Irish pub
Bar
Paddy's Irish Pub is a classic space offering Irish food, drinks, and entertainment. The pub features authentic furnishings and fixtures imported from Ireland. Located in Braselton, GA, it is situated within the Chateau Elan Winery & Resort. Visitors can enjoy a variety of dining experiences at the winery, including Paddy's Irish Pub and other restaurants like Versailles Restaurant and LAuberge Lounge.
My wife and I and another couple dropped into Paddy" Irish pub after the Christmas tree lighting at The Chateau Elan Hotel. We were looking for some light apps and although we do not drink ourselves. They seemed to have a great mix of authentic Irish drinks to choose from. We ordered the soft pretzels which were great! Awesome beer cheeses dipping sauce. Our friends and some loaded potato skins which were good as well. We would recommend stopping in for a quick bite and a few drinks.

It’s a really nice place on property Chateau Elan. Upon coming here, we didn’t know it was on property. Just realize they’re parking in front of the Pub. Food came out fresh and fast. We did have to send back one of the chicken hand pies because it was nearly empty. We also had an extra drink that was accidentally put on the bill. Other than that, it was a really great place and would recommend it.
Chris U — Google review
This quaint little pub has awesome service and wonderful atmosphere! It was the best fish and chips I have had this side of the ocean! My bartender /server, Courtney, was amazing! I highly recommend! 🙌🙌🙌
Julie H — Google review
Giving it 2 stars only because my drink was amazing and the bartender was awesome. Our food took over 45m to arrive. My Reuben barely had any meat and was obviously sitting under the lamp for awhile bc my side salad was hot and the bread was hard. My husband's Shepherd Pie was OK, but half of it lacked meat as well. For a $25 sandwich, it better have been awesome. Cool place... Kitchen needs help.
Jenn M — Google review
We came after spending time on the lawn by the wine tasting. The only good option that was open. We were seated immediately for a group of 7. Our waiter was THE best, I believe his name was Nathan. We felt very taken care of and the food was pretty tasty. They also allow you to drink any bottles of wine that were purchased on site
Maya I — Google review
The food was decent, prices were a bit high for the quality. We were at the bar and served by the bartender with short gray hair (TC, I think?) . Though the restaurant was not busy, she seemed unable to keep up with small tasks. We overheard her speaking about a verbal argument she had with a staff member the day prior. My wife and I found this to be extremely unprofessional. As a guest at a high end resort, we did not come to dine and hear about a squabble between coworkers. I believe retraining is in order.
John B — Google review
I went here with two other people before our wine tour and we were sent here due to them being open at that time of day and not needing a reservation. It was pretty quiet so we were seated quickly and was serviced quickly. Our server, Nathan, was excellent and the food was great. Once the previous tour ended, they all came in so we were glad that we decided to eat before the wine tour and tasting. The only complaint was that on the fish and chips, the fish had a lot of breading. Overall, I would definitely recommend.
T W — Google review
I was eating leftovers from the pot roast I ordered at this pub and bit into something very hard. When I spit it out and looked closer, I discovered a piece of metal wire inside the meat. The incident actually chipped my tooth. This was an extremely unsafe and alarming experience that could have caused serious harm. I will be contacting the restaurant directly regarding this matter and intend to pursue further action to ensure this does not happen to anyone else.

Ice cream shop
When visiting Braselton, don't miss out on the delightful experience of Juke N Jive Creamery. This family-owned ice cream parlor offers a variety of delectable treats, including handmade fudge, cakes, cobblers, pies, and bread puddings. The 1950s-themed ambiance adds to the charm as you savor their traditional homemade ice cream.
This homemade old fashioned ice cream is out of this WORLD! It’s a MUST TRY! Absolutely amazing, the service is amazing! Just try it. Just… try it. We got the birthday cake with the Red Velvet waffle cup. Just all of it was DELICIOUS. Everything is made from scratch, no preservatives. Jeez, just 10 stars!
Kristin C — Google review
My family and I checked this place out. As a family of celiacs, we had heard good things from the Facebook group Gluten-free Atlanta & were very pleased with their protocols to ensure no cross contamination. The girl who assisted us was very knowledgeable as her own mother had celiac and it was nice to not worry about that. My daughter tried the cake batter with fudge and sprinkles. I took home a chocolate peanut butter shake. Would definitely go back!
Gina A — Google review
My last visit was almost disastrous—I got a little ice cream on my forehead and nearly wore myself out trying to reach it with my tongue. That’s how good this place is! Hands down, the best ice cream ever, and we’re lucky to have it right here in our hometown. The owners are the real deal—“salty” in the best, biblical sense—and their team is always friendly, welcoming, and eager to serve. If you go (and you should), don’t miss the Biscoff, banana pudding, toasted coconut, or their award-winning strawberry. Honestly, everything is amazing. So amazing, in fact, it’ll make you want to slap your mama... but please don’t slap your mama!
P. C — Google review
I tried a toasted coconut shell filled with half of their prize winning strawberry fields ice cream and amazing toasted coconut ice cream. Cute decor and very tasty treats!! All made inside Juke N Jive. Young ones will love the small table.
Cherie P — Google review
Really was in the mood for some ice cream but wanted to try somewhere different. My husband and I googled an ice cream shop near us. This place was on the top list. Never noticed it before. We was glad we came. Got a brownie sundae. Oh it was great ! Everything here is homemade. They are very friendly and helpful. This place has the 50s look. I thought it’s cool. Highly recommend if you want some good ice cream and they also have other things like ice cream floats. I’ll most definitely come back here.

I really wanted a milkshake today. Its been a day at work, and outside just looked so inviting. I drove through whataburger, and their milkshakes didnt look like it woukd do it for me, so I left their drive through. I drove for another 20 minutes, just enjoying the day and figuring out where I was gonna get this amazing milkshake from - then I remembered what a co-worker told me. "Hey man, there's this place called Juke N Jive, they've got the best milkshakes..." this guy has good taste buds, so I had to take his advice. I was greeted by the friendly attendant, and she helped me figure out the best flavor for me! I checked out the rest of the shop (it looks nice) and discovered they've got a weekly and seasonal rotation of flavors, all made in house! Im actually drinking my milkshake (the chocolate trinity, made with fresh brownies!) And just.... wow! Ill definately be back to try out something called "cookie goblin", but for now, im in love!
Justin H — Google review
Decided to get dessert and this was recommended. Some good ice cream that I'll come back to try the other flavors.
James A — Google review
I ordered chocolate cone with vanilla and chocolate trinity. Both ice cream was icy and not creamy, and flavorless. The cone was chewy and stale. Not a great experience. A few years ago this place offered much better quality ice cream. Not sure what happened. Very disappointed.

American restaurant
If you're looking for a modern twist on Southern cuisine, make sure to visit Jacks Local Station. This trendy eatery offers innovative dishes that use traditional Southern ingredients in new and exciting ways. Don't miss their refreshing summer sunflower salad, delectable artichoke chicken, or the indulgent bacon-wrapped beef medallions for a truly delightful experience. The service is exceptional with the owner personally visiting each table to ensure customer satisfaction.
I've lived in Winder for 7yrs and today was the first day my husband and I tried it. We were NOT disappointed! This place was AMAZING! We came in at almost 3pm on Memorial Day. It was busy but not terrible, we were seated right away. We opted for inside seating since it was a bit warm outside. Our server Brook was AMAZING! All her recommendations were spot on DELICIOUS! Brook suggested their Spring Drink menu, the lavender lemon martini, which was INCREDIBLE! We decided to each get a meal and a 3rd to share since there were so many things we wanted to try. I had read previous reviews before going and everyone raved about the lobster rolls amd shrimp risotto with garlic white wine sauce. Brook suggested the local station bowl with steak, mushroom risotto and garlic white wine sauce. Since my husband isn't a seafood fan, we opted for her suggestions for our shared meal. I had the lobster roll and my husband had the Jack's fingers aka chicken strips. The local station bowl was incredible! The risotto mixed with the garlic white wine sauce....😘 chef's kiss delicious! The steak was a nice pairing but next time I'm totally getting it with the shrimp lol. The lobster roll was very good, a bit pricey with it being $22 for 1 roll and a side of house made chips, but I'm glad I tried it. My husband's chicken fingers were DELICIOUS! You could tell they were hand breaded and fresh NOT frozen! We also decided to get 2 desserts to go. Their desserts are rotated throughout the week, so the cannolis which looked amazing on another person's review was not available. We needed up getting the coconut cheesecake and the oreo cheesecake to go. Brook suggested the oreo one. Both were AMAZING! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful lunch here. We ordered the soup of the day, lobster rolls, and a 14oz ribeye steak — all of them were amazing, and we really enjoyed them. The server was very friendly. There aren’t many seats inside, but the outdoor seating is also nice, just with a few fly bugs around. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to try any desserts (I didn’t notice them on the menu), so hopefully I can taste them next time! Overall, we really liked this place.

Local Station is an American-style eatery in the historic downtown of Braselton, Georgia. It has the potential to be a good place to enjoy lunch or dinner, with pleasant patio seating, but service was unfortunately chaotic to non-existent on the day we stopped in for lunch, and this made it difficult to enjoy food that was otherwise good. Several of us had hamburgers, two of us had Caesar salads, and one had chicken tenders. We started the meal with an appetizer of pimento cheese and pita bread. We all found each dish tasty and well-prepared. But our enjoyment was marred by the experience of sitting a half hour at the bar waiting for a table, and being unsuccesful at getting the bartender to take our drinks order. Then when we finally got seated, we waited a solid hour for our food to be brought to the table, as wait staff rushed through a swinging door next to where we were sitting, sometimes speaking to each other in loud, raucous voices. The young woman who waited on us was very nice, but she took forever even to bring water to the table and then seemed not to notice when our glasses needed refilling. Maybe we happened in on a day when there was some problem in the staffing of the place, and it is better on other days. Whatever the reason, we found our experience unnerving, and can't highly recommend this place due to the service problems we encountered.
William L — Google review
I absolutely loved my experience at Local Station! The lobster dip was incredible, the brie cheese was delicious, and the Surf & Top steak was cooked to perfection. The quality of the food was outstanding — everything was rich in flavor and beautifully prepared. Highly recommend this place!
CH P — Google review
Friendly service, nice spot. The food however was not anything amazing. The burger is a plain regular burger and dry. The ribeye had a lot of nerve pieces that it wasn’t enjoyable to eat. Mashed potato’s were plain but the asparagus were good. The chicken strips were the best in my option.
V — Google review
The food and service were good. We ordered the sliders and the chips with a couple of drinks. If you want a quick bite, this is a sit and enjoy kinda place. The food took a while (even for apps). Still, I would recommend and return with friends. If you're not in a hurry, out with family or friends and like good food, I would totally recommend it.
Robert P — Google review
I was in the area with the puppers. We stopped for a quick bite for lunch. The staff was very friendly and brought water for my dog and gave him plenty of pets. The California Fish Tacos were delicious 😋!

Pizza restaurant
Nestled in the heart of Braselton, Georgia, The Roman Oven is a beloved family-owned restaurant that brings authentic Sicilian flavors to the local dining scene. With its rich history and commitment to quality, this eatery has become a go-to spot for those craving traditional Italian cuisine. Guests can indulge in an array of delectable dishes, from classic pizzas to hearty pasta options. The warm atmosphere and attentive service make it an ideal choice for both casual meals and special occasions.
As soon as you walk into this restaurant, you'll feel like you stepped back in time. There's beautiful artwork hanging on the walls, along with pictures of their family. There's an overly friendly woman who greets us. As we were waiting on our food, we overheard the hostess joking around with one of her customers. It is wonderful to go somewhere that treats their customer like family. The food was very tasty. I swore when I saw the size of my food that I would not eat it all, but I did. Their garlic biscuits are so soft, and I could eat a whole tray full. The prices are reasonable. We spent $40, but that was our food, drinks, and dessert. Cannolis was a very tasty way to end our meal. I would suggest checking out the menu I'm attaching so you'll know what to get before going. I hope you enjoy your meal as much as we did.
Donna P — Google review
I really hate to say this... But this place has really gone down hill.. they used to be really good when they were at 124 by traditions, but I don't know if there's new owners or what, but it's horrible now.. hate to say it. I always get a sausage pizza back when they were over by 124. It was great. Not greasy whatsoever, actual sliced sausage on the pie with good quality cheese and sauce. But this pie I picked up today, let's completely disgusting.. the sauce tasted really cheap, the cheese itself is super greasy... Like when I move the slice off of the baking sheet and it was on the cardboard box for probably 2 minutes, there is a puddle of grease because the cardboard cannot absorb any more of the grease from the pizza... That and the sausage is so disgusting, no more sliced real sausage, but they use these big sausage balls that taste like DiGiorno pizza... Definitely feeling a little ripped off after paying $24. It's sad to see a small business change so dramatically, but it is what it is. whether they are new owners, or the original owners, I really hope they change their ways and put money into their ingredients like how they used to.
Lawrence I — Google review
Food is consistently good. Service is good, even better today with a server we haven’t had before. Atmosphere- my only concern is too close together. The tables are close and even if the place is fairly empty, you get seated right next to people. Everything else is always good.
April M — Google review
Wait staff, food, and atmosphere were phenomenal. Prices were excellent. We'll be going back regularly.
Petra D — Google review
The food is very good and it really surprised us. Went back a second time and it was great again. This is a hidden gem for Italian food. Service was also very good. Prices are a good value since an opening course is included with most dishes. Highly recommended.
David K — Google review
The Roman Oven is always delicious. I would just check their social media to make sure they are open. Since they are family owned, they give their staff time off to spend with their families, which i love.
Jessica B — Google review
Visited here for the first time to try somewhere new with a friend. We entered the restaurant at the same time as a large group of people. The hostess asked someone from the party how many and they said her “8, but not everyone is here yet.” She began turning around get their table together so I spoke up and informed her that my partner and I were a separate party of 2. She took on an attitude and replied “Well they were here first so I’m going to seat them first,” and turned her back to us. As if I had asked to skip them? No. I was simply clarifying that we were a separate party to avoid any confusion since we all came in the door at the same time. This gave off bad vibes. While waiting, we read over the excessive amount of signage that rivaled a passive aggressive corporate break room. “No more than ONE refill.” “No substitutions per Chef.” “Be kind to those of us who showed up to WORK (capitalized for some reason?)” the one that took the cake was “Parties of 6 or more will not be seated until all guests are present.” I believe this rule to be unnecessary yet also ironic given the circumstances. We did not wish to be seated before the larger party. But we did wish to be spoken to with respect. So we left and instead enjoyed Italian food at Pasta Masters down the street. Much nicer atmosphere and pleasant staff.
Madelyne S — Google review
The service was terrible. Never received a refill . Had to ask someone else working to bring it to us. We asked for extra napkins for the two of us. Server brought us 1 napkin each. It took 1 hour to get our food. Our server never checked on us. She stayed in the back. She was very rude and condescending. She rushed us to make our minds up about placing our order. We asked for the check and we had to wait for her to empty out the trash can first. We asked another server for the check, that’s when our server placed the check on the table without saying a word to us. Again another server asked us if we enjoyed our food. There is a sign for tip cash only. We told her neither one of us had cash on us. We asked can we put it on the credit card. She said yes but we would prefer cash. When leaving a tip for the bill, the credit card machine starts out with 25% (not 15% or even 20%! My friend’s lunch special came with1 manicotti , not 2. Who serves 1 and a half of the other. and then the other was cut in half but Who does that? I guess the other half was saved for next customer who orders the manicotti lunch special. When inquired the size of the plate, we were told it’s the lunch size. My friend asked another question about 2 sides.she answered rudely very loud and said in a slow tone that it’s not 2 sides SOUP OR SALAD. It was our first time to dine there and our last time! One of the cooks was wearing a tank top. It was wrong for him to wear that in a restaurant. It should’ve been something that covered his armpits like a black t shirt and black pants. She never introduced us her name. She was an older woman with a short haircut and blond/ silver hair. She was petite. Shouldn’t be hard to figure this out.

Sarazen's Bar & Grille, located inside the recently renovated Chateau Elan Golf Club in Braselton, GA, offers a diverse breakfast and lunch menu. Patrons have praised the restaurant for its exceptional service provided by Diana, who goes above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. The food is consistently delicious and served promptly with hot temperatures. Diana's attentiveness even extends to refilling hot tea water, showcasing her thoughtfulness.
Let me start by saying the food here was amazing. We visited Chateau Elan for our anniversary weekend so we decided to try this place for one of our meals and the whole experience was wonderful. Service: Our server was great. He provided some of the best service I have had in awhile. I wish I remembered his name. He was very attentive and gave us menu suggestions that were delicious. Food: Our burgers were really good. Hubby had the All American Burger and I had the Fried Chicken sandwich. Both were seasoned well and flavorful. If we visit Chateau Elan again, we will definitely be back. Hats off to the chef.

Restaurant has very limited menu but the view of the back deck is worth the trip. I had the hamburger and Rob had the Nashville hot chicken tacos which were good. Iced tea and coke. Our waiter was very polite and fun. He answered our questions and kept our drinks filled. A nice place to walk it’s beautiful.

My husband and I enjoyed a great lunch here during our weekend getaway. We had Mahi tacos and smoked chicken tacos. Both were excellent. The best fish tacos I’ve had because the fish were seasoned to perfection. Great margaritas as well. Highly recommend

Chateau Elon is home to quite a few fine restaurants... this is one of them! There is such a nice patio view off the porch overlooking the course. For starters, the pot stickers and BBQ fries were a good choice. I had the Blackened Salmon BLT sandwich with sweet potato waffle fries, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned! The Texas melt was flavorful, as was the Blackened Salmon salad. The golfers sandwich was good!

Located in Chateau Elan Estates on Golf Club drive. BEAUTIFUL scenery on the golf course with sprawling, gorgeous homes. Very picturesque. Must dine on their patio. The food could be better. Mostly sandwiches and tacos. We had the three beer cheese with tortilla chips, classic burger and cucumber cocktail. The cheese tasted like cheese whiz, the burger was not at all what the menu described. The meat was pale. I did take a picture of the food then deleted it. Not noteworthy. I ONLY rated this 5 STARS because of our server Dianne. She's a ROCKSTAR. Best experience because of her. Thank you Dianne!!!

This was a great experience, but the food was just okay. I would go back to try other things on the menu, but for a party of 4, we all felt the food was just okay. The atmosphere is excellent, and the service is amazing but the food could be better. I will go back and try again!

Restaurant
Fleur-De-Lis is a breakfast and brunch restaurant located in Braselton, Georgia. It offers American traditional cuisine with gluten-free menu options available. The restaurant has received positive reviews for its pastry offerings and is considered one of the top dining establishments in the area. With a cozy ambiance and a varied menu including appetizers, bread/buns, burgers, and ice cream, Fleur-De-Lis provides a delightful dining experience for visitors exploring Braselton's culinary scene.
Fleur-de-Lis is casual, yet can be formal. You'll see people dressed up for the winery; yet, observe people dressed down in spa robes. Whatever the case, this place seems to accommodate all experiences. Things you should know: I. PARKING If you have elderly with you, I recommend dropping them off at the door, under the archway. The walk from the parking lot isn't far but it's not super close. It's free though, so that's what matters, right? ;) II. SERVICE A little slow. Don't be in a rush for a winery tour appointment when you come here. Give yourself plenty of time. III. QUALITY The food tastes great and their menu has a vast variety to accommodate all diets. It's a little pricey but you're paying for the location and experience. IV. CAPACITY Make reservations ~ the dining area is very petite.

Amazing food, peaceful atmosphere and wonderful service. Enjoy brunch overlooking a peaceful setting. Food is fresh and delicious. Try the sweet potato French toast and bacon. There are plenty of coffee and cocktail choices. This is the perfect place for brunch or to pair with your spa experience.

Amazing breakfast. I had the breakfast platter with very creamy grits, scrambled eggs, and bacon. My wife had the strawberry coconut brioche french toast. The french toast included homemade whipped cream, syrup, and fresh strawberries. So very delicious!

Calm atmosphere. The yogurt parfait is delicious with local honey comb chunks in there. The crab cake is about 95% crab meat, which is always a wonderful treat.

Gourmet inspired breakfasts & lunch dishes focusing on healthy ingredients. Shares space with the Spa. Theresa, was our server. Her contagious spirit & engagement set the tone for a wonderful lunch experience. Amongst the three of us we had the Brussels Sprouts Caesar, Pan Roasted Branzino, a seared Mediterranean Sea Bass, Mediterranean Grilled (Wild) Shrimp & Roasted Butternut Squash Hummus. We enjoyed their Peach Nectar Bellinis & exclusive wine-Velvet American Reserve-red blend. The menu provides various pairing suggestions which makes sense as one of the winery's on-property restaurants. Also has good Vegan options & accommodations for dietary purposes. Price point equates to resort style dining. A relaxing atmosphere of healthy cuisine while overlooking the manicured grounds. Open Table for reservations & open daily 8:30A - 2:30P.

I ordered the crab cake per the gesture from one of the attendants. It was ok, did not come with no salad or anything else. 2 large crab cakes and it was just ok. Not sure what that orange sauce was but it was just ok… took away form that crabby crab taste since it came with no salad or potatoes. I ate a few bites and left the rest. I was rushing to go to the wine tasty but I had an Amazing server who went above and beyond to make me feel special and bring me the complimentary birthday desert. I ended up forgetting it in their fridge but I appreciated the thoughts. This was one of the best birthdays I ever had and I needed much me time as a full time employee, mom and so much more to the so many ungrateful. That day was for me and I made no mistake making it special!! Grateful for the entire CHATEAU STAFF AND This restaurant for partnering with them because it was easy to leave the spa and walk right upstairs for lunch. Took the car service to the top of the hill for the tasting which added more ambiance and pizzazz to my day !!! Definitely recommend doing an overall experience but if you’re just up to go to the restaurant, I will recommend because the other food I saw looked good and I must say.., it may as well been the excitement too that made the food not as tasty. I plan to go back to the winery and try this restaurant and the others over time so I will post about that !!

Place was a little hidden, it’s part of spa in chateau elan. Nice view of lake. The grilled shrimp appetizer was delicious so I was excited for the rest of my meal... went down hill from there. I ordered the crab cake Benedict and 1 of my eggs was over cooked instead of poached. Crab cake and entire plate way too salty. Fruit that came with ordered not fresh enough... looked and tasted as if sat in fridge cut for too long. They did replace my over cooked egg. Staff was friendly, but service too slow.

This review is really hard because my meal (butternut squash ravioli) was really amazing and flavorful. My husbands (chicken quinoa bowl) was really bland and chicken was over cooked. I feel it was more 3 1/2 stars. I rounded down to 3 because the quinoa bowl was so bland it wasn’t worth the price at all.

Nestled in a vibrant atmosphere, Jacks is a delightful bar and grill that pays homage to its racing roots while serving up an impressive selection of American cuisine. With hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, juicy chuck burgers, and crispy chicken fingers on the menu, there's something for everyone. The daily specials crafted by the chef add an exciting twist to lunch and dinner options with a variety of appetizers, entrees, soups, sides, and desserts.
So glad I decided on this spot! Called and placed my order with the sweetest employee. I can't remember her name now but her customer service was great. She told me to pick up my order at the bar. Most bars I've walked into give off a slightly uncomfortable vibe but this place was very welcoming and had it been earlier in the evening I would have definitely stayed to eat there. Im kicking myself for not remembering the name of the awesome woman that took and gave me my order. She instantly made you feel like you were a regular and I enjoyed chatting with her while I paid. I ordered the grilled chicken alfredo and was more than surprised at the presentation, quality, and portion size. It was the best chicken alfredo I've had in forever. It's hard to find food anymore that makes you saw wow...but wow. They have my business from now on when working in the area!

Absolutely the best service!!!! Our waitress was the sweetest person ever!!! The Cajun Pasta is amazing!!!!! A little spicy but omg the best pasta I have ever had!!! Huge serving as well. It’s a little hole in the wall but don’t let the size scare you away from trying Jacks. You won’t be disappointed. Great atmosphere and overall great experience.

Took my parents out to dinner. Everything was great. We ordered southwest egg rolls for appetizers. My dad ordered the meatloaf, it was a huge piece and looked incredible. My mom and I got the country fried chicken with squash casserole. The chicken was so crispy and delicious. I might need that casserole recipe and my husband got the catfish. He cleaned his plate!! Also had the turtle cheesecake for dessert. It was a HUGE slice, had to take that home with me!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would! My first visit was absolutely unacceptable and myself, and my friends will not be back. When we sat down and the waitress (finally) greeted us, she was rude to my friend who asked her what beers they had on draft. She answered and they weren’t to his liking, so he took a second to think of another option at which she started clacking her nails and bouncing her hip impatiently. We ordered our drinks but felt extremely unwelcome so we decided to just pay for the drinks and leave. As we were on our way out. Someone behind the bar sarcastically shouts “THANK YOU, COME AGAIN, WE HOPE TO SEE YOU NEXT TIME.” If I didn’t know any better (actually I do) I would say that this place is racist and if you are Black and not a regular, DO NOT give these racist people your hard earned money. They’re overpriced anyway! Bad look for Braselton as they are expanding. My advice to Jacks would be to expect more of us as more Black people are moving this way. It definitely gives trump cult vibes. 0/10 do not recommend for Black or people of color. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

An absolute YES - must try if in the area. Soooo much better than the main chains and even better than our favorite expensive steakhouse! Their steaks focus on the flavor of the meat, not so much on seasoning. Jack knows what he’s doing. Perfectly cooked ribeye mashed potatoes homemade - everything is essentially homemade. We loved it so much that we went for brunch again today! The breakfast was awesome, BISCUITS WERE AMAZING! Everything we ordered was delicious, not overly greasy. An absolute YES on brunch too! Go give it a try! AND they have live music!

Last night was our first visit to Jacks & we will definitely be back with friends and family. Fantastic burgers paired with a mountainous pile of fries, a delicious potato salad, & onion rings to die for! All served quickly and hot by a wonderful friendly, knowledgeable server. Everything was clean, no sticky tables or questionable toilets here! We both agreed that we would give this a 6 star if we could this is most certainly the place to go for a great burger.

Come here frequently for lunch. Waitress always friendly, service is good, food is amazing in quality, flavor, quantity and the price is ridiculously affordable. Our refills without asking. Just dined on a Sunday afternoon to wait way too long to be initially waited on then virtually completely ignored till I asked the third time for my check. Never asked if wanted a refill with an empty glass pushed to the edge of the bar impossible to be ignored. Never a word spoken even when given my check. No more lunches here for me. Don't eat out for recognition but damn sure don't eat out to be ignored.

Food was great as always! We went to dinner with another couple. We had (in order of what I liked best first) Steak salad, Jack’s melt, Crab cake meal, Cuban sandwich. One of the best things is the homemade salad dressings and fresh ingredients. Service was a little slow (and they were busy) or I would have given a 5. We will definitely be back.

Nestled on 3,500 acres of picturesque grounds, Chateau Elan Winery & Resort is a luxurious French-style chateau hotel offering an array of amenities. The resort features a renowned winery where guests can take part in tasting tours and learn about the wine-making process. With over 30 wines produced from locally grown grapes, it has gained recognition as one of the largest and most acclaimed wineries on the East Coast.
The grounds were absolutely beautiful—lush, well-kept, and really set the tone for a relaxing stay. My husband especially loved the golf courses at the two different locations we visited; he couldn’t stop talking about how well-maintained and scenic they were. That alone was a big highlight for us. The restaurants were great too, with good variety and consistently solid food. And overall, the customer service throughout the property was excellent—everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The front desk experience, though, could be better—not because of the staff, who were always polite and professional—but because the process tends to create long lines at times. When I checked out today, I stood in line for several minutes behind one guest with no movement. It wasn’t until another couple walked up behind me that the front desk clerk finally rang the buzzer to call for additional help. That was a little frustrating—especially after I’d already been waiting for a while—because she easily could’ve done that sooner. As for the rooms—they were fine, but for the price, they felt a bit underwhelming. The hotel’s overall interior is gorgeous, but the rooms themselves didn’t quite reflect the same level of quality or finish. All in all, it was a good experience. We enjoyed the stay—especially the golf—but it’s definitely on the pricier side, and I’m not sure the room quality fully lines up with the cost.

Unfortunately, there were so many issues during our stay that I felt compelled to leave a review. This resort is undeniably beautiful and has tremendous potential, which made our experience all the more disappointing. This was meant to be a ladies’ weekend getaway. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, but things quickly went downhill once we visited the pool. The service was extremely poor. Since a 22% service charge is automatically added to every bill, the waitstaff seemed uninterested in providing attentive care. We paid an exorbitant price for a very mediocre lunch, only to discover there weren’t even enough utensils provided. One of my friends ended up eating her $30 scoop of chicken with a shared plastic spoon because no one returned to check on us. The issues continued with the accommodations. Our room had visible mold and filthy vents, which felt unacceptable for a property of this caliber. Dining at Marks one evening was also unsettling—we noticed a dead cockroach in the corner near our table. For the rates they charge, I expect far higher standards of cleanliness and service. On a positive note, the spa was excellent—truly the highlight of the trip and worth every penny. Unfortunately, beyond that, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. For the prices charged, I would not return to stay at the resort or dine in its restaurants--great for a spa day only!

Beautiful resort and facilities. The property is gorgeous and all of the grounds and buildings are designed very nicely. The pool and hot tub are great and centrally located. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars on the property - we loved Marc’s. The spa is very relaxing snd has a nice view of a small lake in the back. The vineyard is massive and the wine tasting is a great deal. I’m only giving 4 stars because of the rooms - they are spacious but could be more modern with better appliances; most of the outlets didn’t work and the iron did not work properly either. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Q= BEST TOUR GUIDE EVER!! Stopped by for a Day Tour and tasting. Beautiful property. It's good value for what you pay. Wines are delicious & reasonably priced, plus there's lots of dining areas. Would love to stay in the future and experience the spa and other amenities. Grabbed lunch at the Irish pub- overall 4/5 Wings - 4/5 buffalo and lemon pepper Pretzels 5/5 Burger and side salad (made as cobb w/blue cheese). 4/5 Very solid meal. Would definitely return for any of these quick bites.

I try not to leave negative reviews for local businesses but I felt compelled to do so in this case because I honestly feel like we were ripped off and I don't want others to have the same poor experience. The one positive note was that we had a lovely lunch at the Sarazen golf club and our waiter there, Jubi, was an absolute gem. Other than this, the delusions of grandeur at Chateau Elan were evident at every turn from the grossly overpriced food and accommodations to the subpar service. When we checked in, we discovered there was a $28 parking fee per car to self-park in a half empty parking lot. We were also not advised of the $20 processing fee for credit cards nor the $200 hold on said card for "incidentals". Our dinner at Versailles was laughably bad. The service was abysmal, the food was so salty that most people couldn't finish their meal, and the prices were exorbitant. There were several weddings in the hotel that evening and around midnight the halls of the hotel were filled with screaming drunk people, which meant we did not get any sleep. I still don't understand why our room was placed anywhere near a wedding party that we were not attending. This was especially frustrating since there appeared to be an entire third floor that was not being utilized. When we received our final bill, we received two different bills showing different amounts, neither of which matched the amount that was actually charged to our card. This resulted in a member of our party spending half the next day trying to figure out what happened with the billing- and surprise(!)- it's not easy to get a real person on the phone if you have an issue. If you are thinking of visiting Chateau Elan, consider just burning your money in your backyard and save yourself the trouble of the visit.

We checked in straight from our wedding for two nights and left unimpressed. We did not receive the value we paid for. The mini fridge was left ajar and therefore warm upon our arrival while the bar across the lobby closed early "at their discretion", so we couldn't even enjoy a wedding toast... while checked in at a winery resort. The winery was ironically closed the next day due to a private event (not advertised when we booked) and the same bar from before also closed again due to filming a commercial. We did finally get to enjoy a wine from the mini fridge the next day once it did chill, but we did have to wait at the front desk for wine glasses because room service did not answer (we called 3x over an hour during the printed operating hours but only got to voicemail). The TV channels must be satellite-based as several channels we tried to watch would not play due to connectivity issues, and the TVs don't offer streaming services like modern hotels. The room itself was clean, large, and updated. TC over at Paddy's was wonderful - we did enjoy an early dinner and some good pours from her. Matias was also a delight at the hotel restaurant with an improvised wine tasting (since winery was closed). Overall, the staff was all great but we expected a much better experience with the resort amenities and therefore cannot recommend.

I had dinner here with my mother, ordering one pasta dish and a steak. The total came to $177, yet it turned out to be one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. Although I requested the steak medium, it was served cold in the center, which is completely unacceptable. The pasta was overwhelmingly salty, and the seafood tasted as though it had been frozen, lacking any freshness. The dining environment was also unpleasant. The room was excessively loud to the point that it hurt my ears, and I waited nearly an hour before receiving my food. What made the experience worse was the seating arrangement. Despite the restaurant being largely empty from the time I entered until I left, I was placed at the very last table with no view. I asked multiple times to be moved, yet was repeatedly denied. It left me questioning whether this treatment was due to my ethnicity. For the price paid, the quality of both the food and service fell far below expectation.
Bo J — Google review
Beautiful place, food and drinks at all the restaurants were great, entertainment was phenomenal. Awesome vibes. I stayed from Oct 31 to Nov 3 and the Chateau Elan was also hosting a large wedding that had huge events Friday and Saturday. The guests were loud and inconsiderate waking us up with loud music, parties, talking in the hallways at 3am through 7am Saturday. They'd block the stairs for elaborate long photo opportunities forcing other guests wait or find alternate route to buffet restaurant. The Chateau also closed the bar early on Saturday night to accomodate a private event. This was really frustrating as we paid a lot of money for this vacation and hoped to have full access to the facilities and be able to rest.

Dinner was great! The green apple martini was a great start to the evening, so much so, I had another. We started out with fried green tomatoes and they were tasty. The steak was Soo delicious, and I'm picky about my steak. We finished off with apple cobbler and ice cream 😊

There’s a reason why there are many 1-star reviews lately and why there’s no wait time and plenty of parking! This place stinks. Don’t waste your time or your money. I had a terrible experience last week and I’ve even sent an email to the email listed on their website before posting here, but it’s been 5 days now and no reply so I will leave my public review! Management clearly doesn’t care and is not doing anything to fix the problems they are having. Had front row parking, walked in and immediately were seated. That should have been the first red flag, as it was a Friday payday and the other 2 places we tried to go to in the area had 40 minute waits. We ordered a cocktail and it took over 10 minutes to arrive. The waitress that brought it apologized and said she tripped and dropped the first one. She said that happens every day there. Clearly there’s some worker safety issues going on. Then for the best part! I ordered a steak medium well. According to THEIR OWN MENU it should have had a “hot pink center.” The steak I received did NOT have any pink at all. It was WELL DONE. On top of that, I had ordered the $30 filet and expected a filet….this was a top sirloin at best. It smelled like wet cat food and tasted like hamburger meat! Oh and there was mustard on the plate - no mustard was ordered with my meal. The dish was dirty. I quickly asked my server if I could have the steak re-done. She looked scared but said she would see what she could do. She came back and said the manager said “it was cooked to temp.” I asked to speak with the manager. Pam the manager came out and repeated that it was “cooked to temp” and that it was “medium well.” I asked her where is the pink on this steak? She pointed at my steak in general, not one specific spot, and said “right there.” I said ma’am this steak is not pink. It’s a $30 steak can I just get what I ordered? And she then goes on to tell me how it’s cooked to temp and that she’s been doing this for 50 years and that it’s a medium well steak and that we would just have to agree to disagree. She did absolutely NOTHING to remedy the situation, and I got left with a steak I wouldn’t even let my DOGS eat and a $76 bill!!!! Cotton Calf’s prices may be double that but I guarantee you they will make any issues right. Even Longhorns would have made it right! And they were the place with the 40 minute wait. Next time I will just go there! This place will be shut down in 6 months and the owners will be crying and wondering where did it all go wrong? THIS is where you’re going wrong. What happened to good restaurants and hospitality? Save your money and go anywhere else but this establishment.

We came here for Father's Day. It's far from where we live but we were in the area. We ate here for dinner on Father's Day 2022. Host was very friendly. Made us feel welcome. Our waitress was awesome. She accommodated us and made sure that our food was exactly how we wanted. The calamari was the best I've had. All our food were great. The price for the entrees are fair. Everything is expensive nowadays. We got a sample dessert platter because it was Father's day. That was a treat. I definitely recommend. Great place, great food, great service!

We started off with a lobster and crab appetizer. My wife requested the waitress to replace the tortillas the dish comes with for baguettes. This dish was amazing. It was well seasoned and downright delicious. I had the salmon, dirty rice and vegetable medley. The salmon was tender and juice it could have used a little more seasoning or a sauce. I didn't like the rice. Some of it was still hard. The vegetables were okay. My wife had a steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. She said her steak was perfect. I tasted her mashed potatoes. They were absolutely in my top 5 for mashed potatoes. We had cheese cake for dessert. Yes. Cheese cake was marvelous.

We went for an early lunch for our anniversary. We shared the pretzel bites with jalapeño cheese which was had the right amount of heat. My husband had the rueben with sweet potato fries and he made such a mess with it as it was juicy (and of course I tried it and was delicious). I had the chicken avocado flatbread with a baby blue salad. I didn't realize it came with fries too! It was quite tasty, the salad was crisp, and the fries were so good. I normal don't finish my fries but these were very good. We ended our lunch with creme brulee and it was creamy and sweet. The perfect ending.

This is a nice place overall. The staff was wonderful, easy access ,seated quickly. Calamari was excellent, hot, and crispy on the outside. Rueban sandwiche was good, but here's why three star the demonico ribeye was way overseasond and little on the tough side , the fried shrimp was good also. I would return, just not for a steak.

Nestled in the heart of Braselton West, Papa Jack's Country Kitchen is a charming spot that brings the essence of Southern home cooking to life. With its inviting counter service and convenient drive-thru, this eatery serves up hearty meals reminiscent of those lovingly prepared by grandma. The menu boasts an array of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a special emphasis on delightful homemade desserts that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
One of my favorite breakfast places. All the normal food but presented well. Customer service is great with people circulating checking for any needs. Great biscuit!

We ate here last night and had the fried catfish and fried shrimp. Unfortunately, both dishes missed the mark. The catfish had a lot of dark meat left on it, which gave it a muddy, unpleasant taste. In my opinion, that should’ve been cleaned off before frying. The fried shrimp were overcooked and came out rubbery, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the service was excellent—it was warm, attentive, and friendly. The dining environment itself was comfortable and welcoming. Portions were generous, though the pricing felt just a little on the high side for what we received. Overall, this place has potential, but the food preparation needs more attention to match the quality of the service and atmosphere.

The chicken tettrazini: noodles overcooked, all dark meat chicken, overall not very flavorful. Green beans: watery, flavorless Mashed potatoes: not much flavor, but overall good. Strawberry shortcake: good Coke: poor mix, flavorless Counter staff: very good I was told dining staff would accommodate drink refills, they must have been off the clock at 1:15, never saw them (it's now 1:51) Overall not a very good experience for the $18. This was our first visit and it won’t be our last! Located near Friendship Road & Thompson Mill Road, this is hidden gem. When they say family owned, southern cooking, Papa Jacks is the place! Known for their breakfast, they also offer lunch. When you enter, you order your food ala cafeteria style but they also have a grill. Heard they are known for their brisket & catfish. Service was 10 out of 10 and they make you feel like family as soon as you enter.

Oh me, if you haven't been you are missing out. Papa Jack's takes breakfast to a whole nother level. This was my first time. I'd heard about it, but until I experienced it I only thought I knew what breakfast was about. Huge biscuits, pancakes that could double as a frisbee, and the bacon - just the right amount of crisp. Grits we're awesome too. If you haven't been, or if it's been a while - it's time to pay them a visit. Everyone is so friendly there, and after you eat there and get a coffee you see why!

Growing up we called these restaurants.. a meat and 3!! Where you get all the good stuff like grandma used to make!! Figuratively speaking!! However, you want a solid meal with a basic daily main entree ..with almost every side you can think of?? This is the place! Most of the time I order food here for lunch and I get another order to take home for dinner!! Always been a fan of this restaurant! I’ve watched it grow over the years to a local landmark! The owner is fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful! The food is delicious and the place is clean and welcoming! There is no telling the amount of patrons this establishment has coming in and out?? They’ve definitely made a local name for themselves! It’s called good food buffet style food.. fast affordable and delicious!😁💯

Monterrey Mexican Grill is a casual restaurant located on Highway 211 in Braselton, offering a variety of Mexican favorites and an array of margarita flavors. The restaurant has traditional accents and provides a pleasant dining experience. Visitors have praised the flavorful fajitas and attentive service, making it a recommended stop for those passing through town. Me and my family loves this place. The service is exceptional. Our waiter Guiovanni is always super friendly. This place has always had the right combination of flavors for their plates. I enjoy their Azteca soup. The veggies are so fresh and the chipotle gave it a nice spice. The sopaipillas are crispy and sweet.

Hello manager or owner...your chimichangas, other than size are they made the same from lunch to dinner? The reason I ask is when I was there yesterday around 2:45 what I got for my chimichanga meal was 2 flautas with cheese sauce complete with open ends. When I questioned waiter he said that's how they're made for dinner & did I mean to order the lunch version? No kidding...he actually said that & since I've never ever heard of any difference (other than size) I doubted him, actually I think he's an outright liar who digs his feet in, determined to be right because he can't admit to a mistake but hey, never know, so I thought I'd check to see if there are 2 completely different ways of making them depending on the time of day??? 🤔

We were coming through town and decided to stop in and try this restaurant. We were looking for a light meal so we only had a couple of drinks and decided to split the fajitas. Wow, are we glad that we stopped. The service was great and the fajitas had the most wonderful flavor to them. So many restaurants don't do fajitas correctly but this one is spot on. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you get a chance and will be stopping here whenever I come through town. Well done!

Stumbled on this place accidentally. Pleasantly surprised. Excellent Margaritas, in (good sizes!), and the food was excellent. I got the burrito supremas. One was beef, the other was chicken. Great service as well. A definite keeper! 4 people, with drinks, and dinner was $70

Culver's is a delightful fast-food chain that truly shines with its focus on frozen custard and signature burgers crafted from high-quality Midwest beef and dairy. This eatery has become a beloved stop for travelers and locals alike, offering an inviting menu that includes mouthwatering options like Swiss burgers, chicken fingers, and crispy fries.
Tried the new spicy chicken sandwich. It was very good. I did ask for no mayo. Freshly made. Good spice and flavor. Pickle, lettuce and tomato. Nice bun. Service was good. They addressed us by name and verified our order before pick up at the drive through.

Service was good. The menu selection is great. I do find the portion sizes to be small, it felt like a kids meal . I had the sourdough melt combo with cheese curds. We also had the chicken sandwich + fries. Honestly I want to complain about the combo price but when you look at other fast food places it's kinda of similar...unfortunately.

Stopped by here as I was traveling through GA, eating out with a gluten allergy can be a challenge, but I decided to give this Culver’s a try. Oh My Gosh, was I overjoyed! The fries are in a dedicated fryer, the manager asked what kind of allergy I had and put several notes on it. I got a single butter burger with a gf bun which comes prepackaged, a small assembly (no biggie) but I felt so safe to eat my food, and it was delicious compared to other Culver’s I’ve been to! The staff was super friendly and answered my questions with ease. Hope this one stay this way! Five stars all around!

Maynard's at the Corner is a popular spot with a nice selection of food including hamburgers, salads, and various entrees. They take pride in serving fresh dishes made from scratch, such as their own salad dressings and hand-cut meat. The top sirloin meal is highly recommended, grilled to perfection. However, there have been some issues with orders not being fulfilled correctly and quality control in terms of ingredients like lettuce.
My wife and I stopped in Maynard’s for the first time today for lunch. She had the shaved ribeye and provolone and said it was terrific. She also had homemade fries. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad made with their home made salad dressing and it was terrific. Our waitress Valerie was attentive and very nice. Their business was hopping at the bar ona weekday afternoon. We’ll come back again in the near future.

Today, we went for lunch. Our food was pretty good. Our service was excellent. The atmosphere needs a recap. My one problem is the so-called manager that was there. Today was so rude to a new employee. I could not even take it! She was dressed in khakis had sunglasses on her head and wore a long striped shirt and she was so mean to this girl I was appalled. Our service was the only thing that was excellent. She on the other hand needs to dress like a manager if that’s what she is! My husband accidentally left his wallet at home and our waitress quickly ran to this woman to ask her if we could bring back our card Which we did. She was rude to this girl three times during our visit and I don’t like that she was wonderful. Find somebody more appealing

We have been coming to this restaurant for almost 5 years ( it’s in our neighborhood). At first, we LOVED the place… I looked forward to always having a sandwich called “ The Rachel”… slowly, service and food have gone way downhill. Last night my husband and I thought we’d give it one last try. Our waitress, Sophia, was excellent, however the food served was ridiculous. Chic / Cobb salad had maybe the equivalent of one small strip cut up on the salad, and my sandwich ( which used to be stacked high with pastrami and a nice Russian dressing as its sauce) came out dry / no sauce and the meat was minuscule… like maybe a few leftover pastrami shavings at the bottom of the barrel! Service has also been slow last few times, although Sophia did her best to get items out to us in a 15 min timely manner ( there was 1 other table vacated there). We’ve said goodbye to Maynard’s .. too bad, used to be a great place! Save your time and money, go elsewhere.

First time eating here with friends. The place needs a facelft. Old and rough around the edges. Took way too long to get our food. Steak and bluecheese salad was good. The mushroom swiss burger was thick and good but the fries were nothing but grease and should have never been plated and brought out. Homemade chips were good. Both friends with cocktails were disappointed with them. Our friend who had the fish and chips had to salt the fish for lack of taste. The server did not bother to check in with us with an apology or an update. When we finally flagged her down, she said they had a big party (the part of the restaurant we were in was practically empty) and short staffed in the kitchen. After finally bringing the food, she did not bother to check back and make sure food was ok or if we needed refills until we were done. We had to re-tell her our order at the end because she didn't remember who had what. We never saw any kind of a manager walking around. We won't go back.
Jimmy M — Google review
Update: my husband brought me home a “wedge salad” (see pic). Literally 2 cherry tomatoes and maybe 1/2 piece of bacon and 1/4 of a wedge of iceberg lettuce. Horribly sad attempt at a wedge salad. Don’t know how much he paid for it, but I guarantee he overpaid! Our waitress Lizzy was amazing. The food was very good. The atmosphere not so great. The music was so loud that I could barely focus on the conversation with my friend. I asked a couple of times to have the music turn down and it will get turned down and then back up, and then back down and then back up. I really needed a night out last night and didn’t appreciate not being able to enjoy it. Oh! The bathroom was disgusting. My shoes audibly stuck to the floor and there’s a good 2 to 6 inch perimeter of dirt and dust around the bathroom clearly showing that it doesn’t get cleaned. Makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is!

I was told of Maynards at the Corner by a church member who thought it was great. I had to check this place out. I visited Maynards and perused their menu, which had a very nice selection of food. This includes hamburgers salads and various entrees. I decided to have the top sirloin meal with two sides. They say from fresh to table or something of that sort. They make their own salad dressings cut their own meat, etc. I think they nailed it I had l believe a 8 oz. steak grilled just right. Asparagus and a salad too. I splurged and got the Death by Chocolate Cake. It definitely lived up to its name. It was rich! The service was quite good, and the servers were attentive. Finally, the atmosphere was pleasant. All in all, a nice evening. Drop by and check the out also.

Maynards is a great local restaurant for lunch or dinner. Their food is delicious! Their hamburgers are especially yummy, accompanied by house made fries or chips. We especially like all of their soups, as well as their pork chop and fish and chips. Large, comfortable booths, high top seating, as well as regular tables and chairs, give you many options for seating and can accommodate a large group as well as two diners. The staff are very friendly and always bring you service with a smile!

Asked for a side of mushrooms then they brought me none and said they were on the burgers, but they were not. Quickly remedied after pointing it out, but there was dead lettuce in my appetizer that cost almost $13... there shouldn’t be so much dead lettuce in one small app. The sliders were decent and the the potato things were cool too. Service was good. Seems the problems were with the kitchen not being vigilant about the lettuce and requests when it came to my order this time.

Guests rave about the exceptional service and inviting atmosphere, making it perfect for both casual lunches and special occasions.
Loved the food! Fast service, clean restaurant and delicious sushi! Good presentation with a little tree and the waitress was attentive to our needs. She filled my friend's sweet tea often. Now this won't go against the score, but the sweet tea was weak, just near clear slightly dyed water.

Appetizers were amazing! Entrees were very good. Sushi was well above average. It was Valentines Day and they were busy, we were still seated in less than 10 minutes. We were told there could be a longer wait for our food, but I thought the wait was average. Our waitress had an excellent personality and was great at explaining items and she was very patient. I would consider it well worth the 25 minute drive. I would like to go when they're less busy. Overall a very good experience. I don't have any negatives.

I didn't read the reviews first. I was told about this place from a friend who had not been here yet. I thought this was a hibachi restaurant, so walking in i was a little surprised! I ordered the steak and shrimp lunch hibachi. The soup had a little different flavor that I didn't care for. Unfortunately I'm not sure what it was. The steak and shrimp were cooked perfectly! The rice had good flavor but was crunchy (not sure if it was supposed to be! ) The ginger sauce was light and very good! I believe the shrimp and steak were cooked in it. $43 before tip for hibachi style lunch for 2 people. We will be back!

I recently had the opportunity to visit this sushi place for the first time, and I can't express enough how wonderful my experience was—possibly the best sushi I've ever had! The service was truly exceptional, and the atmosphere felt so welcoming and clean. The food, oh my goodness, it was just incredible! If you decide to go, please make sure to try the Tonkotsu Ramen; the depth of flavor in the soup was simply divine. I really felt cared for during my visit, and I hope everyone gets to enjoy a meal there like I did!

Stopped for lunch. Was welcomed quickly and seated. Very clean restaurant with a nice atmosphere. I stopped for sushi and was impressed by the menu. Not what I was expecting at all. Along with a vast sushi menu. It also included kitchen and sushi appetizers. Several choices for soup and salad. Sushi combos for lunch were a nice option. They have Nigiri, Sashimi, and hand rolls. They offer rice and noodle options. Bento box, poke salad, Hibachi, and Ramen. I will be back for dinner soon.

Biba's Italian Restaurant is a charming family-owned establishment that captures the heart of Italian cuisine with its delightful offerings of pizza, pasta, and other beloved classics. This cozy eatery invites you to experience authentic flavors in a relaxed atmosphere. While it boasts an impressive menu that rivals other local favorites, some guests have noted areas for improvement regarding cleanliness. However, many patrons rave about the exceptional service and mouthwatering dishes that make every visit worthwhile.
Biba's: A Hidden Gem for Italian Food Biba's Italian Restaurant was a delightful surprise! Despite its smaller size, the restaurant exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. We were promptly greeted and seated. The food was absolutely fantastic. We started with delicious garlic knots and a refreshing salad. For our main courses, I enjoyed a perfectly cooked calzone, while my son devoured a generous portion of spaghetti and meatballs. Both dishes were bursting with flavor and the portions were incredibly generous – we were completely stuffed! Sadly, we had no room for dessert, but we'll definitely be back to try some of their sweet treats next time. If you're looking for authentic Italian food with generous portions and friendly service, Biba's is the place to be.

Great food. Bad cleanliness. Fix the latter and this is a five star place for an expensive but tasty Italian dinner. Sufficient parking. Corner of strip mall location. But no outdoor seating. We were promptly seated and greeted. The waiter was a young man that initially was off his game but picked up his act as the night progressed. Called the manager to complain about the condition of the floors with straw covers, food cheese, etc. all over the Carpet. It was blamed on too many homecoming parties. Not a good enough excuse. the was told they did not have any cordless vacuums. Other reviews earlier have mentioned the carpets being dirty as well. Food when it came out was kind of off the sequence, the garlic knots came out last. The pizza first and the pasta in between. Garlic knots should have been served way earlier with our appetizers. Overall the food was delicious. Pizza is best consumed at the restaurant as the crust is thin. I can imagine take out folks complaining that their pizza was soggy as a result. No matter very flavorful and seemingly fresh ingredients. The pasta was great as well. We finished most of the food ordered. No place for dessert. When we got the bill we were surprised that it was so inexpensive. Our waiter seemed to be a shy individual that needs a lot more training. The manager needs to pick up on the cleaning on the restaurant floor and hopefully the kitchen is not as dirty. Hope to be back for more soon.

Straight Trash 🗑️ I’ve done a lot of reviews but this was definitely the worse. We live about 5 minutes away and didn’t want to cook. We reviewed the menu online which was plenty to choose from. The first clue was the online pictures, they looked terrible no effort placed there, definitely not inviting however we ordered anyway. My husband drove there and placed our order. We ordered two Tostada Salads with chicken. He said the place was nice and the service was decent. Our order took about 10 minutes to prepare, he paid $36.36 👎🏾and left. We sat down to eat and were really disappointed when we opened the bag. At first glance the salads looked like a big soggy mush. There was a soup like substance at the bottom of our salad something like a bean puree (a first glance ) We tasted the food and although there was plenty of chicken and peppers it was so nasty and bland. The salad had absolutely no flavor and we just sat there frustrated. We also ordered a side of beans and rice I’m sad say, that was even more disgusting. It looked like a mixture of dog food mixed with baby food. We were so disappointed that couldn’t finish our meal. The only thing that was worth anything was the chips and salsa. Please don’t bother ordering from Cabo’s Mexican. We will never ever go back !!!!! Not even if it’s free 🤮It was such a waste of time, food our money. I don’t feel good about writing a negative review but this one here, was very necessary.

Food was just okay. Tacos were fine but guacamole and salsa had zero flavor. Ask for Jocelyn, great server. It’s queso y’all, not cheese dip!

This was a BAD experience.. I don't know if it was because we were wearing our orange shirts on break or if this is normal. But I ordered a stuffed Chili Relleno and what I got was fried cheese with a PIECE of chili relleno hidden under it. When I brought this to their attention they one employee said, "That's how it's supposed to be" and another said, "Yeah.. sorry about that. Do you need a refill?" Then proceeded to charge me $19 Also, my coworker ordered fries and part of the paper bag was burned to a fry 🤣🤣🤣 *Hey Management, you may get returning customers if you fire the rude and unprofessional employees. (First time I've ever put this in a review)* ☆

Good meal that was feeling, but not overly special. But if you just have the craving to eat Mexican this will do the job! Maybe I’m just cynical since I have got eat at many Hispanic restaurants. Usually a place has something done really well, but this one was just good at it. Well not rice, it was undercooked.

Rachetti’s in Flowery Branch , GA . The wings were delicious , the salad was fresh and tasty ( according to my wife ) and the pizza was heavenly . This is Chicago Thin Crust and a tad different . The crust is layered , with a cracker crisp thin layer , then a dense somewhat chewy , almost biscuit like layer. Absolutely delicious. The sausage pinches were tasty , the pepperoni crisp and a tad browned and the cheese of good quality , not at all greasy . Great food ! Service was terrific as well and the atmosphere that of a local grill and watering hole ! Reccomended

i ordered delivery because i was craving pizza but didn’t want to spend a ton of money. so i looked for the cheapest pizza in the area, this place popped up. the cinnamon rolls are a 10/10 but the pizza is mediocre. the dough taste like premade frozen dough and it doesn’t have that fresh taste to it.

Unfortunately disappointing. Called in an order of 3 burgers and fried pickles. Arrived and prices were different than online. I asked and, while friendly, she really wasn't sure saying maybe that was Monday's special or maybe prices online need to be updated. One burger was $1 more but one was $5.20 more. This was the Old Fashioned Cheddar burger. $9.79 online, $14.99 on receipt. I checked the in store menu and burgers aren't even on the menu. Huh? Being confused and hungry I just paid. I should have checked my order. Another mistake. I got home and the Old Fashioned was just meat and cheese that had melted away to nothing. No condiments... nothing. Picture shows lettuce and tomato so I assumed that's how it came. When ordering I wasn't asked what I wanted on it, though. Fries were so so. No salt or seasoning. Finally, fried pickles were pretty salty tasting. Again, just disappointing. I'd love to support a local business but doubt I'll be back.

I was so excited to see "Italian Pizza" on the sign, but what I received was a profound disappointment. We ordered the Margherita pizza, which is the benchmark for any pizzeria claiming authenticity. The crust was soggy and limp, like a piece of wet cardboard. The "mozzarella" was a bland, rubbery blanket that congealed into a greasy mess, and the sauce tasted straight from a can with no freshness or depth. For the prices you charge, I expected ingredients that at least pretended to be Italian. This was a lazy, Americanized imitation that completely misrepresents Italian cuisine. I've had better frozen pizzas. A total waste of money and a genuine insult to food lovers.

This restaurant catered my brother’s rehearsal dinner. It was great! I’m not sure if the man who ran everything was the owner or not, but he was very nice and did a great job all by himself. Everything was SO good. I’m a big fan of ranch, and their ranch was top tier. (If you’re a ranch fan, you’ll understand. 🤪) My experience with the catering made me want to visit the actual restaurant soon!
Molly R — Google review
This is one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. We waited over an hour after our food was ordered before we got our food. Other people got served before us that came in after we did. We kept getting excuse after excuse on why it was taking so long. Asked to speak to the manager and she was rude. Once we got the food it was wrong. We ordered a thick crust pizza and they brought thin. The family that we went with said they ALWAYS get bad service. They comped some of the food but it was not a big enough discount considering we did not even get what we ordered. Even getting our waitress the check was complicated. She disappeared forever with my card (red flag) and then finally came back out. I waited five minutes after giving her my card to get it back from her. Not only that...but they were NOT even busy. Also the food was not even good. I love pizza and usually can never go wrong. It was a sloppy mess. I will NEVER go here again. I promise you the service will be terrible and your food will be wrong 9 times out of 10.

Delicious authentic Mexican food. This is the place I’ve been looking for. I had all of the below and they were all outstanding: Steak Tacos Al Pastor Tacos & Beef Nachos I don’t have pictures of my food because it was to delicious to pause and snap. The tacos come standard with Cilantro, Onion and Radish. I’ve never had radish on my tacos, but it was a surprisingly good addition. Also, if you order cheese on anything please note, it’s Fresco cheese or Mexican crumbling cheese. the texture of it is kind of like feta or ricotta. Not the usual stuff you’d get. But you can ask for mozzarella if you prefer that. The Fresco cheese that came on it was good though. Highly recommend.

We're originally from Los Angeles and know what authentic street tacos are all about. This is as close as we are able to find that's authentic. Great food, good prices and during Covid, they are very attentive with addressing these issues. We also go to another authentic taco place in Gainesville. However we love this location too. During those Covid times we do what we can to support local businesses. Highly recommend this place for good street tacos. Photos are carnitas (plain w/green salsa) and carne asada w/onions and cilantro.

My first visit was delightful; the restaurant was spotless, and the food was bursting with flavor—especially their unique refried beans made from white beans. Although the fresh mango juice fell a bit flat, my excitement to return remained high. On my second visit with my husband, we opted for a cozy seat on the patio.
If there are any negative reviews, they are lying! This place is delicious, we intended to go to Jacks Public House and changed over last minute to give this place a try. Best choice ever! Everything we had was absolutely amazing, the white cilantro rice was literally the best rice I’ve ever had in my 30 years of existence. I’d come back for the rice alone! We didn’t have anything we didn’t love! Great portions as well, we have more than enough for dinner later. Our waitress was so sweet too, very attentive and kind! Definitely will be back!

I was extremely excited to have a new restaurant in the braselton area, and visited CM before the grand opening. My 1st experience was good. The restaurant was clean and the food was well seasoned. I especially love there refried beans made with white beans. The only thing that was off was the fresh mango juice, it tasted like water with a splash of mango. But despite that I was excited to come back again with my husband. My 2nd visit a week later, I bought my husband and this time we sat on the patio. It's a nice size patio and it will be even better atmosphere they decorate and add music out there. Service was good but food was okay. It had flavor but the rice was soggy. Other than that I know they have just opened and are still working out the kinks so I will be coming back again.

We ordered to-go tonight and was honestly not impressed. I ordered the Enchiladas Swissas which said it came with 4 enchiladas, but I only received 3. The rice is bland but at least it was tender. The refried beans aren’t bad. The food just lacks flavor. The chicken inside the enchiladas was dry and not at all seasoned. The chip bag was tiny and only halfway filled. And worst of all, the street corn (elote) looked like it had been dipped in a bucket of mayonnaise and stuck in the to go container. I guess if you’re into just eating mayo out of the jar then this is for you! We were really hoping for better tasting food but were quite disappointed.
Rachel J — Google review
The food is fantastic. It’s probably the best restaurant in Braselton. The Texas fajitas were well seasoned. The shrimp cooked perfectly. I highly recommend.
Josh E — Google review
Good food, good service, good drinks, clean restaurant. So glad to see this come to town! I have been wanting to try it and it does not disappoint. I loved the guacamole. They have drink specials, too. You can never go wrong with the taco loco.
Kimberly S — Google review
My wife and I had an amazing experience at Cantina Madre! We ordered the fajitas and keto tacos, both were absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. I went with the spicy margarita, and it hit the spot perfectly. Isabel had the strawberry hibiscus margarita and loved it too. What made the visit even more special was getting the chance to meet the owners, truly great people who clearly care about every detail of the restaurant. Their passion and attention show in the food, the drinks, and the overall vibe. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Met a friend here for dinner and the service was good. The location is easy in and out. Parking can be a challenge at busy times of the day. Food was fresh and reasonably priced.
Dana H — Google review
Absolutely amazing food. We had put off trying it as we thought it was more of a bar. We could not have been more pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, the menu is varied and had something for everyone and our server was fantastic. This just became our new regular. Also they have outdoor pet friendly seating.

So happy with my breakfast! You can clearly tell they took their time to prepare and it was delicious! 10/10 Great customer service experience
Giuliana G — Google review
Pretty disappointed with this location. Initially, I was happy to finally have a tropical smoothie near us. But my first visit the smoothie was very runny. I figured they were probably getting the swing of things as this was a new location. Second and third visit was the same poor quality smoothie. I get the same smoothie every time I go, peanut paradise with whey. Been getting these forever. I went there today, thinking this is my last time if they don't get it right. We'll, I'll never know because they were out of whey 🙄. The staff were friendly enough. Anyway, pretty disappointed overall.
Aaron M — Google review
Having visited this establishment a second time, I must express that improvements in customer service are warranted. During this visit, there was no greeting or welcoming from any staff member. In contrast, my previous experience with a male employee was quite positive, as he demonstrated excellent customer service skills. However, the female employees seemed less attentive, with one appearing unhappy and without a smile. It is my belief that customer service plays a crucial role in the overall experience.
Ana P — Google review
I originally gave this place a 5 star rating but had to change it due to the service on 5/18. first issue i Stood at register for at least 5min without anyone greeting me. 2nd issue another staff member was cleaning some area taking her time talking to a customer that seemed like her friend while the other 2 staff members were rushing to get orders complete. third i asked for lite sauce but after waiting over 30mins my sandwich was drenched in sauce. It was clear that management was not around and teens were running the shop!

This tropical smoothie cafe is honestly amazing in every way. I’m a fruit lover so I know was going love the açaí bowl but I was pleasantly surprised by the pb banana crunch which was fire. Super clean facility and in general everyone was friendly notably their manager Joseph!

We went after a hike and were all sweaty. Still, we were greeted warmly and served great smoothies with an even better smile from the young lady working. We liked the variety and will be back to try some of the other items on the menu.

So impressed with this new location! The food has been 10/10 every time. And the service has been outstanding. Robert has taken my order 2 times and has been so friendly and kind. He is such a joy to talk to. Will definitely be coming back!
Ella G — Google review
Really disappointed by our experience here. The wait was super long and they ended up accidentally giving our food to someone else. When that person came back in to share that the order was wrong- we were then handed the order directly from the other customer who had already opened the wraps. (Instead of them making us new wraps) I had to then ask if they would make new ones since our food had been touched by someone else and they were annoyed and confused as to why I was concerned about that. Just overall not the best experience.

I'm not one to usually leave reviews but I was really impressed with this location. The bathroom was super clean and everything was stocked. The food I got was fantastic, perfectly seasoned fries, crispy toast, and everything was super hot. Wait time was average but they were decently busy. And the girl at the register was super nice and was smiling at everyone! Best Zaxby's experience I've had and I've had a lot of them😅

This remodel took the life out of this place! Plus they got rid of the coke free style machine! Looks like modern farmhouse threw up a zaxbys, sucked all the greatness out of it.

Great staff! The manager at this location is so friendly and she trains her employees well. Everyone is very polite and respectful. They are always willing to help you with any questions or requests. Highly recommend this Dairy Queen!
Victoria T — Google review
First, I am 76 years old and have eaten at Dairy Queen in many states over a lot of years. I love hot dogs. Today 6/4/25 I had my worse visit to Dairy Queen ever. I have been manager of several businesses over the years and know that you cannot survive with service as bad as what I experienced today. But you also can’t fix what you don’t know is wrong. I will continue to go to Dairy Queen, just not that one.
Chester B — Google review
Why is the ice cream melted half the time? It’s happened here a few times. Tonight we got two soupy blizzards, a very runny milkshake, and a cone that was dripping every where so bad we had to toss it out the window. They have to know it’s melted too and yet they hand it right to you like it doesn’t matter
Destiny S — Google review
Hate leaving these but here we go. On multiple occasions I’ve went here for ice cream and sit in line for 15-20 mins. Annoying yes but can deal with it. But where this review is coming from is I ordered a large blizzard twice now and have received mediums. Can’t charge that much for something and give the wrong smaller product as well as make a customer wait in a drive thru that long. Just poor all around. Hope it gets better bc my kids love the ice cream (why it got 2 ⭐️ instead of one). Do better DQ.
Robert T — Google review
We were craving the Mochamoolatte & made a quick drive thru stop where we were served with prompt and friendly service. Our pups loved their treat as well. Definitely would return!!
George M — Google review
It was great but they gave me a side from a heat lamp seemed like but the customer service was great, great atmosphere
Andrew R — Google review
This place is being run in the evening by a bunch of little boys. Standing around talking about girls in vulgar ways. Cussing each other, employees not on the clock hanging around distracting the employees who are on the clock. Food quality, service and atmosphere has certainly went down hill in a year.
J C — Google review
I ordered one blizzard and it was melted. My brother ordered a slushy it had a hair in it. My grandpa‘s hotdog sauce kept getting heated over and over again. They bought the hotdog from Walmart. And I was doing it with my grandma and grandpa and we didn’t get senior discount when we asked.
