The 50 best cheap eats in Whistler

Food was just okay, BUT it was also cheap. Most entrees on the menu were around $12. Booze was not terribly expensive either. I had a couple 3oz long islands air around $12 each, so not bad. Music was a bit loud for my taste but not horrible. All in all a positive experience.

A really lively and popular place. We did have to queue for a table, but it was extremely busy. We were seated in the outside area, which was lovely and you could see the views around you. The menu was good and had a great selection of food and drinks, plus cocktails. The waiter was very friendly, polite and helpful with suggestions of dishes. I decided to have a Poke Bowl with Tuna, as I had never heard of one before. The drinks were served and eventually the food. There was a wait, but it was very busy and they kept us updated. The food was very well presented and tasted delicious. There was a great atmosphere in the restaurant, with a lot of happy banter between the staff and customers. It was a great choice for somewhere to eat. We really had a lovely meal. I would love to return, maybe if I am lucky enough to return to Canada.

We loved the place so much that we ate there twice in one day: for lunch and dinner. The food was good, prices were reasonable, and the service was great. At night, they had a very cool DJ playing good beats.

My wife and I were looking for some late-night food, and this was pretty much the only place in Whistler Village open until around 2 a.m. Normally, pubs or bars aren’t our first choice for dining in, and it was a bit loud inside (as expected for a pub). We decided to order some burgers and poutine to go — and wow, we were impressed. Back at the hotel, every bite was excellent. Juicy, flavorful burgers and perfectly done poutine. Didn’t expect much that late at night, but this place really delivered. Highly recommend for solid food after hours!

We love this gem, we go here EVERYTIME we’re in whistler…. We had the pleasure this week and had a blast as always… the food was delicious! And the service at the bar is always top! The guys are ON IT! we had Fabes and Corrin they were awesome. We had another guy be he wasn’t friendly so I’ll leave his name out of it…. The food was absolutely to die for and def. Healer than anywhere in whistler - even cheaper than MacDonald’s 🤮 I had the Cajun chicken sandwich with mayo and my husband had the poke bowl and we both absolutely loved it, then a Cpl days later had the fried pickles and they were so nice not greasy and so crispy… and not a sodium over dose now lots are… The atmosphere is so kewl, u meet people from around the world including the staff!!! We def will be back! See ya soon!

I loved the great vibe and vintage decoration. The staff was kind and professional, making us feel really welcome. The burger was delicious, and the spicy chicken sandwich was packed with flavor. Definitely a spot worth visiting!

Second time here but during lunchtime on Canada Day! I didn’t even expect to be seated but the wait was only 10 minutes. Waitresses are fun & nice but don’t really speak English. Translation for Beer is Bi-yah. We did get her to say beeRrr so I hope it helps other patrons. Food is really good and all the menu prices are reasonable. See you next time!

Not sure breakfast was a good choice for trying out this spot. It wasn’t busy at all — nobody else there on a Saturday, which I gather is rare. Coffee was good and service was fine. But the Rise & Shine pie was disappointing: lovely appearance but bland taste. I will have to return sometime to try a lunch/dinner option.

Well, I can say I have never had a kangaroo meat pie, but you can get one of those here. It reminds me of pot pies and you can get it "mountain style" with mashed potatoes, mush peas, and gravy on top. Very tasty! Quite original! Staff was really into it, knew everything you needed to know about Australian meat pies.

I had the Aussie peaked pie and my sister had the beef curry peaked pie. Both tasted great and were very filling! When we went, they were out of mashed potatoes (TT), but the peas with the pie alone were still good and helped balance out the saltiness. Looking forward to visiting again!

One of the more unique finds during our visit to Whistler was an Australian pie shop. We tried the vegetarian pies with gravy, and they were absolutely worth it—a must-try if you’re in the area. It was our first time trying Australian pies, and we were pleasantly surprised by the flavors. Do note, there’s no free parking and no restrooms available, so plan accordingly.

Dessert pies! I got the vegan mixed berry and my husband got the apple crisp. Both were delicious, service was fast and helpful, the smell of this place is incredible! Amazing flaky pastry, so many options meal all day long.

I am always down for a savoury pie so when I learned about this place, I made a mental note to try it out. I ordered the chicken brie “peaked” which added a scoop of mushy peas along with mash potatoes and gravy. The pie was delicious and served within seconds of my order which satisfied my typical lack of patience when hunger strikes.

A Must-Try in Whistler! Peaked Pies is a true Whistler signature. The pies are delicious, warm, and full of flavour. Topped with creamy mashed potatoes and gravy — it’s comfort food at its best. Don’t leave Whistler without trying one!

My wife and I stopped by La Cantina Urban Taco Bar in Whistler and enjoyed the nice outdoor seating area. We opted for the Chicken Tinga, which was okay, but the portion size was surprisingly small. $5.25 for one taco seemed steep, and our bill for two small 4-inch tacos came out to be $14. While the tacos were decent, we've had better at other places. That being said, it's possible that their other menu options might be more impressive. If you're in Whistler, it's worth a visit to try their tacos, but be aware of the prices and portion sizes.

Great visit! Staff was on point, restaurant was very clean and organized. Sauces were amazing! We had the chicken tinga burrito and the beef pasilla burrito. Nothing fancy…. Just a really good burrito. The only complaint would be the really REALLY CRAMPED. Small price to pay for great food at a reasonable price! Will be back!

The food here is not authentic and is very disappointing if you’re expecting good Mexican food. The taco portions are very small and don’t taste great. The soup was very salty, the meat didn’t taste very fresh, and just tasted like fast food. The food was also fairly pricy, we would not recommend.

Very reasonable price, quick service. Food tastes great, each taco has a generous portion of toppings on it. Comes with an array of sauces. Good frozen margaritas. Each taco comes with 2 tortillas, so makes it easy to share if you order different varieties.

I always enjoy coming to La Cantina Village. My go-to order is the tortilla soup, tacos, and a refreshing mandarin Jarritos. The tortilla soup is consistently delicious, topped with sour cream and feta cheese. I also appreciate that they provide a variety of salsas that guests can help themselves to, very convenient. The tacos were flavorful, and the food was served at the perfect temperature. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with spotless floors and tidy tables. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and Manager Tony made a point of checking in at my table to ensure I was enjoying my meal. She also asked about allergies or intolerances before finalizing my order, which shows excellent attention to detail and genuine care for the guests. It’s clear that guests here feel happy and well taken care of, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the food offers great value for money. A place I’ll always look forward to coming back to

The coffee had deep notes and a wonderful aftertaste — one of the best I’ve had on this trip. Bake-wise, I’d recommend the fruit pastries over the chocolate ones. A must-stop for coffee lovers!

This is such a wonderful spot to enjoy picking up a delicious bakery treat! The front of the store is always filled with beautifully freshly baked items that smell delightful. The coffee was delicious, and the whole place just smells incredible—it's a true delight to visit.

Is there anything better than people-watching while enjoying a great pastry and a rich cup of coffee on a sunny autumn afternoon? In Whistler? There are so many eateries with unique menus…but I recommend a stop in here. Make your selection (it will be hard, as everything looks so tempting!) and take it to go…grab one of the many park benches, sit back, relax, and take in the sights. Exhale. Repeat as often as required. 😉

I was spoilt for choice when i entered Purebread! Tried the spinach roll and lemon scone. The scone was palm-sized huge and tasty! Highly recommend!

All of the pastries and savory treats looked fresh and delicious. The service was fast and the employees were kind. We got the country apple cake and veggie sausage roll. The sausage was roll was finished before I took a picture! The country apple cake was really good, lots of apple and not too sweet. The only suggestion I have is to add decaf option to the coffee choices, otherwise everything else was great.

I visited the coffee shop yesterday and had a mixed experience. The Caffè Latte was excellent- well-made and definitely the highlight of the order. However, the scone I was served was a major disappointment. Despite seeing the beautiful, glazed scones on display (like the Raspberry White Chocolate Scone), the one I received felt like it was pulled from the back. It was dry, cold, and not offered to be warmed up.

Time to Bread: 7 Minutes Time to Salad: 18 Minutes Time to Entrees: 35 Minutes We arrived around 8:20PM and waited about 20 minutes to get a table for 6 and a table for 2. The space is small, so they cannot sit larger groups. Don't be afraid of the high prices! The main dinner entrees come with a soup or salad, so it is very filling. Most of my group took leftovers home (I did not, but I skip lunch when I ski.) Complimentary bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil (4.5/5): Banger. Delicious bread and great dip. Caesar Salad (3/5): A classic. Nothing crazy, nothing bad. Chicken Parmesan (4/5): The Chicken Parmesan was not as crispy as I prefer, but it was very flavorful. The pasta was cooked al dente which may feel a bit firm for some people. I really enjoyed the dish overall and the portion was solid. Tiramisu (4/5): Great coffee flavor notes. I only took one small bite but we shared it six ways. Overall, stellar option for food in Whistler Village and I'd definitely recommend it for something away from bar food at an affordable price.

We came here two nights in a row on a stay in Whistler. On the first night we both had lasagne and salads, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious (a nice change for us on our trip). On the second the staff were again so welcoming, they remembered us and came over a chat, the food again was tasty and I can genuinely say we had the perfect restaurant experience (they also gave us a free bag of gummy bears as a thank you). Fantastic food and service - 100%.

Recommend the meat lasagna, everything else tasted somewhat similar to each other. There’s also a $9 fee for splitting food. Tiramisu was good but had a bit too much cream instead of cake. Veggie lasagna needed more filling. Vista salad was the best appetizer out of the four options. Service was great.

A pasta restaurant that sells fresh noodles made daily. The Alfredo sauce was excellent and not salty. The chicken Parmesan on top was filling. The food came out quickly and was excellent value with good price, making it perfect for when you're craving delicious Italian food. Must try Tiramisu!

Best Pasta in Whistler. Its a small family run with great service. Hidden gem with incredible fresh pasta and pizza. We had lunch and also had ready to cook take away for dinner. We brought home portions of the fresh pasta and sauces and made it at home. The secret hack is to mix the tomato basil sauce with the Alfredo sauce it becomes an amazing rosé sauce, it's killer.

You must try lentil soup here! Believe me its the most delicious soup you will have!! ♥️♥️ kudos to the chef

We ordered veggie lasagna and made our own pasta. We had spinach Caesar salad with Alfredo sauce and added roasted veggies. The fresh pasta was delicious. The veggie lasagna was so good! It's rare to find a vegetarian lasagna option, so I was excited to see it on the menu. The complimentary sides like soup, salad, and bread were good.

We came to Southside Diner on Sept. 30, 2025 @ 8:00am for breakfast, and the experience was extremely disappointing due to how unprofessional and rude the server was. Our server - a middle-aged woman with blond hair - was dismissive and disrespectful from the start. It was raining outside, so I hung my raincoat on one of the "covid" - clear plastic dividers at our table to let it dry. Instead of politely asking me to remove it, the server grabbed my coat without my permission and told me not to hang it there because "the screen is flimsy" and that her boss doesn't like it and gets mad when people do that. The way she handled it was completely unnecessary and lacked basic courtesy. A few minutes later, I asked if my mom could have some hot water, and the server immediately replied that it "better not be for our own tea bag," or she'd have to charge us an extra $5. That comment was not only rude but also extremely unprofessional - it implied that we were trying to get away with something, which was insulting and completely uncalled for. There's a way to enforce policies while still treating customers with respect, but this server clearly had no sense of professionalism or hospitality. Although, our food was tasty, we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Regardless of the food quality, no restaurant should tolerate such behavior from their staff. I would not recommend this diner to anyone who values respectful service.

A classic diner. Small booths and counter service. Friendly and efficient staff. The food was good. Prepared fresh and to order. The Chefs/cooks appear to be trained well. Even with a small work area, the dishes are well prepared and served quickly. The wait staff is very friendly. They are very attentive and fast. Parking can be a challenge as there are very limited parking spaces at the front of the diner.

Came here as I saw reviews that locals love coming to a no frills diner. That's exactly what it is. Waited 20-30 minutes for a 2 person table. I had the breakfast poutine and I found that quite filling that I couldn't even finish it. Would recommend coming here if you wanted a no frills place to eat. The place was a bit loud but I guess that means people are enjoying their food.

While fuelling up our bikes in Squamish, a few fellow riders recommended Southside Diner at Whistler Creek and we’re so glad we listened! On our way to Lillooet, we made a quick stop here and it turned out to be the perfect spot. We were greeted by a super friendly lady who took great care of us, and the breakfast was excellent, hearty portions, tasty, and well priced. The menu has plenty of choices, making it a great stop for breakfast or brunch. The country style interior gives it a cozy, down to earth feel, and there’s also a patio outside if you want to enjoy your meal with fresh air and mountain vibes. Tons of parking space right in front, which is perfect for riders like us. This will definitely become one of our regular stops when we’re riding through the area. If you're in or passing through Whistler Creek, I’d highly recommend stopping by for a bite!

Beautiful place, warm, welcoming and traditional. The main scene is taken by the stunning wood-fired oven, I’ve never seen anything like it! The pizzas are excellent, probably the best I’ve had here in British Columbia. Friendly and fast service, and our waiter was super nice and funny. Pizza with a flop, took it to go. Got a 16" Lumberjack. Very thin, lots of flop, crust good, lovely the burnt bubble troubles! Very light on toppings, not a filling pizza but great flavor. Fed a family of four but left us snacking. If I ate here again, I would dine in.

We ordered Whistler Community pizza and loved it very much. Even though it was cold by the time we got back to our hotel (which was a 3 minute walk), it was still delicious. The flavors worked really well together - the mix of cheeses with the sweetness of the onions and the earthiness of the mushrooms made for a great combination. I can only imagine how much better it tastes when it's fresh and hot out of the oven. The only downside was the service. The hostess who took our order wasn't very friendly to us. I noticed that she offered garlic oil and hot sauce to everyone else picking up their orders but didn't offer me any - I had to ask for it myself. Overall, despite the lackluster service, the pizza itself was excellent and worth trying again, especially if you're dining in or eating it hot.

The food here was quite tasty and the atmosphere was fun, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We came in as a group of 14 and immediately let our server know we would need 6 separate bills. She looked at us like we were crazy and said she could only do 4 (which I know isn’t policy), so I suggested ringing us in under two separate tables. She responded with attitude and, according to my sister, threw in a big eye roll behind my back. We had kids with us and asked for their meals to come out first—even though there’s no kids menu, which is fine—but again, the server seemed confused. Some of our group ordered appetizers as their mains, but all the appetizers came out first anyway, followed by a long, staggered wait for the rest of the food. It took 60 minutes from the first pizza being served to the sixth (and last) one arriving. By then, most of us had already finished eating while others were just starting. When we ordered drinks, the server never confirmed anything, so we weren’t even sure if they were coming. Thankfully, they did. However, we also received extra pizzas we didn’t order, and when we questioned it, she got confused, argumentative, and again with the eye rolls. To top it off, we were charged an automatic 18% gratuity. While I do understand that’s standard for large groups, there was no mention of this online, in the booking confirmation, on the menu, or by the server. And frankly, the level of service we received didn’t warrant that kind of tip. No manager or supervisor ever checked in on us, and our server didn’t ask how anything was at any point. She seemed frustrated and overwhelmed from the start and completely disengaged once she knew she’d be getting a guaranteed tip. I truly hope this was just a one-off issue with the server and not reflective of how the restaurant normally handles large parties. Again, the food and ambiance were great, and I could see this being a fantastic place with the right service and maybe a kids menu or some more family-friendly options. My brother has already spoken to the manager, who was very apologetic—which we appreciate—but unfortunately, it doesn’t undo the experience. We visited at around 6 PM on Tuesday, September 23rd.

Excellent pizza. Must try the hot sauce and garlic oil. They have a simple menu, but they are truly experts. Must try in Whistler.

This place is one of my favorite restaurants, it deserves a chef's kiss on all levels! The food is out of this world and I highly recommend ordering their braised short ribs, a slow-cooked masterpiece that transforms into something luxurious and delicious. The meat is absolutely tender and falls apart into velvety strands, with each bite melting in my mouth. ***Please note that the restaurant doesn't accept walk-ins (due to it's size) and I advise making reservations well in advance.***

Fabulous food- service was impeccable from the minute we walked in. We were greeted by Sean- he was very welcoming and very accommodating. Our server, Sarah, gave us great food and wine recommendations. The pork dish and the braised short ribs were cooked perfectly and so tender and flavorful. Had a lovely Chardonnay to accompany that. Save room for the peanut butter bomb! Highly recommend this charming and family- owned restaurant. Was our favorite find in Whistler.

An alright dining experience for a special occasion. At this price point I would say my expectations are a bit higher. The atmosphere and service is very casual, the dining table we were at was wobbly, and overall the flavour profile of each dish was good but nothing notable. We opted for a few specials of the night. Scallops and NY steak are a bit salty, with the medium-rare steak leaning more medium. Not comparable to steak in Vancouver. The salad and dessert were solid. The creme brulee was creamy and the cheesecake had a nice fig flavour that was a good level of sweet and tart. Overall, an okay experience but there is a lot left to be desired.

Went to the Red Door Bistro out of convenience while staying at Nita Lake Lodge next door. Now I'd definitely go back as a destination restaurant while in Whistler. Absolutely everything on our plates was top notch, excellent quality food with an abundance of flavor, and service was second to none. I would 100% recommend if youre in the area.

Right beside the Creekside Roland’s Pub with great parking and bicycle/ motorcycle parking. Great lay out and chill vibes with good subtle music. The food is exquisite with great appetizers and well made. Just have to book a reservation as it gets busy fast.

Best meal on our Whistler trip, hands down. Great food, and an open kitchen. Saucy staff, though they exude an upbeat, high-energy vibe. Two cautions: the bistro-height chairs. Not my favourite. And the temperature (which I know can be hard to regulate in the shoulder season) was rising throughout the evening, making it overly warm and necessitating propping open a window. Reservations are required. Parking is very limited. Don’t miss the Caesar or the scallops. You’re welcome! 😉

Very friendly service, and great food! The Duck Confit Spring Rolls were good, but nothing amazing. Sakura Pork was yummy, nothing incredible, but a very solid meal. They had a Halibut Special and it was absolutely perfect. Had the creme brulee for dessert and the sugar was a little too toasted. Solid option, but I wish it wasn't so charred. All in all, had a great meal. Everything was good, but the Halibut was next level. Parking was easy. They have spaces out front and if those fill up there should be more street parking in the area, but I had a Friday, July 4th reservation at 7:45pm and got a space right out front.

Missed opportunity to convert a nice place at first sight into a decent dining experience Let’s be clear here, it’s first price frozen food. From the salad to the steak, it’s a shame to price a double cheeseburger at 18$ and 8$ for a (big) portion of cheap fries. Hopefully, there is a great assortment of sauces that will help you to cover the bad industrial taste. Don’t go there until they change their food provider.

The poutine was so good :-) One of the better ones I’ve eaten in BC so far!

Looking for a quick lunch and want to avoid the mad rush on top of the mountain? Than look no more than Zogs! The food came out quick, and the food was really good. I will say that it the fry serving size was massive, but the poutine was a little on the smaller size. I do wish it was a larger sausage size, but it was cooked deliciously.

Zogs is a great place to stop to get some food fast! Their poutine is good and easy to eat on the go. I like that they have a toppers bar to add on. They also use wood forks which I love! I would go back to grab a snack and time.

Good portion, but not a good poutine at all. They advertise with "best poutine in Whistler", which can't be true. Not many cheese curds, gravy was very average and fries weren't good either. The "European" sausage was neither European nor cooked enough. It tasted really bad. Overall I'm giving a very generous 2/5 stars. Service was okay and obviously great location. Would not eat here again.

Sign out front claimed best poutine in Whistler, so we had to try being from California. Fries were good. We asked for them to be cooked crispy. The gravy was.. gravy. I’m not sure what poutine gravy is supposed to be. We asked for the gravy on the side. Let’s be honest, who likes soggy fries?! We went back a second time for lunch after some laps in the bike park. The bratwurst had great flavor. My gf got the bacon cheeseburger which was devoured quickly. Highly rated. Great little spot right by the lift/ gondola area. Post mountain bike riding or skiing.

I love their cheese burger - the meat patty is cooked on the bbq so has a nice smoky flavor. Inexpensive for Whistler. As for atmosphere, it’s a food stand so it is what it is

Extremely Disappointed – Don’t Trust the Reviews! I’ve been to Splitz Grill twice before and had a decent experience, but something has seriously gone downhill. Yesterday, I took my family there expecting Whistler’s “best burger,” and we ended up having one of the worst food experiences we’ve had in Canada. We ordered three sandwiches—we couldn’t even finish half. The bread was stale, the yam and french fries looked and tasted old. I asked them to replace the fries, and the second batch was just as bad. There’s no refund option, and the quality is far below even fast-food franchises. We walked all the way from the village based on the review scores, but I can confidently say: Don’t believe the hype. This was a complete waste of money. My wife felt sick afterward—honestly, I don’t even think the meat was fresh. This place barely deserves 2 stars, and that’s just for the outdoor seating. Save your time, money, and health—skip Splitz Grill.

We stayed over the weekend in Whistler for a race and our hotel was right beside Splitz! Which is also a few meters from the Olympic rings - awesome location. The food was pretty good, we got burgers for the whole family which were spot on. Service was good enough, or perhaps professional. Price: expensive but I guess this “Whistler price” - 2 adult + 1 kids burger + 2x beer + tips = ~$110

Spritz Burger is often touted as the best burger joint in Whistler, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Spritz Royale (topped with bacon and hash brown) along with regular fries and a plate of hot chicken wings. The positives: - Pricing is fair, especially during *happy hour*, when the wings were $7 off. - The burger came as an option on a brioche bun, which initially looked great, and the sauce/flavour setup was definitely tasty and satisfying. - Overall, good value for the money. The drawbacks: - The brioche bun didn’t hold up structurally—it completely disintegrated halfway through eating, which made things messy fast. - The burger patty’s texture was a bit *mushy*, which raised some concerns and took away from the experience. Hoping it’s just a one-off kitchen miss, but it’s worth noting. Final thoughts: Spritz Burger delivers on flavour and value, especially if you catch happy hour, but the execution—particularly the bun integrity and meat texture—left something to be desired. With small improvements, it truly could live up to its reputation as one of Whistler’s best burgers. Ambience was satisfactory offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Service was self-serve type that expects 18% + tips. The cashier was friendly.

Their happy hour offers “mini Splitz burgers” and wings, perfect for sampling or sharing. The vibe is laid-back, with plenty of generous indoor seating plus a patio to soak up the mountain air. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the experience feel casual and fun. In terms of taste, Splitz ranks up there with the beloved Burger Crush—though I’ll admit the patty was a bit mushy and the buns struggled a bit holding all that deliciousness together. But hey, no burger is perfect, and I’ll definitely be back for more. If you’re in Whistler and craving a burger that’s a little different and packed with flavor, Splitz is worth the visit—and maybe an extra napkin or two.

One of our favourite places in Whistler to grab lunch. We always order their Bison Burger and it’s always so delicious. If you are lucky, make sure to grab a table on their patio - it’s a very nice sitting area. It is pricey though, we paid $30 for one burger with fries and coke but it’s standard for Whistler. Customer service was excellent and we are looking forward to coming back! 🍔

The best burger I’ve had! A must visit after a long hike or a beach day. The staff are all very friendly and the interior is clean. There is plenty of seating inside and out. There are many options even if you’re vegetarian! We got the cheese burger with cheddar cheese. The ingredients taste fresh and I would definitely go back.

This place serves up a darn good.......NO.......they have an excellent/outstanding burger. Beef quality is superb and the brioche bun is the best choice for sure. They can customize with any of their two dozen toping choices. The home made sauce they put on is really good so we found our new top burger joint in Whistler!

We stayed at the Fairmont, and many of the staff highly recommended having lunch here. Unfortunately, our first impression was disappointing. When we arrived, the restaurant was only about half full. However, the hostess didn’t acknowledge us for some time, and when we asked for a table for two, she led us all the way to the very back corner of the restaurant — an isolated area where no one else was seated. When we politely asked if we could sit elsewhere, she rolled her eyes and, without saying a word, walked us to another table near the bar. The interaction felt very dismissive and, frankly, personal. It’s unfortunate because the food was delicious, and our server was friendly and professional. However, the initial interaction with the hostess left us feeling unwelcome and it set a negative tone for the experience. It’s disappointing to feel treated this way, especially after receiving such high recommendations. I’m not sure I would choose to return.

We enjoyed a casual dinner at this restaurant. Nice atmosphere (sat outside on the benches as it’s more quiet outside). Although I’m rating this place a four out of five it’s more like a 4.3 but I’m unable to give fractional ratings. The Caesar salad was OK and was a bit unique as it was served on top of a fresh baked flatbread in brackets (essentially a pizza base). A suggestion to amp up the flavour is to add anchovies and a bit more salt and pepper and more Parmesan cheese. We really enjoyed the delicious pizza (Picante). It was a very authentic Neapolitan pizza - when I compare it to pizza I’ve had in Italy. The crust was nice and crispy and the toppings were very flavourful with just the right amount of spice. The server was great. She checked in on us every now and again and was friendly. Overall would highly recommend visiting this restaurant for their tasty pizza and other Italian fare.

I would not recommend the gnocchi at all. It was very mushy and soft (probably undercooked). Overall very unpleasant texture. At one point I thought it was cheese filled (which would explain the texture a little bit) but I guess I was being hopeful because after I checked the menu and they were not cheese filled 😐. Oh and if you’re wanting some entertainment with your meal, just look up. The circus of flies twirling through the air will take your breath away…

I ordered a drink and it came without any kind of cocktail napkin. I asked for a napkin and she told me I’d get a napkin when my food came out. Somewhat of an unhelpful response… I was hoping for a delicious Italian- style pizza. I chose the Funghi. It was described as, “Porcini cream, roasted mushrooms, fior di latte, roasted onions, grana padano and fresh thyme”. Unfortunately, maybe the kitchen was off that night but it was so salty it was nearly inedible. I dissected the pizza and it was the onions that were oversalted. Unfortunately, they seemed to be the main ingredient on this pizza. It was basically an onion pizza with a sprinkle of mushrooms. When the server came to check, I didn’t even get the words out, she assumed it was fine and carried on.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Antico! We arrived for the happy hour – from 3 to 5 PM, all margherita pizzas and tap beers at half the price. Also tried a gnocchi that I was craving. Super high quality ingredients and the orders arrived pretty fast. Cozy atmosphere and nice service too. Highly recommend!

So disappointing! We are locals and have lived here a long time and had been saving up for a special treat. Overpriced food and very disappointing. (for example we ordered up with what was supposed to be oven roasted wine, tomatoes, and it looks like the picture I posted… One raw tomato, quartered… )Service was excellent though, and they removed the especially disappointing item from the bill.

We’ve been coming here every time we come to Whistler. Their pizza and pasta are fantastic and made with excellence, and perfect serving portion sizes. We always order the same dishes - Funghi Pizza and Rigatoni con Funghi Misti Pasta. Service is attentive and they make sure our wine glasses are always filled! Can’t wait for my next trip!

After an afternoon of ATV riding, we were famished and found ourselves at this fine establishment. The Guinness was cold and the food was proper good. Not much else we could have asked for after a few pints and good grub. Looking forward to coming back here.

Had a late dinner here while staying at Whistler. It is a cool looking Irish pub with traditional pub food. They host live music and it can get loud. I ordered a Beef dip, the aujou was tasty with a nice rosemary flavor however the bun was burnt and there was not very much meat at all. My wife had the fish tacos which looked amazing but the fish was breaded and a little greasy. Out server did not some back to check on us and ask how our food was and it took a long time for a refill on our drinks, like we were forgot about for a while. It is a nice pub however and I'm sure the experience is not always like ours.

We used to visit Dubh Linn Gate regularly years ago, and returning now, it’s evident that things have changed. It no longer feels much like an Irish pub, as the menu focuses heavily on more generic options, such as nachos, wings, banh mi bowls, and flatbreads, with little that reflects its Irish roots. We tried the mushroom pie, which had a flavorful filling, and the pretzel with cheese. The pretzel was served warm, but it had more of a mini baguette texture than the traditional chewy twist we had hoped for. The cheese was acceptable but nothing memorable. On a positive note, the wait staff was absolutely lovely. They were very friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. While we miss the old charm of the place, the team deserves credit for making us feel cared for.

Dinner was great – lots of gluten-free choices and really tasty food that arrived quickly even though it was busy! Breakfast was a different story. Despite being one of the few tables occupied, our food took almost 40 minutes to arrive, leaving us little time to eat before a long drive. We also weren't able to order drinks as our server was MIA after taking our order.

We visited this pub on a stopover in Whistler. We initially were only staying for one drink, however the atmosphere and the live duo were so good, we stopped for the evening. We had already eaten, however the food which we did see looked delicious and well presented, plus large portions. The staff were really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their beers. The pub itself had plenty of seating both inside and out, plus a fab fire pit for cold nights. The decoration was typical for an Irish pub and quirky, which added to it's appeal. It was popular and really busy. It really made a perfect end to our evening in Whistler. I would definitely recommend this pub.

Great food and great service. Food portions were massive! We couldn’t eat everything! Massive shout out to the Newcastle guys that were serving us. Definitely a great experience chatting to them. Highly recommend

Had a lovely dinner after a day of exploring Whistler. We all enjoyed our dinners. I had the Cottage Pie and a Caesar. Both delish! Amazing food and service with a terrific view of the mountains from the patio.

Food was excellent, friendly staff and amazing service. Unfortunately didn't take a photo of the deep fried calamari but that was SO GOOD!!!! We didn't make a reservation but the were quite full.

The quality of the sushi was superb, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. My partner and I sat at the high top tables, so we were able to watch the chefs prepare the sushi in front of our eyes. It’s a great experience, and we would highly recommend! The salmon was my favourite, and the scallops just melted in our mouths. Also the salmon belly was crispy and delicious.

Still the best in town - after twenty years consistently, brilliantly, superb. Simply the best most amazing staff and the most incredible quality of food in whistler. As a long time local this would be my first choice for dinner every time.

It was hands-down the worst Japanese restaurant I've been to in BC. We had to wait almost an hour for our order to come. There were no updates on ETA, nobody ever came by our table to check on us before the food is served. We didn't even order that much and it still took forever for our food to be ready. I got the salmon Don because that's usually my go-to and it was hilariously overpriced and undersized. I don't mind paying extra if the dish is worth it and it is Whistler so I do expect a little big of upcharge but this restaurant is taking it to another level. I paid 44 dollars for my Don. I never felt so scammed in my life. It was borderline robbery and we had to pay 18 % auto-graituity that's just included in the bill. What am I paying gratuity for?? For my undersized and overpriced Don to take an hour to prepare?? It was so bad I was still hungry by the end so I had to go to McDonald's to alleviate the feeling of being scammed. Avoid this, go to a ramen place nearby instead. Whistler Village has many decent options, this is NOT one of them 😡😡

Sushi village is good, and prices are reasonable. I think they are a good reliable sushi place! Not the best I’ve ever had but definitely very good! Would recommend to anyone visiting whistler.

First time at a Sushi Restaurant. The hot food came out streaming. There were so many choices I wanted to try, but I was too full! We will be back next time we are in town. To robot “cat” server was very cute. The human staff were very nice as well!

Everything is GOOD! I got their Bacon benny and it was o-kay. Their hollandaise tasted more of melted cheese and their pickled onion didn’t really taste pickled. I do love how you can order to the front so you can take as much time as you would like. It was our first visit and I would come back to try their waffles. Service is great, they were very nice. As well as the atmosphere. I loved their layout.

This review is based on their happy hour and only the drinks. They offer 20% off drinks, which is great for an afternoon relaxation session or late lunch. The place is pretty open so there’s lots of seating. You order at the counter and they bring your food or drink to wherever you’re seated.

I'm a fairly simple eater and love Hunter Gather. The classic breakfast was fantastic! Lots of delicious food for a surprisingly reasonable price, considering most food in Whistler is marked up quite a bit. I've gone back multiple times to have the brisket sandwich with pemberton potatoes for dinner. The brisket is very soft, moist, and tasty! The horseradish on it is very mild, so don't let that scare you away from it. My mother and I were both ranting and raving about the brisket for days. I'm generally a French fries kinda guy, but the pemberton potatoes were a nice surprise. They are basically fried potato chunks that are nice and crispy on the outside and decently soft on the inside. On one visit, my girlfriend ordered the Cured Salmon & Pesto Salad and thought it was too salty. The staff was very kind and exchanged it for a brisket sandwich, which she was very happy with. On another visit, my girlfriend ordered the Hunter Shawarma and did not like it. She claimed the beef was overcooked and she didn't like the chicken marinade. The staff was more than accommodating and swapped it free of charge for a Chicken Shawarma, which she was very happy with. All in all, the food selection is great, for a reasonable price. The staff is more than gracious and accommodating. The environment is comfortable, with plenty of seating, natural lighting, and comfortable music volume levels. So even though it might not be a quiet dining experience, based on how busy it is, you also don't need to worry about being able to hear the people at your table.

EDIT: Hunter Gather did make good on their promise for a refund, and I do appreciate their quick response and attempt to make things right. Thank you! What happened to this place!?! Hunter Gather used to be one of our favorites. But the overcooked dry brisket was among the worst I have had. Pork Ribs were comparatively better but very small and little meat, I probably would not order them again (if we ever go back). Poutine was kinda weird with the pickles. On the positive, staff was very friendly and food served quickly. But overall the food was a complete disappointment. Sad to see the decline.

Where Brisket Melts in Your Mouth It’s been a while since I’ve had brisket this good—tender enough to melt in your mouth, with just the right amount of smoke and a perfectly charred crust. The side of crispy potatoes was outstanding. The place is delightfully unpretentious, with excellent beers and ciders, and a more-than-fair check.

Good casual place for burgers, wraps and BBQ! Very reasonable prices. They also have a large selection (about a dozen) of local beers on tap and are very happy to tell you about the beer and brewery. Try out a beer flight if you can’t decide. It’s self serve in the sense that you are shown to a table, then you go up to the counter to order food and drinks, and your order is brought to your table. Very efficient and is pretty quick, even when it’s super busy. Pretty large dining area so tables move fairly quick. When the weather is good they have lots of tables in an outdoor area, where you can also bring your dogs. Super friendly staff, especially Brodie the beer meister! We’ve gone a few times and everything on menu is good. They have a few vegan and veggie options. Got beef burger and chicken schwarma this time. I like the crispy potatoes or wilted kale as a side. They have a soup of day which is also nice on a cold day. They also serve brunch and have great waffles and bennie’s. Came back a few months later. Got to e Grants platter for 4. Huge plate of food!! Tasty pulled pork, brisket, wings, ribs. Loads of sides. Minor nit is too much pulled pork, would have preferred more brisket (not that many slices). Otherwise, good deal and could probably feed 4 or 5.

I’m not sure the high ratings are deserved. We ordered a burger and poutine after reading a review calling it the best poutine. However, it was far too salty — to the point that it made my tongue hurt. Since we were sitting on the patio and ordered at the counter ourselves, I tipped 18% upfront. The server only checked on us once, when the food was done. In hindsight, the experience didn’t warrant that level of tipping

Charming breakfast spot with a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The food was decent but the overall experience made it worth a visit. Good place to try if you’re in the village and want something different.

I read a lot of good reviews, and walked in with high expectations! Although the group arrived after me was seated before us, the waiting time was acceptable. We ordered an omelette and a savoury crepe. The smoked salmon omelette was pretty good, but the crepe was quite disappointing. It was quite dry… The most disappointing part was the service…. Everything was fine until the waitress cleared the table, including napkins at the very same second that I put my fork down. I was still having my last bite. She didn’t asked if we were done, instead simply took the dishes and said I will bring your bill. We understand the restaurant was busy But from the moment the food was served till we walked out of the restaurant, it was only 25mins….. I don’t know why she was rushing us…

Let me start by saying I've worked and been married into the service industry for over a decade. I say this with a great disappointment and I'm insulted by what we experienced here today. I don't know if they're just having an off day or what but it's as if it was the whole staffs first day on earth today. I'm not sure if it's a requirement to have never seen a single scrambled egg before to work here?? We sent one of the over and under cooked (at the same time!) eggs back to see if they'd bring a normal $7 egg back but they just microwaved it or something, it was awful. You can see the what they handed back in the photo provided, I wish I had gotten a before shot. My brother got the Florentine eggs Benedict and it was a gross heap of wet plain spinach on an untoasted English muffin. The egg pan is clearly too hot and the hash brown pan was clearly too cold. I like crispy bacon but not burnt bacon for the price. The only good thing was the maple latte. Our server never checked on us and everyone was like a zombie, it was so bizarre. I genuinely regret not speaking up while there but it didn't seem like it would have mattered if I had. For the whole staff to clearly not care whatsoever is obviously the fault of management who themselves must not care and cannot encourage anyone here to care or be proud about the services provided.

Would give 100 stars if I could. From out of town and just had a good feeling about this place. Visited with our 4 M/O puppy and were accommodated with a water bowl, a mug of ice cubes, lots and lots of love, and exceptional service. The food was delicious (possibly the best breakfast we've ever had) Will for sure be coming back here. You will 100% be glad you came to Crêpe Montagne:) Massive shoutout to Emma and Natasha

I read a lot of good review and was excited to try this place. My experience did not live up to my expectations at all. The space is cozy, charming, and very welcoming. My mocha... Meh? My crepe (Belle Helene) was raw tasting and left a lingering flour taste. Overall dish were very average, if not slightly below. A taste I cannot justify at this price point. I expected better. Mine did come with a good poached pear, which was perfectly cooked. Still bright and refreshing. But the crepe ruined it. Chocolate sauce tasted store bought and not made in house. Vanilla icecream was the same, nothing to write home about. Don't get me wrong, I think you can corporate mass producing ingredients into perfectly good comfort dishes with the right balance. But this was not it. It left me feeling like I was having a thoughtless dish, cheaply put together and made into a fancy dish with a touch of poached pear. The bratwurst on the side was pretty good, probably the only thing I actually like. I don't recall now but the herb in there was pretty on point. But at $6 for such a small portion (doesn't appeared to even be a link worth) left me questioning the portion size. The whole service was very messy. The waitresses kept asking each other what's what and they just all seems very confused. They seems to be trying so I want to praise them for effort but it doesn't make for a good dining experience. One of the waitress almost drop the hot mocha on me because her hand was super shaky. This place is definitely not for me, and I doubt I would return. It was nice to go once though.

Crepe was taste good but I had egg and tomato crepe which there was no sign of taste of egg in the crepe. I asked for side of spinach which made crepe unpleasant.. spinach was like a piece of cooked but cold on top of the crepe…

Ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and a Caesar salad. The pepperoni on the was surprisingly large for the size of the pizza (10") and there were sesame seeds on the pizza itself - not that it really impacted the taste of the pizza or anything, just thought it interesting to point out for those who do/do not like sesame seeds on their pizza. In terms of taste the pizza was pretty mediocre. Not terrible, but nothing to write home about. Surprisingly, the Caesar salad was really good; liked it more than the pizza! The service is quick, was about a 10 minute wait for my order, and the guys behind the counter were really polite. The location of the restaurant is a little tucked away and there aren't a whole lot of tables in the area, but they offer free delivery and we just ended up bringing the pizza back to our hotel room. Not that bad of a pizza joint!

First time trying Fat Tony's Pizza. Had a pepperoni and a ham & mushroom. Order was ready for pick in 20 mins. Have to say was quite surprised to see such large pieces of pepperoni and a touch of sesame seeds. Flavor was very good!

Not a bad little pizza joint in Whistler. Slices are $5 each and made fresh on site. The best part is the convenience—you walk up, pick from whatever’s hot and ready in the middle, and within minutes you’re eating. The locals recommended this spot, and I can see why! My only suggestion would be to offer a discount on slices that have been out for a while.

This pizza is so fluffy and delicious! Taste unreal! The staff INCREDIBLE! Your BEST bet in Whistler!

I have ever had a pizza like this in bc. The crust was super fluffy and soft, the quantity of toppings is perfectly awesome, and they have a funky ambiance, they are open till 3 am in the morning for 365 days which awesome and they have free delivery too...I really loved it...great job guys

Fat Tony's is a hole in the wall, and I mean that with all due respect. I love it. No nonsense, delicious pizza, pretty good wings, get in, get out, there's no room for you to hang around inside, but there's benches, stairs, and a few walls you can sit on, or take advantage of their actually still free delivery if you can't be bothered to walk or wheel yourself up there. I live in northwest Washington and I've still considered driving there for a slice and something to do on more than one occasion.

Music was very loud inside store and staff were not very friendly. Pizza tasted good but we both got ill shortly after (regular Hawaiian and a gluten free cheese). Would not recommend.

If you’re looking for cheap eats close to Whistler Village, Samurai Sushi is worth checking out; however, don’t expect too much in terms of taste and quality. You order by lining up and paying ahead of time. There is a separate line for take out orders. The counter person then delivers the food to you. After you finish, you’ll have to put away your own bowls in this small cramped cupboard. There is an extensive menu filled with different types of Japanese food as well as fusion food such as sushi wrapped in a flour tortilla. We were hungry but even then, we knew that the food was kind of lacking in taste and the texture for the agedashi tofu was a bit too hard. There is lots of parking in this plaza.

Came here for take out for lunch today as it was highly recommended. Arrived at 12:40 and there was a sign on the door that said “closed until 1ish”. So got a coffee and waited next door, no problem. Went back at 1:15 and there was a new sign that said “closed until 1:30ish” so waited until 1:30. After now an hour of waiting I order the Ocean special. The cashier tells me that there is no tuna available because the refrigerator is broken (that’s why they were closed for an hour) and asked if I would mind if the tuna rolls that came with this special were subbed with salmon rolls instead. Sure not a problem. Paid for my takeout which was packaged up and left. Opened the takeout container to see that they had used the unrefrigerated tuna in the roll which was a slimy dark grey colour and had obviously gone bad, but they still used it anyways. Super disappointed and didn’t even end up eating half my meal because I didn’t want to get sick. Do better.

This place has a fun, laid-back snowboarder vibe, but the food didn’t quite live up to expectations. The prices felt high for what you get—portions are noticeably smaller compared to most sushi spots in Vancouver. Some rolls were pretty average, though the Buddha Roll was a highlight and definitely worth ordering. The California roll might as well been from IGA, you wouldn’t tell the difference. The rolls were loosely wrapped. It’s an okay stop if you’re in the area, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way for.

Food was good but serving sizes were very small, and even though I spent $20, I left hungry. I was really shocked by how bad the service was though. The woman at the till acted like she hated being there and I felt compelled to tip, and thought that might help, but then she practically threw the plate at me when serving. I work in customer service and was incredibly friendly with her throughout, so I wasn't causing this! I am surprised that this is what customer service is like here and certainly wont be recommending this place to my guests.

We eat here once a week. Sometimes twice. It’s the perfect quick family dinner spot. Everyone is happy! And the price point is perfect.

Location , Location, Location they Say!! The Raven Room has it...and more!! Patio views of Whistler Mountains are just spectacular! Vibrant Whistler Village in a back, In this Restaurant you can actually relax from busy Village noise and enjoy views and good food. Fast friendly service, Our server - George was great. Stay on a patio to enjoy fresh air and Views!! Parking is paid inside Hotel where restaurant is located (Pan Pacific). We had mushroom soup and lamb and halibut. Very nice presentation, just check our pictures! It was Great! Will come back for sure when next time in Whistler

Everything was excellent! We sat outside and had a heater near us which we greatly appreciated. Service was quick and very friendly. For cocktails, we had Oil Spill (which was super unique!!) and The Cat's Meow. For food, we had Potato Puffs (amazing!!) and Spicy Fried Chicken. For mains, we had the Beef Tenderloin + Blue Cheese Chimichurri (everything was excellent, my only suggestion would be to add more blue cheese, but I am a huge blue cheese fan and this might not agree with everyone) and the Belly + Scallops (such a crispy and delicious meal, the scallops were perfect!!).

Great hidden spot in whistler. This is an elegant cocktail spot. Right now decorated for Halloween. It’s spooky and fun! Great drinks, including some features with the Halloween theme. Very friendly and attentive staff. I didn’t get any food but would go back to try as everything looked amazing. A definite worth check out in whistler.

Every single item we ordered blew us away! The food was absolutely delicious, from the salad to the main to the dessert. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Great service as well and overall good vibes. Highly recommend if you're in Whistler !

Came here for happy hour to try a few of their bites and drinks. This place was surprisingly quiet at the time and the staff almost felt surprised that we had come. Despite the mostly empty spot, we still had to wait with the hostess to find a table for us. The snack offering they had was solid enough, the potato puffs could use a little more seasoning, the Thai fried chicken was good. The drinks were a bit watered but that could be because it took a while for our drinks to come. I’m not sure what happened but the bar prepped our drinks and they just sat there until finally someone brought them over to us. Either way, I think there’s enough other happy hour spots in Whistler to try.

Such a vibe! We popped in for a quick drink but ended up staying for the delicious food and fantastic tunes. The peanut butter tequila is absolutely incredible, and the bartenders are true cocktail wizards!

We love coming here! The themes and cocktails are awesome, this time we were lucky to catch the Halloween decor which is over the top! Our server was really nice and just on it. We will keep coming back :)

The Old Spaghetti Factory offers generous portions, making it a good spot if you’re really hungry. However, the flavors were a bit underwhelming and not as rich as expected. That said, it’s a reliable choice for simple, classic pasta dishes in a casual setting.

The atmosphere was really good and cozy. We got a lot of food for a low price in my opinion. You get inclusive in the price with your pasta a warm bread with garlic butter, a salad (or soup) and ice cream. So you will not go outside with hunger. The staff was friendly at the table, the only thing I can say something about was the check in for a reservation. We made a reservation in advance and when we got there, there was a long line of people waiting to be seated but all the people in line didn’t had a reservation and were told to wait. They didn’t ask if there were other people in line who maybe had a reservation and for that we had to wait 10min to be seated. But other than that there is nothing bad to say. Very happy to have eaten here.

Driven by curiosity, my family and I decided to try the Whistler location, even though we had zero expectations. Out of the four dishes we ordered, two actually surprised us in a good way, the Fettuccine Alfredo and the Lasagna. The other two, well… no comment, the Linguine alle Vongole and the Fried Calamari. They could easily rename the pasta to “Linguine with Black Pepper” instead, and the calamari tasted like they were fried in oil that has seen too many seasons (honestly inedible). We pointed it out, but our waiter just shrugged. Service was friendly though, Jamie was nice and cheerful. Overall, it’s an experience we’re unlikely to repeat, but if you go, take it for what it is and keep your expectations low.

Good spot for dinner in the Village. We had a big group and the server was exceptional. He was patient, helpful, and accommodating. The food was good quality as you would expect from the Old Spaghetti Factory. The wait was a bit long, so make sure you reserve and be prepared to wait for a bit. The location is a bit hard to find though as you have to go down the stairs from the main Village area. So if you see the sign but you don't see the restaurant, then go down the set of stairs and you'll be there.

Love the location they have in Vancouver’s gas town so was excited when I saw this location in Whistler village. The menu was the same as their other locations, but other than that, this location was a very disappointing experience. The wait time to get seated was long even though there was an abundance of empty tables when we showed up. The waitress also took a long time to come over and take our order. Other than taking our order and bringing the food, the waitress did not come over a single time or refill our waters. The food was also far below my expectations for what the Old Spaghetti Factory usually serves. The lasagna was okay, but the spaghetti and meatballs had way too little sauce for the amount of noodles in the dish. It was very bland and dry. Truly a disappointing experience overall. If you like their other locations, this one is one you should avoid going to.

The entrance to this restaurant is in the basement, and as soon as you step in, the staff welcomes you warmly with attentive service. The meal begins with Italian sourdough bread, crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy inside, with a delightful nutty aroma that lingers as you bite in. The Ban Ban Shrimp is fried to a perfect golden crisp, with plump, juicy shrimp inside and a tangy-sweet sauce that balances the flavors beautifully—crispy, savory, and refreshing all at once. The Clam Chowder has a rich, velvety broth with the sweetness of fresh clams blending perfectly with the creamy base, creating a warm, hearty, and comforting flavor in every spoonful. The Lasagna, Mama Pulosi’s Secret Homemade Recipe, is layered with tender pasta sheets, savory tomato meat sauce, and gooey melted cheese, baked to perfection for a deeply satisfying, homey flavor. The Linguine with Clams features al dente pasta tossed with fresh, succulent clams and topped with nutty Parmesan cheese, creating a deliciously briny and savory combination. And to finish, a creamy, refreshing scoop of ice cream makes the meal truly satisfying from start to finish. Generous portions, refined flavors, and very reasonable price！ I’ll definitely be coming back!

The food is great, the service is best, the place invites you to come again. I have to give Josh extra credit since he gives an extraordinary service, he even asked the manager to open a new big bottle Tabasco when he could not found it from the kitchen.

Ladies night out for a lovely dinner and drinks. Reservation is highly recommended! Clam chowder was delish and the Cobb salad was yummy. It was just a little noisy because of a full restaurant. Service could be better but it was a busy evening. One of our friends waited for her salad while all of us already got our dishes. Other than that, it was a wonderful evening.

Glad they are open till 11:00 pm (happy hour after 10) as we were back from our excursion late. Small but great happy hour deals! All the foods were very good as usual. Only issue was our steak being well done despite of asking for rare.

We are visiting Whistler and found Earls Kitchen and Bar. We had a very good experience here, to start, our waitress TILDA, was amazing, very knowledgeable of the menu and drinks, very fast even the restaurant was busy she was on it. We will keep coming back again while we are in town and every time we come here because we loved their food, tha bar menu and the really good service we had by TILDA.

Overall, it was a good experience. We visited for lunch and found the location convenient, with parking lots nearby. The wait time was only about 10 minutes. Our server was warm, welcoming, and very helpful. While there wasn’t a physical kids’ menu, they offered several child-friendly options such as chicken tenders, pasta, or a kids’ burger.

A 10/10 experience. We were seated almost instantly, since it wasn’t busy. Our server was extremely nice, and willing to answer all kinds of questions on the food. First came the clam chowder, and it was very delicious. Nice and thick. My dish, the kung pao chicken was extremely good. You get to choose an amount of peppers to put in as a spice level, and the noodles and chicken paired nicely with the assortment of veggies. The fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken—and they offer a version with Cajun chicken—and it was heavy, and the cheese was nice and thick. The crab cake was small and light, I enjoyed it. And the Santa Fe salad was an enjoyable blend of beans, veggies, chicken, and some sauce. Maybe ranch or Cesar? Anyways very tasty, especially when eating all the elements together. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend.

Had such an amazing time at Earls thanks to Will! He was super friendly, hilarious, and on top of everything. His energy made the whole night better. He gave great recs, kept our drinks full, and made sure we were totally taken care of. Seriously, every restaurant needs a Will!

Went to 3 places looking for a late night weekday dinner, only to get turned down from every place due to kitchens being closed. Luckily, we stumbled upon Earls and our amazing server Katie! Had the best dinner of our vacation for a very good price. The prices were nice but being on vacation we didn’t care too much about that. What made the experience 10/10 was our amazing server Katie. She accommodated to all our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. Earls would probably be great without our amazing server Katie, but I don’t know if we’ll get service like that ever again. Cheers! Thank you Katie!

The service was quite slow—we waited around 30 minutes before our order arrived, which felt longer given the modest crowd. That said, the food was absolutely worth the wait: every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the smiling girl who added a warm, welcoming vibe to the experience. Despite the delay, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. If you’re not in a rush, this place is perfect for starting your day with great food and good energy.

Stopped by the night before, but the kitchen had already closed. The powerful outdoor fire tables immediately caught our attention on that chilly evening, so we decided to come back the next day for lunch — and glad we did! Enjoyed some great burgers and fries right by the fire tables. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. Cozy vibes, warm flames, and solid food — can’t go wrong here!

Excellent place. Plenty of seating. Staff is very polite, food is absolutely to the point. You actually get what you order and it tastes great. According to my son the fries and poutine were the best he had, had so far and calls this restaurant his new home.

Luke made the best Spicy 1800 Cucumber Jalepeno Margarita! Luke greeted me as I walked in and was friendly and welcoming. Even though he was busy his attention to detail, such as my drink almost being empty to offering to charge my phone. I definitely will be back for another Margarita and to watch NFL!

Everything here is so good! Our server was amazing, so attentive to anything we might need and the Spanish coffee was delicious, tho we initially had asked for Spanish latte the alcohol inside was exactly what we needed to stay warm lol! 😆

I searched for brunch spots in Whistler and chose this place carefully, especially since I was coming from downtown Vancouver. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. The avocado toast, in particular, wasn’t great—it was one of the least enjoyable versions I’ve had. The Instagram videos made the food look a lot more appealing than it actually was. I suppose I should’ve looked into more reviews before deciding.

Me, my son and his partner had an amazing brunch. Meg was so helpful with mine and my son’s dietary requirements. Me as gluten intolerant and my son as vegetarian who doesn’t like eggs. The drinks were so good. The green salad is AMAZING. We had a great time and will be back. I got the gluten free BLT with cheese and OMG. Yes! Thanks so much for a memorable brunch with beautiful views.

I always dine at Stonesedge every time I'm in Whistler. Amazing service and great food as always! Love the cozy atmosphere too. We had some much fun with our server Luka. Had a great time!

We ordered garlic prawns, chicken buffalo wings, a chicken burger, and one drink. The garlic prawns cost around $18 but came with only three prawns, as you can see in the picture. The buffalo wings tasted fine but were clearly not fresh — they seemed frozen. The chicken burger was disappointing and lacked flavor. Our total bill for just these few items was $120, which felt extremely overpriced given the poor quality and small portions. We decided to visit after reading the Google reviews and seeing the price range, but it turned out to be very misleading. Overall, we don’t recommend this restaurant — definitely not worth the money.

PRO'S: Stonesedge Kitchen is an excellent casual dining place. We had brunch & dinner during our stay in Whistler Village. Mac, our server suggested some enjoyable Canadian wines along with several dining dishes. It's patio was pleasant and not crowded. CON'S: None SUMMARY: Stonesedge Kitchen was a nice, centrally located casual cafe.

Amazing & flavourful food, warm & kind service and overall spectacular vibe. Portions are huge - we split the Early Bird Poutine, and had even leftovers! Drinks are made perfectly. Will be recommending this place! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

What a wonderful brunch! The manager Mark recommended the breakfast bowl, which was perfectly delicious (with my chosen addition of pulled short rib....do it, it's amazing), ordered along side the largest Americano i have ever had. 😍 Our server Jenna was helpful and efficient as well. Great spot, try it out for dinner as well!

Sachi Sushi As a person with a dedicated sushi addiction and has eaten at every sushi place in Whistler this is the #1 spot. I’d start off by saying I’ve eaten at every sushi place in town roughly 5+ times some 20+ times and a few 50+ times. Best service, you’re always greeted with a warm smile, timely service, great knowledge and very informative servers. The vibes are right and the open sushi counter makes for a perfect viewing of techniques and skills displayed by the chefs. The freshness of the fish, the quality, and the way they prep it is by far the highest standards in Whistler. Sushi rice is always consistent which is a great sign for any sushi place. The price on some things are a bit high but once again all the factors listed above make it worth it. I always get the 10 piece omakase which is always different and makes in an excellent treat. Favourite bite being the sweet sweet Ebi(drool worthy). Other than that you really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu. 9.8/10 if I’m comparing it to local competition.

Get a maki roll with the scallop. It was sweet and delicious. I had the House Roll and it was delicious. The salmon was a nice deep red colour on the Hola roll too. That’s rare for me (coming from Ontario, where the salmon is usually a washed out pink colour.) I wish it was open longer hours; I would have gone back again during my visit to Whistler.

Food was delish, especially the Hako roll. I found its flavor profile quite unique with the tiny slice of lemon adding a fresh twist. The service was also top notch. My only critique is the portion to price ratio.

Went last minute asking for something that they didn’t had in the menu and not only they did ir quick as I was in a rush, the sushi is absolutely delicious, the restaurant and vibe looks amazing with the chef in front of you. Definitely coming back to have a solid dinner here!

The quality of the food is OK, but over priced. We thought it could close to some high-end Japanese restaurant in Vancouver based on the price. The salmon sashimi cost $45+tax, but it’s closer to $20-25 level in Vancouver. Given it’s in Whistler, we accept it. The chef seems nice and experienced and we will give a credit to that part. Another issue we have is with a male receptionist. We don’t really feel we are welcomed (poker face).

I can't speak highly enough of this place. The food is fantastic, the chefs are dedicated to their craft, the service is stellar. I think the only shortcoming is that it can get quite loud when it's busy, but you can't really blame a restaurant for that. This is a fantastic place to eat. It also has the perk of being in Whistler village but not in the more tourist saturated heart of the village, so you can often still get in on busy nights.

Price is a joke. Sushi tastes ok, nothing special. five piece of Sushi Roll is 14-18$. We paid $32 for 10 pieces... Unfriendly service. We should have left without eating them. Extremely unhappy dinner. Please do not go there!

Walked in and placed an order immediately. Got a pizza pie with just vegetables and one with chicken and BBQ sauce. It took around 15-20 minutes. Walked around for a bit and came back and had the pizza. The vegetable one was good but the BBQ chicken one was ok. We finished it all though. 7.5/10

After a disappointing overpriced dinner at Araxi, we decided to grab pizza at Avalanche Pizza to fill up our half empty stomach, and it did not disappoint! This place is the real deal—no tourist traps, just genuinely good food at a great price. We tried the pepperoni pizza, and it was delicious! The crust was perfect, the toppings were generous, and the flavors were spot on. For the price, it’s hard to beat the quality you get here. It’s refreshing to find a place that doesn’t overcharge and still delivers fantastic food. If you’re in the area and looking for something satisfying and affordable, I highly recommend Avalanche Pizza. You won’t regret it!

The worst chicken tenders I’ve ever had. Terrible food. I ordered chicken tenders and only got three tiny pieces. On top of that, it took over 30 minutes for this simple order to arrive. Completely overpriced and not worth the wait. Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time

Big portions and good selection. But pizza by the slice is cold. Also loads of flies in the dining area. I know Whistler is not cheap but when they charge 50% more and then hold back on quality it’s not fair.

Ordered the freshly made XL pizza with the half and half option… Wow! Totally worth it. The toppings were generous and wholesome (you know, like real food!). Great if you’re with a group and looking for a quick snack! P.S. thanks for the surprise treat of toppings; it made our day ;)

A hearty slice of pizza was needed after a long hike, ski, or bike ride. A quick tasty bite to fill the spot or a relaxing spot. The aroma and warmth of the restaurant was appealing. After having the first slice, I just had to go back and get myself a second slice. Yum.

Stopped in for a late night slice or two. There were lots of pizza slices available, 5 different pizzas. They were hot and reasonably priced. The person working was friendly. Recommend for a quick slice.

Food is ok. I would say lower value than Cactus Club, but similar quality. Definitely not worth the spend. The setting is beautiful though and the staff is lovely. They sometimes have live music which is a nice bonus. I only recommend coming here if you’re staying at the hotel and you’re too lazy to go into the city.

What a fantastic restaurant. The staff is as amazing as the warmth of the setting. The food options are plentiful and each one is delicious. The nachos are in a league of their own!!! If any of the following servers are available, be sure to ask for one to take care of your table. You won’t be disappointed - Isami, Rachel, Leann, Addy, or Fredrique. They are so personable and efficient. They are led by a delightful manager named Brandi, who not only observes the operations but will roll up her sleeves and pitch in when needed. Kudos to the entire team for such a well-run establishment.

My husband and I did the Cocktail Masterclass at the Mallard Lounge and had a great experience with Taylor. She was very knowledgeable and engaging and made great cocktails! The class felt like a great value for the money..we enjoyed several delicious cocktails as well as multiple snacks - our favorite was the salt and pepper wings. Would highly recommend! We absolutely loved our time at The Mallard Lounge at Fairmont Chateau Whistler—it quickly became our go-to spot during our stay. The setting is beautiful, the service is warm and attentive, and the live music every night adds the perfect touch of atmosphere. The food was consistently outstanding. We especially loved the burger, truffle fries, oysters, charcuterie, and the wood-fired pizzas. Everything was so good, we ended up dining there four times during our week-long stay! A special shoutout to Freddie, one of the wonderful servers who made our visits even more enjoyable. She’s incredibly sweet, provided excellent service, and gave us some great local recommendations and insider tips. And the cocktails? Absolutely top-notch. The Signature Gin & Tonic wasn’t just the best G&T I’ve ever had—it might be one of the best cocktails I’ve had, period. Thank you to the entire Mallard Lounge team for making our time in Whistler so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

We love coming to the Fairmont Lounge for drinks – it’s always such a special experience. My husband always orders the Castaway Old Fashioned, and part of the fun is the incredible presentation with fire and smoke. It’s such a signature moment that we look forward to every time. This visit, however, was a little different. Our server did the presentation on the tray instead of at our table, and she seemed to be rushing through it. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to capture it on video like we usually do, which was disappointing. That being said, the drink itself was excellent as always, and we still really enjoy the atmosphere and overall experience. We just hope that next time, the presentation can be done tableside again, as it really adds to the magic.

Our server was absolutely amazing! She was welcoming and made us feel completely at home from the moment we sat down. She really knew the menu inside and out and gave great recommendations. Everything she did seemed effortless, and you could tell she's a total pro. Blair turned a nice dinner into a really special experience. We came here for drinks and dessert to save our anniversary date night after a dissappointing dinner experience somewhere else. Our first server (she was training, didnt catch her name) gave us excellent recommendations, then Liz provided amazing service, was so kind and lovely to chat too. The vegan dessert was delicious and drinks and ambience were amazing! Thank you for helping us save our anniversary date night we love this place and had the best time ❤️

Love the crossiants here. We had ham cheese crossiant and plain crossiants here. We had the O Canada waffle too, but it became “soft” after a while. The coffee was all good too. Love the mocha peppermint which is pretty unique and the flat white. Overall, we enjoyed our breakfast and recommend this cafe! 😋

There was only really one choice on the menu for Canada Day breakfast - the O'Canada waffle, piled high with bacon, slathered in maple syrup, and accompanied by a mug of fresh, steaming hot coffee. It was definitely a busy morning, but the staff managed to stay on top of the steady stream of customers, and the food arrived hot and quickly. All in all, it was a very enjoyable way to start the day.

Perfect place for early birds. I had a spinach feta bakery and an Americano. Both were really good. My dog and I were able to sit outside. It was overall a good morning for us. Thank you 👍🏻

The crepes were amazing, fresh, hot and yummy. The atmosphere and design of the restaurant is a bit odd but we went for the food. As you can see the crepes look great. Service was fast and friendly. Will be back.

Went here for snack and opted for Prosciutto Crepe, large Chai Latte and cinnamon bun approx $30. It’s soft crepe. Mozarella is a lot for me, quite generous for cheese. Maybe it’s me since I don’t want too much cheese. Can maybe ask for lesser cheese on it. Chai Latte is alright, but I wish it’s served in a ceramic cup and not plastic. Cinnamon bun is good, not too sweet. Crispy on the outside. Server is friendly.

Crepe was excellent. Definitely a vibe. Coffee was not bad. Overall, happy choice for an early breakfast. And price felt fair for the area. I would recommend.

This place has a peak-hour problem, as they are not equipped to handle weekend surges in orders. We waited 30 minutes for a crepe and were not told to expect such a delay. By the time we got our food, staff were finally telling customers to expect 30 to 35 minute delays. Makes you feel sorry for the staff, who are trying to crank out volume of food their tiny kitchen isn’t able to produce.

Love the atmosphere! It's like stepping into a portal to Japan with lot's of cute cultural features to admire, including the music, and anime in the background. I like sitting in a new spot each time because of all the unique spaces. The food is just as amazing! I HAVE to have the mushroom Bao Bun every time I visit and I love that there's a good selection of Vegan/Veg options, and mocktails. We always reserve ahead of time because it is a popular spot. Had the Spring Special Menu this round it was worth it.

Our party of 7 went to dinner a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed this place. We ordered the fries, karaage chicken, hamachi sushi, soy butter clams, crispy tuna roll, pork kakuni, tonkotsu ramen, and maze soba. All were good but the ramen broth was a little light. Our server came often to check up on us and was very pleasant. Overall a nice experience.

Very cool space w/great service. Super tasty clams & Brussels sprouts! Sushi rolls are serviceable, the curry rice was rich & filling. Popular spot - I can see it getting quite busy in high season!

I loved it here! The vibes are fun, totally themed but not cheesey. I was in a "treat yourself" kind of mood, so I spent about $40 on myself, but you could absolutely spend less. I didn't care for the yuzu hamachi, and my server was so sweet in making it right for me. Miso was good, sashimi was excellent, and the macha cheesecake was killer! Totally worthwhile to make a stop here for dinner.

Was pleasantly surprised with our dinner at Harajuku. Their spring special is such a good deal, with three dishes for only 29$. The highlights gor us were the butter clams, tonkotsu ramen, takoyaki and gyoza!

Ordered a takeaway for the harajuku tonkotsu ramen for $19.50. It was really dissapointing. There was barely any soup, mushrooms, green onions, no nori & pickled ginger as started in the description, and 2 really thin slices of meat. It wasn't even close to filling up half of the take away box as per the picture. Would not recommend at all.

Such a delicious coffee! Sometimes little shops have coffee that is too strong or too sharp but this was absolute perfection! Casual setting, super cute place with some seating. Very friendly staff. I will be back!

Tried most of the coffee shops (starbucks, arabica, blenz) in whistler this is by far the best by a landslide. Ordered a vanilla latte. Perfect ratio of coffee, milk and sweetener. Quite possibly one of the best in BC

This place is decent. I tried the chorizo burrito and it was pretty good. Would have preferred hot sauce with it instead of the salsa. I was not a fan of the mocha with maple syrup in it at all. Just wasn’t to my liking. The service was top notch though. I would give this place another chance and try a few other items next time I’m out here.

One of those interesting Asian places that mixes a variety of Asian cuisines together. (I.e. Kimchi in ramen). The spicy Korean fried chicken was good. The noodle salad was actually refreshing and I like the peanut sauce, but I didn’t expect it to have ramen noodles. I was expecting something more like a Vietnamese vermicelli bowl. It also came with soysauce on the side.. The ramen doesn’t quite taste like what you’d normally expect, so I’d pass, unless you don’t usually eat ramen. The person taking our order was friendly

The chicken karaage was very delicious and crispy, definitely the highlight of the meal! The ramen was okay, but I felt the noodles were a bit undercooked and could have been softer. Overall, a good experience.

Samuri Bowl is the actual go-to. The food is always so delicious, and no matter how busy it is, the food always comes out in 5 minutes. I love their vegan poke bowl, closely seconded by their spicy vegan ramen. No frills, so cheap and massive serving sizes. And the staff are always super lovely. I would actually move if Samuri Bowl wasn’t in my neighbourhood!!

Pretty decent spot for ramen, just beware they don’t give you a bag for takeouts, you have to pay if you want one or they’ll give you your food bowl plus cutleries on their own. You can order online on their site and it’ll show you when your food is ready.

Went with another family and was blown away by the menu variety and options. We found something for everyone. Everything was extremely good and the prices were very reasonable. The Miso Ramen was some of the best I've had. Will not hesitate to come back for more!

I got the miso ramen with karaage, the flavors were fine and the service was very friendly but the toppings were light. 2 small pieces of karaage, just half an egg and a bit of sprouts, corn and onion for garnish felt insufficient.

I told them I have a shellfish allergy yet found a shrimp in my CHICKEN fried rice. Could have killed me.

We ordered two chowmeins and were very disappointed. They were excessively oily and salty, and the noodles tasted far from fresh. On top of that, the customer service was poor, which made the experience even worse. Paying $30 for two single-serve noodles and getting such taste is really disappointing — definitely not what we expected from a place of this standard

The food was tasty, though I felt the portions could be a little larger for the price. It might also enhance the dine-in experience if the meals were served on proper plates instead of takeout boxes—similar to the style used at Bourbon Grill.

Go in knowing it’s not gourmet or even authentic. Pick a base noodle dish and add on protein and spice level. That’s it! Chow mein and Singapore noodles, both used the same noodles. They both seemed to have the same basic ingredients with a little different flavor. Fried rice also looked the same brown 😂. The Korean noodles used an udon and was probably the least enjoyable. This place was good for a quick take home option and maybe a little pricey for what it is. The person taking the order was friendly

Not many chinese food options around here. Main Street Noodles fills the void. Tasty varieties and friendly service. Decent noodles here, not the best but definitely worth eating if you are in the mood for Chinese while in Whistler. Reasonable prices and portions. Overall would recommend. As Uncle Roger would say..."GOOD WOK HEI"

Service was subpar, the staff member who took our order was very nice but I can't say the same for the woman that handed over the food. Anyway, the food was full of flavour, just unsure what they are. The little shrimps are so cute : ) Beware of bones in chicken, could land you a handsome dentist bill. The Crispy Cauliflower on the other hand, was delightful.

Split pepperoni and 4 cheeses pizza for two. Very good pizza which we ate outside on the patio. Called in after a visit to Coast Mountain Brewery. Excellent service and pizza. Short 20 minute wait after ordering.

Let me tell you something: the Butcher Pizza from Functional Pie didn’t just feed me — it changed me. I opened the box and immediately heard faint Gregorian chants and a single tear rolled down my cheek. This thing is the Voltron of meats. Capicollo? Present. Pepperoni? Loud and proud. Fennel sausage? I don’t know what kind of fennel wizardry went into it, but my taste buds saluted. Then there’s the holy cheese trinity: Grana Padano, mozzarella, and pecorino — a lactose lineup so divine, I almost converted religions. The crust was that perfect golden-brown with just enough char to say, “Yes, I’ve been kissed by fire.” And the toppings? They weren’t sprinkled; they were strategically deployed. I had a slice in one hand and existential joy in the other. By slice three, I was mentally drafting my will and leaving everything to this pizza. Slice five, and I was texting my ex, not to get back together — but to let them know they never stood a chance against this saucy, cheesy, meaty masterpiece. If you’re on a diet, I suggest you cheat. If you’re a vegetarian, I suggest you reconsider everything. This pizza is a meat monument. A greasy, cheesy, soul-hugging testament to functional food perfection. 10/10 would eat alone in a park again.

The owner and staffs are very friendly. Pizza tastes awesome. Much try when you are on your way or leave Whistler!

This was our first time ordering from Functional Pie and we were not disappointed. The pizzas all turned out great! The gluten friendly pizza is smaller, so remember to order two of those if you want the same amount of pizza as the normal (I.e. large) size. The restaurant has a small dining area and is geared more for takeout. We will definitely be coming back!

Thanks to this pizzeria, my view on American pizza has changed, I love it ❤️

Okay, I want to rave about Functional Pie. First and foremost, for a pizza place, the pizza has to be excellent, and it is. Great thin-ish crust, chewy but not doughy, and nicely crisp on the bottom. Great sauce layered in just-right proportions. The pepperoni was really good, everything I hope for in a pepperoni slice. And the sausage and mushroom is another level up. They nailed the mushroom flavor. Perfect. If that's not enough, they also have excellent cherry flavored soft serve. Even if you're not hungry for pizza, it's worth the trip for the soft serve. And to top it all off, five stars for customer service. Really, if you haven't tried Functional Pie yet, get on down to Function Junction and check it out!

Three of us ordered the Greek Goddess pizza for pickup, and the service was excellent. But the real highlight was the pizza, it was absolutely incredible, easily the best I’ve had in years! Highly recommend 😀

I wandered into this unassuming bar whilst on my travels and I was kindly greeted by the bar man Yiannis I believe his name was. He made me feel welcome and gave me the lay of the land. Only having 48 hours in Whistler I was overwhelmed he was a wealth of knowledge! Take care and I hope to be back soon

If you’re looking for a fun and affordable place for drinks in Whistler, this is the perfect spot! Specially if it’s Karaoke night! The food is ok, the wings were pretty good, but you don’t really go there to have an amazing dinner, you go with friends and have a great time!

It really was 21 steps from the entrance to the host. We walked in without a reservation right when they opened and got seated. They save 1/3 of the restaurant for walk ins. Each dish was great to try and our server stated the dishes we picked were his favourite. My favourite was the crab pasta. The noodles were cooked perfectly. Overall cost of the food was reasonable in comparison to all of whistler.

We had a wonderful dinner at 21 Steps Kitchen + Bar during our visit to Whistler. The highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, the mussels, they were absolutely out of this world. I genuinely can’t stop thinking about them and would gladly return to Whistler just to have them again. The service was excellent, friendly, attentive, and efficient, even though we didn’t get seated in the most scenic part of the restaurant. Hopefully next time, we’ll get a table with a view! We were also pleasantly surprised that there was no wait to be seated, which made for a smooth start to the evening. The rest of the food was also fantastic, with thoughtful preparation and fresh ingredients shining through in each dish. Overall, a great spot for a cozy, elevated meal in the heart of Whistler. Highly recommend, especially for seafood lovers!

I had a fantastic experience at 21 Steps Kitchen + Bar! The staff were incredibly friendly, not just attentive with service but also generous with local recommendations on where to go around Whistler, which really made the visit memorable. The food came out quickly and was absolutely top notch. I went with the ribeye steak on my server’s recommendation, and it did not disappoint. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I capped it off with their cheesecake, which was the perfect finish. The atmosphere was lively and fun, with just the right amount of buzz. It was energetic without being overwhelming, and you can still carry on a conversation comfortably. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Whistler. You won’t be disappointed!

Had a great time at 21 Steps! We made a reservation for two and opted for their $42 three course meal menu and it was lovely! We ordered their bowl of bread and fried chicken as the appetizer. The chicken was extremely juicy and crispy and the rosemary honey was a great addition as a dip. I do wish the bread was served warm, but it was soft and fluffy nonetheless. For mains, we ordered the braised beed and roasted half chicken. Both were phenomenol and I highly recommend! Not pictured was our dessert, which was the vanilla ice cream (as we were too full). It wasn't bad, but a bit icey for my liking as I had expected it to be much creamier and smoother. The service was amazing though! Would highly recommend.

21 steps really exceeded expectations tonight. We had 9 dishes through the prix fixe menu and they were all excellent. This place is a bit under the radar but has been here for so long because it is always solid. Tonight it was more. Mostly because Brenna is so awesome, but also the quality and value of the food is always on point. If you’re looking for a warm friendly low key place in Whistler, this is it.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel and can confirm the food was delicious! We ordered the short rib which is recommended everywhere and it didn’t disappoint! We also ordered the pappardelle and it was perfect. That said, the service wasn’t too great. We felt rushed when we were handed out the bill (we hadn’t finished our drinks), and also we were sat upstairs in this kinda dark place instead of the 1st floor where everyone was.

Disappointing Service Overshadowed an Otherwise Good Meal We had high hopes for 21 Steps in Whistler and made a 9:00 PM reservation for a group of eight Unfortunately, from the moment we walked in, our server Aaron or Erin “she had pink hair” made it clear we were not welcome. She was curt, dismissive, and seemed irritated by our presence—as if we were inconveniencing her by simply showing up for our reservation. That said, the food itself was very good. We started with the fried goat cheese, which was delicious. I had the Thai mussels, and my wife had the braised beef short ribs—both excellent. The espresso martini was well made, though the Fine and Dandy cocktail was a bit too citrus-forward for my taste. We ordered multiple bottles of wine and truly came in ready to enjoy ourselves, sparing no expense. What should have been a great dining experience was completely soured by Erin’s attitude. Despite the quality of the food and drinks, being rushed and treated with disrespect throughout the evening ruined the overall experience. It was disheartening to feel like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. Hospitality matters, and if you’re working in the service industry, being courteous and respectful should come with the territory. Sadly, that was far from our experience here. For that reason, I wish I left no tip cause I gave her 18% she didn’t deserve. Good food, unfortunate service. I hope management addresses this, as it detracts from what should be one of Whistler’s more enjoyable restaurants.

Overall great experience here. Menu is mostly made up of comfort food, so it's easy for anyone to find something to enjoy. My friend and I ordered ricotta, margherita pizza, caramba burger, and mac and cheese. All dishes were delicious. Staff were friendly, and service was great. The food is a bit on the pricier side, but that's kind of expected in Whistler.

My first time in Whistler and it happened to be when restaurants are having their 3-4 course deals. My friend and I decided to check out Caramba for their 3-course for $30 deal. For my 3-course I got the Baby Gem Green Goddess salad - it was very fresh and the flavors were great. For my main I got the Tagliatelle Pesto, which was also very flavorful and didn't feel too heavy. It was a decent portion and as a petite person, I ate about half of it. I got their Triple Cooked Chips as a side. They were a bit on the saltier side but still enjoyed them. My friend got the Calamari a la Plancha and that was delicious. We originally thought it was supposed to come out fried and it wasn't but it was one of our favorites! The 3-course for $30 is definitely worth it! Our waitress was great - I always appreciate when we can have casual conversations with a server beyond just ordering food to add to the experience. One other thing I wanted to add to recognize the restaurant is that I had left my purse at the restaurant that night (it had my passport to travel back to the US!) and didn't realize it until the restaurant was already closed. I was freaking out because the restaurant wasn't supposed to open until 5 pm and the following day I was going to check out of our hotel to head back to Vancouver. I ended up leaving the restaurant a voicemail, messaged them on Instagram, and emailed them because my purse had my passport! Thankfully, someone responded to me on Instagram even though it was already around midnight to pass along the message to the staff. The next morning, my friend and I walked by the restaurant and saw some a few people prepping for the day so they graciously opened the door for us and I got my purse back! I really appreciated the communication I received on Instagram and the staff's willingness to open the door for me to get my purse back. Kudos and many thanks to the team for putting my purse aside. That sigh of relief when they handed it to me was a HUGE weight lifted! THANK YOU!

It’s upbeat. Crowded. And right in the heart of Whistler Village. Its menu offerings were amongst the lowest priced in the glut and scramble of pre-season, Prix Fixe menu offerings. We came for their renowned burger…but we didn’t see any misses as the plates passed by us. Most exceptional, its staff: second-to-none! Look for Nicky…she’ll treat you right.

I got the burger, and it didn't have any specific taste! The lamb pizza was also the same. Beer range was limited with only one hazy IPA. Note that they add 1.5% on all bills for the health benefits of their staff! Not sure why customers should pay that extra 1.5% when food is already expensive ($30 for a simple burger) and minimum 18% gratuity when you get the machine to pay.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Cambra! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The hostess, host, and our server Daks were all incredibly friendly and accommodating — especially since we had our dog with us. The food was fantastic — we enjoyed the $30 three-course meal, which was an amazing deal considering the quality and variety. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. It meant a lot to us that the staff made everything so easy for us, finding the perfect spot on the patio, especially since we were celebrating a birthday. Thank you, we’ll definitely be coming back. :)

Wonderful experience with friends! Great cocktails (both alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and excellent food. My husband had the Burger that was voted best in Whistler and it didn’t disappoint. Our server, Lara was very warm and attentive. She made our experience even greater. Thanks Lara!

Sitting outside with great afternoon weather in may. We had burger 25$ with fries. Wings 20$ . Drinks 10$ Charged us 4$ extra for a sauce for wings And 5$ extra for changing chips to salad for one burger… not sure why didn’t we get the extra chip when With drinks overall bill was 125$ Expensive for the items ordered. Try some other place..

The drinks are the star of the show at longhorn. They have plenty of options and are great after biking/skiing. The food is pretty standard pub fare with a few healthier options available as well. The main issue we had is that some of the tables were still notably dirty even after being wiped down. The fire tables are great when you can get one and the patio space is very nice to sit and enjoy the last of the sunshine. Overall it was a pretty standard experience for pub fare and the location is great for those coming off the mountain or just wanting a good view.

I've got good things to say about the Longhorn Saloon in Whistler British Columbia. You don't go to the Longhorn to save money, in fact x2 expresso martini's and a club sandwich cost 80 dollars Canadian. you don't go to the Longhorn for exceptional service, although the service was adequate. You honestly go to the Longhorn for the AMAZING atmosphere. Large outdoor seating area, table top fire pits to sit around for everyone, sets the mood for Whistler rain or shine or snow ❄️, exciting, romantic in a sense, fun, depending on the season it can be a giant packed outdoor party, sometimes with a DJ or other form of entertainment. Inside the restaurant, spacious, and has that country party house saloon feel. If you visit Whistler BC, especially if it's snowing and your looking for a drink, cold beer, burger after the slopes or before, you definitely want to be able to say you've been to the Longhorn, check it out!!

Poutine was delicious and hamburger pretty good. The music too loud for me and tables too close to each other. There is a view of ski slope and biking route which I am assuming is interesting in the winter, but not much the rest of the time.

Regan and Olivia were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make the night special and memorable. Their energy, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference. You can tell they really take pride in what they do they took the time to make sure everything was perfect and that we were completely taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for better service they truly made it a night to remember!

If you’re going to Longhorn Saloon and you get lucky enough to have Siobhan as your waitress, you're in for a great night. She’s stunning and just really good at what she does. She’s super friendly, always on top of things, and manages to stay cool even when the place is slammed - she made the whole experience feel easy and fun. You can tell she actually cares about giving good service, not just going through the motions. Her attitude and professionalism really stand out. Total package. Already looking forward to my next visit and hope she’ll be working.

Lots of breakfast and brunch options here! They have a lovely outdoor seating with fire running and all. Perfect for a nice summer day. Loved their fried buttermilk chicken sandwich but didn’t like the chicken and waffles that much. The chicken was a bit undercooked but it could be just one day. Will definitely try the other options in the future. The server was super nice and took me on a mini tour of the facility when I asked her about the food options. Coffee and bakery goods are amazing.

I had many different dishes, pastries, and coffee for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from this place. It was more delicious than I expected. Breakfast bowl was yummy. Dinner selection of brisket, pork ribs, and chicken with coleslaw, salad, and veggies were so tasty. Portobello hot sauce and Jalapeño corn bread were really good. And great service! It can be very busy and loud in the morning.

Whistler’s packed with great eats, but this place stole the show. You can literally follow the scent of freshly baked doughnuts right to the door, and the atmosphere is calmer than a hot tub after a snowstorm. I ordered the roast Turkey BLT! They give you a little buzzer to hold onto while they prepare your food and in no time it’s ready to go. See you next trip Portobello!

Came here for brunch, the outdoor seating is nice especially in the summer. I got the breakfast sandwich and chai latte and my partner got the burrito. Was very yummy, I look forward to coming back again to try more items.

Stayed at the Fairmont and had dinner here one night. Delicious and fresh. The grilled corn was super yum; my table asked for more. Amazing warm apple pie and vanilla ice cream scoops for dessert. Excellent place for a healthy, filling meal.

Breakfast Chicken and Waffles is to die for. You get Chicken, Waffles, Cranberries and Hazelnuts on it, alongside country gravy or maple syrup. Absolutely the best chicken and waffles ive ever had. This restaurant is highly recommended. Atmosphere is really nice as well. Would love to come back sometime and try other meals.

Came here specifically because of YouTube videos saying the perfectly perfect Porschetto sandwich was to die for. YES, it was, also had the turkey BLT. Son had the poutine with pulled pork. Ordering was a little confusing, seemed like I annoyed everyone. Sandwiches came with a small cup of coleslaw and half of a pickle. Best meal in this town.

Legendary spot in creekside. Had the famous Caesars and the BBQ platter for 4. Other than the dry brisket, the meats was good. Luckily we weren't that hungry so the portions were just right. Probably not enough food for 4 hungry guys! The Caesars were spicy enough and the pickled beans within were great! Pricey spot, but not out of place for Whistler and certainly not the most expensive spot on the hill.. you are paying for the convenience of hillside eating.

A BBQ place and bar. We only came here for a single lunch visit. There was a constant flow of mountain bikers and hiking enthusiasts. Even so, it was crowded at all. That might not be the case on the weekends but we don't know for sure. There's a stage that we presume is for entertainment at night. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were very helpful accommodating us and made lunch suggestions. The restaurant is inviting and has a donate Western vibe. It's large and comfortable. The BBQ really wasn't that great. It might have been the day we visited but it's a BBQ place. That should be a consistent priority.

The platter was really delicious and definitely enough for two people. The brisket and ribs were full of flavor, and the sides balanced everything nicely. A bit on the pricey side, but overall a great experience!

A really great local spot! The food was good, but to me what really shined was the service and the ambiance. I don't often care at all about music in restaurants, but I was really into the music here! Very fun selection without being too loud. The server was an absolute gem and we had a great time. The food itself was good (especially the chili), and the drinks were great - didn't get a picture of the drinks because they were gone so quick!

Excellent food and service! You just got down from the trails, don't go anywhere further for food. Highly recommended!

Fun place. There’s a lot more seating in the back. The staff were nice and helpful. Always nice to end the day at Dusty’s.

I get we all have bad days... We were staying at the hotel connected to dusty's and we've heard some decent things about this place. I'll start with the bad: - Place was pretty busy on a saturday night. we had called to ask what time last call was as we wanted to get in for food. first call, they hung up on us. second call, they were pretty rude. - Why is a place like this (that's so bumping) closed at 8pm?! come on - at leasssst 9 or 10. You'd continue to get lots of business. We got there around 6:45/7 and noticed people roll in at 7:45 and get fully ignored by staff. the staff was bringing pillows inside but completely ignoring?! that's pretty bad. - prices are brutal, i know it's whistler and things are expensive, but still. the first day i went i got the coast mountain rotating tap for $8.75 and the next day they charged me $10.75... so i paid over $13 for ONE beer. i had just come from the brewery itself where it was $6. - main issue: our server was incredibly rude. she dropped off the menu and essentially threw it on the table. She was definitely having a ROUGH day, she honeslty looked like she was going to break out in tears. She was extremely short with us and not friendly at all. We finally asked her how her day was and she said "it's been reallly busy and a rough day."Now i get it, serving is hard work. the owners and managers should not be letting their staff get this burnt out that they're on the verge of tears. Unfortunately she was not personable at all. Now with the good. Nachos were good but quite pricy. However one of my friends got an extra side of salsa and sour cream and they charged her SEVEN dollars. that's wild. The vibe was good! You're right at the mountain and have this beautiful view. nice outdoor picnic area to chill on a sunny day. Server on the second day i visited was great. Adam - nice work and great attitude. super friendly. Would i come back? maybe but my advice to management. get more staff on so your servers aren't over worked and burnt out.

Great vibey place with good service, great drinks, and a convenient location. Happily surprised they had multiple vegan options for me, just wish this bowl had tofu or another type of protein on it! My husband got the pork brisket which he said was good, but not life-changing! The music was a bit too loud for conversation.

The Amsterdam is the best value in the village. The food is priced well, and very good. The staff make your visit extremely enjoyable and leave you wanting to come back again. In our visits (3 times) Amanda was nothing short of awesome.

I think the chicken burger l had here was the best one l have ever had. Chicken was tender, burger was juicy. l had it with yam fries. So good. I forgot to take a picture of the burger it looked so good:) The wait staff was friendly to.

Amsterdam bar has a definite ambiance to it: techno-pop music, photos of cleavage and graffiti on the wall, and eclectic tables and chairs. I can see this being a good evening stop. Food is nothing special - pre-coated for crispness fries that most food vendors carry, non-homemade but still tasty, hamburger patties and fixin’s and the bun were fresh. Good selection of drinks. Nov. 2 - Server was drop-dead gorgeous. Ring the bell - buy everyone a shot.

The staff here are the best! The handsome fella on the door Josh was the maan! Not to mention Elli the best bartender in town. She was so quick and dialed all the drinks came to us so quick. Love the music too!

Came around 1pm, there was a couple before us in line, unacknowledged, server looked at us, no acknowledgment. We stood there for a couple minutes and went inside to see what was going on just for the server to tell us to wait 10 minutes cause she was the only server. Mind you, the restaurant was EMPTY. We did not mind if she was busy. We understood, but the fact that she was blatantly ignoring us and didn’t tell us there was a wait time, ridiculous. If I could rate a 0, I would just for the rudeness of that waitress. The couple before us ended up leaving, the couple after us left as well, we ended up leaving too. Crazy.

It was okay, perhaps even good. Nothing wrong with anything but it wasn't great either. The fish and chips portion was small. The butter chicken was good but fairly average as butter chicken goes. The BBQ flatbread was not bad either. It was all "good", but nothing was great. Ambiance quite loud but it's a pub so that's expected. I had a pretty good blonde beer though.

Stopped for lunch of soup and salad. I’ve come to Whistler for decades, but never tried Ingrid’s until now. The staff were super friendly. Service was quick. Fun to pick up my lunch through the serving window. My butternut squash soup was on the watery side—I prefer creamier. The sauce on my Ruben seemed a little bitter, but then that may just be personal taste. I will be back to try more of Ingrid’s menu. Due to COVID, sitting is outside only plus take away.

I would definitely not refer to Ingrids as a hidden gem; decent spot to grab a quick bit, but the food is very basic. The staff weren’t friendly or unfriendly; they were just very businesslike. Not much space to sit in and eat, so good spot if you’re looking to grab and go.

Great little café in the Village. Unassuming, honest, and tasty. A mix of locals and out of towers come to the cozy setting to enjoy breakfast, sammies, and lunch to go. Open early at 7am,perfect for a jump on the day. Service is fast, and much better than a sit down restaurant. Would come again 🥪🥗

Food looks better than it is. It's good though, but not great. Service was "meh"... I asked for no cucumber in my sandwich and got lots of it. Bun was yummy but I had actually asked for sandwich and not burger bun. Soup was good but not delicious. Veggie roll was alright... A bit soggy from the microwave. We both had a bit of a stomachache after. I wouldn't go again I think.

Busy little breakfast place in the heart of Whistler Village. I ordered the avocado toast with scrambled eggs added. The avo toast was tasty but had very little avocado. The scrambled eggs were watery. I initially asked for fried eggs but was informed that they can only do scrambled. I didn’t realize that they scramble the eggs using the steam wand of the cappuccino machine, hence the watery eggs. Decent drip coffee. Friendly service.

Hidden gem in Whistler! This is a must place to Go and feel like a local. The staff here are very excited to deal with and they are very helpful! Thank you for the Breakfast of Scrambled eggs and toast with side of 4 pieces of bacon. When I come back I will for sure come by again for breakfast!

Had a great experience at this location! The customer service was outstanding. If you’re a calamari lover, it’s a must-try. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, so you can choose what suits you best.

I ordered the “Big Canadian “. It’s lives up to its name. It was huge. Chef Spencer made the combination just right for the palate. The order consisted of bacons,hash brown, baby potatoes, omelet and waffle complete with syrup. I highly recommend it before hitting the slopes. Also Connie and Ire made us feel comfortable which added to the Cosiness of the cafe’s ambience.

Stopped in for Merlin’s 50% off Brunch quite the deal! I ordered the Full Monty and as you can see by the picture it sure is massive. The dish was savoury, salty, and fatty with the perfect amount of acidity to cut through it. I devoured the whole thing, sometimes you need to treat yourself. Everything was cooked to perfection definitely recommend.

Merlin's is an iconic Blackcomb ski bar! We went here on Christmas day and it was so fun! We got the nachos which is huge!!! I unfortunately forgot to get a picture but it was so good! The bartenders are so friendly and fun. We had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend stopping here! Edit: Went back and got the nachos again! Got pictures this time, lol! It was just as great the second time as the first! It was a lot busier so it took longer to get drinks but the food comes out in a timely manner. So happy to have gone here again!

One of or favourite bars to go to in Whistler before or after skiing. Great atmosphere , loud music playing great tunes, friendly service from the staff and great lager. Close to the gondola and our accommodation too. Food was excellent and comfortable seating. Good menu with plenty of choice.

Came in for a meal with my family for my dads 70th birthday! The food was amazing Adam serviced us and he was so knowledgeable about the wines and all of the food helped me with everything! We got the soup on the menu and it was cooked at table side by Olivia!! ( you have to get it) we where there for about 3 hours and loved every minute of it! Definitely going back very soon too restaurant in whistler!

Wow… what an amazing birthday experience! The signature Canadian AAA Prime Rib was cooked to perfection, and the Oceanwise seafood options were fresh and flavorful. Every dish—from the amuse-bouche to the final bite of dessert—was thoughtfully composed and memorable. The wine list was equally impressive, featuring an excellent selection of BC wines alongside international favorites. We finished the evening with a decadent chocolate soufflé, which perfectly capped off an unforgettable meal. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in an upscale mountain dining experience, The Grill Room delivers on all fronts.

Our server Adam was lovely! The food was not as great as other steak houses we’ve been to. The Mac and cheese was a rubbery texture and the steaks lacked flavour but were cooked well. The asparagus were delicious but the price point over all was a little high for the food you get. I understand this is kind of the case in a restaurant within in hotel in whistler but I still was hoping for the food to reflect the price and it didn’t.

Had a wonderful dining experience at The Grill Room, Fairmont Chateau Whistler. We were celebrating our honeymoon in Whistler and decided to visit The Grill Room to end our stay here. Food was amazing, starting with the fresh, plump and juicy oysters from Vancouver Island. The striploin to share was cooked perfectly to our liking. The sides of asparagus and potatoe puree rounded out the meal nicely. Big shoutout to Craig, our server who was amazing throughout the night and prepared a sweet treat for us to end off our dinner. Would definitely recommend this place!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Dining Experience at The Grill Room We had an incredible Father’s Day dinner at The Grill Room at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. The setting is elegant yet cozy—perfect for a special family night out. Our server, Paul, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and so thoughtful with our kids, making the whole evening smooth and enjoyable. The food was outstanding from start to finish. We especially loved the crab cake, scallops with pork belly, and the warm, fresh bread. The 20 oz. Canadian prime ribeye was the star—perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. We also discovered a new favorite in the Little Engine Pinot Noir, which paired beautifully with the meal and gave us a newfound appreciation for BC wines. Huge thanks to Paul and the entire Grill Room team for making our Father’s Day celebration so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Great dinner and atmosphere. Paul and Bianca's service was fantastic and the food was on point. The chowder was great and the salads very unique. We had the ribeye and filet and they were both perfectly cooked. You must try the coconut pineapple cheesecake, it was phenomenal.

I went for a dinner with friends, we stayed at the hotel. Service was amazing!!! Robert was our server, and you can see that he is very passionate about what he does. We were having fun the whole night. Adam was the other server who also checked our table after our dinner to do the magic trick. Food was soo delicious. We had Gin Tomato soup, Tomahawk steak & dessert. We were making jokes with Robert, that we will not order dessert if it doesn't cone on a wheel. 😂 Because everything we ordered came on a wheel. 👸 It was a great night! Definitely will be back!!!

Exceptional grocery store in the heart of the village. The prices are very reasonable and similar to out of town. It’s nice to know one whistler business isn’t adding a “whistler tax” to all their items. Team serving are also super friendly and as many have said it has everything you would need to cook or eat yourself over going to one of the restaurants

Convenient location for the grocery store and shares half the building with the liquor store. It’s not a very big grocery store, but it does pack a lot from baked goods to fresh produce to medication. Prices are a premium but the baked goods and the ready made foods are still cheaper than eating at the cafes nearby. You can probably find most things you need from this store.

Driver falling asleep at the wheel looks like he's drunk maybe check if these people have licenses. Based on my own guess I'd say the guy works more than one job and didn't get enough sleep and as a result is swerving all over the highway when people are trying to get into the village before 9:00

Loudly blasting Hindu music thru out the store. Please have more respect for local customers. I am First Nations and it made it uncomfortable to shop. How about considering playing our traditional music unless you have a problem with that then I would like an explanation. I’ll forward this to the local First Nations as well

Good selection of groceries for a short stay if you are opting for a self catering break or just need to replenish the snack stash. Handy tip, if you are looking for boxes of the maple cream cookie in the fancy packaging, they are less expensive here compared to the other souvenir/gift shops.

The prices of their goods are reasonable taken Whistler as a premium vacation destination on the west coast. It locates right in the center of the village, super convenient without parking hazel. 5 minutes walking distance to most of the hotels in village center. IGA offers lower prices on wilder range of selection, but you have to pay for parking and drive all the way to Day Park Lot for the night. Not recommended after a long day of hike on the alpine up there.

Breakfast burritos and aussie pies in the warming drawer were both fresh, hot and really crispy. Sandwiches are top notch, wayyyyy better quality than your normal big box grocery stores
