Chicago Style and share a Billy Miner Pie. The steaks are always perfectly done. Always a great experience at a great price.
Marky M — Google review
I usually dine at The Keg downtown and love their consistency, but the Richmond South location fell short of expectations. My steak was ordered medium rare but came out overcooked, nowhere near the quality I’m used to from Keg. The blackened chicken was honestly awful—tasteless and dry—so I swapped it for a prawn skewer, which was just okay. Service was slow; our food took way longer than it should have. Also, there was some dirty, pasty blob stuck on the wall near our table, which was off-putting. Disappointed, as I expected the same high standards as downtown. Won’t return to this location.

It has been a year since last visit. We did not try any of the lobster on the menu. We started with some happy hours items which has limited selections. Went on to have dinner. Steak was cooked to our liking and the highlight is always the Billy Miner Cake.
Winson — Google review
As a steak guy myself, i would assume after going to places like milestones, two stones and the spaghetti factory steaks that those restaurants have are always chewy, not tender, not juicy enough, and overall not the best. i assumed going into the keg, it would be the same. so i ordered a medium 8 oz sirloin with a side of garlic mashed potatoes, thats when i realized i was wrong. Not all places have the same steak, because the keg had amazing steak! cooked to perfection, juicy, tender and a very very nice crust. It was maybe on of the best steaks i’ve had in my life. the keg steakhouse is officially my favourite steak restaurant. the mashed potatoes on the other hand, were just average mashed potatoes, nothing special. the service was fantastic! Our server was very kind and i 100% am seeing myself here again soon. Thank you the keg steakhouse. See you soon!

Water & Amusement Parks

Big Splash Water Slide Park, formerly known as Splashdown, is a popular seasonal water park in Delta. Covering 7 acres, it offers a variety of slides, kids' areas, and a main pool. The park underwent renovations in 2017 and now features the latest ride called Boomerango. Located just a 40-minute drive from Vancouver, it's a favorite summer destination for locals and visitors alike. The park also offers VIP cabanas and catering services for private parties.
I did an adults day at this park with my husband and my brother and we had a total blast! We had so much fun trying all the slides. We were there all day and noticed later in the day they adjusted the water, so the slides were all way faster and way more fun! The boomerango was quite the adrenaline rush. So we were glad to chill in the hot tub after. Though, we did notice there wasn’t an adults only hot tub as advertised on the website. The adult only one also has kids that the staff didn’t do anything about. But it was a slow day at the park, and it didn’t bother us having the kids there so we didn’t mind. Just something to note if you were hoping for a kid fee hot tub, I wouldn’t count on it. The food was really good and big servings. We thought it seemed a little pricey until our orders arrived, and I couldn’t believe my burger not only came with fries but a lovely selection of veggies too! All our orders came with the veggies, which was not advertised so that was a really nice surprise. It was tasty too! Being a slow day at the park, they closed the food early. So we were sad when we wanted ice cream at 5 that it was already closed. However, they did announce over the speakers they were closing the food and did a last call for it, but we just didn’t hear what it said. Just a good note to pay attention to the announcements! My husband and I traveled from Victoria, with my brother joining us from Vancouver. They have a free shuttle that picks up from the ferry terminal that takes you to the waterpark which was awesome! Overall it was an absolute blast of a day, we had so much fun! Rented a locker for our valuables and set up a nice spot on the grass for our towels and stuff so we had a spot to go to, to just hang out and meet. As adults, it definitely was enough water slides for us. It was the stairs that really got us. And we could see bringing our nieces and nephews here as they would absolutely love it. A super fun day to do something different and we were glad we could go on a weekday when it wasn’t as hot out as well, because we had almost no lines for all the slides.

If you're deciding between Big Splash and Cultus Lake Waterpark, here’s a firsthand comparison—we’ve been to both, and the difference is noticeable. My 12-year-old daughter found Big Splash disappointing, especially after experiencing Cultus Lake. The park is significantly smaller, with fewer slides, and some of them have peeling paint that actually caused discomfort when sliding down. Both she and her friend complained that the gravel walkways were painful on bare feet—definitely not kid-friendly. As a parent, I was struck by how Big Splash charges for nearly everything—and the costs add up quickly. Despite visiting on a weekday, admission was slightly more expensive than Cultus Lake’s weekday rate. Then we paid an additional $20 for parking, and if you want a picnic table or bench, it’s another $28. Outside food isn’t allowed, although we did notice people sneaking some in without staff intervening. The on-site food options are limited to burgers, pizza, and fried fare, with a few healthier items like veggie sticks and fresh fruit—but at $9, those felt overpriced. Big Splash’s biggest advantage is proximity: if you live in Vancouver, it’s much closer than Cultus Lake, saving you considerable driving time. There is a small grassy area where you can set up a shelter or blanket, and I highly recommend bringing your own shade structure and chairs to avoid baking in the sun—unless tanning is your thing. For those willing to splurge, the park offers private cabanas ($175-$205) including a high-end one perched above the others that gives off a very “look down on the world” vibe and costs $350 to book on weekdays and an astonishing $450 on weekends. Those prices do not include admission and parking, but if you can afford those cabanas, then I doubt you’ll worry about admission fees or parking. Compared to Cultus Lake Waterpark, Big Splash felt underwhelming and overpriced. Cultus offers more slides and variety, free parking, shaded picnic areas, and a better overall experience—especially for families. For us, the choice is clear: next time, we’ll be heading back to Cultus Lake, where the fun lasts longer and the fees are fairer.

This is a lovely waterpark with nice staff. We purchased twilight tickets and still managed to have a good time from 3pm to 6pm. The slides were fun for a non-swimmer like me. I took the boomerang, eddy’s eagle run and solar splash . The wait time for the rides was like 5-7 minutes which was not too bad. I also enjoyed the food very much and the portions were quite large. My kids also had lots of fun in the hot tub and kids pool. I highly recommend this water park for families with little kids.
Amarachi A — Google review
We went with 3 different families on commute from Vancouver on a Friday. 15-minute walk from Tsawassen Mills. It wasn't a long lineup in entrance. There are only 3 people behind us around 1pm. All the waterslides wasnt that too busy. Just fair amout of guest. The staff are friendly and helpful. One of the staff took our group picture on our way out. Very nice gentleman. I think it would be nice if they have a lagoon and artificial beach. But overall, the kids had a good time.
Leila L — Google review
What an absolute blast - so much water, fun, sliding and swimming and jumping - for kids and for adults. 40 something bucks per head to get through the door, which is money well spent… If you’re going to pay the extra money for a cabana, which is a great idea by the way, be prepared to overspend. The extras that you pay for aren’t great and are pretty expensive. Buy your tickets in advance and be prepared to pay $20 for parking. Burgers and fries is also about 20 bucks but they’re pretty delicious.
Devlin F — Google review
We just returned from our second visit to the Big Splash. Our last visit was in 2023. For the most part, we really enjoyed ourselves. Just a couple notes: Pros: The free shuttle is a very appreciated service, and it makes the day more affordable not having to bring a vehicle. The staff are very friendly. The food is good! I noticed the fries being cut from potatoes in the back, it’s nice that the food is scratch made. The rides are fun, although there is less selection than Cultus. Cons: Outside food is not allowed, and options are expensive. $9 for fries, $9 for a fruit bowl, $8 for a slice of pizza. We were able to bring lunch in the last time we visited which was great, and it would be nice to be able to again next season. You have to pay for everything- lockers are $21 ($10 back if you return your key), tables are $30, etc. We bring a tent to set up on the grassy area.
Mixed B — Google review
Considering we got there with only an hour left in the day, $20 for parking was a bit of a kick in the nuts. Otherwise, my son had a great time while I enjoyed the soothing sound of a thousand children screaming for no apparent reason. The great thing about all the screaming is that it made $18 seem cheap for pre-mixed cocktail. I must say, and without sarcasm, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I recommend saving up for about 9 years and renting the whole thing for yourself. No kids, no friends. That's the life....

BIG SPLASH BIGGER Disappointment I am very disappointed in how opening day went I came here with some friends for opening day 2 rides were closed (Eddie Eagle run and Solar splash open about an hour and 30 min after opening) do to maintenance as well as the other hot tub was not working and was very cold some of my friends where able to get free passes for the next visit how ever I was not able to get free passes for me and my girlfriend if your not ready for opening day then I would push your opening day I paid 88$ to come in and with rides not working I was very upset. The manager who gave out the free passes to my friends was very rude towards me. I would also like free passes or some sort of compensation in return for a terrible experience. I hope I get a manager who replies to my review 44$ per person is a little steep as well as 30$ to rent. A table plus 20$ for parking the park was very empty for an opening day (UPDATED June 29 one of the managers David got back to me about my inquiry via Email and took care of my issue I had. ( I switched my rating because of this, minus 1 star for the best slide being closed (eddy’s eagle run)

We visited Wood N Frog Coffee Company on our way to the ferry from Point Roberts. The cafe had received positive reviews, so we were hopeful for a good experience, and we were not disappointed. The staff was excellent, and it seemed that the owner went out of their way to ensure we got the specific coffees we wanted. We ordered iced americanos which were well-chilled and packed with flavor.
This is such a cute little place! Close the ferry, we stopped here for brunch before heading to Victoria. The English muffin sandwiches were delicious as was the yogurt parfait. Idk why it is but all yogurt in Canada tastes better than in the states. My friend ordered tea which she loved and my latte was delicious!

Dropped by here for a quick bite prior to our ferry ride to Nanaimo. Had a smoked salmon (lox) bagel with capers, an almond croissant, and two drinks (one black coffee and a watermelon smoothie for me). It was delicious, and I'd love to return to eat here again.

First time going there this morning... Americano and bear claw were so delicious that I had to go back for lunch too! The coffee had such rich flavour to it! The sandwiches and desserts were very tasty! Nice atmosphere and friendly people! The staff were very polite, accommodating, attentive, and kept the place very clean! My new favourite cafe in Tsawassen, which I will absolutely be returning to!

Paint me red and slap me silly because this place is horrid! Very nice atmosphere, but what’s with the sign in the washroom? I ordered a matcha latte and my buddy ordered a regular latte. Her cup had a lipstick stain on it, and she wasn’t wearing lipstick so clearly they don’t clean dishes correctly! Matcha was bright as day (so it’s not fresh, and it tasted disgusting) and the regular latte was mediocre at best. I had a cinnamon roll that, while a good portion, tasted like a first time bakers mess up. Cashier was rude but the waitress was kind. It’s a mess, only good thing about it is that it’s cozy.

A hidden gem in this small town. It's a small family restaurant. The baked goods are homemade. I think all of them are good. I love the coconut cake. The staff is super nice to us. Since we only order one coconut cake, she cut the cake into two and serves us by 2 plates. Thank you for her caring to seniors. We always come here only for afternoon tea since we live in Vancouver. We didn't try the sandwich and soup. But the sandwich looks good from the other table, we have the bagel and it is always good. The coffee and tea are good. They still offer the pot for the tea and I love the tea set. They always have great services, friendly and helpful. I think they have reasonable price for their customers too! If you are in this area, this is the place you should not miss.

Wood n Frog is our favorite Cafe in town! There are plenty of delicious food options as well as coffee/teas and other beverages such as beer, kombucha, smoothies etc. Our favorite food items are: beef Mayan wrap, bagel lox, chorizo wrap, and breakfast sandwich or a buttery croissant. The pastries are fresh and delicious. My favorite is the bear claw, coconut cake, & pumpkin spice scone. The service is top tier & friendly!! They also have a self serve water station, which I really appreciate. The washroom is always clean. The cafe especially is always clean! Truly a neat & cozy place to grab some coffee with friends/family!

Nestled in a prime location, Stir Coffee House is a delightful gem that offers an inviting atmosphere and friendly service. While the selection of savory vegetarian options may be limited, their almond croissant stands out with its generous sweet filling. The coffee experience here is noteworthy; patrons rave about the traditional cappuccino as one of the best they've ever had.
I came here for a quick lunch. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The service was friendly. I tried the beet latte for the colour, looks super cute. The toasted sandwich was pretty good. One of my favourite cafes in Ladner. Great drinks, good food, and a warm vibe - definitely a place worth visiting!

Just popping by looking for a drink other than coffee and chose the unsweetened ice tea. Got to admit, the iced tea unsweetened was the recommended option on their menu list and it felt kinda lackluster giving it a low rating for its price. Service was nice and the interior atmosphere was cozy with free glasses to help yourself to free water should you choose. I'm sure other options could be better, but the experience we had was average giving it a 3 star overall.

I visited this coffee shop for the first time and specifically requested a non-sweet cookie, which was absolutely delicious, along with a latte. Both were perfect. The service was friendly and welcoming. Great experience overall!

Great coffee, trendy yet laid back vibe. My flat white was perfectly velvety. Definitely worth a detour if your driving someone to the Ferry.

If you are fussy, like me, about your Espresso, Barista Catherine made me an Espresso that was top notch - creamy with layers of smooth flavour notes! Thank you, Catherine with a ‘C’ for such a perfectly balanced Espresso! You are a top-notch Barista!

The coffee and atmosphere were quite good, which makes it even more disappointing that I won’t be returning. The one male staff was extremely rude, made a distasteful remark at a customer while preparing drinks. He seemed to be in an altered states, but that’s no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect. Unfortunately, have to switch coffee shops. Customer service matters.

Best coffee in Ladner served by friendly efficient staff. Nice atmosphere with inside and outside tables. Great for small get togethers over superior quality coffee. Often busy, but the line moves quickly and its worth a wait for a few minutes.

Have the pleasure of working in Delta and stumbling across this charming little place. Outstanding coffee, hands down best traditional cappuccino I've ever tasted. Food is incredible (particularly the chicken club). Great staff, consistently awesome service and products. Highly recommend!

Stopped by for lunch my son, he had carrot cake, that he said was absolutely delicious. My son also had the Montreal Smoked Sandwich on Sourdough & I had a Turkey Cranberry on Sourdough. The customer service was absolutely amazing & the facility was very clean!! We will definitely be going back!! A hidden gem for sure!!

I've swung by a couple of times after dropping a vehicle off at Ladner Motors. The place always has customers, and rightly so. The baked goods have been delicious and the coffee and service is better than you'll find at any of the big coffee chain stores in the area.

I had a very mediocre egg salad sandwich and an excellent iced mocha, my wife had a veggie sandwich she described as "some lettuce on bread". The service was prompt and efficient, however, they seemed to be in a hurry to close as they mopped the floor while we were eating. The overpowering smell of the cleaner they were using drove us out of there as quickly as we could go. We will not be back.

Boston Pizza New West is a family-friendly restaurant that offers a diverse menu with healthy options for kids. Children's dinners include a complimentary drink and dessert, and on Sundays, kids' meals start at just $3.99. The establishment provides highchairs, booster seats, no-spill cups, activity packs for kids, and even features a treasure chest for little ones to explore before leaving. Additionally, they cater to birthdays.
Food was quite nice and served hot. We enjoyed most of it. Didnt realised that the children's chicken tenders had a bit of pepper seasoning so the kid was abit upset. But the sundae at the end kinda made up forit. Wish we know that the chicken had a bit of peppers/spicyness to it ... to order something else for the kid. Other than that, took advantage on the pasta tuesday and gotten a nice pasta for value. When we asked for water refills.... was surprised to only find 1 cup provided instead of refilling for the entire table (our water was pretty much all gone) and the server could have confirm how much glasses was required.

Came at 9:45pm, so the atmosphere was rather dead! Service was abysmal, with the waitress failing to see how the food was, forgetting the dip/salsa to our chips, and not coming to offer drinks after our first round was finished! Just FYI, it comes as though you are at a fast food chain. So if you don’t mind getting your plates at “developing” don’t come here…. I could’ve drove five mins down the road to market crossing for better service.. The server didn’t even know what we ordered for second round of our drinks… 😅 Instead, she prioritized chatting with a coworker behind the bar… There was four of us in the restaurant… Service should be exceptional with such a small group of patrons!

Average food but they had a really bad customer service, no one serve us and no one are willing to help us when we wanted to check the bill, we have to walk to reception to paid the bills

I really like Boston Pizza, especially during happy hour. The deals are awesome, and the food always hits the spot. Their pizza is my go to cheesy and loaded with toppings just how I like it. The wings are crispy and full of flavor, and the pasta? The servings are huge! Honestly, you’ll probably have leftovers to take home. Plus, it’s just a short walk from the train, which makes it super easy to get to and from. All in all, it’s a solid spot to grab a bite and chill with friends.
Tom — Google review
I had a work group dinner here and while I didn’t mind the food, the service we received here was some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We had a server named Hussain and he was extremely rude to us. First off, when we arrived, he never clearly stated when he would be taking our orders. He would just stand in a corner with his notepad thinking that we could read his mind. We did have a few people in our party that were more vocal than others so they made their orders known, but then he would openly roll his eyes at them for making many requests. For people like me who would quietly wait for a server to approach and ask us for our order, he would never do that because he would stand SO far away from our table and just walk away if no one directly called for him. I shouldn’t have to yell that I want something from across the room. He also brought our drink orders incorrectly so I’m not even sure if he heard us properly since we had to yell across the room to order. When he finally did come to take our individual orders, he crouched at the corner of our table and didn’t move individually to each person so the person at the far end of the table didn’t hear when it was her turn. When he was waiting for her order he just shouted, “um excuse me, HELLO” but she didn’t see him as he was crouched and far away since it was a long rectangular table. When we asked for water, he brought a pitcher but left it on a completely different table far away (we were in a special group room) and so we had to get up ourselves and bring the pitcher and cups to our table (for reference, our table didn’t even have food on it yet so it was clear). He took forever in between orders and gave us attitude with every interaction. Luckily however, he only took our orders. A different lady brought all our food and was super sweet and accommodating for the rest of our requests when we asked for takeout containers and other things. She was extremely tall, her hair was in dreadlocks, and wore glasses. I wish we received service with her the entire time instead of our other server Hussain. The food itself was pretty decent, I ordered the ribs and they weren’t dry at all, but the service we received definitely took away from the experience.
Kimberly W — Google review
One of the worst experiences in my life. Horrible food and service. We sat at the table ourselves and no one even came to sat us down. Once we sat down the waiter came after 20mins to give us menu and greet us and offer drinks. He took our order and food came late and it was so bland no taste it was soggy we ordered the big dipper sandwich. Not a good location to go to if you are in that area better to go cockney kings or elsewhere avoid this.

Last time went for dinner with my bf…. Spend more than 2 hrs here included waiting for foods and wait for them to get me a bill and machine to pay. Give them second chance… walked in and stand for like 10-15mins….no one come to the front desk to get a sit for us ….. bad service and food absolutely not worth to go here.

Vietnamese restaurant
Pho Saigon Vietnamese Restaurant is a delightful gem that promises a satisfying dining experience. During my recent visit for lunch, I indulged in their House Pho and the much-loved vermicelli dish featuring spring rolls, lemongrass chicken, and beef rolls. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and I appreciated the generous portions of meat—definitely more than what I've encountered at other places in Vancouver! The service was friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.
Enjoyed my meal here for lunch today. I ordered the House Pho and the popular dish with the vermicelli, spring roll, lemongrass chicken, the red meat, and spinach beef roll. It was all very delicious and they are very generous with their meat portion compared to other competitors I’ve been to in Vancouver. Friendly service and attentive. It wasn’t very busy for a Saturday afternoon. Since Ive been coming to Ladner often I think this will be my new spot for comfort food in this area. Thanks for the lovely experience!

Oksana H — Google review
Honestly very low grade and white washed Pho. The brisket tasted old. And the real tragedy was the bahn Mi. I got grilled chicken and it came on the bun like cold pulled pork. Sandwhich also was only carrots and cucumbers and mayo. No Diakon or whatever and dont think the carrots were even pickled. Disaster. Go to the other pho places in south delta.
Mike N — Google review
Service here was great. Had the beef stew noodle. The broth was rich, hot, and nice and clean tasting, and didn't taste like MSG broth but real broth. The downside here was that the beef placed on top was near ice cold...literally...no exaggeration. It was definitely below room temperature hard cold beef so I am assuming they refrigerate or freeze their precooked beef and just defrost or microwave it when someone orders the dish but reheat it unevenly. Other than that, overall this was a good experience.

tried to scam me multiple times. i ordered #35 which was $17.75 and they brought me another dish. they said it was also #35 but it was different dishes since it was different menus?? new dish cost $20. said they would bring the dish i ordered within ten mins but took over fifteen even tho we were the only ones in the restaurant. at check out they put some meatball add on that we didn’t order on the tab. food also took very long to arrive. absolutely ridiculous
Blobfish F — Google review
The portion of the banh mi was quite small and looked like they cut the meatball in halves instead of full meatballs - not what the picture looks like on the menu. The chicken and pork flavor on the rice dish were not the tastiest and on smaller side portion as well. The spring roll was ok and fish sauce was good.
Steven — Google review
Rare steak & beef ball pho was decent, standard flavour. (***) Bun cha vermicelli with grilled pork and spring roll is OK only (little oily). (***) Single piece of overly-fried banana ~$4.50 was a lonely rip-off with hardly any 🍌 in it.(* one star) 👎

This place is great! The Betel leaf beef is sooo good. Soft shell crab is fun, and the tuna vermicelli is great. Classic pho, and all affordable for how quality it is.

Tim Hortons is a well-known Canadian chain that specializes in high-quality coffee blends, as well as offering a selection of light meals, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. Located in Tsawwassen, which houses the largest shopping center in South Delta known as Tsawwassen Town Centre Mall, Tim Hortons is surrounded by various other businesses such as Save-On-Foods, McDonald's, White Spot, and many more. In addition to these establishments, there are also two Starbucks branches nearby.
I’ve brought family here multiple times for lunch whenever we are in the Tsawwassen Nation Board walk along the coast. The service and staff is very friendly. Quite frankly I was very surprised with the quality of the 3 hat trick flatbread. It was my first time trying it and the families enjoyed it as well. Every experience has been very good. My dad loves the turkey bacon club, but he misses the chicken salad sandwiches. Hopefully the brand can bring back this nostalgic sandwich that we all love. Thank you for always being consistent.

The service at this establishment is notably slow, and the staff appear disinterested in their work. The floor is littered with debris and could use some care. Surprisingly, the restroom appeared unclean, despite it being early in the day. While the food and drinks were satisfactory, it is evident that this location requires significant improvements. I will try again next time and update my review.

The service was fast, the food was fresh, and the staff were super friendly. A big shoutout to Sanket he went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and even checked in to see if we needed anything else. You don’t usually get that level of service at a fast food place. Definitely coming back!

From my experience here the place is filthy, half the employees barely know what the menu is themselves and they close 1 hour early from what they say. Every time I order from here off the app they always end up telling me in person that the food is unavailable and that i’ll have to get a refund. It’s honestly tiring leaving the house for an online order just to find out that the food isn’t even available in the first place.

The service and cuisine at Boston Pizza are exceptional, leaving nothing more to be desired. The delectable honey mustard wings served as an appetizer, followed by the delightful shrimp tacos and Memphis chicken burger as main courses. Each dish was flawless in its execution. Notably, the chicken burger had a pleasant spicy kick that hadn't been experienced in quite some time, resulting in pure satisfaction. Given this remarkable experience, it is certain that one will return to enjoy this restaurant again.
Had dinner with a friend at this location! We both had pastas (Seven cheese ravioli and Jambalaya Fettuccine) with a side of half nachos! Our server was so friendly and checked in with us frequently to see if we needed anything or more food. For the price, the pasta and nachos had large sizes which was perfect to share with a friend

We had a great experience! Our waitress was new, but very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She guided us through the menu and helped us pick the perfect dishes. Everything we ordered was up to the mark — great service and great food! I forgot to catch her name, but if the staff knows who she is, please do pass along our compliments. I came in for dinner on Saturday night with my family and was seated in the bar area right away which was visibly busy. The host told us our server would be a few minutes to greet us. When our sever came over about 3 min later she was friendly and polite giving us good food& drink recommendations. Although the restaurant was very busy, the service and food were great, we did have to wait a little while for the food but completely understandable! Our server told us kids eat free for Sept and our 2 kids meals were taken off the check! Overall a good experience

Great overall. Their pastas have big portion. 2 people ordered three dished and we packed the leftovers and had them for lunch next day. I liked the Richard’s Red beer on tap. The bolognese pasta with italian sausages was really good. Also the chicken caeser salad was so so good I would re-order this. The classic small sized pizza was okay. Lots of tables too!

Everything was so great! Kids had a great time, my son loved the cheese pizza and so did the other kids. I ordered the Philly Cheesestake … amazing! The food was so bad. We ordered brownie chocolate addiction and it was super cold and i told the server and she brought a new one as she said and that was hard as rock seems like they microwaved it for too long. The worst boston pizza experience ever.

Regularly delayed and misplaced orders resulting in multiple pickup visits waiting 30-40 minutes+ past pickup time. This last time I was told manager will contact you for a refund and had to followup multiple times only to be ghosted. This place unfortunately is mismanaged from my 5+ visits and has resulted in 0 smooth experiences. Would not recommend this location. I drive out to ironwood from tsawassen now as that trip I can atleast reliabily expect my food to be ready on time and not be lied to by management/ownership. Dine-in unfortunately hasnt been any better either. Seems like they're severely understaffed.

Great service, by both the girl that greets when you come in and our waitress. Shayla H is a super friendly, attentive and fast waitress! Food is well priced with nice portions. Seating area is large and spaced out. Small patio option for outdoor dining. Lots of TVs, including a Huge one in the bar area, so you will see a TV from any seat. The scones are not worth buying. I recently purchased the savory scone and it was super dry and completely devoid of flavour. I have tried other flavours as well and they were not good either. A&W Canada is a fast-food restaurant known for its root beer, burgers, chicken, and fries. The outlet offers fast service with outside seating and self-serve beverages. Customers have noted that the store layout can feel narrow. The pricing is considered standard, with a meal of three teen burgers and chicken strips costing just under $15.00. While some patrons enjoyed their meals, others felt that the fries could have been crisper.
Fast service - from ordering to getting my food was under 2 minutes (Wed afternoon). Food taste was alright and plenty of seating in the food court area. Used coupon with no issue.

I regularly get their all Canadian breakfast at this A&W in Tsawwassen Mills. It always comes up perfect, I have basted eggs and they are always done just right with the yolks nice and runny at the white firm. All the staff I find to be very friendly and helpful.

I’ve always loved eating the tsawwaseen mill at A&W, and I order it every single time I come. But recently, there’s been an extremely rude and impolite counter staff named Deepak. He is condescending and disrespectful, and when he mishears your order, he impatiently blames you for not speaking clearly. If you’d like to experience a meal ruined to the point of losing your appetite, feel free to come here and order from this staff member!

On Aug 9, I visited the A&W location at tsawassen mills and ordered a veggie burger due to my personal and religious dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, I was served a chicken burger instead. I realized this only after taking a bite, which was very upsetting for me. I immediately informed the staff, but the incident left me feeling deeply hurt and concerned about food safety and respect for dietary needs. I hope A&W takes this matter seriously to ensure better order accuracy and staff training in the future.

The flavors at California Thai were truly astonishing, catching me completely off guard. The foodcourt cuisine provided an unexpectedly fresh and delightful experience. The fish was particularly remarkable, as it was both incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. The fried rice left me in awe, resembling the quality of a restaurant while maintaining affordable prices typically associated with foodcourts. It was simply delicioso! In the immortal words of The Terminator, "I'll be back.
I really love the taste of their food and also the staff are really nice, the price is a bit higher compared to other restaurants

Came here for the first time and it wasn't too bad. Ended up getting a veggie combo, which ended up being the same price for combo #1, so that didn't make much sense to me. The Pad Thai noodles were slightly dry, but the spicy green beans and eggplant & tofu were delicious. However for the price of $13.53, I wish they would have given me more veggies, especially the eggplant & tofu. I'd come here again if I found myself back in this area.
Mori — Google review
For their promoted big batch mango chicken, you would naturally think that it's the best dish they serve. Boy was I wrong. The eggplant was delicious, stir fried till soft but not mushy. The seasoning used was also flavorful. The mango chicken tasted disappointing... the outside was not crispy but a bit stale, it lacked in flavor and texture. It was kind of similar to biting into fried tofu. The bourbon chicken was decent. The portion sizes are decent. The service was okay, fast and communicative. Overall, considering how many options there are in the food court, I would recommend someplace else.

In the mall food court. But it's delicious food for mall food. I didn't give 5 star only because I can't. It's not a restaurant atmosphere...but it's definitely worth the 5 min walk from the parking lot to inside the mall.!

I WAS PUNCHED!!!... by the flavour. Just wow , I was not expecting the freshness and experience from the foodcourt food. The fish... oh my the fish so fresh and flavourful. The fried Rice.. wow. The quality of a Restaurant and the prices from a foodcourt. Delicioso!! Like The Terminator says "I'll be back".

I’ve been eating at California Thai in Tsawwassen Mills since the mall opened, but the experience has gone downhill to the point where I can’t recommend it at all. The staff are awful—the students they hire at the front are rude and unprofessional, and the head chef is the worst of all. On top of that, their promotions are misleading. They never stick to their word and always come up with excuses, which makes the place feel stingy and dishonest. This hasn’t just happened to me—multiple people have had the exact same issue. The atmosphere is unwelcoming, and after years of giving them chances, I can confidently say this place is one of the worst in the mall. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. One of the biggest problems with California Thai in Tsawwassen Mills is the way they treat customers. Their behavior changes from person to person, and it feels very inconsistent and unfair. Some people get treated decently while others are ignored, spoken to rudely, or denied promotions that should apply to everyone. This kind of service makes the place feel unprofessional and untrustworthy. A restaurant should treat all customers with the same respect, but sadly this one does not.

Nestled in the heart of Delta Village, Jagga Sweets - Home of Indian Vegetarian Cuisine is a charming eatery that captures the essence of traditional Indian flavors. With its inviting bohemian decor and a warm atmosphere, this family-run gem specializes in an array of authentic vegetarian dishes and delectable sweets. Guests are treated to a culinary journey through India, with recipes lovingly handed down through generations.
Authentic Taste and Amazing Experience! Had an awesome experience at Jagga Sweets – truly the home of Indian vegetarian cuisine. Their Mixed Parantha is the best I’ve had – perfectly crisp, flavourful, and served with love. The food reminded me of home, and the service was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving real Indian comfort food!

Tried the veg pakoras and chole bhature. Pakoras were crisp and satisfying. The chole bhature, though popular, felt a bit overhyped—paneer-stuffed bhature would elevate the dish and reflect what’s common back in India. Service was good, and the theme echoes a North Indian dhaba, similar to Haveli. The kids especially enjoyed the vibrant setting.
Arvind M — Google review
Tasty Chole Bhature & Refreshing Lassi! We recently visited Jagga Sweets and really enjoyed the food! The chole bhature were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced — just the right amount of heat and richness. The lassi was creamy, chilled, and a great complement to the meal. We also ordered Masala chai, which was unfortunately not quite up to the mark this time — it lacked the depth of flavor we were expecting. Hopefully, just an off day for the tea.May be they need to improve on masala Chai. Overall, a great spot for North Indian street-style food. We'll definitely be back for the chole bhature and to try more from the menu!

They used to have good quality ,but today I had a disappointing experience. There were mosquitoes and flies hovering around the food, and even sitting on the mango shake I ordered. This is really unacceptable and unbelievable. It ruined my entire experience, and I would not recommend visiting this place until they improve their hygiene standards.

One of the best places in surrey. Amazing customer service and food. Went in there for lunch ended up trying their sweets too. Everything worth the price.
Jasmeen D — Google review
I would have given them five stars, if only their chai didn't suck. One of the worst ginger and masala teas. Don't order taa here - they look good in the glass cup, but don't taste good. But their alu paratha was awesome! Other than the taste, it was evenly cooked from both sides. Also, the rasgulla of out of the world! Chole Bhature was average.
Trivikram K — Google review
I usually enjoy their food — it’s fresh and delicious. However, three weeks ago on a Sunday, the food tasted off and a bit sour. Definitely not up to their usual standards.

Well made food, the paratha, gajar achaar and bhatura were excellent. Chana had some coloring added, was different but good. Lassi was tasty but a bit thin, presented well with a pista garnish.

I was in the mood for Dahl, also known as Lentil Soup, from Chand's Restaurant. I ordered their thali for dinner and it turned out to be a delightful and satisfying choice.
If you're looking for good quality Fijian home food, look no further. Our family has been ordering from him for many years, since his first location. We have never been disappointed. The food is always extremely tasty and not overly oily. He is very accommodating and I would recommend him to anyone feeling for a taste of home

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend this establishment if you want authentic and halal Fijian food. We ordered a large lamb curry, tawa rotis and chicken pulao. The portions were huge and well worth the money as they were packed to the brim. The uncle was so kind and gave us two extra chutneys (imli and tomato) and 12 pakoras to open our fasts with. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, definitely give it a try.

I ordered take here today and I'm so amazed by the experience. They really care about providing excellent customer service. While I was ordering, they took the time to reassure me that they wouldn't make it spicy as my partner and I don't do well with spice. And upon pick up, I had my dog with me in the car and the guy offered to bring my order out to my car so I wouldn't have to leave my dog alone. My dog has separation anxiety, so I thought this gesture was so kind and helpful in my situation. We ordered Chicken Curry Thali and Lamb Curry Thali. The food here is always so amazing! They have big portions, and the price is super reasonable. I'm so glad this place reopened. This is probably my favorite place to eat in Surrey!

Top notch. Hear me out. When I travel in India, I look forward to good food in every place I go. As you would expect, every hundred kilometers, you'll encounter a new group of flavors, ingredients and textures, giving you a unique experience. This restaurant has food that felt like I hit the jackpot of yet another region I just travelled to, deep in India. Fiji is its own melting pot of cultures, so forgive me for being so "omg India" in this review: it's just the context I have as an Indian. Since I've never been to Fiji, their food is not easy to pinpoint and categorize - but I'll say this: it tastes immaculate and so satisfyingly its own. I will put it in my calendar to visit this place month just to remind myself that cultural food is not yet dead among immigrants here. As guests on unceded indigenous land, thank you sir, for your very kind service and for leaving us with some pakoras as a surprise.

Umi Teriyaki and Sushi is a delightful spot for those seeking a healthier yet affordable dining experience amidst the fast food options. This eatery offers an array of delicious choices, including bento boxes filled with fresh ingredients, individual sushi rolls like Avocado and Yam Rolls, hearty noodle soups, and flavorful teriyaki rice dishes.
Umi Japanese Food changed the name to * ATSUTA *. Delicious food combo T4 Chicken & Beef Teriyaki with rice , miso soup.

A quick pit stop for Avocado Roll and Yam Roll Sushi whilst at the mall. I'm normally pretty stuck up when it comes to Sushi. However, for mall-grade food I was actually pretty impressed at the flavor and how fresh it tasted. Also good value, although there is an additional charge for extra ginger if your after it. I can't speak for the hot dishes but overall pretty happy.
Ads — Google review
Food was very disappointing. The chicken "Katsu" on their menu is a very lightly breaded piece of chicken that is reheated and not made fresh. It's soft and mushy. Then everything is drenched in a "teriyaki" sauce that does not taste good. Please spend your money elsewhere until they drastically improve.
A F — Google review
Relatively healthy, affordable food option among the fast food stalls. There are bento boxes, individual sushi roll sets, noodle soups, teriyaki rice dishes, and even bubble tea. I bought the beef bento box and saw the person at the counter cook the beef on the hot plate and it was nice and warm when I got my meal. The bento box came with 4 pieces of California roll, a salad, some sweet potato tempura fries, white rice, and some sort of teriyaki protein. The sauce could use a little more flavour, but overall, $12 for a food court bento box, it met my expectation.

Not fresh at all.. the chicken was sitting in a pan full of oil and they 'warmed' it up when I placed the order. Super soaked in oil.. I asked foe plastic knife and they dont have..they said we already cut it for you. As if.these huge pieces couls be eaten in one bite. Never coming back here.. wish I could get my $ back

I won’t eat here again! I asked for ramen noodles paid 13.00 for basically 3 shrimp Tempura - they gave me udon noodles when I clearly asked for ramen and didn’t offer to do anything to change or offer me anything else just said “don’t have ramen” when it states on their menu “udon, ramen” noodles wasted $13.00 never eating here again.

Park
North 40 Park Reserve, located near Boundary Bay Regional Airport in Ladner, is a spacious off-leash dog park with easily accessible parking. The park offers a loop trail that provides an opportunity to learn about its heritage while enjoying a walk with furry family members. Visitors can expect a friendly atmosphere with plenty of people and dogs around. The interconnected trails make it easy to explore the area, and the park's proximity to Boundary Bay Airport adds an interesting historical dimension.
This review is catered towards dog owners looking to take their pup to North 40 Park Reserve. Popularity: 4/5 This is a popular area for dog owners to take their dog for some off leash time, so you will likely come across many other dogs during your visit. This park is massive compared to most other off leash dog parks, with many smaller trails and less frequented sections, so despite the popularity, it never feels crowded. Activities: 4/5 There are plenty of things for you and your pup to do at North 40. You can go for a relaxing walk on the main walking paths, explore the myriad of smaller trails that go through the woodlands and grassy fields, let your dog play with other dogs, or simply find a spot to sit and relax. The entire park reserve also has some interesting history which you can learn about via a few information signs in the park. During winter and spring, this is also a great spot to watch for bald eagles as you can easily spot them nesting in the trees. Views: 3/5 The park consists of mostly grassy fields and patches of woodlands. No spectacular views but the scenery is still quite nice in late spring, summer and early autumn when there is lots of foliage. Comfort: 4/5 The walking paths are flat and easy. There are multiple benches throughout the area and lots of clearings to sit and relax. The only downside is there can be lots of mosquitoes in the summer months. Safety: 4/5 North 40 park reserve is massive enough that you can feel safe about letting your dog run off leash even if they like to wander a bit far from you. Almost everyone that goes here is also a dog owner. I have never seen any potentially dangerous wildlife here but there are bald eagles in the area so it may not be suitable for very small dogs. The park reserve is not fenced in, relying mostly on natural barriers and there is a road and parking lot at the entrance so you may want to be cautious and keep your dog on leash in that area. Accessibility: 5/5 Easy to reach by car and plenty of free parking along the road leading up to the entrance. The park is wheel chair accessible. North 40 Park Reserve is one of the largest off leash dog areas in the Metro Vancouver area. It is similar in style to Tynehead dog park and Derby Reach dog off leash area, where it is essentially a large off leash dog park with walking trails. Personally I love this style of dog park because your dog can play with other dogs while you guys walk and explore the off leash area. It also gives you the option and space to move on if your dog doesn’t get along with a particular dog. North 40 has the additional perks of having some interesting history, lots of open space, and the opportunity to see bald eagles, making it one of my favourites!

A park that is located in the middle of nowhere. It is Excellence for you and your dog to walk around off leash. There is no specific Trail for you to walk everywhere is quite interconnected. you just keep going as you see a path and just keep walking until you're done. Everyone is a friendly on the way and most people are dog lovers you don't have to worry. However you got to make sure that your dog is fine walking without your control on a leash. Quite a sufficient space for parking ur vehicle at the entrance
Luke L — Google review
North 40 Park Reserve. I think I saw it once online and it looked like a large dog-walking park. Then I took a closer look recently when choosing a place to visit on the weekend. It’s big! Upon entering there is a long street to park vehicles. There are a few maps that show the origin, history, and layout. It’s very cool to see the old map and then walk the streets of this once residential area. There are many people who come here to walk dogs. If you like dogs, eagles, planes, and/or history, you’ll like this park. Eagles are everywhere in the trees and circling above. Planes are constantly landing and taking off from Boundary Bay Airport across the way. History is everywhere in the posted signs, the streets you walk on, and the remnants of homes. Concrete pads, small ditches, decorative ditch walls, and stepping bridges, are all overgrown with grass. In some areas of the streets, mother nature breaks through to reclaim the land. There is also one structure still standing that was the base for the boilers to provide heat. Keep an eye out for an older gentleman riding a bicycle. He stopped to chat with us. He is one of the former residents! He had some great stories and said he bikes through the park every day. He will be happy to share his memories with you. If you want to venture off the streets (and one sidewalk!) bring boots as the grassy areas can get very soft and muddy. Daniel

I love finding new off-leash dog areas! I recently visited North 40 Park Reserve and overall had a positive experience. The park is a great place for dog owners to bring their furry friends and let them run free. There were lots of people and dogs around, creating a friendly atmosphere that we enjoyed. The loop we walked took about 40 minutes, which was a little short for us, so we went around 2x. Compared to other dog parks around Vancouver, North 40 Park Reserve is relatively flat and not as exciting. We didn't see much wildlife during our visit, which was a bit of a disappointment. That being said, the park is still a lovely spot for a walk or to spend time with your dog. While we didn't personally see any Bald Eagles during our visit, we heard from others that they can be spotted in the nearby trees during late winter. It's definitely a draw for bird lovers and something to keep in mind when planning a visit. One interesting aspect of the park is its history as the site of the old Vancouver Wireless School, which was closed in 1971. The old roadways that once served the community remain, and there are informational panels located throughout the park that provide historical background. For history buffs, this is definitely worth checking out. Overall, while North 40 Park Reserve may not be the most exciting dog park in the area, it's still a great spot to spend time with your furry friend or take a leisurely stroll. If you're interested in the history of the area, be sure to check out the informational panels throughout the park. And if you're lucky, you might spot some Bald Eagles during your visit!
Adam M — Google review
The park is off-leash and includes a designated area for commercial dog walking. It has many small trails but just flat. Makes it easy for the dogs to play. Ther are many bald eagles and some other birds too.
Selina Y — Google review
The park is next to Boundary Bay Airport and they both share the common history. This is our saga land. This park is a great place for someone who loves to spot eagles. You don't even need to make much of an effort to find them.

This is undoubtedly the best NEW YORK FRIES branch. The food here tastes significantly better than at other locations, served piping hot and fresh. 10$ for regular size truffle fries and there’s is nothing more on it than regular fries other than a quick squirt of sauce and absolutely tiny amount of cheese. Looked nothing like the photo. I complained and asked for more and they barely added any more. Photo is after I complained. So you can imagine what I had before. Also says comes with a dip and there is none. Complained a second time and asked to replace with a regular poutine which I was happy with and was better. Just disappointed that the regular truffle costs 3$ more for just sauce.

The part of this wildlife management area that is open to the public has excellent walking trails, as well as a lookout tower with a view of the marshes. This is an excellent place for birdwatchers. One can usually spot an eagle here without much searching. The hours are seasonal. The trails open at 8 am year round, but close at 5 pm between October 1 and April 30 and 8 pm between May 1 and September 30.

Good walk, can get muddy after heavy rain. Lots of fun carvings to discover, mostly of wizards. Once inside the park, there is no direction signage, so you might get turned around. Not a overly large trail system so you won’t get hopelessly lost. There is a large open mouth statue, with the sign saying basically saying take something leave something. So if you have a little one, be prepared and bring a little trinket that can survive being outside and maybe you will find a little trinket to trade.

Crepe Delicious is an amazing establishment that offers fast and pleasant service. The children who visited wanted cones with two scoops of ice cream in the same flavor, but the employee wisely suggested against it as the ice cream would likely melt before they could finish it. Instead, he generously provided larger scoops and only charged for a regular scoop, even providing extra napkins. The employee was friendly and efficient with all customers served before them.

At Vina Vietnamese, customers can enjoy a variety of delicious dishes and refreshing drinks. The staff is known for their friendliness, and the lemongrass pork is particularly enjoyable. There is also a crispy roll filled with meat that is both amazing and full of flavor. Additionally, patrons appreciate the thoughtfulness of including water with their meals.
I got food here and a drink at freshly squeezed. The cashier was very friendly and the lemongrass pork is so yummy. I'm not entirely sure what the food on the top is (it's like a crispy roll with meat inside) but it's amazing and flavorful. I love it 😁 And thoughtful of them to include water!

Even bad Vietnamese is usually passable. This was so bad with no redeeming qualities. Food was inedible. Super salty (like weirdly salty) and lacking in anything remotely Vietnamese (no pickled vegetable, no peanuts, etc…nothing was good) Way too expensive. Poorly cooked (noodles were way over cooked mush) Salad Roll was hard and flavourless. The allure of the modern aesthetic and seemingly happy staff really sucked us in. Money down the drain. Keep walking folks.

We order a pho beef and every single piece of meat has fat on it… I asked the worker and she says next time order lean which don’t have on their menu! Horrible soup I don’t recommend this place at all!!!

June 25, 2024 at 1:15pm. I know everyone has it’s own issues in life but the staff looks so miserable, nit a smile and not even asking. I know what I want but regardless, there is no service at all. Not going for food in this place again. I do not recommend to anyone.

2 stars for food and 0 for service. We have eaten here a few times when they first opened. The portion size was decent and the food was average. I happened to be at the mall twice in a a row recently and was craving lemon grass chicken. The first time, as I approached the place, the lady at the front was busy doing something, she saw me but didn't bother acknowledge me and continued to do her thing at the other end. After about a minute, I had lost patience and was just about to leave, and she came over to the ordering side and just stood there. Still no acknowledgment. I said hi and proceeded to place my order and the lady just stared at me. I thought perhaps she didn't hear me, so I repeated my order. She just looked at me and said "No". Not understanding what the no meant, Im looking for some details, she just walked away. What a bizarre experience. Lol The following day, we ended up ordering the lemongrass chicken meal. This time it was served by the tall guy who I've seen there since day 1. He was nice enough but the food was really bad. The noodles were overcooked and soggy. The chicken barely warm (instead of keeping directly on the warmer, the chicken was in a bowl on top of the warmer - this is also a food safety issue). Thoroughly disappointed by this location. Will definitely not be going back.

Ordered Pho beef for my daughter. The meat was cooked and tasteless with lots of fat. Broth didn’t taste good, there were no bean sprouts or basil and I had to request they provide hoisin sauce. Only decent thing was noodles.

This is by far the worst Vina ever!!! Don’t eat here!!! Wonton noodle soup was disgusting! $10 for 4 spoon fulls of noodles and wontons that were falling apart or already ripped up. They added a lemon in it as well to mask the taste. THEY NEVER PUT LEMON IN IT! Trust me they are not upholding their franchise standards. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! 100% they paid for people to write good reviews or asked their friends and family to help them.

Market
The Tsawwassen Quay Market is a public market situated at the ferry terminal in Tsawwassen. It houses an assortment of vendors offering a wide range of products, including clothing and food. Operated by the same company as the Lonsdale Quay Public Market in North Vancouver, this market has approximately 20 shops and vendors, in contrast to the over 60 found at its counterpart on Vancouver's North Shore.
I absolutely love Tsawwassen Quay Market! This hidden gem offers a fantastic selection of fresh produce, artisan goods, and delicious ready-to-eat meals. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, making it a great place to spend an afternoon. The variety of vendors is impressive – from local seafood and baked goods to unique crafts and specialty foods. I especially enjoyed the fresh seafood market and the cozy cafes where I could grab a coffee and relax. The staff are incredibly friendly and passionate about their products, always ready to offer recommendations. The views from the market are stunning, especially on a clear day, adding to the overall experience. Whether you’re looking to shop for groceries, enjoy a meal, or simply explore, Tsawwassen Quay Market is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!

A slightly better than average BC ferry terminal shops. Not a bad place to get some food and coffee before going onto the ferry. There a nice children's play area too.
John C — Google review
It's still a good market having a walk when you are waiting for the ferry. But it should be expand a new food court place, it is really too crowded some busy days. The shops there are good and interesting.
Wah Y — Google review
Great place to hang out while waiting for the ferry, so many options for shopping or eating in the many little kiosks. There is a very cool vending machine with dog treats and accessories.
Moira C — Google review
This is a great addition to just having a ferry terminal. You park your car in the lane you're assigned to go into the inside market to have some food and check out the many quality shops, too! The market was well done. It had a wonderful feel to it. The time flew by and then you're ready to get into your car and drive into the ferry.
Bob M — Google review
This market is awesome. I wasn't expecting to walk inside and see so many shops and restaurants. There are clothes, hats, books, chocolate, ice cream, cotton candy, pizza, coffee, salads, chicken, and so much more. Definitely check it out if you have time before the ferry takes off.
Jewels L — Google review
The market is fun to look through while you’re waiting for the ferry, they have a number of different vendors in the food court end plus they have clothes, hats, knickknacks, jewelry and other things. I always enjoy seeing the original wood carvings, they’re beautiful. Outside the market they have fresh fruit for sale and a seating area for you to sit and relax before you embark on the ferry.
South S — Google review
Needs a thorough cleaning! This place has many shops. We ended up waiting here for four or five hours because one ferry had broken down and they were still selling tickets for standby. So we ended up. Going to the market. They have lots of shops here, but it’s super dusty. Doesn’t a good Cleaning and the Place where I got my Food They were a little weird and wanted to charge for fortune cookies as well, so you buy your food. You don’t even get one fortune cookie. When I got done paying, she tried charging me for fortune cookies . Besides that it’s a good place to kill time I’m getting out of the car.

Jusu Bar in the ferry terminal of Twwassen B.C. pleasantly surprised customers with its offerings of truly nutritious smoothies. Unlike other establishments, Jusu Bar avoids using sugar and synthetic ingredients, ensuring the smoothies are both healthy and flavorful. One particular highlight was their raw chia cup, which contained raspberry, almond milk, chocolate, chia seeds and more to create a delightful taste experience. The juice shop provides a range of delicious and wholesome smoothie bowls that are not excessively sweet.
Really tasty, healthy and not overly sweet smoothie bowls! Friendly staff but a little pricey. Check them out!

Never have anything in stock. When you go to ask why there is nothing they say "they didn't have time to prep today"? There is 4 people working and it's a long weekend?? From a restaurant operator it's unacceptable. Came here once at 8 am as it stated on their website and the girl was sitting down doing nothing and said "oh we don't open until 8:30." Then change your website!?! Brutal.

The store is known for its trendy and stylish collections, catering to the fashion-forward shopper. Customers have praised the helpful staff for their excellent customer service, particularly when it comes to assisting with online purchases and exchanges.
This is by far the best location for customer service and cleanliness. I’ve been shopping at Aritzia since the company started and I’ve never experienced such a warm welcome & personal shopping like I did at this location. Special shoutout to Michelle for going above and beyond! Reading some of the negative reviews here are a perfect example of rude shoppers expecting the world to revolve around them. If you’re a nice person with good energy and treat the staff like actual people… you will get amazing service. Treat them like crap then what do you expect?! Thank you for the great experience!

01/11/2025 - This location has very poor customer service. My wife received a gift during Christmas that did not fit her. She explained to the girl working there and the Manager with our newborn it was hard to make time to come in sooner to return the item. My wife asked if she could get store credit because she’s still trying to loose her baby weight and the Manager said no. We went to another location and received store credit. Just a fair warning to other people this location does not have compassion or an understanding of customer service.

Visited Aritzia today with my mother, not intending to purchase anything but Maya, I believe her name was; approached us with a positive and welcoming attitude. Gathered all the items that I wanted to try on and even help give her opinion when I asked on sizes and which fit better. She made the experience so much better than expected and definitely, would have her style and choose some other fits next time I visit!

when i was shopping here one of the staff was very nice but she seemed to be the only one of the staff interested at all in the customers. the rest of the staff was huddled around chatting and it took quite a while before i could get a changing room. every other aritzia i’ve been to in bc and alberta have been extremely nice and on the ball for making connections with customers, so this was a very disappointing experience. one worker should not be running around to everyone to help while the rest are not.

As a postpartum Mom of two shopping, is the last thing I want to do. I used to love shopping but since having two children getting to shop for myself has become a chore. I would like to commend the team at the Tsawwassen Mills store specifically Maya for helping me find not one but two pairs of jeans and two body contour suits (a pair of Denim forum and AGoldie). Maya took the time to search the colour I already had to ensure I did not purchase a repeat pair of denim forum to confirm the style and size that fit last time. Maya also playfully interacted with my children to make them feel welcome and included! After my purchase I received my shopping bag and my kids received a sticker and a little shopping bag as well this made their eyes light up! The little shopping bag is now my 1.5 year old daughter’s favourite accessory! I have been shopping at Aritzia since before 2006 and customer service like this is what keeps me coming back. Thank you for making shopping fun again.

Bourbon Street Grill stood out among other food court stores with its exceptional service. Notably, a charming employee at the front counter caught attention for her courtesy and assistance. Despite negative feedback found online, the delectable sample provided by this lovely staff member convinced the reviewer to stay instead of going elsewhere. The street food offered by Bourbon Street Grill was personally enjoyed by the reviewer, particularly their noodles accompanied by vegetables and burbon chicken.
We had a great meal at Bourbon St Grill in Tsawwassen Mall! We ordered the spicy fish, bourbon chicken, fried rice, and vegetables everything was delicious and served quickly. Definitely recommend this spot for a tasty and fast meal!
Marco M — Google review
The taste of the food was great , the portion of food per order is amazing, packaging was ok , price is reasonable and affordable, service is excellent the Filipina lady works so fast and very friendly but needed a little bit more smile and I know she’s already tired and it got busy when I place my order that’s why she can’t smile anymore and I can see that she’s working with the new staff I overheard that she’s doing training for the new staff because of that good job . I didn’t have 5 star for now because the consistency of the quality and texture of the food is failed for me because I got the newly cooked fried rice some of the rice was still hard and it needed little more time to cooked well before serving to all the guest second the spicy chicken that I got is hard to chew it’s little bit chewy and some hard as well then the rest everything was ok but I still definitely recommended to everyone to visit this branch in Tsawwassen Mill to taste their lots of different varieties of food it’s affordable and delicious. 👍

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at the Bourbon food chain. As someone who enjoys cooking and can distinguish between fresh and old ingredients, I was alarmed by the quality of the food served. The dishes not only lacked flavor and freshness, but they also gave the impression of being a careless mix of leftovers or previously prepared food. It’s unfortunate to see such low standards in food preparation and presentation. I had higher expectations, but what I received fell far below basic quality. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent dining experience. I certainly won’t be returning.
Anna — Google review
We first encountered Bourbon Street Grill in Richmond Centre. I couldn't believe it when they told me that they don't use MSG in their food. And they have my favourite food – BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, fried noodles, and of course mixed vegetables. However, we discovered that there is a catch – chopped garlic is as common an ingredient as salt, and there's garlic in everything. But if we wanted to eat a balanced meal with a decent amount of cooked vegetables, that's what's available. We stopped by the mill before heading out to the ferry to grab a bite to eat. I was going to have a simple Chachi's sandwich but would prefer more vegetables, and Bourbon Street Grill is the next stall. But the food was almost not edible because of the amount of salt in the food. I ate less than half and left the rest. We've since gone back again in case there was a different cook. But same thing, the honey mustard chicken was over-spiced and everything was too salty. Even our friend who lives locally and is a fan of Bourbon Street Grill is not keen to visit this particular outlet. I do wonder if that's the reason they are not that busy!

Not tasty food, bad service. Noodle smells like burn 🔥 Indian lady at front, work like stupid, she didn't even ask, what you like or not. She just served too fast to kiss us out of way. Never gonna visit this place again.

Being a single parent times like these are far and few in between. And since when do I have to tip at a fast food chain???? Disgusting!! Food went in the garbage!

I am a regular customer of Bourbon regardless of where I am. Today, I had a very bad service from one lady who was supposed to be the supervisor. I think her name is Fanisha or something like that, I asked about the difference between the two rices, and she was very rude and only replied that they were both fried rice. When I explained that I wanted to know which one had pork, she got mad and interrupted me, pointing the name of the rice in the glass.

Be careful when ordering dim sum items. Apparently the sticky rice is worth 2 dim sum items instead of 1. There's no sign or label that indicates that. Their menu doesn't outline that the sticky rice is worth 2 dim items instead of 1. The worker said I didn't ask and that it's my problem. It wasn't till I checked my receipt that I noted that price was not what I expected.

Bass Pro Shops is a renowned chain of wilderness-themed stores offering a wide range of hunting, fishing, and outdoor gear. The Tsawwassen location features a 15,000-gallon freshwater aquarium surrounded by full-sized wildlife mounts such as black bears, deer, elk, and mountain lions. Visitors can observe live trout, salmon, and sturgeon in the aquarium. Additionally, the store houses an underwater-themed restaurant and 12-lane bowling alleys for entertainment.
The entrance to this store looks like the entrance to a national park and I think that’s beautiful and very on brand. They have turnstiles and a greeter as you walk into the store and a huge aquarium tank filled with fish. There’s also an indoor artificial waterfall above the aquarium and yes it’s as epic as it sounds. Love the creative and unique displays the staff have come up with for each area. This store looks less like somewhere to buy crab bait and more like a natural history museum. The indoor ceiling showing birds of prey and mounted deer heads at the back of the store is impressive.

Date :  16 June 2024 Time : Approx 2:55PM Situation : The store is full of customers and is super busy. I came to this apple store a couple of times, and I've never encountered bad and rude staff like today. (I don't know his name). After i stepped into the store, I was trying to find any staff available, but unfortunately, I didn't see anyone except two staff members talking to each other. I immediately approached that guy holding tablet and just after I said "excuse me" (with smile), he stopped me by said he has customer and I have to wait for a few minutes with his anger face. He didn't make eye contact too with me. I'm 43 years old, and he treated me like I'm 7 years old or like his child. He didn't make an effort to call his other colleagues to attend me. I feel ashamed. The rest of the staff who helped me were friendly and helpful. I hope the management takes this matter seriously. Here, I attached his pictures.  He deserves a lesson. On the other hand, my problem was solved byk technician name Ted. He's friendly and attentive and explained every detail to me. Good job to him!

I am writing to share my disappointment with the poor treatment I received at one of your Apple Stores. My brother and I have been loyal Apple customers for more than 10 years, and we have always trusted Apple for its quality and professional service. Unfortunately, this recent visit was extremely upsetting and disrespectful. We went to the store to set up and transfer data to my new iPhone 17. The specialist who helped us, Amy, spoke to us in a rude and condescending way. Her tone and behavior made us feel uncomfortable, as if we didn’t understand anything. When we asked to speak to the store manager, Brent, his attitude was even worse. He sided with Amy, refused to help us, and said that we needed to do everything ourselves online. I clearly told him that I give permission to do everything and I will enter my password and email, but he still refused. If Apple Store employees cannot help customers, then what is the purpose of having in-person service? It was very disappointing, especially since my English is limited and I needed help understanding the steps. As long-time Apple users, we expect better treatment and professionalism. I ask that Apple look into this incident seriously and ensure this does not happen again.

Dear Apple Support, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I recently received at one of your Apple Store locations. My family and I have been loyal Apple customers for over ten years, owning multiple iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks, and we have always trusted Apple for its quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, this recent experience has left us feeling disrespected and humiliated. We visited the store to set up and transfer data to a new iPhone 17. The specialist, Amy, was extremely rude and dismissive. Her tone and attitude made us feel as though we were not intelligent or capable, which was very disrespectful. When we requested to speak to the store manager, Brent, his behavior was even worse. He defended the specialist’s unprofessional conduct and refused to provide any help with the data transfer, even after I clearly granted permission to access the phone and enter passwords myself. The manager told us that the staff “cannot touch anything” and that we should do it all online. This response makes no sense — if in-store employees cannot help customers, then why are the stores open and staffed? My brother, who has limited English, needed assistance, and instead of receiving help, we were met with rudeness and humiliation. I expect Apple to investigate this incident seriously. We have been loyal customers for many years, but this experience has made us reconsider continuing with Apple products.

I have been a loyal Apple customer for years, but my experience at the Richmond Centre Apple Store has been incredibly disappointing. I made two visits before leaving for the summer because I noticed my iPhone 14 had signs of a swollen battery: the glass lifting, overheating after 15–20 minutes, and apps failing. On both occasions, I explained the situation to staff and even mentioned that I would be relocating to a remote area with no Apple Stores nearby. Despite this, I was repeatedly told the phone was “fine” because it was an older model. A month later, while I was away, the phone completely died, leaving me stranded with only a backup iPhone X. When I returned to Vancouver in September, the staff finally confirmed that my phone did have a swollen battery and offered a repair. However, yesterday I was forced to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes for what should have been a simple drop-off. To make matters worse, the staff member who booked the appointment told me to use the Apple Support app—which cannot run on my iPhone X with iOS 16 since it requires iOS 18. During that same booking, the staff also asked me if my 16-year-old brother was my partner. This was an extremely rude and inappropriate assumption that left me very uncomfortable. The only positive in this whole ordeal has been Cliff, who was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the majority of my interactions have been frustrating, unprofessional, and filled with miscommunication. After four visits, hours of waiting, and months of delay, what should have been resolved in April has turned into a drawn-out and unpleasant experience.

absolutely horrible. they tried fixing my speakers but they still came back defective, so we sent them back in again to get fixed. I asked if the outer casing of the speakers needed to be replaced, and they said it was highly unlikely and not the issue. they promised to have the repair done by the next day, and told me it was of the highest priority. two days go by, and apple calls me at a time i am unable to answer, asking me to call them back ASAP. i call them back 15 minutes later to be put on hold for an hour and hungup on. this happens twice, so I give up. the next morning, they call again during a time i'm in a meeting and unable to answer. this time in the voicemail, they give me directions to reach their specific store through the phones automated system. I follow these instructions just for the phone to ring for 5-6 minutes before hanging up. Frustrated, I made time to go to the physical apple store, and learned it was their iPhone 17 launch day and so therefore all repairs were being put on a backburner. They tell me the problem with my macbook is suspected to be internal, and they'll need to wipe my computer. I consent, because I trust that they're correct with their diagnosis. They wipe my computer, and still, three days go by without any news. I go to the apple store again and they tell me my logicboard was showing issues, and the part they ordered had only arrived that day, and that someone was scheduled to fix my computer the next day. That tomorrow came and a notification that my repair was finished did not. Finally, today I received my receipt back that the issue was INDEED THE OUTER CASING OF THE SPEAKERS. the apple store wiped my 4.5 year old computer for no reason, getting rid of my $300 art programs, and music production demos going back almost five years. To make matters worse, once I opened my factory reset macbook to at least try and start over, the text starting glitching and the screen froze on a set-up page, blocking my ability to access my desktop. This is so unacceptable. Nine days and a wiped computer to fix an issue that they failed to repair the first time. i sound harsh and angry, but I've lost so much creative work that didn't need to be destroyed. I didnt have access to my computer for 9 days and when it came back it was still being defective. I just dont know how this could have happened.

Dear Apple Store Manager, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the unprofessional behavior I experienced from one of your sales representatives, Jonas(short black hair with black frame glass and with a blue mask) during my recent visit to your store. During our interaction, Jonas displayed a very impatient and disrespectful attitude. He sighed repeatedly, appeared visibly annoyed, and was unwilling to assist properly with my inquiries. What was even more unacceptable was that Jonas pretended not to speak Chinese, despite clearly being able to do so, which made communication unnecessarily difficult and misleading. As a long-time Apple customer, I have always appreciated the company’s reputation for excellent customer service and professionalism. However, this experience was deeply disappointing and completely inconsistent with Apple’s standards. I hope the store management will review this incident seriously, provide proper training or disciplinary action if necessary, and ensure that similar unprofessional behavior will not happen to other customers in the future. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response regarding this matter. ⸻Comparing to Jonas I want to give my highest praise to Cris! She helped me for several hours and throughout the entire process, she remained incredibly patient and professional. Not once did she show any sign of frustration or impatience, even when I asked many questions. Her attention to detail, clear explanations, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and kindness—Cris sets a standard for exceptional service, and I am very grateful for all her help!

The reviews for this location speak for themselves. DO NOT visit this store. The service is abhorrent. The staff member with the curly moustache was rude, interrupted me constantly, and ignored me mid-conversation to help other people who cut the line. He stuck his hand up in my face to silence me. Very disrespectful. The latest launch was disorganized, chaotic, and left a terrible taste in my mouth. This company is constantly treating its customers like trash, yet more than happy to take their money. Do better, Apple. You should be ashamed. This Richmond Centre location is a stain on your brand. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Starbucks, the iconic coffeehouse chain originating from Seattle, is a beloved spot for many coffee enthusiasts. Known for its signature roasts and light snacks, it also offers a cozy atmosphere with WiFi access that makes it perfect for both work and relaxation. Regular visitors often rave about the exceptional service provided by the staff, who are always ready to rectify any order mishaps and ensure customer satisfaction. One barista in particular has garnered praise for his friendly demeanor and positive energy, making each visit memorable.
✨ Huge shoutout to the entire team at Starbucks! ✨ I stopped by after a long shift, half asleep and just needing a little caffeine fix before my hair appointment 🙂 and honestly, you all made my morning. The energy, teamwork, and positivity in that store were incredible. Every single person was smiling, helping one another, and treating customers with such genuine kindness. Even when I accidentally spilled a bit of coffee, you handled it with such grace and warmth instead of making me feel bad. It’s rare to walk into a place and instantly feel that kind of good energy 😇 so thank you for brightening my day and for being such amazing team players. You guys truly made a lasting impression! ☕🫶🏼

Hi, I usually enjoy this drink from this location. but today’s iced oat shaken espresso was really off and honestly not drinkable. It kind of ruined my morning. I know you’re busy, but consistency matters—please make sure it’s up to the usual standard. Literally 6$ to ruin my mood and money

Iced lavender matcha oat is my favorite drink, and I usually order it often. But the one I received today was very disappointing — it was completely different from what I’m used to. The barista didn’t even bother to shake the lavender with the milk; she just mixed and poured it, and the cup wasn’t even full. Very disappointing experience, and I’ll try not to go back there again.

Actually not even worth one star but didn’t have an option to do so . I felt that it is a must to do this today it’s my 2 nd experience at the same place actually and cannot even imagine this is the place we trust people , if Starbucks is this i think Tim Hortos should take over . 2 nd time today the people who were serving food today , what he did was put his whole arm in the garbage bin and with same bare hands took the paper out to warm up my food , last time someone used the same tong that fell down to pick my food . That is not at all tolerable . Worst than anything I guess. Be careful guys … maybe they don’t think we are humans and deserve good food .

I would give this location a 0 if I could. I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. My drink wasn’t even filled to the top even though I asked for extra cold foam — it ended up being super watery instead. The employees were rude and didn’t seem to care, they were just standing around talking while there was a long line of people waiting. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from Starbucks. I do not recommend this location.

Saks OFF 5th is a department store chain that offers great deals on designer apparel, shoes, accessories, and home goods. Customers have had positive experiences with the staff at checkout and while seeking assistance with fitting suits for special occasions. The store offers a wide range of products from high-end clothing to accessories for the whole family. Some customers found amazing deals on items they were eyeing, while others appreciated the spacious layout and welcoming atmosphere of the store.
This mall might already be my favourite in the Lower Mainland, and I always stop into Saks Off Fifth. The store is very airy and spacious. There’s never a line for the changing rooms. I don’t usually shop at this sort of store, preferring thrift stores, but I always seem to find a great dress here for an excellent deal. Absolutely worth a look for some brands off the beaten path, especially if you love dresses. The staff have always been nice.

It was a great experience when cashing out and engaging with the staff behind the counter. But you're on your own when you're on the sales floor. Personally, I'm ok with that in this type of store. I'll ask if I need help. Found a pair of shoes I was eyeing at the Toronto Premium location, which are now priced even lower, 50% lower. They had a slip-on version I hadn't seen, so I figured why not and got those too. I was on a shopping rush and threw in a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses, which were a great deal as well. I do not have room in my luggage 🫤🤔 Couldn't justify the spend on these Valentino glasses, and they aren't quite my style, but I figured people might enjoy the pic 🤣

I recently visited this Starbucks located at the northern part of the mall, and it was a convenient stop for my early morning coffee fix on Boxing Day. The staff were friendly, efficient and quick. I ordered a peppermint mocha, which was enjoyable, although I had requested it extra hot and it came at a normal temperature. We also tried a cheese Danish, which was quite good. Overall, it was a decent experience, and I appreciated the quick service at 7:30 AM!

Absolute crappy service. And this is me being nice about it. There were 5 of them at the till and none of them acknowledged me. I gave them a chance. Waited for like 10 mins just standing there. I had to get their attention, 3 of them I tried to get to help me and all they had told me “we’ll be right there”. No sorry no nothing. They were just chatting there. If I could do 0 stars I would’ve put that there.

I normally love Starbucks, but I'm really frustrated with this location. I ordered a drink through the mobile app with cold foam, and for the fourth time now, they forgot to add it. It's such a simple part of the drink, and it's clearly listed in the order. I don’t understand why it keeps getting missed—especially when I’m not there in person to fix it right away. I hope this location can start double-checking mobile orders more carefully. It’s disappointing to pay extra and not get what I asked for.
Jagdeep K — Google review
I ordered the same drink for myself and my son, both with light ice. About 10 minutes later, after he finished his drink, I noticed his cup was still nearly half full of ice, while mine had barely any left — clearly showing that his was filled with way more ice to begin with. I went back to the store to explain, as we requested light ice to get more of the actual drink—not have the cup fully filled with ice. I even showed the cashier the clear difference between the two cups. Unfortunately, she didn’t seem to take our concern seriously and offered excuses instead of a solution. It was disappointing—especially for my son. We usually love Starbucks, but this experience left us a bit let down. I hope the team can be more attentive in the future.

Getting into skating and hockey and trying to wrap your head around all of the options is intimidating to say the least, but Justin at Pro Hockey Life was outstanding. Great customer service, knowledgable staff and a huge selection of everything hockey. I screwed up on my sizing and the manager himself sat down and worked with me personally, until we found a more suitable pair of skates... I had tried on pairs across the city but very few sales reps could offer practical advice on sizing, brands and costs. Pro Hockey Life was different and well worth the trip from downtown Vancouver...

These pictures are mostly from the ferry called The Queen of Alberni; however, some pictures and videos feature another ferry. Aboard the ship is a great gift shop which I noticed had vibrantly colored clothes for women, purses/bags, socks, jackets, t-shirts, candy, lotion, all kinds of gifts, knickknacks, toys, books/magazines and dishes. We bought a burger and a beef dip sandwich from the cafeteria and it was pretty good. I also found the pet center which was on the third level and inside this small room were four metal cages in which you could put a small pet, there was also a bench etc. see the photos for more information. Buying my ticket over the phone was very easy to do and BC Ferries quickly answered my call. The agent was very helpful and knowledgeable and my ticket was booked within a few minutes. Checking in was very smooth and there were no issues.

Really friendly and helpful staff from the moment you enter also there is wifi in all the building and on the ferry in case you need it. It is really easy to get from any point from Vancouver since the Sky Station will take you close and then take a bus to the Ferry Terminal. Regarding the Ferry service it was good compared to others I have taken, it includes a lunch area, video games area and tv area for kids and also some vending machines in case of need. In addition you can always go out and take a sight of all the islands you pass while the ferry is on the way to your destination you will achieve many great photos.

This place needs to be shut down or needs FoodSafeBC to investigate. The cashier took dirty crumpled gloves out of her pocket, toyed around wth it, with the same dirty hands that handled cash. Then she made the sandwich. Sneezed without covering. The workers have 0 competence on food safety. People like this should not be making your food. Can’t comment on the food itself but it was grossly smothered in sauce. Save your money and go elsewhere

A Must-Try Spot! This is one of the best, and my favourite sandwich shop. Highly recommended for those searching for a satisfying meal. The food is delicious, and there are so many options. I tried a veggie sandwich with a side of mac and cheese, which is creamy and cheesy with chips and chachis palmar, and it was the best combo. Amazing Food! The staff at Chachi’s is truly friendly, and always willing to help if you’re having a hard time choosing from their amazing menu. Spent Many minutes TRYING TO ORDER. The staff were talking in the back behind closed doors (it was partially open and we saw). I shouted hello several times and gave up. My partner went back there to try to order from them 10mins later and they ignored him too and were laughing and chatting in the back. What a joke of a business.

Food court at Tsawwassen Mills location Got 2 different types of chicken sandwiches, the chicken was worse than subway sandwiches. The bacon on my sandwich was the smallest/thinnest piece I have seen. For the price we expected more. Chicken was that processed type with fake grill marks, both sandwiches were slathered with too much mayo and old lettuce. We had both had lunch there a few years ago and it was great, but we will never return.

I love sandwiches and had high hopes for Chachi's. The sandwiches on their menu sound delicious and I ended up going for the Cubano. The Cubano ended up being pretty mediocre. The sandwich size was okay but there was not much marinated pork. There was also way too much sauce so it was overpowering the taste of the other ingredients. I expected a bit more for a $15 sandwich. The service was fast though, there was no line up and the sandwich was made quickly.

Had high hopes but I found the sandwich a bit lacking. The bread was good but the sandwich itself was a bit dry and lacking anything special. I had the Montreal Smoked Meat and my friend had the Banh Mi. The meat for the Banh Mi was a very different texture from what I was expecting when we read beef brisket. Will likely try other places in the food court before coming back here. As a sandwich lover, I do think their other offerings would be better.

Amazing gourmet sandwiches! They have great options for vegetarians rather than the typical veggies and cheese sandwich; they come with gourmet toppings and speciality spreads. They are also a great take out option, the bread stayed soft and fresh after a 20 minute drive. For dessert you must try an Ice Cream Sammy, they are delicious!! Friendly and enthusiastic customer service, I would definitely recommend visiting Chachi’s if you are in Tsawwassen.

It offers a diverse range of innovative features for an exhilarating experience. In addition to being a skate park, it also houses retail stores offering boards, trucks, skate wear, and safety equipment. The staff are known for their excellent service and attentiveness, providing tips and assistance to visitors.
I had a great experience at West 49! Kriti and her team was super friendly and helpful, guiding me through their awesome selection of skate gear . The store was well-organized, with a cool vibe and plenty of options for all styles. Prices were reasonable, and I found exactly what I was looking for. Definitely recommend checking out this spot for anyone into skate culture or just looking for fresh apparel!

We visited the West 49 indoor skatepark at Tsawwassen Mills on a rainy day, specifically for the skatepark experience. I called ahead, which I’d recommend, as there was a birthday party scheduled from 11 AM to 1 PM. Overall, we were pleased with the park—it’s a great space—but my son, who was on a scooter, found the surface quite slippery. Wheels couldn’t grip well on the ramps. Noticed $50 an hour to rent for a birthday party, it seems like a reasonable deal. It was great to finally check out the skatepark after it had been closed for several years during COVID. $15 drop in with in and out privileges, perfect for a rainy day.

How many stores house an actual skate park?! It’s more fun than a church picnic, but far less filling. West 49 combines practical activity with a healthy dose of retail ennui. Whether you skate or simply injure yourself, it’s a worthwhile stop in an otherwise never-ending mall walk. The staff are pretty good and the prices on par with whatever on par means. Great selection of boards, trucks, skate wear and safety equipment. I feel right at home in this helmet. And I don’t skate.
Terry R — Google review
Instead of using their space to uplift and support the skateboarding community of the lower mainland, they treat it exactly as you’d expect from a soulless corporation. The skatepark feels like a low effort side hustle compared to their desperate attempts to make Zoo York relevant again. I would like to imagine a world where skateboarding is respected for its community and creative potentials… instead of as a way to generate a profit. (which I imagine they are still failing at).

Tav at West49 was super helpful and friendly! She made my shopping so much easier and really knows her stuff. Amazing customer service - Thank you, Tav!

Bought my kids some scooters today and the staff were so wonderful. They put them together and gave them tips in the skate park. They were very patient and attentive.
Laura L — Google review
They sold my daughter missmatch sized trucks and wont return them. What happened to skate shops helping kids skate rather than making it harder for them? I could tell nobody i talked to on the phone knew jack about skateboarding or cared.

Awesome. Great prices and friendly staff, but then there's this young girl Taylor.. I went in yesterday to ask for an exchange since they don't do refunds, but when I went in she decided she was now going to be the manager. She declined the exchange and suggested in store credit, which I declined. Then another older girl came to help out once she saw the issue. She was great, but the young girl was quite rude, petty and unfriendly. Other than her it's a great store to buy hoodies and pants from, great quality. Keep it up!

I am not typically a fan of smoothies, but I gave Jugo Juice a try and have been hooked ever since. While I have only tried the berry banana flavor, I am confident that if you find a smoothie with your preferred ingredients, you will love it too. Jugo Juice offers a rewards program, allowing customers to earn a free smoothie after seven visits. On Black Friday, November 26th, I ordered apple and orange juice from Jugo Juice in the evening.
It was my first experience with the jugo juice and the lady standing behind in the picture named Hardeep if m not wrong and the other girl Raman . Even though it's Boxing Day today and they had a line up , they served me the fresh juice and I had a mango smoothie too☺️. Thank u for the great service.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve tried a variety of smoothies and drinks here, and each one has been delicious and refreshing. The quality is consistent, and everything tastes so fresh. The customer service is excellent—super friendly staff who always greet with a smile. Plus, the service is impressively quick, even during busy hours. Definitely my go-to spot for a healthy and tasty treat. Highly recommend Jugo Juice in tsawwassen.

Dirty and unsanitary. Stains and spills all over the counter and your staff didn’t seem bothered to clean them up. Not only that, you guys seemed to be busy chit chatting with one another rather than working on getting orders out to customers. Very unprofessional.

The beverages looked delicious from the display and i was recommended Mighty Kale by one of the staff. I loved it a lot and will come again to try something new. Super friendly staff and quick service. Loved the smoothie.

It was my great experience with jugo juice. Everything is clean. I always order fresh juice. I really love this. They speak very politely and respectfully. I visited there many times.
Gs S — Google review
They waste your time by allowing orders on Ubereats, for AFTER the mall is already closed. They are apparently run very poorly and are highly disorganized, and therefore waste the time of customers. Like every fast food and retail store in Canada: this is run poorly, using low-paid labour, and with no concern for even the most rudimentary standards of running a business.
B K — Google review
Poor customer service. We ordered 5 cups of juice and doesn’t add some ice they used warm water just regular water and the pineapple flavour is really really sour and everything we ordered was tasteless.👎

Staff are super unfriendly and turned her head to talk to the other side when giving out the drink. When I put my hand out to reach for the straw in her hand, she purposely change the direction of the straw so I had to reach to the other side.

The Tsawwassen BC Ferry Terminal is a delightful gateway for travelers looking to explore the stunning coastal regions of British Columbia. Visitors often rave about the friendly and helpful staff, who create a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The terminal itself offers ample space and comfort while you wait for your ferry, making it an enjoyable experience even before you set sail.
Staff in office were extremely nice and helpful when we forgot a package on the ferry. They found it and sent it to is in record time before Christmas. Communication was excellent. Thank you!
Sophie-Anne W — Google review
When taking the ferries, go with absolutely NO expectations and be prepared to wait all day. The BC Ferry Corp is notorious for service delays, poor staffing availability and overall poor service. Don’t expect much from them except a ride the other side. Be prepared to wait all day (even with a reservation) and come with knowing in the back of your mind your scheduled departure will be delayed anywhere from 2-5 hours or cancelled all together wot no warning.
Westcoast S — Google review
Actually, the complex is incredible. It’s a very smooth operation, considering the number of vehicles size of the fairies and passengers that they handle. The main problem is the parking situation. How do you have this big of a terminal handling that many passengers and have this little surface parking lot a little embarrassing honestly and what if you charged a dollar per customer just to find the parking lot you’d have it paid off in 10 years and could easily fit 1000 or more vehicles on that footprint not to mention the revenue from the parking stalls themselves. Come on Canada you guys are supposed to be a little bit ahead
CM C — Google review
I loved it, but I think it was missing vegan options for the food and I feel like it could have been a little bit cleaner at some places like the washrooms. Nice sunsets!
Max C — Google review
I like travel by ferry. You feel comfortable during the waiting time at the terminal. It’s clean, warm with a lot of space. You will meet friendly staff and excellent service!
Olga Y — Google review
Staff are very nice but I don't want to play a waiting simulation. Waited 5 hours to get get on only to be told we would have to wait another 2 hours and no promise we would get on
Brandon T — Google review
The only ferry terminal south of Vancouver serving the GVRD. Check ahead for schedules and reservations. Easy access by highway and public transit.
Google G — Google review
EXTREMELY RUDE TERMINAL LADY. A blonde lady who was interacting with us. This was our first experience booking and rudely told us we did two things wrong when we had zero experience. I think there could have been a little more grace and kindness with communicating how we booked wrongly. We were also only two minutes late and she abruptly told us she is cancelling our reservation for being two minutes late. It’s really unfortunately when people take their jobs for granted and they treat customers like this. I think this can be improved. I hope this can be rectified or that this does not happen again to other people.

Salt Spring Coffee is a pioneer in the local organic, fair-trade, custom-roasted specialty coffee movement. The flagship cafe in Ganges has been recently renovated and is where it all started. Cafe Guido in Port Hardy not only serves great coffee but also functions as a bookstore and gift shop. Hey Happy in downtown Victoria is a local favorite that you shouldn't miss. Customers have praised the fast service from Rebecca C at their customer service & order desk and appreciated the quick delivery of their orders.
Very happy with this purchase. Certified Organic, Fair trade, medium roast coffee. Beans roasted only 6 days before purchase. Although this location is not a retail store, the staff graciously allowed me to purchase two bags of coffee direct for a reasonable $31. Just had my first cup at home. I will be a customer for life. Thank you Salt Spring Coffee to your Richmond team.

14 oz bag Salt Spring Coffee Sumatra Dark Roast (whole bean) What caught my eye was the Sumatra Dark Roast in the grocery store so I thought I would give it a try. I used to home roast and Sumatra is a favorite of mine. They butchered this coffee. Firstly, it was not roasted Dark, it was a medium brown. Secondly, it had a raunchy bitter after taste. Thirdly, it was thin like swill. On top of all that the bag doesn't reseal so I have to use a bag clip. I wrote the company and gave them the feedback along with the batch code etc. I also suggested they try other brands as a comparison (Balzacs and Muskoka) I never heard back from them. I will never buy this coffee again. I paid a premium price for a terrible coffee. I had to throw it out because it was undrinkable!

I’ve been a “very long time” purchaser of Moja Sumatra coffee. Recently, my last 2 monthly bags have just not tasted right. Maybe it’s me but I think not. I ran out of my last bag of Moja coffee yesterday morning. Ive heard good things about Saltspring coffee so today I decided to try a bag of their Sumatra. I must tell you, it’s by far the best coffee I’ve ever tasted!!! In fact it’s so good I went back to London Drugs and purchased 2 more bags on sale $11.99 Thx Robbie Gould

Shout out to Rebecca C from their customer service & order desk for amazingly fast service. I was pretty last minute with sending holidays gifts to some of our clients today and she was able to help out with processing my orders. Some shipment literally took 2 days from BC to Ontario. Clients loved the gift packages and the prices are very reasonable.
Konnectme K — Google review
The first thing I notice is the lack of freshness. When brewed it does have an aroma but there are stale notes as well. When i take a sip i think This coffee is ok, and that’s kind of where it ends. The price of this coffee is terrible for the quality you receive otherwise it may have gotten 3 stars. Purchased the Peru beans on June 18/21. The bag says fresh until April 12/21.
Overtones O — Google review
Received my order the day after it was shipped out. Great coffee, free shipping, and a discount code on the website.

If you love dark roast never buy this coffee even if it is advertised as such. They fall very short of the roasting standard that makes 'DARK' roast
