Had a great breakfast here this morning. We decided to go after hearing good things off friends . Fortunately they were right. Staff were really friendly. Nice decor. Food was very good, and seemed pretty good value. £8 which includes coffee and orange juice, and veggie breakfast included halloumi, which was a nice touch. Lunch menu looks good too. Will be coming back.

Popped in here based on the reviews and was not disappointed- had tapas so we got to try a few things and everything was spot on. The dessert and cocktails were awesome too and the staff really nice and friendly- will definitely be going back!

I found Scottys through Google when looking for a seafood restaurant for our 3 day break in Weston. We were lucky enough to meet the owners who were sampling new menu dishes. This place is absolutely amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The cocktails were amazing and the food was out of this world. I have eaten in every Michelin starred restaurant in Birmingham and I love scallops and Scottys scallops in garlic butter were some of the best I have eaten. I would put them 2nd place but a very close first place, only just pipped lol. Honestly, you need to check this place out. Front of house guy(sorry, cant remember your name) went out of his way to make us feel welcome and even adapted one of the excellent cocktails to my liking. The owners are lovely, lovely people who have a fantastic team. We will definitely be back if ever in Weston again. We are now off to try breakfast in their other establishment, Scottys Kitchen.

This is a little gem of a place for anyone who wants fish or seafood. A creative and exciting menu. Fresh, beautifully cooked and presented food served by a very happy and friendly server. Artisan bread, oils and olives plus nibbles are served free while you wait for your food. A well stocked bar, a reasonable wine list and cocktails are available. Our main of Sunshine Monkfish served on a bed of mango based salsa with chips and salad was wonderful. We had a very nice Pinot Grigio with it.

Possibly the best breakfast I've ever had. 2 bacon 2 eggs 2 hash browns 2 gluten free sausages gluten free fried bread beans and tomatoes for £10:20 with a coffee. Amazing! Staff are lovely, and there's always somewhere to park. Can't go wrong there can you? Dinner menu to be explored at later dates I hope. I'll definitely be back soon for sure.

As a tradesman of 20 years I’ve eaten a few fried breakfasts in my time. Copper kettle is easily a front runner for the Top slot. Bacon thick and salty not the cheap stuff, the quality of the sausage was excellent not the normal bangers, hash browns were crispy and golden. Very clean and very friendly. Breakfast included tea which some charge extra for. Over all a fantastic breakfast for a reasonable price. I will be back for sure and I know a few trades who’ll be coming next time lol

The Copper Kettle. This place has been here for decades and is probably one of the oldest cafes in the town. I visited on a Monday morning, and as expected, it was very busy and full of life. There wasn't any wait at all and our order was taken almost immediately and we were seated in seconds. All the staff were smiling and chatting away and it felt like you were very welcome. We spent less than £10 each and were served with a Medium Breakfast. The plate was full and the food was cooked to perfection, and all still piping hot when it got to the table. The taste was just lovely. I've eaten in quite a few cafes now and this is definitely my new favorite place to eat. All in all, a very pleasant experience. We even had time to remember old days and previous visits through the years. A special thank you to Liannes Mum for running such a great cafe. If you're in Weston-super-Mare and fancy some great food, come and have a seat in the legendary Copper Kettle Cafe. Been there again recently and I'm happy to report that the food and service here are brilliant. The staff are always friendly and diligent, and the food is always great. 10 out of 10 as always.

A huge thank you to all the staff working today (26/11/23.) They were friendly, helpful and super kind. When we walked in they were singing Happy Birthday to the only other occupied table. I smiled to myself because I thought it was funny - it was my birthday too! Well, my 4 year old told them that while I was ordering our breakfasts. We're not from Weston, we've never been to this cafe before or met any of the staff before, so it honestly made me very emotional that when they bought our meals out they also bought me out a cupcake with a candle and sang Happy Birthday to me too. It was 9:30am and the only person I'd heard from was my mum...and my extended family are honestly awful at remembering to wish me a Happy Birthday, so the staffs kindness meant more to me than they even realised. I originally came for the gluten free breakfast but I'd come again purely for the staff. Thank you so much - you made my day so much brighter with your gesture.

Saw a review and made my first visit at the weekend. It won’t be my last. A superbly cooked all-day breakfast made with what were clearly premium ingredients. Well done all Lovely staff too, especially the server who wouldn’t call our order #13 😂

Confess that I haven't been here for years. Went early for breakfast today. Greeted by a clean and tidy cafe with a happy couple,they were busy in the open kitchen hand making pies. Had a medium breakfast...plenty of food on the plate. Great price too. Wont leave it so long next time

All food freshly made including the Gateaux. Prime location and very friendly owner , nothing was too much trouble. Seating and tables outside. Food and drink brought out to you. A small menu but enough choices to please most people.

I popped into this cafe for the first time today. Situated near 'The Carrot' (for any locals) or near Miss Millies for anyone else, this clean, small cafe was a pleasant surprise. I wanted a latte to take out, so not a big spender by any stretch, but I received a lovely welcome from the team. There is a good amount of covered outdoor seating as well as a limited amount inside. On ordering, I was told the drink would be brought to me if I wanted to wait outside. This obviously keeps the cafe uncrowded for takeout orders as well as allowing customers to wait in the fresh air and people watch! When the drink was brought it had latte written on the lid - reassuring and useful if you have multiple drinks I guess as well as a thank-you ! The cup was a good size and though the latte was very hot, the heat did not seep through the cup as many do. The flavour was good and I was impressed. Amelia, who brought me out my drink, was very friendly, chatty and a real asset to the cafe. The food offerings looked good too with options for vegans, vegetarians and the like, as well as a great looking tapas menu. I hope that this cafe does well and is supported by the locals, and utilised by the visiting tourists. It was lovely to see a small business in the town, 8 months in, building itsl customer base.

I came here yesterday to have a bottomless brunch with some friends. The team were so lovely especially when one of my friends were running behind. They kept us topped up whilst we waited for her to arrive. Gary, Amelia and Belle were all fab, as well as the gent behind the bar showing us what some of the ingredients were on some of the cocktails! They were brilliant with gluten free options, and we did not go without a drink all afternoon! The food was lovely and freshly made! Cannot fault the business and the staff at all. We rated you so highly after, to friends and family. Honestly will be back again! Fab group of people working together. Thank you for a lovely birthday afternoon, and thank you for the birthday banner with balloons in our little seated area! I also recommend to anyone who is thinking of going, to try the Cherry Bakewell cocktail - bloody lovely! Thank you again guys x

Tried this new cafe with friends. It’s not cheap, but food we tried was very tasty with good ingredients. 👌🏻 Great spot for watching town life to pass by. Friendly staff, place is clean.

We were in Weston for our last full day on holiday. After camping for a week and having a lot of BBQ food and roughing it me and my partner wanted something different to eat and we stumbled on Pure Cafe. The man (I assume owner or manager) came out and took our drinks order. He was very pleasant, clean clothes and nice to talk to. We needed a bit more time to scan the menu 2hich was no issue. I don't like to be pressured by staff and I got none here The food was cooked to order and was lovely. The salmon was delicious, the bacon on the eggs Benedict was thick and delicious (my partners words) and my breakfast burrito was spot on. If we go back to Weston we will seek this cafe out to try their tapas menu. I wish you guys all the best.

This place is situated on an industrial estate and is the only cafe close by. With your average breakfast menu on show the food is plentiful and the quality is actually quite good. There aren't many vegetarian options but there are some and dietary requests can be dealt with of request The owner is clearly motivated and enjoys his motorcycling as numerous items of memorabilia are situated absolutely everywhere. The atmosphere here is welcoming I wouldn't say cozy but it is definitely comfortable. The staff here are also very friendly always happy and serve your breakfast in a flash top marks.

The food is beautifully prepared and never undersized. Unbelievably good prices for the amount you get. I struggled with the jumbo breakfast.

Took the family on a saturday morning, was served by a very miserable woman and the place was packed so a very long waitfor food (near 3/4 hr) so not ideal with little ones. When the food finally came (all on toast), the beans were bland, the bacon was overly salty and the scrambled egg - well, they definitely werent ‘eggs’ but more like ‘powder’. Guess people go here just for the price as there is no other reason and we found it all inedible! Giving it two stars as the you g lad did clean the tables well. Such a shame!

Best value fry up in Weston. Would blow the competition out of the water if there was a butchers sausage option for an extra few quid.

Premier Inn chef didn't turn up, so we went here. Great breakfast. Lots of it for a very reasonable price. Very tasty too. Highly recommend it.

25/07/25 : Today's visit was a bit busy, so some waiting to be served was going to happen & it did. We were served & enjoyed our meal & followed it up with some dessert. The place has had a turn over if staff & the main man running around taking orders & serving is finishing up at the end of next week, so a guess there maybe the odd delay here & there at our next visit. The food today was most enjoyable. 11/07/25 : We had a better visit & dining experience today, it was a bit lacking in customers today, so we were seated & fed pretty quickly. Our Gluten Free requirements were catered for, the food was of better quality & the New dessert, a rhubarb & custard sunday was very tasty & very sweet. 20/06/25 : We have received good to poor/delayed service on many occasions, with today's being on the better side. It can be a bit hit & miss on the food quality, plus sometimes even what you ordered getting mixed up, but today's order was correct, if a little over cooked, crispy & mixed in flavours, so a dessert was needed to help push the main course down. We finished our drink & left, maybe we will give it a bit of a rest with this establishment for a while. Its a shame as when it's good it really is, but today Not so much!

We booked a table for 19:15 but arrived about half an hour early and it wasn't an issue. We were greeted by a lovely smiling waitress called Millie who showed us to our table and took a drinks order from us. Let me just say that everything was amazing, to be honest! All the staff were happy, everyone's three course meal was beautiful, the grill items were perfectly cooked (and I like my steak rare/blue). I love a nice Guinness and that was a beautiful pint. The atmosphere was cheerful and relaxed, everything seemed to run like a well oiled machine, oh and there was a fantastic gentleman on the team too, and he was so happy (everyone was) and we had some great banter. One of the party lives in Weston Super Mare and all but one live in Devon, so we will most definitely be returning for our meet ups! This was a special night for us and you guys made it all the more enjoyable. Thank you ♥️

Absolutely wonderful place to eat, would definitely be going again, table service with great food, what else can you ask for? The price is a bit higher than other places, but personally? I don't mind it for better quality food

I had a fantastic experience at The Hobbs Boat! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a traditional pub feel that makes you instantly comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and really went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The food was excellent – fresh, well-cooked, and full of flavour. Portions were generous, and the menu had a great variety of options to suit everyone. The Sunday roast in particular was beautifully done, with tender meat and perfectly cooked vegetables. Overall, it’s a lovely place for a relaxed meal, whether you’re with family, friends, or just stopping by on your travels. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend The Hobbs Boat to anyone in the Weston-super-Mare area.

Enjoyed a lovely lunchtime meal with the family last Sunday to celebrate my daughter's ninth birthday. As usual the service was excellent, this time by Lexy who ensured we were well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble and it was much appreciated. Thanks Lexy for helping make our visit so memorable . As always the food was excellent. It makes a change to visit a restaurant and get served a steak cooked as requested rather than the shoe leather you get in some places. Looking forward to our next visit.

Stopped by for lunch sat in the garden as weather was lovely and we had 2 dogs with us, had the £6 meal, was very surprised how big my fish & chips, with peas was Very filling, also pizza, and the burgers were very good too my family members said! Inside the pub was lovely, would definitely recommend you stop by and enjoy a meal

Nice full English breakfast, self serve. I like the coffee machine that I can make different types of coffee with the touch of a button. Sam greats us at the front, seats us and keeps the breakfast supplies full. We have been coming for breakfast for the week and Sam remembered our names which makes us feel more welcome.

Very tired interior. The waiter we had was excellent & told the manager, he was buzzing around serving & cleaning. The food was 5/10. I couldn't understand why we had 2 different sorts of chips. Mine were thin over cooked & dry, wife's large and tasty Gammon just tasted burnt.

The Beefeater is a wonderful place for an evening family meal. Seven of us attended a meal from 5:00pm until roughly 7:30pm and all had a wonderful time. I ordered the Chargrilled chicken with cheese and bacon with no sauce, salad garnish, or coleslaw. The staff accommodated and my plate arrived with no signs of them. The chicken was delicious and far from dry (which I worried it might've been without sauce). The bacon and chicken flavours were well-balanced and the skin-on chips were delicious. The staff offer to bring sauces to the table such as ketchup (that came in small dipping dishes) or brown sauce (a bottle was brought to our table) and salt and pepper shakers are readily available. A member of my family ordered the same dish as me and enjoyed the coleslaw and salad garnish. The portion sizes were very nice and the staff kept an eye on our table to judge when to come back and clear plates, etc. For dessert, I highly recommend the millionaire's brownie sundae. Three of us (13, 19, and 50+) ordered this dessert and it did not disappoint. The black forest gateau was a square, three-tiered slice that looked mouth-watering and was reportedly good. As were the mango fruit sundae, the crumble, and the sticky toffee pudding. We were given ample time to catch up as family and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Beefeater. We didn't feel rushed and there was no semblance of negativity at all. It was brilliant. The only warning I would give is their coupons/vouchers! Please double check that your discount voucher is DEFINITELY for Beefeater prior to dining. Or have the website link ready to show staff. We used one of the free first-sign-up vouchers but had a wrong one at first. It's just worth double checking. At the door, the staff ask for any allergies they need to be wary of and were all overall very polite, friendly, and welcoming. There are gluten-free menu options and vegetarian menu options. The toilets are on your left as you walk into the establishment and the female toilets had an accessible stall available. The parking is self-validated by a touch-screen also just inside the establishment, to the right. As signs outside indicate, parking is free for validated customers for up to 3 hours.

Incredible service. I didn't expect the level of service we received. It was like being in a high end restaurant. The food was tasty. What you expect from a chain but decent enough. My partner had the steak taster medium rare and enjoyed it thoroughly, cooked as requested.

Just been to Beefeater Pavilion and it was absolutely awful, food, cleanliness and staff. If I could give it no stars I would! The manager and staff have no customer service skills in particular the manager who was very rude from the off. All of our meals came out cold, burger and pies. We were polite and went to let the waitress know however the same manager came over who was rude again, instead of them remaking which was offered we just wanted a refund and to leave asap (Aldi cheap frozen pie looks nicer than what was served). The manager agreed to a refund but then walked off and decided to ignore us. We could see and hear him openly moaning and talking about us to other staff members who were laughing. We decided to queue to get the refund at the bar where we were told he’s busy serving now (he was behind the bar doing drinks) 20 minutes later we got our adult meals refunded but we still paid for two soft drinks and two children’s meals only because the kids started eating as so hungry. Kids food was equally disgusting, £19 for an awful experience and left upset and hungry, never returning. Also don’t use the toilets, they were filthy and vile I don’t think they have been cleaned in months, unfortunately I had to go in them with my three year old daughter 🤢.

The pavilion beefeater in Weston super mare, has exemplary service, our server Vinnie, was attentive and absolutely amazing, he is an unsung hero, and deserves recognition. He brought our drinks and cutlery over to the table as I am using a walking stick. All the staff were very friendly. We had a Sunday roast and the meat was delicious, cooked to perfection and the service was quick. Atmosphere was calm and relaxing.

Oh my goodness.... We have only been in the room for half an hour and we love this ace already I parked on the double yellows (sorry) ran in and asked where do I check in please? I was passed onto a young lady, with a lovely hat on, and she explained everything. I brought our bags in and the missus and the young lady told me where to park and where to come to when I come back to the hotel. After I parked (we can see our car from our window) I found reception and my wife. We were checked in and the the young lady in the hat said "it's my favourite room, nice and light and airy" . We thought " I bet she says that about all the rooms" . We found the room , WOW... We love it, she was right. It's brilliant. Going for a walk to the pier and then coming back for food. The staff are fantastic and we have not even had anything to eat or drink yet

Hotel room great size, room 210 faces the sea, views from the bed and the two perfectly placed chairs by the large bay window. The TV on the wall if you decide to watch a bit of TV we found from the sofa, TV placed a bit high on the wall,and hurt our necks. Was OK from the bed though. At check In there was a minor hick up with the room card not being done pre arrival, however was resolved swiftly. Overall a nice stay. Bed and pillows all comfortable to out liking. You also get free cup from the bar to use for hot drinks throughout your stay when you show your room card. This is the best option If you like a fresh coffee in the morning, as they only supply nescafe original in the rooms. The one thing we found was bathroom very hot to use, it's summer and was 34° outside. No air con is poor in our opinion for a large chain. This should be rectified at earliest convenience. There was a large fan in the room, which with windows open did seem to make a difference to the main room only. We would stay again, but probably not in the summer months until air con is added, so that we could have the windows closed to prevent Street level noise. You couldn't sleep in these rooms with windows closed, it's definitely too hot even with fan on, we tried.

Didn't stay here so can't review the hotel side. Just used the Cabot to meet up with 13 other people for a prior event, however I can say that the food and drinks were very acceptable and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the service was good and timely, considering how busy the place was at the time. ▪︎tip▪︎ the Sovereign Center is very handy for car parking and is a very short walk away.

Stayed in this Hotel this week with the Wife and I have to say what a fantastic lovely clean large room with an amazing sea view we had a large comfortable bed, great central beach front location and a really good price. The bad bits.....on arrival we ordered drinks on the app, took 18 minutes to arrive after asking a staff member. 2nd drinks ordered on app took 45 minutes! The place was busy but not rammed to capacity with spare tables available. Not sure if they had staff issues but definitely a poor level of service. We had a comfortable night's sleep until 05:30 am where the window cleaner van arrived to clean the down stairs windows and had a full on load conversion with a wetherspoons staff member who was sweeping up outside for 10 minutes which woke us up! We ordered breakfast that was disappointing cold , eggs hard, beans stone cold and coffee luke warm. During our stay there was a customer outside seated intoxicated, constantly swearing and very load (with young kids about) who knew the staff by name who they continually served alcohol to. We witnessed a fight in the outside seating area which the female Manger dealt with. Kids running and jumping on outside tables like an assault course . Staff did nothing and just turned a blind eye and served the parents whilst the kids ran accross 6 table tops

Just brilliant! Cheap drinks, perfect location. Thursday curry club, excellent value for money and great taste. FYI, don't use the app to order. We went to the bar and food was with us within 10 mins. Cannot fault it. Don't know about rooms as we didn't stay there.

Our first experience of a wetherspoon hotel. Hotel was quite old and in need of some TLC. Bathroom in particular was very old. Shower curtain fell down and couldn't be used so bathroom flooded. The room decor was also old and in need of refresh. Location was perfect tonight the beach and 2min walk from the pier. Of course the location above the pub was very conventional for a cheap breakfast and drinks in the evening. It wasn't noisy from punters which we thought it might be. It would have been good but not worth it for the price - we paid £160 per night and it wasn't worth that price. You are mainly paying for location.

Rather worried about finding seating as Wetherspoons is always popular but lucky we found some inside. The service was so excellent by being so fast and accurate with the servings of food. Was asked several times by staff if everything was OK which it was. Very good place to have a bite to eat with good portions and very fast service.

I ordered from Treats Cafe on Uber Eats . Estimated delivery was originally 10 min before booking, but went up to 24 minutes immediately after booking. We ended up waiting for 2 HOURS AND 23 MINUTES! Whilst waiting I requested updates via the App and did not have any response. I also. tried to call them about 4x but not had any response. They don't have a FB page. When the food came it wasn't warm. I also couldn't tell which was the gluten free gravy, and which was the regular gravy (see photo) so it was inedible. Also my Yorkshire puddings was TINY!

Been recommended to visit quite a few times and finally made it today! Lovely food, had a roast pork roll with plenty of stuffing & apple sauce - and service was fast. Would have been nice to have seen the tables clean but in fairness to the staff they were busy.

Poor customer service I found lots of hair wrapped around my eggs so Ofcourse I couldn’t eat it so I rang to see if I could resolve this and the person who answered fobbed me off and just said to call back on 30 mins absolutely disgraceful

Got to the cafe at 15:30 to order my takeaway and was told they were closed already and I could only get a sandwich despite info on the website and front door clearly stating they are open till 16:00. Can’t fault them for food as it is very good, but that’s just a disappointing display of indifference towards a customer.

If you want a fry up that will fill you up until the next day, this is the place to go. The prices are cheap and you get ALOT on your plate. We had so much that we had to fold and leave some food on our plates. Friendly staff and great to support the local businesses.

Travelled down from the midlands. Quickly googled nice breakfast. Results said treats cafe, unreal food. It was disgusting. Took one bite of undercooked bacon and overcooked egg. Spat it out and left. Place was dirty. Things felt greasy. Toilet waste falling apart. Advise DO NOT VISIT.

A fantastic café! The food is freshly prepared and of great quality. The staff are really friendly, the prices are great and the portions are huge!!! We found this café almost by accident and we're so glad we did as everything about it was fantastic.

such a shame it closes for good easter 2025, everyone in Weston is very disappointed with the North Somerset Council I have never been to a restaurant where the staff have been so attentive the food was good plenty of it and they do three different price ranges for Sunday lunch which you have to book in advance. My picture is off the £10-95 one which was well worth it. For this price you get i meat from choice of 4, 2 choice of potato & choice of 3 veg, I did not have giant Yorkshire pud. Great mesl/value

Although busy they coped very well with 8 cyclists ready for lunch. It was served fairly quickly and it was fabulous. The Bay stack sandwich was extraordinary, the Yorkshire sausage and mash was devoured very quickly as was the baked potato and tuna. A very worthwhile stop and not expensive.

Best roast dinner I have EVER had!!!! This place does the best dinner ...oh my days, I would recommend to anyone... walking past amd it caught our eye and popped in... so glad we did now ... I've never had so much meat... it was all tender and fell apart, the gravy was out of this world. If you've never been ...GO!!!! 👌👌😁😁.... Definitely coming back 100%

Large cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Counter service with a range of meals, snacks, cakes and drinks available. Service was quick. Staff friendly and efficient. Good food, lovely pastries nice coffee. A little on the pricey side, but it is a seafront cafe so is to be expected.

Love this place the omelettes are excellent & the service is second to none. I spent a lot of time in Weston staying there five or six times a year & this is my go to place for lunch. They do have a number of other things on the menu apart from omelettes, so we'll worth a look if you are in Weston.

We visited this cafe for the first time and was very pleased with the quality and service. It's nothing fancy but clean. We ordered a four egg omelette for breakfast with a choice of our own ingredients to go in. The omelette arrived super fresh which covered half the plate, served with fresh salad and chips for £9. If we come back again this is where we will come.

Wednesday 10th September 2025 I had the regular breakfast and large latte for 10 pounds all in See my picture on cafes sight. This is a spacious interior dining area. There is a outside eating area at the front. The staff are polite and you can pay for the well cooked and presented food by cash or card,after the meal

This place has been here since I can remember and there is a few good reasons why its still here today. Firstly the food, the portions are big and there is a lot of choice and everything I've tried as been delicious. Then we have the price.. for what you pay for the amount of food you get is a absolute bargain.. yes there maybe cheaper places to buy a omelette but not at this quality and size.. The decor feels a bit 1980s but to me this adds to the charm of the place. Takes me back to happy memories. So if you want to enjoy some delicious food at a good price then take a visit to the Regent omelette bar.

Lovely clean cafe the service was fast and great happy friendly staff. One of the best breakfasts I have had. Highly recommended. Well done.

Being a vegan, I'm always looking for an extensive menu when eating out and rarely find one as good as Scotty's. It's especially good if you like meat substitutes. Lots of choice, including tapas and the vegan breakfast I had was excellent.

Well it use to be a good value place to go for breakfast. Now they put up the price and made the breakfast smaller.. It also use to come with a hot drink and juice. They took away the juice so not only are you paying more but your getting less.. Double whammy I'll be finding somewhere else to eat in future. On the plus side the food was edible

Paid £10.50 for spaghetti bolognise tasted absolutely vile no salt, looked like it came out of a tin.

The staff at the drive-thru were rude. When I asked a question about the food, they just said I don't know instead of asking someone who might know and then educating themselves in the long run. I understand they might not want to work there, but that doesn't mean you have to have an attitude.

First time for 2 years visiting. Used order service screen and collected from counter. Service was quite quick, food was warm and fresh. Had the double chicken burger which was nice. Relitivly clean. No atmosphere and very functional. Plenty of parking, drive through, seating inside, disabled access and delivery service.

Always McDonalds Rubbish everywhere close to this branch which is annoying as a local resident. Start picking up the rubbish more and thinking about the surroundings and not just making money.

Surprisingly fast drive through service. The Philly cheese stack is probably my top pick on the menu. Fresh, fast, hot and well prepared. I can't help but always feel disappointed soon after I have McDonald's. Mainly due to feeling hungry so soon after a meal, that for the price would normally susstain me for much longer. I received great service this visit

Milkshakes where like yogurt. Coke was flat and syrupy. Buns were hard on my cheese burger. Drinks only 3/4 full. Only able to order medium item no small or large. Not the first time this has happened.

Coffee#1 is proper top-notch. The coffee’s always banging – strong, smooth and full of flavour. The staff are sound, friendly and get you sorted quick, even when it’s busy. The place has a nice, relaxed vibe, perfect for a natter with mates or a quiet bit of me-time with your cuppa. The pastries and snacks are lush as well, proper tasty with your coffee. Can’t fault it at all – Coffee#1 is dead good if you want a proper caffeine fix or just a cheeky treat.

Easily our favourite coffee house in Weston if not the surrounding area. Always super friendly staff, food is great and the coffee choice is excellent, especially the seasonal blends.

After a big day of shopping, popped in here to have a matcha and it was lovely! Wasn't as smooth as others I've had, but was still very nice

Nice hot chocolate and customer service. Views are not amazing and not comparable to other branches in the south west. Cosy environment inside though. Water tank was full which not always happen in coffee#1.

Small McDonald's drive through on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare. Large free car park. Inside is clean and well maintained. There is a small outdoor seating area.

Drive though at 1.30 am. !!! Everybody. At home hungry orders 3 meals. Got home checking have only 2 meals . Peoples who’s was waiting to eat hot foods . Unfortunately not!!! How’s much staffs get paid there?not really done the job isn’t it? Or time to go sleep??? Ok maybe you are busy. But shouldn’t make that’s mistake as your food’s meals not that’s complicated!!!! Blimey got to drive back to get the missing one ..first missing Sweet chilli wrap.. and then go back to get it. Bought all whole bag then back home hope they’re putting right this time . Then back home got another chicken burger instead of our sharing cheese dipper!!! Very very fuming at 2 am. !! .. useless so bad big company don’t care ., you should do better than this Macdonald!!!! So convenient for not put right at the first place . Waste time !!!! With rubbish foods. If my children don’t want it . I wouldn’t go get food here at all. Tried the new BIG ARCH burger. 3 of us had one each and we all came to the same decision. Very messy to eat and the sauce wasn't great.. If they used BIGMAC SAUCE or TASTY SAUCE it would of been so much better.

I waited 30 minutes for cold food. Order melon bag then to be told out of stock after ordering didn’t give me my apple juice. For fast food this was poor. My kids were starving. Never coming again.

Firstly the staff were so rude. We went through the drive through and waited 10 minutes and told us to park up. Then we waited another 10 minutes to actually get our food. They come out with no drinks so we ask where the drinks were and he just walked off so I went inside and no one was on the counter what a surprise! We have been here multiple times and it’s shocking how rude and disrespectful the staff are. They asked us for a receipt but of course we didn’t have receipt because we went through the drive through the guy walked back in came back out but with no drinks and someone else’s orders ! In the end I went up to the window and told her how rude she was and finally got my drinks

What a shame! They used to be one of my favourite Costa Coffee until today. I had a business meeting and it was so loud with banging trays and cups that we couldn’t hear each other! when I ask if they could try to keep it a little bit down if possible, she reply ‘no, this is a coffee shop’… not a great customer service attitude. neverless to say, I will not be returning to this Costa Coffee!

A great experience at each visit, there is always a welcome & sometimes a warm one. This visit was a positive one, from the welcome, service & quality of drinks & snacks. No real wait from service to receiving ours drinks, which were all of good quality. A good store in a great location just off the ringroad & on a retail site, easy to park & shop, but the store is starting to look a bit tired & in need of a freshening up. The staff can clean as much as possible, but the store needs some attention.

To pay £5 for a coffee and receive it with spoiled milk disappointing, when I took the coffee I felt a strange taste but I didn't take it seriously until I saw it, disgusting

Had a woman in front of me ordering for 10! Staff were so efficient, polite & speedy. I thought I’d have a long wait but pleasantly surprised.

Dirty( good still present) knives given back to barista she couldn't have cared less. So this is probably common place.

Nice atmosphere in this Costa. Not a lot of seating though, so makes it hard if it is busy and you are a wheelchair user or buggy user and need more space. Staff were friendly enough, although one was very blunt when I asked a question about the meal deal. Food and drinks were perfect, as per usual.

Good service, I did everything wrong when ordering, I went past the order point, held up the queue. The staff were amazing and sorted me out at top speed with smiles and courtesy. Thank you, amazing service and a credit to Costa.

Regularly walk past and grab a coffee to go. I order in advance on the app as the queue can often be fairly long. Iced cappuccino is the new favourite drink for me. Approachable and helpful staff. Lots of space in and out to sit also.

Not a bad coffee shop as coffee shops go and this Costa outlet is situated in Worle and is a regular spot I visit. The service here is usually quick and efficient no matter how busy it gets, but in all truth, today was a bit of a letdown. Trying hard not to be picky but having to wait at the front of the queue for seven minutes before even being asked for my order was not great. Don't let my gripes and moans get in the way of obtaining a decent coffee has Costa Coffee always the best.

Lovely, relaxed atmosphere today. All staff very welcoming, and I was noticed and acknowledged by Tania as soon as I got to the counter. Nice clean tables, and delicious drinks from Jess. A new girl on the till, which meant service was a little slow, but that was understandable, and Sophie served us with a smile, so it wasn't a problem at all. A weekend coffee and cake with my daughter is becoming a regular treat at this Costa.

Lovely and clean, plenty of seating on my visit. I do believe the queue was a little slow moving due to a lack of staff. Overall, a great coffee stop.

For a hungover new year's day coffee this Costa hit the spot. Friendly beans, tasty extra shot, a satisfying chew with the chocolate twist. A great view of the rainy car park and a big floodle to watch who drives through and who avoids. I'm looking forward to a nap later.

Update winter 2025: hopefully just a once off, but the staff were pretty terse and not helpful at all with redeeming rewards from the Costa app, turns out I could have got two free drinks! Won't mark down the service number because I hope it's just a one off 🙃 2023 Standard Costa with fairly friendly employees but it is SO loud! Even when it's not busy it seems like the room is packed because of the noise; I think they could do something with noise insulation from the roof, because from my point of view it's a real turn off. I would choose to go elsewhere, even out of my way, to avoid having to have a shouted conversation. It's also a very mixed clientele - there are quite a lot of families and small children so this might be a factor. There are outdoor seats, but only usable on rare days due to UK weather... If they had some green space it might be nicer!

I go to Costa's very regularly but my experience today wasn’t the best, I got there and there was at least 6 people in front of me, one gentleman serving and then 2 other ladies back and forth with washing up and not sure what the other was doing, however he was serving alone, it took over 15 mins to get served as he was taking the order then making it. The restaurant itself was a mess dirty cups and dishes everywhere, and I did say to the gentleman when he served me it wasn’t good enough and he said the other ladies had other things to do! Not sure what is more important than serving your customers and cleaning the cups!

Went in after a long shift to get a coffee for my partner on my way home, ordered a large vanilla extra hot cappuccino. As a costa worker myself I was extremely disappointed at the standards I was met with. I was served by a tall brunette boy who took my order with no incentive, simply allowed me to scan my costa card and used my free drink without asking. He proceeded over the the machine, didn’t purge the steam arm before or after - didn’t even wipe it. His tamping was messy, and his milk was burnt, meaning when I took the lid off my drink it looked like the below. Extremely disappointed. People use these free drinks to gain a treat when they can’t afford to pay for one.

Good Costa on the main shopping stretch. Coffee is as good as always. Can get busy at times. Look out for the cockerel - he's watching you ! 🐔

Awful customer service. I was severed by jack today. I don’t like my drinks too sweet so I always ask for less syrup when I go to Costa. My drink was overpoweringly sweet, I couldn’t taste the coffee at all and I wasn’t able to drink it so I politely asked for my drink to be remade far less sweet so it was drinkable and my money not wasted, jack was extremely rude to me and hostile, he has absolutely no customer service skills and blamed me for my drink being too sweet refusing to rectify the issue. He was so hostile that I had to approach another member of staff to help me out. I was then served by Matt who was much politer and ensured I had a drinkable coffee, jack did re approach me before I left and apologised for being rude to me but I won’t be returning here after this experience.

A lovely spacious Costa coffee shop with indoor & limited outdoor seating that is in a prime location to both the high street, plus pier & seafront of Weston super mare, they sell a wide range of hot & cold beverages as well as a selection of sandwiches, panini's & snacks plus delicious looking cakes & biscuits, I ordered a medium hot chocolate from the friendly staff member who then made my drink to perfection.

Advertising some cakes at half price. Try charging full price. Person serving was rude and didn't like the fact that I had questioned the charge. And had to be told to refund me the difference

Arrived at 5.10pm, closing time is 6pm. The staff had already stacked up chairs and tables and didn’t really want to serve anyone. Very poor customer service. Dirty shoes everywhere on the counter

For the third time recently we waited an hour for our food, a simple small breakfast. At the coffee counter I was questioned as to why I was allowed to order coffee?!?!? The lady in front of me was told there was no tea cups and was given paper cups, we could see cups behind her and behind us?!?! The gentleman on the table next to us was given mushrooms (which he didn't like) instead of beans although ours arrived with beans. A table further down had cause to speak to the manager. Chaos complete chaos. We will not be ordering hot food again 😞

Full English breakfast for seven pounds seemed ideal getting three of most items. However unfortunately very disappointed. Apart from the beans everything was cold. Definitely not being cooked fresh, this for me is not a problem with the price but there has to be a time limit for how long the food can be under a lamp for. Definitely worth paying that few extra pounds for something that is hot and not dry. Would avoid if you can!

It doesn't surprise me that Morrisons has lost a place in the top supermarkets...after waiting 40 minutes I had the most delicious fish and chips without mushy peas and no alternative offered...was told no peas had been sent to them...what??? the store must be full of them.!!! 6 Customers waiting to be served... told no staff and no manager...morrisons needs to get its act together or continue to lose customers.

Second time been here and the service is poor if you can fine someone on the till to take your order,the food is served cold the staff look ruff in need of a wash,hair out of place.l travel up and down the country often using Morrisons cafe and this by far is the worst. In need of a new manager and proper training. No wonder the are few customers. Never again will l use this Morrisons cafe and I. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE...

Poor service no management. If a single meal is going to take 1 hour 10 minutes, put a damn sign up and let people know. You all looked so surprised when had a queue of annoyed people looking for refunds? And when you say you have run out of baked beans, in a supermarket.... with hundreds of cans on the shelf.... may I suggest you go gets some?

The food was terrible. Bacon was like cardboard ham. The poached egg was just a hard boiled egg, no runny yolk whatsoever. Mushrooms were watery and the fried toast was underdone and disgusting. I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but I was sat on the Morrisons toilets for 20 minutes after this. Absolutely awful, just get a meal deal. 2 stars for the lovely lobby staff.

Brilliant little diner. Food cooked to order and piping hot and fresh. Food reasonable cost and great size portions. I had medium breakfast, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, mushroom, hash brown. Egg. Beans or tomato. Drink and bread and butter. Felt full afterwards. Staff friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed reminiscing looking at all old fords. Maybe more signage above the door to encourage more business as only thing telling you a diner was here was a road sign and Google maps. Definately recommend. Brilliant diner

I'm in heaven, great Cypriot toasted sandwich. Grilled halloumi, bacon and trimmings. Top if off with a wonderful latte. I will definitely be coming back here.

Discovered this place on carnival night. Purely by chance. We all had beef stew, beautiful. Came the next morning for breakfast. Amazing. Been coming back ever since. Sam, Sean and mother are always pleasant and chatty. Food is freshly cooked and well priced.. Yes the decor is tired, but I come to eat, so it’s not an issue. Cannot recommend enough. Definitely the best breakfast in w-s-m.

Very good, honest food. The place really needs to be decorated, though, as it was never touched since it was a Greek place. Could be brilliant with a little tlc and sound business advice.

Had to shout for service as the worker was busy in the back office doing what looked like Facebook!!!! No apologies for the delay or my having to shout. Even the next customer had the same issue. Coffee was OK but nothing to shout about. Even though it was quiet there were dirty mugs, etc on a few tables. Come on.... Customer service is far more important than Facebook!!!!!

Visited the cafe today after months of being closed. Lovely new team and under new management. Lovely service and my drinks were brought to the table by a very friendly lady. We ordered 2 breakfasts which arrived to our table quickly and tasted great. Will be visiting regularly.

Since there's been a recent change of staff within the Weston-super-Mare Tesco Cafe, it has improved 100%👍 And I can honestly say that it was pretty awful before that change !!! And also Tesco Cafe has now become a nice friendly atmosphere 👍 Unlike before !!! Thank goodness Tesco made that change 👍 5th March 22. Seems like Tesco Cafe is becoming better by the Day 👍 The Staff within Tesco Cafe are now actually working together since the last of the Bad Member of Staff has gone 👍 Tesco Cafe is now actually becoming a nice little cafe 👍 Good Good 👍 Tesco Cafe has improved many fold compared to how it used to be !! Handy in store cafe in the large Tesco store in Weston super Mare. The coffee is great and the food is a good standard and always fresh. Close to the in store pharmacy and public toilets. Great if you are waiting to collect a prescription or after a big shop. Very handy for the train station too. Wheelchair accessible entrance and seating available. Prices slightly more expensive than your average cafe.

Dreadful experience, Wrong order brought out, Ours was given to someone else. My wife's eggs royal was just a refused egg benedict with salmon added - no hollandaise sauce and hard boiled eggs. my breakfast finally turned up 35 minutes later.

Pile of rubbish. I ordered a too good to go bag, went there on the time I was meant to pick it up. Got there and the place was blacked out, no doors open but the fire exit. A man came up to me and said he apparently sold out of these bags (even though he couldn't have since there's only enough for the people that order them clearly) and that the cafe was close. Again, even though they're opening time on the door and website was says 'open' still as it was only half past 2. This bold man told me he cancelled the remaining orders, and to go home because the app has refunded me anyway, surprise, they bloody didn't!! Seems to me like this man was just full of ballshit since I'm still waiting for thus so called refund and the app had no clue that he 'cancelled' the remaining bags. So just a warning to everyone that tries or even bothers to order one from this cafe, DONT. They're liars and time wasters... and scammers 👍

Came to this cafe by mistake and from moment I walked in to the moment I left I could not fault the place the young manger I found to be polite and friendly maybe a little to keen but overall Great Experience.

I have been in this cafe about 10 times mainly for meetings rather than food. I have eaten here and the food is good. The manager is always very welcome and friendly and goes beyond his duties to make you feel at home. Last Saturday, I was leading a ramble starting in Weston and decided to start from this cafe. It is ideal as a transport hub, being en route from the main bus terminus- the interchange and the beach and also near the station. I intend to use it regularly as a meeting point for rambles.

I wish there were more places like this. Friendly and absolutely amazing for the kids. Excellent value and Ghost the dog is just lovely. Can't wait to come back

Mrs ordered us a breakfast hash browns didn't have much taste at all sausages we're cold eggs were hard black pudding tasted like dirt can forget about the beans portion size that's what a 6 month old baby could eat only thing decent was the bacon but took one bit until I found a red ginger long hair on it

Lovely little cafe, we went in for breakfast and coffee. The prices are very reasonable and everything on our plates was amazing. They had unfortunately run out of hash browns but everything we had was perfect! Would highly recommend

A welcoming cafe serving good food. A clean environment with varying seating arrangements or takeaway option. Had a breakfast roll with sausage, butter and brown sauce and it was properly fresh bread and good quality meat. Will be back!

Food was faultless! As well As being beautifully cooked and tasty, it arrived hot and well packaged in appropriate, recyclable containers. Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent, filling, non-greasy breakfast with many options catered for. Delivery guy was awesome too - very friendly and delivered with brilliant customer service!

Arrived on Sunday morning at 8.10am Cafe locked and no one about. lucky another cafe 2 mins away was open.

Been here twice, friendly service, food is great! Cooking time isn't too long, great place to stop by for a snacky lunch. First time here I bought a chip butty and the server did not skimp out on the chips! Today I opted for a bacon and egg roll, fairly priced at £4.20 and listening to the bacon crackle and the egg cooking just made me hungrier (lol!). I purchase food and take it home, but there is outdoor seating available if you'd like to stick around and eat there (for example today it was very sunny and dry out, so there were people sitting out and eating).

Always order the breakfast in a box by far the best snack bar in weston-super-mare by a mile! Staff are great and extremely polite, prices are fantastic and the quality and freshness of the food is by far the best in weston cannot wait to go back there later on today.
