What can I say? I was expecting a midnight kebab with meat. I honestly don't know what I ate...I ordered the original kebab, but it looked like mashed meat, almost like you'd see in a burrito. The size was quite small. But in saying all this, and despite the fact I don't like the chilli sauce which is prevalent in Bali (its sweet chilli), I somehow devoured the meal. Dont expect your traditional kebab with strips of greasy meat. I'm happy with the size because at this time of the night, I'm glad I'm not going to bed with a belly full kebab meat.

Is this how you treat a loyal customer that endure all your inconsistency and still give you 5 stars on GrabFood just because I understand that you are a small business that I want to show appreciation at? I don't know what you guys were facing, miscommunication with the driver, getting complains or whatever, it is all your responsibility as a business.
