Went there for a late brunch with family. Food was delicious and nicely presented. A family member is gluten intolerant and the server went out of his way checking ( and rechecking ) to make sure the dish she wanted will be all with gluten free items. :)

Really great place with both inside and outside terrace/tables. We sat inside where there was a nice atmosphere with jazzy music in the background. We ordered a fluffy pancake and a vegan patty with avocado. Both were delicious. Price/quality ratio was very good.

This is a cute brunch place with a lot of options. The benedict eggs were good, but the cocktails could be a tad bit better. Good experience nonetheless!

Been here twice and every time it is absolutely amazing, both food and the street view. Every dishes are well designed and even the pre-meal bread is outstanding. Very recommended.

I was there for eat my breakfast. Food? Really good seriously, i am very happy and it was tasty. My friends also has positive feelings but there is one thing that ruined everything. Waiter, Server, i dont know how to say it in english but he was awful idk maybe something happen in his life before our visit but this guy was terrifying. If you want only good food ofc come here but if you want to have also good atmosphere this is not good place.

Sadly i don’t have pictures of every food I’ve eaten here but since my 10 days here in Malta I’ve eaten here every day. I am too impressed with the variety, quality of the food, portion sizes and incredibly friendly + professional staff. They help you, they talk to you , they make you laugh. You really feel comfortable there and you are leaving fulfilled. Comparing to other restaurants nearby prices are low but quality is at huge level.

I took the rabbit stew, the food was very good, with salad and fries, but it's a bit hard to cut, and I waited for 30 minutes for it(although they said it's just for rabbit because it needs to cook freshly, but other tables waited for long time as well). and another 10 minutes for the bill, it's crowded and the ambience is like an American cafe, with all the photos and the radio music. the service is good.

I would give 6 starts to this restaurant if I could 😅 We wanted to eat here from our first day in Malta but it was full, so the waiter recommended doing a reservation. We had the “chicken sizzle” and “bbq ribs” and they were absolutely delicious. The staff is also super friendly and you have a nice view if you’re eating outside. If you are in Sliema, you must try this place 😩

The place is in a prime tourist area. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Food tasty and generous, not outstanding. Tables are a bit of a tight squeeze. Place does need a good cleaning. Ceiling a/c and air curtain dirty and clogged. Accumulation of old grime evident in places especially haphazard wiring above door. Some maintenance will work wonders. Prices reasonable and sensible. This place has potential and only needs a little love and effort.

I loved this place so much that I came back three times! Both the breakfasts and dinners were amazing — delicious food, a huge variety, beautiful view, great prices, and excellent service every time.

Absolutely amazing experience at Bocconcino in Malta! The food was delicious, portions were impressively large, and the drinks were strong and full of flavor – definitely not watered down like in many other places. But what truly made the visit unforgettable was the exceptional service. Special thanks to Nikhil and Pradeeq, who made us feel genuinely welcome, took great care of our table, and added such warmth and energy to our evening. Food is amazing! Big portions with more then reasonable prices. Came with a friend so we shared everything from appetizers to dessert and we barely menaged to eat everything (and it was only around 30€ per person including coffee). Waiters are super friendly and helpful. Definitely check them out!

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. The staff are clearly trying their best, but they're spread too thin, making it difficult to get attentive service. On a positive note, the food portions are generous and the quality is good, though I was disappointed by the soggy french fries and a hard avocado. The biggest issue, however, is the atmosphere. The location is underwhelming, with tables right on a busy street. Our table in particular faced a hectic roundabout, which was distracting and not very pleasant.

The location was so-so as it was in the busy area being across the ferry & the stop for the Hop-on-Hop-off bus tours. However, it was good as you were able to enjoy a bite while waiting to get on to your tour/ferry. I ordered the entree size grilled octopus. My husband ordered the pasta & we were not disappointed. Loved my mocktail.

Following a boat party we walked along the water front looking for a suitable place to eat dinner. The general appearance is welcoming and the staff look very professional. Service was adequate but it did take a few glances to get noticed for a second drink. The food was superb, I’ve never had a pizza that was so bursting with flavour and extremely well presented, a definite must. The mussels had the most amazing freshness to them, the broth was probably the best I’ve ever had and should be bottled and sold 😋

Had the most delicious salmon poke bowl for dinner here. The flavors were beautiful together. Really enjoyed this and seriously considered eating the remainder of my meals as this poke bowl. Had some peach ice tea to go with it, which was refreshing, after a hot day on the boat. It was pretty crowded most times I walked by - everyone’s food looked really wonderful.

Road side Restaurant in Sliema opposite the Sliema ferry. This was definitely the best one along this strip of other restaurants. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food was great and I enjoyed the happy hour cocktails (buy one get one free)

I wanted a quick breakfast that is close to my place. This was the best option according to distance and availability on Christmas Day. Ok food, and very good coffee honestly. Service is fine. The outdoor seating area would have been great if it was summer or spring season!

The salad was a disaster, wouldn't mind if it was good but it was literally a waste of money. Pizza was decent although not the best. Service was fast. I don't recommend eating here, for coffees or drinks it's a good atmosphere, at least I won't be eating here again. I think they take clients for granted since they get many people that would be walking along the promenade, so they don't mind losing clients. It's a shame.

First of all, my experience start Sticky table The waiter doesn't have time to give us a seat (choose wherever you want and sit) -menu a printed dirty paper -we ordered strawberry daiquiri we received mango (taste terrible just blended ice and maybe mango flavor) we return it and we said we ordered strawberry then coming worth again the taste -the pizza he explained it very large and full of ingredients then as in the Pic 3 pcs and maybe one slice of mushroom And the bill was the worth he charged for his mistake like nothing happened Anyway worth place from everything 🙋good luck

I recommend trying the fish soup. I had to come back a second time to try it again. It's very tasty. Good service.

We tried the linguine with seafood and the spaghetti with octopus. Unfortunately, the food was cold, portion sizes were small, and it completely lacked flavor—no seasoning, no taste of the sea, and the octopus was extremely tough. While there were plenty of servers, the service felt robotic and impersonal, with no real effort to enhance the dining experience. The location is nice, but that’s the only positive. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth the money.

Stopped in here after disappointed at surfside & so glad we did. Family next to us had amazing looking food. Staff were so welcoming & polite. We got a couple of cocktails that were amazing. Really recommend stopping in here for a bite to eat or a drink.

Amazing atmosphere with one of the best night views of Valletta. The setting is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing dinner. The steak was cooked to perfection and full of flavor, and the service was attentive and friendly. A great place for a special evening in Malta!

Quite disappointing experience considering the Michelin recommendations and the price range. Staff is super nice, knowledgeable, accommodating, polite and just how it should be in this kind of restaurant. Definitely way above Maltese service standards. But bottle of water should be brought to the table closed and opened at the table, otherwise who knows what cheap water is in the Aqua Pana bottle and how many times the bottle was refilled. And yes, that's common practice in the industry. The environment is nice and service (serving and clearing out) is prompt. We opted for 75 euro tasting menu, which was disappointing, as from 7 dishes only 3 were nice (presentation and taste-wise), remaining dishes lacked in enjoyable presentation (especially the risotto, definitely should not be served on flat plate), or in taste (lots of strong/unique flavours in menu but not on plate). The fish dish was on our request replaced with the pork dish, but pork was 50% just fat. Not enjoyable at all. I struggled to even swallow it, due to the fatty texture and taste. It should be a standard in good restaurants not to let 1 noisy table take over the entire restaurant, but to moderate noisy guests so all guests can have pleasant time. Especially in a restaurant which aims to be seen as above average. But that was definitely not the case here. Also clearing out everything from tables 2 hours before closing and turning off the table lamps results in you sitting in dark room which feels very inhospitable. Considering the price and delivered enjoyment won't return to this place.

Chophouse combines fine dining with a relaxed atmosphere and is perfect for both professional dinners and special occasions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Malta – and absolutely worth it for the view alone.

At the entrance, you'll be met by a rather stiff head waiter. If you're looking for a warm welcome, you might want to skip this restaurant and head to Bonvivant in Berlin instead. They also have a Michelin star, but the atmosphere there is far more inviting. The service at the table on the other hand was very friendly. The food here is good—perhaps a bit on the salty side, but still flavorful. The view is stunning; just try to overlook the balustrade, which looks like it was last painted decades ago and now sports a kind of unintentional "trashy chic." One last tip: avoid the restroom if you can. For such an elegant restaurant, it's surprisingly messy and clearly not checked as often as it should be.

Just had my wedding reception at the chophouse in May. And it was SPECTACULAR!! Every aspect of the evening was 10/10. The food was incredible, every course of our bespoke menu was devine. The service was nothing I've experienced at any other wedding. They catered to every wish and hope I had for my big day to ensure it was met and I would recommend this venue to anyone thinking of a wedding in Malta. Furthermore we had several meals at the chophouse, each of which were amazing, it's the perfect restaurant for a special meal of fabulous views and food at any time! The place is well located, very close to the entrance to Valletta, ideal for a coffee, a refreshing drink for this summer. The menu is also very gourmet and delicious. I had breakfast there and my experience was great. I recommend the place 10/10. The staff is very professional and always available if you need anything for the table.

Tribe Malta had delicious food, I tried the chicken schnitzel which was just the right amount of portions. The service was friendly and the food came fast. I was early to dinner so later in the evening it may be busier. Downsides, I didn’t like all the mirrors which made you feel like you were in a fishbowl and the water glasses need to be bigger! Otherwise, I recommend and would definitely eat there again.

Lovely place to have a breakfast, brunch or even dinner. The place's decoration ir really unique in Valletta, staff are friendly, patient and available. The place fits for vegetetians and vegans, eventhough the choices are not various. Prices are correct and meets the plates quality and quantity, count around 15/20€ a meal. Waiting time were pretty fast, but I might suggest to reserve in your experiencing the place during season, as it was already crowded out season. I defenetly recommend

After searching for the best brunch on TikTok, this place totally lived up to the recommendation. We were looking for an Instagrammable spot with great food in the heart of Valletta – and that’s exactly what we found. They make their own sourdough bread, which is amazing. I had the Sweet Soul Sister with salmon and avocado, and my friend had the Toast Malone. We finished off with the Dubai pancakes – absolutely delicious! The staff was super friendly, the food was fantastic, and the place is just too cute. Thank you – highly recommended!

got sat down very quickly by a nice server, we ordered and got our food in under 15-20 mins. there is more bugs than people here, and it’s so irritating, but they can’t help that. Food was underwhelming, we ordered the baobuns and fries, all fries in malta are undercooked it’s an island wide problem. The baobuns tasted of just meh, far too much ginger and sweet chilli, the chicken was a little pink in the middle - will update if i blow up the bathroom tomorrow. All in all, as with the rest of the maltese restaurants just absolute mid.

Crudo is a serious bet for breakfast or more. We went twice and stayed outside looking at the sea. Perfect, simple bruschetta and omelette sandwiches.

Service and espresso are great, but scrambled eggs didn’t taste much. Avocado was served still green, not ripe. Unfortunately not a so good experience for me.

Lovely spot conveniently located, with very kind and charming staff, and an attentive owner. Food was fast (though a little too much mayonnaise in my mackerel toast), my brother enjoyed his salmon toast, and coffee was good— I had a coconut milk macchiato which was so fatty and foamy. Smoothie was fresh and delicious. Extremely well priced, especially for the location and speed.

If i could give them more than 5 stars, i would. The only downside to this place is that they close at 3 pm, because i could eat here at any hour of the day.

Excellent menu and coffee! Loved it so much we came back here 3 times. The scrambled eggs are cooked perfectly, focaccia is delicious, and the salads and ingredients are all very fresh! The lemon zest on the eggs and salad are so tasty, we’ll try to copy that at home :) the staff is very friendly, too. Sitting outside or inside is both very cozy. Would recommend 10/10!

Not very pleasant experience, I ordered a millefeuille which was terrible, so hard that one couldn't put the fork in it. While we were having a good cappucino on the sunny terrace I waited around 20 min, hoping that it would melt a bit, but no chance. I went inside with it, showing them that is uneatable and after they first tried to say is fresh, when I invited them to eat it, they dropped it. What I asked is that the 2 more they were having to be taken from the counter so no one will experience this. Didn't happen, but they did not charge me for it.

It's a shame I found this place on my last morning in Malta. I give it a 10 out of 10. Very tasty

Very good selection of sweets and pastries for those with a sweet tooth and there's something for everyone as the tastes and flavors that make their line of eats is vast. Great place for breakfast and brunch! They have very large menu and serve breakfast till 3 pm. They have many tables, but I still recommend to book in advance especially in summer. Their coffee is delicious! I think they have one of the best breakfasts in the area. This time I tried avocado toast and I will be honest it was ok. My husband had eggs beef brisket and it tasted amazing! It was so good, that I ordered it as well! I really really recommend it! Manouche also offers a lot of desserts, bakery and chocolate. I love their dark chocolate with hazelnuts; as for other desserts, they are way too sweet for me

Food and service are both great. They do good breakfasts and a lot more.

The brownie tastes a bit off. Please change the butter that you used for it and add a bit of cocoa to the recipe. And please reheat the brownies that don't have frosting before serving. Chai latte is good, better than other coffee shops in Malta. Service was excellent. Very attentive and courteous staff. The place is clean and we'll ventilated. Individual seats are not very comfy. Balcony seating is available. A good venue to hangout with friends and family for some small bites in St. Julian's busy area.

I recently visited Paradise Exile with some friends, and we had such a great time. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach—which gives it a relaxing and refreshing vibe. The place was lively, with lots of people dining in, yet it still felt comfortable and welcoming. The food and drinks were really good, and we loved the fact that it’s pet-friendly, which makes it even more enjoyable for groups or families. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot to relax, eat, and just enjoy the atmosphere by the sea. Definitely worth a visit! 🌊

The café has a beautiful and very aesthetic atmosphere, and the location in Valletta is great. The staff was attentive and handled our feedback very well, which we truly appreciated. However, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. The matcha didn’t taste authentic (mine mostly tasted of soy milk and my friend’s of coconut), and the poached eggs were not properly cooked. My order also came with bacon instead of salmon at first, but they corrected it quickly. Overall, a nice spot with good service, but for me the food and drinks were not memorable.

The first thing I’d like to highlight is that, right at the entrance, we were kindly informed that the food might take a bit longer than usual — which I actually see as a big plus. It shows honesty and good communication with guests. After a short wait, we were offered a table inside, which was great since it was very windy outside. The prawn pasta was delicious — creamy, juicy, and perfectly cooked. The bowl with chicken was a bit dry, but the stuff immediately noticed and offered to remove it from the bill, and choose smth else, which was really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent — very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy, and it’s definitely a place I can recommend visiting.

Absolutely adored this place! It was quite busy at 1pm and they did warn us that it could be a 35 - 45 min wait for food but based on reviews, we were happy to wait. Had such a lovely lunch at Olivia3 in Malta! 🥢🍝 The place feels warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends. We tried their poke bowls with fresh veggies, tender meat and a perfectly cooked sunny-side egg on top – so colorful and tasty. The pastas were rich, creamy and full of flavor (the carbonara-style one was a favorite). Coffee was smooth and strong, exactly what you want after a big meal. Service was super friendly and the vibe is calm but lively – you just feel good sitting there. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for both healthy bowls and comforting pasta. 🌿🍷

I had breakfast at Olive 3 Restaurant today and was genuinely impressed. I ordered the Classic English, and it was excellent — a great price for the value. The in-house made hash brown were absolutely delicious, and everything was beautifully presented. On top of that, the service was incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

My friends also loved the green omelette and truffle toast. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the service was great. It’s a relaxed spot, perfect to enjoy good food with a cold Cisk or Birra Moretti. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Olive 3 in Mrieħel/Birkirkara is a great find! Very wheelchair accessible (didn’t check the toilets though). The place was packed but the staff were on point – quick to seat us, take orders, bring food, and get the bill sorted. Busy but totally in control. If you’re stuck on “as mum made it” food, this might not be your thing, but everyone else will love it. Speaking as a vegan, I was happy to see more options than most Maltese places – not loads, but enough, and all clearly well thought out. I had the Vurger and Poke Bowl – both excellent. The portobello mushroom was properly marinated, pesto on point, bun stayed intact. Roasted potatoes were great (I’d just use a touch less oil). Portions were just right. They also do some delicious refreshments — we tried the watermelon & mint one and it was spot-on: fresh, cooling, and not overly sweet. Only real gripe: vegan dessert needs more love. Banana bread is fine, but after a meal I’d rather have something else – maybe partner with a vegan baker? The vibe is lovely – a mix of industrial and rustic – and the table layout works well. Can’t wait to go back!

Naxxar around the main church is a very busy place on a late Sunday morning with 7 or 8 catering outlets trying to satisfy the whims and needs of hundreds of patrons. We decided to join the crowds and settled for Java since we had not yet been there. While the actual seating inside was fully taken up we managed to get a table outside on the pavement just in front of the shop. Good menu with various options of snacks, brunch suggestions and coffees (hot or iced). The servers were super nice and helpful, though they looked understaffed and very busy. In fact the service was quite slow, though we were not in a hurry. The food was very nice - I had the one pot bacon & eggs which I through enjoyed. Would recommend it

This was a last minute brunch decision but I was very pleased. The staff were lovely and accommodating and the food was nice. One thing I would say is the coffee was not great at all and the Shakshuka I ordered was more than a soup than an egg dish. Otherwise everything else was lovely.

I’ve been to Java several times and tried probably all breakfast menu. Portions are just on point, even when they initially seem small. From the Turkish eggs and Shakshuka I did miss some extra bread to finish it, so having the option on the menu would be great. Overall the service is good and kind, the issue is that sometimes it lacks someone in the room overseeing the clients needs, so ofc this might delay simple requests and puts you in alert mode as you must pay attention to when someone will show. Once I got the service of a waitress that seemed new to the staff and she was a bit rude on the order and even on the way of starring, up and down to you. That was an isolate case, but very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. A thing that is missing is the salt and pepper being offered together with the food, even in sacks if must be, but something. In general, a very pleasant place with very nice food!

The staff was very polite and the place itself is quite nice. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We sat down and had to go get the menus ourselves after waiting too long. After ordering, we waited exactly 45 minutes for our food to arrive. During that time, I had already gone twice to ask if there was any update. When the food finally came, the toasted bread was cold and therefore hard, and the shakshuka came with just one egg that wasn’t well cooked at all. The sauce tasted like a basic canned tomato sauce with some onion and pepper thrown in — it felt like it had simply been reheated. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for breakfast/brunch. It might be okay if you just want a coffee or to grab one of the pre-made desserts from the fridge — which I assume don't require such a long wait. Lastly, I find it unacceptable that there was no manager present. The staff, while kind, clearly had no authority or ability to actually take responsibility or resolve any issues.

I had an amazing breakfast at Java breakfast and branch in Naxxar! From the moment I walked in, the cosy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The menu has so many tempting options, and everything I tried was absolutely delicious, and it was so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion sizes were generous. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the coffee was amazing. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing and tasty breakfast with the view of the lovely Naxxar church! Highly recommend it for anyone who loves a good, hearty morning meal. I’ll definitely be back soon!

We hosted a hens party Friday evening and it was truly amazing! The owner catered to our every need, communicated frequently with us prior to the event to ensure we get everything we envisaged and she truly exceeded our expectations! The food was AMAZING as always!! Service was impeccable, efficient and continuously looking after us to make sure we have everything we need, drinks, food etc. Everyone enjoyed themselves, spoke very highly of the food and the service. Cannot recommend this venue enough!

I LOVE Marelli. The staff are so so nice and welcoming, food is absolutely delicious, and the specials menu varies every couple of days which is great since it spoils you for choice. The place itself is also super cute and there’s always a great background song playing to set the vibe. I have been twice now, and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone who’s looking for impeccable and friendly service, amazinggg food and an all in all good time.

Small but cute and good food prices are a bit on the higher side but still okay. Service was good however there were a lot of cockroaches outside the restaurant which we didn’t notice until after we finished the food. Overall very good but do recommend the establishment to try and keep those creepy crawlers away as they are a let down at the end.

Always a pleasure to grab lunch at Marelli! The fixed menu has the basics we all crave from time to time, and the specials board is updated regularly with a variety of dishes. I like to check out their Instagram for specials before visiting 😁 Desserts, coffees and cocktails are a must as well.

The food is amazing and also the staff is very helpful as they let you know their specials of the day. Love visiting here. The only drawback is that the place is small, therefore have limited space when visiting with the pushchair.

Could you please inform customers about how busy the kitchen is upon entrance, instead of waiting until after they've chosen their food? The long wait becomes very difficult given the uncomfortable seating. Sitting outside, we were cramped with dogs, pushchairs, and people smoking. We couldn't even stand up without spilling drinks and making the people at the next table move. Food was good, but sadly the whole experience doesn't make want to come back, at least on a weekend.

Clean and nice atmosphere, but nothing special. The service is excellent. Menu is limited. No lactose free options. No kids menu. A child at our table ordered a burger. She didn't have much choice and she didn't like it. What a waste! ( I cannot understand why simple foods for kids such as: plain burger, penne napolitana, small pizza Margherita ... cannot be added to the menu) . The food was abundant and good. On the expensive side.

The taste of the foods were so so, except pasta. Pasta was very delicious. I think it is over rated place.

We came to try out Hungry Hippie due to a voucher we got at the Malta food festival which clearly stated that the voucher was 50% on all food. When we came to pay they told us that the voucher in only valid for one person and not really on all food. This condition was no where written on the voucher and when we told the person at the cash he showed us a sign at the bar. This condition should have been written on the actual voucher not at the cash desk. Clearly a gimmick to rule people in under false pretenses!

Great menu. Everything sounds amazing when you read it. Unfortunately once it is served it is only so-so. We had three dishes and the only thing I would order again would be the grilled vegetables. The tacos were too small (especially for the price) and the pork in the pork salad was deep fried to the point where it had no taste. The pizza was okay. The service was very good.

I love it! Prices between 10€ and 20€ for main dishes. Many burgers, pizzas, salads and risottos available. For mine quinoa salmon salad I paid 12,5€. It was delicious.

Very popular place. Most of the time busy with people. Menu option is nice. Drinks selection is wide so you wont go wrong choosing this place for a breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Overcooked chicken to the point of it being absolutely dried up inside. So much that you can't swallow without having a sip of a drink. When told the manager, she said she'll take it to the kitchen to ask, got no response back. Other server tried to offer a complimentary drink which we refused. They need to understand that customers can complain so you can improve your quality, without any intention of skimming a free drink or discount. Jalapeno on nachos looked very old or over cooked as well.

We had a really good lunch here. The calamari fritter and the lamb ayares were delicious. The place itself is cosy and with a nice ambience to it. Service is good and both times we were there it was easy to find a table.

Pretty good food. Busy location but good for people watching. Vegan protein salad was excellent, served on a homemade cake of rice. Cuban bun was ok but big chunks of mustard detracted.

Horrible smoothies. Half of the ingredients were not fresh. The strawberries tasted unnatural and like industrial strawberry powder. We ordered 5 different tastes. Flu, energy, pearl, beet and etc. from all if them only the pearl tasted something bearable and natural. Overall staff were slow. Doesn’t worth the price. 👎👎

Went there for the first time and had the very best smoothie I've ever tasted so far. True, I haven't had too many smoothies in my life yet but this one was delicious. The server in charge was very kind and quick and did a good job making me a future customer. Given the fact that I was kinda thirsty I had overlooked the incredibly good looking food options they offered. Can't wait to come back. :) Thank you!

The juices are excellent, had the flu fighter juice twice. The staff is very friendly. I tried the raw bar ‚snickers‘ which sounded amazing but barely had any taste to it. Would always come back for the juice though.

It’s amazing first off. It’s the kind of place you nip past if you need a quick energiser or nice cold smoothie. It’s all fresh fruit and veg and you’ve also got green and protein options available. They also take Apple Pay/contactless which is super useful. I believe they also have a loyalty program which is convenient especially if you plan on passing this place quite often. The actual drink I bought was strawberry energiser which included pears and bananas! You can get a large or a regular. The regular cost me about €5.20 which is fairly reasonable considering it is all fresh and tastes absolutely delicious! The price varies on what style of drink you choose. But due to this price my girlfriend and I shared one regular. They also do special items in their menu such as milk and soy with oats to create a porridge, protein shakes and even soup! The staff were really friendly and well spoken in their English which is always very comforting. There is also no seating at the time of posting this but might change in summer due to holiday-goers. I came here February 2020 and it was quiet so I can imagine in the summer this place will be positively teeming with clientele. Definitely worth trying if you are going by during the hot weather or you need to quench your thirst while trekking around Valletta! Wish I had a Dr. Juice in the UK!

Great place for smoothies and other juice based drinks. They do a great selection including protein rich and hangover cures. This particular outlet is quite small and the range of drinks is a bit limited compared to others I've been to, however, they still had my favourite so all's good 👍.

The guy running this business is just so rude. It's hard to encounter someone who's so rude in Melta to be honest.

When you spend several thousand euros on a three-night stay, you expect to enjoy a cocktail in the restaurant with a view, especially after paying for an expensive dinner the night before. Instead, we were flatly refused. We couldn’t even look out at the terrace because, we were told, there were “other guests” seated there. I’m sorry, but as hotel guests ourselves, we should have been given priority. I understand and respect house rules, but when we went up to the terrace only to be told we could drink in the reception area, I felt genuinely embarrassed. There were plenty of empty tables inside the restaurant and it was almost 9 p.m. Had I been in the staff member’s shoes, I would have asked, “What would you like to drink? We’ll send your cocktails to your room,” and the matter would have been settled. The person who spoke to us was completely unable to handle the situation or find a satisfactory solution and kept hiding behind “other guests,” as if we’d walked in off the street. It was outrageous, I’ve never experienced anything like this at a luxury hotel. At reception, we were offered a drink at another hotel nearly a kilometre away. But it’s not about distance. A guest at a five-star hotel has the right to enjoy a drink wherever they choose, and that is exactly why they chose that hotel. The staff’s attitude on this matter deeply disappointed me.

Their hospitality was the soul of the hotel, and we’re so grateful for the care they showed us. Malta itself is stunning, but staying at Iniala was the highlight of our trip. Our subsequent experience of other hotels paled in comparison. Highly recommend this.

Great location but for one night the price and the quality was just not good enough. The staff was phenomenal but also felt pressured giving tips every time they did something for me. The room was very clean and nice but also very tiny and nothing special. The noise outside of one of the machine (probably for the AC) was just super loud and especially while sleeping. I don’t have a problem sleeping with noise but i bet others do. Also there was a constitution literally right next door. Another con is the balcony (check the video) which is basically a “French-style-balcony. Wouldn’t really recommend this hotel with THIS room

There are many luxury hotels with beautiful charm. Iniala Harbour offers more than just a great location overlooking Valletta's historic harbor. The service is among the best in the luxury industry. The excellent service begins with a relaxed check-in and extends to room service and the restaurant. Every request was promptly fulfilled, and communication within the staff worked perfectly.Once I expressed a wish (sufficient milk for the coffee machine in the room and sparkling mineral water) it was always fulfilled during all 4 days. This hotel and its entire team are of a high standard. Everyone tried very hard to fulfill our wishes and make our stay as nice and pleasant as possible.

At first I thought maybe I was just having a bad day, but after several different incidents, I decided ro leave a 1-star review here: 1) Luggage wheel broke during the airport - hotel trip. This happens, so I understand it’s just bad luck sometimes. However, they did not let us know when this happened. We found out by ourselves in the room and I felt that was not very honest… It wasn’t a great start. 2) Electricity Power Outage in the room. This happened suddenly 3-6am. I was awake because I had a jet lag. I went down to the front desk to report, but the front desk couldn’t solve the issue, so I had to sleep with no AC during the 1st night. The power came back next morning around 6:30am, but outage cause was unknown. 3) Staffs entered my room without my consent while I was in the toilet. This was HORRIFYING. Around 9:30am in the morning, after breakfast I was using the bathroom. Then all the sudden a man & a woman tried to come in and knocked on the door. The bathroom door was very thick, so although I was using max volumn on my phone to speak out “do not enter” “get out,” they didn’t hear it (and they were chatting, weren’t really paying attention to inside either). After they entered the room, I still keep repeating “get out!” on my phone speaker (I lost my voice so I couldn’t talk). Finally, the woman entered the bathroom and saw me sitting on the toilet, and she finally realized that they should have listened more carefully. When I angrily pointed my index finger to ask to get out, she finally left. This was one of the worst experience at a nice hotel. 4) Room Service menu was a joke. Around 0:10 (12:10am), I wanted to order some food. There was a Late Night Dining 22:00-7:00 section on the Room Service menu, so I ordered a salmon toastie plate along with some bread and water / lemon / honey. HOWEVER, only the bread and water / lemon were delivered. No Main Course!! 😂 My husband called to ask why didn’t the main course come, and the answer was “we are out of salmon.” There are only 4 menu items on the Late Night Dining Menu, but it turned out that they only have 1 left. But they didn’t inform me, so they only gave me the bread / water 😂😂😂😂 The location is pretty, but because of all these problems happened during my stay, I don’t think this place deserves a high price tag like this. Also, for such an expensive hotel bathroom, there is no shower gels / shampoo setting next to the bath tub (they are all glued to the shower room, and the tub is a little far away from the shower). The staffs were friendly, breakfast was not bad, but too many things showed that this place needs better management. (Before I wrote this 1-star review, I tried to contact the Guest Relations a few times. However, I didn’t get a sincere apology after all the incidents. They were friendly but not very helping with my issues. Also their inner communication wasn’t clear. I already told them it was electricity power outage, but they kept mistakening it for AC break down) It was a family trip to Malta strongly suggested by a family member. They told me this is the best hotel in Malta. I will let you be the judge.

Absolutely fantastic hotel right in the beautiful city of Valletta. The room was absolutely stunning and the entire property was beautiful throughout. The staff are very friendly and the service is great. Restaurant was quite expensive but was a great experience. We had the pool terrance room and the view is probably the best in all of Malta. Very memorable stay. We will be back

A fantastic spot in Sliema for breakfast, coffee and pastries ! Their English Breakfast is nice. I requested scrambled eggs instead of fried eggs. It also had crispy bacon, sausage, baked beans and toast, which was cooked perfectly. Espresso is strong and smooth, and the pastries are fresh and tasty. Cosy café vibes and good value for money. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a proper breakfast or coffee break in Sliema!

Don't waste your time! I gave it two stars instead of one only because the drink was decent and the lady who made my drink was nice. I went into the café and wasn't greeted, only when I sat down at a dirty table I was asked if I wanted a menu. This was after I spent time staring at the desserts on display. While I was standing there I asked the male member of staff if there was anything gluten free and he said 'no, no we don't do gluten free'. Please see my video where it shows 'gluten free' on a sticker on the window 😉. So all I could order was a drink. Even though I was seated I still had to get up and order rather than having table service like every other seated customer. I specifically told this male member of staff that I want it to have in as HE ASKED ME. After waiting nearly 40 MINUTES for a mochacino he walks past and goes 'hey mochacino there' gesturing for me to go and get it myself. It was given to me in a takeaway cup. Again, I ordered it to have in. I told the barista this and even she looked annoyed. She happily made it again and said that it will be bought over to me at my table. Horrible service from this male member of staff and disgraceful that you advertise as catering to those needing gluten free but clearly don't have anything! Ridiculous experience here!

We went here for brunch, and it was a really nice experience. The place wasn’t too busy — the outside tables were full, so we sat inside, which was still very comfortable. We ordered a cappuccino, Eggvocado, and a Full English breakfast. The cappuccino came first, followed by the food shortly after. Everything was very good — fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. Later we added a freshly squeezed orange juice. We paid by card, and the waitress was friendly with quick, attentive service. We spent about €15 per person — not the cheapest for Malta, but definitely fair for the quality. My only regret is not coming here more often for breakfast instead of eating at our hotel, which was pretty bad in comparison. Overall, a great spot for brunch — good food, good service, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Beautiful atmosphere the place was clean. The pizza was terrible. The sauce was salty. I spoke to who seemed to be in charge he was offended when I said the food was not up to standers. They weren't very polite, l don't recommend. Price would have been fair if the food wasn't so bad.

Favourite caféteria on the island with friendly staff and consistently excellent food. Often stop by for lunch or just a Latte Macciato and tasty Italian pastries. Recommend trying anything anything from the daily specials - Today had Salmon & Burrata Salad (~€12) and fresh Lobster Pasta (~€25) which were perfect. Also recommend Pasta Amatriciana, Tagliata and Ossobuco (when available). 5/5

The quality of the food is genuinely good, and you can see the food is prepared with care and eye for detail. If you are staying at Evolve Coliving Guesthouse, you can get a discount here, but sometimes the staff is not aware of this and sometimes the staff tries to subtly discourage this (as in, at first pretending to not know what I am talking about, then realising it and agreeing to it, but then not putting it on the final invoice - in all the times I came here, I think I only got this discount once, and it was always a hassle). Minus one star for that; either do not give any discount (and inform Evolve Coliving Guesthouse of this decision) or be open and upfront about it.

Very nice place, very nice Italian food and very nice service. You con find inside a lot of the best Sicilian wine and a wide variety of beers. Is provided a lot of topical Italian main courses in a comfortable and familiar place.

Amazing food ! I am a picky person in general my food / plate ... this lovely family Italian restaurant has everything that satisfies my Chinese tongue !!! Had 3 nights in a row eating here ! Everyday fresh local ingredients and the menu was always according to what the chef can find the same day in the market :) and the chef is from Sicily himself:) I tried all kinds of snacks/ pasta/ spaghetti/bolognese/ chicken salad ... the taste of freshness and the amazing sauce are happily melted in my mouth :) definitely the highlights of my days in Malta :) recommend to all Chinese community who cannot find decent Chinese food on this island :) of course all the other Italian food lovers ！

Look for Salvo or his son Umberto and they will give you an experience of a lifetime. Clean place, great environment and genuine food with a touch of Italian culture. Easy to find and easier to go again!

Our stay at AX The Palace Hotel was absolutely fabulous! We were greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival—very unexpected—and also received some delightful local sweets. The staff were incredibly attentive, hardworking, and nothing was ever too much for them. Everything ran like clockwork, and the team always had a smile on their face. They were very professional and genuinely caring, making us feel so well looked after throughout our visit. Chocolates were even left on our pillows each day, which was such a lovely touch. The food was 100 out of 10—absolutely delicious, with something there for everyone. What a brilliant idea to include unlimited soft drinks and any alcoholic drink in the price of dinner! It made dining so relaxing and indulgent, allowing us to enjoy whatever we wanted without worrying about the cost. Such a thoughtful touch really enhanced the whole experience. The twice-daily room service made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We truly felt pampered and valued as guests. Highly recommended!

Just returned from our second visit of the year to the Palace. From the moment we arrived until the time we left ( reluctantly ) our stay was perfect. We stayed in an executive room which was great, huge bed, decent sized balcony with a sea view. The hotel facilities are fantastic, the pool on the roof has its own bar serving drinks ( I recommend the Bahama Mama cocktail ) as well as food. Breakfast in the hotel has everything you could want and even at busy times we never had to wait for a table. The Temptasian restaurant serves a great selection of different Asian foods and also has a lovely atmosphere. I could go on a lot more about all the things that the hotel has to offer, but what really stands out for me is the staff, nothing is too much trouble. From the management to the bar staff, the staff in the breakfast room and everyone in between, they are all so friendly and so helpful. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the sea front and harbour, where you can catch the ferry over to Valetta. If and when we go back to Malta it will definitely be to the Palace.

We went for a day by the pool. Took the buffet breakfast in the morning. Wide selection of items. Really good food and service. We then headed to the rooftop pool. Unfortunately, not a lot of shaded deckchairs near the pool. The pool itself is not that big but it was very nice, enjoyable and clean. The bar next to the pool offers a waited service even for deckchairs. The food was really good and the service was good as well.

Just come home from a long weekend we have had a fantastic stay. We had a comfort room and the bed was huge. Cleaned daily and as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary there were a few little gifts left. Each night we would come back and our bedroom curtains had been drawn and chocolates on our pillows ( nice little touch). Hotel facilities were fab the infinity pool was perfect after soaking up the sunshine. The location is good with only a short walk to the beach and sliema front . Staff were all friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was nice with a good selection as well as cooked breakfast. Pool bar food was lovely and so were the cocktails. The overall general cleanliness was great. We will definitely be returning again

This hotel is not 5 star. Good area and pleasant staff. Air conditioning in n room kept us awake a lot constant noise. Bedding and towels although clean were not the best. Had to ask on 3 occasions for towels. Pillows need replacing. There was a damp smell in the room and clothes were feeling damp when taking out the wardrobe. Pool area nice and good bar. We were offered a free meal and breakfast for the rest of our stay when we complained about air conditioning as a goodwill gesture. Wouldn’t stay here again. It’s a hotel for the over 70’s.

Excellent experience. From check-in to check-out we couldn't have asked for a better stay during our time in Sliema. The location is excellent, the pool is incredible, the staff are beyond welcoming, and our room exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a central place to stay in Malta. We hope to have a chance to visit again soon!

Initially my family and I were in 2 rooms on different floors but we were able to get (better) rooms in the same floor very easily. the rooms themselves were great, the bed was MASSIVE in the comfort room and the view was 👌 on the junior suite. There were tables to work on in both rooms and it was easy to get to the beautiful promenade with restaurants not too expensive but there's a Mcdeez if you like it. Cat area also nearby (~15 or so cats)

Today I stopped by Delizie Siciliane in Sliema and had a really lovely experience. It’s a tiny little spot, perfect if you fancy a quick bite or a quality coffee break. Although it’s quite small inside, there’s a little outdoor space where you can stand and enjoy your food, though no chairs available outside, but it works perfectly for a casual stop. I went for a Double Espresso, which was rich, smooth, and just the right kick I needed. Alongside it, I tried a Mini-Trancio and a Chocolate Croissant, both of which were absolutely delicious. The croissant, in particular, was recommended by the staff, and I’m glad I took their advice. It was perfectly baked, crisp on the outside, and beautifully soft with a rich chocolate filling inside. The staff are all Italian, very polite, and genuinely friendly. It felt like a little slice of Sicily right here in Malta. You can tell everything is made with care and passion, and the quality really stands out. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves good coffee, fresh pastries, and authentic Sicilian treats. It’s a charming little stop if you’re in the area and craving something sweet and satisfying.

Super yummy and cheap! the croissant is a must! It’s near the ocean so you can take a quick walk and eat there. If you’re lucky you might find a crab and try to catch it. You might fall and slip in your butt, but it’s worth the try

The coffee tasted delicious and aromatic, the cakes were amazing and so addictive every cake was super small so it was easy to have a taste of everything pistachio croissant is a must try, everything were so fresh and tasted great, as a tourist I visited everyday during my stay. It’s a tiny cosy cafe and one of the best in Silema providing amazing service

incredible pastries, their pistachio cream is the second best ive had in my life. The filling of the chocolate cornetto is the best ive had in my life, it tasted like hot chocolate it was so rich and not too sweet !!!! i wish i could return everyday i will be dreaming of this place

One of the best croissants I’ve had outside of France. Nice pastry selection and sandwiches as well. We visited the several times and pleased each trip.

No seating available. Cannoli was almost good, there was with chocolate filling and ricotta filling, but biscuit was too stiff. Cappuccino was nice, nice foam. Stuff was quite friendly, although they laughed about how I pronounced pistachio and chatted in front of me in their language about it🤷‍♀️

Lovely place with air conditioning for super hot summer days, which was welcomed. We had breakfast here, the food was so fresh and tasty. Plenty to choose from on the menu for both food and drinks. There is so much on offer including fresh pastries and cakes. Worth a visit!

Foods were awesome, we’ve order the traditional dessert, unfortunately the name was forgotten, it costs 3 euro and one can find it on the bottom of the menu. Also, the fried mushroom balls we’re so tasty. All are fresh made ! Highly recommended! There are more than one busy bee restaurant in the city, you may go and explore more tasty foods also in other busy bees. Btw, their breakfast was also great!

I stopped by for a late breakfast and was genuinely impressed by both the quality of the food and the warm, professional service. I ordered a sandwich with egg, a slice of cake, and a double espresso,all of which were fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented (photos attached). The sandwich was perfectly toasted, the egg cooked just right, and the cake had a lovely texture and balanced sweetness. The espresso was rich and bold, exactly how I like it. The service was equally outstanding. The waitress who took my order was incredibly kind and professional. She clearly knew the menu very well and gave me excellent recommendations, which I appreciated as it was my first time visiting. Her friendly and confident manner made me feel welcome from the start. At the end of my visit, I went up to pay and was greeted by Sebastian at the counter, who was also exceptionally polite and courteous. He left a great final impression and added to the overall positive atmosphere of the place. It’s clear that the team at Busy Beef take pride in what they do, from food preparation to customer service. The café itself is cosy, clean, and has a relaxed vibe, perfect for a casual meal or coffee break. I’ll definitely be returning soon and have already recommended it to friends. A hidden gem in Sliema that truly deserves more recognition!

Nice English breakfast and coffee, the chocolate croissant was also very good. Located in a great area in Sliema Ferries, this place is very clean inside and offers good service. They have plenty of options to choose from, with a large menu and breakfast menu. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in Sliema

We always love going here every time we either (temporary) live on Malta, or just visit for a short holiday. This is one of the places we always come back to. Great cappuccino, ice cream, cakes and pastries. Lovely personnel always helping with a smile.

Jessica was a wonderful waiter. She was kind, thoughtful, and handled our large group very well. We will definitely be back and look forward to having Jessica as our server again. The food portions are quite large - particularly the English breakfast. Busy Bee also features tasty pastries and delicious gelato. I recommend the Pistachio and White Chocolate gelato. The photos are of the hot chocolate and pancake breakfast.

Cinnamon rolls chain shop. We got there late and the shop was empty which was good to sit. The team was friendly and helpful. However, the menu said the roll on the go was 2.80 and I spent 3.80 and I'm not sure why. The food was very tasty but felt like it had been there hanging all day.

I know I am spoiled, but everywhere I go, if there is a Cinnabon I need to try that. Here I tried the big cinnamon roll with Nutella, and the one in a cup with small cinnabon bites - which is basically messed up rolls cut into smaller pieces and covered in some frosting. Price is okay, but it was a little drier than other shops. Nevertheless I am still bias with it, so definitely would return.

😡 Disgusting and unacceptable! I was absolutely horrified to find a dead fly stuck to my Cinnabon at the Cinnabon café in Gzira. It wasn’t even baked inside — it had simply fallen into the dessert and was stuck to it, which makes it even worse and shows a serious lack of hygiene and basic cleanliness in the kitchen. This is completely unacceptable for any food establishment. After such an incident, I’ve lost all trust in this place and strongly warn others to think twice before eating here unless they take immediate action to improve their hygiene standards.

I never leave reviews, but I had to this time! I had been wanting to try this place for a long time, but it was such a disappointment. The staff was quite rude, and while we were trying to decide, they kept pressuring us to order quickly. We ordered the classic, and it was dry. The chocolate one was really poor quality — only the caramel was somewhat okay. We also ordered the smoothies, but they were just milk, ice, and a bit of artificial syrup. They were advertised with bright colors, but they all ended up looking plain white. Definitely not recommended.

The rolls were incredibly tasty and moist, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place!

The food was fine, but the staff was very rude!!! I couldn’t buy the wrap I wanted because the staff said that “I soon close, I soon close!” And he didn’t want to make the wrap, but here it says that they close at 22:00! Unacceptable!!!! And teach them some proper English for gods sake!

I was there yesterday with my husband and I usually like to go with my family to try the delicious milkshakes, but lastly there is a woman who doesn't know about customer service, she always makes a bad face, she doesn't serve in a good way, and the last few times I have gone to eat a milkshake around 6:20 p.m. she always says that it is already closed or that there is simply no ice cream to make a milkshake, more than 3 times she has said the same thing to prepare our order, I guess that's how it will be with all time with the people and customers, you should put more attention to this since milshakes are really delicious, I guess it's laziness the reason why she doesn’t want to prepare them and she doesn’t want to wash the implements, but this really seems very good to me and I guess for the rest of the people.

My boyfriend and I went here and ordered the chicken wrap, the smoked salmon wrap and a banana peanut butter milkshake. Personally I disliked the wraps because of the dressing that’s used in them. The banana peanut butter shake however was one of the most delicious shakes I’ve ever had. The service was quick and polite, so that’s nice.

They pretend to be open by 8am. We went there at 8:15 and they told us to come back at 8:30 when they “open”. We came back at 8:45 and for most of the food, they said while they are “open” they aren’t set up to serve yet so we could not order anything. Half the sandwiches on the menu were also unavailable and it was the start of the day. Rude employees who seem not concerned about work.

I usually order a milkshake here, there are different types, I have tried a few so far. I love them. They are so sweet and delicious and they look amazing! This place is worth a visit!

Highly recommended for a good mid-day lunch.. Extensive variety of milkshakes, Maltese bread, shakes, and other snacks. The chicken caeser wrap is delicious 😍. The place also offers outdoor dining right outside of Tigne Point.

My first Ftira sandwich experience! Sandwich served hot was really nice and the lady there was so charming and helped me much to order it and get a table ...but a man at the counter.

Food is good (needs some seasoning) but apart from that I recommend. I had the mixed platter the prices are comparable to the UK for sure. I recommend trying while you’re in Malta.

It was a great experience. The food is very delicious, the portions are large, I ate Adana kebab, they served with different types of salads and potatoes. I also ordered baklava for dessert, it was very good, no different than the ones I have eaten in Turkey. The staff were also friendly and the service was good. Thanks.

Tried traditional home dishes. Türlü and lentil soup wasnt delicious. Rice was ok. Hoped much more from the dishes, rice pudding taken as take away and i think it was made over 3-4 days ago, was like glue. May be another time we will try kebabs but traditional dishes was average, expectations was much more. (Their hand made bread is good 👍)

Phenomenal place. Great prices, big portions of delicious, high quality food. Stuff was very nice. We weren’t charged for a big pot of tea even tho we ordered it. We were told it was on the house. Great stop during visit in Sliema!

Terrible food the meat was raw salads taste so bad not fresh and they put small portions ! I tried to do complaint through wolt but from 61.50 bill they only return 6 euros which is a joke !!! Never again and I don’t recommend!! I called the restaurant they were rude and hang in my face.

Excellent, fresh food and excellent service. The waiter was very patient as we struggled with the app to order. All food was cooked perfectly and the salad was lovely and fresh. It was a very reasonably priced meal that I will want again. I highly recommend this place. Only dropped a point because of the difficulty in using the app.

Lovely place! A true gem in Malta. Thank you Kyoto for introducing me to the BEST Matcha I’ve tried. Isabella and Maria were really nice and the recommendations they made were perfect! Definitely will be back. And don’t forget to order the fluffy cheesecake! You won’t regret it, it’s heaven!!!

Very delicious and sweet bread that has different flavours and the form of a turtle really cute. I had the chocolate chip turtle and the strawberry turtle. Both were very good but the chocolate chip was my clear favorite. The coffees were both also super delicious and the price is totally fair.

We visited a small Japanese bakery called Kyoto. Inspired by Kyoto a city in Japan known for historic sites and gardens. Anyway this little cafe was so cute, there were lots of sweet treats from the donuts to the matcha treats and turtle shaped cookies. I ordered a Matcha with oat milk and I have to say it's one of my faviourite, lots of oat milk and the matcha seemed smooth and less bitter. definitely check this cafe out!

Been few times before and it definitely used to be better food-wise. They have non-lactose and number of nut milk varieties. The staff is always friendly, polite, patiently answers all questions and explains what is what. But they all look like they work long hours and are seriously tired. When we walked in there were 2 empty tables both dirty, we were choosing for quite a while, then places our order, sat down at dirty table and had to ask for the table to be cleaned when they brought our order. The hot chocolates were very sweet and watery. That's why the whipped cream of my hot chocolate immediate sunked in. The picacchu pastry was quite dry.

ILY food is amazing no misses with high quality ingredients. trust i HATE matcha but theirs (called shreck ashes if you pay attention) is insanely good. tried almost all the buns, they dont skimp out in cream and both the japanese and basque cheesecake is above my dads standards (who is a baker) service is amazing everyone there is so kind <3 same with climate if photos are what youre looking for price is very fair especially compared to the other bakeries around (under €4 for most baked goods) stayed in the area a week and went there multiple times a day, i am 50% melon bread atp. i will DEFINITELY be back asap

I honestly debating which matcha infused food should I take but the one with strawberry didn’t disappoint. The matcha latte is kinda lacking on matcha taste but it is okay, yet could’ve better. Next time I’ll try the other cakes. the place is small yet cozy.

A really cozy cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating that feels warm and inviting. The decoration gives off the charm of a neighborhood gathering place or even a welcoming home. Service was friendly and attentive, which added to the experience. The desserts were homemade, delicious, and offered a nice variety including some famous South American treats that were a pleasant surprise. Coffee was also very nice and paired perfectly with the desserts. Overall, a lovely spot to relax and enjoy good coffee and sweets in a homely atmosphere.

This place serves very good and unique coffee, along with delicious cakes, Toastas, and more. I tried their espresso and Carrot/Chocolate Cake, the coffee was very good. I’ll pass by again soon to try their Toastas. The atmosphere is cosy inside, and they also offer outdoor seating. I highly recommend visiting if you enjoy good coffee ☕️

A cozy and very nice café. Tried some of the products (cakes) and were very good quality and taste. Best Freddo Espresso in Valletta/Sliema area. The personnel was very friendly and hospitable making the atmosphere very nice either for having a coffee with friends or work.

Had a great dirty chai with soy milk and the vegan toastie! Perfect portions and very delicious. Fast WiFi too this is a great place to hang out and meet really nice people or get some work done. Will def be back!

My favourite caffè in Malta, best coffee, I assume is 100% Arabica method, tastes so good, also vanilla chai is great. People are friendly there. I'm regularly going there. Oh also the Pasteis de nata are the best in Malta, the only place where I found them authentic Portuguese custard tarts. Thanks guys

Spent a week coming here for morning coffee. Decent coldbrew, a little better espresso tonic. Really good pastries, especially the cheesy puff ball thing, if it’s available. Friendly staff.

Great food, friendly staff, quick service. We stopped here after dinner multiple times a week for dessert. Haven’t tried the savory crepes, but all of the sweet ones were delicious. Plus, free extra toppings! Definitely recommend to satisfy a sweet tooth craving!

Had Italiana crepe here. It was very mild flavor. Spoon of pesto and honey mustard sauce would make magic. Portion good for the price.

Nice crepe! We had Nutella Strawberry. The only thing we didn't like was a bit too much salt in the crepe dough. I believe the reason for that is that they are using the same dough for savoury and sweet crepes. Other than that, it was good 👍

Great pop-up place! Always a good stop. Recommended hot items - never trier anything sweet. Go for Pulled pork if you are not vegetarian and for sure you wont regret it! However, if u prefer veggie option they have it too! Good value for what you get. Plus good price for Cisk which helps haha. Will be back soon!

The best crepes and waffles in Malta, and the service from the staff is excellent, especially from Fidel! He is super friendly, attentive, and polite. We usually go there and always enjoy our time.

Abrazo in Sliema is a lovely spot that I was really happy to come across. Although I only stopped in for a double espresso, I was impressed by the overall vibe and the attention to detail throughout the place. The coffee was excellent, rich, smooth and just the right strength. It was made with care and served quickly, which is always appreciated. One thing that stood out to me was their full menu focused on healthy food options. It is refreshing to see a place that not only offers great coffee but also puts an emphasis on well-balanced meals. From what I could see, the dishes looked colourful, fresh and thoughtfully presented. It is definitely somewhere I plan to return to when I have time for a proper sit-down meal. The atmosphere at Abrazo is calm and welcoming, with modern decor and a clean layout that makes you want to stay a while. I will also be attaching some photos of the space to show just how nice and relaxing it is. Highly recommended if you are in Sliema and looking for a quality coffee stop or a place to enjoy healthy food. I will be back soon to explore more of their menu.

I had a turkey toast and a cappuccino at Abrazo. Both were really nice. The toast was warm, fresh and tasty, and the coffee was good too. The staff were kind and friendly. A nice place to stop by if you’re in the area.

My partner and I stopped here so he could get a latte, the staff were very friendly and the coffee ended up being his favourite in Malta. Very well made and drinkable from the get go (not too hot)! The coffee comes in a very cute takeaway cup too.

Sunday in Scotland is a cute little café that’s great for a relaxed breakfast or a coffee break. They’ve got some tasty baked goods, decent breakfast options, and nice drinks. There’s even a bit of outdoor seating, which is a lovely touch when the weather’s nice. It’s in a good spot, but a little letdown was that a few things on the menu weren’t available when we visited. What we did have was good, though, so no complaints there! The staff were friendly, and the vibe was chilled, but service could have been a bit quicker. All in all, it’s a nice place to stop by. Nothing fancy, but it does the job if you’re in the area and want something laid-back.

Used to be my favorite coffee shop... The staff is kind but thats the only good thing left about the shop. Croissants that are supposed to be filled with cream are empty AND PRICES ARE HIGHER!! (makes absolutely NO SENSE). They put a bunch of tables outside making it impossible for people to sit and for the waiters to walk. Very uncomfortable. The quality of the products is nothing what it used to be a year ago. They have just 2 or 3 products of each one and make you feel that you are buying just what is left... Big fan of this franchise but not anymore...

Very friendly waiter and helpful. The quality of the bakeries is excellent you can feel the butter even after a while after you finish. Highly recommended if you’re around Selima and looking for a nice dessert and coffee.

Coffee is best And so pistachio biscuits too! I have been here twice, cookies are extraordinarily. You don’t believe how good the staff is when we visited, very friendly helped us with some cool places to visit and very polite. A cool place to sit outside, enjoy a great coffee and chill. Pastries are worth trying.

Small caffe with nice views and great food. We ordered iced latte and croissants and a pistachio cake. The taste was amazing, you need to try the croissants!!!! The coffee was perfect and pretty large! Service was excellent!

With the morning sun on your face and the opportunity to people watch, this was a great start to the day. I'm giving the service a 3 rating because the poor waiter/ server was working on his own and rushed us through our order so that he could get to other patrons. We ended up ordering the creamy avo and egg toasted sandwiches which were good but not really our first choice with many items on the menu being unavailable. The Thai Chai was spicier than expected so do not expect the cinnamon flavour. The star of the show was the raspberry and almond croissant! You got to try it!

1906 Bagel & Bar is a really nice place to visit, stylish, welcoming, and full of character. I tried the Deli Delight Bagel with cream cheese, salami, pickles and cheese, and it was excellent: fresh, well-filled, and perfectly balanced in flavour. My Double Espresso was rich, smooth, and exactly what I needed to start the day. The café has a bright, modern feel with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it great for brunch, coffee, or even evening drinks. Service is friendly and the menu is well priced. Definitely worth a visit, I’ll be coming back very soon!

Love love love this place! The bagels are great and so is the negroni (the previous review actually influenced me). I'm surprised there are not more people coming to that place. The music is not too loud, the food simple but is so good and the staff is so nice (and cute) ! I completely recommand it.
