We visited this quirky little cafe after visiting the Citadel on Gozo. The service was swift and friendly. All the food we had was very nice and reasonably priced. A great little cafe to visit and enjoy a wide variety of dishes.

I’d say this is quite a local gem! 💫 The food was rather average, so maybe my choice wasn’t perfect — but the place itself has a great local vibe and atmosphere. If you’re looking for something truly Maltese in spirit, this is definitely one of the top spots to visit. 🇲🇹✨

Came here for a quick bite and some drinks, and I gotta say we left with the biggest smile on our faces. The terrace is beautiful, accompanied by relaxing jazz music that makes you feel like you’ve traveled back in time. Such a lovely experience, if we’re ever back in Gozo, we are definitely stopping here.

Both me and the wife had a coffee and a smoothie bowl each. They were excellent - refreshing and really tasty. Service was great, the people are awesome there. 10/10 would come again

I saw the menu at this bistro had many vegan options, so I went to try it. I had the Vegan Dark Chocolate mousse with strawberry compote and almond biscuit. Cafes need to offer more vegan options to meet rising consumer demand from health-conscious individuals, ethical consumers, and flexitarians. It is welcome to see businesses align with values of sustainability and animal welfare. This cafe has been running for 27 years! The decoration is like something from 100 years ago.

Nice little cafe good atmosphere and great service overall. Ham and cheese toastie for €4 around here is a great deal and tasty too! Would recommend.

A great evening meal by the sea! The food was all great and portions are big :) uou won't go away hungry. The octopus was one of the best I have ever had. Highly recommend this place....not too many tables outside so book in advance :)

After a quick dip in the sea what better way is there to finish off than have a nice lunch in Xlendi. I chose Zafiro and what a good choice it was. The service was prompt and there is a good selection of food on the menu for reasonable prices. All the food we had was very nice indeed. If you happen to be down here, give this restaraunt a try.

It was great service, very attentive and quick. The food was great too, we had tartufo mushroom ravioli clearly a recommendation if you like mushrooms and risotto. Both really good and filling. We came here at evening/night. We didn't had to wait for a table and had a nice view on the sea, also prices are affordable.

Absolutely delicious food. We had the ribeye steak and the sea bream. Both grilled and seriously good. The best food we've had in Xlendi/Gozo so far (night 3 of 8). Great quality beef. As strange as it sounds, the side salad was TO DIE FOR! The pistachio fondant is amazing too 🤩 Each member of staff was friendly, attentive and professional and made us feel very welcome. The prices are quite high but I feel it's the same as most places in Xlendi and the quality is better here!! It's peaceful in the evenings and it's a nice atmosphere, good people watching, quiet, lovely to sit outdoors. Highly recommend.

Very nice restaurang at beach. I had two dinners, both very tasty and reasonable priced. Outside You can watch kind of sunset and watersports at bay.

I went with my grandparents for lunch to this lovely restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend eating there.

We had both the set menu as well as a la cart for our stay in Xlendi. Food was always great & a big portion. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cocktails were delicious. If we come back to Gozo we will make sure to eat there again.

Tried the focaccia and burger for lunch on separate days and they are really tasty. The sweet chili cheddar chips are also a delightful treat. I always eat lunch here whenever I am in Victoria, simply because the establishment is attractive and easy to reach, food is fresh, portions are great, and the service is kind and spot on. Flavoured iced coffees are great too!

Tasty food, variety of options, big portions and quick nice service. We tried a vegan wrap with chickpeas which was tasty, a little bit on a sweet side, but nicely packed and filling. Nice that it was served with a salad, but it had just a little bit too much balsamico dressing. We also had a pizzoto with bacon, parmesan and spinach. The portion was enormous with a lot of filling inside and nicely baked. Overall we were satisifed with everything and we would defintely come back.

Great food. Great service. And great value for money. This place is amazing! I had the mini cooked breakfast and loved it. Didn’t take long to get served and the waiters were very polite. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Starting with the good things, this place has portions bigger than I expected. Freshly squeezed juice options were great, and overall the food was delicious. Option to pay by card is there. Some drawbacks - they didn't have two things that we wanted from the menu, staff seemed a bit cold in terms of communication and the wait time was not short. Overall, I was still happy with my experience here.

Went early morning to try out breakfast. Loved the typical english atmosphere. Sausages were different from the usual...much better. Nice place to start the day before shopping.Appreciate a like to this review..thank you.

Great service, delicious and abundant food. The ingredients are genuine and fresh. We order the homemade hibiscus kombucha, a smoothie, the sicilian pizzotto and the chicken burger with their sweet chilli and cheese fries. Every item exceeded our expectations and it is definitely highly recommended!!

Beautiful presentation but fairly bland, and my friends ribs were so badly charred we didn’t pay for them. Possibly the most upmarket looking restaurant but the poorest meal we've had all week.

Come here for cafe-food that is desserts, sandwiches etc. not a main meal. Ordered a biscoff cheesecake, a salmon bagel, and a double patty burger. The cheesecake and bagel were great. The burger was non-offensive, a bit bland, and dry. But again, I suspect this place is mostly a cafe and in a shopping mall so wouldn’t expect a top tier patty grill in the back to begin with.

Caffe latte - not so good. I've had a philly hot dog, it was below expectations. Not gonna retry. Don't recommend, nothing special. Maltese pizza - again nothing special it even had a funny taste. The salad was ok. Overall, food didn't impress much.

I am not a guy who normaly wrote some feedback, but food was stunning, i had BBq chicken wings and my lady pasta with pistaccio, both was excelent, didnt had a that Good chicken wings in a long time, also we really liked the atmosphere and playlist !!! Today was special day for us because we got engaged, and this was perfect food for us !

Very nice pizza. Very enjoyable. The only problem is that the flies tasted it before I consumed it. Can the management provide two big ventilation (fan) in the Open-air area of Hog. Pity such an nice place which holds a small problem that can be solved in a minute.

The pancakes are absolutely delicious! We also liked the coffee and smoothies. The coffee is quite strong and at a reasonable price, this is why we visit this place often. The mini cakes are a little bit pricey, but very tasty. Highly recommended!

Sadly the food was not good. I order a falafel salad with beef and both the beef and the falafel were very burned. My friend ordered a goat cheese salad with spinach and cale and got arugula and mixed leaves instead. We ordered a cheesecake and we got it first, before our main meal, not as a dessert. The service was not good, I complained about my food and they did not apologise.

Coffee is excellent and if you're a fan of latte milk frothing art, the Barista is a Master! The egg dishes were just right (ample portions,) and fairly priced. One of the best places for food in Malta during our trip. Prices are very fair and portions big, also everything tasted amazing. Chicken was crispy and well seasoned. Bonus points for good iced coffee and service!

From the very first moment - the atmosphere, the friendly staff, and finally the food - everything was simply excellent. The burgers and fries were absolutely delicious, the drinks were fresh and perfectly paired, and the overall quality far exceeded expectations. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for what you get. Truly a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

I wouldn't exactly call this place a fine dining experience. We ordered the fried cheese appetizer, which didn't come with a lot of them, but tastewise was pretty good. As a main we had the Calamari, which in itself was good, but the sides just weren't good. Fries were soggy and the vegetables were bland and seemed like they were taken out of the freezer. Raviolis also had a pretty hard dough for some reason. The pizza also tasted straight from the freezer. Honestly, they got three stars from me just because the service was really good (TBH we were one of the only guests) and the prices were cheap, especially the drinks. Maybe skip the food and just order a bottle of wine.

Great place to eat in Rabat. They are near the bus depot. Very reasonable price with good food. Staff is very friendly. Their rabbit stew is one of the best. Highly recommended.

Excellent restaurant with an ideal price. The Spaghetti Shell Fish is very delicious. The Aged Gozo Cheese Chicken Salad is acceptable. The server and the ambiance is comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

One of the best English Breakfasts on the island - and also value for money. Local staff are really efficient also. I don't recommend taking the table by the door due to the constant footfall. The rest - amazing food.

We got off the bus at Victoria and wanted a drink. Nearest café to the bus station and what a treat. A wide selection of well presented cakes and good drinks selection. We had a connolie and snickers pie, with a latte machiato and chai latte. Staff where very friendly and nice quiet atmosphere. Would recommend.

If you’re in Gozo, I highly recommend checking out this place. The food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we went back again for breakfast the next day. It’s the kind of spot that makes your trip even more memorable.

We just had an incredible lunch here. The fish special (filet of denci with olives, capers, tomatoes, wine, lemon) was absolutely spectacular. The fish was so fresh & delicious perfectly cooked & the flavors & toppings were incredible… & the portion was huge… just wow. The vegetarian pizza was also outstanding. We originally asked to sit outside, but that wasn’t available at the time so we sat inside & were fine with it… but soon a table became available, so our kind & friendly waiter offered it to us. The location on Victory Square is perfect & we enjoyed watching the setup for a big church celebration this evening. Inside is fine too, but it had less ambience & some 80s music that is not our cup of tea. The food arrived quickly; within 10-15 minutes of ordering I think. You pay inside if paying with card. The desserts in the case looked delicious.

I highly recommend this restaurant in Malta! The food was delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and the atmosphere was great. The Limoncello Spritz was an excellent cocktail – refreshing and perfectly balanced. A wonderful spot to enjoy a meal without spending too much!

Not good experience We had pasta carbonara and pasta with rabbit and my partner stopped eating after few bites and asked me if i can smell something weird with the food . I said no. Obviously he did not continue to eat and was vomiting extensively in hour or so. I am sick in my stomach 4 hours after eating Don’t recommend this place.

Wonderful cafe in Malta. It's quite small but they welcomed our group with open arms. The coffee was good, their milkshakes were the best I've ever had. The food was exceptional with lots of vegetarian and vegan options. The owners were very kind and helpful. We didn't want to leave.

Unassuming little café whose food/drinks & service exceed all expectations. Highly recommend it, and recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment as there are only a few tables. Their sweet potato sliders snack plate is delicious and good value (healthy bonus - it’s also vegan!) cakes are also delicious! Drink options I recommend are the traditional Gozitan coffee with aniseed & clove, or the Butterfly Pea Flower Chai Latte, although be aware that it comes already sweetened with coconut sugar, so you won’t need additional sweetener.

I frequent the Black Cat cafe often both personally and when I take my food tour clients there. We often visit for the delicious and traditional Maltese coffee - one of the only places on the island serving up this historical and authentic blend! The place is small but totally charming and Paula and her staff make everyone feel welcome. The place has soul and a great story attached to it. If Paula isn't too busy, it's worth asking her about the features of the cafe and where they came from! Highly recommended!

An absolutely stunning tiny coffee shop with amazing food. Sporting Australian and comino roots, this place offers amazing selection of great coffees paired with just as incredible bites, cakes and sandwiches. Places are in high demand, so prior reservation is encouraged, and its absolutely worth the hassle.

We arrived ahead of schedule, and the owner kindly accommodated us even though the tables were reserved for around 10:30. I had been eager to visit this place, and today I finally got the chance. The interior had only three tables, emphasizing the necessity of making reservations. I savored my coffee and indulged in the delightful Black Cat Brunch for breakfast. The owner provided excellent service, personally serving us and preparing our breakfast. I will certainly be recommending this place to my friends and colleagues.

Bellusa Café Bellusa Café in Victoria, Gozo is a favorite stop for us when in the Gozitan capital city. Situated on the edge of Independence Square, it is the perfect stop for an Americano Coffee or Cappuccino and a Maltese Pastizz before you check out all the local vendors and craftsmen that line the two streets on either side of Bellusa. If something more substantial is what you craze, Bellusa Café serves a grandiose English Breakfast for those with a large appetite. Eggs, pastries, and additional breakfast items are available. If we choose to shop first, Bellusa is ideal for lunch. Delicious hamburgers, chicken burgers, and sandwiches accompanied by delicious golden fries are sure to fill you up. They even offer an American-style hot dog. Excellent pizzas can be for one or to share with the family. People-watching is a favorite pastime of ours, and this is the place to do it. Order a cold beer or a refreshing glass of wine, and watch the world go by. Belussa Café is a casual, budget-friendly place sure to have something to satisfy your taste buds.

Food is just heated from frozen production, it is not made, it will do it's job to kill hunger maybe...

For 15€ 2 breast chicken you expect the chicken breasts not defrosted meat. Pizza is like frozen one but with added anchioves. Too bad for the price

Food was serviceable but our group of 8 had to ask multiple times where the remainder of food went. 2 of us had to wait almost an hour while the rest of us had already finished. The owner would only argue and not apologize. I would suggest going to the other places on this square

We were with a group of 8. 2 of us ordered burgers but the other 6 got their food 45 minutes early. So there was 45 minutes between some of us getting food. The owner when we asked him for an apology reacted rude and didn't say sorry at all. His excuse was that it was busy. It wasn't busy at all. Do not come here with a large group. Also my burger was plain bland and bad.

We came for lunch. The hamburger was better than I expected, but still just okay. The photo on the menu is not representative of what you get. The photo on the menu shows a large hamburger patty. When my burger came I thought they forgot the meat. Seriously. The fries were okay. However, we did enjoy sitting outside and watching the people pass by.

This was my second visit and it was a bit dissappointing compared to the last time. It was difficult to communicate with the staff that served us but they made a good effort. Food was hit and miss as I had a very nice beef tartare to start but the main course of mushroom risotto was bland and tasteless. The employee in the butchers section was making a lot of noise trying to cut up meat in the middle of lunch service so the atmosphere wasn't the best either.

Came here several times at various times of the day, since it was nearby, and was not disappointed. The options were limited, but I was not disappointed with neither the food nor the coffee; both were well done and made with quality ingredients. Their meat+cheese boards are well crafted, showcasing the quality of the ingredients that they source, mostly local and from Italy as well. I had the pleasure of attending a corporate event catered here, and the food and service was outstanding. I have yet to try their regular dinner offering. Their boutique inside has a very varied offering of Italian wares, including jams, teas, wines, liquors, etc; if you're looking for that unconventional bespoke gift for a foodie, you'll likely find it here.

We visit Vini & Capricci Everytime we come to gozo which is at least once a year. Sadly this time around there won't be a next time. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and we made our way through the cellar and we were met by one of the servers. He may have been the only server on the day. It was quiet inside, a large party of maybe 10 people dining on the cellar table and a family of four in the restaurant. We asked the server if we could sit anywhere we wanted and he simply nodded. We sat at a table for 2 and waited. The server passed our table 4 times, before he dropped the menus to our table. No explanation of the specials. Almost slammed the wine list down and asked if we wanted any water. After serving the water he seemed to have disappeared. We had already agreed that if our order wasn't taken within 15 minutes we would leave as we really felt unwelcome. The server came to our table after about 10 minutes. I asked if they had Cisk Zero, and all I got as an answer was No. No recommendation or whether they had any other non alcoholic beers. We ordered two cokes, I ordered the Duck and had to ask how it was cooked. My partner ordered the tagliata medium rare with peppercorn sauce. The server brought over the cokes and slammed them on the table. A few minutes later he dropped us a bag of bread on the table. And dropped is the exact word to describe the action. The food didn't take long to arrive. My duck and chips were unseasoned and there was no plum jus on the plate. Just a few overcooked vegetables, corn puree and a few pieces of popcorn that I'm not sure what they added to the plate as they were very stale. My partner's tagliata was ok but the peppercorn sauce was an over reduced powder mix with no taste whatsoever. Not at one time did the server come and ask if the food was ok. Overall very disappointed and will never go back. The server need some basic training in up selling and customer service.

Enjoyed our meal here. The deli has a great selection. The steak with pepper sauce was great. Duck burger is a good and lasagne was a massive portion.

We had an amazing White Truffles Risotto, super soft Ox Cheeks and a perfectly fried Swordfish. The side dishes were cooked on point and the salad was fresh. They have a huge variety of good wine. Very yummy vegetarian gluten free baguette. It had a great amount of avocado and vegan cheese inside. The gluten free bread was very nice - not dry or crumbly at all! It came with chips, which I was not expecting, and were okayish though not my favorite. The sandwich was great.

Super recomendable! We had a wonderful dinner with a very reasonable price. We ordered the calamari fritti (nice basil touch we didn't expect!), the ravioli with Gozotian cheese and the pasta with Maltese sausage, which was specially delicious (creamy and very balanced in taste). Plus two desserts, wine and water, and all remained under 50 euros. The waitress was very nice and the service was fast. We'll definitely come back !

The hidden gem of Victoria. Carbonara was excellent, served with thinly sliced, well-fried guanciale and enough pecorino to sate even a North-dweller with no realistic access to it (good luck getting pecorino in North Wales). Smoked salmon sandwich was all fresh and delicious. Clever choice of the veg on top made it special. We also got the Avocado Addict on the first visit and the beef baguette on the second. The former turned out to feature a healthy amount of bacon and nice runny eggs on top of the titular ingredient and the latter was a serious main course or a lunch in itself. The brie bites didn't really have much of brie aroma but we hardly noticed. All of this magnificence is sold at a price tag noticeably below Malta/Gozo average. Do try the cocktails!

Place is in nice location with tables outside, staff and service are good, but food nothing special. My friend had juicy burger that was juicy only by the nam and the meat was really strange, not like beef. I tried fried tortellini that should be a Gozo thing- it was just really hard because of frying nothing else… prices are pretty good comparing to Malta.

There is a hidden gem in heart of gozo and it is this restaurant. Food was absolutely fantastic, especially pasta and sandwich. Corona was served with lime witch was very pleasant. The whole thing completed kind staff. 10 out of 10 experience.

Ta Cetta Brasserie-Victoria Like many of the residents on the island of Gozo, we need to venture to the island's capital, Victoria (Rabat), from time to time. One of our frequent stops, for that all-important cappuccino, is Ta Cetta Brasserie. Ta Cetta is not just a coffee and pastry kiosk; this restaurant has a small but excellent menu for a light, delicious breakfast or lunch. The friendly service is quick with a smile and a homemade miniature, fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie with your coffee. Our favorite breakfast is the ham, egg, and cheese toastie. Perfectly prepared at a amazing price. Lunch offerings include a Maltese platter, pasta, salad, creative sandwiches, and burgers. I usually try the Chicago Dog, which is my lunch pick. Dinner at Ta Cetta is also a delight. Last night, I had the beef short ribs. The ribs were perfectly cooked and fell off the bone. The flavor of these succulent ribs was outstanding. My wife had Nicoise salad with a huge helping of fresh tuna. It consisted of ratte potatoes, green beans, beet and spinach leaves, egg, walnuts, and a split lemon dressing. The Brasserie has an excellent selection of salads. The Polenta salad is another favorite of ours. A selection of juicy burgers might be more to your taste. Try the spicy, crunchy, chicken burger fried in Panko crumbs with a fiery Harissa mayo. Six different Maltese pastas are all worth trying. Chicken, seabass, salmon, duck confit, steak, and the fabulous short ribs round out the main dishes. We enjoy coming to budget-friendly restaurant to try new lunch and dinner items with each visit.

“Real Pesto” Been in Sicily for a 10 days and Malta for 7, and this is the best pasta I’ve had on the trip. Oh - and had the Gluten Free pasta because my wife is Gluten Free.

Beautiful building, the staff were lovely and the food was some of the nicest we have had our entire trip. We tried the Calzone and the lasagna and it was incredible and so underpriced for what we got. I would swim back to Gozo just to eat here again :)

The place looks really lovely from the outside and that’s why we decided to hop in for a late lunch. I ordered the Pesto pasta which had to be returned as it was severely undercooked. The staff was kind enough to replace it for me and overall the food wasn’t tasteful. The smoothies are certainly good and I can recommend those. A lot of people were hopping in for coffee so I think the place is better suited for that. The decor of the place is charming however the toilet was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned.

This place really exceeded expectations. The steak was spot-on—cooked exactly how I like it and presented with just the right amount of garnish to make it feel special without being overdone. The vibe was relaxed but classy, with a sunny, welcoming atmosphere that made it perfect for a lunch out with friends. And the best part? It was surprisingly cheap for such a fancy setting. Will definitely be going back!

Great restaurant and nice atmosphere! Food was amazing, one of the best meals we've had here. Plates were very big! We're recommending spaghetti seafood and pizza with seafood that we had.

Our first day here we had lunch at Chapeau. The salad with grilled chicken and the ravioli were both excellent. In particular the grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, and not overdone as is often the case elsewhere. We are staying at Townhouse 17. Breakfast at Chapeau is included and amazing. Lots of choices, all delicious. Locals seem to drop in for coffee. Recommended!!!

The food is great, service is excellent and the owner is friendly and down to earth. We discovered this restaurant last year 2024 when there's a power cut here in Gozo they are the only restaurant that has a generator. Since then we keep on coming back for the food , the owner and his people. Give them 5stars.

We stayed at the attached hotel while in Gozo and ate here six times (four being the included breakfast with our hotel), and every time we were impressed with the food and service. The entire wait staff were so friendly (I believe we met all of them across our six visits), and the food was consistently delicious. It came in huge portions and always tasted really high-quality too. Number one restaurant recommendation in all of Gozo!

I enjoyed the food! There’s a lot of places where you can get pasta around town but it definitely doesn’t disappoint! Penne Mediterranean Chicken was great!

If there was a way I would give 6 stars. The food was delicious and there was a choice to order. After we ordered all the food came very quickly, in about 5 minutes. The portions were large and delicious. And most importantly our waiter was very cool and smiling. Very good bistro.

Ate here twice for breakfast and once for lunch. The food was always incredible and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming! Would definitely recommend. Inside seating is brilliant with air-con, and outside is a great atmosphere with a fan! There is lots of variation on the menu so plenty to choose from, and none of the food disappointed. We would go there every day if we could!

Absolute top quality service, food and drinks, me and my mate loved our Octopus and Duck dishes. Stopped here to shelter from the heat, inside was air conditioned and outside shaded with fans. The dishes came quick and were served with freshly baked little breads too! Would have taken pictures but we ate it all cos it looked so good. The only regret is not getting a starter of bread and olives! More bread please, I’d make my way to Gozo just to come back here again

Beautiful ambience! Lovely atmosphere! I got the goat cheese ravioli and didn’t really like them, they were a bit overcooked and lacked taste. My fried got the tortellini and I had some from her plate and loved them!! The waitress was so lovely and helpful! The portions are really big so I’d even recommend sharing a plate between 2 people.

The place caught our eyes right away with its beautiful building. The portions were generous, the food was absolutely delicious, and above all, the staff were incredibly attentive and kind, which made the whole dining experience so pleasant before heading off on the Gozo tour. The Passion Fresh Lemonade she recommended still lingers in my mind—highly memorable! Thank you so much!

Tried Maltese cuzine and it was truly amazing. The rabbit stew costs 15,5€ and you can see the portions is really big. The waiter was also very nice.

What a fantastic experience. Our waitor Andrew, was incredible cheerful & attentive, but not over baring. The food was absolutely incredible: one of our group was vegan & they were very accommodating. The restaurant was clean & a very beautiful environment- a very elegant place. The pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend

My boyfriend and I ate here on 7/1/24, and we were really impressed with both the service and the food. I am currently doing meat-free January, and I am a fussy eater, but they were more than happy to turn a simple tomato penne dish from the kids menu into an adult portion for me, which was delicious. The bruschetta was so yummy; the bread was lovely, and the tomatoes were so fresh and sweet. My boyfriend had a burger, and he said it was really nice (and he can be quite fussy, lol). To top off a delicious meal, the strawberry-filled croissant was just heavenly!! The server was polite, welcoming, and friendly, as well as helpful, and the overall atmosphere was really nice. But sadly, it was let down a little, by a family who sat down shortly before my boyfriend and I finished our meal: they were making rude comments about my tattoos, about my 'excited' mood, and just about me in general. It did make me feel a bit self-conscious and uncomfortable, but it will not stop us from returning! We are planning our next visit on 2/2/24 <3

If you want to stay in the Marsalforn resort area by the water and are of the mind that where you stay is just to sleep and wash up, then this place is perfect. As the others have commented, it's very clean, spacious and loads of windows to allow a cool breeze through the unit. There is AC in every room and all the basic amenities are there. You will need to do a quick groceries run and you may have to stock up on some essentials as the kitchen lacks spices and some other ingredients. But all in all, all the right electronics are there, the unit also has it's own hot water tank and we never had a lack of right temperature water and our bathroom was quite large. We were never lacking in anything, as Jason the building manager lives in the building so when we needed towels or anything else, it was practically at our doorstep the same day. We stayed on the 2nd floor in a 2 bedroom unit and it was perfect for our week stay. I would come back in a heartbeat and continue to explore Gozo. Such a wonderful place. Highly recommend.

Very friendly owner, helo us in everything at any time. I can recommend it for everyone. The apartment is really modern, nice, clean and it was awesome that it has got two bathrooms and a very cool grill equipment on the big terrace. We love it!

In terms of quality for price it is quite good. Ideal for students to getaway and relax in the calmness of the area. Utensils aren't bad and the area is adequate. It is not luxurious so don't expect exceptional beds or doors. The fridge/freezer/oven work well and the bathroom/shower too. I rated 4/5 because it could have a little better upgrading.

The apartments are very well kept everything clean and very close to the sea, in a quite area apart from the owner who is very helpful and you find him when you will need something. Highly recommended worth the money.

Second visit here. Beautiful location and decor, great service. Wine selection is really good as well. Food was great but this time some dishes were a miss. The Scottana beef fillet which we asked for medium rare, was served more on the medium side and it was very dry. Expected better in terms of the food dishes overall.

Like other reviewers, I really can't speak highly enough of La Vallèe. The dishes are creative, delicious and beautifully presented - making the most of local, seasonal produce - while skillfully avoiding any try-hard fads or gimmickery. For my sweet tooth, the desserts are a particular triumph... The raspberry financier with white chocolate mousse and tiny, warm, creamy donuts is an experience! The creators' and front-of-house team's passion for excellent food and service is evident from the start to end of your meal - we have been made to feel really welcome. Bravo! Sorry, no pics of the food because I was too busy enjoying it!

The best meal we had in our 2 weeks in Malta. The food is exceptionally good and very reasonably priced. We had the langoustine & venison as starters, and the sea bass & pigeon as mains. The portions are sensibly sized and everything on the plate enhances the dish and is there for a reason. The service from Stefan was also superb and it is very difficult to find fault with anything. A delightful find, especially because we were just staying in the hotel for one night and thought we would give it a go as we didn’t fancy heading further out for dinner. How anyone gave this place anything other than 5 stars I don’t know.
