I had a wellness facial with Echo and 10/10 recommend her and this place! I have been struggling with acne for a bit and my face looked absolutely amazing afterward. She also set me up with some new products and some follow up treatments to guide me on my skin journey. The staff was so kind and the building is so quiet, clean, and pretty. Definitely would recommend Kneaded Relief Day Spa and Wellness for your next spa day!

Had my first facial ever today with Sydni, and it was the best! It was very relaxing and I felt like she was very gentle with my skin. I left glowing. Will be seeing her again on a monthly basis! Thanks, Sydni!

I can’t say enough good things about Kneaded Relief! Every visit is such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff is incredibly skilled, welcoming, and attentive — whether I’m in for a manicure, pedicure, or massage, I always leave feeling refreshed and well cared for. Jordy is simply The Best!!! The space is clean, calm, and beautifully maintained, and they truly go the extra mile to make clients feel comfortable. It’s my go-to spot for self-care and a little peace in a busy week. I had a 30 minute scalp massage and a 60 minute whole body massage, followed by my first steam shower. The facility was relaxing and clean and staff very friendly. Luis was my massage therapist and was phenomenal. I had some sore areas that his magic fingers were able to address and at the end of the massage he gave me some suggestions that would help me to not let those areas get that bad again! The steam shower afterwards really helped keep my muscles relaxed and they still feel great!! I can’t praise Luis enough! He was exceptional!!

Maria is really really off the hook!!! She is so good!!! My quads, IT bands, psoas and hip flexors are so appreciative of her work!!!! Steam shower was a really nice experience. And Mae is superb at what she does!! From conversation with her, you can tell she really loves doing aesthetic work! Lovely day!!

I had the most amazing experience having a dermaplane facial with Dominique! She was super friendly, assisted in helping me understand more about my facial skincare, and created such a relaxing environment. I would highly recommend seeing her for your facial skincare needs!

Shockingly disappointed with the quality of the massage for the price, especially given all the great reviews. Hopefully it was a one off - but due to the cost, I will not be back.

Today I had an amazing day at the spa. I had a facial by Kaylee and a cupping/ massage session with Andrea. They both were some of the best I’ve had done. They were both very kind, professional and comforting. Kaylee did one heck of a facial and is very good at extractions. My skin hasn’t looked this good in years. Andreas massage was so good. She worked out my issues without being too invasive. She worked me literally from head to toe, which is sometimes hard to find. Their space is clean, beautiful and serene. I can’t wait to schedule my next services.

Mack is amazing. Both as a person and at his job. We had a great conversation and I felt amazing the next day. Better than I have felt in YEARS and I go weekly to someone closer for pressure point work for an injury. I will drive an hour to see him again, believe me!! Nice big massage room also. Not cramped trying to get ready. Very comfortable environment. Honestly I can't say enough.

I highly recommend checking out the nail salon at Elevation Salon and Spa if you are looking for a beautiful, professional manicure!! I have visited Elevation Salon and Spa a few times now for nail services, and I have consistently been so happy with my manicure each time. Each time I have been in, all of the nail technicians (I have worked with Erica, Caleb, and Emmy) have all been so personable, professional, and clearly amazing at their craft... Was at the Saturday farmers market and thought if there was chair massage I’d definitely do it, but there wasn’t. So over a cup of coffee I contacted 2 massage places that were booked and this one had a spot at 12:45 so we took it. I’ve had professional massages for 20 years and this one was amazing! My shoulder felt the best it had been in a month. The staff was very knowledgeable and the place is clean and inviting. Water, tea, coffee and even mints too! Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Tiffany is a wizard with both hair color and haircuts. I'm a senior and I consistently receive compliments from friends and people I run into on the very stylish and youthful yet age-appropriate haircuts she gives me, and my hair color is perfectly natural looking. I can't thank her enough for how fun life is with the look she creates for me. I'm sure she's able to do even more for those who are younger! I also love the very simple express manicures and nail color that Jenny recommends for me. This salon is well worth the price of parking downtown.

I have been seeing Jenny for shellac manicures regularly for the last few months, and she does an absolutely fantastic job. I recently moved to Madison from Michigan, and I went to a salon there that I liked, but on several occasions I didn't love the color I went home with. With Jenny I have loved every single color, and I have had a different one almost every time. She has really gotten to know me, which makes appointments a lot of fun! She is bubbly, friendly, chic and great to talk to. She also knows my taste and has a good idea of the colors that I'll like. I really appreciate her attention to detail. Jenny is awesome and I highly recommend her!

The dry and wet saunas are great. I booked the private spa and it was so great to have alone time in there. The price is too high for what it is sadly. On the website it says snacks are included and I wasn’t offered any and there was no water in the lounge area. Those things weren’t a huge deal but for $100 for an hour I was surprised all the things offered were not given. I was also charged gratuity for “the host” and “the practitioner”. I want everybody to get paid of course and I believe in tips but I didn’t see a practitioner and when I went to look for water I couldn’t find the host. So my overall review is, yes it’s beautiful and the saunas are perfect..but it’s not worth $100/hr in my opinion. I would pay $40 total happily but won’t be paying the $100 again.

This was hard to write because I know the people at Kosa are good, which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2. I wish I had read reviews beforehand. I trusted the “voted best in National Geographic” claim and their online presence, but my experience was disappointing and far too expensive for what was offered. From the start, communication was poor—I had trouble hearing the front desk staff and was left to figure things out on my own. When I arrived early she recommended I wait outside because I would be "bored" in the sanctuary. ? My meal was not available for me, leaving me hungry and unsettled before treatments. They did offer me some snacks and later which helped. The sanctuary space was underwhelming, with distracting noise, My treatment began 10 minutes late, which typcially would not be an issue but I was in the sanctuary, without my meal and unattended for an hour. The Shirodhara treatment itself was pleasant but not remarkable for the price, and charging extra for a short rest afterward felt wrong. The rest time should be part of the fee for the treatment. Staff were kind and apologetic, and the food I eventually tried was good, but by then the retreat energy was gone. And I didn't want to eat late in my spa day because I was being taken out to dinner. The sauna was nice, but the steam room never warmed up properly. I had to figure out how to turn it on a couple times because it ran for only 15 minutes. Overall, not worth the hype or cost.

I absolutely loved my experience at Kosa. I got the Indian Head massage, which was incredible. Besides the service being great, the ambiance was relaxing and beautiful. The locker room offers a locked locker, showers, robes, and bathrooms. Before your service, you are offered tea and a chance to relax in the prettiest, calmest room of plants and cozy vibes. I will be back!!

I have received massages in Greece, Italy, and Thailand and none have come close to the service and care I received at Kosa. I booked the 90 minute custom massage with the Indian head massage add on. I felt so cared for and every touch was intentional. I was in a completete state of peace and serenity. I highly recommend Uriah.

The ambiance is on 10! The people are warm, friendly, and helpful. The lobby and shower area is cozy. I wish the shower heads had better pressure. The price was a tad steep and I dont care for automatic gratuity for the person checking me in and the massage technician.

My husband and I were completely blown away by the level of intentionality given from the moment we entered Kosa until our time there came to an end. We thought the emphasis on Ayurvedic practices are such a crucial part in making this experience so exceptionally unique and personal. I LOVE that every herb, tea, aromatherapy, food and oil used is specifically geared towards supporting your system in the current season. We did the personal retreat consisting of a 1 hour of hot to cold: steam room, rain shower, sauna ritual followed by food and drink offered in the sanctuary lounge. We loved the turmeric latte and delicious Khichdi. The meal option changes regularly and I highly recommend staying for this part. It was really amazing to feel nourished on so many different levels. Needless to say, we are feeling incredibly refreshed and inspired by our time at Kosa. We look forward to our next visit with some spa services! If you haven’t experienced Kosa yet, I hope you can make time for it this year. It’s truly transformative!

We went today for a couples massage and facial to celebrate my husband's birthday. Absolutely amazing first time experience. Staff walks you through everything. You have access to lockers to lock up your stuff during your stay, as well as slippers and robes provided.

I had a facial by Jade this past weekend, and it was so lovely!! The facial itself was super relaxing, and she was very welcoming and knowledgeable! She really listened to my skin concerns and offered helpful insights/tips about my skincare routine, without it being pushy to purchase certain products. I could really tell she genuinely cares for her clients and wants the best for them! I will definitely be booking again with her!

My husband and I recently visited Indulge Spa for the first time and had an amazing experience. We got a package that included a massage, facial, and pedicure—and everything was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. My husband said it was the best massage he’s had in the Madison area, and I especially loved the facial—it left my skin feeling so refreshed. We both felt totally pampered, and for everything that was included, it was a really great deal. Highly recommend Indulge Spa if you're looking to treat yourself. We’ll definitely be back!

Today I had a horrible experience with indulge spa. I have taken my son here to get a massage the first time they had me fill out a form because he is underage and they said I could leave once everything was signed. This was his second time going and was a complete nightmare. I walked him in paid and even tipped before I left. I get a call about ten minutes later saying I can’t leave because he’s a minor. I informed the receptionist I had an appointment as well could we reschedule because no one ever told me this. She told me I couldn’t reschedule because of their cancellation policy. I explained I was never told this and she admitted it was because she didn’t know. When I got there to get my son causing me to miss my appointment. I asked multiple times for the managers number and why I couldn’t reschedule without being charged when I’m not getting the service. She told me the manager and owner are the same person and she can only give me an email and that I shouldn’t be mad . When I asked to see where it says that about minor she said it’s a law I can look it up and this isn’t her business. During this time they had the massage therapist who was a very intimidating male standing there the whole time as if something was going to happen. Of course I was angry no one was hearing my concerns or answering my questions and just didn’t care. The receptionist at a massage place should know the rules/ policies regarding minors and if not she shouldn’t be working the front desk. My family has spent a lot of money here over the years but after this experience we will never come there again.

Such a welcoming and calming atmosphere. Holly gave a wonderful muscle meltdown massage. My massage was absolutely amazing and was so therapeutic for my terribly tight shoulders and back! I will definitely be back again!

I booked a 60-minute full body massage expecting a calm, relaxing experience, but it ended up being pretty uncomfortable. The pressure used on my back and legs was too intense, and even after I asked for lighter pressure, it didn’t improve much. I specifically chose this massage because the website described it as using long, gentle strokes, but that’s not what I got. Instead of feeling relaxed afterward, I actually felt more tense. While it did slightly help my back pain, it wasn’t worth it. My massage was with Tess. Unfortunately, I’ve had much better experiences elsewhere and won’t be coming back.

Karissa is the sweetest person. I had an incredible pedicure, she was thoughtful, and took her time, and I just had a blast. Fantastic service for the price.

My good friend recommended that I go to Tenzin for my Brazilian wax. It can be really uncomfortable going in for that type of service, but I was already at ease because of the glowing review from my friend. She asked questions made sure I was comfortable and we hit it off right away! She's going to be my go-to from now on, and I was happy to learn that she does facials with incredible organic skin care, and the spa offers couples massages and all types of other services. I'm really excited to come back, and happy to support another entrepreneur of color. Highly recommend!

Had a lovely experience at Om Mantra spa today! Tony and Kayla were friendly and professional and the services they provided (Tony massage and Kayla body scrub and foot soak) were relaxing and rejuvenating! The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the pricing was great in comparison to other places I researched. I will be back!

The location, the decorations, the music and the incense were all amazing and conducive to relaxation. The service was done efficiently and everything was clean and tidy. The complementary baklava was amazingly perfect. For sure would come back 🫶

Nice little spa with good services list that some other places don’t offer. You can book online easily. Plenty of parking up front. Google takes you to the wrong location across the street so be careful. The interior is cozy but not comforting like a spa needs to be. Its architecture is the issue - people are lovely and welcoming. I did a red light therapy and massage with Debra. She was excellent, don’t be fooled by her feeble look. They also have a sauna - perfect pick me up for dark cold days. The little store they have also is filled with fun and useful things and gifting items.

I had a massage with Naad the Monday evening after my wedding weekend. It was the best decision. Naad was able to completely relax me and work my sore muscles and tendons. I don't tend to spend a lot of money on beauty/relaxation services but this is one spa I will be returning to. This is a professional, clean and relaxing place.

I took my 34 week pregnant daughter for a prenatal massage, and myself for a 90 min. massage. We were greated warmly, directed to the calm waiting area and restroom/showers. Our massage therapists were so friendly and knowledgeable. I explained what areas I need worked on, and she did not disappoint. 10/10 the best massage I have ever had.

The sauna experience here is wonderful. The sauna is located inside a spacious, private suite that includes a shower with toiletries, towels, a body wrap to use while in the sauna and drinking water. Outside of the sauna, there is ample space to hang up clothing, bags, etc. on hooks and a bench. The sauna itself is huge and thoughtfully built with beautiful finishes. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Had such a fun time doing the Finnish Sauna experience with friends. They have a gorgeous sauna and the price is very reasonable. Had perfect amenities and everything you could need! Cannot wait to come back!

I went in for root touchup, my appointment was with Paula - Senior hair designer. She did terrible job, I could see grey hair after washing. When I told her about it, she was very blunt and said book an appointment with me next time, and I will give you discount. They charged me 80+ with tip. Never going back to her.

This place is not what it used to be at all. I have been getting massages and facials here for quite some time. They took away the spa area, and now, when you go in, it's just a big open salon area. That's fine for a salon. But it sucks for a spa experience. If you are getting a massage or a facial, be careful who you schedule with. I came out of my appointment with what they insisted that it was a lift from an eyebrow wax when It definitely was burned. I now have a scar there. The only reason I'm not giving them a 1 star is because they offered $25 for the injury. But the facial wasn't very good. The person was rushed and pressed pretty hard on my neck area, which was uncomfortable. Instead of using extracting tools, she used her fingers or nails or something. Super painful. Yea, there's plenty of other places to go that are better. It's a bummer. But it's true.

Been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. The atmosphere is wonderful, especially the spa area. Every stylist does everything they can to get you exactly what you are wanting. And if you don’t know what you want, they make the best recommendations (and trust them!). I have seen Sydney and Mandy there the most and they are great. Looking forward to my next visit. Also, the products they use are amazing but unfortunately too expensive for me to buy regularly.

I've been going to Rejuvenation Spa for my hair cuts for over four years, and I am always happy with the service I receive. I've been going to see Lizzie the entire time I've been going there, and she is wonderful! She listens and offers suggestions that are inline with what kind of hair you have, your current style, and your personality. She's chatty, but not annoyingly so--I enjoy talking with her, and she remembers stuff I've told her in the past. I always love the way my hair turns out, whether we've just done a trim or colored it and styled it. She really knows what she's doing, and I imagine the other stylists are the same. I never feel pressure to upgrade services or buy products or book out another appointment. They also allow booking online, which is super convenient. Excellent experiences!

Caroline, the massage therapist, is one of the BEST in Madison. That's why I've endured the unprofessional, SMUG look and customer service on ONE of the OWNER'S faces. 8+ years is enough! Mandy is/was confrontational when I told her the facial she performed was the worst I'd experienced. It was rushed and not relaxing at all. Management did credit my account. After another year of continuing to solicit the spa because of Caroline being so amazing, I am fed up with supporting any business that doesn't treat ALL customers with appreciation. Also, at least 2 of the former greeting staff left because of the ownership. I noticed in the reviews that management seems to only respond to negative reviews with concern when a name appears to be Anglo (White). Do better! You're in the business of touching people and providing them with services and products to make them look and feel better. It's a shame that you ultimately undervalue your staff by having such poor owner/management customer relations. I hope Caroline, Megan and the other wonderful ladies find a salon that values their clients.

My partner and I went to Edgewater Spa to get a couples massage for my birthday. It was a great experience. The massages were tailored to our preferences, and the technicians were very attentive and friendly. When they found out it was my birthday, they provided us complementary Prosecco. The amenities were very relaxing and well kept. If you are looking for somewhere to get a massage, I would highly recommend booking with Edgewater Spa.

I’ve been visiting the spa monthly for the past year, and appreciate the value I get from the membership. Ty is an amazing massage therapist, always doing exactly what my body needs. I usually stay to read/relax in the lounge, and will often order breakfast on the weekend. The hot tub is nice, and the locker room is well-appointed. The online booking system is easy to use, and staff are kind and thoughtful.

Had my first pedicure here a few weeks back. It was a great experience! Eleni was fantastic and a great conversationalist which made it much more fun, my feet have never been so soft! Met Mary briefly and she was very warm and accommodating since I didn't really know what I was doing and she was very helpful. Don't do spa stuff often but would definitely come back here!

I had a pregnancy massage at the edgewater and I left there feeling so calm. My therapist focused on my problem areas while still paying attention to the rest of my body. She took her time and applied the perfect amount of pressure. I will be back to get another one!

Angela is the best massage therapist I've ever had! Very knowledgeable and skilled, particularly with treating persistent muscle soreness and injuries related to athletic activity. I'd worked with multiple therapists previously and the difference is clear. She goes above and beyond to provide the best treatment possible! Facilities are also very nice, and staff are friendly and helpful.

Le Spa is the best on this side of Madison. I’ve been going for facials about every other month for almost a year. Very relaxing, quiet, professional and my sensitive skins always looks and feels amazing. I’ve also had waxes and brow tints, and again, I’ve always had positive (and beautiful) results. My 14 year old daughter got her first eyebrow wax here at Le Spa too. The esthetician answered all of my daughter’s questions and finished the service with cooling wands to reduce redness. I’ve not had a bad experience here. Very, very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended from someone who has been to highly rated spas in major metropolitan cities.

I had 2 appointments which I wanted hydrafacials. I asked for extractions the first appointment and was told “2 spots are inflamed so they aren’t ready.” How about the rest of my face? Laziness was my impression. I liked the nurse and the cleanliness of the spa. I gave it a second try out of respect. This time extractions were quickly done on my nose only and my face washed. Third appointment I tried to cancel but there is no option online to do it. Of course they would do it that way. You click on a link sent through text and auto confirms appointment. So easy to confirm but impossible to cancel. I could have called but I was so disgusted and frustrated so I stopped trying and just forgot. So I missed it and got charged $80 no show. Gross. Besides that, the employees and nurse who worked on me are all absolutely very nice. Place is beautiful and clean. Nothing wrong with the employees just the service felt like a robbery. Most expensive face wash treatment ever.

I’ve been going here for well over a year now, Trisha is my go to lady for it all. I recently just got the dermaplane & jelly mask, and it feels like I have brand new skin. It’s the next day & I’m literally glowing. Never disappoints, I will always tip generously for outstanding services. Marie is my go to wax lady!!! Always so nice and gets the job done quickly and promptly. Love it here and highly recommend this place to anybody!

Booked an appointment same day online and had a great experience getting a facial with Trisha. She was very kind, soothing, and my skin felt great afterwards. Very relaxing! She provided me with samples after the facial which I greatly appreciated since I love to try out products before I buy them and I appreciated that she did not pressure me to buy anything which I have definitely experienced at other spas. Would definitely come back!

This hotel is my go-to in Madison here on out. I came here back in March for a Starset Concert at the Delta Beer Lab and an Oscars Party, and I came back here today in September for an AFI concert at the Sylvee tomorrow night. This hotel is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in. It is so quiet with beautiful views of the lake. The hotel is in a great location. It's not too far from many of the hot spots, including the state capitol building. The hotel has an onsite spa, restaurant, bar, fitness center, indoor pool (in the spa but I believe all guests can use it without needing a spa service booked) and an ice rink. It looks like they have boat tours now that there's no ice on the lake but overall the hotel has a lot. I stayed in the Langdon Sudio King Room (I included photos from my stay in March but I have the same room this trip), which is an extended stay Kitchenette room. It's so wonderful. You could do a good deal of cooking here and there's a dishwasher and garbage disposal for convenience. The bathroom is beautiful with a claw foot tub and a nice glass shower. The bed is soooo comfortable and they give you special pillows on request. I have gamer neck so I really appreciate having the ability to get memory foam pillows. Seriously I slept so well here. I'm definitely choosing the Edgewater for future visits to Madison, and I'm looking forward to the rest of my current stay here.

Won a free night from work. My wife and I used this as an excuse for a night on the town. Nice hotel and excellent location on the lake. We had dinner at the boat house on site. Outside seating had live music. We are at the inside bar due to the heat outside. The 2 bartenders were very efficient with how they handled crowds. The Wisconsin burger was very tasty. Once the big crowds calmed down it was nice to be able to hold conversation without having to raise your voice. We walked down state street for some ice cream after dinner which was about an 8 minute walk. The rooms were nice beds were comfy. There were 3 events going on the Saturday night we stayed. Retirement party in the sky bar and 2 other wedding events in the other bars. Good Room quality Beds The boat house food. Overall location Could be better For the room value at almost $400 not much was included as shown by the breakfast menu attached. Parking in the parking lot as a guest was a $32 charge that was not expected. The room seemed to have an awkward time regulating temperature through the nice. Air conditioner would turn on and could wake up a light sleeper in the middle of the night The bad The building is difficult to navigate. There are no maps around. Someone who stays there regularly would probably be able to figure it out after 2 or 3 stays. Seemed like we would just take the stairs frequently to try and figure out what floor parking restaurants and main lobby were located. (There are a lot of stairs) The price. As we have just book a wedding at an adults only all inclusive resort in Cozumel. The price of the room we stayed in was almost $100 more per night than the all inclusive resort. Overall. It is a nice place beautiful views and I'm sure if you or your company is able to afford this price point it is a nice option.

Our stay was a disaster. When we checked in, they put us in a pet friendly room without telling us. The smell was horrid, and it was difficult to spend time in the room. The room had a large dog bed and bowls scattered around the room. We made a call to move rooms, which they explained would be a lengthy process and we had several obligations to get too and couldn’t take the time to tour the open rooms with the manager. We were hoping they’d move our luggage and quickly resolve this situation. While we understand these things can happen when I went to check out and talk to the manager he told me all he could do was reimburse our parking. His attitude made it feel like I was putting him out. This is not the experience I would have expected for a $550 a night room. I would not recommend or ever consider going back to this hotel.

The Edgewater Pier and Boathouse has turned into a clubhouse for the teenagers from the nearby sororities. They are allowed to sunbathe all over the pier and you can’t walk through from your boat to the Boathouse. They bring their own beverages and make no purchases. I spoke to a manager type of person and they said the sunbathers are normal and the dock is open to the public. So sad. We spent $117 for 4 people to have lunch. The food was awful. The Maui tacos are inedible because the shell falls apart. The service was slow. The Edgewater has lost all its class. It will be a Hooters soon! I won’t be returning. I am 65 you and don’t need to go to a sorority with bad food.

Location on lake was beautiful. Close to downtown restaurants and UW campus. Rooms were nice, charming, timeless. Musty scent in rooms. Hotel was quite busy with competing events. Staff felt overwhelmed and unable to keep track of client requests.

This was our second visit to Edgewater. Our 1st was a corporate event, which was elegant and simply magical ✨️ . This time is our 49th wedding anniversary 💕. You never need to leave the resort. All your needs can be met right here. Making lifetime memories.

We used The Edgewater as our home base for our wedding. Aside from room blocks, we used them to host our rehearsal dinner in the Sky Bar and our welcome party in the ballroom and outdoor terrace. Both areas were gorgeous, and our guests were obsessed with the sunset views over the lake. The food was excellent, and Meghan Stracka was a joy to work with. Would absolutely recommend The Edgewater for hosting events as well as just spending the night!

It’s a lovely med spa. My preferred nurse is fantastic. So personable. She answers every question and then some. Very supportive and attentive. I have nothing but great things to say about the services. I really do love the results. If pressed, I will say, I think it’s a little too expensive. I might look around to see if there is somewhere I can get the same services for less. Nothing on them. I’m just having a hard time affording it. Other than that. I love it there!

Aneu Med Spa is the only aesthetics clinic I trust in the area. I did not enjoy the way my face was aging and started with quarterly chemical peels. They improved my acne and general health of my skin. Recently I was ready to try botox, microneedling and fillers. What a difference! after 2 microneedling with radio-frequency treatments, my redness is reduced, my acne scarring is less noticeable and my skin texture is better. Just got fillers today and I can actually see where I am supposed to apply blush again! the team at Aneu has walked me through all the procedures with care and attention to what I wanted while education me about what was realistic. They constantly make sure you are comfortable during procedures that can have a low level of pain associated with them and put safety as the first priority. I went to ANEU Med Spa on University Ave to address a couple medical concerns. Teresa (who is amazing and very caring) supervised my treatments and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My wellness treatments (Emsella) provided me with relief for bladder leakage and Emsculpt helped alleviate a troublesome spot on my leg due to Lymphedema. I am very happy with my results and would highly recommend ANEU to anyone seeking wellness treatments, especially as an alternative to surgery.

Loved this salon. Very clean and a great atmosphere- you are welcomed with offerings of coffee/tea/wine/etc... I was cut and styled by Julia herself. She did a great job and listened to what I was looking for and executed perfectly! She was super kind and easy to chit chat with and styled my hair after a good wash! Very reasonably priced. They also offer esthetician services. Will definitely be back!

I guess what I'd kinda say is it's not really a place for guys to get a haircut, if you're looking for a better cut than just someone who grabs a razor had been coming for a few years and noticed a bit of deterioration lately most recent time was legitimately bad. talked about texture and layering, didn't really get either. had to really guide the stylist. and I mean to the point that she hadn't done anything in an entire area, and I had to tell her just to do *something* basically nothing was in line, even the back was uneven. noticed by the time I got back I really didn't get a haircut. was still like $65 or so with tip (they charged me even more than a men's haircut, believe it or not) was just really bad business. I even tried to contact them (I had gotten the cut specifically before going on a short vacation...that was the point of the cut! haha) and they said they wouldn't fix because I wasn't getting back from vacation early enough. just really, really bad business for a repeat customer over years. I gave them several pictures showing everything. they're probably better with women...but like, the stylist didn't even touch up anything on my sideburns even, like the most common area for guys. I hope they can course correct. but I won't be going back. wouldn't have written the review if I didn't get the completely silly "sorry we're going to charge you again to fix this" response

Clara did an amazing job on my new haircut/color! I decided to go with the "chop" and she went above and beyond my expectations. I cut 10-12 inches off my hair and went with a layered bob. I am gutted by my first experience at Julia Grace Salon. I made an appointment, and I called in advance to ask for someone who was good with bangs. I was assured "everyone is good with bangs here." Although Leslie is a nice girl, I believe she completely ruined my hair. She cut my side pieces to about 2 inches in length. Furthermore, she cut my bangs incredibly uneven, which is a number one skill if you are cutting someone's hair. If you can't cut evenly, you should never come close to someone's hair with a pair of scissors. The side pieces now flop and are impossible to style. She has no idea the pain she caused me by ruining my hair. I had to shave my head three years ago, and it was finally to the length of my chest. She cut 8 inches off my side pieces. They were long, so when I put my hair up the side pieces would be long. I asked for Sabrina Carpenter bangs, and she assured me she knew what she was doing. My hair was very poorly done. I went back in the next day and Maizie did the best she could to repair my hair, but the damage was already done. Furthermore, there were no apologies for the mistakes that were made, and I didn't get a refund, which is I think the bare minimum for destroying my hair that I can never get back or even a free cut in the future when my hair does grow back. All-in-all, If I go to a professional, I should receive professional level service, but unfortunately, I could've done a better job at home myself. It will take me a year and a half to grow that length back. There are no excuses for this service. If she wasn't comfortable with cutting bangs, or didn't know if something was okay, she should've asked someone more knowledgeable to step in. I am extremely disappointed.

Vanessa has been doing my lashes for over seven years now. She is highly educated and skilled in the process and genuinely cares about the health and artistry of her work. She is quick and efficient yet never compromises the quality for speed. Vanessa listens attentively, radiates kindness and warmth, and is invested in her clients wellness and overall satisfaction! All reasons why I keep coming back!

I rarely like to get hair cuts at the salon due to the higher price, but Grace was extremely accommodating and helped me realize exactly what I needed. She checked in with me and my envisioned outcome throughout the process, and she even gave me proper advice for what the desired style could result in given my hair type. I have thicker hair and usually hairdressers treat my hair as a nuisance. I typically expect to spend all day in the salon but Grace was efficient while producing the same or better quality than typical salons. I was surprised she was a lower level stylist because her results reflect that of a seasoned professional. She deserves to be promoted! Thank you, Grace!

I have never been so disappointed with results from a place that looks so high end. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Incident 1: When scheduling my appointment, I specifically told the receptionist that my appointment needed to be for September 2nd, she scheduled it for September 9th. When advising them that that wasn't correct, they told me they had no opening's for Saturday the 2nd. I stated that their mistake should not land on me and that I needed to be seen because no one would be able to get the in 2 days before the wedding. They " fit " me in, problem solved. Incident 2 : When I scheduled my appointment, I sent over not one, but TWO images of what I wanted done. When arriving to my appointment, I was told it could not be done in the time they had booked me in. I explained if that were the case, why didn't they say anything sooner? Since I was beyond frustrated I decided to show her a less complicated option and asked if it could be done. She stated yes. Incident 3 : Since i'm not a hair stylist, when I seen she was doing basic curls, something I can do at home, I remained quiet because I wasn't sure if that was apart of the process to reach the style I had shown her. Basically, I was trusting the process. When she shows me the final look, IT WAS BASIC CURLS!! Nothing like that photo I showed her that she said she could do! When leaving, I had to put on the best ACT of my life. I stated that it was pretty but to only get up out of there. By this time, i'm just done. Incident 4 : When getting up out of there, they were trying to charge me $120 when I was told it would be $90 over the phone. Do I agree with paying $90 for BASIC curls? not at all but at this point, its time to leave the premises and never come back. When ARRIVING to the church, my hair was flat and frizzy as shown in the pic. Don't let the saloon looks fool you folks.

I got a perm with a level 7 stylist , when she was taking the rods off she pulled them instead of unraveling, what was she thinking? ;they didn't ask for a picture of how I wanted the curls, and now my hair looks like if I had a very bad straightener treatment, i haven’t workout to not make it sweaty, no moisturizing treatments or oils, haven put it in a bun and now it looks like Morgan Freeman’s hair, If you dont know how to do a procedure, dont do it, the hair is the frame our face, really considering to shave my head… not going back to that levels salon that is just good to charge and take long on shampoos The #3 is the current mess

This salon is very clean and lovely. The best salon in Madison. I was lucky I could meet Izzy here, she’s amazing! She washed my hair with gentle, skilled hands, using warm water and just the right amount of pressure for a relaxing scalp massage. She also applied several treatments to improve my hair’s condition. I truly enjoyed the whole experience with her and would definitely love to visit again!

Quincey was recommended to me by my friend. She listened to what I wanted and then gave me one of the best color and cuts I have ever had. She also did not make me feel guilty for not having had anything done to my hair professionally since last summer, which I was grateful for. I unexpectedly had to bring my 6 month old baby girl to my hydrafacial apt. Genevieve was super understanding and unbelievably accommodating. She let me bring the baby right next to me on the treatment table and I got to snuggle and nurse her while Genevieve worked. It was so special. I wouldn’t have been able to make the appointment without these accommodations. I am so grateful to Genevieve and this whole place for making their services accessible to moms so we can show up for ourselves and our babies.

Rebecca is amazing. I have had many facials in my past but none compare. Every detail is tended to, making it a relaxing, restorative experience. Turning 60 this year, I have recommitted to taking care of my skin and look forward to my monthly facials. Rebecca also educates on skin care for between services that is really making a difference. Kathleen O’Reilly is the only PT you need! I went to a highly recommended PT that my insurance covered…after 6 visits and considerable money out of my pocket, I had little relief! One visit with Kathleen significantly increased my range of motion! She also has done wonders on an old back injury that so thought I would never find relief for!

The only mens haircut they are able to do is a mullet. No way around it, doesn't matter what you ask for. The hairdressers here will do whatever they want. Ive gone 3 times here, to 2 different hairdressers. All 3 times, they trimmed is short on the sides and left it long on top and back. I wanted my hair to be even all around, how it would normally grow. But no, that is impossible

An all around amazing full service salon! I’ve gotten my hair cut with full foil which was done very well. I’ve been back MANY times after for esthetician services by Lakaecia. I’ve gotten facials, dermaplane and microdermabrasion done and all were excellent. So relaxing that I literally fall asleep. My skin hasn’t been better! I came in to see Grace for an eyebrow wax, tint and lamination and it was incredible! The salon is so nice and so are all of the people. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded by Vinita for over 10 years now. She is the best! I have tried a few other places in the past and during travel and would never go elsewhere given a choice. I always feel welcome and walk out feeling great. The place is beautiful and clean and the staff is friendly and listen well to your requests. I got a few facials done here this year and love the products used and the overall experience. Highly recommend this salon!

Unprofessional didn’t remember what the service was even after letting them know twice . She did full body waxing including front back, full leg hands in 1hr which is impossible. People usually take Atleast 2hrs. The work was not at all up to the mark. I had lot of hairs all around the places and needed to redo many of the places . I went there to save my time but I had to come home and do many things all over again bcz I had to leave for trip same day. I would not recommend this place .

I had facial, peel and eyebrow threading done last week. Everything was wonderful and I am so pleased with results. I am now a devoted fan of threading (never had done before). I will definitely be returning for this service, and they accept walk-ins for threading too!! Facial and peel were wonderful-love Aveda products. I'm telling all my friends about this place!!

Great experience. I haven't done much with my eyebrows for quite a while - suffice it to say they were a mess. I called and was scheduled for an appointment the same day. The process itself was amazingly fast -- I was in and out in 10 minutes. Am very happy with the results! My eyebrows look better than they probably ever have. Highly recommend.

I had an aveda facial done last week. So pleased with the results. My skin is so clean and smooth. It has regained its lost glow. Vinitha is very skilled. I always get waxing and threading done with her and cannot think of going anywhere else. The salon is peaceful and serene. I love this place and highly recommend for all your skin needs.

I had a wonderful Aveda facial. The arm, hand, leg, feet and shoulder massage was very relaxing. I will defiantly go back and threading is also done very professionally. I'm glad I found DC Brows, I highly recommend them!

I have been visiting Vinita for over 8 years now mainly for eyebrow threading . Vinita is very professional and very friendly. The new hair stylist at the salon is very competent. I love the way she layered my hair. I will recommend her for hair styling.

This place is heaven on earth. I started coming here a week before my graduation in a hair crisis and I’ve been coming here for the last 11 years. My hair is almost at waist length after spending the first half of my life believing it wouldn’t grow past my neck line. T the owner and the women with magic hands makes me love my hair when I truly used to believe I should’ve been born a boy from my hair struggles. Thank you T for all you do, and for all the laughs while I relax. She also colored my hair, and dyed it according to my budget. It grows out beautiful everytime. T keeps my health healthy and beautiful. She does great with all cultures of hair and she is even fabulous with kids. There is no one better. 10 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I love Ms. t and the staff here. They are professional and prompt. It is a long wait time to get into an appointment routine but it is worth it. I like the text message and email reminders for my busy schedule. I am excited for their new place and I honestly consider my hair stylist as part of my health care team. Hair is telling of stress levels and they are on it with you. It's great to be in such great hands.

My mother got a beautiful short haircut with highlights and overall color by Amisha who was patient, attentive to detail and professional. Both Lashawn and Amisha do wonderful job cutting my hair as well! It’s a bit pricey but worth it! It’s my fav salon because the stylists give their all to satisfy their clients, careful to listen to what you want. The atmosphere is classy, courteous, calm and comfortable.

The front desk staff were unenthusiastic, not welcoming, and lacked passion. This was my first time there and they didn't seen interested in whether I came back again. My therapist was just average. She was pleasant but her technique was strange to me. I have had many massages and usually am able to relax completely. However, I ended the one-hour massage still feeling tense and unsatisfied. Her follow-up consultation was short, detached, and lacked any recommendations other than to come back. The facilities are definitely no-frills. No locker rooms or changing rooms, and I was given a plain glass of water in a clear SOLO cup. Suggestion, a few slices of cucumber goes a long way. Yes, their prices are lower than say REJUVENATION SPA several blocks away, but you get what you pay for. All combined, this was by far the least appealing, satisfying, or pampering spa experience I've ever had.

Can't wait to go back! I had the most enjoyable experience at Oasis Day Spa and honestly the best massage! Everyone was professional, the spa was very clean and the massage tables were extremely comfortable. Normally when laying face down I've had issues with the head rest becoming uncomfortable or awkward - this head rest was great! I was also a little unsure of what the atmosphere would be like given it is located w/in a large health club but I was happy to find, once inside, it was every bit a spa! I was lucky to get a spa gift certificate for a retirement gift & chose to have the hot stone massage. I was treated so well by the receptionist. After being given sandals to wear, I was taken to a very soothing waiting area & offered a glass of water. Then my therapist arrived to take me back to her room. The massage was terrific, & Daniella was professional but also personable which is important to me. I already have my next hot stone massage scheduled with her. I highly recommend the Oasis Day Spa & Daniela.

I went here with a group of co-workers to celebrate one of us getting married...Oasis day Spa was accommodating and even allowed us to bring small treats in with us while awaiting our different services. The staff was helpful and my massage was wonderful. I will definitely be returning back. Also we had made reservations at another spa in town that denied our group and we are all glad that we ended up at Oasis instead. Good service, great employees, and relaxing environment

I went here once about a year ago and decided then that I wouldn't go back. Last week I had a relative visiting from out of the country, and we decided to have a spa day and get massages. Since it was a last-minute sort of thing, I tried to find somewhere close and somewhere that was open on a Friday night. Oasis had 2 appointments available, so we took them. (Actually both times I've had appointments, they've been last minute, so one good thing I can say is that it's pretty easy to get in.) My massage this time was not good either, and neither was my cousin's massage. This was probably the weirdest/worst massage I've ever experienced. It felt like the masseuse was literally just rubbing oil on my body and then pressing super, super hard in random spots of my body. I wouldn't even call it a massage really- I didn't feel better after leaving. Another weird thing is that she sat on a stool for the entirety of my massage, so her hands came in from a really awkward angle. It seemed like she was an amateur/probably didn't do any training. I wouldn't recommend this place, even for a last minute type of thing. Definitely not worth $90.

First time there and not impressed at all. Upon entering the "Spa" the receptionist offered me water, coffee or tea...which is great and expected. She hung my jacket and handed me a paper cup of water. She then asked me my shoe size, I replied and she went to a basket to get some sandals, you sit right in the entryway to change your shoes, since there was no where for me to set my cup she said she would hold it. So it felt awkward to be taking my shoes off there with someone standing over me...next, she took me into their waiting room, no issues there at all. Another client came in about 5 minutes after me and was taken back for their service before me. My masseuse, Shelley, came to get me and took me straight back to a room, asked me "what I was looking for" and I said a full body massage with concentration on my neck and shoulders. She then said okay, you can hang your clothes on the hook. So I did, then the massage started at the time she entered the clock in the wall said 2:15, which was wrong, but none the less an hour massage is what was paid for. She had some sort of allergic reaction she was dealing with which I understand is not her fault but my appointment wasn't even booked until a couple hours before, why take clients if you are having coughing spells that require you to leave your client for 5 minutes in the middle of the massage? She then finished and I looked at the clock and it was 3:05. So I thought. Wow! really only 45 minutes and not relaxing at all. Most times my masseuse will ask about oil in my hair or scalp area...this didn't happen, before I could say anything she had her hands in my hair full of oil. So after the massage I wasn't shown the restroom or offered any toiletries to fix my now oily messed up hair. I am used to items such as combs and other small toiletries being provided. Shelley then asked the receptionist if I could use one of the brushes in the salon, she didn't want to let me use one because they are personally owned by the stylist. Okay, that's fine...but then she found a brush in another room so I could at least not have to walk out of there wit my hair all over. When my boyfriend asked how my massage went I told him these things and he chose to call to complain. We received an email back from the owner, Mark Mathews, his staff told him that they offered me a shower, not true! And offered a $10 discount towards a future service. Spa services are expensive, spend your money elsewhere!

This has been my second trip to Oasis. My first was an amazing couples massage! Nothing but great things to say about that! This time I went for the "Total Package" that is a hour massage and a mani/pedi. AMAZING!!! Everyone there is so pleasant to talk to. Very professional. I would highly recommend Oasis to anyone that just needs some pampering time!

I had the most wonderful experience with Bethany for a facial here. It was relaxing and I felt like a goddess during my treatment and after. Highly recommend the buttercup glow facial here!

I had the pleasure of having an appointment with Kylene. The first time I have had any of theses services. I had dermablade and eyebrow wax and tint. The dermablading was incredible. My brows were so light and patchy, the end result was a shock. I absolutely love them and feel so wonderful. The compliments are unending. Thank you Kylene, I will see you ahain!

Used to get my henna brows done by Abby who no longer works here. I live 25 minutes away, but the drive was worth the results. I contemplated for months coming back or not. Had my brows done by Brooke and won't be coming back. She didn't take the time to trim my brows at all and the henna is already gone three four days after having them done. When Abby did them they lasted 2 weeks. Brooke finished my appointment in 32 minutes when it should take almost a hour. I don't think she gave the henna enough time to sit. Won't be coming back.

I’ve seen Brooke for henna brows a couple time now and she does an incredible job. My brows are always perfect and she’s super friendly. Everyone is always super helpful.

Emmy is a miracle worker. I let my brows grow out for 3 week's before my visit so she could reshape. She did an amazing job. The eye tint looks awesome and the whole process was the most painless brow experience I've ever had. William definitely be going back.

Tenzin is amazing! I've been getting facials from her for years but stopped for awhile because of Covid. Just started back yesterday and my skin feels refreshed and looks great thanks to her. I'm looking forward to getting regular facials again from Tenzin! Also, she did a great job on my pedicure. Plus, it's just a joy to see Tenzin again and it's great knowing that she provides a safe and clean environment. I highly recommend her and the Eminence organic product line she represents!!!

Every visit to Tenzin is wonderful. Her facials are wonderful and relaxing, and my skin always looks amazing afterwards. She helped me identify the correct products for my skin, and her products are organic and last a long time, so they are worth the price. She is really professional, clean, and fun to talk to. Tenzin is the best thing that has ever happened to my skin. I have had probably hundreds of facials on my problematic skin and no one has ever made such a difference in my skin as Tenzin did. I had old microblading removed by laser with Lacey. She (and her laser) are amazing! It was a quick appointment (apparently not everyone will get it all off in one visit, but I did!), and there was almost no down time- one night of Vaseline on my brows and everything looked/felt healed the next day. Her space is clean and beautifully designed, and she is extremely friendly and welcoming. Planning on more services in the future! Highly recommend!

Lacey is THE best! Do not look any further if you want professional, quality work with amazing results. She is so talented at what she does, a true artist of her craft! I got my initial microblade with her about 2.5 years ago and got so many compliments afterwards. I've been back for two touch-ups since and am always so impressed with her skill level and consistency, she just keeps getting better. Honestly one of the best beauty decisions I've made for myself. I saw Lacey for henna brows and they were AMAZING. So amazing that I already booked for microblading. She is beyond talented, but also kind, thoughtful and easy to talk to. She answered all of the questions I asked and was extremely knowledgeable. The space is also beautiful - I mean, I don’t usually say wow about bathrooms but WOW.
