Showboat Saloon is a long-standing tavern with a retro theme, offering pub grub, live music, and a lively atmosphere. Housed in a 1907 building that originally served as a tavern and offices, this establishment provides tasty dishes, great drinks, and entertainment for the whole family. The menu includes appetizers, pizzas, wings, and sandwiches. Additionally, the Island Waterpark at Showboat features various slides and attractions suitable for all ages.
Such a great vibe here! Amazing food, amazing beer selections, great staff, and live music.

Old time saloon and grill in the main strip of The Dells. Lots of great beer in tap, a very good menu and always seemingly lively with Bachelorette parties. The walleye, wings and Caprese flat bread were all delicious. The deep fried meat balls in spicy chili sauce were different and absolutely delish.
Michael W — Google review
We walked by this place but did not go in. We only parked in the adjacent lot. We were on our way to other things. Had a great look on the outside and a band was playing inside. Sounded like country rock. Maybe my wife and I will check it out next time we make the trip to the Dells.
Adam B — Google review
This is a gem of a music venue. Showboat brings great acts to the area constantly. They have great drink prices and the facilities are top notch. There was plenty of staff for a sold out show, it’s clean and well maintained. Ellis Bullard was my first show at this venue and I can’t wait to go back for more shows. We did have a few appetizers before the show, nachos and spicy pickles. Both were served quickly and hot. There is also ample parking right next to the venue.
Heather S — Google review
Historic bar, terrific service and great food. We had the handmade onion rings and flatbread pizza; Both were top notch. Bartender was very helpful with questions about unique tap selections and about the buildings history. Will definitely return when next in the area.
Anna G — Google review
Good food and friendly service, despite doing it all himself! We wanted wings but they were not available yet. The bacon ranch chicken flatbread and Italian beef sandwich were delicious after the upper Dells boat tour!
Angela G — Google review
Really nice place. Took a little while for them to notice we got there when they were busy but the service was still pretty good. The pretzel sticks were really good tasting with the honey mustard sauce. They have a half off special on wings on Thursdays so we took full advantage of that and ordered some wings. The wings were really good. Would visit again when in the Dells 😎

This was a great experience! On the way to ghost boat and decided to grab a bite and drink. Lots of space! I saw two bars, TV's all around. Staff was friendly and professional. My Girlfriend really enjoyed the chili on a cold day. I had the pizza that was great. Draft beer menu was good lots of new options. Great place to start the adventure.

B-LUX Grill & Bar is a family-run restaurant and sports bar located in Wisconsin Dells. They are known for serving up delicious handmade burgers, wings, and sliders, with the option to dine outdoors. The menu features innovative and flavorful burger creations, such as those topped with brie and caramelized onions or buffalo sauce and blue cheese. In addition to their food offerings, B-Lux also offers a selection of shakes and cocktails for guests to enjoy.
We started with the poutine - it was legit the best I've ever had!! Can I be real for a minute?!? The Morning After is dangerous. My fiance ordered it, I had 2 bites and I almost fought him so I could keep eating it! Hands down one of the GOAT. The flavor; I can't put words to it, it was something I'd drive 4 hours one way to eat again!! I had the scrumptious steak fajita wrap with a cup of chili. Both were seriously amazing!! The chili had perfect spice and the steak on the wrap paired with the fresh veggies was delish!! The atmosphere was very classy, but comfortable and the service was great!!

The restaurant was delightful ! We received great service— the host brought us to our table right away and our waitress was attentive and catered to our every need. The food was delicious and came out very quick. The menu has many choices for all different cravings and people, and many delicious shakes to choose from- hard and non alcoholic !
Isabella F — Google review
This is the type of place you go to for the novelty, not the go to restaurant. The shakes are cute but nothing over the top. The burgers were ok.The cheesecurds were overcooked, and greasy! The service was good, she was very friendly. The restroom was nasty!! Based on that alone I would not return here. Tried to tell someone but they just gave me a weird look and said "Oh, I'm sorry."
Robin B — Google review
Went here to celebrate my friend's birthday by eating out. I had good food- I got the pulled pork quesadillas and the cotton candy shake. They got burgers as well as shakes, and they were not happy with their burgers at all. They report that the burgers were tough, overcooked, and dry. The worst part was the service. Our server seemed disinterested and did not check up on us nearly enough, leaving us with un-refilled water, our check, and no boxes for our leftover food. However, service is a very case by case basis, so I dont hold it against the whole restaurant. Given that I had a good personal experience with my food, I would go again. However due to my friends' experiences, I would avoid recommending this place to others. Worth a try though!
Akaransi — Google review
We got delivery one night and it took an hour to get to us (they said 27mins) and the food was cold. We stopped in to get lunch the next day and the service was slow, but the food is good with nice sized portions.

Visiting from California to Milwaukee for a vacation and this was worth the drive once we made the stop to the Dells. I got the donut shake from the ads and it was so delicious and worth the price! Not only the atmosphere was relaxing, but our waiter was very friendly and we got the shake within 5 minutes of ordering! This is a must stop if you're looking for something sweet and refreshing!
Josh G — Google review
The shakes were amazing! We ordered the Chocolate, banana, peanut butter one and 3 of us shared it. It was huge. The other food..meh. The fish was overcooked in the fish and Chips. The fish tacos have a very mayonnaise -y, BBQ style coleslaw on them. Not like any other fish tacos I've had before. Maybe we should have stuck to burgers?
Nancy B — Google review
We had a great meal at B-Lux in Wisconsin Dells. The ribs were really good, and the shrimp and corn soup were quite tasty. Big bonus: their fancy milkshakes are actually worth the hype: super creamy, full of flavour and not overly sweet. Service was good too. Fun surprise to meet a couple of students from Kazakhstan working there through the Work & Travel program. Small world, never know where you meet a homie. Привет землякам! 🇰🇿

The Tommy Bartlett Exploratory is a must-see attraction at the Polynesian Water Park Resort during the summer. Known as the Greatest Show on H2O, this long-running water-ski and boat show features thrilling stunts and comedy routines that captivate audiences. The 90-minute show includes impressive water-skiing performances, daring boat stunts, and entertaining comedy acts.
This place has something for everyone, adults included. The kids though had a blast! Lots of activities to try out and things to learn. Expect to take your time here and go slow as you will miss things if you rush through. The sky bike is closed for the season, but the rest of the place is open for exploring.
Curtis N — Google review
Came here 20 years ago when a rainy day kept my family away from the water parks… Yesterday I took my own kids, and was happy to discover this place is still awesome! SO many activities that we easily played for 2.5 hours. And even though it retains its “vintage” charm, everything was clean and well-kept, with only a couple stations that weren’t working throughout the whole 3-building complex. The adults enjoyed it as much as the kids!
Carolyn K — Google review
This place is great, although it does need updates and repairs. I really wanted to give 5 stars, but a lot of the exhibits are really worn out from being used so much. (That’s what happens to things that are loved and used over and over). Some are all out broken. But there were enough hands-on activities to keep us interested for over 2 hours. (5-yr-old granddaughter would have stayed 2 more hours). You could easily spend 3-4 hours if you try everything out. It was a nice outing on the way out of town after time at the waterpark the day before.
Lee F — Google review
This is a pretty great place. Closer to 3.5 stars but not 4. Definitely showing it's age but we had free tickets and the kiddo enjoyed it. Lots of different science experiments with the scientific reasons behind whatever "experiment" you did. If you have free tickets from a resort stay it's definitely worth it to come by. I don't think I would buy tickets however.
Colin H — Google review
Lots to do and learn about here. Great fun for the whole family 10 years and up. Lots of reading and hands on experiences that teach you about science. Bring kids that are eager to learn and patience to read and you will have the best results. The astronaut space lab area was great!
Harrison S — Google review
It was actually a fun time for two adults! It was fun getting to participate in the exhibits.
Lizzie — Google review
Tommy Bartlett Exploratory is amazing. It’s full of things you won’t see or experience anywhere else. It has several buildings and floors to explore. It’s super fun for the whole family. You can even lift up a car all by yourself while you are there. Try to win a game of Tic Tac Toe. Good luck on that!
Lady J — Google review
Sure, we miss the water show, sure, many of the science displays are old fashioned, but come on, where else are you planning to see space station Mir?

Dells Distillery is a working distillery with a 1920s Western theme that offers gourmet burgers, specialty tater tots, and craft cocktails in a casual setting. It's located in the historic downtown of Wisconsin Dells and is family-friendly, offering VIP packages for parties. The restaurant also serves delicious BBQ dishes like pulled pork and beef brisket.
Stopped here for lunch and we were so glad we did. Started with the cheese curds as an appetizer and they were excellent, best cheese curds we have ever had. We ordered 2 burgers and shared a side of waffle fries to split. The burgers were cooked right and they were very tasty. Also enjoyed the decor of the establishment. Would definitely stop here again when back in town.
Megan H — Google review
I did not eat at the location, but I did have drinks. I stopped in to try a flight of their spirits. Bourbon and whiskey primarily. In the fright, I did try each of their spirits except the vodka and gin. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I did double up on the Bourbon and Whiskey, but each of the other spirits was noteworthy and interesting. The ginger Brandy was good, not overy spicy. A nice change if you're having a Brandy Manhattan or Brandy Alexander. Both the Bourbon and Whiskey are very nice for small batch. Can be enjoyed both straight or in cocktails. The Rum was probably the most interesting, sweet, and a bit of spice, definitely great for cocktails. Would highly recommend stopping in to try.
Rick N — Google review
I gave a 2 star on food 'cause it wasn't the worst burger I had, but it definitely was far from the best. The servers were nice. I had the Distillery burger, which according to the menu, was recommended. The cheese sauce on top was rather bland, and the burger patty was also bland. It was also luke warm and the bun was cold without any toasting. COLD. Even McDonald's doesn't serve a cold bun. Eating the burger reminded me of the burgers I would get at a community college cafeteria, which would've been fine if I didn't pay over 15 dollars without even any fries. Personally, a place that serves a burger without even fries to come with it disgusts me. I can deal with it if it is a really really good burger, but this was far from that. I wish I could say this was the worst part, but unfortunately it wasn't. When I asked what the mashbill on the bourbon and whiskey is, 3 separate workers could not answer the question. In fact, one of them answered "the bourbon was aged for 2 years in a charred barrel." You would really think an establishment that sells their own distilled products, they would train their employees to have a basic knowledge of the product and the process itself. The bourbon tasted just like the establishment. Bland and generic. At least it was warmer than the bun, I guess. To be fair, it would probably fine as a mixer, but I will definitely tell you that there are many many other bourbons that are better than this one at $45 or even less.
Icadein ( — Google review
Nice place, friendly staff, but only one waitress working, poor girl was busting her butt. The food was good, decent price, drinks were great. Only downfall was that our starter came out the same time as our food. Other then that it was a nice place to stop and check out. We would definitely stop back in for drinks.
Brenda B — Google review
Stopped by the other day to try their spirits. Had the flight and some pretzel bites. Food was good and the drinks were good. Bartender was super nice. Walked out with 3 bottles. Vodka, Bourbon, and Ginger Brandy.
John F — Google review
Stopped in with a group on a sunday night during off season and had a great time! Bo was super fun and so nice!! Burger was PERFECT!!
Matt M — Google review
Out of the plethora of restaurants in the Dells we picked this one because of the "gourmet hamburgers" and "specialty tater tots" they advertised. When the food came I was actually shocked that the $11.99 Mac and cheese tots my son ordered were obviously frozen tater tots with box macaroni and cheese on top. This is a specialty? The Lone Star Burger advertised as gourmet was obviously frozen and the pork on top was dry and overly salty. I never waste food but the burger was so bad, as you can see from the photo, I could not finish it and did not ask for it to go box. I had a bad taste in my mouth for several hours. I am really surprised at all the good reviews. I gave it two stars only because the waitress was sweet and the beer was ice cold

Visited with Relatives and enjoyed their whiskey, Beer , Food items. The Dell’s Distillery has own local prepared liquor/ Bees. Whiskey was good . Food are nice. Small but cosy . Recommended for family outings in chilly evening.

We had such a great time that we will definitely be back next year. This is an adult's only a resort during the summer and it made for a perfect getaway. They have Music starting around eleven a m and the pool opens at 9am. We swam in the pool and enjoy the hot tub all night. Great cabins! All the staff was super amazing and the bartenders rocked !

Edge O Dells is a place to go relax and enjoy live music! Bret makes one awesome lemon drop martini! Variety of menu items, breakfast buffet during the summer, weekly specials, I have enjoyed them all! This is a hidden gem! Outside pool parties, hot tub, campground, cabins and general store. They have it all covered. Plan your next getaway here!
Rynae S — Google review
Edge O Dells was a phenomenal surprise. We held both a Bachelorette Weekend and a Bridal Shower on site. We (11 people) stayed in Premium Cabin C from Thursday- Sunday. Upon waking into the cabin I was so grateful for the attention to detail and cleanliness! With 11 ladies, use of the shower house was needed. Absolutely clean! No shower shoes needed. For the bridal shower, Anne and her team (all of whom we met and were so accommodating and friendly) did an AMAZING job at their event venue “The Rock.” The catered food was perfect. The bride was truly happy. The events at the pool and Bar areas made it so we didn’t have to leave the entire weekend! It was so nice to have a weekend with the girls and know it was clean and safe. Also, the pizza from the bar and grill was PERFECT for a Friday night take out. Highly recommend!!

This place has a big chair and a big personality. Great service, lousy nachos. Sad but true. It was very busy and very loud. Not really my jam. But, I can appreciate the atmosphere. I'm giving it 4 ⭐ because the staff was spectacular.
Joy V — Google review
I really have mixed feelings here! The bar is awesome! The staff is great! The atmosphere is amazing! But, I felt the food was just okay. The bar area is extensive. Large indoor and outdoor areas. Great stage. Cool things like Darth Vader (heh, that seemed to have a hornets nest in it so don't hit it!). Notice the two Harleys hanging from the ceiling! Staff was friendly and responsive. I had the nachos and absolutely hate liquid cheese! Bad memories! Chips even tasted a bit stale. Need to do better. Turkey BLT was okay but a bit soggy. Cheese curds were great! Bar food... All in all good experience though.
David W — Google review
Stayed this past weekend and let me just say has to be in my top 3 best summer stays!! There is a pool, hot tub, swimming pond, and multiple bar locations. When dining in the food took a bit longer than expected and was average tasting for your typical bar and grill. But none the less, tasty and enjoyable. I would recommend this to any couple who wants a weekend getaway from the kiddos! Fair pricing the bartenders were outstanding!
Liz W — Google review
I love it on quiet nights, it's amazing. Best part is getting a limited time drink year round . . . Like "Sure, that drink that comes in our custom buckets 🪣 no problem, we usually do it in the summer but we can do it for you tonight" I really want to try their food one day.

Theme park
Mt. Olympus - Water & Theme Park Resort is the world's largest water resort, featuring 37 waterslides, 3 lazy rivers, and 2 massive wave pools. The theme park is designed around Ancient Greece and Greek mythology, offering roller coasters, outdoor water slides, and go-karts that pass through underwater tunnels. With a variety of accommodations including budget-friendly hotel rooms and a Camp Resort with cabins and tent sites, this resort provides an adventurous experience for all ages.
Mt. Olympus Water & Theme Park is a fantastic destination for families looking for a mix of excitement and relaxation. We visited during the summer and had an amazing time exploring both the indoor and outdoor water parks. The outdoor water slides were thrilling, and the wave pool was a big hit with the kids. The indoor park is a great backup in case of rain, and the lazy river was perfect for unwinding. The park is massive, so be prepared to do a lot of walking. The roller coasters and go-karts in the theme park section added even more adventure to our day. We also appreciated the free admission included with our hotel stay—it made everything feel more convenient and budget-friendly. The only downsides were that it got very crowded during peak hours, and food lines were long. It’s best to arrive early and plan breaks to avoid the rush. Also, the hotel rooms could use some updates, but overall, they were clean and comfortable. Mt. Olympus is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the Wisconsin Dells area. Great fun for all ages—we’ll be coming back again next summer!
Harish — Google review
We have been coming to Mt. Olympus for many years now since my kids were babies and liked the smaller water slides and rides and now they love the bigger water slides and roller coasters. There is always so much to do and they are always adding new things so it is fun to come back year after year. This year my 12 year old requested to go for her birthday and we tried the birthday package and she loved it! The employees are all wonderful. We all had a great time even at the end of August we still were able to go on all the water slides and roller coasters and the lines were not long at all. Thank you as always Mt. Olympus. 🏊🏼‍♀️🎢🎂♥️

A week ago, I visited the park. It was a family trip planned two months in advance. We reserved a hotel room in advance with direct park admission. Everything was great, except that upon arrival and check-in, we had to wait around five hours for our room to be ready since check-in time was 4:00 p.m., and we arrived at 11:00 a.m. It's worth mentioning that we traveled from Arkansas. The housekeepers kindly let us use another room to change and one of my sisters forgot her bag, yes it was our mistake but we were so excited and traveling with children is not an easy task. To make this short, it only took us 15 minutes or less to realize the forgotten bag, we returned to the room and it was gone, we asked the guys and they didn't see anything, the hotel staff and manager didn't show any interest. The bag only had $300 in cash and we said that didn't matter, we were only interested in the IDs and cards. I think they should have a plan to assist customers with these types of problems, since there are no cameras in the hallways or at the hotel entrance. Still we tried to enjoy the park for the kids, because they were excited.
Vianney S — Google review
Stayed Saturday through Tuesday. Water park was ok, everything closed at 7 besides the outdoor theme park. Older acquired hotel is definitely not kept up. There are outdoor BBQ areas. The room itself (which we paid dearly for) was the best part. It was very nice but walls were very very thin. They do have someone driving through the lot every now and then. Carpets throughout the halls are very dirty and the elevator was extremely dirty.
Taneya K — Google review
This place was great! I took my two sons here 9 and 11 and both were able to do all the rides and enjoyed the entire time. We booked in advance so the room and park rate was very affordable. Food at the park is expensive but that's to be expected. Wait times for most things were not bad the majority of the time. The only complaints I have is I wish there were more drinking fountains in the park, we only found one the whole time. And I wish they would enforce some of the rules more. The amount of times I got hit during go karts when in the out area because people thought it was funny was very annoying. Same with people holding a place in line for a while group to walk past you. But all in all the park was great, it was very clean, and the staff was great at both the hotel and the park. I absolutely would go here again!

Stayed at Mount Olympus with my sons and had a great time in the Wisconsin Dell area. You got free water park there everyday with your stay. Everyone in your group which made it really fun and enjoyable. They have game room there, miniature golf course ,and even a a amusement rides that you can enjoy.

My family and I stayed at Mt Olympus Resort Hotels and received the passes to the theme/ water park FREE!!! The water was cold but understandable because it's only 72° currently. We will absolutely be back in the near Future.

It didn’t feel like it was over crowded but the lines for the big slides were quite long but it seemed like they moved at a good pace, lots of different age areas for the kids which made it even more enjoyable for our 3 year old. We ate lunch by the Toddler area and their French fries were delicious. Life jackets are available for no charge to use (if you forget to bring one like we did) in different areas of the waterpark. There were ample amount of lounge/sit up chairs available for resting time. Lots of photo ops also available to take for your memory books. Plenty of gift shops and little snack shops around the park, also plenty of restrooms The do have stroller/wagon/wheel chair rentals. If you don’t rent a room it is quite a walk from the parking lot to the waterpark with hills

Noah's Ark Waterpark is a sprawling 70-acre family-friendly destination in Wisconsin Dells, known as America's largest waterpark. With over 51 water slides, the park offers a wide range of attractions suitable for all ages. From thrilling tube slides like The Plunge and Monkey Rapids to leisurely options such as lazy rivers and wave pools, there's something for everyone. Special areas are designated for kids, ensuring they have a safe and enjoyable experience.
Loved the park and the whole experience. It was a hot day and wait time was not bad, but that was a Tuesday so don’t mind it if it’s just during the weekend. Plenty of rides, lots of food to pick from(general burgers, tenders, fries, etc..) But your tickets online, with the package that includes food and drink from Johnny rocket or MIA pizza. Wait time was less than 25 minutes and it was not bad.

We went there in August. The weather was a bit cloudy and the temperature was around 78°F. We bought our tickets online, so there wasn't any waiting line to get in! Wow, the park was so beautiful and the weather was just perfect for enjoying after using our devices – it was amazing! Then, suddenly the sky went dark and it started raining, so the park had to shut down the devices activity and ask everyone to head to the shelters. We were in the shelter for about an hour, and it was really pouring rain. After that, it stopped, and the park started getting lively again. We played for about an hour before the sky got dark and it rained again, which stopped everything. We decided to leave the park, and when we were leaving, they gave us another ticket because it was raining today. The customer service was great! The rain really did waste our time. We drove for about two hours to get there, spent the whole day just playing, but ended up wasting time waiting in the shelter and then having to leave early. However, on the other hand, the rain made the park much less crowded, and the lines were significantly shorter than they usually are on a weekend in the summer. So, we weren't that sad about facing the bad weather.

The best time in Wisconsin Dells area !! America 's largest water park !!! We had loads of fun and convenience around the park. The best slides are : Black Anaconda ranks first. Time Warp goes for 2nd. The wave beach is one of my favorites as well. It's a water park duh?!!! You are wet all the way through. Leave your towels in a spot because you won't need it. Even if the Sun is out, you will never be dry. Walk all around the park and one day is not enough to enjoy. Go in at 10 so less people are coming in and enjoy the best time until closing at 7pm. Worth it all the way. Make sure to buy online for convenience and savings. I love this park, we'll be back next year !!!

I've been going to Noah's Ark Waterpark for the past 30 years, and it still delivers some of the best water slides in America. Other parks in the Dells just don’t compare—the rides here are more complex, thrilling, and fun. We went again today, and it was just as exciting as ever. Lines were shorter than usual, and the price was very reasonable. They’re currently running a great deal on season passes—I got one for the price of a single visit, which was an absolute steal. The park is clean, well-maintained, and continues to raise the bar when it comes to water rides. If you’re visiting Wisconsin Dells, Noah’s Ark is hands down the best water park to choose for a top-tier ride experience.

Great waterpark overall! We had a fun time and were pretty happy with how the day went. The only real downside was the long lines for the bigger slides - some were 30 to 45-90minutes, which made it tough to try everything. But I guess that’s just part of the deal during peak season. We paid for priority parking and it was worth it, it’s super close to the entrance and only $5 more than regular. We got there about 30 minutes before opening and were first in line, which I’d definitely do again. We packed light, just towels, dry clothes, and water bottles and everything fit into the smallest locker. Saved a bit of money that way too. Our hotel (La Quinta) gave us a park ticket deal: $20 per person for the whole stay, which was way better than Groupon ($104 for 3 people for a day) or the park’s own price ($124 for 3 for one day). Food inside the park was actually decent and fresh. Expect to pay around $15–20 per meal. The wave pool was a highlight - perfect water temp, tons of space, and really strong waves. Super fun and a great spot to hang out and cool off.

Had amazing time here it did rain for the beginning of the day, but we still enjoyed all the rides. Some of the rides are a little scary but if you’re a thrill seeker, you’ll love it. I guess I’m just a baby ha ha ha. Great fun for the whole family.

Fun outdoor waterpark! A little bit for every age. My kids are 9, 8 and 6 and they had a great time. The park could use some updating, but it was a bit nostalgic so I didn't mind. We bought discounted tickets online and tailgated in the parking lot mid-way through the day to keep costs down. We went on a weekday, so the park wasn't crazy busy and we prefer that. Overall a fun time had by the entire family!

What a fun day this place is! You can't get it all in in one day but wow there is something for everyone. We had a family of 6 small to large kids and man they all enjoyed it. We opened it up and shut it down. The chameleon was the family favorite. Food is pricy, I'd suggest getting a ticket deal that includes a meal for a discounted price totally worth it. You can save more by planning to picnic in the parking lot they have picnic tables out there you just can't bring food into the park. 10 out of 10 would go again. Tons of life guards felt very safe on all the rides. Totally worth a visit.

High Rock Cafe is a casual bi-level restaurant and bar offering creative twists on American classics, along with seasonal draft beer. Situated near the river walk and Broadway shops in Wisconsin Dells, it provides a pleasant dining experience. The upper level boasts large floor-to-ceiling windows for an indoor-outdoor feel. The menu features top-notch quality and presentation, including sandwiches, wraps, tacos, and entrees like Slammin Salmon.
Great food! The cheese curds and goat cheese were awesome appetizers. Felt like this was a step up from your classic, American, fried food!

We walked in at 5:30pm and were sat overlooking the strip and served great food in large portions. The price for two entrees and drinks was about $50 with tip. Very friendly service nice atmosphere the steps to the second floor are steep tho if you want to sit there don’t do it on leg day.

The food was great! My husband and I annoyed the food & we will definitely be coming back! Our server Taylor was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she brought such great energy and made the whole experience awesome. She was super friendly, quick, and made sure everything was perfect the entire time. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does! Hands down one of the best servers I’ve ever had, give that girl a raise! 🙌

We had a great lunch here this week. We asked to sit upstairs, and it was fun to look out over the street while eating. Kids enjoyed their grilled cheese and the fruit they got with it. Husband had alfredo pasta which was good. They did not have gluten free buns, but gave me my sandwich fixings with a side of lettuce which was really nice. Very friendly service, and we felt the prices were quite reasonable - would definitely go again!

The food was fantastic, I had the Alfredo and added salmon. It was cooked perfect. We had also tried the gilly goat and one it was one of the tastiest appetizers Ive had. Our bartender Taylor was hilarious and engaging we shared stories and laughs. I'll definitely be back for the staff and the food!🥰

Food was so disappointing. We used to come here all the time when it was the old owners. The menu is completely gone from before. We both had the rasta pasta. It felt so much like a thrown together miss match dish. Had way too much going on. For an appetizer we had beer cheese soup. It was not any better than progresso canned soup. Very little flavor and weird consistency. We wont be coming back. We should have listened to the other locals that said dont waste your time. Really really sad honestly😪. Only good part was the waitress with green hair was very nice.

Looking for a great dining experience? THIS place is fantastic! We had the honor of having Alyssa as our personal serving and, besides the awesome ceasar salad I enjoyed, Alyssa made the dining experience very enjoyable and fun. Nestled in the heart of Downtown Dells, Monk's Bar & Grill has been a beloved family-friendly destination since 1947. This iconic establishment is not just known for its delicious American fare but also for its rich history as the birthplace of the famous monk burger. With several locations across Wisconsin, Monk's offers a warm and inviting atmosphere adorned with memorabilia celebrating local sports teams like the Badgers and Packers.
My sister and I visited here on a Saturday afternoon. We sat upstairs. The decorations are nostalgic and fun to see. We shared fried cheese curds and a Reuben sandwich, which came with fries. The sandwich was quite large, and even with sharing it, neither of us could finish our half and very much enjoyed it. The cheese curds were very tasty. Also we had our appetizer within 10 minutes of ordering and barely another ten minutes later, had our meal. This was a good choice for us and enjoyed very much!!!

Overall food and service was great. Burgers were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is like a typical bar with multiple levels. If I were to make a couple of suggestions, the onion petals we ordered were ok but way over priced for half an order and the amount you get for such. Also, eventhough the bathroom appeared clean, the floor was sticky. Other then that, I would recommend coming to the the iconic downtown Dells restaurant for a delicious burger. Lastly, when walking in and out of the restaurant, be careful as there is a slight slope!

The first time I visited Monk’s was with my boyfriend’s family—his dad used to go there back in college, so it was fun to experience a spot with that kind of tradition. Ever since then, it’s become our go-to place for lunch or dinner whenever we’re driving through or stopping in Wisconsin Dells. The burgers are consistently delicious, the atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and it’s just one of those places that feels like a solid part of the Dells experience. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, Monk’s never disappoints!
Tegan S — Google review
What happened to baskets or plates?? Who wants to be served a $14 burger on a piece of parchment paper? On top of that, the server has to touch the top bun of your sandwich when handing you the food. The food tastes great and they have amazing fries but they really should rethink the vessel they are serving food on…The server seemed annoyed to be working and we had to ask several times for ranch and never got more water.
Carissa W — Google review
Customer service was phenomenal. We visited on a Friday during lunch in the spring, it was not too busy, servers are active and fun. Cheese curds are good, but the Gouda burger was out of this world! I couldn't recommend it more. The Cuban sandwich was delicious as well. Service was fast, and location was very clean. Good tap selection. Street parking, and paid parking around the corner.

10/10 recommend!!! First time here and Kevin was our fantastic server!! The food was delicious. I got the Southwest chicken wrap which can be a hit or miss but this was properly proportioned and very flavorful. Two burgers were enjoyed & the sweet potato fries were BOMB! Probably some of the best I’ve ever had. Runners knew whose food belonged to whom and I feel that’s the sign of a well organized system. We sat outside and it was a super peaceful experience. Really happy with our first food choice at the Dells.

Wisconsin Deer Park is a 40-acre petting zoo that has been operating for over fifty years. It offers visitors the opportunity to interact with and feed over 100 deer, as well as other wildlife such as elk, bison, goats, lemurs, and llamas. The park's well-groomed trails provide an authentic experience where guests can get up close and personal with the animals while learning about their life cycles.
So fun and highly recommended! This was our favorite thing to do in Wisconsin Dells!! There's tons of deer just walking around and you can touch and feed them. I recommend buying the $1 deer food cups (inside of the deer park), because the deer will come to you. So fun and great for all ages.
David N — Google review
We had more fun than we expected! Absolutely enjoyable for all ages. We went right as they opened and I highly recommend doing that. It was nice and cool, the deer were happy to see us with the snacks we purchased for them, and it wasn’t crowded. Plenty of places to get more snacks for the deer and a clearly marked area to wash and sanitize your hands.
Melissa C — Google review
We really enjoyed this place. You can buy these wafer crisps for the deer and certain other animals. They will swarm you! I had a bunch of new deer friends following us around. It really was amazing to me. There are other animals as well. We'll be coming back for sure on future Dells trips. My only concern was the one female deer in with the buck, she looked a bit too thin to me. Watch out for deer droppings!
Amber M — Google review
We had a great time at Wisconsin Deer Park- it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! Before visiting, we saw reviews online saying not to waste money on the crackers sold at the entrance, but we didn’t have any issues with the deer eating them. We visited just after Labor Day weekend (off-season), around noon, and the deer were still very interested in food. Reviews often recommend coming earlier in the day when they’re hungrier, which makes sense, but we found them friendly and eager to interact even at midday. The setup was really special: you walk right through their habitat and the deer will come up to you, follow you around, and even let you pet them while feeding. They clearly preferred food to pets, but the experience was still magical and very safe. The second half of the park especially was full of friendly deer eager for snacks. There are also other animals in the park. Most seemed fine, but the lemurs looked a little understimulated, and the rabbits didn’t make a lot of sense to us since you can’t pet them (they bite). Their enclosures were large enough, but they didn’t have access to grass or roaming space- hopefully they get some time outside of their cages occasionally. Tips for visiting: • Definitely buy the crackers, we had a great experience with them. • Bring lots of quarters for the corn machines scattered throughout the park. • Plan to spend at least an hour or two walking through slowly, especially if you have kids. Overall, it’s a unique and memorable experience that we’d recommend to families visiting the Dells. Getting that close to the deer, and having them walk alongside you is something you won’t forget.
Christine F — Google review
Very clean park with very silly deer. Some of the deer are rather shy. Others will follow you around the whole park. It's nice to see the deer up close and give them some pets. Some of them are just there for the snacks. Others like a good scratch. My favorite part of the whole park was the muntjac deer. It came up to the fence and was very polite. I couldn't resist petting it. It LOVED scratches behind the horns. The other animals there seems we'll cared for. They are kept in smaller enclosures during the day. The different types of deer were very cool to see. Even one of the white tailed deer came up for a snack.
Alex A — Google review
This was an awesome place to visit and I recommend everyone of all ages would love and have fun feeding the deer. The deer were so friendly and followed us while we were walking around. They are all so beautiful ❤️.
StarSeed — Google review
It was okay and the kids did enjoy it. Just wish we would've known that most of the loose animals eat the corn MUCH better than the crackers you buy inside. We bought three packs and barely went through two. I'd advise one pack for your group and to get your corn cups outside.
Matthew H — Google review
Fun and affordable for your family. Our 6 year old really wanted to go. Even the teens were smiling. The deer are friendly. Cute gift shop we got to pick out reminders of our trip at. We bought 10 packs of cracker at the entrance for our family of 6. Could have bought more- there were plenty of hungry deer.

The park offers interactive activities such as camel and pony rides, as well as opportunities for children to have close encounters with baby wallabies and kangaroos.
A Must-Do Experience in Wisconsin Dells! Our visit to Timbavati Wildlife Park was an absolute highlight of our trip to Wisconsin Dells. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a clean, well-organized park and incredibly friendly staff. The hands-on experiences are what truly set this place apart. We loved the giraffe feeding—getting up close with such majestic animals was an unforgettable moment to share. The variety of animals is impressive, and you can tell that they are well cared for. The zookeepers were knowledgeable and passionate, answering all our questions and sharing fun facts. The Safari Train Ride was a fantastic way to see many of the animals in a different setting. It felt like a mini-adventure. The park is a perfect size for a day date—not so big that you get exhausted, but with more than enough to see and do to fill several hours. Timbavati offers a genuine connection with wildlife that is wonderful to share with a partner. We can't wait to go back!

We took our kids this past week before the zoo closed for the season. Here is my honest review: The building right past where they have the sloths, baby goats, baby emu’s & tortoises - where the Iguana is housed .. is SOOO NASTY!! It stunk so bad we literally couldn’t even go see the poor animals that were trapped inside. It was awful!! I gagged for about 5 minutes straight after opening the door. I seriously wish I could’ve recorded the smell. The lions den and the tigers den.. PATHETIC!!!!! You can see the pace tracks from them going back and forth constantly. They looked very sad & the enclosures are not big enough for ONE big cat.. they have two stuffed in each enclosure!!! A measly Little Rock pile for them to climb on and a stream of water. Some of the animal enclosures were extremely dirty. The poor monkey was going back and forth his little enclosure and all the spots he stopped to sit & look out the poor thing couldn’t see because the glass was covered in filth!! On the plus side, the train ride was a neat experience. The Lammas came right up to you wanting carrots (you can buy feed.) The parrot experience was fun for the whole family too. Feeding the giraffe was awesome. Climbing the overlook tower was scary, but beautiful at the top. We are planning on going back in the summertime in hopes that the animal enclosures are better maintained!!

We visited Timbavati Wildlife Park on Father’s Day and had a great time! Our group included six adults and three kids (ages 3 to 8), and everyone had fun. There were no lines or long waits, which made the day feel super relaxed. One of the highlights was the free animal encounters—we got to go inside the bird and kangaroo enclosures, which was such a fun and unique experience for all ages. We also did the train ride, which was nice for giving our legs a break. It was helpful for feeding the deer and getting a closer look at the rhino, but aside from that, it didn’t add too much. If you’re okay walking, you could probably skip it, but it’s a good option for anyone who prefers less walking. The park itself was clean, easy to navigate, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. We grabbed some ice cream by the lion enclosure to cool off before heading out. All in all, it was a great way to spend a Sunday—and we’d definitely come back again!

We had a VIP tour and it was a blast! We got to interact with so many animals and to learn so much information. It was early in the morning so all the animals were active and so cool to watch. We also did sloth and red panda encounters and it was a unique experience. Our kid got to interact with a ball python and now plays with his plush snake saying snakes are his favorite, so it was certainly enriching for him to visit. All animals were well cared for! Great thanks to our tour guide Lane for amazing time!

Went to the zoo today. We had both the red panda experience and sloth experience. I can't say enough good things about both. The red panda was the best. Came right across our laps to eat grapes. We were able to easily pet Puck(his name). It was so cool. We also fed the sloths and were able to pet them. Our encounter guide, Nicole was outstanding. Ask for her!!!!! Nicole was so knowledgeable and patient. We would go again tomorrow!!!
Carol J — Google review
It was great to see the animals and an awesome experience to be able to pet the kangaroos. They have the option to buy animal feed for you to feed the animals too. The train ride was cool and it stopped so that the animals could walk up to the train and people can feed them right there and pet them. The parakeet area was pretty cool, you enter into their spot where they are free flying and might even land on you.
Jamie E — Google review
First of all, we got this free with hotel so expectations were low. But given that, it was better than expected, in that there were a wide range of animals. Many looked sad, and I must say I prefer petting zoos with animals suited to cages. And the whole place has a bit of “seen better days” about out. But there really was a wide range - tigers and other big game, goats and birds and other things to observe. Good for families with young kids.
Nachos D — Google review
While some encounters were very enjoyable this place mistreats their animals horribly I would give zero stars if I could solely due to that. Good: Feeding and interacting with the animals is tons of fun. We bought the food box and had tons of fun with the parakeets, goats, kangaroos, and giraffe! It was an amazing experience. The staff seemed very kind Bad: None of the animals had remotely enough room, it’s horrible. I mean I’m talking two tigers or two lions in literally a room so small they can only walk in circles. I didn’t see a whole lot of enrichment items just a few little things here and there. Many of the animals such as the bat ear foxes or the large cats were just repeating the same movement over and over and over for long periods of time which is commonly known as zoochosis and it shows they are doing poor psychologically. This all concerns me. These animals are not being well taken care of they do not have enough space and that is on the owners of this company.

We’ve been here twice and each time the different food we ordered was delicious. I highly recommend the steak tacos and spinach artichoke dip. This time the tortilla chips with my steak tacos were beyond stale which was disappointing but everything else was good. Very pretty views if you sit outside and reasonable prices.

I dont usually give low reviews and I review a lot of places but as is my custom I will tell my story and you can decide. My gf and I were looking for a place to eat and found it maybe with an hour till they closed. We were able to order food but a couple who came in 15 min later were told they couldn't. Which is poor customer service despite the need for side work and cleanup (there were literally only 3 customers present). I ordered the Bendito burger minus jalapeño wheels and ranch but got a burger with no pulled pork (which the menue said would be on there) and a tomato that wasn't in the description. The fries that came with it were crispy. The cheese curds were good but there were so few for the price it is not worth getting. My girl had the taco salad but it was very sloppy looking. After my experience, I remembered their staff shirts said "be patient there are literally only 3 of us" or something like that. If you have to have disclaimer shirts there is a bigger problem...Pros: nice wooden highback chairs at bar, good fries, paved lot, and t.v.s for sports viewing. Cons: So so food and poor customer service wherewithal. Probably won't visit it again. Better luck at Moosejaw.

Stopped in looking for a different restaurant and decided to get some apps to be polite. It ended up being a great stop. We indulged in the cheese curds and the new duck wontons. I loved the wontons, and the cheese curds were good but I think a bit of seasoning of some kind would do them really well. Service was kind and fairly hands off. We loved the incredible wood interior, and the view from the patio was gorgeous. I’m sure dinner here would have been great too.

I have to add that their coffee was some of the best coffee I've drank in a long time. I don't know what type they use, but I assume it's drip coffee. It stopped me in my tracks, when we were getting ready to leave!

This downtown establishment provided an enjoyable experience. We visited this venue based on a friend's recommendation. I sampled one of their seasonal summer beverages, which was quite refreshing. We shared the chips, salsa, and queso appetizer, and all components were well-received. The queso was particularly noteworthy.

We walked in about 12 PM on Labor Day. There were maybe two other tables seated inside. We noticed 4 out of the 5 booths were not bussed. Not sure how many people were sitting outside. We ordered drinks, me a Diet Mountain Dew and my wife a mango nojito. I got mine after about 10 minutes and the server said my wife’s would be right out the bartender was a little backed up we waited another 20 minutes before the server asked how we were doing. We said she hadn’t received her drink. The server didn’t apologize, just said I thought you had gotten it. Our food came out before her drink. The food was really good my Gyros Salad had a good amount of meat on it and my wife said her Wisconsin burger was good, she just felt like they went light on the sauce. When we were paying with the handheld machine the server was staring at me typing my tip which was low because else were still charger for the drink we waited 30 minutes for. The only reason this got three stars is because the food was solid.

Another rare 15/15 rating!! The breakfast has to be the best I've had in the dells!! I got the ribeye Benedict with hash browns and the hash browns were the best I've ever had, the spicy bloody Mary was perfect and the price for the meal was 15 dollars and for ribeye that's a rarity. Right downtown dells you must try it!!!

Efficient and effective service delivered with professional style and best of all, personality. The wait staff representative at my table—Giovanna—was especially helpful in her food recommendations. Excellent! Will be back with friends in tow!

Nestled in the heart of Wisconsin Dells, H. H. Bennett Studio stands as a remarkable tribute to the legacy of Henry Hamilton Bennett, a trailblazing photographer who played a pivotal role in showcasing the area's stunning landscapes. Established in 1875, this historic studio is not only the oldest operating business in town but also serves as an engaging museum filled with fascinating exhibits that delve into both Bennett's life and his artistic contributions.
Beautiful photography and amazing historical building. Fascinating story and inventions on how he became famous and made The Dells what they are today.
Bikes W — Google review
After taking the Upper Dells Boat Tour we had to stop in to see the photographer of H. H. Bennett. This site is operated by the Wisconsin Historical Society, this is not a tourist trap and is fully worth the admission to tour the museum and the original building Bennett used to print his photographs. Well done exhibit, caring staff, welcoming to those with disabilities. If touring other historical sites in Wisconsin it may be worth purchasing a membership which will help support the preservation mission.

Affordable, educational and fun! Definitely something to check out if you’re any bit interested in history and the lovely state of WI
Zach A — Google review
As my wife and I are members of The Wisconsin Historical Society, we get free admission to the museum, but even if that wasn't the case, it would still be worth the cost of admission to take a walk through this incredible collection. If you are interested in photography like I am, there are interesting tidbits around every corner, and even more so when you get to the studio part of the self guided tour. The original HH Bennett Studio is preserved in its original condition, including the office, studio, and darkroom. The manager, Dave Rambow, is extremely knowledgeable about the history of the studio, and also uses tin type plates (aluminum actually), to make images in the studio. Dave prepares the plates and develops them right in front of you. Even if you aren't big into photography, the tour still gives you a good history of the Dells as well.

Excellent museum if you wish to have exposure to the history of Wisconsin Dells and what made it famous in the first place. Excellent staff as well, highly recommend a stop in!

Truly worth a stop. Not as crazy as other things in the greater dells area, but great history of one of the men that helped the beauty to be admired. The stereo photos and interactive video tools are nice. Walking through the old lab and shop are truly inspiring.

Sand Bar is a popular local spot in the Dells, serving a wide variety of American food and drinks for over 60 years. With an extensive selection of over 100 beers, including craft, seasonal, tap, domestic, and imported options, it's a paradise for beer enthusiasts. The grill stays open until 2 am for those late-night cravings. The menu features sandwiches and burgers served with fries at reasonable prices. Customers can also enjoy free shots during game nights.
The perfect spot to rest and recharge with yummy food! Everything that came to our table was delicious. The service was excellent, and the bathrooms were clean. I'd definitely bring my family back here.

I recently visited the Sand Bar at 130 Washington Ave, in Wisconsin Dells, WI. It was a quiet day when I got there shortly after opening. The bar/restaurant is very clean and has a nice bar where I ended up sitting watching TV and talking to another nice guy, named Greg. I was served tiny and we had a nice discussion on beer. I inquired to what I should order and the choice was a delicious steak sandwich. Very tasty.

We love coming here, especially on Fridays. The staff during dinner are always so pleasant. They remember us and always take extra care of our little man by bringing him a coloring book and even some fun little toys here and there. The food is always good and the atmosphere is always positive. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a good bar and grill experience!
Skylar C — Google review
This is the spot to go if you want to escape the downtown tourist traps. The Sand Bar is a real-deal, old-school dive bar with awesome, cheap burgers and strong drinks. It’s nothing fancy at all, just a solid local hangout where you can get a great meal without the Dells craziness. Just a big heads up, it’s cash only, so make sure you hit an ATM before you go. If you're looking for a no-frills, genuinely good burger and a beer, this is the place.
Josh H — Google review
Excellent service and the food was fantastic. Start off with the garlic cheese curds! A steak sandwich whose recipe hasn't changed since the 1950s, excellent flavor. I had the fish sandwich, I added some cheese and sprung for the baby bakers. Our server Tommy was amazing! Two thumbs up!!!

Grateful Shed is a unique and vibrant indoor food truck venue in Wisconsin Dells. It offers a diverse range of local and global eats, including burgers, tacos, milkshakes, and more served by multiple food trucks. The venue also features a bar serving local drafts and hosts live music performances by Midwest artists. Visitors can enjoy the quirky dining experience with unique seating options both inside an old Greyhound bus hanging from the rafters and outdoors.
Absolutely Worth It! The food was worth every penny. We ate at the taco food truck, and the street tacos and street corn were phenomenal—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. They also offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, available in various sizes. The best part? Drinks come in souvenir cups that you can bring back the next day for a free refill during your stay at the Dells. Great food, fun vibe, and a nice perk for return visitors!

THE MOST HAPPENING PLACE IN WISCONSIN DELLS!! Open till 2am, this place is perfect for the whole family to enjoy!. This place has multiple food trucks indoors as well as a full bar, Live music and a variety of cool places to sit (for example a real size bus hanging from the ceiling! And old school modified vans). They have a large outdoor patio with a fire pit, games and plenty of sitting areas. We had the wings and pizza and it was a 10 out of 10 hands down! Super fresh and very flavorful!. We also got some alcoholic beverages, nice and strong (fun fact, if you buy a drink off their special menu, you get a fun free cup and refills are 9dlls after the 1st drink). Staff were super friendly and fast! Very good customer service. Overall we had a blast here!. 100% recommended!. P.S They have a go kart track as well!.

Was really stoked for this place because of the theme & atmosphere. It sort of ended up being a bust. Not sure if we would come back here if we came to the Dells again. The shining star was the strawberry daiquiris which I got in a souvenir cup. Their souvenir cups were good and cute designs. The interior was awesome and very captivating. We got a bacon mac & cheese pizza and it was very subpar. Wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t great. We wished there was an option for a side of sauce like hot sauce or a ranch. Food was pretty mid, but drinks were alright. Fun to check out if you’ve never been there before.

This is a cool spot to hang out. However, I ended up getting sick after eating a burger here. But my kids really enjoy this place, so I'd rate it a four out of five for the atmosphere.
Charlie L — Google review
The atmosphere was pretty good. I absolutely love the black lights that they had. The music was great. The food was absolutely amazing. The mini sliders were probably have to be my favorite. Soda was a little pricey. It is kind of loud inside and really hard to hear conversations. They had cornhole outside. And there's also one of those phone boxes that you'd see in England. It is a rather lively place especially on a Saturday night.
Notsexygoth — Google review
WOW!!! This was a really cool place to stop in and eat at and I loved the atmosphere. Street tacos were delicious and messy lol. Pizza was tasty and my daughter loved the trash can nachos. Definitely one of the coolest places to hang out at in Wisconsin Dells. The staff were great as well and I had to buy myself a Greatful Shed T-shirt plus they gave me some bumper stickers for buying a T-shirt which was awesome.
Eclipse M — Google review
Been to the Dells a bunch of times. First time here and feel like I missed out all the other times! This place is AWESOME! Live bands, fire pits outside, family games like bags or a huge tick tac toe stand. Like 8 food trucks inside that sell any food you want. Old 70s bushes and vehicles like on Pulp Fiction you can sit and eat in.
B M — Google review
I think I counted 5 food trucks? It’s like a “food court” of permanent food trucks. It is so modern, and so Instagram worthy. 1,000 times would recommend. There are cool places to sit, benches, picnic tables, and refurbished vehicles to sit in. There is outdoor seating also with cute lights and small burning flames to keep mosquitos away. My husband and I got an assortment of items, from multiple trucks. We divided and conquered there was too many to choose from which was why we had to try a few of them! This is such a wonderful spot for date night. Do not hesitate to bring your boo here.

Tried happy hour on a Tuesday Afternoon in March Arrived around 4pm, we were only patrons in the restaurant. Around 10 people when we left. Excellent interior/exterior ambiance. Nice outdoor area was available with firepit. Bartender was our waitress. She was very good. Happy hour is 4-6pm Mon-Fri. Half priced apps and buy one get one free beverages. I ordered Popcorn Shrimp and Classic Wisconsin Cheddar Curds. Spouse had Bruschetta Toast and Chicken Tenders. My food was barely edible. Over deep fried and you could tell it was basically frozen food. My spouse said bruschetta was good, chicken tenders were OK. Doesn't management taste what they are serving? I'm glad I didn't pay full price.

Food was good, high quality bar food. Service was also great. Our server overheard my kids ask for one of my pickles and brought them out a small plate of pickles to share. Lost one star because my kids got slushies and that was a 5 dollar up charge for each one. No where on the menu did it state that was extra, so that was a large unexpected addition to our bill.

We came in and Tina made us feel welcome and we came in for the amazingly huge Bloody mary. The grilled toast bread for the 2 burgers is a great idea! also other snacks on board chicken nuggets and mini corn dogs as well as chicken wings and cheese and sausages . It came with two chasers. If say a great deal for us two!

Had to go there for the Monster Mary for$45. So much stuff on it mozzarella sticks. Lil corn dogs, 2 sandwiches, cheesecurds, pickles. Beef sticks. Etc etc the beer chasers were big also. plus i ordered the bacon and curd burger and my ol man ordered the bison burger. Very good burgers, the potato wedges were very good also. More burgers and pizza.

When on vacation at the Dells we decided to go to a fish fry on Friday night and Spring Brook looked okay online, so we made reservations with no problems. Got there and seated right away on the pleasant deck, orders were taken promptly and there was a singer/guitarist providing pleasant music. Dinner included a nice salad bar and clam chowder, and our fish (and cinnamon bun) and other entrees were all excellent, and reasonably priced. All in all, it was an excellent evening and we'll be back.

The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable with sporty wood and stone decore throughout. We ordered the Monster Bloody Mary, which is a full pitcher of beverage topped with several finger food items and choice of a large specialty beer or standard beer selection; see photos. The food and beverages were very flavorful. I recommend this for a party of three or more.

Still the best brunch in the area, only on Sundays for $32 all you can eat per person.
Miro J — Google review
We have gone twice in last 6 months for Sunday brunch with a group of eleven. The first time, one person in our party had lipstick marks on their beverage glass when they received their drink. Today one person in our party had a bug in their drink. Although they have a large selection of food on the buffet, it's still your average buffet. The first time there the prime rib was very tough and today the hash browns were so crispy and over cooked there was no point of even eating them. Unfortunately, had the same waitress, both times. Although very pleasant and apologetic, she couldn't keep the beverage orders right, having to going back for the forgotten ones. Both times we were almost done with our meals before we got our drinks. She mixed up the checks and never removed our dirty plates from our table. We had to set them on the table next to us ourselves. I get the impression that staff is pretty much on their own, with no management around to assist them. For $34 per person, i'm pretty sure you can find better food and service elsewhere in the Dells or Lake Delton.

Hole 7 on Canyon was under renovation. There were three opportunities for Trapper’s to communicate to us before getting on the course (tee time reservation, payment at pro-shop and starter/marshall leading us to first tee box. Evidently, there was a sign on the way to the first tee that we did not see. The coveted GPS on the cart did not work for the last 7 holes. Onus is on the customer. Buyer beware. Very nice course and amenities.

I came in from out of town after hearing good feedback on Trappers Turn and it did not disappoint. We played the Lakes and Canyon courses and they were both in phenomenal shape. The staff was incredibly friendly and very accommodating. Looking forward to coming out to play the Arbor in the future.

Came here several years ago and the entire family was looking forward to coming back. It is not what it used to be. Server seemed troubled to take care of us when we requested simple things like silverware and tartar sauce. Food quality was good, not outstanding. Took forever to order then, we got our fish moments after we got back from the salad bar, server took my salad, delivered my fish, and handed me the bill all in the same interaction. We will never be back

Located in downtown Wisconsin Dells since 1979, Chalet Lanes & Lounge is a family-friendly bowling alley offering classic fun for all ages. With 12 bowling lanes and a full restaurant serving sandwiches, pizza, and lunch specials, it's the perfect spot to take a break from waterparks and enjoy a night of bowling with the family. The alley also features Rock and Bowl nights with special lighting effects, automatic scoring, bumper bowling for kids, and an on-site game room.
The very cool part about this bowling alley is that it is located right next to Elm Street Plaza. You can sit outside and listen to free live music while you eat or drink. Their prices are very reasonable here. Their food and drink prices are noticeably lower than every other place nearby. We love that! Their bowling alley is exactly what you would expect with a nice bowling alley. Their bar is good. The employees are very friendly and respectful. I would recommend Chalet Lanes! I would recommend sitting in their outside area so you can listen to the music playing as well if there’s music playing at the Elm Street Plaza while you’re there.

We went to Chalet Lanes & Lounge in Wisconsin Dells hoping to have a fun time with the family, but unfortunately, the experience was just average. We had a discount that they refused to apply, even after we showed it. The service wasn’t very good—staff were not very friendly and didn’t seem willing to help. During the game, some turns were skipped automatically because a few of the balls the kids threw got stuck in the gutter and didn’t come back into the play area, which disrupted the game several times. The facilities are basic and nothing special—not particularly comfortable or inviting. Overall, I wouldn’t really recommend it. There are better options if you’re looking to enjoy a good bowling experience with family or friends.

Do me a favor and please come not for the ice beer, not for the lanes, but for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and Sarah’s smile! Btw the food bangs! The bowling alley is great and well…also the best pour of cold beer! Home away from home 🙌🫠👊

We had such a lovely time at Chalet Lanes during our trip to Wisconsin Dells! We actually visited twice because we enjoyed it so much. The first time, we stopped in on a weekday for a couple of drinks and some arcade games. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed, not overly crowded, and we had a great time playing darts. The bartenders were friendly and made good drinks. Our second visit was on a weekend night, and we decided to go bowling. The lanes have a retro, old-school vibe -- like stepping back in time, I loved it! It gave the place so much character. The music was fun, the food was good, and overall, we had a blast. The staff member who helped us at the lanes was kind, though later in the night it did take a bit of time to find someone to extend our bowling since the bar was busier. Totally understandable, though, given how lively the place was. Overall, both visits were a lot of fun, and we will definitely be coming back the next time we’re in the Dells!

We visited on a Sunday night just as the off-season was starting and had wonderful food and drinks. It was a league night so we were unable to bowl, but I enjoyed my black bean burger (I forget what my partner got but he liked it) and played pool. The servers were attentive and made a great playlist. We will definitely be back!

The Original Wisconsin Ducks is a must-visit attraction in Wisconsin Dells, offering unique tours on amphibious vehicles that date back to World War II. The tour takes visitors through the picturesque Lake Delton and Wisconsin River, providing interesting insights about the environment and the city.
The whole family had a really great time on this tour. It lasts a little over an hour and cover some really cool and interesting spots. Our tour guide, Luke, was great. Towards the end the tour guides do attempt to sell you a book of information as well as postcards. The cost is $5, but the tour guy is supposedly buy them themselves so anything over $5 is basically a tip for them. I recommend that you have some cash to give them tips. After all, most of them are college kids working for the summer. They do sell beer food and other drinks that you can take on the duck boat with you.
Kim W — Google review
I have visited the Dells plenty of times in my life, but have never done the ducks, naturally when in town this past time we decided to give it a try and go for the Original. We visited early October and had no issue walking right up to the ticket window and then walking right onto the Duck. I assume it gets pretty busy in the summer and there is a maze of partitions for larger crowds, and a snack bar to hold you over until you get on the Duck. The driver and guide are great at balancing cheesy jokes and some time for you to enjoy the scenery and the ride. We learned a little about the history of the Ducks themselves, the Lake Delton area, and Wisconsin wildlife as we took about an hour long tour. It was great to see some scenery and lean about the history, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a little something different to do than waterparks!
Anna R — Google review
We had a great time there. We bought the tickets when we got there and got onto the duck boat in about 10 minutes. It was fun riding on land and then into water twice. There's some great views on the river as well as through the woods.

Love them!! Excellent people! *Wish it wasn't as expensive as it is but ...even saving online only helps a little..they should offer more discounts! Such a fun and educational fun fact mini hour vacation there! This was my 5th time in my life. Love the drivers/guides. It's definitely a MUST GO TO THING AT THE DELLS! A++ We had Captain Jack Garwood and my hubby purchased the little Sales pitch thingy at the end BECAUSE JACK WAS awesome! Very funny and passionate about it! Java Sea Duck. It's a MUST to-do for ALL ages at the Dells..THE ORIGINAL DUCKS!! This one is just so cool and pretty, historical, fun, etc. Do the ORIGINAL!!

A truly unique experience in the Wisconsin Dells. Worth the price of admission and fun for all ages. Parents will appreciate the history more than kids, but the scenery and the land/water drives keeps the kids engaged. Our tour guide, Luke, was wonderful. He kept us laughing with corny jokes and navigated the amphibious vehicle with ease. Tour lasts approximately one hour and it was nice that they were departing about every 5 minutes so we weren’t waiting in line to board. I appreciate seeing college kids working their summers all through the Dells - and Luke was no exception. He has a bright future!

We had a great experience with the Wisconsin ducks boat tour. The guide was super fun and got to ride the very interesting boat that runs on both land and water. Took a lot of pictures throughout the tour. Definitely recommend.
Atika H — Google review
It was a lot of fun! The tour guide was full of dad jokes as we went along. Be prepared that they will pull the boat over and try to sell you a small book of the tour you just took with a packet of postcards. Also, they take your picture as you're waiting to get on the boat and you will be stopped by some people with a packet of that photo asking you to pay $20 for it. I didn't like the sales pitches, but everything was great. The time of the ride was just perfect. Not too short, not too long. Don't sit in the back seats! Lol

I highly suggest visiting Latte Stone Brewing Co, as it offers a wonderful ambiance and a staff that is incredibly welcoming and personable. The brewery has a fascinating backstory, making it even more intriguing. Although they are categorized as a nano brewery and produce small batches of their own exceptional beer, they also offer an extensive selection of guest taps to satisfy any taste preference. Additionally, the food provided at the establishment is of top-notch quality.
Highly recommend. Great atmosphere. Very friendly and personable staff. Super interesting origin story. They make excellent beer, but are a nano brewery, so they make small batches. They supplement their selection with many guest taps, providing a vast array of options for every palate. The food was excellent. I really enjoyed my visit here.

Super friendly staff! Excited to share about their Guam roots as well as their local knowledge . Opened Oct. 2021. Two of their own beers when we stopped plus a nice variety of WI brews. Didn't try the food but excited to come back for that.

Stopped by after seeing such positive reviews. The food here is incredible. Everything was fresh and delicious and this is easily a place which would have thrived in any neighborhood of even milwaukee where taprooms are aplenty. The tap list is pretty excellent with both their own brews and a lot of other great WI breweries featured. The service was A+. Weather was too cold to enjoy the beer garden but it looks like it will be a wonderful space. I could spend a lot of afternoons here and always be happy.

Great tap list and unique menu. Highly recommend the shrimp fritters. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu. Bar manager, Tommy, was awesome. Briefly met owners Ryan and Jen and both were friendly and clearly invested in customer satisfaction. We’re excited to get back here again soon!

Highly recommend stopping by Latte Stone Brewing Co for a drink! Very friendly owner’s/staff. They shared knowledge of the Chamorro people of Guam and the Latte (“latde”) Stone, for which the Brewery was founded upon. We both tried their new “Two Lover’s Point” Amber Ale. We both thought it was the best Amber we have ever had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 STARS!

Excellent nano brewery, Guam themed! One barrel system but it's great stuff! If you are a hop head definitely try the Taotao mo'na DIPA. Tom the beertender was very friendly and knowledgeable about beer and Guam! 30 taps (two in house this trip) so lots of options for everyone. Bonus, great music featuring Stick Figure, Slightly Stoopid, Elovators, Fortunate Youth and similar. Did not try the food but it smelled amazing. Big beer garden. When in the Dells leave the kids with the grandparents and check out this place!

Nice little brew pub with some good beer selections and great food. Meat skewers were tasty and the shrimp fritters were awesome. I really enjoyed the house IPa and their kolsch. Great flavor profiles and really hit the spot. Owner and service team were friendly and knowledgeable. Great vibe. Thanks!

Great beer selection. Would have liked to have seen more than one of their own beers on draft, but the rest of the beers on draft more than made up for it. The outdoor seating area was great. Nice grassy lawn with lawn games for people to play. It was a real laid back atmosphere that I really enjoyed.

The Dells boasts several excellent venues for enjoying a delightful glass or bottle of wine, but none quite compare to The Kilbourn Cork. This premium wine bar, set to open this Spring in Wisconsin Dells, offers a unique experience just a short distance from Broadway, one of the primary thoroughfares in the area. Notably, The Kilbourn Cork features an innovative self-pouring wine concept that lends convenience and alleviates the pressure when selecting from their extensive range of wines.
I love this place!!! It is a must try if you're in the Dells. Super comfortable, chill atmosphere. Great drinks and AMAZING servers. Amanda and Emmitt were so friendly and made fantastic cocktails. They really made our visit memorable.

Amelia is absolutely fantastic! This is a place to totally check out! Bourbon, wine, flights, cocktails for everyone and games to keep you entertained. The music and atmosphere is always on point. Been our go-to spot the past 3 years!

The martini flight was AWESOME, the bar tenders super friendly and even more accommodating answering all our questions. we didn't eat but saw the charcuterie board someone else ordered. it looked amazing! LOVED the wine recommendation (try the Quilt if you like a great red) and had fun trying to help name the new drink Mariah invented (not sure what they settled on. but will be back to find out). They were pretty busy but never missed a beat serving us or the other customers and remembered everyone's drinks by memory. Had a great time, well worth it. Check out this hidden gem.

Amelia was amazing behind the bar!! Her drinks were delicious. They even served a “real” whiskey sour.

10/10 recommend Kilbourn Cork to the entire world. My cousin and I tried a few drinks including the Corktini, Smokey Old Fashioned, Espresso Martini, and Bourbon Spritz, with out doubt we were accommodated with kind and attentive service. We also tried the spicy capicola flat bread and there were no crumb left behind! If you are looking for a cozy and welcoming atmosphere this is the place to be!! Great for local visitors who love to try fun and creative cocktails! Next time I will definitely be trying out their wall of 10 plus different wines!

Asgard Axe & Tap is a unique attraction that offers axe throwing for adults, with coaches available to teach proper technique. The venue also features the Asgard Underworld Arcade downstairs, offering a mix of classic and modern games for unlimited play. Visitors can enjoy drinks while competing in axe throwing and even catch live music on weekends. The Viking theme is well-executed, with a great selection of beer and house mead available. The staff are described as friendly and fun, providing excellent customer service.
While visiting the Dells for a few days, my wife and I were able to leave the kids with Grandma and have a date night. However, there was not much to do on a Tuesday night and we wanted to do more than just sit in a bar. Saw a bathroom ad for Asgard while getting dinner at Monk's around the corner and decided to check it out. We ended up having a great time! Neither of us had thrown axes before but Braeden was a great coach and went out of his way to show us the ropes, let us try different throwing items, and kept the beers coming. Had so much fun we even bought some shirts. Overall great time listening to metal on the jukebox and flinging axes and knives. Checked out the arcade on our way out and it looked really fun, but we needed to get going. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the Dells!
Artie W — Google review
We had a great time with the axe throwing! The guide was very helpful in describing how to throw and teaching us the best place to stand. I really liked the digital boards so that the goal of the game could vary. I would definitely go here again!

I'm from NYC so I have some strong opinions about pizza. This pizza was delicious. Not only did it look like the kind of awe-inspiring slices you see made only for commercials, it TASTED amazing. We ordered the thin crust Thor's Deluxe and even my picky 3-year old was asking for more. The cheese curds were also excellent and the variety of flavors was a nice touch. My husband got 30 minutes of unlimited axe throwing and at the end of it was nailing the bullseye regularly thanks to the guidance of the instructor. I wish we had time to visit the arcade downstairs but our vacation time was coming to a close. We will definitely be back though!
Raminess — Google review
This place is awesome. They give great guidance before throwing and even during throwing if you get off. The food we had was excellent. Will be going again.
Mariah T — Google review
If you are looking for axe throwing only, this is the place. If you are looking to fill your belly or have food, prob not the best choice. The cheese curds were fine, but the portions were too little. The sliders are just sad, with a tiny piece of meet between the buns. The fries taste like they have been refried several times, all crunch and oil. The drinks, I don’t know, not up my alley, they taste like alcohol with food coloring. And they ain’t cheap I’ll tell you that. TL:DR; drink and eat before coming. Would only recommend axe throwing.

Definitely will be back. Ivy was great and our group of 8 had an amazing time!

We had a wonderful time at Asgard Axe! First of all the place has a really cool vibe to it....everything from the decor to their logo to the way the targets are set up to their staff! I'm so happy we picked it for our first Axe throwing experience. Our coach Tom was phenomenal and really passionate about his work. Overall I would highly recommend Asgard Axe!

The Del-Bar is a timeless and classy supper club located in Wisconsin Dells, with a rich history dating back to 1943. The swanky Prairie-style venue was designed by James Dresser, an apprentice of Frank Lloyd Wright. This family-owned establishment offers an intimate dining experience with a menu featuring steak and seafood fare, complemented by a selection of fine wines and cocktails.
Me & my wife went for our anniversary. When I made the reservation on Open Table I marked it was our anniversary. Right away we were told happy anniversary and were seated in our own little room off the dining area. Our waitress also acknowledged and gave us free champagne and offered to take our picture for us. The atmosphere was nice. I had a bourbon old fashioned. I think I liked Ishnala’s better. We ordered the cheese curds and they were on par with Ishnala. I had the prime rib which I thought was better than Ishnala’s but wish the portion was bigger. The experience overall was great and couldn’t have asked for a better waitress. Would go back if had the opportunity.

It was my first time trying escargots. I liked their seasoning but it was a bit salty for me. But the oysters we ordered were amazing and super fresh! The salmon plate was good, but I didn’t really enjoy the wild rice pilaf. The service was great!!
G L — Google review
Our steaks were very good, well seasoned and a decent cut. My wife really enjoyed the mashed potatoes and my hash browns were good. We werr each disappointed with our "Wisconsin brandy old fashioneds", they were sub par for an upscale establishment with prices like this, worst of all they were made from a mix with no muddled fruit. We were also not happy with our table. It felt like we were in the middle of a high traffic area that should not have a table.

I have been going to the Del-Bar since I was young. Between my family and I, we have had most items on their menu and can honestly say nothing has ever disappointed us. Everything has consistently been great. We were traveling on the road today and I just had to stop for the best French Onion Soup on the planet!!! Their soup is homemade with a savory chicken broth. They don’t skimp on the fresh cheese either. When you sit down, you are greeted with a lovely cracker basket and ice water. Rolls and butter are also served. We topped off our visit with a shared Turtle Cheesecake. Absolute heaven!!! Their service is always top notch. We had the pleasure of being served by Chris today. Chris was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is very modern MCM styled, which reminds me of my childhood, so, it’s a lovely step back into time. A true 5* dining experience.

We received a gift card for the Del-Bar and went for an anniversary meal. It did not disappoint. I had prime rib and my wife had walleye. Both were excellent. The prime was rare, as ordered, and very tender. Her walleye was lightly breaded, flaky, and delicious. Old Fashioneds were very good also. Complimentary glass of champagne for our anniversary was a nice touch. Thanks for a nice evening.

Roy our server was fantastic and explained the menu options wonderfully. The stakes were amazing and the butter and blue cheese put it over the top. The old fashions and the vibe made our night one to remember. Will be back next time we are in town.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Del Bar! From the moment we arrived, Cheyenne S. and Phillip, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, especially with all my food allergies. They made me feel completely safe and cared for, which is something I don’t take for granted when dining out. Cheyenne was absolutely amazing. She told me she couldn’t let me not have something special for my birthday, so she surprised me with the sweetest gesture, a glass filled with fresh raspberries, garnished with lime and lemon, and even topped with a birthday candle. It honestly made my night! I actually had tears I was so happy! Phillip and the team didn’t take advantage of our unique situation; instead, they treated us with kindness, honesty, and genuine hospitality. Every detail was thoughtful, and the entire experience felt special from start to finish. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about their guests, The Del Bar is it. I can’t recommend them enough!

Absolutely incredible. A must-try for anyone looking for good food and good atmosphere. My family has not been able to stop talking about this place since we visited a month ago! Sometimes supper clubs with such a unique and moody atmosphere will have some pretty sub-par food because they are relying on aesthetics, not this place. The food was absolutely exceptional, foods that you don’t think can be exceptional ARE here! The sweet potato fries surprised me, we had to do a double take on the cauliflower mash potatoes because we thought they were regular potatoes on the first taste. This meal is worth every penny, we recommend it to anyone we know!

Nestled in a charming locale, House of Embers Restaurant is a delightful throwback to classic dining with its themed rooms and inviting seasonal patio. This beloved establishment has been delighting guests for over 54 years, offering an impressive array of dishes that span from traditional American barbecue to intriguing international flavors. Known particularly for its mouthwatering ribs and steaks, the menu also features enticing specials that keep diners coming back for more.
First time at House of Embers, came with my wife. We both enjoyed the food and service. We hit happy hour so the prices were excellent as well 😀. I got the happy hour special blue cheese sirloin and it was fantastic. Probably had the best seasoning of any steak I've had at a restaurant and that's including some higher end steak joints. The blue cheese topping was high quality and delicious. My wife also got a steak and she said it was seasoned well. Only reason I'm not rating the food five stars is neither steak was cooked exactly as we ordered them. I asked for medium rare and it came medium and she asked for rare and it came straight blue (cooked like 20-30 seconds on a side). We got the spin dip and crab cake appetizers and both were excellent. For desert she got the key lime pie which was great and I got the turtle sundae which was a bit odd but decent. Overall, we'll come back for sure.
Matt T — Google review
House of Embers food is definitely 5 star. The ribs literally fall off the bone and had perfect taste. It’s everything you want when you eat ribs. The 6oz South African Lobster tails were excellent. They were tender, juicy, and quite large unlike the lover tails you get at chain restaurants. We were very happy. We wanted to add those onto our meal instead of the 5 oz Canadian Lobster Tails. To add those on is an up charge of $29.99. We asked how much it would cost to add two of the South African Tails on. It was $54.99 each but an entire meal which included 2 tails, soup or salad, potato and bread was only $99. We were confused at why it would cost more to add on two tails which didn’t make sense so we just got the whole meal for $99. We both had the beef and barley soup. We didn’t care for it but it was still decent. The veggies that came with my tails were really good. It was busy and the service was kind of slow but we did get taken care of. The atmosphere reminded us of a cheap Chinese restaurant with shower curtains randomly hanging up. LOL. We got a good laugh. But it was nice and we enjoyed it. I had the Blueberry Moscow Mule. 5 star all the way. It was tasty. The firecracker shrimp was really good too. We will definitely go back and we high recommend giving them a try.

Magnificent supper club right on the strip of Lake Delton. This establishment has been here for years and I finally took the time to fine here. It was so well worth the visit. Immediately upon entering, the host and hostess, whom I presume are the owners, all smiley and such, welcomed me (as well as thanked me for my patronage with I left). The atmosphere was cozy with families dining together, enjoying a birthday together, etc. My server was a sweet lady who often checked on me. The food though, was off the chain! I made it during happy hour and didn't want to over eat as I still had a littke drive back to Milwaukee. I had the 8 oz. Sirloin topped with blue cheese. Using "Embers" as part of the name of their restaurant surely spoke for itself in the steak as it had a succulent char-grilled taste, perfectly medium-rare. The vegetable medley of cauliflower, green beans and carrots were perfectly al dente and buttery. The scoop of roasted mashed 🥔 with chives was delicious. Topped with two wheat and caraway seed dinner rolls prior and a Capital Brew Oktoberfest, I was satiated and not overly full. I ordered a piece of carrot cake to go and my server said it was enough for 4 people. She wasn't kidding. My wife and I shared it later and it was the best 🥕 cake we ever had. I will be returning to try the ribs and prime rib. This place is a treat.

I had the Surf and turf Tournedos and my partner had the burger. We also had asparagus pita appetizer. The waiter was very attentive, food was exquisite, done to perfection! The place looked fancy though they weren’t stuffy. My car actually had an issue from starting in back and waiter came back to try to help and then another worker, even said I could park overnight if needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was a good experience. Thanks for your 5 star service!

Facility was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I tried two dishes. Fettuccine Alfredo with bacon and a twice baked potato. The two dishes were so over spiced the taste was ruined. Would I come back? No. The wife's and child did not finish their dishes and did not take home left overs.

For our 36 anniversary Brenda and I spent a week in the Dells, our Anniversary Dinner was at The House of Embers. The staff is extremely friendly the decor and music was like taking a time machine back to the 30s or 40s and the music was just loud enough to hear it wasn't loud enough to hamper conversation. We had stuffed mushrooms and sirloin medallions with a caramelized blue cheese for appetizers they were fabulous. Main course was petite filet and lobster (that's kinda our normal anniversary meal) it was beyond fantastic. Everything about that evening was epic, thanks House of Embers for making it so.

Camila was an excellent game master, enthusiastic, smiling and paying attention the whole time. We did the cat lady and it was so much fun! It's nice to have something different than the usual heist, prison break etc. Two people is definitely what I recommend. The room level was medium for beginners and may be on the easy side for experience players. Very well designed and put you in the atmosphere right away. Highly recommend!

Awesome place! We did "The Great Outdoors" room which is rated medium difficulty. It was my husband and I and our 12 and 14 year old (and our 1 year old but he didn't contribute much ) felt like it was the perfect amount of a challenge for our group. A nice variety of scenery and clues. The staff was helpful and friendly ! I've done between 8-10 different escape rooms/locations in my life and this is definitely one of my favorites! We will definitely be back to try the other room experiences!

Such a fun experience with the kids! The game master's were great and had fun in the crazy cat room! I only gave 4 stars because of the cost. We've been to other escape rooms that also have fun stuff to do in the lobby, but it didn't cost extra! The cost to begin with was steep but I figured since we're in a high tourist city, I'd spare it. The extra in the lobby was just excessive to me. Otherwise, it was a fun time!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the BEST time at Elusive Escape Room doing the Crown of Camelot with our grandsons! A huge shout out to Ashley—our wizard and true mastermind behind our win. She absolutely ROCKS! I’m pretty sure we had her in stitches the whole time because we were laughing so hard we could barely figure out the clues. Honestly, it felt more like a comedy show than an escape room at times, and that made it even more fun. The whole experience was unforgettable, and it created a memory we’ll always cherish as a family. If there’s ever a way to get a link to that video, we’d love to see it—I’m sure it would be pure comedy gold. Thank you again, Ashley, and thank you Elusive Escape Room for such an incredible experience!

We just escaped from the Crazy Cat Lady escape room! We had such a fantastic experience with our game master, Ari, she was patient, kind, and incredibly helpful without ever giving too much away. We first visited the Dells last year and did this room as our very first escape experience. Let’s just say we were pretty green back then! This time, we came back determined to conquer it, and we did! The room was even more dynamic than before, with an added bonus: a brand-new section and fresh puzzles to solve. We even got to meet the designer of the room, which was such an unexpected treat. Thank you for once again being the highlight of our trip to the Dells, we’ll definitely be back!

The Riverside & Great Northern Railway is a delightful destination for families and train enthusiasts alike, offering an enchanting blend of history and adventure. Located along N115 County Road N, this living museum showcases the preservation of locomotives and passenger cars crafted by the Sandley Light Railway Equipment Works from 1950 to 1980. Visitors can embark on scenic steam train rides that traverse a picturesque three-mile route through lush woodlands and stunning canyons alongside the Wisconsin River.
This is a fantastic place to take the family! We took our toddlers and they enjoyed playing on all that was offered. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff are all super friendly. A miniature steam locomotive will take you down the track and back offering a scenic view through the wilderness. I would definitely visit again if we came back!!

We always have fun doing this every year! The only complaint is that the concession stands need a clear line as we kept getting cut, standing where the line looks like it should start and the concession lady, didn’t bother to care about that. The entire rest of the experience though, always fun and amazing! Train staff are always so inviting and truly make the experience an experience!
Darian W — Google review
If you like scenic miniature train rides this one is a must. Large parking lot, gift shop, and picnic pavilion on-site. Features a 4-4-2 steam and diesel electric locomotives. The cars are small, are covered, and each unit can accommodate 4 average sized people. Train ride runs several miles with interesting geology and nature along the route.
Luke — Google review
->Excellent "real train" ride if your little kids have short attention spans<- All levels of staff (from those working with the train, to the gift shop to the concessions) were all high energy, friendly and knowledgeable. The real (but small sized) steam engines (complete with whistles and hissing, toots and chugs, plus smoke and smells) are a sensory delight - perhaps a bit much so if you're not used to it. A perfect way to get kids "used to" railroads as it's just like the real thing just smaller. Note: the enclosed coaches are the perfect "kid sized" and some less flexible more rotund adults were having trouble getting into them...these individuals might be more comfortable in the open cars. Admission includes a ride and when we rode, a stop midway for the kids could get off and pick up their own little pumpkin souvenir. About 20 min out, the engine turns around and hooks up on the other end (10 min) 20 min back plus a stop for pumpkins or, in summer, a talk about steam railroading. I saw tons of smiles (including on our faces and it's been a long time since we were kids!) Some critiques say the price is high for what you get (2025 prices being adults $20, kids $15) but it's a great experience. Actual track runs close-by (close enough to see) so we saw a big freight train and the Amtrak go by while we were visiting. Iron horse cafe menu/prices and admission prices accurate as of Sept 2025

My son (13) and I were in the Dells for a family trip last week. He is a HUGE railfan and was all in on this railway. Loved seeing a working steam engine and appreciated the explanation of how it operates. Lovely trip through the woods, and the crew even allowed him to help with filling the water tank. :) Grounds are taken care of, nice facilities with a concession stand and gift shop. Not to miss, especially if you're traveling with kids or train fans. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a cute/fun spot to take the family this is it! I recommend buying your tickets online even though they do offer walk ins, makes the process flow smoother. The property itself is VERY well maintained, the bathrooms are spectacular and there are plenty of spots to sit while waiting for your ride. The train ride itself only lasts about 30 minutes but the views are amazing, lots of nature and little animals to find along the ride. The train conductor and helper were very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the trains and how they worked. After the train ride there are little board games to play for the children and lots of picture opportunities!

Played on Sunday this weekend with my friends from NE WI...very slow... no starter and we waited for the group in front of us on every hole. 5 hour round. Front 9 has rock-hard dime-sized greens that were nearly impossible to hold with a PRO V1. Back nine is much better, it is like two different courses! None of the traps had rakes in them and the rough was very tall. They require carts, and would not honor a phone promise to allow me as a walker a small discount. For $70, I could play Trappers Turn and have a 100% better experience/value without the slow players all day and with a staff that keep their word. I would call this a tourist only course.

Golfed 18 today (10/25)! Great service from reception to completion of hole 18! The course was in great shape and the price was great! Visiting from Michigan and can’t wait til next year when we come back!
John S — Google review
Took my son's with their grandpa, really enjoyed the course. On-site driving range was very convenient to help get the kids ready for the course. Update. Lost a club on the course, and was on the way back through from another vacation and the super helpful clubhouse worked to get me my hybrid back. They stowed it safly for retrieval after closing time.
Michael H — Google review
Course was very well balanced with wooded and links style holes. Fairways and greens were reasonably well kept. Rough is thick (as it should be) and definitely rewards players for hitting the fairway. Some of the bunkers look like they are being phased out and are starting to fill in with rough weeds and such, avoid at all cost. The GPS system on the electric carts was absolutely fantastic. Gives yardage to the front, middle, and back of the greens and you can tap anywhere on the hole to get yardage to hazards. Very pleasant experience!

If you like playing slow, then I’ve got the course for you. If you’re a normal golfer. Avoid avoid avoid. Called the clubhouse when I noticed a backup on the 10th hole. He informed me that there were 10 groups playing the next three holes, including the 10th hole. And said that everyone was playing at pace. 🙄
Jeff R — Google review
Well maintained course with a gracious restaurant and bar in terms of space. A short course from the whites. Had a nice round and little overlap from other golfers. Has a range and practice area all very well prices.

An outstanding golf course in the Wisconsin Dells. Each 9 holds a different challenge when playing. The superintendent does an amazing job with his course!

Arcade PvP Bar in Wisconsin Dells offers unlimited play on a variety of old and new school games, along with a retro bar serving craft beer and game-themed drinks. With over 50 games including Mario-Kart, Ghostbuster pinball, and PAC-MAN, it's the perfect place to unleash your inner child. The bar also features dart boards for both online and local play. Visitors can enjoy the friendly service from employees while sipping on beverages like beer or hard seltzer.
Great classic games, cheap all-inclusive one-time-payment arcade price. All arcade games work (besides a couple controllers on a couple games). Nice pool tables. Fun atmosphere, bring your second half!
Ari K — Google review
Our kids loved the arcade games. One kid played for free with each parent and our kids loved playing games for a few hours while we hung out. $10 per paying adult was a bargain! The bartender was really nice and even had adult coloring books for me to use while I hung out!!!
Shannon D — Google review
Us girls came down visiting and had the best experience… Alley was our bartender, and was absolutely wonderful. Perfect for the vibes tonight! We had 2 pizzas and played all the games. Alley really made it that much more enjoyable & rememberable. If y’all are looking a fun place to go & hang out. Music is great and not too loud. Absolutely perfect! 🤌🏼💋

This place is a block off the main street and also very family friendly. It's $10 a wristband for all you can play arcade games, dart, pool, etc. we got the kids wrist bands while we had a drink at the bar and played trivia on the TV with a free app. The gal working was really nice and was playing trivia with us. Absolutely would stop again next time we are in town.

Wish I would have found this place sooner! What a great and fun time! Alli was our bartender. Super nice girl, service was very prompt and friendly. $10 dollar all day wristband, $5 dollar domestic, Thursday domestics are $1.50. New and old arcades, retro consoles, great pool tables, coin pushers, pull tabs and slots. Really fun and affordable way to spend a couple hours, with or without kids!
Jon G — Google review
We did the wristband for $10, and we think it was a very good value. They even have NES Super Mario/Duck Hunt, and N64 with a few select games you can ask the bartender to switch out when not busy. I played a couple games I didn't expect to enjoy so much, such as Soul Caliber and a mini golfing game in the back. There are some other arcade cabinets that contain several old school arcade games within it. My fiance really enjoyed the nostalgia of games he hasn't played in decades. The bartender was very friendly, we had great conversation. We'll for sure be back here in the future!

This bar might have been the highlight of my trip to the Dells! A fantastic and welcoming bartender Ali who went above and beyond to provide a quality experience (even finding where I could find a particular beer I liked in order to buy some to take back from vacation)! Great atmosphere and value for the area with 10$ all you can play arcade machines! A great place for families, or in my case daycare for a husband while the wife shops. If I ever rotten return to the Dells this will be a place I most look forward to coming back to. Thank you for a great time!
Matt G — Google review
Drove down for a day trip, and stumbled into this place! Tammy was a fantastic bar tender, plus she was extremely helpful in making the entire experience a fantastic one!!! I had a blast with hubby playing some old school arcade games! Definitely plenty of fun to be had!!!!

Mamas Garage in Wisconsin Dells is a late-night hangout with a three-level bar offering draft beer and handmade cocktails. The outdoor area features live music, games like cornhole and darts, and a stage for entertainment. The unique atmosphere resembles a car repair shop, complete with uncomfortable seating that adds to the experience. Visitors can enjoy the great environment, garage door concept, and lively music played by the DJ.
GREAT PLACE FOR LOCALS AS WELL AS TOURISTS.... CATCH THE SWING CREW BAND DURING THE SUMMER AND FALL. ALWAYS A GREAT NIGHT THERE. FRIENDLY STAFF, PARKING LOTS NEARBY. GET SOME DRINKS UNDER YOUR BELT THEN RIDE THE DUCKS... LOVE THE DELLS! FOR OVER 45 YEARS NOW!
Jon R — Google review
It's small, tiny and cute corner bar. Loved the atmosphere, the service could have been more attentive. However I would definitely go again there for a drink or 10. Prices were reasonable of the drinks.
Risto A — Google review
The food is from showboat saloon and pretty decent. Mama’s Garage is a cool bar painted all black inside. With great big garage doors open to outdoors. Great breeze and vibe.
James M — Google review
Great spot to grab a drink and hangout. They have lots of bar seating as well as room for activities inside and out.
Todd — Google review
When a guy in a cowboy hat threatens to kill your buddy, multiple times, not the place I want to hang out. Security basically laughed it off. It does seem like he's a regular, so everyone else beware.
Sean F — Google review
Great food prices. They have a really cool set-up. Three levels to the inside bar. Patio on both sides with lots of outdoor seating. Plenty of games and also an outdoor stage.
Chris S — Google review
Double barrage at Mama's Garage ...firing off good music outdoors with live bands and indoors with dj and tech. Great place to come with young adults. Band out back had older classic tunes, and we could dance in the sand.

Club WETT is a vibrant dance destination that dazzles with its neon lights, stunning chandeliers, and an iconic disco ball. The atmosphere is electric, especially on Wednesdays during Latin Night when guests can enjoy free entry and an enticing $10 all-you-can-drink special. It's the perfect opportunity to let loose and either showcase your dance skills or pick up some new moves! Visitors rave about the friendly staff who ensure everyone has a great time while enjoying their drinks.
From Chicago came to the Dells for a mini vaca. Good time here sitting VIP had the bottom of my shoes on the leather where you’re suppose to sit. Bottle of Louis XIV with 3 of my boys. Walked around the club one time and pulled 3 girls and few others joined in on the fun not long after. Too bad there was not enough room for all.
Igor R — Google review
We went there for the free rail drinks because we were staying at Mt Olympus. The staff was really nice. They hooked us up with good drinks. We were slamming drinks because we wanted to take full advantage of the free alcohol. After 10 pm, it got pretty busy and people were getting into the music. We had a great time. Mixed drinks were a little on the pricey side, but a beer was just a tad cheaper so we stuck to the mixed drinks.
Carlos M — Google review
Decent place, staff could be improved (strict rules about who can actually get up on the shower type dance areas). There was a lack of musical selection. Nice outdoor bar section with heaters. Can not run a tab, have to swipe your card everytime you get a drink, or plan on having cash on hand. Bottle service fees, if you take that route, seem a little high for the area. However mix drinks were not as weak as you expect from a place like this. Worth checking out, not somewhere I'd plan on going back to more than maybe once or twice a year, if that often.
Steve K — Google review
Sucked. Went for a bachelor party, staff is rude as hell. Bartenders are nice but the alcohol is so over priced. When they say Vegas like night club haha yea right. I hear a better mix of music on the stereo. And it is Vegas like. Explains alcohol prices and these rude employees with their earpieces acting like they are doing something and they act like something they aren't. This place sucks I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
David S — Google review
This club is a disgrace to clubs in the mid west. We waited an hour and a half for the shuttle we called for before it opened. Got there and a guy was being kicked out cause he had on Nikes. I was told I couldn't wear my prescription glasses. Got 5 shots and a beer and it was 37 dollars. A few bar tenders were cool. But for being a clubber I wouldn't recommend this club to anyone.
Dane S — Google review
Terrible club, just awful staff, most over priced drinks I have ever seen with awful DJs. Can honestly say it was the worst club I have ever been to.
