Love this place, my favorite is there, Iced Tea black, and all of their Empanadas. From a small business owner to another THANK YOU!! definitely give them a try for me it's worth the drive from Coachella.
Ariana S — Google review
Went here for the empanadas on this trip. I had been to another place with outstanding empanadas. When I came here, they were good, but hoping for more. They were also out of chimichurri sauce. It's a great place for coffee, and the empanadas are good, but i had different expectations after hearing so much about them.
Leighton G — Google review
Delicious sandwiches, croissants and especially especially chicken patties. But the coffee falls short. Guys put in a good European style espresso machine and you will be top!
K K — Google review
We stayed in the area for the month of February and bought coffee here every day. The staff and customers were great as was the coffee. We would like to mention staff member Maria who was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone especially Maria!
Trish B — Google review
Bagel was delicious, coffee was strong and good. Service sucked, front lady was short. Watched her be extremely rude to another customer when they made a mistake, ruined the experience. Won’t be back.
Samantha S — Google review
Beef and Chicken empanadas are legit! A little spicy and just how I like them. I’m Argentino and reminds me of how my mom made them. These are baked too. Will be back for many, many more.
Charles A — Google review
I was served a rock hard bagel sandwich that cost about $10. There was no sauce to give it flavor, and I don't see how they can justify these prices. 0/10 Starbucks is cheaper and better, and I'm not into Starbucks that much either.

Cups Cafe in Indio, CA offers a fantastic breakfast experience that is sure to satisfy any craving. This charming eatery serves up a variety of mouthwatering dishes made from cherished family recipes. With an extensive menu featuring delectable options like eggs Benedicts, chilaquiles, and steak & eggs, Cups Cafe knows how to deliver comforting and delicious comfort food.
The wait wasn't too long, and the decor is cute. We enjoyed that huge clock on the wall and the mirrors, cup/mugs, etc. displayed throughout. The inside dining area is spacious, and there's lots of room on the patio, too. Julio was our very helpful and cheerful server. Definitely order the chocolate croissants that are made fresh every Sunday, and the lattes are beautiful. My Chilaquiles with chicken entree was to die for. Ask for different kinds of salsa.
Anhvy D — Google review
Yes! This is a perfect breakfast place. Large inside and outside seating area. The staff are all very friendly and efficient. Felt very welcomed and taken care of from first greeting through paying the bill. And the food is what it's all about here. Cafe/diner menu. Had the chilaquiles with the green sauce and added avocado. Spice level was perfectly mild. Great textures with the cream and red onion. Eggs were expertly cooked to over medium, allowing the egg yolk to mix with the other ingredients. A brilliant dish that is balanced with flavors. One of their most popular dishes for a reason. Breakfast wrap and potatoes were also fantastic. Eggs were fluffy and delightful. It was exactly what you would want in a wrap. A solid start to the day. 100% would go back.
Vince M — Google review
Visiting my son here in the desert from the I.E. and we had the Chilaquiles eggs over medium with all the fixings. Deliciousness! Service was excellent. Food was fresh. The tortillas were crunchy the red sauce was not too spicy, it was just right. The best part about breakfast was the company, thank you Aaron!
Ambrose R — Google review
Had a great experience at Cups Cafe! Tried the Brioche French Toast Brulée and it was absolutely delicious. Also had the steak and eggs, which were cooked just right and really flavorful with cilantro pesto. Great food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a solid brunch spot.
Dawn M — Google review
Food was delicious. Services was amazing. Even on a Sunday the wait was only thirty minutes for a party of six. Fresh pastry options available. Portion sizes are filling for one and plenty to share if you want to try multiple items. They have something on the menu for even the pickiest of eaters. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Great atmosphere for couples, friend groups, and families.
R S — Google review
The lobster benedict was very tasty, but it needs more with it. A few pieces of country potatoes left me still a little hungry. Extremely friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.
Jordan B — Google review
Went for a casual breakfast. Saw this place near by. I got the eggs benedict and the hubby got the american breakfast. Service and food was good but didn't stand out. Just an average meal.
SJ J — Google review
Sunday at noon should be steady service. It was not. Taking the order took much longer than a reasonable time. The food was delivered one or two plates at a time. And still one plate did not show up at all. When the manager finally went back to check on the order it came out incorrectly. Now for the food. My wife loved the lemon pancakes. The carnitas omelet was flavorful but constructed oddly. Folded eggs and stuff on top. Nothing in the omelet.

Ordered food to go. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches with no extra sides and was still charged the full price of the sandwich meals at 17.99. That’s 36 dollars for two egg and sausage English muffin sandwiches. I ordered a full meal with two extra sides and only paid 30 dollars. How am I paying 36 dollars for two breakfast sandwiches alone? Okay, maybe I should have asked the price or maybe it would have been nice to be informed I would be paying full price for a meal without getting it. The cherry on top is we get home and start eating only to find a HAIR IN THE FOOD. How disgusting. How am I paying top dollar for this food and there is a hair in it? I won’t go back here ever again. Over priced and the quality has gone way down. Nothing special about anything we got here. You can go down the street to goodies. It’s a fraction of the price and it’s way better. This place is over rated.
Lauren I — Google review
A great experience with friend, this is my first time to have breakfast here. My friend invited me to find a new thing. It is really delectable and cozy. They only serve breakfast and lunch, I would definitely go back with friends. This is add into my list the new restaurant to dine in, friendly environment and they polite serve you with respect, and smile. Thank you for your service appreciates you all.

Been to Louise’s twice, and enjoyed both times. The breakfast tacos were extremely well executed. The little crunchy potatoes in the tacos were an awesome extra touch. They also agreed to switch bacon for avocado, which was kind since I don’t eat bacon. The staff is friendly, and the vibes are classic.

It was my first time coming here recently and I was not disappointed!! The food was great and the service too!! I went during the week so the wait wasn’t as crazy. I forgot to take a before pic of my food… but I finished everything I ordered soo you can say it was tasty !! 10/10 would come here again

Let me tell you, this was the first time I’ve visited Louise’s Pantry and I really liked it. There was a waiting period of around 10-15 minutes after that the host came out got us in our table and quickly took our drink order while we reviewed the menu she brought those puzzle activity place mats and colors for the kids very attentive, we placed our orders and came out fast. Kids had no complains & neither did I, everything was lovely food was good! I totally recommend this spot we had brunch there and it was great. Lots of hungry people but the waiters are fast friendly and very efficient!!

We were visiting from out of town and looking for a great breakfast spot on our way out of town the last morning. Wow did we get lucky finding this place. We beat the Sunday rush so sat right down and the service was wonderful. Food was amazing and everyone was happy. We had pancakes, biscuits and gravy, ham steak (gigantic - split this), Country Breakfast and Pancake Sandwich! Everything was just excellent and we'll be back next time for sure.

Enjoyable walk of the strip with my client. Short sit down to rest and grab a coffee on the patio. There was no fee for the perfect weather:) Next stop, the Feng Shui Fixer she's been looking for. #palmdesert #coffeebean

Came in to pick up my “Too good to go bag” and also ordered a large ice blended hazelnut. I actually haven’t had coffee bean for so long and it was so refreshing during this hot summer weather. I forgot to ask for the baristas name and also the young lady who helped me at the cashier. But I came in today around 530pm 7/1. I just wanna say they were awesome professional and sweet. I’ll be sure to pick up some more treats . 😋

Recently completed an extensive remodel updating the look and feel of this location. It blends well with El Paseo now. Still the same great staff! Great place to enjoy your morning coffee!
David B — Google review
I ordered a drink online. When I walked in they put it in the blender. I watched the worker walk away and leave it. After 11 minutes another worker took it out of the blender and put it in the cup. Not once did they try to help me. They were not busy just standing around. Very unpleased. I drove 2 hours just to get a drink here.
Tiana B — Google review
Just bring back self-serve napkins and straws already. Calling people's names when their drink is ready would be nice too.

I love coffee bean, but unfortunately this place needs to hire more staff for their demanding business. We ordered bagels and it took them ten minutes to be put inside the oven, after we placed our order. And mind you we ONLY ordered bagels… I understand it’s not the employees fault, but it seems like they’re severely understaffed…I’m worried these employees are overworked, and don’t get their breaks or lunches. Corporate needs to visit this place immediately.

All my drinks come out perfect and I always have great service. It's sad we only have 1 coffee bean in the desert but I try to make it to palm desert once a week at least. Thank you to all the staff every single staff member is very nice at any given time. Especially Sabrina thank you!

Nestled in the heart of Palm Desert, Goody's Cafe stands out as a quintessential American diner that locals and visitors alike adore. While breakfast is the star of the show here, many families also enjoy lunch and dinner options from their extensive menu, which features both American and Mexican dishes. The atmosphere is inviting and clean, making it a comfortable spot to satisfy your cravings without any fuss. On bustling Sunday mornings, Goody's Cafe buzzes with energy as patrons line up for their favorite meals.
Normally, we stop at the Goody’s that is near our home but we were out and about today so we stopped at the one on Washington Street. The layout was different, but the food was the same and the excellent service was still there. We go to Goody’s at least once or twice a month and love it each time.

We stopped in for a quick breakfast on a road trip. Wow, it was amazing! Super fresh and super fast. The bacon avocado omelette was outstanding! The coffee was hot and fresh too. We highly recommend!
Trish D — Google review
I recently visited this cozy breakfast spot and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the process was simple—you order at the counter, find a seat, and they bring the food to you. The food was delicious, though I was tempted to add a fruit plate but found the price a bit high, even for the small size. Perhaps offering a sample-sized fruit plate at a lower cost would be a great addition. One thing I noticed was that water is self-serve, which was easy enough to handle, but it would enhance the experience if the staff proactively asked guests if they needed water. Overall, a lovely place for breakfast, with just a few tweaks that could make it even better!
Cihan A — Google review
Bottom line up front: Goodies is one of the American diner staples of the desert. Great place to eat. I generally only go to Goody's for breakfast, but my family goes for other meals of the day. I don't think anyone really complains unless they don't really like their food choice. Lots of things on the menu, to include American and Mexican breakfasts. Good place to go if you don't know what you want. Relatively clean, so no complaints there. Service is good and quick. They speak Spanish. Solid choice.
Ezequiel R — Google review
Wow, what happened to this place? This place wasn’t always the cheapest but the food was great. Now the prices have skyrocketed and the food is mediocre. Fries are undercooked and the burger patty is super thin. A large soda is $4.59!?!? 3 chocolate chip pancakes was $11.59! Last comes with the food and asked for a ranch and she says it’s 65 cent, alright let me pull out card again, she says pay for it later and never came back with it. This place is trippin.
Shawn G — Google review
I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but the prices and service here have gotten ridiculous. $10 for 4 slices of bacon is a rip-off, and when I noted I wasn’t paying that much out of principle, they actually changed my order. On top of that, my requests for extra salsa are ignored again and again. There’s also one woman who works here who is consistently rude — she mad dogs me when I come in, ignores my requests, and even harassed me over the phone when I once asked to speak to a manager. I’ve spent a lot of money here, but between the outrageous prices and unprofessional service, I’m done.
DJ R — Google review
I am a bus driver I get lunch to this goodies every Tuesday and Monday a salad last week the day I went to this Tuesday I ordered a sourdough burger ate it burger was good I came back and asked to use the restroom bus drivers usually use the restroom at the gas station but it was out of service I asked the cashier Before she helped me she made me wait while she was having a conversation with a Coke until the other employee say you have a customer asked to use the restroom she hesitated then she said it was fine while I was going to cook told the Employee the restrooms were locked in Spanish thinking I was understanding I just left it is ridiculous a city worker can I use the restroom last time I go there

Filthy. 830 AM on Saturday morning. I asked the cashier if they just finished a large rush or something and she said no. The manager (?) heard me ask and I said I was wondering why every single table (all were empty but one) had crumbs and sticky stuff on them. The cashier put as minimal effort as possible into wiping a few with what looked like a dirty rag. If the parts of the restaurant that you, the public, can see are this filthy (rugs and floors were gross) - I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen is! Also, my food was made wrong (I was the only customer at the time). Also, when they remade the avo toast (the "manager" / leader delivered it) the tomatoes were completely mush and old and clear. If I were manager, who clearly recognized the kitchen made a mistake and I wanted to make it right, I probably would have looked for fresh tomatoes. Waste of time and money.

One do not try to push things on customers is not cool. Two when did your $4 soups become $10 with hard is Rock bread? what happened to the bread bowl and we even asked for the bread bowl why didn't you tell us it didn't come in the bread bowl anymore. I'm guessing if we got the right bread with the soup it would have been another $10 making the soup 20 bucks a piece. Instead this poor girl who just had her whole job cuddling wanting some really good soup and bread got crapped on. I love Panera bread but your Panera bread is horrible never again.

A very nice and clean location. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have self checkout stations right at the entrance or you can order at the counter. Everything was arranged and organized nice and tidy. Our food arrived fast. The Mac and cheese was delicious so was the tuna sandwich. I ordered and paid for extra avocado on my sandwich and I wish they were a little more generous with the avocado.

It’s exactly what you expect of Panera: great food, great service, nice atmosphere. We have visited them tons of times for just bread and also for food. This time we visited for breakfast; they have lots of breakfast options. We were all satisfied with our food; very tasty. The staff are also nice and helpful. Decent prices on their items. We just wish the food was made a bit better. We got moderate food poisoning after eating here this past weekend. Hope the cleanliness improves!!

This was our first time at Panera bread and it didn't disappoint! We always wanted to check it out and on our way we stumbled upon one. The sammiches are great and we love the wide variety of soup. The self service counter made it easy for us to see what they serve.

First time trying and overall we enjoyed our lunch. The chili, BBQ chicken sandwich, and chicken rice soup were all really good. The bread for the sandwich was especially good. They have Pepsi products which was nice. The cashier was super nice and took time to explain how everything works. You pre-order and then grab the food at the window when ready which didn't take very long. Gave a 4 only since we felt the restaurant was a bit dirty and we needed to clean our table before sitting and it's a bit pricey for being self served.

I don’t usually do negative reviews; however, I couldn’t believe how poor the response was at this Panera about my coffee. I asked for it with milk, and it was so lukewarm I could have stuck my finger in it. I told the girl, “This coffee is not hot. It’s so not hot I could put my finger in it.” She asked, “do you want one without milk?” I didn’t have the time to explain to her that if putting milk in a coffee cools it off that much, the coffee is not hot to begin with. And why would was no milk the solution? I said no I’ll just take a refund. She got her manger. No apology. Nothing. From either. Terrible service. My avo and egg white sandwich was very good though.
Norma M — Google review
I regularly go there for breakfast and sometimes lunch. My favorite breakfast sandwich is Chipotle chicken egg and avocado. This is a great place where staff is friendly and professional, what else would a customer want??? Also if one get their Panera card, and eat there often, one will receive some free things. Its always pleasant.

This is a wonderful place. Very clean; staff very friendly. The sandwiches and soup are absolutely delicious. Their baked bread, bagels and more are made to perfection. I love their marvelous chocolate chip cookies and blueberry muffins. I’ve never been disappointed with the food from here. We take out at least once a week. I trust their good food and the quantity you receive is terrific. There is ample parking in this huge outside lot. There are plenty of handicapped spots here, also. A fabulous place to visit often.

I frequent this Panera throughout the week as I'm a member of their unlimited Sip Club, which let me say is well worth it! The staff is always cheerfully and friendly when I stop by in the morning. The restaurant is clean and quite spacious with both indoor and outdoor covered seating. Food is generally out quickly depending the time of day you visit. Their drive thru line moves quite well also. It's a good choice for a morning coffee, quick lunch or to take home dinner!

The worst possible service 😒 😑 🙄 😪 I've ever had at a panera. Im not sure why workers are so mean. This lady kept being rude to my daughter and almost ran over my son with the juice cart and slammed a container in my sons face. Im surprised she missed him. Luckily for her a co worker of hers intervened and apologized. Never stopping at this one ever again.

Located in an eclectic and colorful part of town, Luscious Lorraine's is a place that treasures organic and local produce. Along with espresso drinks prepared with locally sourced ingredients, the menu features wonderfully fresh dishes made from organic and locally sourced ingredients. The ice cream is also unbelievably delicious, making this a must-go destination for all coffee lovers.
One of the best gluten free egg sandwiches I’ve ever had !! Delicious fresh ingredients and lovely crew of staff working there. My family also got the sea moss smoothie (which was so good!), açaí bowl, avocado toast, lentil soup, matchas and date shake. All so delicious and health. A great find and felt lovely after!
Brit F — Google review
The food was excellent and the service was very quick. Fresh ingredients and a great gluten free selection. Everything was clearly labeled and they were very knowledgeable. The owner was there and offered recommendations of other places we could go during our stay. We’ll definitely make the drive over again - looking forward to additional locations.

We ate at Luscious Lorraine's last weekend and it was amazing! My husband and I live in LA and were in Palm Desert for some fresh air during the LA fires when we discovered Luscious Lorraine's and it was just the food we were looking for! Every ingredient was so fresh and the food was made right before our eyes. The restaurant smelt so delicious! We had a variety of sandwiches including the Tuna sandwich and Turkey Chipotle and they were some of the best sandwiches we've had in a long time! It was also so sweet that the restaurant was offering complimentary juices to anyone that was in town because of the LA fires. We ended up ordering the Glow Up juice and it was fantastic! So thankful for your delicious food and amazing hospitality during a very stressful time. This place will forever be a staple to us every time we're in Palm Desert!

Everything served here is unbelievably fresh & delicious! Their ice cream is truly “heaven in a pint”! I don’t know how the Chef here come up with such amazing creations but this is always the case. Fresh, local, organic, unique flavor combinations, and an always friendly staff. The ice cream is my undoing tho: I’m always torn between inhaling it as quickly as possible and delightfully savoring every flavor on my tongue as long as I can. A worthy dilemma - lol! Go and enjoy!!!

A great healthier option for any time of day. Service was super helpful and approachable. Food came quick and was just what I wanted. Happy going in, happier going out. Keep up the good work!

Healthy, clean food that is delicious. We look for clean ingredients, organic and healthy and Luscious Lorraine's ticks all the boxes. The salads are great, the juices yummy, and the house made ice cream is out of the world. Organic baked good (cookies, brownies, and cakes) are out of the world. The cafe is cute, and always clean.

The ingredients are super fresh and organic but don’t come here if you are in a hurry or maybe avoid weekends. I made it in before the rush and ordered an iced americano and the papaya smoothie bowl and waited over 30 min. Delicious but I was expecting 10 min tops.
Jacqulyn A — Google review
Quaint cafe, be patient with service as it’s fresh produce and can take time can get busy… the staff is great and it is well worth the wait for a delicious salad or sandwich. Love the J-Lo and Nori Roll and Tuna Salad. The house made dressings are tasty. Healthy nutritious inspirational. Great smoothie and fresh juice options…sea moss gel golden pineapple is unique delicious alternative to the usual blue majik. Pro tip: Check the hours…and get a baked good item to polish off the meal.

Always enjoy having a good starbucks on site at the JW Marriott here in Palm Dessert. It opens at 530am and closes at 2pm. Be prepared as the line is always long unless you get there early, but the staff was very cheerful and helpful when I was there for a couple of days. Got my OG iced Carmel Macchiato. See you next year when we return.

Perfect store in a fabulous location! Sure, you know what to expect from Starbucks, but this one is located in an elegant hotel with tables both inside and outside. Close to golf courses, pools and so much more!

Honestly, this is one of the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. This location was having a rush. But even so, I also work in the food service industry and am a barista. TDLR got my order wrong (I ordered lavender oat milk with lavender foam and am lactose intolerant ). They had terrible attitudes. The cashier wrote the order wrong on the cup. Once I received my order, I tried it, and it did not taste like a lavender oat milk latte. So I returned to ask about my order and said, “Hi, excuse me, I ordered a lavender oat milk latte, but it doesn’t taste like one.” The lady who helped me gave me a strong, rude attitude, saying the cup doesn’t say oat milk. I said, “Okay, it’s fine.” I walked away because of her impolite response and attitude, showing she didn’t want to help me with this order. I dug through the trash can to get my receipt. I waited patiently again and asked a different barista about the drink with the receipt. The same First Lady walked back, took my drink out of my hand, and tossed it. She told me to go back to the register and pay for the oat milk. So I told her the lavender oat milk latte was what I ordered and handed her my receipt. She had another lady make me a new drink. The quality/taste of the drink is 2/10 compared to all the times I have gotten this drink. During this whole ordeal, I can visibly see their discontent, sighing, rolling their eyes, and looking at each other. I understand it was busy, the ordeals that happen during a rush, and just being in this industry. But as a barista myself, they could’ve handled this rush better and had patience with the guests. I am extremely unhappy with my purchase and highly dissatisfied with the quality of the drink and customer service. 0/10 experience and I am never coming back to this location.

Gotta love starbucks, and yes, right inside the JW Marriott in Palm Desert. This was a go-to twice a day, and I just charged it to our room. Cappuccino and Carmel Machiato, oh yeah. The ambiance was great, and the fire pit just outside the door was so relaxing while sipping on the hot and tasty drinks. Recommended

yesterday i went here and got a salted caramel cream cold brew, but the cold foam made with coconut milk instead of regular cream because i have gotten that before at other locations and they made it no problem. so i ordered it again today and the lady at the register said that it was premade and they wouldn’t do it. correct me if i’m wrong but cold foam is literally just blended up cream, so i don’t see the problem with making it with coconut milk instead.

IL Sogno is a charming European-style cafe known for its exceptional coffee and delicious food. The cafe offers a variety of options including soups, salads, wraps, and brunch items like poached eggs with bacon and grilled bread. Visitors can also enjoy a selection of beautiful pastries, some of which are gluten-free.
One of the best grilled sandwich and soup I have had, it’s freshly made. The women hosting dining and pastry are very gracious and lovely to talk to. Food was ready very quickly. Reminded me of cafes in Europe.

Super cute European cafe! Food was yummy and they have so many delicious looking pastries. They do try and upsell you on getting more food and drinks though

Shop was cute, but service is really bad. They didn't give us a menu. Matcha and iced latte was made so quickly, probably less than a minute. Quick service is normally positive but I also want my drink done right.. it was the worst matcha I've ever tried. Coffee was alright but not worth the price. I've had better coffee at Winchell's for half the price. Desserts looks good if they were fresh but we're out in the open for who knows how long.

I visited for the first time and what a lovely place. The pastries are so beautiful and the spinach quiche was the best I have ever had. The crust was so buttery and light, excellent. Miria, the owner(not sure of spelling) could not have been nicer. She is very proud of her cafe and rightly so. I read some of the reviews that were poor, surprised me. I have nothing but good things. And she recommended the seasonal plum tart!!! Omg, amazing. I will be back soon and bring friends .

Great place to meet people and have a conversation. Quiet and lovely atmosphere inside, but you also can sit outside. Photo is a special way to serve an iced latte. If you want a pastries can go wrong...made in-house.

I. Town for the weekend and wanted to walk up and down El Paseo drive. I felt like having a cappuccino and stopped in with my friend. I ordered a cappuccino, a chocolate chip cookie and three pastries to go as they looked amazing. $44 later we left and I was thinking for $44 this cappuccino and cakes better be phenomenal! Well sadly they were not. I ordered a lemon tart, apple tart and raspberry cake. I was told they were all “fresh!” Not likely. We got home and the raspberry cake may have had fresh raspberries at one time but I don’t know when that was as the icing came apart from the dry cake and the filling was bland, jam would have more flavor. The lemon tart was so dry it came apart and I have no idea what was on the inside but it looked disgusting. The slight lemon flavor was detectable but barely. My apologies for my unfriendly tone but this was sinfully bad. The apple tart was like biting into a sugar cube I had to spit it out. I am so disappointed with this experience and lastly the cappuccino was ok. A little sting in the coffee side and not enough foam but it was palatable.

My daughter and I went in yesterday afternoon to get a drink and everyone was nice and the drinks were perfect. My daughter went back this morning because of the experience we had yesterday. Unfortunately it was a complete different vibe. Everyone was rude and her drink was not made correctly. When it was mentioned the feedback was an explanation as to how its made instead of correcting it when it was clearly made the right way the day before. Just sucks when you are in a good mood ready for a delicious drink to get your day started and you are greeted with attitude and then to top it off your drink is not made right.

This was quite a wonderful discovery today as we were driving down the strip of downtown Palm Springs, California, looking for Starbucks. I walked into this brand new look for a 'Starbucks Reserve' store - very eclectic, high ceilings, art deco, clean, Plexiglass counter covid sanitary screens in place - beautiful store. A busy day, controlled pace as the BARISTA handed me my beverage with a nice..."Enjoy your afternoon!" My beverage was delicious as Starbuck's standards always is good to the tee.

It’s astonishing that a well kept franchise doesn’t have products available to make coffee or so the staff makes it seem. I frequent this location and I don’t understand why their staff cannot focus on their job rather than impose their personal feelings. A staff member did not want to take my order one morning; she left her headset on and stated to another coworker that she didn’t want to deal with me. You’re taking a coffee order in a drive through we’re not conserving about our lives. This staff has to get retrained about their personal opinions and be a barista.

I'm a Starbucks fan. Have been for many years. But the pandemic has been tough on the experience. This Starbucks, in the Albertson parking lot has managed to keep some of the personal touch alive, masks, social distancing stickers and Plexiglass dividers notwithstanding. I actually get a greeting, and a nice word from the crew of this location. It is not the most modern, not the largest, not the best located outlet in the vast chain. Several newer locations have opened in my travel path. This one just feels like the old, friendly, everybody-knows-your-name kind of place that drew us all in so many years ago. By the way, by order was right, it was hot and it didn't seem like it was putting any out of their way to fix it for me. Whatever they are doing, more Starbuck locations should be doing as well.

Feels like home ☕️🌴 Just five minutes from my house — and this Starbucks has slowly become my go-to spot over the past year. I keep coming back because every visit feels a little different, yet always good. The baristas here really try — they notice you, remember your face, and make sure you leave with a smile. Today, a new girl was behind the counter, and she nailed it — warm welcome, quick service, and a perfectly made coffee. There’s something special about starting your day in a place where people genuinely care about your experience. Clean space, calm morning energy, and a cup made just right — that’s why I keep coming back. 📍 Palm Desert, El Paseo 🕕 6:45 AM, Saturday morning peace 💵 $19 well spent ✨ 5/5 — my local favorite. This is a fantastic little cafe! They have truly brought a little slice of "la vie quotidienne" in France to the desert. We moved here from the French Alps last year and when our teenage daughter who was born and raised there tasted the saucisson sandwich she said, "OMG I missed thissssssss". Every detail, down to the dressing in the salad, is quintessential France. If you have ever spent any length of time in France, happy culinary nostalgia is guaranteed. If you haven't, try it out and know that you've saved yourself a plane fare, that sandwich you're holding is right on par with the one being handed over in every boulangerie in Paris. This is a new little French Bistro in Palm Desert tucked away in a beautiful little hidden spot. The owner is French, and it shows. The attention to detail to try to make this authentic from the menu to the dishware to the decorations is wonderful. There are a lot of wonderful items on the menu, but you have to try the fresh baked pastries. The breakfast or lunch menus are also very, very good. Beware of Jan, she will charm you to no end!

Was a very different atmosphere compared to other brunch places. Very good staff, my husband and I were greeted by one who helped us understand how things work in the restaurant. Then we were greeted by the host who helped pick a table for us to place a reservation card. Very neat! So how it works tou walk in straight to the display pastries and they have menus there to look at for other dishes related to breakfast and lunch. Then you tell the cashier who you'll like to order. You pay and they give you a number. We go back to our reserved table fresh water cups there already placed and we put the number there and they bring the food to us /you. Over all Very nice place and kind service. It seems like a perfect spot for girl friends to hang out with for brunch. ✨️❤️ I had the waffles and strawberries Very delicious and my husband had the avocado salmon toast 😋 ☺️

I was hoping that this place would deliver on a chocolate croissant, but I was quite disappointed. It was oozing with chocolate frosting inside, which made it unappealing, and there were no layers of flakiness - it was doughy. The staff on the other hand was helpful and upbeat. The atmosphere was pleasant. I ordered a low sugar blueberry scone to go and upon opening the bag later did I discover they incorrectly gave me a blueberry muffin. So not the best experience.

Order at the counter and find a table, service staff delivered quite promptly with proper napkins and cutlery. We ordered coffee, oat milk matcha latte and a cherry cheese turnover. The shaded patio was the ideal spot to enjoy some quiet. We will definitely return for breakfast or lunch sometime. Superbe!!

This location has been closed for way too long. Although they have done a brilliant job with the ambiance, it’s still early for the food. The coffee is excellent with baristas who actually know how to make a latte. They use good beans and if you just chill on the patio with coffee, you’ll have an excellent experience. The food is a little disappointing. Just avoid anything sugar free or gluten free. They don’t warm up the croissants and they still have yet to serve it with butter and jelly. I’ve always had to ask. Now I still haven’t actually had breakfast here but I’ll follow up.

This has been a favorite place for a while, and the food was amazing when they first opened. It's still OK but I have to say, the last few visits have not been as great as we initially experienced. They seem to be cutting corners on a lot of dishes. I do understand keeping prices under control is tough (don't want to scare customers away) but it was noticeable on a few dishes. We enjoyed choosing our own table many times on many, MANY previous visits, but the last two times we were seated by someone (the manager? owner?) and both times seated at tables near rowdy kids - didn't really enjoy our meal as a result. (We would have happily sat at empty tables outside.) Overall still a solid choice.

Beautiful hand drawn menus. Tons of French inspired art. Having spent time in SW France (Dax, Bordeaux) and Paris, this was hinting at that vibe. We grabbed two almond croissants and a pan au chocolate. It was about $26 with tip. The team member threw in a little cookie for our little one. Very sweet interaction start to finish! From the outside, it does not do it justice. It is very nice from the outside, but once you step in, it is a whole new world! Tons of outdoor seating in a shaded patio. Lovely space inside too. And of course a great cafe/bakery counter space to view their baked goods and order! Parking is free in the lot, but pretty crowded. And the spaces are a bit tight if people do not park well.

This adorable floral oasis in a small strip was the perfect pick up we needed. We were searching for a date shake, but I was super excited to have some Turkish and middle eastern desserts as well. It's been a while since I've had such fresh and flavorful pistachio baklava of varying styles. Every one was outstanding. Tasted like my childhood! The cardamom tea was a perfect end. The owner was so kind and made us feel like old friends. Thank you for the great experience! Ps the date shake was a triple thumbs up from all of us!

So delicious and affordable. The staff are very sweet people. The Turkish coffee platter is to die for! The strawberry juice is made to order and must have!! Best zataar and best prices in town. I still want to try everything on the menu. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place!! Reminds me of trips in the Middle East!!! Cafe, bakery, market, ice cream, plus breakfast and lunch too!!! There's something for everyone! All graciously handmade right there with wonderful friendly service, prices are average but portions are large (I only at least havelllf if my shawarma plate for lunch - the other half for dinner!), with plenty traditional menu items and some standard muffins, pastries too. If you haven't been yet - you should go!!

Nice establishment with friendly people. The tea and baklava are tasty. Breakfast however felt a little bland and small in quantity. It is one of the few halal spots in Palm Springs though so that is nice for those that eat halal meat.

In love with the coffee and original food. Hidden gem for sure 💙💎 I’m so happy I was able to experience this cafe. The cafe was real cute, presentation of food and taste is well done. I couldn’t chose what to order for lunch or dessert. They’re sweets are so tempting. ALL they’re savory food sound and looked good on the menu. Thank you for the kind and good service 💙☕️

Do you want the best Baklava and Turkish coffee? Go to the Golden Dates Cafe. What a lovely spot and what lovely folks who run it! Usually I’m not a huge fan of Baklava but this one is different. Really featured the delicate pistachio flavor instead of an emphasis on the honey. The Turkish coffee was smooth with beautiful cardamom aromas. This will be a place I visit every time I’m in town!

A fun and lovely family owned cafe! We ordered a little bit of everything and very much enjoyed going back and forth between savory and sweet. The Turkish coffee service is very special, and we were greeted by the smiling and thoughtful family who took care of us and made great suggestions. This cafe brought smiles to all who came inside, and I’m very excited to have The Golden Date in our town. They’ll see us again for sure ☺️

I just went it for my time. First impression the cashier was very friendly and answered all my questions and the location was beautiful. They had a beautiful wall with a violin in the middle but someone was sitting there when I walk in so I couldn’t take a picture I was there briefly since I had to get back to work I got a hazelnut latte and a few macaroons. Everything was great. Can’t wait to go back and try the Turkish coffee and desserts! Omgg the coffee was perfection!
