Lounge
Nestled atop the Birchwood Hotel, the Birchwood Canopy is a chic rooftop lounge that perfectly captures the essence of St. Petersburg's vibrant transformation. This stylish venue, located on the fifth floor of a charming boutique hotel originally built in 1924, offers guests an inviting atmosphere with plush cabanas and stunning views of Tampa Bay and Beach Drive. Whether you're indulging in expertly crafted cocktails or savoring light bites from their diverse menu, every visit promises a delightful experience.
It's one of the best root top bars in downtown St. Pete. With water views of the Pier, this makes for the perfect date spot. Amazing well crafted cocktails, mimosas, and it has a very Florida vibe when it comes to a swanky outdoor bar area. The sun sets on the city side, but the crisp breeze at dusk allows for the evening to be very toleratable as well as views of the "back sunset" as the sky changes colors. If you are lucky enough to grab a table with a water view, do it. Prices are very reasonable for the area and end the night with an espresso martini. It's definitely worth it.

Service was slow but not bad. The view was awesome even at night. It was pretty windy and chilly but still enjoyable for an early March evening. I would to come back when it's warmer too really enjoy this spot. They also had a live artist who was really good.

My boyfriend and I recently visited the Canopy for the first time and it was phenomenal! We decided to sit at the bar which was nicely shaded. The bar fans allowed the perfect amount of breeze to keep us cool, but they weren’t aggressively powerful either! Our bartender/server, Christian, was very attentive and always made sure our drinks, including my water, stayed full at all times. Huge plus!! He was very knowledgeable with menu items, too, when we had questions on what we should order. As I’m 6 months pregnant, I asked about mocktails and he provided a mocktail menu containing 4 different drinks that all sounded delicious! I went with the strawberry social which was SO refreshing! My boyfriend ordered an espresso martini which was beautifully crafted, and he said tasted perfect. As for food, we ordered the fried pickles (lightly fried, crispy, and delicious), chipotle chicken tacos (the flavor in the chicken was insanely good, and I usually don’t like spice but I couldn’t resist these), and the barbacoa wontons (my boyfriend crushed these in seconds lol they were so full and flavorful. I wish I had taken a picture of the inside). Safe to say, we will definitely be back to try more mocktails, drinks, and menu items! Hopefully Christian will be working again, too, as he really made our experience one to remember.

Great spot to enjoy a late afternoon with loved ones and friends. Came here with my wife on a summer Saturday, we arrived around 6pm to see the sunset. Unfortunately the sun sets behind the hotel building, but we enjoyed the Eastside view nonetheless. Drinks are good, beer is cold and the view is stunning -- what else could you ask for?

Incredible rooftop with amazing views of the bay and pier DTSP. The food and cocktails are delicious and surprisingly affordable. Great spot to meet up with friends or go along and makes some. Highly recommended.

Makayla was amazing! She kept our drinks full and brunch was delicious. She was super attentive and so friendly. Would come back just to see her again! But also the food was fantastic!! Got the cheesecake French toast and the brisket Benny and both were fabulous!

Great place to stop by for fantastic views and "okay" drinks I say. My experience relates to the great servant, whose name was Allison.!! She was our bartender. Very dedicated, courteous and perceptive. Thanks to her I retrieved my bracelet which slipped off my wrist imperceptibly. I was already downstairs out of the elevator when I heard her call, and moments later saw her downstairs holding my bracelet. Nice, caring person.! Thank you Allison.

We always have the best time at Birchwood!! The views are incredible, the service is always amazing, I have had Abi a couple times now and she is always so sweet and gives us the best drink recommendations! Also highly recommend trying the truffle fries!

Mandarin Hide is a trendy and bustling bar located on Central Ave in downtown. It offers a retro-style interior with dim lighting, creating a chic cocktail den atmosphere. The bar is known for its specialty cocktails, particularly the famous espresso martinis that patrons rave about. However, if those don't suit your taste, the skilled bartenders are more than happy to create a custom drink tailored to your preferences.
Great drinks!!!! Personalized drinks to the tee!!!! The bartender Seth took our request and took it to a new level.. exactly what we wanted but couldn’t explain it!! He nailed it!! Off the menu drinks we loved. Went to work like an artist!

Me and my husband love coming here. It's always a good vibrant vibe, and it's fun. The bartenders know their craft and drinks are on point. The decor is rustic and really cool. Went for New Year's and then went back a couple weeks ago for St. Patty's. If you are a bourbon/whiskey drinker, this is a good bar to visit.
Demarys S — Google review
The legendary tub photo at Mandarin Hide is a MUST! The drinks are worth it ! The crowd at this bar in st Pete is always a good time ! I recently was a photobooth operator for a private event and the hospitality of the crew was astounding! They made sure every guest drink was perfectly crafted and made sure every one’s request was accommodated! I am highly recommending this spot for all my clients private parties!

Almost got in a fight with some chicken legged boys from NY but the staff and libations here were both proper and brilliant. Seating was super comfortable, lighting reminds me of Seattle (Ballard) haunts; which I like. Its seating was both minimal and adequate - keeps the focus on your company and cocktail. Strong but small selection of proper Mezcal -staff are slightly cocky but I prefer knowledge over stupidity so it’s a win in the end. Thanks for the cocktails,
Blaubak P — Google review
I love the vibe of this place. Music is awesome and prepares gorgeous cocktails, my favorite one...the old-fashioned. Besides, the decoration of the bar enchanted me!!
Eduardo L — Google review
Best post hurricane cocktails. It’s an old school place, knowledgeable bar tenders who can make any drink. My wife ordered a bartenders choice and got a banger of a drink. I channeled fall and ordered the Pumpkin Spice Espresso Martini, in their finest available drink ware.
Joseph H — Google review
Mandarin Hide is definitely one of my favorite spots in downtown St. Pete—a must-stop every time! The vibe is unmatched, giving that perfect mix of intimate lounge meets lively energy. (It gives the feeling of a bar that, if Chuck Bass—yes, from Gossip Girl—owned, it would be a speakeasy with a private adult club in the back lol) The bartenders are top-tier—attentive, fun, and always on point with recommendations. I got their espresso martini with tequila (normally comes in a not cute glass, I just request mine in a martini glass, and problem solved). Best vibe overall, hands down.

Bar
Nestled right on the sandy shores of St. Pete Beach, Undertow Beach Bar is a vibrant and laid-back destination perfect for beach lovers seeking a fun escape. This charming bar offers an array of delicious pub grub alongside refreshing drinks, making it an ideal spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Great if you’re a member, but still great area for accessing the beach. Owner Pete is cool and laid back. A beautiful spot, with great energy, a fun crowd, and even for families. I could live and hang out here for the rest of my life 😏
S B — Google review
No food which kind of sucks. Drinks are really expensive BUT it has a great atmosphere, right on white sand, some beach games and the bartenders…friendly, on it and easy on the eyes. 4 starts solely for price of drinks - can easily find cheaper drinks in St Pete on the beach elsewhere. Video of bartender was taken with her permission as she performed this upside down shot service.

We found this beauty on a Google search so drove the one and a half hours to get to it. We had no idea we couldn’t park there so parked up the road. Upon arriving, we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by Cara. She is the daughter of the owner and they built the bar many years ago. It’s the coolest bar. Full of character and water running through the counter! You can play games or sit outside on the most BEAUTIFUL beach in the world and watch the dolphins in the water, followed by a breath taking sunset. They have another bar next to it which is an outside beach bar. We had a day on the beach and loved it so much, we booked 3 local suites and stayed the night. We were back at the bar today and the staff were equally as attentive. The bar doesn’t serve food but they are happy for you to order in and eat there. Thank you so much for making a travelling family from the UK feel so welcome. P.S - Picture attached of Cara’s party trick! Haha.

Extremely Disrespectful Bartender Experience – 9/4/25 Night Shift We visited this bar on the night of September 4th, 2025, to celebrate my friend’s birthday with a group of about 10 people. We spent well over $1,800 throughout the night, tipping 20% or more on every single tab. We came to have fun, spend money, and support the bar — but one bartender completely disrespected us and ruined the experience. At one point, we asked the female bartender working that night to slap my friend and hang from the bar pole — just something fun for his birthday. She did say there would be a charge, but never told us how much until after she did it. Then suddenly, we’re hit with a $100 charge, which is absolutely excessive and ridiculous for something like that. To make matters worse, she entered that $100 as a tip on the receipt — not as a service or fee — but a gratuity, which is misleading. Naturally, when we saw a $100 tip already added, we didn’t leave anything extra. And because of that, she complained — and then refused to serve us for the rest of the night, accusing us of not tipping. That’s outrageous, considering we had already left generous 20%+ tips on every previous order. We even asked her to pull the receipts, and they all clearly showed our tips. We know how this industry works, and we always tip properly. She flat-out decided we weren’t worth her time anymore, and when the other male bartender was busy getting beer or ice, she stood there doing nothing, completely ignoring us, even though she knew we were waiting. Her attitude was unacceptable — cold, entitled, and unprofessional. We couldn’t help but feel like we were being profiled, Why else would we be treated so differently after spending over $1,800 and tipping well all night? Thankfully, the male bartender working with her was the complete opposite — professional, kind, and attentive, even while juggling restocking duties. He did a great job and deserves recognition. If it weren’t for him, we probably would have walked out a lot sooner. And here’s the real issue: this kind of behavior is financially damaging to your business. We were a group ready to come back every Thursday — we loved the music, the vibe, the atmosphere. But you think we’re going to return with that type of employee behind the bar? No chance. One person like that can drive away loyal, high-spending customers and ruin your reputation. Unless that woman is the owner herself (which would explain the arrogant attitude and poor judgment), it’s hard to understand how she feels entitled to treat customers that way. And if she isn’t the owner, then whoever is should really think twice about the type of people they’re trusting to represent their brand — because she’s not only hurting your customers, she’s hurting your bottom line. She is costing the business money, profits, or future income
Mauro O — Google review
Giving y’all a 4 because I love coming there but my friends and I don’t come often because there’s no parking anywhere. Not everyone can afford to always uber and some people like driving. Please allow more public parking near by I promise it would bring in more customers! Beautiful bar and beach though. :)

Undertow is a hidden gem. We came here to enjoy some drinks while watching the sunset. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We got freshly made pina coladas, they were so good. The bar was fairly busy, but had plenty of room for us to sit and enjoy the beautiful views. They have a lot of fun games you can play too. The prices can’t be beat! The bathrooms were nice and clean too. We will definitely be back. @living.with.reg

Location is the first thing to love about the Undertow Beach Bar. Two separate bars to choose from serving up great cocktails. Very limited food menu...like snacks. Plenty of T.V's to catch all the games on. Rubber ducks float on a stream of running water carved into the bar. This is something everyone remembers. Cheers 🍹🍸🍷🍺

Live music bar
Ruby's Elixir, formerly known as Central Cigars and The Havana Room, is a vintage lounge in Saint Petersburg that offers live music seven days a week. The venue exudes a retro vibe reminiscent of the 40s and 50s, complemented by dim lighting and a wide array of specialty and classic drinks. It has evolved from its origins as a cigar lounge to become a popular spot for enjoying local blues, jazz, funk, and soul performances.
We spent time here listening to a new artists and just loved the close vibe and the environment. The music was love and real and sounded so good. Drinks were Greta and service was very good.

You definitely will catch a vibe here! The atmosphere is electric but in a subtle calming way, like like sinking into a warm bath after an exhausting day. The entertainment was awesome and played a wide array of past and present hits ( also a lite tribute to The Great Chuck Mangione) The service and drinks 🍸 were great and in a timely matter! I definitely recommend the Habiki 17 Japanese whiskey. This is also a cigar bar so if smoke bothers you I recommend the patio.
Theo A — Google review
I didn't eat. I went to see Jazz virtuoso Tony Castellano and have a couple of drinks. This block has tons of bars and clubs but only a few offer live entertainment. Ruby's is one of them and as far as I know the only one that has jazz on a regular basis. Alot of local talent showed up and sat in with the second band. It was a genuine jam session. I had a great time and met alot of great people. This place is a gem amongst stones. Don't miss Tony either. He plays there fairly regularly. It's not just a jazz club. They feature other music on different nights. If I lived here this would probably be my place.
Shawn C — Google review
This was a great place to hear some fantastic music on a Sunday night. Great crowd, spilling outside, the same band plays on Sundays, The Family Funk. A nice fusion, jazz, funk and what a great atmosphere to enjoy it all! It was a busy night with only 1 waitress on the floor, but she was hustling and keeping everyone happy! We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday and she went the extra mile to make it perfect. What a nice surprise, highly recommended!!
Shari C — Google review
Carter is fabulous! She's a star. The biggest star this place has ever had. I've been coming to this address since 2008 (I think)when Ruby's was a storage room. Tad and Trey are refreshing too! Employees everywhere need to understand that we (the customers) are the reason they are there at work! No patrons, no tips, no job. The man who works the Ruby's side, security -- he is so horrible. If he's going to engage with patrons he needs to learn how to speak to them. We the customers are also the reason he is there!!! He needs to find a different job where he doesn't interact with the public. What is his problem!!!?? So many people complain about his attitude and energy. We all understand he has a job to do, but BE NICE!!!...or at least professional. He is neither. He is ruining the vibe. His attitude, demeanor, tone, etc. are unacceptable. Please replace him. He is affecting your business and clearly doesn't care. The crowd is talking about him CONSTANTLY! Nothing good to say. I observed him treating customers AND even the individual band members / entertainment, rudely!!! Please address this.

I moved to Saint Pete 10 years ago and Ruby’s Elixir was the first bar I went to (Ella Jet was performing). I had such an amazing experience and it seems to be getting better and better every time I go. Great music, drinks, and amazing service… I especially wanna give some love to Benny, who (in my opinion) the star at Ruby’s. He’s always making sure that I’m taken care of and receiving the best service. I look forward to the next time I come in… Because I know my experience will be just as great if not better. Keep doing what you’re doing… You guys are amazing!

I love going to hear the live music here especially on weekends nights… lately the guys at the door has been professional and make sure my family and I feel safe. We actually came back Monday because we had such a good time. Feeling safe is very important in this day and age! Thank you for taking such good care of us patrons.
Chaka S — Google review
Ruby’s Elixir is hands down my favorite bar in St. Pete — a place that oozes soul, character, and good vibes from the moment you walk in. The live music is always on point, the atmosphere is electric yet laid-back, and the drinks? Top-tier every time. But what truly makes this place unforgettable is Benny, the best bartender in Florida. Seriously. Whether you’re a cocktail connoisseur or just need a cold beer and a friendly face, Benny’s got you. His energy is infectious, his pour is generous, and his ability to make everyone feel welcome is unmatched. He doesn’t just serve drinks — he creates an experience. If you’re in St. Pete and haven’t been to Ruby’s Elixir, you’re missing out. And if Benny’s behind the bar? Consider your night made.

Jimmy B's Beach Bar is a laid-back beach bar located in a resort hotel, offering nightly live music and a sprawling deck that overlooks the beach. Voted as the Best Beach Bar by Floridians, it is known for its cold beer and pristine beaches. Situated at the Beachcomber Hotel on St Pete Beach, this award-winning bar features multiple bars, an open-air patio, and two stages for live music.
If I could give Jimmy B’s Beach Bar 6 stars, I would in a heartbeat! The atmosphere here is unbeatable — toes in the sand, live music, cold drinks, and the best sunset around. But what really made my visit unforgettable was Holly. Holly was absolutely incredible — friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. She made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down. Our drinks were never empty, she checked in with the perfect timing, and her smile honestly set the tone for the whole night. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely loves what they do, and it totally shows with Holly. Between the great vibes, awesome music, and outstanding service, Jimmy B’s is easily my favorite spot on St. Pete Beach. Huge shoutout to Holly for making the night extra special — she’s a total rockstar! 🌴🍹✨

Nestled in a resort hotel, this beach bar is a hidden gem. The laid-back atmosphere instantly puts you at ease, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The sprawling deck offers breathtaking views of the beach, creating an ideal backdrop for sunset cocktails. What truly sets this place apart is the live music, adding a vibrant energy to the relaxed setting. The staff are attentive and friendly, ensuring prompt service without disturbing the casual vibe. The food menu, while not extensive, offers tasty options that complement the drinks perfectly. From fresh seafood to classic bar bites, the quality is consistently good. Whether you're a hotel guest or a local, this bar is a must-visit for its ambiance, views, and overall experience.

If you are looking for beach, drinks, live music and maybe a rando link…this is your spot! The food is not good, I would only eat here if you have to. I had fish tacos and they were like fried fried, no fish. But everyone was having a good time, people dance in their swimsuits to the live music.

Absolutely loved our time at Jimmy B’s Beach Bar in Saint Pete! The atmosphere is unbeatable, with a laid-back vibe that perfectly complements the beachfront location. Live entertainment keeps the energy up, making every visit a fun experience. The food is delicious, with a great variety to choose from. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty meal or just some tasty snacks to go with your drinks, Jimmy B’s has you covered. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a fantastic time by the beach! *It did take us a 'minute' to find the place and parking. We had to park behind a 7-Eleven and walk across, which wasn't bad at all. Then you have to walk all the way through the hotel and go to the back in order to find it; just as a helpful hint for anyone that didn't know that ahead of time like we didn't. It appears you can also walk right off the beach up there, but we were coming from somewhere else.*

One of my favorite moments and places I visited in Tampa. The staff were truly kind and attentive to all needs. They managed the large crowds of customers with ease and provided excellent service and hospitality. The food and drinks were soooo good!! The options and were endless. I really loved how close the beach is to this restaurant. The restaurant has walkways built onto the beach. The sunset was gorgeous at this location and made the experience that much more pleasant.

So damn happy they reopened!! Holly, the best bartender there, took awesome care of us as we lazily enjoyed the day away. Waves, great music, great food and cold beer, you CANT go wrong!! I almost don’t wanna write this so more people don’t come!!
Heather D — Google review
Live music, great views, and a ton of people around having just as much fun as you....lots of energy! The service is good and the food is decent. The experience is terrific. Not especially kid friendly unless they like loud music and drunk dancing.
Seth G — Google review
I think what’s difficult about this place is parking! The area for the hotel is small and nearby is all tow away zones. We almost gave up! And then you walk through the hotel lobby to get to Jimmy’s, which feels weird but I guess it works. We aren’t locals so all of this felt confusing. Overall once you’re there and settled it’s ok, live music, and okay service.

Nestled along the stunning shores of St. Pete Beach, Coconut Charlie's Beach Bar & Grill is a vibrant gem that beckons with its inviting outdoor lights and lively atmosphere. With a charming thatched roof and cozy hammocks dotting the sandy landscape, this spot offers more than just your typical beach bar experience.
10/10 overall experience for sure. we visited on a thursday and thursdays they have live music from 5-9. it was the exact vibe we were going for right on the beach with hammocks, good vibes and good music. the food and drinks were to die for definitely worth your money!! it is first come first serve tables where you sit yourself. it’s behind a hotel that u park in front and walk to the beach bar not too far at all. we came for a good dinner after a long day at the beach with a sunset and we got everything we asked for will 100% return!!

Morgan needs a raise! Coconut Charlie's is fantastic. My partner got the grilled chicken sandwich and even that was full of flavor and fresh bread, unlike others that are bland, this was so yummy! Service is wonderful and the bar faces the beach and it's beautiful. Live music even on a Sunday night was so romantic. What a great place.

We loved Cassie on our 1st two visits. Unfortunately we didn’t get the other bartenders names, as it was the weekends and they were busy, but still very attentive. Food was great especially the chicken club and pizza. Drinks were great as well, watch out for the Rum Runner, it sneaks up on you.

We ate at the Grill side which is located at the front of the hotel. You validate parking at the hotel desk. The beach bar had live music and our dog doesn't like drums. My wife had the special - grouper, scallops, coconut rice and asparagus. I had the rigatoni primavera and my daughter had blackened chicken alfredo. We all split parmesan truffle fries. The portions were more than enough for us and we're not sure if we were all not hungry or if they were just generous, but we took home a lot of food. Everything was delicious, the only critique would be salty asparagus, but it blended into the rest of the food just fine. Our server was amazing, 0 flaws there.

This is a fun place to get a drink and have easy access to the beach. Plenty of outdoor seating and mostly shaded. Had the Mahi Mahi tacos and a Pina Colada and enjoyed both. Our server, Joanna, appeared very busy that day but she was very attentive and friendly. The only thing we didn't really like was how loud the DJ had the music playing. It made it hard to have conversations at our table of 4.

Fun place connected to the Hilton with beach access. Beautiful furnishings and amazing palm trees. Live entertainment most days on the patio. Food was good. Drinks refreshing.

U ONLY GET FREE PARKING IF YOU SPEND OVER $50!!! (Lol does not say that on the sign anywhere!) Waitress was horrible. We asked for water many times and she didn’t come until I had to ask again. When asking her to validate our parking pass (which was $60) after ordering two Miami vices she refused to because we needed to order “‘meals” I’ve never heard of that. We just wanted to walk the beach with our drinks. Horrible experience. Go to PCI or another beach nearby. It’s not like we came and sat down for a Pepsi. We ordered two alcoholic drinks. We thought it was beyond rude as were locals. Her name was Joanna. We then ordered salsa and chips to go so we can make sure we “spent enough” she came back and told us we aren’t allowed to do that and we need to at least spend $50. Which by the way we spent $44 including her tip. This behavior is ridiculous. We will never come back! Just know there’s a spending minimum here of at least $50 lol. To just park at the restaurant and enjoy a drink. Unbelievable. My friend has been here and said that was never a thing.

The Dog Bar is a one-of-a-kind venue that combines an off-leash dog park with a full-service bar, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere for both humans and their furry companions. The spacious indoor and outdoor dog parks, complete with an inviting pup pool, offer over 4,500 square feet of fenced play area designed with Astroturf for cleanliness and comfort. To ensure the safety and well-being of all canine visitors, membership is required, along with immunization records for entry.
I just love this place and so does my son, Dallas! His behavior is always top notch when we come here and I believe that’s due to the energy of the establishment and the referees! You guys bring out the best in my dog! If you have a dominant dog, nervous, shy, unsocialized- I highly recommend trying to turn those behaviors around by coming here in a CONTROLLED, friendly, warm and loving environment! (Bring your most calm and positive self of course) This staff member below was one of my favs. She walked around with a smile on her face, how could the dogs NOT get along with that kind of energy! I also love the small dog pool, ice baths and friendly sweet dogs every time we go!

Be aware if you’re not a regular and/ or a local, they’ll invite you in just to check your ID, let you order something, pay, tip, then kick you out before you can even start to consume the most likely back washed drink (thanks to the bartender) for the reason of “ no one knows you” regardless of them checking my ID and not having an issue about me before their tip. I had just moved to the area of course they don’t know me. What a way this was to say new comers are NOT welcome especially after I drove 40 mins to try this place out. Oh also their bartender drinks straight out of the liquor bottles they serve the guests! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We took our dog Boujie here to give him some meaningful experiences before he passed of cancer. We said goodbye to him 09/26/25 and though we miss him dearly, we look back with gratitude at his days mingling with the other dogs at the Dog Bar. The staff and patrons were exceptionally kind to him and we always had a good time. Thank you.

I personally prefer my drinks without all the dog hair, but I suppose that's to be expected. No way I would eat food there, although I'm sure the food trucks are outstanding and we will go back but will probably get food on our way home. Wish there was a way for it to smell better... definitely kennel scented. Drink prices work great and everybody working there was wonderful!

From classic arcade games to pool and outdoor activities like cornhole and Jenga, there's something for everyone. The bar serves up retro-themed shots and drinks, as well as party pouches made with Bacardi rum and fruit juice.
Park & Rec DTSP is truly an adult playground! There’s so much to do—from games and dancing to just vibing with friends. The music was on point all night, and the food definitely hit the spot. Parking was a bit tricky, but we made it work and it was totally worth it. Perfect spot for a fun night out in downtown St. Pete!

Music was good. Drinks were very good too but this place is horribly dirty especially the bathroom it was 9pm when I used the girls bathroom and there was throw up all on the sink the the toilets had pee all over it. Staff should be cleaning these bathrooms regularly. The throw up seemed like it’s been there a while .

Keke and Miranda made my entire night!! Their energy was amazing from the moment I walked up to the bar — they were so friendly, fun, and on top of everything. The manager was also lit and kept the whole vibe up! They seriously made me the best drink I’ve ever had, complete with a candy pop on top. I’m so freaking excited I found this spot. Great service, fun atmosphere, and the kind of staff that makes you want to come back every weekend. 10/10 experience!

The Ale and the Witch is a cornerstone of St. Petersburg's craft beer scene, offering a wide selection of domestic craft brews including IPAs, saisons, stouts, and even kombucha. The venue features live original music nightly and showcases local artists' work on its walls. With seating inside as well as a spacious courtyard for live music events, this downtown staple has been a free music venue for over a decade.
This is a very welcoming beer lover's heaven. They always have 30 or so widely varied and quality beers on tap and bartenders are on top of everything with speed. They very frequently have music in the vestibule in front of the bar too with much outdoor seating and tables for relaxing enjoyment. They now have many wines and sangria as well. Before 6pm on weekdays all taps and wine is $5!

That such a wonderful, welcoming place could be dreamt up and succeed in this unassuming courtyard is a testament to the attention to detail of ownership. You want great music, generally for free. Check You want great beers and wine at a reasonable price served through regularly cleaned keg lines. Check You want access to a community of people that frequent and love the place. Check. I could go on, but what I can tell you is that if you want a great place to hang, and have a great time/ then you have found it.

It is a great beer pub with a wide selection of brews and friendly service. Small space but has a very large outdoor courtyard with live music every evening. First time there last night. Were told by the guy managing the mechanical bull, he needed a $50 tip for him to let us ride. This was after we filled out the waiver, nobody was riding so we asked when we could go. When he responded that, we walked right out the door next to him. Won’t be back. Walked a block down the road and had a blast at Welcome to the Farm. There’s a reason we could walk right in to this place and had a half hour line to get into the other place.. loser employees will ruin your business. Owners need to pay attention.
Chawn K — Google review
The only reason this review is low is because of the extremely rude and weird DJ. Went with a girl group on 07/19. Staff was super nice and accommodating, bartender was so cool and nice (didn’t catch her name but brunette with long hair) and the mechanical bull was a very fun touch. They had a bouncer managing the stage (who was also very very nice) to the DJ that was taking requests and me and a couple girls waited in line and went up and when I requested a Hank Williams jr. song the dude literally shooed me away with his hand and was like unreasonably rude. First of all what kind of country bar doesn’t wanna play Hank? And second of all why are you even taking requests if you’re gonna be so dismissive and pissed off when you get them? Even if he didn’t feel like it was the vibe or whatever just be like ok! And then don’t play it? No need to be a weirdo about it. Very off putting dude and he also kept playing weird terrible pop country music.
Gabrielle S — Google review
Terrible. do not waste your time here. The manager should be removed. He is incredibly disrespectful to everyone. Update: Still no changes. The “bouncer” that sits near the exit should be replaced. Not a good image for the “bar” or DTSP.

This upscale bar and club has a great selection of champagne and caviar as well as top-notch cocktails. It's perfect for celebrating special occasions or milestones with friends. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making it a popular spot among locals and visitors to St. Petersburg.
Great place to smoke a cigar! Good cocktails, decent food, ambience varies depending on the crowd and music of course… but they do a good job. Service is pretty good, also depending on who you get, where you sit, and how busy it is. The bartenders are decent which is better than average for DTSP, cocktails could be better made for the price though. The food is an improvement over other bar food and they have an above average wine menu. Location is what makes this a top choice. St. Pete has become very hipster and dog friendly in recent years, this location is on the forefront of that movement. Although most of the locals have been run off, you can still stop by here and enjoy a cigar out front watching the yuppies compete in parading their rescue dogs and spending money they don’t have to impress people they don’t know.

The decor pays homage to the 1960s and Vietnam War aesthetics, creating a unique backdrop for your night out.

A Hidden Gem in St. Pete – Saigon Blonde is a Must-Visit! Saigon Blonde quickly became one of our favorite spots during our first trip to St. Pete. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was effortlessly cool and welcoming. The cocktails? Simply phenomenal. If you’re looking to unwind, I highly recommend trying their CBD-infused drinks—they’re both unique and incredibly relaxing. A huge shoutout to Aaron, the incredibly talented mixologist who crafted a few custom vodka-based CBD cocktails for me. The “Dragon Lady” was a personal favorite—smooth, refresh, and beautifully balanced. If you’re more of a bourbon lover, definitely ask Aaron for his take—it’s his liquor of choice, and you can taste the passion in every pour. Yes, we drank more than we probably should have… but no regrets here. The drinks, the atmosphere, the service—it all made for an unforgettable afternoon. We’ll absolutely be back!

Went there for weekend mid-day cocktails and it was great. The drinks we had were part of their speciality cocktails and it was cool seeing ingredients common in Asian cooking are flavors in these cocktails. The bartender was quick making these drinks, they looked gorgeous and tasted even better. Tropical/jungle vibes with the decor, with ambient mood lighting the deeper you go in. Can imagine this place being busy during peak times at nights on the weekend. Parking available at garages a few blocks down, with limited street parking down Central Ave.

Me and my partner own the Royal Tot tiki bar in Charlotte. The menu is a little Gin heavy for a Tiki bar. We tasted 9 drinks from the menu but there is a wide variety. Some we liked, some weren't our jam but all of them were mixed well. Good bartenders (Cuba and another bartender that knew what she was doing), heavy pours, great DJ, great vibe, cool spot. Wish the second level was open but we came in Sunday to Monday late night. Great spot, great crowd. Will definitely come again the next time we are here. We know what goes into it. Keep up the great work!

The Dalí Museum in St. Petersburg is a must-visit for art enthusiasts. The museum houses an extensive collection of surrealist art by Salvador Dalí and is known for its unique building with 900 glass panels. Visitors can also experience Dali 360, a captivating 30-minute projection dome show that brings the artist's works to life.
A beautiful space with a great collection of art and nice little cafe. There are regular docent tours you can join that are covered by regular admission without an extra fee. I went on a Thursday and after 5pm there was a DJ and the first floor took on a social hangout vibe. The gift shop has plenty of fun things, and if the size of the item you want is out of stock you can order one from their online store.

Out of this world experience. The museum has so much of Dali's artwork, that you feel completely immersed in his creativity and part of his own unique and unfamiliar universe. If you're in the area, I highly recommend setting aside half a day or at least a couple of hours for the visit. Also, the shop has a wide selection of beautiful gifts and souvenirs.

The Dali Museum completely exceeded expectations — surreal, inspiring, and so well presented. You can feel the creativity in every corner, and the staff are super knowledgeable. The building itself is a work of art. Highly recommend taking your time to explore!

Salvador Dali Museum in St Petersburg was an excellent tribute to a fascinating, perhaps controversial artist. Staff were friendly and helpful, there was plenty of parking during our visit on a Sunday, art displays were neat, and the using the app for the narrated tour is highly recommended. At the time of our visit, there was a very well done tribute to van Gogh which we opted to watch as opposed to the Salvador Dali screening, which I'm sure would have been quite good as well. The snack / coffee bar was perfect for the visit. The murals section was an interesting addition, and the interactive street art photo booths were fun. Highly recommended overall.
Andrew D — Google review
One of the most interesting and entertaining art museums I’ve ever visited. There are unique AI driven interactive exhibits throughout that are very fun. There are countless originals of Dali and some cool AR features that allow you to better see the detail of his work. The gift shop has a lot but for some reason it just let me down a little. Also a great little cafe. Highly recommend doing the extra cost for the video in the dome.

The Dali Museum was so artsy and amazing — like walking straight into someone’s wild, beautiful dream (and possibly their subconscious). I only had a couple of hours to explore, which is basically a crime against art, so I’m 100% going back before I leave. Also… that espresso? Life-changing. I’m not saying Dali himself whispered inspiration into my cup, but I’m also not not saying that. Next visit: slower pace, more surrealism, and definitely another magical espresso.

A group of four of us had reservations for 6pm on a Monday for a work related dinner. We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation, and we were seated immediately. Our server was great during our meal. He missed one drink order, which is why I rated service 4 out of 5. I wish I could do a 4.8 out of 5. For everything else during our service things moved smoothly. We ordered mussels for an appetizer. They were decent, and I enjoyed dipping the bread in the juices. I ordered one of the specials - Shrimp and Scallops. The flavors popped in my mouth. It is one of my favorite meals I have eaten at restaurants in the past several months. When I am back in town for work, I definitely wan to com back to Doc Ford's based on my overall experience.

It started to rain when we were sitting outside and they kindly let us move tables, even helped us move tables! without hesitation before it started pouring. The food here was delicious and fresh, I enjoyed the shrimp and calamari. Definitely a pleasant experience to eat here and will come back again!

Celebrated my sister Annie's birthday with my husband last Saturday night and had a fabulous dinning experience. Our server Danis was exceptional in every way and the food spectacular. Of course you couldn't have a better view of the gorgeous St Pete beach and ocean. Highly recommend the Cedar Plank Salmon and Yucatan Shrimp. Danish surprised my sister with a brownie desert for my sister perfect ending to a delicious meal.

Overall, a great experience. My grandmother was visiting and wanted a grouper option, and their macadamia nut–crusted grouper stood out right away. We planned to go around sunset as a group of four, and while we thought we might need reservations, the wait was only about 10 minutes. We even ended up with a window seat to catch the sunset, which made it even better. The restaurant has a big dining room with plenty of seating, so it seems they can handle groups of all sizes. Menu options were solid with really reasonable prices. Most of what we ordered was delicious. The grouper was a hit, and even the clam chowder was great. The only plate we didn’t care for was the flatbread; it came out more like a big cracker—very thin and crunchy, not our preference for a base. Our server was attentive, friendly, and kept checking in, which made the night go smoothly. Food came out in good time and overall was really enjoyable. The only downside was the mojitos—they honestly tasted like watered-down lime juice and weren’t worth it. Everything else though was spot on: good food, good service, great view, and great prices. We’d definitely go back again, just skipping the mojitos.

Excellent food and service! If in St. Pete, Doc Fords is a ‘must visit!’ My favorite part is how many gluten-free options they have available. We sat outside and it was absolutely gorgeous. They have fans on so even in the warm weather it feels pleasant. Service was fantastic, no complaints whatsoever. Beautiful view, delicious food (lots of options) and fantastic service! If I’m in the area, I’ll definitely return.

Thank you for an amazing experience, Becky! We ordered the blackened chicken sandwich, which was absolutely amazing. It was served with a very spicy room alive that was just out of this world however, I opted not to put it on. My sandwich was a little too spicy. Also, the paella was fantastic. Lots of seafood and had really wonderful balanced flavor. The service was incredible! Thank you!!

The crab cakes and the Pina Colada were top notch. I'd visit again just for these two items. I tried the Yucatan shrimp. The sauce was great. The shrimp were overcooked. I also had the grouper sandwich. It was cooked well, but had absolutely no seasoning. I was a bit disappointed by this since the sandwich was $30. I recommend this spot just maybe don't order the grouper.

Sunken Gardens, located just outside downtown St. Petersburg, is a century-old tropical paradise featuring over 50,000 exotic plants and birds from around the world. This botanical gem also includes a traditional Japanese koi pond, sparkling waterfalls, and a pollinator garden filled with native Florida butterflies. Visitors can stroll past colorful macaws, cockatoos, kookaburras, and flamingos while learning about the gardens' fascinating history dating back to the 1950s.
About an hours walk through the gardens. Met some of the bird residents being taken for their enrichment walks which was neat to see. Coral cactus kind of blew me away and it was great to see so many pollinators enjoying what the gardens offers. Well worth the ticket price, the koi in the fish pond were absolutely massive and you can pay to get pellets to feed them more 😆 the gift shop I do think would work better if it was more related to garden related items or art or anything. Instead it was a large assortment of just seemingly random gift stuff

It’s a nice green space with some interesting plants, flowing water features, and a nice retreat similar to other places of that era. If you want some beautiful scenery and wildlife, it’s a nice choice as a regular retreat if you live in the Bay Area. We got a good deal for a family membership so it’s nice to pop over and walk around for an hour or two as one of the few places to get some green around here. There are a couple of shady open areas with astroturf that are good for the kiddos to play. Otherwise there’s not much going on other than looking at things and relaxing. A nice option if you have visitors who love plants, or want something sedate, but mostly just a stroll and relaxing kind of spot.

This was a lovely experience and a great look at old Florida! The plants were beautiful and there was a great amount of information. Plenty of opportunities for cute pictures and we got to see a fair amount of wildlife as well. I felt tickets were well priced for the amount of time we spent and what we got to see. I also thought the gift shop was great. There were lots of cute things for someone looking for a souvenir from St Petersburg!

Escape the city without leaving the city. This garden transports you into a lush tropical oasis. Surrounded by vibrant colors, calming sounds, and layered textures of cascading landscapes, you can meander the blissfully winding trails for hours. Stop by the flamingos to see them dance in delight at feeding time. The Macaws and Tuscan show off their vivid colors at their own exhibits throughout the property. Other special sightings include butterflies, a kookaburra, tortoises, and turtle. The garden also provides ample opportunities for photo ops and has a gift shop as well.

A nice afternoon activity if you need to get out of the house. The place is huge so you will still find quiet corners even with a lot of people in the garden. Personal favorites/ highlights - Koi pond - Flamingo’s - A rainbow tree - If you are wondering what in the world resulted in this huge garden, there is a history center to give context If traveling with kids or older people- The only restrooms are in the visitor center. There is also a kids exploration center which seemed interesting. The ticket to this place for adults is $15, (note that they are raising it to $18 from oct 1,2025) which I felt was steep. They offer discounts if you are AAA member or VA. Overall, it’s a good afternoon activity if you want to get out of the house Plenty of parking is available at this place.

I'm so glad we finally got a chance to go. This place is breathtaking 😍. Trying to navigate with the map is kinda tricky. There are not a lot of restroom. I liked that we could pack our own lunch, so we had a nice picnic on the lawn. They were also setting up for wla wedding which looked very beautiful. I actually got to see the stunning bride. They also have birds.

What a wonderful place to visit. If you have any interest at all in exotic trees, please visit this place. Sunken Gardens has been around for a long time and has some great history. Beautiful blooms and natural architecture of the plants and trees will WOW you. They also have some birds and turtles on site. With a nice little gift shop. For those who are interested for the kids also attached to Great Explorations.

What an amazing garden tucked away in the heart of St. Petersburg. An easy trip off I-275, Sunken Gardens is definitely a treasure of a find and a must visit for those living in the Tampa Bay area. Sunken Gardens is arguably a Tampa/St. Petersburg staple for visitors that would love to see what the local area has to offer aside from beaches. For starters, you can find some neat deals for the Sunken Gardens on value sites such as Groupon, although the general admission fee is relatively reasonable compared to the aquariums, zoos, and other parks in the area. We found an annual family membership on Groupon which is pretty neat considering the perks that come with it - free admission to some popular museums during certain months, as well as reciprocal admission at other gardens (you can find a list of those on the website, while a more accurate list of this program is available with the main kiosk). There is free parking on site; the lot is also shared by the children's museum, Great Explorations. While there appears to be plenty of parking, I would recommend getting to this venue earlier to get a prime spot and to be able to stroll at your leisure without feeling too crowded in. Sunken Gardens is one of the smaller gardens we have been to as we travelled across the nation, but do not let it's small size fool you. There is plentiful flora that grows on this piece of real estate that will amaze you with their natural beauty. What makes Sunken Gardens unique is that it showcases a vast variety of palms, leveraging the temperate weather of Florida for the growth of these specimens (you won't find these up in the Northeast). Aside from the palms, there are various areas that are gorgeously arranged and curated to bring out the best in each plant. We definitely took our time to enjoy the trails that looped through the garden - there are also unimproved paths that are also accessible for viewing. Sprinkled throughout the garden are also a variety of beautiful birds to include a sanctuary for some flamingos. There are several bridges that cross some bodies of water, one of which hosts gigantic and marvelous koi. All-in-all, there are plentiful areas and spaces to explore within the garden which makes it such a wonderful garden. I highly recommend Sunken Gardens to everyone!

Bongos Beach Bar and Grille is a popular beachside bistro located in St. Pete Beach, situated beneath the renowned Spinners Restaurant with tables on the sand offering live music and a great atmosphere. It's part of the Bellwether Beach Resort, providing an ultimate paradise for beach lovers and food enthusiasts. The menu features seafood platters, fish tacos, margaritas, and more. Live music performances are hosted daily with a variety of genres.
We love Bongos! We have been coming to Ft Myers beach and staying at Pink Shell resort for many years now, and it’s our daily stop for drinks by the pool and snacks for lunch. We have the occasional dinner here as well. Great drinks, and the food is really solid too! Jon at the bar gave us fast and friendly service all week! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Ft Myers beach!

Fun spot right on the beach! They have live music most days and indoor/outdoor tables. Huge food menu and virtually any cocktail. We have the peel and eat shrimp and the loaded fries. I am not exaggerating when I say that the loaded fries were probably one of the top fries I've ever had! Highly recommend stopping in for a drink and an app.

Visited Bongos for lunch. Sam was terrific, giving good suggestions and providing great service. We ordered the Rum Runners, Nachos, and Cuban sandwich. This was the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had. Drinks were well made. Great beach views.

There is a small open parking lot just outside of the hotel. But you have to go into the parking garage for more parking. They have live entertainment, which was. Wry good. There are two bars. There is bathroom access from the parking lot just downstairs. It’s not air-conditioned, but I do have an attendant making sure that it is clean. They do have seating in the sand so you can feel the sand through your toes while you eat. Service was good. Acknowledge you pretty fast even though it was busy. The food’s presentation was good. I thought it was going to taste very seasoned, just perfect. I tasted the fish and thought okay it’s seasoned, this will be good. However when I ate it all together I was surprised at how bland it tasted. I don’t know how that happens. The side salad wasn’t really a salad. 🤷🏽‍♀️ It wasn’t bad I would go back. I went and took picts at the beach while I waited for my food.

Nice place right on the beach. Staff were all awesome and accommodating. The food was much better than I was expecting. For some reason I wasn’t thinking a beach bar would have good food like they do. The beer was very cold. The frozen tropical drinks were delicious but pricey. I would definitely return.

We got married at this hotel in 2004 (14 years ago) and had our rehersal dinner here all those years ago. My how this place has grown from a small outdoor bar with a few tables to an awesome multi bar venue with tables way out into the beach. Most expansions in transient areas feel like tourist traps, not this one. They did a great job. The scenery from just about any table is amazing with beach and water views everywhere. Food and service was great. Drinks weak, but tasty.

Wait staff was very attentive to needs and orders, very kind, polite, and friendly! Our appetizers were delicious and well proportioned for the price. The nachos are enough to feed four(4) people easily and very good. We never saw the bottom of our cup before another drink was delivered. I would definitely recommend and return!

History Museums
The Florida Holocaust Museum stands as a poignant reminder of the atrocities faced during the Holocaust, with a particular focus on local survivors' narratives. This museum offers an immersive experience through its meticulously curated collection of artifacts, photographs, artwork, and videos that delve into this harrowing chapter of history. A significant highlight is Boxcar #113 069-5, one of the few remaining railroad cars used by the Nazis for transporting victims to extermination camps like Auschwitz and Treblinka.
This is a very emotionally powerful museum. It is designed to be child friendly, so it doesn’t go as in-depth as some museums on the subject I’ve been to. The volunteer was very helpful in describing the museum and exhibits. They had two temporary exhibits going on during my visit. I found the “We Share The Same Sky” exhibit to be the most moving. It was very touching and had many items that brought me back to the museums of Europe. I would definitely return in the future, it’s a really special place here in Florida to be able to reflect on exhibits and items that normally you would have to travel to Europe to see.

I went on free Duke day. I needed to go. I was excited to see Thor. Also to re-read all the details. Each time you go you will learn something new. Found the yiddishism's delightful, as it is officially a dead language if we don't keep it alive. Looking forward to the use of the new terrace. Quite the location nowadays. Parking is tricky. Now I need a bagel.

Our tour was coordinated with the Eight O'clock Theater during rehearsal for and in preparation for Cabaret. Our guides, Maureen Murphy and Jennifer Bell were phenomenal. The experience is heart wrenching, somber, beautiful, important, and (somehow) still filled with hope and heroes. My (former) neighbor is featured in multiple exhibits which brought an extra element for me. I've known her story for decades but seeing and hearing it in the museum brings it to another level. It's an emotional and heavy experience that I absolutely recommend to everyone. History is important.
Stacy S — Google review
Wow, what a museum full of an abundance of history and information. There is a lot to read at this museum so heads up there. Also leave your purse in the car or be prepared to check it at the ticket window.
Alison T — Google review
Very informative. There is a lot of reading. The visual effects were both generally striking and heartbreaking. There were also some recorded survivor statements. I thought this was well done for a regional museum. However, because it is just a small museum, it certainly could not compare to the United States Holocaust Museum in Washington DC, which I visited on a number of occasions.
Roz S — Google review
Very educational and powerful exhibits. So much to learn from this museum and unique exhibits displaying individual experiences. My 4th grader read "Number the Stars" and "The War That Saved My Life" in school this year so it was valuable for her to learn more of the history behind her books. My 1st grader appreciated certain aspects of the museum, but didn't have the awareness to fully appreciate it. I'd love to go again without my kids in tow. The staff were amazing and very helpful. They had a sign that they will be starting renovations soon. I'd love to come back after those are completed!!!
Anne G — Google review
A smallish and important museum. The stories are tragic and touching. The second floor exhibit was especially nice, although that part seems to change. This time, they had the "We Share the Same Sky" exhibit, which featured a granddaughter's look at her family history. We were able to get in for free using library passes, which was nice.
Andrew J — Google review
It's hard to explain until you go. I have seen news stories and read stuff online about the holocaust museum, but going has a huge impact. It's very informative and covers a heck of a lot that I never learned in school. I was very surprised at the lack of direction. This is a huge building and the interior has a lot of open space...and there are arrows, but not nearly enough for all the twists and turns inside the museum. ... and no idea which way to go on the second floor. Aside from but that, the displays were clear, if repetitive, and the information was way more involved than anything I had learned before.

TRYST is hands down one of my favorite spots to unwind and enjoy some incredible house music. The vibe is always on point—the DJ knows exactly how to keep the energy up all night. If you’re ever at Tryst, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar with Madison. She is, hands down, one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly personable. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does—she makes you feel welcomed and taken care of! Her drink recommendations were spot on (seriously, trust her judgment). We will definitely be back! Tryst is lucky to have her!

Before walking in, I hadn’t heard much about this place nor had certain expectations, but I walked away completely blown. They have about 25 beers on tap with most of them being a craft in a wide variety. I got the chicken kebab dinner with the tomato cucumber salad and the chicken was moist and delicious while, the cucumber salad was unconventionally yum. The people next to me were splitting a nice Greek Middle Eastern platter, which would be great head. I’d not been there by myself. They have ample seating inside as well as outside.

Went here on St. Patrick’s Day, and while the food was just okay, the cocktails were great. What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was incredible—super attentive, fast, and somehow kept up even as the place got packed. When we first sat down, it wasn’t too busy, but that changed after a while. Even with the rush, drinks came out quickly, and she checked in on us without us ever having to flag her down. Honestly, just watching her handle that crowd was impressive.

So got off early decided to get to go food. Totally different from the menu. A pastrami sandwich is a layed sandwich pictured on the menu.. sad this is a what ever mixed fried mix sandwich.. Totally disappointed when I opened it up.. Let's toss some pastrami on the grill toss some cheese and bread with mustard.. Not what is pictured or even a sandwich Sad

My wife and myself and a friend where in St Pete for the weekend. There are so many restaurant choices but I'm doing research I ran across this one a really liked what I saw on the menu. I got the famous Drinkery Fries. They were so loaded down and delicious they were amazing. I especially loved it when you would hit the pockets of blue cheese. My wife got the Texas Burger. She said that it was hands down the best burger she ever had. Out friend absolute enjoyed the spicy beef tacos. This will be a must to return the next time we are in St Pete.

Pier Teaki, located on the St. Pete Pier, offers a breathtaking view of downtown St. Pete and the bay. This rooftop tiki bar is known for its fruity rum-filled drinks and affordable prices. Visitors can enjoy 360-degree views while savoring tropical bar bites such as boneless wings and cheesy flatbreads under cozy cabanas or at outdoor dining seating options like patio couches, lounge chairs, bistro tables, and waterfront bar seating.
My wife and I visited Pier Teaki as one of our first stops in St. Petersburg. We were not disappointed. This place was amazing, with great views and good drinks. What else can you ask for? This place was amazing to watch the sunset with a drink in your hand and get a view of the city skyline. The place was extremely busy so don’t expect to find a place to sit but you can find a place to lean and with the view that’s not a bad thing. I ordered a few old fashioneds and my wife had a drink called pink lava. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. The bartender was quick and prompt with our orders. This should be a stop for anyone visit the city and if you do make sure to bring a camera.

It's not often I give a place 5 stars across the board.. WOW, when on vacation you get stuck in the kitchy places. This was beyond excellent. I looked at the price for appetizers and thought well, what the heck. So, so good. Lobster Chorizo Empanadas and the Sui Mai were off the chain. Drinks; Mai Tai and Pina Colada were both excellent. You have to stop in if your even in the remote vicinity. I have to say on our trip, this was the best bite of food and drink we've had.

Ron was the highlight of our evening and one of the best bartenders/servers we’ve ever been taken care of by. After finishing dinner downstairs at Teak, we came up for a quick drink and ended up having a memorable experience, all thanks to him. Ron was very insightful in helping each of us find the perfect drink based on what we liked. When he mentioned the souvenir tiki cups (which we had completely missed on the menu), we were immediately intrigued. He went above and beyond by bringing over multiple cup options so we could pick the ones we liked best — a small detail, but it made the experience that much more personal and fun. He was super attentive, refilling our waters while we lounged and enjoyed the amazing view. Most bartenders/servers might move on, but Ron made sure we were comfortable the entire time. He even offered to clean our souvenir cups before we left — another touch of service that you almost never see at a bar. If there was something we needed, Ron was offering to take care of it before we could ask. To top it off, he made sure we were aware of the 20% automatic gratuity, which we really appreciated. He was so humble and professional when I insisted on leaving an additional tip — and he definitely earned it. If you get Ron as your bartender/server, you’re in for a great experience.

This place is breathtaking! A must see if you are in St. Pete's. The restaurant gets busy so you should probably make reservations. We were lucky to get a window seat and saw dolphins! Then we went up to the rooftop. The view was amazing. I will definitely be back! 😍

Okay, the food is genuinely delicious but you get very small proportions for what you're paying because it's a little bit more of a pricey place. My review isn't going to be very fair because the clientele that this place usually attracts are people who have a higher amount of money. The alcoholic drinks are delicious and will definitely buzz you, and I just got to say I love the atmosphere and there are DJs that come and play music once in awhile. Looking out at that water is amazing experience.

Absolutely beautiful spot! It was very busy and a little unorganized in my opinion. No hostess, seat yourself but it was so packed it's difficult for the staff to see new people sitting. Maybe put a hostess and assign a waiter or waitress. Other than that small grip everything else was nice.

$15 bottomless mimosas and the best part was that they brought me a full glass of champagne and 3 different juices: CRANBERRY, ORANGE, AND PINEAPPLE allowinge to control the amount of juice in my mimosa. I don't care for them to be super sweet. Every place should do this - BIG FLEX!!!

8/31/25 stopped in for lunch, 🥪 yummy, reasonably priced food! Mom got the potato 🥔 skins, I got the Polynesian chicken wrap with the fries 🍟 and sauce, tasted great! Music was perfect too! Emo, rock! 🎸

This is a lively bar in the Central Avenue strip of bars with indoor seating and TVs, and outdoor seating on some higher stools and standard height chairs on the outdoors bar. Can't go wrong here with their take in nachos with huli huli nachos and chicken wings with 5 sauces served with ranch or blue cheese. Pretty good service today. Wheel chair accessible eatery with wheel chair access restrooms. Pay by app street parking fills up fast so check out paid parking garage. Be aware that this is a full smoke zone

I’m here every Thursday with my best friend for nugget bingo and it’s always a vibe! We’ve quickly become regulars and loveeeee all of the staff. Football usually draws in a pretty big guy crowd though so can we do something to bring the ladies in?? I use to come every week for nooner Thursdays and the girls were everywhereeee.

Saturday afternoon around 3pm, We were just walking by when we decided to stop here and have a drink. Lo and behold, turns out it was happy hour BOGO! In addition, they also have $1 oysters...yep, that's right $1 oysters!! We had just left an Italian restaurant for a late lunch so we were way too full to eat anymore, but rest assure, we'll be back to try the oysters. Definitely a nice place with a good vibe and Highly recommended!

I'm here every Thursday with my best friend for nugget bingo and it's always so fun! We've quickly become regulars and love all of the staff. Football makes it a majority guys though, so I’d love to see something happen to bring more women into the space! Maybe ladies night on Thursdays?

Went to the bar and waited five mins to get served. Came for happy hour special to be overcharged because I open up a tab. I had $15 on my card. I went for bogo deal 2 for $7 for this incompetent bartender check to say I don't have money. So I go to bank account and I see $ $12 deducted. They said when you open up a tab they hold $25 buck. You think you would tell a person that but no because they overcharging or taking advantage of person over there own past experience. Then she call the cops why because I'm black. I will never go this racist establishment again

Cocktail bar
Coffee shop
Intermezzo Coffee & Cocktails is a trendy and chic spot located in the heart of the EDGE District. During the day, it offers fragrant coffee, while at night, the menu transforms to offer an array of cocktails, beer, and wine. The sleek and minimalist environment makes it a great place to meet friends or take visiting guests.
Intermezzo is hands down the best coffee shop in downtown St. Pete in my humble opinion! I’m not a big coffee gal, matcha is my typical go to and they always get it right. Their strawberry matcha has easily become a staple in my rotation and every time they add a new seasonal flavor I become instantly addicted and find myself going multiple times a week to get it. In the winter time they had a horchata matcha which I am counting down the days until it’s back on the menu and my current summertime addiction is making their banana cold brew in matcha form, 10/10 perfection! They host tons of events and mezzo market when the weather gets cooler. The atmosphere and staff are are always top notch. It’s the best spot to grab coffee and work or a drink with friends when they turn into a bar in the evenings. During the holiday season they deck the whole place out in holiday decor and it feels so cozy with the big Christmas tree! Clearly I love this place and always recommend it to friends visiting from out of town!🍌🍵🍓

Omg… I just had the best coffee martini ever! This place is absolutely wonderful — cool, chill jazz music and an amazing vibe. What really sets it apart is the staff: attentive and always making sure everything is just right. I rarely give 5 stars, but this spot truly deserves it.

Always an absolute pleasure to come to this St. Pete staple of a coffee shop + cocktail bar. Their espresso is top notch and they do an *excellent* job with their espresso-based drinks as well (Lattes, Cappuccino’s, etc). They always have really creative seasonal drinks that always hit the spot and encourage you to try new drinks. For cocktails, the happy hour is an absolute steal and their liquor collection + skilled bartenders makes for some of the best cocktails you can have in St. Pete! The staff is always incredibly nice too!

I needed a cocktail and little “pick me up” in preparation for the St Pete Pier drone show. My GF and I had an amazing time at the soft opening of Bar Mezzo, and we were told we had to check out their original sister location. This was perfect. Barista/bartended PM was incredible. The rum punch, old fashioned, and vanilla latte were world class. It’s been a long time since I had a great latte, and this is just what I needed. The prices are a steal for this area. Most importantly the service is what sets this place apart. They are efficient and friendly with attention to detail and super cool vibes and music. This is a must stop if you are on this part of Central Ave.

Every bite of the Croissants at Intermezzo was an experience I won't soon forget! We took them home to eat and omg. So light and fluffy on the inside, and there had to be a hundred crispy, flaky layers of pastry on both the chocolate and butter croissant. If you like croissants, you have to try these. Every croissant I've ever had before these were mediocre at best.

"Intermezzo: Where Espresso Meets Existential Crisis and Day Drinking is a Lifestyle Choice" Let me tell you about Intermezzo, the magical café/bar/temple of caffeinated enlightenment where you can start your day with a lavender latte and end it with a cocktail called Bedroom Music — which, let’s be honest, is also the name of the playlist you’ll be making after two of those. First of all, the vibe? Industrial chic meets botanical speakeasy. Everyone here is either working on a screenplay, doing a remote coding session, or pretending they understand the difference between Kyoto drip and cold brew (spoiler: I ordered both and just got really anxious in HD). Now, the drinks? Let’s break it down: Coffee Menu: You haven’t lived until you’ve had the Honey-Lavender Latte, which tastes like a beekeeper and a yoga teacher collaborated on a cloud. The Kyoto is basically iced coffee that studied abroad in Japan and now insists on being called "artisanal." And don’t sleep on the Banana Cream Cold Brew — it's like your childhood banana pudding ran away to Brooklyn and came back caffeinated and edgy. Cocktail Game? "Bedroom Music" is what I call my third personality — Italicus, aperitivo, and sparkling wine? Yes please. It’s a citrusy, herbal daydream that had me flirting with a fern. “His & Hers” features Japanese whiskey and jasmine soda and tastes like sipping secrets at a rooftop garden party. And the Caffe Mezzo? It's vodka, espresso liqueur, and chocolate bitters — in other words, therapy in a glass. And then there’s Zero-Proof Cocktails, for when you’re detoxing but still want to feel mysterious. The Vacation Club had me believing I was on a beach in Mykonos instead of aggressively eavesdropping on a crypto bro Zoom call next to me. Summer Menu? Caffè All’Arancia is espresso, orange zest, and cardamom — it’s what would happen if an orange grove and an espresso machine fell in love during a Wes Anderson movie. Matcha Mint Refresher tastes like a spa day with benefits. I drank it and immediately forgave my enemies. And Summer Breeze? Light, gingery, coconutty. I ordered one, sat on the patio, and convinced myself I was the main character. Final Thoughts: Come for the coffee, stay for the cocktails, get existential about your life choices somewhere around the Carajillo, and leave knowing you’ve just been to the place where caffeine and class collide in the most delicious way. Intermezzo isn’t just a coffee shop — it’s a lifestyle, a mood, and probably a future tattoo idea.
Micah G — Google review
One of my favorite spots for coffee and drinks. The best espresso martini. Also love their patio
Fira G — Google review
Intermezzo is hands-down my favorite coffee shop in St. Pete. Their coffee is consistently perfect, rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. The homemade syrups are the kind you actually taste the quality in, not overly sweet, just balanced and thoughtful. There’s something about the atmosphere that feels like a little Italian café dropped right into the heart of St. Pete. It’s relaxed but elevated, full of energy but never rushed. It’s the kind of place you can start your morning or wind down with a cocktail and feel completely at home.

Visitors can enjoy the energetic atmosphere while grabbing drinks and casual eats from the bars on-site. Many patrons have fond memories of attending shows at Jannus Live over the years, with some even bringing their teenage children to experience the fantastic music scene.
Love this venue!!! I've seen several musicians perform here and I absolutely love the ambiance! The intimate, outdoor venue is such a cool vibe. The staff has always been super friendly and the bathrooms are always clean. It's in a really chill spot downtown close to everywhere you want to be. If you get the opportunity to see a favorite musical artist there, you won't be disappointed! Anywhere you stand feels like a front row seat 🙌

I had a wonderful experience at the sold out Jessie Reyez concert at Jannus Live. She completely owned the stage, and the crowd’s energy matched her vibe perfectly. The sound and stage setup were incredible, and the atmosphere felt very safe. I arrived about 50 minutes before the doors opened, stopped for a drink and some water which weren’t overpriced and still got a great spot. The line moved quickly, security did a great job checking my wristlet and ID, and they even passed out water. I really enjoyed myself and would highly recommend this venue. It’s in a great area with plenty of spots to eat before or after the show. Definitely an 11/10 experience!

Jannus is an awesome outdoor venue! The sound is excellent and the setup is fun. Right in the heart of downtown st Pete surrounded by restaurants bars and awesome spots to check out before or after the concerts. Prices aren’t too bad for food and drinks $$ Great venue that holds about 2k people!

Went to Jannus Live to see the legendary Acid Bath. Very cool venue, and big shout out to the bartenders and venue staff. Great location with plenty of hotel and food options nearby. Not much seating so wear comfy shoes. The ground is uneven, watch your step, especially if you've had a few adult beverages.

1st time at Jannus Live for a concert to see Barrington Levy. Great atmosphere, the sound was really good, drinks were eh, but I wasn’t there for the drinks. Excellent view for the value of the ticket. Totally open venue but there are some covered areas, and they also served pizza. Easy parking in local garages.

Jannus Live is truly a gem among outdoor venues, offering an intimate atmosphere that enhances every performance. The vibrant energy of the crowd combined with the enchanting backdrop creates a magical experience that lingers long after the final notes fade away. Hosting legends like Peter Hook and The Light, also known as New Order, is a testament to the exceptional quality of the events held here. Their performance was a breathtaking journey through sound, filled with nostalgia and electrifying moments. Thank you to both the venue and the artists for providing an unforgettable night that I will cherish forever!

Good Night John Boy is a 70s-themed bar located in downtown St. Pete, offering a vibrant and nostalgic experience. The venue features a colorful dance floor, disco ball, and themed drinks, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of the groovy era. With bartenders dressed in 70s outfits and cocktails served in mini disco balls, the attention to detail adds to the immersive experience. Visitors can enjoy karaoke nights with the chance to compete for cash prizes while soaking up the energetic ambiance.
Myself and my girlfriend were out to celebrate my birthday and Christmas; after stopping in multiple places Good Night John Boy was our last stop. And I’m so glad it was . Do yourself a favor and GO upstairs and visit Danny the bartender!! He is hospitable, funny, personable, polite, and makes the best drink drinks. Not to mention, he can hold a conversation with anyone from anywhere. Are you celebrating something special? Bring it on!! As someone who used to be an event assistant coordinator; Danny is definitely the hostess with the mostest!! Thank you Danny, we will be back to see you sooner than later!

This place rocked!!! Especially for a Sunday afternoon (what?!) Had never been here, we mobbed in with our party of 20 and the music from the jump (70s/80s) was on point with the lit up 70s style dance floor! Everyone had a blast, bar tenders were friendly and fast, no complaints, wifey even said "we have to come back"

Love this place! Being a bartender I actually don’t go out to bars very often these days, but I stumbled onto this place a few Sundays ago and was super impressed! All of the bartenders are cool, but JuJu really ties the place together. It’s a whole vibe! Definitely my go to when I do wanna get out on the town. Probably going to be the place I take friends when they visit as well. Do yourself a favor and stop on in lots of cool other bars on the strip too so you can kind of pop around!

Everything about this place is amazing! I went to their grand opening and got the hint right away to go dressed up in 70’s 80’s attire for a GREAT TIME. The decor, the drinks, the staff, the cleanliness. Now that this place is so popular, I wish the dance floor was bigger. No where to move. Maybe too many people let in at once?
RoyalT F — Google review
I was at this club last night celebrating my friend’s birthday. Everything started off great—we got a nice spot with a couch and chair, ordered drinks, danced, and were having a good time. We spent a lot of money and expected good service in return. Unfortunately, things took a turn. Two security guards—a short man with glasses and a taller man in an orange shirt working the back door—approached us very rudely and unprofessionally. They forced us to leave our area, which we had been occupying for a while, without explanation. Later we found out they had sold our spot to someone else as a VIP area. We were not even offered the option to pay extra to keep the area. My friend, who is handicapped, was with us, and we had no choice but to leave the club entirely. It was also extremely hot inside, and the drinks were overpriced—double what we paid at the club next door. The music was okay, but overall the experience was very disappointing. I won’t be coming back. also want to mention that my friends is Black and Spanish, and we couldn’t help but feel discriminated against during this entire ordeal. I will not be returning, and I sincerely hope the management takes steps to address the unprofessional behavior of their staff and improve their treatment of guests.
Professionals G — Google review
This bar was awesome. We paid the $20 per person cover charge so we didn’t have to wait in that long line around the corner and down the street. The music was fantastic. We were upstairs in the VIP type area so we could move around better. The lights were bright and trendy. It was cool vibe and everybody was having fun. Definitely wouldn’t recommend going back there again. Super fun place to party hard.
Michael C — Google review
I give it 4 stars because it is so crowded and they have a huge section for seating that you have to pay to sit at. This bar gets so crowded it is not even funny. The dance floor is completely packed. There is an upstairs balcony with a bar. It’s two doors down from Janus live and it’s where the old ringside used to be. This is a 70s disco and the 70s would not be the 70s without one of the most iconic memorabilia, Farrah Faucet poster. It take up the entire wall. It’s a lot of fun but expect to wait in line to get in and you will be packed in like a sardine, but it is a blast! Don’t forget your bell bottoms

Cafe
Dirty Laundry in St. Pete is a unique speakeasy hidden behind the facade of a laundromat during the day. Once you step inside and receive the secret code from the payphone, you'll enter an intimate Cuban-inspired bar and music space, offering a two-for-one experience with coffee and small bites available during the day. The trendy venue promises a fun night out with its Caribbean vibe and Instagram-worthy setting, making it one of the most unique bars in St. Petersburg.
Went on a Weds night around 11pm and it was nice! Walked in to Dirty Laundry and it looked fairly empty. The bartender asked if we were here for Coffee or cocktails, Cocktails of course! She asked if we had been here before & we told her no. She told us to pick up the Payphone that was located on the wall & we would have to enter the code provided to us to open the secret door. That was super cool. We did that and the door opened up to the hidden side where there was music, couches & tables for seating, a full bar & lovely decor. The walls were decorated beautifully with paintings & lovely lit neon signs all around. The bathroom was even nice. It was a super cool spot. It was a nice crowd on that side which I was shocked to see for a Weds night. The drinks were so good! We had wine, a passion fruit mojito & a lemon drop. The bartenders were super friendly. I would recommend for sure for a date night, girls night, solo night or gathering with friends. It was a whole vibe.

We stopped in because I saw it was a speakeasy concept. Also loved the dress code idea. Was with my wife. You walk into a laundry mat looking place. Pick the phone and type the code in to open a hidden door for the club. Smaller intimate setting with not a ton of seating. Nice bar and bartender was nice and made a good Dirty Martini. Beer is cold. A little pricey, though I must say for what it was.

Really cool place!! The singer Najibo was amazing and she did a wonderful job. I loved picking up the phone and pushing on the secret door. The entry to the lounge is super cool! They make it east to access. It's fun and interactive too! The decor set the tone for a great vibe. The menu matched it perfectly. Very impressive mojito selection. The breakfast sandwich and Yucca fries hit the spot. They also have the best selection of local beers I've seen at a bar/lounge of its type. The whole experience is a lot of fun. Be sure to take your out of town friends when they visit!

Postcard Inn Beach Bar & Snack Shack is a breezy seaside spot that underwent a $6-million renovation, transforming it into a boho-beach hotspot. Located on St. Pete Beach, the hotel features a giant pool and a weathered free-standing bar that exudes quintessential Florida vibes. The retro-chic lobby with whitewashed built-in bookshelves and groovy light fixtures offers an ideal backdrop for indoor photo sessions.
Beautiful surroundings. The hotel is a beach front laid back hotel. No frills. But clean and spacious. Great coffee maker, comfy beds, great shower. A tiki bar, a huge pool, it gets very busy as it seems to be a popular place.they had a wedding under the pavilion area when we went. But it ended arriving 10 I think. So it did not keep us up. They have lots to do.
Renee W — Google review
If you live within a 100 miles of the postcard in but gone there yet there's something wrong with you. The place is swinging all weekend long with great DJ music, a wonderful, private beach, volleyball courts, tiny. But comfortable rooms and marginally good food. And what a mix of beautiful human beings unlike any other place on planet Earth.
Bill B — Google review
We can’t say enough great things about PCI! The beds are comfy, the food & drinks are delicious, the sunsets are beautiful and the customer service is outstanding! From the moment we checked in until we departed, we were treated like family! We arrived later in the evening and were greeted with fresh chocolate chip cookies! The “Tinsel Town” experience was so festive and fun and definitely put you in the mood for Christmas! The lobby was warm and inviting and decorated beautifully. They even had a larger curling type game set up near the front desk. Once we got checked in, we headed to the bar to try one of their new holiday cocktails! Their menu was filled with themed snacks and delicious drinks like the Polar Express and the Mistletoe Mule. The atmosphere in the courtyard and the tiki bar is one of fun and friendship! The layout makes it easy to start up a conversation with your “neighbor” and encourages a sense of unity! There is so much to do at the hotel, but if you choose to venture out, there is a lot to see and do within walking distance. If you want to go a little further, Postcard Inn offers complimentary bicycles. Our entire experience was fantastic, but it was made even better by the wonderful customer service! Diego immediately recognized us from our prior visits and made sure we had everything we might need for our stay. Once we got checked in, Peter stopped by the room to help me finish inflating my paddleboard. Dave was fantastic at the pool and served up delicious sundaes and listened to my crazy ideas… lol. Finally, Solomon consistently goes out of his way to make sure every customer feels like an old friend! He is by far THE BEST BARTENDER on the beach… if not in the whole country! This was our 5th visit to the Postcard Inn at the Beach and we already can’t wait to go back!

I give this place a 10/10. Best place in the area. Great location. Always packed with people if you’re looking to be social. They have two bars between the pool and the beach! A little expensive, but what do you expect, you’re on the beach. They have DJ’s on the weekend to give a good vibe. 4 volleyball nets! And they serve food. Big pool with lots of chairs. Nice rooms as well. But the best thing is the breath taking view you get of the sunset. Come here if you’re in the area!
Dylan M — Google review
My review cannot be fair, all the breakfast buffets closed, all the inside bars limited hours. Covid restrictions in place. Great location for bringing pets. Very dog friendly atmosphere. Not facing the beach but directly on the beach. Pool is nice, clean. Pool nor Beach is dog friendly but no one seemed to mind when we walked a bit down the beach with dogs after dark. Loud music plays continuously from pool area which blocks noisy barking dogs too. We would definitely go back with pets. Nice Beach Area. Coffee shop in hotel. Walking distance from food and large beach shops. Make sure you disclose all pets. We have three dogs and it was allowed with prior permission.

One of my favorite go-to bars! Been coming here since they opened and I never have a bad time! The place is decorated with 70's vintage furniture vibes. Very spacious, but it does get busy! Never had a bad bartender or a bad drink - always great service and great drinks! They have live music a lot and open mic night with very talented people! They have a little dance floor with a disco ball if you want to boogie! The only downside is they only have 2 bathroom stalls so there is a line on weekends when it is busy, but doesn't stop me from going here. It is a fan favorite in our group of friends. Mix crowd with all ages - just reflects that everyone enjoys this place no matter your age!

Came for one drink with a friend on a Sunday afternoon, had a great bartender Josh and nearly the whole bar to ourselves. Definitely will be back for more Sunday Spritz

I’ve been here a lot and usually enjoy it, but some of the bartenders are unreasonably rude. One night, someone slipped something into my friend’s drink. I told the bartender and asked for a replacement rum and Coke. He said, “Fine, but I’m charging full price,” then gave her the wrong drink (an old fashioned) and lied about it. I was a bartender for five years—I know the difference. Worse, no one asked what the guy looked like or seemed interested in removing him. They didn’t care. Just because it’s a gay bar doesn’t mean women are automatically safe, and clearly this staff/management isn’t taking that seriously. Be careful here.

Nestled in the heart of Saint Petersburg, The Estate is a premier dance club and event venue that promises an unforgettable night out. With its upscale ambiance reminiscent of Las Vegas nightlife, this vibrant hotspot features top-tier DJs spinning electrifying house music, ensuring the party never stops. Guests can indulge in exceptional bottle service and sip on creative cocktails like the refreshing Post Melone—a delightful mix of tequila, watermelon, lime, agave nectar, and cilantro.
On vacation looking for a house music spot and so glad we took a chance on The Estate. We had an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was electric. The DJ was on point, spinning tracks that kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long. It was impossible not to get lost in the rhythm and dance the night away. The crowd was vibrant and full of life, everyone was there to have a good time, which added to the overall fun and welcoming atmosphere. The lights, the sound system, and the visuals all came together perfectly to create an immersive experience that felt like a true escape. If you're a fan of house music or just looking for a place to let loose and enjoy some great beats, The Estate is definitely the spot to be.

Greetings, Special time!!! They have a great DJ and cocktails. (Hence the 1 star) The only alibi is that you have to get your mixed drink next door. Not too bad though. Except for when you are there late at night and you order one drink and the bartender attempts to charge you for 4 drinks instead of one even after explaining that you ordered just one and she decides to call security on you for no reason except that her con didn’t work out right… Avoid this joint. It’s just flashy and directed at minors with flashy lights and music. Don’t spend your money here if you are looking for a good time and dancing time with your loved ones. Go to Good Night Johnny Boys instead.

This bartender did the worst service to me . someone spilled my whole drink on me after i clean myself I went back. To the bar and I asked if I can have new one i explained the situation to the bartender…. She just gave me a look and super rude response, that’s not my problem !! I asked her nicely again and then she roll her eyes on my and gave me a drink without alcohol…. I’m a bartender know when you just give cranberry juice without alcohol I know how it taste not stupid !!! I left the bar and then the bartender harassed me and chased me saying bad words and being racist

The only reason I’m giving 3 stars in because of Lily. If I wanted a double for when you’re doing bogo I would’ve asked for it. Don’t just automatically start charging people, it’s slimy. She needs to start asking, happened to me multiple times now when im ordering two drinks.. other than that good place

I recently explored this estate for a local party event, and my experience was disappointing from the start. The bouncer at the door displayed strange, unfriendly behavior, which set a negative tone for the evening. While the staff behind the desk were friendly and attractive, the overall atmosphere quickly soured. The security team was overly intrusive, making the environment feel unwelcoming, and the lack of women among the patrons added to the intimidating vibe. The small bathrooms only amplified my discomfort. My worst experience came at the bar. After ordering an expensive tequila on the rocks, I watched in disbelief as a bartender took my drink and discarded it, replacing it with a cheaper option without explanation. Her attitude was cold and unwelcoming, lacking even a simple greeting. Observing her interactions with other customers confirmed that this was a consistent attitude, which is disheartening. The only highlight was the bathroom attendant, Jazzy, who was genuinely nice. Overall, I found the venue uninviting and would not recommend it. They need to work on creating a warmer atmosphere to attract guests.

Last night, my family and I spent over $1,000 on a VIP table to celebrate my nephew's 21st birthday, only to have our evening ruined by the head of security, Javian. We had a large group that included my nephew's mother, grandmother, uncles, cousins, and friends. The issue began when my nephew, with innocent intentions, approached a woman on the dance floor to ask her to dance. She declined, and he respected her response. When he tried again during the next song, she became unnecessarily rude, treated him with disrespect, and even threatened to have him removed from the club. I intervened, calmly explained it was his 21st birthday, and we left the situation to return to our table. Ten minutes later, Javian approached our group and accused my nephew of inappropriate behavior, claiming "a group of four people" had made complaints. I was with my nephew the entire time and witnessed everything—nothing inappropriate occurred. Despite my calm explanation of the events, Javian was dismissive, rude, and confrontational. He refused to listen to reason or even consider the truth, instead choosing to rely on baseless accusations. Javian's behavior was unprofessional and appalling. He abused his authority, ignored the facts, and disregarded the efforts of other staff members who tried to intervene on our behalf. His actions not only ruined a special night for our family but also left us feeling disrespected and robbed of both our time and money. I understand security often has to make tough decisions, but this was not one of those times. Javian’s inability to handle the situation fairly and professionally reflects poorly on the club as a whole. I will not be returning and strongly urge management to reevaluate the type of person they entrust with such responsibility.

On first Friday of the Month night, while every other place had a huge line and not that great of music (mostly rbnb), this place had no line, still a $20 cover but it was worth it! The music was awesome (mixing some older and new hits with party/ EDM) with lights and some smoke with cooling effect The floor was very sticky and like all over though

This glamorous restaurant boasts a unique revolving dining room that offers stunning 360-degree views of St. Pete Beach from its 12th-floor perch. As you ascend via a private elevator, prepare to be enchanted by the elegant ambiance that sets the stage for a romantic evening.
Enjoyed a meal here with my friend to celebrate finishing my Masters. It was amazing. The food was phenomenal, the options were great and the little strawberry drink was so good. Shout out to Cami who was warm and attentive and made great recommendations. The seafood patisserie was so fresh and delightful. The wedge salad was TO DIE FOR. SO SO GOOD. I give this place a 10/10!

The views are amazing, as this unique restaurant slowly turns in a 360 motion! You get breathtaking views of the Gulf & the Bay areas. The food was a 50/50 for us - Lobster Mac & Cheese was excellent. The Kale Cesar salad great. The Salmon dinner was not good, with a terrible piece of fish, rice was lacking. The side of asparagus was fresh & tasty but the side of Brussel were over cooked, over saturated with sauce & not edible. Overall, you can not beat the view, the service, drinks & most of the food was good.

Perfect place for anniversaries or a birthday. Reservations advised. We valet parked at the Bellwether hotel and took the elevator up. Such a beautiful restaurant overlooking St. Pete Beach. The restaurant takes about an hour to make a complete rotation. I definitely recommend the grilled octopus, chicken with rainbow carrots and chocolate tort for dessert! Great service, food, and atmosphere !

Came for a special occasion after years of waiting to visit. The view, as you can see in the video, is amazing, probably the best around for miles. The food was really good, and service was great. It was expensive, but considering the novelty of eating in a top floor, spinning room - the price didn't seem entirely unreasonable. Only slight disappointment was there was no acknowledgement of the special occasion even though we'd mentioned on the booking and to our server a number of times, but everything else made it special enough.

My husband and I ate at spinners on our wedding night and every anniversary after that. He died 3 years ago, so this year I brought my sister. Our server was fantastic and brought her 3 different delicious gin drinks (she challenged him to surprise her) our food was really good and really filling! You can't go wrong with anything on their menu and you'll never beat the ever changing views from the roof as you dine.

Been planning to go here for awhile and finally went. Absolutely loved the atmosphere. Very fun and beautiful dinning concept. 360 sunset view of the beach and the bay was just a wonderful experience. Food was good, quite expensive for the portion size. Our server, David, was very knowledgeable and attentive. He’s a very good photographer as well! Might go again for another special occasion.
Tonni N — Google review
What a disappointment!! Food was mediocre my lamb was way over cooked. The chicken was dry, it's like they drenched the meat with gravy to make up for the dryness. Our bill was $180 & so not worth it. So we got there at 7:30; It took 30+ mins before we got our appetizer. I lie to you not it was 9pm before our meal was served. Crazy thing was they weren't even busy. I did read a few reviews prior to going, but I wanted to experience it myself; from my personal experience the food, the service and the atmosphere didn't match the expense whatsoever! I'm really confused with the folks giving this place a 5 star it blows my mind. I'm so annoyed we spent that much money at this place and didn't even enjoy it not one bit. We will not be returning.
Izzy — Google review
My husband and I enjoyed our anniversary dinner here. It was very special and unique with the constantly changing views and the view of the beach at sunset was beyond breathtaking. We initially had our reservations about the spinning platform as we assumed we’d get motion sickness, but we barely noticed it moving. Our waiter was amazing and the service was impeccable. He even took nice pictures of us. The focaccia bread was soft and the olive oil dip paired nicely with it. The quality of the food is justified with the price. All the food was very high quality. My sunset mule tasted great. My husband enjoyed his chicken and my fish was cooked perfectly. The waiter made an excellent recommendation with the citrus cream sauce which I enjoyed. Our dessert was also delectable. Overall, we really enjoyed our anniversary dinner here and it was a great experience. Reservations are also a must here.

Fort De Soto Park is a sprawling and historic park located in Pinellas County, Florida. It spans multiple connected islands and offers a diverse range of attractions. Visitors can explore nature trails, mangroves, and sand dunes adorned with yellow sunflowers. The park features seven miles of waterfront, two fishing piers, and a 120-year-old fort built during the Spanish-American War.
Beautiful State Park, very clean and organized. There were plenty beaches and trails with clean restrooms and trash cans, so people cannot litter. The wildlife is amazingly beautiful. I paid $6.35 for 9 hours 31 minutes, really worth it. You could park in any lots inside the State park

Campground is beautiful with large almost private sites. Wildlife provides for great photography. Mosquitos were abundant so bring repellents and protection. Bath houses could be updated but are clean and functional. Washers and dryers available. Fishing from shore and nearby bridges and pier. Biking trails. Boat launch close by. Some recovery still going on from Helene and Milton but they have made huge progress. Roads through some areas in campground with huge potholes, be aware when moving coach to and from the campsites. Will visit again for the areas culture, beaches and value for the stay. Lots of restaurants, stores over the bridge. You will not be bored staying here.

One of the most underrated parks in this area. Never have to fight for parking. Ample beach area to fish, layout and plenty of picnic tables for families to enjoy gatherings.
Adventure F — Google review
Very large beaches, shallow water kind of clay ish sand. The walk from the parking lot you want to take at a job or get covered in mosquitoes. The walk to the pier however was breezy and bug free. Beautiful view of the sunset. Watched a few dolphins busy fishing. Even saw an approximate 4 ft shark come up top to eat some of the thousands of fish in their huge schools. Many of the fishermen were leaving with full buckets of caught fish. We saw multiple vessels and a margaritaville cruise leaving the bay. The pelicans and smaller birds were fun to watch as they dive into the water to arise with their meals. Nice visit with a $6 parking fee.

Beautiful beaches. We walked the old fort after swimming. Even though it wasn't used in the war, it is still very fascinating to see in person. The water was beautiful and the sand was soft and white. Found tons of pretty shells and sand dollar pieces. Will definitely be going back!

Tropicana Field is the home of the Tampa Bay Rays and offers visitors the chance to see the Rays Touch Tank and a baseball museum. Located in downtown St. Petersburg, it is surrounded by cultural attractions such as museums, theaters, and parks. Nearby accommodations include elegantly appointed guestrooms with modern amenities like high-speed internet access and complimentary newspapers. Additionally, there are apartment options within walking distance of Tropicana Field that offer recreational facilities like a fitness center and a pool.
** They DO NOT have a box office. You must purchase tickets via the mlb app or other 3rd party ticket agent ** Had to see this place before it’s imploded. Thank you staff at Tropicana Field. Had an awesome time! Yes the ballpark is dated but it has so much charm and a very interesting history. Every employee we encountered was super friendly and helpful. Food and beverage prices on par with other events. Even the local police were very polite and helped move traffic the best I’ve ever seen. A wonderful night at the ballpark from start to finish.

The team wonderfully plays. Their nachos are yummy and a perfect baseball food. I am very excited receiving a ball signed by the Major League Baseball commoner. I enjoy eating Nestle dibs crunch ice cream bites. I wish to find baseball earrings. I enjoy petting the sting rays. ⚾️ 🎉

I’m a baseball fanatic and I’m going to every stadium. This journey was a little disappointing but had some good points. The game itself was exciting but the stadium is old and showing its signs of needing to be replaced. It’s very outdated, instead of walking around a stadium I felt like I was in a hallway of a school or something. The vending area had the best feature and worst feature both, best feature is you get your souvenir cup and fill it yourself, refills and everything, that is super great. The worst feature is the ordering process. No humans just little kiosk pads, you get the ticket out of it after you order with your number but then you wait in another line to hand your ticket in to a person then wait even longer for your stuff. It’s horrible, people waiting on food block the kiosk pad so people can’t order and it’s simply a mess, if I returned I would eat before and get nothing except walk around stuff because of the lines. Keep in mind there is not many fans at the games so I couldn’t imagine a sold out game or large crowd the place would be a mess. Anyway still great experience and the stingray tank in centerfield is a must, hopefully 2028 brings a new stadium.
James M — Google review
The field is really nice. They just replaced the turf. The stadium is awesome too. It's a shame they want to replace it because it is very well cared for. Staff is friendly but word of advice, do not bring any backpack or bags at all to the security point. I misunderstood the bag rule because I thought it meant they could not be over a certain size so I brought a very small backpack for my kids things. This was not ok. I guess a reusable grocery sack is OK though. The stadium had a lot of restaurants and bars, but be prepared to spend $8 on a 20oz smart water and $15-18 for a beer. Very expensive. Overall we enjoyed the game and our seats were great behind the first base dugout.
Brett L — Google review
I am on a quest to visit all MLB ballparks and this place, although pretty empty and not a lot of attendees, it's a great park. This was a great little ballpark with lots of things to see and explore. They have a great rotunda when you walk in and nice team store. They even have a sting ray touch tank in the outfield. Some of the food selections are not the best compared to other parks.......⚾️
Glenn D — Google review
We’ve been to the field a few times for games. It’s always clean and well organized. The team throws out at least 200+ baseballs to the kids in the stand every single game. The a/c is kicking and the lights in the dome are fun to watch. 10/10 will be going to more games.
Dani B — Google review
This past weekend my son and I went to the "Trop" to see the Rays/Yankees games on Saturday and Sunday (Yes we are Yankees fans first but support the Rays when not playing the Yankees). I have some history of visiting Tropicana Field beginning in 2020 when I worked in St Pete less than a 1/2 mile from the Stadium and would walk over for games. After moving to the Orlando area I have attended several games over the past two decades. My experience this past weekend is consistent with all my previous experiences as a fan. (I have never played there so I cannot speak to the areas such as locker room/training facilities, catching pop-ups, or previous turf selections). I think the Stadium is very fan friendly - easy to navigate, lots of food options, good viewing from most areas, entertainment, activity areas for kids, plenty of rest rooms, and extremely well maintained and clean! We parked in lot 6 and purchased parking in advance (I strongly recommend that). Most importantly we arrived at least 2 hours early so traffic was not an issue and getting into stadium early gave time to walk around, watch warm-ups, and get something to eat. Most importantly staffing is plentiful, professional and helpful. They all get an A+ in my book!
Gary M — Google review
I love seeing the games here. It's an incredible value that everybody should take advantage of before it's gone. The stadium is very comfortable and easy to access. Happy to see the town has grown up all around it full of bars and condos and young folks everywhere really has been such a wonderful amenity for St Petersburg. The Baldwin group club level suites are definitely worth considering all you can eat food and beer. There was an after concert (jimmy eat world) after the Rays game it was just so much fun. I will be very sad when it's gone.

Loved our visit! This was our first time touring the museum and it was a great find. We just happened to see the poster advertising the kimono exhibit while walking down the pier, and decided to go. I'm glad we did! The kimonos were amazing and I learned so much about their design and meaning of some of the finer details. The rest of the museum was great to see too. I did not expect to see a Monet or Georgia O'Keefe! This is a great place to pop in if you're downtown. I look forward to seeing future special exhibits.

The galleries and exhibits are wonderful. Prices in the cafe on contrary are very expensive, $25 for a plain croissant, 1 slice of cake and espresso. Also the strange tacky, very large painting of the basketball player or whoever that is, in the middle of the main hall with old school classical paintings is totally unnecessary…out of place, kills the atmosphere of the room….

Fresco's Waterfront Bistro is a laid-back dockside spot offering global cuisine and drinks in a casual setting with a deck providing beautiful bay views. It's a must-visit local restaurant on the waterfront, known for its friendly atmosphere and delicious food. Situated at the tip of a picturesque pier, this bistro provides cutting-edge dining right by the water, allowing guests to savor dishes like grouper nuggets while enjoying creative cocktails and scenic views.
This was my third visit, and each time, it just gets better. Located along the St. Pete marina, Fresco’s Waterfront Bistro offers a relaxed yet elevated dining experience, perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. During this visit, I started with the crispy calamari, which was expertly prepared: lightly breaded, tender, and paired with two flavorful dipping sauces, I believe one was sweet and sour, and the other a classic marinara. The boneless wings were equally impressive: well-seasoned, perfectly cooked, and ideal for sharing. My mother ordered the poke tuna, which was exceptionally fresh and well-prepared. We had just returned from Japan two weeks ago, so we could truly appreciate the quality of the seafood. The freshness was unmistakable. The highlight of the meal, however, was the lobster roll. Served on a toasted roll and generously filled with fresh, buttery lobster, it was both indulgent and satisfying. Beyond the outstanding food, the service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance overlooking the waterfront truly enhanced the experience. Despite the intense summer heat during our visit, our server thoughtfully placed a fan next to my elderly mother to ensure her comfort, which was greatly appreciated. Whether you’re stopping in for lunch, enjoying a sunset dinner, or meeting friends for a casual bite, Fresco’s delivers the perfect blend of quality, service, and comfort.

They serve up fantastic shrimp tacos (highly recommend!) and my husband really enjoyed his burger. Drinks are strong and well-made, and the service was attentive. The lively atmosphere makes it a great spot to relax by the water. When it suddenly downpoured, the staff quickly moved everyone under the eaves and dropped the curtains to keep us dry—doing their best to make sure guests were comfortable despite the weather. A fun and welcoming waterfront experience.

Fresco’s Waterfront Bistro is truly a gem on the water! From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, with stunning views that make every meal feel special. The staff are friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of. The food is absolutely delicious—the seafood is fresh and perfectly prepared, and the menu has something for everyone, from creative appetizers to hearty entrées. The cocktails are refreshing and well crafted, and they pair perfectly with the waterfront setting. What I love most is how seamless the whole experience feels—great service, fantastic food, and an unbeatable view. Whether you’re stopping by for brunch, lunch, or dinner, Fresco’s always delivers a memorable dining experience. It’s the perfect spot for locals and visitors alike, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Just had lunch out with the girls at Fresco's. I can't wait to go back with the husbands. The service was excellent (thank you Gabriella), the food was excellent, as was the waterfront view. We shared the warm crab dip appetizer, delicious! I had a cup of lobster bisque, really good, and the cold lobster roll. Wow! Two friends had the carbonara which I decided to taste and can't wait to have it again. Absolutely on the return list.

Thank you Hayden! I got the Mahi Entree with bacon jalapeño cream sauce and the pineapple coleslaw and my cousin got the Fresco Bowl. Delicious. And great portions for the price! There is inside seating, as well as outside seating.

Fresco's is a must-visit when in St. Petes! That bowl will forever live in my mind rent-free. It was balanced and absolutely scrumptious. The view is to die for. It's literally something from the movies. The restaurant is well decorated with an electric feel, and it's neat and well kept. The place was busy and buzzing when we were there, but the service was fast and efficient!

Two years ago, we wanted to dine here during our trip to St. Petersburg, but the wait was too long, so we decided to skip it. This time, we visited twice. The food was delicious, and the outdoor seating was wonderful, especially when the temperature was pleasant. The veggie bowl was exquisite; the balsamic glaze drizzled on top of the grilled vegetables really enhanced the flavor. The feta cheese added a nice touch, giving it a Mediterranean taste. My husband ordered the grouper sandwich and loved it! Don't forget to try the Yucatan spring rolls—they're delicious! The mango salad pairs perfectly with the spring rolls. My mocktail, the berry mint spritz, was refreshing!

It pains me to leave 4 stars. I'd leave a 4.5 if I could. A) COME HERE AT SUNSET B)They do have good drinks. The reason for my 4.5 ⭐ is the bar itself leaves a lot to desire. Very small and basic. The outer perimeter does have two-seater tables against the glass railing though which is great. The restaurant here is nothing short of incredible, speaking of the inside. It spins slowly to give you and 360 view throughout your meal. In short - I'll be back.

Beautiful views, great drinks good bites and a poshy setting, what more can you ask for. The sunset views are to die for. At night everything lights up and you can see 270 degrees view of St Pete Beach n bay. We came for 4th of July weekend and had the best seat in the house for the works displayed all over. If you're in town I would highly recommend a visit.

Located on beautiful St. Petersburg FL. beach. The views from this 360° restaurant bar are amazing. The appetizer selection is great and drinks as well. I would recommend trying to get here and enjoy before the sun sets, just as beautiful once lights come on. It is very breezy up this high so be sure to be prepared for the wind. Ladies bring your hair ties. Cheers.

I went to Level 11 Rooftop Bar & Lounge on a Sunday afternoon with my partner to witness the breathtaking sunset. I must say, the view of the sunset from this place was truly exceptional. In my opinion, it offers the most splendid sunset view in the entire St. Pete area. The sight was so mesmerizing that it felt like gazing at a stunning piece of artwork. Although drinks are served exclusively at the bar rather than at the tables, this did not diminish the overall enjoyment of the experience. All in all, witnessing such a magnificent sunset made the visit to Level 11 Rooftop Bar & Lounge worthwhile, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

This place has an excellent vibe and the absolute BEST rooftop view on St. Pete Beach, especially during sunset. I definitely recommend the Key Lime Martini. It tastes just like a key lime pie. Our server, Cole, was amazing!

Latin American restaurant
Restaurant
Bodega on Central is a popular spot in St. Petersburg, offering a rustic-chic ambiance and serving Cuban sandwiches, Latin American platters, specialty juices, and smoothies. It's part of the modern dining scene in the city, catering to local residents rather than tourists. The family-owned restaurant with Brooklyn roots provides traditional street-style outdoor dining in downtown St. Pete.
Absolutely delicious food. I had to come back to try their Frita sandwich again. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a good savory sandwich. The meat is perfectly cooked, moist, flavorful, and filling. The avocado is smooth and helps with the filling. The little fritas and spicy mayo come hand in hand, giving a good crunch & spice to the sandwich.

A tale of two plates: It was the best of times (the Cuban sandwich) it was the worst of times, (the pollo asado with burnt maduros) I have eaten here at least six times and this past time was very disappointing. The Cuban sandwich was delicious, perfectly toasted and great balance of flavors. The pollo asado plato was not good at all. For $16 plus tip you can have a tiny dry breast, a generous portion of rice and beans, and the worst maduros in the Tampa Bay Area. Service was not great, and we never got the water we ordered along with our food and beer and cocktail. Anyways, next time I’ll just get the Cuban sandwich.

What a Gem! This incredible local restaurant has the best cuban sandwich in Tampa/St. Pete's! I absolutely love their food, my wife loves their vegetarian sandwich and plantains. My Cuban sandwich was on point every meat in there was so tender and flavorful perfect! The bread is out this world the bread was traditional Cuban style and amazing! The girl at The counter was awesome she was patient and explain how the menu worked. It made the experience easier and that much better. Seating is very limited. Make sure you Check in Yelp I got a free Cuban coffee amazing! 100% recommend!!

Yall... this place is a MUST HAVE on your trip to St Pete... I don't remember the exact name of what we ordered but I had mad beet juice hubby had carrot ginger something. My food was the grilled tempeh.. he had a pork plate and we shared a cuban... oh my my... not only was the food delicious, the juice was so fresh... and the staff.. they hired the right staff, they were all very friendly and outgoing... Maria general manager came over to say hi and make sure we enjoyed our food and Amy was super nice too.. but we appreciated Kira the most she was patient and kind with all the questions we had, as it was our first time there but not the last... PLEASE BRING ONE TO BRADENTON!!! my food was a little spicier than I like but it was still delicious..

Casual Cuban restaurant with ample indoor and outdoor seating. Everything on the menu looked delicious but I went with the chicken plate which was seasoned well, a good size, and tender. Both the coconut white rice topped with black beans were generous portions and the sweet maduros on the side, which were perfectly done, added the perfect amount of sweetness. I liked that they added a slice of lime on the side to squeeze on top of the chicken, which made it even better. Overall, Bodega on Central was a great spot to enjoy a casual taste of Cuban food for under around $20/ person. The seating outside was good- although the flies attracted to my food were pesky as I had to keep swatting them away. One thing I did not get was their hibiscus drink/ Jamaica aqua fresca which they said they mix with soda water.

If you're in the mood for a sandwich that actually makes you stop mid-bite, this is the place. Their Cuban is the real deal and the juices they serve on the side are fresh and sharp. It’s not a sit-down spot really, more of a grab-and-go with a couple outdoor tables. The line moves fast and it’s always worth it.

Restaurant was so cute and service was great! My husband’s Cuban was delish! I got the sandwich with mango and avocado (i forget the name) that was also yummy. Extra points for Mexican Cokes!!!

As a Cuban, I always arrive with certain expectations, my husband and I came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. It was not too. Busy and we found plenty of seating. We ordered the Lechón Platter, Frita and I got a Hibiscus Soda Fresca ( Agua de Jamaica with bubbles lol) The Lechón left something to be desired but the beans were on point. The Lechón felt dry, and that it was relying on the Mojo for flavor. Ultimately a solid size portion. The Frita, I have mixed reviews on, the flavor profile was right, the size of the patty and the moisture was off. A Frita is the equivalent of a Cuban Smash Burger and the patty here was too dense , and a little dry. I think two smash patties with more "sauce" with the flavor they've already accomplished? It would have been a smash.... Pun intended. Overall good experience and would try again

The Getaway is a vibrant bayside Tiki Bar that has been welcoming guests since January 2014. Located in the St. Petersburg area, it offers a relaxed atmosphere for friends and families to savor delicious coastal favorites and tropical cocktails while enjoying picturesque views of mangroves and native wildlife. Inspired by the Florida Keys, this waterfront restaurant provides an uplifting dining experience with a menu featuring mouthwatering options and freshly crafted Florida-themed beverages.
We had to wait at least 30 minutes to be seated, however the bar area was open to sit down and order drinks as we waited. The atmosphere invites tranquility and a sense of being amongst a natural Caribbean setting. The only thing missing were the hammocks. The food is top notch. A definite place to stop if in the area.

If you haven’t been to The Getaway in St. Pete, you are seriously missing out! This place is our absolute FAVORITE hangout!! The vibe is pure paradise!! Waterfront views, tropical drinks, amazing food, and even the chance to see dolphins and manatees while you relax. It doesn’t get any better than this! 🌴🍹🐬 And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, they’ve added some awesome new upgrades that make the whole experience next-level. The Getaway keeps stepping it up, and it shows! But what truly makes it special is Aaron. He is hands down the BEST server we’ve ever had anywhere!! Every time we come in, he treats us like family!! He’s fun, attentive, and always one step ahead, whether it’s keeping the drinks flowing, suggesting the best bites, or just bringing the good vibes that make us want to stay for hours. He makes every visit unforgettable! Aaron + The Getaway = the perfect combo! If you want the full experience, trust me – ask for Aaron. You’ll see exactly why this is our #1 spot in St. Pete! ❤️

We are locals and have come here for years, long before it looked the way it does and instagram followers poses daily, when there was good live music and was a total vibe. The bartenders are always good but we miss Will and the food was good enough, although priced high. But they changed the vibe totally with the terrible music choice. It used to be nice tropical, Jimmy Buffet tunes but not any more. Please turn the music channel back, the choice now is terrible.

We had such a great time at The Getaway! The location alone makes it worth the visit. It had beautiful views and such a relaxing vibe. But what really made our experience stand out was our server. She was so kind, respectful, and just seemed to know what we needed before we even had to ask… refills, napkins, extra plates, you name it. She was great with our little one too, and made us all feel really comfortable and taken care of. The craziest part? We found out it was her first day, and we never would’ve guessed! She handled everything like a total pro. Big thanks to Kat (and Eli) for making our visit such a good one. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect place if you looking for sweet drinks, good food and fun time. Atmosphere was great and its located on the water, saw some dolphins while enjoying lunch. It was the kind of place you leave already planning to come back.

Four of us went on Sunday for brunch. The place was hopping and we were seated within 15 minutes. Initially they wanted to sit us down in the beach area, which means you have to order your food at a walk up stand? That makes no sense since you are literally 5 feet from the full service restaurant under the pavilion. The whole place should be full service. We asked to be seated in the main area since if I wanted to go order my food myself I would have made it at home. We ordered calamari for the table which was pretty good. One of us ordered a Cuban sandwich that seemed a bit dry and boring. My friend said it was lacking in flavor and he did not really enjoy it. I had the Getaway burger, which is not really made to be eaten with your hands. So I had to use a fork and nice to eat it. The pulled pork was flavorless and dried out. The beef patty was also lacking in the flavor department and looked like a frozen patty. The french fries were also frozen from a bag and tasteless as well, which just ruins a meal. This place seems to be more about the views than the actual food.

Boyd Hill Nature Preserve in St. Petersburg, Florida, is a 245-acre natural sanctuary offering a peaceful retreat from the city. Visitors can explore winding trails through diverse ecosystems like pine flatwoods and freshwater marshes while observing native wildlife such as alligators, bald eagles, and gopher tortoises. The preserve also offers scenic tram tours with knowledgeable guides providing insights into the area's natural beauty and habitats.
This preserve is genuinely incredible. Right in the middle of St. Pete you've got a gorgeous mosaic of the nearly all the habitats Florida can offer (though I'm biased towards the uplands!) and they're clearly all lovingly and intelligently maintained. The city and preserve staff have done a wonderful thing here.

I went on a mini retreat here, and it was amazing, especially for my first time visiting. There were also some beautiful birds to see both as a part of the preserve and in their natural habitat. Our hike was guided, but there were several trails, so I look forward to coming back and trying to them.

This was a nice outing. They have great walking and biking trails and with the side trails you can easily do 5 miles. A gift shop, restrooms, kids playground, adequate parking, an aviary, water stations along the route, healthy snacks in the gift shop like strawberries, celery, peaches, and other cold snacks. They definitely need more magnets with the preserve on it as I collect magnets. We saw some wildlife, a baby alligator, raccoon, squirrels and an owl that was hooting at one of the caged owls. A worker there said that owl has been coming for a few seasons to probably "mate" and "talk" to one of the other owls. A pretty neat and safe place. Entrance fee is very reasonable.

went to this place for a Saturday morning walk and had no idea it was an entire ✨experience✨ but what an incredible surprise! they have so many trails to choose from. the flora and fauna is so diverse. it's a huge place so I doubt you'll ever feel like it's "crowded." The aviary was also a nice surprise. The birds were gorgeous and you get to read about their backstory! On the main trail there's a wooden swing with a beautiful skyline view. I'm in love!
TyLisa J — Google review
This is a lovely place to walk through a natural park. We entered the park at the visitor center at the south end. There are three main trails going north-south. The one on the east follows more closely to the lake. After a while you can cross a pedestrian bridge to a small island with views of St Pete across the water. There were small alligators lounging under the bridge. This island is, I’m guessing, about halfway to the northern tip of the park. If you continue going north after getting back off the island, the trail offers less shade than the beginning of the walk. It gets pretty hot for us, Seattleites. We chose not to go all the way to the northern tip of the park because of the hot sunny trail. After a while you can get back to the middle trail (which also goes north-south), and it has the most shade. Once on the middle trail, we decided to try the western trail going north-south, but it also lacked shade except near the visitor center. It follows close to the western edge of the park, so you see and hear cars which we didn’t enjoy as much.

Beautiful preserve. Got my 10,000 steps and enjoyed every minute spent walking, talking, and snapping pictures. There's plenty of shade and water stations. The wildlife was plentiful.

We had a great trip! The cabins have been improved from our last stay, I love the new paint job. The playground is so unique, I’m not sure if it’s new but I don’t remember seeing it on my last trip. The trails are great and I LOVE the water stations!

Boyd Hills Raptor fest was fabulous! But in general it’s an awesome park to walk around and be apart of nature. Looking at the birds of prey they have rescued is quite thrilling. Their playground of the kids was fun as well. There is a small fee to walk the trails but it is worth it! It’s a great spot to see baby alligators and bird watch. Boyd Hill also has a TON of programs year round to get involved in. Overall it was a great experience. We will go back to visit the Nature Center as well.

Allelo is a trendy spot known for its diverse wine selection and handcrafted cocktails. The restaurant's wine program, led by the general manager and wine director Michelle Richards, offers around 1,200 bottles and 25 selections by the glass with inspiration from Mediterranean and Aegean regions. The menu features dishes influenced by these areas, encouraging sharing among diners. Located on Beach Drive, Allelo has garnered positive reviews since its debut and offers a family-style brunch showcasing Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
If you find yourself in Downtown St. Petersburg, FL. . . You must enjoy Allelo! This elegant, lively restaurant is just off of the Pier — the location is unmatched. From the moment that you walk in, you are greeted so well by the Hostesses. Both the exterior and interior are stunning. When inside, I dined for Sunday brunch — it was very energetic inside & fulfilled with happy guests. Their fresh fruit platters were delicious — as were the olive oil Pancakes! I will definitely return for another memorable lunch & dinner service. Do not miss out!

Now this place is amazing. I went for brunch and ordered a number of items. The Olive Oil Pancakes were extremely light and fluffy as well as not overly sweet. Contrary to its name, the olive oil was not overpowering and the jam added a nice touch. Neuske Thick Cut Bacon straight from the farm. I am not a huge pork eater because of the taste, but the bacon here tasted fresh. Turkish Eggs, dip like dish with the ever so soft pita bread = 😋. Ricotta Soft Scramble with fresh ricotta, chives, and pita were fluffy, light, creamy, and flavorful. My mocktail was also great. It was more of a craft style mocktail rather than juice and a splash of soda water. This is my new go-to spot when I take the drive to visit St. Pete.

Tonight was my first visit to Allelo on Beach Drive in St. Pete. We didn’t have a reservation but were lucky to get seats at the bar around 7 p.m. They mentioned they were fully booked, though we did notice a few tables open both when we arrived and when we left. Still, we ended up having a great time at the bar! The female bartender was pretty friendly and attentive, and the bar back (a male) was busy helping with table and silverware setup ~ both were good. We ordered the Baby Gem Salad, Mussels in a delicious tomato sauce, and the Cocktail Shrimp, which were all fantastic. The cocktails were unique and interestingly crafted. The espresso martini had an interesting twist ~ a subtle touch of amaro that gave it depth. The lemon drop martini was made with their house lemonade, which gave it a refreshing and slightly unexpected flavor. My friend ordered the Aperol Spritz and really enjoyed it too. It was a bit loud inside, so next time I’ll definitely ask to sit outside, especially in this beautiful weather. The restaurant has a charming patio right on Beach Drive, a cozy bar area, and another smaller dining room to the right as you walk in. The space is beautifully decorated, with a hand-painted mural of birds by a local artist. They even provided a list so guests can learn about each bird featured on the wall ~ a thoughtful touch! I’m surprised it took me this long to visit, especially since I consider myself quite the foodie. Allelo has been open for 5 years, and after tonight, I can definitely say I’ll be back soon!

I absolutely loved this museum! The art doesn’t just inspire—it truly transports you to another world. The creativity and craftsmanship with glass is just incredible. I was amazed by everything on display. What I appreciated most is that they don’t only support talent from the U.S., but also from around the world. On top of that, many of the pieces share important messages about human rights and culture, which I found beautiful and powerful. It’s amazing how much can be taught through art. The space itself is stunning, with breathtaking sculptures that really leave a mark. I went with my 7-year-old daughter, and she was fascinated too—she absolutely loved it. It’s definitely a place I want to visit again. ♥️

This was a very fun museum to explore. It didn’t seam like it would be much from the outside, but had plenty to offer on the inside. One could easily spend hours looking at everything this place has to offer. Something I appreciated was the variety of glass art they have on display. Some of the pieces leave you wondering how they were made while others leave you in awe in how patient the artists must be. For them this would truly have to be a passion with the levels of detail that went into their work. I enjoyed this museum so much I plan on making others trips back to take it in at a slower pace. If you want to be amazed with amazing pieces of glass work/art this is the place for you.

Its a cool museum, I enjoyed it even though it was extremely busy. We went on a free museum day, so we expected a ton of people. We had low expectations, but the art enamored my two daughters and I. It was my two daughters first museum experience. We were able to enjoy it, UNTIL some nasty, judgemental older woman used ugly, unprovoked language towards my 8 and 9 yr old daughter. Its sad you'll always have nasty people ruining great memories and moments. The woman got pretty loud and belligerent. There were so many employees working, I dont understand why no one stopped her or made her leave. I kept my composure and remained respectful. However that's the memory my children have of going to the Imagine museum and their first museum experience. Its so important to properly train employees/volunteers on what appropriate/inappropriate behavior is. They need to know how to handle situations like that. Also, apparently grown adults also need to be advised on proper museum procedures during events like this. There's no way a couple of people should expect a room full of people to move for their photo op ESPECIALLY during free museum day while yall have entire rooms and sections roped off. I guess I was disappointed in the experience but the actual art was magnificent. I heard people around me saying similar things.
Christine A — Google review
There are surprisingly so many glass artists around this area and visiting this museum opened my eyes a bit on doing more research on who you choose to support. While it was jaw dropping just looking at each artist featured and their individual work, the majority(I'd say half or more) of the pieces featured are stamped by the museum owner, Trish Duggan. Feel free to Google the name and come to your own conclusions, but I will say she creates so much alien artwork that I started to guess that she very well may be an alien herself. I'm happy that the entry price was relatively low and hopefully that the money goes into the pockets of the other featured artists. Reading Christina Yates' story had me heartbroken and I'm glad to have experienced her art and story

Has some of the most Beautiful and amazing Glass Art I have seen! The 1st floor is the best hands down. Upstairs had a bunch of space themed (UFO) and new age art with comics or anime (definitely younger people made then) I wasn't a fan gave me the vibe of it just being thrown in there and was definitely out of place for me and it wasn't as creative as the glass arts. The James Museum of Western & Wildlife Art in downtown St. Petersburg, FL is a captivating gallery showcasing contemporary Western, Native American, frontier, and wildlife art. The museum's exterior features meticulously placed sandstone blocks resembling artistically designed cliffs. Inside, visitors are greeted by a two-story waterfall and over 26,000 square feet of exhibit space dedicated to preserving traditional Old West American folk art.
I have wanted to come here for years, and I am so happy we made it. Wow, the amount of artwork hidden inside this gem was breathtaking. This museum is not to be missed, if you are a local, or visiting, make time for this museum, you will not regret it. We needed so much more time as we got there pretty late in the day, but $10 Tuesdays have my name all over them. The artwork is some of the most breathtaking I’ve seen. The artist’s various techniques were both hyper realistic and surreal all at the same time, and very unique. The landscapes, the way the mist and clouds were painted was really amazing and the colors the artists achieved and brushstrokes are just like I’ve not really seen before. I could’ve easily spent double the amount of time here.

We've been to many museums all across America. This is definitely one of the best. The architectural design of the museum is enough to put it at the top of the list. The exhibits were incredible, and there were far more paintings and statues than we anticipated. We look forward to taking visiting family and friends there in the future.

The art of the American West - and the spirit of its native peoples - come to life at the James Museum in St. Petersburg. It’s an absolute treasure, nestled in the quaint but urban downtown center of this coastal city. Steps from the cultural center of St. Pete, this modern homage to a by-gone era is a delightful journey for everyone. Take a solo tour or enjoy a family or group adventure. The artwork is divine, the stories filled with joy and sorrow, and the scenery of this lost land is preserved with dignity and majesty. The cafe and store are both worth perusing, and the bar is an authentic wooden fixture that conjures the saloons of Deadwood, where a sarsaparilla might pare with some tales of wandering ‘round the yellow roses of Texas. If you’re in St. Pete, do not miss this experience. And remember to hit the Dali Museum as well. They’re both reminders that this is an art colony, and there’s more to explore than just the beaches, water sports, and cuisine.

The James Museum truly exceeded our expectations! Our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. The waterfall and bronze sculptures in the Arroyo added a special touch to our ceremony. Valeria was nothing less than amazing to work with! She was extremely helpful and very patient in answering our questions throughout the planning process. The James Museum was also very accommodating to our requests, which proved how much they truly care about their clients. Our guests really enjoyed the opportunity to explore the galleries during cocktail hour and complemented the unique atmosphere. It was truly the perfect venue for a night we’ll never forget.

Wonderful museum about American west. It freely expresses the tension between European American and Native American. The exhibit tries to achieve a historical accuracy through modern and contemporary artworks. The most surprising exhibit is about the Chinese immigrants who were invited by European Americans to build the railway. The brief introduction is available with business style presentation. Hence, we can found a relatively complete west picture in this museum.

Will return to this wonderfully curated museum of contemporary art. The museum has eight galleries, showcasing sculptures, paintings, jewelry, and other artifacts created by contemporary artists. From the Belknap family's journey from Ohio to Oregon in the 1840s, to Chinese railroad laborers, to jewelry, the Black Moccasin Meeting Lewis and Clark sculpture, and Clint Eastwood's spaghetti western painting. The $75m James Museum of Western & Wildlife Art was created by Tom and Mary James and opened in 2018. Thomas James (born 1942 or 43) is the chairman of Raymond James Financial, which was founded by his father, Robert James (1909-83). It's based in St. Pete. This is a stunning, carefully curated collection of traditional and modern styles of American Western art. Some of the best stuff comes from contemporary Native artists. This museum is worth your time.

Had the pleasure of photographing a wedding at the James Museum this past month. It is such a beautiful venue with so many spots for creative photos. The bride and groom were so happy with the atmosphere and overall feel of the museum. I love this spot and cannot wait to photograph many more weddings upcoming here at the James!

Nestled in the heart of downtown, the St. Petersburg Museum of History is a treasure trove that chronicles the vibrant past of this charming city known as Sunshine City. For over a century, it has been dedicated to showcasing significant local stories, from the dawn of commercial aviation to Major League Baseball's spring training traditions. Visitors can marvel at an eclectic array of exhibits featuring everything from a two-headed calf and an ancient Egyptian mummy to a working replica of the Benoist XIV airboat.
Pretty neat little museum with small but valuable data and exhibits from st Pete construction and political history to ww2 and mlb history. It is very cheap and worth the visit. I would def recommend this place. Specially if you live in Florida.

We walked in early afternoon today as we have the NARM membership so in my mind, it would’ve been a free visit. The woman at the front desk was rude and condescending after I asked why this particular museum didn’t take it, “she said then everyone would just walk in for free”, yes that’s the point of having a reciprocal membership. Anyway, we paid the $15/person entrance fee, honestly it should’ve been $5/person. It took us less than one hr to browse the semi empty, cold museum. There is currently the largest baseball exhibit my husband liked, a lot of war photos and info, voting in St Pete women’s rights area and some local art. It is a decent museum to stop in if visiting the St Pete Pier and/or dining next door, Perry’s Porch…now that’s a 5⭐️ experience.
Melanie M — Google review
If you are hoping for a “history of Saint Petersburg, Florida” experience, you might be disappointed. This small museum, tucked away behind the massive Museum of Fine Arts at the pier, hosts mostly informative placards on the wall talking about various wars (Spanish American War, War in Afghanistan, Korean War), the women’s movement in St. Pete, and the history of art influence in St. Pete. It has very few actual historical artifacts (probably about a dozen total). The two coolest exhibits are the over 5,000 autographed baseballs on display and the 3,000 year old mummy. It took me just under an hour (at a slow pace) to see the whole thing and— for me— the mummy was the coolest thing in there. If you are bored and wanting to kill time (like I was) it could be worth the $15 admission. But this is not a “go out if you way” type museum like the Museum of Fine Arts is.
Hannah E — Google review
Don’t waste your time, very disappointing! The only really St Pete history was the Vinny. Way too much baseball memorabilia. I’m sure the city pays a pretty penny to keep that opened and employ their relatives.

Cute little museum. Good way to spend an hour or so learning more about the area. It is near the shore side of the pier so not a long walk out to it, or you could ride the shuttle up to it. If driving you would have to find a lot or street spot & then walk out to it. Variety of exhibits on the pier/parks of the area, history of civil rights in the area, aviation history and a baseball collection. We found the history of the area and the changes over the years very interesting. We also found out about the augusta bricks we kept seeing around town. I did think that the $15 admission was a bit steep for all the bigger the museum was.

We were in town for a few days for our 50th wedding anniversary. We are museum people. The St. Petersburg Museum of History - "Sharing Stories of the Sunshine City for 102 Years"- is located at the base of the new pier, While not a large museum, it is worth spending about an hour to see a gallery of Old Florida history, a tribute to the American soldier, and Florida women pioneers. The museum also features Schrader's Little Cooperstown, made up of nearly 5,000 baseballs and certified by Guinness World Records as the largest collection of its kind. Othet significant objects are a replica of the world's first commercial air boat, “The Benoist,” which flew from St. Petersburg to Tampa in 1914 and a 3,000-year-old mummy. Be sure to look at the sculpture of the newspaper boy outside the entry. It commemorates a newspaper contest, "The Sunshine Offer," that promised to give away newspapers to anyone every day that the sun did not shine in the ‘Burg. In a 76-year period, only 296 papers were given away. Hence the name: "The Sunshine City." If you go: Hours are Monday - Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday 12-5 p.m. Tickets: $15 adult (18+), $12 senior (65+), $9 military and veteran, teachers and students, and children under 6 are free. Look for the $2.00 off coupon found in the Discover Downtown Guide found everywhere. Only one coupon was needed for two of us; we combined a senior discount with the coupon. While parking is available at the pier (the Dolphin Lot is the closest to the museum), both the FREE Looper Trolley and Central Avenue Trolley stop at the base of the pier. From there, it is a short walk to the museum. If you ride the free trolley, please be sure to trip your driver who is committed to getting you safely to and from your destination.

I recently read a book on the history of St Petersburg which referenced this Museum several times. So I was inspired to take a Saturday and visit this place. Very nice museum. I enjoyed the exhibits including the special exhibit they had called Alligators and Oddities that was very interesting and very bizarre. Everything about alligators you could ever want to know. They had a great autographed baseball collection. I am not a baseball fan but I certainly enjoyed looking at that. The best part was the replica airplane from the first commercial airline in St Petersburg. Overall the museum told the story of the story of St Petersburg quite well. There were quite a few bits of information not in the book. Well worth a rainy Saturday.

After completing our Segway Tour we visited this museum. I use to coach baseball and have been a fan all my life. Our tour guide said if you love baseball that we should go. She was right. There is several interesting history displays here but the baseball exhibit was by far the most interesting to me.

The Lure is a vibrant and trendy spot in St. Petersburg that offers a fusion of sushi, tapas, and cocktails. The restaurant boasts colorful painted brick walls and pool tables, creating a hip ambiance. Sushi enthusiasts will find an array of intriguing creations on the menu, such as the Red Dragon Roll with shrimp tempura and spicy tuna, as well as the unique Bacon-H8ter roll featuring bacon and tempura chips.
First time eating their last night and enjoyed the restaurant. They have a large diverse menu with just about everything on it. I ended up going with the sushi and it was super fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and attentive

I really wanted to like this place. The concept sounded great, and the 30% off sushi boat on Sundays was what brought me in. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, the experience just didn’t deliver. The atmosphere felt grungy, and the restaurant and bathroom were noticeably dirty…not what you want to see when you’re about to eat raw fish. The server was kind and tried to make the best of it, but that was about the only bright spot. We ordered a sushi boat with nine rolls, and sadly, they all tasted like Publix sushi….maybe even a bit worse. Nothing stood out in terms of freshness or flavor. If Golden Corral started offering sushi, this is exactly what I’d expect it to taste like. Bottom line: this was my first time, and probably my last. There are far better sushi spots in town ….cleaner, fresher, and more flavorful.

We stopped here after our tour of the Chihuly Glass Art Collection. Food was delicious, service was even better. Atmosphere was low key good vibe. Relaxed and chill. Drinks were also on point.

Tampa Bay Food Tours has been visiting The Lure on the Central Ave Food Tour for over a year. The Lure is such a fun spot! Playful, social vibe — perfect for groups or a casual date night. The menu is huge: creative sushi rolls, tapas, tacos, and flatbreads, plus great drinks. Laid-back atmosphere, good music, and even pool tables. Exceptional food and service make it a must-visit in St. Pete!

I mean the name alone should LURE you in 😏 if you’re looking for sushi you are in the right place! I went all out and got El Jefe. It’s their most expensive roll, $36 but don’t be discouraged. It’s big enough to share and it is delicious!!! Absolutely worth every penny.
Cisco0699 — Google review
Sushi came out really fast but it tasted like Publix sushi. I ordered the tuna tartar tower and we only got tuna on crackers. Maybe other items on the menu are better but the sushi was not the greatest and I have been to a lot of different sushi places.
Bud — Google review
Wow! The menu has everything on it and all every plate looked amazing. There as starters, sushi, tapas, tacos, entrees and amazing cocktail menu. I was a table of one so I ordered the shashito peppers and a roll. But I’ll be back for those fish tacos!
Alicia S — Google review
It's a great spot to have a drink and play some pool, laid back, no issues with people in here on a busy street that can sometimes see some drama. That's the best part of it. You always feel welcome and it's bright and clean! The food is a bit lack luster. Huge menu, plenty for everyone but if you under hood sushi this isn't the spot for it. The Mexican menu can surprise you but it's very westernized and not worth the trip unless you want a good spot for a great 50% off wine happy hour! Lovely staff in there. Could not fault that. Well worth a visit for a quieter drink and low-key vibe

St. Pete Pier is a charming waterfront destination that offers 26 acres of entertainment, including water sports, parks, restaurants, and outdoor concerts. The pedestrian-friendly area is lined with trees and features a variety of shops and dining options leading to the city's expansive waterfront. Visitors can admire the impressive "Bending Arc" sculpture by local artist Janet Echelman and enjoy family-friendly attractions such as the Majeed Foundation splash pad and a pirate-themed playground.
The area is a picturesque destination, featuring an assortment of restaurants, quick bites, and dessert options. The scenery is remarkably stunning and gorgeous. A splash pad offers fun for kids and kids at heart. Ample seating areas are provided. The trolley service runs every 15 minutes, ensuring easy transportation. Fishing is allowed at the pier's end, and gift shops are available. A weekend market adds to the area's allure.

The St Pete Pier has so much to offer, for crowds of all ages, all throughout the day! First, you can really get your steps in here- the entirety of the Pier has to be at least 1 mile long. But they also have a tram you can take if you don’t or can’t do the walking. There’s a splash park for the kids and a playground, vendor booths with a fun and unique variety of knick knacks, and even an aquatic museum. Of course, there’s eats too for all the goodies. Perry’s Porch is a new edition at the start of the Pier- you need a reservation a few weeks in advance for that one. At the end of the pier Teak and Pier Teaki. Teak is a sit down restaurant on the second floor and Pier Teaki is the rooftop bar- that place is so cool and also serves food but it fills up real fast. It offers a stunning view of the St Pete skyline, especially at night. And in between there’s also a concessions. There’s tons of seating all around, and even a tiny beach right along the water. There is water so you don’t get dehydrated and even free sunscreen. They host many events & festivals in the area too and it’s a great place to hang out.

Soaking up the sunshine and waterfront vibes at the St. Pete Pier! ☀️ From watching the sailboats⛵️ on the bay to the skaters doing their thing, it's a beautiful spot to people-watch and just enjoy the day. St. Pete really knows how to do a waterfront area right. 🩵I can't get over the gorgeous views, the calm bay waters, and all the happy people walking by. The entire area is so well-designed for a day of fun and relaxation. Where the bay meets the shore🌊 and the sunshine is bright 🌞 Sailboats pass by with a graceful, white sail ⛵️ On the pier, life's simple, a beautiful tale🎣 #StPetePier #StPetersburgFL #FloridaLife #SunshineCity #WaterfrontViews #Florida

St. Pete Pier is an absolute must-visit for everyone! It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and fun with a vibrant playground for the kids, peaceful Bay Area lounges where you can dip your feet and unwind, and a lively food deck offering plenty of great spots to grab a bite or enjoy a drink. The views from the main deck at the end of the pier are simply spectacular especially at sunset. We’ve visited many times with family and friends, and it’s always a great experience. There’s also a convenient trolley that runs up and down the pier for those who prefer not to walk. If you go on a Saturday morning, don’t miss the local market full of unique finds, fresh treats, and local crafts. St. Pete Pier truly has something for everyone

This is a beautiful place to take the family. There are lots of things to enjoy such as the splash and a playground. There's beach access and also a tram if you'd rather ride to the end instead of walking. There are quiet places to sit with chairs set up just so you can enjoy the view. I highly recommend visiting here if you're in St Petersburg.

The teake cafe has a great view, checkout the rainbow 🌈 we caught from the comfy corner - lots of wind. Makes me wish I brought my kitesurfing equipment- can see all the boats and waves. Such a cool spot. Trolley comes every 10-15 mins and it’ll take you from the parking lot to the pier. Fishers have a nice spot at the end too.
Alex E — Google review
A beautiful place to spend an entire day here. There are great food options as well as activities to choose from. You even have the option of going out on a boat or excursion from here. I also love visiting the Tampa bay watch center which houses a small aquarium. The splash pad is very spacious and nice. We also love the playground and all of its unique climbing structures and spaces. It’s perfect for kids of all ages and is split into two different sections. It is a very large playground as well. Also was surprised and pleased with the beach area. Overall a very clean and family friendly place to visit, you can easily spend the entire day here . If you visit st Pete you must come here!

Cage Brewing, located in St. Pete, FL, is a lively brewery with 18 taps offering a variety of craft beers such as King Krush Double IPA, Pinball Porter, Cage Blonde, and Golden Buddha American IPA. The brewery features live music, food trucks, video games and is kid-friendly with outside spaces welcoming dogs.
My favorite thing about this place is they have great bluegrass bands play; I love their live music! Delicious, large beer menu. (However I wish they had sour beers, they haven’t had any when I’ve been...) I like their bohemian atmosphere, they have a nice big backyard and outside area to hang out in with trees, hand painted murals and fun lights. They have some food too like pizza, wings, etc.
Angel — Google review
Good brewery! Always enjoyed Cage even before the upgrades. It’s a fixture in my self-guided brewery walking tour when I visit the city every 3-4 months that’s been going on for close to a decade now. Mojo is good, staff is friendly, and the beer is always enjoyable no matter what style I try. The pizza place inside is also worth ordering from. In my opinion, it’s mandatory to visit Pinellas Ale Works as well since they’re kitty (katty) corner from each other; if you hit one you must hit the other…that’s the rule.
Dave M — Google review
I love this brewery. It’s right near central ave in St Pete. It has a great stage that’s outdoors but covered. They have a huge outdoor area with covered seating and also an outdoor area that’s not covered. I’ve seen some really great bands here. They have a stone oven for pizzas. I’m always on a diet so I thought I would try the Brussels sprouts, best Brussels sprouts I have had.they are roasted with goat cheese. Really good. There is also an indoor bar in case you get cold. This place is a lot of fun. You will have a great time!

Love this place. Great backyard space for play for kids and adults. Live music very often on a great stage set up. Pizza and meatballs were great! Mac Daddy beer is awesome the Belgian beer is why I didn't give 5 stars it was a bit sour and shouldn't have been. Their salads and wings are awesome too!

First time back in a while and it's a great brewing company! Enjoyed my beer and the wings..live music here all the time ..can't go wrong
Mark J — Google review
We stumbled upon this place and it's quickly became our favorite! They just started redoing their menu and service style. Everyone was so personable, so nice and patient. They even let me sample before I got the real drink! Food was delicious, we got the street corn and wings. They even had live music/dj and a huge outdoor area that was great for kids. I absolutely recommend coming here! We will be regulars. Pepper their dog is the best little worker too!
J D — Google review
I only wish they were closer to my house! Such a perfect spot for people with kids. Fenced in backyard area with plenty of seating, shade, toys and games. Food was great. They had NA beer on tap that was actually really good! Indoor seating also available. Staff was super friendly, pricing was good. Parking is limited nearby but we lucked out on a weekend finding a spot right on the property (off the alleyway). There wasn't live music when we came, but the set up looked great and with lots of room to sit. Pool table and pin ball machines inside. Highly recommend!
Samantha H — Google review
First time here, we were in the area across the street at another brewery and decided to give them a try. There is street parking.(We parked on the street)..They have plenty of outdoor seating, some indoor seating..They have some games. They sell drinks and food(pizza)..The beer was alright, the service was lacking inside at the bar.. One of the beers we wanted to try they didn't have.I kinda wished they had a few more beer options....There were some games outside...They have live music- very lively atmosphere. We enjoyed ourselves! I would come back.

The St Petersburg Shuffleboard Club, celebrating its 100th anniversary in January 2024, is the world's oldest and largest shuffleboard club. The Art Deco complex features 32 lit courts and an old grandstand, reflecting the sport's popularity as a spectator event. The club hosts the beloved St. Pete Shuffle on Friday nights, offering family fun with the option to bring your own food and drink.
St. Pete Shuffle is the oldest and largest club in the world, right here in St. Pete! It's a special place, a great way to meet people in the community and learn a new sport. I have lifelong friends from getting involved in the club and playing on a league team. If you're even a little curious, I encourage you to come out on a Friday night or sign up for beginner boot camp. Everyone is welcome!

Can't speak highly enough about the St Petersburg Shuffleboard Club! My husband and I got married there in November 2023, and the staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect. If you're looking for an out-of-the-box wedding, it's an amazing place for it! They have super affordable rates, and we were able to customize how many lanes we wanted for how many hours, as well as rent other areas of the Club. Just become a member to start the process, and you won't regret that bit either! All photos in this review taken by our wonderful photographer Abby Weeden

A Gem of Fun and Hospitality in St. Pete! My recent experience hosting a kids' birthday party at the St. Pete Shuffleboard Club was nothing short of exceptional. Despite intermittent rain throughout the day, at the appointed party time, the courts were immaculately clean, dry, and ready for play. What struck us most was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. For many attendees, it was their first visit, and the club felt like a hidden treasure in St. Pete. The staff members were incredibly friendly and patient; taking the time to engage both children and adults in learning and enjoying the game. It was heartwarming to see everyone, regardless of experience, having a blast. It's a place where fun knows no bounds and where every guest, young or old, felt included and embraced. We highly recommend these facilities for hosting events!
