Absolutely love Mizner Park! It is absolutely delightful at any time of day. It is lovely to walk around in the morning and enjoy a coffee or smoothie outside or enjoy a late night out in the town at one of the many popular restaurants. There are plenty of cultural events that take place throughout the year that are family friendly and fun for all to enjoy. There are the big staple restaurants as well as smaller cafes and little shops. There is always a good time to be had at Mizner Park. We love it here! 🤩

Great place to walk around as the sun sets, lots of dinning options, nice happy hour spots for appetizers and drinks . Some days bring in an influx of exotic cars and most days a crowd of beautiful people. Occasional organized events and decorations to suite the season

Very upscale shopping area with numerous restaurants and stores to shop or just browse in. Be prepared to pay top dollar for your purchases though. This is not your local target shopping

Boca Raton is probably a very quality and neat place to stay, but for shorter visits, apart from the beautiful Atlantic coastline, it is quite boring. The same goes for Mizner Park, nothing special to see. And it is not a real shopping mall but rather a smaller type retail park.

Mizner Park is the center of Boca. It has the art museum. The studio, a bowling alley, and plenty of restaurants and sho I s. Dog friendly too. Other highlights are a putting green and the Amphitheater - it packs everything in !

Mid afternoon is easy parking. Evenings are more difficult. The parking garage is probably the best bet. Very nice atmosphere. Lots of shops and restaurants. The museum of modern art is wonderful. The ampetheator has very nice events. Just a nice place to visit

This is one of my favorite places to spend some time with your loved ones or alone! There are many restaurants and stores, and the area looks beautiful! We ate at Max's Grille and the food was excellent, and the waiter was very polite and professional.

Really nice area. Restaurants and different shops. The restaurants are pretty busy with chic clientele. Parking can be challenging but there is valet. There is a great cookie shop and chocolate shop here.

Very nice 1 story large plaza. Been there for 25+ years. Great restaurants and stores. Hoffman. Morton’s. Just Salad. Rocco’s Tacos. Much more. Go !! Very good central Boca Raton location.

Tap 42 is the go to spot. Just salad isn't bad as well. Also total wine, for total wine make sure you go inside because curbside always messes up somehow. Other than that a great shopping plaza to visit.

Tap 42 was delicious, had the Drunken Goat Burger. Remember you are in Boca Raton...people eat later. I arrived at 6:00 and was only the third table occupied. By 7:30, every table was filled and there was a wait. Make reservations if you are eating after 7pm.

Boca Center is a mixed use plaza located behind the Town Center at Boca Raton. It includes three office buildings and a retail center. There are ten places to dine ranging from fast food to fine dining. These include Rocco's Taco's, Tap 42, Copperfish Kitchen, Just Salads, Starbuck's, Morton's The Steakhouse, and McDonald's. There are several clothing stores like Revival, Chico's, and En Vogue Boutique. You can pick up a gift at Hoffman's Chocolates or Total Wine. There is also health and beauty services, home decor, jewelry, and the Marriott Hotel. I have been here in the past to go to Joseph's Classic Market but they have moved on. I was most recently here for Batch the Cookie's grand opening. The downside to this plaza is parking is limited. Sometimes I have to walk pretty far to get to a business but that is not necessarily a bad thing when I am always trying to get more steps. I just don't want to have to walk far if it is raining. I really like the open air courtyard where my friend and I were able to grab a seat to dig into the cookies. The thing I like most is Boca Center's proximity to the mall. After coming here I was quickly able to go to the mall to grab a birthday gift. There is a lot of shopping and dining options crammed into this area of west Boca. You can get a lot done without having to travel very far.

Its an extremely beautiful place to spend your Saturday mornings or even start your day at. I always stop at the Starbucks for my iced caramel macchiato. Its just a refreshing area where you can sit with your family, and there's lots of options when it comes to restaurants and small boutiques.

Boca Center is right down the street from my house and we end up going to Boca Center a lot. A few times a month we either eat at or order pick up from Sushi Ray. We love sushi ray, they have great food! We also go to the Hoffman’s chocolate shop every so often. The chocolate covered Oreos are my favorite. They also send me a free ice cream for my birthday every year. The Total Wines there is amazing. They have such a large selection of products that they always have what I am looking for! They carry Berry’s, an excellent whiskey, that I will use for gifts for only the people I care about most. Tap 42 and Rocco’s Tacos are good places to go out to at night. Morton’s is a steak house you could stake your reputation on.

We love this place! Super well kept. The staff are very friendly and its so nice to see FAU students getting involved and doing research there. Marianne is super friendly and helpful and she gave my son lots of attention. Make sure you check out the classroom with the snakes and choose a cool seashell on the way out! We will be back! We hope they reopen the turtle hospital soon!

Stopped here with my boyfriend during our week-long Florida vacation; never been to such an interesting nature center with no entrance fee. Eels, adult sea turtles, rays, and many different fish in outdoor tanks; seahorses and baby sea turtles in the indoor lab (which is pretty small). If I had the one of these nearby I’d go all the time.

This was one of our favorite things we did in our entire vacation. We had a blast looking at the awesome spiders. A whole lot to see. Great views. Kid friendly. Free to get in but please donate it helps they so very much!!! Front desk was SUPER helpful and everyone on the staff was friendly and courteous. Definitely can't wait to bring all my children to experience the fun 😊

This nature center by far is a must-visit! The staff are above and beyond helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and hospitable. The aquatic life is fascinating along with the free roaming turtles and butterfly garden. There is a room that is used to assist infant turtles in their growth as well as starfish and seahorse viewings. The nature trails are so peaceful with a variety of different walks to complete (you choose how long you want to walk/which paths, if not all). There is a viewing area to see the entire grounds that is accessible by wheelchair/strollers as well as stairs if you prefer. This nature center offers educational classes and events throughout the month. What strikes me as unbelievable is Gumbo Limbo is FREE. They do accept donations-I would recommend at least $10.

A very interesting place; it is more like a research and study place. But a lot of people come here with little kids to see marine life, and also to go for nature walk. The observation tower, Jacob’s Outlook is also quite fascinating.

An awesome day at Gumbo Limbo!! It was overcast with a light breeze most of the time, muggy for the rest. LOTS of spiders!! 😎 We saw a lot of crabs, birds, fish, a Kemp Ridley sea turtle, butterflies, and 2 Gopher Tortoises. FAU has a marine science laboratory there, that was interesting to watch the students work, they also had a few tanks in there with starfish and seahorses. The Tower is nice for viewing the surrounding area. Boardwalks were ready to navigate. No admission price, but donations are accepted and very much appreciated.

I took my baby girl here on my birthday, 8/10. It was amazing. We did a scavenger hunt, we saw "Crush" from Finding Nemo, we went on top of the observation deck. It was a good time, just the 2 of us. We will be back for sure.

An upscale shopping center with an array of restaurants running the gamut from pizza to gourmet with everything in between. There are 25 different restaurants. Our most favorite Twenty Twenty Grille is located here. They also have some really nice upscale stores.

Another fantastic restaurant, Le Sorelle Downtown Boca-Mizner.All the food is cooked to order. Fresh made pasta dishes ,veal chops, fish,Pizza .A wonderful choice of red and white wines from Italy. Don't forget to try the best pizza in town. Beautiful custom made pizza oven right behind the bar so you can watch all the magic being made. Ample seating indoors and outdoors. Entertainment. LE Sorelle Downtown will become one of you're favorite Italian restaurants. Great service and prices. Family owned and operated.

Royal Palm Place is an awesome center with tons of shops, restaurants, salons, and boutique fitness places. It really packs a punch. Restaurants from mid-level to 5 star - the Broken Egg to Chops !!! Ice cream shops, interior Design stores, and the Biergarten!!!! You can stop here several times and still not see all that Royal Palm Place has to offer. The Garden of Humanity is free and my personal fave !!! There is free parking on site and they also have a parking garage.

Great Team Here, Fun Enviornment and amazing drinks. The singer was phenomenal. Had a great Sunday afternoon. Thanks for a marvelous time!

Has many swanky yet we'll priced restaurants. Awesome variety off food places. All in downtown Boca.

As a resident living at Royal Palm Place, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in east Boca. The location is perfect and the building is run wonderfully. From Ann the bldg manager, Dan in the office, maintenance Mark and Jose, to all the fantastic people that greet you at the front desk like Steve who will always put a smile on your face!

Cute area for shopping & going out to eat. The architecture is beautiful and you can easily spend a day here walking around as there is plenty to see. A mile walk and your at the beach.

Came here for a lunch meeting with out of our business partners. As usual, Capital grille did not disappoint. We had a small room reserved and the staff was very polite and provided the right amount of attention. I had the NY strip with the duck fat fries along with a Caesar salad. Both were prepared well and I especially loved the fries and the aoili. For dessert I had the cheesecake which with the brulee top and it was bomb!

Capital grill may be a chain but the food is always consistent. You know you are gonna have a great steak meal. The service is also always top notch. We came for Father’s Day brunch. First time not doing a dinner but it was almost the same Menu with a few changes. I always go for the filet or the bone in filet. Make sure to also get the crème brûlée. That is one of my favorite deserts at the capital grill.

A group of friends joined us to celebrate a couple of our birthdays. From beginning to end we were absolutely pampered! Our server, Joao Silva, was Fantastic! He was so friendly and accommodating and attentive to our every need. The service was impeccable and the food and wine were delicious! Apps, main courses and desserts kept everyone in awe with their taste and presentation. The manager, Bobby, came over to say Hi and treated us like we were his family. We can’t say enough positive things about our Love for Capital Grille! You simply MUST go!

We went to the Capital Grille for lunch to celebrate my friend’s birthday. She had the steak plate and I had the salmon plate. Both were plentiful and she had enough to take home leftovers for dinner. The restaurant served a complementary dessert plate. All the food we ate there was delicious. Our server, Jeremy was polite and attentive without being pushy. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our experience at The Capital Grill and will be there again.

We had a dinner at Capital Grill Boca with our friends. The steaks were amazing, perfectly cooked. Oysters were also delicious. Both ( Miami ) and Boca Raton are definitely the best places to enjoy the great food and fantastic service.

We celebrated our first anniversary here. It was a very enjoyable evening. The service, food, ambiance—everything was excellent. Thank you to Juad for the beautiful arrangement he made for our anniversary.

My wife took our daughter and her friends here for her birthday. Tiegan and Nate the Great were an amazing team of servers. They were warm, friendly, and professional. My family kept going on and on about the wonderful experience they had. Keep up the great work and please acknowledge Nate and Tiegan for us.

Town Center Boca Raton truly impressed me! It has absolutely nothing to envy from Aventura or Sawgrass. This mall is incredible — very well organized with an excellent variety of stores, from well-known brands to more exclusive options. Everything is spotless, the atmosphere is pleasant, and you can tell it’s well maintained. It’s also much more comfortable to walk around without the overwhelming crowds of larger malls. Perfect for spending the day, shopping at your own pace, and enjoying a high-quality experience. I highly recommend it!

Noticing the drop-off valet should have given me the heads up on what kind of mall the Town Center at Boca Raton was. The eateries and shopping experiences offered here are: * Apparels: men's, women's, children's, athletic, beachwear * Eyecare/eyewear/jewelry * Health & beauty stores * Food court/restaurants * Department & designer stores, and many more I could literally feel my wallet tighten up as I walked through this huge, ritzy mall. Depending on where you shop, the prices can range from moderate to pricey. I walked into a few clothing stores looking for rompers, but I didn't see anything I liked. I had an interesting browsing experience, but honestly I don't see myself coming here frequently.

I always have a great experience at Town Center Boca. The mall is beautifully maintained, offers a fantastic variety of stores, and the customer service throughout is consistently excellent. Whether I’m shopping, dining, or just strolling, everything feels clean, safe, and well-organized. It’s truly one of the best shopping destinations in South Florida.

The best spot ever! There is a huge pool and yard for the dogs to run or swim or both. This space is also accommodating to humans and offer tons of shade. Highly recommend this spot for a doggy playtime, party, play or swim!

It's a very nice mall. A lot of the stores I had not heard of. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Very clean, plenty of parking

Town center is awesome and fun to shop at. Food there are great and has many options. Nice place to hang out with your friends or family. It has everything for shopping and food. It would have been better if they have a theater nearby. Parking is sufficient even in a busy day but you need to find one in a while sometimes. Walking is not a good idea even if you live nearby

If you’re used to traditional, full-service malls, this one might not meet your expectations. While there are a few good restaurants attached, the overall shopping experience feels a bit lacking. Several storefronts are empty, which gives parts of the mall an unfinished or neglected vibe. What really stood out, though, was the lack of order inside—there were dogs running off-leash and young kids zipping around on hoverboards and scooters. It made walking through the space a bit chaotic and far from the calm, comfortable atmosphere most people look for when shopping. With a little more structure and effort to fill the empty spaces, this mall could have real potential. But as it stands, it just doesn’t deliver the kind of organized, enjoyable experience that seasoned mall-goers might expect.

Nordstrom offers a diverse range of clothing styles and brands at various price points, generally fair for the quality and brand reputation. While I personally find in-store shopping overwhelming, others may enjoy the experience of browsing through the numerous racks. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to navigate. It’s located in the University Commons shopping mall near FAU, but parking can be a bit of a challenge during peak times.

I stopped in here the other day for the half yearly sale. I couldn’t really find anything, but I was able to go online and pick up some really cute sandals, a dress and a pair of sneakers for my husband. Nordstrom‘s is a great store. They only stock better quality apparel and nicer brands than most department stores. A great shoe department too. When you can find something on sale it’s definitely a score.

My favorite store. First the sales people became my friends. They smile and we always get the royal treatment. Find things I'm not looking for. Great clothes for Men with Style. Never thought I would have so many different sneakers and great fitting jeans. And the Men's fragrance Department is perfectly worth the visit. Bought names and scents that people comment on.

Tried buying a car seat- the lady selling them advised against the one I wanted, stating claims that turned out to be wrong. Went to get it online hours later: sold out. Store has one in stock but won’t price match online. Real bummer of a store, especially for Nordstrom Influencers.

Love shopping at this store , on my way out i saw a SIGN at their EBAR that said grilled cheese and tomato bisk I decided to try it since I was hungry . It was delicious I'm looking forward to eating there every time I come to mall . I would have totally missed it had u not posted a sign on the way in/out of thr store . Great marketing

Needs more products. Not well assorted. Missing lots of items The deli works awful they ignore you when you take a number, they worry more about doing the pre package products than help . The new employee Phillip is very kind and helpful hopefully wont change. The Bakery is great with Betty and Bea very helpful ladies.

Although they have just about everything you need here from the Publix too UPS storage or Chase Bank, I truly despise this parking lot going through it or parking and try to avoid it and the entrance and exit onto the main roads on both sides are dangerous.

Although this is me. I have never made any comments or done any business 2yrs ago with this store or any other at&t. I am actually trying to contact the store via phone.

Ok so. Great Publix and pizza that's about it

Great Shopping Center which has been recently updated. There is a Publix Supermarket, which has been completely updated and is beautiful. There is an excellent Italian Restaurant; LA Luna. There food is excellent. Especially if you get reservations before 5:30 pm, which is there Sunset Special Dinner with excellent prices. You get a choice of soup or salad, main course, which comes with pasta or vegetables and dessert with coffee. There's also a pet shop to purchase pet food, toys and etc. As well as many other stores to shop, eat and more.

I went into Neiman Marcus to buy new shoes. I sat down for 15 minutes waiting for assistance, which I never received. There was no welcome introduction as I walked through the store, until I had walked past the fragrances. This one person had said “Hello beautiful couple.” Which truly made that experience significantly better. He had longer hair and perhaps minimal makeup on. Either way - great color to the cheeks. I would like to thank him for the welcoming gesture and sweet compliment. That one person out of the entire store creating acknowledgement towards me, thank you.

I used to 100% be a S@ks shopper but now I am Neiman Marcus all the way! Thanks to Gabriella Vianna, I'm never going back. She's very helpful and can really get a sense of what would be best for me and what I would like even over the phone! Sometimes I don't even know what I want, but she always figures it out. Her customer service and insight is impeccable!

Update: I just visited the store, went to look for gowns. However, it was a miss today. Will try next time. While preparing to leave, I saw their accessory and furniture department, OMG, it was a SHOW STOPPER! 2nd floor, ck it out. It was so festive. Its like going back to the good old days of peace & prosperity. Im incredibly speechless. Great ideas and stunning media combinations...with a lot of love thought placed into it. Eye candy! I'll be bringing my daughter back to see this amazing phenomenon and hopefully find the simple outfit I have dreamed of! ***** Great presentation of merchandise. As we enter, the place was filled will a wonderful and welcoming scent. The main entrance is a Wow area and artistically done. The staff was delightful, welcoming and eager to help. Although there were a lot of clients, we will go back to visit next year.

I am a fragrance enthusiast. I am so happy to have met Gabriella Vianna on my fragrance journey.  She is very kind, passionate about fragrance, and extremely knowledgeable. When I reached out to her the first time, she was patient and answered all my questions.  I live several states away and she made my shopping experience very personable and not rushed.  I felt like I was in the store with her.  As an avid fragrance lover, who typically shops retail for my fragrances, I appreciated her kindness and wealth of knowledge.  I  remembered this experience. I do not live near any major retail stores.  I had always shopped at Saks and Nordstrom online (due to my previous cities of residence). I was so impressed with her and her customer service that I opened a Neiman Marcus credit account and started shopping more with Gabriella, but also Neiman Marcus in general. Gabriella is an asset to Neiman Marcus and now a fragrance friend.

Terrible customer service at the Boca Raton Town Centre location. Sales associates will assure you that an item can be placed on “hold“ for a short period, so that you don’t have to carry your items around with you. However, they are disingenuous and misleading. For example, I was assured an item would be placed on hold today that I required for an event, but upon returning back an hour or so later, I discovered that the sales associate actually did not put the item in question on hold, but rather, she has returned it immediately to the floor and sold it to another individual. This is not the first time this happened, but this particular sales associate was especially rude. It’s a much preferable experienceto shop at a different location, or at Saks in the same mall. After the particular incident today, I would never shop at this location again.

We dropped off tailoring several weeks ago and told it would take about 10 days we called today to find out the status only to be told that the items would not be back until the end of next week.. and hung up on. When I tried to reach a manager today to problem solve and have the items returned to me as they are needed early next week I was on hold for about 12-15 minutes while the operator tried to find a manager on call. There was no one available to speak to. I work full time and finding the time needed to drive there to speak to someone is a big inconvenience. Needing more than a month for some light alteration work is puzzling..

Gabriella Vianna is exceptional! I don't have a Neiman Marcus near me but she has been helping me so much with my orders, fast response, so sweet and she also introduces me to other brands that I never knew about. I ordered Guidance 46 from her and she sent me a little Soie Malaquais gift and I fell in love. I really wanted to buy Soie after that but it was out of stock. She told me she will let me know as soon as it is available and she did just that. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service before and the little gifts she sent me introduce me to so many different brands that I'm now interested in (my wallet is not too happy hahaha). I hate how you spend $500 in a perfume and they would send you 2 samples. For someone who doesn't have a Neiman Marcus close, Gabriela has been straight amazing. I cannot wait to receive my Soie Malaquais full bottle.

Hands down my favorite LV! The other South FL stores are of course beautiful, but this one feels the most bright and welcoming. Marcus was amazing and helped me out recently with replacing a strap that had broken. He kept me updated during the whole process and I really appreciated that. My bag is like new again! I also got all my cloches hot stamped here. Love this boutique and I will for sure be back soon!

Marcus was one of the BEST sales people I’ve ever had. I find that luxury stores have notoriously snooty sales people, and if I don’t think you’re nice I have no problem leaving. Marcus was nothing but sweet from the beginning. I was just looking but ended up leaving with a beautiful new bag. Thank you for breaking the stereotype Marcus❤️

Waited a while post a review. I picked up an online order that I had shipped to the store. After 15minutes and 6 girls walking around helping nobody with the stink face on I was approached by a women with no facial expression the biggest disgusted stink face out of the 6 do nothing employees. Motion but no action. She acted like butter would not melt in her mouth. She threw everything into the bag. I thought maybe I was being to nice why would I get attitude like that for no reason I wasn’t trying to bed her like all women think men want I’m just a nice person. Well after reading the online reviews I was shocked it was countless other customers with the same complaints. Same problem's. I should not have to had to deal with the NASTY for overpriced goods that are made in CHINA. Never again. You can get the same quality from a Walmart bag it all comes from the same factory.

I just took my best friend for the wallet she saw online unfortunately they didn’t have it at the store but that wasn’t the issue an associate just got done with a client she looked directly at us then proceeded to walk away as my best friend and I looked in disbelief we stood there for another 15 minutes finally the security guard notice and asked if we’ve been helped explaining to him that we haven’t. He walks over to the lady that walked away from us telling her that we needed help. we looked at similar wallets, but they just weren’t it. Finally a manager I believe her name is Angela helped us out even gave us water and apologized for the wait she was really sweet and understanding I do recommend her.

I have been shopping here for a few years now and I will say Ariell is the best associate hands down! I only shop with her and any time something she thinks I will like comes in she will let me know! She is very attentive, excellent at styling and coordinate products, and she truly cares to learn and know her clients! If you are shopping I totally recommend shopping with her! She's an absolute delight and knows her stuff!

We came in on Saturday, the day before Mother’s Day and the mall was a mad house. We came so that I could try on some crossbody bags at the store and pick out the one I wanted for Mothers Day. We waited in line less than 10 minutes outside the store and when we walked in, we were greeted immediately. We were told by LV associates to stand by and someone would be with us shortly. Ally asked us if we needed any help within 5 minutes of being in the store. She was fabulous. Both her and the Visual manager of the store (I did not get his name) were so sweet and gave their opinions on the bags themselves which really helped me decide. I had read some poor reviews about the customer service before coming in, but I was so happy that it was not the case this time around, considering how busy the store was.

I walked in and stood around looking like a dummy for like 15 min. No one greeted me, no acknowledgment. There were some teen boys looking at belts with zero intention to buy (I know this because they left empty handed after..). I went in to treat myself, the reason people physically go into these stores is for the customer service. This one lady, I did not get her name, walked around, gave me looks as I stood there waiting. Another man went up to a register I asked “can you help me?” And he looked me up and down shook his head and went “nooooo….” After the 15 min, I started talking to my friend out loud saying at this point I’d rather buy online. I came in here for customer service and I’m not getting it. Not a single worker heard me but then one who did was the SECURITY. he walked over to the manager and she sent the lady who was ignoring me over. That lady proceeded to ‘take care’ of me at the same time as someone else. I went to look at something else and was just about to leave and thank GOD the gm came up to me and gave me the time and attention I was looking for and deserved. I’m honestly surprised and disappointed with the customer service especially after having a beautiful experience with a sa named Lilly. If you go there, I’d suggest asking for Lilly, or Angie (or Angela? The general manager) because those seem to be the only employees who will give you the time of day.

The employees inside this location were fantastic. They were knowledgeable about their products, and helped me pick the perfect gift for a colleague of mine who recently got promoted. I was set on buying a certain pen, and they were able to find a gift set which included that and a card holder for just a bit more. The ladies took their time to get to know me as a customer. I highly recommend this location and will return for future purchases.

Horrible experience. Went in ready for a purchase — new associate was super friendly, and then an older, very rude salesperson with serious attitude said “don’t talk to her, she’s new — talk with me.” She shouldn’t be working in retail. Feel bad for the new associate who got pushed out of the way — no one else in the store seemed to care. Won’t return.

I needed a refill for my Skywalker ultra black Rollerball Pen. They had fine and medium. It was nice to have the selection. I choose the medium, the service was fast super friendly and they asked if I had any other Montblanc pens I said yes, then they welcomed me back into the store and explained hours of operations. Convenient location. Older store associate was very dismissive. Didn't do well on listening to what I was seeking and was completely driven by the sound of her own voice. Thank goodness the younger associates listened, provided consistent, concise answers and didn't mind spending time showing me additional items to go with my latest writing instrument.

Visited the store to purchase a red #163 leather diary and a Pix Pen. After waiting a few minutes for help, a lady comes from the back, still chewing her food and when I ask her to see the Pix pen she says they’re not allowed to carry it in store because it’s the least expensive item. And I said okay, she says the least expensive pen we have it’s $435 when I’ve never even asked for price or anything. I said, I don’t care about the price, I like the Pix pen because it’s more feminine and smaller to carry it around with the diary. And she said well you can order online. Yes, which I was going to do in the first place because the customer experience in retail these days is terrible. This is another example. Will be only purchasing online from now on, and please Montblanc train your sales representatives, because this type of treatment is not up to par with the brand.

I recently purchased a pair of earrings in this store and when I got them home, I realized they were too heavy to wear. I consider this a design flaw. I visited the store about 10 days later to return the earrings, and was told the best they could do was store credit. Although this wasn't the outcome I preferred, I have to commend both Woody and his manager for their customer service skills in handling what likely seemed to be a difficult client. They were more than professional in explaining that the corporate policy did not permit refunds, even on a product that was questionably flawed. It's a tough position to be placed in by an employer, but they handled the situation with decorum, care, and aplomb.

I’m highly disappointed of this store. For one the young man Woody never mentioned to me that It was two separate cost for bikini swimsuit I purchased. I was so busy trying to get my bank transactions to go through off my phone that I did not realize I was over charged for the two pieces. It was not until we were on the express way, I realized when I was looking online they had the pieces as two separate charge. I immediately reached out to Woody and he obviously thought it was one transactions when I asked him but when I confirmed on the receipt it showed two transactions. However, when I was getting ready to return the items that’s when he told there are no return on items and only store credit or exchange. When I called the customer service number, they weren’t too helpful as well. He did a great job upselling me from the original item I came to buy a few weeks back but I don’t like the miscommunication of important information like hey just to let you know before I process this, there’s no return but exchange or store credit only.

Great friendly location. Got my wife a bag and on my second pair of Chain Reactions. Carmen went above and beyond to follow up on an order I have been looking for weeks now. Made my year and took care of us! Love this place and will continue to be my go to! Highly recommended. They put the customer first! Thanks again Carmen!

They should really tell you what items are final sale or not. I wanted to return a wallet I purshaced the same week. Nothing wrong with it. But when I get there. The same person who sold me the wallet was there. I’m very very mad she didn’t tell me about the final sale or I wouldn’t of made the 45 minute drive all the way there. Waste of my time

My son went to this store and ordered some shoes online with Maria Conn she lied to him and said they had his size online,she told him the shoes will be there for pick up within 2-3 day shoes never came my son call several times after shoes still didnt come so my son asked for a refund they gave my son a very hard time about refunding him his money it took for me to email the CEO'S assistant Adreana Creo. They finally a month later refunded the money. I will never ever shop there again 👎👎👎👎

We arrived on a Thursday at 3:30 pm. Even though there was no line, plenty of empty tables, and the servers were just chatting with each other, we were told we’d have to wait at least 10 minutes to be seated. After some time—and since we had kids with us—we decided to sit at the bar (which is definitely uncomfortable with children). Because we were only there for dessert, we agreed, even though we were really cramped. It took 35 minutes from the moment we arrived to finally get our cheesecakes, and honestly, I expected more. Maybe it was because I was already stressed from the kids being uncomfortable and the long wait, but the cheesecakes just weren’t memorable. Sure, they’re tasty—loaded with sugar, flour, and vegetable oils—but nothing out of this world. For half the calories, I could find something that truly hits the “wow” factor, and without having to beg for service. The service here is just terrible.

I visited CCF after many years. They do a good job and it has consistent taste. The main appetizers got out fast but the main course food took a lot of time. The server super nice and sweet.

Delicious food. Avacado roll was super crunchy and delicious. As a vegetarian i ordered coliflower crunch which is super crispy. As well as i ordered flat bread pizza which is signature dish in cheesecake factory. Overall great food. But somehow i was disappointed with the service, for the drink we ordered as well as my friend ordered coke but waiter didn't ask for anything else or for the refill. He missing out during dine he direct came back when we asked for the checks. Overall food is super delicious highly recommended but somehow disappointed in service.

I usually love the cauliflower wings from this restaurant and have ordered them at other locations many times, but this time they were way too salty—practically inedible. They were also very mushy. Really disappointing since they’re normally one of my favorites. On a positive note, the zucchini was cooked perfectly—nice and crisp. Hoping this was just a one-time issue with the seasoning.

I dined here on a Friday evening, 6pm, was greeted cordially, and promptly seated; no wait. The bread arrived barely luke warm and tasted as it was warmed up a while back; not soft My Pasta Da Vinci didn't have a freshly cooked feel/taste, the food at the edges luke warm, only the center was of warmer temperatures; a bit disappointed as I patronize this chain very often around the USA. My server, Jonathan B, was personable and attentive. Perhaps next time I'm in town there will be a better experience.

You can't go wrong. The Cheesecake Factory has something for everyone. I got the Korean chicken & my son got a burger. We bought a 7 inch red velvet cheesecake for $49 & it feeds 6-8 people. It was delucious.

This place has clearly given up on quality. For 11 dollars i had a cheese burger. Its not only cold but it looks like someone stepped on it. Theres better burgers 3 times the size of this mushed mess

Shake Shack has some of the best burgers in South Florida—definitely that New York flavor I was craving! The crinkle-cut fries were perfect, and the whole experience was awesome. Extra bonus: ordering through the app for in-store pickup gave me some great savings. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere make it even better.

Me and granddaughter ate here last week she randomly told me told me those hamburgers and that milkshake was so good “Gigi”- I like that place ❤️ she is 6. So it must be good!! I enjoy the food atmosphere is always clean, food cooked just like I like it.. fries Amazing🥰

I came here on a Monday evening, it wasn’t busy at all. Ordered to go and when I got home I noticed the staff forgot to pack my other burger. Very disappointing, I didn’t want to make the drive back. It seems like there’s always something with the staff at this location. Last time they forgot to pack the cheese container for my cheese fries. Their negligence and nonchalant attitude comes off as careless and don’t want to be there. The food is good, but the inattentiveness makes for a bad dining experience.

Honestly, the food was quite disappointing. The meat was burnt, some ingredients were missing, and by the time I finished eating, I couldn’t even tell what I had eaten. It left an unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth.

A long time favorite. Wonderful atmosphere with plenty of indoor, outdoor, and bar seating (both indoor and outdoor as well). Architecture is a nice mix of rustic and sleek with high ceilings and tons of natural lighting as well as mood lighting for the evenings. Beyond happy with: Crispy Calamari, Short Rib Beef Sliders, Shrimp Cocktail, Chopped Salad, Tuna Poke Salad, and The Drunken Goat. Service has always been great with fun loving bartenders. Definitely a go to for me!

W were at a conference nearby and we stopped in for lunch, they were very busy but handled it well. The food was fantastic. Calamari was firm, not chewy and the bed of cole slaw it sat in was awesome. I had a burger (amazing) and my wife had grilled chicken avacado salad, both excellent. Good food, great service. We will be back!

🍴Food Delivery Review🍴 My boyfriend and I were struggling to find something that interested us on DD for dinner. A few hours later, he decided on this place. We ordered the Wagyu Steak & Noodle Bowl; Crispy Asian Calamari Tower; and a Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs with a side of Roasted Brussels Sprouts. Mm-mm-mmm! It was all very tasty and the meat was especially cooked well - very tender. We were extremely satisfied with our order.

We ordered the prohibition burger and fries. The burgers were exactly as ordered...done medium well with crispy bacon. The fries were crispy and perfectly salted. Although, my husband thought they were too salty. The music was a touch too loud for a lunch crowd. Even my daughter commented on the level. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Enjoyable! We will be back.

On the 10-year anniversary of my mom’s passing, he listened to my absolutely insane stories about her with genuine kindness and care — and then made the most perfect drink in her honor. His warmth and attention truly meant the world. Tap 42 has a gem behind the bar, and I’m so grateful I crossed paths with him tonight. 💙 Truly an awesome spot with an even better vibe! We spent our evening at the bar and had the best time—hands down, the bar staff made our night. They were fun, attentive, and just all-around amazing. While we didn’t eat, everything coming out of the kitchen looked incredible—huge portions, beautifully plated, and the aroma was mouthwatering. Can’t wait to come back for both the drinks and the food next time!

Amazing lunch today! From the second we sat down all the way till we left Kassidee made my wife and I feel like the only ones in the restaurant. She was so great to us! She recommended us some delicious food options, the Chicken Caesar wrap and the Philly Cheesesteak egg rolls. She also mentioned 2 new drinks that had recently been added to the menu. We decided to try the new Frozen Watermelon margarita and man did my wife love it. Overall, amazing drinks and entrees, as well as a great atmosphere to the entire restaurant. We will definitely be coming back, thank you for having us Tap 42!

We thought of trying this place after seeing a video online with positive reviews and knowing that this place doesn’t use any seed oils. The atmosphere was ok and I felt the place could have been a little more cleaner/maintained but may be there was only an hour left for them to close hence that could be the reason. We tried the tomato basil soup, cheese pizza for the kid, Parmesan chicken, Mediterranean Shrimp as entrees and finally flourless chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookie for dessert. The soup was really nice and the desserts were too good. The entrees were ok and pizza was tasty, our kid loved it. The food overall was good and definitely worth trying once. You can also indulge yourself knowing the ingredients are clean.

Diego, our server, was the highlight of our meal at True Food Kitchen. The drinks were delicious, too. We had the love cocktail and espresso martinis. For lunch, we had the roasted brussel sprouts, which were tasty, but not very memorable. I had the margarita pizza, and my love had the squash pizza. She loved hers. Everything was reasonably priced.

Tru Kitchen delivers a polished, modern dining experience with a laid-back but upscale vibe. We came in for a casual bite and a couple of drinks, and everything we tried hit the mark. The Smoky Old Fashioned was a standout—it had that bold, rich flavor with just the right amount of smokiness. Presentation was on point too, giving it that “wow” factor when it arrived. If you’re into classic cocktails with a twist, this one’s a must. We also ordered the Margarita Pizza, which was fresh and well-balanced with a crispy crust, light tomato sauce, and just the right amount of melted mozzarella and basil. Simple, but flavorful. The Guacamole was creamy and full of flavor, served with fresh chips and a good touch of lime and seasoning. Great for sharing—and a solid way to start the meal. Service was friendly, and the ambiance was a mix of trendy and relaxed—perfect for date night or a night out with friends.

I like eating here but the place is filthy! Lots of food, crumbs, left overs on seats, tables and floors. I have found hair in my food on multiple occasions as well. This evening my curry bowl was like water literally. It contained few vegetables & black rice. I have consumed this dish many times but it was a disaster tonight. In addition the service was awful never filled our waters, didn't remove finished dishes/glasses. Just getting my check took time since waitress disappeared. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just ridiculous.

I was very disappointed with my experience at True Food Kitchen. We ordered two of the same burgers, yet they came out differently. One had warm bread while the other was cold. Even though we ordered the same salad, they brought out two different versions, and neither had any dressing. On top of that, the burger itself didn’t taste good at all. Overall, the inconsistency and the lack of flavor made this a very unsatisfying meal.

Over the years, quality has been slowly declining. The cocktails though are awesome! Service is a bit scattered as well, not overly value priced either.

Hello. I was recently in Melbourne, Florida on a business trip and took a few restful personal days in Boca Raton afterwards. I was able to attend and enjoy the concerts in performance that same weekend of November 19-21, 2021 at the Mizner Cultural Center. That weekend The Rocky Mountain High Experience starring Mr. Rick Schuler was on stage. The show was delightful and so much fun in every way!! Even as Rick performed many of the well known and beloved songs of John Denver, he also gave to his audiences even more of himself through the gift of his wonderful personal stories, experiences and own songs that made us laugh, smile and encouraged the hearts of all of us there. A concert well worth making the time to see!

I saw; "Men are frm Mars Women are from Venus" Very fuuny!! I had a great night. The venue is smaller than most which gives it a more intimate feel.

The service and the food was wonderful...Our server was very attentive although it was a busy Sunday night..she was always available...Recommend going to this restaurant...slpPalmBeach

Very nice place, pleasant and with very good service. It is difficult to find the place if you do not have an app, it is very nice that they put tables outside, something that is not common in this area. The food is a food truck, which although it is good, does not have too many alternatives. The beers (which is the important thing) are very good! Their Belgian styles are out of the ordinary. Do not miss the opportunity to take a can, incredible quality/price. A place to return to.

Perfect place to meet friends and drink incredible beer. And, don’t tell me no thanks because are a wine drinker because I PROMISE they have a beer for you! I had the pleasure of trying most of what was on tap and I was not disappointed from start to finish. For me, highlights were the dark and delicious Parade of Souls imperial stout - my eyelids floated closed as the first sip went down my throat - pure heaven. Dark chocolate and rich coffee notes. I have no words. I’d come back again and again just to savor a glass of that. While drinking it we were discussing how good it would be with a scoop of ice cream in it… pure decadence. On the lighter side, the Waypoint - crisp and bubbly with citrus notes. Absolute perfection. And, because it’s the season, must note that Father Christmas would make any holiday event more festive! Notes of clove, cinnamon and anise would nicely complement any Thanksgiving or Christmas meal. There is absolutely something for everyone in here. The staff was beyond kind. We left with cans and bottles to go! If you see the brand locally in shops, don’t hesitate to buy - you will not be sorry. I only wish I could get this brand in DC. Definitely put it on your list for a casual night out - you can thank me later.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Its located in a business location, great if you dont want to be around to many people unless they are at the brewery. Try it out!

Great beer and even better vibes! I attended a comedy show here, which was a blast. The friendly bartenders made the experience even better, and it’s a fantastic spot to grab a quality beer. The food truck outside was a nice touch, too—everything about this place makes for a great night out.

Stopped in while visiting from Delaware. My wife and I like to travel and we hit up local breweries wherever we go. I loved the ambience of this place. Had that European feel to it. The bartenders were friendly and helpful. I tried a variety of their beers and found them to be solid (Note: Belgian beers are not my favorite style. If you are a Belgian Beer drinker I suspect you will find this place to be amazing and I highly recommend you try it out). One of the IPAs was very good, and I enjoyed the unusual concoction of a stout finished in red wine barrels. The Belgian Quad was very interesting as well. I enjoyed my time here and would certainly return.

This brewery is one of my favorites in Florida. They specialize in Belgian Beers and they are definitely on point. It also had a great atmosphere and a food truck that will literally blow your mind. Some of the best burgers down here. The staff are amazing and the place has great vibes.

Last few times I’ve gone either they get my order wrong or the french fries are hard like a rock. Tonight the french fries were as hard as a rock. I can literally break my teeth eating this. It’s ridiculous. And those whole sauce sauce thing where they can’t give you more than two I’m paying for a meal. I should be allowed to get as many sauces as I need even if I have to pay for them I’d rather pay then not be able to enjoy my meal. I’d rather drive a little further to go to another Chick-fil-A then go to this place. It’s just gone downhill quickly.

Very disappointed in my most recent visit. The employees did not uphold the customer service I have come to expect. With no one behind me in line, the young man at the register rushed me to order. His offer of help with the app resulted in a mistake in my order. When I brought it to his attention his only solution was to charge me more money to correct it. At that point I walked away with my childrens incorrect order, I did not want to waste my childrens time any further.

Ordered a mobile through order for lunch, I love how this location offers the southwest veggie wrap (not all locations do) I’m a pescatarian so I don’t eat meat and the veggie wrap is a delicious menu choice. My order was brought out fast. The food was fresh & all my items were in the bag. I received my order by a friendly young man who I wished I got his name, he was a Hispanic looking man, super friendly and honestly he really made my day just by his friendly smile and vibe. We need more people like him in the world. I’ll definitely be back to this location.

I got a Oreo milkshake and it was undrinkable. Usually your food is great and the service is good but this time the service was just ok and the food was inedible. The milkshake tasted like you let the ice cream melt and then refreeze and it had those tiny icicles in it and very little flavor. It's usually pretty good and I didn't go to McDonald's for that reason but I wish I had gone to McDonald's or BK or Wendy's. This was substandard for the lowest end of the industry and I know it's a one off but you should be ashamed of yourselves. As for the service, it was very fast and they were very kind but the walk-in was closed and the drive through was terrible. It's just how the orders came in and they had me pull way up and it was uncomfortable being in that location with ask the traffic but I understand that it happens sometimes. The people were kind and the food was fast so credit given where credit's earned. You earned credit for that. I'd like an apology about the milkshake being inedible this time and otherwise it was ok. I'll come back if you apologize but I'll hesitate to order the milkshake given that I took 3 sips and had to throw it away. I know you're better than that and I'd like to see that level of food and service that your capable of again sometime soon

This might be the best Five Guys location we’ve ever been to across multiple states! The staff here is consistently SO friendly and personable. They cook our food accurately every time, including keeping the fries in the fryer a little longer for us. It’s a little pricey, as it used to be more affordable, but the burgers -and friendliness of this staff in particular- are worth it!

They have a great food but the most outstanding thing about them is their service, they are a wonderful crew!

I would definitely recommend Macy’s they are trying and true. I had to get a dress for an event very last minute and I went in there and they had amazing sales and I am also petite so they had petite section that was chalk full of fabulous dresses and I came out with a few.

So we recently stopped by this Macy’s looking to purchase some nice jewelry and clothes. Hoping my experience would be smooth, but that was not the case at all. My girlfriend had asked Stacy the sales person, 3 times if this item was gold plated or not…ignored. Didn’t say a word. Then my girlfriend’s sister had asked her once, ignored. Didn’t answer. Then I had to ask her, “is this gold plated or not???” She finally answered and said no it’s not. Literally a simple question. Super rude and unprofessional especially for the jewelry department. Please please switch Stacy to a different department probably the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping. And if you’re reading this, do NOT go to Stacy for any jewelry shopping.

I love the Macy’s in this mall. It’s the biggest store in Boca Raton. Great location. I could find all my cosmetics. The employees were polite, respectful and friendly. The place was clean and organized. The parking was empty and easy to access. I’ll come back happy.

This Macy looks fancier than others and I like shopping there. Town center is great and has many merchants. Finding parking here is easy but sometimes you need to walk a bit.

Macys does not pay for free shipping. False advertising. We got screwed. The Macys Fulfillment in wv is sending wrong sizes out and it takes forever for them to fix it. We had to pay the shipping twice even though it was their error.!!This is beyond customer satisfaction.

If I was going to film a new mad Max movie I would use a parking lot here as a starter. The small was poorly designed and seriously like a battle every time you go there. It's busy and whole foods is a busy part of it but there's a whole other side the reality is though there used to be an easy way to get into the Amazon return section of whole foods just get your return business done and get out of there and now whole foods is keeping that door locked so that you have to go around the store after surviving the parking lot trauma and I don't know what to say but any other choice you have is better than this one

Love this place. Whole foods market is always hopping and has fresh sections items and a great selection of boxed and canned items not found at Publix.

The smell from the sewage plant across the street can definitely hit you when you're in the plaza, which is a bummer. Whole Foods is solid, and some of the shops are still running smooth with good staff. Parking can be tough, especially during the school year with all the pickup traffic, but it’s a convenient spot for FAU students and gets lively around dinner time near the restaurants.

Whole Foods fast changed for the worse. You can get canned and packaged Foods anywhere and that's what they sell now at Whole Foods. Sure you can buy meat and fish but sometimes the fish looks like it's days old and it's not fresh. Yes they have overpriced vegetables.

I bought my first Rolex here the other day. Teodora Bevacqua was excellent from start to finish. She was kind enough to size the watch for me, answer all of my questions, offer me a drink, and took the time to teach me how to wind it. Buying a Rolex watch was something I aspired to do since I first started working in the financial sector. I had an amazing experience at this location, and really appreciate Teodora and the other staff!

I had a great experience buying a new Rolex at the Mayors in Boca Raton! Donald reached out to me a couple of weeks ago asking me if I was still interested in a watch I had on my wish list. I told him yes and about 2 weeks later I was in the store picking up a new YachtMaster 40. Donald was so great to work with and made the experience really wonderful! This is a 15.94 acre strip mall near Glades Road on Federal Hwy in Boca Raton. Built in 1964, there is 65 businesses, The tenant mix is mostly retail/restaurant but there is an office portion at the north end on the second floor. The plaza is anchored by a newer looking Publix. There is also a Pet Supermarket, GNC, H & R Block, McDonald's, and CVS. I used to come here weekly when my daughter was a few months old and we attended Gymboree classes. After class we would grab a bite at McDonalds with the other moms and babies. Now my daughter is about to graduate with her master's and Gymboree is long gone but I have a lot of good memories of coming here. I still visit from time to time, most recently to eat Arun's Indian Kitchen. I also plan on checking out the newly opened Eat District Healthy Asian Bowl. This plaza has a good mix of shopping, restaurants, and services. Parking was plentiful and there were some beautiful flowering trees in bloom. As far as strip malls go this one is pretty nice.

We went to pet supermarket, the customer service was amazing. A young man helped us. I don't remember his name he had curly hair. Nice friendly service is very rare these days. I would recommend shopping here for all your pets needs.

To be very honest, Boca is a very boring place, but the only thing good about it as the downtown in the area. That’s the only place where teenagers could hang out and eat something or do something fun. It’s beautiful during the sunset time and there’s a beach close by. There’s a lot of shops Shop from and a lot of good restaurants with good ice cream shops. Overall, it’s a good experience if you’re living in and want to do something fun.

Great fun for holiday weekend. Weezer was on stage at amphitheater and entire outdoor venue was celebration lit with lighting on all palm trees 🌴 and many restaurants and business we're very lively and had live cuban bands, bongos, and dancing on sidewalks. Wonderfully organized. If you go to Mizner Park website, there is a calendar of events for your planning for a visit. Enjoy!

WOW! BEAUTIFUL. This is what you expect when vacationing. A place that is gorgeous and family-friendly. There was even a kiddie putting green equipped with putters and balls for children. Take a walk and visit the boutique shops. Make reservations at the restaurants and live it up!

Large area for shopping, restaurants and cafes with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views. Fresh flowers are covering some of the gardens and the main fountain is fun to enjoy. Worth a visit when the weather is warmer so you can enjoy time outside.

Mizner Park is a wonderful place to go. There are numerous restaurants, most of which I recommend you making reservations for, coffee place, liquor store, shops, boutique and there is free parking in the garage. It's so beautiful down there that you can spend an entire day shopping, eating and then stopping off at Starbucks for coffee. Go and enjoy

Horrible experience. Bought 4 pairs of pants and had them altered and was told they would ship it to me once it was completed. After multiple emails with an employee named Bobby he said he would make sure they were shipped. It’s been over a month since the purchase and only after multiple phone calls I was told it’s just sitting in the stock room and they haven’t shipped it. Horrible customer service especially from Bobby in the men’s department. Really disappointing for a Saks where you expect to at least get good service

Nice department store of course. Many competent people working in the shoe section, but they leave you be until you need them. Upstairs is a different story. A vast area of Saks Fifth Avenue has zero employees. We were by ourselves for a really long time. Then we tried to find the dressing rooms. Could not find any. The ones we found we locked. Finally an employee appeared but did not work in the department. She kindly brought us to the opposite end of the department store to dressing rooms. In the attached video you can see that there are no employees. It was surreal. The employee that did help us, Cyd was really great. Very nice and helpful.

SHOES DEPARTMENT Terrible Experience – Won’t Be Shopping Here Again Today, I had the worst shopping experience ever. I’ve been a loyal customer, purchasing most of my shoes from this store. After pregnancy, my shoe size changed, so I was excited to update my collection and planned to buy 4-5 pairs of Louboutins. As expected, the sales associates immediately approached me, eager to “help.” I explained that I was looking for a specific model with a 10cm heel in all available colors but wasn’t sure of my exact size. I asked them to check availability so I could try on different sizes and order what I needed. Instead of assisting me, the first associate refused to scan all the shoes, suggesting that I should just order multiple sizes online and return what didn’t fit. That was completely ridiculous—I never asked for her opinion, just for her to do her job. In the past, associates would gladly help and even follow up once my order arrived. Frustrated, I asked for someone else. The second associate reluctantly scanned a few pairs and told me they weren’t available. However, I could clearly see on her screen that they were in stock. When I pointed it out and asked for a manager, she suddenly changed her story, saying she meant they might not be on hand. She then brought me two random sizes that didn’t fit and made no effort to offer other options. At that point, I decided to leave. While I was there, I also noticed another customer trying on slides. She told the salesperson they were uncomfortable and asked for something simple yet comfortable. Instead of offering alternatives, the associate just let her leave without trying to help. I don’t know what’s happening in this store’s shoe department, but the level of service has completely deteriorated. The previous staff actually cared about customers and their needs—today was a huge disappointment. I won’t be returning.

Saks used to be known for excellent quality products and service, but the service at this Saks children's department was very unprofessional. This is not my usual Saks store, so when I came in with a return (with receipts) I searched briefly for the correct department and then approached the nearest empty register which happened to be in children's department. When I asked Dilma who was working if she would take my return, she proceeded to tell me off, explaining that I had taken the items to the wrong department and that she would now have to make a trip downstairs to take them to the correct department. I had to explain myself which is not reasonable. Professional staff should provide professional service and not reprimand clients. I was very disappointed in this treatment, and I will not return to this Saks again. The treatment I received is far below what I would expect from a Saks Fifth Avenue store. I had plans to do some more shopping but after being treated so poorly I just left the store. I suggest clients go to a different Saks if this salesperson is representative of the client service team at this store.

Talk about luck and great timing. So, it took me months to look for a gown. I've been scanning the internet for a dress for a very special occassion. I looked through all the stores and it so happen Saks 5th was carrying it. Before the order was placed, I decided to go to go there to check it out. I met Lorraine and she was fantastic! She knew her signature line very well. She was well dressed, poised, friendly and patient. Since the outfit was unavailable, she ordered it online for me: (3) outfits to be delivered to the store so I can try it there. Better for me so i dont have to go back to return it. The Mcdouggal outfit I tried on was magnificent. It was priced sharply. Got a lot for look for the $. Lorraine did all the paperwork and returns. I also met Sara who was in charge of the Return Department. I notice, she handled all the haute outfits with a lot of TLC. Very professional and charming. The place is very pretty and you can tell the ambiance is very positive. They also had a lot of sale that day, rows and rows of goodies! Wow! This would be a great place and time for socialites to come in an buy well made clothing. A great place to return again when a special occasion comes along. Shoe Department: I was in the shoe department, specifically looking to purchase a pair of Prada heels. As I was browsing and trying to locate the Prada section, a saleswoman, I believe her name was Rory approached me—not to offer assistance, but to ask if I was looking for the bathroom. This assumption was not only inappropriate but incredibly insulting. It’s disappointing that Saks staff would make such judgments rather than offering proper customer service. I expect more from a luxury retailer. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing the Prada heels here—or anything else from Saks going forward. Please train your staff to treat all customers with respect and professionalism.

Very busy office and staff not very efficient or friendly. The tv was left on a channel showing some disgusting animal stuff and when I told the receptionist she said she would change, but never did. The first time I called to schedule, which took quite a while, and the lady was overwhelmed and told me she was the only one there. I did not get a reminder call and when I went for my appointment I found out she did not schedule my appointments correctly...so I had to wait and I spent an extra hour due to the error. Maybe the problem is being understaffed. The location is good and there is ample parking.

Toojays which used to be so good .I purchased a whole carrot cake and a blueberry muffin for myself .The muffin was old and crumbled so that I couldn't eat it I don't know about the cake because I took it to my DR's office .The woman at the counter was awful .I could tell she didn't want to be there . The manager waited on me the last time I placed a to go order .He should teach all toojays about great customer service.

We went to Abe and Louie's for lunch to celebrate my grandson's 27th birthday. He ordered a filet mignon with a lobster and he was in food heaven. Got so late didn't even need a knife to cut it and the lobster was sweet and juicy. We also had Asian ahi tuna salad which was absolutely delicious. The ahi tuna was plentiful and the slices were nice and thick, absolutely the best ahi tuna I ever had. We did not tell them it was his birthday, but the way to knew by what he ordered that he was celebrating a special occasion, so they gave him a yummy chocolate fudge brownie cake. I'll be going back there very soon and I highly recommend Abe and Louie's.

I attended a kid's birthday party here, with my kid. The pizza was pretty good, with fresh toppings and a not-too-greasy feeling. I would consider returning, but I don't really get out to that part of Asheville very often.

We went to Abe and Louis Steak for my grandson’s birthday they were able to get us a table with a wheelchair table for my daughter who is a vegetarian and she enjoyed the salads and a huge baked potato with all the ways dressing I had a cup of world-class onion 🧅 soup my son-in-law ordered a steak well done we ordered a steak for two done Pittsburgh style

Basic no-frills motel. Shower was extra warm but not super hot. Bed and pillows were actually comfy. A little hard to get in/out of the parking lot but doable. Very few hangers and no hair dryer. But good value, especially compared to the overpriced hotels in the area. Solid 3 stars.

This place is the worst. Customer service was awful. They told us we would be able to check out latest 12-1pm considering we had a late visit around almost midnight. The rooms are very gross. Not the cleanest. No breakfast, even though it said there was.You see trash outside and woke up the next morning to still see it there at 11am. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Sleezy I paid 158 for 1 night. No Breakfast though web site still says breafast , There has not been a breakfast since 2020.Room stunk of Dirty mop water and pine sol. There was no coffee in room no blankets no iron 1 wash cloth 2 stained towels .. very very sleezy Prosetute like dressed ladies 200 plus lbs way over weight ladies wearing Thongs and t shirt * living at hotel?.. using hotel very very sleezy. Room should be $50 at the most. My wife did not feel safe Positive note Indain Lady at frontdesk very friendly and apologetic.

I want to update: They did NOT charge me. Very thankful! I just booked, in error for next March, I have Written confirmation that I could cancel because I paid extra for that option. Cancelled in 5 minutes and YOU want to charge me 131.00. I'm going to give the benefit of doubt that your automated response is an error. I cannot contact you because online is impossible. I have it all saved, screen shot and ready to report you. I expect confirmation that my credit card will not be charged! This place is horrible, the ppl are so rude , the manager dude at night is definitely on a power trip and he needs to figure his life out , the bathrooms aren’t even bathrooms you have to step in the tube to shut the door to use the bathroom the ac didnt go down as far as we wanted , we had the wrong remote for a different room and the manager was mad that he had to come fix it , I would never ever stay here again ever .

Terrible place to stay. 1st I was injured 3 times by the bed. The bed had metal pieces hanging off the frame that tore in to my leg. Also, the room smelled really bad. Third, it was so bright due to the way the curtains hung that I did not sleep at all. Lastly, it was hot. The ac was poor. One good thing, it only cost 100.00 per night. For the area, this was low. I think this may have been new ownership or a rehab and hopefully things will get better.

I visited several locations before deciding to make my purchase, and I have to say that this location has the friendliest staff in South Florida. From the moment I walked into Cartier to the moment I left, I felt truly special. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole experience feel luxurious. They took their time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Store manager would not carry out an exchange for a faulty leather good. A high level of quality and a product that works as intended is fully expected when paying ‘Cartier’ prices. They lost at least one customer today over an item they could have easily replaced. Poor judgment. Bad practices. One less brand on my shopping list.

Super surprised about their quality… I bought a ring and a bracelet, took it home, and realized both were a little scratched. Then I had to go in and have them buff it out - which looked good in the store lighting, but when I got outside, had a million micro scratches from the buffing. My question is…why am I paying a premium for something scratched that has to be buffed out? First two pictures were when I first bought them, and the video is after she buffed it out, leaving a bunch of tiny scratches. Just overall surprised and not happy. When I spoke to them again about it, they said sometimes even if you order online it can some from a store and it could have been on the floor. And she said “you’re going to put scratches on it anyway, but I guess you’d want to be the first.” I thought they were more of a premium quality brand than this.

My husband surprised me with a beautiful Tiffany necklace. Unfortunately I don't wear silver jewelry due to the tarnishing nature so we went into the Boca Tiffany's to exchange it for something else. Malcom, our client advisor was so helpful. He greeted us with a genuine smile and offered us a beverage (I had champagne & my husband had a sparkling water). I already looked online and had a few ideas of what I wanted instead. Malcom was professional and attentive without being pushy. We ended up getting a small gold diamond bracelet which is being sized. He made our transaction easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with him the next time you go there.

This review is specific to the Tiffany's & Co store in Boca Town Center (South Florida). I grew up staring at the windows of the 727 5th Avenue flagship store (heck, I even once ate a croissant while doing so, a'la Holly Golightly!). My first 'milestone' present was an Elsa Peretti teardrop pendant that I bought from that store (and have since passed down to my niece). So yeah, I'm a fan-gal. But back to the Boca Town Center location. I recently purchased 2 items around the holidays and without going into detail, there ended up being an unusual circumstance. My Salesperson, Svetlana, and the store Manager, Christy, could not have been more helpful. They made a stressful situation much easier, and for that, I'm extremely grateful.

I had an online purchase and I was taking it into the store to return it as the size I thought I was ordering was out of stock leave. Christy was so lovely and gracious to assist me how she did so I did not have to return my beautiful piece and wait for it to come back in stock. I plan to try to work with Christy and give her my money for any of my Tiffany needs!

This location is terrible. My mother bought two necklaces, both were confirmed as fake after visiting the store at the Boca Raton Town Center location. The staff rudely confirmed that this situation often occurs, where people switch out the genuine items for counterfeit ones. After the confirmation, they took the fake necklaces and provided a replacement. However, one of the replacement necklaces tarnished after just one wear, despite following all of the care instructions provided. When we returned it, the staff rudely assured us that it was real, but said that the tarnishing and staining of skin should not have occurred, especially after only wearing it for a few hours. As a result, they arranged for a third replacement, which I have yet to receive after over FOUR weeks waiting. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. As a luxury brand, I expected far higher quality and customer service from Tiffany & Co. Instead, we have been met with rude behavior and inadequate solutions every time we have interacted with the Boca Raton location staff. The staff did provide me with a 20% coupon for a future purchase, but that does not make up for the repeated issues and lack of trust we now have in this brand. At this point, it has been 14 months without my necklace which was a baby shower gift and after speaking to customer service today, a necklace is to be overnighted, but I’m not really that hopeful that it will come. And if it does come, it will probably be either fake or terrible quality. This location is lazy, rude, and the employees should honestly find a job that is not customer service based.

I have been buying these products for a while, this bag chain is changing color and falling apart. I went to the store where I bought it and was told they didn’t have in the service as proof of purchase. I am asking for exchange or to repair.

What a bummer. We went to the mall on Sunday, August 31st and my aunt needed a new work tote and I was looking for a more compact crossbody. We came to this store as we know they have a great selection of products. We walked in and instead of the usual kindness and friendliness, we got hit with strong sales vibes. It was really uncomfortable trying to look at stuff while it was clear they are being told to meet a sales goal, not just let us browse. I don’t know if this is a store change or a format change to commission but it needs to go away as it felt quite harsh like stepping into a car dealership, not a mid-luxury handbag store. I left while my mom and aunt kept looking and when I said “have a nice day” to the employee and she raised her voice and said “that’s it?! You’re leaving?!” which just soured the mood further. My aunt ended up leaving after that outburst as well. Management, please fix this sales push and go back to the old format of helping customers as that is the way to actually get sales.

My friend and I were in the store today for our mothers for Mother’s Day. We didn’t get greeted at all we were walking around looking at different items and just browsing one of the ladies said we looked lost and confused and she called a security guard to guard the store like we were going to steal anyway my friend ended up spending $500 for his mom. FYI doesn’t matter the race or the religion of the person and by the way, we were both white males. They did the same thing with other races of people of different skin colors and it’s like they didn’t want anyone shopping from them. When my friend walked back into the store with me, she said your back again like we weren’t welcomed. This lady needs to be fired immediately she was an older woman white and extremely rude to not just me, but to everyone in the store. it’s like she has never seen someone browsing or looking around a store before and trying to find something someone may like. I told her on my way out, we aren’t stealing miss trust me we have enough money to pay your salary lol

Aubrie was an absolute delight yesterday. The store was completely slammed with 15+ people and Aubrie still managed to help me pick out a gift for my sister (very small wallet to be used as a business card holder), while also assisting a store full of less understanding shoppers. Would not mind waiting till last minute again next year if Aubrie can save the day

I always appreciate when the management takes great pride in making sure the guests leave happy. Their servers are swift and polite. The skirt steak is the best around. Great place to go, great bar and the outside seating is very nice if it's cool enough.

I really liked this restaurant. Went on a Sunday for brunch. I had the ahi tuna salad- amazing! My boyfriend had the skillet scrambler, he enjoyed it a lot. Service was prompt and our waitress was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back for dinner!

Horrible dining experience. I, like many in the Boca area, do not eat pork for religious reasons. I ordered a pasta dish and specified several times "no sausage", and when the food came with pork in it, the manager accused us of lying. Then, when we showed him the pork, he had the nerve to say "that's not sausage, that is ham". The manager was very rude and refused to even acknowledge the restaurant's mistake. It wasn't until we pulled out a cell phone and told him that we were contacting the family attorney that he finally budged and said he would take cancel our bill. Not a minute before. It was clear that he was unwilling to admit the restaurant's mistake or help the unsatisfied customer until HIS job was in jeapordy, and that is very bad business. AVOID this place, go literally anywhere else. Seems like they just want to profit off of drink orders and don't care much about your dining experience.

Having made a reservation for dinner well in advance, I was looking forward to a pleasant dining experience but that was NOT the case. My wife, I and another couple were seated in a booth near the kitchen and the noise at times was extremely loud (I understand most of the noise can't be helped). The problem we had was with the noise from a group seated nearby in an alcove off of the main room. They were extremely loud and disturbing, making it an unpleasant experience. To make matters worse, the service manager was completely unresponsive to our complaints. He not only did not address the problem with the noise makers (I think they had a T.V. and were watching a soccer game) but also had the nerve to tell us he had just arrived and hadn't heard the noise, when in fact, we had seen him walking around the restaurant several times that evening. There are too many other restaurants in our area that treat their customers with respect, therefore we will NOT be returning to Pinon. P.S. The general manager had the nerve to try to assuage our feelings by giving us a $20 gift card as though all would be forgiven and forgotten. The card has been returned with a proper note.

Dined on a weekday night... inviting room with well-spaced tables... magnificent bar. The service staff was well trained and authentically pleasant& very informative concerning the menu stating what most people seem to like... we particularly enjoyed Steve. the walnut crusted trout was magnificent. the tomato and mozzarella salad was average. they now serve a new dish made with meatballs and egg plant bathed in marinara sauce. A real winner which can serve as a small entree if you're not hungry. We will return.

Usually wonderful. Tonight we found about 5-6 bones left in the trout. When the server was informed, he recognized the bones on the side of the dish to be viewed and apologized. When the bill arrived, I asked if the manager was informed, since the only consideration received was an apology from the server, he let me know that indeed he was informed...apparently since the amount of bones does not vary from fish to fish, someone in the kitchen wasn’t doing their job and the management feels it’s okay to excuse it with a limp sorry.

I went to go purchase a gift and the only person that greeted me was the kind security guard. I asked to have some of my bracelets cleaned because one of them was turning silver (i asked questions on why it was turning silver because it’s supposed to be real gold) they told me it is coated in something so when lotion gets on it it appears silver. It takes up to 8 weeks for them to repair the bracelet that’s supposed to be gold. I asked if i could try on a bracelet that i have been looking at and the blonde lady completely ignored me. I will never go to David Yurman for jewelry ever again.

I went to the David Yurman store at Boca Town Cntr recently and I was greeted by Nicole. I told her I wanted to exchange the size of my ring. I didn’t even purchase the ring from Nicole, I had the ring for about 2 wks and had exchanged the size once prior. Nicole assisted me all the while making me feel comfortable. I ended up exchanging my ring for the larger one I initially purchased. Nicole never judged me for the exchange. I recommend the David Yurman store at Boca Town Cntr.

I recently went to David Yurman store and I was greeted right away with smiles. I had an idea of the look I was going for and a general idea of the pieces that I was interested in from looking at the app. Stephanie was working with me. She was so extremely patient and helpful with me through the whole process. I never was pressured into an upsell. Since I was looking at several pieces getting the size and fit right was important. I returned to the store to pick up a different size and it was a day that Stephanie was not in and Andre the store manager assisted me on Stephanie’s behalf. Andre is absolutely wonderful. Andre was patient and helpful with me as well. It was a sincere pleasure to work with Stephanie and Andre. The people who work in this store stand around doing nothing and when you ask to see a piece of jewelry they act like you’re bothering them. I have a few David Yurman pieces now and realize the quality is not there. I will not be buying anything else from this store in the future.

If you are interested in customer service on any level, this is not the shop to visit. It’s neither the first time nor the same sale associate offering zero assistance, no smile—nothing. I went in with the goal of buying four pairs of jeans. As no two pairs are made alike, I simply asked if he could please show me which ones had a longer rise; greater than or equal to 12cm. He seemed both perplexed and annoyed by the question; bluntly replying “you can try them on” with a shrug. Not only is he in desperate need of a “coaching moment” but also basic social skills. I guess he doesn’t realize if he found the proper fit I would have dropped 800$ in seconds. As I mentioned above, this is not the first time I have gone into this shop looking for new jeans from the only brand I buy — Hugo Boss. Thus far all of the cashiers (they’re definitely not salespeople) I have had contact with over the past few years have been equally as aloof. I’m truly fascinated that the store manager does not see this behaviour and either educate or dismiss. There are many talented sales professionals out there. It’s simply unfortunate they do not work here.

Alex was extremely helpful with picking out a few shoes even though it was close to closing time. He had a great attitude and made sure I didn't feel rushed while trying on different sizes and styles. He gave solid advice describing the different outfits each shoe would pair well with, and was upfront about the wear patterns I'd have with these vs the traditional leather material. Great customer service!

Really really bad customer service here. Maybe we came on a bad day? Not sure but I’d rather drive to PGA for future purchases. We sat at the locked door for about 5 minutes even after knocking. COVID protocol, I get it. Were other customers in the store? No. Just three sales associates chatting at the registers. Once we were let in we were not spoken to until we got a forced “is there something I can do for you”. Um yeah do you work here? Then, instead of exchanging my $800 jacket for the correct size I needed, I was told to keep the one I had that was literally 3 sizes too big. I was told that it wasn’t in stock and looked “fine” anyway, just so they could avoid doing their job of exchanging my item and ordering me the correct size.

Again, another store only catering go the slim guy. It's amazing...retail clothing caters to the slim and retail food to the obese. Can't they get together somewhere??

Great inventory, helpful staff. Treat yourself to a little bit of luxury. Try to hit the sales, twice a year. As a private member, I saved 30%...well worth it.

The stand up Carolina Herrera display is located inside Macy's Cosmetic section. Rep introduced her to the full lip and makeup line. The customer service in this store was disappointing today. I bought a purse in May of this year, and I noticed a few days ago a little chipped corner on the CH metal logo. I went into this store to ask what could be done. The salesman was dismissive, giving us an attitude. He said, "You can barely see it," and with that answer, I left without knowing if it could be repaired. If ever buy from this brand again, I'll buy from the Palm Beach Gardens store or online.

Going to Ch de Boca is a wonderful epic experience from the Manager and all her sales support team, very professional and friendly.

I keep coming back to Pressed because I genuinely enjoy the healthy options, and the freezes are always delicious with high-quality ingredients. However, I’m increasingly hesitant to return due to repeated issues with the service and overall experience. Firstly, on one occasion, the store was completely unattended for about 20 minutes. My group and I waited patiently, even asking nearby stores if anyone knew where the staff was, and eventually, someone returned, but it left a negative impression. Additionally, I’ve consistently received incorrect sizes, despite paying for specific ones. It’s a small detail, but it adds up over multiple visits and makes me feel like I’m not getting what I paid for. I’ve also noticed employees eating ice cream in front of customers, which feels unprofessional and unsanitary in a food service setting. Lastly, the machines seem to break frequently, and it’s common for certain flavors to be unavailable, which is disappointing when you’re craving a specific option. I truly hope these issues can be addressed, as I would love to keep coming back for the great food and health-conscious choices, but I’d appreciate seeing more attention to customer service and consistency. Please work on this :( this place is great otherwise.

I absolutely LOVE coming to Pressed, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Maria! She is seriously the sweetest, most helpful person every time I come in. Not only does she always greet me with a warm smile, but she’s also super knowledgeable about all the juices and makes the best recommendations based on what I’m feeling that day. Maria and Ashley always have such positive energy, it’s infectious and makes the whole experience better! Pressed is lucky to have both those girls!

Bowl was very good . Lady who works there wasn’t pleasant , my daughter asked for chocolate drizzle and almond butter drizzle and it looked so cool she wanted to take a picture of it and all of a sudden lady put a tight top on without even asking and all the drizzle ended up squished on top ,I politely asked her if she can make a drizzle for the picture and she gave us hard time that she needs to charge us lol and actually that drizzle we paid extra already … I have never heard someone making a pretty bowl and then smashing it with top. Terrible service, instead of I am sorry and making a simple drizzle.

Everything is always great here, but on my most recent visit in particular, Alina was super kind and accommodating after I neglected to ask about an allergen. She immediately checked the website which didn’t mention the allergy and out of concern for my safety she swapped my drink for something safe for me to have. It’s people like Alina that can make even the mall on black friday a more than pleasant experience!

For those looking for a review before starting here, here’s the reality: the pay isn’t worth it. The managers only make about $2 more than regular employees, yet they act entitled, as if they’re the richest people around even though they clock in just like everyone else every day. Nicole wasn’t particularly helpful, and I thought she was supposed to be the best manager. I watched them all treat regular workers poorly, and honestly, the workers were much more attractive and capable. It almost felt like there was some jealousy or hate involved. The atmosphere was miserable overall. The only person who stood out and was genuinely helpful was Emma. Thank you, Emma, for being humane and treating others with respect. Your character speaks volumes, and you truly deserve better. I’m so grateful I’ve moved on from this place. I’m now thriving in my beauty niche, much happier, and earning more than what those managers get paid for the act. As for Ana, who’s supposed to be HR for Spa Palmera, I’m not even sure what she does. Meanwhile, I do 1% of what they do and earn significantly more. Poor employees, working so hard just to likely be replaced. A win is a win, and best of all, I no longer have to deal with unnecessary entitlement. Know your worth, even if no one else does, and find a place that will treat you with the respect you deserve and pay you real money.

I had the most amazing bday experience at the hair salon at Spa Palmera with Annie. From the moment she greeted me I felt like a total queen. Annie made my birthday truly great. I had my hair washed and blown out by Annie. Annie pulled out all the stops for me — greeting me with a birthday gift bag and complimentary champagne. What really made my birthday treatment special was the way she treated me and her skills with my hair were outstanding. She turned a rough birthday into a beautiful one! One of South Florida's best spas, if not the best. Never over-packed the way Miami's (even nicer) spas get. Make sure to give yourself at LEAST 2 hours outside of the treatment to enjoy the incredible facilities. Note: only the outdoor pool/lounge room is coed -- saunas/steam/etc are not coed. Truly remarkable.

I had a full spa day before my wedding day here. Did the ritual bath, massage, manicure and pedicure. I have come here multiple times before and I love it so much. It’s so beautiful and luxurious. I love the pool area and the ritual bath treatment, it’s so unique and relaxing. The space where the ritual baths are along with the steam room and sauna is sooo beautiful. My massage was deep tissue and helped worked out a lot of the tension and nerves I was feeling. Also loved my mani/pedi. Best spa day ever!!

Spent hours here- some before and some after a scheduled massage. Magical, healing, beautiful and serene! Would love to come on a girls trip. Have gone twice on work trips and fit in a spa treatment. Have never eaten in the courtyard by the pool but you could spend the day like that. The men’s side meets the women’s side here in the middle. A cool pool and hot tubs (with cascading hot waterfalls for shoulder massage) are in the courtyard as well. Inside the women’s area are hot tubs, steam room, showers, sauna and salt room, and serene areas. For my second visit I couldn’t get anyone on the phone so when I arrived at the resort I just ran straight to the spa desk and checked myself in!

Facial was perfect, but the staff working the check in area and the workers in the changing room not so nice. The girls at the check acted like they hated their job. Appeared hating seeing people walk through the doors. Very disappointed for a 5 star spa! Rude front staff, seemed to loathe people and their job

Sophie and staff 5⭐️’s. I had a wonderful experience at Golden Goose while shopping for shoes for my granddaughter’s Bat Mitzvah. Sophie went above and beyond to locate the pair and ship them overnight to her.

Rodrigo was a huge help during my experience at Golden Goose! I could not find exactly what I wanted in store but Rodrigo brought a few brand new options up front that were just delivered in and after choosing the one I liked he hunted down my size (as there was only one left in the country) and had it shipped to this location in under two days! The entire team here as always been great.

I love golden goose it’s a beautiful brand but today I had a bad experience in the store which was never like any of my experience in the past at the boca store. 2 employees that I have never seen before one with brown hair around 1pm and a male with brown hair completely ignored me in the store and not once acknowledged my presence. I found it quite upsetting as a regular client but being realistic it doesn’t matter all clients should be at the bare minimum acknowledged but this wasn’t the case.

Sebastian and the team are so welcoming and nice. Very responsive and really Make you feel special. The store is spacious and the inventory is great. I had a wonderful experience. I’ve owned well over 50 pairs of golden goose so I know many of the boutiques and employees and this team is A+!

Staff is absolutely horrible. The old women on the top floor where the men’s department is does the up and down with a dirty look. Bet that look changes she puts my phone number in to the computer. Does she not realize she’s working retail. Please do better. People come to shop not get frustrated. Luckily you can cross and the staff at Saks is somewhat better.

Went to the cosmetics department to see the new perfumes I was looking for one a friend recommended. I asked Anita from Creed for a sample since I like to try it on my skin before I buy it. She was extremely rude saying they don’t give samples anymore, that they are not in the business of giving free stuff. She made me feel very uncomfortable. Someone with such of poor work ethic should not be representing your company. I will never buy anything at your store.

Went to Bal Harbour and bought $1100 of trousers. The most amazing sales guy Dre. BUT his manager Miguel. Sadly rude obnoxious and so full of himself. Let me remind you Miguel. You are in sales I am the customer. I have never come across someone so arrogant. And look how you are dressed as a sales person! Jacket over shoulders?! You are a disgrace to a quality brand.

Whether you are looking for clothing, shoes, makeup or accessories from Valentino, Fendi, Bottega Veneta, Dior, and so many more! It has been updated to include a champagne bar on the first floor so you can take a nice break from all the shopping. It also has a cafe on the 3rd floor for light fare.

Located along Glades Rd., Uptown Boca is an outdoor shopping center with many businesses to cater to your needs, particularly: * Eateries/cafe/ice cream & frozen treats/grocery store * Health & beauty store/learning center * Home decor/outdoor gear & apparel * Fast food restaurants/outdoor furniture store There is plenty of parking in front of and near each business. If you're unable to find parking, there's a free 3-level parking garage on the north side. There is also a 1-3 residential apartment building behind the shopping center offering community amenities and select home features. There is a lot of traffic going in and coming out of Uptown Boca. For my second time being here, it appears to be a very nice area to come to shop, dine, and socialize. I look forward to many more visits.

Uptown mall is a place that has a variety of options to eat and shop. I strongly suggest you go before lunch, so you go and look for what you need to buy, then find a place to get your stomach happy, and finally find a quaint little coffee shop to seal the deal! There's plenty of choices within a five minute walk. Thank me later!

This is a great spot for shopping & dining. Nice variety with something for everyone. Home Sense is my favorite. But there's plenty of other choices. Ample parking & an attractively appointed setting.

REI...this store is much smaller than the Flagship store in Seattle, but still has plenty of outdoor Gear available. If you are in the market for a new backpack, ask for Fidel, as he can expertly match you with the perfect backpack that fits properly.

I wish I could give this store a zero. I went to return a dress from a big purchase that made for the holidays, and the costumer service was terrible. A Dominican lady explained me the politics which I understand, and I was just deciding which was the best option for us when this other lady Liz which was supposed to be the “manager” was very rude and unprofessional. She never made eye contact with me and was very defensive saying and stating “that is the only thing I can do for you” in a rude and sarcastic way. It took me a minute to process her unprofessionalism. It is incredible this person is in charge of a high prestige store where education and respect must be a priority. I NEVER post anything in reviews, but the situation was SO uncomfortable and disrespectful that I needed to do something about it. We as customers deserve at least respect. I will NEVER come back to this store

I usually shop online in the website, but this time I bought 3 bags in the outlet in dolphin mall, I changed my mind and I decided return on of the bags. So I tried to do it in this location in Aventura mall, they just said no at the first moment when I said the bags were from the outlet store, they never tried to help me o make an exception that I know as a manager. I called to a customer service and they told me they do exceptions in some stores depending of the management, they are able to do it. Aventura location team they are not interested in keeping loyal customers, they don't have a real customer service, I had a very bad experience going there, I don't recommend this place to shop.

It was wonderful, the staff are always polishedly dress in MK attire, super friendly and helpful without being too over bearing. Christian was a sweetheart; he was assisting at least three customers and still made you feel like it was just you. Thank you Christian 💛

I was at this Michael Kors location and my intention was to try a few items on. I had been to Aventura Mall a few weeks back and was super excited to see they were opening a Michael Kors location at the mall. I went in and tried on a few pieces. I looked over and saw the store clerks were looking at me try on pieces. The happy mood that I had subsided. The energy of the store clerks was palpable. I noticed they took a specific interest in my friend and I while other shoppers came in. Two attendants both intently stared while I tried on different pieces. Even though my friend and I noticed, as the staring persisted, I started to feel uncomfortable. Shortly after, we decided to leave. I've been to other high end stores at the Design District and the clerks were more inviting and willing to help. As excited as I was for this Michael Kors location to open, I no longer intend to return.

Service is quite nice, items are impeccable for those who value this designer. I like to buy my items online, and ship them for free to the store.
