Great place for a quick lunch! Service was great and super polite. Burger came out super quick. While I've definitely had better burgers, this one was by no means bad. Very enjoyable, I would prefer a little more seasoning on the patty itself. The fries though were very crispy and if they came as a fully loaded option with cheese sauce and bacon bits I would have been beyond content.
Came all the way from Florida to eat at Arnold's after hearing others in my travels bring it up. Maddie was my watress and was spot on. She is definitely a keeper.
But back to the Burger, it was a seriously good choice with Chili and grilled onion highly recommended. Maddie taught to eat their coleslaw with crackers. SPECIAL. Cap it off with their tater tots and sweet tea. Well worth the travel. AND ASK FOR MADDIE.

While we have never been inside this location we have been inside another so I’m assuming the atmosphere is about the same in the inside and I love it. The food is always great at the belton location, I decided I wanted something different from what my family had chosen to eat that day so I chose to go through the drive through at Arnold’s, I ordered the hot dog plate, it was delicious as expected, the person at the window was very kind and accommodating, my only issue was the amount of time it took us waiting in the drive thru to order and then waiting to get to the window to lay and actually get the food. We were waiting for about 45 minutes with about 5 cars ahead of us. I understand things can’t be helped but honesty is what I come here for. Everything else was top notch

The food and service was excellent. I love it that they have added okra and green beans. Their Hamburger steak plate is awesome and so are their burgers 🍔 😋. The waitress that waited on me for a to go order saw that I was crying and upset. She immediately asked was I okay and gave me a hug. She saw that my shirt had Philippains 4:13 on it and asked could she Saya quick prayer for my mother who is battling dementia and cancer. I said of course! Some may think this should not happen in a restaurant, but I honestly believe God placed her in a position that helped me see a little light at the end of the tunnel that dreary day.. Mama loved her food, my husband got to work on time, and I got full and blessed 🙌 😇 all at Arnold's the best Hamburger 🍔 place in town!

Keep up the good work young lady.

Almost 20 min wait. The place is dead at 5 p.m. ( for good reason) only sell a fee items and this is the best you can do... mushy room temp fries. Burger cooked beyond well done and cant get the toppings right. What happend, 5 guys had standards. Wont be back.

If ya want a GOOD BURGER.....LOADED.....this is the spot. It takes a while to get it bc they cook em fresh. I love getting a double bacon cheese burger with everything with extra pickles, onions and bacon.

The BBQ sandwich was delicious! It was piled high with meat stacked 3 inches tall. The onion rings were so good. The sweet potato crunch was REALLY, REALLY good! The mac and cheese was wonderful. All of the portions were amazingly large. Well worth the price, which was really reasonable considering the portions.
This was my first time. I will most definitely be back.

I first tried Little Pigs in 1993 when I moved to Anderson. It became my favorite, and all these years later it is still just as good as it was then. Everything is delicious, and over proportioned which makes me able to have plenty of leftovers for later. The staff is just as friendly and family oriented as ever! This is my number one of all time BBQ restaurant, or all time favorite restaurant of all time! Thank you guys for building and maintaining something wonderful ❤️
Carolina Style BBQ done right! Huge portions - fair prices - wonderful sweet tea and sauces! BBQ and all the fixings plus a short order menu! Great value at this location! A staple in the Anderson community all of my life.
Staff is friendly and helpful, Food was great. Ribs are on Thursday, Friday and Saturday only. Ribs and Chopped pork was great and portions are big. Sides of fried okra, hush puppies and corn were all good. I will definitely be back... Prices are good. A family of 3 should expect to spend around 40 bucks.
My husband loves their BBQ dinner plates. Served with fries, slaw, and toasted bun. I usually get their two hotdog plate with fries and slaw. We sometimes go in to eat but since the pandemic we just order and take home. Little pigs has been opened for many years. The business was sold because the original owner retired. So the new owner reopened and kept everything as it was. Their food is good, the restaurant is clean, their restrooms are on the outside of the building. You need a key in order to get in the restrooms. That is only for your protection.
Excellent breakfast. Country ham is lean and delicious. Coffee was great. I will be back again tomorrow
For decades this was the best bbq around. Apparently they have changed ownership because I went yesterday and it was terrible! Worst I have eaten ever. The bean had no flavor,bbq was good but no flavor,the bbq says r was so watery and had no flavor. I literally threw it all in the trash! Will not be back…..
I ate here for first time to try some good barbecue after seeing all the good reviews. When I walked in it was sticky dirty tables,dirty windows dirty floors ugh I wish I would’ve turned around then but I ordered the pork sandwich with coleslaw. It was huge portion of meat. I added the yellow bbq sauce on it. It tasted alright but within 2 hours later I became so sick. I was nauseous & diarrhea for 2 days. Never again will I eat here. Friendly service though just something not right in the bbq that made me so sick. I posted picture of what I ate it was nice huge pork sandwich.

Since I've been living out of state I missed Cookout so much. The chili cheeseburger was awesome. Good prices and ample servings. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

Cook Out lines are always insanely long but for cheap eats it’s generally manageable. The workers are consistently overwhelmed and messing up orders which sucks for folks behind you because now they have to wait for the workers to get the order right. See picture —> This chicken finger on a wrap is absolutely diabolical. I’ve never laughed so hard in my life opening my food.
I feel so bad for the workers because it seems like they work so hard with the volume of customers. Positive note - window worker was super sweet and my shake was delicious! The rest of the food was awful. The person who took my order over the intercom sounded extremely exhausted and fed up with doing her job. It’s hard not to feel bad for these workers.

Someone recommended this place so I had high expectations. The strawberry milkshake was good but everything else was poor quality. The hot dog was lukewarm, tough, and shriveled up, and the bun was a bit stale. The "chicken" quesadillas were awful. One didn't even have chicken in it! The beef burger had a nice flavor but it was shriveled and tough too. The tables and floor were very dirty, trash cans overflowing. I'll never return.
Cookout food is great for what you pay, portions are big, the deals are good. That said be prepared to wait at this location. The drivethru in particular takes about 5 minutes per car (yes I’ve sat in this drivethru for 20+ minutes). Again you know what you’re paying for and for that it’s fantastic, but don’t make the mistake of thinking this is “fast” food.
Edit: so I wrote my original review sitting in the drive through, just got home with my order and my burger is pink in the middle. Don’t take my word for it there’s many reviews of people getting undercooked patties here. Don’t let this location discourage you from trying another cookout, Clemson location is solid.
As of the current date the dining room is open. like most places these days they have gone up on their prices but still maintain a pretty dang good deal. This particular visit was a bit of a disappointment in the fact that they put enough seasoning on my fries to do maybe five plates. They were getting busy and I was in a rush to get back to my mother-in-law who we take care of so I just opted did not to complain. The bathroom was clean and so was the restaurant. Cookout is ideally located on Clemson boulevard amongst all the stores and close to a Walmart as well as other eateries and coffees.
I love their food! I’ve never had a problem with my order! And we can eat pretty cheap there compared to most places.

During a recent business trip to South Carolina from Florida, I stumbled upon Skins' Hotdogs while heading home. The name rang a bell, and I quickly realized it was the same spot featured in a viral YouTube video! Just as disappointment set in due to their impending closing time, an employee waved me inside, sparking instant excitement. Accompanied by my son Tony, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home.
On a business trip visiting South Carolina from Florida. On the way home from work saw the sign that says “Skins” and i thought I recognized the name from a viral youtube video. Double checked and sure enough it was a match! When I pulled up I realized it was 9 minutes before closing! Instant disappointment ! Then I saw an employee through the window wave us in! Instant excitement ! I stopped in with my boy Tony, the hospitality and the homey vibe was exceptional and the Dogs did not disappoint! I extremely enjoyed the entire experience and being told about the History of the restaurant by the Owner Russel. All family owned! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Big thanks for the welcoming and great service!

Somewhat decent dogs but I get way better ones back home. (The Clock of Lyman or Red Hill) The Chili is very bland and needs tons of mustard and hot sauce Just to flavor it up. They could at least make their own tea but from what responses I have read from the owner, they are unwilling to change because this is always how they have done things. Iced tea is better with dogs and I don't care how long you've been doing it.
Staff was flriendly, the hot dogs are small and boiled. And cost 2:50 each. The bun was soft the chili was like loose hamburger.. if you looking for hot dogs go elsewhere. To small and to expensive.
Service great. Atmosphere good. Hot dogs average. chile on hot dogs like a paste. Mustard undetectable, had to add my own. Asked for extra onions but actually found very little onions at all. my expectations were not met as per their reputation. Try the coneys in Flint, Detroit Mich.They have the same ingredients but taste so much better. Maybe I'm just spoiled but that is my take.
I grew up with Carolina Chili Dogs and this is a taste of home for me. Weiner, carolina chili, onions and mustard on a soft steamed bun. I had 2 with some sour cream and onion chips and a side of pickle spears. Simple perfection for me, I've missed these and Skins is a great place to get them.

Great service, delicious breakfast, and they even have substitutes like turkey bacon instead of pig bacon for those who don't eat pork. The server did a great job, too. She was friendly and helpful.
Party of four seated right away at late breakfast hour. Our server Shamorrow did a great job. Food and coffee were good. Overall a good stop off the interstate.
Food has went down hill big time! Atmosphere was cold! The new Pumpkin pecan pancakes were a disappointment! Pancakes Not enough pumpkin topping and tasted raw! Some of the onion rings and cheese sticks and chicken were over cooked.
Worst pick up quality I can remember so far. I'm a Veteran. Being Veterans day, my coworkers decided to treat me to what I would like. I chose Denny's. I chose the "Meaty Melt" because of the picture, and mozzarella sticks. What I got was like it came from a soup kitchen. Was like basic beef tips thrown on cold toast and cheese with nothing else. Not even close to the picture. McDonalds burgers look closer to their picture than this. The Mozzarella sticks are empty! Watching my language on here, I was insulted. This is how you do service on Veterans day? Yeah, this Veteran will not be ordering from THIS Denny's ever again. Worst Veterans day meal ever. I'd have been better off with an MRE.
They were really slow food came out cold and almost Unedible. Then had to wait 10 to cash out was looked at 3 or 4 times and still no one came over. I never 0 tip but I did today
Crystal was our server. She was amazing! We had a fairly complicated order, and she was able to memorize it perfectly and recited it back to us for accuracy. The food came out in a timely manner, and everything was delicious. Not once did we have to ask for drink refills, as she was on top of it. She was also very friendly and funny. We will definitely be back.

Been here thrice. Great buffet food, fun desserts, waitstaff is fine (remember to tip them on your way out). TVs are on and not too distracting. Despite getting full to the gills on pizza, I never pay for it in the bathroom later.
And I just want to say, it's a rare business these days that is so proudly, and rightfully patriotic.

Limited pizza selection. Only 3 types of pizza plus minor variations on the buffet: cheese, pepperoni, and sausage. They don't have any signature pizzas. Sauce has an almost bitter taste, kind of like Pizza Hut. Somewhat greasy. The price is great, and the servers did a great job of refilling my drink. If you prefer quantity to quality, then this is the place to eat.
I love how this place shares their love of God and America! If other businesses can put up rainbow flags and exercise their freedom of speech than this place has every right to show their support for Faith and America. Their pizza is delicious! I love their cookie pizza. The pasta could be a little more flavorful but other than that, I love this place. The servers are friendly too.
For a pizza buffet, the food was pretty decent! Maybe a few more choices in pizza but otherwise was satisfied. Did have to wait and go back in to ask for my drink after I was 3 pizza slices in. I really enjoyed the outdoor patio too!

The food, well they have a C rating and I found mold in my iced water. $15 is insane for what it actually is. I’m sure the price will be even higher soon. Someone will have to let me know because I won’t be back. Trust me, just go to guys pizza, they’re fantastic people and the pizza is 20 times better than anything you can get at pizza buffet! or even electric city pizza!
As for the political stuff they have plastered everywhere, to be honest, I don’t really care, it’s just kinda unprofessional. It makes sense why the other location never worked out years back.
It's a buffet. But, having said that, it's some dang fine pizza, salad and desert. They have great service and my only qualm was with the chairs. My bad back would have appreciated a softer chair. Oh and I just have to add, I love a thin crispy but not burnt crust and they have it perfected.
Disgusting experience — avoid this place!
We went to the pizza buffet on Clemson Blvd to celebrate my son’s 14th birthday. While we were there, we saw a roach crawling on top of the buffet! I immediately let the young lady working know, and her response was a casual “oh ok, thank you.” She walked over to the buffet, and the cook said, “Oh there it is.” Her response? “Shh, don’t say that.”
Absolutely no apology. No concern. No offer for a refund. Just business as usual.
I know they’ve had bad health ratings before. The door shows a “C” rating, and it claims DHEC was “out of A stickers” — which sounds like a huge red flag.
This was completely unacceptable. I would NEVER go back. Stay away — unsanitary conditions and terrible customer service.
Have some of the best pizza in town. Staff is ALWAYS very friendly, you can tell they enjoy their job. Very rare these days. Owner is doing a great job all around. Keep it up

As you can obviously see theres no sauce on there yet the manager wanted to argue with me at the drive thru about it even though he was looking right at my plate and refused to re-sauce my salad. Stuff is too expensive nowadays to not get what you paid for on top of getting attitude.
Me and my husband ordered 2 simple meals with a side of fries and the app, one being a wings and things and the other a zensation salad.. said it would be ready at 9:45, and he stood inside for 30 mins and no less. Once it brought the food out we realized the salad came with no dressing , his sauce for his wings wasn’t in there and there was no side of fries. Not only that but after waiting that long , you’d think we were waiting on fresh food but all of it was cold , except my salad with was somehow warm. This place is terrible , we used to love coming here, guess night crew just doesn’t have a clue what they’re doing.
I've kept coming because when done right it's my favorite chicken place! Unfortunately, I can't remember the last time my order was complete and/or correct. Tonight I got boneless "wings" instead of the traditional I ordered and the kids meal only had 1 tender with very few undercooked french fries. I did get all the extra sauces I paid for this time though.
My boyfriend just went to get some food earlier today. He had ordered a signature sandwich meal, and when he received his food, they had forgotten his fries. And when he went up to them, a lady with dreads said, "We gave you enough". That is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I don't know what kind of training your cashiers had, however, they need to learn manners for people who are supposed to be grown enough to work. If the cashier had just forgotten to put it as a meal, that would've been fine and situated, but it was put in as a meal, and he was charged. I can say this was a very horrible first experience at this Zaxby's. Please train your cashiers better.
To begin, the cashier didn’t know what she was doing, she completely messed my order up. Then after the hell hole of ordering, we got our food an hour later, then we had to keep asking for our milkshakes until they finally arrived 30 minutes after we got our food which was cold. Go to the Zaxby's on Greenville street for fresh cut lettuce not the bag stuff. They switched here and caught me by surprise. This franchise skimps.
Ordered a Wings and Things and a Blu Salad with grilled chicken. The Wings plate was good but with OLD fries. The salad had fried chicken and some hot sauce all over it. A Blu Cheese salad does not have hot sauce. Didn't know until I got home. Very disappointed overall. Most of my past orders were much better.

I went through the drive-thru and didn’t notice until I got home that an item was missing from my order. When I called, the staff said they would deliver the missing item...and they did. On top of that, they also gave me a gift card. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it shows excellent customer service. They truly go above and beyond for their customers!
The food and service was amazing. But I really was very unhappy with the two elderly ladies who clean up after the customer. One asked a gentleman, who came in with some mud on his boots from working, do you really wear your boots in your own house?! He said no ma'am, I take them off. She said then why would you wear them in here, the restaurant. The elderly lady causing the biggest scene was the blonde alittle over her shoulder hair. She would not stop. I think that is very rude of her and poor customer service. Thank you!
My church group went here and we had 2 tables put together. As we were actively eating one of there employees took one of the tables from us. This was not how any one should do business and I was very disappointed.

Extremely Disappointed with This Chipotle Location
I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer, but my recent experience at this location on Sunday, 1/05, left me thoroughly disappointed. Not only was I charged nearly double for my usual meal, but the overall service and cleanliness were far below acceptable standards.
From the start, the person preparing the bowls for my family seemed visibly upset and annoyed, as if our presence was an inconvenience. Out of the four employees standing around, only one appeared to be working the line, creating unnecessary delays—especially with a crowd filtering in from a nearby mega-church.
For my order, I requested a bowl with no rice, double steak, and double chicken. Not only did the employee seem confused by my request, but they were visibly frustrated when I clarified. Additionally, they had a hand written sign stating that the store was out of burrito shells until 1/06, they also claimed they were out of steak as well. When I offered to wait, another employee brought steak from the back and cut it up for me. However, there were no grilled peppers and onions available, leaving fewer options to complete my bowl.
When my bowl was finally assembled, it was poorly constructed, with guacamole, lettuce, and sour cream falling off the top. The person at the register asked another worker to retrieve these items from the to go station and put them into a side container so I could still get what I paid for. Even then, the quality of the bowl did not justify the shocking price of $28 and change.
For comparison, I visited Moe’s the next day (today) and ordered the same type of bowl (double steak and double chicken). Not only did they have more vegetable options to enhance the meal, but the total was just $16 and change—a significantly better value.
To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was appalling. Tables were littered with leftover food and trays, forcing diners to clean their own tables before sitting down. The drink station was visibly dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, as evidenced by the grime visible in my photos.
After spending $85 for meals for myself, my wife, and my daughter, I expected much more from this Chipotle location. The service, quality, and cleanliness were unacceptable, and I am hesitant to return to this restaurant in the future.

Despite their response below, I can not contact them. It is a form you fill out attaching pictures and then it ask you to submit. It gives you a bad request error each time. It was as disappointing as the dining experience. I engaged the chat and after an agonizing repeat for a live agent I finally got one who simply apologized and ended the chat. They absolutely don't care and their response is a boiler plate response basically saying they don't care. Go to MOE's if you are wanting this type of food. They cook it in front of you as well and they have more options at a fraction of the cost. It is just 2-miles away and had more pleasant people working.
I’ve never left a bad review before. I threw the burrito away without even taking a bite. It was so gross. Watching the guy make it was laughable. He kept smashing and rolling it into tomato water and sour cream until the burrito shell was wet and would not hold together. I’m dying laughing because it was so gross. All of the workers made me sad. They deserve better than this craphole. The manager desperately needs trained or needs help. I have probably been to well over 1,000 times to different chipotle’s in my time. I love chipotle. This was so bad I am resigning. Never again will I go to any chipotle due to this experience. So disgusting my dog would have thrown up looking at it. Employees all seemed very unhappy which usually points to crappy leadership.
One clean table in the entire restaurant. No drinks available and not notified until after your food is prepared… then sold a $3.50 bottle soda. No chipotle sauce at chipotle. This location is horrible.
For a $40 meal, you expect more. At least McDonald’s provides clean tables and beverages.

Trash cans were overflowing. Tables dirty. Zero pride or effort.

This is probably the worst chipotle ever. I ordered a double steak bowl and they didn’t even cut the steak up! Just threw a piece of steak on the bowl. Everything else is super salty and the rice is hard!

After standing there for 5 minutes with no acknowledgement, I left. THEY DO NOT VALUE YOUR TIME at this location. I will not return. Plenty of options nearby that treat you like they want your business

The service was phenomenal! We were greeted as soon as we entered. The cashier was friendly. They brought our food to the table and when we were leaving they asked if we wanted our drinks refilled. Everyone was kind, pleasant and constantly offering their assistance.
The food was absolutely delicious and the workers were nice although they were pretty busy and it was pretty loud the food and the nice customer service makes up for it I had gotten 12pc grilled nuggets, Sprite, waffle fries, and honey mustard, and Chick-fil-A sauce and I would have gotten the fried chicken nuggets but I can't have dairy but anyways food was 5/5 and service was 5/5 and the atmosphere was 4/5 bc they were busy there and it was a good but loud but by far I had a good meal. I would recommend 9/10 they are always busy tho

How ever, When did Grilled Nuggets become a cup of chicken? And terrible at that. Of the So Called 12 nuggets all but 2 had tendon material and were chewy... And I don't even know if there was 12 because of it being a cup of chicken instead of a box of chicken so you can count them. The Waffle Fries were still good, and the Server's were very nice. But the chewy cup of chicken nuggets was terrible except for the 2 nuggets that were normal. It might be another 2 years before I buy Chick-fil-A again.
I expected better from Chick fil A. I ordered chicken strips and Mac & Cheese. The strips are very small and greesy. The Mac & Cheese I expected to be better than Kraft's. Especially for the price. The young man that took my order was very nice and helpful. Will I be back, I don't know. I know I will not order that again if I do return. Very disappointed.
Pulled in here on a Saturday and the place was busy. There happened to be a bus that arrived just before us. As we walked in the staff had 2 registers dedicated to the bus load and the other 2 for regular customers. We were very impressed with how quickly the line moved. We got our food within 5 minutes of being seated. Very impressed with all aspects given the crowd. We'll return again

I had the chicken shawarma and my husband had the hamburger gyro. My chicken was a little dry but the flavor was good and the fries were excellent. My husband had no complaints. The owner was very nice and pleasant and served us well.
This was my 3rd or 4th time coming here and it was delicious as always. The restaurant is very clean and the food is even better. I highly recommend anyone to take a chance on this locally owned and operated restaurant as the service was phenomenal. This is the only place I trust in Anderson and surrounding areas for great Mediterranean food. In the time me and my wife spent there they had multiple call in orders and customers picking up their orders but the owner did not miss anything, it was great. (Ordered two orders of falafel, stuffed grape leaves and chicken souvlaki, wife had a Mediterranean sub, all was made to order and served fresh). 10/10 from us and we look forward to our next date night here!

I grew up eating at a local Greek restaurant and after moving here I was missing a good gyro. This has been the best I’ve tried in the upstate, so good I came back less than a week later. The staff/owners are kind and my food is always prepared quickly. Easily one of my new favorite places.
Hands down one of the best gyro spots I've ever been to! The meat was perfectly seasoned and tender, the pita was warm and soft, and the tzatziki sauce was so good I could’ve eaten it with a spoon. Everything tasted super fresh.
The staff was really friendly and the service was fast even during lunch rush. I also loved that the portions were generous for the price.
Definitely recommend if you're craving something flavorful and filling. I’ll be coming back for sure!

We are not from the area & didn't realize, until there, that they were closing in about 10 mins. There were 2 customers getting special beverages, so we had time to look. We were greeted by an especially sweet individual, Virgil. Some of the donuts we wanted were empty for the evening, but he went and got us some from kitchen. He offered us a doz glazed for $5 (which we took advantage of). He was so kind, friendly and attentive that he made our visit extra special! Drop by for your donuts and say "Hi Virgil", he'll take care of you!!

You cant go wrong when the hot and ready sign is on. Nothing is more hot than a soft,moist,hot doughnuts from your local Krispy Kreme. You know you want some now go get some.
My husband surprised our family with a dozen variety Krispy Kreme doughnuts by having them delivered to our house. When we got our order, we opened the box and the doughnuts looked unusually small and dark in color. I thought immediately thought about how they didn’t look like Krispy Kreme at all. When we tried to eat them, they were extremely dry and stale tasting..they seemed really old. I couldn’t finish mine, and neither could my husband or son. It was really disappointing, especially when it was so sweet of my husband to surprise us with a fun treat later in the evening like he did.
Maybe I'm being picky but I didn't get the usual courteousness that Krispy Kreme usually has. I will say though my order was correct! That means a lot.
A great way to end a day. Handicap parking and clean bathrooms and fresh donuts served daily. Staff is nice and they do have inside seating. This location has helped local firefighters in the past so they got my business!! Look for the hot and ready light for a hot fresh donut and download the app for even better perks.

Absolutely WORST experience! Doesn't deserve NOT 1 STAR ! Service was horrible the girl was on her phone and had to repeat our order! Should of knew better than but gave it chance bc Me and my wife wanted food. But As you can see the food was under cook ! Watered mashed potatoes and the chicken was almost completely raw ! Waste of time and money ! Will go to a better location!
We were not even greeted as we walked in the door. There was no line so we were close to the register where staff was congregated talking about their personal lives which they continued as we waited to order.. Our cashier had so many piercings in her face and not sure what color faded green hair. They all had different ideas about how to take our order and ring us up. We weren't directed where to proceed and had to wait for our cashier to come down and give us our cups to get our drinks. The dining area wad empty, so there were plenty of places to sit. The music playing was a mix of rap and rock and roll that was very off putting. The food was good, but as i was putting away my tray the trash can was fithy around the rim where you dump your tray out. I stopped to go to the bathroom on my way out and wished I hadn't. The floors were filthy. The little trash cans in the stall were dusty on top and overflowing. I really like bojangles but I won't eat inside this one again.
Very thankful to Ms. Andrea, who was so kind and went above and beyond typical drive thru service today. She took the time to make peach cobbler for me instead of just telling me they were out and dismissing me. The staff was nice, service was great, and prompt!
I'm deleting my old one star review I left during COVID to leave a new one-star review. The attitude these women have behind the counter is unbelievable. I was there to pick up an order and the woman, I think she's actually the manager, kept making direct eye contact with me. Like four times she made sustained eye contact with me as I was standing in line, yet she would immediately look over and talk to another customer. I could not tell her who I was there for, And it's critical that I check with someone because oftentimes the order is done and behind them somewhere. So I started speaking to her and caught her attention as she was literally still making eye contact with me. She gets upset with me and tries to act like she can't hear me, then when I speak more loudly she rudely says I'll get to you when I'm ready to get to you. I simply asked her why she could not ask me who I'm there for in the four times she made direct sustained eye contact with me. Obviously she knows she could have done that, and being called out on not doing the right thing set her off. This happened around 8:30 a.m. on May 27th if the franchise owner gives enough of a crap to see the incident because it became an incident. She was very loud and her monologue that followed disturbed the other customers and I felt extremely uncomfortable. It was highly embarrassing and the whole dining room stopped eating. Then she goes to the back and bad mouths me and talks about people with attitudes, makes herself out to be some kind of victim, and all kinds of stuff. I ended up apologizing to her just to make it less awkward but this woman needs to be handled.
If you love having fatigue, eat here.
I Ordered 2 , 3 piece chicken meals at the drive thru today .. I did ask for 6 legs that I know I usually have to wait for but it is what my son likes. Was told 5 minutes and to pull up to a parking spot. I already paid and got the large tea ($24.60) over an hour of sitting and waiting I just left. Hopefully they enjoy the free meal 😊 I will never be back to any bojangles restaurant, as all of them are generally the same service. Good evening, This is my first experience here . Workers were up charging everything that shouldn’t have been up charged. Chipotle would’ve gave me lots of stuff and wouldn’t need a up charge. The lady name Mari at the cash register was very nice and great at her job.
Wasn't impressed. My first time back in over 4 years. Two tacos were the size of boxed tacos out of the store. Priced expensive for the size. They were the hard shell, but very soggy. The lids to the meat area could have used some cleaning up. There was only one friendly person and he was on the register. I will not be back. I'll just do my own tacos at home.

The state of the food we just got was obnoxiously terrible. The lack of care was exponential. I understand that one shouldn’t have the highest of expectations with fast food but this was beyond reason.
My wife ordered the bourbon burger and got what looks to be a standard burger that was so haphazardly slopped into the wrapper, I’d venture to say the employee was either stoned or has missed a week of sleep.
My burger was meant to be the “super star” but instead I was met with super disappointment. There was one patty, juxtaposed to the two that was meant to be given. There was no true structure about the burger at all and both of our sandwiches’ buns were sopping wet.
I truly wish that was all I could say negatively towards this franchise’s blatant disregard for the quality of their food, but there is more—
The fries looked and tasted stale and were cold, which is unfortunate as they were perfectly salted; half of which were in the bag and not in their sleeves. I ordered a sweet tea and got unsweetened instead.
While the young lady at the window was extremely sweet, the overall experience and quality of this location was ardently lacking and overwhelmingly disappointing.
Truly worth skipping and going to a neighboring restaurant. I hate to say this by the way as Hardee’s is by far my favorite of the fast food world.
Would love to know the health score as it is as not posted anywhere and the lady at the counter didn’t know what it was nor where to find it. It smelled horrible of old grease, to the point that we couldn’t even eat inside. The lady working was very sweet but said they were out of fresh oil and the GM didn’t get them any oil.

I ordered 5 chicken tenders and they gave me 4 plus a 1/4 sized piece of a tender... Of course you don't notice until you're miles away...
The pic is from Dec.13 2020. They let me pay for 2 large hashbrowns, but as u can see, they were not filled up as they should have. Now lets skip to June 2024, since things had been better until recent visits, in the late afternoon/evening shift. Whoever is managing this place, please get the good workers back. I ordered 2, 5piece tenders meals and a kid tender. Why did I wait for only 1 of the 5 pieces to be fresh chicken, and when I got home, my kids' meals and the other 5 tenders were not fit to eat. Had to legit get something else to eat. Waste of money. Why would u even keep hard dried up dark as night tenders? Those should had been thrown out. I almost brought them back to get my money, but the drive is far since I was coming back into town and was just wanting to have the normally good tenders u normally get when I order them.
First time at this location, service was fast, friendly and food was hot, fresh and made to order.
This is the third time I have stopped here. The restrooms, restaurant, and tables have always been clean. The service has always been great, the people have always been friendly, and my order has always been correct. Very easy to get to from i85, just a short distance off of exit 19. Convenient to get back on the interstate as well.

Reheating what my partner picked up for me while they were out, does your new policy have everything shrinked?? Not only was there only 7 fries in one box but the size of the fish has gotten so much smaller than it used to be. I give Long John Silver's a 1 because you can't give a 0!! I asked for my food to be cooked fresh, and the cashier said yes. In the minute it took to get to the window, the food was already bagged!! You can't cook fish in one minute. The manager was rude and condescending!! I paid $14.70 for cold old food!! I would not recommend eating here at all!! It is an ashame that good customer service is a thing of the past. I definitely won't be back!!

My husband used to love Long John Silvers but there's none open where we live. We were actually going to a different restaurant but when he saw this one he turned in.
The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was excellent.
I recommend if you're looking for classic Long John Silvers good.
Several times, I've tried to go through the drive through but nobody ever responds. Or they eventually respond that they'll take order soon but never do.
Never a line, so this makes no sense. I don't think this restaurant can stay open with such poor service.

I walked in at 8:58pm. Stood at the counter for over 10 mins listening to a manager and another staff member having a full blown conversation about people doing and using drugs. Then assuming they saw me through the little window in the door. A lady comes out tells me that it’s going to be 30-40 mins before they can do anything that EMS took their other employee off. I asked her, “ don’t you close at 10”. She said yeah that’s we probably won’t be able to take any orders; they were waiting on their GM to call back..all of this time waiting to be acknowledged…. Just to be turned away and hearing about drugs…. Next just lock your doors…. This was a waste of my time. And not a good look when this company keeps shutting its doors. My condolences to the employee who was hauled away obviously due to drugs and your work manager and peer talking so abundantly about your situation.
I really enjoyed this location. I travel a lot. So I visit many restaurants. This is a good one. I grew up with LJS and A&W. I know what it is supposed to be. I'm completely satisfied with my experience. The root beer is different but good. Maybe stronger than I am used to.

Got the taco salad. First time in a long time. Definitely changed but not for the better. Serving size seems a lot smaller. And they don’t serve chips with them anymore. Bring back the chips at least. ☹️
The worst Wendy's in Anderson by far. They consistently take forever in the evenings because everyone is "gardening" and after you've waited 45 minutes to get your order it's wrong. They have regularly charged me wrong and been unwilling to fix it. Never had this problem at another Wendy's, go across town to the other one.
Didn’t receive all drinks. didn’t receive fries. waited 20 minutes for saucy nuggets alone. was there waiting in drive through for 45 minutes. We placed a mobile order. got extra burgers that we didn’t order. BUT we did get all of the frosty we ordered.
Ordered 2 jr bacon cheese burgers and 2 6 ct nuggets for inside dinning. I asked for one of the burgers to be toasted or something soon as the lady upfront goes to take the burger back the staff in the cook goes she was in bathroom instead of acknowledging if anything they was serving cold food. I was in the bathroom no longer than 5 mins no name was called to let me know the food was ready or my grandmother would have gotten the food. But to be honest all the food was cold I just didn’t bother to request everything to be recooked so it was upsetting to hear them complain about the one burger.
This is generally a great location.
I typically go here for breakfast or lunch and usually with no issues even during lunch rush.
I recently stopped in around 10pmish and found myself and about 20 others sitting in line 30+minutes and when I asked if everything was OK at the drive thru I was responded to with a bad attitude.

We sat at the drive-thru speaker for 35 minutes WAITING to be acknowledged. After hubby kept
saying "Hello", I called the store's phone line 3 times to attempt to speak with a manager or get some sort of understanding about the delay-- the voicemail box wasn't set up nor did they answer the phone. Imagine visiting family and coming here trying to get something to eat. Imagine driving up to a restaurant and leaving with no food while being pregnant. So not only am I hungry, but I was ignored.... I'm HIGHLY frustrated and will NEVER come to this location again.

Didn’t find the negative reviews to be true of this spot today. I needed a caffeine/sugar boost and WIFI for a work meeting and this spot met my needs. Tough place to get to with traffic patterns, doughnut selection was good for midmorning, coffee was fresh, and staff was attentive and kind. Typical DD with a few tables and chairs, but can’t give it a negative review today. Thanks to the crew!

I have been to this location on many many occasions and have really never had an issue with my drink except for yesterday 11/2/24 and one time before and I’m pretty sure it was the same girl who took my order and made my drink both times. I always get a large iced coffee with hazelnut vanilla bean cream and sugar. Well both times I got it my drink looked like it had no coffee in it. Both times were ordered in the drive thru so the first time I asked if they could remake it bc when I pay over $4 for a coffee I expect it to be made and taste right. The girl had attitude that day as well as yesterday. But yesterday instead of asking for it to be remade in the drive thru I went inside. When I told the girl my drink was mainly creamer she huffed made me another one and then set it down with attitude on the counter. Never said a word or apologized or anything. So I tasted it right then and was like what in the world. She looked at me and said “what? It don’t taste right” again with attitude. So I looked at her and told her it was fine I’d just add some of my cream from the first drink to it myself and she just looked at me and continued doing what she was doing like I didn’t matter. So that is what I did right in front of the store and took pics to post in my review. Needless to say I will NOT go back to this location.
This was my first time coming to this location, but it was not it. My sister and I came here to get some breakfast before going to the library to study. Let me tell you, it ruined my day before it even got started. When we got, we went through the drive-thru. They told us to wait to order, which was fine with us because we were still looking at the menu, but when it came time to order we were rushed to order and were told "are you done yet" and "is that it", but in a very rude tone. Once we ordered our food (two breakfast sandwiches with hashbrowns, a caramel iced coffee and a pumpkin spice signature latte), I tasted the pumpkin spice signature latte and didn’t really care for it, so I asked to trade it out for a refresher. They told me no and that the coffee was more. My thing is that if the coffee was more then what’s the problem with me wanting to trade it out for a refresher. I mean I paid for it and didn’t drink any of it. They were very rude, rushed us and the service just wasn’t there. Lastly, our breakfast sandwiches were flattened down and very watery, like they had just been dipped in water and heated up. I ate some of it because I was hungry, but there was no finishing whatever that was. And the hashbrowns weren’t that bad, but can you really mess hashbrowns up that bad. It was about $20 and over all 1/10, I would not recommend.
I just visited this location I stated I would like a cup of ice, a pepsi and a ten dollar gift card twice. So I get to the window and the manager ask so what do you need again? Then he gets an attitude when I said I would like a cup of ice, Pepsi and $ 10 dollar gift card and tell me I can go somewhere else! First of all I was being very polite and the manager was acting like a child and he told me I can go some where else. I told him I would, because America doesn't run on Duncan, it can run on Krispy Kream or any other business! The nerve of people now a days! Whomever the franchise owner of this location should be embarrassed of whom he or she has working for him! Further more, I feel racism in the workplace should not be tolerated and I will tell everyone I can not to come to this specific Dunkin Donuts!
Horrible experience!!!!!! I ordered a Medium Caramel Craze Iced Latte. My drink had no coffee mixture in it. The manager was rude refused to give me a refund and after arguing with me about the drink in the drive thru for about 5 min he offered to make me another drink which I refused because I no longer trust him due to they way he talked to me. Very unprofessional! He called the cops on me, yes I said called the cops..... as if I was being hostile, the cops did nothing and I left with no drink or refund. Contacting Corporate!
Been going to this Dunkin for almost 8 years and in the last 6 months the drinks come out differently every time. It’s like there’s no training going on whatsoever. As a long time customer I’m over spending $14 for my order and getting my coffee that tastes like mop water and my food is tossed in a microwave and half the time it’s cold. Just hope they get this fixed before they lose too much business

To my delight, it arrived promptly and was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever tasted at McDonald's! The food was fresh and served hot, showcasing the chain's commitment to quality. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my experience, ensuring everything went smoothly.
The lady that worked there help me with the app. I had ordered actually from another McDonald's somewhere in greenville. I do not know where that came from on my phone since we were in the parking lot. She helped me to get my order placed and get my food. I didn't get her name but she was blonde headed. She actually was great trying to get the app to cancel my order at the other store and reorder there at their store. She actually let us pull up to the last window and took time to do all this. The biscuits were great and hot. Overall it was a great experience

I went in here the other day because McDonald’s is supposed to be a quick service. Ended up getting a big Mac meal with a pumpkin spice latte I wait about 10 minutes for them to finish my food, only for them to tell me to move up to the third window and waited an additional 15 minutes to be told that they cannot make the pumpkin spice latte. So I ended up getting a sprite. When she came to give me the sprite she no joke took about a minute to send a quick text message on her phone before handing me my drink. So I ended up paying way more than I should’ve just to get a regular drink because they couldn’t tell me at the drive through that they couldn’t make the latte.
One star is too much for this McDonald’s. We waited 45 minutes for our food. There was no one at the counter and there were many customers waiting. Customer service was literally HORRIBLE. The employee who finally came to the counter and asked what I need was rude and kept cussing under her breath. I understand maybe they are short staffed so I was kind, but that didn’t matter to her. It is never necessary to act unprofessionally as she did. I left crying, I have never in my life been treated that rudely for no reason before. I don’t know her name, but she was a black woman with a blonde updo and a terrible attitude. Would literally drive an extra 30 minutes to avoid going there.
Went twice in one day and both times they forgot to give us napkins. The second one was for breakfast but we were late so we ended up with a burger and fries. The fries were a little cool so had to go back in to ask for fresh fries.
This is now the fifth time this has happened here in recent memory. How hard is it to get someone to just check on what people need up front? I'm tired of going in to McDonald's like these and everyone in the back ignoring people in the front. My order was sitting there for 5 to 10 minutes and got cold as heck just because nobody would come up front and ask me what I was there for. They weren't even busy at all. I used to work for McDonald's so I know. It's just absolutely ridiculous that they pretend to be so busy so they don't have to turn around and ask what a person is waiting for. I'll be so glad when AI replaces all of these people at this point. I don't even think people deserve their jobs a lot of the times. If you're too sorry to just turn around and say hey who you got then you don't need to be working.
Absolute slowest! Slow even when there’s 1 order on the screen. Never has enough staff for morning & lunch rush. Wait 5-10 mins for 1 McMuffin or Biscuit. Not to mention, Staff are rude when you finally ask about your order taking so long! Staff making breakfast sandwiches with their bare hands … Let the big wills be in the store for the day and they are fully staffed, polite and quick service.

I did an online order on the app & I arrived on time. At first, everything seemed fine. However, when I checked my order I noticed that my chicken sandwich said, “spicy chicken sandwich “ & that the fries were just half way full. However, I thought not problem about the fries I won’t bother them, I’ll just ask for the sandwich I ordered. I turned around & I went to the window to let them know that I had ordered a regular but was given a spicy one instead. The lady at the window asked me to pull into their #1 spot & assured me someone would come out there & give me the right order. I waited 30minutes. After I noticed the drive thru people kept getting their things I decided to go in & see what the hold up was. I spoke with another lady at the window. She then asked me if I had pulled the sandwich out to assure myself that it was a spicy one. I told her that that’s not what the First Lady told me to do & that now all of my food was cold. She then rolled her eyes & said, “well what do you want me to do?”. I told her I was not trying to be difficult but that it was not fair that they made me wait 30 minutes just for a sandwich while my food got cold. She then said it would be even longer because I would be at the bottom of the list. I then ask if I can speak to a manager & she goes back to speak to another lady who hands her a sandwich box. She comes back, doesn’t say a word, hands me the box, rolls her eyes, & walks away.
There was 2 line cooks and neither one was wearing gloves fixing people's food, I watched them both bare handed touching meat, cheese, and buns. When I called to speak with manager , I was told by her that she was busy in the back and didn't have time to see what the employees were doing. I end up leaving without my food

We really hated it when Captain D's closed their Easley location. That location by far was the best overall. So, this location, the building itself appears older and not kept up. Walking in, the door is dirty (or needs painting), tables needed wiping down, floors looked dirty. Food was good. Cooked perfectly. Atmosphere, best I can describe, because of the lack of care for the inside of the building, dingy. We'd return for the food.
Stopped in for the first time to try the Lobster Bites, Fish & Fries. Wasn’t really a fan! Price was good though
Normally I never have an issue with what I order from this particular location but I just picked up a Big fish sandwich combo and I am very disappointed. The fish wasn’t fresh by no means and a ton of brown lettuce was piled on top. The okra tho was cooked great as usual and delicious. I tried to call several times to return the sandwich later for a remake but the phone line there evidently are not in proper working order.
So I ordered 10pc fish pk, 5 pc chicken ml and a 15 pc coconut shrimp meal. Marlana took my order. Quickly handed me my food. I said to myself that was too Quick. So I checked everything and the shrimp was cold. The Mac and cheese looked gross. Needless to say no one touched it. Fish was hot and the fries was hot. Our previous meal wasn't as bad. This one took the cake. Especially since I drove across town to get it. Never again.
Been awhile since eating at a Captain D’s but this particular location could use just a little help with customer service. The food was just as I remembered, fresh and it was cooked to order, no complaints about that. The person waiting on me was not very personable nor did they smile or greet, the first impression was, get the order, get them out of the way and go back to what I was doing. Delivery of the order was in a timely fashion. The restaurant itself was very clean, the outside appearance was good also. The food has suffered from shrinkflation with the fish strips now being more breeding than fish, very thin pieces. The side portions had lost its value as well, price point, my opinion is a little over on price with what they allow to be served. I would however recommend if you like fish or their other products, even though it’s down in size, the same flavor still remains.
Food was good, no ketchup tho. The cashier was not friendly she didn't have a name tag on but her braids were all pink, purple, and blue. Really pretty hair but her attitude sucked!
Ordered family meal via DoorDash, only allowed me to select 3 sauces for a 10 piece family meal. Messaged drive told them to get ketchup and malt vinegar. Drive was told by captain d’s employee they couldn’t give more sauce. Got my food delivered and there wasn’t even 3 sauces with a 10 pieces family meal. All I want was ketchup and malt vinegar and didn’t receive not 1 of either. Very disappointed management has to do better.

I'm certain I heard my cholesterol and carb levels increase with each bite, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meals as a break from our normal healthy diets.

Our 2nd attempt tonite for Waffle House (on our way home) after doing an out of state delivery. Complete failure!! Everything was going great! We had excellent customer service in a timely manner from "the cook". Our waitress had taken our drink order which was 2 coffees. Said she was brewing fresh pot. Never saw her again. When the cook brought us our food we asked about our coffee. She delayed what she was doing to makebour coffee's. My husband was mixing ketchup into his hash browns when he noticed a hair in them. A different waitress (not our original one) tried to take care of it by taking his food purchase off the bill & offering my husband another meal " on her". While we appreciated the kind gesture, we declined her offer. At no point and time did any of these ladies go put on hair nets or hats for that matter. Anything. ...to try to stop the shedding of hair going into customers food. Its a shame too bc what little bit I had of my food & actually got to eat....was excellent. But unfortunately the suprise hair ruined it for us. Awful Waffle at its best, I guess...
First time at this Waffle House in Anderson. I was with pleasant company and it made having lunch there worth it. I loved the food, I also had to try their coffee, from what I hear it is good and it was. It has that old school vibe of what one would think of a diner; seated booths, unlimited coffee, friendly waiting staff, and awesome cook. Yea I enjoyed it, and I hope you can too!
One of the better locations I've been to. Service was fast and they checked on us frequently. Really liked the grilled chicken Texas melt.
Really bad experience. Wanted to dine in, first we walked in, no one greeted us, finally seated ourselves, waiter took our order then we wanted to check to make sure that he got the order correct, so we tried to asked the cook as she walked by, as we called out to her politely, she rudely turned around with a stare of death as if we did something wrong, asked her about our order, she said I don't know, you need to ask the waiter, then my guest and I were talking about the attitude she displayed, and suddenly she started raising her voice at me, then without asking what was going on I was asked to leave by another worker, we will never use this establishment ever again. We left never to return.

The cook was in her vehicle smoking on the phone when we arrived and when she finally came in, she was pissy, slinging pots & utensils and propped her head on the area above the grill like she was mad at the world. The waitress waited 5 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink from behind the counter, instead of coming to our table. She was also frowning. We just told them we’d find somewhere else to eat. There were only 5 people at two separate tables in the place.
This waffle house used to be my favorite waffle house to go to. But out through the years this waffle house now needs to be remodeled, has a bad odor inside of the restaurant and bathroom.
If you want to be able to sit down and not be told they do Togo only, this is your place! This was the third Waffle House before we were able to sit down.

This is really a nice gas station!!! I enjoy coming here frequently to get gas and grab a quick bite to eat!!! The crew here are really very friendly and helpful!!! The gas pumps are really fast and the food they have is good for a gas station!!! The gas pump today was out of paper, so I had to go into the store to get my receipt. The manager on duty was apologetic and gave me a coupon for a free drink! Thanks so much for a great experience!

I went inside with my own cup to top off my coffee. They charged me 2.17 for a coffee refill in my own cup. Don’t take your own cup into qt because they charge me the same price as a regular coffee. I didn’t even get a full cup. I just topped off my coffee. Come on qt I think you could do better than that. I’ve never been charged so much for a coffee refill in my own cup. Needless to say I won’t be getting coffee there anymore

There wasn’t the normal QuikTrip greeting when I walked inside. The restrooms were clean, the outside seating was available and all the other normal foods and treats you can get were also available. This was a very large location with a truck stop to the left of the regular store area. The fuel prices were reasonable with about twenty four pumps.
QT is the best around! Always clean and the team members are friendly. Great about keep the line down inside. Gas prices are always fair here.
Great road trip gas station. Always stop here when im passing through on my travels. The new Coffee tap is killer! Love getting a nitro cold brew fro the road. Mostly Clean bathrooms are pretty good. Some small grass areas for pets. Staff is friendly and store is always stocked. Gas prices are okay, sometimes better waiting to get further into SC.
Great place to get gas, especially if you have the app, it helps you save more money and get free snacks. Also a good place to stop if you need to use the restroom. We try to only stop at QT's when trsveling.

First of all, they pulled us up and no one was in line and the food was still warm. We asked for sauces when we ordered and again when we pulled up. We came back and a lady with her hair everywhere came to the window and said extra charges would apply after we informed them twice. She argued with us and the proceeded to continue until we told them it was fine.
Coming to update my original review: unfortunately. Nothing has changed. Whoever manages this Burger King doesn’t get it done. I ordered a oreo sundae which is supposed to come with Hershey syrup and Oreos. The worker told me it came with Oreos instead of syrup which is not what I paid for. A sundae has syrup on it.this is definitely not the first bad experience I’ve had here.

Went to this Wendy's about 1:30 p.m. on a weekday. There was no line, the lady on the intercom was very friendly. She took my order, I pulled up to the window paid, my Wendy's double was correct, the fries were hot, my large spray was excellent, and my medium chocolate frosty was the best of all. This location is really really great compared to most.

My boyfriend and I have always gone to this Wendy’s because of its proximity to the mall, and its proximity to my house. It is in the middle of my work commute, and I work at 7:30am. I checked the app to see if ordering was available and it said that it was, so I placed an order to pick up my breakfast. I sat in the drive thru line and no one answered so I went to the door. Their hours say 7:00am opening, and 6:30 for the drive thru. It was 7:08am at this point, and the door is locked. If I hadn’t mobile ordered, I would just turn and leave, but my card had already been charged— and I don’t eat at Wendy’s because I’m rolling in money. I called the store’s number, to which I received no answer the first time. I couldn’t cancel my order on the app, either. I tried to call again, and a lady picked up who continued to speak over me and tell me they weren’t open until 7:30. I tried to explain that that’s fine, but the app and the door said they were open and my car had already been charged. She wouldn’t listen so I just hung up, and tried to call the customer service line to cancel it— when I was also told I was calling outside of phone line operating hours but could email or text— which is not provided on the website. I left and went to work, and after ten minutes (7:18am) I received a phone call from the store telling me my order was ready if I still wanted it. I was already ten minutes away and needed to be at work sooner than 7:30 to open up on time (since that matters to some businesses!) and could not do a round trip just to pick up my food. She sassed me back and told me if I even wanted my food, she was just giving me an option. I really don’t want to be a Karen about this, since I worked in foodservice for quite a while until this March, and know she cannot do much to accommodate the situation at this point, but understanding that the business made the mistake and took my money because of it is important to address the issue. Wendy’s itself has failed to meet the bare minimum of customer service standards, and her attitude was not helping.
The burger was good, but the fries were cold. I did like the volume of the music and the choice of music.
There was only 3 people working there. The customer ahead of my group waited for a hour for his food. My group ended up getting our food before them. There was no condiments for customers in lobby. The drink machine looked like it hadn't been cleaning in a month. Would not recommend.
They don’t wear gloves. Like none of them. I came in around 945pm. Ordered to go. The MANAGER takes my order and makes my food WITHOUT GLOVES. He takes a fry out of my container and then holds both my nuggets and fries in a way that his hands were on them. It went straight to the trash.

Then the little girl checked my burger with her naked, bare hands. Nobody had on gloves. This particular Wendy's on main street across from Anderson, SC Mall is always not busy. I asked to speak to the manager. Here comes this child that literally looks to be about 15 years old. She was not friendly and looked like she did not want to be bothered. $25 for 2 chicken nugget combos and a Jr bacon. I finally just asked for a refund. I will not ever go back to this Wendy's. No wonder the drive thru is always clear. A waste of my time and money. They need to change their grease and hire some mature adults to work there! Ridiculous 🤮😡
They take forever making your food not to mention the lack of customer service they act like its a bother to work. If you don't want to work and you want to be grumpy then don't be in the customer service industry its that simple, you could work in a factory atleast that way your still doing the same menial tasks day after day and you dont have to deal with people plus you get paid more to do less. Moral of the story i would not go here again unless they had a whole new crew

During my recent visit to one of their locations—currently undergoing renovations due to a fire—I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and excellent customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly; even while managing the drive-thru, they took the time to acknowledge walk-in customers with warm greetings. I placed my order quickly with just one car ahead of me in line.
First time coming to this burger King and I must say it was very clean customer service was excellent. The young woman that took my order very nice. I really like the fact that even though they were running drive thru she acknowledged the customers that walked in the door to front lobby. A++++ 10 out of 10 recommend this burger king.

Our BK is u see construction due to fire, so as we were passing through we stopped in gave it a chance. Ordered quickly, one car in front of us waiting for their food and no one behind us. I hate it when they tell you to pull up. This increases their productivity numbers, even though you’re having to wait. The General ManagerTelechia made it right, she upped our fried size for our wait. We mention we didn’t agree with the move up, when no one was behind us.

We stopped at this Burger King on our way home today and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond for me and I was extremely pleased with their attention to the details of our somewhat complicated order. Every burger had different combinations of veggies and they were all correct and all fresh . Thank you to you and your whole crew. I'm sorry I forgot the name of the guy who took our order. He was a solidly-built African American, maybe 25-30 years old, I am guessing. YOU ROCK!!!

Louisiana-inspired fast-food chain known for its crispy fried chicken, chicken sandwiches & fries.
This was only my second time dining, or driving rather, at or through Popeyes since it reopened here. Many many years ago I used to eat at the one near my high school, at least three times a week and I was so disappointed when they closed! So I went back to see if it was still the same and I have to say it is much better than it was 20 years ago. I know they had a lot of negative connotations and reviews back then and I see some now but I did not get any negative vibes or service; actually, it was just the opposite.
I worked in the service industry for almost two decades and I know that it's the little things that make customers happy. It's also the very minor things that make them really upset, I suspect the bad reviews are from people who want original chicken but they have just ran out and all they have is spicy. It happened to me on my second time but I just rolled with it and got the spicy and it was great! You have to understand, it takes 35 minutes to cook fried chicken. And if it's later in the day you don't want to cook extra chicken if you don't know it's going to be eaten or needed. And that things happen in restaurants differently than they happen in a department store. You run out of things you have to cook things, people call out and you're a person short one night, and that just leads to a cascading effect that might mean you don't get mayonnaise and you really wanted a big glob of mayonnaise!

I said all that to say this: I got a simple chicken sandwich, nothing special, the lady was really really nice that took the payment and asked me to pull up while it cooked. No longer than 2 minutes did I wait, before she was walking all the way out of the doors with a smile on her face to bring it to me! She said I put some extra regular mayonnaise and a side of the spicy mayonnaise like you asked for, I forgot I did ask for that modification... but she sure did not forget it!
But what made it so special was her saying I put a little spoon in there for you to dip the Mayo out so you can try it. How awesome is that? Somebody that does not work for tips going that far out of the way to think about how I'm going to get that Mayo on the sandwich? That's almost unheard of these days you know?! She went back inside and I got a few dollars out and I backed up to the window again. And I tipped her a little bit for the extra care she put into it.
I'm not saying this to be braggadocious , but If everybody just gave their jingle change to people that work in the service industry but do not work for tips, think about how many diapers that would buy or how many extra gallons of water that would buy. Yes sometimes accidents happen and people on computers with a headset talking to three people at the same time... get things wrong... at every restaurant but nobody's perfect are they?
Well the first and second time that I had been were absolutely perfect, to say the least. I ate half my sandwich and left it sitting in the bag all night and I woke up and I ate it cold. It was as crispy as it was when I took a bite out of it on the way home, I don't know how you do that but keep on doing what you're doing guys and gals! I will be back to see you all soon, thank you again!

We decided on fried chicken and Popeyes was closest. Had only been there once before and WILL NEVER be back. I went through the drive through ordered 16 pieces Family with all the trimmings. Mac & Cheese Cole slaw and fries.
I asked if Tea came with it. She said no So I asked to add a Gallon of tea. She Told me to pull to the window. I paid and she said chicken is cooking to park and we will bring out to you. I didn’t mind that cause I expected the chicken to be fresh and hot.
I was there waiting over 30 min and she brought out the chicken and fixings out but no Tea. I said I don’t see the TEA. She said oh? I’ll go get it.
So to save her some steps I pulled through the drive thru so she wouldn’t have to walk out of the restaurant. I drove up and she said that will be $8.?? And some change? I ordered it with my meal. She said yes but I didn’t ring it up. I didn’t know where the button was. They just showed me.
I said “But I already ordered and paid?” Yeah but I did t ring it up… I said I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes? She said yeah for your chicken..
I asked if I could speak to your boss please.
A lady walks over to the window. She said I can’t give you what you didn’t pay for. I said I ordered with my meal? You requested it she didn’t ring it up? What has happened to customer service?
All the worker are laughing out loud and one shouted out she still Att the window asking for her tea.. everyone just laugh loudly. While the Manager stares at me kept saying you were not charged so I can not give you the tea. She knows I ordered it and choose not to ring it up? And y’all did t tell me then? I don’t understand why you can’t just give me the Tea that I ordered with my meal. They never did give me a receipt. I ask for her boss’s name and number she refused to give me.
I asked for her name.and she would not give me that said by law I don’t have to give you my name.
Ok.. ok…I guess I will call corporate.

It doesn’t end there ……. So I get home opening up the boxes and the sides. Chicken looked like it was burnt- refried-old chicken. In a 16 piece I expected 4-breast 4-legs 4-thighs 4-wings what I got was 8-wings 0-thighs 5-legs 3- breast fries and Mac&cheese were good the Slaw was 1/2 full
I should have gave back the food and ask for a refund when they didn’t give me the tea. So needless to say I am very disappointed. I do not see us ever returning. Workers can make a business or break a business.
I paid $22 for 2 chicken sandwich meals and waited 25 minutes for the food to come out. 3 bites into our sandwiches and we noticed that the meat was yellow. Did some research on what the cause could be and it said that the meat was old, stale and should not be consumed and to be thrown away immediately. I am highly disgusted and feel sick that I ingested that. Completely infuriated that I was served old and stale chicken. Will not be coming back, and I regret not going to Chick Fil A where the service and food would have been superior and it would have costed less for it. Also would not have been served old and stale chicken.
Ordered through Uber eats. Chicken sandwich (2) were too salty ordered with no pickles but still got them. Order regular fries the portion was much smaller than normal and not hot. Ordered large coke and received Diet Coke. We have always had a great experience but this was disappointing.
Went through the driveway and the lady taking my order was extremely grouchy. She told me to pull up and wait for my order after I paid. I waited 50 minutes for my order and it never came so I went back through the drive-through and they said pull back up where you were. I waited another 10 minutes and they told me the reason I was waiting is because my food was being cooked. The food was cold. It was not being cooked. It was also overcooked !

The girl at the drive thru was rude. I asked for fresh chicken.The order was 3 piece white spicy. The 2 wings were hard like they've been there for a bit too long. The breast was disgusting. All of the chicken was old. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this store NEVER
The service is absolutely terrible. The staff spends more time outside smoking than working. My husband sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes tonight, along with multiple other vehicles. No one inside ever acknowledged a single car in the drive though. One by one they drove away, including my husband. We are officially done with this location and will never go back.
Three trips there in the past 6 plus months and actually got food once. First time was a complete disappointment. Waited too long and food was not like the ones I ate at growing up in New Orleans and the service wasn’t close to what you got at the one I worked at as a kid in New Orleans. Louisiana kitchen? Not even close. In Louisiana we value the entire experience. Service atmosphere and the food. Al Copeland (the man who started the chain) is rolling in his grave. Second visit I left the drive thru before I got to the speaker because the car in front of me had already been there 10 minutes before me and I waited behind them an additional 10. Yes they leaned out there window and told me. And tonight. They were quick to acknowledge that I had pulled up to the speaker as I was the only vehicle near the place only to tell me it would be a 20 minute wait. Three strikes and their out. I’m done. Guess I will have to wait till I go back home to visit in order to get something like I remember growing up. They should close. This isn’t what a Louisiana branded food establishment is like. Not even close

Ive ate here more than once. Great service. Great food. Great people. Great sweet tea. By far the the best cheeseburger in town. Meat and three. Mashed potatoes and gravy. Mac and cheese. No other restaurant around can top this place.
Stopped in to get some Ribeyes cut and the guy was very rude! he made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. Anyway $175.00 later for 7 ribeyes he told us this is not Publix or ingles. Got it!! Never again.
