This was our last stop before heading back to Flat Florida. And I guess we did in fact save the best for last. My husband and I both got the breakfast burrito and wow it was so delicious so many flavors that complimented each other so well. The service was great everyone was so kind. We got there around 9 and it was very busy but the line moved a long quickly. It’s been 3 months since I’ve been here and I still think about this place and wish I could go back. I will be back again someday! We both got a caramel iced latte and they were also delicious. Great place. Clean. Fast. Courteous. And quality. You can’t really ask for more.

Food was absolutely delicious. The place is very cozy. It does get a little packed but well worth the wait! I highly recommend the Cuban latte. The golden platter and the Italian scallion sandwich was very very good!

I was walking around downtown Golden looking for a healthy option for lunch. Cafe 13 was recommended for their menu which includes a few breakfast items, salads, and vegetarian options. I opted for the Thai Chicken Salad and a bowl of Green Chili. Both were good. The salad had fresh ingredients and was filling. The chili had great flavor and a good kick of spiciness to it. I definitely ordered too much food for myself! I didn't realize how large the salad was going to be but I was happy about the portion size for the cost. The staff is very friendly. I would say this place is a bit loud- there were a lot of conversations going on around me. If you plan to come here for a quiet lunch or to get some work done, I recommend bringing headphones.

The view is great here and the outdoor seating is so cozy! We got a dirty chai latte and a pistachio latter, they were both really good but we liked the pistachio best. We also got a cinnamon pull-apart and a rhubarb hazelnut Danish that were delicious. We didn't wait long in line buy by the time we left the line was out the door.

Outstanding service and food. We brought our dog and sat on the rather large patio. The patio is shaded and plenty of tables. We ate the Aussie bowl. Very good!. Be sure to try the lavender or blackberry lattes.

Ordered a vegan burrito, so good!! Outdoor seating area is nice! I came around 9am on a Friday morning and waited in line about 5 minutes, maybe 10 more minutes waiting on them to bring my food. Highly recommend! The burritos are huge!

Great breakfast place with easy vibe. The avocado toast is large enough for two to share - unless you’re super hungry! Excellent coffee. The kids meal was perfectly sized.

Lovely place. Great (and pretty) coffee. And my breakfast sandwich was delicious. You can sip and eat while playing board games. And some local shopping too. Highly recommended visiting after watching the sunrise at Red Rocks Amphitheater

Got the breakfast burrito here and it was just ok. Aside from the bacon (which it almost had too much of) everything else was lacking in flavor. They did a nice job of toasting it though, so the tortilla had a nice crunch when you bite into it.

Love the variety of options that they have here. Very good coffee, nice people and good atmosphere! Gluten free options available too!

The service here is great! Very friendly staff and its very cozy here. We got the charcuterie board and the portions were very generous!

The service was amazing. They are very friendly, and the atmosphere was nice and chill. Music was a bit too loud for my tastes, but tolerable. I had oatmeal, which was pretty good. It could have been amazing if the oats were steel cut and cooked all the way. Instead, I am pretty sure it was plain instant oatmeal - not even cooked, but just the add hot water kind. That was disappointing, but the additions really did kick it up. I will come back and hope the other fare is better. And maybe add instant oatmeal to your description - I would be far more willing to give 5 stars if I didn't feel cheated when my food arrived. O don't mind instant oatmeal, but I don't expect it when I order at a restaurant - unless it is explicitly explained to me.

I ordered a latte, avo toast, and some soup. I made a few… financially adventurous adjustments (oat milk) and it came to $38 (with tip — tip your baristas, you heathens). I literally muttered to myself, “this better be the best matcha latte I’ve ever had.” It was. The best. Matcha. Latte. I’ve ever had. Period. I live 40 minutes away and would gladly make the pilgrimage again — honestly, I’d ride a horse through a snowstorm for this latte. It can have my firstborn son. It’s THICK — like they whisked the matcha until it confessed its deepest secrets. They asked if I wanted to add a flavor and BROWN SUGAR was the best decision I’ve ever made. I would marry this matcha and start a small organic farming commune with it. I shed actual tears as I drank it. The avocado toast? Made me feel rich. Like Kim Kardashian vacationing in the Hamptons. They served it on a fresh baguette and drizzled it with real balsamic — every ingredient tasted like it came from an 87-year-old Italian grandmother’s backyard garden that she’s been perfecting since WWII. I don’t work here. I don’t know anyone who does. I just fell in love with a café today. Worth every penny — and then some.

THE COFFEE SHOP YOU THINK OF WHEN YOU THINK OF AN AMAZING COFFEE SHOP! I searched for a coffee shop near Red Rocks and this place popped up in an ideal location with great reviews and it did not disappoint! The place is very clean with friendly staff and offers a wide selection of coffee drinks and food items. I came in on a Saturday morning and it was pretty busy but the line moved along quickly. I would've stayed in the shop but I was too excited to head to Red Rocks especially after buying a Red Rocks hat at this shop that has become my favorite hat! I actually ended up losing the hat, and I reached out to the email address listed on the website and the Owner Todd was absolutely incredible to send me one only charging me his in-store pricing + shipping as I would prepared to pay a premium to get this hat back again! In summary, the place is beautiful with a wide range of a typical good good shop place, the staff was friendly, the drinks/food were delicious, and the ambiance was perfect. I will come back here every time I visit Red Rocks! And thanks again Todd for going out of your way to get me this hat!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

Such a charming cafe!! My partner and I visited Humble House Cafe while on a weekend trip to Denver, and it was one of my favorite spots we checked out. It’s hard to say what I liked most — the vibes are extremely cozy, the decor is cute, the staff is unbelievably friendly, and the food is tasty. It’s a pretty popular spot, with a 15+ minute line streaming out their door when we arrived around 10 AM, but I can absolutely see why. I especially loved the pay it forward wall by the cashier, where folks could contribute a few dollars to a specific profile of future patron (e.g., newlyweds on their honeymoon, new moms, someone struggling with X). Food-wise, we split a latte, a classic vegetarian breakfast sandwich, and their vegetarian breakfast platter. Everything was outstanding: the croissant was nice and buttery, and it went wonderfully with the fried egg, generous portion of creamy avocado, and sliced tomato. The slice of cheddar and aioli helped to bind the whole sandwich together and created a really wholesome bite. The breakfast platter was equally delicious, with two nicely scrambled eggs (which were very cutely presented as circles, similar to the fried egg) served with an array of fresh veggies and a herbaceous, fresh crema. All told, we probably spent several hours here after eating to read, chat, and work together. I could honestly spend a whole day — or week — here; the vibes are outstanding, and I felt really at home in this Humble House.

Humble House is one of the best spots in Golden! Great coffee, amazing staff, and the owner is super friendly. The space is beautiful, the drinks and food are awesome—and the patio is perfect!

Walking into this old brick , wood rafters, filled with plants and soft romantic lighting, it’s so easy to unwind and ground down, enjoying the simple and elegant atmosphere. Thoughtfully curated provisions in the front with a Togo order counter for all the yummy breakfast and drink needs. Or sit down at the cozy tables for small groups or better yet intimate couplings. The menu has all the basics for drinks and eats, and some unique specials. Good cozy coffee shop with homey and elegant taste. This place has something special and is sure to warm your heart 💜

My family and I visited this coffee shop for the first time today to celebrate our younger adult son's birthday. The shop was conveniently located, had plenty of parking...if you could find an open spot!, friendly employees, great coffee, delicious danishes, indoor and outdoor seating, and daytime and evening hours when bands sometimes play.

The coffee here was amazing—rich, high quality, and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Even though there was a long line when we arrived, it moved quickly. Highly recommend trying the Moon Juice!

Super cute place in Golden! Super busy on weekends. Looks like you can order online for future. I tried their seasonal pumpkin chip ice latte with marshmallow topping and chocolate chips. It was so lovely! Not too sweet and didn't taste artificial. I didn't love that the music was so loud, especially as packed as it was. I prefer a more quiet atmosphere without the blaring pop music. Also a bit expensive for a medium at almost $10 with non-dairy alternative milk tip. Would come back for sure.

Cute little cafe in the heart of downtown Golden! We ate their filled baguettes (also vegetarian option available). During peak hours, you might have to wait a bit for a free table.

The people behind the bar were incredibly kind! They use Allegro Coffee out of Thornton. There is an additional patio for more outdoor seating! All the outdoor seating is under large shady trees. Is it called high ground cuz it’s on a hill? Be ready for the hill if you plan on biking there

Visited this coffee shop on the first day of our trip to Golden. Nathan was so friendly and funny and made us feel right at home! Iced coffee was great and bagels were awesome too! Decided on day 2 to try and visit another coffee shop in town. Walked into 4 others and ended up walking back up to Higher Grounds with Nathan! This time grabbed a latte and Salted Caramel Frapp. Nathan remembered that I liked it sweet and doctored it up a bit for me! Muffin we tried this time was great! Trust me this shop is worth the walk up from downtown! Until next time…

Cute cafe, The barista was very busy woth a rush when I came in, but she still had time to make everyone laugh and my drink was fantastic. Lovely place to study, lots of nice plants inside and outside, nice selection of drinks, and very clean. I can see why it is so popular!

Love going to Higher Grounds!! I always get the Italian soda. The atmosphere is so nice to study or chat with a friend. There are many plants, and the dining room is very cozy. The staff has always been super friendly as well. It does tend to be pretty warm in there, so make sure to layer!

My wife and I stopped in since we were staying close and wanted to try the local coffee shops and enjoy something besides the hotel blend. We had high hopes but were let down. Not sure if the gentleman was having a bad day but he was extremely short and rude. My wife had the banana bread latte and it was mid at best. My coffee was fine but after the service we decided to try other spots.

This is the ultimate place. Coffee is awesome and the staff is so hospitable and helpful. The indoors area is just as inviting as the outdoors area. The location is great and there is some (2 hours parking) around it. It opens early (lucky me) and has a great variety of beverages and food. I got the Yerba mate latte and it was excellent. I will be back!

What a lovely coffee shop, with outdoor seating and very cozy indoor decor with plants makes you never want to leave this place. This is the reason why this is my favorite place to grab coffee. The cashier is also super friendly. I sat down for a few minutes and i notice his interactions with customers and he always managed to make them smile, including myself.

The food was good, the service was not. We were seated and sat for over 10 minutes before asked what drinks we would like. We nearly left as we were not approached about placing our order for nearly 15 minutes after we arrived. We thought they had forgotten about us. Our food took a little long, but cashing out took forever. They did not appear understaffed, it just felt as if we were not important. I hope they were just having a bad morning.

The waitresses were nice and run around offering coffee refills. There is no non-dairy milk. The food was basically like eating cardboard with some chili and cheese thrown in. I will not eat here again.

First, the good. The chicken fried steak and sausage gravy were classic and delicious. Sweet family atmosphere and cute cafe. Sadly, everything else was a disappointment. Long wait to be seated, and then longer wait to have our orders taken. Ham had a weird taste, biscuits were clearly from frozen. Basically cafeteria food. Can't complain too much for the price, but we'll try a different cafe next time.

We stopped at this place on the way down from Blackhawk the morning of Memorial Day. The food was delicious and the service was great. Definitely be back.

5 min off I-70. Ten minutes to order, get our food, and out the door. Normally a dine in place comma but they we're happy to pack it for us to go since we were in a hurry. Great service, happy attentive employees. You can tell it's a family run business. Easy to see why they would have Lots of customers on a saturday morning. Great fresh, food. Delicious!

This cafe is dynamite! A very quaint and friendly vibe. Louis and his wife come out of the kitchen to greet guests, fill coffee, etc. The food is excellent! His menu has a bit of everything you’d want; Mexican, American, Greek, salads, all delicious. Customer service is great! Just try the pozole! We brought home a large container of it today. IT’S SO GOOD! You can’t go wrong eating here. We’re so happy we found this cafe! Louis’ is our weekend go to from here on!

I've been here twice and both times I've experienced great food and decent service. The servers can be a little slower to get back to you, but they are nice and helpful. The prices are excellent, as well.

This was a nice Starbucks in the center of town with very friendly staff. I don't get call "sugar" very often. 😀 The quality of my tea was as expected and I was able to find parking although this place was in what seemed the town center.

Love the crew at this Starbucks! They were crazy nice and fast. There was this woman with purple hair working there(I wish I remembered her name) but she was awesome. Overall just a great chill spot for a break from whatever.

Let me put it this way, if there's a number one SB store in the entire city, maybe county, even country or might world goes to this one! I love this Starbucks store with all my heart. They're so friendly and there's no way, until I'll live in this state move from golden only because of this store. I'm constantly stopping at Starbucks and coffee shops to use the internet and stay caught up with work but this Starbucks feels like a local coffee shop not a stuffy corporate chain. The last couple of days I've been in and they remembered my name when I walked in the door. Patrons are greeted as friends and lots of conversations go on. Golden is a cool town anyway but this Starbucks is definitely doing their part to engage with community. Thanks!!!

Generally, I support local businesses over corporations, but when it comes to good service and good coffee, consistently, this Starbucks location has it wired! The many staff are always super friendly and helpful, and the drinks are always delicious. Most important to me, they always provide soy milk drinks with no problem and even suggested I start using the gift card to buy drinks so I don't pay any extra cost for soy or flavor shots! What a great bunch of people! I hate to be a corporate fanboi, but they just do a wonderful job that I cannot deny.

This Starbucks has it's variety of customers, but the employees here handle every one of them with a smile. Through the busy 2 o'clock rush, they work together as a team. Even when I got up from the counter to get my drink, Teale realized it was mine and handed it to me before I could take a step. I have zero complaints. Food and beverage were perfect and this team rocks at their jobs.

This is truly a hidden gem. Such a cute little cafe with great food, great service and great atmosphere. My grandkids were very impressed as well. I can't wait to return and find our names on the wall again😊

An amazing place. Family owned One of those places that reminds you what the working American family represents. 2+2+2 is the best you could ask for. The pancakes are delicious. The coffee is great, and the atmosphere is preferable to those chain cafes that only fatten the wallets of corporate America. Go to these cafes; that's what this country needs.

We stopped on the way to Estes Park from the Denver Airport. The food was excellent with timely service. When the servicer found out it was Matha's birthday, she comped her entire meal. We thanked them, adding that my birthday was in two days. My meal was comped also. With a bill of zero, we thanked them and tipped the waitress generously. Great food.. great people.

Loved this little coffee shop! We stopped in after hiking the Chavez and Beaver Brook Loop nearby. The shop is cozy, and after a hike, sinking into their couches felt so good. Food was excellent. The ham, cheese, and egg on croissant was the highlight for me; I'd get it again. Same goes for my white mocha with oat milk. Not in the mood for a meal? Their ice cream selection looked yummy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The vibe was relaxed. I'll be back in next time I'm hiking in the area.

Cute and cozy coffee shop. The backs of the chairs have a coffee cutout. A couple super soft couches. Local art for sale on the walls and a spinning tower of cards. The young woman who greeted me was very helpful and patient with me. I got the breakfast burrito with added avocado, the chilies in it were mild. It was a little bland, but with some salt and pepper, it was good. I got a frosted coffee(coffee with icecream). It was made with ice, not just icecream. So it increased the "frosted" texture but wasn't as creamy as I was hoping for. I decided to eat outside and enjoy the view and fresh morning air. The outside seating was clean with stable furniture. If you are in the area, I recommend it

Got a real quick, light, and tasty Buffalo Moon Breakfast with a latte. Delicious menu options, incredibly cozy atmosphere, and incredibly nice owners. If you’re a local, visit this place often. If you’re a tourist, make visiting this place a priority every time you visit Genesee!

Stopped here on our way to Indian Hot Springs. The coffee was great! I had an iced oat milk latte and my husband had a shot of espresso. Service was great! Will be back

Food- 5/5 Everything was as advertised. BLT was tasty and the capuchino was strong, yet creamy and delicate. Service- 5/5 The attendant was relatively new, however, very friendly and pleasant. The gentleman making the sandwiches was a pro. Physical space- 5/5 Very clean and organized. The establishment is smaller than I expected but, very cozy and comfortable there are tables and a couch for chilling.

This is a sweet little coffee shop in the heart of Genesee center. There is a cozy atmosphere inside and the service is great. I got the Cambia, which is a combination of tea, steamed milk and vanilla and it was perfect. There are a few cute gifts inside as well, if you need any. Much parking and a few other stores in the area. Stop by if you are hiking, looking to spot some buffalos (buffalo overlook is right around) or just passing by.

Hands-down one of the best iced lattes I've had here in the Denver area! Their house-made syrups are divine! I love the atmosphere here. It gives cozy PNW coffee shop vibes in the heart of the foothills. Love their book selection, ample seating and environment is very relaxing. They also serve delicious homemade baked goods and Bonfire Burritos. I had the large iced oat milk latte with vanilla and honey lavender! Can't wait to come back, hopefully soon!

Super cute book cafe— I love that there’s free WiFi, the sitting area is wide and open, and there’s many tables and places to set up and do work. The barista’s were quick with orders, though I wouldn’t say friendly—perhaps it had been a busy day. Not mean, just not particularly warm or welcoming, and that’s okay. There seems to be a thriving community here regardless, lots of groups that gather for knitting or chess, or just to chat. It was pretty expensive - I paid approximately $20 for a small latte (no alternative milks or additions) and a burrito. You have to ask for WiFi, I couldn’t find any placards or anything.

Awesome! Atmosphere overall but when you leave this place your clothes will smell like fryer oil. No idea why but it's crazy how your clothing/hair will be completely saturated with oil smell after just 1-3hrs hanging out. If they solve this issue, this place would be one of my favorite Coffee shops around.

Probably the best coffee shop in Colorado. A used bookstore/coffee shop. I always love the atmosphere and the coffee/tea! Lots of power for working with devices, friendly and fast service, and lots of places to sit.

It is a nice place to grab coffee if you are at the area. It is a bit pricey (almost 8$ for oat milk vanilla latte), but the coffee quality is good. With all the wood furniture, shelves and shelves of books, and more secluded sitting areas, it offers a welcoming atmosphere. For me, the inside area was a bit noisy (with somewhat loud music and chatting), and I found the outside area to be quieter. The place itself is easy to find and there is much available parking around it.

I've been here a couple of times. It's not near where I live but I drive by sometimes. The lattes have been good as well as the veggie breakfast burrito. The service is always great. Very friendly and the atmosphere is cool. If it was closer to home, this would be my coffee shop.

This was a spectacular bagel sandwich. Everything was perfectly layered. All my extra topics fit without any hassle. It was stunning. Top 3 bagel sandwiches I've ever had.

I've eaten here about twice a week for the last few years. Good value, clean, GREAT food, and everyone is always nice. I rotate around between "build your own" bagels, pizza, and the salads. REALLY like the fact that everything is cooked on site, every day. All the bagels and cookies are always fresh. My absolute favorite is a "scooped" turkey on sesame, toasted with butter, with lettuce, onion, and Swiss. Prices have gone up a LITTLE in the last year, but still a better value than other restaurants in the area. The workers are always cheery, but it can get busy during lunch rush. Popular place in north Golden!

I placed an order through grub hub for pick up that I thought went through. I sat an waited for the order only to find it didn't go through afterall. So I went to my car and decided to try again and just have it delivered. Still the app was giving me issues. The owner Matt approached me and asked if everything was ok. I explained that I was trying to order through the app because I had a credit. He asked what I ordered and I said don't worry about, I'll come another day. He insisted on helping and did this while honoring my credit. This is the second time I have been helped by Matt and both times he has been friendly, courteous and welcoming. I know people have expressed issues about rude staff and turnover, however I truly believe Matt is working to turn this place around and deliver exemplary service. Always great bagel Action here. Younger work staff, however looks like the owner or manager is here frequently. Very personable and nice staff. Actually have eye contact, genuine conversation. We got the mushroom melt and the big momma, bagels are great texture and flavor, cream cheese rocks, all the toppings fresh and delicious. They have a pizza shop in here too, can’t wait to try more flavors of bagels and pizza. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Great cold brew, they okay old school Rock and roll. If you like bagels and bagel sandwiches get your booty here.

Overall great place in golden for a quick breakfast, lunch, or afternoon bite. I'm a creature of habit and this place has been my go to meal before work for years. Most of the staff knows me and my partner by name and by our order. Secretly they have one of the best muffins around, trust me I'm from the Midwest and we know our baked goods!

Be prepared to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for a bagel even when it’s not busy on a week day. I come in almost weekly, during the week, because it’s convenient and no one seems to be in a hurry to help each other or make eye contact with customers waiting around. I’ve also never seen it busy during the week. Today I waited 10 minutes, after my 34 minute online order, to ask about it. They were out of sesame bagels so they hadn’t started making the order. I’ve been late to multiple meetings waiting 10-45 minutes after ordering. When it’s not busy. It’s hard to keep giving my money to this local chain vs Starbucks when the atmosphere is sluggish and food is expensive.

Big Daddy never disappoints. We go for breakfast sandwiches on weekend mornings or a quick slice at the end of the day during the week. Gabriel is fantastic and runs a great show. Everyone that works there is friendly and attentive. Thanks Big Daddy!

My fiancee and I love Pangea. I have bought their bulk coffee beans several times for my espresso machine, both online and in-person. They are friendly and I love the down-to-earth vibe. Their prices are excellent and they have great quality and selection. Some of the other roasters around town seem to charge extra for the pretentiousness! When I've bought online, the shipping has been very fast, and the coffee shows up fresh. I will buy from this place as long as they are open.

Every cup we brew at home tastes like it came straight from a specialty café. The only challenge? Their hours can be a little tricky, so it feels like a mini adventure trying to catch them open. That said, it’s always worth it when we do! The quality of the beans and the warm, small-batch vibe make this place a true hidden gem. If you can swing by when they’re open, stock up—you won’t regret it!

The absolute best latte! I visit several times a week and love to meet up to sit outside or walk by the creek. We get our beans for home, and always love the special holiday blends. Affordable, great quality, and exceptionally kind staff.

Great little coffee shop. Seemed to be really popular with Mines (Engineering College in Golden) students. It definitely get like a place I could sit down and spend some time. I know this is only my personal opinion but I wasn’t a fan of the flavor of their espresso at all. It seemed very earthy and a little bitter.

First time to try PCR, mostly because of the highly inclusive name and insane ratings. Did not disappoint. Ordered a simple brewed coffee(java) that was perfect and enjoyed the sunshine on the side of the building. Great spot!

Excellent coffee served by a very friendly and laid-back staff. Service is at the window. My husband and I enjoyed lattes and pastries at a small table under some trees. It was lovely. One of the best mocha lattes I've had. Not too sweet.

Happened upon this brand while searching for Starbucks (considering I was no longer in the south and wasn’t expecting to find a CC’s). My Chai tea latte was EXCELLENT! Quick service and friendly staff. Will be on the lookout for this brand more often.

Love the coffee and people who work there are mostly friendly. My only complaint is that they seem to always ignore/forget/maybe not realize when I add whipped cream or some other add-on to my mobile orders. Which isn't the biggest problem in the world and is a little petty on my part, but it is kind of annoying every now and then.

The staff is kind but the location is super loud. I love to do work at coffee shops but this one was far too noisy. However, if you like to get your drink to go or don’t mind lots of noise this might be a good option for you.

Amazing atmosphere, delicious drinks. Inviting and inclusive. I love the black board with the daily question. It's so cute and creative. The workers are friendly and warm. The whole shop is just the perfect place to settle up and work on your laptop

Sweetest baristas anywhere! Coffees out super fast and I love watching them put the whipped cream on top. My sister and I took advantage of their indoor seating and hung out for a bit. Cozy environment as well!

The baristas were rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. This was my first time here and the one who took my order rushed me through despite there being no line and barely anyone there. She cut me off multiple times and screwed up my order. She was more interested in talking to her friend/coworker. The coffee was good, but I felt completely unwelcome

There were only two employees when I came in and they both seemed rushed, but happy. I wasn’t greeted or helped right away. The drinks took a little longer than expected, but that could be due to the lack of workers. There were quite a few people seated inside and outside, as well as customers coming and going through the drive thru. Normal Starbucks menu (pastries and drinks) and normal cups were for sale.

This is such a nice Starbucks! The views are incredible and the seating is perfect to appreciate the wonderful nature around Golden. However the service is horrible! I came here after a hike with my friend ordered a trenta black tea with sugar free vanilla. In the past i have had a watered down tea and a cup full of ice. I was very specific in my order not to add any water and to go light on the ice. The took over 10 minutes to give me my tea they took care of all the drive thru and kept skipping my order. I literally watched the barista water down my tea in front of me after i ordered it from her. I didn’t make a big deal of it but i call her out on the way my drink was made. I don’t understand paying $6 for a tea that is watered down especially after i asked you not to. Very ignorant young women working her as much as i enjoyed the out door space I’ll skip it…

I really hate this Starbucks. Every time I come here, there's an issue. Before a long road trip, I ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte and only got hot milk. Yesterday, I did a mobile order and had to wait a long time before inquiring. Not a single person of the 5+there greeted me or asked about my order. Someone squirreled out on my drink. It was half made under the cold brew tap. I mobile ordered because I was in a hurry to get up the mountain. Clearly, that was lost on this crew. Avoid it all costs.

For over a year, the employees keep all their personal belongings on the handi-cap table so no one can sit there. I've reached out to Starbucks corporate, but the manager and employees still do it. They have loud team meetings and employee reviews in the lobby. There will be no seats in the store, and they refuse to move their junk so customers can sit there. Today, March 18th, I asked them to move their stuff so I could use the table, they said no, and went back to their loud team meeting. Her kindness, warmth, and genuine care remind me how much better the world could be if everyone treated others the way she does. Today, after moving an hour away, I just happened to be in town and stopped by. To my surprise, I saw Linda—not behind the counter, but as a customer! We spotted each other through the drive-thru window, and of course, we had to catch up outside. Even after all these years, she still made my day, reminding me that the world is full of amazing people. Linda isn’t just a great barista—she’s a truly special person. Had a bit of a rough morning while traveling, so we decided to stop by for some coffee. While there, I went to pick up our coffees, the lid popped off one of them, & coffee spilled everywhere! I felt terrible. The employee who helped me was so kind & helpful. She even made me a new coffee. It made my day! Thanks for the great service & kindness!

Great spot to stop on your way up or down 93. Awesome location with consistent standards and friendly staff. Clean and convenient.
