We decided to visit the casino on a whim one morning, and I can honestly say it was one of the best spontaneous decisions we've ever made. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, engaging, and accommodating. We had an amazing time exploring everything—from the slots and tables to the bars and restaurants—so much so that we ended up booking a night’s stay. We chose a Corner Supreme Suite on the 18th floor, and wow—it was so spacious and absolutely stunning. The views, the comfort, and the attention to detail were all top-notch. I would 100% do this trip again.

Honestly, I love Potawatomi. It's so fun, I like the machines! I usually do pretty good there. We stayed at the hotel this time for a girls night, the hotel is great! Clean, roomy, friendly, comfy beds. Loved it! I even won a mini jackpot! The only complaint I have is that there's no vaping allowed on the floors, I hate the reek of cigarettes up on the smoking floor and half those people never, ever leave the machines. Sometimes they take up three machines and refuse to let you sit down. I wish they'd have security fix that. Or allow vaping in another area. Also the food options are great, we usually have the oriental food it's fantastic!

To get any type of drink from a wait staff is very hard especially during the day. Not many around. They took some self serve areas out so we would use the wait staff. Good luck with that one. All the regulars talk and the slots have become very tight. I am going for fun to just play, but you get no play for your money anymore. I had $120.00 in free play, played $1.00 a spin and got nothing for the play. They need some competition but since our Govenor got paid off years ago, to make a deal that no other casinos could be built within the area, we are out of luck. I have stopped going since the beginning of Sept, but tons of people still go.

I'm a blaze VIP tier member and dissappointed with some attitudes of certain hosts they have working for us. They promise VIP but will not email any welcome kit nor provide any information. When you ask to peek at the menu the lady at the front desk will not allow that stating it is confidential. I guess that is top secret along with how much revenue they realize from gambling proceeds. Sure they'll announce the $1,000 winners large on the screen but I warn you those slots are tighter than a mermaids tushy... so good luck you'll need it. If you like to go to casinos often I would advise looking elsewhere for a home base. But, luckily I found one to adopt me who is great. So my hopes are higher now. who probably don't get paid enough. Tightest slots in the state. Try Madison Hochunk. Better chance there many of us think so at least.

Might be one of my favorite casinos in the vicinity of Chicago. They have the most of the newest games of any casino nearby. It’s absolutely massive. Very clean, love that it’s nonsmoking. I feel like for the most part this is a casino where I can play sustainably for a longer period of time without getting completely wrecked. The rooms are nice but the one thing I’m not a big fan of is that the parking garage is on the opposite side of the property from the hotel and you have to go through the casino to get from one to the other. But overall I highly recommend this location.

This is the best hotel and casino in the Midwest. It is superior to many of the Vegas casinos too. Hotel rooms are comfortable, classy, and we'll maintained. There are hundreds of different slot machines plus video poker, table games, a massive sports book, poker room, multiple restaurants, and bars. I do not recommend visiting on a Monday or Tuesday because nearly all restaurants are closed. Parking is free and -- best of all -- the entire complex is non-smoking except for one closed-off area.

Consistently rude dealers and security. Cage staff was nice. Good food and selection and food options. Odds on the machines are set pretty decent. Confusing layout though. Room was somewhat nice but showerhead should have been replaced years ago and the shower had mold on the caulk.

We stopped in for Mother's Day without a reservation. They were able to fit us in and we had an amazing time waiting at the bar. The bartenders were fantastic and the drinks were as well! Super friendly people to hang out with while we waited for our table! The table that we got was comfortable and not part of the main dining area. I'm sure they were a little busy on the special day but you shouldn't feel like they forgot about you... I think out waiter was training as he could have been better keeping the water filled and seeing if we needed anything. He was very nice though. It seemed like the roaming food wasn't quite getting back by us at first. The selections weren't all what was advertised but when we asked about a couple items, things started coming around more. The room was also very warm for a while but was corrected when we asked about that. All together, this was a pleasant experience. It wasn't perfect BUT, when given the opportunity, they corrected the issues that we had. The only missing star was from the initial part of the visit. We shouldn't have had to remind them about our table as there were other people in the area with us. Again, they did step up and the food was very good.

Our server was awesome and the meat was so delicious! You must try the grilled pineapple and honey cheese! We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful birthday dinner!

Rodizio Grill is a family favorite, the servers coming around to carve from skewers of an ever-rotating variety of meats feels festive, their salad bar is incredible, and the Brazilian cheese bread to die for. Our most recent visit was during Downtown Dining week, which makes an already good value an even more amazing deal, so it was very busy on a Saturday night, our drinks didn’t arrive until over halfway through our meal, and our bill was incorrect, but our server was very friendly and graciously fixed the issue as quickly as he could. Still a special experience on the Milwaukee dining scene.

Victor(patient with us for our first time on how to handle taking the meat.) and Xiomara (such an amazing smile and friendly personality) were great waiters and very informative, Brianna was our server and was very friendly and helpful as well. Limeaids were suggested an are free refills with so many fresh fruit combinations! We had the raspberry limeade creamed and passing fruit lime aid creamed. The waiters were so attentive when we were starting to fill up and waiting for “the ones” to finish our carnivore diet. 🍖 We wanted the pineapple and they brought it out with the cheese and honey dish which is also quite good to start with! It was my friend Tom’s was his first time and my birthday celebration which was a blast. The meat was flavorful and the parmesan steak and Top round sirloin were our favorites. And if it’s your birthday and you sign up for their rewards you get a free meal pass which is what we used! I almost filled up on the salads alone. 😂 Make sure to bring the ticket to validate parking at the bmo center tower parking for free parking as well! It’s hard to find with google but once you do it’s the first floor to exit and cross the street to AYCE meat paradise!

Had a great dinner with my wife here. We come here for our anniversary every year. Staff is amazing and the food is just as good! I can not recommend Rodizio enough! Ellie did a fantastic job as our server! The whole team made the service very enjoyable!

I had a great time at this establishment. Everything was perfect, The food, the service and the atmosphere. I would like to give a few shout outs to the people who made this experience one of a kind. Those people are Victor,Jake, Louis, Edwin, Wal. They were a great help and I will definitely be going here again !!!

Excellent experience at Rodizio! All delicious meats, fantastic sides, and excellent service! The style of this restaurant is very fun. You can serve yourself as many sides as you like, and the Servers come around with different meats. You are given a wooden tool with green on one end, and red on the other. If green is up, they will come by with meats. If red is up, they will pass you by. Very cool idea, which makes the dining experience here interactive as well. Everything was delicious. Servers all did an excellent job. Pina Colada was great too. Relaxed yet classy atmosphere here. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in Milwaukee. I definitely ate my fill and left satisfied.

Very friendly and it’s best gyros I have had in while and can’t forget to say BAKLAVA was delicious. Must go try it out.

This is like our 3 or 4th time that we come with my boyfriend to this restaurant. The atmosphere is very pleasant and the food is crazy delicious. The last time I ordered something that we had never tried before by mistake and believe me, it was delicious. We also love the attention, it is very good. The service is very attentive with everything and very nice. If you want to go out and enjoy a delicious meal, this is the place you are looking for.😋😋

THE place for gyros in Milwaukee. I've been coming here for over 20 years and the food and service are consistently great. The dining space is very clean, but also the takeaway is also convenient. We enjoy the lamb shank and the gyro dinners, and the extra pita! Plenty to feed for 3-4. The dressings and sauces are amazing, we love to order extra. Street parking can be a challenge, but can be found right outside. Enjoy!

Great place to sit and unwind after work with some delicious Greek food. The gyro meat was not dry and everything tasted delicious.

I hate to leave this review but its necessary. About 2 weeks ago I ordered a gyro dinner and shortly after experienced really bad diarrhea. I thought maybe I ate something throughout the day that made my stomach hurt and never considered Oakland Gyro to mess my stomach up. Fast forward to yesterday's events. My husband wanted to get some gyros so we went and got 2 gyro dinners. Atmost immediately we both experienced diarrhea and bad stomach cramps. I told him about my experience 2 weeks ago, and now we both are experiencing the same symptoms. IDK what is going on with this restaurant but someone is being unsanitary and that's not safe. Luckily we didn't have to go to the hospital. Hopefully they get enough complaints to check the food handling. Something is wrong. How me and my husband had the exact same symptoms after eating from this restaurant.

Everything was so yummy. I got chicken Athenian and partner got the gyro. Chicken was falling off the bone! Rice pilaf was flavorful.

We are traveling from east Tennessee and decided to do a little bit of nostalgic dining in ǰjour hometown. So we chose to go to good old George webbs on Old World 3rd Street. Where a lot of late-night, post-club meetups and breakfasts. When we arrived, we were NOT warmly greeted, seated ourselves, and were loudly greeted by "It's gon be 35-40 minutes!" No menus given, no drink orders taken, almost immediately, the soft voice from one of the 2 nice ladies who were already seated before us asks how long their food would take. The waitress snappily retorted, "Didn't I tell yall it was gon be a wait when you came in?" The woman said she only asked because she just heard the waitress tell us it was gonna be a wait. Their food came and was placed angrily and grumbly before the women. The waitress sulked and griped even more when she was told the pancakes were cold. At that point, we decided against being around negative energy and being prepared in that environment.

I have tried to go here 3 times after 10pm last year after moving here from Oklahoma. I really wanted to try George Webb! A VERY grumpy lady yells “take out only” at me and my friend every time. Sometimes barely looking from her phone and sitting by the door. I was hoping to celebrate the Brewers and was looking up George Webb near me to see if maybe there was another option and stumbled on these other horrific reviews after the sun goes down. I would avoid this location like the plague at night, from my own experience. I am going to try it again during the day with my daughter and 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻, it’s not the same kinda grumpy employees. I never leave less than 5 stars on reviews that are up to one person working because that is obviously not the fault of the entire restaurant. I worked in the service industry and understand some shifts are just out of your control. I decided to write this after reading other similar incidents only so maybe this could be improved because I would REALLY like to go here on a more regular basis and have this as a late night option. It has such a cool spot vibe. The old diner has always been a draw to me and It’s in an excellent location close to my condo.

Staff was pretty friendly. We seated ourselves in the retro diner booth. Got ourselves some burgers and fries. The patty was very small. But overall good. I added cheese and grilled onions and it was a good value. The fries were unsalted but salt was available. Normally I've gotten sick after eating at George Webb. But this time I didn't. So this location on a weekday afternoon was pretty good.

I am a Milwaukee native. I described George Webb‘s to a friend of mine. I told him that it was like waffle House of the north. It did not disappoint. We went for breakfast and almost saw a fist fight with the weight staff. I don’t know what the buildup to it was, but it almost came to blows. It was dinner and a show. That being said, the breakfast was delicious as always, prepared perfectly. I’d eat there every day if they let me.

I went in today around 12 with my sisters.There was two female servers.I didn't get names.The older woman who had glasses with Grey hair was a sweetheart...But the other woman was completely unprofessional n highly disrespectful. There is a lock on the restrooms the staff including the loud rude cook were huddled up by the register talking.My sister is pregnant and was waiting to use the bathroom.I politely asked if they could unlock the bathroom door...The server said loud Y'all getting on my damn nerves with this bathroom shit...So I decided maybe she having a bad day n was still going to tip.Then we proceeded to pay the bill she got slick n said is Y'all paying separately?We said yes she said rudely yall should've told the server that....My mother worked restaurant 17 years n I always tip....But today I choose not to because of her.Ik they split tips so because of her no thank you...Choose you words better next time 😉

We arrived around 1 a.m. as a group of four and ordered takeout. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The food was quite bad, and the service was also very poor. My soda was served completely filled with ice, had a strange taste, and was unpleasant to drink. Part of our order was missing, including onion rings and a soup. When the soup finally came, it tasted bad, and the fries had no salt or flavor at all. When we asked for the missing items, the staff responded with a very bad attitude and made us feel unwelcome. Overall, the food quality was poor, and the service was extremely unprofessional. This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had, and I strongly believe this should be addressed by management.

Enjoyed getting food here! Our server was great, food was delicious (you can split a pizza between 2-3 people, depending on how much someone eats), and it was a nice atmosphere! My only suggestion is that it tends to be a bit chilly sitting by the windows during the winter. It was a holiday (New Year day) so there wasn't a host at the front, but someone got us seated quickly. I highly recommend getting an appetizer because it can take a while to make the pizza. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The first thing I noticed about CPK is their location, while it's a little hard to find parking, it is worth it. Their outdoor seating area is cozy and comfortable. The food is all good, the only issue I had with it was personal preference. Their Artichoke spinach dip was lovely and creamy, but I would have liked it with a little more artichoke flavor. Their pizza dough, is a little flat, sometimes borderline overcooked, but the taste is very good so it makes up for it. I loved their hummus sandwich, it was different with a cherry, black olive relish, but it actually paired quite nicely with their creamy hummus.

Stopped by after lunch for a take order. Ordered the Jambalaya pasta. The meal was good, kinda sad it didn’t automatically come with anything, but they added bread upon my request. Take out was ready within 10, but I stayed longer to enjoy my cocktail. I had a strawberry lime margarita-perfectly mad. They were offering happy hour discount - will be back with friends. I loved the decor near the bar.

CPK never disappoints. I highly recommend the original BBQ chicken with red onions and cilantro on hand tossed crust. Consistent quality and unique design makes this a go to location for locals and visitors alike.

Food is always consistent, but some of the worst service staff around. There is never a sense of urgency, and always speak with a sigh in their tone and as if they don’t care. Will sit at my table every time for a minimum of 25 minutes before a server takes my order. They seem to be more focused on their side work sitting and chatting than taking care of paying guests. Sat and watched my server roll silverware and chat with coworkers for 15 minutes while we were still waiting just to have our order taken. With that being said the kitchen is always great, seem to get food out quick just takers servers forever to take it out of the window.

Food is good but very poor service. The girl who serviced our table looked really unfriendly and rude. She forgot the complementary bread with olive oil which is the best part of the experience. We had guest over from Europe and we wanted them to have the full experience but unfortunately it was not!

Came here with my family, hostess was very friendly. However we waited for 20 minutes and no one came to serve us, all the servers that passed us did not acknowledge us but they did serve the family that came right after us. We decided to leave after the 20 minutes of waiting. We will not be coming back.

Today was not a great day for them … I don’t know if they was tired or just didn’t care on how they made my bowl. So today on 8/9/25 my food like like they just throw it in a bowl and didn’t listen to directions when told how and what to make it look appealing to eat. The time was 9pm and that shift is not what I usually get and they didn’t give a receipt so I could return it. I am highly upset today I’ll try again in a few months.

2025 April: Started with burned chicken. They were very nice when we complained and replaced it generously. 2024: Only problem was that they only had one kind of rice. Some problem with their supplier??? It's so hard to avoid cilantro. Please don't make it more difficult for us cilantro haters! (How can anyone stand to eat that stuff?) We had a discount on the app. It's so hard to navigate their app to apply the discount. We just walk in to order and then scan from the app to get the discount.

Overcharged me and refused to give me a receipt. $18 for a bowl is more than I’ve ever paid and just to not eat it cuz there was a random fingernail in my bowl. This place blows

I went in and came out very quickly. There was only two people in front and they were taken care of pretty fast. I came to this location a couple of times, so far I have no complaints. Cant wait to eat my nachos.

Whatever you do don’t order from them, just dine inside because they are highly disrespectful and won’t take anything you requested onto your order into consideration. They literally forgot a bagel I ordered, didn’t toast or slice my bagels like I asked plus the tub of cream cheese was completely used. Never again, they lucky I got my money back.

Overall nice place, food is solid. Drinks are good, and the bubbly line is more lime-y than at other locations. Bathroom needed upkeep and men’s bathroom is out of order… you need a code to use the restroom. Overall, a solid 4.

Fudgy Brownie CinnaTop: Panera recently introduced a slew of new items including three varieties of what they have dubbed "CinnaTops". The Cinnatop flavors include Candy Cookie, Choco Chipper Cookie, and Fudgy Brownie. It was easy narrowing down which I would try as I'm a fudgy (not cakey) brownie fan. The official description is "A deliciously crafted cinnamon roll made with our sweet dough, stuffed with cinnamon-sugar filling and topped with decadent icing, brownie chunks and finished with an icing drizzle". It comes in a cute little windowed box and was relatively hefty. Also of note, it is served as a room temperature dessert. I have not had the most recent iteration of Panera's cinnamon roll, but I would imagine it's similar if not exactly the same as this (just minus the brownie pieces). There is a copious amount of icing both on top of the roll and even inside (see cross-section picture). As good as that sounds, that brings me to my biggest complaint and that is the flavor. The icing is extremely tangy, to the point that I want to describe it as having a lemony flavor (not a plus in my book). Thankfully the chocolate flavor of the brownies helps to distract from this. Mine came topped with eight brownie pieces that were approximately the same size, but that might vary with your experience. Although not as fudgy or tasty as my homemade brownies, they were satisfying enough. There is also a nice amount of cinnamon flavor from the cinnamon-sugar filling (again see cross-section picture) to help diminish that awful lemony icing. If you plan on trying the new CinnaTops, my final word of advice is to warm them up in the microwave as it made enough of a difference in taking this from an avoid, to just okay dessert. I still probably wouldn't eat one again (and it was free with a Panera Rewards coupon) as there's just so many better dessert options today. Doughboy_Food_Reviews

Ordered pickup for me and my girlfriend, and it took probably ten minutes longer than the app said it would. The soup came lukewarm, they shorted us a baguette side, and we got the wrong kind of cookie. It’s Panera so my expectations were pretty low but that was sad lol.

Got the pick 2 ordered soup and a salad broccoli cheddar & a salad and yes the soup came with a side of plastic. Plastic should not be in anyone's soup

Didn't rate food as I only enjoyed a coffee. Some of the areas needed clean up. They were not busy. There were about 12-14 people in the café.

It is a great store. Everyone is really nice and always there with a smile for you! They made my day on Wednesday when I came in for breakfast, incredibly sweet and genuine people. They actually remembered my name and greeted me when I came through the door! Best staff and customer service I have ever encountered

Overall Experience: The food itself tasted good, but I’ve noticed a steady decrease in portion sizes over time, especially with the small entrees. The portions are noticeably smaller than they used to be, but the price has gone up. For example, my small spaghetti only came with three meatballs, and the bowl is now much shallower than it used to be. After finishing, I was still hungry, which makes it hard to justify the cost. Value: For the price, the portion sizes feel inadequate. A small should still be a filling option, not leave customers hungry. On top of that, having to pay for extra sauce feels unnecessary the dish should come with enough sauce included, without charging more. Service / Takeout Experience: When I ordered takeout, I requested utensils, but none were included. This is a big inconvenience, especially if someone is eating on the go. If utensils are requested, they should always be provided. Summary: While the food tastes good, the portion sizes, extra charges for sauce, and lack of basic items like utensils are disappointing. These are the main reasons I don’t visit as often anymore.

This location is badly in need of new management. I have ordered from here over quite a number of years and the service/staff has never been as awful as it is of late. They deliberately ignore you when you come to pick up orders. I've been forced to wait 10 minutes just to pick up an order multiple times because staff will do literally everything but simply come up to the register to hand over an order. If you get there a few minutes before they close tough luck, the door's already locked and they refuse to even acknowledge you let alone give you your already paid-for order.

Stopped in today...stood at the counter for at least 5 min with workers walking around and no one saying "Hello, Be with you in a min" Nothing. Finally a young lady comes to take our order, Still never greeting us. We got our order (which we unfortunately didnt check prior to leaving), get home and my daughter said my food wasnt in the bag, only hers. I call and the young lady that took the order answered and let me know she forgot to put it in the bag. She tells me that I can come back and pick it up fresh so I pause because I live 3 miles away...so she says "Well if you dont want to come thats fine"...Uh no ma'am fine for who?? Because I'm hungry and spent my money for food I have to travel back to go get because you forgot it. So I tell her I"m coming. Get there ...stand there again for a good 3 min with no one acknowledging that I had even walked in. Same young lady finally walks up and hands me a bag and said have a good day. No "I'm sorry" No "Can I comp one of the items you got for the inconvenience" Nothing. Oh , did I mention she was the manager? Grace. I love N&C but this location needs some help with customer service...mistakes happen..it's how you rectify it and ensure a return customer. Do better

I’m a dasher, you all need more workers, I stood at the front for 5minutes, never greeted when I walked in. I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes and order still isn’t ready there are people at the line who isn’t being helped as well! To many orders not enough workers & to many orders I posted a photo but there is actually 5 people waiting, someone just left because of it it’s 11:47 check the camera just horrible another lady came up to the front but never came back and they obviously need help!

DO NOT ORDER ALFREDO!!! Look at pictures of my Alfredo, not touched compared to my date's Pad Thai, after eating for 5 minutes. I asked the manager, "Is this supposed to be full?" She said, "For Alfredo, that's how it's supposed to be."

Ordered online food never showed up. Spoke to manager named Q. Very respectful and dealt with my frustration greatly appreciated. Gave me the option to resend my order or refund. Asked for refund since the wait would’ve been an hour. *** Update it’s the 19th and still no refund. Had to call again management GM Katheryn was busy at the moment and couldn’t speak to me on the phone. Employee took my name down so they can look it up. Will be calling back in two days.

i wish i could do 0 stars it was a horrible experience!!! i paid $33 (hard earned money!!!) and they didnt do a thing right. every taco had LESS than a scoop of meat on them. They put the toppings on the side of the taco??????? our nachos had NO toppings on them, the service was horrible!! AND THE PLACE WAS UNCLEANED, the employees were playing around instead of making my order right. im very disappointed i wanted to enjoy a meal with my family for my birthday and got nothing. Live right up the street, walking distance, and won’t be damn back! Customer service is trash! How is the customer service trash IN THE DRIVE-THRU!!! You don’t even see me yet! Make this make sense! I was trying to be professional but the Chicago in me was about to be released. The young lady today at 7:07pm … sounds like a baby probably her first job ever. Please retrain. I’ve worked fast food before I started serving for this country … the world is not coming to an end. It gets better. So do better.

They refused to take my order because they wanted to be out by 10:30 although their hours were said opened until 1am. Hopefully her attitude gets her fired and Trump cuts her foods stamps cause that’s how ghetto she acted. By the way I was a secret shopper so everything was documented.

Food was fine Service was awful. I placed my order, and made a call. People kept coming in for their orders and leaving without them. I looked at my pocket computer and realized I had been talking for 20 minutes with out my food coming up. I then tried to alert the staff, but even then it was another 10 minutes to get my food. Their priority was drive through. Bag after bag went to the window while people were waiting in the lobby. To be fair, there were only two people, but the lobby took a back seat to the window by far. The atmosphere was blech. They need to police the grounds. Litter was everywhere, and some of the tables were still sticky from earlier guests

Got to the drive thru and they asked me to wait a second before I placed my order. No problem. 8 minutes later I say “hello?” They ask me to wait again. 2 minutes later I finally place my order. Only other car is still at the window ahead of me after I already waited 10 minutes to place my order. Arrived at Taco Bell drive thru speaker at 5:07 pm with one car at window ahead of me. Received my food at 5:29 pm. At least my order was filled correctly. They need to hire more staff.

Workers here absolutely hate their job, no reason I should be getting adressed in the manner im getting spoken to in the drive through. At the end of the day its a taco bell not a Michelin star restraunt, so my expectations aren't through the roof but I shouldn't be less excited to eat everytime I leave this place

I asked for 3 hard shell taco supreme and got this! Not even a table spoon of meat,not even a sprinkle of cheese,no tomatoes or sour creme of course and all 3 shell were broke and so thin,barely anything in it to eat! This is unacceptable!!!!! I'm calling for a full refund.

Portillo’s hot dogs were ok. Got the Chicago dog and Chili Cheese dog. Im more of a shredded cheese than sliced cheese on my chili dig so that was different. The Chicago dog was decent. I really enjoyed the lemon cake shake and fries. My boyfriend got an Italian beef on croissant which was pretty tasty.

It was ok. Ordering in the screen to skip speaking in person was ok. No soup. I got a kids dog with a slice of unmelted cheese and a pickle. Eh... The Americana decor is not my thing but gives you something you look at while chewing

Oh man. Portillo’s is in the tank. Been a fan for my whole life but damn have they gone to crap. Ordered what I’ve been ordering since 1985: a combo dipped with mozz. They didn’t know what a combo was. Had to explain. And they didn’t dip it. Look at the pic. So sad.

I went through the drive thru and a girl named Andrea took my order. I ordered 3#2 which is Chicago style hot dogs and fries and sodas. She got my order wrong and read back 6 hot dogs 4 orders of fries and 4 sodas I told her 3 orders of fries and 3 sodas. When I got up to the window it was still 4 sodas. I already paid for the order but I'm so sick of them messing up my order every time I go there. They need to train their employees better.

Food was delicious and hot, and everything in our order was accurate. Portion sizes were large as well. However the kiosk ordering was complicated, so we really didn’t receive any service. Prices are expensive in my opinion, even for the large portion sizes. Neat location with the decor, but was a bit dirty on the floor and empty tables.

Went inside to order for 4 people. When we received our food and checked the bags we were missing all 4 hot dogs. I went to the counter and the person said "I was wondering where that bag went?" When he was asked if he marked the 2 without onions? He said no. "When you unwrapped them you will know." We were also missing Au Jus and cheese for one of the sandwiches. Very rude and poor customer service. Will not be returning.

YESTERDAY . . . Photographer friends sharing and collaborating at Portillo's Greenfield in Greenfield, WI. Nick Zogoplos is the most AMAZING host, he saved a room for us to meet in. Then he gave each one of us a gift bag! Their Cake Shakes are to die for! You're gonna LOVE their food! We loved the treatment we received from Nick!

Absolutely wonderful service. We didn’t wait long to be seated. The food was delicious and the cheesecake selections we’re phenomenal! We ordered the Reese’s peanut butter cheesecake and the new passion fruit cheesecake. They were to die for! I even ordered one to-go! My daughter loved her bday cheesecake! Highly recommended!!

Too expensive!!! My husband and I were given a gift card where we could choose which restaurant we want to go to out of 5. So we chose The Cheesecake Factory. We got a decent parking spot, were greeted by the hostess, and given our table inside. Then, it was like 10 minutes before our server came to greet us. We ordered our food with just water to drink: I had the Avacado Cashew Salad (AMAZING....I didn't think cashews would taste good in it....usually it's pecans), and my husband had their lunch portion of meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. He wasn't as happy with his meal. Their meatloaf was cut thin and had not much of a taste. I took a lot of my salad home so I could indulge in a piece of their cheesecake. I had the chocolate tuxedo, and my husband had the salted caramel. We enjoyed every last bite. I'm sure that was my calorie count for probably the whole week, LOL. We spent all of the $50 gift card and added another $20, so it's not a place we frequent often.

The food was tasty and well done - though if you’re calorie conscious you may want to look at the skinny menu first. Service was excellent. Parking is outside and plenty were available for late Saturday lunch. If you want cheese cake - many look amazing - the lowest is 800 calories and some twice as much. The he crowd was very casual and informal. So this is a comfort food place not a dress to impress kind of restaurant. The staff were very nice and professional - answering menu questions and helping as needed.

Who is keeping the Cheesecake factory in business? The food is too expensive and nasty. 250 items on the menu is absurd! The food may look good but it all tasted like frozen food. We ended up paying $145 for the food plus two margaritas that didn’t have much alcohol and one other drink. I do not recommend this place at all or don’t get these dishes.

I’ve always been a huge fan of the cheesecake factory. It’s one of My favorite places. Yesterday I wasn’t able to attend, and I asked my wife to bring me my favorite dish, which is the Thai chicken lettuce wraps. When she brought it home to me, it was not what I was expecting. The appetizer that typically comes with about 6 to 7 strips of grilled chicken that can be shared with 2 to 3 people was barely enough to feed one. There was three tiny pieces of chicken sitting on top of what seemed like a whole head of lettuce. I will definitely be rethinking my visit there in the future. I’m attaching a picture

Good choices of food, liked the Thai glazed salmon, seared tuna tataki salad (loved it), 4 cheese pasta and recommend the spicy shrimp chipotle pasta (if u request they will substitute chicken with shrimp), sprite (free refills), passion mint fizz (recommend it, no free refills 😊). Cheese cake fresh banana cream and salted caramel were both great. And of course free fresh hot bread with butter!

Took my son here for his final meal before we sent him to Fort Jackson. He's never been before. Not had my other son. They were in love.

Our server was very delightful & nice, food was Very delicious & spot on, salad dressing was a little salty. For the most part, it was a great experience for my son’s birthday, not to be left out, my son’s dessert was delicious strawberry cake. My cake was a little sweet treat of chocolate mousse cake, little to sweet for 1 person, probably better for 2 people. Overall it was a great Birthday & Cake. Establishment should take a little time to clear the air vents is my only knock.

We had a great meal I had the ravioli carbonara, had the fried shrimp with fried veggies as an appetizer and he had the steak gorgonzola alfredo. Also there was salad & 3 breadsticks. We only had water. We spent about $54. The food was fresh and cooked well. Our server was very kind and took good care of us. We enjoyed our meal.

Ambience was awesome, restaurant & utensils clean, busy and a pleasantly inviting dining area, great service and food was chef’s kiss. A great end to a month end birthday celebration!🎉🎂🎁

Not the best service we ever got here this time around with the family. Our waitress didn't even know that Chardonnay was wine. Something you kinda should know at an Italian restaurant. Soup, salad and breadsticks are always great. But the portions of the kids meals were very different. One kid got a ton of noodles with her dish, compared to hardly any noodles on the other meal. Weird.

We’ve been there a couple times in the past couple of months. It definitely pays to go to their website ahead of time to “get in line” if it’s Friday or Saturday dinner. Quality is consistently good—we had endless pasta, steak gorgonzola alfredo, spaghetti, cheese ravioli. Breadsticks are amazing, as always, and we particularly like their special vinaigrette dressing on the salad. The ambiance isn’t bad, but when it’s busy, it starts to feel cramped.

wow. every year for the last 5 plus years the prices having been going up and up ... well seems they finally listened! they now offer now offer a piccolo menu which has a good selection at "affordable" priced entrées it's the right portion!

I love this Olive Garden and always have a great experience there. The staff is friendly and well-trained. You can also always count on the food to be good and consistent. Today was exceptional. My mom and I ordered the steaks medium. They were cooked well done. The manager made sure to have two new steaks cooked medium to be sent home, and he also took one off the bill. You don't get this kind of customer service these days. The staff also bought a generous portion of fresh doughnuts with sauces at no charge for my mom's birthday. We had a lot of food to take home and had a great experience for under 25 dollars. Amazing! A special shout out to the general manager, Jason. He's doing something right with this place.

I never knew ordering salads could be so complicated just to STILL get the order wrong even with the manager stepping. You see what we ordered and this is what we got. I go in to have it CORRECTED. Just for the MANAGER to hand me the salad still wrong without checking to make sure the order was made correctly this time. The most BASIC salads and they still managed to mess my order up more than one time. If I wasn’t there so long I would’ve asked for a refund, this is ridiculous. And then the woman originally taking my order was very unprofessional in taking my order. I tried to give them grace on numerous occasions but I still did not receive a correct order and did not want to wait AGAIN for my order to be remade. And the manager said it was a long night WHICH I UNDERSTAND IVE WORKED FOOD SERVICE. But I’m paying for my food a little care could be put into it. Terrible service.

I ordered a cheeseburger basket and the bun was very cold. The vegetables were unusually cold as well. The fries were piping hot and fresh. I wish the sandwich was.I'm not really happy and not sure I will be returning to this location

Everything I’ve tried so far has been great! I definitely need to come back and try more of the menu. So far I’ve had the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and the mixed chicken tenders—both were delicious.

7/2025 Ordered from table, DOES NOT WORK. 12 minutes after I ordered thy still did not have my order at the counter. Worker had to find the guy at the pick up table and he had to search an iPad for my order, then she went back to the counter and made it. Plus they overdo the cookie dough. Picture is from 1 scoop after I already ate 10 of them. 2025: VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Tried ordering from the table again and failed again. Ordered Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Crunch. So they delivered Butter Pecan! When I went to the counter to complain, they said, "Oh, we don't have that one." Also, lots of annoying people listening to their phones. 2024: Don't order at the table. They brought just the drink with a cover but no straw. He said, "Was it just the drink?" No, I ordered a bunch. "I just got the drink order." I showed him the receipt and he went back to the counter. Then came back to the table and said, "They're making the rest." 5 minutes later, the food came out. No napkins. Moved tables because a guy was playing Spanish something on his phone, LOUDLY! The people next to the new table were listening to their phone; no headphones. Men's bathroom is clean but cold. Cold water only.

Stopped by Culver's recently and had the pleasure of being helped by Chimnedum. From start to finish, his customer service was on point - friendly, professional, and welcoming. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants customers to have a good experience. He handled my order quickly and accurately, all while keeping a great attitude and positive energy. Honestly, someone like him makes fast food feel less like a stop and more like a moment. Give this man a raise or at least a lifetime supply of cheese curds. He's earned it.

We go here more than like to admit. Great Culver's staff is always so nice fast and accurate, in the years we've gone and the amount of times I think only had a minor mistake 3x and they were polite and fixed it. We take the bus and they make sure we're able to make it on time, which means they acre about their customers and recognize their regulars.

Our waitress KAY was awesome and very professional she definitely deserves a RAISE! This was my first time here and I enjoyed myself even tho I almost crapped my pants when the big group of employees came out to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to someone lol I thought it was cute on I knew WTH they were doing 🤣

I do not recommend visiting this establishment, the service is terrible. I visited this restaurant with some friends for a farewell party and it was a catastrophe. The waitress forgot one of our orders, we had to wait again to place our dinner order, and wait. I ordered an order that didn't have some vegetables, which I'm allergic to, and they included them. I returned it; they came back with the same error. The food is salty, the service is like the food was free.

Horrible customer service. They treat individuals with anxiety or any health issues with unkindness. It's already an extremely long wait while tables more than six were available. But was told the section is being served by a waitress in training... I'm confused because it's the experience you want to have, but anyway, the young girls were really rude and the manager had to be asked for and still we waited... I will never visit the Miller pwky location in West Milwaukee ever again. I love Chilli's food.

Eric was our waiter and was very professional. He knows what it means to deliver good service and that's just what he provided! The young hostess did an excellent job as well as it was very crowded Saturday evening around 6:30 p.m. She was very pleasant and kept a smile on her face, and the older gentleman checking on her was just as pleasant. First time eating there and I would eat there again based on the customer service alone. But the food was good as well. I don't know about the other nights but that night I could tell everyone was working together as a team. Excellent job to all and keep up the good work...we appreciate you!

Well, this place looks and feels like a Chili's. They managed to cook a medium rare steak like any other Chili's. But if you'll look at my attached picture, that's the cup of soup we got. Three of those. Maybe we should've been glad, because that made it easier to eat without spoons. And if you want a plain burger for your picky eaters, tough luck. We received a burger with 'nothing on it' that still had mustard and pickles. Even down to sodas, everything was going wrong. My table had two dr peppers, a coke, and a diet coke. Could the waitress tell us which was which? No, as she, "doesn't drink soda." Not to mention, the waiter, though his lax manner was friendly, couldn't be bothered to get any more chips or salsa when asked until we were leaving. The chips and salsa to go are what has kept this review at two stars.

I realize it stormed last night. The bathroom lights aren't working though? Wet floors and no lights is asking for someone to break a hip. There's a first for everything I guess. Food was good though.

The manager with the piercing by her lip had a horrible attitude and treats guests like they are burden and from the looks of it she treats her employees the same way! Overheard her multiple times patronizing and bullying her employees horrible way to manager an establishment. I also seen a roach crawling around in the women’s bathroom 🤢 absolutely disgusting service and food service sanitation NEVER return again

My mother and I came here for dinner. We ordered the lettuce wraps, which were very disappointing. It used to be much larger and had three choices of dips and now you get a small bowl with smaller pieces of lettuce and one dip. My mother ordered the Mongolian beef and I ordered the sweet sour chicken. Both entrées were so much smaller than they used to be. My mom and I got our meals wrapped up and decided to eat at home. My mom‘s Mongolian beef was so bland and the meat was very tough that she threw out the entire meal. Mine was very disappointing as well. The chicken was tough and had a weird taste to it. The sauce on the sweet sour was watery and oily. Even the rice was very dry, I don’t know Why this place went so downhill and it used to be our favorite. It’s too bad we had to get it to go because if we were there in a restaurant, we would’ve asked for our money back for sure. I actually have a gift certificate for P.F. Chang’s, that I will be gifting to someone else and I will definitely never return to a P.F. Chang’s. So disappointing.

Brad was amazing great customer service by the young man he went above and beyond the most cheerful patron inside the business. Will come back for his great attitude the food was good as well although parking on Fridays was a nightmare. Plan ahead.

What a wonderful meal! My boyfriend & I went there for a date. Great atmosphere. They always have unique food and fantastic drinks! The lime or cucumber Mojito was so yummy we had two each. For an appetizer, we had the lettuce wraps. We ended up having a couples meal which is $19.99 per person.

The food wasn't the greatest. it was hot when it came out.Just didn't have a good taste. waiter was really nice and polite and respectful and attentive. i have been noticing a trend in employees at restaurants, bringing their kids to work. i saw my waiter actually take a child into the back of the restaurants into the kitchen. i just don't feel that that is appropriate. i was given an airline credit for a food voucher, and they have trouble using it. i give a provided a qr code.But they said they were unable to scan it so I had to pay for it. Not going to willingly, ever go back to appleby, is in any state.

Disappointing to say the least. We arrived and the host just looked at us. Never said "Hello" nor smiled. He just grabbed two menus and started walking. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes without anyone coming to our table. There were lots of employees around; however, no one seemed to be working. It appeared that the two tables next to us had been set up as the employee lounge. There were coats and purses thrown about, and employees sitting around coloring, and scrolling thru their phones. I finally asked one of the people sitting in the makeshift lounge if anyone was working in our section. She just looked at me and walked away. I think she went and asked someone but it was another ten minutes before someone came to our table. As you can see in the pictures, they were also braiding hair in the makeshift lounge as well as on the line where the food comes out of the kitchen. No one stopped to wash their hands before taking food to tables. I'm sure there's quite a few health violations going on here. There was also a lot of loud, obnoxious laughing and conversation (bordering yelling) going on. The manager was right in the mix of all this chaos but didn't seem to be bothered by a thing. The one redeeming factor was Kurt, our waiter. He was Great!! He was friendly and attentive. He was flying through the restaurant compared to the rest of the staff that moved at a snails pace. I will give credit to the ever so quiet host as he was so the only one clearing tables. Other than our waiter, Kurt, I never saw another server clear a plate from any table. I would suggest avoiding this location at all cost. Hey, Applebee's Corporate!!! Have you visited this location lately? Curious to hear your opinion if you "popped in" for an unannounced visit.

I did not get what I ordered. My order had brocolli and I asked to remove croutons and cheese from salad. Instead I got green beans and they didn’t remove the things I asked to remove. I still liked the taste, just weird that it wasn’t what I asked for.

I am leaving this review to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at your location. I have never been treated so poorly in a restaurant, and I feel compelled to bring this to your attention. I ordered a steak, which the menu stated came with broccoli and mashed potatoes. When I placed the order, the server immediately snapped at me about what sides I wanted. I explained that it came with broccoli and mashed potatoes, and she snapped again that broccoli was unavailable. I then requested fries. When the food arrived, I was served double fries with no explanation that mashed potatoes were also unavailable. On top of that, I was told a drink would cost $6, yet the bill showed $8.50. When I asked, the server brushed me off with, “Yeah, I thought it was $6 too,” and made no attempt to correct the charge. I also ordered mozzarella sticks, which she first denied I had ordered, then later admitted I did. They did not arrive until after we were done eating. My steak, ordered medium rare, was served rare, and our sodas (that we had to initially ask for) were never refilled. At no point did the server come back to check on us or ask if we needed anything else. What made this experience even worse is that one of my guests is an Army veteran, which the server was aware of. Despite this, she still treated us rudely, dismissively, and with a complete lack of respect. The veteran I brought with me felt especially disrespected, which made the situation even more upsetting. The server never gave us her name, but she had facial piercings — one in the middle of her upper lip and one in the middle of her bottom lip. She also failed to provide me with a copy of my receipt. For reference, our visit took place today September 16th at approximately 3:00 p.m. This information should make it easy to identify the employee. There were three of us in the party, and the bill came to nearly $100. Given the disrespectful treatment, multiple mistakes with the food and drinks, and the overall miserable experience, I find this completely and utterly unacceptable. I have always enjoyed Applebee’s in the past, but this experience was so upsetting that I will not return to this location again. I truly hope you take this complaint seriously and address the behavior of staff at this restaurant.

If I could rate my experience a zero, I would. Last night was a joke. The absolute worst experience I've ever had. We came in at 6:35 pm and were seated right away by the hostess. 45 minutes later I finally had it. Mind you we were not greeted by anyone yet, every other table around us was being serviced. After getting the attention of the hostess we were finally able to order. They didnt have but two out of the four wines they serve. So I had to order something I disliked. Another waiting game for food. I had to ask another waiter to get a manager to the booth I was seated in. The first thing she says to me is I literally just got here. Why is the manager just coming into work at 7:45 at night? Doesn't seem to be a fitting shift for a business. Secondly she tells me she knows we haven't been serviced yet you walked passed us several times and didnt acknowledge us. Especially because you already knew we were mistreated, as a manager you should've done your due diligence to see about us verses me having to ask to see you. Make it make sense. I ask how is the issue going to be resolved and the first thing she throws is I'm going to comp your meals free and only charge for the drinks. I didnt want free food. It would've been nicer to just instruct someone as a manager to properly come over take the order, and serve us as we never had a waiter or waitress in the first place. We were there because we could afford to pay for a service. The food we ordered was horrible. My order wasn't even right. I ordered steak, broccoli, and mash. I got something that appeared to be a steak with onions thrown on the top and french fries. After I let the manager know that was wrong as well she brought out the broccoli and mash herself. The broccoli was horrible, it was cold. I will never visit this establishment again, and I recommend if you want quality service go somewhere that is being managed professionally. Lastly, as I am walking out there is a sign on the door regarding a few items that they are out of that was not there when I walked in. Unprofessional, disorganized, chaos.

Don’t recommend dining in, or ordering for delivery / pickup at this location. We ordered 2x Fiesta Lime Chicken tonight on Doordash and got absolutely scammed. The chicken’s were cut in 1/3rds and split between our 2 orders and clearly another order instead of giving us the entire chicken breast like we ordered. We also paid for extra sauce, tortilla strips, cheese, and pico and we received NONE of it. This location has done this before and unfortunately they closed the other Applebee’s around us for health department concerns. Please take your money, time, and business elsewhere and enjoy your dinner.

I went here a few weeks ago with some coworkers for a nice lunch after a shift, and the entire experience was absolutely horrendous. First, during the order taking process, I was completely forgotten about. I had to speak up so my order would get taken. After getting the orders taken, we waited almost an hour for our food - to be clear, there were not a lot of people in the restaurant, so there should have been no reason that the food should have taken an hour to arrive. Additionally, when the food came, some of the members of my party got the wrong order entirely. Some of us did order the same dish, and each dish that was "supposed to be the same" looked entirely different, and they actually had different flavors. In one of them, I actually tasted a dish-soap flavor. That is not acceptable. After leaving the restaurant, we knew that we would pay the consequences, and we did. Most members of my party had severe bowel movements right away, into the evening, and carrying on into the next day, and we all did not feel great after we left the restaurant. We felt the effects right after we left the doors of the restaurant - that should never happen. This place should be inspected for larger issues. Please never come here.

Ordered online for drive thru, waited about 20 minutes in line to then be told I needed to go inside. Go inside and waited an additional 20 minutes. They tell me they don’t have my order blah blah blah, then all of a sudden they had it. I 100% understand being understaffed and all that but the guy in front didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing and was all Over the place. There were 8 orders lined up and he was telling people their orders weren’t there when they were bagged and ready to go. There’s no reason why customers are having to guide employees to the correct order. Finally got my order, saucy nuggs meal and some spicy nuggs. Open my saucy nuggs and there’s nothing saucy about them - had to use my own sauce to sauce it up.

If zero stars were available. Waited 40 minutes in the drive through. Finally got food missing 3 items. Couldn't get employee to come back to the window. Took it as a loss. Will never go back.

Ordered the new cajun chicken sandwich, waited for about 40 minutes just to get, what it felt like, a stale chicken patty. Ordered a strawberry lemonade and got a regular one. Asked for extra Bbq sauce, didn’t even get one. All that waiting for a one star result, only decent thing was fries but how could you do fries wrong.

We order from doordash and they dont check the bag for the customer. Or check to see if the order is correct. Its the second time they messed up our orders.

I ordered two burgers and fries I was served two raw hamburgers. when I took them back they gave me a hard time because i bite off one of the burgers before spitting it out. I was given two more burgers that were raw as well. when I exchanged those burgers their only resolve was to give me my money back. I told the manager I wanted burgers not my money back. while I was at the counter another customer came to the counter with raw burgers and a chicken sandwich as well. I asked to speak with someone because the manager never really said no more than 4 or 5 words to me despite the questions I was asking in an attempt to resolve this problem. when I talked to the person on the phone and explained other customers were having the same problem. she tried justifying it by saying it was because they were aware of my problem when in fact their food was raw as well see pics attached. long story short this place smelled bad, flies everywhere, very poor service and cold fries. the staff insulted me (one of the fry cooks that was not involved with resolving my issue at all). stay away from this place. there is a McDonalds 1 block west of this place. They have burgers that are cooked and not raw and cold.

Drive through service line is probably some of the worst I’ve ever seen it takes 20 mins to get food in the drive through. I’d rather go to McDonald’s and wait 4-8 mins in the drive through than this Wendy’s. They really need to step up there game this is ridiculous

Took forever to get my order. Ladies behind the counter have poor customer interaction.

The standard minimum of what a steakhouse must be. Peanuts work here since it's roadhouse style with country music playing and firm wooden seating for all. Dinner roles with the butter will give you a sugar rush, if you crave such (not a bad thing for most folks). Chili is okay, but really lacks bold flavor and could be thicker. Skip the chili is my advice. Dinner salad is what you expect in size and quality and freshenss. Broccoli also is pretty standard and what you expect at a chain. Usually overcooked, as it was here slightly. The mushrooms and onions that topped the steak, skip those. The shrooms were overcooked and the onions undercooked, so zero caramelization. No love from the kitchen on either of these toppers. And the ribeye steak, while flavorfu and cooked per my request to medium rare, was just okay on quality of cut. But taking the price point into consideration, worth the price overall. As a side note. Fresh iced tea is always a treat. But 25 minutes prior to close, no retill. The tea was already dumped without keeping some back in a pitcher for those still eating dinner and needing a refill. Never a good practice. Just bad customer policy that is a common theme at many places. The customer is always right, but not when it comes to iced tea. I'll call out management for this bad practice that is not customer friendly.

4 adults, and 2 small children in our group. We were seated fairly quick. They sat us all the way in the back corner. It was so hot, my mom was on the verge of an asthma attack. She has copd and came in with an oxygen tank. Our waitress was irritated and rightfully so, I'd be raging if I had to work in those conditions. We asked about the ac, as it's about 90°+ outside and there were no windows or anything open. She said nope, it's broken. We waited what seemed like forever for our food, about hour and 15 minutes. My food was absolutely disgusting, I had got the pulled pork dinner. I took one bite and spit it out. It was luke warm, dried out, and tasted like 3 day leftovers. If I would have eaten that I probably would have gotten food poisoning. In my 36 years of life, this is the first time I have ever sent a plate back. My mom's appetizer wings were cold in the middle, so they brought more out after another 30 minutes. I'm surprised the manager didn't come ask what was going on. We were legit just left in the hot corner, like we didn't matter. We overheard another table having trouble as well next to us. Funny that when we were leaving, the front of the house was nice and cold. Oh but it was "broken" You would think they'd put an older lady with an oxygen tank somewhere more comfortable, but I guess going out to eat is only for healthy people. Disgraceful! This was my mom's 55th birthday dinner, sadly it was a mistake coming here, and I feel sad that I brought her here. Do better! Texas Roadhouse: Texas Roadhouse was founded in 1993, with its first location in Clarksville, Indiana of all places. Although it's been around for over three decades, this was my first time visiting a location. My family and I dined at the Oak Creek location on 5/23/25 around 6:00pm. The place was packed, and I initially had a hard time finding parking. Before getting into the food, I do have to say that I'm disappointed that they do not take reservations. That's a peeve of mine when it comes to restaurants. I see no reason not to do it, especially if the restaurant does a non-refundable deposit that goes towards the bill as long as you show up. Anyway, the interior was tastefully decorated, and both the restaurant and bathroom were clean. It did get a little loud making it difficult to converse, but that's expected for this type of joint. Our server Ethan did an excellent job of keeping everyone's order straight and was polite and attentive. Each table comes with a bag of peanuts and bucket to deposit the shells in. I thought that was a nice touch. First up was my Caesar side salad. The lettuce was crisp and fresh. Each salad also comes with a plentiful amount of cheese and crunchy croutons. For my entree I went with their 6oz Dallas Filet, smothered in jack cheese and sautéed mushrooms. My steak was done medium just as I requested and was satisfyingly tender. I've had cuts from more high-end steakhouses that had more of a "melt in my mouth" feel, but for a chain this was alright. Being a Cheesehead I loved that there was an option to add melty jack cheese and found it paired nicely with the meat and sautéed mushrooms. I wanted to leave a review for this particular store in Oak Creek. My husband and I dined here to celebrate my birthday. From the minute we walked in everyone was just so pleasant and so many beautiful smiles and welcoming demeanors. The young lady that escorted us to our table was extremely nice and asked if we had ever been there before when I said yes, she asked me what my favorites were, and I thought that was pretty sweet. As soon as we were seated, they bought us a basket of their delicious buns that I’m in love with! Our server was Ben and he was perfect! He took our order in a timely fashion, and it was brought out to us in less than 20 minutes on a busy night! My husband and I had steak platters, and everything came out super delicious and just the way we asked them to be cooked. The reason why I wanted to really write this review is because it’s so refreshing to see such a young staff really love their job as it says on their shirts you can tell the minute you walk in you are their priority and they’re happy to see you. You don’t get that kind of customer service much at all these days and it’s so disheartening. They run this location like a well oil machine! As soon as a table got up to leave there was someone there already cleaning it. It was really impressive to watch! So I just wanted to thank this restaurant so much for making my birthday that much more special by having such outstanding , personable and inviting staff that literally went above and beyond for all of their customers and everyone left nice and full and with good vibes! Thank you again Oak creek we will be seeing you soon for sure!

Everything was great! I am a Grilling and Smoking enthusiast. Myself and my Family will not eat Steaks at any of the places we've gone locally. My Family and I prefer mine. Myself, I've never had a Restaurant Steak I liked, and most Ribs are marginal. I tried both here. Still prefer mine, but will absolutely eat here again. BEST Chain Restaurant Steak and Ribs we have had, and the rest of the Family loved it as well. Service was on point and Restaurant felt comfortable

The Food and staff were really great .Super busy,and bigger than the one in Sheboygan ,WI.There was a long wait,some left ,but we stayed,and just like at home the Food was GREAT!We did have an adult disabled person with us and found parking in front right away that was a bonus.

Went for mothers day it was completely packed still got me in fast with only 2 of us. I joined the waiting list online gave me enough time to park and have a drink before arriving had to wait to find a spot being mothers day. But waited 5 mins to be seated once called to check in at the desk for seating fast good food good service

I’m sorry to say that the experience here has definitely continued to decline. We came in after making our reservation like we always do and we’re seated 40 minutes later after speaking with someone for the third time. Meanwhile others were being seated with larger groups much quicker, some without a reservation. The food was good, not great like it has been in the past. Some of the items with bacon were not cooked and we had to discard due to fear of an illness. A lot of dishes were very seasoned which is different as well. Our waitress was good, we received our table dishes when we were always done eating. The special “Bacon wrapped Jalapeños” were nowhere in site and often we saw the new meats going to the private room to the side or the large tables. I guess for seating and food it’s better to come with a large group. All in all, this is not a “Special” occasion place for us anymore. It’s sad, we have enjoyed coming here so much before but the last few times have proven to be a disappointment.

The good… 1. This place is beautiful in the inside. 2. The salad bar was perfect so pretty they also had three hot items plus a soup. 3. The meat carvers ( the ones that keeps bring around meat) they was on point even if your card was flipped for them not to stop they still asked to make sure the table was okay.. and the meat was fresh and hot!! 4. The manager did his best to make things right even when the server dropped the ball.. The bad 1. FRUIT FLIES.. Fruit Flies… Fruit Flies lots of them big ones fat ones little one… my server acted like it was normal.. well at 51.00 its so not normal. 2. Our server… was not very attentive. We had to look for her ask her things that should’ve been told. She did ask if we wanted fresh sides being that the fruit flies had attacked them. Had to ask her to remove the plate from the table. Looked for the server only to see that she had changed clothes to leave. Didn’t say bye didn’t tell us she was passing her table off completely rude. For this being our first time here I feel like we over paid BIG TIME!!!!!! On a scale of 1-10 My family and I give it a 4.5 thats only for the l ambience presentation cover, and the manager that was on duty

In my opinion, the quality and enchanting variety of the steak and chicken offerings is outstanding from all other restaurants in the state, with textural flavors calling forth the meticulous authenticity of Hispanic tradition. In brutal honesty, no other restaurant or brand of restaurant does meat like this. My server Tanya has a dear and caring heart. Ask for her. She will take care of you with efficient request fulfillment, immediate deployment of professional gauchos, and possibly, even a piece of her own home-made bakery. Really amazing service. Andres and his team really did an amazing job checking in on their guests and gives whatever we request. Food is superb!!!

It's an interactive experience. Salad and side order buffet style. The meat is carried on skewers and individually brought to your table for choosing. If you like this sort of dining, okay. I'm not a meat eater so it was a little bit much...ok a lot much. It's my birthday so I thought I would give it a try. We carried out the desert instead. The server was very nice. If you have a big appetite this is definitely a go to restaurant. I may visit the salad and side bar in the future. They also had a 12 page liquor menu if you care to indulge.

The food was really good, especially the meats, which were flavorful and well cooked. Unfortunately, the service brought the experience down. Our waitress took a long time to bring our drinks and the things we asked for, which made the meal feel slow and frustrating. The salad bar was a huge disappointment because of fruit flies, and it was unappetizing so I did not want to touch anything from it. On a positive note, the atmosphere was very nice and welcoming, but overall the service and salad bar issues kept this from being a better experience.

Came here for my dads birthday, had a great time.. Food was great! but most likely i’ve had the best server ever in my life! She made us laugh, she made sure to check up on us, made us very welcome and comfortable.. Her name is Erica, I appreciate the amazing work she gave us.. Hopefully every time we come here we have, Erica! Thank you.

Food was decent, nothing special, waitress was really nice. Was very disorganized, salad at the salad bar did not look fresh, floor was dirty as well as some plates at the salad bar.

The service was great. The food was okay nothing to special but tasty. The raspberry tea has real raspberries, that was a shocker but expensive.

Haven't been here in months. I was dissapointed they don't give out there cheese biscuits anymore sadly. I tried there fried chicken sandwich. Was good, but I know there trying to copy Chick-fil-A across the street. Pretty good for a copy cat but still can't beat the original from Chick-fil-A, but the fries were cold. So didn't eat many, and there wasn't enough servers since our server was busy helping other tables. But he did great trying to keep up.

Restaurant was clean and well kept. Food was well prepared and staff was very friendly. Parking is easy and plentiful. They have disabled parking and entrance available. Easy to see from the street. Good place to sit relax and enjoy time with friends. Seems to be priced just a little high for the type of meal you are getting but, still not too bad.

Great burger, very tasty, made just right. The salad bar was a nice change from fries. Nicki, my server, was awesone.

The atmosphere and vib appears to be more business executive. A step up from the likes of Applebee's. The restrooms were clean and modern. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. The food was very good with some low carb options. Items ranged from $10 to $20. The muffin appetizer was not well received by the group I was with.

Such a surprisingly disappointing experience at the Third Ward Milwaukee location. I primarily go to the Sweetgreen location at The Corners of Brookfield, and I’ve been to the Hillsdale location in Madison as well- so I had expectations that I regret to say were missed by a long shot. When I arrived to pickup my order, a staff member explained that they had run out of avocado earlier in the day and seemed surprised that the app allowed me to order it (I added extra). They instructed me to request a refund in the app id used to place my order. Okay, I would take the time to do that. When I stepped aside to grasp fork and knife, I was surprised that there weren’t any knives, the staff quickly told me that they don’t provide them, I thought that seemed strange since several ingredients like avocado and salmon are served in portions that require cutting them. Okay, I would improvise. When I opened the dish and began to enjoy, I noticed it was not visually appealing due to some yellowed arugula leaves. I was really surprised, typically the quality is superb, so I wondered why staff would include ingredients that weren’t up to the high standards everyone knows Sweetgreen gives its customers. The automated customer service chat feature offered $10 which I accepted because of the missing avocado portions in both entree items I ordered. …but after a few more forkfuls, I saw more and more discolored arugula and got really confused because some of them were clearly gross, like the staff would have visually identify the leaves’ browning tips and slimey bits, there had to be a smell when they opened the container. I decided I wouldn’t finish. It was so unappetizing to see expired produce in my bowl. I revisited the customer service chat and requested a refund. I’m glad that they were willing to make it right but incredibly disappointed to have that experience. I had a long day already, left work very hungry, and had to hurry back. From my experience, Third Ward staff didn’t pay close enough attention to their own policies around quality and freshness. Going forward I will probably exclusively visit the Brookfield Corners location even if it means putting in the fridge until later, I’ll know for sure it’s safe to eat, has all the ingredients, and comes with utensils I’m accustomed to using.

Food tastes decent when you actually get what you ordered. I ordered uber eats and had my steak bowl arrive with no steak and no portobello mix that I paid extra for. You can’t speak directly to an employee when you call their number. I drove to the store and they explained they were out of the steak I ordered and it was a mess up on Uber eats part for not communicating the protein I was ordering wasn’t available. Ok that’s fine, these things happen and they took my order and went back to replace it with a different steak that was available. I drive home, super hangry at this point, and find there is still no steak in my bowl!! And also, they did add the mushroom mix and for an extra $2 it’s the saddest portion I’ve ever seen. It’s the tiny dark dots on the upper left side of the bowl. The miscommunication on uber eats part I can understand, but coming there with the issue and them replacing with a different protein only to still not put any protein in it is extremely frustrating. Won’t be back to this location.

Had a really great experience at Sweetgreen today, it was my first time here and I had to have a 21 bowl order in 40 mins. I asked the manager if it was possible and she didn’t hesitate and said they will get it done. 20 mins later I had 21 bowls ready to go with 20 minutes to spare. Everyone at the office I took them to loved them and I was all around impressed with the service and quality! Thank you to the manager and all the staff for helping me out of a bind today! A+ experience!

It was chilly inside even for me who enjoys the cold. It makes sense though because they're serving up salads. I love the decor, antique meets modern. Variety of salads, including vegetarian options and hot dishes. Macros are posted on their website in an easy to read format.

i love sweetgreen! i especially want to shout out a specific employee, krow (i think that’s what their nametag says!). every time i come in (which is admittedly a lot) they are always very smiley and welcoming! they also have very cool hair. krow is very good at their job and always gets my bowls right, even if i’m swapping stuff around. they’re also very quick if you’re in a rush! i really appreciate all of the other staff too! the restaurant is always very clean and everyone is quite friendly! i also really recommend taking your bowl to the little park on broadway and milwaukee street! very nice to eat a salad while sitting in a park(:

Really yummy and filling! Pretty pricy though, I only go because I have a gift card. It's a welcoming place and the staff is really kind / chill.

Start off by saying I dont think these issues are the employees fault. Portion sizes are ridiculous and half my toppings were missing. I ordered a bunch of add-ons and the bowl was still half empty. I got tofu and was given 4 peices. Chicken for a few shopped up that fits in a small spoon. It was almost comical. If I hadnt doubled the base price it wouldve been a few scraps of lettuce and morsels of Brocoli and veggie. Also because I didnt order in store when I opened my to go it was too late to realize. I assume toppings ran out but it was paid for so. On a more positive note the blackened chicken, quinoa and tofu were delicious. It was crazy to be so stingy too with ingredients because the place was closing soon but I am sure this is being run by corporate. Shame because it is good but cant justify the experience and price. Pre-covid Sweetgreen was great.

You can see from the pictures attached the disappointing quality and quantity served. I mean do you pay $6 for this tiny amount of guacamole, the chicken was hardly added it tasted vegetarian . I do not know what are they trying to achieve by doing this. Chipotle is all I eat and have had this issue multiple times and feel cheated.

This rating is based on going twice within a week. The first time we went, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The second time, were rushed and food was SKIMPY. SO I guess it just depends on who's working or how they feel that day.

Stopped in for a quick dinner. Overall good service: while they were out of guacamole and lettuce, the rest was good. Adequate for what I needed.

I had a great experience here. The portions were good, the food was exceptional, the staff was friendly and direct and fast. My only complaint is I had so few chips for the amount of guac I ordered. But this has been a thing with other locations too. Bummer.

ordered a bowl with literally half the ingredients as I did not want a huge bowl. so my bowl was $11.25 and the order taker rings it up as $18 and change. i asked her how much a bowl costs and she stated she did not know (prices are not posted in this location). after two workers came over to help her the order came down to $14.90 only to find she added a side a guacamole, which i did not order. had to call customer service, what 18 mins only to be told to email a copy of my receipt.

They had barely any food. For example, no beans pinto or black, no pico, no lettuce, no corn salsa. How am I even supposed to customize my bowl when they’re is only one option. I am disappointed in this chipotle and officially on team Qudoba. Go doba!

They refused to make more food after 8:30pm. Saying that it was to close to closing time and no more chicken would be cooked. They were moving me quickly through the establishment. It was rude and I did not enjoy the experience. And I love chipotle.

I eat here multiple times a week for work and have absolutely nothing but good things to say. Their staff is wonderful, the food is great, and the convenience is clutch.

We attended the Chefs Event with on of the sponsors, Mach1 Lending, and it was phenomenal. A very lovely space and the servers at this event went out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

Come on guys… really. This what you call a French dip? Just meat and bread? Where’s the lettuce, where’s the onions? You put things on other specials but not this? I spend a lot of money at this place I expect way better. Pizza under cooked, small portions of meat when you charge $15 for the meal, hamburgers burnt… you are not meeting expectations at all. Good service and atmosphere, bad food and portions. DO BETTER!

This is actually a review for their kitchen location at Discovery World. It's extortionate. Overpriced, undersized, underseasoned. Definition of a food service island taking advantage of customers with their isolated location. Again, nothing to do with their catering services or other restaurant locations.

I didn't dine in, I got a to go order, the prices were fair and it's attached to the hotel so its quick to go grab a bite or dine in.

Offers a wide variety of meal options, many made to order. Very close to many points of interest in downtown Milwaukee. Great food!

I've been buying hookahs and hookah supplies regularly from Shirazi for the last four years. While you might find some of the things cheaper online, for a regular smoker like me you can't beat his selection or prices, and having a local store to buy from is really convenient if I'm running low on coals or something and can't wait three days for a package. He stocks all the popular brands (al fakher, AF special edition, fumari, nakhla, fantasia, and more), and coconut/instant light charcoal. If there is a flavor you like, he'll get it in stock. He always communicates with me and other people to provide good recommendations, and regularly has great sales on shisha. If you or he aren't busy, chat with him a bit: he's a great guy! I got a free sample of a new al fakher flavor because he wanted to know what I think. New to hookah? Ask him about anything. Only place I shop from in the Milwaukee area.

Selling fake Posh bars. They light up with rainbow colors at the bottom (they're supposed to be blue), tastes like metal. Do not recommend buying any vape products.

This little store has many different items and foods for making middle eastern dishes, including tea and teapots, breads, seasonings, non-alcoholic drinks, plus hookahs and accessories, vaping tools and incense. The owner is so nice and very helpful, and he knows about everything in this store. It's on Oakland right off Locust so it's easy to find, and you will want to keep coming back,.. 5 stars

Very nice owner, my family and I have known him since I went to MIAD back in 2011. We will continue to support his business especially through difficult times since the pandemic has started.
