We stumbled upon this bakery during a stop in Berry, and I'm so glad we did! We picked up a few pies, and they were absolutely delicious! They were flaky, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Curry and Beef Bourguignon pies. I’ll definitely be visiting again next time I’m in town!

This popular bakery cum restaurant on the main street is popular with tourists and locals. Freshly baked products on offer for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Food quality is good and service is great. Plenty of seating indoors and covered outdoors available. Can get really busy at times. Level access inside suitable for wheelchairs. Prices are reasonable for the area.

Such an amazing selection of sweet and savoury! Didn’t know where to start and where to stop so i opted for a beef brisket panini along with a box of mixed desserts. Bit of a wait to get in, but totally worth it. The aroma itself is worth the wait

A must-stop for fresh bakes in Berry. Milkwood Bakery delivers on all fronts—artisan breads, flaky pastries, and standout sweets that taste as good as they look. Everything feels freshly made with care, and the quality is consistent across the board. Expect a bit of a queue during peak times, but it moves quickly and is well worth the wait. Great spot for a morning treat or takeaway for the road. Must try their curry chicken pie.

Lovely bakery in Berry! Staff were welcoming, coffee was great and the pastries were nice. Great breakfast options and good value for money. (Personally I am not a big fan of scrambled eggs presented on top of the bread as it make it soggy, but that just me) Relaxed vibe and family friendly, our perfect stop when visiting Berry.

We ate here while waiting for the “The Berry Tea Shop” to be opened. There’s so many selection and all (from my perspective) of their items looked enticing! I forgot the names of what we bought but they’re all good, my fiance loved them. The place is spacious, you can move the chairs wherever you’re comfortable, the ambiance was pleasant enough.

Good ambience and good service. I had the Vege Pie - Cauliflower & Pecorino. It was very bland, lacked seasoning, pecorino you could barely taste. Friend had the Classic Beef Pie which was quite good. Better suited to meat eaters as it feels like the Vegetarian options are just a by the way thing.

What a great place! Fantastic food, the cocktail list is clever and the service is superb...if Jess looks after you that is. We love Jess. Super friendly, attentive, knew the menu and gave valid advice. And didn't mind our tables increased happiness on the way through the cocktail menu (stay away from the La Primavera..even the bar acknowledges that). We had some tacos each and shared starters and dessert. Everything was very nice and we had a great night out. Definitely coming again on my next trip south.

We had breakfast here Sunday 22/10/2023. Ulladulla’s premium cafe for daytime meals and in the evenings, an elegant cocktail bar. Magnificent views and very interesting menu. My breakfast dish - High Life included mushrooms, herb oil, goats cheese, red kraut, salsa verde on charred lagoon sourdough.

One of the best salads I have ever had. I stopped in to grab a takeaway meal for lunch and the lamb salad was so delicious. It would be a lovely place to dine in with tables overlooking the Ulladulla marina.

Great location with a beautiful view. Sunday evening was great with the live music , the musician Lux Trevis was fantastic. Service is speedy and attentive and the drinks divine especially their free spirited selection. With options for all dietary requirements I was well fed. Vegan options were delicious.

Awesome food, service, drinks and views. We had dinner here on Tuesday night. Booking was essential particularly if you want a beautiful table overlooking the harbour. Check out the pictures of the view and food. Central American food was very tasty. We enjoyed Taco’s filled with chargrilled prawns and another with fish. Also had chargrilled Octopus which was awesome. Highly recommend this restaurant for quality, ambiance and value for money.

The Ruse has taken Mexican cuisine to the next level by recreating all you’re favourite Mexican dishes and turning them into restaurant worthy dishes. As I was dining with a large group it was suggested that we order one or two tacos for ourselves then as a table order sides and the big platters to share. This worked wonderfully as everyone got a variety of dishes and was completely stuffed by the end of the night. Desert was delicious, we order two servings of churros to share between the six of use. The service was on point and the view just topped it off. The restaurant is very flexible with dietary requirements providing guests with a variety of gluten, dairy and nut free dishes. Plenty of vegan and vegetarian meals are available and there is a separate menu for kids. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend!

(4.5 stars) A gentle refit on a site that once housed a crab-themed seafood restaurant I remember visiting as a kid, sees a slick two-level bar called The Ruse make the most of those Ulladulla harbour views. Bringing along his Sydney-based cocktail experience from venues like The Victoria Room in its hey day, Ben Blair and his floor personable team have assembled a great list of South Coast-friendly quaffers. After a big day at the beach, the Margarita Claro ($18) is a clear margarita flavoured with avocado oil to soothe the palate with less acidity and salt than the standard. I could drink these for days against bright bowls of red snapper ceviche —aguachile ($22)—scooped out on crisp tostada. Spiked with Mezcal, the classic Tommy’s margarita ($20) isn’t a bad way to get acquainted with this smoky spirit, though if you ask nicely, you might get treated to an off-list Mezcal colada ($22) instead. Against pineapple, lime, vanilla bitters and coconut, tempered with brown rice horchata, the Mezcal’s smokiness really sings, taking what is ordinarily a sweet cocktail somewhere rather special. Both work against queso-stuffed jalapeño poppers ($13) their creamy cheesiness cut by dipping vinegar. Elevated by great corn tortilla, and a tasty house-made chilli sauce selection ($2/each) tacos here are both good, and generously proportioned. Prawn ($9) with a row of chargrilled crustaceans, pineapple, iceberg lettuce and adobo mayo. eats well. My star is the pulled pork cochinita ($9) made from pulled stands of pork shoulder made fragrant with achiote and citrus, dressed with pickled fennel, chimichurri and apple and corn ‘slaw. There’s less value for your spend in the bigger dishes, like camarones ($42) that sees four blackened and skewered crustaceans joined on the plate with dabs of avocado almond emulsion and a bright, sweet mango salsa. For an extra four bucks you can get some carbs (tortilla) to wrap them in, but it makes it a pretty pricy single prawn roll. Next time I’d stick to small plates and work my way deeper into the cocktail list. I’m hard pressed to think of better cocktails I’ve had on the NSW South Coast

We had a nice dinner here. For starters, we got the spring rolls which were nice and slightly unusual. We also got the prawn bread bake special which was delicious. For mains we got the veggie tofu curry and the pork loin katsu which were really good. Cocktails are good too. Service decent and staff nice and friendly.

Went there on a Sunday long weekend with no booking. The lady working there was very nice and welcoming and gave us 2 seats at the bar. The bartender at the bar was very friendly and professional. My crispy chicken salad was absolutely delicious and the staff were attentive and professional! Definitely recommend

We had an amazing birthday dinner at Wild Ginger in Huskisson! The staff were super nice and friendly and they even surprised me with a beautiful cocktail as a birthday gift, such a lovely touch! 🥂 Their cocktails were fantastic, and the Thai-inspired dishes were all delicious. We especially loved the crab wonton with fresh crab meat topped with seaweed and caviar, so light and refreshing. The perch nam prik curry was full of flavour and the brownie dessert with chocolate sauce was the perfect sweet ending. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. We’ll definitely come back again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend this restaurant for a special night out! 🍸🍴

This was our 2nd visit, and won’t be our last. Great menu & staff very helpful with any suggestions The central bar adds a friendly atmosphere & the restaurant has a warm vibe. We had the Jungle Curry (again) and the chicken salad was excellent.

We are not big fans of Thai cuisine but need to admit it was insane! The squid were very tasteful and I had a great time eating the tofu curry gluten free and vegan!! However it was a bit noisy but the food make it up ! Definitely recommended, GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN MEALS

Fantastic meal, all dishes surpassed expectation. Would be a standout in any big city let alone a smaller tourist town. Braised beef cheeks were melting in your mouth and the crispy chicken salad was bang full of fantastic different flavors.

Nice atmosphere and the food is very flavoursome. Would recommend the banquet menu as you get smaller portions but get to try more dishes.

Cupitts estate is an absolutely beautiful place to visit or stay. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The wine is wonderful and the wine staff are extremely knowledgable and passionate about their produce. The tour and taste experience is a must. The accomodation is beautifully appointed and comfortable with gorgeous views of the surrounding farmland. Very quiet. The restaurant and outdoor seating is very comfortable and food amazing. Will be coming back.

Very friendly welcome by staff, the wine tasting was excellent and Chris? (Lovely lady), was extremely knowledgeable and explained each wine. The rooms were clean, tidy and lovely to stay in. The restaurant dinner was superb, one of the best steaks I have had. Special mention to Emma who was our lovely server for the evening. I highly recommend staying and we will definitely be back. A great place for a special occasion.

Cupitt’s Estate is such a lovely place to visit; the service is friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are quite casual and reasonable, especially for the outdoor restaurant area. The view over the vineyard and countryside is absolutely phenomenal; perfect for photos and a relaxing afternoon. They also offer wine tastings and have a great selection available for purchase, which makes the experience even better. The grape gardens are beautiful and make for a nice walk or photo spot before or after your meal. While the outdoor menu is a bit limited compared to the more formal indoor dining, everything we tried was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, it’s a must-visit if you’re in the area; a great balance of good food, great wine, and amazing scenery!

We celebrated our 38th Wedding Anniversary for lunch. It was perfect. Our lovely English waitress wished us a Happy Anniversary & suggested oysters, wine etc to start. We decided on some shared plates including the divine home made bread to soak up all the sauces. Our wine & coffees were great! The view & atmosphere were also just lovely. 10/10!!!!

We loved everything about Cupitts Estate. The villas are so stylish and comfortable and the huge bath tub on the veranda were a standout feature enjoyed sipping red wine whilst watching the cows and green mountainous countryside. The restaurant food was outstanding and so was the wine tasting. Great location only 3 hrs from Sydney would definitely go back and highly recommend for a couples retreat. 10 out of 10.

We had a great 2 night stay at one of the villas and were able to take advantage of their spring getaway package which included a complimentary 2 course lunch. The accommodation was clean, relaxing, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our lunch at the restaurant, with the highlights being the Yamba prawns and Hawkesbury Sommerland chicken. Highly recommend staying or dining here if you're in the area to celebrate a special occasion.

The rooms are elegant and refined meeting all your needs for an extended stay. We went there on a 12pm Sat, so understandably a line would be there. The staff was friendly and efficient, waiting time at most was 7-10 minutes a person. Food: I got the original donut and honestly it was mid, the texture of the donut was mostly mushy? Flavors of cinnamon sugars pulled through. Hotdogs were great, vibes were cute. Place was clean, overall a good place to visit

Stick to the donuts. Berry Donut nails it with their freshly made donuts—crispy outside, fluffy inside, and absolutely addictive. Easily the highlight of the visit. As for the hotdogs… skip them. They’re forgettable at best. Come for the donuts, and you won’t be disappointed.

The donut here are totally different from what we usually eat! They have a perfectly crispy exterior and a soft, fluffy interior that makes them a delight. The staff is friendly and attentive, adding to the enjoyable experience.

Best donuts ever! I absolutely love their OG donuts, and the Nutella-filled ones are next level. They’re soft, fresh, and full of flavour. Just a heads-up—there’s usually a long queue and a bit of a wait, as they make each batch fresh. Totally worth it!

I stopped by the Berry Doughnut Van again, and it was just as good as the first time! The doughnuts are always warm, soft, and perfectly sweet. Definitely worth the stop whenever you’re in Berry — a real classic! 🍩👏

Berry Donut Van is a fantastic stopover, famous for its delicious, freshly made donuts. The donuts are consistently excellent and well worth the visit. While the coffee isn’t the best, the overall experience is positive. A great place to take a break and enjoy a sweet treat.

An exceptional vegetarian restaurant, with hearty food and soulful taste. We had earmarked to visit this place on our south coast adventure and we weren’t let down. The burgers and pies are amazing, with various lentils and veggies in it. But I find the smoothies and fresh juices to be absolutely top notch. We had the Harvest and the Millenium burger, along with pumpkin pie (they were out of spicy kidney bean by 12pm) and Berry smoothie. Some of the stuffings can feel sweet, especially as the burger tends to disintegrate as the portion is huge, but together it is pretty delicious. Lots of tables and food is moderately priced, a must stop for brunch or breakfast if you’re around.

My son and I went here for the first time last week.I ordered the Bliss Burger with the grain pattyand my son ordered the Granola Pancakes. It was the BEST Burger I’ve had in my life! The service was 10/10 and we are definitely going back when we visit Milton again in a few weeks! This place deserves more than 5 Stars and I highly recommend this place when you are in Milton!! 😁👌

SO nice to find a vegetarian restaurant!! With healthy fresh food. Good range of hot and cold drinks including smoothies, fresh juices, brewed chai coffee etc. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Also great to find a lunch spot that stays open until 3pm!

Great food at fair prices with great ambience. Love it! The food is hearty so you won't be walking away hungry. It was busy on a Monday but we were still able to find a place to sit (table for 2) and food came quickly.

30 Min wait on the burger. I was highly recommended to come here by multiple people. The burger was more of a rice dish with a side of bread. Probably a great place if your a vegan/vegetarian. The brownie was really delicious and nice and so was the juice. you can tell it’s very popular, maybe just not my taste but lots of people seemed to love it a lot, getting take away and pre ordering. Not for me but if your vegetarian/ vegan give it a shot you might absolutely love it.

Nice quiet location down a country road. The concept of seasonal garden to plate is nice, I personally would have liked little more variety on the menu, the food was tasty and simple. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I’m totally impressed with this place they have there own garden with very fresh vegetables and for salads I have been told there even make there own focaccia bread we had some for lunch then the main meal then desert. The staff was fantastic very polite well mannered understand why this face is phenomenal.

Great spot near milton with the freshest ingredients and warm service. It is a bit pricey but its well worth it as they really do put their heart into their dishes. The views of the farms and the hills are super.

Everything about Milkhaus, 5 minutes drive inland from Milton was fabulous today. Delicious seasonal food, friendly staff, cosy ambiance & a gorgeous kitchen garden to stroll through & envy! I would definitely recommend Milkhaus & hope to return there soon.

We had such a beautiful morning here. The staff were so welcoming from when we arrived when we left. This place is very warm, friendly, comfortable, and inviting. The food was scrumptious as well, and it was all very clean. We walked around their small garden where they got their produce from and went to visit their chickens and rooster. Unfortunately, the girls were hiding under the plants. We brought some beautiful sunflowers from the flower shop there. There was another pottery shop as well. We had such a beautiful morning here, so thank you. You will not be sorry this place is for all ages and is accessible for walkers and wheelchairs. Lots of parking available. We did book online as it's very popular and you can take your dogs with you. Don't miss a hidden gem.

Had brunch at The Deli on Kinghorne today and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance—it’s cozy and inviting. The food is decent, hitting the mark but not quite exceeding expectations. Service was friendly and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive breakfast menu. However, the prices are on the steep side; my bill came to just over $30 for a solo meal. Given the limited dining options in this quaint town, though, it’s definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in the area!

First visit : wife had bacon & egg roll, I had Eggs Benny with mushrooms. Both meals were huge, and we couldn’t finish them : my mushrooms and eggs were cooked to perfection! Wife had Summer Loving juice and we both had coffees (they could’ve been a bit hotter). Great menu variety here, and love the ‘all day breakfast’ menu : I don’t understand why other cafes cut off breakfast at 11!! A steady stream of patrons whilst we were there (11.15-11.45). Good joint.

If I could give 10/5 stars for service I would! Because I have never seen a human more energetic, happy, kind, warm & dedicated to serving there customers as the owner was at 'The Deli On Kinghorne'! You could tell she lives for the place, that it's her baby & at the end of eating it fabulous meal I went to say so & it was then I got to hear her story. After working as the waitress in the business for 10 years, last year her son & herself were able to buy it, gut it & reopen it just how they wanted. HATS OFF TO YOU Because it's a goldmine! & I wish you the absolute best!!!

We had the eggs Benny and smashed avo; both were great. Good portion of halloumi on the smashed avo and I added salmon which also came with a good portion. Coffee and fresh pressed juice were also good. The place is cute and the service was fast and friendly.

Overall overpriced & undervalue. Not worth the price Ate here on Sunday. I purchased their Big Breakfast, and a strawberry shake for my friend, along with a smash burger and a bottle of coke for myself. The total came out to over $80. They do note that they have a weekend surcharge on the menu, but it is written quite small and under a note about dietary items, so very easily missed. I was quite excited to have some curly fries with my meal, but then discovered when I got to the counter that they no longer have them. (Also not a massive problem, but would have been nice to have a note on the menu since curly fries are mentioned with all their burgers) When my not-quite-a-smash burger arrived I was shocked at the sheer thickness of the patty's. Rather than 1cm thick rough edged crispy double patty's I was faced with a burger so tall there was no way to eat it like an actual burger. The patty's turned out to be nearly triple the expected thickness, not Smashed and absolutely chocked with onion. I tend to lean to a smash patty as they are intended to be only meat, this works well for me, as I have a intolerance to onion. But what I was faced with was thick mush that was more onion and filler than meat. All I can say is the tomato, pickle and sauce were actually quite nice But the true upset came when my friends strawberry shake arrived she had a few sips before realising there was chocolate from a previous shake stuck to the inner rim of the metal cup. When she took it back they said they would make her a new one. Instead of receiving a full new shake (with obvious froth) she received what looked like the exact same drink but with the inch of visible rim just wiped down & straw replaced. Her big breakfast was also quite small and mediocre for the $30 price tag (before surcharge)

Not quite sure what to say really. Very disappointed with what has been served, for $40.15 (Inc. 1 x med caramel latte), regardless of how ‘easy’ this ham & cheese toastie is. Have prices gone up that much!?!

Absolutely loved the food here. The pork belly was crispy, flavourful and perfectly cooked. The Thai green curry paired beautifully with the steamed rice. Every bite was delicious – definitely one of the best Thai food experiences I've had so far!

Delicious Thai food! We have it had much luck with Thai food outside of Sydney but this was a completely different experience. Food was delicious and generous portions. Restaurant ambience was also very nice and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

What a great local find! I had driven down from Sydney very last minute and found myself at 5 to 9 with no dinner. They were so lovely and made me a take away even though they were already closed!!!! It was absolutely delicious food- I had a vegetarian pad Thai and it was very reasonably priced. Such lovely service and very kind staff. Lucky Nowra!!

Overall the food was very good. I really enjoyed the thai milk tea and pad sew (with pork belly). The pork belly inside pad sew is slightly crispy which I loved.

Service is great and love the crispy pork belly’s however a bit disappointed about the braised pork belly, it needs more time to make it tender. I was expecting it could melt in your mouth but it’s a bit sticky.

While the wine selection was impressive and well-curated, the overall experience was unfortunately let down by the service and food. Our meals arrived lukewarm/cold at best. The staff seemed distracted, disengaged and this is clear and evident in the aggressive response/s given by the owner to an honest review. If the staff were approachable we would have raised our concerns regarding the food. However, the table next to us had provided honest feedback to the staff and they were met with hostile staff. Read all past reviews carefully as this is and has been an ongoing issue for years, it appears. Wish we had seen the reviews earlier. Our feedback was passed on to our tour company. It's a shame, because the wine itself was excellent — but it deserves to be enjoyed in an environment that matches its quality. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. With a little more attention to detail and care for the customer experience, this could be a truly great spot. As it stands, I won’t be returning!

A beautiful location with friendly, helpful staff welcoming visitors to their cellar door. The wine tasting with Liam and Brenton was fabulous. They were knowledgeable about the wines and how they were produced and happy to share stories about the beautiful Coolangatta Estate. Everything we tried was delicious and the prices were very reasonable for great wine. I look forward to going back soon and highly recommend to people visiting the south coast.

Beautiful spot - lovely to walk around the grounds and see the history of the convicts village before doing the excellent tasting. We spent an age chatting with the ever engaging Liam - was impressively knowledgeable about the wine but also had great stories as he is part of the family who restored the site. Def recommend a visit

10/10 service, Liam was fantastic and service was great, wine was delicious and they were very accommodating. Even though they were short of staff they were able to give us a great experience. If you see a one star complaining about a hens being to loud and winging, don’t listen they’re a Karen… these guys are great.

Me and my husband booked a stay for a wedding. We were very sick on the week of the wedding and could not attend. We tried to raise the venue without success we then changed the dates so the venue could book someone else in our stead. They eventually thanked us for this .We requested on several occasions to cancel our accommodation without any acknowledgement. Recently the owner, Ben has turned down our good faith request to cancel. You deserve our $380.00, I hope it serves you well.... Edit (after owner’s reply): It was disappointing to see the owner question our integrity rather than acknowledge our situation. I have shared a screenshot of the exchange they referred to, which clearly shows that our refund request was declined. My husband’s comments reflected the poor customer service we experienced, not “leverage.” The customer experience begins at booking, and with 30 years in front-facing roles, I can say this venue has much to learn about genuine service and customer recovery.

A lovely tea house in Berry with a fantastic selection of teas and a charming atmosphere. I tried the Earl Grey tea, which was fragrant and smooth, and a freshly baked scone with rich strawberry jam and cream—both were delicious! The shop is beautifully decorated, but seating is limited, so it can get busy. A great place to relax with a quality cup of tea if you can find a table! 4.5/5

Love this place! I've been coming here for many years and always enjoy the beautiful café decor, the friendly owner, and the welcoming staff. I just wanted to share a recent experience that showed how thoughtful and hospitable the owner is. I have halal dietary requirements, and when I asked about the food on the day we visited, the owner went out of her way to contact the suppliers and the makers of the scones and cream to check if they met halal standards. Thanks to her effort, we were able to enjoy the scones, cream, and jam with complete peace of mind — just as we had hoped to. Truly grateful for the kindness and care shown! 😊

Great store and cafe selling teas of all kinds. Lovely decor inside and seating indoors and covered outdoors. Not many seats available though. Popular place with locals and tourists. Free parking available outside store but is usually full. We parked away from the area and walked. Streets are level and shaded so not difficult. Friendly staff and great service. Visited this tea house today by accident. I am so glad that I did. Service from the lovely ladies was next level. We purchased a tote bag , a sample tea kit , some digestive tea all to take with us and it was beautifully packed. We also had the best scone with jam and cream in the world. This place is old school! Will definitely visit again when in Berry.

Amazing tea shop nestled behind Queen Street. Some of the best scones I have ever tasted and the flourless chocolate cake was impeccable. The wide range of tea selection is a tea lovers dream and don’t regret not taking something back to friends and family.

An absolutely gorgeous tea house in the centre of Berry. Lots of lovely things to look at. Sat down to enjoy a heavenly Masala Chai together with a scone with jam and cream. The scone was huge, served warmed and was delicious! Recommend calling ahead to book a table as it gets very busy.

I have been to their shop a few years ago and enjoyed having scones and tea there. I recently purchased their No 11 Christmas Tea online and was very pleased with it. It's like Christmas in a cup! Beautiful flavours! Every sip gives that Christmas vibe and the aroma brings nostalgia.

Stopped by for a simple espresso and croissant and it really hit the spot! Espresso was super smooth and croissant was delicious & super crispy like it had just been baked (it was 2pm). Friendly faces tops it all off nicely. Great little place!!

Tucked away on a quiet side street off the main road, this spot offers a delightful selection of food and sweets. We ordered a long black and a house-made chocolate brownie. I’m usually cautious with black coffee, but this one was a pleasant surprise—smooth, well-balanced, and with just the right amount of kick to re-energise us. The brownie was exceptional—baked on-site, it was rich without being overly sweet, perfectly fudgy in the centre with a light crunch on the outside. One of the best I’ve had in a long time. An absolute treat!

Just had the Chicken Fricasse ready made meal. Absolutely sensational. Will be back for more. Pastries are always delicious and love the little taste of something sweet that comes with your coffee/chai. See you soon!!

Customer service is amazing. I wanted dark hot choc but they don’t hv it on menu. The lady barista made three for us from dark choc powder. Cakes: I love their hazelnut tea cake taste like butter biscuits but not too sweet.

Beautifully made pastries, bread, and sweet treats. The coffee was a thumbs up too. The ham & cheese croissant, pies, and frittatta were absolutely delicious. Thank you for the dedication to your craft, a lovely experience.

Bought the gluten free egg quiche, way too salty with both feta cheese and black olives. Cold in the centre. Cutlery wrapped in serviette but soaking wet at the base

Nice selection of pastries and sweets. The Dulce de Leche Chocolate Tart and Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Brownie were both delicious.

Hit and miss, during the week the pizzas have been generally good (cooked properly top and base) however on the two weekends I've used them in the last few months, the pizzas have been cooked poorly. Either the base was burnt and the top not with cheese hardly melted, or the toppings were turned to charcoal and the rest of the pizza undercookes. Indicates the cook is just rushing or inexperienced, especially with controlling oven temps. Overall, would probably avoid on a weekend.

Ordered one pizza half and half, one cheesy garlic bread and a coke delivered for $61 on a Sunday. Pizza and garlic bread both burnt, half topping missing off one piece, really dry, All you can taste is burnt pastry. For the price we are extremely disappointed.

We have enjoyed Flame for years, ever since they opened. Last night, we decided, to eat in with a small group. First time for us, we usually take away as we only live around the corner. Still ripping and serving great Pizza and pastas. ✌️✌️✌️ The staff were great, I thought id share that we had a great time. These guys worked hard to build a brand and its epic.

Absolutely love this local pizza shop, it’s our favourite! The pizzas are always amazing – loaded with beautiful, fresh toppings and a good amount of cheese. My husband and I have a custom order and they are always so helpful and accommodating. Delivery is prompt and the pizza arrives hot every time. Consistently great service and delicious food – highly recommend! 😊

I don’t believe Pizza Hut or similar sort of places should be rated more than 2-3 stars, hence this place is getting 3. Nothing wrong with food or service, it’s just this is a fast food place with the quality of food being good for that type of place. However, this cannot be compared with a good quality Italian pizza. Just because it’s a wood fire pizza , it doesn’t make it nice pizza. 😣 This place is also take away oriented, so the sitting area wasn’t wasn’t great. It is in line with Dominos and Pizza Hut.

Everything is pretty good except the cutlery is a bit sticky. If they r clean this review is 5 stars. Lovely team of staff, young, energetic and helpful. Pizza very big portion and yummy king prawn pasta with generous portion. Lots of cheese.

$35 for what should have been a meat lovers pizza from the signature menu but was literally just like a $7 dominos pepperoni and ham with no chorizo or anything else the menu specified and smothered in cheese. Horrible and we won't be back

Small Town in Milton was a great find. A very unassuming store front but the food is spectacular. It is extremely creative with unexpected combinations and flavors. The service was amazing and Christiana also selected the perfect wines for us to accompany food. We had the set menu and all the dishes were spectacular. We also had the lobster rolls which are an absolute must when dining at Small Town. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant when next in Milton. Highly recommended.

Loved this place! So welcoming, as they fit us in last minute during a public holiday, and so considerate- especially as we had an 11 month old screaming the house down (lucky we were outside). The set menu was delicious and well- portioned. Faves were the roasted duck and polenta and rabbit terrine. Dessert was special too. Great place to have a date night in town (next time, will just leave the kid at home 😂)

I have to say this place is outstanding! My grandmother and I were regulars at St. Isidores and we were so sad when that shut down but we went the the other week and my god the team is still amazing! The food was exceptional, couldn't fault it, along with the wine, an amazing wine list. They bring a lovely presence to Milton and the only thing small about this restaurant is how many seats they have! Amazing, I will 100% be back! Edit: we came back and I have to say I was a little disappointed. Entree with the dumplings were amazing, and dessert with the pumpkin pie but the main was disappointing. It was a lamb rump with white beans and some peppers. The lamb was over cooked and wasn’t very nice same with the white beans, not a very good dish at all. I’m just a little sad now 😢

days later and I am still thinking of this meal.... firstly, what a cosy & welcoming place. Fantastic service. Excellent wine choice and knowledge. And then there was the food.............. literally OMG. The lobster roll to beat all lobster rolls. Prawns that were so flavourful. Tender octopus. And the yoghurt parfait with the most amazing biscuit............ An excellent night out.

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had!!! I would give it 6 stars if I could ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My partner and I came here and ordered 2 out of 3 options for each course of the set menu to share with wine pairings picked by the amazing Geoff 🙌 and all of the extra appetisers Every appetiser was delicious, particularly the oysters and the lobster roll was out of this world! Each course was also equally delicious and the wine pairings kicked things up several notches and launched us into foodie heaven 😋😋😋 Hard to say everything wasn't a highlight because it was all so fantastic but our highlights of the courses were the pork cutlet, the sorbet and the meringue and of course their pairing beverages The service was outstanding, the smooth and efficient pace at which the food and beverages were served combined with the exquisite quality and execution of the dishes made this one of our favourite restaurant experiences Words can't express how highly i recommend small town 👏👏👏 thanks for such an amazing time

This little eatery off the main strip of Milton is absolutely fantastic! The food was inventive, fresh and utterly delicious (the octopus and parfait were my favourites), tasting menu was the right amount of food, great bar, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

Such a great little place in a little town. Nothing we would have changed. The service was warm and friendly. The food was so tasty, full of flavour. If you're in the area, this is a must!

Vibrant atmosphere, friendly waitstaff and tasty food. As depicted below, offers a number of high quality dishes each tapping a different note of flavour, from savoury and spicy to miso. This made each dish distinct and memorable, elevating the dining experience. The only critique I have is the pot rice dish. Unfortunately this is the only dish I recommend avoiding, as the element's were unbalanced and very sharp in flavour, which formed an unpleasant taste. My family also agreed that this was the only disappointing dish, out of the 5 we tried. Overall GWYLO offers a fun night and the perfect type of food to share amongst family and friends.

Had an absolutely fantastic dinner at GWYLO! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – friendly, attentive, and welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. The food was bursting with flavour and beautifully presented – every dish was a highlight. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care goes into both the menu and the overall experience. Cool vibe and great service. We sat outside on a cool night but the heaters made it very comfortable. We were left a little disappointed with our chosen starters but the market fish, dumplings and Weis Bar were excellent. Most of the menu is gluten free and dairy free and the staff were very knowledgeable when it comes to allergies

We made a spontaneous decision to ‘go to Gwylo’ and booked the bar seats by the window. Great decision, the bar seats are perfectly comfortable, and you can sit at the window as we did, or right in front of the cocktail-making action at the main bar. The window seats are cosy and private allowing you to hear each other without raising your voice. Always a plus. After selecting a couple of cocktails and a bowl of lotus chips to start we chatted about what to choose from the very tantalising menu (check it out on their website to plan ahead). Julie insists on her fav Asian greens and I go for the pork bao bun followed by BBQ octopus with ginger mayo. Now the negotiation starts in earnest as we contemplate an impossible choice between coconut, tofu and tamarind curry, pork skewers in spiced sesame and lamb ribs with kimchi caramel. In the end Hayley helps us make the decision and the octopus will be joined by pork skewers and prawn scallop dumplings. Hayley also suggests we order a bowl of steamed rice to go with our skewers and Asian greens. The sauce needs something to soak it up and she was spot on. Fluffy rice drizzled with our spicy sauces complements the mix perfectly. We are feeling pretty good about our choices and after a sensible break, owner Matt comes over to clear a satisfying pile of very clean plates. Dessert he queries? Julie’s not 100% sure but I’m in for the chocolate mousse, sticky ginger, raspberries with macadamia crunch and Julie doesn’t take much convincing to pick a matcha weis bar with burnt orange. It’s the perfect way to finish as I take the last sips of Tiger Beer (served on tap from an excellent range of ales) and Julie polishes off her chilled prosecco. Afterwards we stroll down to the beach and chat about how Gwylo could easily be killing it in King Street Newtown or hiding down a steamy Singapore back street. Head to Gwylo and join the lucky locals and happy visitors who have scored a seat at this funky space of Asian fusion.

BEST (wedding catering) EVER. It is hard to put into words just how amazing GWYLO really are. From the moment that we started working with the team they exceeded all expectations. Nothing was too hard, too far or too much for them. We hosted a costal wedding at our private property for 100+ people. There was no commercial kitchen and all equipment had to be brought on site. During the planning Haley and Mat sat with us to exactly understand what we wanted and tailored not only the menu but also the experience to our every wish. They helped coordinate the rental equipment and arranged everything from glasses to cool rooms in an extremely tight timeline. Throughout the planning process whenever I got worried about things, I would call Haley and she would reassure me that everything would be ok. She was better than any wedding planner. The food was of course exceptional but what was truly wonderful was the whole team that GWYLO brought to our event. They were charming, smiling, polite and always on hand. They catered to the most outrageous of our guests' dietary requirements and even set up hibachi grill on our balcony. During the wedding, the team made sure that my husband and I were able to try every dish, they found us personally for each course and brought us the canapés no matter where we were. The thoughtfulness that GWYLO brought to our wedding cannot be underestimated and it would not have been the same without them. The most common feedback that I get from my wedding is "the food was amazing" but for me, the best part was that GWYLO took all the stress out of it for me. Nice restaurant and we really enjoyed the food in particular prawn skewers! Great to have in the neighbourhood What I felt let it down was the choice of music and elements of the service. Checking if beer bottles are empty by giving them a good shake? Are you serious? Twice this happened and to be fair I should have asked for a fresh beer it was so annoying.

I’ve tried lots of Korean BBQ spots in Sydney and Wollongong, but this place is honestly the real deal. The flavours are authentic, the prices are super reasonable, and it really feels like Korea. I live in Wollongong now, but I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I was really looking forward to this Korean BBQ restaurant as there were lots of good reviews in Google, but unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the place was not up to standard that floors and plates felt dirty. The quality of the meat itself was also below expectations for a Korean BBQ.

I met up with close friends at this chosen venue, for a lunch date. We were greeted warmly and directed to a number of table options and soon had menus at hand. We opted for a variety of dishes which arrived soon after and did I mention...so, so good. Everything was a true taste sensation along with accoutrements, condiments and rice. There was a comforting buzz in the room with lots of contented diners, a wonderful experience all round...will I be back? You can bank on it...not to be missed!

The food was absolutely amazing, loved the charcoal BBQ, it was a good portion and so tasty!! The atmosphere was great with lots of nice details throughout the restaurant that added such a nice touch to the overall experience. We were also able to ask for more side dishes and sauces which was great for a large group!! Definitely recommend a visit here.

Well this place is certainly a gem. I'd not had great hopes of this place but was astonished at the quality of the service (people were switched on, friendly and happy to let you know what dishes rocked their world). And the food? Excellent. Vegetarian gyoza was good, the spicy pork bibimbab was excellent and the green tea I've cream was a great way to finish things off. My go to place when hitting Nowra.

Never really tried this type of food before, thought it was amazing and tasted really great. The service was amazing also, came in with half hour left till they closed and they were still so nice to allow us to come in and have something to eat. The young gentleman that served us he was really great and such great customer service and helped with everything through out dinner. Wanted to give a tip but there was no option for that wish I could give a tip to him, think that’s something the establishment can work out. Pretty sure this young kids name was (Zander,Xander) was really Great and appreciated his work, would highly recommend this place to my friends and family!!

I come here so often because I absolutely love the food and the service! Every dish is always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly, attentive, and make me feel welcome every time. It’s one of my favorite spots, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an incredible dining experience!

The wait for the food was astonishingly quick and the food was exquisite. The staff were so attentive and friendly and the atmosphere is cozy and zen. Plus 10/10 customer service. I couldn't recommend a better Japanese restaurant here in Nowra.

The bar looks a bit shabby, the dining area is nice. I thought I was going into a normal pub with the usual pub food menu. It was nice to see something a bit different. The food was pricey, but good. The steak was very good, a little gristly. My wife had yellow fin tuna, it was nice enough, but lacking much flavour. The bloke working at the bar thought he was something special, cracking unfunny jokes and being a bit patronising to customers. I imagine it would rub people the wrong way. We saw two separate families walk in, sit down, look at the menu and promptly walk out. I assume they were expecting typical pub fare at typical prices. This is not the place for that. Overall, it was quite good but nothing special.

Absolutely terrible booking experience, service and food, specially for the price. Booked hoping for a nice meal only to discover it was burgers only and no alterations allowed which was not particularly family or dietary friendly. Very abrupt service and informed that there was no table service. When the fish burger arrived it was raw inside and not just a little bit, like, totally raw. Was told that the chicken couldn’t be done without sauce as it was in the marinade, only to have it arrive with the sauce on top. Refund for the burger given with no apology or offer to redress. No alcoholic ginger beer. Location is nice though.

There tend to be pubs and gastro-pubs. The Milton Hotel manages to straddle that divide by having a laid back vibe but also putting out restaurant-quality food. It helps that the open-plan dining room, edged in glass but centred around a blazing domed pizza oven, feels casual rather than stuffy. It has pared back decor: not much more than blonde wood tables and school room chairs, hanging paper lanterns and draped greenery. With a wrap-around back deck, it makes you think of the impending summer, even on a cold wintery evening. The pub is home to the Dangerous Ales brewery, who first introduced me to floral Ryefield hops in a hazy pale ale I drank in Pambula. They make a delicious Killer Raspberry Sour ($11.50/middy) and an earthy blackberry and beetroot gose—One Eyed Purple People Eater ($13.50/middy)—that drinks flatter and may be an acquired taste. Wines, like the savoury La Violetta Grenache ($16.50/glass), are interesting and all available by the glass, so mix and match to your heart’s content. The menu, put together by owner/chef Damien Martin (ex-Quay), is designed to be shared. Risk sticky fingers by ripping straight into blistered and puffy wood-fired bread ($18.50) sitting in a pool of smoked mussel butter. Fire-roasted Clyde River oysters ($30/4) make hot chicken fat work balanced by ponzu and finger lime, with a hole left to taste the gob-stopping bivalve. Potato scallops ($12/2) are bite-sized and airy, cheffy but without straying too far from what made you love ‘em in the first place. The wagyu beef short rib ($70) was a stonker-you portion for two people. The wombok ‘slaw and sesame crumb was such a good counterpoint, I was tempted to beg for a recipe. BBQ gai lan ($19.50) lashed with whipped tofu, fermented chilli and black vinegar, was messy to serve but a smoky revelation. We were tempted to dine again this evening, stopped only by them not opening on Sunday nights!

Booked a table, waited 21 minutes to place our order, then waited 29 minutes for the food. When it arrived it was raw. When we told the waiter he said that's how we cook it. Really, it literally had the cow walk across from the paddock and hop in the bun. Here's the fabulous photo of it......the service it much to be desired for. This is one local place ill be crossing off my list.

On a recent visit to the South Coast we drove to the tiny and attractive town of Milton for lunch. Milton is perched on a thin ridge, with hills and views either side and the escarpment towering in the distance. Unfortunately, like Moss Vale in the Southern Highlands – another favourite place – the main street is also the main highway. Cross if you dare. We had lunch at the Milton Hotel and it was a revelation. For many years we’d been visiting Milton and seeing signs notifying everyone that the pub was being renovated and would open again soon. Well, all I can say is ‘not soon enough.’ This was our first visit and it didn’t disappoint. The space is several spaces, all interesting, including a stretching balcony overlooking the rolling hills of the South Coast. The food was terrific – their large open wood fired oven is a big feature. We had wood roasted fish with peas, crunchy samphire and clam velouté, wood fired prawns with curry butter, tamarind and lime and wood fired flatbread with smoked mussel butter. The wine list was small but interesting, with some unusual gems, and as befits a brewery whose handle is ‘dangerous ales’, the beer list was dangerous indeed. I am very partial to dark beers and this was a dark beer heaven. I had to drink midis, a very small beer glass, so I could try more than one – a Munich-style dunkel and an aged stout. Two small orange chocolates at local chocolatier, Woodside Chocolates, finished my meal. We then headed South to Malua Bay, of course stopping in at legendary sourdough bakery, Lagom, tucked in beside the bridge at Burrill Lake, just along from an equally legendary fish and chip shop.

Lovely venue and experience. The sun drenched dining room on a winters is cozy and warm and the quality of the food cooked in the kitchen is deserving of the chef hat they received indeed!

Drawn here on account of the raving reviews. We came here on a winters.day so no issues with seating. We promptly ordered a short rib and gai lan. The visuals were very striking and I couldn't wait to tuck into the the scrumptiously cooked short rib. Then the salt stops you midway. The ribs were unfortunately focused with a very salty glaze which impacted the enjoyment of the meat. The gai lan was also subject to heavy handed seasoning albeit more palatable. Overall food was cooked well but was let down by the sauces

In need of coffee and feeling peckish I chanced upon this lovely shop. Very friendly staff and a cabinet of fine cake slices. A medium take away coffee and a nice slice of orange & poppy seed with a side of cream under $12... Decided to eat in at the outdoor seated area while the area faces the street the passing traffic is no bother. Very nice little area. The cake was wonderful and the coffee also hit the spot to refresh my energy. If you are nearby, show them some support... Well worth the visit

Great food in a good location. My regular cafe for breakfast and the occasional lunch. There's plenty of options on their menu and breakfast options are available to purchase until 11:30 am Monday through Fridays and all day on weekends. They sell an assortment of cakes, muffins and slices as well. There are bottled drink options such as juice and soft drink or their hot beverages are great too. There is seating both indoors and outside if you wish to dine in or take away are also welcomed. It can get busy at peak times so I like to ring ahead and have a table reserved. The B.L.A.T, the Eggs Benedict and the Avocado on Toast are all my favourites;)

We booked for 2022 mums day. We ordered smash avocado 🥑 because the photos we saw were good, however, the breakfast menu that day didn’t include any fancy version just a plain one. Price was good but the smash avocado very average. We will not repeat although the staff was professional and the place clean

A pleasant morning for sitting in the outside area. Coffee was good and brought out just before the food, which is how I prefer it. The breakfast was appropriately creative. Interior was nicely fitted out with some good lounge chairs and there was also some out door seating.

My go to place for breakfast! Always get eggs Benedict! Great service and minimal wait times! Very nice people working there and nice atmosphere!

We had an amazing lunch at Old Salt distillery! Food was delicious with a good wine selection. Lovely well designed menu for sharing, everything we ordered was delicious! We were warmly greeted by their wonderful staff and our little dog was made very welcome too! Will definitely visit again!

Hidden gem in an industrial area. Shoalhaven's best kept secret. Genuinely friendly, knowledgeable staff that clearly love making people happy. The menu seems simple but the standard is next level...best we've had in the 15 months we've been travelling around Australia...and the eclectic music mix was worthy of a top DJ. And all topped off with their own alcohol and amazing cocktails. What a perfect way to spend an afternoon

Huge thank you to the guys running the Old Salt drink stand at the Narooma Oyster festival. Had several drinks on offer and found my favourite! The Blood Orange & Passion Fruit is so refreshing after a few beers it is a must if you can get it and you should! This is amazing over crushed ice! I'm from Sydney and no joke I'll be driving down to South Nowra to pick some up from the distillery.

We had the pleasure to have Old Salt cater our small wedding at Terrara House in March 2025. The food was amazing and was complimented by all of our guests. We requested all of the food to be made gluten free due to three of our guest having celiac's. Michelle and her team was able to cater for this with no hassle at all. Thank you!!

A catchup with friends, at the start of the holidays. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Food was AMAZING! We ordered about 80% of what was available on the menu(because we love tasting different flavours) and each dish was amazingly delicious. My standouts were french onion dip, pork belly entree, garlic prawns (I wanted to bathe in the sauce), smoked (or was it charred? ) carrots, lamb/pumpkin, duck fat potatoes and let's not forget the 2 desserts we ordered... passionfruit cheesecake and chocolate mousse (we were so full, but couldn't send any leftovers back). Full of flavour, delicious food. I should point out is not all about the food... It is a distillery after all. We all tried each other's drinks; cocktails and seltzer all really good too, generally not too sweet. Even bought some seltzers home with us. Just wish we lived closer, if we are ever within 50km we'll make a detour without question. Old Salt Distillery you can be very proud.

We had Thursday lunch - which is lamb roll. (Or chips). Absolutely delicious!!! Sat outside and enjoyed an ice cold beer - perfect midway stop on a longish bike ride. We’ll be back to enjoy the more extensive menu soon.

My partner and I stopped by and are pleasantly impressed with the food and wine. We ordered the burrata with honeydew and cucumber and it was legit 10/10. Simple ingredients done really well. Light and refreshing. We also had the salt and paprika squid and it was amazing. Well seasoned and not greasy at all. The potato gem was super tasty too - should’ve ordered 2!! We love this place and we highly recommend.

Small Town Provisions is the third iteration of food businesses by Alex Delly and Jo Thomas in Milton that I’ve visited. Charmed by St Isidore, I also dined at Small Town Food+Wine, only skipping Delly’s Really Good Sandwiches (my excuse being, I actually live in Sydney). At this spot, the pair have created a providore-meets-small-bar, which showcases the local and imported produce they sell in a short blackboard menu. Clyde river oysters ($6/each) are shucked to order, but served without the promised mignonette. Fresh Fodder’s lovely pale pink tarama (that you will find in the fridge) is piped onto potato gems ($8/each) under glistening pearls of roe from the Yarra. Stand-out pork rillette ($24) is smeared onto slices of Lagom Bakery sourdough baked down the road in Burrill Lake. Accompanied by hot English mustard and turmeric-hued zucchini pickles, it’s better than the offering at many upmarket French restaurants. ST Provisions is also a bottle-shop focused on natural wines, which aren’t really my cup of tea. However with the opportunity try before you buy, I did branch out and try the Delinquente 'Hell' Fiano 2024 ($17). With a fruit blossom nose and a saline kick it was the first Riverland wine to win me over, particularly against a delightful salad of burrata, persimmon, hazelnuts and radicchio ($26) bound with vincotto. Not bad for a meal created and served by a counter-hand also running the shop and a single counter kitchen equipped with not much more than a deep-fryer and a sandwich press!

Finally was able to cross Small Town Provisions off my South Coast Eats list - and boy did it exceed my expectations. Had a lovely chilled Sunday afternoon, enjoying amazing food & wine in a calm and unhurried atmosphere.

Destination location - a reason to travel to Milton; and tho there are many reasons to be in this pretty town, ST Providores is reason enough. The food, service and vibe are so good for the soul in a relaxing Saturday or Sunday afternoon. The Manager is professional and super warm. Unhurried and relaxed - a low-key, sophisticated hero.

I love this place and always look forward to visiting when I am in the area. The space is intimate and every single mouthful of food is absolutely bursting with flavor and the wine list is top notch. A small place, filled with lots of passion & love. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Small Town is a very cute bespoke wine bar cafe - great tapas style menu and the atmosphere is relaxed and very conducive to having a great little party or a quieter more intimate catch up with a mate.

Such a little gem. Tucked away from the main street. A wine and small plates keeps surprising me! Great quality and their wines are just different and well picked with love.

So fun and tasty! We were lucky enough to get in for a tasting at the distillery - not only were the gins and liqueurs delicious, but the experience with Ben was extremely wholesome and full of fun facts. 10/10 would recommend <3

I wouldn’t agree with world famous but the good wasn’t bad. We ordered the Family Basket as there was 5 of us and it had a variety of items included such as fish cocktails, seafood sticks, calamari, prawn cocktails, chips etc for $65. It was a good 10 minute wait after ordering which wasn’t too bad as it was busy. The good was hot and tasty but the batter was a bit greasier than I like and the chips had next to no salt on them, even though I asked for extra chicken salt and we were given a very light smattering of regular salt. Over all, not too bad for the price as the portion was huge but also a little disappointing at the same time.

Pretty standard fish and chip shop that's always busy (but likely because of its location on the main tourist strip rather than because of standout food). The fish is fine, though the batter is on the heavier side, and the chips are just chips. We’ve been coming here for years out of habit/tradition/a weird sense of loyalty, and the quality has stayed the same, not better, not worse. They do branch out with things like chowder, tacos, and burritos and I always appreciate somewhere that diversifies their menu, but most of these items were pretty average as well. I must say though that the prawn burrito looked super pretty and had good flavour, but I was let down because inside there were only tiny pieces of prawns in it and most of the filling was white rice.

The foods were well balanced. However, the long line made the experience feel less enjoyable. The portion sizes were decent, though not quite enough to justify the cost. Overall, it’s a place worth visiting if you’re willing to wait and spend a bit extra for quality food.

We came here at night so we didn't experience any long lines which was good. Greta location. However the fish was ok nothing amazing and they charge $2.5 for each sauce I think is a bit expensive other than that pretty good

Food is good we had a mix of burgers chips, fish & calamari. Sauces are good quality which i loved! All food was well cooked and nice to eat, I'll definitely be back. Parking is hard as the cafes get so busy so generally have to park up or down the road and walk.

Long wait and not super worth it. The battered fish was alright. We got the battered swordfish. It tasted fresh but there was no seasoning so all we tasted was as oil, batter and fish. Would’ve been better if there was sauce or salt or something. The tiger prawns were ok.

Not a bad venue, worth checking out. We went on a Friday night and it was extremely busy. Would be better for a waitress to seat people rather than everyone just fend for themselves. Food was pretty good. Seafood platter for 2. The drinks are very over priced. Paid $18 for a drink. Anywhere else they are normally $10. View was great.

Lunch today instead of usual at the Husky pub. Got there early and got a great seat looking out over the inlet. Food was quick and service good. Club has a good atmosphere and food is well priced . Will go again

Started out to be a great experience at the Club Jervis Bay. Arrived at 4pm found a fantastic table facing the water. Bar service was excellent. We ordered a share plate of a delicious garlic chilli prawns. Went to order main meals and was given a buzzer to ORDER. Waited an hour before ordering relized people were pushing in before us. Finally received our meal after another 45 minutes. Our dinner which was a average seafood taster, calamari and pumkin salad. Chips were delicious. Admittedly it was a busy night although many other clubs/ pubs have the same issues and I have never come across this. Wouldn't recommend this club.

Just happened to be there at dusk and decided to pop in for a quick meal . Attentive and helpful staff at registration counter . Menu was excellent and also offered seniors meals. Bar staff friendly cheerful and very obliging. Views out to the ocean from the dining area was stunning at sunset. Most enjoyable evening - excellent service, great atmosphere and gastronomically delighted .

Lovely atmosphere inside of the club. Door staff need to be more proactive and advise of membership (which is free) and discounts available not the bar staff. Be prepared to list occupation when joining - as the board could refuse membership if not listed!

Went there for dinner. Loved the food (bbq pork ribs and crispy roasted pork). The fries was perfectly cooked in fresh oil. Quite fast service, even though the bistro was very busy. Plus point, we could see lovely view, while enjoying our foods and drink. I would definitely go back there next time.

UPDATED! 2022 We LOVE the pizza at the Cheesy Grin. The best pizza in the Shoalhaven by far! The bases are amazing. The quality toppings are fresh and tasty. Staff is a little bland but helpful. Am a regular here for many years. Food is great. But pricing is ridiculous and found this out today. Ordered a chicken snitz burger which has mayo. I just wanted it replaced with a splash of gravy which happy to pay $1 or $2 but they forced me to get a tub of gravy that is too much for 3 burgers and charged $4.50. This is highway robbery. It’s not unreasonable to get gravy splash on burger to replace another sauce that’s included in price. Review this and please get better.

What’s so special about this Beach Hut Cafe? Well it’s hard to beat drinking your favourite coffee with a great view of the ocean! Situated just beside the beach, it has an amazing view of the sea - will definitely come back to try their food next trip. Coffee latte is good.

Not only do they make a great coffee, but whenever you see the staff, they are working or looking for work to be done. They are friendly and professional. I have gone in a few days in a row for a morning coffee, and they already know my name. If that was not a good enough reason to come here, the view is truly hard to beat.

Stopped in for quick bite after long walk along headland to Bannister’s Point. Pleasant outlook with standard coastal cafe fare. Enjoyed chips and freshly squeezed juice packed full of antioxidants!

Great fresh old fashioned hamburgers, sandwiches & wraps. Very reasonable prices. I even saw a table of 6 last evening having a wine BYO with their early dinner, plus they can stay seated there, even after they close up shop.

Since moving to the area three months ago, I have visited this cafe four times, puchasing food/drinks on one occassion, and coffee on the other three. The location is superb, meals fresh but not outstanding - we had fish and chips and a burger. The reason for my low rating is due to the order taker, which has been the same person on all occassions. She has been nothing short of rude and surly each time. As the point of first contact, one would expect a greeting or a smile - even maybe a 'thankyou for your order'. This woman does not make you feel welcome, nor treat you as a valued customer. None of my visits were at busy times, so I no longer go there.

Nice view. Great "barramundi dinner" batter was light and crispy so were the chips.

Quick and easy to order. Lots of variety on the menu and delicious food at reasonable prices. Good portion sizes. Situated in a great area by the water with ample access to parking.

Got the fisherman’s basket. Everything was crispy and well cooked. Fish cocktails nice and moist. Park next to it has nice views. If you want chicken salt on your chips, make sure to state this when ordering.

I paid $30 for fish cocktails and chips, it was barely enough for 2 people, atrocious value for money, a rip off, go across the road, that photo was $18.90, hardly any chips, i had to pay for an extra 4 cocktails to get a decent feed.

Just had an awful experience with this place! The owner was unbelievable! I first ordered a grilled snapper and salad from DJ’s (meal pictured on the right). It was tiny, oily and it was a struggle to cut. I returned it to the owner to which he replied “That’s fine, snapper is a tough fish” I queried the size of the fish and he responded “inflation” I asked for a replacement considering I paid $23 for it! He refused and said “only if you pay for another one” I went over the road to Pelican Rocks and ordered the same thing (pictured on the left) paid $18. This also came with hot chips but I didn’t include them in my order due to dietary requirements. Do yourselves a favour and wait at Pelican Rocks. We will never be returning. I don’t know what was more disgusting, the food or the service 👎

Great fish and chips (although chips aren't quite the same as across the road, sorry!). Very nice fish and friendly service with lots available. Obviously good, as the pelicans and seagulls are right there trying to get a taste!

Absolutely shocked to pay $29 for kids sized fish and chips - disgusting absolutey ripping people off - should remove the word famous off their name because this is an absolute roart. Not to mention the fish didn’t even taste fresh. Teaches us to read reviews before picking restaurants and take away shops.

Definitely stay away from tigers fish and chips. Super expensive for what you get. $12.50 for regular chips, which they don’t even fill the box, the smallest serve ever! We would always go to Burrill fish shop which is way better but they were closed so we had no other option for fish and chips. The price is a joke especially for the serving size, totally ripping people off! Go straight to Burrill fish if you can!

We stopped in here to grab some fish & chips while visiting Ulladulla . The store was impeccably clean, the service friendly on a wet Sunday night and super quick! The food was absolutely delicious. We had a seafood cocktail pack and a calamari pack with some crab sticks on the side and it was all delicious & enough food for the 4 of us. The chips were great too. Will definitely visit again!

One of the best fish and chips places I’ve ever been to! The chips were crisp, fresh and not oily and had that lovely crunch with every bite! The fish was succulent and the batter was really yummy! I enjoyed it so much I wanted to get another order in straight away! Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here again!

The best chips I've had for quite a while, fresh oil, none were undercooked, nice and crunchy. If you're in Ulladulla grab a bag of chips. Getting a close parking spot over the tourist season is difficult but worth the walk

Small chip shop with a simple menu. Nothing fancy about the interior. Simple food: fish is fine, chips were average. Calamari was good. Potato scallops also good. Price was average. People serving were nice and food was produced quickly. They are also open 5 days a week - when many other places aren’t.

Came here because of the good reviews. All cooked ok. But here are the three parts of a $16 battered flathead. The rest is fish cocktails and a small chips. Maybe they left the other parts of the flathead fillet in the fryer.

Had heard great things about this fish and chip shop,but was very dissapointed. The good:great chips,not oily.The homemade salt and pepper squid were large pieces and cooked perfectly. The bad:i was disgusted at the fish cocktails,expecting a juicy decent sized piece of fish when we actually got what looked like a very thin chicken nugget that cost $2 each.If you want lemon its $1 a wedge.thankful i orded 4 instead of the 1 my son asked for. Will not go again and will be telling friends that will be visiting the area later this year not to bother either.

Finding a good fish shop on a coastal holiday is essential. While on the way to check out the Burrill Lake picnic areas on the other side of the bridge, we made a quick stop for lunch at The Fish Shop Burrill Lake adjacent to the highway. Take way only, this shop is what it says on the sign - fish, chips and other related seafood. If you don't mind deep fried food, it is a worth a stop. The ordering process is efficient - you get a ticket with a number. Even though they were busy just at the beginning of school holidays the wait was reasonable. Our food was served in a cardboard tray inside a paper bag so full marks for plastic free packaging (except for the tartare sauce). In my view the the fish cocktails were rather ordinary however their version of salt and pepper squid was great. Good value for the price as they were large pieces. The chips were good old fashioned thick chips, nothing like Maccas fries. The chips were fabulous - well cooked and tasty. If you are passing through and want to sit down to eat, walk a short distance towards Burrill Lake to the picnic tables with a pleasant view of Burrill Lake itself.

Imagine being from Sydney and going through the drive-through, ordering a Caramel Frappe that contained plastic pieces. After discovering plastic pieces throughout the whole drink, I called the store. She said, 'Bring the drink back.' I replied that I was two hours away and only wanted her to know. She responded, 'Thanks for letting us know.' Zero care factor. Not even a sorry. SMH.

I must have jumped a timeline. The service was wonderful, the order was made quickly, the order was all correct (believe it or not) and the food was actually really nice. Great restaurant and team.

Look at the stark difference between what we ordered and what we got! Not in two decades of going to McDonalds several times a month have I experienced such a discrepancy between what I wanted, and what I got. My family we not happy. There were too many others issues to list, but here’s a few: the app wasn’t working, the staff were unkept and unfriendly (not all), the atmosphere was depressed and flat, and I’m not sure I saw a single staff member smile for the half an hour we were there eating. Hands down, this is the worst McDonalds in New South Wales that I have experienced.

A very disappointing visit to the Bomaderry McDonald's. The restaurant was very dirty with rubbish all over the floor and the bins overflowing. To top it off, they left out a burger from the family meal that we purchased and didn't realise until we were home in Nowra. A very disappointing visit and this was before the dinner rush time.

Ordered on the app pick up in store I ordered at 10.46. I ordered a mnm chocolate McFlurry, a Oreo chocolate McFlurry, an apple pie and a medium chips. I waited and when they called the number after mine they said oh let me check on that. The staff member came back and said they won't have chocolate icecream available and if vanilla was ok so they hadn't even looked at my order yet. I get home which is 5 mins away at 11.07 to realise the apple pie was made at 9.35pm and the expiry time on the apple pie is 11.05 and the medium chips was half full and cold. The communication from staff was poor and the food disgusting.

Terrible service They took my order in drive through but then had to wait over 15 minutes, different if they were busy but it was 9.30 at night and it was very quiet. I ended up ringing them to see why they were taking so long to be told they are coming 20 minutes later they come to window and very rude. Never again going there I will only go to MacDonalds in the Illawarra

We ordered Domino's for dinner but were disappointed to find hair in our food. I ended up cooking for the family, as I wanted to ensure we had a safe meal. I really hope Domino's can take this feedback to heart and maintain their standards for food quality. It’s important for everyone to enjoy their meals without any concerns.

This is the poor quality of food received from Dominos Nowra. Burnt, uncut, and despite promises of contact to follow up on feedback they don’t. Buyer beware they quality has deteriorated Re response from Dominos Yes if you’d read my review. I’ve contacted already by app, phone, webpage and despite all the promises to contact, nothing, zip.

I did order a 2x 4 pizza deal where we got 8 pizzas and 8 sides. I didn’t get what I ordered. I called them to explain at 8.05pm and staff advised them they would deliver the correct order with in 45 minutes, as most of the staff had finished the day. I waited until 9.13pm and called back. The girl advised leaving in 5 minutes and apologized for someone didn’t put it through. It is now 10.16pm. My guest left without getting food. Still haven’t received my food. I spent $116.00 on the pizza, but the experience was bad. I didn’t get what I ordered. I would like to get in touch with mgmt. About what they can do about this situation. This is not acceptable at all. I do not recommend this place. Staff are very unhelpful.

Hi Very disappointing experience here again. Staff don’t greet customers - in fact they seem annoyed that people are even coming into the store. There are no menus anywhere, which makes ordering tricky, and the girl ‘serving’ didn’t know the name of any of the pizzas and wasn’t very helpful. She eventually found a scrappy menu out the back somewhere, but wasn’t happy that she had to go and look. I was able to bring up the online menu while she was looking, something I should have done before I came in to order. In the end the serving girl was looking like I was keeping her from something so I just ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas. The order/wait-time tv wasn’t on (or possibly not working?), so there’s no indication of how long your order would be. The 2 pizzas we received looked very ordinary, and we were pretty nervous eating them after seeing the ‘care’ staff take with everything, but aside from being a bit burnt and very oily they were okay. Staff training and better store management needed. And having just read some of the other reviews, and the owner’s response to the same, I really don’t expect anything to improve in this place.

3 things in order. Both sides over cooked. Scrolls half the size as previously had. Sauce missing from the churros so were super dry. (Also no cinnamon/sugar dusting so was just like eating dry, brunt dough). Pizza editable but was served on the wrong base. Still somehow not the worst I've had from here. To your response, that seems pointless. Nothing has changed even with feedback in my last 3 attempts at using your store. Just going to forgo ordering from this Dominos in the future and also tell everyone else I know to also avoid you.

Nowra Domino's has some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered in a food space area. One of our pizzas wasn't even cut, 2nd pizza wasn't cut much better. I made a complaint to management on the night about customer service (or lack of) an he was very nice, but the other 2 female staff, were atrocious. I will never go back to Nowra, will stick to Bomaderry from now on.

The store is under new management by some Asians. The traditional Chooksy menu is slowly being replaced by Chinese food. After waiting several minutes for the old bloke to get off his phone and serve me I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and instead was served this thing.

We recently used Chooksy's in to cater for my husband's 40th birthday, and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough! We had around 40 guests, and the service in the lead-up was incredible-so accommodating with all my questions and back-and-forth planning. On the day, the food was ready promptly, was absolutely delicious, and had everyone raving about it. We had a fair bit left over and even the next day, it still tasted amazing. So happy we chose Chooksy's!

I had to give a 1 star to even comment. They don't even deserve that. Still have the Business Award Finalist certificates and Winner certificate on the wall which definitely don't belong there from the previous owners. Who knows, maybe they're fake. Where do I start... the fried chicken pieces we ordered were crumbed and almost charred burnt on the outside. The chips were sloppy, smelled of old oil and were reheated and a very dark colour almost burnt. The flies buzzing around were sickening. We found out it had changed owners which explains why whatever we ordered off the menu we were told wasn't available. There was Chinsse food sitting in hot trays that had flies buzzing around it. There was a salad bar that didn't look fresh at all and looked like it was made days before. BTW we didn't eat it and brought it home for our dog instead. He sniffed it and walked away...ghastly place.

Won't be going back...... Rang up & ordered to save time, was told it would be ready in 15. Go down to pick it up & the same lady (owner) tells me that they don't start making orders until your in store and have paid?!?!? A little confused on why I was told 15mins, instead of just saying that they don't do phone orders. Then they gave me the wrong order (which from other reviews seems like a common occurrence) mistakes happen I understand that but for her to then repeatedly try & make me feel bad for not wanting the food that she made instead of what I ordered, certainly no care was put into making my food. All in all 45 min wait from when I first ordered for 2 burgers. Food is certainly not worth the wait time or the poor unprofessional service & the stuff around.

Food low quality. Overpriced. Long wait. Bad service. Surcharge for takeaway. Had to wait 30 mins+ for 2 fisherman’s baskets. Food was soggy from the packaging. Chips over salted. Tried to pay cash to avoid the extra card surcharge on top of the public holiday surcharge but was met with “huh?” And the server continued to point the card machine at me. 10% public holiday surcharge for takeaway. Food is already high price with low quantity. That’s enough I think. Sorry but Maccas down the road is better. Best thing was tartar sauce.

I had to wait 30 minutes for my food and the food was very stale and the hot chips were undercooked and had no flavour and weren't fresh at all, I took one bite of the burger And had to throw it in the bin due to it having no flavour and the buns tasting like they were really old. You could go to any other fast-food place and get food that is 10 times better. They prefer quantity over quality. Would never go again.

Chicken pattie tasted stale, the presentation of the burger was terrible. Everything had salt on so no choice if we didn't like it so we left with high blood pressure and blocked up arteries. The customer service is very poor we were served with an upside down smile ☹️ don't think they enjoy their job by looks of it. The Mayonaise looked and tasted like semen had to take it back as and say it tasted like salty salad cream. All in all I give a 1 out 10. Off for a maccys now.

Ordered calamari and barramundi pack- sheer disappointment! Over priced for the taste and food they offer. We couldn’t get through even 1/3 of the serve. I hate wasting food, but this time I had no choice. You rather wait 15 min at one of the better cafe/restaurants but not here. I also found a plastic sticker in under the fish.

When I visit Husky, I visit Foodies. Though my sampling of the menu is limited exclusively to potato scollops (that’s potato cakes to those in Victoria), vanilla malted milkshakes and the delightfully crispy chips, I must say that there is no better place in town for deep fried delights and coma inducing carbohydrates. The scollops are well battered and crispy with just the right amount of oil to adhere the liberal seasoning. The chips are thick, crispy and generous. The vanilla malted milkshakes are great, especially if you ask the service staff to let loose with the malt followed by a big smile. You’ll get a wink back if you smiled widely enough. Kobi & the team at Foodies Delight were wonderful. I had my son's 30th birthday party and didn't have time to prepare food for 35 -40 people so ordered 5 chickens (all cut in 1/4's) garden salad, coleslaw and pasta salad. Everything tasted yummy. Everyone commented on how moist the chicken was and how good the stuffing tasted. Kobi even called me a number of times to check on a few things as we were catering for vegetarians as well. I would recommend Foodies Delight to my friends & family and will definitely be putting my chicken order in for Christmas this year. Thanks again Kobi and team. Libby

We ordered some chicken burguers with my mates and the quality was very poor, frozen tomato and lettuce, chicken burguer was 100% not fresh and the bread was a disaster. Fries were fine, nothing to say about it. Disappointed of this place. Staff not professional and bad customer service

What would Nowra be without The Oasis. And where else in the CBD still does a full fresh sandwich bar where you can get egg or ham and salad rolls on wholegrain rolls with all fresh ingredients? Or would you prefer a frozen sandwich from the major suppliers and convenience stores? So pleased they are still in business and they deserve to continue to do a roaring trade. Great options and won't charge an arm and a leg. Tasty!

I rang up and ordered an Oasis Burger and it was absolutely delicious! They were jam packed and there was hardly any wait time. They do a spectacular job keeping on top of everything in such a small setting. One of the best burgers I've had in ages.

Was recommended this shop for fish and chips by the girls in Nowra Petbarn. Proprietor was friendly, chatty and very pleasant. Lots of food items to choose from including BBQ chickens. I had 1 x battered fish and chips. Absolutely delicious. Fresh and scrumptious with not too much batter piled on. Absolutely loved it.

Worst dominos pizza experience, I ordered a Hawaii pizza, they gave me a Hawaii after bush fire pizza. And it was super salty and very little toppings. A much more busier Sydney store can make better pizza than this little town store.

A guy name Alexander delivered my pizza and was SOOOO kind it was unbelievable, I haven’t encountered such respectful delivery drivers in my entire life. I wanted to tip him but one of my cats needed to go to the vet so I spent like 600 bucks on that and didn’t have much leftover for the tip. But MANNNNN, some people can just be so nice and brighten your day. Ngl, was lowkey on the edge. But Fr thanks dominos-you always have my back when I need it the most. Praise jah.

Seriously did a 5 year old cut this pizza? It's really not that hard to cut it in proper slices as regular customers we ordered hours in advance for a 7:30pm pick up and it was ready at 7:45 this is really not a great start for the new management that has taken over

It’s Friday 20th Sept 2024, 6pm. Sign on window says, Open Fri & Sat 5-7pm. We, (along with3 other couples who turned up while I was there ) found lights out and nobody to be seen. What a fantastic way to run a business next to 3 caravan parks if you want to lose money. Obviously they must have won tattslotto or do they not give a hoot towards their possible customers. If anyone is thinking of going there, please do not waste your petrol or energy as they most likely will be closed. People like to look after the shops that go that extra little bit, and this shop has no idea.

I ordered fish n chips with chicken salt. The serving was big for me and costs $12.00. The fish was good, with a very crunchy batter served with a slice of lemon and tartare sauce plus wooden cutlery. The customer service was very good, friendly and welcoming. Came from Sydney for a day out, beautiful weather and was little hungry. Came into this place. the people serving were very rude. Looks like they don’t like foreigners. The cafe across the road sell beautiful Food and Very welcoming.

I recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald's that I feel compelled to share. I went through the drive-thru, and the wait was longer than I expected. When I finally got my food and drove all the way home, I discovered that they had forgotten one of the two orders of chips. As my boyfriend and I started eating, we were appalled to find that his Chicken McSpicy was raw in the middle. It was absolutely disgusting. I tried to resolve the issue by calling McDonald's, but they told me I would need to return to the restaurant with the raw burger to prove it was undercooked. Given that it's a 14-minute drive from my house to McDonald's, I declined that solution. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I hope they can improve their service and food quality in the future.

Dryest beef patty I’ve ever tasted, half of the sauce was on the bag and the cheese wasn’t even on the burger when I got, I feel as if they could put a bit more effort and sanitation into there food

So absolutely disgusting. Toilets have clearly not been tended to in a long time. I politely let the staff know and she was rude, and didnt care. I apologise for the grotesque photo but i fear its unbelievable unless you have seen it. Have never had worse customer service or just plain awful human interaction with staff that hate their jobs.

I was having difficulty with the app, and the staff member I approached did not try and help sort the issue, but seemed only interested in taking the order, and getting away from the service counter. When I asked if anyone else could help with the app, she rolled her eyes, called out for the manager, 'pulled a face' and made a hand/shoulder gesture indicating that I was a nuisance. The manager assisted me and solved the issue. Whilst in store I noticed two of the female staff members had multiple, visible 'love bites' on their necks, which did not look great.

I ordered 3 happy meals and a burger, it took 28 minutes to be ready and in that time 3 people got their food orders inside the restaurant and 38 cars got their food. During this time inside orders weren't being called out. The food was cold when we got it and the only saving grace was the young girl was profusely apologising. Don't get kids to run a fast food going because it turns into slow food.

Employee dropped ice tray twice, all the screens were broken. Very few people had shoes or shirts on. Employees rude and disrespectful.

I had ordered my delivery about 15 minutes ago and no only was half my order wrong they missed 2 items I paid $6.80 for each, My food was cold and gross lacked taste and the drinks kids werent out on right so they fell off and spilt in the bag. I'm rating this McDonald's in comparison with other McDonald's in Australia. This branch makes very good burgers and food! I mean, you know how some Maccas are just somehow really bad. But the food from this one is pleasantly consistent. Maybe because of the high traffic. Despite the massive crowd, service is reasonably fast and staffs are friendly. Kudos to the team in South Nowra!

Just had the most gut wrenching & diabolical experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a mega meal and a happy meal and everything was sweet. We got our food but the medium build mid 20s girl with long black hair opened a new packet of straws for our drinks, appon her giving us the 2 straws a dirty big cockroach crawled up my arm from the straws and the lady said have a good day but I was shocked. I managed to catch the roach and held it with a pinch and told the lady”” this cockroach was just on the straws you gave us that’s actual yuck”” the lady didn’t say anything and quickly threw 2 new straws from the same bag at us and walked away like this was a normal occurance. Myself and my partner have now lost our appetites completely and are left with 2 uneaten meals we most definitely won’t have a chance of getting refunded… ( we just threw the meals away ) didn’t know what to do so I’m making a review for the manager to see. If the worker doesn’t tell them appon them seeing this they need new workers.

The drive-thru staff, especially the one handing out the coffee, was extremely careless and unprofessional. They failed to close the lid properly, causing the coffee to spill all over my car and clothes. When I called them back to fix it, they repeated the same mistake and just stared at me as if it didn’t matter. Completely unacceptable service.

For the past few months their automatic drink machines have been under filling all size drinks about an inch short of full. After direct feedback and requests to recalibrate their machines, nothing has changed. A small problem to most, which I agree, however it seems it is intentionally trivial so people don't complain so they can continue to save money and maximise profits at their customers expense. Drive the extra 30 seconds down the road and get actual good value for money at Hungry Jacks

Stopped here late Saturday night only to experience something terrifying. A man wearing all black, with a black hoodie pulled over his head, hiding most of his face and standing right next to my car. Why? What for? Very scary. I had to get in quickly and lock the doors.

Food was ordered before 6:20, took almost 40-50 minutes for a driver to pick up the food, as usual either items were missing or the food was cold because it’d be left sitting waiting for a driver for so long. Or the workers do not pay attention to the order on the screen. Whether it’s the drinks or the food itself, it’s either one is missing or something you upsized comes not being upsized or it doesn’t turn up at all. You order large drinks they either rock up as cans or they’re missing. Happens everytime you place an order. Then when you complain they make you go to the store to pick up the items that SHOULD’VE been with the delivery. Won’t be ordering here again. You pay that kinda for a delivery you’d expect everything to turn up that’s exactly what you ordered.

Horrendous sanitation for a franchise restaurant. I have further photo but was only permitted to upload 3.There were 3 staff members doing hungry JACK all, while remaining staff cooked and prepped their backsides off. There wasn't one single table clean to eat at, hence why I chose take out. The filth is noticeable when walking in from the parking area. I'm so flabbergasted at the lack of cleanliness and pride the staff have at this location. Hopefully it is isolated to here only. Just wow. The three staff manning the counters front/face of the store look miserable and at the same time not doing ANYTHING productive. The location definitely needs some kind of visit and training provided, because current management is not providing it. Just wow guys, wow.

Whoever made my vegan Whopper with mustard and spicy sauce deserves a raise, a holiday, and a standing ovation. I hope they randomly find $50 on the ground, get upgraded to first class, and never hit a single red light again. That was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I can still taste it. Get that legend in a kitchen with Gordon Ramsay—he’d cry.

If I could give negative stars, I would—but I guess one will have to do. Pulled into the drive-through as the only car, thinking I’d be in and out faster than a TikTok trend. Nope. Sat there for 15 minutes like I was waiting for them to grow the plants for my plant-based meal. When I finally got the food, the burgers looked like they lost a fight with a lawnmower, and the drinks? All ice had melted like my patience—leaving me with sad, lukewarm sugar water. Honestly, I aged in that drive-through. By the time I left, I needed a shave and a nap. Would not recommend unless you're craving disappointment with a side of soggy lettuce.

This time the assistant was very helpful i asked for tomatoe sauce on my breakfast wrap no problem. the time before the management said no only bbq sauce as that is what you get on the wrap

I usually use drive thru and it’s always an easy experience. The menu is on display at the ordering box so I can see what is being featured. I have fussy children so I often ask if one thing can be substituted for something else and it’s never a problem. Orders are filled promptly and the whole process never lasts more than 3 minutes which is just the way I like it. Good job guys ;)

Ordered Spring rolls, Schezwan Beef and Satay Chicken. Spring rolls were ok. A bit light on fillings... 3/5 Beef. Great quantity but very average taste. Very light on the beef content.... 2/5 Satay Chicken. Once again great quantity but very very average. Did not at all taste like a satay, was light on the chicken and so full of chilli🌶 it was inedible. 1/5 Ate the spring rolls and binned the rest. If the taste compared to the serving sizes it would have been awesome. I was hoping so much to give this place a good review to support the local businesses but unfortunately I just can't. Maybe a bit of a reduction in serving sizes and a slight increase in prices (it was cheap) and then they may be able to spend abit more toward quality ingredients.

I purchased loaded fries and 5 chicken wings which should really be called parts as they are not a full wing. The wings were burnt beyond eating as the meat inside was all hard and not edible. The loaded fries were horrible undercooked and had the biggest long black curly hair in it (Found this after eating the chicken off the top) Attempted to call the shop but no answer. Am not travelling all the way back there for my complaint.Will never go there again. Their food safety standards are well below or they have never been taught. No hair covers or hats No gloves when preparing food AND THEY ALL TALK TOO MUCH BEHIND IN FOOD PREP AREA. This is probably why the chicken was burnt to a crisp 😤 Aslo you should employ someone who is not a child that has people skills.

Ordered a meal and asked for a sauce sachet… wasn’t having their sauce on my burger but they still charged me $1 for the sauce I asked for. When I opened bag burger was half wrapped and fell out… then the insides of burger fell out as it had just been thrown on… then the sauce I paid extra for wasn’t there! Had to try and pack it all up and go back and ask for sauce. Glad I hadn’t gone home with it. Previous 3-4 visits were good and there was never a charge for sauce sachet. Wondering if it’s changed hands ? Not impressed today.

I'm a local resident and I buy food everyday from here. The staff are awesome. Friendly and helpful 😊 the food is always fresh, hot and yummy. They go above and beyond to help me as I have an autistic child who has feeding advertion AFRID and is an extremely picky eater. Thank you to all the staff. I appreciate you all.

Slow service, no meatballs, no olives, put the wrong sauce, and dirty shop with salad scattered across the dining area. Manager had to come out and tell the 3 girls who were doing nothing to work and clean. One girl wasnt even in uniform but working in a white fox jumper.

Fix the sub-Toaster. $14 Plain cold soggy subway with hard cheese definitely sounds delicious, you can actually see how good they are…. Almost as good as the ham and cheese sandwiches you get from hospital, at least their free 🤷‍♂️. ( lovely staff just fix your toaster )

Customer service was spot on!! Staff friendly and smiling very attentive I hadn’t been there before and the sandwich attest mad a suggestion that o try the pulled pork! I was more than happy to give it ago and insisted she make it with what she eats. Was hands down the yummiest sandwich I had eaten! The he flavours all complimented each other leaving me wanting more. She also suggested it as a meal deal which was great. Will definitely be happy to go back and see what else she recommends.

Got 2 x kebabs and 1 x snack pack. Kebabs were nice and stuffed - full points for that. 🙂 But the snack pack was filled with greasy fries that had so much oil - that it leaked through the box. I pretty much had to throw most of it in the bin. Maybe the oil from the fries were not drained properly or something - but they tasted pretty bad and dripping oil. 🥲

I have eaten here many times as there’s not many kebab places around. Kebabs generally taste good but no one seems to know how to wrap one properly. They are more like soft shell tacos or some kinda open face kebab. It’s pretty disappointing, if they were toasted and completely wrapped it might be one of the best around. Staff also seem like they don’t want to be there and have shocking customer service.

Sauces and cheese extra charge. We came here twice in a row and had the same orders, but the staff gave us wrongly. The boss was kind enough to remove the wrong sauces but still, the meat and chips already had the sauce I didn’t want. The staffs seem like high schoolers who didn’t know what they were doing half the time but the food was good, nothing to fault except it was a bit salty and boss was friendly. A box like this costs about $18.

$18.60 for a basic $14 kebab no extras because public holiday claimed 20% surcharge & blaming the rest on a card transaction is just bending people over. Do the math it doesn’t add up. Best way to get a customer never to return. Response from owner polite & professional, however.... $14 plus 20% surcharge = $16.80. Most people charge 15% for Public Holidays but hey whatever, the 20% isn't my point They are blaming the Banks on the card useage which is nearly $2 Card transaction fees are generally 1-1.5 % or up to 2%. Premium credit cards can be 3 % surcharge. $1.80 on top of $16.80 is nearly 12% surcharge which the banks arent charging the vendor for. 2% is around 30 cents NOT $2...

You’re not going to get the best meal here but it’s alright. Loaded it pretty well with sauce and meat and didn’t taste too bad. The servers behind were all teenagers probably working casually but did an alright job serving.

Absolutely disgusting lack of hygiene in this store, rude staff that don't wear gloves when they touch your food and then tell you "my hands are clean" with a little jerk tone, yet I'd just watched him handle money from 3 different customers before he put his hands in and scooped my chips out with his hands lol. Coughed in my face when handing me my change. The manager thought it was fine, guess they have different hygiene standards in India?

The size of the chicken pieces is the smallest I have ever seen in any other Oporto. The quantity of fries is less. The garlic dip was missing. This box meal was supposed to come with a leg piece but after the order, they said oh they don't have any leg pieces. When I tried to cancel the order they said they had leg pieces. The guy in the store was very unprofessional. I will never suggest anyone to go this Oporto unless they change their management.

Chips are terrible now !! Overcooked and brown ...thr girl on the register was useless and rude ...thats the last time I go there, only the manager can be bothered!! No extra salt I asked for and everyone else coming up to get salt as they didn't receive any !! Her rolling was so annoying!! Sandeep at Oporto, Stocklands NEEDS a pay raise! Poor man was in there by him self today while being smashed by a rush of customers and did an amazing job at serving while also getting all of the food to the customers in a timely manner! Food was amazing as always and I will continue to come back again and again!

Lack of hygiene and takes ages for food to be served and most of the time they’re just standing around chatting. Looks unclean.

Was a very long wait when we visited, food was pretty underwhelming once received too. Chips almost inedible- almost cold, soggy and had a very strong dirty/old oil taste. Burger was pretty good but only had the tiniest bit of chilli. Only seemed to be three staff on in the middle of lunch time. Very very slow and definitely not worth the wait :(

9th november 2019 Bought Portuguese chicken burger from here, keen to try with new owners and store. Got home to find slop, took a bite tasted burnt, opened burger to find blackened chicken and bun, hardly any lettuce. I paid $17 for the burger and small chips. The burger went in the bin. Disgraceful, who ever made this and served it should be ashamed.

The service was excellent! The staff went over and above to ensure our group had all their items. The value for money was outstanding and the food was very tasty! Highly recommend!

Normally the chips are amazing and crispy! But recently they have been packaged in paper sheets rather than the boxes and each time the chips have been soggy with no salt.

An extra dollar was added to each item when entered into the cash register, ie $18.50 for a Caesar salad entered as $19.50….Waited 30minutes for cold food. When the food arrived but the coffee still hadn’t been made, the lady who delivered the food shouted at my wife “that’s nothing to do with me, you’ll just have to wait”. We complained to the manager about her attitude and no coffee to which the manager explained we didn’t order a coffee and no apology was given. RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT EAT HERE!

Wouldn't buy their chickens unless you like dry food, $41 for edible roast vegetables, and a dried inedible chicken, should be ashamed to sell something that dry, at least the dog got fed. NEVER AGAIN
