Everything you need is here! The Sovereign is a nicely designed shopping centre with a clean, tidy atmosphere and a pleasant interior. Good selection of shops and a comfortable place to take a walk or do some quick shopping in the heart of Weston-super-Mare.

Only really went into the centre to use the toilet, but the shopping centre looked ok, unlike the rest of WSM, which looked tired and shut down. I couldn't believe it,when asked to pay £14.00, to park on the beach. We ate at Tiffany's at the end of the pier, Thetford and service was appalling

Parked here as it was central for other places we wanted to visit. Small selection of shops o the centre - depends what you want really. Good value parking. Decent sized spaces. Stairs or lifts to all floors.

Used the parking, not a dog friendly place as you can't take a dog through the Mall, you have to walk out all the way through the car park whuce is a total pain especialy if you've had to park on level 3 or 4 and you have a disability as dogs are t allowed in the lift and stairs. NOT PET Friendly.

Usually go here for the car park, which is convenient for the sea front, the centre and the town centre. As a shopping centre it's OK with some useful shops.

Hi there, I went to enjoy the day in the pier with my family of four couldn’t wait for the day ahead, then we used the car park and then travelled down the glass elevators and eventually got down while holding our nose as of a rather sewage smell too it. Then as we rushed to the pier we had a great time and even got a lovely mr whippy 99 ,bit like my body count, hahah. Well as we went back after a cracking day out my son billy. Or as his friends call him big bill needed the loo. When he entered he came running out smeared in brown stains. Then I decided to enter the loo and I was met with the same sewage smell as the elevator and then I went in the cubicle distinct with the stench. And then a hand appeared out of the bog and hurled a humongous log at me which splatted my face and big bill even mistakenly thought it was a chocolate log and began munching as always.

I loved every minute of this venue and the show we saw last night (Bristol Ensemble: Mozart). It's very cosy, great staff, and it feels like an olde world theatre - will definitely be going again. It was spotlessly clean, a lovely little bar, no alcohol-free beer, but that's ok! Would 100% recommend.

Lovely little theatre. Comfortable seating with good leg room. Easy access to from row for people with walking difficulties. Seating is close to the stage so you really feel a part of the performance. Friendly staff and nice bar area.

Fantastic venue for all types of entertainment. A great view of the stage wherever you sit, there are no bad seats. A good bar for the interval as well. Pay and display carpark is next door, which is safe and wel illuminated at night

Absolutely fantastic and beautiful range of shops my mom loved the cafe in there people very friendly and helpful it was like going back to old days were people had respect and good old school manors everything clean and spotless keep up the good work 👏 🙌

A fabulous quirky indoor Market with lovely small stalls. Reminds me of something we use to have in my home town back in the 80's. We actually visited the cafe Witcher's Cauldon, within the Market for their £2 breakfast and for £2, which included coffee/tea it was rather good! Friendly and helpful service.

The market place has reasonable choice shows of clothes and shoes. There's a great dried fruits , nuts, grains stall , similar to Holland and Barrett only cheaper! We visited the cafe, which also welcomes dogs.. serves great coffees, comfy seats and sea views.

Can find anything in there and a lot of records and CDs to look through, found Ghostbusters soundtrack album a while ago 😸👍

Good market have lots of little bits and pieces in love the front window with the train and Harry Potter Sad thing cafe closed no longer there? Possible under new management? Hope the old people who had cafe ok

First visit to the Playhouse. 10/10 - comfortable seats, very informal, great sound and lighting. Loved Emilio ❤️ Can’t wait to return and wish all theatres were like this.

Nice little venue, with very polite and pleasant staff. It was nice to not being told off for taking the odd photo. I did think the bag searches were funny, looking for alcohol.

Been there few times and each times the experience has been exceptional . One of the cleanest and well organised venues . Box office personnel very polite and helpful . The welcome personnel at the entrance very professional and friendly to assist you with any issues if there's any . Thank you Weston's Playhouse .

We watched Sing The Musicals, well in fact we sang our hearts out. A lovely little theatre.

First time attending a performance at this theatre. Spotlessly clean. …. in the auditorium and the toilets. Helpful staff who were polite and extremely respectful. Please be aware mandatory bag searches are in place at point of entry. Bar on upper level and a smaller refreshment sales on the ground floor.disability access throughout..escorted lift to access the upper floor. Disabled toilets available. The seats were unexpectedly comfortable in the auditorium!!! To be honest we attended during one of the recent heatwaves and it was indeed extremely hot in the stalls where we were seated - air con may have been in place, however, had little impact on the heat (the heat was unprecedented so perhaps it couldn’t cope!) refreshments varied and reasonably priced. Parking was a little challenging.

This is a very good facility in the Town. It is of a suitable size and bring in a tourist town has a very good variety of shows both in the peak season and throughout the rest of the year. The theatre is accessible to wheelchairs with a lift the appropriate floor and a limited amount of wheelchair spaces. What is strange is the fact the theatre offers a disabled discount on the allocated enabled spaces only. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Been a few times in the past 2 weeks since moving house and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Woman at the checkout went out of her way to help us get money off our purchases since they had significant deals on the day we were there. The man at the cutting station had no issues with all are in precise cutting requests and was happy to help. Overall nicest B&Q staff I have experienced in a B&Q and I’ve been to quite a few.

Plants not watered, most stock looking dead. Tills/payments forget it, self service tills and one proper working till leaving people queuing down the aisles, very disappointing particularly on a Bank Holiday. Clearly huge investments in self service, card only systems that are customer-unfriendly and the queue at the one till says it all especially when it ‘closed’ leaving the queue of waiting customers floundering, we decided not to bother and left.

I bought three 10 litre tubs of weathershield paint online with a 3 for 2 deal. I paid and got an email with a delivery date, then 4 days before the delivery date they emailed to say they’d cancelled the order and would give me a refund. No reason given though I’m guessing they’d run out. And of course the 3 for 2 deal had by then expired. Really annoyed with them. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Me and my girlfriend Beccy were in the Weston store on 27 may 25 about 5 o'clock walking around my girlfriend became lightheaded and needed to sit on the floor then began to be unwell in a bucket Ashton a store assistant asked if he could do anything he and got a bottle of water for Beccy and he called one of his work colleagues over her name was Sadie how stayed with us chatting for a bout 50 minutes Sadie got a wheelchair and we got to the car I would like to give big thank you to Ashton and Sadie 👍👍👍

My partner bought A Colours Aspis light from this store. The box was damaged and she was concerned so spoke to a member of staff who said that it had been 'checked' and resealed. It certainly wasn't checked properly. The two small screws to secure the lamp to the ceiling bracket were missing. BUT this was nothing compared to what had been done to the wiring. Whoever previously bought it clearly had no idea what they were doing and had disconnected most of the wires from the connector block and twisted them all together mixing neutrals and lives together. This item was therefore sold in an extremely dangerous state and certainly hadn't been checked by anyone with even a modicum of competence! So not only were we sold something that was in a dangerous state, but we now have to go all the way back to Weston-super-mare a round trip of 40 miles. Not happy! 🤬

Big store. Prices quite competitive. Went in for 2 bedside lamps. Lots of lamp bases but hardly any choice of lampshades to go with bases. Display a bit dusty and dated.

Large shopping estate with Sainsbury's, Aldi, Poundland, Home Bargains and Iceland to name the big brands. Plenty of parking and a good regular bus service.

Good shopping area with plenty of parking. Can get very busy at peak times. It's quite clean, bearing in mind there is a mcdonalds on site.

Good place to get shoppin from I find Aldi is the best supermarket to shop for food... stops me from over spendin too..

Don't get to go too this aldi much only when up that part of town . But just the same as every other Aldi except the parking is better.

Free parking for 2 hours. Public toilets in supermarket and pub. Disabled access throughout. All within walking distance of other shopping outlets, McDonald's, garages etc, bus stop and Worle train station.

Located in the Worle area of Weston super Mare and within easy walking distance of Worle Railway Station. There's also a bus station next to the centre. The centre is home to the following retail chains: Aldi, Home Bargains, The Food Warehouse, Poundland, and McDonald's. The centre is always kept clean and is very modern in appearance. There's plenty of parking spaces.

customer service was shocking we waited and waited for a member of staff to assist us, but they were too busy chat chatting to each other. We left the store without purchasing the goods we wanted to the value of £80. I spoke to the staff downstairs and explained that they had just missed the sale but really they weren’t bothered just laughed and said will come down and see us next time. needless to say, we won’t be shopping there again

Went shopping here on a recent holiday to Weston and fell in love with the store. A great range of goods at good prices and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I have recommended it to all my friends! Bought my husband a lovely T-shirt in a good quality material. Fabulous shop!! Please don’t change it.

I attended the shop with morning for a bra fitting, I was supported by lady called Tina, she helped me feel relaxed, Tina has an excellent understanding of bra fitting and spends the time exploring different options and styles.

Free, no ticket parking, Costa, Domino's and KFC but other than that there isn't much else besides gym, bingo, petshop and furniture. There is more across the double carriageway, I suppose but this place is pretty out of the way and I can't think of many reasons why I would go here. The landlord doesn't bother with security cameras (maybe entirely) so bicycles are stolen from the bike stand every single week and NOTHING is ever done about it. I guess the landlord doesn't care about customers, people or their property.

Went to Currys, cannot remember what other shops are here. The other ones I use go to closed.

We're in early stages of getting a kitchen, our space needs lots of prep work and waiting for our energy suppliers to move our meters. We visited today with my partner, loved the look of the kitchens and the vibe of the place. Spoke with a gentleman and asked for some advice, as a result we've ruled out wren, magnet, IKEA and everyone else. Will definitely be buying a kitchen from better kitchens in the near future and cannot wait.

Kitchen itself good quality and easy to put together Down side only one set of holes for shelf inside base unit so shelf not adjustable But delivery was not good Was told the day it was to come But never got a 4 hour window slot Then kitchen arrived but no plinth and top bar These come from either another carrier or direct from manufacture . Was never told this Plinth turned up two hours later Top bar never arrived Eventually got it following week 4 days later Also it’s not very eco friendly in this day and age They need their own transport to transport it all in one go like wren etc and would cut costs and be more eco

This was the first time we had bought a kitchen. We had absolutely no idea what we needed or how to lay everything out, but the design team here were so helpful in explaining to us all the options and layouts we could have. The 3D renders showing us what our kitchen could look like were so helpful when making our choices. The order process was very simple and the team helped us every step of the way. They explained timelines, delivery process and were even able to help explain some of the fitting stuff to our guys on site putting it all together. We had a couple of pieces that were damaged on delivery and replacements were immediately ordered. We even had a piece missing (that we only realised as the last pieces of the kitchen were being put together) and the team were super quick to rectify this, and did it with ease. I felt very looked after every step of the way and we are super happy with our new kitchen! I would highly recommend Better Kitchens to anyone looking for a quality built kitchen and impeccable customer service along the way.

Bought a kitchen from Better Kitchens early in 2024. Great choice of units and colours. Easy to order on the website and value for money was great. We had originally ordered from another well known kitchen brand but after a visit to the showroom in Weston and viewing quality we cancelled with other company and went to Better. Clear indications on delivery dates and polite drivers when delivered. Kitchen now been in over six months and not a single issue with the units supplied. Thank you Better Kitchens.

Having just built a house we needed a kitchen to go in it, plus utility. Better Kitchens really did save us thousands of pounds off the price of the Wickes and Howden quotes. Julian helped us right from the start with the plans and went through meticulously every item in our basket, which was fantastic. We could choose the delivery date that suited us, delivery driver was very helpful and we could not fault the service or products from this company. 2 slightly damaged items upon delivery that were replaced immediately, with no quibbles. The quality of the items we ordered was extremley good, and we're very very happy with everything. I have hired a scooter quite a few times when been staying in weston. Amazing service so helpful and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very good, very helpful. Problem is parking, due to shop right beside pedestrian crossing. Only place to park is in a paying car parking vicinity, which Dalesway Mobility is partly part of the Car park although outside on the main road.

I just want to say this last week has been a bit of a nightmare as I bought a Scooter from another local shop near me, to be basically lied to and ripped off, (I won't name the company) anyways I took the scooter back and was in touch with this company, a massive thanks to Lewis as he gave me alot of advice and support! I went in today and bought a scooter and he done all he can to make this scooter mine, my budget I had (and the money i had from the scooter i bought from the other company) he excepted due to the previous circumstances, honestly can't thank him enough for what he's done for me, my advice to anyone who will read this review is if you have any problems or looking to purchase scooters this is your guy! Great design, great service and competitive pricing made for a stress free transformation of our main bathroom and ensuite. Apart from being offered a design that we would never have come up with ourselves, we received honest advice and were given realistic expectations which was very much appreciated. On the odd occasion when there was slow delivery from a supplier, Bootwater bent over backwards to get product to us to avoid delays in installation. We travelled from near Bath so a bit of a trek.. earlier this week..15/10/2019 to visit boot water bathrooms.. There was no time to walk around the small dark lit shop before the owner had asked what we were looking for.. I would of loved to have a feel for the place and what products were on offer before we felt that we had intruded on the guys premises and stopped him in his tracks. I didn’t feel at ease amongst the clutter and it was nice to breath fresh air once we had left..

Even though we had purchased our bathroom suite six years ago, help and advice was provided to resolve a minor issue with a flush mechanism. This saved us time and money. Wholeheartedly recommend Bootwater bathrooms for service and expertise.

Bootwater produced a free design proposal for our en-suite project, including various views of how the room could look finished. This was very helpful in enabling us to visualise how the existing space could be better utilised. Bootwater has a good selection of products at competitive prices, and we were very pleased with the products purchased and the excellent service.

Bootwater bathrooms fitted my new bathroom last year. Unfortunately my bathroom was fitted with a shower tray that dries out in just two days when the shower is not in use. Which creates an awful smell that fills my whole flat. The manufacturers were quite open about this. When I informed Bootwater bathrooms they refused to help, or fit a different shower tray. They said that they had fitted similar ones for their friends and family and they didn't seem to have a problem. But you can ask the plumber who kept coming round to try and investigate the smell - it is evident there is a problem. Now seeking legal advice as I didn't intend to spend 7k on a smelly bathroom......

Bought a ring doorbell and chime at this store last Monday, 24th Feb. We were helped in our choice by Jonathan, who we found to be very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He is the reason we went ahead with the purchase from Currys. 5 stars to him! The reason the overall rating is 4 stars is because during our conversation an extremely rude colleague of Jonathan (perhaps his supervisor) came over and basically hastened him to finish with us as there were others waiting. I think maybe this chap should do a course on customer relations.

Staffs were not really interested to help Approached one staff initially who said he is busy but still was kind enough to direct us towards the session we were looking for. Another 10-12min, nobody even bothered. There was only 5 customers including two of us. We went downstairs again to ask help and a chap came to help who has no idea abt the things , still he tried his best. Hope his name is Erin or Ersin not sure. Disappointment at peak. We had to come back without buying anything

I like Currys but sometimes the stuff ruins it for me. Just been served by one employee who I think wasn't very happy to be at work. I understand we all have better and worse days but at work you should always be professional as you are representing a brand. At the end I gave the guy another chance to redeem himself by saying "have a good day" to what I received silence :) Only because of that I write this review. Dear Currys please have a toolbox talk with your staff about professionalism and some good manners!

Avonia and her in-store team are amazing and go beyond their normal duties to sort out issues. We had a delivery, recycle and installation booked and the delivery team refused installation and recycling, leaving the large item in our doorway. Online and over-the-phone customer service couldn't sort it out. We went in store as a last result and the team has rectified it within 20min. What a great example of excellent customer service 👏! We are a long time Currys customer and that was our first ever issue. Well done Weston Store, please recommend Avonia and her team for Employee Awards!

Impossible to contact this company, they just push you around and around then back to square one having achieved absolutely nothing! There is no such thing as customer services any more .Angry,frustrated and stillmnone the wiser 45 mind later! !

This store is usually good for reasonable priced ladies clothes. However, my recent visit was a little disappointing. There was not as much selection available as usual, although prices were still reasonable. The staff in this store are very helpful, welcoming and efficient service.

Clothing range is more spaced out to allow for shopping in current climate, and this makes the shop layout look much nicer. It is also easier to the clothes on display. The changing room is closed but no problem to return clothing. The person who served me was very helpful too.

The staff were lovely and friendly. I would have given 5 stars if most of the clothes wasn't made in acrylic and polyester.

A good shop for reasonable priced fashionable clothes for every shape and size. Staff are very accommodating. There are many good savings to be had. Especially if you join their loyalty club.

I was charged 60pence more than the ticket price. When I told the cashier she was quick to change it. But I would be very wary in the future.

Unfortunately our puppy is allergic to chicken, so today we returned the food we bought and the store took it back without any problems. We loved this smaller store. It's the first store we have found with shelves so high off the floor, it's great for those who like to check for dropped biscuits underneath and boy were we in luck today. Having helped clean up we ommitted the cheaper little treats at the till, but hey they give us funny tummies anyway. The parking spaces by the hedge were plenty big enough for a small campervan too.

I’d like to personally thank the lady behind the till for her kindness, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name as I couldn’t see through my tears but her actions were greatly appreciated . Recently I had to give my two rabbits up for re-homing, the process was straight forward and easy. And I couldn’t recommend the staff highly enough.

Had to have my baby put down today worst day ever. Told he had cancer and was no treatment as was too far peogressed. Pics are of the day just before. Will always be loved an never forgotten Daddys boy forever. Staff need to check their flea and worm treatments boxes. I purchased a box of 6 flea tablets last Saturday for around £10 from BEHIND the counter (following my INDOOR pedigree cats picking up fleas from their day visit for surgery). used two on the day for two cats, went to use two more today (fleas have 7 day cycle) and only 1 left. The blister pack had 6 air pockets but only 3 had tablets the other 3 were empty.

Shop for all your pet needs. Vet in store. The noise inside from all the live crickets , locusts etc sounds like a tropical rainforest.

Lots of offers in the shop, was not impressed with checkout system though. Several unused self-service tills and only 1 young lad on the manned checkout. As the majority of us were using gift cards or returning goods the queue was quite long and people were wishing they hadn't bothered. Pretty poor in the build up to Christmas! Surely there should be more choices for paying in-store, not everyone wants to buy online or use automated tills!

Easy to park, great place to shop, friendly staff, helpful manager and open evenings. My only criticism, could do with more attended tills or I would suggest a discount when serving ones self.

I'm have to say a truly awful visit! I dont usually complain as i work in a customer based job and realise that some days are challenging.Generally staff are pleasant but my last visit was a horrible experience!! When I got to the check out the person called Gill was too busy talking to serve me and eventually when she did she was very abrupt and rude. I know that we all have bad days but honestly when I pointed out that she was being rude all she done was argue with me!!! What a thoroughly horrible person! Needless to say I won't be recommending your store ever!!! I would've given no stars if I could

Matalan is great value, good choice.

Visited for the first time in ages. Clothes were very bland and not much choice, loads of the same style in different colours and materials. So out of luck of you don't like the style. I bought some bras but they will be returned as the material is of low quality and will not hold shape. Staff are pretty much non existing and the ones that are there will avoid your eye contact and pretend your not there. Self service tills that are slow, staff reluctant to get on a till. Not as it used to be, reluctant to recommend or return.

A good stock of clothes. From one side of the store, it isn't obvious it's open. A couple of the big windows are blanked, and rhere is no entrance. The entrance is on the same side as its car park.

Was in there this morning and bought some valentines gifts for the wife. A young lady working there by the name of Olivia suggested wrapping them in tissue which was very much appreciated 🙂

Incredibly friendly staff. They were really helpful since I can't currently walk, and my mom has her thumb in a cast. Really nice experience.

My partner bought trousers, next day he wanted to exchange them as they were too big when he tried them on. He took them back to store but the lady said he couldn't exchange them, because they were aSlready worn. She was also rude to him. It's sad as it was our favourite shop. If the trousers were worn, the store has a refund policy to follow, however was easier to say, he didn't have to come back to the shop again : "That's fine" this person said to him.

Just been to Next in Weston super mare and bought some Jeans, a brown t-shirt, sunglasses and some socks. I was helped by a lady called “Agy” (per what looked like her name badge). Her customer support was perfect. She was approachable and very friendly. She was understanding with the amount of items I tried on and expressed gratitude when I hung the items I didn’t want on a rack in what I tried, was a manor that made it easy for the staff to sort out. She was kind and supportive and helped me to find the item’s I needed making useful suggestions which resulted in me leaving with a top That fit me better. couldn’t ask for a better customer service to be perfectly honest. Something I thought would be abit of a mundane thing I needed to do (buy an outfit) ended up being a lovely part of my day. Thank you Agy, you made that experience lovey today and I hope this review finds you.

Called in to collect a suit ordered in the larger Bristol store, pleasantly surprised at the range stocked at this local store. Next day delivery as promised but unfortunately the wrong items delivered, local staff were able to sort things out for us promptly as we were due to leave for a holiday, very good helpful service

I went into the Trussle trust on Churchfields today, I pulled in next to a man who was unloading his car, we were having a little joke and then he offered me an oak chest of draws he was unloading, I only have a tiny car so said no, he then offered me a loyde loom chair so I said oh yes that would be lovely. The woman in the shop then came rushing out and I went into the shop as I felt the man may be a little bit embarrassed that he had given me the chair, anyway I then heard him telling the shop assistant that I was having the chair as long as I gave a small donation, my daughter also heard this exchange. So I went to get my chair and the shop assistant did look really guilty but she said she knew nothing about it! The chair also had hold written on it which seemed odd? I just didn’t like her deceitful behaviour. She can keep my chair, it cost me an old chair to realise what a dishonest woman she really is. Also we are in a cost of living crisis and there was a wicker washing basket for sale in there for 35.00!!! What’s that all about.

I have buy lots of furniture for my house in this charity shop. Very fair prices and friendly people.
