My family and I recently visited Mozer’s and I must say, the experience was exceptional! The flavors of the Syrian cuisine were absolutely authentic and delightful.. What made the meal even better was the impeccable service..the staff named *Rohan & Mishu* was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the dishes, offering great recommendations.. Can’t wait to come back!!

Food is great but menu is hard to read. Although we have to request some chili sauce but the taste is superb not to mention the staff being attentive and friendly - I wouldn’t mind coming again for dinner. On the other hand, the menu is extremely hard to read as not only is the background gloomy, the fonts used are quite small and are not even bold so much so much everyone was stressed to read we just ended up showing the staff the picture. Other than that , great place.

I had an amazing lunch at this Syrian restaurant, and it was absolutely delightful! I ordered the Lamb Shank and Lamb Shawarma, and both dishes were cooked to perfection. The Lamb Shank was tender, flavorful, and melted in my mouth, while the Lamb Shawarma was packed with authentic spices and juicy goodness. To top it off, I had a refreshing Lemon Nana drink, which perfectly complemented the rich flavors of the lamb. The service was attentive, and the ambiance made the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic and delicious Syrian food! Five stars!”

Salad was scrumptious, the seasoning is soo nice every time i order it, this is my 4th time ordering same salad!! The churros is the best part, very soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside! Overall, love the ambience the music is also very calming, 9/10 thank you!!

This is our 3rd time coming to this restaurant. Satisfied with the food (we ordered lamb mandy, lamb kabsah, mix shawarma) and the service (fast and friendly). We also had the best churros ever here. Definitely will come again.

I had the pleasure of visiting a Syrian restaurant for the first time, and it was truly an amazing experience! The unique and flavorful dishes left me completely satisfied. The falafel sandwich was simply awesome, and the fried cauliflower (apologies, I don't recall the exact name of the dish) was a delightful vegetarian option. The waitstaff was incredibly friendly, patiently guiding me through how to enjoy the wrap and recommending some popular dishes. Although I didn't try the dessert this time, their recommendation has definitely piqued my curiosity for my next visit! Additionally, I was captivated by the restaurant's excellent and aesthetic design, which showcased unique ethnic elements. It perfectly complemented the dining experience, allowing me to enjoy both the delicious food and the beautiful surroundings. I look forward to returning soon and exploring more of what this wonderful restaurant has to offer!

The restaurant is my favorite in KL. The place is amazing and the food is delicious, the men’s bathroom is cool. There is so many fish, crab, lobster, shellfish to choose from. Highly recommend you go out of your way to try.

Such a great recommendation from our friend. Beautiful outdoor-ish restaurant, with a variety of fresh seafood. Not very wheelchair friendly but the staff helped carry our grandma at the entrance and to the toilet as well. The staff were all very friendly. The dishes were all very delicious and fresh, especially the fish and scallops— highly recommended If you're celebrating or bringing someone from overseas. Other than that you can also watch planes take off because it's right beside the Subang old airport. Definitely coming back again

Always a great time at South Sea. The foods are all nice & fresh. The ambience is amazing & the service-immaculate! We always ordered salted eggs sri lankan crabs, sayur campur, steam tiger grouper fish & dried chilli prawns. I enjoyed looking at the live crabs & lobsters too 🦀

Kids friendly. The restaurant served the chili chicken less spicy as requested for our kids. Staff are well organized and very attentive. Food tasted good. Environment good. The washroom very cozy and nice.

This is a live seafood restaurant where you can enjoy incredibly fresh fish and shellfish. Most of the dishes are priced according to the market rate. We were four adults, had a great time with some drinks, and paid about RM450 per person. You can choose your seafood—fish, lobsters, crabs, clams—from the tanks and ask for your preferred cooking method. My personal recommendation is the lobster sashimi. The lobster head is served on the plate along with the sashimi, still twitching slightly—clear proof that it was just taken from the tank. If you find that cruel, this may not be the place for you. The food and atmosphere were both excellent. However, I wasn’t too keen on the design of the men’s urinal. It's set up so that you pee onto a glass wall, behind which live fish are swimming. I understand it's meant to be unique or artistic, but personally, I found it a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything else was great.

Food was simply top notch, the lobster cooked to perfection, bbq crab also fresh and very well cooked. Bamboo clams delicious. The only consideration is the price. Rm350 per pax.

First up, the Salt and Pepper Prawns – little crispy pockets of joy that snapped and crackled like a bonfire of pure flavour. Then came the Crispy Yam Basket, a golden fortress of delightful texture, followed by the Sizzling Bean Curd that arrived with a dramatic flourish and a flavour profile that was both comforting and intriguing. The Roasted Chicken was exactly what you want it to be – juicy, tender, and with a skin that whispers sweet nothings to your tastebuds. But let’s be honest, we were here for the main event, and boy did it deliver. The star of the show, the dish that made me contemplate booking a return flight purely for its presence: the Stir-fried Crab with Black Pepper. I’m talking about a culinary masterpiece that had me tearing into it with the primal delight of a caveman discovering fire. Forget cutlery, forget dignity – this was a hands-on, face-first affair, and easily one of the best I've ever had. The Steamed Whole Grouper Fish was a vision of aquatic perfection, flaky and delicate, proving that sometimes, simplicity truly is king. So, if you're ever in Subang and fancy a seafood feast that'll make your tastebuds sing, make a beeline for South Sea Seafood. You won't regret it.

Not bad, portions they provide are larger than most cafes. The taste was good the environment is quiet if you wanna work from cafe and the staffs are very helpful and friendly. The order did not take long but the price seems to be on the high side. The juice quantity could be improved for the price by reducing the quantity of the ice 🫢

The food was a bit at a higher price. The taste some are nice some just average. The portion is big. As for the aglio olio seafood first time i ever had salmon in it. 🤩 Service is good. They even help to keep my outside bought cake and sang to us even though we didn't mention to do so. thanks 😂

I was craving waffles and my man brought me here. It was quiet when we arrived, but I heard it usually gets pretty busy. I went for what caught my eye, the Belgium waffles and lattes and they tasted just as amazing as I hoped they would. Definitely come by and try their desserts, the display chiller was full of tempting treats I can’t wait to come back for.

Ordered Duck Aglio Olio, and it was well seasoned, just nice and portion for one is just enough. Service is rather good, waiting time not too long though went during lunch time Friday. Just that the price is tad expensive than usual cafe.

Had the spicy kimchi pasta and the chicken with rice. Both tasted okay, service was pretty good too. I like the space and the cafe, but I wouldn't say this was the best one I had ever been too. Good enough to be satiated and satisfied, but not great enough that I'd highly recommend to friends or family.

Cozy, nice and very good ambience. Loved the foods and pineapple juice was absolutely juicy and refreshing! I have ordered pasta salmon and absolutely delicious. The salmon was freshly cooked. I am also recommends all to try their garlic breads it's very crunchy and tasty. U will never regret it! I will definitely come again to this cafe. Good job guys! i dream of these pastas very often, i would love to devour them again when I'm back. The creamy sauce is delicious and the ambience is great. There is also a wide variety of cakes. I really enjoyed the iced mocha as well.

Went on a Sunday afternoon, it was busy and packed. We ordered two iced long blacks but ended up with iced snow blacks instead, likely due to a miscommunication. Decided to give it a try anyway. It had a creamy, salty foam on top which was interesting but not quite our thing. The matcha black sesame cake was also on the salty side. The coconut yam cake was quite nice, not too sweet. The pasta dishes on other tables looked delicious so might return to give those a go.

I decided to give this place another try after my first visit wasn’t very impressive, but unfortunately, the experience this time was still the same. The food was just average, the WiFi on the second level not working it’s too slow, the staff seemed inattentive as they even missed one of my orders. There were also ants on the table, which was uncomfortable, and the sandwich was served without any plates, which seemed odd 😬 Overall, still not a great experience.

22.05.2025 Thursday 830am. My first time in this branch. I visited Subang Jaya branch before. Today I had the nasi lemak with ayam Masak Merah. While the rice came to us hot and quite fragrant with coconut, the sambal was more sweet than spicy. The chicken was tender and tasted nice. This plate cost RM12.90. Cucur Udang took more time to be ready. I have to ask for it. Cucur Udang was chopped into small bits and frankly there weren't many prawns on it. Kuah Kacang was watery and lacked peanut taste. So the cucur Udang was chopped up like that, I wondered how many actual pieces of cucur Udang were given with the price of RM9.50? Okay. About their staff. Payment at the cashier was served by this girl that has no expression whatsoever. No greetings no thank you, nothing. So the total bill was RM22.40 + 6% SST + rounding up = RM23.75.

A must visit for kueh lovers if you are passing by or in Shah Alam. Great environment with wide variety of kueh and food selections. Came at 9:15am on Monday and the indoor sittings are already fully packed. This is my 1st time come to this branch. Usually went to Kueh Subang Jaya. Everything was okay, foods and beverages taste good. I like the nasi lemak the most! While enjoying the meal, I get sweating bcoz of the air a little bit hot maybe bcoz my table located nearby the kitchen.

It was crowded during the weekend. The kuih muih sold out fast. They serve traditional snack and local food. There are plenty of choices of kuih muih to choose from. The service is fast.

Prepare to wait 45 minutes for Nasi impit with literally 5/6 nasi impit (timun/bawang sold separately apparently). I don’t mind the wait tooo much, but bruh why would I ever come back here if this is what they serve me. Service was decent, but couldn’t save the terrible experience.

Came at 130pm after the long weekend holidays and place still crowded. Choice of. Kuih not much given after the long PH holidays so understandable. Kuih is on par CUCUR JAWA very oily. And laksa Utara wen served came to a very pungent smell indication fish is not so fresh. However place is cooling and with nice seating. Traditional coffee not available as the place sells coffee machine coffees and special teh tarik. Overall place is nice for a hot afternoon to drink some drinks and have some light snacks but food quality can be improved

This is a long established eatery famed for their char siew as their shop name suggests. The parking here can be limited and the traffic can be hectic during lunch hours so do come prepared. The place itself is a no nonsense eatery with no decor whatsoever and they offer both indoor and outdoor seatings. If you ask me, I think the shop could use some refurbishment after so many years to make it neater looking and providing more comfortable dine in. Jumping into the food I got their signature char siew with roasted chicken and a plate of wan tan noodles with their sausage. This time around, I was given the leaner cut of char siew that turned out to be abit chewy sadly. Nonetheless, the heavily glazed char siew came with a nice smoky aroma that blends perfectly with the sweet and savory marination. The char siew also came with a beautiful char and caramelisation. On the other hand, the roasted chicken and sausage were average in taste in my opinion. They didn't impress me but they did add a nice variety to your choices of meat. The wantan noodles was decent enough. The noodles retained its springiness and the sauce was not overpowering. In contrast, the soup given was very flavorful and it can be a little salty for people with lighter palate. Overall there is no doubt that the char siew here is one of the better tasting ones in the valley but the other offerings are only average.

Good food specialise in roast pork. Too bad I got my char siew today too lean and dry. But I'm impressed with the tasty wonton noodle tho.

The char siew was really good! Lucky we were there early and managed to get 2-3 tables for 15 of us! They helped us combined the tables and took our orders patiently… This looks like a popular place as the lunch crowd kept streaming in. Although it’s posted “Cash Only”, we found out we can pay TnG at the payment counter. Parking here is difficult, esp during the peak lunch hours.

1st time visit and their 玻璃叉烧super nice. We tried their roasted chicken, roasted minced meat intestine and 豆牙 with a medium size of wan Tan noodles. I have nothing to complain. Will return to this shop again if I happen to be around this area. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

15/7/25 Haven't been back in a long while. No longer so impressed. Had forgotten that their Wantan Mee is swimming in gravy, everything was ok. 2024 Omg . we love this place. Surprisingly soo cheap. Love the char Siu which is 90% lean and tasty....on the sweet side. Do order the noodles in L size, sometimes S comes in a really tiny portion, not sure why 😕 Update : 9/4/24 Decided to test out the Rm5 chicken rice. This must be the cheapest I've ever had!! The chicken wings served were delicious...not too dry, but definitely well cooked, tastes deep fried with a thin crisp skin, has an oil soy based gravy to add to your plate of rice, no cucumber so if you need veg...time to addon a plate of tauge, it's just shockingly good value. The large crowd starts to thin after 1pm so the harassed crew get some relax time and actually are rather nice. BUT if you come at peak time, you'll understand why tempers can flare- orders on top of orders, no tables, even though you get served pretty fast. Unfortunately, the wonderful char Siu has sold out by 1pm, so just order the blood sausage, chicken, wantan mee and tauge ( I normally really dislike that unclean, too earthy taste of blood sausage but was shocked that even eaten cold, it tastes like Bak kwa! ) May update: still the favourite wantan mee with char Siu! But kena parking Saman 😭 28/10/24 prices up by 50 sen.? Still the fav "bouncy with bite" noodle, though a little too sweet today and no fried wantan.

Ordered the wantan mee with charsiew, and utterly disappointed.... The charsiew is lean... Like lean until it's hard to chew type.... Noodle is not bad, the wantan is well normal I tried to take away some charsiew for family to try, attempt to see if it will be different, then got informed they sell in a set... A strip of charsiew and one 烧肠(sausage) as a set for rm39, I ordered one set, though the charsiew looks much better for this take away

Go for it if you have a big appetite and wallet. My first experience eating here in a unique way. Seafood specialty as you can guess from the name. It was amazing and their sauce was spectacular. You'd definitely go with your friends or family here and just stuff yourself as much as possible with all those delicacies. Crab, squid, prawn, clam, etc. Absolutely fantastic.

It was my first time at a Shell Out. The concept is amazing and certainly a must try. This outlet at Sunsuria seems popular, was filled or rather overflowing with diners. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. The staff were polite and friendly despite the many customers. The food was served hygienically by the staff. The food was good and the spice mix delicious. Well we could not finish our meal and the staff happily packed the food for us. Gloves are provided upon reqest and mini aprons too.

Really enjoying experience eating here. The foods, I mean the seafoods were fresh marinated and delicious. The price are normal for me. The place was casual. Recommended.

I was drawn to this cafe by their unique offering; Peruvian Chicken. It was a long trek to get there but it was certainly worth the effort. To start, their Mushroom Soup was thick, creamy and had chunks of chopped mushrooms in it. You could taste the made from scratch goodness of this soup. Served with a dash of olive oil on top and a house made focaccia bread slice on the side, this was truly tasty and gets a Highly Recommended. The Peruvian Chicken was a well marinated whole spring chicken. Tender and juicy inside with a crispy and flavourful skin, this is worthy of being their signature dish. A green sauce (Aji Verde) is served with the chicken and it was slightly spicy from green chillies I suspect. It paired very well with the chicken. The dish came with a generous serving of potatoes with onions and this could easily be shared by two small eaters. This dish gets a Highly Recommended as well. The Beef Chimichurri Sandwich on the other hand was a little under-seasoned. I felt the Chimichurri sauce would have benefitted from some extra salt. The beef was good quality and tender. The ciabatta bread was perhaps a little oily too. The sandwich came with a tomato soup on the side. You can spoon some of the soup into the sandwich or dunk the sandwich into the soup. Or you could just have the soup separately. For dessert, the Espresso Crème Brûlée Toast was spot on. A crispy French toast doused with an espresso shot and topped with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkled with toasted almond slivers. This is Highly Recommended as well. Kudos to the chefs who take great trouble in making everything from scratch (with the exception of the croissants I’m told). I’ll certainly return to try more dishes if I’m ever in the area.

Loved the food taste and portion! I loved loved the carbonara pasta, the mushroom taste was strong and the dish was thick and flavourful. One of the best pasta dishes I've ever had! Loved the lamb mess, my fav was the potato. It wasn't the usual mash potato but it was very buttery and yummy! I can just eat the potato and be happy. The tom yam pasta was spicy with a kick, and the chicken was soft and delicious - clearly the chic was fresh. Would definitely come back again. Staffs were very friendly and attentive.

I visited for the first time on August 13 with high expectations—I had heard glowing recommendations from a friend and seen positive Google reviews. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel it was worth the price. We ordered the lamb mess and the lemon shrimp scampi pasta. Sadly, the pasta was bland—I couldn’t taste any garlic or butter, and it needed extra black pepper just to give it some flavor. The shrimp didn’t taste fresh, and parts of the pasta were either overcooked or undercooked. The lamb mess was acceptable, but I’ve had better elsewhere. The open kitchen was a little unsettling—I even saw staff handling and chewing on food, which didn’t feel appropriate for a café. For the price I paid, I could have gotten much better elsewhere.

Wow wow wow, for a small restaurant, they are packing serious food! I wasn't expecting such an amazing experience of flavours and hospitality. Staff are all extremely friendly, chefs cooking fresh food.... I wish I had more space in my stomach 😆. Would strongly recommend/advise/insist you check this gem out!

Good food, value for money. Parking can be difficult to find during lunch hour, but otherwise plenty of parking. Good range of food (snacks, mains, desserts) to choose from. Will definitely come again to try other items in the menu.

I came here after hearing good things about the food, especially the steak which I didn’t get to try because it was out of stock The iced latte was okay (7/10). The pizza wasn’t great (2/5), and the spaghetti tomyam tasted more like rendang. definitely not what I expected. My prawn spaeggti, prawns were dry and didn’t seem fresh either. On the bright side, the service was good and the food came out quickly. I might come back just to finally try that steak everyone talks about. hopefully it lives up to the hype.

Dine in at Pak Li for their new meatless kuay teow — a veggie foodie option, and I really loveeee the taste! It has that clean, minimalist flavor that hits just right. For dessert, my go-to now is yogurt ice cream with strawberry or gula melaka — so rich and satisfying! But the best part, hands down, is the mini simple and clean surau. The surau door’s a sliding door, not the usual kind — totally gives off Langkawi resort vibes, you guys! That’s something you just can’t beat! The lemon chicken tasted good, but there was very little gravy/sauce. The self-service soup was quite tasteless. Service was fast and parking was easy, but considering the price and portion, I don’t feel it was worth it.

Try out their new menu- golden ice cream yogurt. Taste wise very velvety, not so sweet not too sour. Suitable for both kids and adult. Got few toppings. Most imprtant is CHEAPEST compare to other brand ice cream yogurt

My experience was definitely pleasant. The service was quick and food was up to par with my liking. I also liked how they pre-peeled the prawn skins, easier for me to eat🤣. Portion wise: normal portion. The drinks were also yummy. The coffee was definitely within my range of satisfactory.

Ordered lemon chicken and kuey teow goreng. Food was good. Lemon chicken is chef’s kiss, chicken is crispy. The new menu - yogurt ice cream is also good!! Have a similar taste with the famous yogurt ice cream but with an affordable price 😚

Seriously delicious food! The Chicken Lemon was definitely my favorite. They've got a new yogurt thing called Golden on the menu too – it comes in three sizes, kind of like lla*lla*, but way more affordable! Perfect for dessert. 😋

My All-Time Favourite Spot! I’ve been here so many times and it never disappoints. The food is always delicious, the vibes are cosy, and the staff make you feel at home. Brought to this place by a friend. Found another place for a good Nasi Bariani Gam. They have a range of good choices of Nasi Bariani to choose from the menu. The food is surprisingly good. Service was excellent. Adding this good food place to my list of choices of food in Shah Alam.

Coincidentally I found this place and tried the nasi briani. I have ordered nasi briani gam kambing for RM25.90 & tauhu Bakar RM8. Since I'm not a big eater, I shared the meal with my husband. Firstly, the rice is very tasty. It's a Malay's taste not an Indian briyani. It has a bit of sweetness in the rice. Well, it tastes good anyway but not the best. However, the lamb has 2 bones, 1 with meat and another one just a bone. For the price of 25.90, it's not worth it at all. So I have to add on another lamb which cost me RM19. I hope the owner can improve this. The tauhu Bakar was good and I might come back for that 👍🏼. Also I tried their tapai pulut (3 pcs RM3) and I had to tapau some more because it was so nice. I also tapau nasi briyani ayam rempah for son and it was not as good as the briyani gam. The chicken was also small for RM15.90. I think they should consider improving the size of the meat or chicken or reviewing the price. Overall, I might come back for tauhu Bakar 👍🏼.

The portion is not big, just enough if you’re not a big eater. Nothing special, the briyani tastes mediocre. Portion of chicken is so so, it’s only 1/8 part of the chicken. The acar / jelatan portion is not enough. Tauhu bakar was good. Papadom was stale, not crunchy at all. Orange juice is blended with pulp and everything. Not my cup of tea. In my personal opinion, i wouldnt come again. Surprised with the 4.1 rating on google.

When i step in to this restaurant, i went straight to the toilet! And guess what? They really taking care of the cleanliness. While washing my hands, i glanced to the kitchen area, very well organised (4 star to that). Hurmm.. Now its time to sit and order coz i am hungry like hell. Caught my eyes on menu, Bariani Gam!!! Yummeh.. But not available at the time we there. So we changed to normal Bariani Kambing and Bariani Daging. Coz, when comes to Bariani.. I dont keen to order chicken. Oh i miss Johore so much! Ok, back to the resto. Friendly waiter i would say. Quick service. Maybe we went during Maghrib. So not many people. When food served, then comes to tasting time. They had a good food served. I had my daging and my partner get his kambing. I chopped a bit of his kambing and hurmmm... 😞. The smell too strong. I mean, kambing smell 😅😅. So potong stim! Huhu. But still my mouth keep chewing my food coz i'm hungry. The portion quite big. So dont order if ur tummy half full 😂😜 jk. The meat very juicy n tasty. Just the kambing smell made me off a bit. Yeah! The food is good. The Sitap Bandung Muar is made of soda, so be aware . Place is kinda small if there's a large crowd. Hope business expands to a bigger place.

Sorry to say, the food I ordered was disappointing. Mee Rebus Johor was tasteless & watery (I had a video to show but unfortunately can't upload here). Laksa Johor had the "fishy" smell & watery too. Price was on the high side, service was slow. I had to wait for 10mins just to get the drinks that I ordered. Concept of the store was to put the onus entirely on the customer...had to queue at counter to order, menu only available at the counter, pay first & then wait for the food. Luckily I don't need to collect the food myself. Will certainly be the only time, sorry no revisit.

27.05.2025 Tuesday 850am, my first time here. I read reviews before coming here. Read that menu will be at the counter where you place orders. Some other customers reviewed and gave suggestions to have individual menus available rather than holding up the queue while deciding what to eat. But they still don't have a separate menu available. I had the nasi lemak Ayam Rendang and white coffee. Everything was RM14. They accepted QR, CC and cash. The ayam rendang was tender, juicy but lacking flavors, could be better. Rice was alright, hot and fragrant with coconut. The sambal was good, spicy with bit of kick. White coffee the first sip I can taste the coffee bitterness. It was a yummy coffee. I was attended by Ameer at the cashier. He explained to me about the cafe when I asked a few questions about it. He was nice and friendly. Yes I will come back again to try other food.

I had nasi lemak with sotong while my Mum had lontong. Price is fairly reasonable and food is warm and nice. The staff paid attention to my order as my mum did not want any chilly for her lontong. Had to que at the counter to order and pay and that took some time as the customers who had que before me couldnt decide on their meal!. Suggestion: to place order list on each table for customers to make their orders and then que to submit their order and pay.

Have always been a follower of fantastic “east coast cuisine” namely terengganu and Kelantanese style restaurants or warung to be specific. Today it felt like I’m in Kelantan and the taste plus flavours felt rightfully so. The patrons were definitely regulars as they were as early as us ( we arrived 11.30 just in case) and they were almost full. By noon a line had already formed and it’s a long wait if you are not prepared. Today we are three person strong hence we did over ordered a bit even though we each had our own set ( they offered superb combo plates). I had my Nasi berlauk with ikan tongkol with over loads of kuah and telor, my partner had Nasi Danang with ikan tongkol gulai and my girl ordered Nasi Kerabu with daging kunyit. I could not resist the ayam ayam perchik with thick coconut sauce drenching the drum sticks. I add on also the daging bakar which was not to my liking ( preferred the warung in kg baru KL, sorry can’t recall the address but they are famous enough to look up on social media). I’m very very curious about their ayam goreng ( noticed two type on display) hence adding on to our ever more reasonable to return for seconds. Price wise it’s totally reasonable hence the popularity but do bring cash in case, unless you have e-wallet . Verdic 👍👍👍 and it’s worth the hype. Again maybe even as early as 11am to avoid the long lines. 😂😂😂😂😂

Good variety of Kelantan dishes. Do expect a very long queue here especially during meal times. The nasi kerabu was just not bad and not the best I've had. The Teh C i ordered was very watered down and tasteless. Seating outdoors can be really hot in the afternoon and I was sweating buckets during my lunch. Best to takeaway or delivery if possible.

If you're searching for authentic Kelantan cuisine in the Shah Alam area, Warung Ambo is a must-visit! The food is truly satisfying, I went on a busy day and there were nearly 30 people in the queue, but trust me, it was worth every minute of waiting. I really fell in love with their Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Dagang, and Nasi Lauk full of rich, traditional flavors that remind you of home. I honestly wish I could have it every day! Their drinks are also great and refreshing, perfect to complement the meal. What makes it even better is they offer a variety of kuih as traditional desserts soft, sweet, and a perfect way to end your meal. It’s not easy to find good traditional kuih these days, so that’s definitely a bonus! Parking is usually okay, but it might be tough during lunch hours. Still, who cares when the food is this good? Perut lebih penting, jalan terus! Highly recommended for lovers of Kelantanese food and authentic local flavors.

Another favourite lunch spot in Glenmarie! I absolutely love their nasi kerabu. The daging bakar is a bit on the chewy and tough side, so not really my favourite, but their sambal paru is sooo good! The place is always packed during lunch hours — a true sign it’s loved by many.

I ordered Nasi Kerabu topped with a variety of fresh ulam, salted egg, keropok, and sambal. Daging bakar was a tad tough but flavorful. Will return for their Laksa kelate and laksam.

A friend of mine asked me to try cendul here. Well, the taste was ok, could repeat if it happened that I crossed the same road. But I will not be craving more for it. It would be good if they could use better gula Melaka. I have paid RM12 for cendul with durian kampung. They have many regular customers as well.

I came here for Cendol and chose cendol durian black thorn (RM20). I got 3 pieces of durian, very creamy, and strong smells. Worth it for me!

A must visit place if you want to try one of famous local foods in Malaysia. Other than durian cendol, they also have other local dishes such as fried char kuew tiow, and rojak.

Pioneer for Cendol Durian. Their cendol durian used to be very good before iy went viral. But sadly not anymore. Even a bit pricey nowadays, hence the durian price.

Yummy and very filling cendol durian. Today they only have D24 durian. You can buy ala carte or set of cendol and rojak/sotong kangkung/tauhu bakar. Very fast service and efficient. The downside of this place is a lot of stray cats and disturbing.

Very hot, stuffy & unkempt condition. Not all the stalls are open knly a few stalls are kn business. Cendol Durian is a scam. Durian provided was hard & not ripe so asked the vendor to replace it which he did but hesitantly. Mee Bandung Muar was decent to fill the hungry stomach. Lots of fly. Cant enjoy my meal in peace here.

I do recommend to students or person who like to eat in large portion! The taste is so so , i like the telur bistik, delicious! However too much vegies wasted. nasi goreng is quite okay , 3 people can share one plate. However I cannot accept the tomyam, it didn’t taste like usual tomyam at any kedai . The price is reasonable. Great for big eaters and for sharing. 1 plate can easily be shared by 3-4 persons. Meat, seafood and veges are fresh, cut into big peices. Owner is really not "kedekut". My plate of nasi goreng usa campur is only RM20. My only wish ia for them to install some fans as it can be quite hot when dining in.

Make sure you are really hungry when come to eat here. The portion of food is really plateful. A single plate could be for 2-3 person. All their menus are good but the drinks are too sweet.

I like the concept of small portion of food for RM 2.20, you can basically try anything off their menu, from laksa to mee kari, to mango sticky rice. Tried their nasi lemak sotong, taste quite decent. Price wise, it's affordable.

You can park anywhere in this area, so no worries. Restaurant is neat and clean. Can choose variety of foods which is interesting. For food some taste good, but some so so. It's equally balance between price and portion. Got dish serve cold, when it should be hot. Maybe because we are the first customer at that time. Btw it's not so big problem. For drinks, we had Sirap Ice, Ice Lemon Tea, and Bandung. Everything we tried was tasty. The atmosphere and decor were fine, but it was difficult to find parking because there are many restaurants nearby. We may come back to try other dishes.

Nice spacious double shoplot premise and not as packed as the competitor behind. Good variety of choices. We had the nasi goreng paprik seafood, smokey grilled chicken with fried rice, nasi ayam and nasi putih with sweet kicap chicken (sorry, forgot the name of the dish). All were flavorful; fried rice ada "wok hei". Drinks were a bit sweet so next time gotta ask for kurang gula. You order first at the counter and then pay after you're done eating. Anything that needs frying or grilling will need to wait a bit more. We were almost done with the nasi ayam and ayam in kicap manis before the other two dishes got served. Carpark may be a bit tricky during peak hours.

We ordered set daging salai for 2-3pax ,so far daging soft,sambal moderate spicy .. our rice still got leftover because only 2 of us eating,i think the lauk not enough for 3 people have to order extra.

Unlike previously, this time, I hv to gv 2* instead of 5* . I hv come to this restaurant few times bcz of the food. (No questions about that). The only advice I would highly recommend for improvement, is never to let your customers wait for too long without even being noticed and acknowledged, when you have your waiters walking around (sometimes in group) that they had to call for the waiters and in my case, I had to go straight to the cashier/counter after several attempts. Upon telling what happened, nooooo apology or even a sign of remorse. Your food could go far but be careful with your services bcz words of mouth do spread fast. All and all, your food save me from my disdainfulness.

My wife said her fish and chips was good and my son said his spaghetti was also good. I didn't particularly like my oxtail soup. A bit salty to me. Place and atmosphere was good. Beautiful. Well kept. Service good. Staff is attentive and immediately responded. Good place And I hope they get better.

One of the best Japanese restaurants in Klang Valley in terms of decor and atmosphere. The lakeside setting, visible through large picture windows, lends an aura of peace and tranquility to the dining area. The Sunday lunch all-you-can-eat buffet is popular and includes the popular Japanese favourites - sashimi, sushi, teppanyaki, tempura, Donburi, a few noodle dishes, seafood and desserts. Everything ranges between decent to good. Quality and freshness is not an issue here. My recommendations would include the Braised Buri (Yellowtail) with Daikon and the Grilled Unagi. Tempura items have to be ordered and are delivered to the table piping hot and cruncy. Service is attentive and friendly. Kudos to the service team for an excellent job.

Had lunch at Kogetsu last Friday. We enjoyed their set lunch with grilled beef and sushi rolls. The food was fresh, well-prepared, and portioned just right. Especially the tender beef and neatly done sushi. The ambience remains one of its key charms. With serene pond-side window seating that adds a calm, nostalgic touch despite the slightly dated decor. Service was mostly excellent; staff were friendly and attentive. Hemaa standing out for her patience and helpfulness. However, the assistant manager came across as curt, which slightly affected the overall experience. Prices are on the higher side, but reflect the long-standing reputation and quality of this classic Japanese restaurant.

Very overrated place. Food menu doesn’t seem very authentic, seems very localized. Food is very overpriced and basic. Taste is very underwhelming and disappointing. Paid for high price I couldn’t even finish half the food. Atmosphere is not bad. Service is very local, not attentive not on par for such restaurant in a hotel. Couldn’t even explain or recommend the menu well. Will definitely discourage anyone from visiting.

Very Mediterranean vibes from outside landscape to the inside dining area. Warm n cosy place to gather either in small groups or large gatherings. Foods are served warmed. N in large portions as in the Arab size. Lamb is tender. Juice are pure. Will come again for sure.

Our first time here, as it was recommended by our real estate agent, as she new I like Mediterranean cuisine. The menu is amazing large, with lots of options to choose from. The appetizer was awesome. Plenty of food and prices are very reasonable. The inside is huge with lots of servers, and the ambiance is nice. The bathroom, however, needed some extra attention. Sadly, most restaurants fail to pay special attention to that important area. The fresh sajj bread was super delicious and very fresh. The only disappointment was the dessert I ordered Mamoul with pistachio, which was super dry and did not taste as good as the one I had before in the USA. I will sure come again.

There's a variety of Malay lauk here. We were here during lunch time, and it was packed. Luckily, managed to find a table. The prices here ikut hati, I think. For two plates of nasi lauk (per picture) with teh o ais and ais kosong, only RM31. The satay, however, was a bit expensive. 5 batang ayam dan daging, dah RM21.90. Satay is meaty, but the kuah kacang is a bit cair.

Spacious seating, fast service, and consistent taste. Always a great place to bring family or guests who want to try authentic Malaysian food.

The price is really expensive. They charged RM32 for just one plate, which only included a piece of fried siakap, a small portion of nangka curry, and salted egg. Restaurant Azira is much more affordable and offers better value for money.

Well you have to secure the seat first then go and get your table. So not easy for those who come here eat alone. Tha Roti Canai Sarang Buring was ok but like another person who reviewed...maybe i to wish the middle part of the dish also have bit of roti base then can enjoy it further. The dhal / curry / sambal was more on the liquidy side ... Im more of a thicker consistency. But the satay there is good better than Willy Satay lately

It's much better than non-hotel dim sum restaurants. The food has higher quality and fancier. There is a view of lake just outside the restaurant. This is a relaxing and higher end dim sum restaurants. Good for family.

We were there for a birthday dinner. Staff were attentive! The manager was attentive and gave a good recommendation of dishes. We ordered 7 dishes, 6 dishes were delicious. However, one dish - noodles was a bit disappointed. Bland taste and noodles are too soft to our liking.

come across this restaurant when we are looking for iftar place. google review not bad. so we went there and try set dishes for 2 people: 1) ikan siakap kerabu mangga - nice and cruncy! 2) soft tofu - nice 3) tomyam seafood - normal taste for me nothing extra. many fishball and mushroom instead of 'seafood'. but appreciate they put crab legs 😊 4) sotong grg tepung (add on rm28 for small portion) 5) sirap ice service fast even though iftar time staff friendly and always responsive got toilet and place for prayer i will repeat again to try other dishes

The restaurant has 2 level, ground floor suitable for quick meal the environment not so comfortable and a bit stuffy, level 1 is fully air conditioned and comfortable. When we dine there we actually didn’t know they have 2 level and the waiter didn’t even tell us. 5 of us squeezed on the “biggest” table accommodating 4 chairs, surrounded by not-so-clean aquariums. We didn’t even have enough space to put all the food we ordered. Only after eating when making payment they told us can pay upstairs and I was like mehhhhh…. The food taste ok, Tomyam very nice. Other than Tomyam majority of the food are actually Chinese style. i would rather say its chinese restaurant than naming it thai restaurant. majority food we ordered taste good except the kerabu mango which taste too simple only sourness.

Recently visited Restoran Orkid Thai and had the pleasure of trying their Deep Fried Sotong and Yong Zhou Fried Rice. The deep-fried sotong was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly complemented by the dipping sauce which had a nice balance of sweet and spicy. The Yong Zhou Fried Rice was flavorful, with a good mix of vegetables, shrimp, and a satisfying touch of wok hei. The portion size was generous, and the flavors were spot-on. Overall, a solid choice for Thai food lovers looking for a satisfying meal with great service. Would definitely recommend it!

One of my favourite place for salted egg squid. It's really good. Crispy, not too sweet or spicy. Just nice The kangkung belacan also very good. Spicy with loads of belacan. Not too salty. The fried rice also really good with wok hey. The portion is huge, making the price kinda reasonable. Fast & friendly service Recommended

Cuma.. i am not fond of the surrounding of the restaurant itself and the odour inside. If u sit at level bawah, face the aquarium and uknow that aquarium smell and plus not too pleasing to the eyes. Upstairs, aircond is okay, but has this unpleasant smell which i do not know where it came from. Dining experience i would rate 2/5 so sorry! And plus restaurant was empty! We were like the only customer tho upstairs 😂. I think if the owner can consider upgrading renovations of the restaurant itself, words of mouth will fly fast of how good their resto is. This restaurant is our family's favorite since many years ago. All the foods are delicious, we'd order 2 plates each. There's surau and toilet too in the restaurant. Perfect for family dine out.

Food prices are marked up a little but it's fine, the life sized dinosaurs are pretty cool. There's also a small playground inside which is in a fair condition. Service is really good, staff are very hospitable and kid friendly, if you know what I mean haha. Food is just average.

We ordered 6 main dishes with 2 side dishes. All main dishes are good especially he sizzling Nasi Lemak. The curry would be poured upon serving the dish and it’s great! The sharing of platter with popcorn chicken, oyster mushroom and white bait is good too. Rendang chicken of the kerabu rice is fragrant but a bit spicy for kids. Ayam rempah is perfect for kids. The signature Jumbo herb drinks is cooling and good for the sharing of 2. During our visit, the mascot of Dino appeared and kids really enjoyed the company.

Food was average. Dinosaur theme would appeal to kids, nearby play area is a bonus although would prefer to have seatings and food served nearer to play area. I would say service from Jay earned the 5 stars. He basically seated us, took our orders, served the food, came check on us and went to the payment desk to get our bill when no one else bothered. I saw he was also clearing the tables in between so it seems like a one man show. Very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed when they didn't have what we ordered from the menu (twice!!) but Jay gave really good customer service. Not sure where are the other staff but he's definitely a credit there.

I went here for a steak today, a rib eye steak to be exact. Awful would be an understatement. Its disgusting. The meat was not fresh and so tough I couldn't even chew and finish the meal. My brother had a chicken chop, also didn't satisfying. The chicken had no seasoning whatsoever, only plain chicken that was mildly cooked. It had a mediocre BBQ (?) sauce to accompany it with, but still not very good. I won't come here again.

Food is really really tasty, should try the chicken chop sizzling - rm17+, yummy. The person (en. mail) that serve our food is really nice, he waited for us to finish our food since we came here a bit late (because we can't find any food stall that serve about 10pm).

The atmosphere in the village are great and green. But the foods there are very dissapointed. They dont have varieties of seafood or the meat selections. Udang kecil (anak udang) Daging terlalu liat untuk di kunyah. Even a dog can’t chew those meat. The tomyam pun tasteless. Taste like tap water. Their dipping sauces dont taste as good to cover up all the dissapointment with the foods. Please improve.

Went here for a break fast with my family and wasn’t entirely disappointed. The foods selection (for steamboat) was pretty much like what you see in a regular yong tau foo stall. Sadly some of it smells kinda fishy 🤢. Tomyam soup for steamboat was not thick, instant noodle tomyam Maggie tastes better lol. There are other food selections like white rice, fried noodles, porridge, etc. Besides that everything was great. Surau is provided too. The ambience is indeed family friendly and do expect to be approached by cute cats too 😻

All the foods are good i very like the chicken chop…i’ll be there for iftar…even you are very hungry but just chicken chop will make you full because the portion very big….and the junior spaghetti is similliar size like the normal one….but i just lil bit turn off with the meatball because it feel like cheap meatball not tasty at all…Everything was okay, but if possible, I hope there could be better control over the outside sellers. At first, it seemed alright, but then it got a bit overwhelming ,almost every minute, someone would come and offer us something to buy, even though we were already seated inside the air-conditioned restaurant.We understand they’re trying to earn a living, and we don’t want to stop anyone’s livelihood, but honestly, it made us feel a bit uncomfortable and awkward to keep rejecting them.I hope the restaurant can find a more effective solution for this. I came by the restaurant quite late at around 11:30PM. Asked one of the waitress if I could still dine in and the answer was yes. I ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara while my wife ordered the Black Pepper Steak. In my opinion. The taste are quite nice and enjoyable. It does have a few drawbacks and so on but overall pretty great. As for the atmosphere I don't really get the sense of anything being in the restaurant. Its neither good nor bad. Good stuff. *Chef kiss*

Overall, the meal was underwhelming with little to entice a return.Tom Yum: The broth lacked depth, the paste wasn’t robust, while the lime and coriander notes were overly pronounced, masking the essential tom yum balance. Kailan Ikan Masin: The dish was weighed down by excessive starch, resulting in an unappealing, gloopy sauce where the signature salted fish flavour was virtually absent. Crab Meat Omelette: Disappointingly ordinary, resembling a standard omelette with only sparse bits of crab leg, offering no real lift in flavour. Salted Egg Squid: Failed to deliver the addictive richness one expects; the coating was flat and lacked that satisfying sweet-savoury punch. On top of that, being charged for the “complimentary” tidbits left a sour impression. It felt misleading and added to the overall dissatisfaction.

Price is slightly high compare to other, but portion and quality still okay. Not over salty or sweet. Tomyam soup not bad. They serve the rice by putting how much you want in your plate, very Thai style. Claypot toufu not much of taste, but full of other vege like cauliflower, mushroom and carrots. Staffs are all friendly.

Serai Restaurant in Shah Alam seems to have experienced a decline in food quality compared to its previous standards. The food taste not as good as it look. The service appears lacking with unfriendly staff on 14th January 2024. While the prices are reasonable and the ambiance is decent, the overall experience seems to be compromised in difficulty to find parking spot before 9pm. It might be worth to visits during off-peak hours to ease the parking struggle.

The butter prawn was good and portion was big for three people. It was reasonably priced too. The tomyam is just okay ish.

This restaurant has been here for so long! BUT the food is still delicious as always. Quality 💯 I had the Pad Thai, Deep Fried Squid, Deep Fried Fish with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Kerabu Mangga, Thai Iced Tea, and fried vegetables. Don't get too much rice on your plate as the side dishes are A LOT! Even standard/smaller portions is quite a lot. Highly recommended for you to make a reservation for public holidays and weekends as its quite packed. A lot of people come here to eat. Cash and card payments are both available here. The restaurant also provides high chairs for babies if you need it.

The lunch time deal is amazing and really is value for money. We went this afternoon, and for RM14.90, you have a choice of a Main Meal (which is the same size as the ala carte you’d order for dinner) + Tom yum soup + Herbal Tea. The Tom yum soup was flavourful and punchy, and there were loads of mushrooms in it. I had expected a thin soup with no vege; so this exceeded my expectations. Herbal drink was delicious and interesting. Served in a huge stein. I had the pad Thai and hubby had the basil fried mince with rice. Both were very delicious. Super happy to have found this spot.

Had been eating at this restaurant for numerous years but this round I found that the food was too salty especially the Kam Heong prawns and vegetables. The staff agreed and replaced another plate of vegetables. The pandan chicken didn’t marinate properly, certain bites were salty too. Fortunately, the fish and Tom yum were good. The staff are friendly and polite, prices are affordable. Hopefully they will maintain the quality and cut down on salt. Updated 28/8/2024 - as usual the 3 tastes fish was good, steamed squid and wild fern were done to perfection. The Kam Heong chicken was very salty while the steamed eggs was opposite , totally tasteless. I think the Kam Heong paste needs to adjusted. Steamed eggs was overcooked, so the texture was rough. Hope can look into the Kam Heong paste and also the timing of steaming the eggs.

Came here a few times and was quite satisfied with the stuff here. Workers will help you open the door once you enter the restaurant and assist you to a table. Staff will kindly reccomend you some dishes that are popular when you're out of your mind. Loved their pandan chicken as it is well cooked and have some aroma when you bite it, pineapple fried rice was alright too. The clear soup seafood tomyam was one of my favourites as it had that spicy, sour and sweet taste all into your mouth at once. We ordered some deserts when we were done eating. The mango sticky rice was alright, like some other normal thai cusines but i liked their ruby iced thing (forgotten the name). It was refreshing after eating all those spicy 'n sour foods. One of the best thai cusine i've ever eaten.

Very delicious self service restaurant so you can take a lot of rice. Super delicious patin tempoyak! Their spicy fermented durian paste is super fragrant and tasty with rice. They have many many malay dishes including both vegetables and meats! The price is super reasonable in my opinion. Lots and lots of office workers come here for lunch so watch out for the lunch time rush!

Food is good, food presentation also good. However, I am not sure if the servers are well trained, something the owner must think about the server’s way of serving. Double storey restaurant at the corner of the shop lot. Strategic area with many parking lot. So suitable to chilling with families or friends at a quite silent atmosphere. Simple decoration but the toilet so nice, feeling like a toilet in the hotel at Bali.. The foods and drinks are good but my cappuccino feeling like more milk foam. We ordered Bbq Chicken Pizza, not cheap yes we know, in the menu it said special made sauce. Funnily we got the pizza with normal cheap bottled chilli sauce. What a joke! We ate anyway... after waiting for more than 30 minutes and end up with more like instant pizza🤣🤣 and bland lamb fried rice. Teh tarik also too sweet and to hard on the tea powder. Apart from a good place for chit chat, the food mostly sucks. By the way we just live in the nearby neighbourhood, and the food at Pine 38 used to be much better taste.

We came during lunch hour and there were a lot of people so we sat upstairs. The order process is online scan via qr code. The service is okay for me. The environment is just normal nothing wow experience eating here. The restaurant is clean. However I did not have the pleasure of experience eating here. New emergence of a delicious chicken rice shop. serve a variety menu of Chinese style chicken rice food along with some local and western delight. All the food in the menu was served on point, the owner really knows about the delicious ingredients of each product, generous portions and lastly not overpriced. Really giving a good competitor to establish a brand, hope they start to expand inside the shopping complex.

One of the affordable yet tasty Korean restaurants. Location is a little bit hidden, it's at the back row of shop lots, behind Lebai Dollah restaurant. The place is not crowded. The service is fast and friendly with modest menu selection and generous portion. Free appetizers come in 6 small plates, with varieties which include kimchi, vegetables, pickles, nut & anchovies, etc. Galbi Tang beef soup tastes good. The Ramen is served in a generous big bowl. Been to this restaurant few times, so far this place never dissapoints us.

I went to this restaurant for the first time on a Saturday. It was still early for lunch, around 12PM. Unfortunately, the restaurant was hosting a wedding reception with the invited guests inside. No empty tables. I had to wait for another 30 minutes before I could sit. The alfresco tables emptied quickly. Note to self, make sure to go only when it isn't a school holiday. I ordered a plate of nasi mandy with chicken. Side dishes include salad, a bowl of soup, and some pickled vegetables. I didn't have to wait long. The food was delicious and very filling. Truly filling because I didn't eat anything for dinner. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who want a good Arabic meal.

Highly recommended. We had medium tray nasi kabsah lamb for rm45. It can suit for 3 pax. A jug of iced milo rm15, fries rm5, hummus & bread rm8.50. This place fits for 300 pax or more i think at one time. They also serve some deserts like ice cream, cakes, etc. Nice ambience. Definitely come back to try other menu.

Been here quite sometimes ago. Foods were good and very tasty. Cool and pleasant ambience with nice decorations. We ate a medium plate of rice for 2 with a piece of chicken and lamb served with soup, vege and chilli paste at a price of RM45. All in plus warm and mineral water is RM51.20. Price is quite reasonable coz the portion is quite big and could be eaten by 3 or 4 person. Fully recommended to all arab food lovers.

My favourite Nasi Arab in Shah Alam! Today we were having their lamb, and mint tea. Sorry guys I forgot the menu names. We ate for 4 people and it cost about RM77. Just nice for our dinner portion.

Visited Pak Li Kopitiam at Seksyen 13 recently, and it was a mixed experience. The food was just average—not particularly flavorful or memorable. Had a sudden urge for a good nasi lemak but didn't want to drive too far from home, googled and found a top 10 list, one of which is this place. They have a QR scan to order but it didn't work on my phone, but service staff were very responsive and took my order. A good nasi lemak should be judged on it's purity of taste, so I ordered the biasa version, no extra chicken to affect the taste test. Verdict? The nasi lemak was indeed lemak, it came with 1 whole egg, not half egg that you get from most other places, the ikan bills and kacang was enough for the portion, and the sambal had the right balance of spiciness and sweetness. At RM6.50, this nasi lemak is worth every mouthful. The drink (assam limau) was a bit on the pricey side but it was a big cup so I'll let that one slide. Intrigued by the Katong laksa I saw on the menu (I grew up in Katong, Singapore). This will be tested on my next visit back to Pak Li Kopitiam). Selamat makan!

Very limited selection of food. Taste was okay. Could have used less oil on the kueyteow. They forgot to pour coconut milk in our cendol. After reminding them, they poured it on top of our half melted cendol and it wasn't good.

Nasi Ayam + Kicap + Sayur - Didn't give me Sayur🥹 Overall taste okay, much better than most Malay chicken rice, at least ingredients are fresh. The taste and quality is worth the price, abt RM 9 ± so not gonna be picky.

Overall it was a good meal of nasi ayam. For improvement, i would suggest the chicken to be more juicy and the rice to be more flavourful. Cempedak goreng is great.

I ordered nasi ayam. It doesn't taste so good nor is it so bad. The sauce tastes bland. I tried to put more to improve the taste but nothing happened 😆. The soup that comes with the set tastes ok. Nasi ayam pak mal, since 2010 untill now. Regular customer here, from bfast, lunch till dinner. The special i guess is the sambal.

I love the interior deco as it gives off a cosy vibe. Food is above average, though slightly on the pricey side. The Korean spicy noodle was a delight. Chicken and pork chop is good. Signature nasi lemak is good too. Plain water is "self service" and it's from a filtered water machine - I forgot whether it was Coway or Cuckoo.

I love the hot matcha latte here. But I didn’t enjoy the big breakfast much. The sausage was so salty, and the beans were added with oregano herbs so tasted weird for me. And bread was kinda soggy and cold. I left them unfinished unfortunately and felt regret for wasting the food. But I was not able to finish them. Deco was kinda nice, and you can order from the table. But the sounds insulation was so poor, and it became too unbearable noisy. The sound bounced so much until it was so difficult to hold a proper conversation without straining our ears and talk even louder to be heard. The moment the tables and chairs were dragged on the floor, the sound really made my ears so uncomfortable. So we left soon after.

The local café provides a decent dining experience. The Americano has a good, solid texture that coffee lovers will appreciate. The pesto pasta is enjoyable, with noodles cooked just right and a flavorful sauce. The fried chicken chop is nicely crispy, though the black pepper sauce is somewhat plain. It's a cozy spot that's worth a visit if you're in the area.

The local neighbourhood café which serves an array of brunch to asian fusion + local fare. I've always liked their Nasi Lemak Goreng even before their move from the Jalan Anggerik Vanilla row but lately it's served slightly oily. Their weekend-only curry noodles is one of the recommended and still our family's favourite 👍

Our first time here, and my kids absolutely loved it! I enjoyed the pesto pasta, and the serving was generous. My son absolutely loved the chicken chop he ordered, and was requesting for another plate. Fish and chips were below average, we might not be ordering this again. I personally enjoyed their liquor Tiramisu Cake, and my kids loved the brownies. Would surely come again, to try more from their menu.

Had late lunch with my family, the food was good! Fast service and the food was fresh, but it was a no no for Buttermilk chicken, the gravy was runny and taste pretty bad. Hopefully you guys can fix for that one, but overall. Taste was ok. We tried roti kacang pool, asam pedas, nasi ambeng & cendol for dessert, recommended to order nasi ambeng & roti kacang pool. Not strategically located, but with google map help it would be easy to find it. Overall it was a satisfactory.

We ordered mee bandung and kacang pool. Both are delicious. Its hard to find a place that can serve kacang pool as tasty as they do it here. Definitely will come again.

You will have different opinion on different menu and price. I had nice RM7.00 Nasi Ayam Butter Meleleh (comes with free Teh O Ais) and the portion is suit to what I paid even though the glass for Teh O Ais is quite small. My wife having different opinion whereby Nasi Putih Sotong Goreng Kunyit she had is not meeting the expectation and Limau Ais Asam Boi (only 2 pieces of Asam Boi added into) was pricey as we have to pay for RM4.00. Further more, the Tauhu Bakar was average but expensive. Overall, for someone look into big portion of food with cheaper price, this place is a big NO.

Laksa Johor’s broth is nice but the portion seems too small for the price of rm9.90. Mee Rebus taste okay just not as expected the usual mee rebus serve with some crunchy fried cucur. The taste is okay just the food is a bit pricey with small portion but the drinks is in reasonable price.

Explore new place for breakfast this morning with hubby. I like their atmosphere, simple deco but aesthetic, many gerai selling different type of food in one area, its pretty. location easy to spot & easy to get parking. Variety food for breakfast from kuih muih (dlm bekas), many types of roti bakar, cucur bawang, lempeng, drinks and many more. Reasonable price comes with prompt service. Very good. I like it.

Went here for dinner. Family of 5. This is a small stall with plenty of seatings (outside area) where you order at the counter and take the food once they are ready. Located at the end of road inside a taman perumahan area. Parking is available and free. Some area are well lit, some are a bit dark. Beware of small ants, mosquitoes and kerengga (weaver ant). We changed seat due to kerengga attack. We had soto (typical soto taste, lots of chicken), lempeng (thick and the sambal is bit pedas) and maggi goreng. Foodwise, plenty of selection but the taste is average. Price is cheap and affordable. This warong is suitable for couple that likes to have privacy and feeling outdoorly.

Come here at night to visit Kopi Pantun and the hot cocoa with kueytiaw goreng telur mata is a jahat combination if u know what i mean. Their customer service is really helpful once bcs i called to notify them if i misplaced my purse here. Super nice, friendly and helpful

It's an open space... There are 4 stalls if I'm not mistaken... I choose to buy from warungdahan and drinks from warung tiga Lima. Price for food in warung dahan is a bit pricey, but big potion... Taste is good if you buy lontong darat. Lontong just ok... Edit : I came for the 2nd time.. lined up for about 15mins...urghhh frustrated... But once I reach the counter, it takes about 1mins to get the food... BUT.... To order the Drink, you have to line up again at another warong...which is a seriously annoying process to line up again for a few minutes... I took mineral water from my car and that's it... I hope they will have a different system just to order drinks ...Only for drinks ..

Nice views and ambience. Food service a bit slow during weekend due to lots of customer. Lontong so - so. Grannies nasi dagang nice but i have tasted better nasi dagang. Telur roti goyang was good too. Bihun goreng nice but served cool.nasi lemak kampung also good but the gravy quite spicy. If you need straw purchase your drink in main warung not beside them cause they dont provide straw.

Not too shabby, I didn't know that place existed at first haha. Happened to go there as my friend just open up a Char Kuew Teow stall there (Recommended btw). For me, it's a chill area to hang around and eat some good food. Not too many options tho, but I guess that's the point as the crowd there was just "good" number for the area. It's not an all out food stall where 100 of people can be there, just a few bench, stools, tables and chair for a quite brizzy catch up sessions with friends. They have other foods like Nasi Lemak, Chicken Tenders, Nachos Chips, Spicy Ramen, Ayam Geprek, Burgers, Pancakes and drinks. Price ? Affordable around Shah Alam.

Amazing food, generally I was quite happy, the fungi risotto, quattro stagioni pizza and lasagna were spot on! Risotto for me is the dish of the day, you should try it. Perhaps my complaint would be the lighting in parking area, could be improved because right now it's too dim.

An Italian restaurant inside Saujana Hotel. It is a nice restaurant beside a large pond. Food is priced at fine dining level but the taste has not disappointed. The ambience is a plus. Nice decorations, live slow music, etc. Lighting can be better as it can be glaring. It's not too crowded although there are people eating. It's a fair bit of walk from hotel lobby.

Was well taken care of by Theva (whom I assume is the maitre'D). Food was good, the sequence of delivery was timed nicely and we even had some dinner roll to mop up our pasta gravy after main course. 5/5 will surely return.

Excellent Christmas dinner. The food was perfect, the service was exemplary and the restaurant itself is beautiful and well run. Santa made an appearance and there were carolers too. Live music throughout the meal (the singer has an amazing voice) and everyone at our table was delighted with their experience. The wine was good, the food was good, everything was good. Beautiful restaurant with courteous workers and waiters. The food came within minutes and we really enjoyed the mix platter with rice, lamb and chicken. The lemon mint juice was not that tasty. It was easy to talk, despite many occupied tables. Parents with young children, toddlers should be placed in family corner just like in middle east. So that other guests can have a meaningful meal time and less noise to be fair.

First time coming here with my colleagues for lunch. The Yemeni dishes was spectacular and delicious. I wish to repeat again surely in the future. Really recommended.

Fu Rin offers an exclusive vibe with beautiful interior design and spacious seating. It’s located in Glenmarie Golf Club so it’s not much crowd, hence you get the exclusive feeling. All the staffs are great, especially Akram-who provide us with tip top service ! Shout out to you, Akram, for doing a great job. The food was just okay, could be better. I’d say this place is a 5-star for the environment and service.

First visit here for Sunday high tea buffet. Thoroughly enjoyed the spread of Japanese dishes, especially the freshly live- station prepared prawn tempura and teppanyaki grilled seafood of salmon and tiger prawns, as well as the grilled beef slices which were tender and non-chewy.The sashimi and oysters were fresh, and the cold soba noodle, Japanese pickles and baby octopus were flavourful and delicious. Dessert tasted great, but spread is limited.Also missing is the all important hot beverage of tea or coffee at the end of the meal! Layout and seating are spacious and comfortable, contributing to the relaxed ambience of the place. High marks for pleasant and attentive staff. Overall, a highly satisfying lunch experience.

Had lunch with family on Nusul al Quran day, ordered a salmon teppanyaki bento, a beef teppanyaki bento and a vege tempura. The food was so good that my boy gave 10/10 for his meal. The teppanyaki were very flavourful, and tempura was airy and clean tasting. Service was attentive, kudos to Akram for making us feel being well taken care of. This is a hidden gem.

Having Japanese High Tea buffet here. Adult RM98++ (RM113.70 after tax) per pax. Service from the staff are really attentive and efficient. They never fail to continuously refill those food wherever almost run out even premium food which is very generous. Food quality is premium especially their Oyster, Tiger Prawns & Sashimi Salmon belly. Not to forget the teppanyaki section which include Beef, Tiger Prawns, Salmon, Mussels & Mix Vegetable. I would rate 4.5 star for the food as the dessert and ice cream not meeting expectation. Ice cream is very sweet and only limited choices. Environment is cozy and comfort. Parking is free of charge and easy accessible.

This was my second time dining here, and the food was exceptional—fresh, hot, and well-prepared. Most of us had the beef teppanyaki, maki rolls and also the tempura moriwase The host and waiter were both highly attentive and professional. Newly renovated Jap restaurant Fu-Rin now serves buffet lunch on Sundays at rm98++. Food is good and very fresh with a good selection. Interior is nice and cozy ambience. Staff are very attentive and friendly too. Will definitely come here again.

Very unique pasar malam. Biggest in Malaysia. One stretch of halal and another non halal. Awesome experience and very Malaysian styles lots of choice for food as well. And many unique food. A happy Malaysian ambiance. Suitable for kids and families. At least 8 asam laksa stalls or spam balik or Thai food.

One of the longest pasar Malam/night market at Malaysia , open every Saturday from 4:30pm onwards till late at night , there’s Malay and Chinese section . More for street food , fruits , etc .

Visited Setia Alam Night Market in the late afternoon, and the place was already crowded even before it got dark. It’s one of the biggest night markets in Malaysia, and honestly a fun place to explore, especially if you’re into street food. I tried the Milk Tea (Teh Ice) from the Chang Xiang Kopi stall, which is marked as one of their top sellers. I got the big size for RM6. It was creamy, not overly sweet, and had that classic strong tea flavor. They brew it traditionally using the sock filter, which gives it that thick and smooth taste. Definitely refreshing in the hot weather. I also picked up a nasi lemak from one of the food stalls. The rice was nice, sambalnya spicy but still enjoyable, and the fried chicken was crispy and flavorful. Pretty generous portion and worth the price. Then I had a bowl of noodle soup. The soup had a light savory broth, not too salty, and the noodles were soft but not soggy. It came with some simple toppings, and overall was comforting and tasty. This night market is really long and filled with food options, from classic Malaysian dishes to snacks with Thai and Korean twists. There are also stalls selling clothes, accessories, and little trinkets. If you enjoy street food and don’t mind walking a bit while hunting for good bites, this market is a great spot to visit. Just make sure to come hungry!

This is probably the longest pasar malam in Malaysia, if I'm not mistaken. I visited on a rainy Saturday at 8pm. It’s massive, with tons of stalls and an amazing variety of food. The market is divided into non-halal and halal sections—non-halal at the front, and halal towards the end. I only tried a few stalls this time: Tamagoyaki (玉子烧) – delicious. Fried oyster (蚝煎) – overcooked and too dry, not tasty. Will definitely come back again to try more next time!"

Somewhat famous roast meats place, but tucked away far from central Klang Valley. Known for char siew, which I can see why, it's the fatty type with thick glaze that is properly charred. Not bad, but not my favourite, not a lot of meat to chew on, mostly fats. Siew yok not bad also, only complaint is the cut is very inconsistent, some thick chunks and some super thin pieces. Chicken normal, can skip. They serve San Pellegrino for some reason ... but no chinese tea.

Finally I get to savour the famous char siew here. When I arrived around 2.30pm there was no queue and the restaurant was half full. So I ordered a plate of their famous char siew rice. I requested for char siew head and my request was kindly acknowledged. What I noticed when I walked into the restaurant was that there were no char siew hanging at the front cutting counter like many other famous roast meat shops. Instead I had a glimpse of all those cut up char siew on a tray ready to be served. My verdict on the food is the char siew was spot on in terms of taste - right caramelized texture and not too sweet. The oil rice though was not fragrant enough. The portion of the char siew was good size. The soup served with the meal was good too as it had pork meat & was well cooked. One thing to note is that they only accept cash - no TNG no online bank transfer ! Would I go again ? Probably when I’m near the area.

19th September 2025 - We visited this restaurant due the Mixed Rice shop was closed. Basically, we ordered 2 plates of Char Siu and Siew Yok rice and drinks. I personally felt the Char Siu just okay and the Siew Yok is not good. It have been over rated and slightly pricey, the Ulu Pudu shop near Wisma PGRM is better.

I ate here since it open I think more than 20 years ago. Happen to pass by and eat again. Charsiu one of the best. Price on premium side. No chinese tea. Soup is provided. For the price is high but the deliciousness meet the price. Boss is always friendly guy still fit and handsome. Cash only.

Corner shop restaurant specialising in roasted chicken, siew yoke and char siew pork. Their famous standout dish was the char siew which kinda melts in your mouth but the fat to lean meat ratio is a bit too high for me. The chicken rice and wanton noodle are not too bad. Parking can be a big difficult.

Their noodle are the fine type similar to vermicelli. I find both the sauce used for the noodle and roast duck to be too sweet for my liking. Price here are on the high side too.

Over priced and over rated. The char siew were mostly fats and felt jelak as I bite it. Coffee peng at RM5 is over killed.
