The 11 best cheap eats in West Memphis

We've been to this location 5 times over the last 6 weeks. Out of those 5 occasions, we were only allowed to eat in the dining room 1 time. Each time they were closed except for take out. Last night was no exception. When we arrived, there was a sign that said temporarily closed, but customers were paying for take out. I asked if they were closed and the supposed manager who would not look me in the eyes stated while looking down that they were closed because they were too busy. He walked away, then another cashier came to the register, and I inquired if we could still order . She said she would check with the manager, which I assume was the same manager I spoke to previously. We waited about 8 minutes, then the girl said the manager said we could order a take out order. We did but still don't understand why we couldn't eat there. We received our order about 15-20 minutes later. We took it to our truck only to find out that they had not completed my meal so I went back. When I went back, they had changed the sign to say "sorry we are on a 30 minute break...". If this restaurant isn't in the restaurant business and only want take out and online orders then do that but don't have a fake restaurant that isn't full service because you don't want to do dishes or provide good service. We've learned our lesson

Lady said to just pick a seat. finally found a somewhat clean table. She brought coffee. Never saw her again. Had to go to the counter and ask for coffee the second time and still no one had come by to get an order. Finally some one ask us what we wanted. then someone else came out confused on what a poached egg was. Then came back out to tell us there was no potatoes for skillet. They gave my husband attitude when he went to ask for our 3rd coffee refill. Then they came back out to get my order again. I had to get my own syrup for my French toast (these 2 little round things that tasted like plain toast and no sign of egg on them. Everything was extremely greasy. Photos are after we tried pouring the grease off of our plates and still extremely greasy. Put napkins under our food to absorb it. Hash browns shouldn't need to have grease absorbed off them

At 9:27 March 27 2024 . Ordered this meal it was so burnt, i ask them to change it...the waiter said she gonna talk to the manager...all now she dont come back she just look on me laughing like it was a joke (plus her clothes was a mess and hair unkeept)smh.I went to talk to the manager with the dreads he just ignored me..As a driver tired wanting to sleep but just wanted something to eat and ended up getting this like im a dog...had to leave and go to the flying J. 0/10

My recent visit to Denny's left me extremely disappointed. Right from the start, it was evident that things weren't going smoothly. They were out of soda, French toast mix, and couldn't accept credit cards. Despite this, we proceeded with our order, only to find out they were also out of crepes. Settling for a pancake meal, the experience went downhill from there. After a long wait, our order arrived incomplete and tasted awful. Moreover, during checkout, there seemed to be a discrepancy in the bill. After the employee pretended to swipe her card, I was given a surprisingly low price of $25.43, which should have been significantly higher. I hadn't complained about the service or food, nor was I informed of any discount. The employee didn't even open the till and walked away with the money. Overall, this visit highlighted serious issues with ingredient availability, food quality, and questionable practices at Denny's.

Dirty sticky tables .. my phone makes the food look decent . I got a salmon with Mac and cheese . Driest mac and cheese ever .who am I kidding that isn’t Mac and cheese … Salmon tastes decent but it was miniature size .. didn’t get my drink until I was about to get up from My table .. lady who served me didn’t even crack a smile she looked like she wanted to punch me LOL . Lucky I tipped her $2 …. Just horrible oh yea and they have no fried food .. so good luck

Waited 05 minutes for a table when plenty were open then in the middle of taking our order the waitress just stopped to talk to another guy walking by without an excuse me or sorry and had to ask what we wanted again after giving him her phone number..this could of been done after taking our order in my opinion.Having a chip in my glass of milk didn't help. My eggs were hard when ordered over easy, all food came out cold and to top the night off cooks were not wearing masks and waitresses were wearing them ineffectively under their nose. And no manager working, so I guess there comes the saying while the cats away the mice will play..

Wow great cook! Gave him a 6$tip. Very happy waitress. By far the best we have had time to stop at. We got what we asked for and then some. Maybe it just depends on what time of day it is and who is working.

Yall do know the packaging system is already designed to give us minimal of whatever it is we purchase already...I paid for a large fry and looks like I received a medium/ small.... and what tops it off is that it was the manager lady with the white shirt who made and gave me my order....shame on you..

the food was suspicious so i went to go use the restroom where i finally found a burger made perfect for me. the burger pictured smelled somewhat like a hairy outlet that had been caught on fire but i was just so hungry from the bad service. 10/10 to the bathroom in specific. everything else was just awful.

This place has been operating like this FOR YEEEARS! What can you say that hasn't already been said?! From the lack of customer service and cleanliness to the food being thrown together, all the reviews are spot on! There's a few other eat em up joints in the area, but they're almost all the same! Good luck

Will not shadow the doorstep or drive thru there again. Most customers only go there for lack of fast food options in this town. They are consistently rude, and most products are sub standard to most typical McDonald's. I've been there 6 times, in my almost year that I've worked in this area. I'd honestly go hungry than to WASTE my money at this location. Employees are rude, and managers are worse. They realize that the lack of options for fast food in this area, means that they don't have worry about keeping a clean , fast place to eat. I actually heard that from a manager when I complained about how dirty the dining area was. They said that they didn't care . Hmmmmmmmmmm. I'll tell everyone........ DONT EAT HERE This was both dine in and drive thru.

I sat at the speaker box for 5-10 mins without so much as a "Can I help you?" or "Please wait a moment." or anything. I pull up to the window assuming the speaker box is broken. Nope. Just a cashier standing there, opening coin rolls into the register. After sitting there awkwardly for a bit, making no effort to assist me, she finally opens the windows and tells me there's nothing with the speaker box and she was just busy. Are you kidding me? I'm one of only two people in the drive thru. The place is a ghost town at this time. Pathetic customer service. Management should be ashamed.

The service here is horrible!!!!! A little short puffy man who say he’s the manager got extremely rude with me after I said hello after waiting 10 minutes at an empty drive through window. He said if you can’t wait then you can go. Calling the “tell us” number doesn’t work. They do whatever they want at this McDonald’s. If you are accustom to being treated with respect don’t go here. This was about 9:08 on a Tuesday night.

I ordered a Deluxe QPC, why do I have a Big Make patty on my sandwich.

Worst experience ever! No professionalism anywhere. There were 2 ladies working a full restaurant while young man was on break. One lady was walking drive thru orders to parking spaces instead of utilizing the windows for efficiency while the other lady was preparing orders. I came in to order 24Krystals with cheese and another 24 no onion, only 12 with cheese and 40 nuggets (lots of kiddos with me, thought would be easy to grab and go). I patiently wait to order, seeing they are understaffed. The 2 ladies ask what I'm ordering, I suppose to prep order before placing it, and it took like 3 rounds just to get everyone on the same page. Then the first 12 burgers looked like they had been already sitting under a heat lamp, while other sandwiches were being made in a very sloppy manner. The lady taking order takes my order and charges me $103. Then the lady cooking let's her know she charged me for cheese for all sandwiches. So then the cashier says well I will have to refund her the difference and as I look at my receipt, I was also charged for a corn dog I never ordered. So the lady who was cooking said, "You can refund her, but then your money will be short." The cashier said that she couldn't charge me for something I didn't want (which was the right thing) only for the lady cooking to come over and ask if I would take cheese anyway.. I told her no because some kids don't like cheese and will not like it all melted on there, and why would I pay for something I didn't want or order? She then walked away, and the cashier gave me cash back for a difference. Then all of a sudden the cook and cashier get into a disagreement and cashier takes off the headpiece and storms to back while the cook is complaining of being tired of all of this.. then cook goes to call who evers name is above door, then while I'm still waiting for the $100 worth of food I pay for, she calls me outside to listen to her call and tried to use me as a witness to the situation which was very unprofessional. While all of this was going on, a guy waiting at least 30 minutes, if not more, on a door dash order.. it took me over 40 minutes to get my food from this Krystal's location, and food was not even hot when we left.. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT they may as well just close this location down completely! I even ended up sick and throwing up that night.. I get it if you are understaffed. But if you don't have the staff to run efficiently, please just close. That way, you don't have pissed off customers that paid their hard earned money on crap service and product and stressed and overworked employees embarrassingthe company. Yes, people will be mad you are closed but at least can't talk badly about food or service when they are open!

Okay for fast food I was blown away how good and fresh everything was, especially because it seemed like the guy who took my order was the only one working the burger was great the chicken sandwich was unreal and those were some of the best fries I'd ever had from a fast food spot. Was craving it again as soon as I finished. #betterthanwhitecastle.

Way too much talking going on and not enough working. The lady forgot about my order which I checked twice. I waited entirely too long for my food. Served everyone in drive through and inside that arrived after me. Customer service has gone to the digs. Grits were soupy. I don’t mind talking while working. I’d prefer them to not talk over the food while preparing my order. I am diabetic and it took them about 45 minutes to my food👎🏾

I have always been a fan of Krystal wings. The deep fried spicy wings may not be something very fancy or upscale, however I find them a very addictive. I stopped by this location quickly to grab a meal of wings ( 6 counts). They were super hot as it was freshly fried, and tasted as usual. The service was a bit slow and the drive through way was not very good. I suggest the authority should put their attention in renovating the driveway, and improving the service time.

Despite the hour, 11:30 AM, the Krystal cheeseburgers weren't edible. Even dried out it was evident the bread was stale. Normally I have no trouble wolfing down 3 cheese Krystals, but I took a bite out of two of them and had to throw them away since I had used the drive-thru. I was on a trip and looking forward to the little burgers since there are no Krystals anywhere in my region. I don't know if it was just that location or generally a decline in quality at all Krystals??,

Sat in line for over 30 minutes to be told 3x to hold with no reasons behind the hold. After asking for a 4th time, we were told there are only two workers and they're doing door dash orders while their drive thru has 5+ cars waiting, and the lady with Red hair was very rude. If this is what y'all call standard business practice, I'll have to get in touch with the BBB.

Hit or miss with the food. Be careful ordering krystal burger because they will serve you stale bread. Good chilli cheese fries.Waited in drive thru too long, when no one was in line. Workers playing around taking their time to come to the intercom.No courtesy.

The man at the window WAS SERIOUSLY ADORABLE, friendly, and gave the kids slushies. He chatted for some time when he brought us our food, to which was unfortunately not a great parking lot. Food was good-- recommend the fried bologna sandwich

Stop by kellys kickin chicken, the place was clean and very welcoming. We had never ate there so the manager let us sample the chicken. He did not disappoint, the chicken was well seasoned and fresh. The cashiers was friendly and nice. I wish I could rate the place more than 5 stars. We need more restaurants and workers like them. Thank yall for being so kind and patient. 🩷

This place has good chicken the wait is just unnecessary. I order a slaw dog and they boiled it 🤔, it was not served on a regular hot dog bun this bun was hard like a lobster roll bun. I got the 10 hot honey whole chicken wings I usually get the other kind but they break them in half as if it's more. I had to drive around 4 times and it took over 37 mins to get my order customer service was not the best. I will try again just not so soon.

The chicken wings were amazing. Perfectly seasoned. It was our first time and we went through the drive-through. I got the kicken chicken which is the smaller wings and flats and my husband got the chicken wings. They were very good. I got the Kelly's kickin seasoning and he got some kind of garlic seasoning. Both were delicious. Also, the season fries were great as well. There was a little bit of a wait and we had to pull back around but definitely worth it. The guy even brought it out to us back in the line.

This has to have been the worst Philly steak I’ve ever tasted. I’ve never had a Philly that was so dry and burned in my life. I ordered it with peppers and onions and from the picture, I’m pretty sure you can’t tell what is actually on the sandwich. The bread was very tough and almost inedible. Good luck everyone.

A buddy and I stopped here for lunch while passing thru. They do mostly drive thru business but have a couple tables inside. When we told the owner we were first timers, he gave us samples of his wings, and we were hooked! I had a kickin tender meal, my buddy had wings. The seasoning on the chicken is excellent, lots of spice, a bit of sweet and a little heat. Seasoned fries were great, the fried okra great. Staff was friendly. I wish this restaurant was closer to Hot Springs, it would do a great business. Hope to return the next time I travel through!

We were travelin thru my daughter looked up chicken and we headed over to Kelley's. I'll have to say I drove down the interstate eating the hot wings and the lemon pepper wings and they were wonderful Thanks Kelley for making us such a great batch of wings. And we are a couple hours away but I know my husband and I will be back for more. Now y'all head on down there it's well worth it

Waited 53 minutes for our food. Front counter lady was exceptionally rude. Couldn't professionally answer what the ingredients were on a sandwich. Majority of the crew had zero sense of urgency. Took a picture so this employee could be trained in "give a crap" skills.

Been a couple different times now where I try and order one hour before closing time and they refuse to cook. They refuse to work. They’re more worried about shutting everything down and leaving as early as possible than they are about serving guest. It’s a pathetic excuse of a Popeyes. Where’s the GM?? Do they not care either? Piss poor employees are a reflection of piss poor management.

Always been fan of Popeyes Chicken in any states of the United States. It is our go to food as a trucker.

FIRE ALL THE EMPLOYEES & START OVER!!!! By far the worst customer service I have ever received at any fast food restaurant! I waited over 20 minutes to get my food. Employees playing, cussing, & blasting music instead of taking customers orders. One lady I believe to be the manager and the young girl that was working the drive thru were exceptionally rude. I will not be going back! I pray something is done eventually because these employees have been getting away with this type of behavior far too long! Edit: The response to this review is a reflection of the employees. No apology, no "we do not condone in this type of behavior", no PROFESSIONALISM whatsoever! Using the mobile app will not change the rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate employees who are working inside. Nor will it speed up the wait time for the food. When the current employees are terminated for their unprofessionalism or have undergone some extensive customer service training (such as Chick-fil-A) I will pass.

Is by far the worst Popeyes, they don’t take their job serious they take their time they’re laughing and not being productive. They’re bumping music on a speaker and also vaping. Please do not order from here because you will be waiting in your car for 20 minutes as I did also if you want to DoorDash from here please choose a different place because you’re doing you and your Dasher a favor

I only go through the drive thru. So that's why the atmosphere was a 3 star. Umm they food is always good. Their chicken sandwiches are super good. The crispiest chicken on a sandwich that remains crispy even when reheated.

This has to be the worst Wendy's ever. It's always 20 min to order even when there is nobody in line. The food is OK. Some times the fries are cold. I ordered chili with onions and cheese. Whole sliced onions. Not chopped. Not even cut. Whole rings of onion. Half of the drinks in the fancy coke machine are always out. The only reason i come here is because of the Pilot.

It's pretty much a gamble. You might go in and have a pleasant visit with decent service but don't count on that to be the norm. This morning I simply got ignored even after I politely asked if someone would take my order after which I just walked out. I guess high fiving coworkers and gigging was more important.

This location is beyond disgusting. And I mean beyond. I don't even know what to say. We chose not to order anything after looking at the environment. Well, that and the service was super slow. The self checkout machines were shutdown asking everyone to see the cashier. And the amount of filth is appalling. Surely whoever owns this location gets plenty of feedback about this location. Just don't bother visiting this Wendy's.

I don’t normally do bad reviews however this is supposed to be a baconator and is basically a jr bacon cheeseburger without lettuce and tomato. I paid $6.98 for this burger. This is ridiculous. Then when we paid in cash the cashier did not have correct change to give back and didn’t try to go to drive through register or in the back to make change to give back. We just said keep it. Wendy’s I’m disappointed at the downfall and quality of food and I’ve been a customer forever. Not looking for anything in return only want to see better quality for the price and customer service in full effect.

Rude people! The associate agreed they messed up my order but wouldn't fix it.. it'll mess up their food cost because it was ordered thru a delivery app, cursed me out while insulting me and hung up the phone, nothing but my drinks were correct in the order and it was really late and came cold!

Came through the drive-thru, ordered drinks and a frosty - we pay and get pulled forward to wait. Eventually, young woman comes out with our drinks and proceeds to spill a coke into my lap through the car window, without an apology or any effort to stop the cup tilting in her hand. Tells us they're out of ice cream, no apology, just demands we come inside if we want a refund and then leaves without offering any napkins for the coke soaking into my lap and down my car door. Very disappointing service.

The food was good. Girl at the register had an attitude when I was nothing but polite and said, "Please, thank you, and have a good day." Even my 10 year old nephew asked why she was so angry and said that if she didn't like her job that maybe she should find another one. If a 10 year old sees it, imagine what the rest of the customers see.

Shorting the toppings! Timely, hot and right. But look how much crust. Short on sauce, bland. Not the papas one would expect.

First of all the food that we ordered came to us in a timely manner. Of course we tipped the driver although they have a $9.99 delivery fee which should be given to the delivery guy instead of us having to tip him as well. But all of our food was burnt and when we try to call we just kept getting hung up on. They prompt you to press two if you wanted to speak with someone but the second you do it hangs right up. So what we did was we called a Papa John's at another location and needless to say they answered the phone and of course they gave us the customer care number to make a complaint on the one on Missouri Street. They also offered to make it right although the mess up was not at their location. We wound up having to take it back up there for full refund, and have yet to see it posted back into our account. My advice to anyone in the west Memphis area. DO NOT get Papa John's at that location because you will be highly disappointed. There is no professionalism at that restaurant at all and I know that all Papa John's restaurants are not like this one. However, they should not represent Papa John's at all. As a matter of fact, corporate should shut that one down. Or get them proper training. Js

Ordered for delivery and food got here super fast. Everything was fresh and taste amazing. I usually go with dominos but switched up and glad I did. Prices were better as well. Got an XL new york style cheese pizza, BBQ bacon chicken pizza, 2 orders of oreo bites as well as the burger bites.

I went to this place in person, and it was very nice! You can see the workers make your pizza. It only took about 10 mins for them to make our pizza

Pizza was hot(one star). Drink was still cold(one star) but I paid extra for EXTRA cheese and I DIDNT get it. (Minus one star)

We ordered DELIVERY. The pizza was made PERFECT! It was cooked all the way thru and the crust was done...Not under cooked like some places when they rush your order out. The delivery driver read our instructions and found us with no problem! He was extremely polite. Thank you for doing an outstanding job! They use to give you season and crushed red pepper packs as well as garlic butter….now you pay for them that’s fine but when I order and pay for them I want them ! I call the store and push the # indicated to speak with manager or associate and it hangs up??? Come on Papa John’s get it together.

All of the tables are dirty. The staff seemed uninterested/ distracted when we walked in. Food was left at the counter and the worker (pictures attached) was irritated that we asked about an update with our order. Worst Chick-fil-a experience.

Sadly, just a quick stop and truly disappointed all around. The service was McDs level, with a speed of "we don't care" from everyone there. There is a lot of standing around. From the time of order to receiving, it was over 14 minutes. Not a real Chick-fil-A feeling or quality of a place. Pass it by unless they get better. Cheers

Usually I enjoy my visit to Chick-fil-A, but this visit left me quite surprised. The service was great, just what I have come to expect. However, the food was not. I ordered the chicken minis and a spicy chicken biscuit. The chicken on the minis was cold and so very small. I was completely shocked at what they served to me that day. The biscuit sandwich wasn't much better. The meat was not hot, nor did the biscuit seem to have been cooked completely. This is definitely an experience I won't soon forget.

Worst service possible. Was in the store waiting on a mobile order for 5 mins before being Acknowledged by an associate then was told 10 mins later that they was working on the order and then about 5 mins later the team lead seen the frustration on my face and then asked them what’s the hold up on a sandwich. I will never return to this location ever again.

The man taking our order wouldn’t come all the way to our window so he couldn’t hear me give my order. I had to keep repeating myself and then he got the order wrong. They made it right but it was frustrating. Chick-fil-A is normally awesome service so we will keep going.

Almost 30 minutes from the time I pulled in the drive thru to getting my food. Noticed while waiting at the window for my order that there is whole bunch of standing around and just two people moving with a purpose. The young lady who brought my food to me I don’t think she could have moved any slower. Agree with other reviewers a “we don’t give a care” attitude oozes from this place. Hate to leave this review as I live here in town. I’m hoping maybe that someone who can effect change reads this.

Took 15 minutes to take order. Only one person taking orders inside with 20 others around. Food was overcooked and not correct. I ordered a milkshake at the table and it never arrived. I had to go to counter and wait 5 minutes for them to make it. Poor experience for a chickflia. I will call corporate to report.

Visited this location Saturday, March 22nd around 5 or 6 pm. The young lady who took our order was very nice and I have nothing bad to say about her. The manager that was working however.. He was the one who was fixing our order. After bringing it to the counter, my friend asked if he had another bag we could have just to separate our food. He let out a big SIGH and reached over for the bag. When my friend opened the box to check and make sure everything was there, she noticed her coleslaw was small. She had ordered a large. She just politely told him that she got the incorrect size and he decides to talk loudly about how she didn't pay for a large. It wasn't a big deal that the order was taken wrong, but his attitude was just bad news. She said she would gladly pay for a large because she loves their coleslaw. Anyway, I don't know what his problem was but he needs to learn to not take out his bad days on other people. We were so annoyed by this guy that we didn't even notice both of our orders were missing biscuits until we got home. lol Her mashed potatoes turned out to be just gravy. The chicken was good though.

This must be the location that only hires people who had an IEP in school. We visited today, 6/28/25, and they were out of okra, hot sauce, jalapeño bombers, and several sodas. I ordered all of those items via the church’s chicken app. I was told to request a refund thru the app because they could not substitute those items or complete a refund. That’s BS. I called customer service whom said a refund can only be processed thru the exact location. The MOD called the GM who assisted her with my refund. The little radio dude at the register was not helpful at all.

Waited 28 minutes on Mac and cheese that staff did not even say was not ready. Overheard them saying 9 mins which turned into 28 mins. Bought the big family pack costing right at $30 and got home to no yes 0 none of the 5 honey biscuits. Chicken was good but cold and okra was cold and hard due to wait on Mac & cheese and absolutely not a biscuit to be had.

This place just opened back up tuesday Nov 14th, i went last night, Nov 19th around 8pm. The line was long as expected so waiting was no problem. Got to the window and was told they were basically out of everything except legs and thigh and they didn’t have any mashed potatoes. I ordered a three piece meal, chose fried okra as my side and a sprite to drink. I specifically asked for 3 legs. After waiting in the line for nearly 40 mins I received burnt okra, a buscuit that looked nice and golden but it was so hard that I could tap on it without making a dent in it, I received 1 leg and 1 thigh for a THREE piece meal that I specifically asked for THREE legs. My sprite was carbonated water. Bad service and Burnt food. The staff needs better customer service etiquette as well. I give it ZERO

Had to wait 15 minutes before anyone at the drive thru said anything! The front entrance was locked and customers were complaining about their wait time for pick-up. Drive thru line was around the building and at a glance, they seem to be fully staffed

The Mexican pizza was busted on one side,( see pic) soggy, and luke warm as though it was sitting under a light for a time rather than just cooked. Drive thru did give me sauce and napkins which is why I gave 2 stars but they did not give me a fork for that poorly displayed Mexican pizza.

Honestly a waste of time. Me and my grandfather arrived at 1:15 and paid using the machine thing. We waited for more than 10 minutes. The staff finally acknowledged us at 1:28 after fulfilling more than 3 orders. They asked if we had placed an order. We said yes. She then printed a piece of paper and handed it to one other worker who looked like she was in disbelief that we had an order. She stated: “I didn’t know they ordered anything. They’ve just been sitting there”. We finally got our food at 1:31. The Pepsi was flat. The place had wrappers from straws everywhere. We got our food 20 minutes after arriving. We only ordered 3 items. My grandfather ordered a Mexican pizza and I ordered two soft shell tocos. The shell for his pizza was stale. 1/5 stars

This place takes the "fast" out of fast food. I waited almost 10 minutes for a soft taco, Mexican pizza and nachos. The staff was unmotivated. They had no pride in their work. The crew leader was apparently just going through the motions. While I was waiting for my food, more than 3 people who went through the drive through came into the lobby with incorrect orders. Mostly missing items. Not a good experience for me.

Don't do it, just don't go to this one. Girl taking orders at drive thru was horrible at talking and responding to questions about our order. All she could say was "ugh ha, repeadly. Not a yes sir or no sir. Nasty is all I can say.

The online app was messing up and I tried to send my order like 4 times and so then I went insíde and used the kiosk thing to send my order and all of the sudden they got my order like 5 times and it was a pretty large order and they still handled it like bosses as busy as they were and got our food out super quick. It was awesome and hot... Not to mention I have a huge tomato allergy and they changed gloves after they made the tacos with the tomatoes which I totally appreciate. I would have been severely sick and or it could have killed me... Thank you taco bell for sure!!!!

Don’t bother using this Taco Bell at all. I ordered $35 worth of DoorDash plus eight dollar tip. They can’t even bother to send a napkin a fork or any type of taco sauce in the order after I called and specifically asked since the app doesn’t allow asking for taco sauce. It’s COMMON SENSE to throw a few packets of hot or mild sauce when someone has ordered burritos and taco etc. everything was cold. I ordered chips and guacamole and nachos chips there was literally three chips in the bag don’t bother because these people apparently don’t give a shit about doing a good job. No pride or work ethic in this Taco Bell. Go somewhere else.

They are hit and miss sometimes they're food's good, sometimes their food's not so good, but I think that's most services.These days with fast food they are starting to run slower as far as getting food. But it's dtikk good for the most part, I like housing.Our app

Drive thru trash ass workers parked us and waited 15 minutes then I walked in and food was just sitting there they never intended to go take it out

Terrible! I placed an online order through doordash at 1.40 for pick up. They said the order would be ready in 20 minutes. 50 minutes later food was not ready. I went to them and asked what's going on. They told me to wait, I waited another 35 minutes and finally received my order at three o'clock. An hour and 20 minutes had passed from the start of the order.

Guy in the lobby shouting at children and threatening people. Workers shrugged and laughed. Half KFC, half taco bell, out of half the menu options. Orders were wrong, items were missing, but the lobby experience didn't give me any confidence they could or would fix anything.

I’ve visited regularly on my lunch breaks and the service is always terrible. The drive thru is always packed because no one is taking orders. So I go inside to order. Then there’s people standing around not taking orders having conversations with a line at the register.

I stopped here to eat because they have items without meat on the menu. The receipt had the right items on it but I was given a crunch wrap with meat. Does there seriously need to be a training session on how to listen to people and give them the right items? A middle school student should be able to handle that. Don't be surprised when somebody gets sick and then sues the restaurant

Some food was fresh some was old but the young lady at the drive through I could tell hated her job she was unfriendly and kinda rude and made me feel uncomfortable ordering from her in case I made her mad she seemed like to type to spit in your food. That was the vibe she was giving off I don't know her and I've only been here once passing through town, but I definitely wouldn't stop here again.

I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes in line just to hear that they can’t take my order without any reason. Definitely won’t come again.
