Shopping
Cabot Circus is a modern shopping center in Bristol, featuring over 120 high street and designer shops. The airy, modern space with a glass roof also includes restaurants and a cinema. This shopping destination has become a prime attraction for both locals and visitors since its opening in 2008, transforming the central shopping area of Bristol. It offers an array of shops ranging from high-street retailers to popular department stores like Harvey Nichols.
This is a vibrant and modern shopping destination in the heart of Bristol, offering a diverse mix of high-street brands, designer stores, and independent boutiques. The striking glass-roof architecture creates an open, airy atmosphere, making it a pleasant space to explore in any weather. Beyond shopping, it boasts a wide range of dining options, from quick bites to sit-down restaurants, catering to various tastes. The cinema and entertainment facilities add to its appeal, making it more than just a retail hub. Convenient parking and good public transport links make access easy. Overall, it’s a lively, well-designed spot perfect for shopping, dining, and leisure.
Manjudarsh — Google review
Stunning piece of modern architecture. The indoor/outdoor feel really works. Beautiful at sunset..
Cartz — Google review
It's a big shopping centre, with great architectures, great design. The car parks are also big. The capacity is more than 2.500 cars. Besides shops, department stores, restaurants, coffee shops, lego store, technology & electronics store, there are also some entertainment, such as Escape Hunt, Treetop Golf, and King Pins (Bowling Alley). Toilets for customers are available.
Marta D — Google review
WHERE DO I START? Start by walking through a glass bridge, which, in all honesty, did make me a bit hazy Then you get to the monstrosity of a shopping centre I don't know how to describe it Futuristic design with a lot of restaurants, shops and allsorts 🤯
Ozzie O — Google review
Really pretty shopping centre / area. The indoor / outdoor architecture makes it open and light and inviting. Good selection of restaurants at the top level and shops on the bottom level. However, it is quite standard in terms of available shops and restaurants, e.g., no unique shops, just all the big chains. It is a bit of a long way from the car park to the lower shopping level (walking through the carpark, over the bridge, through the restaurant area, and down the escalators).
Sidsel K — Google review
I attended pizza express last week with my kids, we were served by a very lovely young lady who I unfortunately can’t remember her name but she had brown and pink hair which my daughter loved! She greeted us at the door with a big friendly smile and seated us at the table. She was very polite and chatty throughout the whole service. The food was absolutely delicious and everything came out at the perfect time! I could not recommend this restaurant enough especially if you have kids, we will definitely be back!!
Ami J — Google review
Large shopping complex with easy access parking nearby. Large eclectic range of shops. Plenty of food outlets and other nearby shops outside the complex. Easy to reach via road, bus or on foot.
A L — Google review
Have visited Cabot numerous times, remembering the opening and hype surrounding it, to more recently. It's such a shame about the cinema, it was a great location and I had some great memories of amazing films there! The shops and restaurant options are fantastic and ever changing, and although car parking is a nightmare and queues into the center impact it, I can see they're clearly making an effort to reinvigorate the circus, considering it's been around for almost 17 years! Still looks like a new building and it's kept very clean and well maintained. I think Cabot would also benefit from a few more seating options, besides the giant staircase, maybe some proper sofa seating like Cribbs Causeway has dotted around? (But please, I'd love a new cinema in Showcases place!)

Really great market with a large variety of stalls. So good we went twice. Recommend to have some cash as not all stands accept card.
Suzi S — Google review
I visited the St Nicholas Market today for the first time! It’s absolutely lovely with loads of variety of food and drinks to choice from. I had The Ultimate Combo from Low and Slow and the Big Five from Big Juice. All 10/10!!🤩 Only thing is if you go for lunch (which is when I went - around 12:30pm), it is quite packed and there are limited seats.
Grace E — Google review
St Nicks Market is fantastic - today I went for shoe repairs, great service, and speedy! There are lots of independent shops with a huge variety, great for personal shopping and gifts. I've added 2 photos, one before the lunch time rush and one during, there is a great variety of food available.
Noj T — Google review
My partner and I had a fantastic time exploring St Nicholas Market. It's an amazing spot to dive into a wide variety of food stalls – there are so many delicious options to choose from, and the prices are very reasonable. The market has a great, bustling atmosphere, though it can get quite crowded on most days. It's also a wonderful place for a bit of street shopping. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bristol looking for great food and a vibrant experience!

It was my first time visit St Nicholas Market in Bristol. I really like this type of market including variety of food and different type of stalls with unique things. Must visit when you are in Bristol I would say.

Great market with a good selection of stalls ranging from fashion, clothing, arts & craft, home style, toys, jewellery, ornaments and some fantastic food stalls. Can't resist getting something to eat every time. Freshly made and smells so good. Eat here rather than the usual boring chains, there's something for all tastes.
David C — Google review
This place is superb to visit - not just a market à la minu Camden, but also a quire excwlkent range of eateries
Marc R — Google review
This place has a variety of food stalls. I loved the Moroccan chicken and some delicious venison, bacon, chicken, and vegetable pastries—all fantastic! I brought home some. Then I stopped by the store. I didn't realise it would be so beautiful, with a variety of blouses, dresses, cotton and linen trousers, and beautiful leather bags. A restaurant and cafe with a selection of delicious snacks and some wood and ceramic crafts, and the people were lovely! I loved it and I must go back! Cheers

The Galleries, located in Bristol Shopping Quarter, is a three-story shopping mall featuring numerous familiar stores and international brands. While the center may be somewhat dated with some vacant units, it offers a good range of shops and eateries. The food court provides various dining options and there are also several coffee shops available. Additionally, the staff is known for being friendly and helpful. Visitors can easily take a stroll to Castle Park from here to explore attractions like St. Peters Church and Bristol Castle.
A nice shopping centre in the heart of the city. The Galleries shopping centre in Broadmead, Bristol, is set to be demolished to make space for 450 new homes. Planning permission has already been approved by councillors. After the demolition, 450 homes, offices and student flats with 750 beds will be built, along with new restaurants and shops. I really like this shopping centre and I regularly visit some of the stores there.
Yarys — Google review
A lovely shopping centre in the heart of Bristol. It's architecture is classic 70s/80s and has(d) all the shops you need. It's such a shame it is going to close to be converted into student accommodation. Seeing the different shops close down is heartbreaking. The parking is one of the best bargains for parking in Bristol. Especially after 4.30pm which suits so many who come into the city at night for activities.
Leanne C — Google review
If you have known Bristol a long time, you will recall the husstle and bussle of The Galleries. Sadly, that's now gone. Many of the shops are empty and what is left offers very little variety. There is a 'food hall' on the middle level which is just a few outlets. Toilets are available within the complex.
Simon B — Google review
Excellent time out. Huge second hand book store with great friendly gestures is amazing attraction kids can spend hours and select reasonable priced books. Big store of scarfs, trousers and tops with fascility to pray in changing room.
Flip F — Google review
The Galleries shopping centre in Bristol is a decent shopping destination with a good range of shops and eateries. However, the centre is somewhat dated and has a number of vacant units, which detracts from the overall experience. There is a lack of high-end shops, which may disappoint some shoppers. On the positive side, the centre has a good food court with a variety of options, as well as a number of coffee shops. The staff in the centre are generally friendly and helpful. Overall, The Galleries is a decent shopping centre with some good amenities, but it could benefit from some investment to bring it up to date and attract more shoppers.
Sam A — Google review
The Galleries in general is still a great place if a bit underused. HOWEVER, could the management please remind the cleaners not to judge people by what they see...just because i don't use a wheelchair or a walking aid doesn't mean that i don't have mobility issues and shouldn't have to explain my reason for having a RADAR key.. NOT ALL DISABILITIES ARE VISABLE!!!.

I absolutely love spending time at the Bristol Shopping Quarter! Every visit feels magical, especially around this time of year when the decorations and lights make it feel like Christmas is just around the corner. The atmosphere is warm and festive, and each shop seems to add its own unique charm to the holiday spirit. Walking through the beautifully lit streets and seeing the Christmas displays gives such a cozy, joyful vibe that really gets you in the holiday mood. There’s a great variety of stores to explore, from popular brands to unique, local shops, making it easy to find gifts for everyone on your list. Amazing ambience love the lay out of unique mall. Shopping experience was delightful as we were able to enjoy indoor and outdoorat the same time. Environmental friendly as glass roof was enabling sunlight to be the main source of light.

Pretty shady place after it starts to get dark. People passed out in benches large groups of travelers playing music and drinking. During the day it's fine. Security guards at most shops..toilets locked up.

This is a fantastic independent store who clearly works hard to support local creators! They sell beautiful products as affordable prices, this is coming from someone who usually ocean only afford £30-60 for Christmas presents a year. Urban Fox is a vibrant vintage clothing stall located in St. Nicholas Market, known for its carefully curated collection of high-quality and well-organized vintage pieces from the 1980s and 1990s. The owner, a seasoned expert in the vintage fashion scene, ensures that every item is handpicked to offer unique and ahead-of-the-curve streetwear, thrifted items, and upcycled clothes.
My daughter and I loved it here. We were looking for a leather jacket. The owner kindly helped us find exactly what we wanted. Thank you!

This Is a very nice vintage clothing store, I visited on the off chance they had something, whilst i was there I found one of (my now) favourite shirts form a long gone season of a brand I like. This shop it right outside st Nicholas market and fits in well with the stalls there

Good Shop and a good shop owner
Tim — Google review
Could not be the least interested in attending to customers. I was obviously interested in purchasing a tweed jacket, but was ignored. The person behind the counter was being told a long (and obviously very important ) tale by a female assistant? Pity really as the shop has lots of nice stuff in stock. If the talkative woman is employed be Urban Fox - I would recommend some staff training.
Frank P — Google review
Mmmeh, it was okay. I actually love the lack of customer service unlike the other reviewers, but I felt the wares were a bit middle of the road for my personal taste. There was a lot of sportswear and men’s wear, most of it in decent shape, good colorways and nice branding. Just not what I tend to be hunting for so it was middle of the road for me.
Aprylle — Google review
The vintage goods may be great but the customer service is third world. Snooty people are bad for business. And in Bristol, there's more superior vintage shops that also have respectful interested staff and management. Watch and learn.

Best shop in Bristol for vintage designer streetwear. Affordable prices and always a wicked selection of clothes. Really friendly staff and always the best tunes being played! Highly recommend checking out.

Came down from London for Upfest. After finding out my favourite streetwear store, Seven had closed, a friend pointed me in the direction of Don Majors. The garms are unusual, rare and pure dope. Fresh collection of Moschino, Stone Island, Tommy, vintage Nike. Loved the shop. Female employee with purple hair was friendly, chatty and helpful
Jack T — Google review
Don Majors, what can I say, the staff are so friendly I literally didn't want to leave. In fact I try to check in at least once or twice a week just to say hello and make sure they're all ok. That's not including the one day a week I pop in to actually look at the clothes. They've really nailed their collection, shirts, shorts, jumpers, scrunchies, sunglasses, trousers, skirts, hoodies, jackets, jeans, bags, roller skates, minirigs, caps, artwork, even a cheeky little sega mega drive bench. If you like wearing clothes, come buy them from here. Tip top.

The Harbourside Street Food Market is a vibrant and diverse outdoor market located by the water in the heart of Bristol. It offers a wide range of food stalls, as well as vendors selling unique goods such as clothing, books, jewelry, art, and produce. This weekly event has become a mini festival that attracts crowds from all over to experience the lively atmosphere and support local creativity. The market aims to provide an independent alternative to high street shopping while promoting sustainability and showcasing local talents.
there’s this place that do chicken wings and tarter tots that i’m obsessed with. I have only tried the loaded tarter tots with buffalo sauce and blue cheese. it comes with chicken as well and it’s extraordinary. the place is called GurtWings. the service is nice and have loyalty app. there are shared tables to sit outside and there are a lot of benches around. another good place is the restaurant for mice and men; they do sandwiches, but really good ones.

The market is so cool, and all the little markets set up cooking and chatting with people. It's such a friendly area and makes the experience easy on your mind. I went to High Steaks and had a steak pitta, which I can only describe as I've never done drugs, but after that food, I was definitely on a high. It was outstanding! The steaks were tender and cooked so well that the food was hot and juicy. 10/10

Love love love. The atmosphere, the music, the smells, the location. I loved it here, the array of cuisine is to die for. I had the vegan paella, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I finished of with a cannoli and a Italian coffee, again absolutely exquisite. All the workers are so happy and friendly. I cannot wait to get back here.

Love all the stuff in this shop, however the staff are extremely unwelcoming and rude. Felt very uncomfortable in store which is a shame considering the items are so lovely!

Just popped into Fox & Feather for the first time in ages. Full of really lovely pieces but I did not enjoy the experience as neither of the two sales assistants could be bothered to say hello or even acknowledge my presence. At all! Just carried n looking at their phones and chatting. Felt quite awkward so I left. No 1 rule in retail - your customers should be your absolute 1st priority. Some serious customer service training required in this place!! A real shame and not a nice experience 😐

The Fox and Feather is one of few independent shops in Bristol with a good selection of menswear. I was impressed with both the quality of the items and the price - which was I thought fairly good value. The shop itself also has a larger womenswear selection and is well worth a look if you are trying to find a quirky gift for someone. A welcome addition to Gloucester road (which has the largest number of independent traders on any one road in the UK), I think the shop will do well.

Downstairs in this retro clothes shop is yet another one of Gloucester Road's great little record shops. Just like the best type of book shop, this record shop has made use of absolutely every flat surface including boxes on the floor. Space is limited in here and it only takes half a dozen people to make it seem crowded, but I have found some absolute gems in here, in excellent condition at prices that made me happy. :-)

Great constantly changing stock in both the clothing and the Record shop downstairs, friendly and helpful staff willing to go the extra mile for you if it's within reason! ) Been shopping here for over a decade and while keeping fresh and interesting it hasn't changed the feel or eye for quality stock. Rag Trade Boutique offers a solution to the common problem of having a full wardrobe but feeling like there's nothing to wear. Unlike typical vintage stores, Rag Trade Boutique exudes a high-end atmosphere with its carefully curated selection of lightly-worn items from brands like Whistles, Jigsaw, All Saints, and Vivienne Westwood.
This is a fabulous shop with a strong green ethos (people buying, trading and selling excellent quality preloved clothes, shoes and accessories) I have been going to Rag Trade both to sell and buy clothes for years now and could not recommend more highly. I always come away with amazing finds and have a great experience with Alison and her lovely team x

I’m so happy to have found this wonderful shop for preloved clothing and accessories. I took in some items to sell and had great service, clear terms and conditions and finally could happily part with some of my much loved but unworn clothing knowing the pieces would be used again. Will definitely be going back to buy as well as sell
Ann P — Google review
I visited this boutique with my small, well-behaved dachshund, and unfortunately, as soon as I stepped in, I was told quite abruptly that dogs are not allowed. There was no sign indicating this policy, which could save customers the inconvenience. It’s disappointing because I was ready to purchase a pair of boots that I had seen in the window, and I believe they’re missing out on potential customers, especially in a dog-friendly city like Bristol. Hopefully, they’ll consider updating their policies or at least making them clear to future visitors.

Another successful visit to Rag Trade. I love the additions to my wardrobe, with labels and ideas I will use and reuse. Plus... I get to recycle items from my wardrobe. All done with a warm, friendly catch up. Sustainability at its best. Love it!
Nini A — Google review
I’ve frequented this shop for over 4 years, sometimes with my dog and sometimes without. Everyone has always welcomed him. He’s old, well behaved and groomed - never had any issues with him coming in. I popped in (as I do when visiting my grandmother in Cotham) and a woman said “so sorry we don’t allow dogs” in a frantic and quite snobby way. My suggestion? Put a sign up and make sure your employees know you don’t allow dogs - otherwise you just look rude.

Clifton Village is a charming area in Bristol with steep roads leading to the Floating Harbour. The village offers an array of small independent shops, including jewelry, antique, and gift shops. The Albion, a 17th-century pub in the heart of Clifton Village, provides a swanky take on traditional British pubs.
Beautiful sunny day helped but lovely to walk around the vibrant clifton village. So many places to eat, drink and shop. Everything you could need. Parking is on street and costs £1 an hour. Lots to see and easy to walk around although you are at the top of the gorge so some streets are deceptively steep! Wonderful views and plenty of sights. Recommend walking over the suspension bridge too.

The museum's exhibits span from the early days of powered flight to today's cutting-edge aerospace technology, featuring a diverse collection of aircraft, engines, helicopters, satellites, missiles, and more.
Brilliant visit. We organised a private visit as we knew of a collection of Aston Martin aviation edition cars being displayed. Not disappointed. Location is easy to get to, facilities are excellent. Decent cup of coffee ☕😄. Displays are superb. Looking for a trip out, with or without children, grandparents and an engineer 🤔, go!

A fantastic and absolutely beautiful museum. History meets engineering genius, science, technology and architecture, all in one fantastic venue. Seeing the Concorde, then going inside it was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There's a cafe - 'Flight Line' with seating area. There's also a gift shop. An outdoor playground with an aeroplane shaped ride for young children. Entry tickets are sold on site.

We bought our tickets online with a 10% discount but could have bought tickets at the door no problem. We visited during the summer holidays so it was busy but not hectic. There is lots to learn here and not just about the Concorde. The layout is easy to follow just by following the arrows on the ground when you get in, the volunteers are so lovely and helpful - Barry & Cathy had some great info and conversation. Definitely worth the visit.

Tckets bought once are valid for 1 year, so we can come back and visit this place again, which is amazing. The complex is situated in ULEZ free area of Bristol which is the main important thing for us from the outside Bristol area. I do highly recommend it as a day trip with or without children.

An amazing experience if you find anything to do with planes interesting. Spent 3 hours there and could have done more but had another event to attend. Came here for a visit for my birthday. Highly recommended by a few of my friends and they were completely correct. It's an absolutely brilliant place to learn all about Concorde and lots and lots of other aviation history. And also a huge amount of information on the Bristol car and Aeroplane company. We really enjoyed our time and will be visiting again in the future. Absolutely lovely staff all the way around. Everyone was happy to talk and provide as much information as you can take. Definitely recommend 🙏

Super cool museum if you like technology, planes and aerospace. Interactive and very informative, the museum is divided into section based on historical periods. Didn't know the Bristol heritage in aerospace industry. The Concorde itself is worth the ticket (which is not super cheap, honestly). You can save a couple of pounds if you book your ticket online. You can also go back for free within 365 days. The museum is also reachable by bus from Bristol City Center in about 50 mins.

I placed an online order on the John Lewis website and everything went smoothly at first – payment authorization was successful and I even received my order number. However, just 10 minutes later I got an email saying that my order was cancelled due to “security reasons,” without any proper explanation or even an apology. This happened on the day of the iPhone preorders, which made it even more frustrating. On top of that, the customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very poor experience – definitely not recommended.

I bought a Philips Hue smart hue lighting control system. This is intended as a means of switching lights on and off remotely, for example when on holiday. The Bridge doesn’t connect to the internet. It should automatically connect with the Hue site. It doesn’t. It is therefore useless. It is impossible to talk to a human being on the phone at John Lewis, instead you need to go through a labyrinthine number of options. I tried live chat which ended with “ I’m not qualified to advise on this”. I attempted to call Hue technical services and was met with a message “our lines are closed and this call will be disconnected”. Technical support is non existent and attempting to get through to anyone at John Lewis is impossible. After many years as a customer of JL, that relationship has ended. Avoid this product as well because it is simply not fit for purpose.

Clifton Down, often called Bristol's green lung, is a sprawling suburban area that begins by the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge. The site offers stunning views of the bridge, the gorge, and the River Avon from the Clifton Observatory. Walking north along the river leads to an illusion of being surrounded by miles of countryside due to Leigh Woods nature reserve across the river. Visitors can also enjoy sliding down the popular Clifton Rock Slide near the Observatory.
I really enjoyed it. It’s really clean and had a great energy to it. I’d totally recommend having a picnic there on a sunny day or even just to take a stroll. So lush!

Fantastic open area for a multitude of leisure activities, although mostly it's people exercising, walking, out with the dog, or hanging out with friends. Bins are few and far between and typically overflowing. No toilets. Parking can be problematic at peak times. But bonuses are that it's free, clean, and usually very safe.
Colin H — Google review
We visited Funderworld at Clifton Down. It was brilliant with lots of variety of rides. We had a great time and the weather stayed warm and sunny which always helps. There was food and drink available, both sweet and savoury, hot and cold. Rides included thrill rides and children’s rides with a large area for eating food or brining picnics. There was crazy golf and portaloos for use by customers. Staff were friendly and approachable. Unfortunately, where we had parked, at some point during the evening, someone had damaged one of my rear car lights (smashed a hole in the plastic) which is the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars, although this is a reflection of one person/group of people and not the place, it did add a little frustration to our visit.

Clifton Downs is a great spot in Bristol to chill or go for a walk. It’s huge, so you don’t feel cramped, and the views over the Avon Gorge and Suspension Bridge are amazing. Perfect for picnics, jogging, or just kicking a ball about. Easy to get to and parking’s alright, plus there’s always something happening. On the downside, it can get super busy, dog mess is annoying, and sometimes travellers set up and cause disturbances. There aren’t many facilities either, so more toilets or cafes would be nice.

Clothing store
Zara, a renowned Spanish fashion retailer, presents a captivating assortment of trendy garments, footwear, and accessories that draw inspiration from the runway. Situated in the prime location of Cabot Circus, this store showcases its stylish house-brand clothing collection. With spring apparel making its way into their inventory at present, customers can expect to find an array of fashionable options. Additionally, Zara introduces new fragrances to enhance one's personal style.
ZARA has always been one of my go-to fashion destinations, and for good reason. Their collections are consistently on-trend, offering a perfect mix of timeless classics and seasonal statement pieces. The quality of the fabrics and finishes is impressive, especially considering the reasonable price point. I also appreciate how quickly they refresh their ranges, meaning there’s always something new to discover whenever you pop in. The store layout makes browsing easy and enjoyable, with clear sections for different styles, and the staff are attentive without being intrusive – always ready to help with sizing or offer styling suggestions. Their online shopping experience is equally smooth, with fast delivery and straightforward returns.

I feel a bad shopping experience in ZARA today, a white women at reception leave without any explanation when it turns me to pay bills. Instead, she change the other one to serve customer. Even if it cannot prove it is a different treatment for other race , it does count an impolite behavior in service industry. My suggestion is not coming to this store if you are international students, unless you can accept discrimination. There is no way to provide bad service but still want to earn money from you.

Most awful staff experience. Brand and clothes are great however whilst trying on clothes in the upstairs fitting rooms, my changing room was emptied and belongings were left on the side including own clothes phone and wallet - I left the room for no longer than 30 seconds to show my partner something I was trying on. No staff member helped although 5 were stood doing nothing and all refused to deal with the situation. Puts me off shopping in the store.
Phoebe S — Google review
I consistently have great luck at this store. It's my first stop when I need a quick fashion fix or want to experiment with a new trend without breaking the bank. The styles are always current, and I appreciate that they offer a good range of sizes. I recently bought a blazer and a pair of tailored trousers here that look far more expensive than they were. The store is usually well-organized, and the checkout process is quick. While the quality can be hit-or-miss, you just have to be selective—check the seams and fabric content. For the price, it's absolutely fantastic. A solid 4.5 stars!
Freya R — Google review
Absolutely abysmal service, zero hygiene, and total lack of organisation. Stuff is all over the place. The perfume section is a bacterial infection incubator. Probably the worst Zara store that I have ever been to.
Margarita J — Google review
Have visited this Zara store in Cabot circus twice in the last month (unfortunately!) as I had to return an item I purchased. On both occasions the queue was absolutely ridiculous, not because they were selling loads but because both times the two staff on tills were PAINFULLY slow. I waited 18 mins in the queue this time (similar to last time, queue is always dire) only to have the most rude miserable woman serve me, zero eye contact, I couldn’t hear her mumbling when she did speak eventually so she barked at me, gave me a dirty look and practically threw the bag at me. Interestingly, on the previous visit I made, while I was being served by a man who also worked at the speed of a tortoise with no communication, the customer on the till next to me made a point of commenting how rude and slow the staff are. As the clothes are very average, the store is a mess and the staff are horrendous, I’ll spend my money elsewhere. Looking at the other reviews of this store, so will all the other shoppers who have visited. Terrible.

ZARA’s complicity with Israel’s regime of oppression runs deeper still. In October 2022, Joey Schwebel, chair of Trimera Brands, ZARA’s Israeli franchisee, hosted a campaign event at his home for far-right Israeli minister Itamar Ben-Gvir. Ben-Gvir, who has openly called for the expulsion of Palestinians, the shooting of civilians, and the denial of humanitarian aid to Gaza, was cited in the International Court of Justice’s case, which found that Israel is plausibly committing genocide. Following the event, Ben-Gvir praised ZARA, tweeting: “ZARA, beautiful clothes, beautiful Israelis.”

Bought 5 shirts and 3 of them were wrongly priced (higher than stated). Only realised it after walking out the store, but the staff did the refund at the end. Make sure to check the final price as they might make mistakes putting on the sales prices

Ashton Court Estate, located just a short drive from Bristol city center, is an expansive 850-acre country estate offering a variety of attractions. Visitors can explore the deer park, play areas, golf courses, and beautiful gardens on the sprawling grounds. The estate is also home to the impressive Ashton Court Mansion, showcasing stunning 16th-century architecture. With its diverse landscapes and picturesque views of Bristol, Ashton Court Estate provides a versatile location for various activities including filming scenes in natural or historical settings.
Ashton Court Estate is a marvellous place to visit for all types of activities. With open fields, wonderful gardens, and of course a magnificent mansion, Ashton Court offers something for everyone. I came here for the Ashton Court Antique Fair which was a very fun experience which allowed me to see inside the mansion. A great job has been done in keeping this place looking good whilst preserving the history. The surrounding gardens are very beautiful, with tall trees and lovely flower gardens.

Have been to Bristol International Balloon Fiesta. It was too crowded. Lots of entertainment activities around. Red parking spot is far away from the actual site and no proper road is maintained to arrive for parking. From parking place to actual site is never provided. High safety risk of people might slide down and security concerns. Balloon fiesta is beautiful to watch

Wonderful place to visit. Very big area to have a fantastic walk around. Deers 🦌 on site to see, café and toilets at the mansion house.

I mean, I definitely had a very different experience to most visitors but what a beautiful grounds and property! Would 10/10 recommend having a dance in the halls. Lovely bar staff, not massively overpriced (albeit £5 a can, but that's your standard these days unfortunately) But most people reading this review will be looking for a very different side of Ashton Court.

We had a brilliant day at the balloon festival, balloon glow. Loads to see, plenty of food and drink venders. There was a fun fair as well as a arena with entertainment for example; bike display, model aeroplane display.

Lovely walk through the deer park on a cold winter day. Looks like it could take a day or two to explore the whole park thoroughly. Peaceful, not many folks on the (well-marked) trails. Public restroom was a welcome find, albeit in slightly poor condition.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Bradley Stoke and its neighboring areas, the Willow Brook Centre is your go-to destination for a delightful shopping experience. This bustling hub offers an impressive array of shops, including a large Tesco, a pound shop, and even specialty stores like a tanning salon and pet shop. Whether you're on the hunt for groceries or looking to indulge in some retail therapy, you'll find everything you need here. Food lovers will appreciate the diverse selection of dining options available at Willow Brook Centre.
Willow Brook Centre stands out as an excellent shopping destination, offering a variety of shops and eateries that cater to diverse needs. The convenience of having a Tesco right on site is a major plus for those looking to do their grocery shopping. It provides a wide selection of products, ensuring that everything from fresh produce to household essentials is readily available. For bargain hunters, B&M Bargains is a treasure trove, filled with budget-friendly deals on household items, toys, and seasonal goods. It’s the perfect spot for those looking to save money while still finding quality products. Similarly, Pound Stretcher appeals to those in search of inexpensive snacks and treats, making it an ideal stop for quick indulgences without breaking the bank. Food options at Willow Brook are plentiful, ranging from fast food to more casual dining experiences. The likes of KFC, McDonald's, and Subway offer familiar and quick meals, perfect for shoppers on the go. For a more substantial dining experience, Harvester provides a cozy atmosphere and a varied menu, making it a great choice for families or those wanting to unwind after a day of shopping. Greggs and Domino’s cater to those looking for a quick bite or a takeaway treat, adding to the variety available. Overall, Willow Brook Centre is a well-rounded shopping hub with a strong mix of retail and dining options. Its clean environment and strategic location further enhance its appeal, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to spend your day. With the addition of a cinema, it would undoubtedly offer a complete package for a memorable outing.

4 hours of free parking, and plenty of it! A Great out of town shopping village, with anything you could need! I come here weekly and have done for many years. I will always prefer to drive across the city, to shop here, rather than somewhere local, because ease of access and parking is so much better! Plus the variety of shops is hard to beat! Especially during the day when everything is open!

Good place to go for grocery shopping and decent range of restaurants for lunch and breakfast. Tesco, KFC, mcdonalds, Starbucks, Domino's and Costa are the main highlights - the shopping centre never disappoints for a quick bite. Huge parking space with accessibility aoption is available on site with almost everything on the ground floor, which makes the centre different. Price wise bit expensive, but almost everything available for all ages.

A very useful shopping complex around the Bradley Stoke area, which has free parking, petrol pump and a range of stores and restaurants. ALDI is a popular grocery store chain known for its budget-friendly prices and good quality products. The German retailer offers a range of grocery items, meat, and dairy products. Despite being crowded, the store has wide aisles that make it easy to navigate. While the selection may be more limited compared to other big chains, customers can still find a good variety of products. The self-checkout area may have limited space for packing bags during large shopping trips but checkout lines are usually efficient.
I began feeling dizzy in the store with post-concussion syndrome, and the staff were excellent. They sat me down, got me water and biscuits, opened a till, got me a chair, and walked me to my car. Also kept a hold of the coffee cup I had left somewhere that was meant to keep me hydrated, hence experiencing the dizziness. I was able to collect it before I left Bristol. 10/10, thanks to all involved

Well priced store, but why stop selling coronation chicken pots and replace it with chicken and sweetcorn 😤. Was always the most popular deli filler compared to the choices, would fly off the shelves yet they stopped selling it...

Always busy but it's what I expected. The only disappointment when it's busy, is there's not enough room in the fresh vegetables/fruit section, so they run out quickly and aren't restocked. Best to check the busy times and try to avoid those so you can then hopefully buy everything on your list.

Georgina M — Google review
Interesting place built next to the old WD and HO Wills Ashton. It has a car park and being recently refurbished, overall is an improvement. It can get extremely packed, checkouts can look as though people are panic buying, very noisy. Common to all Supermarkets having to negotiate pallets and cages of items being put out in the aisles and avoiding being hit by other shoppers with trolleys and baskets. Can be claustrophobic when busy. Other times it can be quite empty and quiet and pleasant. I do note recently they tend to give shoppers time to pack after checkout and there are the packing tables at the back of the checkout. Rather than the mad rush through Checkout and pay, then straight onto the next customer. So, everything gets chucked back in the basket. An improvement now. What you do get is an extensive range of produce, fresh and frozen. Generally, I found to be of consistently high quality, and you know where it comes from. The Viennese Whirls, the Steaks, fresh Vegetables, prepacked fresh Cream Cakes. Occasionally you can get some gems, Spitfire Ale, Courage Best Bitter, Courage Directors Bitter. Prices surprisingly tend to be very good, that is cheaper generally than anywhere else. Even though a great many items are Aldi’s own brand version. A key element I think is the irony of a German company and a family business at that, sourcing and stocking far more British produce than some supposedly British Supermarkets! One particular reason to shop here. If you want quality produce at a fair price, this is a place I can certainly recommend!

Visited the store on Saturday and purchased a £17 jacket. Paid via Apple Pay and got the notification on my phone to tell me I had paid, as I was leaving the store the worker on the self checkout accused me of not paying for the jacket and saying the payment aborted. I went back to the tills where the man very rudely explained that their tills had been going down and payments had been being rejected! He then made me pay again, with a second payment coming out. He told me only one payment would go through. 4 days later, I have been charged twice, living no where near to Bristol I cannot come into store to show my receipt. Shocking behaviour, one to be accused of stealing and being spoken to like a child and two, letting customers pay on tills that are known to be faulty. I wonder how many other customers have been charged double amounts. We all work hard for our money and I’m sad that I’m now at a loss.

Established in June 2006, this charming market aims to promote the importance of supporting local farmers and producers by offering a vibrant selection of fresh, locally sourced foods. Every Saturday, visitors can explore an array of enticing stalls featuring everything from crisp vegetables to artisanal gift items crafted by local artisans.
Great local market with interesting and varied food including meat, fish, veg, flowers and coffee. I bought three types of humus, sourdough bread, lemon and dill fishcakes. There are maybe a dozen stalls plus a coffee van. A very pleasant way to buy food on a Saturday morning.

A mushroom stall, wonderful Lebanese stall; oils, pomegranate products... superb products.. tried them before.. herb stalls.. cheese stalls ...a nice ten, twenty minutes spent : )

Excellent Saturday market. Expect specialty items from sellers who care deeply about providing too tier wares. I particularly recommend the mushroom stall, the cheese and the stall that sells natas. Arrive early if you want to avoid queues and chat to the vendors.

Small farmer's market but all the stalls sell good quality produce. On Saturday I bought excellent pomegranate syrup and olives from Shorrk, tasty fishcakes from Spiny Lobster, bread and canelés from Faro and organic eggs from Stream Farm. Lots of good things are available from the other stalls.
Jacques M — Google review
Nothing better than a Saturday morning visit to the market for a coffee, fresh local produce, amazing artisan hummus and tasty sourdough bread and baked goods. I definitely suggest going early to avoid any kind of queue for the bread and baked good but the queue moves fast if you happen to get there later. Obsessed with the pain au chocolate. Oh and the vendor with the scotch bonnet hummus is amazing. I also really love getting my produce here - the farm is literally up the road and everything is so fresh.
Jaimmie R — Google review
It's so good to have the option to buy some organic/homemade produce occasionally, and this farmers market is great for that. I would personally recommend the hummus and flatbread by Moist, and also the cake stall. Other offerings are meat, fish, veg, pastries, bread, cheese, jams & spreads, bacon sandwiches and probably more! Open every Saturday morning.
Jim C — Google review
Lovely little market with friendly and vibrant atmosphere. You can get a lot of local produce here from vegetables, raw and processed specialty meats, cheeses, to breads, humous, cakes, jams/chutneys to flowers. There's also usually a coffee stand. Be aware the some of the photos shown in Google maps seems to be from St. Nicholas markets in town. This market is not a permanent fixture, but the sellers set up stalls every week.

High quality wines and beers make this independent shop well worth a visit. The staff are friendly and helpful, offering good recommendations. Never been left wanting with wine bought here. Great advice on wines and a fantastic range of wines and drinks. Excellent service over a good few years since my daughter, fortunately, went to live near the shop. None better.
Michael H — Google review
Came in on 30.11 before going for lunch in a restaurant nearby with the intention to come after and buy some wine. The gentleman behind the counter did not even lifted his eyes to greet us let alone to offer any assistance with the choice. After lunch I came back to buy a few bottles and the attitude was the same - no greeting, no basic customer interaction. When I had to pay I presented my card on the screen of the machine but the gent just tapped with his finger on the top as the reader was there. No bye, have a nice day, enjoy the wines. ( no other people in the shop ). Anyway, looking at previous reviews maybe its just me expecting some sort of service when walking in a place like that. The prices were good, the wines were good but because of this attitude I will not be back. There are other merchants around Bristol and the area where the staff will be happy to greet you with a smile, speak with you and offer help with the choice ( which for me means more than a bottle of wine to be a few pounds cheaper ).
Dean G — Google review
It is always good to witness someone who is really good at what they do. The advice that Grape and Grind gives has been first class. They take time to understand what you want, what you enjoy and want to pay. It is a beautiful shop and really looks after you as a customer. I am now getting a box of wine every three months and each choice is a real winner. I highly recommend this wine merchant and the advice they give. Not at all pretentious and a real pleasure to deal with.

Mon Pote is a charming store located in Bedminster, offering a wide range of homeware, jewelry, and stationery. The name translates to 'friend,' reflecting the founders' philosophy of creating a warm and welcoming space for the community. The shop features beautifully crafted European and locally made products including kitchenware, vases, storage baskets, candles, and plant pots.
Really interesting and unique housewares and gifts. Varied wares so you can visit and find something new each time. Very tasteful choices which often look more expensive than they are.

Gorgeous store, lovely selection of homeware and gorgeous smelling things! Easy to get my mum and birthday present here :) A little pricey, but for the location and the type of store this is, it's a little more luxury. Look forward to the Christmas bits!

One of my favourite shops in Bristol, beautiful items, plants and really friendly service. I recently ordered a few bits to be delivered for a friend's birthday present and the team did an amazing job. Wrapping the items beautifully and writing a lovely message in the card. I really appreciate this and so did my friend!

Vintage clothing store
Bristol's own Loot Vintage sells high-quality, vintage clothing from all over Europe. The store features stylish, one-of-a-kind pieces in good condition, with a focus on retro streetwear and reworked styles.
Visited today during a work trip to Bristol I can honestly say this was a unique experience. Tonnes of interesting vintage clothes to look through and pay by weight, which means you can get some real value for money. Every staff member was attentive and friendly, they explained how their system worked, and were available to answer any questions throughout my experience. 3 different staff members greeted/asked how I was without feeling pushy or overbearing, just comfortable and welcoming. No plastic bags provided, which I am very much on board with. Conscious about the environment, friendly, unique and so much fun. I was asked to sign up to the mailing list, which I accepted, and was asked to provide my preferred pronouns, which I thought was very sensitive and accommodating. I cant recommend this shopping experience more highly. An absolute must visit for anybody into vintage, recycled and reused clothing. Lovely people with a lovely mission! Next time I'm back in Bristol, I will 100% be returning. Thanks!

Simply one of the best vintage shops out there!! Absolutely love this place. The staff are so friendly. The clothing is so exciting you can find so many unique pieces at this store. If you are going to Bristol make sure you visit!
Ben A — Google review
Stopped in a week ago and bought a new shirt. The clothing all through the shop looked to be good quality, the window display was attention grabbing and really well put together, the music in the shop itself was audible without being overwhelming, and the whole place was well lit so you could see what everything looks like properly. The staff were also really easy to approach and talk to as well. I'd absolutely think about going back again in the future to get more!
Emily D — Google review
Absolutely brilliant place. I went for the first time a week ago and loved it. The range of vintage wear is incredible, I love that you're getting something completely unique. The staff were also really lovely, they explained how it all worked and even made suggestions when I was being my usual indecisive self! I'll 100% be back - thanks!

Recently this Loot store location has converted to weight vs per cost per item. This is fantastic as there can be some real deals, my partner got 10 dresses for £12! The fabric was amazing and it fits her great, the main store has moved to Park Street.

I tried to return an Item but Steve the MD is a totally unreasonable man. I was met with a stone wall. He managed to wriggle out of taking an item back by complaining that it wasn't in original condition when it clearly was. He just wanted to keep his sale and totally failed to make a long time customer happy or stick to his legal obligation. Not a nice experience at all.. Looking at the other reviews, there seems to be a trend here.. Furthermore, the store can't even open on time. They seem to make so much money from their over priced products that they don't care about service.
Kegan M — Google review
Avoid this store- Really disappointing experience. Ordered a pair of trainers from Cooshti , they arrived with a stain. I sent them back (at my own cost) and asked for a refund. Heard nothing back, so I chased it up and was told they’d processed it. That was over 20 days ago, still no refund, no email confirmation and nothing showing in my bank of such refund pending. They blame a “new system,” but there’s zero evidence of any refund being made and my calls to the manager were never returned. It’s a shame because I like to support independent stores. Looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not alone. Save yourself the hassle — shop elsewhere.
Rae — Google review
Terrible experience shopping with this outfit, used Royal Mail to dump their parcel on my doorstep during the day which subsequently went missing after being left in full view for the majority of my working day. Once I contacted Cooshti I had to wait for someone with authority to contact me which became frustrating and I contacted my card issuer as they were messing me around. Then they had the audacity to challenge my card issuers refund, which I can only think that they want to frustrate me obtaining my refund which is totally disgusting. Avoid this clown shop at all costs 🤡
Pelleus — Google review
Super slow to follow up, been trying to get my refund processed for weeks. Called their office and they said this would be done and then silence, zero follow ups.

On a quiet Saturday morning, I Bought a lovely bag that had an upper price point. Unfortunately the two people working had a laxadasical, unfriendly attitude, presenting rudely with zero manners and poor customer service. The young man behind the main desk till threw down my new bag, and when I said I hoped it wasn't scratched, he scoffed at me and didn't say sorry, flung the receipt at me and didn't say thank-you after I paid. Very disappointing when this shop has been here for years. I used to work in retail so I understand the challenges the public can bring you but I was polite from outset and expecting the very least courteous responses in return. What a shame.
Francesca H — Google review
Cool clothing and bloke at the till was pretty chill.

After buying from them many times (spending alot of money!) I contacted them when the stitching on a pair of sweatpants was undoing on both pockets. I requested a refund or exchange but they refused as I reported the issue on 21st March and had purchased in November. Going over the 12 week return time. I did comment that they were a Christmas present so hadn't been worn for long but they were not interested. They said I could return for repair or have a refund of £18 towards repair costs. I requested the refund and haven't heard from them since. They have previously only responded to my chaser emails. They have lost a customer but , unfortunately, I don't think they're bothered.

Tastefully laid out independent little shop with a great array of interesting quality products, including nods to Bristol here and there which is nice to see. I’ve made a couple of purchases now, both times served by the same lady who was friendly and interested in her customers so worth a couple of minutes of my time to review. If I say ‘Socks’ you know who you are! They also have a much larger and equally well presented shop in central Bristol which I’d also recommend visiting.

Brilliant shop with an amazing ethos! The owner is really lovely and we had a conversation about the arts and how undervalued they are. My experience at the bristol store today will always be treasured. I walked in looking to treat myself following a operation for a cochlear which has been very difficult. I was browsing the jewelry and the man behind the til, opened the glass cabinet for me and started to sign! Bsl. I am not fluent myself but it was a wonderful moment of someone genuinely making effort to interact with me to discuss the gorgeous items I was looking at. He gave me some lovely info- all with droplets of BSl and a genuinely lovely intention of sharing the products. I was so touched. I then thought wow lovely guy .. went to the back of the store where working away were two other colleagues.. they both spoke to me about things I was looking at and managed to find an item I requested that wasn't on shop floor! Honestly it was just the best experience all day. I felt appreciated as a customer and I shall treasure my purchases both in shop and online and will be a loyal customer now. Thank you for making my day of beeps brighter x

This is my favourite shop in Bristol - the staff are all so friendly and helpful! They constantly have great new stock which is reflected in how often they switch up the gorgeous window display. I’ve found some amazing dresses and jewellery and they also often have really interesting vintage furniture at great prices.

One of the best second hand shops I've seen in the last 40 years. What makes a shop like this great is the selection process. When you have a second hand shop people give you stuff constantly and most shops are too full, and most of the stuff is pretty average. Rhubarb selects its stuff like a curator would select items for an exhibition. Everything in the shop is a gem in some way and the staff make you feel welcome to browse for as long as you like. I went there to get some Xmas presents and it was the ideal place to get everything I needed. So much better than a gift shop or any other type of shop I could imagine for getting gifts. Worth a detour. In fact, if you're getting the bus from Bristol Airport you can get off at the first stop and get here in a jiffy (just ask the driver for "North Street").

Tea house
Nestled in the heart of Bristol, Cox & Baloney is a charming vintage-style tea room that offers a delightful blend of lunches, afternoon teas, and evening cocktails. The creative minds behind this unique spot, Amy Cox and Joney McNamara, have transitioned from sourcing props for television shows to curating an eclectic collection of vintage clothing and homewares. Their offerings include bespoke items like 1940s dress patterns crafted from modern fabrics and exquisite bone china designed with original lithographs.
Such a lovely place for afternoon tea and staff are so friendly, even in stressful situations! It was super busy because a big group came in unannounced - and because we had to wait for our food they offered us free cake in the meantime. Excellent service, excellent food, excellent location :)

Lovely selection of teas, sandwiches and cakes. Cater to vegetarian/vegans and GF. Great afternoon treat!
Georgie R — Google review
This was my second visit but I was so disappointed. First visit was fabulous but after this visit I won't be visiting again. I was with my family in a party of five. Three of us ordered Lilly's afternoon tea. When it arrived we assumed it was for two of us but we're told it was between three of us. Although there were 5 triangles of sandwiches each, the fillings were sparce, not very exciting and very predictable, two being cheese, one ham, one egg and one tuna. There was one scone each which was very cake-like with plenty of jam and cream. The biggest disappointment for all of us were the cakes on the top layer. Last time we came we had delicious whole slices of cakes and some whole tarts. This time it was very small bite size pieces of cake and a small square tray bake and only three each. For the price we paid we felt let down. I did recommend Cox and Baloney to a friend before my visit but now i will not be recommending especially when there are so many other venues for afternoon tea which offer better value for money. The vintage shop next door has also now gone. What a shame. Reading the other reviews, I am not alone in my disappointment with the cakes. Come on Cox and Baloney, you can do better than this.
Susan F — Google review
I love going to Cox and Baloney's and today I took my children for afternoon tea. We felt quite spoilt with the level of attentiveness, it's not easy to please an eight year old boy and two seventeen year old young ladies when it comes to a place to eat! There was a great selection of drinks, sandwiches and cakes which were beautifully presented. My daughters are very impressed with the decor, as am I. When we left all three of my children asked when we are going back! Five stars from the Woods family!
E W — Google review
This is a posh yet welcoming and stunningly beautiful tearoom. It posesseses a quaint and kitsch atmosphere with effectively selected music. The staff are over the top with their friendliness, but this is not necessarily a bad thing; the teaware is cute and so far on my visits I've enjoyed delicious olives, a lovely selection of bread, a tasty toastie and crisps. They're always extremely busy so a booking is recommended if you want anything more than tea on the weekend. Cox impress with their individualised table service - I was even invited to smell the teas before ordering so I could be doubly sure about my choice. There are plenty of waiting and kitchen staff (the kitchen is open by the way), and they do well to cope with the stressfully large amount of customers. There is also a private party room downstairs which seems quite popular, and some outdoor seating. Prices are slightly above the average but not pretentiously extravagant. I would recommend this establishment.
Stefan K — Google review
The venue is lovely and a novelty for sure. The service however is much to be desired. I've visited twice, once with my Mum and once with friends. When I went with my Mum there was about 3 other people in the entire cafe and we waited for around 40mins for the high tea to arrive... we were pleased when it did and the food was lovely. When we asked for the bill we ended up going to the till as it seemed to completely slipped through the net and we were on a bit of a schedule. When I visited with friends we waited about 30 mins for our drinks to arrive and then we ordered food. This was a 40-50 minute wait, we asked to share 1 mezze plate and then 2 arrived and it had 2-3 items missing from what was advertised on the menu so we had to send it back. Following this we asked for cream teas and this took another 20-30minutes. When the bill arrived we were charged for 2 mezze plates due to a mis-communication between staff and there was a slight confusion on what had happened so that was another 10 minutes delay. To round it off one of the cards was charged £10 more than what was the equal split on the bill, which was specified to the waitress (though she was very apologetic and it was clearly a human error). The novelty of the venue and the quirky cocktails in a teapot is the best thing about this place. The food also is very good, but the service is its biggest let down.... if you have time to kill (i.e an entire afternoon) I would highly recommend but if having a 'express lunch' would avoid.
Sabrina S — Google review
I don't normally do reviews but felt compelled to on this occasion because of the very slow service. Cox and Baloney have a lovely set up on Cheltenham Road, I like the quirky interior and the idea of tea and cake served in an old fashioned way. Lots of choices of tea, "Lady's garden" made me chuckle and lots of cakes to choose from. We were a large party of 12 and most of us had pre-ordered over the phone so we thought things would run smoothly and that our orders might have been prepared in advance. However our orders came out in dribs and drabs very slowly. My cheese plater eventually arrived a long time after my pot of tea, this was 3 reasonable sized chunks of cheese, salad and chutney but no crackers. I checked the menu to find that the platter would eventually be accompanied by toast, this is different to the website that mentioned crackers!! Crackers would have been better and easier to prepare and serve, perhaps a time saving tip for the manager. Never had a cheese plater with toast before or had to wait so long I also noticed toast going to other tables who had arrived after us. Another person on our table asked for a cream tea, after a long wait came the tea, then after a long wait came the scone, then after a long wait came the cream then after a long wait came the jam. Exasperating!! The waiter and waitress were nice enough but they had too much to do and were disorganised. One of my friends sorted out the bill so I am not sure if the scone and tea that I was not charged for were on the house as a way of apology or just disorganisation again and I hope we didn't pay the service charge. So in summary the service was so poor and the wait was so long that I will not be going back. There are plenty more coffee shops to try, might try a brewery or a brothel to see if they are more organised:)

Lovely store but quite underwhelmed with my last purchase. I bought a lemon grass room spray for £12 but its basically useless as the smell dissolves after the initial sprays that would linger for ab 10 seconds max. Enquired whether a plant came with a pot and was met with a very obnoxious, sarcastic comment that was uncalled for and unnecessary. If a customer makes an enquiry a simple yes or no answer would suffice. Due to this terrible experience I will not be buying anything from this store.
