A must-visit classic for Argentine and Brazilian tourists shopping in Florida. Sawgrass Mills has absolutely everything, outlet stores with great discounts, luxury brands, and more. The mall keeps growing, and there’s tons of parking, which makes it super convenient for families or anyone doing a big shopping day. I’m giving it 4 stars because the rented carts are quite expensive, and during our visit, the elevators in the covered parking garage weren’t working. We had to leave the trolley downstairs and carry bags (and a small child) up the stairs, not ideal. Aside from that, it was an excellent experience, as always. If you're visiting from Argentina or Brazil, this mall is a must. Just bring comfy shoes and patience, there’s a lot of ground to cover!

I recently visited Sawgrass Mills Mall, and I can honestly say it’s an experience on its own. This place is absolutely huge — one of the largest outlet malls I’ve ever been to — and you really need a full day if you want to explore it properly. There are stores for every taste and budget, from big-name brands to outlet bargains, and even some luxury options. Something I would recommend to anyone planning to go is to arrive early. Parking can be very challenging, and if you get there later in the day you might end up driving around for a long time before finding a spot. The mall is almost always full, and that makes parking one of the toughest parts of the visit. Inside, the variety is impressive. You can literally find everything in one place: clothing, accessories, home items, electronics, and more. There are also plenty of dining options, so you won’t have trouble grabbing a bite between shopping sessions. But be prepared — the mall is so big that you’ll be walking a lot. I easily logged thousands of steps just going from one side to the other, so comfortable shoes are a must. On the positive side, many people (myself included) appreciate the deals you can find, especially in certain stores. However, not all prices are lower than in department stores like Macy’s, so it’s worth comparing before buying. As for the overall experience, customer service varies depending on the store. Some staff are very friendly and helpful, while in other places the service could be much better. For example, I noticed that in a few shops, the staff didn’t seem too interested in assisting customers, and that takes away a bit from the experience. Also, the restrooms and some common areas could be cleaner, considering how busy the mall gets. Another challenge is navigating the mall itself. Because it’s so large, it’s easy to feel lost at times, and although there are maps, it can still take a while to figure out the layout. Despite those details, I think Sawgrass Mills is absolutely worth visiting, especially if you’re someone who enjoys shopping. It’s a shopper’s paradise, and you’ll probably find things you wouldn’t easily get elsewhere. Just make sure to plan your visit wisely: wear comfortable clothes, arrive early to find parking, and be ready to spend several hours exploring.

This is a must-visit outlet mall! You'll need comfy shoes and clothes because it's massive. I liked that it has both indoor and outdoor stores, so you can hang out no matter the weather. There is a variety of stores. I'm impressed with the prices. However, I wish there were better restaurants. Honestly, I didn't eat there. Overall, you must go. I highly recommend it.

I’m very disappointed. This shopping mall, so renowned and frequented by tourists from all over the world, should be more careful about the stores it allows on its premises. Elegance Perfume sold my mother-in-law a perfume of dubious origin. (After the incident, I checked on Google and found numerous negative reviews about them.) When she opened it, she noticed it had no lasting power and the color was different from the authentic perfume. To confirm, we purchased the same perfume at a reputable store, and when compared side by side, it was clear that the one sold by Elegance was not original. We showed this to the salesperson, who admitted it might be a batch error but still refused to refund our money, offering only an exchange. We no longer trust this store and do not want another product — we only want our money back. We have both video evidence and receipts proving the difference. Unfortunately, I believe the mall should also be held accountable for the type of stores they allow to operate there.

I used to live in Florida with my children, and CF is one of the restaurants that we always go to because, wherever CF branches we go to, they’re always good with the presentation, and the taste of their food were always consistent. I recently traveled to Miami, my brother picked me up at the airport and proceeded to this location for dinner, outdoor seating. The service we received was satisfactorily great, and the food was excellent. The night prior to my morning flight, we came back here again for dinner, outdoor seating. My 2 brothers ordered the appetizer platter, Thai salad and vegetable soup, and Shiela’s chicken salad for mine. My brother stated to the server he used to work as chef for CF (truth) and asked our server to have the chef make the freshly grilled chicken for his salad, which when he brought out our orders, my brother noticed that the chicken on the Thai salad wasn’t fresh and very dry, and mind you, the avocado was missing on my salad also. We pointed it out to our server and he apologized, brought us some avocado slices and replaced the Thai salad with freshly made ones, but my brother thinks it’s still taste the same as the previous one served to him. We all felt a little bit disappointed, but I would still highly recommend Cheesecake Factory over any restaurant out there.

This place serves solid food day in day out. I never have room for cheesecake. The lunch portion of shepherds pie was huge! Had to take home half. I’m not complaining!! I’m could eat that and that alone for the rest of my life and I would never be disappointed!! The restaurant decor does feel a little dated, and perhaps it’s time to redecorate to stay up with the times. That’s my only critique.

It was a fun experience. Dined downtown at cheesecake factory. There's paid parking out front. The view is awesome. Food was great. We had to ask for the bread appetizer, our server was ok, seems as though it's just a job for him, as he wasn't too attentive although his attitude was good, so no knock on him, it's just how he is I guess. Atmosphere was quiet. My pasta dish was excellent...to explain a little more..I'm used to the server asking If we'd like parmesan cheese added and or pepper corn but we had to ask. I'd still recommend cheesecake factory as I've been dining for years whenever I travel. No bad attitudes or anything but service first attitude would fit it great.

We visited The Cheesecake Factory in Fort Lauderdale while on vacation after our cruise, and it was a fantastic experience. From the start, we were welcomed and looked after by the lovely Lyndsay, who made us feel right at home. With such a huge menu, her guidance was a lifesaver: she was attentive, friendly, and gave excellent recommendations. I went for the lunchtime pasta, which was full of flavor and came in a very generous portion. My partner ordered the Korean chicken with rice, which she thoroughly enjoyed. For dessert, Lyndsay suggested the lemon meringue cheesecake, and wow; hands down the best cheesecake we’ve ever had. A perfect meal, excellent service, and a highlight of our trip!

Service and ambiance inside away from the heat with the AC on were great. Extensive menu with low cal choices but didn’t see any notes pointing out whether foods were vegan or vegetarian. Salad was not that fresh and crispy and pizza could have been kept in a bit longer otherwise portions and foods delivered looked ok.

I went to cheesecake factory for my birthday. Got an email to redeem my birthday cake, but has to purchase something first. So I saw Saturday and Sunday was their brunch days. I had Belgian waffles with strawberries, chicken and biscuits with gravy, scrambled eggs. Food was delicious, especially the chicken and biscuits 10/10

This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been in and the cheesecake is beautiful it's excellent you've never had a more tender soft cheesecake in your life you must check out that full menu they have everything from pasta to Seafood to steak the chicken you must go it's a beautiful experience that will be back again and again and again and so will you

Wow! Big City Tavern exceeded all my expectations! The lobster mac & cheese is absolutely to die for — hands down the best I’ve ever had! The lobster meat was super tender and juicy, the mashed potatoes were creamy and delicious, and the mocktail drinks were so refreshing. Honestly, I can’t believe this was my first time coming here. The food did take a little longer to come out, but it was totally worth the wait. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. Definitely adding this spot to my favorites!

Brunch at Big City Tavern was delicious this past weekend, and service by Jolie was simply amazing. I was craving a chicken sandwich, and their Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich hit the spot. The Andouille sausage skillet was also delicious.

This place is so cool!!! The ambiance is awesome! We came on a Sunday & their brunch/lunch was phenomenal! Unlimited mimosa & peach Bellini were great— our server Liz was on top of the refills it was mind blowing! We do not have servers like that where we live! We had the meatball app & 10/10 absolutely incredible, could’ve had that as my meal alone!! I got the fried chicken sandwich & I was more than pleased— my boyfriend got the breakfast burger & said it was great, the manager recommended garlic aoli & sriracha mayo with it & my boyfriend said it did not disappoint!! She also took the time to give us recommendations of things to do during our 2 day stay! She was incredible!! 1000/10 experience would highly recommend!

Starving met a braided hostess, she said “you can sit wherever you want to- it’s a free seating now” So we sat and waited 15 minutes. Waiters just walked around acting like we’re invisible. So we just had to leave

It was my first time bringing my 8 yr old granddaughter. She had a wonderful time. So many things outdoors to see and touch. She loved the amazing fish tank and shooting game. Everything was organized and cleaned. Thank you for the amazing experience for her.

Nice store, clean, spacious and something for everyone! A bit long driveway but convenient. I was hoping they still.had summer beach chairs and beach umbrellas but there were only a small selection left and not much to choose from. We did get a couple nice beach chairs but not an umbrella. I was surprised to see they have a full restaurant and also a snack bar. That's really nice. Thanks for the Military discount! This is definitely a favorite store to roam around and to find lots of camping type items, even clothing items on sale sometimes. The workers were helpful and professional.

It's more fun to visit this shopping mall at night. The lights are flashing and it's very relaxing to lie down on the grass. The shopping mall has a wide variety of products. The transportation is conveniently located next to the highway.

Modern/ Pretty place. Redevelopment of a run down area. Looks and feels very nice. Good for short walks, live music in the centre. Tons of eateries and drinking holes aka Bars. Good selection of high end brands and other shops including ice cream shops. Be prepared to pay higher touristy prices. Improve comedy on the WEnds and during the week. Spectacular nigh views. Great plaza with a lot of shops, restaurants and activities. On weekends they have live music in the evening. Great atmosphere and safe for the kids. Police and private security are always present. The lights give a great atmosphere and festive ambiance.

this Mall is the cleanest mall I’ve ever seen! Every corner shines, floors, bathrooms, etc. everything is impeccable. A huge shoutout to the cleaning team for their outstanding efforts under the sun; they truly elevate the experience. The open-air vibe is lively, with excellent stores and restaurants, all made better by the pristine setting. A must-visit if you're around. Amazing job, keep it up!

Love being at Dana point. I’ve had a lot of good memories here, despite it’s very young age as a shopping center. I like to think of this as my local mall – no hate to Oakwood Plaza because I will never not shop at Ross or Burlington Coat Factory lol Whether it’s trying a new place like Fire or going to a comedy show (or a Beyoncé drag show!), Getting a fire milkshake from BurgerFi or drunken shrimp from Cooper’s Hawk.

The staff was very friendly, especially Ana Karina. The food came really quickly. And overall the environment was friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Literally only giving this a one star because I have to. I am severely gluten intolerant and ordered a gluten free bun (which also meant I paid and extra $3.25 which is almost as much as buying and entire package). Once the burger arrived the bun was not gluten free even though I clearly ordered it. I now can’t eat the burger and of course they closed by the time the driver got here. This is a terrible mistake that could’ve cost me more than this burger deserves and what an oversight of neglect and terrible liability situation. Will never order from this restaurant again and I hope corporate see this because whoever made this order should be held accountable for potentially sending someone to the hospital. Also asked for no fi-sauce and it’s drenched in it. Pathetic service!

Ordered the SWAG (Spicy Wagyu) Burger for delivery on a BOGO promotion. My husband + I each had one with regular fries as a side. The burger was a beautiful blend of sweet + spicy (leaning more to the spicy side). I ordered a side of Truffle Aioli to dip my fries in. While I enjoyed this very much, my toddler fell in love with it + ate the majority of my fries in the sauce.

Great grocery store. Many organic vegan, and vegetarian options. Extremely expensive. Can easily spend 500 dollars in one cart. Extensive selection of prepared food. At expensive prices butboreosred organically with natural ingredients. No preservatives (claimed). Plenty of space to eat lunch on site. No assistance to take groceries to vehicle. Staff is almost always quick to answer questions with a smile and great attitude.

Whole Foods has always been our go-to place for shopping. We truly love the wide variety and the outstanding quality of products they offer—always fresh and carefully selected. They can’t keep up with the busy location anymore. They have no inventory it’s dirty, i am here almost everyday and am disappointed everyday. Lunch time? You want pizza? Nonexistent. Food bar is unkept food spilled on counter nobody cleaning anything up. Want yogurt? On a weekend there’s zero inventory.

Background: my spouse does most of the food shopping for our family. But this past Sunday morning she was busy, and I was given a mission to go to Whole Foods to buy a cake for a friend's birthday. While I was studying the cake selection, Shannon must have noticed me looking like I might need help, which she offered with a remarkably friendly, gregarious greeting - but I wanted to look a bit more. Finally I made a decision, and she came over again and efficiently and cheerfully packaged up the cake for me. Then I went to check out, using a self-checkout register. Pretty straightforward. But then the option to use my Amazon credit card, which I didn't have with me, appeared. I decided to try it instead of using the credit card I had with me. The display gave a QR code to use. It took, but then I ended up in a loop - maybe five times. Alex came over to help - got me through the system, and like Shannon did it with impressive efficiency and friendly cheerfulness. I've had time to reflect on this. The fact is that aspects of both the cake selection and checkout ended up giving me some unfamiliar challenges, and I could have easily left feeling somewhat rattled, frustrated and unhappy. However, due to Shannon and Alex, it was quite the opposite. I left feeling quite cheerful - and impressed. I don't know if all the staff at this Whole Foods are like this, but 100% of the ones I met that day were, and I'm grateful.

I love visiting Whole Foods Market in Davie! My family and I always shop there for their fresh fish, poultry, and meats, which are consistently top quality. Their bakery section is amazing, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious items. I’m also impressed by their incredible selection of cheeses, perfect for any occasion. The store is clean, well-organized, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone who values freshness and quality!

Whoever made this chocolate mousse cake on September 9th. You did your big one it’s was amazing. Extremely moist the mousse was fluffy it was perfect. I will be coming back to gobble up some more. The bakery items are always 10/10 chef kiss 💋

Me and my wife spent a very relaxing time when visited this bazar on last weekend. The craftsmanship level of the goods you find there is very high... from handmade jewelry to CBD products, and the environment is quite and peacefull. The only con is that $7 for a domestic beer is excessively pricey.

The event was listed in the AllEvents app and I came the day it was suppose to happen. But no one was here. The venue was closed. If you're going to not host the event anymore, then remove it from event listings.

Enjoyed some aspects of this but did not care for the disproportionate number of vendors offering new age items. Felt almost like prosletyzing. The venue itself was interesting. But it was a very hot day and there was little relief. Added to that, at least one indoor vendor was burning incense, which intensified the discomfort from the heat and inadequare a/c. Loved to see some of the more unique offerings. The price was perfect: free. The location was good. Loved the bartender- personable, funny, intelligent, great at his job and went the extra mile to make my juice order perfect even though it was a special request. He mixed it perfectly and even cut a straw to fit the cup.

I was waiting for my drink in this Starbucks and this woman came up to me and looking at me up and down. Weird woman and saying things to my in my face invading my space. Saying things like look at yourself at the mirror, things like that. She's weird. Horrible experience here. I told the guy that works there to call the cops . I told her she was harassing me. I had to repeat this several times. I bet You she wouldn't say this to a black woman.

October 6, 2025, around 1:20 PM. The guy who made our drink, wearing a red beanie, is TERRIBLE. This is the second time he makes our drinks and he doesnt know how to follow Starbucks' protocols. He cuts corners and makes drinks however he likes. Last time he made an ice caramel macchiato as a latte and tried to gaslight us into saying it was a macchiato...when the person i was with is an actual starbucks barista and KNOWS he is not doing it correclty. Another barista had to make our drink because he does not know how to read or follow instructions. An ice caramel macchiato is one of the easiest drinks to make, mind you. Today he was supposed to make a brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk. He did not even put ANY milk in the drink, just gave us a shaken espresso with cinnamon (did I mention NO MILK at all?) And when we asked him if that looked like a brown sugar with oatmilk, he said in a rude tone "uh yeah". The manager had to get involved. Dont come here. The baristas here do whatever they want with your drink. There's another starbucks 5 min away. Go to that one instead.

IF I COULD RATE THIS A ZERO I WOULD! On top of the fact that this Starbucks is already RIDICULOUSLY slow, today I went in the drive through because during the afternoon it’s not usually as busy. I’m talking to the guy in the intercom & you can just tell he has an attitude the ENTIRE time I’m trying to tell him what I want and after every single thing I say he’ says with the nastiest attitude “is that it” like maybe if you LET ME FINISH TALKING BC I NEEDED TO EDIT CERTAIN DRINKS then you would know if I was done or not. I can understand if you said in a non rude way “would that be all” but NO. I ordered three drinks & a food item for myself & my coworkers. I get to the window hoping it wouldn’t be the person with the attitude to greet me & accept my payment, & from his entire demeanor & ATTITUDE once again I could tell it was him. From the way he took my payment to me leaving he just made me feel SO uncomfortable like I was such a burden which I would never try to be. I don’t write reviews nor have I ever written a negative one but from how Eli made me feel I just HAD to. Idk what he had going on but ELI should really learn some customer service skills. On top of the fact that he had an attitude, like I said previously I had ordered THREE drinks & a food item I had a venti a grande & a tall he hands me the venti knowing I had other drinks & I had to ask for a cup holder & again after asking you can see on his face that my question was such an inconvenience & then on top of that I personally asked for a straw for my shaken espresso & then as I’m driving off I realized he didn’t even give me a straw for my friend’s VENTI frappe so ofc I just give her mine. Not to mention when I get back to work to give my friends their stuff I explain that I’m upset because the guy at Starbucks was so rude & guess what my friend said she had that SAME experience with that SAME guy!

The young man, Jordan who’s been here for a little while is awesome. Warm, welcoming and always trying to serve you the best he can. Always multi-tasking and setting the example as well, I might add. Gonna start coming here more often. Get that kid a raise asap

So sad customer service is not present any more, I went through the drive thru, had a coupon in the app for $3 handcrafted drink to use 7/31 - 8/1 today is 8/1. Store manager saw it in the app, tried to use it but for some reason it wasn't working. Told me to call to customer service line to communicate the problem instead of just extending the offer when she saw it available IN THE STARBUCKS APP. Wasn't a screenshot, she literally navigated in the app and couldn't make it work. Lack of problem solving from the store manager. False advertise unfortunately. She wasn't rude or anything just didn't want to solve the problem on the spot. Again so sad.

Jet’s is by far the best pizza chain for any of their pizzas. For their deep dish and thin crust you would never know this is a chain. It’s the best deep dish you will ever have. Even better than you will get from a local mom and pop shop in Detroit. Always get a pizza sauce and a ranch to dip in. Now let’s talk about the service. The owner and his entire team is top notch. Every single employee is super nice, attentive, and go above and beyond on every visit. I always ask for my pizza cut like the breadsticks. Today I forgot and they called me from the store and asked if I wanted it cut how I like because they didn’t see it in the notes in today’s order. Talk about a personal service. I’ve never had better service anywhere. You can’t beat Jet’s and this location specifically.

Yesterday was my first time trying Jet’s after seeing someone on TikTok eat it, and I must say- their pizza is 10/10. I had the 4 corner Detroit-style pizza w/ pepperoni and mushrooms. It was hot, fresh, and so cheesy 🤤. Think of the pizza from the Goofy movie; that’s the best way I can explain it. Not to mention the customer service was great. I will definitely be back!

Quick. In & Out. Got the bourbon chicken with the pork fried rice. It's definitely worth the value. Comes with a vegetable egg roll. Egg roll was flavorful. Bourbon chicken tastes like "mall teriyaki chicken chinese food." Honestly, everything I want for in Chinese Food. The pork fried rice is very flavorful and moist. The consistency of the rice is ideal and not overcooked. [Props to them covering the Styrofoam with a rubber band to secure the goods* They care about the customer]

April 10 I ordered a large orange shrimp with fried rice and was charged 31dollars for the meal they put a large shrimp in a lunch size container and when I called this morning to tell them what happened the manager was rude and he kept telling me that was the Proper size and I was trying to explain to him that I still have the Container that the food came in and that I had this meal before and the size Container was wrong and instead of trying to Rectify The situation he hung up the phone in my ear. I would never spend another dime in this restaurant.

We just moved to the area and was hoping to find a really good Chinese spot and found one. I was very impressed with the food, customer service and the atmosphere. I ordered by phone and the young lady I ordered with was very courteous. Also, as soon as you walk in their establishment the aroma tells you this food is going to be good. Your greeted by the wonderful lady with the great personality who took my order over the phone. She's so friendly and personable, something you rarely don't see in the fast food industry anymore. My Husband and I were extremely impressed and will make Sunrise Chinese our go to spot and you should as well.

One of the worst plazas here in Plaza County, south Florida. The traffic this place creates for University Drive is absurd. These “drivers” take up space on the 595 east ramp just to turn right into this place.

I would hate to be an employee here at this plaza. Was informed by property management after receiving a do not park sticker for loitering and over night claiming my vehicle has been sitting for two weeks. When it hasn’t I do have a job and a life and don’t spend 24/7 for two weeks in a plaza. As much as they need the business. It seems no one is safe to park. Yet I see many vehicles in the same spot no tags and or taking up multiple spots not receiving the same notice. I go to 5 and below, Ross, Home Depot, Michael’s amongst all the other various food options in the plaza. Yet I have a membership to a 24 hour gym. Wasn’t aware going different times of the day through out the week was a crime. Apparently they are spying on me as they claim I am living in my car in their parking lot. How would management know I am living in my vehicle in their parking lot? I have covers on all my windows. Parking lot doesn’t have a sign saying no over night parking. And I come and go randomly throughout the day. They should rethink having a 24 hour gym while ticketing paying patrons in their plaza. Property management office didn’t even have my name or vehicle but claimed I have been there for over two weeks without moving. Yes I said it their property management office assistant. I guess I need to get a lawyer involved and provide my time stamps for work seeing they know more about my life then they claim. And think it’s ok to tow paying customers illegally. I guess their lawyers will have a field day when they do tow my vehicle.

So the overall shops are great and there's a wide variety of stores. However, the design of the entrance and exits to these stores is an absolute nightmare. Honestly, it is awful. Taco Bell, Mobile, Chipotle, Flanigans, and a few others only have 1 exit on to a side road that leads to a 4 way stop. The same that Home Depot, Best Buy, and countless others lead to that same 4 way stop. Chick-fil-A and Castco will traffic to a total stop even before getting to the main stores.

The vibe here is great. Staff was friendly. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Breakfast sandwich was a 7 or 8 out of 10. Kind of basic. But the croissant was good. Iced latte and hot mocha latte were... good. Like, I drank 90% of my mocha. The couple slices of coffee cake we tried were good but a little dry and too dense. But the flavors were good. Overall, this place is on the good side of 4 stars. But it does still have some room for improvement.

Went to BurgerFi and it was my first trip to a BurgerFi and my family was in the fast-food business, I'm glad we are out of it for reasons like the commodities of places like this, is it more expensive, yes it is but it's also our of this world. The place is modern minimalist but the food is ALL cooked to order, everything is fresh, the shakes are out of this world, or grab any soda combo you want from the new drink stations, order ahead, curbside pickup take out, delivery, or dine in. Apple pay, Samsung Pay, and Google pay as well. It was busy, but clean, the crew was amazing my order was rung up wrong and without a question, they remade my missing item fresh and let me keep the item they mistakenly gave me. Can't give more than 5 stars and I wish I could because this place deserves them!

Best Publix in the area!!! Always clean and organized. The staff is so nice. Yola at the bakery is their MVP and deserves her own 5-star review. She always has a smile on her face and once helped me order an awesome cake for my son's birthday. Great selection and most things are always in stock. The managers also listen to feedback. When I mentioned that they could use some more of the kids race car style carts (they only had 2 and there are lots of families in the area), they actually got some more! Love to see it and will continue to support this location.

Deli cuts are a constant problem at this Publix. I shop for Instacart, and we don’t get paid by the hour—our income depends on how fast we can complete orders. When an order includes Deli items, there’s a scheduled pickup time when the cuts are supposed to be ready in the pickup area. But honestly, that only happens maybe 30–40% of the time. Most of the time, the items haven’t even been sliced yet, or they’re just sitting behind the counter instead of in the pickup spot. So we’re forced to go up and ask, and more often than not, the staff are clearly annoyed or tell us to wait while they help other customers. It’s frustrating, especially because we’re not even supposed to bother the Deli—everything should be ready to grab from the pickup area. We don’t have time to wait around. Every extra minute we spend waiting is money lost. I really hope the managers train the staff properly on this. It’s not just a one-time issue—it happens almost every day, and it really needs to be fixed.

I grew up in Florida. I have lived in Texas for the last 8 years. We went to Publix on vacation to get a sub, sugar cookies for my daughter back in Texas. My mom got a loaf of your delicious rye bread. I wish you were in Texas!

Beautiful clean store. Very well stocked. Of course Publix is expensive. But the staff are great and the products are fresh. I also like the fact that they do not allow dogs in the store. With the exception of a true seeing-eye dog for blind people, dogs do not belong in grocery stores where we buy our food. This emotional support pet thing has totally gotten out of control. It's ridiculous. I'm glad Publix has common sense on the matter regarding our food supply.

Since when did publix become more expensive than whole foods. My favorite butter just went up to $7.99 at publix and it’s $2 cheaper at whole foods.

The store was nice and all except For the service. They all act like they wanna take care of a customer but when it's all come down to it they turn you down. I was there to do a quick trip and with the rising economy I saw something that similar to what I'm looking for and it's on sale. When I went to the cashier she rang up a wrong price when I went back and asked for help they said they misplaced the whole 8 boxes of that item and put the wrong price. I went back to the cashier and while I show her the picture she too didn't honor it. I just paid whatever it is and I will just not come back. It was my first time and last.

As a verified member, I visited your store with the intent to purchase a selection of gifts for my brother, who is flying back to Europe the following day. I presented a valid membership and government-issued ID, and we spent a significant amount of time carefully selecting the items, consulting with your staff, and preparing for purchase. However, at the register, we were denied the ability to complete our purchase due to the presence of my brother’s wife, who did not have her physical passport with her at the time. Importantly, she was not making the purchase — I was. My ID and membership were in full compliance with your policies, yet the situation was handled with no discretion or logic. In an effort to cooperate, we offered: • A clear photo of her passport • A photo of her driver’s license • To have her exit the store entirely, so that only verified individuals (myself and my brother) would proceed with the purchase All of these reasonable offers were rejected. We were told that the only option would be to return the following day, which is not possible, as our international flight departs in the morning. There is no opportunity for us to return home, retrieve her physical ID, and come back before departure. This policy, and more importantly, its execution, reflects a profound lack of flexibility, judgment, and basic customer service. Enforcing such a rigid rule in a case involving verified members acting in good faith is not only inefficient and disrespectful, but completely out of step with what one would expect in a country as developed and service-oriented as the United States. We lost a significant amount of time, left without any of the intended gifts, and are now left scrambling before international travel. We strongly urge Total Wine corporate leadership to investigate this incident and review the policy as applied in this situation. We request a formal response and explanation of how such situations will be handled more reasonably in the future.

We went to Total Wine and were denied service because I didn’t have my physical ID on me, even though I showed a clear photo of it on my phone and made it very clear that I wasn’t the one making the purchase. My friend — who was the one buying — had their ID and was ready to spend over $100. The staff refused the sale and didn’t try to work with us at all. Their attitude felt unprofessional and dismissive, and the whole situation was frustrating. I understand following laws, but there was zero flexibility or effort to explain anything respectfully. If you’re planning to shop here, don’t bother bringing a photo ID — even if you’re just standing next to someone else who’s buying. Disappointing service.

Employees are very eager to SELL you a dog but when you say let me think about it or sleep on it they will walk away (The manager) however the one young man that helped us was very attentive, Luke and gave us his undivided attention. First time I have been to a Winn-Dixie that I can recall and I enjoyed it. It's a big, spacious and clean store! Inventory is huge, if you need something you'll probably find it here! Service is grade A, in particular a friendly accented gentleman in the deli section and a nice Self-Service checkout fellow! If I could compare it to anything I'd compare it to Frys from AZ, and if I have to go back here, which I probably will, I'll probably get a free membership to get better prices! No complaints! Edit: Took some photos of the store, outside and inside, each isle and stuff like that!

Generally a good store — good selection, well-lit with wide aisles. I’m frustrated lately that this is the second time in a row I’ve shopped here and there were no manned check-out lines. The only option is self-checkout or the service desk, neither of which have a belt to help with unloading a full shopping cart.

Nice and clean recently renovated. Lovely seating area if you want to have a sub or something from the hot bar. The bakery makes some truly amazing cakes. Have a great special today buy 2 bottles of 19 Crimes wine that’s on sale for $9.99 and you get a free lobster tail! They also make fresh sushi here even to order if you can wait a few minutes. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Parking is never a problem. I highly recommended. They also have a floral department.

Pretty expensive for food that consistently is on the edge of spoiling. One time there were no cashiers on duty because the two there were off to the side making out with each other. Another time an assistant manager rung up my order by just counting all the canned goods, and multiplying the cost. I explained they all had different prices and she had a literal crying, breakdown and told me she was on her way to a job interview and that I ruined her chances of being on time. It was surreal. Again, always double check your cheese. It's often spoiled. I'm glad Aldis bought SE Grocers. I just hope they convert this store.

This grocery store keeps getting on my nerves, they post prices that are not what you see, and there's a question about two for a price, but one is almost the price of two...,all the other items were reduced except the one you're buying, etc. and forget about getting someone to help you at the cakes area. I go only because it's next to my academy, and go with double doze of patience . Va.

I fully comprehend that Publix chicken is fantastically amazing. To the point 8.99$ for an 8 piece is an absolute steal….. but maybe when I’m standing right in front of the empty chicken case for 15 minutes, don’t finally ask why I’m standing in front of an empty chicken case, then proceed to have the most absolutely most irritated look that loudly said i inconvenienced you. Then also in my 15 minutes, you brought singular boxes of chicken to two different people. Where I was there the whole time. It seems as though they came before me then were told a time frame and came back. Makes sense. But we could have communicated then when the second person left. Working in retail, I get you don’t want to waste product. I fully get that. But at that rate then maybe ask everyone standing in front of an empty chicken case what they’re there for. 🤷🏻‍♀️

On May 24th, I visited the Publix at Cooper City Commons looking for a BOGO deal on cat food, after being told by two other locations that they were out of stock. At this store, I approached an employee named Chad, who kindly took the time to check the warehouse—and returned with several bags in hand. His thoughtful gesture truly stood out to me. I even shared my appreciation with one of the managers, letting them know what a quality employee and outstanding human being Chad is. Staff like him deserve recognition—and why not—a promotion into a management role.

Deli workers need to be trained better three people making subs ignoring me standing at Deli. than when they finally get my meal they don't ask if I want cornbread or a roll Just gave me the roll. When I tell them I want the cornbread they make a face at me definitely the worst Deli of all the publixs will not be returning

I’ve been a loyal Publix shopper at this location for over 10 years, but yesterday’s experience broke my heart. I was shopping with my young son, who has autism and was feeling excited. He handed his small toy to the cashier for scanning, and instead of showing kindness or even basic patience, she tossed it aside, ignored us completely, and only acknowledged us once I spoke kindly to the bagger who had treated my son with care. Her behavior was dismissive, cold, and deeply hurtful—especially toward a child who was just trying to engage in his own sweet way. I didn’t cause a scene out of respect for my kids, but I left the store feeling completely disrespected and unseen. This is not the Publix I used to know. Publix needs to train employees in empathy and awareness for families with special needs. We deserve better—and so do the other customers who witnessed it.

Great theater! The staff here is always nice and attentive, which really adds to the experience. The place is clean and well kept overall. Best part? The Tuesday prices—can’t beat that! Definitely one of our go-to spots for movie night.

I enjoyed driving and walking through this plaza! It's very clean and big, parking is immense, well kept and unless it's busy or seasonal I imagine it'd be hard to not find any spaces. There are plenty of stores, chains and local based to look through and visit so you'll probably always have something to do! It's a nice big expansive plaza accompanied by a look and stores to fit it! Keep it clean and give it a walk through if you have some spare time on your hands!

It was my first time at the bar. Took the line dancing class. It was GREAT! The instructor was very animated and obviously enjoyed what he was doing. There was a fun group of people taking the class. Will definitely be going back!!!!!!

I was surprised when I walked in. It was a really nice place, totally different to what I was expecting. The dj was good, the drinks have fair prices, and the dance floor was full of amazing people having a great time with their sync dance. I will definitely visit this place again.

This Michael’s location is exceptional. Every employee that I have interacted with has been fantastic. In particular, those in the framing department are top notch. Our family has gotten many, many frames done here. Vito is a wonderful employee. He went above and beyond to repair a frame that was damaged in our move and helped me frame a difficult foam backed painting. I am incredibly grateful for him.

Jerry in the custom frame department is fantastic. He helped me find the right frames, & then he did some custom work on two of my pieces. He was very helpful & such a nice guy!!!

Purchasing fabric here is a headache for all involved! First of all, the selection is still very small & they do not carry more than the very basic sewing supplies, ie- no bias tape etc. The table where they cut the fabric has no visible measurements to ensure accuracy. They only do cuts by the yard, so you have to get more fabric than you need. They do not have a quick way to ring up fabric for sale, so you either have to pay in the back, or they write it all down & you have to go to the cashier. You can't use the self checkout for fabric. And finally, discounts & coupons do not apply to fabric. All in all, if you are looking for a good place to get fabric & sewing supplies, this is not it.

This store is a paradise for anyone looking for something crafty to do. Everything is clean and organized. There are so many options and choices for all of your artistic needs.

I rarely go to Michaels as I am not a crafty person, but I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Jerry from Framing and not only did he help me with great ideas for my project, he also walked me to the pens and markers to share with me how they would look on the mat board I was working with.

This review is specifically for the employee of the Deli - Margarita. I ordered a sub and mispronounced the name of the cheese - “Gouda”. She gave me a disdainful look, then corrected me. When she went to slice the cheese, she mocked my mispronunciation with a coworker. After everything I said, she would correct me and ask me to repeat it. I don’t know what’s her problem — whether she’s never met non-native speakers and tourists before (as it’s obvious I’m not American and English is not my first language) or if she’s just xenophobic. Either way, it was an extremely unpleasant experience.

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Nothing about the experience felt welcoming or respectful. I absolutely do not recommend this place there are plenty of better options with decent service and basic courtesy.

I love ordering Publix sub sandwiches, but I can tell you that this particular Publix deli prepared the worst sub I ever had. The sandwich was slapped together with no care whatsoever. The paper bag was barely sealed. When I opened it, the sandwich nearly fell out. None of the condiments I requested were added. It's amazing the difference in quality from one Publix store to a other. Management needs to take note of the service quality.

Incredible how they ask for id if I’m buying an order for Instacart and I give them my 3, gun license of the state of Florida and that ID they said doesn’t work !!!! (Those 3 licenses are more expensive the regular ID come on man) Don’t make people waste your time🙏🫡

Price was a little high for the course but was really fun to play. Greens dried up really quick, and were fast. Definitely hard to hit that Florida soil sometimes : )

Play here if you are wondering where to play in Ft Lauderdale. First time playing here - played the west course since the east was closed down for renovations. Staff was incredible and course was in fantastic shape. Greens were perfect and the tee boxes were pristine.

Very nice park course lay out. Plenty of water. Flat, but many elevated greens. Bunkers and tee boxes needs serious maintenance. Pro shop service was really a great hasle when chargeing one set of of rental clubs instead for two players instead of two. Missing range charge.. We needed to go back. Buggy service excellent including travel luggage lockers.

Really nice wide open course. Fairways and greens in beautiful shape for the most part. $199 dollars American green fee was outrageous though. This course should be $100bucks maybe 125 tops. Had a good game but left feeling taken advantage of. For that price I expect perfection and it certainly was not. Also we played 18 holes and saw the beer cart girl once. Do better.

Both East and West are beautiful courses, I think the East might be a bit more fun but the West has a much cooler movement. Not only is the course a fun challenge but the atmosphere is great, with a grass range, classic starters, and on Sundays, you can smell the bbq and hear the music all the way from the parking lot. There's always a lot of action going on, with 36 holes and a full clubhouse and all, which always adds to the excitement. Although it is a bit far from me, and bit rough around the edges like any great Florida public course, I recommend this slightly-hidden gem to anyone I know.

The course was not in the best shape. I know they are working on the east course, but the West course had a lot of weeds and the greens were not pristine. I wish I had known that at the time of booking, because I would’ve gone elsewhere. For the money, there are many other alternatives in South Florida that would have been better. I think this course and their management needs to do a better job of recognizing and accommodating Florida residents. I am disappointed that the management company that owns this facility doesn’t understand that catering to out-of-town guests and Canadian residents during the season is not the best way to run a business. Your local golfers, if provided a reasonable rate and a course that it is in reasonable shape would be willing to pay. I love the staff, but I cannot excuse the fact that you are overcharging for your property. If I owned this facility, I would likely dismiss most of the leadership and have them rethink the way that they are operating their business.

The beer and drinks are good. I didn't have any food, but it looked pretty good. The location is odd, and you have to pay to park. The inside is nice. However, it is kinda empty. A few spots are just empty, so there are fewer businesses inside the marketplace. Generally speaking, I would recommend this place, but it isn't amazing. It is pretty decent 👌 👍.

Had a casual hang here for my bday celebration and had a blast, good food choices, and fast service. Drinks were strong and delicious, nice vibe and great for taking photos, it was slightly loud since there was a live band, but they were awesome. There's also an ax throwing area and lots of adult activities, i.e., pool table, electronic dart boards and giant jenga, etc. A must visit if you're in the area, first hour is free for parking and 4bucks per hour after that.

It’s been a while since my last visit but i had a positive experience. This place is a food hall with many vendors offering a variety of different food options along with a full bar and a brewery. You order and pay at your table and they bring the food and drinks to you. The food and drinks that we ordered came out fairly quick, very tasty and flavorful. I’ll return again soon.

Cool vibe. Awesome spot for large parties and work functions. Pretty standard quality bar food, wide assortment of adult libations. Lots of space, so it doesn't feel crowded and heavy. Axe-throwing is a bonus feature and adds a really fun element

We came here as a group of 12 to celebrate a birthday and were really disappointed with how the experience started. Even though the place was practically empty, they wouldn’t allow us to split into different lanes for axe throwing. Instead, they expected all 12 of us to use just one lane, which made the activity feel crowded, slow, and not as enjoyable as it could have been. We decided on darts instead. The food itself was okay, nothing to rave about. The highlight was definitely the Labubu Dubai chocolate, super tasty, rich, and unique, but definitely on the pricey side.

This is such a neat place for eating out and hanging with family and friends. Pick your type of food, order through the app and they will bring to you table, including beverages. They have American, Italian, Korean, Indonesian, Mexican, Crepes and coffee, and more to choose from. There is a brewery and small store inside, from local artists. Love the DJ in back and the mix of music, very upbeat, makes a great experience. I would definitely recommend, I will visiting again.

Love this place in Fort Lauderdale!!! A Perfect place to eat with a large group. Everyone can order and pay through the app. Makes it very easy specially if you are with a large group. We had the Tacos (SIMPLY AMAZING!!) The chips & Guac totally on point. The Elotes were one of the best we have had. For desert we had a crepe brownie. There is Plenty of seating inside & Outside. There are arcade games for kids to keep busy. Overall would recommend Sistrunk for great food, atmosphere & value. A true hidden gem in the heart of downtown Ft Lauderdale!

They have Publix,Qdoba Mexican restaurant,big whiskey restaurant that recently opened,Starbucks at the corner, kub kao Thai-sushi restaurant one of the best in Davie, hospital or urgent care facility, pizzeria, boxing gym, and much more! I go to Leslie's pool to get my pool water checked. These guys are the best. I kinda like doing things on my own to learn and not have to pay anyone. Here they show and demonstrate how the chemicals or apparatuses are used. Really nice people and quite knowledgeable. They get a super thumbs up

Always very clean, a lot of businesses open and thriving, parking is not a problem. The places that I visited, Baptist Urgent Care and Publix Supermarket had very nice experience smiling faces,polite and friendly people. I love this place.

Save yourself the time and stress and do not purchase from El Dorado. We paid almost $4,000 for a bedroom furniture set only for the bed to be completely broken and unusable after $1,300 and for one of the drawers to break ONLY one year and 4 months later. Interestingly, the sales person told us that because it was Italian made, it was higher quality. Imagine investing in a bedroom set to have the bed completely unusable less than 2 years later ? Yup that is where we are. But it gets better. We reached out El Dorado for help, and they jumped to “as a courtesy” fix the drawer but went back the manufacturer for them to fix our bed. Because we were outside of the 1 year warranty. Isn’t that insane? They sold me furniture that broke like a child’s toy and instead of fixing it, they are now “doing me the courtesy” of reaching out to the manufacturer. I really hope they correct their mistake as my husband and I have been left to sleep on an air mattress for the past two weeks waiting for their response. TL;DR - save yourself. Don’t shop here. The sales process will be great but wait til the furniture BREAKS and you’re stuck. Such a shame and waste.

We had no idea how great EL Dorado furniture was. They had a beautiful selection of furniture from modern to italian furniture at great prices. We were greeted by Maria Teixeira who was so nice and pleasant to deal with. She was very helpful and managed to find us a great dining table to match a glass console. We also bought a beautiful centerpiece for the dinning table. I will be back to buy the chairs to dinning table from Maria she one of the best salesperson I have dealt with. The swimming lessons are engaging, fun, and tailored to each child's needs. The school's focus on safety and nurturing environment gives me peace of mind. We're so grateful to have found Aqua Toss! Maria Pas and the entire team are top-notch. Highly recommend!

I cannot give this place enough stars. My first born went here and still does from when he was a year old until now 4. Now my second has been going here for 1.5 years. The instructors and lessons are great. Angie is by far my favorite when it comes to the little ones. Her directions are clear to both parent and baby and makes the class fun and comfortable for everyone. Coach Leslie is my favorite for the bigger kids. Tries his hardest to keep them focused and progressing while still making it way too much fun for the antsy kids waiting their turn in the water. The progress my older son has made by going just once a week is incredible. Both of my kids are very confident and comfortable in the water thanks to aqua tots Davie.

We have been very happy with our Aqua-Tots experience! Our 2.5 year old is excited to come every week. Her teacher, Lucia, is great at communicating and suggesting what to work on. The updated app easily allows me to track her progress. Her comfort level in the pool has greatly improved!

We’ve been attending baby classes at this place for about five months now, and I can’t say enough good things about it!!!! The instructors are amazing, they take us through everything step by step and are super patient. Coach Alina is especially sweet and always gives us great feedback after each class. I love that we have the option to cancel classes and reschedule, and the front desk staff is always so helpful with our busy schedules. If you’re thinking about taking baby classes, I highly recommend this place!

The staff and the ambience of the whole location is top-tier. If it wasn’t for us moving to Texas, I would continue bringing my daughter here to Aqua-Tots Davie for her swimming lessons. We have love our time with aqua tots! We signed up our daughter when she was 5 months old and we have loved all of her instructors and seeing her progress every week! The staff is all so nice and we can’t wait for our daughter to continue learning and progressing through the levels!

I have mixed feelings about Aquatots. We love the facility, the instructors and the concept however they do not effectively teach kids how to swim. It seems like they milk families for years and the kids are still learning how to swim. It should take a max of 3 months - 2 lessons/ week to learn but at Aquatots be prepared to be enrolled for 12+ months. We just haven’t found another option.

Thai Seafood was pricey but very good. They surprised us with an automatic 22% service charge to just the two of us. The waitress was very good and charming. No other restaurants did that to us and we have gone to many.

A small strip mall with 2 restaurants and small businesses on Bonaventure Blvd. The chinese restaurant "Poc" is good if you like buffets. There is a decent amount of parking spaces, but generally it's full.

When it comes to Sunny Side Up Market I have to admit they set the bar high for taking care of their vendors and working with each vendor to create a small community feeling! Grateful for their support with my small business and I’m looking forward to participating again at their events next season.

Food was good! We were very disappointed in the service. Our waiter seemed annoyed when my husband had asked a question about an item on the menu. The waiter let our plates pile up, never asked if we needed anything, how are meal was, and asked if we wanted coffee after our dessert while giving us our check. I am hoping our waiter was having a rough day. We will try again since the food was so good. Hopefully, we won't get the same waiter. The service we received is the reason we give it a 3 star. Go for the food, wine and location.

Terrible food! My wife and I took a few bites and were absolutely disgusted. The steaks were cooked to a funny light brown color. Mine was raw inside although I ordered medium well. I sent it back, and it returned in about a minute seeming to have been microwaved as it was hot and very dry. The vegetables had a strange like they had been in a freezer to long. My wifes potatoes au gratin smelled like a stale instant box version. Both of us left our entire meal practically untouched. What we ate left a horrible aftertaste in our mouths that made us want to throw up. Oh, to top it of , I ordered a glenlivet..it was watered down. We went home dissatisfied, disgusted and $100 poorer.

I took my wife here for our two year anniversary and loved it! We were there during arts walk, so it was busy but the service was prompt and courteous and the food was wonderful. We ordered the "celebration for two" and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Saw all the good reviews and decided to give it a try. I was sitting next to a wall and halfway through my dinner, a roach came crawling out inches from my face! The waiter simply suggested that we move the table few feet. I tried to finish my meal but was so grossed out that I lost my appetite. They didn't flambee my steak at tableside like they were supposed to... the manager came, apologized, and CLEANED the sauce off and started anew!!! Unreal! My wife ordered veal marsala and was brought CHICKEN marsala... Stay away! The place has gone DOWNHILL fast over the past year.

Great service, Great atmosphere, good vibes and music. It's like 3 places in one! The back of the barn has a bar and live music, the "house" within the barn has a huge TV to watch the game and a second bar, the front of the barn has a more of a restaurant vibe. Our server Imani was awesome and compliments to whoever made the wings!! Not everyone can make perfect wings, and they absolutely killed it!! Hubby had the Mahi sandwich, which was also perfectly made the way fish should be!! Well done Tarpon River, we'll done. Your staff and chefs are amazing 👍 We will definitely be back soon.

I absolutely LOVE the Flamingo Flea. I look forward to going each time they have it at Tarpon River Brewing and it’s always so fun and amazing. The beer, people, and vendors are all of amazing quality and I cannot recommend this place enough. I enjoy myself each and everytime, nothing like spending a Sunday by grabbing a beer, strolling through a ton of handmade vendors with good company. And I love the fact I can shop small and support my local small businesses and business owners. It’s always so nice to meet the vendors and people who attend these events! All walks of life coming together to relax and just take it easy, pretty awesome! Highly recommend!!

This is a super cute Local market that is set up on random days! They include local vendors that support our south Florida makers & it's got a chill vibe. It's a smaller vendor show, which makes its feel intimate. The vendors are hand curated and well thought out so there's pretty much anything for anyone. If not, chill, grab a drink, and enjoy the people watching. There's usually live music which adds to the fun!

The Flamingo Flea is one my local favorites. Always try to make it to this monthly event. Nothing like listening to good music while shopping with a tasty beer! The vibe is always amazing and the vendors are well curated. I always find something special to take home.

Great spot for a flea market. This is located inside a brewery with inside and outside vendors. Food, beer, and other beverages available through Tarpon River Brewery. Dogs are welcome and arrive early if you want a table. Only draw back is it’s summertime and it’s very hot. Otherwise I’d recommend if you like to support local vendors.

This chocolate little factory is truly amazing—a hidden gem for any chocolate lover! They offer an incredible variety, from white chocolate and milk chocolate to dark and even vegan options, so there’s something for everyone. The real standout, though, is their chocolate Dubai, which I’ve searched for all over South Florida and nowhere else compares. What makes the experience even better is watching them make their own chocolates right in the background, plus you can enjoy a delicious cup of Turkish coffee while you’re there. It’s absolutely worth the trip—don’t miss out on this fantastic spot!

We tried 4 different types of chocolate that comes by weight, every single one has their own formula and taste. Definitely recommend for pleasant and sweet experience)

I am obsessed with this place. I absolutely love the chocolate (made in house), Turkish delights and wide variety of sweets they offer. The owners are amazing, hospitable and so nice. The Turkish coffee’s presentation was so pretty and the coffee was delicious. They offer ice cream, but i didn’t try it, i will next visit. They had great gift boxes also, offered different variety of sizes. I can’t wait to return to try and buy more different flavors.

This place has no business being SO good. In an area of Ft. Lauderdale that’s notorious for carbon copy beach shops, this place is such a delicious departure from that. It’s got exceptional coffee, excellent chocolates, and so many tasty Turkish specialties! Plus, the prices are good and the employees are exceptionally welcoming. The traditional Turkish coffee was a phenomenally delicious experience in which I got to learn more about what makes this coffee so unique. The presentation for my cup was an added bonus. Also tried a cup of their hot chocolate which was wonderful. There’s a seemingly endless array of chocolates, Turkish delights, savory truffles, and so much more to enjoy here. Prices are by the pound for their items in the cases. Everything was perfectly delicious. The space is really bright and welcoming. Between the excellent food, the great employees, and the wonderful prices, this is a next level chocolate and coffee shop.

The new owners were amazing! They were so gracious, explaining to us all the new and delicious chocolates they have. They made fresh Dark Chocolate Covered Orange Peals for me. The place is so much better and more specialized than it used to be. It's no longer generic. If you want to buy clothes at a great price, this is the place. There are good brand-name clothing at great deals; of course, you have to look around and take your time. The location is right in Hallandale, and there's parking.

I like this place because it always has good stuff along with price.But, the staff there was not prepared for the long line of people as we waited in line for more than thirty minutes just to buy something less than thirty bucks on a Friday afternoon. There’s only two people working at the check out whereas there’s five empty cashiers.This make such delay I hope it gets better one day

I haven’t been to Ross many times, but after this experience, I definitely won’t come again. I came to return a clothing item that had a clear defect — it was damaged, and I had the receipt and tags. Still, I had to wait in the same line as people making purchases for 35 minutes. No separate return line, no effort from the staff to help or even apologize. It’s just a stupid system. A complete waste of time for something that wasn’t even my fault. Never again.0 Star!!!!

I went to this store last minute and made a significant purchase of almost $500, despite the fact that the place was extremely messy: dressing rooms full of hangers, scattered clothes, and overflowing with people. Upon leaving, I realized I had lost my rental car keys. I asked to go back in to get them because the store was still full of customers, but they wouldn't let me and treated me very rudely. I returned the next day, called several times, and no one showed the slightest empathy or offered any help trying to find the keys. Terrible service, zero helpfulness from the employees and the manager. A very bad experience.

I truly despise the store as much as they despise their customers!!! 2 cashiers at 6 pm on a holiday rush hour! 45 minutes in line with cashiers looking at you like youre a piece of garbage! I wish the staff and management to have this service everywhere they go in life!

The checkout experience at this Ross location is beyond frustrating. No matter when you go, the store is packed, yet they only have one or two cashiers working per shift. The lines are ridiculously long, and the wait time to pay is unacceptable. It’s clear they are understaffed. If you’re shopping here, be prepared to waste a lot of time just trying to check out. It makes sense to why buying online is taking over unfortunately.

The line is so long that it wrapped around with only 2 cashiers with the other stocking the shelves at 11:55am. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This store is amazing, the variety is huge, I don't know why this store is better than the regular one

Dear Management !!!! I want to begin by saying that I have always enjoyed shopping at your store. It is clean, well-maintained, and generally provides a great customer experience. I visit often and have always felt comfortable—until now. Unfortunately, during my visit on July 6, I had a very unpleasant encounter with one of your employees working in the fitting room area. She was an older woman, and her behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unfriendly. She spoke to me in a harsh tone and made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I was being scolded for no reason. This experience was upsetting and has left me hesitant to return to the store. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate action, so other customers do not feel the same way.

One of the better HomeGoods stores you will find, lots of selection to choose from and quite a few great quality products at very reasonable prices (Staub, Emile Henry cookware, Yeti). Store is clean, and the cash area was a quick checkout. Only downside is that their menswear selection is fairly small, unfortunately no men’s footwear section either so this store is best suited for ladieswear and home goods shoppers. If looking for menswear options, better to choose Marshall’s instead which has similar selection but on a larger scale.

After a workout, I stopped by this TJ Maxx to pick up a last-minute Christmas gift. The wide range and quality of the products impressed me. They had an entire section dedicated to Hello Kitty merchandise. So I began stockpiling items for the Hello Kitty fans in my life. Perla, one of the employees, noticed my cart and excitedly told me about the new Hello Kitty bag that had just arrived. She was so sweet. She also kept my shopping cart secure while I went to get a gift card from my car. I left with gifts for several people, including myself. I only removed one star because the aisles were narrow due to all of the items. Perhaps they can rearrange the clothing racks and shelves to make more room for people to walk through with shopping carts.

I like the store But too much pressure when you pay at cashiers - they push Too Much forcing to Open up the Credit Card with them - Crossing Respect to Customers!!! Shame on Management who Agreed to it !

The worst experience I don’t normally shop at this store. I go to the TJ Maxx in Cordova, but I had a runway return dress with the receipt with the price tag and with the alarm, that is mandatory for runway, I asked the supervisor Kim if it was OK to do a return there and she said yes make the line the cashier was concluding my return in about to give me my cash and staple boat receipts when her dumbest question to the supervisor was the color is not matching or something like that made me make the line almost finalize my return and told me you have to go back to the original store because we can’t return it. Imagine that with everything that is mandatory for a runway return while there there were other customers complaining and of course I went off on them. That’s the reason I never shop here is always a pleasure to shop at TJ Maxx, Dania in Broward in Fort Lauderdale, Cordova, TJ Maxx, and by the way, I had spent close to $400 in the same receipt so they lost a customer when they knew that I was following procedure for one-way return. I’m always buying a TJ Maxx, but this store is the worst. Kim Blaine Fort Lauderdale, TJ Maxx for putting the wrong color I think on the tag imagine how stupid and the cashier had my cash in her hand ready to give it to me. I hope a corporate person read this complaint unprofessional and not only I was complaining. They were other customers having issues too thanks

Store is very clean they had alot is discounted items which I loved staff was helpful

I just want to share the recent experience I had with one of the managers, Michael, at this store. I always come to Target to get my essentials. I went ti get a bottle of curl care shampoo from one of my favorite brands. However there was only one bottle left and it had a dent in it. I got it since it was the only bottle but asked the cashier if I could get a discount since it was damaged. I was told the max they could do was 10% which seemed fair. Then cones Michael and tells me that is not possible since there is no damage to the actual product. I am writing this not because I was not given the discount, but the way the manager communicated this was nothing short of unprofessional. I do want to give props to my cashier Gabby for handling an awkward situation with a smile and apologizing on his behalf.

This store is the most disorganized and messy targetI have ever been to. Its like shopping in an overstocked thrift store. Things are just shoved places and there is no way to easily find what your looking for.

Absolutely terrible target location. Store is a mess and completely Understaffed. 14 registers with only ONE open Items marked for sale don’t ring up on sale when at register. Complete mess

Had a cart with about 15 items and waited in the self checkout line for about ten minutes for the lady to show me a sign saying it’s 10 items or less and had me turn around. There was only one register open and a huge line. I left the cart and walked out because that’s shoppers discrimination. I’m not trying to steal I wanna pay! It would be the same amount of time the cashier will take except I’m doing it! I hope I wasted targets workers time by putting that all back like you made me turn back because I wanted to pay! Now you pay! The sign was there once I got to the front not even when entering the line!

management is definitely something... I was waiting in line at the service desk and I saw this man working at the service desk and he was a short white guy, shaved looking head chatting with a white woman. He was all cheery and laughing with her and then when it came to my turn in line he put on this CRAZY attitude. keep in mind I'm a black woman and I think this might be a race thing because after doing my return, I walked slow on purpose and heard his attitude shift to happy again with the next customer and it was another WHITE individual..... who are y'all hiring....

I can't go here anymore if i have more than 10 items. They only ever have 1 or 2 registers open, the rest are self check out. BUT you can only have 10 items or less in self check out. There was one register open with one person in front of us. There was some issue with pricing and we waited for around 15 minutes for it to be cleared up. We had 13 items, so they wouldn't let us us the self check out. We ended up spilting the cart and going through the self checkout that way. They have consistently had issues with things being in stock as well. Place really went down hill :( i never go there for large purchases now

Some staff are nice and pleasant. This particular Target needs to stock up with new items and stock items in general; at times, I need to travel to Plantation.
