For a highly reviewed resto was expecting more. Out of what we ordered The only thing i liked was the chicken. The mayon pasta was meh 🫤. Pizza was unavailable to think it was only 6ish at the time and on a weekend they should have anticipated the orders. Overall i think it just a hype.

Their food is great. I love the fries, it does taste like potatoes but other type of breadfruits. The restaurant is not crowded at all, suitable for friends to talk or business meetings. However, the portions are small

I didn't have photos to post but it's our first time here in the cafe and surprisingly, there were only few people so it was really quiet. The food is 💯💯💯 The service is nice too. The crew is very kind. The aircon is cool too. Was surprised that the building seems old but their facilities are up to date. Their comfort rooms are also clean and functional.

Pinangat 110 PHP Pili Pie 110 PHP Rice 35 PHP Complimentary water The pinangat was amazing. It was my first time trying it and the coconut milk flavour is my favorite. Pili pie was a bit on the drier and harder side. And it came off the crust. But it tasted good too. Would have liked if it was a bit more moist and soft though. The atmosphere and staff are both outstanding! Loved my experience there.

A cosy cafe with quite good food. What I really liked was their fried fish, fried squid, pinangat and kandingga. What was also interesting was that they had pasta made with local flavours and we tried their Laing pasta and Bicol express pasta. Love the fusion concept. The mango crepes was a nice way to end our lunch.

Consistent taste and food portion size over the years. This is the best place to eat good food in Albay, in my opinion. There were so many restaurants of the same kind, but small talk café really meets and exceeds expectations. This restaurant prepares high quality food that satisfies your cravings. Well DONE.

It's a good place to have your refreshments with one of Pinoy's favorite merienda - halo-halo. I like the contrast of cheese against the sweetness of the halo-halo. Ice is also shaved thinly. It doesn't have a lot of ingredients but is flavorful still. Value for money: 👍👍👍 Taste: 😋😋😋

The service is super slow, which is understandable since we're in a pandemic. But to wait for 30mins+ for siopao??? Also, when we asked why it's taking so long, they told us they're steaming the siopao. But when those buns were served, they are room temperature. 😒 The halo-halo is always good. It's the service that's super slow and really annoying. The place is also not that well maintained. If you go here, make sure to take with you plenty of patience. And don't go when you're already hungry.

Four Seasons Restaurant has been one of our go-to restaurants here in Legazpi since 2013. And this was only my second time eating here in SM Legazpi (I've tried all their branches in Albay), and luckily, the amount of serving did not disappoint! Their bestselling soy chicken is a 10/10, as always. It's sweet and tangy. The pancit is so-so, 5/10. The sweet and sour pork is a 6/10 because you can taste the starch from the meat. The chopsuey is too bland for me, so a 5/10. I always prefer their branch near Gaisano and Yashano because it's really giving off that Chinese restaurant vibe, unlike here it's too cramped.

The place is cozy and nice but the time of serving is too slow. It will take 20-30 minutes of waiting. The soup is really delicious, the fried chicken 🍗 seems to change taste not as good as before or maybe just this branch.

We had our mini family reunion dinner there. Ordered our favourite seasons chicken, chopsuey, lomi, siomai, sandwhich, and white rice. The chicken with the sauce and the chopsuey were delicious. The rice needs improvement, though, and the lomi was a bit undercooked. The kids enjoyed their siomai. Staff were friendly. The service was great.

The waitress who took our order seemed not happy with her job. On the other hand, we were very happy with the large servings of the dishes. Maybe we got accustomed to Chinese restos in MMla where "small" meant very small. Here, "small" is large! The Shanghai chicken is superb. Looking like adobo, it has a hint of delectable herbs and the coating is uniquely crunchy and delicious. The meatball soup was meaty and full of vegetables. We will surely return to this place next time we go to Legazpi.

I spent 30mins for waiting to get table, they got the order at that time. Then another 30mins for the food to be served. The staff seem to lack customer service awareness. Do not come here

Been a customer ever since and I like spicy food. Bigg's my top choice when eating out with family or alone. Yesterday I ordered my usual Beef Salpicao no rice - side was doubled and I got this small amount of beef as you can see in the photo on my plate (which I can tell because Im a customer ever since). What happened Bigg's SM City Legazpi branch? I didn't got what I paid for. Where's the value for money?

I’m extremely frustrated with my recent experience at this local fast-food restaurant. I ordered an iced tea for my mom and specifically requested that the ice be removed. To my dismay, when the drink was handed back to us, the glass was already three-fourths empty! This is absolutely unacceptable—are we really paying full price for just a quarter of a drink? It’s outrageous and feels like a deliberate attempt to shortchange customers. I expected better service and honesty, but this was a huge disappointment. MAKASUPOG KAMO!! (NAKAKAHIYA KAYO)

A pretty crowded place, but that's a given. But it can get *really* crowded. Food is good, it's a bit expensive, but what isn't? The chicken and the beef were great! However, the Cordon Blue was undercooked and we had to get them to recook it. Service was ok except for the undercooked Cordon Blue. It took a while to get our orders and bill, but the restaurant got pretty packed quickly so I can't really blame the staff too much. Ok place. Good food. I don't know if the place is newly opened or it's because 10 am palang but the service was lanky and kulang kulang binibigay samin like lagayan ng sauces etc. In terms of the food, ewan ko lang.... The burger was okay, a little less than I'd expect for 99 pesos but it's okay. Walang bacon sa bacon mac and cheese but it's okay lang din trivial lang naman haha. But the coleslaw.... Hiniwa hiwang cabbage lang with burger dressing? Probably the least quality of Biggs we've ever dined in.

You never know what someone might be going through, so here’s some advice: Keep your insults to yourself. Your reckless behavior could push someone to the edge, especially if they’re already struggling with their health. We live in a world where kindness costs nothing, and your actions have consequences. The fact that your staff feels comfortable belittling customers for not knowing a minor restaurant quirk is both alarming and shameful. If this is how you treat your guests, then you’ve already lost your humanity. Shape up and do better. You owe it to every single person who walks through your door.

The foods that we ordered are good. It's tasty and well prepared [but kinda pricey]. Very good service. They are polite and accommodating.

The food choices are really good, we had our dinner and the following day we came back for our lunch and try others dishes. Food prices are fair enough for each meal plus staff are very accommodating. There is parking space at the back of the restaurant.

First time in Bicol region and I stayed in Legazpi where the Capital of Albay is. For a few days I’ve been in search for authentic Bicolano food, this is the reason for my travel here. A local person actually told me Sibid sibid is one place. Their specialties are: Tinutungan Manok(smoked coconut creamed Chicken. Its like a version of “Adobo” but no soy sauce) Tuna Bicol express (since you’re near the ocean tuna, trevally and snappers are very common and fresh) Even their kinilaw na Tanigue is fresh. Pinangat( waiter was honest to tell us they biught that outside, the place where they bought it was “Camalig” town and that is a place where they make authentic Pinangat… so no hate Also the waiter was really nice to explain to me the process on how they cooked it. Will definitely be back and eat the same food or maybe order more lol

A bit on the pricey territory. Parking is inside, did not see any signs pointing to the parking but tried it anyway also given that we arrived in a rainy evening. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I like that they accommodate out of menu items like scrambled eggs for my daughter.

While wondering outside the restaurant , and after several hours We decided to get in and had our dinner for the last night of our trip. We did not give up! We made the right choice to eat here. The meal was sumptuous…….. love the food, love the ambiance and the staff was accommodating. Highly recommend!

Food wasn't tasty. Ordered fish sinigang, was ok, also portion was fine, but tge 2nd dish was seafood sizling, it wasn't sizling at all, very small shrimps, squid was rubbery and no taste. In addition, the table and benches were dirty, after I cleaned it, the tissue turned black.

Food is great. They have a lot of food to choose from their menu which are unique. I like how they prepared the rice which is wrapped in banana leaves. The ambiance is good and they have a spacious parking space for guests. Maybe they shoud improve or renovate their comfort room so that the place will be more pleasing.

Ordered Laing, Bicol express , steamed rice and three scoops of ice cream. The rice is not as soft as I wish it was, but all in all it was a good eating experience.

Perfect place to try Bicol homemade cooking! Everything we ordered tasted amazing. The only downside is that all of the served food are already warm. Especially the sizzling plate which is not sizzling at all. Their SILI ICE CREAM is a MUST TRY! The service is very nice. All of the staff are accomodating. The interior is a bit cramped and the place isn't that big. Our table was right beside the restroom, but we didn't really see any issue with it since the whole place is clean.

Good place to try out bicol dishes. The sili ice cream is overrated. Yes it's a bit spicy but there's not much taste otherwise. Bicol express was good. The seating could be improved alot. Upstairs is a cold atmosphere. Looks more like a carinderia than a top restaurant.

A great spot for Bicolano cuisine with a spacious second floor for groups (up to 15). Parking is free street parking. The ginataang santol is a must-try, and their creamery shines with unique options like sili ice cream, where you can sample different spice levels. Our favorites were the caramel and pili ice cream. While the bistek Tagalog was tender, the sisig was a bit fatty, and the dinuguan with bits of saba didn’t appeal to me. Still, it’s worth visiting for the unique dishes and desserts!

Sili🌶️ ice cream is lit 🔥 One famous restaurant in Bicol that can't be missed. Was just planning to try to the famous sili ice cream but out of curiosity tried their dishes and wasn't disappointed. Their bicol express is definitely better than any other restaurants or carinderias in manila, considering that it is a semi-fastfood restaurant. The sili ice cream is really really good. It has a different heat level and other flavors to choose from. I had the sili ice cream in volcano and it hit right in my tongue! 😋 Gonna give this a 4 🍎 out of 5 on our scale! 😁 #SolidFoodie🍎

Our tour guide brought us here to try the famous sili (chilli) ice cream. We tried the flavours from the 6 different provinces and enjoyed the experience. The ice cream is smooth with real fruit flavour. Staff were nice and helpful. We went up to level 3 with the sili intensity, but we were not brave enough to go head-on with the sili volcano level. A must-try when visiting Legazpi.

Food was great as always, sili ice cream was unavailable but nothing to do about that. But the service was horrible. They were so slow and talking to each other instead of computing the bill immediately and giving us the change. Don't get me wrong, it's only the service that sucks. Slow, lacks the sense of urgency, and serving time was more than what was expected.

Food is overpriced in my opinion. The pork sisig came with no egg or mayo. It was really dry and difficult to eat. The embutido was filled with hotdog and egg, cheap filling for the price. I asked for mayo for the sisig and the young male waiter wanted to charge us 20 pesos for some mayo. I needed the mayo because the sisig was so dry. I won't be back.

My cousins brought us here since it’s the pride of their city and I can see why. We had the Bicol Express which was my absolute favorite because it was perfectly creamy and flavorful. The Tinapa Fried Rice was served in a big pan making it great for sharing. We also tried their Laing made with dried gabi leaves cooked in coconut cream. It’s not really my thing but it was still pretty good. The Pork Sisig was also a standout and super tasty and crispy. The most interesting part was their Spicy Ice Cream. It was definitely unique. We only went for level 1 but even that had a nice kick. Another fun touch was that while waiting for the food they give you crayons and a placemat with a drawing of the Mayon Volcano to color. It kept the kids busy and honestly brought out my competitive coloring skills too haha.

One of the lunchtime staff likes to tell departing customers "see you tomorrow!" and, indeed, I had a meal here three times over four days. 1st Colonial is one of the most well-reviewed restaurants in the city and our first stop after unloading our bags at the hotel. Dinuguan (P109) 2.5 My benchmark for dinuguan is the one from Aristocrat. This is not better than Aristocrat. The meat is tender and there is no funky taste you get from other restaurants but they balance using meat (rather than innards) by adding kamote as well which is a no-go for me. I don't think the kamote really brings anything to the dish apart from being filler/extender. Bicol Express (P389) 3.0 Same sentiments for Bicol Express. Authentic Bicol Express is very much hyped by Bicolanos and this may not be the version being hyped. Coming from Manila, this is perfectly good bicol express but I did not feel like I was missing out on my entire life by having Manila Bicol Express if this was the point of comparison. If anything, this will make me search harder for "super authentic" "homestyle" Bicol Express. Spiciness is fair for someone who orders spicy food. Did not break into a sweat from the spice. Tinapa Rice (P65) 2.5 This is okay, and a reasonable price above their plain rice (P40). That said, we paired this with the dinuguan and the bicol express so the flavors of the tinapa were overpowered. I suggest ordering this with the spring rolls, fried chicken, etc. for better flavvor balance. Pasta Bicolana (P175) 5.0 This was my favorite among the savory dishes we tried during the trip! As someone who likes preparing oil-based pasta for myself, this is what I aspire to make. I will order this again every time I visit Legazpi. Pancit Bato (P175) 2.5 I've never had pancit bato but it is the regional variant of pancit and as someone who appreciate pancit I had to try it. The flavors are okay but I think I need to read about it more and try the dish again to better appreciate. Wasn't something that immediately struck me as something to look for in a menu or try to cook for myself. This also suffered from being ordered with the Pasta Bicolana. Vegetarian Spring Rolls (P149) 3.0 This is a great pairing with the pancit bato. I couldn't quite pinpoint what filling they use (no standout flavors like tofu or mung beans). I would have wanted a spicier vinegar to pair this with. Would be good to pair with sauce dishes. Sili Ice Cream (P129) 4.0 I ordered Level 2 and this was just right for me. You can definitely feel the spice and the slight numbing of your tongue, but not to an unbearable degree. I think the greatest asset of sili ice cream is how well it pairs with every other flavor because the kick of spiciness is so novel. I personally would not order three scoops of just sili ice cream and I find it much more interesting in seeking out what it pairs with best. Pili Ice Cream 2.5 I would want to better taste the pili in this in the same way as you would in peanut butter ice cream. Pinya Ice Cream 2.5 The texture of this was a little bit like a sherbet and different from the other flavors I tried. Slight sweet and sour taste. Carmelado Ice Cream 2.0 I don't know what carmelado is (caramel?) but this was the plainest flavor I tried and was definitely overpowered by the sili. Gabi Ice Cream 3.0 Had gabi chunks which was great but a little too close to ube ice cream to ditinguish itself. Pinangat (145) 3.0 I think the kitchen flubbed this order since I ordered the spicy variant and didn't really get a lot of spice here. While it's not exactly laing, the overall taste is really pretty close. You'll like it if you like laing and you won't if you don't. Pork Sisig (325) 2.5 Perfectly ok sisig but doesn't reach the highs of what I've had from other fast casual restaurants and places in Manila (particularly Congo Grille and a jollijeep near Three Salcedo). While my hit rate for the restaurant is not high, they have an extensive menu exhibiting local flavors so I will likely dine here again.

The small serving skze and serving the dish not hot was totally a let down. However, I enjoyed the Kandingga, which is Bicol's version of bopis. The Pasta Bicolana and Tinapa Fried Rice both received positive ratings for taste, but the fact that they were served not hot could be improved. It's also worth noting that the servings are only good for 1-2 people, which may not be ideal for those dining with a group. On a positive note, the ice cream flavors sound unique and delicious. It's definitely a must-try. Lastly, service is slow and it's a bit inconvenient that the restaurant only accepts cash and Gcash. It may be helpful for them to offer more payment options in the future to accommodate customers' preferences. Overall, it seems like there are some hits and misses at this restaurant. While it's good to try new things and support local businesses, it's important to manage our expectations and make informed decisions when dining out.

Went here on a weekday to try their famous sili ice cream. I only tried level 1 since I'm not a fan of spicy food. It tasted great, very creamy and with just the hint of spiciness (like when you accidentally used your spoon to crush your chili and then use the same spoon to scoop some ice cream) will try the higher level next time. Staff is very accomodating and I was assisted in a timely manner

The food is delicious. Not only that, the staff was very polite. The crispy pata tastes savory. The skin is crispy and delicious. The spaghetti with meatballs tastes nice. The fish fillet is crunchy and tasty. Overall, great meal.

One of the more recommendable resto in Naga, Bicol. But attention to detail should be emphasize..like a sizzling pork sisig thats not sizzling and a too milky buko shake. The pinangat, bicol express and salmon belly sinigang are a must try.

Great Authentic Filipino food with a touch of the Bicol Region. come with an empty stomach so u have room for desert. Must try their Kare Kare, one of the best I've tried in the Philippines. My suggestion is to come after lunch and before dinner as it's not crowded and if you drive, you will have a chance for parking Highly Recommended when in the Naga City area.

Red Platter did not disappoint, great food and even better service! Their local dishes were absolutely delicious. My partner tried local food for the first time here and instantly loved it. It does get busy (for good reason!), so I recommend coming during off-peak hours or booking a table if they accept reservations. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in Naga!

We came a little past 5pm to Red Platter Magsaysay St. branch in Naga City, we arrived just perfect to have a parking spot for our vehicle, if we had come a little later there wouldn't be any parking spot at all. The place is prepped with Christmas decor, really nicely done. There's also a hand washing station (a must for me) and 2 separate washrooms for ladies and gents. As for food, I had carrot cake which I really liked. We also had pancit canton, my Mom was a fan, she said it tasted a lot better than the other place we went to last time. We also ordered other dishes. My mom commenting on the rice was the highlight of it all. She said it was so fragrant and soft. Since we ordered a big platter of rice and still some portion was left so we had to take it to go. We would definitely come back next time if we are in the area.

I don't understand the service standard in this place. While the food is excellent with great prices, I cannot understand the service standard. We were sat by a hostess the it took nearly 10 before anybody came to get our drink order. Then 10 more minutes before drinks arrived and we ordered food. What i truly do not understand is why the food comes out one dish at a time. It was my girlfriend's birthday and she was the last to receive her food, nearly 20 minutes after being ordered. This is ridiculous. All items should be brought out at the same time and prepared accordingly so they are brought out at the same time. Also, we had to ask for refills on our drinks as the staff, who was standing around could not bother to check on us. Remember, the purpose of the restaurant staff is to take care of guests. Newly rennovated LeSans is looking pretty slick. It is cozy and feels like an international cafe. They now have gelato too which is pretty rare here in Legazpi.

The food was good and the service was great. They immediately assist us even though we just walked in to eat our lunch. We will definitely book a room here the next time we go to Legazpi.

Dined with my sister and daughter. The place was not very busy as it was 8pm already. The food took longer than expected. My daughter asked for the bill. I waited for the staff to come but I stand up and went to the cashier areas to pay via card. I asked for an official receipt but the staff in charge was like banging the till and not very pleasant. I don’t know it she was doing over time or not being happy working there. Anyway just disappointed with the attitude of the staff tonight.

I want to bring to your attention a very concerning incident that happened just now. I was locked inside the women’s bathroom for about 15 minutes before staff were able to open the door. Once I got out, no one checked to see if I was alright, which added to the distress of the situation. When I reported the incident, a staff member was unaware that there is also another person that was locked. And mentioned that I was actually the first person to be locked in that bathroom today. This shows that the issue is not a one-time occurrence but an ongoing safety hazard. Being trapped inside a bathroom is unsafe and unacceptable. I strongly urge you to address this matter immediately to ensure the safety of your customers.

I rarely talk negatively about places, but this place is not what it pretends to be. I waited to be served in vain, got up to ask and was told someone will serve me. Took them another 5 mins. And another 5 to come back to ask my order. A 15 minute wait to be noticed and given a menu is unacceptable. They place was not even busy. Pizza was good though.

Son was very excited to eat this jumbo burger here. Midway, he saw a fly in his burger and called our attention. I called the waiter and reported it. It was all there was - no apology at all. So here I am. Also just reporting.

First time here and tried the fish and chips. The batter was nice and crispy so it was a good start but it was thick like leather. Plus, the fish is dory fish which is a poor substitute for haddock. I really wanted pizza but there was a brownout so it wasn’t available.

This is the lowest food establishment that I have ever rated. Valentine's day, we don't wanna dine during the evening and my partner and I just want to have tea and chill, we would like to order their "Afternoon Tea" but it wasn't available, the burgers were also unavailable, their menu with Truffles were also unavailable, and their charcuterie platter again, unavailable. We never really had a plan B menu since we just really wanna have an afternoon date, so we wanna order tea and pastries, when we asked if we could get the charcuterie platter it was also not available. Their truffle pizza was a must try, I was able to eat their truffle pizza way bag 2020/21 but it was also not available. The waiter took so long to get our order, only one person was attending 3 tables. It took them for at least 30 minutes tops to accommodate us. On top of that, the wait for the order also took another 30 mins. Imagine we arrived at 3pm just to get our order at around 4pm. We just tryna be polite and did not leave the establishment even knowing that half of their menu was not available. If we should've known how poor their service was, we could've dined in at Cesar's instead. What we ordered might be cheap around 800php. However, it's still a waste of money with that poor service and experience.

The clam chowder soup was rich and well-rounded, with a satisfying creaminess and a generous amount of clams, offering a comforting yet refined start to the meal. However, it is worth noting that the burger patty we sampled was markedly over-seasoned. While the texture and doneness were on point, the excessive saltiness somewhat detracted from the overall enjoyment of the dish. In conclusion, despite the minor shortcoming, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. The culinary standards demonstrated throughout the meal were impressive, and we would not hesitate to return to explore more of the menu offerings.

Good food and great service as always! My husband's fave is the Lamb Chops but this time he was a little bit disappointed, maybe because it was also on 50% off haha. His usual order whenever we would dine-in. Fave also is the Seafood Pizza and Mango Shrimp Salad. First time to try their Fish & Chips and did not disapppoint. We loved the dressing. Plus, the OJ 👌 and to capped it off with the Cinnamon roll for dessert. And, of course the ambiance. 👌

Ordered Ossobuco with mashed potatoes as sides (sides may also be a cup rice or fries) and had a Burnt Cheesecake. The overall taste of the Ossobuco is a bit bland, especially the mashed potatoes and greens. Have to ask for salt and pepper to taste. The cheesecake is so crumby. It breaks easily. Overall service is fair. Some of the waitstaff are inattentive.

The Crusted Tuna was overdone. Meat was not tender but tough. Pizza and Mussels were good. Our baby ate the pesto

I like the most with Waway’s is the very affordable buffet with lots of variety of foods. Their Bicol Express stands out of all the food they serve plus the iced tea. Atmosphere inside is not that busy when we dined in. This might be affected of the time (12:30pm) we went there. Staffs are friendly and very alert in refilling the foods. Parking spaces are quiet limited.

The selection of food is very minimal. A couple or two offerings taste really good. But the rest are meh. Glasses are made for 3 year olds (too small, even their ice cubes won't fit). No proper serving spoon on the selections—they use regular spoon. Beverages aren't cold. No good air-conditioning. Overall not a good buffet place.

I was surprised, honestly. Haha. It was my first time and I learned that Geewan was literally just like a karinderya in an aircon venue. Same setup with the ordering and the displayed food is also the one you're getting. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed the food. They were really good, especially the kare-kare.

Great comfortable food and place to try Bicolano dishes. But it isn't mainly composed of bicolano food, they have chopsuey, meat balls as well. I like their Lomi especially mixed with calamansi, their siopao is big too and filled with chunky meats and lastly their buko shake, it has gulaman in it, it all tastes good, keep it up Geewan👍

Plenty of food choices. They heat the food before serving but maybe since it was lunch time, my food was not really heated. Bicol express doesn't really have meat. It was purely alamang which was disappointing. I was told that they serve good bicol express but i can't say if it was good at all.

I’ve been dining here for 9 or so years. For some reason food quality is so bad now! I was given a chicken leg which could pass as pagpag from how it looked. This honestly ruined the whole meaning of this place to me since I’ve been coming here every time there was an emergency at the hospital across or just whenever I wanted a halo halo and something to eat. How come the staff thought the food they served was ok. Totally unacceptable. The dogs liked it though, gave the dogs most of it so there went 155 pesos.

My fiancé went here to buy food for me as I'm stuck in the hospital across the street. The pictures online look fantastic, but the food in person is pathetic. The food portions looked like it was from a kids' menu so tiny compared to the photos online. The kangkong was nice but the bicol express was terrible and like I said so tiny in portion size. I also had food from there last night the crispy chicken was very over cooked and the lechon kawali was nearly all fat and no meat both of those meals were tiny also. Only good thing was my fiancé said the staff were super friendly and helpful.

It's one of the old Chinese restaurants in Legazpi, famous for their pancit canton, which I crave. But to my disappointment, their recipe changed. The siopao is not at all satisfying, very little palaman. The Emperor's Chicken is good, though, and also the Hatotay Soup is fine. The place is your typical 80s restaurant, like has all the basics, but does not have creative or comfy interior design. It seems never updated for decades, which is fine, I think, for the nostalgia. The comfort room is clean, has all the essentials. Overall, though, the food doesn't justify eating there and the place is not comfy enough for long conversation. The only reason you'd go there is for the nostalgia and curiosity, which it disappoints.

their pork asado isnt as popular as their chicken but its been our go-to order for years! they have good siomai and kikiam as well.

Reasonably priced eatery. This is just a small place. They are known for pancit palamigan and other "short order" noodles. Usually it takes 15-20 minutes to order a "bilao" of pancit. It can get cramped and busy during lunch and dinner so this is not a place where one can stay long to chat/talk.

We arrived early around 11 AM and were lucky to get an al fresco table with a stunning view of Mayon Volcano. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful! The staff were approachable, friendly, and well-trained — you won’t hesitate to ask them anything. We ordered a lot of dishes, but the fish lumpia really stood out. My whole family loved everything we ordered. I also availed of the entrance discount using PWD and senior IDs, which was a nice bonus. Some say the food is pricey, but with the generous servings, the prices are actually just right. We'll definitely come back for the delicious food, relaxing ambience, and warm service!

Socorro's Lakeside Restaurant and Grill was the perfect cozy escape on a drizzly day. Our local host truly introduced us to a hidden paradise! Every dish was fantastic. The Crispy Bicol Express, Beef Salpicao Laing, and Pinangat were unforgettable regional hits. We also loved the Calamari and Mixed Seafood in Chili Sauce. Combined with great service, this spot is a highly recommended culinary delight.

We came here for a work event and had so much food. The sisig was really good. We also enjoyed the pinangat, the kare-kare, crispy pata, the sinigang here was also quite tasty. After visiting the colosseum we just cross the street to dine here in Rosario's. We tried their Laing and Bicol express. Laing is OK I find it in the sweet side so kinda nakakaumay after a few serving, Bicol express taste Fine. The place is on the 2nd floor of the building so you can have a good view of the colosseum and Mt Pocdol. Service is good and food arrived quite fast.

One of the best eating places we can find in downtown Sorsogon. Freshness, taste, food quality and ambience can compete with fine dining, located in an obscure nook right across Sorsogon Sports Arena. We met their young, friendly owners who monitor services at the ground. They can provide fresh perspectives about entrepreneurship. The young ones and the locals are the hope of this nation.

Went here to celebrate my bday, without knowing that they require reservation. But we took a chance to wait a few minutes. When we called again, they accommodated us right away even if it was nearly their closing time. So thank you so much for Rosario's Cafe's staff for the A+++++ service! They were also very friendly and assisted us all through out. The food were also reallyyyy good! Especially the sinigang (tamang asim lang!) and Kare-kare. Been trying to plan to try here and finally was able to last Saturday. Food: Superb, big servings, delightful taste. Service: It was okay, but some crew was a bit judgy to other dining customers. Atmosphere: it's a place full of middle age customer maybe because it's well-known for a very long time now. Affordability: The quality is the best, but it's not affordable most of the food starts at 295, which if you're adding dessert plus drinks. An average money that you will spend is around 500 each person. Love their cheesecake though but it's on the sweeter side and the texture is too thick. You'll not be able to finish it if you ate lunch + the dessert. Not to mention we didn't even ordered drinks anymore. So I guess if you're planning to buy their cheesecake, share it with someone.

We were only tourists and found this through Google maps. When I called their contact number to ask if they're open and know their menu, the lady was so accommodating that she started discussion what we wanted. Very graciously reserved a table and customised our food. On the night of, they might have been closing when we came because there were no other people there but they came through. We were late because we missed them. Their signage is broken and needs lighting. However, food was great and really big portion. The seafood is fresh. We will come back again when we visit and recoommend to friends who will go.

We’ve been to two other bars before this, but without a doubt, this one stands out as the best in terms of service and overall experience. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and immediately offered a comfortable spot on the couch. The bartender was impressively attentive, even recommending off-the-menu drinks that came with stunning fire effects—such a delight to watch. We also ordered a variety of cocktail drinks and dishes. The California Maki was exceptionally delicious. But the real highlight of the night was the surprise birthday greeting for our two companions, complete with a complimentary slice of cake—such a thoughtful gesture. The service was truly exceptional, and everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared. Out of all the places we've visited, this one tops our list. We’ll definitely be coming back.

This place was fantastic. The only downside was the availability of many items. I had the Mango sushi and fell head over heels in love. This may be my favorite dish. I may make the 30 hour trip back to Legazpi just to try this again. I also had the Peach salad and enjoyed that. In fact everything I had here was so well made and fresh and delicious. Do yourself a favor and try this place. The view of the volcano was icing on the top.

We dined at Chilo Bar, and the ambiance was truly impressive—inviting and well-curated. The food was superb, both in taste and presentation. During our visit, we were served by Morris and Genisis, who were both exceptionally attentive and approachable. Their professionalism and warm service made the experience even more delightful. Overall, excellent service and a highly recommended dining experience.

Chilo Bar is located at the Marison Hotel’s roof deck. You can choose weather to be seated on open air and have a good view of Mayon Volcano or inside the closed air conditioned room. They served mainly Japanese foods. Tried some of the dishes and it’s a so so. A bit pricy though. If you’re a fan of Japanese foods and very sophisticated on the taste, this is not meant for you. They also have a wide rage of beverages and lots to choose from. Customer service is good but not amazing unlike other restos inside a 4 star hotel. Servers are attentive and nice. Accepts Gcash, Cash, and credit card payments.

First of all I hope gcash payment will be accepted next time. The place was nice and cozy, but didnt like the long round chair on the center, it is aesthetic to the eyes, but not that comfortable to sit upon, you will feel that you are sitting in an awkward tiring posture, not good for those with back pains, but the rest of their chairs were alright. It may be far from the major businesses but the area is already developing. This is a good start. Nice! For my second visit here and my first time ordering through the counter, we definitely enjoyed the food. The bad experience was the little woman at the counter who asked for our orders. She was very irritating. She seemed not interested when we were giving our orders. She kept on leaving the counter and looking at the back and talking to other staff. We had to pause for several times because she was not listening.

It's a new place to go here in Naga City, so we decided to try. The first time visiting the place was a bad experience. We placed our order at 4:33pm they gave us this beeper that will beep once our order is ready. While on our sit syempre kwentuhan then realized that 25 mins pass still no beep sound.. At 5:10pm the appetizers were ready but drinks were to follow so we waited until 5:30pm for our orders to be completed. Almost an hour of waiting for me is considered bad service, though my husband enjoys the coffee.

The service and ambience is not nice based on the price of their food. The place looks plain especially the facade. It seems that it is understaffed because the order is incomplete. We have to follow up a couple of times. The drink that we ordered came in when we were almost done with the food. Pasta is good. The appetizers are expensive. There is only one toilet and it's not clean. No hand soap and no toilet paper. This is more like a casual restaurant.

Inside looks like a wine cellar and when customers get loud sometimes the sound reverberates inside. The red wine always gets me.

We’ve been to this restaurant several times now. I’d even say it was my favorite. Today was the first time we were irritated and annoyed by the extra loud chatter and banter of the people in the table next to us. I personally approached the server to kindly ask them to lower their voices because they weren’t the only people in the restaurant. I did not receive an apology for the disturbance, but instead got told that apparently they were owners of the restaurant (they didn’t specify who of the two). The server still assured me they would tell them to lower their voices. When I got out of the restroom, the two persons actually had the nerve to look at me, and even continued to speak in their loud, boisterous voices. When we rose to leave, they seemingly laughed at us and kept looking at us until we completely left the premises. The point here is that even though you are an owner of an establishment, proper etiquette and basic manners should have been observed.

The first time you enter, you'd probably feel weird due to the first floor looking both fancy yet sari-sari store esque. The place has a somewhat nostalgic feeling to it from the waiting area to even the floor boards. You'll be surprised at just how big the Stairs are when you first enter the place. Though it seems fairly nice on the inside, you need to keep in mind that some parts of the restaurant feel a bit still in construction. The food there wasn't cheap yet it wasn't super expensive either, it's in a sort of Grey area between being cheap and expensive. The wait time wasn't too long yet the order of the food was somewhat mixed due to the fact that the rice was served last. Now the taste of the food is what you'd describe as fairly good. All in all, I wouldn't mind returning to eat there if an occasion may arise.

Baracuda is a delightful hidden gem in the coastal town of Donsol! Tucked away by the shore, this bohemian-like charming spot offers a serene seaside ambiance and mouthwatering dishes. Despite arriving late, the owner was still present, She insisted on showcasing her culinary mastery by serving us a melt-in-your-mouth calamari salad, standout pasta with white wine sauce, a flavorful potato salad with caramelized onions, and fresh, locally-sourced grilled jackfish. (You must also try her top-notch cocktails!) Juliet, the owner, is an exceptional host. She is never a dull moment and is the embodiment of coolness. She also has four friendly, cute, and big German shepherds who hang out at the place and greet everyone with wagging tails. As much as I want to be selfish and keep Baracuda to myself, I must say that this place is a must-visit for its exceptional cuisine and charming ambiance!

Must visit when you staying in resort. The place just like "probincya" home/vibes. The food is limited but freshly cooked so it takes a while wait because the owner is the chef(she is one woman army). She is friendly(if you treated her well, she will do same). Barracuda in Donsol is a true gem! Juliette and her team made us feel so welcome with great hospitality and lots of laughs. The seafood was fresh and delicious we returned for two nights in a row! Highly recommend!

The place was packed with diners when we arrived even on a weeknight. There was a waitlist so we waited to be seated. The restaurant has an indoor area with AC and an open- air outdoor area. The server said the turnover rate of diners is usually faster on the outside. So we grabbed the chance when one of the tables outside became vacant. We ordered their bestseller on the menu- the crispy pata. We also had salmon belly sinigang, grilled marlin and pinangat. Food was good. No wonder this place is always full whenever we visit Naga. The only downside was, their toilet was dirty and wet.

Being one of Naga’s food scene OGs, I have high expectations to this new menu and it didn’t disappoint. I dined in their Robinson’s branch so the space was a little tight. Would have appreciated it if the waiter told me the sides. Had I known it included a side of atcharang singkamas, I would have ordered a different item. Nonetheless, overall experience was still superb and I’ll definitely come back for this jerk chicken.

Tried Tong Yang for ₱728 weekday price. The selection is limited, but the quality of the meats, seafood, and hotpot makes it worthwhile. I think the price feels fair, what you pay is what you get. Admittedly, I may be biased since I’ve tried Food Club Manila, which had a much larger buffet spread. But I will definitely go back to Tong Yang for its tasty flavors especially when I crave hotpot and bonus for attentive customer service.

Tried Tong Yang Plus in Legazpi, the place felt a bit too small. I’ve always gone to the ones in Greenhills and SM North, and this branch had a very limited selection, especially the cooked dishes. For a price that’s not too far from the bigger branches, they should offer more options too. But overall, it was still okay.

To end the meal, we ordered their leche flan. It was smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet—just the way I like it. Overall, Casa Soriano delivers on atmosphere and hospitality, and while some dishes shine more than others, the experience is memorable and worth revisiting.

Great atmosphere for a nice, slow night out or small gatherings of people. I'm not completely sure but it looked like they had multiple dining rooms (there are two at the very least, but I felt like there might be another one I didn't see). Staff were attentive and service was fast and efficient. I just wish someone in the whole place knew what species of shark went into their Kinunot. Food was pretty good. Bicol express was spicy, but not intolerable. Sisig Kapampangan was ok, but not exceptional. It was our first time to try Kinunot so didn't know what to expect, but it was tasty enough and not at all spicy considering the naked chilis (plural) garnishing the dish. Only minor issue I have with the food was that I expected larger portions considering the menu items tagging them as good for 2-3 people. We're not absolute pigs, but we finished off 3 dishes without much effort. Overall, nice place to visit if you're in the area. PS. Place was on a small side street that's off the main highway and is very easy to miss if you're not looking.

Though they are very accommodating I don't appreciate the staff not being able to tell if they were able to serve whats on my bill... Despite the lack of signage for the restaurant, it has a nice, cozy, small, air-conditioned dining space near the entrance, plus the option of eating in the alfresco dining area. It's also good for private occasions and for medium-sized events with its open garden area. I love their Santol and also the coffee options in their café. A must visit.

Staffs are very friendly. They have affordable foods. You can buy one meal for less than 150php with unli rice and free drinks. However, it's not really delicious. Soup in Inasal is better than theirs. The liempo I ordered didn't taste good. They have also spicy ice cream!

Located at SM City Naga, Bicol this local brand mall resto offers classic Filipino dishes from main courses to meryenda; menu of course includes bicol’s famous – laing and bicol express; it’s a serviced resto with the common ambiance one finds in a sm-based resto designed for family or group dining; foot traffic tho lesser to crowds popular choices, Mang Inasal or Jollibee; servings could be for sharing or solo; but unique to the resto is their ice cream line with their own style of pinoy/Bicolano flavors like pili, malunggay, bigas tinutong, sili in 3 levels of “hotness” and couple other; sili ice cream is the default curiosity must-try for first-timers; i did the cacao pint and its 3* for me tho :DDD; the place is easy to find with lots of mall parking and available public trans; but on weekends and holidays the place and spaces around SM can be heavily jammed

The restaurant is inside the compound so parking though limited is safe. Food was ok but nothing special. The baby squid dish is quite sweet. Service was very slow even though only 2 tables have customers. The staff always congregated inside the kitchen.

Parking is another issue—if you plan to drive, expect to have difficulty finding a spot. Overall, this place didn’t live up to its reputation, and it’s disappointing to see a lack of improvement despite consistent feedback. There are plenty of other dining options that offer much better service and a more enjoyable experience.

Second time to chef doy's after many years. Finding the place is easy with navigation.Parking is tight given the limited space in the courtyard. There is outside seating if you want. We were seated immediately even without reservations. The place needs a facelift but is quaint and charming. We ordered the nilasing na hipon, garlic rice, laing, sinigang na sugpo, fried plapla. The nilasing na hipon was a bit too salty for us, great laing, great sinigang with plenty of fresh shrimps and the best was the fresh fried fish. Service is amazing with a smile. No service charge and they do accept card.

Prices are relatively fine. Laing was by far the best i have tried in Bicol region. I just wished they have classic laing (with out pineapples or cheese). Version of kinalas is good with big portion. Service needs improvement tho. We need to ask for ice, water, even tissue.

First time eating with my family here for dinner. The restaurant has good music, lighting, and overall atmosphere. Nice place to relax while eating flavorful Indian and Filipino cuisine. Biryani was really tasty along with their samosas—it’s full of filling. The restaurant also sells spices for cooking and I find that pleasant. Overall the food here really fills you up, it’s a perfect place to dine with family or friends. The staff are respectful, the food is great, the restaurant is a perfect place to unwind.

We recently dined at your establishment and would like to share some honest feedback regarding our experience, particularly with the food quality and preparation. While we appreciate the service and the variety on your menu, we believe that some aspects of the food need improvement. Specifically, the preparation time was longer than expected, and unfortunately, the wait did not quite translate to the quality we hoped for. We were especially disappointed with the sizzling sisig. It arrived at our table without the signature sizzle and presentation that is typically expected of the dish. Instead, it felt like it had simply been reheated or served straight from the oven, lacking both the aroma and texture that make sisig enjoyable. The flavor also seemed flat and uninspired, which was quite underwhelming. We genuinely see potential in your offerings, but we do hope that the preparation process and consistency in serving signature dishes like sisig can be reviewed and enhanced. We would love to return and have a better dining experience next time.
