1The Don CeSar

The Don CeSar is a beachfront hotel located in St. Petersburg, offering upscale rooms and suites along with a range of amenities. Guests can enjoy two heated pools, beach yoga classes, and Jet Ski rentals. The on-site Spa Oceana provides various relaxing services such as massages, makeup, waxing, and hair treatments.
It was such a pleasure to stay at the Don. My fiancé and I are planning our wedding there next year in 2026 and we wanted to stay there a night to experience it before the wedding so we booked a stay and it was such a memorable experience. The gift shop is amazing, the food is great. The hospitality is wonderful. The rooms are so beautiful and clean. Really, no complaints at all. The keys to get into the hotel rooms are so cool too, they are pretty wristbands. I think we made the right choice to have our wedding here next year and I can’t wait for our guests to experience such an amazing stay like we did!

I was genuinely impressed by how beautifully this hotel has recaptured its original splendor through its recent renovations. While the guest rooms remain modest in size, they have done an nice job maximizing space and enhancing comfort without compromising style. The overall aesthetic of the property is both elegant and nostalgic, evoking a timeless charm. The pool and spa facilities are outstanding. My spa treatment was exceptional, easily ranking as one of the most memorable I've ever had. However, the true highlight of this property is its beachfront. The serene atmosphere, coupled with attentive service, creates a tranquil escape that sets this hotel apart. I’m genuinely looking forward to returning and experiencing it all over again.

⭐️ 1 Star (if I could give 0, I would) This hotel, Don César, was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff was friendly, but everything went downhill after that. The room was extremely small — it barely fits two people — and the bathroom was even worse. The carpet in the hallways had a strange smell, the doors looked dirty, and we had to use force just to open ours. For the price of this “five-star” hotel, I expected much more. The worst part of our stay was the restaurant Maritana. It was honestly one of the worst dining experiences of my life. As soon as we sat down, we could feel how unwelcome we were. We asked the waiter if he spoke Spanish, and from that moment, his whole attitude changed — cold, rude, and clearly uncomfortable serving us. They even brought someone from the kitchen who spoke Spanish, but in a very disrespectful way. I can defend myself in English, but that moment was humiliating. The food was terrible, overpriced, and the portions were ridiculously small. I understand that fine dining means smaller portions, but what truly ruined it was the lack of respect and professionalism from the staff. They didn’t offer us bread, dessert, or even ask if everything was okay. Later, when we went to the main lobby, we felt the same — the staff looked at us differently, as if we didn’t belong there. At the beach lobby, service was slightly better, but still far from what you would expect at such an expensive hotel. However, I do want to highlight one positive experience that truly saved our night: the restaurant Society Table. The people there were incredibly kind and professional. Celeste, Diana, and Julio gave us an exceptional service — friendly, warm, and welcoming. The food was delicious, and their attention was 10 out of 10. It was the best part of our entire stay and the only reason I didn’t leave the hotel even more upset. Unfortunately, in the hotel stores — especially the clothing and shoe shops — we again experienced that same uncomfortable attitude. The staff looked at us with indifference and didn’t even ask if we needed help, while treating other guests very differently. It’s sad to see that kind of behavior still happening today. Overall, this hotel felt tense, lifeless, and far from what a true five-star experience should be. It’s a shame, because it could be a beautiful place, but the lack of respect, warmth, and consistency completely ruined it. If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. Definitely not worth the price, and I would never return.

This is my Happy Place! The first view of the hotel when you cross the bridge always takes my breath away. The service is outstanding everywhere in the hotel- everyone is just so kind and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable, the pool area is outstanding. My husband will tell you I own half of the gift shop- have to rep the Don- and the view at sunset is the best. I feel so calm and relaxed here...please don't change a thing! I love my Don CeSar!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Don CeSar in St. Petersburg, Florida, from Thursday to Sunday to celebrate our fourth wedding anniversary. Overall, we found the hotel to be a beautiful and refreshing place to stay, with exceptional service from many of the staff members we encountered. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The valet parking attendants were extremely courteous, and the front desk staff, particularly an employee named Jen, went out of her way to help us secure a room with an ocean view for our special occasion. Similarly, the concierge provided us with excellent recommendations for local excursions and dining. However, we did experience a deeply concerning incident during our visit to the spa area. While most of the spa staff were terrific, we unfortunately encountered a staff member named Drew who was quite rude and dismissive, and whose behavior we perceived as discriminatory. When we sought assistance to enjoy the spa amenities together for our anniversary, we were met with hostility and ultimately had security called on us for reasons that seemed unwarranted. For requesting information from the legal department. It was only after we clarified that my husband is an attorney that the staff's demeanor changed, and we were treated with more respect. The front desk manager, Nick, listened to our complaint, and his initial response was that the reason for the complaint was that we needed a discount. We made it clear to him that we don't care about his discount and are instead going to give it to those who need it the most. We are not seeking any discounts or special treatment. We advocate for fair and respectful treatment of all guests, regardless of their race. We hope that the management will take this opportunity to provide additional diversity and sensitivity training for their staff, especially in the spa area. In conclusion, while we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, it's essential to share this experience in the hope that all guests will be treated equitably in the future.

We had a great birthday vacation. We celebrated ourselves all week long. We lounged by the pool and we were catered to every single day. Katie, our pool attendant and server, was outstanding and made sure we always had what we needed as we relaxed by the pool. Quinn made sure we had the best chairs possible each day with towels all perfectly arranged! The staff were wonderful and always had a smile and positive attitudes! If you haven't stayed at the Don Cesar you are missing out! Best.Vacation.Ever!!

A trip to the Pink Palace is pure magic, and The Don CeSar delivers on every promise. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in a special place. The staff's warmth and hospitality were evident in every interaction, making us feel genuinely welcome from check-in to check-out. We especially enjoyed our delightful experience with Kim & Claire at the front counter; they were friendly, helpful, and kind. We were immediately greeted by the hotel's signature, aromatic scent the moment we walked in, which set a relaxing and elegant tone for our stay. Our room was not only beautiful and immaculately clean but also offered a breathtaking ocean view. Every detail was perfect, adding to the atmosphere of pure relaxation. I also have to mention their outstanding rosé—it was truly the best!

I booked this hotel for a local staycation, hoping for a relaxing experience at what was advertised as a “luxury” property. Unfortunately, the stay was far from that. The only real highlight was the beachfront location and a comfortable bed. Beyond that, everything else was disappointing. I had specifically booked a standard room with a balcony, but upon arrival, I was surprised to find that our room had no balcony at all. When I brought this up with the front desk, I was told I could “upgrade” for an additional $180 per night—a frustrating upsell tactic for something I had already booked. The room itself was small, and the bathroom was even smaller, comparable to a cruise ship bathroom. The bathtub was in poor condition, and the shower curtain had visible rust stains. For over $350 a night, plus resort and parking fees, this level of quality was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the room was very dusty, and the AC unit was so loud it made it hard to relax or sleep peacefully. All in all, this hotel relies heavily on its prime location, but neglects the details and comfort you’d expect at this price point. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to others looking for a truly comfortable or luxurious experience.

The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club, Autograph Collection is a luxurious and pet-friendly resort located in St. Petersburg, Florida. The iconic pink building offers posh rooms and suites, along with five restaurants, a pool, spa, and golf course. Following its highly anticipated renovation, the 354-room hotel has been rebranded as a Marriott Autograph Collection property. Situated across from Vinoy Park and within walking distance of St.
Stayed here for a few days for a swim meet. It’s conveniently located around many restaurants and beaches and has a nice old world charm throughout the original main building. The flowers I took a Picture of are refreshed every Thursday and they do a spectacular job. The folks taking care of the cars are really nice and the entire system to have your car waiting for you at the entrance works flawlessly. We ate at some of the restaurants, everything was good and prices were reasonable. Our rooms were nice and clean and we had a view of the bay and pool. While we didn’t use the pool area, it looked marvelous with a beautiful shape and enough chairs and tables to accommodate many guests. Overall very happy with the stay and would come back again.

This hotel is simply amazing. I loved every part of it. All of the associates were amazing. From Galvin at check in, Daniel at the pool and another young lady at the front desk (she is Asian and moved here about 3 years ago) and the room attendant, Bridget. I loved the water stations provided at every floor. I had one of the best birthdays and this place is just my happy place.

Suzanne (Susan) is truly an asset to your hotel! From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and cheerful - such a pleasure to interact with. Her customer service is outstanding. When we had a small issue, she didn't brush it off or pass it along; she immediately made calls and took care of everything for us. She's a real credit to your team! Also, Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and plenty of soft, fluffy pillows that made for an excellent night's sleep. We especially loved the balcony - and the fact that so many rooms have them! The water views were absolutely stunning - don’t hesitate to book this hotel you won’t be disappointed.

This hotel was magical. The flower arrangement in the lobby was gorgeous, my room was big, the bed was comfy, and the restaurant, Elliott Aster, was great. The voucher for two drinks upon check-in was appreciated. I also loved that they give guests five post cards to send to friends and family. They mailed them out for me too. Very cute idea. Absolutely iconic property. I really enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely brilliant hotel from the valet and outdoor bar that greet you to the pool, restaurants, and rooms, we had an amazing stay! Highly recommend! Note, the spa area is under whelming but the treatment was lovely. The Don Cesar is better for a spa retreat and beach side experience, otherwise absolutely one of my favorite stay experiences. Absolutely lovely

My sister and I are traveling here with our daughters for the weekend (2 and 8). I’ll start with the good. It’s a beautiful hotel, very feminine, smells great. Rooms are spacious and clean. The not so good. The beds are very firm. The shower fixture is worn out and has parts broken off of it. The worst part is the walls are paper thin. Both nights of our stay we were subjected to various noises from next door non stop from 1 am to 4:30 am. Including adult noises, movies in which I could hear every word, and conversation between the couple who was next door. The security guard went and talked to them two times but it was completely ineffective. When you stay at a hotel of this caliber you expect to be able to sleep at night. Please sound proof your rooms or don’t skimp out on the insulation between rooms next time you renovate!
Christina L — Google review
My stay at this beautiful hotel was June 17-19,2025. My room was very nice, amenities were perfect. Room didn't have such a great view as it overlooked roof with pipes, etc. Room cleanliness was perfect and Cleaning staff was perfect. My checking in process was easy and polite. Parking was valet only, and expensive. I checked posting of parking before I decided to stay there. Amenities stated there was self parking, when I arrived; I was told there was not self parking. Discussed thus with desk when I left, they said they'd take care of it. Did not happen as stated. I ate at Paul's Landing 3 times. Food was excellent! View terrific! Service for my supper meal was very slow. I sat there for 15 minutes and watched while other people had their orders taken ( they arrived after me). I finally got up and spoke to the desk person. Then my order was taken.. I had a drunk at the Veranda. Service was great and drink was excellent. My luggage was taken to and from my room by a porter who was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and a very pleasant place to stay. I enjoyed the front porch and the yacht basin view. All in all, my stay was relaxing.

It pains me to write this review, but I feel I have to. I grew up in St. Pete, and for as long as I can remember, the Vinoy was THE place to be. My family were members, we spent weekends at the pool, and I always thought of it as this magical, untouchable standard of luxury. So booking a suite here felt like coming full circle. Instead, it honestly felt like finding out Santa Claus isn’t real. The lobby is gorgeous, but it’s all show. Once you get into the rooms, it’s a completely different story. Right when I checked in, the line was long and clearly understaffed. I booked through Amex, which usually comes with upgrades and perks (upgraded room, late checkout, etc), but none of that happened. Fine, whatever. But then I walked into my room and was immediately hit with the strongest musty, moldy smell. Imagine leaving wet clothes in the washer for weeks, then opening it up… that’s exactly how it smelled!! Within minutes, my nose was stuffed, I had a pounding headache, and my baby and I couldn’t breathe comfortably. I called the desk, they said they’d send housekeeping (??) when this was clearly a management issue. After almost an hour of back and forth, I finally got moved, but instead of upgrading me to make up for it, they actually downgraded my suite. By that point, I didn’t care, I just needed a room where the air didn’t feel toxic. The second room didn’t smell, but I was honestly shocked once I looked around. I’ll share some photos, but the curtains were ripped, water stains on the ceiling, grime and rust all over the shower, soap scum left on the tray… it just felt neglected. I didn’t even shower because it didn’t feel clean. For a hotel charging this much and marketing itself as a luxury resort, it’s unacceptable. I’ve never experienced this level of neglect and filth from a hotel in the Marriott Autograph Collection. EVER. Very shocking and disappointing. The little things piled on too. Housekeeping banged on my door with a “Do Not Disturb” sign up and woke my baby. I asked for late checkout (which Amex usually guarantees) and they flat out said no, even though availability was showing online. Checkout itself was another 20+ minute line, and when I finally got to the front desk, all I got was a cold “you’re good to go.” No “thank you for staying with us,” or “how was your stay”, or even offering to print the folio. Nothing. Just extremely cold and dismissive. To be fair, valet and pool staff were great.. especially Emma at the pool, who went out of her way to be kind. One of the days I rented a cabana and spent close to $1,000 trying to make the best of the stay. But honestly, everything outside of those small moments was a mess. The Vinoy has always had this reputation as the “crown jewel of St. Pete,” but after staying here, I feel like it’s all smoke and mirrors. The lobby gives five-star, while the rooms give one-star. I travel constantly, and I’ve had cleaner, friendlier stays at budget chains. And the strong smell of mold and water leak stains on the ceiling should be a huge concern for management. Now reading others reviews and realizing others have shared a similar experience, management is clearly choosing to dismiss these issues, which is a massive health hazard for their guests. This was supposed to be a special, nostalgic stay for me, but instead it left me really disappointed. I won’t be back, and I just want other travelers to know what they’re walking into.

Nestled in the heart of St. Pete Beach, The Hotel Zamora is a stunning Spanish-inspired retreat that perfectly blends modern luxury with Mediterranean charm. Just steps away from the pristine white sands and sparkling Gulf of Mexico, this stylish hotel offers breathtaking views and easy access to a variety of water activities. Guests can indulge in top-notch amenities including two on-site restaurants, a heated outdoor pool complete with a poolside bar, hot tubs for relaxation, and a well-equipped fitness center.
We went at the end of September and it was so quiet. I’m guessing it’s hard on staff that rely on tips but we enjoyed the peace. So nice that we extended our stay by another day. This is a pretty, boutique hotel with large, beautiful, rooms. So clean. (Nod to the cleaning staff) Ours had a view of the Gulf, and there were plenty of rooms with a channel view. The grounds and pool areas are immaculate. Their staff is excellent, 5 stars - glad to help and always available. Special thanks to Kosta, Jason, and Michael. Their restaurant was exceptional with beautiful views over the channel. Great service, thank you David! And their food was so good, we’d go back just to visit their restaurant. Highly recommend the hotel AND restaurant. Thanks to each of you. We’ll be back.

Very cute boutique hotel. Rooms and lobby were beautifully decorated in modern coastal style. The rooftop was perfect for sunset views with a cocktail. The front desk staff was lovely as were the bartenders. However, the service at the restaurant was terrible. Our waiter was nice but our dinner was so long, despite us being some of the only patrons. Not sure if they were understaffed but needs to be addressed. Otherwise, the hotel was great.

Can't speak to the rooms as I am a local but love the bar in the resturant. The food is consistently delicious. Recommend grouper, shrimp or charcuterie appetizer and the bolognese for dinner. Alicia the bartender always makes us feel welcome. She is the hidden gem on SPB. Highly recommend stoppingchecking out the bar at Azure or joining in on one of their events!!

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The property is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and designed for true relaxation. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect escape. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and presented with care. Every meal felt like a highlight of the experience. The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, offering the kind of scenery that instantly puts you at ease. What truly stood out was the overall sense of comfort and tranquility. It’s rare to find a place that combines such high-quality service, great food, cleanliness, and serene surroundings all in one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, and I look forward to returning.

This hotel had high ratings and was close to the beach which is why we choose to stay here. The hotel is nice in appearance, staff has good customer service but the rooms were not clean at all. Someone from mgmt came and changed the linen but we still made a trip to Walmart to get extra bedding to put on top so that there was plenty layers between us and the mattress. Hair was everywhere, they said there are designated rooms for pets but I doubt that with all the hairs that were everywhere. I mopped and swept the floors to try to get it clean. The price that you pay for the rooms, you would expect the rooms to be spotless. I also booked a balcony room with a view, save your money we saw the outside road with a balcony that barely fits 2 people. I only gave it 2 stars because of the customer service. O and if you are not a pet person dont come here. The lady that checked in before us had her cat all on the checkout counter. One of the guest pittbull lounged & growled at my husband as he was trying to get on the elevator. The toilet seat was broken. None of the amenities were available(roof top) which was also another reason we had choosen to stay here. We booked 2 rooms under my name ans asked for the rooms to be together at reservation & when we arrived. They were not, our friends were way around the corner from us. We were so ready to go, the only good thing about this hotel was the valet staff. I would not recommend any of my friends/family to stay here.
Shinitta C — Google review
This hotel is lovely. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful, with tons of natural light. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars is that there was food left in our fridge from the previous guests, the hooks were missing in the bathroom, making it difficult to hang towels and robes, and the blow dryer was broken. (To be fair, we did not let the staff know about any of this, and trust they would have attended to these issues if we would have asked)

We recently stayed at Hotel Zamora and absolutely loved it. It’s a special little gem with a boutique charm that made our experience feel unique and memorable. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and close to great local spots. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the entire property was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

After Priceline inexplicably canceled our reservation the day of the start of our trip, the hotel staff was incredibly patient and helpful. They got us a last minute room at like 7pm that was super nice and had a great view. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the Tampa area. The only regret is we didn’t have a lot of time to explore the hotel’s seemingly nice amenities.

I cannot give enough positive feedback for The Saint hotel! It was a perfectly curated experience; from the welcome Champagne upon arrival, to the complementary beach gear and bikes, the attention to detail is astounding. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The pool area is lovely. That view! A HUGE thank you to managers Kendall and Randy, for making my birthday extra special. They both gave the most thoughtful recommendations, and made it very evident that they truly care about the guest experience. The most genuine and kind hotel staff, I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. We will be back ASAP!

This is a true gem. The property is wonderful and the rooms so unique. We had the one bedroom and it was huge with a full kitchenette. Well appointed, comfy and well furnished right down to the bathrobes. The staff is one of a kind. Once you meet Randy you will be disappointed in every hotel manger you meet after.

Really really cute place. We took a weekend getaway to the area and recently stayed. This is a remodeled old-school Florida motel with a very modern vibe. Nice little place. At check-in we were greeting warmly, offered a cocktail, and given information about what was going on nearby that evening. The room was a nice size, and the king sized bed was very comfortable. We were there recently so it was considered off-season. It was very quiet. The small pool was very lively with a live DJ there in the afternoons. We would likely stay if in the area again. The location was great, the beach was a short walk away, and they offered beach accessories included in your stay. Our only complaint would be that the room, frankly, had a bad odor. It's typical for the area, and an odd smell, but we weren't in the room except to sleep so we just lived with it. Some may be turned off by the shower, which was glass and didn't have a door, just an open doorway to the rest of the small bathroom. Again, these didn't bother us, though we would have brought it up if we were in the room more or staying longer. Recommended.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Randy at check-in was incredibly welcoming and set the tone for a wonderful visit. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and both the service and food exceeded expectations. I truly can’t say enough good things about our stay. We’ll definitely be booking again!

From the moment Randy greeted us, we knew this hotel was going to be a slam dunk. He was so fun and friendly and the welcome beer was much appreciated. I love the style and decor of this hotel- kind of a calm spring break vibe. Super cute and colorful. It was very easy to get everywhere we needed to go in St Pete beach. Will def stay again if we are in the area!

We came up for a Birthday/girls weekend and it was so much fun! Kendal and Randy really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and catered to. The room was gorgeous, and the entire stay we felt like we had stepped into a little piece of paradise. Skye at the Tiki bar was awesome not just with the delicious drinks, but she went out of her way to make sure we were able to catch our game and didn't have to leave the pool! I can't say enough good things about this property and we will absolutely be booking another stay in the near future.

I usually stay with friends when I visit, but I’m so glad I decided to try this place—it completely exceeded my expectations. The service was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Randy, who went above and beyond. The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect way to unwind—calm and peaceful during the week, then full of energy and fun on the weekends. The poolside service was a fantastic touch, making it easy to fully relax without ever having to leave my chair. It's also right next to my beach in St. Pete, which you can either walk to or take their bikes. The whole property is beautifully designed, with such an inviting and relaxing atmosphere that it truly feels like an escape from the everyday. If I still lived in the area, I’d absolutely come here for a staycation. Highly recommend!

Today I was able to celebrate my birthday, as we all know last year hurricanes came across Florida and ruined the area. Management and staff made me feel loved and welcomed. Today was the best birthday to date. Thank you to Kendal, Stacy, Kevin, Randy, Harleigh and Makala for making my day so special. Special shout out DJ ARI! We'll be back for sure and bring more people with us. This is a small business in the SPB that you should support. Also, THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL! The design alone I'll be back to stay for sure!

Nestled along the stunning shores of the Gulf of Mexico, Treasure Island Beach Resort is a modern haven that offers an unforgettable beach getaway. Just a short drive from downtown St. Pete, this upscale resort boasts beautifully designed studios and suites adorned with coastal-inspired decor and floor-to-ceiling windows that invite in natural light. Guests can unwind by the outdoor pool while soaking up breathtaking views or take leisurely strolls to nearby restaurants and grocery stores.
We’ve been coming here since 2020. Great resort in every way! Best location, every room has gulf view, very clean, comfy beds, beautiful pool, great restaurant (best food), best staff, from manager, servers, pool assts, front desk to housekeeping. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else and we will be back! You will not be disappointed!

We visited a few weeks ago after booking last minute — and let me tell you, finding this place has been life-changing. We loved it so much that we decided to celebrate my 40th birthday here instead! When I called to upgrade last minute, Itzel went above and beyond and made it happen complimentary! She and Clark are absolute rockstars — some of the hardest-working people in hospitality. The BRGR place was fantastic. We ordered in-room dining, and the food arrived hot, fresh, and delicious. Can’t wait to do that again! Poolside drinks were outstanding (I’m still dreaming about the Cornerback Punch), and breakfast was perfect — my wife hasn’t stopped talking about the grits! Every bit of service was spot-on. WAY TO DO IT RIGHT! Huge thanks to Itzel for making my 40th birthday one to remember! 🎉

Our stay at Treasure Island Resort turned into an absolute nightmare because of their dangerous negligence and lack of staff training. Before dining at the poolside café, we explicitly told the waitress that my fiancé has a severe fish allergy and asked if it was safe for him to eat there. We were reassured over and over that everything would be fine. Trusting their word, we ordered a burger and calamari. Not long after, he began coughing uncontrollably, his heart was racing, and his skin broke out in welts. He said he felt like he was choking. This was a life-threatening allergic reaction caused by their careless misinformation and preparation of our food. We had to rush to our room to administer his EpiPen and run across the street for Benadryl in case things escalated further. We filed a report immediately and requested that the previous day be refunded since we were stuck in the hotel room all day recovering from their negligence. The manager and restaurant “manager” offered hollow, and obvious insincere apologies and the hotel”manager” promised to “have our back” when we called for the refund. Once we left, he suddenly became “out of office” every single time we tried to reach him. When AMEX contacted the hotel on our behalf, he flat-out denied our request — after personally assuring us he would support it. This entire situation was handled with ZERO professionalism, ZERO empathy, and ZERO accountability. Fish allergies are common. Many restaurants handle them with strict sanitation protocols, proper staff training, and allergy kits on hand. This hotel clearly has none of that. Although the resort’s location is beautiful, it’s not worth risking your life. If you have any health concerns, allergies, or need even basic assistance, DO NOT stay here. Their lack of care and training turned what should have been a relaxing stay into a traumatizing near-death experience.

Had another amazing experience! The service was wonderful at the front desk and anything we needed could be done instantly by text, even though they reached out proactively constantly to see how things were going. The rooms are large and in great condition... showers are great and the mattresses are really nice (both really great things to have in a resort!). We hope to return again soon.
Drew S — Google review
Beautiful resort — the rooms are far superior to the Don Cesar, and Clark was absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, check-in was a bit rough. Itzel could use some additional training on guest communication — she should clearly explain the charges before asking guests to swipe their card and learn how to greet guest warmly.
Ryan H — Google review
All of the staff members were pleasant, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. They were attentive, helpful, and genuinely willing to assist to the best of their ability. I even received a call from the front desk before my arrival — gentleman (sorry can't remember name) asked when I was expecting to get there and even wished me safe travels. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, took the time to explain everything we could expect during our stay, and truly made us feel at home. The only suggestion I have is to consider upgrading the kitchen utensils to include a few more cooking tools for added convenience and variety.

Stayed here this past weekend. I cannot say enough about how beautiful of a hotel this place is. The staff was beyond amazing. Super friendly and very accommodating. Views that take your breath away. I will most certainly be coming back as well as recommending this beautiful place to as many people as I can. Also, the Burger place in the hotel is great and the wait staff are super friendly as well.

Treasure Island is a very nostalgic area with many older establishments. Some of these are very tired and not modern at all. THIS is NOT one of them. TIBR is a modern, full-service resort that is top notch in amenities and service. Stayed here for a 3-night local get away and had a great experience with the staff and the services provided by the hotel. The on-site restaurant and bar is very good. The menu has everything from simple items to more adventurous foodie items. I highly recommend!

"The Looking Glass" is a welcoming and inclusive store that offers a wide selection of items such as Tarot decks, herbs, crystals, oils, and more. The owners, Sarah and Chris, are known for their kindness and professionalism. Despite posting a sign on the door due to post-Covid circumstances and occasional interactions with the homeless population in the area, they maintain a warm and helpful atmosphere for all visitors.
Chris was great to deal with. Very good customer service, and quite reasonable prices. Just BE READY to know what you are there to buy. So do your homework by perusing online and or by calling the store. Crystal even send you pics to your phone if you want about your potential purchase.
Eric R — Google review
Please BEWARE!!!! I don’t know what has happened here but this place is definitely not as warm and inviting as it once was. My daughter moved away two years ago and we used to love visiting this store so I decided to venture out and try it on my own for once today, sorry I didn’t get the flag or notification that I needed to go to the website prior to visiting from more than 20 miles away at these gas prices and in 92° - 96 degree weather. Upon arrival I was met with a locked door with the signs on the windows, one specifically advised that if I did not already know what I wanted, I should not ring the doorbell. I was in search of specific crystals, but I also wanted to look to make an additional purchase as I always do. The representative, a male advised whether I was a beggar or billionaire it didn’t matter. So disheartening so disappointed hurt even. I even inquired if all of the items or merchandise were online to view prior to coming to the store which I’m thinking at this point you actually need to make an appointment since you have to know what you want. He advised that not all items are online, but there are enough that I should know what I want already. SMH OK. By the way, I was also advised that it’s been this way for 2 years. Sad
Shekina W — Google review
Once inside, the selection is wide and clearly organized. Pricing is very fair. If you’re looking for a metaphysical shop, this has everything you’re looking for. However, the language of the store is hostile. The windows are blacked out, so if you’re just wandering around Central, you won’t be able to check out the store. The door is locked, warning that only those who are attending to purchase items they already looked at online are allowed in. Once in, you’re also locked in, which was anxiety-inducing. Signs throughout the store warn that touching merchandise can make you liable to buy it. Every shelf has a warning about taking photos and videos. Most shelves warn you to not touch anything. Want to check out the ingredients of an item or check the inside of an incense box? Against the rules. The owners seem nice enough, but the signage and vibe that you cannot ruminate on your purchasing decisions is off putting. If it’s an attempt to stem theft, I’m sure it’s more so stemming customers. No one wants to feel attacked for merely looking at potential purchases. Frankly, it feels like the owners want to show off their collection to a select few, and not actually part with it. There’s a half-dozen metaphysical shops with much friendlier attitudes.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Looking Glass, but I still remember the experience so fondly. I had a Reiki reading done by one of the owners, and he’s truly the real deal intuitive, grounded, and gifted. His wife was always super friendly and welcoming, making the space feel warm and safe. I pray blessings over this place and all the amazing energy they share. Hoping to visit and shop there again soon. They are the real deal!
ItsTanii_ — Google review
I never give anyone a bad review, but I’m looking for a few crystal balls to put in my business. I pick crystals by seeing them, holding them, and then I decide. I saw a sign that said ‘see website,’ but before I came, I had already gone on the website. The website says things like: ‘Come see us today at 2317 Central Ave., Saint Petersburg, FL 33713’ ‘We look forward to helping you on your path to personal power as you make the changes in your life that lead to freedom and happiness!’ There aren’t any specific pictures of each item carried on the website with prices. It just says things like: ‘Tourmaline in Quartz, Zebra Stone and more!’ Unless the site just isn’t cellphone friendly. I went in, but the shop looks nothing like the Google pictures, so nervously, I walked out. The bald man, Christopher (one of the owners), was so rude and dismissive to me. He asked me what I was looking for, and I said, ‘Crystal balls, but I’m not sure which ones—I’ll figure it out.’ He said, ‘Didn’t you read the sign? That’s what the sign is saying. We don’t do browsing and haven’t done browsing for years.’ He then shut the door in my face. I probably should’ve read the reviews before going because I would’ve seen not to waste my time—but I was shocked. I’m a small business owner as well, and I would NEVER treat someone how Christopher treated me. I wish you guys better luck.

I wanted to come check it out as this is much closer to my home than other shops with such an apparent variety but upon arriving, there was a sign on the door that you can only come in if you want to make a purchase and if not then browse the website, okay, so I go to website, horribly designed for the phone first off and second there’s nothing on the site to even browse. Idk. The vibe of “you can only come in if you’re buying” coupled with the various reviews explaining unwelcoming and rude vibes just turned me off from this spot. Never met a soul who works there but that chris fella doesn’t seem very nice from other reviews. Oh well, not the shop to give my money to I reckon. No biggie. People be peopling dawg 😅

Very sketchy and nasty building . Sadly not a good visit. when we arrived a male opened the door and asked if I wanted a basket , I didn’t think I needed one as I was wanting to purchase a crystal for a friend and when I refused the need for basket he asked us to leave . I was very confused. I didn’t think I needed a basket because I could hold my purchase in my hand ..When walking out the employee said they do all of their business online , which was really confusing to why they asked me if I wanted a basket ..
Amanda M — Google review
Sara and Chris are my absolute favorite not only when I go in there. Do they help me find exactly what I need but they also educate me on items what they do and how to tell if it’s real or not anytime I need something checked. I go down there and bring it to him and they have no problems spending the time sitting there with me going over everything. Sara is just the sweetest. I absolutely love her. Go check them out.! P.s to all the people giving bad reviews for their signs, blacking out the windows. Ummmm it’s on central, party city most the nights! They have had their stuff ruined to people having too much fun! There r reasons why they are protecting themselves and the energy of the store. It’s not for everyone. I think judgment is the problem here. Not Chris and Sara,,, or their company! They r beautiful people!

What a gem! Our recent stay at The Kenwood Gables was nothing short of dreamy. Not only is the home beautiful and well-kept, the hosts are very friendly and helpful, great cooks and excellent conversationalists. If you are looking for an authentic and tasteful Bed and Breakfast experience, this is a MUST GO.

Reymond and Jayson were the BEST hosts. My daughter was competing in a swim meet and we missed brunch the first two days, so they left a box of goodies in our room. On our last morning, we were able to enjoy the omelettes and the delicious fruits. As two females traveling, we felt very safe. We stayed in the Nomad room and it is as beautiful as in the pictures. There is a binder in the room with great restaurant suggestions.

From the moment we arrived it was obvious that our hosts take so much pride in the beautiful space they’ve created. Everything was so thoughtfully done and it made our stay feel extra special. The rooms were super clean and comfortable and we really appreciated the filtered water they provided. Breakfast was something we looked forward to every morning, especially the pastries. We got way too excited about them. Our hosts also gave us some great restaurant recommendations, and every place we tried was amazing. The location was perfect, just a short drive to so many great beaches. Our favourite part was spending time in the heated pool. It was such a relaxing way to end the day. We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to others! Thank you :) Oh...and I can't forget their two lovely fur babies who were the cherry on top of our stay!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the beautiful, relaxing, Kenwood gables b and b. The house and pool are beautiful, clean and inviting. But what makes this inn so special are the innkeepers Jayson and Raymond - (and their 2 little dogs) they are welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. We were 3 couples all celebrating anniversaries and have already scheduled to come back next year. You too should book a visit

Cant say enough wonderful things about our stay here . Wish it could have been longer . Raymond and Jason are wonderful , friendly and attentive Our suite was beautiful , clean with all attention to very detail. Breakfast was amazing ! This award winning B&B is deserving of it’s 5 star rating .

I loved staying at Kenwood Gables - my home away from home. Being a St. Pete local who is currently displaced due to last year’s floods, I am familiar with all areas of St. Pete. The location of this B&B is perfect for anyone wanting close proximity to downtown, walking distance to Central, but also a quiet, comfortable haven to return to in the evenings. The B&B is beautiful. The hosts are the best. The breakfast - you won’t want to miss. My only regret- not having time to relax at their sanctuary pool area. I’ll be back! If this place has vacancy- don’t even think about booking a chain hotel room. Just book.

Staying at Kenwood Gables B&B and meeting our delightful hosts Jayson and Reymond was an outstanding experience in every way. We have already made a reservation to return next year! The six of us with additional friends eagerly await our return. Brian and Alina

This award-winning company excels in crafting stunning custom pools and luxurious hot tubs and spas that transform any backyard into a personal oasis. With a commitment to quality, they offer a one-year warranty on both workmanship and materials, ensuring peace of mind as you dive into relaxation.
From start to finish this was a 5 star experience! It started with Cher. I had seen a PCS sign on a drive, and decided to reach out to get a quote. I had a clear vision, and not only did Cher help make that vision come to life, but she made it even *better*! We got everything we wanted (and then some), all within our budget! Dave, the owner, stopped by every step of the way of the building process, to help ensure things were going as planned. If anything was off, he and the team were there to make sure it was done right! In the end, we got the pool of our dreams- the depth & length we wanted, hot tub, sun shelf, underwater speakers, gorgeous tile work & decking around the pool! Thank you to the entire PCS pools team for making our backyard pool dreams come true! If you are looking to build a pool, this is the company to do it with!!

Working with PCS Pools was an absolute dream! From the very beginning, Cher guided me through every step of the planning and design process with so much patience, creativity, and care. She really brought my vision to life and made it feel easy and exciting. And I can't say enough great things about Kayla—she was incredible at managing my project and staying in constant contact, especially since a lot of the work was happening while I was out of town. She kept me updated with photos and progress reports, which gave me so much peace of mind. Now that everything is complete, I truly feel like my backyard has been transformed into an oasis. My new pool has already become a daily staple—I seriously can’t imagine life without it! I’m beyond grateful to the PCS team for their professionalism, attention to detail, and overall amazing service. If you're thinking about taking the plunge (pun intended), don’t hesitate—PCS Pools is the best of the best!

Did an amazing job! It's been 3 1/2 years and pool is still looking and running great. During the process, they were always quick at responding and giving updates. So much goes on with the construction of a pool and they answered everything and did it quickly. Great customer service. I reached out a few days ago and still provided me a fast response. Definitely recommend PCS Pools.

PCS Pools did an amazing job with our pool renovation. After getting 7 quotes, they were the only company that was timely and reasonable with their quote. David and Bri were always available for any questions I had throughout the whole process. We had a fiberglass hybrid pool and they brought it down to the concrete shell, added a hot tub/spa, added a sun shelf and raised an existing shelf/seat. They did all new tile, coping, piping and pool finish. They removed our existing pool deck and replaced it with pavers. They even installed in-ground cantilever umbrella bases that I ordered at no extra cost (game changer!). They gave us a timeline and finished exactly on that date! The whole process was professional, friendly and reliable. I am so glad I went with PCS and have already recommended them to several friends. A+ job guys, thanks for everything, our backyard came out amazing! Photo of before and several afters.

08/2024. Im extremely skeptical and very punctual. I spent at least 3 years searching for the right pool company. Received multiple quotes, went through multiple designs and decided on PCS. Excellent customer service, finished pool from start to finish in 3.5 months. Dave one of the owners was with me through the entire process and anything I had issue with Dave correct and addressed immediately even on the weekends he was there to answer questions. There wasn’t a time in the process where I didn’t feel comfortable with making large payment milestones, I mean it’s a huge investment and can be very overwhelming. Pete the other owner was great when it came to the sale. Was patient and reasonable when it came to the negotiation upgrade to marble pavers and worked with me on price. Very satisfied! Thank you PCS. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Also let Dave or Pete know John on Richardson sent you!!

From start to finish pcs pools was a class act. They started our dig on March 5 and we were filling our beautiful pool by April 19. Dave and Bri responded immediately with coming out to our property to do the measurements. We can’t say enough about how responsive and professional this company is. A shout out to chance who is one of the hardest working people I’ve ever met. Kayla handled our paperwork super efficiently. If you are looking for the best in the industry call pcs.

We had a very positive experience with PCS Pools. David and his team were very helpful during the design process and they executed on our plan wonderfully. The PCS team was very fair and professional throughout the process. I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality pool in the Tampa / St. Pete area.

We just passed our final inspection of our beautiful pool that PCS built! We filed permits first week in July and were swimming by Thanksgiving. The process went really pretty smoothly start to finish. Our sales person helped us design a pool that was far larger than we originally thought we could fit. No other company had offered us creative solutions to maximize our space (they suggested moving the A/C units which really made a difference and allowed us to fit a hot tub). Christian and Mike were our project managers from PCS. They were excellent at managing all the moving parts and taking the stress of any issues out of our hands. Christian in particular kept in constant communication with us and kept us updated every step of the process. Christian helped us a lot with different aspects of the build. I cannot overstate how well Christian managed our process. Anyone who has been through a big project like this will understand how nice it is to have someone have your back. Construction projects are never fun but looking back, it really was a smooth process. The subcontractors they use are courteous and competent. I am very happy we chose PCS and we are thrilled to enjoy our beautiful pool for years to come.

I felt lost. I'd e-filed with an IRS provided website and it came up with a balance of $5075 owed. I reluctantly opted to pay electronically and transferred the funds. a week later i received an email saying there'd been a syntax error and my return hadn't been processed. I tried to print the return to mail it in but it wouldn't print. I procrastinated until I forgot about it and 7 months later tried to start over and came up owing over $7000. So I called "Our trouble free tax service" and they met with me after work. She stayed late for me bout in only 20-30 min she'd finished and I only owed $2700. I'd been so stressed out about it and it was so simple. I'll never again attempt to do my own. I'll bring it to them.
