We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing for what is advertised as a 4-star property. Despite requesting in advance to have our families placed on the same floor for accessibility and support reasons, the hotel placed us in completely separate towers. This made coordinating care and assistance for our kids unnecessarily stressful and difficult. One of the rooms even had cigarette butts left on the patio upon arrival, which was unacceptable for both cleanliness and safety. On top of that, one of the towers had only a single working elevator, which resulted in extremely long waits just to get in and out of the room — a major problem for families with children who have needs and sensory challenges. The service was just as disappointing. The manager promised to call and email with follow-up, but never did. When we raised concerns, the only compensation offered was to waive the $28 resort fee — a token gesture considering the nightly rate was over $400. For a property that promotes itself as a higher-end, family-friendly hotel, this stay fell far short. We expected better accessibility, cleaner accommodations, and management that genuinely cared about addressing our concerns. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel to other families, especially those traveling with kids who have special needs.

Good from far but far from good. From the outside from afar, the resort looks high end and attractive but the rooms, carpet flooring, and bathroom all are old and dilapidated. If I knew there was would and mildew in the bathrooms, I would have never booked. The hotel policies have really grabbed onto the deceptive policies of Vegas - but they forgot they are no Vegas. Booking a room at regular rates? You'll get a suite next to the noisy ice maker, overlooking garbage and hearing street traffic. Got a complaint about it and want to be relocated? No problem, how about an upgrade for a fee worth almost twice as much as your original price for a quite suite that overlooks the water. If you're looking for a place to gamble and be close to where you're going donate all your travel money, this is the place. If you're looking for a decent hotel, book somewhere else. Staff is misinformed about alot of things and enjoy citing facts that aren't true, like 'we're the largest casino in Canada' - believing Google doesn't exist there to fact check. All in all, if everything else in Richmond was completely booked up and they were the only hotel left, I would rebook again but the whole experience there was a memorable one that wasn't in a good way.

I stayed at the River rock Casino for a small conference and for that piece of my stay the hotel was pretty good. The room we stayed in was very nice very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable! The service was not the best, we did call down for service several times and couldn’t get a hold of anybody at the front desk. We did not go there for the casino or a show so I cannot comment on that piece but otherwise it is a nice hotel. It’s really close to the airport, which is pretty convenient!

Zero complaints about this awesome hotel! We were checked in quickly and easily, given a complimentary upgrade to a suite and had the loveliest overnight stay. The suite was awesome, super comfy bed and slept very well indeed. You could barely tell we were mere moments from the airport - other than the fact we could see straight down the runway, which was actually really fun to watch the planes taking off! We had breakfast included with our stay and it was really great food. Nothing we could fault with our stay at all!

Enjoyed the casino immensely, however, no drinks station, which was disappointing. All in all we enjoyed it though. We joined the players club and got some free play, and ended up winning about 15 bucks. Not a big deal but it was more than we put in the machines so I would call that a win!!! Would definitely come back to this one.

This was my first time staying here and it was a great experience. The room was a good size and the housekeeping did an excellent job. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The location is very good as it is right on the Canada Line with the Bridgeport station stopping there. Good access to YVR and downtown. If you are traveling with children, note that the food court is at the casino so minors can't go there.

My fav restaurant in Steveston. I love their cabbage rolls and cheese cake. How lovely the staff is and the town is. A quick escape from the city.

This is a dish you want to photograph before taking the first bite. The crab and lobster ravioli with pesto sauce impressed not only with its appearance but also with its taste. The pasta was delicate, thin yet firm, exactly how perfect ravioli should be. The seafood filling was refined, with a subtle saltiness from the crab and a gentle sweetness from the lobster, balanced by the green pesto that added freshness and the aroma of basil. The crushed nuts on top created a pleasant texture contrast, while the microgreens and cherry tomatoes added freshness and color. The portion looked light but was quite satisfying. It was one of those dishes where the harmony of flavors, presentation, and ingredient quality came together perfectly. Special mention goes to the service. The waiter was exceptionally attentive, genuine, and professional, which is honestly a rarity in Canada. Thanks to that, the atmosphere of the dinner was even more enjoyable, leaving an overall wonderful impression of the restaurant.

I have been going to Kove for the last couple years. The main waitress Kelsey is always super friendly and welcoming. As is Fatima the brunette who is often working. I typically come for the weekend brunch/lunch. My favorites are the big breakfast, kalamari and sockeye salmon. Those 3 are a huge hit and some of the best meals I have had in Steveston with a view of the water. I have tried a few other items which are good; however these 3 are my highest rated. The view from the patio is amazing, staff are great and food is good. Highly recommended and this is after going to Catch and Blue Canoe.

In two years of living in Canada, this is the most wonderful and delicious place. I want to say that the service is at the highest level, which is very rare for many establishments. Special thanks for the wonderful menu and very tasty dishes. This is a wonderful experience in this excellent place.

Awesome location & view, great service, dish presentation was there but the food...so so bland. Had the fried chicken eggs Benny, but it's like they forgot the seasoning/salt and pepper? The hollandaise sauce was a good consistency but again, lacked any flavour.

The mushroom burger was amazing, so juicy and smoky, every bite was delicious. We also had the caesar salad and crispy cauliflower, all so tasty. Highly recommend trying them!

One of the few all you can eat sushi restaurants in the lower mainland. I tried the B menu which is decent for the price as long as you can eat. There is a variety of cooked items with sushi items, you also get dessert items and sukiyaki. The service was good, I would recommend Richmond Ninkazu if you can eat a lot and want to try a variety of items. Parking is available in the front, but because of the amount of stores in Union Square it is difficult to find at times. Overall it's a decent experience for an alright price.

Good all you can eat sushi spot with fresh ingredients and decent quality. The ambiance was fine, nothing special. Service was okay, but the sushi options were quite limited, which was disappointing. Overall, a solid but average experience, good for a quick sushi fix.

We just went there we're leaving now, we ordered the C menu. We left having only eaten the first round and we didn't even finish half of what we ordered. I'll try to remember everything, the teriyaki beef was stringy and did not taste like teriyaki at all. The short ribs does not taste anything like Korean short ribs and they tasted funny I don't know what they used in it, the same sauce is on the ribs as well. The seaweed for the cones were green, I know that that's the cheapest seaweed to use on sushi it should be black. It was so tough that you could not bite it through with your teeth. The tempura, you could see the oil soaked in the batter, the fish tempura was the best, vegetable tempura was not good. The chicken karage was good actually it takes it nice and the texture was good. I hate saying bad things about everything in a restaurant, but the sushi was less than par. They offer a little Buffet area that has like some dessert which is like some kind of pudding , and they have fried rice in a rice maker that's mushy but it was tasty to be honest I just didn't like the texture. They had french fries and chow mein the chow mein was completely dried out so I never tried it it's plain. And the french fries were the big hit because everyone was going for the french fries. The miso soup at the buffet table thing, that was okay it's just plain miso soup. I'm going to upload pictures of what we got. I tried to take nice pictures of the food to give a good review, but I want to give an honest review and sorry it was horrible. The waitress never really came to our table I had to go find her and hand her the order, we never got a chance to ask for water because she just didn't come around.

We visited as a large group to celebrate a friend’s birthday and were looking forward to a fun and memorable dining experience. The restaurant offers three different pricing tiers for their set menus, but we were told that everyone at the same table has to choose the same menu. So, to make things easier, we ended up going with the most expensive option, expecting a premium experience. To be fair, the sashimi was quite fresh and nicely presented. However, most of the cooked dishes were very underwhelming—some were overcooked, lacking in flavor, or just not well-prepared. It felt like there was a big gap between the quality of the raw and cooked items. The dessert options were also quite limited, which was a bit of a letdown, especially considering the price point of the menu we selected. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations. Given the cost, we all felt like it wasn’t worth the price. The service was another major issue—very slow and inattentive. Throughout the evening, it was difficult to get the attention of the staff. Even when servers walked by our table, they rarely looked up or acknowledged us, which made us feel ignored and unwelcome. It really seems like there are serious issues with how the place is managed. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we don’t think we’ll be returning. There’s definitely a lot of room for improvement, both in terms of food quality and customer service.

Service was good. Food was decent for the most part. The already made hot food did not look appealing. Lunch AYCE menu has two levels, $19 or $22, or you can choose one of their three level menu prices, $30, $40, $48.

Never had the chance to dine in, but I’ve been constantly ordering from uber. They have great customer service and even better sashimi!! The salmon sashimi portions are great, and the quality is sooo good!!! It’s so buttery soft and soooo fresh!!!! This is my new take out place!! If this place was nearer to where I lived, I’d go all the time 😂

We have been here several times. Love the sashimi and sushi. Always very fresh and truly AYCE. The fried foods (chicken, korean beef ribs, beef etc etc) are hit and miss but still good. Still our favourite but at $47 for their sashimi AYCE its not cheap.

Affordable sushi and acceptable taste, this place offers a variety of options for any sushi lover. Although the food is not top tier, but the pricing ratio to the taste of the food meets expectations. Service on the other hand seemed to be a bit lacking as refilling tea was so difficult to call for server as they were busy handling to-go orders. A bit more proactive service towards seated customers would definitely improve to 4 stars and justify better tips, but for now it is a mid 3. The atmosphere was acceptable with a high 3 and could be better improved if they had ambient music playing in the background to fill the quiet awkwardness. The washroom toilet was in a state which needed repairs as it had trouble flushing. If these points are taken into account and improved, it would go to a high 4. Overall, a pleasant experience and their takeout offers additional discount on how many hours prior notice.

I would say it's on par with samurai style sushi. Prices are good and you’re getting your value. Service is definitely very friendly. I would come back again if I'm in the area. I think it’s pretty decent here. I got the negitoro, salmon nigiri, and ikura nigiri. I would love to come back for take out and try other items! Edit* came back for take out. Delicious.

Cheap and fast sushi that hits the spot. When I’m craving affordable sushi, this place really does the job. The portions are huge, and the quality is solid—nothing tastes fishy, which is a win. The prices are amazing (even better a few years ago), but it’s still one of the best spots for quick, budget-friendly sushi.

The food was not good, they have cockroaches crawling the walls. Ordered the house roll and thought it was good until I was it was left out in a pile on the table not refrigerated. Health hazards, not recommended.

This place used to be good value and had good service. And the sushi/sashimi was reasonable priced. Now the prices are reasonable but the quality of the food is bad. It was clear to the taste that the sashimi plate was not prepared fresh. The cuts were watery, as if frozen and thawed. The tempora was cake battered. I don't believe this is Japanese owned establishment.

10/10 quiet sushi spot if you want a quick bite that is worth every $. Service is extremely quick, they’ve got massive portions, and they don’t overcharge unlike most places around. CASH ONLY. There are tons of signs that I still managed to miss, but be weary of this when coming to this business.

Max Noodle House serves one of the most authentic bowls of Cantonese wonton noodles in North America. A simple dish, yes, but executed with such precision and quiet pride that it puts many more expensive establishments to shame. Some reviews are unintentionally hilarious. One self-proclaimed foodie lamented the size of the wontons, as though quantity were the defining trait of quality. Traditional wontons are meant to be small. Each one is a refined parcel of flavour, not a grotesque meatball in disguise. Wonton noodles, historically, are a light street food, not a lumberjack’s brunch. Complaining about portion size is like criticising espresso for not coming in a soup bowl. Others grumble about the price and suggest getting sushi instead. Presumably, they mean the North American kind, smothered in mayonnaise and confusion. True craftsmanship in food costs money, especially when it’s done right. The broth here is clear and rich, the noodles perfectly al dente, the wontons silky and fragrant. There’s skill involved, and it shows. Most patrons are older Hong Kong locals. The staff know many by name. Service is warm, unhurried, and genuine. There is no pretence. Just good food made by people who know exactly what they’re doing. Max Noodle House does not pander. It preserves. It serves a dish the way it should be served, without compromise. In a world of shortcuts and sriracha-laced chaos, that’s worth celebrating.

We enjoyed some traditional wonton noodles for dinner. The beef brisket noodles are good too. We also had the congee that was soft and tasty. Everything is served in the traditional smaller bowls, but it should still be enough per person. Note that this is cash only. Parking can get quite busy because there are a number of restaurants in this mall. There are a few spots if you proceed through the alley way on the left of the restaurant.

As a Cantonese, the noodle taste good. The wonton is legit. Generally the food is decent and the service is nice. The portion size is way too small for the price though. The portion size in Canton is not big, so I appreciate small portion size. I would have loved it more if the price is $2-3 less, then everything would be perfect.

This spot exemplifies so much of what we love about Richmond’s Asian restaurant scene. No fancy menu “bells and whistles”; no splashy, expensive decor; brisk service; and, well prepared, tasty food at a fair price. Oh, and note: it’s a cash only establishment so be prepared. We enjoyed: Taro and Pork Spring Rolls; Chinese Doughnut; Lo-Mein with Shredded Pork in Spicy Brown Sauce (#22) and, Braised Beef Brisket/Tendon & Wuntun Noodle Soup (#3). Tge spring rolls were crispy and only a wee bit oily. The Chinese doughnut was crispy, yummy and perfect for broth dipping. The Lo-Mei Noodles with Shredded Pork was very nice, with perfectly al dente noodles and a nice, spicy oil. The beef brisket/tendon was a highlight, mainly because of the melt-in-your-mouth tendon - some of the best we’ve had. Total charge: $52.00 (tax & tip included). Recommended.

Max Noodle in Richmond is easily the most authentic wonton noodle house in Canada, maybe even North America. The wontons are solid five stars, perfectly made and full of flavour. The noodles have that true springy bite that is hard to find outside Hong Kong. The beef brisket is a touch underwhelming, good but missing something, so closer to four stars. Service is often called cold but I found it warm among regulars, more like a neighbourhood club than a restaurant.

It’s very good quality but super expensive and small portion; est $20/dish and it won’t be enough for a normal size men’s stomach. I appreciate the traditional guangzhou food but not at this price:) feels like getting rip off in Vancouver as a tourist. I don’t know bc of insane price inflation or just this restaurant. Sorry if I am being too harsh if this were every Vancouver restaurant’s price.

I came with my grandmother and we ordered more than the average for two people. The beef brisket and tendon were my favourite. It had a very savoury taste, not being too salty and it came apart easily. The shrimp wontons weren’t my favourite, but they were small and tender. My grandmother ordered rice noodles with pork and mushroom wontons and that tasted much better in my opinion. The stewed pork hock was quite tender and held a gelatinous texture. The dace fish balls were soft and flavourful especially when you dip it in the soy sauce green onion and oil dish. The beef liver was alright, I’m usually not a fan of the metallic taste, but my grandmother said it was really good. The claypot rice were decent, nothing stood out and probably wouldn’t order it again. However, the rice on one claypot was more scorched and crunchy than the other. The dishes are more for individual portion sizes, which is great for trying more foods and not taking so much home. It is a CASH only restaurant and quite the hole in the wall that’s been around for ages. The service is great if you know Cantonese, otherwise be expected to wait awhile. The food came out quickly, and steamy hot. The servers answered quickly to orders in Chinese but forgot my English requests of iced water. We went around closing time, so it was relatively busy and it quickly died down when it was last call. I will definitely come back knowing when I crave some beef brisket and tendon noodle soup.

Truly a hidden gem serving up freshly fried mini donuts with many flavours to choose from! These donuts are a sweet treat that won't leave you heavy and sluggish. We bought a box of 20 mini donuts with two of each flavour. Staff was friendly when we showed up an hour before closing. The place is cozy, welcoming and has a bit of small town charm fitting for Steveston. The donuts themselves were tasty, not heavy and overly sweet. At a time when donut shops and other small niche restaurants/shops are closing, I hope Outpost Mini Donut Company can stay in business and flourish! Will return.

Outpost Mini Donut Company is a sweet little gem! I tried the cream cheese mini donut and it was absolutely delicious — warm, fluffy, and topped with the perfect amount of rich, tangy cream cheese glaze. Each bite was a heavenly mix of sweet and savory that totally hit the spot. The donuts are made fresh and you can really taste the quality. Friendly staff, cozy vibe, and so many fun flavors to try. Can’t wait to go back for more. Highly recommend for donut lovers!

I decided to take a stroll after work to destress. My dog’s noses lead us to the outpost mini donut. At first I was thinking if I wanted to snack on donuts. But a really charming English lady said that their donuts were delicious here. Well then lol, that convinced me right away. I head inside and it's a cozy setup for the guests to sit down. The kitchen is a contemporary set up that looked very nice. Each order is made fresh, amazing. It was very busy today and a staff member was struggling with large orders. I waited under 20 minutes, but was the wait worth it? We take a bite of the blueberry and Boston cream... My eyes close... Ah yes, the wait was worth it indeed LOL. We noticed also that they weighed each order to keep consistency, which is awsome because imo, that's how your customers will always remember your food. Consistency is so crucial. Would I come back for more? Yeah definitely! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Little cute shop near the boardwalk kinda tucked away, but it wasn't too busy. We ordered the baker dozen for 10$, which is a good value. There was a good selection of classic flayours of doughnuts. They were fresh, still fried fluffy doughnuts. We enjoyed them and would recommend if you're in the area

The perfect place to stop in and grab a sweet treat for a picnic or after lunch. We tried all the flavours available and every single one was delicious.

Cute donut shop - we always try to visit when in Steveston. Over the years, I noticed the toppings looking sadder and sadder. While the donut itself is soft, fluffy and fresh, the amount of icing has severely dwindled, and with it, presentation too. My kids got to the box before I could take a pic of the entire bakers dozen but they all looked similar to these.

I was searching for a sweet cake in Richmond for my cousin's birthday when I discovered this bakery on Google Maps. There’s parking available on the left side, which is convenient. The bakery reminded me of a Chinese sweet shop I visited in China, offering a variety of cakes, cookies, and breads, primarily catering to Chinese tastes. While the selection is good, the cakes are on the pricier side—more expensive than those in downtown Vancouver—yet I found them to be fairly average in quality. One downside I encountered was their payment policy; they only accept cash and debit, which is not ideal. Overall, it’s a decent spot for Chinese baked goods, but I would prefer more flexible payment options.

This bakery is amazing! Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. I tried the sausage bun with cheese and the ham and garlic bread both were wonderful. The place was also very clean, and each item was individually packed. Highly recommend! They only accept debit or cash.

Cash or Canada debit only, if you have US dollar, they can accept it 1:1 Canada dollar. A lot of Chinese dessert options. Price is reasonable.

Loved Kam Do Bakery. Everything was perfect — especially the purple taro and yellow pineapple with salted egg yolk pastries. We finished the whole box in less than 24 hours.🥰🥰

I also know that my money shouldn’t be torn to pieces, that’s basic. However, only a very small corner of my money was torn, and I knew this would be fine. When I tried to pay, the rude, old cashier kept shouting ‘No!’ in an unpleasant manner, which really upset me. Even when I explained that it would work, she just kept shouting ‘No!’ I was starting to wonder if I was in China or Canada. They definitely need to provide service training. Annoyed, I went straight to the RBC branch and made a deposit. You can see the picture, right? The deposit went through fine. Because of that, I had to buy a bread I didn’t even need for $5 since they don’t accept debit cards for amounts under that. <<2025 September 21th around 3:50-4:00pm>>

THERE’S A PIECE OF ALUMINUM IN MY BLACK SESAME PASTRY! So my first time trying this place, I recently received a wedding cake gift card so I thought I’d give it a try. Got a few egg tarts, red bean pastry, sesame pastry, cocktail bun and a couple other things. In all honesty, the food was not bad, except while eating the black sesame pastry, I felt something scratching at my gums, and to my surprise, it’s a strip of aluminum! I’m glad I was able to spit it out instead of having swallowed it! I can’t imagine the type of damage it would cause inside my body! Or worse, if it was my daughter that had eaten this one.

Egg tarts were the highlight here at $2.25 and a larger than usual size. Very delicious and well made with great egg texture + flavour. It gets rather busy here being by the Mall and in front of a bus stop. The buns here are around mid $2ish as well and decently made. I would definitely come back here to grab some more baked goods. The Hong Kong milk tea though was not the best experience...overly sweet (pre-made in the fridge) at $3.50. Service here was very quick to check you out. They also serve quick meals here. No seating inside...just an order and go kind of spot. It's a cash or debit card spot only.

Chicken burrito was tasty and juicy. The overall cleanness was poor, and although the staff were nice and friendly but their cleanness standards were poor. Wearing dirty aprons, and touching everything from the cashiers to the food with the same gloves which they clean with their aprons was kind of disturbing, but I gave up on the risk of getting sick for the taste of the food 🙄 There was also no washrooms or sink in the restaurant to wash hands. People with personal items and shopping bags had to go to the public washroom outdoors.

The food and service are good, and the staff is friendly. It would be even better if the place had a bit more maintenance and cleaning support, since it can sometimes be hard to find a clean table, and the seating is showing some wear. With a little extra care, this spot could be an even more enjoyable experience.

Had the grilled chicken and pork carnitas tacos. Honestly they were quite dry. Not flavourful and tasted like the meat was sitting for a while so they weren’t tasty at all. We also had the chips and guac and the amount of guac they gave was not proportionate to the chips provided. It was if they were missing an extra couple of scoops or something. Also it didn’t have any taste to it. Needs salt for sure. Super disappointed with this meal and I would not recommend eating here. Although food in the outlet mall is typically not the best, this place really disappointed us. Not sure how it gets 4.4 stars from google reviews. Am I missing something?

It’s my first time trying a fish taco and it was so much better than I expected!!! I’ll definitely try it again and the other tacos as well. The churros here are always good for sure🙌🏻

Visited this place for the first time and tried the 4 churros with chocolate dip for $7. The churros on their own weren’t very flavorful and were a bit oilier than usual, but dipping them in the chocolate sauce definitely helped. Portion size was decent for the price. The main downside was the seating area, which was not very clean or well-maintained. Many people seemed to leave their leftover food on the tables instead of clearing it themselves. It might help if the snack bar put up a few gentle reminder signs to encourage customers to tidy up after themselves. It also looked like the staff was stretched thin, which could explain why the seating area was not getting much attention. A few improvements here could really lift the whole experience.

The food was amazing (best tacos I have ever had) the place had awesome authentic Mexican food. Would recommend. The prices were a decent but pretty expensive.

The staff here is wonderful and the service is truly five-star. I've been a loyal customer because of the quality experience. However, I recently noticed an issue with the billing that is very disappointing: a 10% gratuity is automatically added to the bill every time, and I've been giving an additional tip on top of that, essentially tipping twice. While I am happy to tip well for great service, this automatic charge needs to be made explicitly clear to customers before payment. I hope this is clarified quickly, as it negatively impacts the otherwise excellent experience.

I’ve been coming here for many years and found them consistently tasty…especially their signature Hainanese Chicken. Portions are good and prices haven’t drastically changed. Same “gritty” hole-in-the-wall great eating experience as before. Love it!

We did not expect the restaurant is so dated and simple when we walked in. We were greeted promptly to be seated. Two pages menu and we ordered three dishes. The free range chicken and chicken fat rice are delicious. The one person portion chicken only has the chicken breast (white meat). I can image the chicken thigh would be even more flavourful. The roti with curry beef is the best dish. Insanely tasty. The prawn fried noodles are quite salty. They have many takeout orders and too busy to refill our tea/water. If you are looking for tasty food and don’t care much about the service, atmosphere and ambience, this is the place!

Prata-Man is a family owned, casual Singaporean restaurant in Richmond, BC, famous for its Hainanese chicken rice and other Malaysian and Singaporean dishes. It is a popular spot for authentic flavors like curry beef rendeng, satay, and roti prata. This location has been here for many years. When you enter the restaurant it’s nothing impressive. It’s a restaurant for the locals who are there primarily for the quality of food. They have mastered their craft and I can see why this place exists for so long. This place is a must try on your Richmond list of eats. Every serious foodie I know has been here and have returned numerous times for the fair prices and good quality meals. It’s unpretentious with a "hole-in-the-wall" charm.

Delicious food at a very affordable price! We tried the Fried Prawn Noodle, the Curry Chicken Rice, and the Curry Fish Balls. The noodle was okayish in my view, but the curries were too good! The portions were decent too.

This spot is a classic hole in the wall. The food was affordable, came pretty quick and was sooo good. The beef rengdeng and skewers were delicious, strongly recommend checking this place out for a bite. The portions are decent as well so bring Tupperware, otherwise you can ask for to go containers for a couple bucks.

Food is bad. Overrated. The chicken has no taste and rough. Rice is dull. The beef curry is loaded with potatoes and watery. Price is too high consider its quality and atmosphere. Do NOT recommend this restaurant.

glad i found this place, it’s definitely the best chicken rice i’ve had outside of singapore. it’s a hole-in-the-wall spot near capstan skytrain station. service was fast and efficient giving you that real singapore experience lol. i ordered a regular chicken rice set for 1 and the lady behind the counter brought it to me like barely 1 minute later, i was amazed. the set came with a generous portion of chicken, a small bowl of soup, as well as the chilli sauce and minced ginger and spring onion. the chicken was perfect, the meat was tender and served cold. only complaint i can think of for the whole experience was that the chilli sauce was kind of watery. but still was really good.

There are truly no words to express how much i love this place. When I was a little girl and i lived in surrey sometimes we would take the bus to the surrey location to get their chicken platter and it legitimately felt like winning the lottery every time. when i moved out and started my freshman year of uni, i ubered food from this place in bulk and ate it for weeks straight. for every meal. My wife and I order the family platter for 6 even though it’s literally just the two of us. and we always order extra garlic sauce. when you order extra garlic sauce i shit you not they give you a whole freaking take out container filled to the brim (pictured below). i don’t know what deal with the devil you guys made to obtain the recipe for your potatoes and garlic sauce, but if you ever change the recipe you will literally see me in the news. If you guys didn’t exist i’d probably have enough saved for a down payment on a house right now. When i was like 15 i tried finding the owner of this restaurant on social media to see if he had any sons i could potentially court to gain access to the garlic sauce and potato recipe. even though i’m a lesbian. i love you guys so much please please please never change. i want you to cater at my funeral.

Had the chicken shawarma platter here and it was good. The portion was generous and the chicken was flavorful. Service was a bit slow, but overall not a bad experience

I’d say, it was good!! Love the big portion and the flavourful chicken sandwich (wrap!) it tasted awesome! Except, I think I find it a little bit on the saltier side. So, if you’re sensitive to salt, this might not be a good choice; although, you’re missing out on the flavour! Service is awesome and the place is fairly clean. Good parking (from the time I went there anyways, 11:45am). Will definitely go back to try other stuff here!

The only shawarma place in Ironwood. Sadly the place has deteriorated. It’s a fast food place. The seats and tables are soooo dirty. The staff never provide service at the tables. Food is in takeout containers and you’re given plastic cutlery. You also get your own drinks from the fridge. But when one pays for the bill with a credit card, There are tipping options plus a custom amount. So you are forced to give a tip. They only give a credit card receipt. You have to ask for the actual receipt.

Ordered for to go. Had a mix platter and I really appreciated the large portion. The chicken was on the dry side (as seen in photo) and difficult to chew but it’s likely because it was at the of the shift when I ordered. The potato’s were okay, but I loved the garlic sauce with it. The rice was also delicious. I ordered a baklava for dessert and I enjoyed that as well since it wasn’t too sweet. Refills for soda is $0.75. May come again if I’m in the area.

I bought a chicken meal a week ago and received this terrible food. The chicken and fries were obviously deep-fried twice to reheat them, making them overcooked. They were soaked in dark oil and had turned soggy. My family, especially my kids, used to love their chicken, but not anymore. All of us got sick and were extremely disappointed. I want to support local restaurants like Win Win Chicken, but if they continue running their business like this, I can’t bring my family or friends there. I hope they remember what they originally aimed for when they first opened the shop.

Saw this restaurant a couple of times when visiting Steveston and decided to order some food to go. Inside the restaurant is small and the staff is very friendly. Ordered some fried chicken, chicken wings, gravy and macaroni salad. Yhe fried chicken and chicken wings isn't as good as LA Chicken but crispy and flavourful (a bit more saltier than I like). The gravy was good but a bit watery. The macaroni salad was Filipino style and had hot dog pieces and was mixed with a sweet tomato sauce like ketchup (My kid liked it). People raved about the hot sauce so got some and my wife said it was Frank's hot sauce so nothing special. Will come here again for takeout in the future when we got to the park.

From out of town and saw this gem, Had the chicken and Mac, and it is deff a must try, the gentlemen at the counter was very friendly and inviting with a good attitude, the chicken was spiced really nicely, great crunch and super juicy, Mac was lightly sauced with the expected weiners/peppers/ sausage.. would reccommend this place to anyone and will be comming back

I ordered an Ube cake for my sister's birthday. The lady I was speaking with on the phone (Sept 21) had troubles understanding me when I was spelling out my sister's name. We went back and forth spelling the name many many times. Eventually she told me she understood what I was asking for. When my other sister went to pick up the cake (Sept 26), I asked her to check the name and she told me it was wrong. She asked for a partial refund as they did not have the tools to fix the spelling. The guy at the counter gave her $5.... on an almost $70 cake. He said if they did fix it, it'd take an hour, which my sister did not have. I think it's ridiculous that they don't have any icing or chocolate signs within the store. They should always have a small amount on hand for scenarios like this. As for the refund, $5 is an insult. I expected her to tell me he refunded her $20. Now, we have to fix this mistake when she gets home. I think this situation could have been handled much better, hence my 2 stars. Great tasting cake but the service and their management of the store needs improvement and leeway for mistakes such.

Win-Win Chicken is a hidden gem in Steveston! The chicken sandwich was super crispy, juicy, and so tasty. Friendly spot and definitely worth a visit.

The service is always so friendly. We love coming here on a weekday for one of their weekday deals! The french fries are absolutely delicious and we really enjoy the fried chicken & chicken sliders too.

My friend recommended this pho spot and dear lord, it did not disappoint! The portions were massive and the broth was packed with savory flavor. I tried the Vietnamese chicken wings with fish sauce for the first time, and wow—they were perfectly crispy and so addictive. The fried spring rolls were phenomenal as well. The lemongrass chicken and prawn salad rolls were solid, about on par with other restaurants. But what really stood out to me was how quickly everything came out—less than 5 minutes! The decor also added to the whole experience, making it such a great spot overall. Definitely worth checking out.

Food taste and quality is decent (slightly better than average). Prices are high everywhere, but the portion size is far too much. It's better if the portion was slightly smaller with a slightly lower price instead. Atmosphere is classy and quite upscale with indoor and outdoor seating. I would give this place an average rating of 4.2 / 5.0.

A Vietnamese restaurant with very good business, I have passed by many times and I am very eager to try it out. After registering my name today, I quickly secured a seat in the private room. To be honest, overall, the level of Vietnamese soup noodles did not meet my expectations... surprisingly, many noodles would break... The soup is also sweet and not even hot after serving, which I cannot understand... The only consolation is that the fried chicken wings are indeed good.

Pho37 offers a wonderful atmosphere that makes dining feel both cozy and inviting. The seafood noodles were absolutely delicious – full of flavor and perfectly cooked. On top of that, the service was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone craving great Vietnamese cuisine!

I discovered this restaurant on Google, located near Costco Richmond. Although the prices are slightly higher than most Vietnamese restaurants, the generous portions make it reasonable. The restaurant has a stylish, upscale vibe. We ordered the chicken with rice, which was juicy and tender. The Vietnamese fried fish cake noodle soup was surprisingly delicious, though it included dill leaves with a strong aroma that I didn’t particularly enjoy.

Best bowl of pho in British Columbia. Get the spicy beef peanut sate! Service is quick. Please note that the restaurant is constantly, busy so I recommend making a reservation.

We were shocked by the size of the BOWL! It is really BIG! And meat inside is extremely generous. We could barely finish it. It is a very popular restaurant in Richmond. Open at 11am and at 11:18am, it is full already. There is only one small issue to me, as l love to have hot soup, but the soup served is not hot enough. Other than that, it is a great pho restaurant serving great food with a nice atmosphere.

This was my first time trying this place, and I was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant is very cozy and clean. Parking at the back was limited, so I parked at the nearby mall, which was also convenient. I ordered a few skewers—the beef and lamb were a bit salty, but the intestine was perfectly cooked: soft, fatty, and absolutely the best! The real highlight was the dry hot garlic noodles we randomly ordered. The homemade pulled noodles were incredible—perfect texture and well-seasoned. The saltiness of the meat was balanced beautifully when paired with the noodles. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely come back!

I recently dined at this restaurant and was absolutely delighted by their sliced pork with pepper on rice. This dish is the best they have on the menu. There are many other options available too, but I highly recommend trying this dish. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

I had lunch at this place. However, I found the hygiene standards to be very low. I saw the server’s finger in the soup while she was bringing it to us. My mouth also felt very dry after having the soup (beef hand pull noodle). They take credit cards, it’s not pricey, and the location is convenient. However, I would not go back becuase of hygiene reasons.

Excellent location to the airport. They were extremely accommodating to our early arrival. We came in from our cruise ship early that morning and arrived at the hotel before normal check in time. They were willing to hold our luggage for us while we explored. They also contacted us once a room was ready, allowing us an early check in. Front desk was great about setting up the shuttle service to the airport. Shuttle driver was excellent as well. Clean rooms and clean hotel. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.

The hotel was clean and inviting, and all of the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the selection of Dove soaps and products available. The continental breakfast was OK; but the authentic Chinese restaurant across the street served an excellent dinner. The location isn't bad, but it's not within walking distance of much. There's a Tim Horton's within a 5-minute walk, a 7-11 within a 10-minute walk, and a great Chinese restaurant and a Costco across the street.

Nice convenient hotel and comfortable. I always take this location as you get decent breakfast as well. Little bit older and needs fixing for power outlets and the hvac system is loud. Bathroom is good shower is nice. Happy it has a shuttle bus to airport.

Check in was smooth and easy. The reps were very nice and welcoming but I did not receive my complimentary drink as an elite member and my room smelled like mold. The smell never went away but since we only stayed a night we decided to put up with it. Breakfast was decent as well. Overall it was an okay stay.

Very clean room, decent complimentary breakfast. We love their afternoon chocolate cookies, especially when its warm 🥰. We stay there for three nights. Great place for stay without breaking the bank. It’s just 8 minutes drive to airport or Vancouver outlet ☺️

The rooms are clean, free breakfast, free parking when you become a rewards member (also free). Located right next to Costco which is convenient but also very busy traffic from shoppers. The service is great, everyone's super friendly and helpful. The location is close to many Asian restaurants and shops a few within walking distance. I feel very safe in the neighborhood.

The room is moderate size, but clean. We got two queen beds, good size washroom. Service is good. Breakfast is included. Good breakfast from 6 to 10am, including hot food, like bacon, fried eggs, etc. I particularly like the location, Costco and T&T are across the street. There are also some Chinese restaurant across the street. The hotel provides free airport shuttle, which is very convenient. I recommend this hotel and will try to stay again next time when I visit Vancouver.

This place is located in the Richmond market and the food court. Upon getting there you’ll notice that the food court was busy but no line ups except for one place. Yup, Hei Hei Rice Roll and it was a fairly long line up too. I ordered the shrimp rice roll in wrap style. Super delicious. Unlike conventional rice rolls, which are only one layer, this has very thin wrappers and multiple layers. The hype is true, excellent and delicious and much better than conventional rice rolls at dim sum.

Came around 11:30am on a Sunday. There was a long line up, but it moved fast. They put out a sign telling you the approximate wait time, buy it's grossly inaccurate. It listed 35 mins by the time I got to the front of the line, but it was probably closer to 1 hour of wait time. Ordered the beef, pork, and shrimp rice roll, scallop rice roll, and osmanthus fermented rice soy milk. Their rice rolls are overall very tasty. They have options for traditional rice roll or open faced rice rolls. I've tried both before and still prefer traditional wrapped. Rice rolls were made fresh and very silky texture. I've had the truffle rice rolls before and those are pretty tasty. First time trying the soy milk. The osmanthus fermented rice tasty is there, but not something I would order again. I love the dessert with osmanthus fermented rice, so this beverage was okay just not to my taste. Wait time aside, food is very good and would order again. Just order and go to another stall to order something else and eat while you wait for the rice rolls.

Once you brave the chaos of this corner of the foodcourt you will be rewarded with a tidy tray of comforting rice rolls and soy milk for about $13. Will always have a bunch of orders ahead of you but orders come out fast. As far as rice rolls go this is one of my favourite place to get them. The rice sheet is thin and filling ratio is great. Soy sauce is sweet but you can balance with chilli oil or just add less of it. I like that they streamlined their operations so things come prepackaged and orders move quickly. I add lettuce bean sprouts and green onion which are free additions. Makes it a more balanced meal

Not often to see any place that specializes in rice roll, so curious to try it out. Their rice roll was quite different from what we used to. We tried a relatively simple rice roll and their rice sheet was quite thin, which might not be that easy to be picked up by chopsticks. It was different, but tasted good. Great price for a quick snack. Tables were not that clean. We could have brought some wipe. Not the fault of this place or any other places, though. We would be interested to try other rice rolls.

Stop by for some quality rice rolls! We got the shrimp rice roll ($9) and truffle seafood rice roll ($14). The rice rolls are perfectly thin but bouncy, not easily something you can find elsewhere. This is a different style from the rice rolls at dim sum, where the filling is wrapped inside the rice roll. Definitely don’t skip the soy sauce and hot sauce on top as the sauces make the rice rolls 🤌

One of my favorite places to get rice rolls! I always add an egg to mine. it makes them so fluffy and soft. I bring my friends and family here whenever they visit. It’s located inside the Richmond Public Market Mall, and it can get very busy, especially during peak hours. The wait times can be long, but trust me. it’s totally worth it. They also have their own packaged soy sauce and hot chili oil, which is a must have combo for your rice rolls.

A very crowded restaurant at Public Market. Almost need to line up every time. The wait time is more than 20 minutes in average. It is probably because they freshly steam your order. Not a bad thing, but as in a food court fast food style, I prefer not to wait for too long. Food is great. Not much service you can talk about a good court, but they are nice and gentle.

Authentic and delicious Hong Kong-style food! The pan-fried pork patty rice is a must-try, and the iced lemon tea is good too. Friendly aunties with great service. Not many seats, so takeout is a good idea!

Tried the daily combo…and the soup was extremely salty and I couldn’t finish. The grill marinated chicken was actually pretty good and skew toward salty. The tomato based sauce was well cooked comparing to the soup and again saltier than usual. There’s no side veggies!!! You can get more food with veggies with daily specials at Parker Place food court. The only thing I like was that you can ask them to adjust sweetness in the milk tea. Sorry won’t be back again ;( Everything was close to $17 before tips.

As an HK Canadian you can't get any more authentic than this. All the reviews about the service attitude or environment are missing the mark. You come here for the food. Satay beef noodle soup had excellent flavour. The instant noodles is on point. The char on the grilled meats is savoury and fantastic. On top of it the ladies are legit nice just efficient. Make sure you know what to order before you reach the counter. Went here twice on a trip to Van for some comfort food and it did not disappoint.

We saw the good reviews and we like finding "hole in the wall" gems. The missus and I decided to give Paul's Kitchen a try. It's true the prices are relatively lower but we found the food average at best. The curried beef brisket was not very flavorful and the spam with eggs & toast was just ordinary.

Basic Hong Kong style cafe fast food. Prices are low, food was prepared quickly. Tasted good, hot, good food considering the price. Service is friendly and seems like a lot of repeat customers. A bit dingy, but not bad. Located under Superstore. Access in the parkade.

The service at this establishment is notably slow, and the staff appear disinterested in their work. The floor is littered with debris and could use some care. Surprisingly, the restroom appeared unclean, despite it being early in the day. While the food and drinks were satisfactory, it is evident that this location requires significant improvements. I will try again next time and update my review.

Tim Horton is always my go to place. First visit to this store on my way to Ladner. The place is spacious and with sitting place outside. I got iced coffee and everything bagel with cream cheese. Service is fast, staffs are nice.

The service was fast, the food was fresh, and the staff were super friendly. A big shoutout to Sanket he went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and even checked in to see if we needed anything else. You don’t usually get that level of service at a fast food place. Definitely coming back!

From my experience here the place is filthy, half the employees barely know what the menu is themselves and they close 1 hour early from what they say. Every time I order from here off the app they always end up telling me in person that the food is unavailable and that i’ll have to get a refund. It’s honestly tiring leaving the house for an online order just to find out that the food isn’t even available in the first place.

I usually come almost twice in a week, comfortable atmosphere and staff are welcoming. I get my favorite fresh coffee here

I was trying to order egg bites today and I was looking to buy 4 the normal price of would be around 8$ I don’t know what kinda of scam you guys are tryna run here but he said that it was 16$ After I left my friend ordered and ordered a wrap we waited around 10 mins which is way to long for a wrap once the order was done we saw a bowl with the same ingredients after this we asked for the wrap they said they couldn’t make it for us and on top of that we just wanted the bowl which they wouldn’t even give us.I asked for the manager and she didn’t care to hear me perspective and argued with me she was very rude and disrespectful and Kicked me out of the store.Her name was Loveleet.

On [insert date], I placed an order that included four items, one of which was a box of chicken nuggets. However, upon receiving my order, I noticed that the chicken nuggets were missing. I immediately contacted the store to resolve the issue, but the response I received was far from satisfactory. Firstly, when I called to report the missing item, the person on the phone provided a service that I found to be unprofessional. Not only was the resolution unclear, but the individual did not communicate the order code audibly, making the situation more frustrating. When I visited the store in person to show my receipt and explain the situation, the staff did not even take the time to properly listen to my concern. Instead, they reacted by criticizing me and were unwilling to address the issue. I expected better from a global brand like McDonald’s, especially in terms of customer service and professionalism. While the missing item was valued at only $8, it is not the amount but the principle of customer satisfaction and trust that is at stake. I believe that paying for an item and not receiving it constitutes a breach of trust, and the unprofessional handling of this issue only compounded my disappointment. I kindly request that this matter be looked into and resolved appropriately. Tried their Big Rosti and Teriyaki Chicken burger from the international promotional menu. The Big Rosti tasted like a regular hamburger, and the Teriyaki Chicken tasted like a McChicken but with a sweet, slight peppery sauce. For the price, I wouldn't order again, but overall, the taste is mediocre.

The McSpicy So I barely ever eat McDonald’s anymore but every so often when they unveil a new menu item I occasionally give them a try. Spicy chicken sandwiches are my guilty pleasure so when I saw they had launched this I paid them a visit. I know people complaining about McDonalds has become a bit of a broken record over the decades and normally I will never complain about anything sub par (cold fries for example) but this one really takes the cake. I have never seen a more misleading representation of one of their burgers via tv commercial or menu picture. At $6.99 before taxes, this was incredibly disappointing. Their new McSpicy is barely bigger than a junior chicken at almost x3 the cost. Not only was the patty paper thin, it was dry despite being made fresh to order. Guess what? It’s also not spicy. Save your money and get a McChicken because the size of this burger is just an insult.

This is a McDonald's, but not the best. Temperature was very cold in the building, even though it was a beautiful day outside. The AC was turned up very high. The washrooms were also quite dirty. I even suggested to them that they were dirty and needed to be cleaned and I didn't see anything happening for an hour at least. Maybe they're short-staffed?

Was in the area and looking for something to eat. Started good with the order taker and went down hill from there with missing items when order was supposedly ready and heard other customers having the same problem. The eating area was dirty with food remnants from previous customers and the floor was slippery with no warning signs plus my food was warm to cool with cold fries :(

I waited ten minutes for this smoothie missing so much from the top! :( I can’t believe it. The person in front of me ordered a cone and waited just as long and got it in a cup all melted and he didn’t look happy either.

Waited 5 mins at take out window with no cars at 10 pm tonight. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and an orange pekoe tea with cream and sugar. I got a tea - black- and got this sandwich. Completely burnt. It smelled burnt out of the box. Waited 10 mins for the food - nobody at the window and more giggling. Awful. Something is clearly wrong.

Hands down and easily the worst McDonalds I have ever gone too. I get it, everything has become single use and no condiments that you can grab to go yourself, but having to ask these kids if I can have salt, a straw, a napkin, ketchup etc... is like pulling teeth. How about a bag? Do I have to bring my own shopping bag to carry all this food out of this dump? Who trains these people? The standards have become unbearably low. Whether they get the change wrong when dealing with cash, to disgusting filthy tables and bathrooms when there is almost no customer but plenty of staff is ridiculous. Had to ask to heat up the ice cold Poutine, and my Big Arch had zero crispy onions on it. Brutal. Painfully slow staff. if you have to go to McRon's, hit the one in Ladner or go to A&W at Tsawwassen Mills. You can wash your hands in their handy self serve sink.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the repeated poor service at your location during late-night hours, particularly around 3:30 AM. Almost every time I visit during this time, I’m told that the machines are not working — whether it’s the ice cream machine, the fryer, or sometimes the entire kitchen. It’s extremely disappointing and inconvenient, especially for a 24-hour location. It feels like the staff are either unprepared or unwilling to serve customers properly at night. If the machines truly are always down, that’s a major operational issue. If not, then it’s a customer service problem that needs serious attention.

Horrible. We had to leave early to go to the ferry, so we mobile ordered as soon as breakfast started. Gave them a few minutes before heading over there, only to find out their system was down and it would be another 10 minutes before it was up and running again. Luckily we weren't charged yet. We still had time, so we waited longer than 10 minutes before going through the drive-thru, only to be told that they weren't able to make hashbrowns! One of my kids ordered a wrap that had (should) have a hashbrown in it, and I saw that they still charged us full price for that item, so I just blew past the window and just headed to the ferry. Stay far way from this McDonald's.

Cold food and poor service who leaves a single order of fries 🍟 alone on a counter when the rest of my order is being placed on a tray 3 ft away dont put single order or fresh sitting on a napkin serve the order together on the tray and make sure its hot id even settle luke warm. ... to busy trying to fill drive through orders rather than take care of the people waitting at the counter

The food is great but all of these new employees are not good. There is only a few people who I know I can order from. I ordered breakfast with bacon and pancakes and didn’t get my pancakes and got double bacon instead. Then when I went back to pick up my pancakes they told me I couldn’t get any because the cashier put it in wrong on the receipt so no proof of me asking for pancakes. Terrible

We used to order boneless wings from them ALL the time. This particular order, the chicken is a different quality chicken, and a different breading, and clearly a different oil. They went from fantastic, crunchy, good sized, and now I have baseball sized wings as well as teeny tiny half the sized of a McDonald’s nugget. Check the picture, (it is 2 wings, only 2) I would now not order these wings again. Sad.

Burger was great, very tasty and juicy, price is good for the large portions. Staff was friendly, interior is dated and would need a refresh. But hey, it's a burger joint. Overall loved it.

Well unfortunately this place has seen better days. Sub par food served by rude individuals. The worst part was I asked for my order to be corrected and they pretended not to understand me. Very awkward because they understood me just fine while placing the order. To top it off they were very rude to an elderly couple who seemed to have a hard time making a decision, they were told to “hurry up or step aside”. Please go elsewhere as we all work to hard for money to waste in T on people who don’t care.

For a DQ, this place is actually pretty nice. The service is very fast and the seats are clean, along with the seating outside. We came on a Sunday evening. We had 2 single cheeseburgers and a plain vanilla cone. Would come again if I lived closer.

If I could have chosen a lower review I would have. I have live in Tsawwassen for over 40 years and have ordered take out from Dairy Queen many times, especially the onion rings (which used to be be delicious). We were charged $30 for food for 2 which went straight in to our food waste bin - which is absolutely where it belonged. There are a lot of restaurants in Tsawwassen where you can get great take out food- Dairy Queen is definitely not one. Please do not waste your money at Dairy Queen- the “food?” They are selling is DISGRACEFUL!!!!!

What can I say? Great little place. Great crew. Somehow, out of every fast food place, I've never had an issue with this DQ. Blizzards always got all the fixings. It's a shame the company has such expensive prices, otherwise I'd eat here more often. They do have online deals though. It can get busy. Patience is a virtue, though. I never mind waiting for quality stuff.

The quality control here has changed over the years. Unfortunately it won’t be a place I return to, I gave 1 star for food and 1 star for service because I feel they are related to the problem, 2 stars because it looks like a Dairy Queen. Take it at face value, you can see by my profile I don’t ever leave negative comments, but as you can tell in the photo it was necessary to do so.

I had written to DQ to tell them about a series of pathetic Blizzards we bought after the change of ownership. Over and over I was asked to tell DQ HO, which DQ I was reporting, even tho I included the address and store number off the receipt each time. Those Blizzards were anemic to say the least, very little chocolate or other items in either one, cups not filled, etc. This is what transpired after that experience. Awhile back, there were some coupons in the mail or on a flyer, I forget which, for a free Dilly bar. One evening, we dropped in to the store on our way home and presented the coupon for the free Dilly bar. The young lady at the till, asked what else I wanted, I said nothing else, just the Dilly bar. She replied that I had to purchase something else to get the free Dilly bar. I took back the coupon and looked it over, then asked her to show me where there was any mention of having to buy anything else to get the free bar. She said it wasn't on there, we just had to buy something else to get the bar. We went back and forth a few times, people were lining up behind me, so I said, never mind, forget it. As I reached the door, she called to me saying, "Okay, I'll give you the free Dilly bar." I said no, I didn't want it, then we left. More recently, perhaps 10 days ago or so, the DQ stores here in the Vancouver area had a special on for BOGO Blizzards. We saw the offer on the sign in front of our local store so went in. When it was our turn to order, I told her we wanted the Buy One, Get One Blizzards. She took our order, but the total was higher than what the indoor sign said, so I asked her why the bill was higher than we normally pay for our BOGO Blizzards. She then told me that it was 99 cents more for the second one. Again, I found myself saying "That is not what the sign out front says." She told me that it was an additional 99 cents and that there must not have been room on the sign to put the additional price. I told her there was plenty of room on the sign. In the end I paid the additional 99 cents because my wife and I both were hungry and wanted a Blizzard. I will attach a couple photos to show what the sign advertised vs what we found out when we went to order. BTW, the Blizzards were made properly this time although the same problem persists with different levels of 'fullness' for my wife and I. That never used to be an issue but it has been for every one we've had under the new ownership. In the past, I have ordered ice cream cakes for my staff and friends. For a long time, the only 2 types of fast food burgers I would eat were Teen burgers and DQ flame broiled burgers. Now I stick to Teen burgers. In 2004 I became so addicted to Blizzards I gained 40 pounds in just a few months and had to take a break from them for awhile. The previous owner of this business made her store very customer friendly, with exceptional Blizzards, other treats and non ice cream meals. I've spent a fortune in that store over the past 20+ years, however long it's been there. My guess is, that like myself, others will find they are frustrated with the changes and go elsewhere. Being told something is free and no conditions, then finding out I have to buy something else to get the 'free' items is a scam. To advertise BOGO Blizzards with no mention of additional costs, then charge 99 cents for the 2nd one is a scam.

Place is old and dirty and the people working don’t give a crap about what they serve . I have been to probably 6 locations in lower mainland in the last 2 yrs and this one is the worst. The best DQ is the Ladner location.they care about what they serve

Had the double patty , double bacon , double cheese burger, and large poutine . Good beefy burger . Good size poutine serving and very tasty . And of course oreo blizzard for later ! I sure miss the Oh Henry blizzards . Was my favourite. They stopped making Oh Henry Blizzard ! Why ? So good and popular . May 11,/23 , Oreo blizzard and tried Flame double bacon burger . Was ok. Fries ok , onion rings ok . Not my go to hamburger place . Was convenient today .

Just wanted a evening snack. Ordered six peach pies, checked to make sure we got what we ordered, they were just thrown into bag and some boxes were open and we left a little disappointed. Got home, took them out and they were all burnt on the bottom and around the edges. Some had a burnt taste too. We live in the area and seldom go to this McDonald's due to issues like this.

This McDonald's location is quite big and the service is satisfactory, but not fast.

Hello, I lost my wallet last week. I have just arrived in Canada and my English is not good. I was in a panic because I lost my wallet in a place where everything is unfamiliar. I went to the store just in case, and the staff kept my wallet for me. Thank you so much. I will cherish this kindness for the rest of my life. I visit this store 3-4 times a week. It is spacious, friendly, and the food is delicious. Thank you so much again!!!

Guys be better! This was my blt bagel order after waiting for it for like 15 minutes early in the morning.

Unfortunately this place has gone far down hill and across the field. The food used to be hot and fresh, the fries full and the service almost always wonderful. Over the past several months it’s gotten worse and worse and shockingly even worse. The fries are never full and are usually soggy and lukewarm. Custom orders are often not customized properly. Recently I ordered a Big Mac with triple pickles and for some bizarre reason there were absolutely no pickles on the burger. Another example was a few weeks ago I ordered a sundae and it only had half the amount of ice cream and fudge as previous. Curbside orders take CRAZY long to be delivered. My most recent visit I watched 14 cars go through the drive thru and be served before my large fries were brought out, lukewarm and soggy and definitely not full. This used to be such a great place to grab a quick bite or take the kids for the occasional treat.

Apollo Pizza truly serves the best pizza in town. The flavors are always fresh and delicious, and the quality is consistent. The staff are welcoming and friendly, making every visit a great experience. The shop has a warm and happy environment that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommended .

Apollo Pizza used to be the pizza spot in North Delta — the kind of place you’d brag about to out-of-town friends. But lately, it feels like the owners just said, “Eh, good enough,” and handed the keys to a crew who couldn’t care less about flavor. The pizzas now have all the taste of a cardboard box, and the crust is soggier than a toddler’s diaper after nap time. Toppings? Let’s just say they’re rationing them like it’s the apocalypse. It was a great run, Apollo, but I think it’s time for me to swipe right on a new pizza joint.

For many years we have been getting pizzas from Apollo. About once a week we phone in our order. We usually get two large pizzas and have them delivered. They are always hot and delicious. The quality is always top notch and consistent. The pizzas always arrive on time or a little earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend Apollo next time you have a craving for some excellent pizza

Apollo pizza always has pretty consistent delicious pizza. Great tasting sauce, lots of cheese, nice firm cgewy dough but not tough, you can choose your own toppings or from their creations. We love the ham and pineapple here! The combo deals are excellent value, we often get the two baked pastas with 2 pizzas meal deals which gives us multiple meals! Our pizza was ready in 20min for pick up, we decided to picnic out at the park last time....One of the best in North Delta!

I've been here many times to order blizzards and burgers. Personally, I've had no problems. Food was good for what it was and everything was made right. A bit pricier than I'd like, but that's life. Staff have been fine for me every time. They've taken custom blizzard orders too without issue. Maybe I'm lucky? I have never ordered any cakes from them, so I can't speak on that. The interior is clean and minimalist. Nothing crazy, but fits the DQ aesthetic.

Came in April 25 to order a custom design sheet cake for the following evening. Promptly told they can have it ready on Monday?? Went to the store on 64th & Scott Rd in Delta. Service was awesome, just requested we email the picture to them and the cake was ready by 12pm. We won't be going back to the 80th/Scott Rd location again.

The guy at the counter is like a zombie.. could not comprehend the order and not an ounce of a smile or hospitality which was a put off for us…we ordered for a fudge sundae which was over sweet and tasted mediocre…

Last week I went there to order a blizzard. There was a customer who ordered a pop and she spotted a spider in it. She filled her drink from the pop machine. Their pop machine was definitely not cleaned. Management should take strict steps to make sure machines are being cleaned everynight.

New location, more appealing than the previous one. Love their ice-cream all the time. Ordered a blizzard ice cream cake last week. The border frosting had too much color. I don't know what color they're using and this color happens to spread everywhere and whoever had it got messy. It looked dangerously too colorful like from a water color palette. The cake was absolutely delicious though, as always!

Did an uber for chz steak wrap, lettuce spinach tomato, peppers, jalapeno, onions, crispy onions, cucumbers, habanero jack chz. No spinach 2 tomato pieces same w jalapenos, no chz. Called she said she put the cheese but unless I’m looking for gold there is no chz she also was really rood by talking over but did say to come in next morning but only said I can get comped when I said I have pics b videos.

The workers here have an attitude, I asked if we could use this deal on the app that was buy 2 footlongs get the third for 3$ and it had an option to be used in restaurant, the worker said that can only be used in mobile orders. And refused to scan it like they do at other subways. This subway needs to hire workers that can do the job with a good attitude.

Stopped in on the evening of September 22nd, 2025, first time visiting this location. The guy working the counter (maybe named Mike) was fantastic, super friendly and engaging. When we said we were dining in he told us to grab a seat and he'd bring our order over, which he promptly did. The restaurant is fantastic, feels almost like a sports bar, TVs on the wall, tables / booths /chairs in good condition and very clean. I don't know why I've been wasting my time going to other DQ's when this one is far and above all of the others in the area. Even the food seemed better than other locations.

This dairy Queen is the nicest location I've ever been in. I love there burgers and Desserts, but most of the dairy Queen locations I've ever been to are old and run down looking with slow service. This one in ladner was really nice all new looking, really quick service they shouldn't have gotten rid of the Ultamate burger, got the new #1 double burger, was overpriced as usual was really good though. The outside really nice as well. Good food quick service. They did cook the S*** out of the fries though we won't lose a star just for that.

This location has great owners! The staff always seem to go above and beyond, this is likely because they're treated well! The restaurant is always clean! The owner likes to bring in local talent and just like in the old days he welcomes the kids to have a hang out! The food is always consistent. There is always a really great selection from the freezer of cakes and single serve items. They have coloring contests for kids! Truly a great family friendly location!

Staff are very friendly and the food is amazing. The price is better then most fast food restaurants an they send coupons quite often. Its a good place to go with your fiends and family and the blizzard is amazing no matter what season it is.

This is not the closest DQ to me, but I will always go out of my way to visit the Ladner location. I’ve ordered multiple custom cakes throughout the years and they always do a stellar job. If you are getting a blizzard, they are made and mixed well at this location which I appreciate!

This Dairy Queen in Ladner is a hidden gem. Super clean, friendly staff, and fast service even during busy times. My Shake was spot-on – thick and packed with toppings. Definitely better than other nearby locations. Highly recommend stopping by!

I regularly get their all Canadian breakfast at this A&W in Tsawwassen Mills. It always comes up perfect, I have basted eggs and they are always done just right with the yolks nice and runny at the white firm. All the staff I find to be very friendly and helpful.

The service was fast and amazing. Bhavani and poonam helped me with my order. They were very friendly and easy spoke despite a busy time around!!

A&W is awesome and the best fast food joint across Canada. I used my app discount for a dollar coffee, but the machine was out when I arrived. The server was super nice and so I didn't miss out, they refunded me the total value of a regular coffee.

I’ve always loved eating the tsawwaseen mill at A&W, and I order it every single time I come. But recently, there’s been an extremely rude and impolite counter staff named Deepak. He is condescending and disrespectful, and when he mishears your order, he impatiently blames you for not speaking clearly. If you’d like to experience a meal ruined to the point of losing your appetite, feel free to come here and order from this staff member!

On Aug 9, I visited the A&W location at tsawassen mills and ordered a veggie burger due to my personal and religious dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, I was served a chicken burger instead. I realized this only after taking a bite, which was very upsetting for me. I immediately informed the staff, but the incident left me feeling deeply hurt and concerned about food safety and respect for dietary needs. I hope A&W takes this matter seriously to ensure better order accuracy and staff training in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at this A&W. The staff were unprofessional, and I felt discriminated against during my visit. No customer should ever be treated this way. Management needs to take responsibility and ensure their team treats everyone with respect. I will not be returning.

Writing this comment while having the leftovers from yesterday. They made a mistake with my order. I ordered original crust but I was given thin crust. We’re not originally from Delta so we didn’t bother driving back just to complain/make correction. If you order here, do a quick check before leaving. Other than that pizza is good.

ZERO STAR First time ordering from Panago at Ladner location and definately my last. Business going right back to my usual Freshslice. It's a shame this location is nowhere near as good as the Panago one on Delta Street in the Ladner location. I ordered two pizzas Garden veggie and chicken, chicken Bites and Cheesecake Besides the cheesecake, The pizza and chicken bites were Rock hard looks like week old crust they used to make these pizzas and barely any cheese or sauce on the pizza and very dry. This will be my first and last time ordering from this restaurant. Concidering it was such an expensive pizza I was quite disappointed.

Won't go back to this location at all. The food was delivered to the wrong address the first time when we ordered it online, the 2nd time (I insist on going to pick up as I don't want them screw up the delivery AGAIN) and the wings ain't even cook. The owner then accused me on framing them for a refund when they refuse the wings (in the pic below) is their food.

I want to say this location in Ladner is so warm and hospitable. My son has an order that is often made incorrectly due to the modification settings on the app but they always come through with redemption. Last night me and the kids went to order a pick up order and they offered my two young kids a juice while we waited. They even gave my son an upgraded size pizza at no charge. The staff are always so pleasant! Great job and thank you for your wonderful kindness. We will continue to come in to order to experience the staff :)

Had a coupon for a free pizza they gave out to the Hawthorne graduating class a month earlier and they refused it claiming they don't sell personal pizzas anymore. I will never buy Panago again.

Pretty disappointed with this location so far since we've moved to Ladner. Half the time it's great, as expected. The other half of our visits have lead to us needing to return to the store after picking up due to errors in how the pizzas were assembled. One time instead of veggie crumble, we were given the real steak version of the pizza. Another time, they just entirely forgot some of the toppings and sauce. Both times we were offered remakes of the one pizza, while the one made properly just sat and got cold waiting for the other. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THIS STORE.

I have ordered from this place for years. Only had excellent experience with their service/customer care. The fact that I come back every week says it all. It’s quality pizza, it’s healthy pizza. Yesterday I got potato wedges and hot drink from this location through drive through. When I took the food and left I realized they gave me just warm wedges. Almost cold. No greetings ( no hi no hello) Very poor customer service. Need training

I always visit this Tim Hortons because of the great customer service and caring staff. However, lately the quality of the food has been declining. One day, I ordered a sesame seed bagel that was so hard I couldn’t eat it, but since I had already left, I wasn’t able to return and get a replacement. A few days later, I ordered a plain croissant toasted with butter, but it was toasted too much and ended up burnt. Please look into this issue, as this location is my go-to Tim Hortons every morning.

They were friendly, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s always nice to see someone greet customers with a smile and make you feel welcome. Keep up the great work!

My visit today was smooth. Mandeep took my order. She was friendly and patient while I place my order. I got my food in less than 8 minutes despite it was lunch rush for both drive thru and inside. Staff needs to learn to be friendly and actually care about customers. The service was terrible, not only would they not do a coupon we had but wanted us to literally order our food on the app in front of them and then pick it up so we changed the order. Then we only ordered 2 items and they missed half the order, we are glad we checked before we left and when my wife let them know what was missing they just said hold on, and went to the back and grabbed it..no sorry about that, or our mistake we apologize. My wife even commented that she is glad she checked before we left or we would have needed to come back and the staff literally just looked at her and went on to the next customer. Just sad that huge companies can't hire properly and make sure the staff are professional and friendly as they represent the brand and business... if your reading this, maybe order from somewhere else as we all work hard for our money and would appreciate feeling like we are important or our business is appreciated.

If you charging for full combo then there should be enough quantity. You can see barely 10 pieces of fries and one piece if chicken is wing. Really bad experience.

It’s very very bad service at this KFC . I had to wait for a long time only for one burger. I saw 3 staff were free and they were looking at me and I was only one single customer there.

Best avoid. I ordered a chicken sandwich. As their toaster was broken the passed me a sandwich squished flat. The server started to argue with me, no they would not replace. Rather than bringing me a new sandwich, the brought me an untoasted bun, which I put my now cold chicken in... Wow... if I was the owner and kept reading negative reviews, I would look at replacing the staff.

Can't believe I waited 20 min for "fast food" and there was no one else in the restaurant. Maybe it was because I used a coupon, but the box of fries which is usually full, was only 3/4 full and I swear, they gave me the smallest pieces of chicken they can find. 16 pieces of chicken fits and it was only 1/2 a bucket. On the upside, the gravy wasn't lumpy this time

The beef patties of the burger that I got was dried but the vegetables was ok and the looks of the burger 🍔 after they wrap it was greasy outside and the fries is very salty and it tasted like they still using a very old oil on their fryers … Service was very slow looks like they don’t care if their customers will wait very long time - food prices was ok and it’s not bad it’s affordable and reasonable price. The atmosphere of the store was ok but their dining table some are dirty and their floor was so sticky I will definitely not coming back again and I will surely not going to recommend to all food lovers this location .

This Wendy's is very good. There is a bunch of tables and they have a self ordering machine which Richmond doesn't. The tables are clean, the signs are clean, and even the drive thru. We ordered a big breakfast with bacon. The eggs, bacon, and fries are delicious. They always use wood forks and spoons for the world. Will come back here again.

This location is awful. The worst thing about it is that it is filthy. A year ago we went and the floor under seating was covered with ants. Not just our seating but the entire dining floor had ants. We did complain and it didn't seem like they cared much. We were given a credit we never used. We decided to give it another chance after shopping last week and when you go in, so many tables are not cleared/cleaned. The floors under seating are disgusting. Food, dust and debris on the floor. There were flies crawling on our feet. Flies all over the floor. Absolutely gross. We left without finishing our meals. There is no point in complaining, they have zero standards at this location. Deaf ears with complaints. Be careful going to this location. If the dining room is this filthy, imagine what the kitchen is like.

☆☆☆☆ | Sleeping on the Job – Unacceptable Service at Wendy’s I visited this Wendy’s location last weekend (around 11:35 AM, Saturday or Sunday), and what I witnessed was absolutely unbelievable. **As I walked in, the service staff was literally leaning on the drive-thru window—**asleep. Not “tired-looking,” not “slow”—actually asleep, in full view of customers. I had to double-take to believe it myself. This is a new low for customer service. I genuinely can’t understand who is being hired here or how this kind of behavior is tolerated. It’s disrespectful to paying customers and embarrassing for the Wendy’s brand. As for the food? Subpar. Fries were cold, and the burger was barely warm. It felt like everything had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. This is a classic example of what happens when local standards are overlooked and accountability is thrown out the window. I rarely leave reviews like this, but my experience here was frustrating, disappointing, and frankly unacceptable. Wendy’s—you need to do better. Hire people who want to work, ensure your food is hot, and please, for the sake of your reputation, tell your staff: don’t sleep on the job. Literally.

The employees here constantly mess up my order, and when I come back to address it, they never apologize. The food quality is terrible — the burgers are half cold, and the fries look like leftovers, broken into small pieces.

Ordered in the DT, our food had to be prepared so they asked us to park by the door, which was no problem. About 10 mins later they brought food out to our car and asked us if it was ours. We asked what is it? She did not know and asked us to check.. we checked 1 of the 2 bags and told her it was not ours and then she gave it to the car next to us. She then proceeded to walk around with our food (we didn't know it was in there) asking other waiting cars if it's theirs. Who knows how many people touched it. I then went inside and was told that is our food that is travelling around the parking lot. Trash service, ended up being trash food.

This Wendy’s location was filthy, there were FLIES in the dining area. The dining area was not kept clean at all, the tables had garbage on them from previous customers. There was also a toaster on one of the dining tables, like why keep kitchen appliances in the dining area? The garbage cans were overflowing, could barely put my garbage in. There was a spill near the soda fountain that they didn’t deal with, they just put a slippery floor sign up. There was food on the floor as well, also didn’t get cleaned up. The food wasn’t bad though, but what’s the food worth if a fly lands on it or if you can’t dine on a clean table. Do not eat here it is disgusting.

The employee was friendly and made my pizza to order. Her smile was warm and inviting. 10/10 would come back. One of my favorite pizza places.

I visited Freshslice Pizza tonight and had such a great experience! The girl who was working was so kind, patient, and welcoming. I have been having Freshslice since a year now. I have tried different locations but the Strawberry Hill location is my favorite all thanks to Rishav. He makes the pizzas so delicious. Ive had the same pizza at different locations but the way he makes it is really mouth watering. 5 Stars for Rishav. He never fails to give me the best pizzas of my life.

I purchased two slices of pizza, 10 seconds after my purchase I realized I can get half price by pre ordering through the app. I kindly explained that I would like to get a refund and purchase the exact same order on my phone to save 3.75$. 😊 I was plainly told "no". No explanation or customer service. Poor behavior and terrible manners.

I visited Freshslice around midnight on a Saturday morning, craving a pizza slice. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The staff member on duty—a girl wearing eyeglasses—was extremely rude and didn’t even greet me. When I asked for a plate, she made a face as if I was bothering her. There was only one slice option available—Butter Chicken. For a place named Freshslice, offering just a single slice variety is simply not justified. To make things worse, when she picked up the slice to heat it, several chicken pieces fell off. I politely asked her to give me a different slice, but she refused without any explanation. As someone who works in customer service myself, I know how important it is to treat customers with respect and courtesy. This experience was far from acceptable.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this pizza place. After eagerly anticipating my meal, I was shocked to find a long strand of hair in my pizza. It completely ruined the entire experience, and I immediately lost my appetite. I understand accidents happen, but this is something that should be addressed with better quality control.

I ordered 3 slices for delivery. The Hawaiian was good. The vegetarian had no identifiable veggies other than half a cherry tomato on the very edge. The cheese slice that I ordered for my son had 3 lines of pesto across it. My kid is 10. Give me a break. When he wants cheese pizza that's literally what he wants. I tried to resolve this through Uber which didn't work. My son biked over to show Fresh Slice our 2 slices this afternoon and was told that's yesterday, we can't do anything about it now. Unresolved and disappointed.

I seldomly give reviews that are negative, but this is the only time I ever had a bad experience with the slice of pizza I ordered specifically from Fresh Sliced. I couldn't pick which one at first as none of them already did not look fresh. I asked the staff if they were mad today to confirm, and she said yes. I ordered a meat lover at the end. The slize tasted like it was made many days ago, not flavourful and not tasty, yet the bread tasted very dull and not soft at all. I would give the two stars due to the service she gave me as it was great and she was polite. I highly recommend checking the quality of the food especially the bread and the sauce.

Gave 2 stars instead of 1 cause it was edible at least. This freshslice has gone downhill when it comes to by the slice, its as minimal as can be! Was hungry stopped in for a couple slices at 8:30pm and was sad to see sad looking slices to say the least, decided the old Hawaiians were the ones rather then the old dry looking other options and as disappointing as they looked before the 33 second heat up they were nothing short of sad making thre way into the bag. Decided to make my way outside to eat the hurting looking slices! Well my 2 slices with a total of literally 2 THIN slices of ham 7 pieces of CANNED pineapple, minimal sauce and just enough cheese to say ther was even cheese on it...and flavourless to be honest Well slight flavor ! Really should have got a drink cause geez was it a rough go to get it down! This place used to be ok but if there pizza is anything like their slices have been the last times I've been in there sorry fresh slice but you should definetly change the name as the slice part has been the only honest part!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here wasn’t great. The pizza was okay, but the whole place felt uncomfortable. The way people were treated didn’t feel friendly or respectful. When I asked questions about the menu, the response wasn’t helpful and came across as rude. The atmosphere felt tense, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. I don’t plan to go back, and I’d suggest trying somewhere else where the service is more welcoming.

This is my third or I believe fourth time it happened that I placed online order with them and upon arriving to pickup after 25 to 30 mins, my order was not ready. They always have an excuse when the order is not made. If you guys do not want to make what customer wants then why the item is on your menu. Only when I arrive at store today, a lady advised that they do not make that specific pizza there and another guy said it could be made and had to wait another 10-15 minutes. This is so ridiculous, you guys are making me wait 40 to 50 minutes just for two slices. Do better.

If I could, I would have given no stars. I had a bad experience with this store before too, but never posted a review but this time i had to do it because it was such a bad experience. I ordered a pizza last night, within the 10 minutes of pick up this is what I got when I opened the box. The pizza was so soggy that I couldn’t even hold a slice in my hand. The veggies were overloaded and water was dripping from them (you can see in the picture). I asked for ‘well done’ thin crust but the crust was soaked in water. I had to garbage the whole watery pizza.

I am always visit this place to eat pizza and there is one guy with turban and one girl who were working in mostly evening have great customer service and positive attitude. I think every food stores should have employees like them. Food is so delicious.

Came to Subway August 31st @7:17PM The worst subway I have ever been to. I was ordering with my sister. My sister started, requesting a six inch sandwich, the lady putting the sandwich together put a foot long down and putting meat on it. My sister didn't want to waste the food so we just complied. I proceeded to get a rotisserie style chicken bowl. She did not ask me if I wanted cheese on my bowl. She had yet to get to the beans and salsa (which I thought were standard on every bowl as the menu stated such) and she asked me what sauce I wanted. I got the chipotle which she recommended, and then asked her if I was able to get beans or rice or something. She proceeded to put mayo on the sandwich. Which I did not request or want. When checking out at the till, my sister inquired to see if there were any cookies, as there were none in the case. The lady helping us said that there were some, and we requested two white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies. She said that was okay and then told us we could get drinks as well to make it a combo. I paid, and her coworker proceeded to give their last white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie (turns out they only had one) to a customer two people behind us. We requested a refund on the cookie as I only like that specific cookie and the lady refused.

New menu changes show crispy onions are free yet they are charging 1$ for them and when you ask why your being charged for something that says free they just respond with head office this head office that, I wouldn't have gotten them if it showed they cost something.

My son and his friend visited this place after working out at the gym. They ate their sandwiches while sucking their fingers. The staff who prepared the food were also very kind, so we ate in a good mood. They love the sandwiches and choclate chips.

I ordered a foot long sandwich and I had to ask 5 times for more veggies. If I just let them to make it I would get about 2 tablespoons of veggies on my sandwich

We were craving Fresh Slice Pizza so was thrilled to find one on Tsawwassen. Lady who took our order was excellent. She checked with us to make sure we were ok with every vegetable topping as we asked for all the vegetable toppings they had on our pizza . The place was spotless. Ingredients ok pizza was meticulously placed and not simply tossed or thrown in like some other pizza we had. It was clearly crafted well. When we had our fist few bites, we were blown away as to how good it was . Definitely the best pizza we have had in years ! Kudos to the lady who took our phone order and who prepared the pizzas 🍕! We found out she was the owner operator as she came out to talk to us when she saw us in the car. We will definitely be Back when we need our pizza fix.

The customer service at this location is top notch. My husband lost his wallet the other day near this store and the owner drove to our house to make sure he got it back. We will never forget the kindness offered to us by the lovely owner. We will be back for yummy pizza regularly.

I've eaten here a lot of times. When the pizza is fresh it's crispy, savory and nice and gooey. Custom pizza or hot pizza slices are especially good and the crust is not greasy, it's more of a thin crispy cut. Love that they do sauce srizzles! It's not very tasty after it's cooled down and reheated but that's how most pizzas are. Price is AMAZING and really affordable! Probably my second favorite local pizza place (sorry, I just love Domino's thicker saucier pizzas). From the times I've been in person, staff is always friendly and helpful. Much appreciated.

I ordered a half half with half Italian half Vegetable, and a Chicken wing. The pizza was great. I can’t tell how great it was cuz my husband kept eating it until he ate the fourth slice and realized that there were only 2 slices left for me. He owes me another one. Came at a very busy time but staff were very hardworking and friendly. Kids wanted pizza for their last day of summer vacay gathering. Pizza here is fresh and always well made for a fast food option. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options. An elderly couple came in with special requests, I heard the shopkeeper very professionally and patiently taking care in handling their order, even as the place looked short staffed and the man was literally running from oven to counter. Nice to have this location near the mall but not right at the mall when parking is crazy like it was this long weekend.

So today my order was incorrect, the boneless bites i recieved were cold and came without sauce so i called the location in Ladner and the girl answering the phone told me "No sauce is fine just heat it in the microwave" then I asked her to remake the order correctly and she hung up the phone twice. So i drove back to the location and she claimed there is no shift supervisor or manager on shift. Meanwhile 3 people are giggling in the back telling stories. By far the worst pizzahut experiance ive ever had and will NOT be ording from this location again.

HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I can’t believe they would serve this. My pizza wasn’t cut properly one is the size of a pinky and the other the size of a dinner plate and WORST OF ALL it is burnt. 2 slices are black. I can’t even tell which part is pepperoni and what part is cheese because of how dark the cheese is. I called them IMMEDIATELY when coming home and the girl was extremely apologetic but all she said was we can give you next time. It was all next time. I wanted one today because my family is hungry but she kept saying it will be for next time. I then asked how will I know you would even credit me and she just said we will tell our workers and then hangs up to say we’ll call you later to properly speak to a manager. I got nothing. How are they still open?!

Just had a horrible experience. Check your credit cards for double billing. I'm usually very happy to please but I have to speak up on this one. Ordered on the app, when I received a notice it did not go through. So I phoned it in and paid cash. Low and behold my credit card was charged too. So, I brought the evidence with the coordinating order numbers to the restaraunt and the staff told me to dispute in on VISA. I call visa they say I have to wait 10 days. 2x 20 min waits later, I just got cut off on phone. I'm furious. This should have been an easy "return" my money to my credit card. I imagine I'm not the first nor the last. So check your credit cards for double billing.

The pizza was not cooked properly or i should say it was not even cooked. It was totally raw. I would suggest everybody to go to any other pizza place rather than eating a half cooked dough.this is how they bake a well done pizza. I would never go back to them. There’s a reason you don’t see very many Arby’s around. I get the feeling this chain caters to a very specific type of person who likes a very specific type of food and they don’t have much else to accommodate everyone else. They’re known for their sandwiches particularly their roast beef sandwiches, which is unique for a fast food place. I ordered the Reuben sandwich because I’ve liked it made at other places. Arby’s version was ok but it really had the “homemade” feeling rather than something restaurant quality. I also got an upset stomach shortly after eating it. Soda machine must’ve been broken because the iced tea was sickeningly sweet, the water/syrup ratio was off. Curly fries were hot and crispy but the Arby’s sauce was just not it. Interiors seemed a bit dated but was clean overall. Not as much seating as I would’ve liked and the tables were oddly small.

I ordered the buffalo spicy chicken, and it was my first time dining there. The staff were okay but not very friendly. The burger tasted sour, and the bun had an odd smell. On the bright side, the curly fries were good. However, the place itself also had an unpleasant smell.

One of the best fast food experiences I've had! I ordered the Double Beef and Cheddar Burger, which was slow-cooked — the beef was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really taste the difference. This place is definitely a level above the usual fast food chains. Highly recommended!

I'm not going to review the food at Arby's, IYKYK. This specific Arby's was very clean, the service was faster than I expected and has a great location next to the outlet mall. Fries were hot, beef was beefy, cheese sauce be cheese'n. I even snuck a jr roast beef into the movies with me. If only it were closer to Vancouver so I didn't have to drive over an hour to eat here. Keep up the good work Arby's I'll ring your bell anyday, but more locations please!

Arby's has really stepped up their food game. The menu has more interesting items as compared to previous decades. The flagship product, the beef n cheddar, is still incredible. The mouth feel alone, is an excellent sensation....so soft and tender for such a high stack of meat. My teeth cut thru, like a hot knife going thru soft butter. It is Very rare to find this experience in a fast food joint. It's worth the trip to Tsawwassen for that sandwich alone...

Order #6197 Ive been a loyal customer of Perfect Pizza for over 30 years. Theres been a few times when I've wanted to complain but never have because it's good pizza. As of lately it has been more miss then hit. Sometimes they forget to read the order on the online screen and dont make it think it's a bogus order and dont make it, with no follow up phone call to let you know. I usually order with paid extra sauce and hot level of spice, they only get it right 50 percent of the time as of lately. Today I ordered a large meat Lovers with paid extra sauce and extra hot. I also ordered a large half cheese and half Italian. What I got was a large meat lovers with no sauce and no spice. The other pizza had the extra sauce and was made extra spicy. I even put the directions in the additional comments in the bottom to make sure they would get it right...I guess nobody read them. I was going to phone them but I shouldn't have to. The prices have increased also $45 for two larges , just get my order right. I feel horrible complaining because the owner is really nice. It's just that it happens now 50 percent of the time. I was looking forward to eating but was disappointed. Also to add both pizzas the cheese was burnt. If I call to complain they just say we will make it better next time....I might not be ordering next time.

donair was cold and like cardboard, ribs were dry and a joke, lasagna was watery and no flavour , pizza wasn't bad , but it's a pizza. with a name like this you would expect good food. not the case.

Ordered 2 large pizza a while ago in January and they were soggy. I called the restaurant back to complain and they mentioned that pizza should be soggy and never crispy but at the end they did offer me 1 large replacement pizza to pick up anytime after that. Today when I called to order the replacement pizza and initially they denied any pizza but later offered a medium pizza “out of pity” and not because of the agreement. Not recommended!!

This was some of the worst pizza I've ever had. I ordered a taco pizza which was just cheese, sauce, hamburger and shredded lettuce sprinkled on top and the other is a deluxe Hawaiian which was just ham and 4 peices of pineapple, the pizza also has absolutely no flavor its just plain tomato sauce. Save your money and get your pizza elsewhere this stuff is disgusting.

The driest and worst of dominos pizzaI had, the delivery was quick but the pizza was bad. Barely any toppings on the pizza they even missed to add the shake-on that I requested.

I orangized pizza for our Volleyball Club with 55 medium pizza and the STAFF at the Delta location were amazing, organized and so helpful. The order was ready on time, hot and 100% perfect. Big shout out to the staff and they are my go to store for all our team orders.

It’s either a hit or miss with this location of domino’s. Friendly staff and good service. Would recommend to order for pickup if living closer as deliver service sometimes gets too late. The manager Jugraj is a great guy to talk to if you’ve got some extra time to spare.

We ordered the new chicken tacos pizza medium size. This branch is so quiet and the clerk was helpful. They have some monthly offer and Monday offer which you can take it by online ordering. But when we get inside the branch the clerk could gave us the offer in store that was great. Their March offer is a medium size pizza plus a Domino’s cheese bread for $9.99.

Always a good pizza from Domino Ladner Delta, rich ingredients and freshly baked. Enjoyed.
