A very enjoyable place with friendly staff. It’s actually a delicatessen, but you can find a variety of other dishes as well. No reservation is needed. We really loved it.

Friendly staff, fluent english, Corsica burger was delicious. As a guy, to feel full I needed two dishes, but due to the very fair prices I still payed less than I would have in other places nearby. Can be served like in normal restaurant but can also buy everything on the menu in the small store.

If you're looking for "authentic Corsican food" and to eat like the locals....this is it!!! Corsica has the most incredible meats and cheeses you will find anywhere in the world. A Cassetta is all about letting these incredible ingredients shine. The boards sandwiches and salads here are perfectly prepared. Local meats cheeses bread honey wines. Everything is fresh local and thoughtfully prepared. Incredible value. One of the great meals of my life. I recommend multiple visits to try everything. A really special place.

My partner and I came to this lovely establishment in late May 2024, where we ordered 2 baguettes. Quite simply, these were the most delicious baguettes we have ever eaten. The two ladies who own and manage this establishment were so kind and lovely, and the products they sell, cheese, charcuterie are all supplied from a farm that one of the ladies own on the island. My partner is telling me that his mouth still waters when he thinks about that baguette! Mine too! I think that the one we had was called a "complete", it had cured ham, 2 different cheeses, one goats, one sheep, and a delicious tomato salsa, all from the farm! I cannot remember your names, but to the two lovely ladies who own and run the establishment, we remember you very much, you were so kind, charming and interesting. If we ever visit your beautiful island again, you can be assured that we will come see you again, and order another of your incredible, world-beating filled baguettes!! To anyone reading this, honestly, I've travelled far and wide, I've eaten literally thousands of sandwiches, perhaps tens of thousands, but the sandwich/baguette I had from A Casetta Produits Corses came from the heavens!! 5 stars, I'd give 200 if I could!! Very unexpected but excellent sushi in downtown Ajaccio. Thai dishes were also very tasty. Ingredients were all fresh and I can say that because I tried sashimi and chirashi among others. The cook is from Asia and is clearly a master! Several things in the menu are crossed out, for example the majority of the beers. Service is very attentive and caring. The atmosphere is everything but sophisticated so don’t expect a fancy place.
