First time here....got a tangled dog with fries and one eyed Willie with fries, water (they have coke products)...$27...Friends had Mojo dog and fries, chicken sandwich with bama fries....hotdog was a hotdog nothing special....friend said fried chicken sandwich was good and it was large..burger was good....always like fresh cut fries and well seasoned. Waitress was really nice and checked on us frequently. We ended up picking a table instead of a booth and sat in the back of the restaurant, it was very hot and humid back there, the thermostat read 82 when I walked by. Went on a Friday around 1:30 p.m., it wasn't busy and there was no wait. One and done is good for me.

MUST TRY!! I love love love their food! This time I had High West Burger With Turkey. I got to try their made in house pimento cheese SO GOOD. The ranch is always top tier with their fries. Service is always good I just never experience the super busy hours.

Came in on a whim when I was in town for work. Just wanted a classic burger and Meat n Greet delivered! Delicious double cheeseburger with whole fried okra that did not disappoint! My server was also very attentive and kind. The draft beer I had was also great. Highly recommend- I’ll be back next time!

This is a great little cozy restaurant in downtown Newnan to have dinner with your partner or with family. The atmosphere is nice and the service was great. Our Server, Kelsie, was awesome, she checked on my wife and I constantly. My wife had a salad, Brussel sprouts, and a baked potato. I had Buffalo wings and the 3 Amigos all off the "Share a Plate" menu. Everything came out hot, fresh, and delicious. They have nice size portions with nice size prices 😁.

Great local dive! Serving up burgers and bourbon (and everything in between)! The homemade potato chips, dipped in their homemade ranch, are amazing! The burger was juicy and tasty. My family shared a sampler appetizer that had fried whole okra, onion strings, and fries, along with three signature dipping sauces. Everything at wonderful! Our server (Will, I believe) was very attentive.

Meet & Greet in Newnan is easily one of the best spots in town. The service is friendly and consistent, and the warm, cozy atmosphere makes it such a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. You can tell they cook with high-quality ingredients and don’t cut corners…. the food is always fresh, never greasy, and their homemade dressings really set them apart. Prices are fair, which we really appreciate given the quality. Standout favorites for us are the Asian-style wings, the Tangle Dog, the Durkee Burger, and their amazing fries. I had the pleasure of dining at La Parrilla in Newnan, and it was fantastic from start to finish. I ordered the Pollo Ranchero, and wow—absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly seasoned, smothered in creamy cheese and salsa ranchero, and came out piping hot with fresh sides that really hit the spot. What made the experience even better was the incredible service from Jamie. She was attentive without ever being overbearing, quick with refills, and had excellent menu recommendations. Jamie went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and she kept a warm, friendly attitude the whole time, even on a busy evening. Between the amazing food, lively atmosphere, and Jamie’s top-notch service, La Parrilla has easily become my go-to spot for Mexican in Newnan. We come here at least once a month. Our server Jennifer was really attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The manager Luis is very friendly. The food is always a hit and service is really fast. It is our go to Mexican restaurant in Newnan!

Wow this place is awesome! Great staff! Chips and salsa are perfect. Margaritas were large and in charge. Shrimp tacos were amazing!

Whenever possible my husband and I love to eat Mexican food. This place has the best! And the Margaritas are fantastic! Jamie served us today. So nice to have someone actually take the time to explain some of the meals( I don’t even know how to pronounce some of the dishes). She was kind and so patient with me.Definitely will start asking for her table from now on!! She really made our dinner special!

Good experience overall - but not the best compared to other Texas Roadhouses. We rolled in with a party of 5 around 5:00 on Labor Day. The parking lot was packed and there was a wait - but it ended up only being about 15 - 20 minutes versus the 30 minutes they quoted. Our server was super friendly but made several mistakes along the way. Someone tried to deliver another table’s food to us but luckily we caught it before it got out of hand. When we got our food, the mashed potatoes weren’t hot and all the sides looked like they had set in the window for a while. We didn’t return anything but it wasn’t great. The overall experience was good for a packed restaurant but not great.

Went for the first time yesterday & it was packed. I had to call ahead in order to get a table but in the end it was worth it cause the crowd actually adds to the ambiance making it feel lively, exciting & makes you feel like you're a part of something. The food & service was good too. I'd definitely go again.

My family loves Texas Roadhouse! We stopped in one Thursday evening for our weekly family dinner. Our server Maximus was a delight. He made sure we had everything we needed and kept coming back to check on us. The atmosphere was quieter than usual as it was within an hour of closing time. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and Maximus was able to gather enough staff to come out and sing to her and make her night just a bit more special. Of course she got a complimentary dessert which was awesome! The food was great as usual. We ordered steak, burgers, ribs and appetizers and then there are the rolls! Needless to say, we'll be back!!

This place never disappoints. The servers always offer top notch service and I love that the managers greet us at the table and make sure we are happy with everything. The food always tastes fresh and is reasonably priced. I've been going here for the past 5 years and will continue to come back!

Multiple employees at the hostess station causing two parties to wait while they had a conversation. Once seated in the back corner behind the waiter station service was terrible the duration of our visit, which is ironic being seated right behind the station with multiple employees constantly present. Food came out hot a ready the cooks did very well on that part of the meal the only thing good this experience. We had to have a manager refill our drinks which they gave us the wrong drinks. I would not recommend eating in this establishment if you are looking for good service.

Sirloin smothered with mushrooms and sautéed onions - great. The strawberry cucumber fizz moctail ($5) was very good.

I ordered 8oz. Sirloin steak medium rare. The steak came out medium and it didn't even look like a steak. The waitress took it back, and I waited 25 minutes for another steak. The second steak came out burnt on top and bottom, and came out medium. Also, the women's bathroom was extremely dirty, and the baby's changing table was awful. The Cook cooking the steaks didn't want to cook today. Location was Newnan, GA

The pizza slices are HUGE here. It's $4 for a plain cheese pizza and to add regular toppings it's an extra $0.75 each. If you order one you're practically getting two because that's how big they are. I do not recommend the sandwich items. They don't have enough cheese. It's basically a slice of pizza folded in half but with a lot less cheese. Staff is friendly. The restaurant is also decorated really well, I would probably only come back for their pizza slices and garlic knots.

Our first time in. The entrance was a little confusing, but other than that it was a home run. We had a medium potato pizza amazing, a cup of Jerk Chili very nice and a side greek salad also very good. Definitely a do over. The inside has a cool vibe.

My coworker and I decided to try Fabiano’s for lunch today. Holy smokes, so glad we did! 10/10 would totally recommend. These garlic knots are the best I’ve ever had. I’ve never even heard of fried doughnuts before, but they just blew my mind! Delicious! Wish the pizza had more cheese, but I can order extra next time! So good!

Ok I ordered two pizzas. One was burnt on the bottom and another the cheese was not melted all the way. There wasn’t much sauce at all, barely any. I called and the manager Matt was very nice, he offered a remake or refund. And I was satisfied until I warmed up the pizza that the cheese was barely melted on in my oven to it to melt properly. I bit into it and the sausage that was in my mouth was extremely tough. On second look it wasn’t even sausage, it was cardboard baked into the cheese of the pizza. I was told this was a great place for pizza and was very disheartened with this experience. I will never go back.

Cheese pizza, thin crust, described as NY style pizza was not good. Dry crust and hardly any cheese! Very disappointed. I’ve had better cheese pizza from Dominos. Maybe this was an off night?

Ingredients are fresh, which I like. But that’s about it. The toppings weren’t bound to the pizza (see pic). So it’s like they’re cooked separately. They fall apart as you eat it. There’s almost no sauce whatsoever on the pizza - no exaggeration. The buffalo wings were made the same. The chicken was juicy but only about 10% the flavor buffalo wings normally have. Plus I ordered pickup and the food was 20 minutes late. I have no desire to eat here again.

The service was awful I ordered a couple of 20 inch pizza slices and this is regular size slice and it is cold. I ordered a high tea which is highly recommended I thought it would be a full cup or glass for $13.20 and they did not have lid's for the to go drink. I will never come here again pizza hut or domino's way better see pictures.

It's my first time dining in. My experience with takeout has been incredible. The food was delicious and plentiful! I was slightly disappointed that the appetizer came out the same time as the entrees. The waitress seemed rushed despite the fact that it was not crowded. She was inattentive! I will go back for another dine-in experience to see if things change. Unfortunately, my pineapple chicken was chewy! The green curry beef was tender, which seemed to lack some aromatics. The chicken satay was served at room temperature. Perhaps they forgot the appetizer, hence the reason why it came out at the same time as the entrees. Overall, I wish I could have given this place five stars. It's more like 3.5 stars today. There's always next time...

First let me say, this was the best Thai food we have ever eaten. I got the Pad Thai as it was suggested for my gluten free diet. My husband got the sweet and sour chicken in which the chicken was lightly breaded. We upgraded to the chicken coconut soup and we could have a made a meal out of that. Now, why we will not return despite the awesome food. 1) A bug crawled across the wall next to me. I was able to kill it, but let's say the staff response about it was underwhelming. 2) I'm not surprised about the bug as the whole back of the restaurant was stacked with very visible boxes of supplies. In fact, you have to squeeze past them to get to the restroom. Also poorly hidden, were the piles of random junk upstairs barely concealed by screening and a slatted wall. It would be impossible to keep bug free. 3) Last but not least, we noticed the health score as we left--- 77! That is way below acceptable. Honestly, 3*s is generous and due solely to the great tasting food.

Wow! Really good. We had passed by Newnan many times before on I-85 but never actually gone into the town. We were pleasantly surprised by the charming, thriving town. Garlic Thai is in the town across from the courthouse. The food was excellent and service very attentive. The prices very reasonable. We will certainly be back.

When I walked in the restaurant all the sits were full, which is normally a good sign. I had dietary restrictions and the server was very accommodating. Ordered the portobello mushroom entree w/ mild basil sauce, tofu, broccoli, and peppers (vegan). It was filled with flavor. Overall dish was a 4/5.

Garlic Thai is a true local gem in Newnan! Everything we’ve tried has been fantastic – even the sweet tea is spot on. The standout dishes for us have been the sesame chicken, basil Thai spring rolls, pho, firecracker roll, and the wonton soup – all packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. The spicy tuna roll it’s both very spicy and incredibly flavorful, but definitely is not on the mild side. You MUST try the pan fried Thai dumplings…. Thank me later. On top of the delicious food, the warm and friendly service makes every visit feel special. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. We absolutely love it here and look forward to coming back again and again!

Pros: Greeted/Acknowledged upon entry. Seated within 5 minutes. Server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking. Main meal was tasty. Cons: My fave is the soup with kale. The kale was still crunchy. Second time that happened. Ktchn mngr happened to stop by our table and I mention it. Instead of owning it, he just said, "because it's still morning, but that is about the right texture." (naw, keep your excuse. If its not right/not ready, dont serve it.) The breads tick had no butter or cheese. Informed server and he gave us another batch; which had some butter and just a little cheese.

I came in with a group of friends and was excited for a night out! Sat down and when our server Ashley came around she had a little attitude. I get having a bad night right? But all we had asked for was a couple more plates, napkins, silverware and a straw. She sighed, rolled her eyes, and just acted annoyed and frustrated with us. We were nothing but polite and got the opposite back. I love Olive Garden to much to not come back but I will make sure to not have this server again. In the nicest way possible I am writing this. I never usually write reviews but this was wrong. I will say she was quick with getting our food and our “requests” for us but try not to serve it with an attitude!

Great customer service. The waiter was a lil slow on bringing back napkins and plates for the appetizers. Food was very good and hot. The main meal came out in good timing,wasn't crowded by the appetizers.

The food here is consistently good, especially for the price. While it’s not something to rave about, the quality you get for what you pay is exceptional. Many other places offer food of similar quality but charge two to three times as much. The service is decent. They often seem overwhelmed, likely due to how busy it gets, which can lead to some lapses in performance. That said, the staff is always kind and maintains a great attitude, which goes a long way in making up for it.

Our experience at this location started out very rocky. However, when you have great management on staff checking on everyone you can fix a lot. That is exactly what the manager did tonight - she turned a bad experience where we may not have come back into a great experience. I personally call that the peak of service and for that would highly recommend this location. Our waitress was brand new but friendly and helpful. Thanks for taking care of our evening!

Stopped by Art and Jake’s in Newnan for the first time and had a good experience overall. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d want from a sports bar, clean, spacious, and packed with TVs. No matter where you sit, you will have a great view of whatever game is on. Our server was friendly and on point the entire time. Drinks and food came out quickly, and the staff checked in just enough without hovering. That kind of service really adds to the experience. I ordered the Mediterranean salmon. It was decent, cooked well and plated nicely, but flavor-wise it was just okay. Next time I will probably stick with classic bar food. It feels like that’s where they shine. The bar area was clean and inviting, and the location is really convenient with excellent parking. No hassle getting in or out, which is always a plus. Overall, Art and Jake’s delivers a solid sports bar experience. It’s a great spot to catch a game, hang out with friends, and grab a drink. I wouldn’t come here just for the food, but the environment and service definitely make it worth a visit.

The menu was a little pricey. We had an appetizer of fried pickles that was lightly battered. My wife got the buffalo chicken wrap, and I got the texas Twister Burger. I asked for tomatoe and lettuce to be added, and they forgot. The Burger tasted like a burger. They had tvs everywhere as expected. Resturant looked clean and plenty open space to walk around. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would try this estimate again.

Great place to grab a quick bite for lunch. Everything I’ve tried has been excellent, cooked well, and tasted great. Portion size is good and the service has always been friendly knowledgeable and quick. If you’re in the Newnan area Art and Jakes is a great eatery to check out.

Starting with complaint, but then shouting out the manager Megan. Ordered pickup. Nachos were supposed to have chicken, extra queso, sour cream, cheese. Got home and saw it had basically nothing. Also only had one container of queso (which is normal, not extra) and no sour cream. Like, come on. I called, got on phone with a manager named Megan. She claimed she was the one who made and bagged it - I assume to own the accountability and cover for whoever actually did it. Which I thought showed good character. She then offered to remake the nachos and have it delivered, with free dessert added. Honestly, when I called I expected a weak apology and a refund then have to figure out other dinner plans. I really appreciated this approach. Megan deserves a raise. And whoever drove me the food. But we’re still never ordering pickup from here again. This was our second time, and while the first time the nachos technically had everything, it was bare minimum. So we just can’t trust it to be done right the first time. The nachos, when done right, are pretty good. Wife also likes the rattlesnake pasta and shrimp. So. There’s that.

Highly disappointed by the rattlesnake pasta. Expected a creamy, saucy, thick pasta but it was extremely watery and lack flavor to be a top seller but starving enough to eat the dry pasta. There were tiny pieces of chicken in it even though I asked for a shrimp version which tasted like Perdue chicken🤮

Excellent location to eat, drink and be merry. Our food was well prepared and the service was excellent. Reasonably priced for all selections. Bang Bang Shrimp and Fish and Chips both very good. Pizza was also excellent. There was not a crowd when we dined in. Most likely could get loud at times. Lots of large screen TVs. We are looking forward to returning.

We were there for a private birthday dinner for our aunt. The tvs in the party room was not on and we had to ask several times for them to be turned on. I eventually went to the front desk and ask for someone to come turn them on. A couple of people in our party did not receive their food. We waited for drinks a good while. I asked for a refill and the waitress never came back. I feel like they do much better with a smaller party.

I just ordered the chicken fried rice for takeout, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was amazing and the portion was perfect. If you come here, you have to try the fried rice, it’s a MUST! I will definitely be coming back to try more dishes next time!

This was my first time eating here. Food was very good, very fresh! I had the Mongolian dinner with shrimp. We ate early, at around 4 pm so service was super quick. The restaurant was very clean and the servers are really friendly! I will definitely be back to try something else. The outside of the building doesn't match the inside, so don't let it deceive you - definitely has a different vibe on the inside!

Came in on a thursday evening, around 6:10pm. Had no problem getting a table. our order came out quickly. Everything we got was so delicious! We ordered the Crispy Calamari and General Tso’s Chicken and Pad Tai and Hot Tea. The service was amazing and polite. We were both very pleased! Will definitely be back.

I ordered, Emperor's Dinner A (Filet mignon, jumbo shrimp & chicken)and my wife ordered,Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp. Over all the food was good, one noticeable was the "size" of the shrimp between the to orders, either both got the jumbo shrimp or both got the regular size shrimp?

The young lady named Susan (according to the receipt) was on it! We arrived around 6 and the place was packed! Even though she was busy serving several tables she was attentive and brought us everything we asked for. The sushi pieces were a little small for the price but overall pretty good. Better than other places in Newnan. Thank you!

SURPRISINGLY GREAT! First time here and was expecting to get take out but the ambiance was nice enough to stay! It was super packed when we arrived so we waited at the bar for a bit for a table! The service was OUTSTANDING. Every bite of food was so delicious. Tried mango and cucumber sushi for the first time and it’s a new obsession! The BENTO BOX is a great deal and comes with so much GOOD quality food. 10/10 all around! Will be coming back as our go to Japanese restaurant close to home.

Tomo is one of my go-to lunch spots—I come here at least once or twice a month. They have great lunch specials during the week, and the quality is always solid for the price. I recommend the miso soup, tuna hibachi and the 2020 sushi roll. Everything is always consistently fresh and delicious. Service is friendly and fast, which makes it perfect for a weekday lunch. Definitely worth checking out!

This is my all-time favorite spot for sushi and sashimi. The prices are affordable, and the taste is consistently great—just the way I like it, no surprises. The owner is incredibly kind. I always order sushi without rice due to my diabetes, and she never forgets. Truly love this family-owned restaurant!

Tomo is was an unexpected treat. You don't think about good Japanese food being in a small location in a shopping center. It's kinda like seeing a egg salad sandwich in a vending machine, you're curious but not expecting much. Tomo was GREAT. We had Hibachi chicken, shrimp, and steak. It was all on point. The fried rice was some of the best I've ever had, period. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

We love Tomo! Best sushi in town. All of their dishes are delicious really. Very good quality for the price. They understand how to prepare food. Their vegetables are never overcooked and still have a nice bite. A little bit on the healthier side when choosing to eat out. The service is always top notch.

I found this place while researching where to get a good Ruben sandwich. I was NOT disappointed! All of the food was amazing and beautifully presented. You can tell they really care about the food they are serving. This place should be on diners, drive ins, and dives (if that show is still running.) From the renovated gas station digs, kitschy decor, ample patio seating and open air pub vibes, it’s one to beat. I will 100% return to try more of their menu offerings.

This bar was very fun. It seemed to be the only lively place in downtown Newnan after hours. I went on a Friday around 9 or 9:30 pm and they had karaoke. Everyone seemed to know each other (or everyone was just social). People let me pet their dogs and the food was great. What more could you ask for? It is also very cool that it is in an old Phillips 66 filling station.

Honestly was a little skeptical upon arrival because of the parking situation but the food is fantastic. The drinks are STRONG which I appreciate. The hippie dip was good but I don't feel like there was a big enough portion for the price. I got the Philly and it was delicious. Also had the Steve McQueen and it was really good also. Overall really great service, nice atmosphere, good food.

Our first visit and they knocked it out of the park. Our server (Raina) was welcoming and gave EXCELLENT service, everyone loved their food (fish and chips was nice and crispy but not too much batter, fried shrimp well seasoned and crispy, small house salad was a good size, house made ranch was delish, RPM burger was cooked to perfection for my Uncle who requested it almost moo-info, and jumbo wings were actually jumbo (and 10 jumbo wings for $14 is a steal these days!). We’ll def visit again!

This place is a good time. We were traveling through and stopped for the night in Newnan and chose this place because they had a good amount of beers on tap. Since we arrived after 9pm the menu was limited, but we sat at the bar and enjoyed Irish nachos & fish n chips. The fold was really good! Our bartender was busy but very attentive and the overall vibe of the place was positive. Karaoke was just getting cranked up as we left and the DJ was doing a great job. The indoor/outdoor seating and ambiance of a gas-station-turned-bar made it a cool place to sit around and have a few beers. Which we would gladly do again. 😁

Adding to my review... This is one of the most consistently excellent pubs we've been to m it's nice having a place to go knowing it's going to be awesome. Continues to be my favorite place in town🤙🏼 Awesome! First off, you have to order some freshly-fried pig snacks (what the world calls pork rinds)! Made my day! Cool use of an old Chevron gas station-- a time-tested formula that proves successful again. Service was attentive and friendly without hovering or pressuring you for orders. Checked in to check on food, needs. We both got burgers that were phenomenal! Tasty and not overcooked at all. That's rare today to find meat cooked to requested temperature. We're definitely coming back!

The place was beautiful. Great environment. A friend told me the pizza was the closest he's found to pizza in New England. By way of the crust, yes. Flavor? Not even close. Plus it was WAY overpriced. $30 for a pepperoni pizza is insane. You're paying for the experience. The crust was excellent and the quality of ingredients was definitely great. It was just not good enough to charge that much money. I personally won't be returning.

Enjoyed the Positano Salad and Margherita Pizza add Pepperoni. Love the prosciutto in the salad. It was fresh and so good. The pizza was light and airy and had a great wood fired flavor. The buffalo cheese and fresh marinara set this pizza off. They have a nice wine selection as well. If you want a taste of Italy, Positano is for you!

Such a lovely atmosphere with amazing pizza and service. Our family enjoyed the fire roasted beef and sausage gluten free pizza, bianca pizza and the dessert marshmallow pizza so much! Bring your appetite because you'll want to devour every bite. Its SO GOOD! We will absolutely be back for another round. thank you for an amazing dinner experience.

I read reviews before i got here , a lots of comments about the price being too high, but as soon as i entered the restaurant Iseen a big menu with the prices right top of the order point. They also let you know that is a big size of a pizza. It’s for 2 person size ! So, everything was good and tasty. Only thing is that they add their own style in to the Neapolitan pizza. I mean it’s not the original Neapolitan style pizza but it’s very tasty pizza that worth to try. We also had a great Cabernet wine that they have in the menu. Overall, great place with great atmosphere. Recommend ✅

Position Pizzeria in Newnan is truly a gem! Their pizza is packed with flavor; honestly even better than the Peachtree City location. Every bite tastes authentic and delicious. Late when most places were closed, Thanksgiving Eve. In the area shopping and wanted something we could not get at home. We were so happy we stopped. No corners cut in this Napolitan pizza place. Absolutely phenomenal. All ratios were utter perfection. Were not disappointed by a single thing. So cool being able to peer into the pizza oven as we waited. Watched the pizza come out bubbling. They have fresh olive oil and garlic out for you to add. If in the area, must stop place. Probably tied for the best pizza we have ever had.

In my opinion, Positano has the best pizza in Newnan and Peachtree City. Love both of their locations. Wonderful fresh salads and gelato as well!

I tried Apollo's for the first time and here are my thoughts. I ordered the Philly cheese steak combo (drink & fries). The cheese steak was good but I would probably have them use less salt or seasonings if possible. I liked the fries. I dined in and my only complaint is that they only serve canned sodas and at 2.50 a can. Kinda expensive in my opinion. I guess that they probably do more take out than dine in and probably explains the can sodas vs having a fountain dispenser. But overall I liked the food and will go back.

This place was recommended to me by a coworker. I can appreciate that the fried chicken and fried catfish wasn't overly salted.I really enjoyed the chicken cheesesteak. The potato salad was my favorite side item. The owner let us try a few flavors of the water ice,very tasty. We will be coming back.

Good golly, Ms Molly! When they talk about a great sandwich, they're referring to Apollo's. It took a few minutes to get my cheese steak sandwich and fries (about five minutes), but it was obvious everything was fresh. Sandwich was so hot off the grill, I had a hard time holding it. It was delicious! I ate everything before I thought about taking a picture. I will be coming back!

The Cheesesteaks, Wings & Fish are cooked to order. Make sure you are prepared to wait. They are authentic Philly's. If you don't want to go to Philly like we did and your in the area, this is a good option. Nice Size. We ordered 3, 1 was skimpy on the meat. I also had the fried flounder. It was seasoned well and nice and crispy. I don't care for the fries. They are thick with no season. Definitely have to use ketchup. Mac-N-Cheese needed some salt and pepper, it's nice and cheesy tho. My mom ordered whole Wings and said they could use more flavor. The shaved ice was the best thing. We had strawberry lemonade. It's very small inside. Limited parking.

Best Cheesesteak in South Georgia! We ordered multiple items off of the menu. Chicken Cheesesteak, beef cheesesteak, shrimp, wings, onion rings, fries 🍟 , mac and cheese and cupcakes.🧁Everything was well seasoned and hearty. I was not a fan of the chicken wings. Personally thought they were overcooked but my daughter and grandson liked them. Yes you can enter through the back door! We almost missed this hidden Newnan gem due to backdoor not being clearly marked as an entrance. There's plenty of parking in the rear of the building (come in off greenvile and spring rd). Bring your patience with you, this isn't fast food...the food is made to order. We will definitely be back. (We want to try the mushroom cheesesteak and the fish cheesesteak) *2nd visit* we tried the catfish and wings (again). The wings were much better this time around.

My parents and I ate at Apollos on September 2, 2023 we went to their newest location near downtown Newnan, I was told by a few friends that Apollos had good food so I decided to check it out when my parents came to visit me. The cashier was nice and knowledgeable about their food items and menu my mom, dad and I ordered fish. I ordered fries and my parents ordered onion rings as a side with their fish. Now the fish I had looked good but it was bland to me my parents liked their fish but the onion rings my parents ordered were burnt and cooked in old grease. We initially told the cashier we were going to order to go but we ended up staying and just eating inside since we were waiting for a while. I guess she didn’t think we were going to stay and dine in but I’m sure she saw the inside of those plates before she bagged them. I also ordered the Philly cheesesteak they are famous for and tried it as well, it was good and costs around $12 or $13 for just the Philly cheesesteak; now if I want a Philly cheesesteak I know where to go but I will be buying fried fish some where else because this place is not it ! I will upload pictures so you can be the judge on how the food looks.

Love this place, but I bought a bottle of wine, which I brought to the counter, and was presented with the payment screen to provide a tip when paying. What am I tipping for, the clerk taking my payment?!? I feel like the clerk should have pressed the no tip option in the payment app, rather than even presenting the tip screen to me.

Interesting shop, crazy variety of products. We bought a growler that was not sealed even though the heat shrink was present and it leaked all the way home. Poor attention to detail. Wasted half of it and the vehicle reeks of beer.

Best smoothies out here. The service is wonderful. The mango lemonade base with strawberry, mangos, and peaches are the bomb dot come. Chloe was the only one working there when I came it and she was doing a great job running the place all on her own. I will definitely be returning!

Although I live an hour away, it’s always a joy to visit and stock up. It’s the healthiest and cleanest cold pressed juice in the area. The bonus is it’s over half the price of other local shops. I particularly come for the 52 oz juices that are not available in grocery stores. The vegan soups, salads, dips, snacks, and desserts are great as well.

This place is a total vibe! We came here to check it out and man we weren’t disappointed! The service here is amazing and there is usually live music. Extremely rude waitresses! I asked if they had a drink menu, was told we stopped serving liqour, we only are serving beer. Was not in a table to see the beer list at the bar based on where i was sitting so asked what they did have, and was told with hands slamming the table "Well you can just order at the bar then". Went to the bar after 5+ minutes of waiting for someone to take our drink order... no one came. Finally went to the bar and asked to speak with the manager with full intention of still ordering drinks and supprt the local establishment. Told the manager about the experience I had. He was completely nonchalant/did not care about the extremely rude experience i had with their employee. She came up hehind me and said i could just leave and I was not welcome to come back and kept repeating it as i left! I literally just asked for what they did serve at the time and was treated hostile! Will never go back or recommend!

Busy lunch hour, they seemed short staffed but the guys hustled trying to make up for it. Great food and service, with a bit of a wait but the wait wasnt the staffs fault. For as busy as they got at lunch the management really needs to get another pair of hands working. You have some good employees you're going to burn out if you keep them at that pace.

Its the little things! I wanted the veggie pizza and I cant stand mushrooms, but my son and husband love em. So I asked if they could put them on the side and my husband and son could sprinkle them on as they go. And they did! Yall are probably like, big whoop its mushrooms on the side. They were super busy, dinner rush, they could of easily forgotten and cooked them in. There is a reason we've been coming here for years now and when my best friend and her son came from Alabama to visit, we took them to this location. Yall are the best!!

Today, was the first time I received horrible customer service directly from a management personnel. How would you feel if you paid for delivery and your order was missing the marinara sauce for an entire box of cheesy bread? I called Partners Pizza, and the manager’s response was, “What do you want me to do about it? Sorry, it was an overlook. My driver can’t come back, but you can.” Honestly, I’m not sure how I’m supposed to feel other than very disappointed. I paid for something I didn’t fully receive, no solution offered and the response I got felt like an “oh well” attitude instead of real customer service. So sad since this has been a community business and pride themselves on customer service.

We've lived here for 2 years and we'd never even heard of this place until just a few days ago. It's so hard for us to find a restaurant that can accommodate us, as we have to be gluten free. I'm so glad we came across this place! I haven't had cheesy bread since I was diagnosed with celiac disease 2 years ago, and this place has it! It was delicious! I got the buffalo chicken cauliflower crust pizza and omg it was the best! Our server was fantastic, the front was fantastic, and the food was, you guessed it, FANTASTIC! Super reasonably priced too! Especially for having gluten free options. We'll definitely be back!

My favorite pizza stop in Newnan. No stinginess on their fresh ingredients. The best pizza sauce and mozzarella I've found in town. Even the DIY pizza kits are delicious using their dough, sauce and cheese. Their freshly crumbled mozzarella is fantastic. I find myself craving a slice sometimes. I have only one concern from my last experience with them, it looks like they have removed pizza by the slice from their menu. I don't know if they still sell it by the slice, but if they do I hope they make that known on a menu.

For the first time I have to complain. I’m a loyal customer who live in the area and my go to is always Partners when it comes to pizza. I order online most of the time with no problems. But today I order a simple order I usually get and for my toppings it for some reason does only half the pizza. I kindly ask why that is, they say it’s how I ordered online, but I order it the same way every time. I ask if they can fix it and would I be charged extra, they at first say no. Which is great because this place is already expensive. Then the lady comes back and says they will have to charge extra, even though the way the online ordered it is not my fault. Something they need to look into, but I’m disappointed and a little surprised by how it was handled.

love chick fil a and have been excited to try the new location. The service was okay, but I was disappointed with my order. I tried calling as well. My fries were hot, but I only got like five large waffle fries and some crumbs. The most disappointing part was the sandwich. I'm not a fan of large chunks of meat and they usually have the perfect size. This time I got what I can describe as a thickly sliced chicken breast. I was VERY disappointed. It looks like I am not the only one having this issue. I know times are hard, but this is not acceptable. The first two pictures a re after the first bite and the last picture is halfway though. It was not only thing, but small as well.

This is the second time in 5 days that my order was wrong. I came back to get a refund, and no one ever apologized for the order being incorrect. The guy at the order pick-up door didn't know how to read my receipt. He asked for my card, and I told him I paid cash. He said, "It doesn't tell me that on the receipt." ? With the receipt in his hand, he then he asked what my order was. ? When he gave me the refund, I said nothing and he says, like a robot, "My pleasure." Yeah, it used to be a "pleasure" to go to Chick-fil-a. You didn't have to worry about the kind of customer service, the quality of food, nor the accuracy of your order. No one apologized, and I never ate my food because it was made wrong. Thanks Chick-fil-a. You just lost a loyal customer.

Compared to other CFA, this place disappoints. Slow drive through, poor parking lot and drive through layout. Staff was slower than most others I've been to. Drive through attendant had a speech impediment that made it difficult to communicate the order and understand her. No straws in the bag for our drinks.

Getting a chance to catch two movies at the local theater, I decided to use the time between to grab a quick bite. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and a Chocolate Milkshake. Food was prepared quickly and tasted extremely fresh. Other than the high price tag, it was a great meal. I would highly recommend this location based on customer service. Give it a try!

This place is run by kiddos! They are joking all the time and not paying attention. After a hard day of work, I was very excited about my burger. They gave me exactly how I asked not to do! Please hire more business focused staff. This was Thursday afternoon. I'll not go back to this location, and please be aware and check your bag before leaving the restaurant. This store had the friendliest group of people I've ever encountered at a Five Guys and I've eaten at these restaurants all over the east coast from Atlanta to Boston. From the cashier to the person cleaning the tables and floor they were all cheerful and concerned about our experience at the store. The restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms, and the food as always was excellent! Milkshakes too!

Ordered a Wisconsin DBL with no onions, add pickles. Pictures say it all. American cheese instead of Swiss. The bread was so wet it fell apart and there were onions and all over it. There were flies All over the place. The Patty melt was awful as well. The meat was dry and the sandwich was poorly put together. The worst food at a Culver's I have experienced.

The food was extremely delicious, I got the chicken sandwich with cheese curds and pretzel bites. The workers were also really nice and made small talk, the inside of the restaurant was very clean, a group of 5 people were sitting at the table we were about to get and they had just left, we went to save the table and it was already wiped down. 10/10 food 10/10 workers 10/10 cleanliness. 10/10 overall will definitely be back. 👍🏽

Always enjoy coming to Culver’s, easy ordering and food was ready in a timely manner. Culver’s has a gluten-free bun, and will work with you if you have a wheat/gluten problem. Food was great and fresh. Only problem was that the restroom could definitely use some attention and the soda machines a quick clean.

The first time that I had Culver's my food wasn't too warm... I thought they were wack... Then my husband said "let's give them another try" this time I had the butter burger... Chile.... It was the bomb 💣💣 food was HOT HOT like I like my food... The custards are always good too. Onion rings are such a nice switch up and touch. Th beef is always tender and cheese melted good... This is easily one of the best fast food restaurants around. They offer a little bit of everything, burgers, chicken, and seafood, and for fast food, it’s fantastic. The staff is always polite and genuinely seems happy to be there, which adds to the welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great spot to bring the family. The prices are reasonable and in line with other fast food chains, but the quality here is miles ahead of the competition.

Unexpected disappointment! While visiting friends up here they suggested Culver's for dinner today. We live in Florida and have always found our closest location to be pretty good. We ordered 3 adult meals and 2 kids meals. It was a bad sign when both Dr. Peppers tasted weak and nasty. 1 of the kids ice creams came with the wrong topping too. It was so busy we didn't want to add to the staffs workload but it was a little frustrating. Around 10-15 minutes later our food was brought out to the parking bay, so we headed off. The amout of fries with the regular meals were less than the kids meals. Portion size was a joke, the bags were about half full. The chicken fingers weren't great, like they'd been cooked an hour previously. Sadly not a great experience all round. Will avoid next time we're over here.

I’m a local and have been eating at this location for years. Staff is always very courteous. Food is Not always what I would consider Chick-fil-A quality or standards. My last visit I tried the new Maple bacon chicken sandwich and was not impressed. Sandwich was cold, bread was a little stale, two very small pieces of bacon and chicken was only about 2/3 the size of the bun.

Food is always good but wait times whether inside or drive through could use work. Receipts should be in every bag. I would really love the original chicken salad sandwich to return. Your menu is rather bloated honestly.

The rudest girl I have ever had to experience and we didn’t even need to speak. Walks in after a pretty bad day to get food my friend gave me money for since I had a pretty bad day. And I literally just came to cheer myself up and that’s what I get 😐

The fruit parfait was so weak. I feel like I got ripped off. Half cup of yogurt, a couple of strawberry pieces and 3 small blueberrys - it looks nothing like the photos chik fil a uses. Very disappointed!

Never consistent when I asked can they fix it . Young lady was unwilling to address it when I go to so many other locations . My minis didn’t have the honey butter I asked if they could put some in it . She said she do it already there is no way we can . Lies you tell because other locations do if not any on it. We always enjoy eating at Waffle House and this location is just great. The food is very consistent, always good and served quickly and hot. The atmosphere is fun, usually busy but still quick and efficient. Our server was very friendly and attentive. A good meal.

Just picked up my order. A BLT with hash browns for me and a Bacon Egg and Cheese hash brown bowl with Bert's chilli, for my husband. The bacon on both orders was perfectly cooked! Nice and crispy, just like we like it! There were mayonnaise packs already in the bag and the staff was friendly, warm and welcoming! Great customer service by the wait staff. Great cooking skills by the Grill cook! Awesome job, everyone! A+++++!!!

My wife and I stopped by early this morning after a long day at work, and we had the pleasure of being served by Cory around 1 AM on 09/07/2025. He was fantastic—friendly, attentive, detailed, and had a great sense of humor. I really appreciated that he checked in on us just the right amount, without hovering. The restaurant itself was spotless, and every staff member greeted us warmly when we walked in. Our food came out quickly, was fresh, and tasted amazing. Overall, this was hands down one of the best Waffle Houses in Newnan!

Servers and management talking stupid stuff about other ppl (other employees) while they weren’t even there (mad rude and disrespectful). My omelette were swimming in a cup of butter and it was not even fully cooked inside. So far my only bad experience in this lovely peaceful town.

The person who took our order wasn't very friendly. Unfortunately, the food was terrible! I wouldn't even serve this to my dog! The hash browns were old, the sandwich bread was burnt, and the doughnuts tasted stale. I had to ask for more coffee flavoring. If we hadn’t been so far down I-85, I would have returned the food! On a positive note, the young lady who came in to work later was very friendly. Kudos to her!

Mobile order said ready but we waited a long time. They served several people who ordered inside while we just waited. They were out of French vanilla. They forgot my cold foam. It was a struggle to get our orders. None of the employees acted with any sense of urgency or speed. They just walked around like there wasn't a line of people. Waited fifteen minutes in the drive through just to get a macchiato with absolutely no coffee, just milk and sugar. I've tried liking this place since they are only 5 minutes away from me. But the past few times i've went, the staff has always been rude.And i've always had to wait at least twenty minutes in the drive through every time. This is my last time coming here.I don't recommend this location to anyone.

When we got to the window the girl working handed us the coffee and we asked to make sure it was almond milk due to my dairy allergy anf she rudely said nope you didn’t say that and continued to argue saying we didn’t rather than just fixing it and went on to tell us if we had an allergy none of them should’ve been dairy and we needed to tell her that so we explained it was just for me and basically went back and forth. She was extremely argumentative and rude. She was working the 7:00 pm shift with braids and tattoos on both of her arms. Definitely will not make the mistake of going to this dunkin again. And wish I could rate it negative zero stars. Let her know she needs to work on her customer service skills. Hire better!

Drive through order board posted $3 iced latte but cashier said they were no longer that price, the board was broken and the price was $4 something. I demanded the advertised price, so the manager met me at the window and said may I help you...I'm like no. She asked if the app had the $3 price and it did. So, I was able to get the deal. But, even if I did not have the app, I would still expect the advertised price. Paper and tape still works to cover the wrong price! It saves the customer and workers on stress. But, the latte and egg bagel bites were delicious!!

Our amazing boss will order Wishbone from time to time. If you order white meat, you get two whole chicken breast. The hot sauce is great and tri- taters are always amazing. Support a local business when you can, you won't be disappointed!

The food is always fresh and delicious. The best chicken in Georgia if you haven't tried it you are missing a treat. They close early at 4:00 pm. THE BEST!

I saw alot of people pulling up going in and out for this, so I just had to check it out. The prices look very nice, and is represented by the portion sizes, very small wings lightly seasoned! Must be a downtown favorite.

Everyone keeps talk about this place but it did not live up to the hype. It tastes like the chicken you received after church when they had dinners.

New location and awesome fresh fried chicken. The pieces are huge, the skin is just the right amount of crispiness, and the meat is super juicy. The tater triangles were fried to perfection and salted just right, and their dinner rolls were warm and fluffy! Staff was awesome in helping us put together the items we wanted into meals that made the most sense & even saved us $4 on our total!!

Every time i come through Newnan I always have to stop here. The food is delicious and the service is excellent, And it’s not badly priced either.

Thurs, June 06, 2024 Dinner for two adults and a child (4:55pm). Regret coming here. Customer service they are not rude or friendly. They are locking personality. This place made us feel so unbelievably, unpleasantly grossed out. The only reason why we went was for my granddaughter to play. The images enclosed speak for themselves. Two pictures of both ice machines dispensers seems to have mildew. I don't want to imagine how the unsweetened, sweet tea canisters, and kitchen are. A very dissatisfied customer.

This lady needs a reality check! Rude as hell if ur gonna put an employee up front on a register make sure they are nice to their customers and have some respect! If u don’t like ur job THEN QUIT! Why make everyone around u miserable!

My advice would be to go inside. That’s also the assistants mangers advice as well! I usually come for breakfast every Friday ! But for the last 3 Friday my food has been wrong. All I order usually Cheese grits with three strips of bacon. And when I tried to explain the the fell assistant manager on duty about my food being incorrect for 3 weeks in a row all he had to say is… if you came inside you’d have better service. And apparently rushing me from drive thru . I’m assuming to lighten drive thru time ! But I also be on break when I come up here so I shouldn’t be suggested to inconvenience myself for a cheese grits and 3 strips of bacon just because you can’t fulfill the order through drive thru. 10/10 not coming back

I tried the Ghost Pepper Whopper today and I was pleasantly surprised. It was a little hot, but not too hot. I really enjoy this location. You can tell that this place is a step above most other Burger King locations. It is very clean and has good play area for kids. The atmosphere here is peacful and calm. I will be back.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this Burger King. We don’t speak English fluently, so our son helped us place the order. The cashier, upon realizing this, began giving us unpleasant looks and making inappropriate comments. We found it very disrespectful and lacking in empathy. Everyone can have a bad day, but that doesn’t justify mistreating customers—especially when it’s just a language barrier. In the end, when she noticed we were aware of her attitude, she tried to make up for it by giving my son a free ice cream, but the damage was already done. It’s disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior from someone representing a brand. I hope they receive proper training to treat all customers with respect.

got food poisoning from this location. sat for an online order for 20 minutes AT the window. and then both of us threw up overnight into the morning, i have spent my whole morning in the bathroom thanks to them. idk if it was the lettuce, the chicken, or the meat or unsanitary workers. but either way im never going to this location again and perhaps burger king in general. that was a horrible experience last night and horrible this morning. now i gotta deal with this for the rest of the day.

Super love this Burger King! Very roomy inside with a diverse seating arrangement. The restaurant was really clean and there are lots of TVs around to watch games and shows. Most amazing is the huge playground inside - the biggest I've ever seen in a fast food restaurant.

Poor Customer Service From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I was met with unwelcoming and dismissive attitudes from the staff. I waited several minutes at the counter before being acknowledged, and when I finally was, the cashier barely made eye contact, mumbled throughout the transaction, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. There was no greeting, no smile, and no appreciation for my business. The employees behind the counter seemed more interested in their personal conversations than assisting customers, which is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing business. 2. Unacceptable Food Quality When I received my order – a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese – I noticed immediately that it was hastily assembled and visually unappetizing. The bun was squashed, the cheese wasn’t melted, and there was a noticeable mess of condiments spilling out of the wrapper. Even more concerning was the lukewarm temperature of the food, which made me question whether it had been sitting out or under a heat lamp for too long before it was handed to me. If McDonald’s is going to promote its “hot and fresh” guarantee, then this meal was the exact opposite. 3. Disturbing Foreign Object in Food Most alarming of all, I discovered a piece of parchment paper—presumably the separator sheet used between frozen meat patties—still inside my sandwich, wedged between the two beef patties. This is not just a quality control issue, but a potential health hazard. Consuming inedible packaging materials can pose a serious risk, especially to children or those with certain medical conditions. This kind of mistake demonstrates a severe lack of care and attention to food preparation standards in your kitchen. Had I taken a bite without noticing, I could have choked. 4. General Cleanliness and Store Management In addition to the poor food and service, the dining area was dirty and disorganized. Tables were sticky, trash cans were overflowing, and no staff members appeared to be addressing the mess. This further reinforced my impression that management at this location is failing to uphold basic operational standards.

The restaurant is nasty. They have a health score of 82. The cashier was nice but charging $0.75 for an extra sauce is egregious especially in a low income area like theirs. They are clearly exploiting the poor people of their area.

This has to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. The whole place was dirty when entering. I noticed 1 customer at a table but every table needed to be wiped down. I went to use the restroom before I planned to order food. The bathroom was not good! Pee all over the floor in the stall and someone's underwear on the counter by the sink. Garbage was full and paper towels on the floor. Needless to say I decided to go elsewhere for food.

The lady in the front was extremely rude for no reason possible, i got 2 happy meals and 10 chicken nuggets as a meal. she brings it over to my table and sits down the happy meals and throws the other bag, all the nuggets are out of the box and fries. never will come here again this is horrible.

Went here for breakfast. Service was super slow. It was about 9:30 am and they had no orange juice and tried to give my kids chocolate milk that expired days before. When mentioned it was expired the worker didn't even flinch. We were given hotcakes and when we asked for utensils they say "we ran out" and we had to eat them with our hands since it was paid for. Took 30 mins to get breakfast In dine in. Went to the counter to get ketchup no one ever came to the counter. I went behind the counter to fetch it for myself. Floors were greasy and disgusting throughout. Bathroom was out of soap and paper towels.

I've bought meat twice in the last week, during evening hours, that had an expiration date for the very next day. One was chicken breast and one was boar's head deli meat. I bought feta cheese that had mold in the top even though it hadn't expired. Very disappointing. Please, do better. Returning items isn't easy for disabled, elderly or those with busy lives.

I am a LOYAL Publix customer as I have ties, to the original, Publix in Winter Haven, and later in Lakeland Florida. I have watched Publix suffer, especially in recent years with struggling to get and KEEP, good employees! Earlier this week, I experienced an UNPLEASANT FIRST!!! I was at the self checkout, which I'm not typically, in favor of to begin with. Something I had, rang up incorrectly. I never saw ANYONE "in THAT general area. After waiting a few seconds, and looking around, I asked, louder than just to MYSELF but, not very loudly, I"anyone working self checkout?" I actually had to ask TWICE, the second time louder. I sudden heard, "UH, YES" but when I looked to see who said it, she was shaking a card or something at me. She walked over, never acknowledged me, other than the card. Realizing she was NOT going to communicate with me, I said, pointing, "those rang up wrong". She swiped he card, removed them and walk off, taking what I came in for with her. It was the most disgusting thing I have EVER witnessed at a Publix. I was so ASHTONISHEDI, I went to customer service and asked her name. I was told, she was Wendy....I didn't see her because she was "PROPPED UP, LEANING against registrar 7!!!!!! I expect better from Publix!!!!! Beware of Wendy, who in my opinion, is NOT there to work or for the customers!!!!!!!

Let me give the manager David or Bryan (I am sooooo sorry I forgot your name) a HUGE shoutout. We ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and the cake fell before we could get it into the car. We ordered cupcakes in the shape of an 8 and they were so pretty. My daughter was heartbroken when she saw the cupcakes basically destroyed. I called to speak to someone and long story short the manager not only had the cake remade, but he PERSONALLY brought the cake to our party within 30-45 minutes. I am going to call back up there to see who the baker was because she did a WONDERFUL job of preparing the cake and making it special. I wanted to leave a review before I called corporate to brag about these 2 individuals. I have never received such great service where the manager went above and beyond. Thank you both!

Service is always great here. Shout out to the employee Salmon for blowing up 12 balloons for my kids birthday. He did a great job and was very nice. We ordered about 50 breaded wings for a party. The wings are AMAZING!!! Better than KFC and Popeyes. Seriously! They were a big hit at our party. Thank you Publix.

I went to Publix today and got a sub and the sweet girl in the back her name is Leanne that made my sub was so thoughtful and had great customer service and a very great attitude. I'll be coming back I really had a great experience thanks to her.

Ordered 2 loaded omelet meals today on August 13, 2025 before 9 a.m. I had to look for the meat on both. I mainly received egg and cheese biscuits. Very disappointing. Wish I could get my 20 dollars back for near meatless food. I ultimately had to cook once home just to add what was missing. Do not go here. Waste of time and money.

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat. The food was mediocre. The french fries were super soft, I prefer as crunchy. The employees were super kind. I tried the mushroom Swiss burger and got tired of it after eating half of it. My husband said that the chicken sandwich was burnt it just wasn't great. Also, Hardee's tends to take a lot longer in the Drive-Thru than most, but I like to think it's because they're making it fresh. 🤞🏻

Men’s restroom has evidently been down for a while. Being a Hardee’s right next to major hwy, you would think this would be important. Several men came in a left. (One a police officer). I’m traveling back to TN and now I have another stop to make. Staff did great and food was good

Poor Customer Service at Hardee’s (4201 Sharpsburg, Newnan, GA) Servicing me was the girl on the left with Hardee’s on the back of her T-shirt! I had a very negative experience at this location. The staff member at the drive-thru was rude and dismissive, ignoring me at the window and making disrespectful comments. When I tried to address her behavior, she was hostile and closed the window in my face. Inside, staff refused to give her name or the corporate contact information. When I attempted to speak with her again, she responded with vulgar language. This level of service is unacceptable. I hope this issue is addressed to improve customer experience.

The drive-thru person had the worst attitude today. This location is horrible at up charging your meal without your permission. I simply stated I want it regular and not large as I seen it on the screen. She actually had the nerve to say “umm”. Unless you are paying for it, never assume you know what I want. I can see why so many closed over the years. What happened to getting just decent quality customer service?

Totally unprofessional lost track of my order. Had me pull up wait 15 minutes at drive-through. Ended up getting a refund total waste of time. Staff needs more training or replacement.

Men's restroom out of order. Female associate from another store informed us she had just got there and cleaned women's restroom that had a handwritten sign that said "No Men Allowed." We ordered two Frisco combos. Food was okay but dine in restaurant area was unclean. Food and leftover condiments, trash and cups left on tables. Floor was in much need to be swept. We were only customers in the restaurant, 2 male associates went outside while we were there and were sitting in their vehicles with doors open. The female associate kept talking about corporate watching stores on cameras. We could hear the conversation from our table. Clearly this store doesn't get visited from corporate often. Associates of the location clearly take NO pride in cleanliness of restaurant. We normally don't do fast food but we were traveling and don't have a Hardee's near us, so we thought we would try it. Wouldn't recommend .

Pizza was delivered ice cold. I also ordered a PAN Pizza. What I got was a SUPER THIN pizza! The toppings were absolutely ridiculous. The toppings on the first half of the people's choice Pizza were very sparse and absolutely raw and uncooked the other half of the Pizza, which was supposed to be a white cheese with garlic, ricotta, and oil had absolutely NOTHING on it!!! It was very bland and tasteless! What even WAS that??? Third time they've messed up our food! 28 BUCKS for a VERY SMALL Medium with extremely small slices! (Looked like a very average SMALL) THAT IS IT FOR US! NEVER AGAIN! I've had better pizzas from Little Caesar's!!!

The pizza was missing the pepperoni, feta, sauce, and was dry. The burger was overcooked when we asked for medium. The 17.99 fried shrimp is misleading and not a dish. It's a side order. 8 pieces of shrimp for 17.99 is outrageous. The penne pasta is ziti (which is more funny than anything) overall this was a very large bill for very disappointing food. Missing garlic knots. Missing salad.

My first time coming here in about a year. I asked about the Philly cheesesteak, and the young said that it was her favorite, and that I should try the pizza. It did not disappoint, 10 out 10. Highly recommended.

This place is an absolute joke. $80 for delivery. There’s no way the pizza was fresh. It was hard and old. The salad was delivered with dressing already on it? It was meant to be for tomorrow. But, it was a soggy mess. Chicken Caesar wrap was also a messy, soggy disaster. Stromboli looked great but had no flavor.

Five stars so you'll read this. I have loved the pizza from here over the past several years, but tonight was the final straw, I will not order here again. I noticed the quality slipping the past few orders, but tonight I received a pizza that was so bad; well let me describe it. The crust was as flat as a saltine cracker with the sauce, cheese and toppings only covering about the center 60% of the pie, which left the dough in that portion soggy as my socks after a romp in the rain. I noticed when I came in to order that I no longer recognized any of the faces there. But what really started worrying me was seeing them turn the oven on when I ordered. I should have left then but, but I'm a idiot. I don't want to damage anyone's business, But this place has a real problem.

Attempted the drive through lane. That was mistake number one. We waited at least five minutes to get to the spot to order and then another five minutes to place the order. We ordered two large fries and two large lemonades. That was mistake number two. Waited another three or four minutes at the window to get this simple order. And then we learned how they shorted one (of only two) of the fries orders. See left order in pic. This might seem petty to some, but the service was poor and the food was less than what we paid for. Very disappointing experience.

Wendy's has good hamburgers. They do not use chopped up lettuce. Instead of a little bit of chopped up onion They give you a nice slice of onion that does not fall out of the hamburger all over you and everything.

Sunday Afrernoon. No rush. Going through the Drive thru. Now everything is computer automated. Spoke clearly and it showed up exactly what I want. Hamburger no cheese, lettuce, ketchup, tomatoes, mayo. Got to the window and the young kids were joking around not a care handed over the drinks. They were correct. Recieved the bag, 3 sandwiches. Okay I took their word. Nope got home and 3 cheese burgers onions,pickles . This Wendy's will be a No to avoid.

Why are there 5 employees just running their mouths gossiping at the window at night instead of actually doing their job? The food was awful cold fries over cooked nuggets. The manager on duty was very rude. Wendy’s has fallen off so bad look like they just hiring anybody.

We ordered on the app for a 2 topping pizza, bread sticks and an extra dipping sauce. Our total was 28.00. All we got was the pizza. They said the order and coupon didn’t show up on their end. This app is worthless. I would never pay 28.00 for a 2 topping pizza, especially when they had a coupon for one for 8.00. Terrible. I love the pizza but when I called I was told there was nothing they could do. I have 10 other choices locally and I’ll start using them. No way to treat a loyal customer.

Easy to order online, love you can stack coupons. Food is always ready on time and the workers are friendly. Pizzas and calzones are hot, fresh, and delicious. This is my go-to place when craving pizza.

Never had a bad pizza from Marco’s. Top of the mainstream pizza joints. What Papa Johns thinks it is, Marcos walks the walk five times better every damn day.

The Marco's Pizza of Bullsboro Drive is an excellent location. We've never had a bad meal from their restaurant. The best of the best. We highly recommend their Deluxe Pizza.

Went there Tuesday 10/14 My pizza wasn’t done the guy Phillip was taking orders and handling food without washing his hands. It looked as if our pizza wasn’t done. I ended up throwing the pizza away. I was scared to eat it!! 2/10 wouldn’t recommend AT ALL. Only giving 2 stars bc they wasn’t rude.

2022: Both my pizzas have this gap. Bigger than Becky G’s gap. Why do we have this? Did the employee use the TikTok trend and cut a piece to feed themselves? I ordered a pizza not a gapped pizza special. Having it on 1 pizza would of been ok, but the second one has a bigger gap. Long time ago: Nice people, cheap quick pizza, and it tastes better than the other pizza chains.

What a refreshing Surprise!! We stopped here to eat lunch while we were in town and were blown away by the food! It was all superb! The Al Pastor traditional tacos with the Pineapple sauce were awesome! Juicy…tender, full of flavor and life! And the shredded Chicken empanadas were one of a kind! I’ve never tasted an empanada like these before. The crust was fantastic! It wasn’t too greasy or heavy. It was almost like a light flakey crust with so much flavor. My entire family’s tastebuds rejoiced! I can’t recommend it enough!

Ordered three steak street tacos to go...they were so fresh and delicious, and the waitress was kind and welcoming. Definitely will be back again when I'm in the area.

Ordered takeout through Doordash while visiting Newnan for work. The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered Torta de Asada and the Texas Steak, Chicken, and Shrimp Nachos. They were so tasty and amazing. I also ordered the cheesecake and the Tres Leches Cake and both were delicious. They also packed all the meals were. Overall, an amazing experience.

Okay dryest chicken ever! They got to do better!!! The donut was straight but it was cold so it was slick stale or something so order them when they are fresh and warm!! The people also act like they are scared to talk to you I’m not sure why but they don’t make you feel that welcomed or comfortable. They also give you three choices of salsa but the way they give it to you is so unsanitary. However they also have all kinds of deserts I’d love to try one day! The cheesecake looks so good!!!!

Great authentic restaurant and all the food tasted fresh and was well seasoned. I enjoyed everything from the salsa to the cheesecake. We opted to sit outside because the patio is screened in and the ceiling fans kept us comfortable.

The food is okay. Not my first, 2nd or even third choice for Mexican food. The texas fajita nachos were delicious, just lacking in the amount of meat put on it (about 3 shrimp, 2 tiny strips of beef, and about 5 small bite sized pieces of chicken.)The guacamole tasted good but was not fresh table side guac, however it was better than out of a container from the grocery store. I would go back and try something else to see what I think.

Door says dining room open till 10, Online they are open till 11 and have a separate section for drive through hours. And still close 30 minutes early (or earlier judging by the fact I got there with a locked door at 9:30pm). I picked counter pick up before I knew this and instead of maybe letting me show up at the door to tell me to go to the drive through at the least for good customer service, they cancel my order and now after more than 3 tries, I am unable to put in my order online. Make it make sense. Multiple customers are coming up to a locked door and it isn't even 10pm yet. You're losing money because of laziness.

Went through the drive thru waited 25 minutes and when they finally came to the window they forcefully handed us our food and tried to give us our drink with it half empty. We asked to get it filled more and the window operator rolled his eyes and filled it up to where it was suppose to be and then forcefully handed the drink back to us. The only good thing about this experience was the person taking the order and payment he was very nice other than that very horrible experience. Might want to get better employees who know to fill a drink to the top.

I recommend people go inside to eat at this location. For the sole purpose of being able to quickly return your food whenever they inevitably serve you cold garbage. Don't even think about Doordashing from this location.

Fully-staffed Closed Early Ignoring App Orders Already Placed and Left Several Cars just waiting at the drive-thru for 10 minutes with no response until turning off the lights. Our McDonald's has hours on the door until 11pm but online and on the app it notes midnight. I have a confirmed mobile order at 10:54 right when I pulled up to the drive through to pick up my food (only a Coke and fries my kid wanted). The 6 people inside had ignored two cars (including mine) at the drive-thru lanes. In the next 6 minutes 3 more cars got in line at the drive through. Nobody responded to us at the drive-thru, nor even attempted to tell us they were closed. At 11pm they started turning off the inside lights. At about 11:05 several cars backed up and left. I tried to see if there's a way to cancel my order on the app, but there wasn't. I pulled around to the front and saw one worker eating, one taking up trash but 4 others were just milling about. When the person at the front eating answered my knock, he said he checked and my online order wasn't showing, so I asked for the manager's name and phone number but nobody came back. The workers inside all made a few non-essential passes behind the register and cook area to glance out at me, but withlut a purpose, just doubling back to where they started. It's bad enough to close early but pisses customers off when they just let you sit there. I'm also out the cost of my order and just plain mad that they would choose to close early and just mill about inside while ignoring customers who were waiting at the drive-thru. At one point I saw some lady who appeared to be the shift manager also look out towards me but like everyone else just sort of had a smirk on her face and wanted to see the pissed off customer. Corporate apologized forwarded the feedback to the owner, who never responded. The app and website posted open until midnight but they decided, fully-staffed to close at 10:53 pm and not even have the courtesy to tell customers waiting that they're closed.

My bag broke, and the employee thought it was funnier to laugh at me. I don't know if they think people can't hear them but I could. Im to tired and sad to honestly say anything. When I drought my bag up they pretended to not laugh. And gave me my new fires. Just wish they would treat people like humans. I know we are at McDonald's but it's not needed.

"Our frappe machine is down for service." I am sick of hearing this. Next to the Frappes on the menu, you should put " If you're very, very lucky, you might be able to order this."

I had been coming in this Mc Donald's location and had some problems but today I was amaze to their service and friendliness of all the staff. Everybody is very pleasant from the manager to kitchen staff and to the cashier. I guess they got the right employees in this Mc Donald branch.

No big deal but if this biscuit is fresh, pond water is fresh. I was so happy to see that the strawberry biscuits were back, ordered one and couldn’t wait until I got home to bite into to, so glad I didn’t I could barely chew it. I whipped around and took the biscuit back, they were cool about it said they had some fresh ones that just came up. I’m convinced the fresh ones are in the trash bc the one posted is the second one that I got and it was just as hard as the first one. Whipped back around they swore the biscuits were fresh. This biscuit is hard as a rock. I’m so disappointed. I wanted that biscuit but it was a blessing in disguise that I couldn’t eat it, didn’t need the calories anyway.

It took a long time to receive my order since they were very busy with backed up orders. The food itself was tasty, but unfortunately, there were no napkins or other essentials provided. When I asked, they only gave me a small amount, which was disappointing. Overall, not the best experience today.

Order in for dinner. Family of 4. Been here in the dirty dining room( literally every table and bench is dirty no exaggeration) for 30 minutes. Still no food. Disgusting ceiling tiles, disgusting air returns. Really, don’t waste your time. This place should be shut down. Gentleman at the counter was courteous and helpful though!

Just like other customers have stated the staff lack customer service skills. The attitudes are nasty. They’re incompetent. I just recently moved here to Newnan and I’ve been to the one and only location four times each time. My order is messed up this last time they have filled up my red Beans cup and told me this is how they normally do it which is a lie because they’re the same people who messed up my order two days prior. As you can see in the picture one cup is full. This is from two days prior. You can see that it obviously has been refrigerated and then these two other cups are the ones I just got, these are not the same. After I had handed my food back to them and asked them to fill the cup up, they took my food back, went to the back, came back to the front and told me again. This is how they normally do it and refused to Fill it up and I told them that’s not true. I could have my kids send a picture of the one in the refrigerator currently that’s full to the lid. She repeated the same thing. And I told her I don’t want that. I’ll just ask for a refund as I was doing that on my app. I changed my mind and I was just fed up with the whole situation and I honked my horn to get my food back so bad I could leave and The Skinny taller, black female with The short ponytail Told the guy at the window to not open the window to ignore me. I sat there for another two minutes as he took an order, avoided eye contact with me and the black girl with the very short low-cut sit at the window family with something ignore me also eventually the black guy open the window and I said “ just please give my food back. I’m over this just give my food back so I can go. “ The fact that they all agreed to ignored me after I had already paid for my food, which makes me still a customer is insane to me. (if this issue is truly going to be addressed and looked into, please check the cameras so that you can see the female with a short ponytail telling them to ignore me) I’m good on Popeyes. I think I’ll go on a diet anyways especially if you’re gonna get ripped off every time. They need to hire people who are actually educated. Because sadly kindergarten is know how to match pictures with words matter of fact, I think they do that In pre-K also. I’m gonna be honest I feel like the half empty cup was done intentionally being that I’ve called them out on every mess up in the orders that I’ve had from them. First order I had to drive to Popeyes a total of three times, When I first initially went to pick up my order and then I had to drive back because things were missing out of my order and the fries were cold and then had to drive back a third time because when I went to go eat the chicken, nothing was correct. I ordered all dark meat and received a bunch of white meat. Second visit I learned from that mistake to check my food and before leaving the Counter I was missing at least three items and I called them out for it and they corrected it third visit. I was missing two items like I said before I learned from my mistake so I checked before leaving and they corrected it this fourth visit Like I said I feel like it was done on purpose because I have a very unique name as you can see, and they know exactly who I am when I come to the intercom and announce that I have a mobile order. Update: I want to be clear and accurate this is my experience with the evening shift ONLY I can’t speak for any other shift than the ones that are in the photos. I don’t plan on visiting Popeyes in Newnan anymore Because they robbed me the wrong way, and to be honest, their demeanor and attitudes make me fearful to be serviced by them. If I do have to for my kids sake because they love the place, I’ll take my chances with the dayshift and pray for the best. If not, I’ll drive to Peachtree City where I’ve ordered from them several times whenever I’m dropping my kids off to camp and every time I’ve never had any issues with an incorrect order let alone bad attitudes.

I could always count on Popeyes for good chicken. Saturday 10/25/25 was NOT good. The inside of my chicken breast was not done and the outside was barely done. It looked as if they were in a hurry cooking it.

Chicken tenders are disgusting and RUBBERY. Won't ever eat their chicken again. And they almost didn't give me my ranch that I ordered, not that I would have needed it because the chicken got thrown away.

Just waited in the drive thru for 30min with 4 cars in front of us. Finally got up to the speaker to order and spent 10min there with 3 different people popping on to take my order, record it wrong and then stop to talk to other people and telling me to wait again. Would not recommend. Will never be returning👎🏽

Tried to call to speak to manager.. goes straight to voicemail. We always order big orders. We are a family of 7 . There is always an issue, either large fries filled halfway might as well get a medium.. but then mediums would be filled as a small. Always pay extra for sauces (always order on the app)and never tend to get them and when asking for them ..on top of that they get mad and give attitude or get mad when another worker tries to give whatever was missing . The order somehow always gets messed up. Either sauce missing. Or adding ingredients I took the time to customize so they won't be included...ect.. today really did it though.. I wasn't feeling too good and bought my kids a meal each.. 50$+ .. double quarter pounder had the meat raw in the middle . Mind you My son was halfway through ..smh.. I try calling and nothing.. you would think employees appreciate big orders ..more business right ? But i feel like they despise them 😅 . I hope my son does not get sick from this meat not being fully cooked and I would like a refund as well . I dont care if it's only for that certain meal . But come on man... do better.. the waiting for order i dont care and dont mind because I know it's a huge order . I know what im in for when it comes to that . This location was overall pretty clean and the playground was nice. Our food was as expected, but the play area was freezing cold… way over-AC’d. However the reason for 3 stars is the service was lacking. I ordered food, took a table number as expected, and sat in the play room watching my kids. The table number says “we will bring your food out,” and every other location I’ve been to that was the case. I waited for quite a while and then an employee finally came to the door and asked what number I was, then turned and left before I could respond. After waiting in the line for quite a while I finally saw a tray of food to the side and checked and saw it was mine. All the interactions with that employee were equally lackadaisical.

Pulled up to this McDonald’s at 11:14pm. I’m the only person in line and no one has acknowledged me at the drive through speaker. I’ve been sitting here for almost 10 minutes and the store doesn’t close for another 46 minutes.

Literally the worse place I’ve ever walked into…. I ordered one cheeseburger and waited 40 minutes before just leaving. The workers refused to come up to the counter and there was barely anyone in the drive through or inside. This is not okay and this place should be shut down. I want my money back

The workers here are incompetent. I have had *multiple* orders missing an item at the drive thru that I’ve ordered and paid for. Whenever I go back in to tell them about it, not once have they ever apologized. Management needs to keep an eye on the people they hire. They are consistently incapable of doing their job.

I have to say, it one of the best clean McDonald's I ever seen. They also have a playground for kids which was also nice and clean. The only bad part about it was my Food wasn't fresh. That's the only downfall for this McDonald's. I know they can do better.

Stopped by McDonald's on Lower Fayetteville in Newnan. Ordered a chicken biscuit meal. Got to work and this how my chicken biscuit look. I wouldn't feed this to anyone.

This place is a hit or miss. I use to frequent this location often but opt to visit others due to small tenders or fries to salty. Tried again today and this is what I got. Hot tenders and fries drowned in season salt. I couldn't shake or wipe the salt off. Paid for extra toast but didn't get it. Take your $33.75 somewhere else. This was a waste of money again.

I’ve eaten in a lot of Zaxby restaurants. This location is by far the filthiest I have seen. The floor was nasty. The drink machine was dirty. The floor looks like it has never been mopped or cleaned.

The GM is awsome and super nice, and so is the staff. They always get everything out quick and it’s always clean in there even when it’s busy. I hope the company knows what a great place this is to come to, it’s always busy but that’s a good thing for them I guess even still everything comes out fast. 🙋‍♀️❤️ P.s corporate should bring back the mushrooms, just saying. 🤷‍♀️

forgot my nibbler in my mobile order. had to walk back in and then when i got it it was COVERED in the wrong sauce. and the 4 finger plate i got had the smallest tenders so it doesn’t even fill up like a 4 piece should. thanks zaxby’s. 👍🏻 used points for that too

*Edit* the GM reached out to me and discussed the issues further. She was extremely nice and wanted to fix the issue immediately. Food is inedible. Fries are always burnt, no seasoning, and it's like biting into cardboard. Chicken is always dry. I've always enjoyed the Zalads but every Zalad I've gotten at this location has been so terrible and I end up throwing it away. Also, Their drive thru line always takes so long and you'll be stuck in line for about 30 minutes. And you'll be lucky to have any one at the register on the inside. They always seem to be short staffed or management just doesn't know how to manage rush hours.

Had lunch with two of my colleagues while visiting Newnan for work. There are plenty of parking space for this fast food style restaurant, so it was easy to park even during their busy time. There are many great decorations all over the walls. I ordered chicken tender with fries and the portions were huge. I was not able to finish. The prices are also great. The Zax’s sauce is a must to try.

I am pregnant and have been craving kickin chicken sandwhiches so I have been the past 3 days for lunch. Everytime I go I ask for extra sauce and extra ranch on my sandwhich. They will okay and repeat it back to me but everytime I’ve gotten my sandwhich there hasn’t been hardly any sauce on it.

We hadn't ordered, or ate at a Pizza Hut in like 20 years. Now, I see why. We decided to order from here because it was close by. HUGE mistake!!! We should've look at the reviews before we ordered from this Pizza Hut. The food is rock bottom gross, and the lip service I got from the manager after I complained was even worse. We ordered a PAN pizza on 10/02/25. My boyfriend went and picked it up. When he opened the box, he immediately told me it didn't look like a PAN pizza at all. I looked and I felt the same way. I called them back and spoke to Michael. He told me 4 things. #1 We could bring it back for store credit. #2 The fans in the ovens weren't working correctly, so that's what happened. #3 Store manager, Jasmine, was not there. #4 We could NOT get a refund because his store manager was adamant about NOT giving refunds. I waited all day Friday for the call. Never got one. I finally called and just talked to Jasmine. She informed me that Michael told her I was going to call her. Wrong. I was also informed that Michael had texted her about what happened, and she told him that he could, indeed, give us a refund. Funny, no one called or texted us to let us know that, and he certainly didn't tell me that during the call. I told Jasmine I had pictures to prove the pizza was not PAN. (Silence on her end). Then I also told her that Michael said the fans in the oven weren't working correctly. She immediately said "Well I didn't know about that." Just all around I got the run around and Jasmine just kept saying "Well this is what Michael told me...." over and over again. So I told her it sounded like she believed Michael. She again, immediately cut me off and told me "I didn't say I believed him, I just said it's what he told me." I thought to myself, but here we are arguing. I finally just got so upset and told her that this whole thing was handled very UN professionally and I was going to give a really bad review online and to have a good evening and hung up. She sounded like an entitled brat that didn't want to hear my concerns at all. She should not have any management position. The ONLY thing good about the pizza was the softness of the crust. The sauce is gross, and the supposed "pan" pizza is greasy as all get out. 100 times more than what it used to be 20 years ago. After I ate a slice, I had to take a paper towel to my tongue to get the film of grease off of my tongue!!!! (After telling Jasmine the same thing, she informed me that pan pizza IS greasy). It shouldn't be THAT greasy! We will NOT be returning!

The pizza is okay for the price, but there's a recurring issue I'd like to point out. We've ordered from this location about once every two weeks, and almost every time, the pizza arrives undercooked and doughy. As a former Pizza Hut employee, I know how the oven system works and everything else, it’s a large machine where pizzas are placed on a conveyor. It might be worth having the store manager check the cook time settings and make sure they’re properly adjusted. Back when I worked at Pizza Hut, if a pizza looked undercooked before slicing, we’d put it back in to finish baking. I recommend your team consider doing the same. The pizzas often aren’t sliced all the way through or not at all, which makes them harder to separate. A little extra attention to cook time and slicing would go a long way. Side note 1 - The "Cooks" is best to have them wear head-nets like we did to prevent hair getting in the food. Side note 2 - Make sure all "Cooks" are wearing those Poly Plastic Gloves - We did, and I thought they were just fine. The Franchise store manager can get 100-500 in a box for 10$ and would go a long way too. Side note 3 - I also noticed from store pictures and review pictures the store could use a proper cleaning, also if the drivers have nothing to do have them clean the back and prep the pans and do dishes. We did this and I, and it made my shift go faster. From the look of it, the back area would not past an inspection check. Side note 4 - If the Franchise Store Manager who owns this location does take my advice and do this, he or she will get better ratings and get more money in their own pocket to boot.

!If I could I would get it zero stars for the service! Very bad service from a cashier lady (dark skin, short hair) that was working there today around 5pm. She was in some type of mood lots of people there noticed it. She was having an attitude with everyone except the dark skinned people that would walk in. When I asked about my order she said it’s not ready yet without even checking (mind you I was already waiting for an hr and 20ish mins for 4 personal pizzas). Then I get in line again and she ignores me and asked the person behind me if they were ordering or picking up without acknowledging that I was there. I understand it gets busy and that the workers get frustrated but it should be taken out on customers.

Atmosphere aint what it was back in the day bc i remember it being a fun and friendly place to sit down and eat. But the food is top tier and better than I remember it being years ago. I been sleeping on Pizza Hut but I will no longer be doing that. It was absolutely delicious.

Pizza Hut is going downhill. It’s very obvious this location wants and expects only takeout. The chairs were all upside down on the tables, no changing table for babies, and the only highchair was covered in what seems to be decades of stickiness. The food was fine, but definitely don’t try to eat it there.

Scam or fraudulent things going on at this Pizza Hut. I paid on the mobile app, the payment went through. When I got there I signed my receipt saying the correct price. After waiting for the food they said I have to pay an extra $5 to get my food

A great place to start right off the highway, very busy place at times so plan on taking at least 20 to 30 minutes to get a sandwich. Nice folks working there in the food quality is good. Right off 85 for a convenient pop in on a road trip.

I’m sorry that I’m late sending this. A few weeks ago I ordered a sub for delivery and forgot to add a specific item. As a picky eater I would not eat the sub without that item. (yes very picky). I called the store and explained to the employee what happened. He was so understanding but unfortunately they already prepared the item and it was packed and ready for delivery. He want way above and packed separately the item I forgot to add and included it with my delivery so I could finish my sandwich to my liking. That’s “The Mikes Way”! Love these guys!

Best sub shop hands down. And I don’t mean Jersey Mike’s in general, I mean this specific location. I’ve tried several other Jersey Mike’s locations, including the new one down the road on Hwy 34, but none of them are nearly as good as this one. They give you so much more meat on your sub, and it somehow just tastes way better here.

I love this location! It is SO good and the people inside are probably some of the friendliest teens in the restaurant business. This is now the only Jersey Mike's I purchase from, because its food quality is easily double that of other nearby Jersey Mike's. I sure hope this location never changes. The owner seems to care about hiring happy, friendly, intelligent people and ensuring quality controls are met and exceeded. 😋 😋 😋

The manager here is a very cool dude .. came a little too late grill was off but he went out his way to give us coupons for a free sub. Knowing how the food industry is I understand it may have been a little slow so no worries .. great save me and my girlfriend will always come back here . BEST LOCATION IN NEWNAN !

Very disappointed with this Wendy’s location. I visited recently and the experience was unacceptable. The chicken was undercooked, and the fries were overcooked and black, clearly old and not fresh. This is a serious food safety concern, and it reflects poor kitchen standards. I do not recommend eating here until the quality and cleanliness are improved. I hope management takes action to fix these issues — customers deserve better.

Customer service is bad indeed. I ordered big bacon classic double.. I got whatever this is. I could of made this at home. No receipt, condiments, or napkins in sight. Soda machine is filthy and has water and trash all around it.

I pulled into the drive-thru at 1645 highway 29 Newnan Georgia location at 12: 07 by 12:12 I still hadn't been greeted so I pulled to the window and I was all but ignored. They looked at me and turned their back. This is not the first time I have gotten subpar service from this location. I only stop here late at night because I get off at work late and it's the only Wendy's close to my home.

Don't you just love it when you stop to get something to eat and you ask for what you want and the person that's in their drive-thru. Don't know how to listen cuz if you come here that's exactly what you going to get and then on top of it they going to give you a lot of attitude and tell you what you did and did not say when you know for a fact how you order your food and I'm just going to assume the manager is in the red shirt so there's no point of even asking for the manager. I know I won't be coming here again

I watched for 20 minutes as three employees worked slowly at best. No one there wanted to talk to their guests, just call a name and walk away and they ignored someone who came in to complain about the drive thru. I was gonna give them two stars, but they didn’t put my burger in the bag. Also, don’t know the Georgia food health codes, but if this was in Florida where I work in food service there would been a CLEAR violation of health code. Cmon Wendy, lock in before you get locked up.

Delivery Pickup Needs Improvement at This Location!! I’m an Uber Eats delivery driver, and I had a very frustrating experience picking up an order at this Wendy’s at 8PM 5/26/25. This location is connected to a gas station and a Subway, with very limited parking in front. The entire area — including the gas pumps and nearby spots — was full when I arrived. The only open parking was far behind the building, which is extremely inconvenient for delivery drivers on tight schedules. Since parking was unavailable, I went through the drive-thru and was told the order was ready — but I still had to come inside to pick it up. I don’t think that’s reasonable when there’s no accessible parking and the drive-thru is already being used responsibly by a delivery driver. This location should really consider allowing Uber Eats and DoorDash drivers to use the drive-thru during peak hours or when parking is full. It would help make pickups faster, safer, and more efficient for everyone involved. Hoping the manager and corporate team take this into consideration and update their policies. Thanks.

If I could rate a zero I would! We came here to feed 8 people and the employees were rude the kiosk wouldn’t let me order over 60 dollars of food at a time and kept deleting my order. I then went to the counter where the employees were rude and I waited 20 mins for somebody to take my order to which they never would. Lost out on that order because they have poor customer service!

The fact that you have a lot of people anticipating the return of the wedges and hot wings, just to receive some nasty wings cooked in old grease 😳 is pretty disappointing. Y’all really can do better than this and this is the second time, I have ordered from y’all and the wings and wedges totally sucked. Can I get my money back?!?!?!?!?!

We had a very polite and courteous young man serve us at the counter. We were ordering just bucket of chicken only. He made sure we got the special y’all had going on, that I hadn’t previously noticed. Super nice and friendly. We really appreciated that.

Tasty but very inaccurate with order. I ordered 12pcs and they just gave me 6pcs. Also, ordered Mac and Cheese but gave mashed potato. Good thing that I checked before I left the store. However, staff kindly apologized. I also made my order with app and set up the pickup time. But waited more than 15min for my order. They didn’t even printed the ticket. So make sure you check your order before you leave.

Don’t know how hard it is to work a job like this but it seems they always MUST mess up your order. It’s a fast food joint. I order food. Missing half my order on a DoorDash. Isn’t hard people. Staff needs to be replaced or fired. I normally don’t get this upset but I am fuming because IT IS KFC. I TIPPED 15 BUCKS AND AM MISSING HALF MY FOOD. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your time, don’t come here. Staff and workers ruin it

Everything smelt like someone was smoking cigarettes the chicken, the fries everything. The chicken tasted awful, I can only describe the taste as rotten. The fries were hard and tasted bad too. Went inside for a refund, place was absolutely filthy. Don’t take it lightly to bless and eat y’all! Only reason I’m giving two stars because the employees were very nice.

This is horribly ran. Management doesn’t care. Customer service has gone out the window. The whole staff acts as if they don’t like people or their job. Been here multiple times and always bad. One time the big deli style sandwich looked like they threw one piece of meet on it with a sliver of cheese, and a crumb of bacon, they gave a hard time about replacing it so I left. Another time it was the sliders. Horrible …and they looked at it like “this is what you get for $2.00.” (Pic below)This time they had new signs up for a promotion all over the drive thru and all on the window, so we pulled in, the lady rudely said we don’t do that til tomorrow. Then gave my wife a hard time about 2 other menu items. Management shouldn’t put all advertisements up days early, including on the drive thru, how would someone driving up know what to or not to order if they can only go by the sign. Management acted like we were bothering them. The owners obviously don’t care either or it wouldnt be so bad for so long. After the pandemic stores amd Restaurants have had to decide to let customers service die just to fill positions, leaving these victim mentality workers just their filling time cards for personal benefit. No one cares about the products they put out or the image they display anymore, especially not here. Drive by and see for yourself . The culture of these workplaces have gone to crap. It’s like do you want this low quality product and service or not??? Ok bye !!! Someone… Buy this location, Clean house, start over !!

Bizarre presentation. The employee at the window did fine. He was polite and professional. My problem is with the assembly. The sandwiches were delicious and a good size, but they only cut through the top slice of bread. The bottom slice and everything inside was still whole. It was like the top slice was cut before putting it on the sandwich. We got 2 and they were both cut the same way. I thought it would be fine, but let me tell you, it made eating them considerably more difficult.

Asked for the 2 for $6.99 beef and cheddars. Not telling how long the sandwiches I got were sitting. This is NOT fresh and complete laziness to make them and sit until someone asks for that sandwich. Do better!

We ordered food from this Arby's, the food was cold. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and cold (not sure how that happens). Now on to the 2 burgers we got....they were raw, undercooked and cold?!?! Really how does that happen? If you want food poisoning, go to this restaurant.

Then there are multiple times every single time I go something on my order is completely and utterly wrong. It’s not just a slight mess up. It is a complete mess up the first time I didn’t receive sauce for my pulled pork sandwich this time I asked for crinkle fries got two curly fries not the right drinks didn’t get the sauce that I asked for. It’s ridiculous. I even spoke with the manager on duty who took my order things were still wrong. How can you be one of the only places open in Newnan and still get everything wrong every single time someone shows up if I didn’t work so late I wouldn’t eat here. But…..

We ordered the Fish Sandwich and they cooked it fresh for us. The customer service was okay but they aren't naturally friendly. The fries were not fresh and they had a ton of oil in them like they were refried.

Terrible service.. waited forever inside to place order. Staff was concentrating more on drive thru line. Inside tables dirty, chairs missing feet and rocking on tile. Could be potential hazard. Will never be back to this location!!!

I hadn't been to this location in years, after a bad case of food poisoning. 🤢 I must say that over time, things are certainly much improved. I went for a late lunch because I wanted to try their new menu items. Parking was ample, ( considering there was only one other group dining in). An elderly woman warmly greeted me at the door and took my order. While waiting we engaged in small talk about the previous night's storm. My order came up shortly and I found a comfortable window seat to dine at. My food was hot and fresh-tasting. Thankfully for me, there was no music playing overhead or tv's on. It made for a relaxing experience without such distractions. Definitely will be back when that taste for seafood comes calling. 😋

Some of the staff are usually always kind, and professional. I appreciate that. The food has always been good but the cleanliness of the restaurant needs a serious overhaul. The drink machine is very dirty. It looked the same way the last 3 times we visited so I won't be getting a drink with my food next time. Sorry. Given the restaurant's high volume, maintaining sanitary conditions in the dining area and restrooms is a critical priority. As I awaited my order I could smell that a dirty mop was used. That is unsatisfactory. I hope that during my next visit this will change.

I ordered a classic fish sandwich with fries and drink plus a Oreo cheesecake. When I arrived home they left out my cheesecake and apparently they didn’t have enough lettuce for my sandwich. The lettuce looks old also

All the fried food was right out of the fryer. It's been a bit since that had happened. Even the fried okra was right out of the fryer. I visited today around 11am, and got my usual, the deluxe seafood platter. I really enjoyed the meal. Thankyou and well done.

My husband and I visit this location often. It is always consistently great. They have enough staff so you don't feel guilty for eating there and overworking them. The meal specials are amazing....seniors know it and we show up. The food is hot and fresh and generously portioned. My husband had a baked potato and it was very fresh (he worked his way through college working in restaurants...he knows what an old baked potato smells like). The young lady taking our orders was friendly and smiling. This is a wonderful Captain Ds . Great value. Pleasant experience.

Food was freshly prepared. Sides were good. MIL loved it.

Paid for an upgrade from a small but got a small.. when I asked about it they were rude but I guess they’re saying this is the medium and large cup now. But yesterday the cup magically was way larger. So when you get a medium or large you’ll get a kids cup I guess and a snarky person handing it to you (:

Best Wendy’s around. Great service. Order is always correct. This is my go to Wendy’s. The staff is the friendliest. Great every time. Highly recommend

The young man at the Driver thru was exceptional today. I believe his name was Mario, even asked me politely about donating to children, and gave me a genuine thank you.

Front manager lady was very nice and the nuggets and fries have been so good at this location. 97 score too so they’re doing good work :) try the ghost pepper ranch it’s so good

Usually get pretty good service from this location. Bought a chicken sandwich for my daughter and I guess they were running low on lettuce and mayo or something🤷🏽‍♀️ Oh well..Hopefully we'll get it right next time.

Pretty bummed. Sunday afternoon, had previously went into a competitor sandwich shop down the street but they were totally backed up so I came to JJ cuz they are freaky fast and I was in a hurry. I did not leave a tip after paying for a turkey umwich, and the cashier thinking I could not hear her said to the guy making the sandwich "didn't leave a tip." I take a bite of my sandwich after leaving and paying $8 to realize they had put ONE piece of turkey on the sandwich. I don't think I will be returning. I'm still starving, and paying that amount for one piece of meat, two slices of tomato, and a handful of lettuce is pretty bonkers. The quality of service should remain the same and consistent regardless of whether your guest pays a tip.

This was the first time I had went to Jimmy John's. They don't have grain bread in sub roll version. Grain bread is in the sandwiched sliced version believe it was one of the better sandwiches I've had at a sandwich shop as far as taste and how much you get on a sandwich. My problem is the bread. They only have white in the sub rolls and the bread tasted good and was fresh. The problem is the texture of the bread is pretty tough. I had to squeeze the sandwich pretty tight to get a bite and that would still push the ingredients out of the bread, especially the tomatoes. I'll probably try Jimmy John's a couple of more times and get the grain bread on a sandwich.

The food was decent not that great. The customer service was poor. Fixed my sandwich and just sat it on the counter for a to go order no bag. Ask for a bag they said is self service which the bags are by the sandwich maker. I was the only customer in the store Bag people food Jimmy!!! Worker was sating around doing nothing but talking.

I usually enjoy Jimmy John’s for the fast, professional service but this location’s service is lacking in the professional aspect as many of the other comments state.

I don’t understand how the slogans “freaky fast” and you don’t have any drivers , two hours for me to call form the store phone for I guess a manger to say they don’t have any drivers that it’s door dashers but I’d have to pay first, would I like to do that…. Guys it’s been two hours, yall used to be kings during the lunch rush now it’s all excuses , I’m good on the two hour soggy sandwich guys I’ll happily go spend my money at a subway, used to love this place but it’s just been downfall after downfall.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! 1. I went through the drive through and asked how much the 2 piece fish and fries basket was and was told it was $7.49. I proceeded to order 2 baskets. When I made it around to the payment window, she informed me that the price went up and that my total was now about $20. So I guess from the time I drove around until the time I made it to the window, which was about 30 seconds…. The price went up! OK no worries I switched my order a little because I could get more for that price. They then told me to pull around and park in the front of the restaurant and they would bring my food out FRESH!!! We waited for 20 minutes!!! Received the food went home only to find out that 1. My green beans were not in the bag 2. this food is nowhere Near fresh! It’s not even hot to the touch!!! I can’t even squeeze my hush puppies because they are so hard and old!!!!!!! I called and spoke with Bianca, the manager on duty, and she told me there is nothing she can do about the quality of my food!!!! She didn’t offer to remake it. She didn’t ask my name. She didn’t ask me if I wanted a refund!!!! This place has went downhill and there is no coming back from it. They should have remained closed! They need to train their employees in the area of customer service and empathy, especially when they are at fault!!! Per BIANCA the reason is because they have a new kid!!!! I’m DISGUSTED!!!!! Y’all look at this picture!!!! And that small ball is supposed to be a shrimp!!!! Look at how overcooked everything is!!!!

went in there to get some lunch and my food was warm at best and the fish not cooked properly. It should have been tossed instead of serving it. Also the building and bathrooms needs some air fresheners in general. The young girl that helped me was very pleasant but the other employees there didn't seem to interested in hreeetinf their customer.

When I visited the location in Newan,Ga, I was taken care of by Makayla and she had such a positive attitude so yes she gets a 5* because she deserves it!!!! The food was freshly cooked and it was so good I tried a bite before I left the parking lot and ended up eating most of my food there! The fish, chicken, hush puppies and fries were all fresh and delicious!!! I asked Makayla about the sauce and she recommended sweet and sour and I will now eat it only!!!!!! Such a Great Experience!!!! I actually called my daughter and told her I’m taking her to dinner Wednesday!!!! Thank you for stepping up so much!!!!!!!

Really not that good at all like it used to be. Coleslaw is honestly gross, the tar-tar sauce is oily and not a good, creamy sauce like it used to be (seems translucent and flavorless, must be the seed oils *shrugs*), fries are not that great either. Husband said the chicken does not taste as good as it used to. We'll be sticking to Captain D's, at least they have catfish, too. Well over $30 bucks just for 2 simple meals w/ no drinks, even Chick-Fil-A is cheaper than that.

Closed the dining room an hour before closing time. Recommended I use the drive thru. Since it was a 45 minute drive I decided that soggy fish wasn't on the menu. Zaxby's happily took my business

The speakerbox needs to be replaced or raised higher because the employee had a difficult time hearing me. The food was overall good except the rice needed some seasoning. The drive thru path was weird but we finally figured it out. Lamiracle I think her name was. She was friendly

Fish was small old hard & slaw was slimy…the string beans taste like they were boiled in pickle juice or perpperocini. Very dissatisfied

This location really needs stronger leadership and management to handle the very basics of the restaurant. The dining area is consistently unclean. Food and trash all over the floors, dining tables have leftover food on them so you have to bring your own sanitizer wipes and clean the table and chairs yourself before you sit down. They were out of several ingredients such as beans and other toppings while here. The employee making our food looked miserable and I should have just left without completing the order but for some reason I endured the experience. This location is really struggling, needs someone that can manage the employees to keep it clean, smile and be friendly and keep the food fresh. Otherwise we don’t plan to return to this location…
