Happy, non-assuming little place that could easily be overlooked. Friendly staff, clean digs, delicious grub - what more could you ask for? If you order the Chopped Cheese (and you should), try it with the pimento cheese instead of American. Big fan of the fried okra! They keep the batter really thin, so you actually taste okra rather than breading.

Great food and cool little place. Not what we were expecting but enjoyed our visit. Little different from traditional café as you order and pay then get a number to set on your table. You get your own drinks, silverware, condiments... only reason for a 3 on the service. The waitresses and bussers were great but it was odd getting your own stuff. We both had build your own omelets, food came out really fast and hot. Food was great, nice size omelets with good fillings. Menu little small but has the basics.

What a beautiful, local experience. Hands down, this is the best restaurant with homey vibes in Aiken yet. This place feels nostalgic, I needed a place for inspiration so that I could write again and I found it here! Aiken has always been my home, I was born and raised here. This place is by far the best restaurant I've been to in this area. I love the coffee house music that plays, it's very retro and gives me new ideas and clarity. I had the Spinach Bacon Salad!! It was absolutely AMAZING! If you're going for breakfast, you have to get the grits. I added cheese in mine, they are the best grits I've ever had hands down (and I was raised on grits!). I had the Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake with my lunch today and it was worth every penny. The prices are beyond reasonably for the amount of food you get on your plate and the quality of each bite. I am not over exaggerating when I tell you, if you're looking for a place to eat that has an "Aiken-feel" and right in the historical part of cozy downtown Aiken, look no further than "What's Cookin'". You're welcome. Oh! I told you so. 😉

We took our family of five (two adults and three children) to What’s Cooking and had a great overall experience. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the prices were very reasonable—our total bill came to about $75. I ordered the French dip and was thoroughly impressed. The meat was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—easily one of the best I’ve had. Highly recommend it. My wife had the club sandwich and enjoyed it with no complaints. For the kids, we ordered a grilled cheese, hamburger, and chicken sandwich. Everyone was happy with their meal, except for one of my daughters who thought the chicken was a bit dry. I tried it myself and thought it was delicious. The small side of chili we ordered was also a hit. My youngest daughter even recommended dipping the grilled cheese into the chili for extra flavor—a surprisingly good combo. Overall, What’s Cooking delivered a satisfying, family-friendly meal. We’ll definitely be back and gladly recommend it to others.

My third visit. Some of our friends told us what a great place downtown Aiken was. So, about 4 years ago, a few of us ventured from our hometown of Augusta to see for ourselves. What a joy it had been and for the past 3 years we have made it an annual visit. The food is great, the people at What's Cooking are great and the atmosphere is fantastic. We'll be back next year. And maybe I'll try that rainbow cake!

Absolutely a must visit when visiting Aiken SC. Food and service was great , however being a first time visitor I was unaware of having to get my own silverware and drinks. There were no signs posted about self service and wasn't till my meal arrived and I asked where my coffee was the waitress then kindly explained it to me. Other then that the restaurant was terrific 👍

Absolutely DELICIOUS food. I always order my lunch & buy the prepared Shepard's Pie to take home for dinner the following day. Its always, always, always delicious, BUT this time it was especially good. The service is always amazing, Mac is the best!!

Great modern diner, food was delicious, staff friendly and attentive. Lots of seating in the dining room it also has a full bar with seating and typical diner fashion. Seats overlooking the kitchen. The diner wasn’t too busy when we arrived but started to fill up for lunch. They have breakfast all day, along with a lunch and dinner menu with your favorite diner meals. The grits were my favorite, creamy and salted just enough. The pancakes were delicious, and the eggs cooked perfectly.

The food here is always pretty good, and the portions are large. They don’t necessarily always have a lot of healthy options, but it’s nice for a treat on occasion. I tried the hamburger salad and was pleased.

Love the diner feel to this restaurant. The name is perfect for it. The helping sizes were big especially the chicken. Two people can share the Chicken and Waffles! The strawberry butter is perfect with it not being too sweet. The grits were made exactly right with the right texture. We'll definitely be back.

I visited Metro Diner for a dine in service this past Sunday on a recommendation from a acquaintance i knew and really enjoyed myself. I ordered the Ribs and Chicken Combo and it was delicious and filling. It came with tender, slow cooked half rack baby back ribs, fried golden brown chicken tenders, seasoned fries, coleslaw, and a Sprite to drink. The customer service was friendly and in a timely matter. (Beautiful and nice waitress by the way)

Good place for breakfast. Food quality was good and prices reasonable. Nice clean friendly place. Only thing I was disappointed in was they don't serve Bloody Mary's until after 10 lol.

We dined and on a Saturday afternoon around 1 o’clock. We both ordered soup and got a tea as we were not very hungry. The restaurant was not very busy at this time. The staff were not very friendly. Our soup was so bland and I’m sure I will not be back.

We stopped at New Moon this afternoon for lunch after walking around downtown on a beautiful day. Nice little cafe, not a lot of seating. Friendly people and good service. I had the G-Love sandwich, London broil, provolone and onions, and it was good but not really meaty. My lovely wife had the Boss Lady's Chicken Salad and said it was fresh and delicious. But the star of the show was what we took to-go and ate when we got home. Two brown sugar cinnamon muffins! I wish we bought a few more. Maybe next time!

Just passing through and wanted some brunch on the way home. Found this super cute place. Very inviting, friendly people and the food was delicious. I got the smoked salmon on an everything bagel. Definitely one of the best I’ve had. The dill made it so fresh and delightful. The vanilla latte hit the spot and my guys breakfast sandwich was incredible. Fluffy cheesy eggs and the croissant was warm and flaky. If we are ever in the area again we will go back

This is the epitome of a local coffee shop. Fabulous servers and wonderful atmosphere contribute to an artistic sense of the town. My iced latte order was a bit complicated but the server was so kind and even offered alternatives. The croissant was warm, buttery, flaky and just the right accompaniment. I look forward to going back to this shop the next time I'm in town.

Visiting from out of town, wanted a smoothie, decided to go here and I’m glad we did. Great place, lots of local art for sale, great friendly staff and a delicious menu. The menu looked so good I ordered the Turkey and apple on a croissant, and a banana strawberry smoothie with added protein. Great prices, fun place and seating outside.

I ordered a t bone steak medium, got it well-done. And the whole experience today was awful. And I normally love this waffle house and it's staff. But today it was bad!

Got my order wrong, they were to busy playing. Wish I could take my tip back. Make sure u check your food before you leave. I ordered a grit bowl steak eggs & cheese add bacon. I got a hash brown bowl with no bacon. Drove all the way home just to open the bag & be disappointed, after working a 12 hr. Shift. Pissed I’ll stick to the SOUTHSIDE Waffle House.

The food was definitely dry and undercooked and they forgot to give me the sausage with my waffle with the kids meal I ordered. When I told them after trying to get their attention they gave me one undercooked sausage. Also you can tell some of the employees are on hard drugs the way the were moving and acting. Definitely amateurs.

Always a good experience at most of the locations I've been too. This one was no exception. Very attentive server and good hot breakfast just the way I ordered.

Only one person working , she told me she’s been cooking there since 1978!!😁 This place sits right next to the race track and serves a good cooked yo order breakfast. Fun place to go. The walls are covered with vintage photos, news stories and plaques. LOVE the homey feel-when we were told to step behind the counter to “take a cup and get your coffee”.

This place has been around since 1957, and it looks like that! It has a very unique feel to it and definitely is just a hole in the wall, type of shack diner. It's located right smack dab in the middle of Aikens Horse District. It's just a very open floor plan with peeling paint pretty much everywhere. There's a huge amount of history up on the walls dealing with horse racing, especially in the Aiken area. The kitchen kind of gives you a grandma's kitchen feel. We understand that this is a very local Patron restaurant. There was a nice elderly lady working the kitchen and she took our order. Looks like she pretty much makes everything from scratch and told us that since we ordered hot cakes, it would take a while for them to come out. And that was quite true! Matter of fact, 3 other gentlemen came in, ordered eggs and bacon, got their food, ate it, and left before we still got ours. A nice gentleman wheeled our food out to us on a tray and gave us all our food. We were pretty happy with everything, I thought They had some of the best grits I've ever had. Do be aware that: Cash Only Need to bus yourself Can go into the kitchen to refill your water or coffee. If you like divy type places, this is a must go for you. If you're a horse person, it's also a great place to check out. I'm not sure if I would make it a regular, but I could see myself eating here again.

Very unique Aiken experience. A country kitchen located in the middle of the horse district of Aiken. You will mostly find locals but they are all very friendly. Food was good and the horse racing pictures on the wall are interesting. PRO TIPS: - Cash only - Be nice and bus your tables - The "Do Not Enter" sign into the kitchen is optional. My wife and her horse have been spending Jan, Feb, and March in Aiken for past ten years. This year I came along. She had been singing the praises of the Track Kitchen. The food was good, the service was good, and the ambiance relaxed. Strangers became friends as we sll shared two passions, horses and grits.

Delicious basic breakfast that was perfectly cooked. Lots of memorabilia on the walls to look at. It's a "track kitchen" not fine dining. Go for the food and unique atmosphere.

This was the best dinner I've ever eaten, plus the impeccable service from John Paul made it unforgettable and a truly delightful dining experience. This will be our go to places for special occasions.

Pastries are a bit pricey but have been pretty good 9/10 times we have gone (once had some that were a bit over cooked). The ordered food has been excellent every time we have gone. Just breakfast so far, but excited to try dinner in the future. The inside is nice as is the outdoor area which is very enclosed and secluded despite the proximity to the road. Food comes out quick and the decor is fun.

Excellent food ranging from sandwiches, salads, quiche, pastries. So yummy! Quaint Parisienne atmosphere w/a cozy decor. Just be aware that the entrances are a bit deceiving. Seems most ppl order at the to-go counter them seat themselves. If you don't, they may not realize you're there so let them know. Been a couple of times & loved it

False advertising. Despite the fact that they are a French bakery and make their own croissants- if you spend 13 dollars on a croissant sandwich they serve you it on a grocery store-bought croissant. They show pictures online of their sandwiches being served on real croissants. We asked the server if they made the croissants for the sandwiches in-house and she said they don’t. Complete false advertising. Coffee was alright. Also had the avocado toast and the one slice of the bread was stale. Service was pretty weak too. Asked for water and server never returned. Don’t bother for breakfast dine-in and skip the sandwiches. The actual pastries are pretty good though.

Upon our visit to Aiken, we were told to stop at La Parisienne and it sure did not disappoint! They are open for breakfast throughout the morning and dinner in the evening. The interior is charming with great menu selections (haven't had anything I didn't enjoy). This is an absolute must if you're in the area. I would venture to say that I would travel an hour just to eat here!

Our new favorite spot in Aiken! Super cute European feeling cafe with a nice atmosphere. The service was great, the food and coffee were fantastic and they even brought some biscuits out for our dog and gave him water without us having to ask them for it. Bonus that the doggie biscuit was shaped like the Eiffel Tower 🗼

I had the Norwegian Breakfast. It was really great! I didn't have to add any salt or pepper, which is a rarity. The pastries are also very good and reminded me of my trip to Europe a few years ago. It's very authentic in taste, so don't expect anything on the extremely sweet end. The food it's self is rich and filling, and my poached eggs were cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend this place for the authentic cuisine alone. The only issue I had was the confusion with service in regards to asking about ordering/seating/menu and which pastries were available when I askee, because they do sell out of their popular ones pretty quickly. However, that is easily resolvable and didn't take away from my pleasant experience.

The atmosphere was great everyone seems happy on a Sunday. The service was 8/10 only problem was my hash browns were basically potato chips and I wanted to send them back but my waitress went missing 4 a minute. Got and omelette it was good. Service was ok... Only complaint is the OVER COOKED HASH BROWNS

We go for the Eggs Benedict and hash browns. Unfortunately the hollandaise sauce was broken and had clumps in it making it taste meh. Not worth $44 for 2 people.

Classic and locally owned diner with great food and great people. The presentation and taste of the food is a credit to whoever the chef is and the waitresses are kind and attentive. Plus, they play classic Soul and R&B that really sets the vibe of the place off nicely.

I have eaten here multiple times during my time in Aiken and it has yet to disappoint me. The hours are great for early raisers and the food is great as well. I have gotten the biscuits and gravy before which they are greattt! But the pancakes never miss! This last time we went my mom got the BLT & it was also very good! The service is wonderful all the time we usually get our food quick and are in and out of there!!

Didn't eat here. Went in to get a table and asked if they had a waffle maker that did not come in connect with any nuts. Out of the 3 I saw, no waffle maker that was nit free. I have 2 children with severe nut allergies. So we left. Heard the food was good, but can't risk a reaction.

Was the choice for the hubby and I traditional Valentine Day Breakfast. It was our first time BUT glad we did yum .. yum .. yummy 😋. Everything was made when order but yet didn't take a long time. I usually shy away from French Toast because of the egg dip. I requested a light egg dip & it was delivered!!

The baked macaroni was horrible. It literally tasted like dish water. Everything else was great but I think the iced latte for $3.99 is over priced.

Great menu variety. Best fried chicken, breakfast is great also. Take home meals at 6.00 is great with any food purchase. The sweet peach tea is very good. Campfire chicken special very very good.

Tried Cracker Barrel for the first time. I had the Bacon n’ Egg Hashbrown Casserole; it was a good blend of flavors and left me full. The coffee was good and strong. Wish the biscuits and gravy came out hot, but warm was sufficient. The staff were friendly. Service was slightly slow, but I doubt they are highly staffed on a Thursday morning. The store they have was packed full of a wide variety of products. Almost a little too packed, hard to walk around the fixtures. Overall, it’s a neat place to visit.

I recently had a fantastic experience at Cracker Barrel, and I wanted to give a shout-out to the amazing team there! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. Our server was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. What really stood out, though, was the inclusive atmosphere created by the managers, Heather and Ricky. They were both so welcoming and made it clear that everyone was valued and respected. It’s rare to see such genuine care and dedication to creating a positive environment. The food was delicious, as always, but the exceptional service and inclusive environment truly made this visit memorable. Heather and Ricky are doing an outstanding job, and I can’t wait to go back!

Stopped here for lunch. It was about 60 percent full. Had to wait in the front for 5 minutes or so before we were seated. The waitress came immediately and we got out waters. Was a little while before she took our order, but we didn't mind. We ordered breakfast and lunch. The food came out fairly quick. I must say the fried chick was tasty. The breakfast food was not. My ham was tougher than cow hide and my sausage was drier than the Sahara. The eggs and pancakes were good. The cinnamon roll pie was not as good as it looked. It was cool. Would have been better hot. Got done. I must say, out server was one of the best. Went to pay at the counter. Only one person checking out and one person in front of me which was an employee. Looked like christmas gifts. The cashier could not get her info to come up, so there was a delay. Finally got the check paid and off we went. Overall, server excellent, breakfast food was not very good and chicken was great.

Ordered drinks and asked for rolls four times... Drinks arrived just before the food and rolls arrived AFTER the food. Food is cold, I ordered a sirloin steak with onions and gravy, a loaded baked potato and salad... A PLAIN cold steak with cold french fries with a side of okra arrived. Finally a baked potato was brought out -They are out of sour cream for LOADED baked potato. I wish someone told me before I ordered. The baked potato cold to the touch doesn't melt cheese or butter. Steak ordered with onions and gravy, when gravy arrived in a bowl, no onions because "there's no sauteed onions." Drink order was slow to the point I was ready to go a gas station down the street. The restaurant is clean and quiet NOT BUSY AT ALL to justify the poor service. I sent my food back, asked them to CANCEL my order and take it off my check. My girlfriend ordered Chicken and dumplings, corn and a salad with THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING. The order arrived WITHOUT CORN and two containers of Ranch dressing. Server said they are out of thousand island dressing. Food was room temperature. Girlfriends brother ordered Mama's breakfast with extra butter and extra syrup. The eggs and french toast were cold and was only given ONE BOTTLE OF SYRUP and one scoop of butter. Couldn't melt the butter. Spoke to the manager (Jeremy) and he apologized and said "we don't offer thousand island dressing." He also said they do "have onions to saute."

Got there and was seated after about a minute, but unless you sit at a table that’s attached to the floor the tables are absurdly wobbly. It took 45 minutes for us to get our food that had terrible portion sizes and the flavor was forgettable. The service was okay at best but it was just had a weird atmosphere and extremely annoying music playing. To elaborate on the portion sizes I ordered a pancake combo, it came with two small pancakes what looked like a single scrambled egg and maybe half of a potatoes worth of hash-browns. We ended up leaving early because the atmosphere was too dingy as it just felt damp and there was mold on the ceiling as well as the seats being uncomfortable. Mind you I hadn’t eaten any of the food and I left with a container of what looked like leftovers. In the first picture my hand is used for scale, my hand is slightly above average in size and my palm itself almost covers the entire pancake.

My husband and I had breakfast here a few days ago and it was really weird. The hostess only acknowledged my husband didn't even look at me. Maybe I'm over thinking this but it was definitely segregated all the black people had one lady for their waitress and everyone else had the other lady. Our waitress was okay. I had hair in my orange juice, she offered to get me another one but I just had it taken off the check. The food was okay my husband thought his Nashville hot tenders were okay and I liked my pancakes. The omelet wasn't very good. Would I eat here again probably not. I hope they work on the atmosphere and make it welcoming to all not just certain people.

Waitress was fine. Greeted us as we came in and was attentive and took our order right away. The food was well, pretty bad. I ordered the turkey and stuffing. I’m still not sure if that was turkey on my plate. They forgot the stuffing as well. The mashed potatoes were pretty much soup. The stuffing finally came out and it had been in the microwave 20 minutes too long. It was hard, rubbery, and not worth trying to eat. My wife’s order was prepared wrong so they had to remake it. That happens, but it took another 20-25 minutes for it to come out and they forgot the fries. We waited for her fires and finally decided to just get her food to-go. The kids eggs, bacon, and pancakes were good though. Probably just need to stick to breakfast food at this establishment.

Came in not busy was immediately sat at a table Sylvia was very nice not overbearing like some waitresses do like always at the table. Food needs some seasoning but other than that it was good didn’t get coffee like I was hoping for because the coffee pot was a little dirty still had coffee stains on it. This places really needs to be remodeled. I definitely will be coming back.

It wasn’t busy at all. Waitress never came back to check on us or offer refill of my son’s drink. I would’ve loved some more butter for my pancakes. Small portions of hash browns & scrambled eggs. $45.00 for subpar breakfast.

Everything was top-tier awful. The service was horrible from walking in the door until we left; the food was awful all around. They went back and forth about who was going to sit us. The System went down young lady started demanding pay and didn't give us a ticket so we could see what was being charged and to top it off we hadn't received all our food. When we did get it it was not hot. Then had the nerve to get all the orders wrong. The steak omelet was not cooked on the steak omelet it was raw had to send that back. No steak was in the omelet it was like they were low on food. Idk all I can say is it was awful. The manager hid in the back for some reason. The only reason I gave it one star because it will not let me post without it. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. No they were not booked and busy.

The waitress was awesome! She went above and beyond what she needed to. We had a great meal even though we were rushed, but an outside commitment, not IHOP but in spite of this the waitress seemed committed and dedicated to making sure we enjoyed our meal. Excellent!!!

Always a great meal. The staff are super friendly. My only complaint is the traffic pattern is a little tight. I was in a larger vehicle and just made it harder to negotiate. It wasn't impossible both other locations flow better.

Since the atmosphere was my car...but I love the food at Chick-fil-a and the staff are always pleasant. The orders are ALWAYS correct, every time. Lines are long but move fast. Many fast food places could learn alot from them! I know they've all tried to copy their chicken sandwich for years.

Ordered on the mobile app and went through the drive thru. As always, the staff was great and service was quick. The food abd drinks were good. My only complaint about this location is where you enter the drive through is the same place the cars exit and it is tight.

Chick-fil-A is, in my opinion, the best restaurant out there. There's something truly special about their food that keeps me coming back for more. From the moment you step inside, the friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff set the tone for a great meal. For 2 consecutive visits at this location we have requested extra salad dressing with our order and not received it. Why would anyone order 3 salads and only 2 packs of dressing? One should not have to park and inventory the bag to find the dressing shortage concealed in the bottom of the bag. Then upon reentry to the store there is no management available and just a blank stare at the counter. Fix this Mr Tom Johnson Jr.

The chicken was delicious and hot. The fruit cup was made from fresh fruit. The place was way too crowded to eat in. No where to park in their lot. Drive thru way to busy to use. Had to go in to carry out.

Let’s start by saying I had no idea…we found this place on TikTok. This place is hidden in an elder community in Aiken. Upon entering we saw that we were the only African Americans customers in the cafe. That doesn’t bother me it’s not the first time. The cashier literally said “y’all must be visiting” I mean ok, it is what it is no one bothered us, we ate, took pictures and left. If the customers said anything it wasn’t to us or they waited until we were gone.

I dint live in Aiken, but several years ago i stumbled into this cafe while doing some work in Woodside with an estate sale company. Fell in love with Village Cafe, but only ever got to try breakfast, which was always amazing. Well, i was excited to see that my neurologist was in this plaza. I stopped in for lunch, and let me just say, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich that was on special was soooo amazing. I have been struggling with my appetite lately, and i ate every bite of this sandwich. It was amazing, and the staff was super nice also. I hands down. 10/10, recommend stopping at this place. I wish i wasnt an hour away!

Hands down one of my favorite places to stop by for a coffee before work. Always a consistent latte, great management, and gorgeous venue.

I recently had the opportunity to try cookies from Village Deli at a vendor event in downtown Aiken. The cookies were fresh, perfectly sized, and reasonably priced. If I’m ever in Aiken again, I’ll definitely stop by the restaurant to try more!

Pretty good place for a coffee and a bite to eat. Prices are average, ~$10 for a large sandwich (I got DOUBLE bacon, picture is with DOUBLE bacon). Coffee is better than average and about the price of Starbucks. Plenty of seating and has a shaded patio as well.

Great food. My online order was ready by the time it was promised. Only had to wait a few minutes, but they’d just opened so I felt that was reasonable.

We stopped at Panera yesterday afternoon for lunch. It wasn't very busy so we were able to order right away and our food was brought to our table shortly after. I had the French Dipper, my favorite sandwich. It was very good, but was a little light on the meat. The dip was excellent. My beautiful wife had the Chicken Fuji Apple salad and said it was delicious! And it was so large that she took 1/2 of it home. And we took two chocolate chip cookies and two cinnamon crunch bagels home. They're all gone now and they were yummy!

Ordered 2 sandwiches, a bowl of soup, and a “grains & seeds” salad online. Got home and salad had no grains or seeds, and we only got half sandwiches. So i paid $47 for a bowl of soup, one sandwich (two half-sandwiches) and a bowl of lettuce. It certainly wasn’t busy, so I don’t know what the excuse would be, but what a waste of money.

I’m a Panera Bread frequent flyer. This location is very inconsistent in quality. For example, the French onion soup is made different each visit and it’s never comparable to other PB’s or pictures from the menu. Today, they put zero cheese in my dish. 😣

So I ordered sixty four dollars worth of food and they refused to let me pay with a hundred dollar bill. They will not accept anything over a fifty. Due to the fact that's all the cash I had on me.We will not ever be eating there again. Luckily, we very much believe if our hard earned cash isn't good enough for you.We'll take it somewhere else.

Ordered a kids grilled cheese meal, a soufflé and a drink. They gave me the wrong soufflé, and the kids grilled cheese was literally a cold cheese sandwich. It hadn’t been heated in the slightest. Went back around through and was told that the cheese sandwich was their grilled cheese. Then we were told that they can’t heat items from the kids menu. So it’s not a grilled cheese sandwich and shouldn’t be sold as such. It’s not grilled. Not sure if that ridiculous policy is specific to this location, but they’re lying to their customers.

I ordered from the pick 2 section. Soup was good. Sandwich was trash. Everything was piled on one side, instead of already evenly. Clearly, this isn't the extra mayo I ordered. I should have stuck with subway. Darn me, for trying something new.

Panera was ok. I got soup and a side of bread. Food was good, drink was good. Seats were sticky and service was 6/10. Not bad. Edit: I upgraded the ratings. Not the cleanest Panera but the food is good, been coming here a bit after work.

Food was delicious, but the wait time was longer than I expected since the drive-thru line was short and there were no other ordering patrons in the dining room. There was a man hanging about the entrance (not eating and not with any other customers) which made me uncomfortable. If I were to eat here again, I would order via the drive-thru instead of eating in.

Espresso machine has been down since last week. I ordered iced coffee with extra shot by kiosk. But what I have gotten is just regular iced drip coffee. The staff told me that they can add sugar or flavor as a substitution. But I love black coffee without sugar or flavors. They should’ve removed all McCafe menu with espresso when the espresso machine is down. The service was great.

Jenna was quick to help me while I was overloaded with 4 kids! She was kind and courteous and even brought the food out to us. Get her promoted because she was running the front all on her own. 5 stars

When it comes to the size fry, they don't fill it up. Why I ordered a large & it looks like they put a small size fry in there? And all 3 were mushy and soggy & wasn't filled up to the top. (They were all 3 larges) my husband went ahead and ate his, but these are the other 2. STRAIGHT OUT THE BAG... this is ridiculous. Sometimes nobody got time to check the bags before they leave. Especially when they sit in curbside for over 30 minutes. it's a hit or miss with these people. I only really have issues with their fries. I'm not getting the amount I paid for & they either overcooked or undercooked so it's a waste of my money. And they look at me like I'm crazy when I want new ones. I mean would they eat them if it was them? THESE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE LARGES!!

Went to the drive through, which was fairly quick to get to the order window since they have 2 lines. It took 5 minutes or less to get to the payment window. I had to pull up and park to wait for my food. I waited approximately 5 minutes. The food was good and hot.

25 mins for a pre-ordered quarter pounder with cheese!? AND they forgot the bacon so I had to go back for a refund. Some of the staff have real attitude problems and run their mouths in front of the customers. ZERO stars!!! Never again.

I just want to give a shoutout to the people working today (5/30/25). First day of summer break with three kids has been rough so I ordered DoorDash and only received one item from my order. I called up to store and got it straightened out fairly quickly. I did have to order through DoorDash again (out of a car atm), and the staff at this McDonald’s went above and beyond to not only give us the rest of our previous order but also the new things I wanted, plus some extra goodies. Thank y'all so much!

I don't know if it is Google or someone not keeping up with information. This place is not open 24 hours. I just pulled in at 1015 pm, & it is completely dark. This is the only reason I'm giving it a 1 star. Please update your information.

10oclock Friday night. There was a guy inside but not taking orders. I pulled up to the drive though window after 5 minutes and there was a guy with a mop or something. No one came to the window. I didn't stay at the window the guy inside seemed to be having a crisis. I left and went to taco bell.

Ordered online for in store pickup. The dining room smells like spoiled food and mildew. They were out of the waffle biscuits that I ordered. Not an apology, just a statement. I chose a different item and I got a dried out hockey puck of a sausage patty and an overcooked out fried egg on a greasy biscuit. The store is convenient, but I won't return after that experience.

Food was good, service was friendly and quick. Some of the tables needed cleaning at lunch time. The dining room floors felt a little greasy/slick, but my shoes may have given me that impression

Good little burgers, the fries are made from unpeeled potatoes (steak fries) and are very good! Otherwise, typical fast food.

The night of 06/18/2025 whoever was working the drive threw window and shut the store down without taking our order knowing they just took a car in front of us (all on camera) then decided to SCREAM out of the window while I'm at the traffic light saying " you still aint getting no Krystals, you still aint getting no Krystals" with a car at the window yelling over that car to me at the traffic light. I tried to call multiple of times to handle this over the phone, but nobody wanted top pick the phone up.

Cooks do not use gloves to fix the food! Glad I went inside instead of the drive thru. I was denied service bc I asked for them to wear gloves.

I love Dunkin, but this location is really going down hill. My drink orders are usually right, although not always full when I pick them up. But my food orders are nearly always wrong. Every time I’ve ordered a donut recently, they’ve either been stale or poor quality. Had a Boston cream today with all the icing melted off and couldn’t eat it.

Food quality and customer service lacks!! I returned to the store due to missing cheese on sandwiches. I asked for the manager and a young lady stated that she was her assistant. She took the sandwiches from me and said, she would fix it, only to return the sandwiches to me with added unmelted cheese. These sandwiches will be cold by the time we get home and not as enjoyable when they are freshly made. I could have just went home to add cheese myself and put them in the microwave. Which is still what i will have to do :(. My kids could have eaten sooner and I did not have to waste my time or gas for a meal that isn't up to standard. Also, there's No working phone number I tried to call twice before driving back.

Wow. I usually love this location, but I was beyond disappointed today. Stopped by for my mother and I before leaving for our beach trip. She placed a mobile order and accidentally placed it right before I pulled it. No biggie, nobody was behind me. Instead the workers told me to never do that again, and threw all of my frosted donuts into the bag upside down and soaking wet. Disgusting.

After going here several times I noticesdthat this place does get crowded no matter what day of the week it is. Hard to find parking, because the lot is shared. Drive thru is small and they have a lot of new staff, which makes service slow. I was very frustrated how I waited over 10 mins for coffee and it was about 6 staff on site. The food came out fast, but the hash browns are always soggy and falling apart. I was going to (order online) to avoid the lines and wait times (WHICH IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!) but I was getting cold foam. Anyways. I'm only ordering online for mobile orders for now on. I absolutely love their doughnuts and holiday themes. I'm a regular customer fyi.

I buy coffee. Unfortunately the last few times I have been there the employee area was very dirty. The garbage was over flowing. Things piled in the sink. The coffee machine filthy and milk all over the counter. I won't be going back.

I visited this morning and was greeted with a frown, a yawn and someone who never smiled the entire time. She folded and unfolded boxes instead of setting it aside when I changed my order. She acted as if she was doing me a favor to wait on me. I had to repeat two or three times what I wanted and she certainly made no suggestions. I was the only one at the counter when I went in. The box wasn't even fastened and I got no napkins even though this was a to-go order.

Food was good, drink was bitter and tangy. Service horrible at drive thru. I had to ask for my receipt and ask for napkins because none were in the bag. This was my first time here. Definitely will not visit this location anymore.

Only been to this location a couple of times since it’s been open and I honestly see why. I got my regular shaken expresso and never have I had so much room left in my cup empty. I got a grande and the cup was not even filled to the top line in the cup. I did not ask for light ice or anything to where it should have been modified that much. When I asked the girl to fix it all she did was add more milk to the drink. Made the drink completed white because it was nothing but milk at that point. The attitude of the employees working there could also be better and customers in the dining area should not have to hear them talk about other customers who have left. Bad business. I should have just tried somewhere local instead.

I’ve never given a negative review where it’s not due. This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. Literally every time I’ve come here they’ve messed up my order. Two times I’ve even got a refund & refused another drink. It’s just bad…. Poorly managed, something. They need to revamp. Ew.

Standard Starbucks experience. The staff, as usual, are well trained, very friendly, and highly competent. The food, being coffee (I only buy dark roast coffee with no sugar and no cream) was very, very tasty and hot.

Ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, I did not receive a sleeve therefore it was a little hot, most importantly I couldn’t taste the pumpkin flavor at all. Such a disappointment. I have to travel over 30 miles to the nearest Starbucks, I’ve waited for this and just was disappointed.

I went to order a venti summer Berry lemonade which is now out of season. So then I just want a venti ice water which then the lady says we can't give out water. Which is fine I'll buy it. Then the lady proceeds to tell me there's no way she can sell me water. That is a lie there's some kind of way you can sell me some water. Rather be a bottle of water with a cup of ice I don't care I just wanted some water. It's a shame I spend literally thousands of dollars with y'all and y'all be on BS like this.

Clean and friendly. A good place to meet up with friends for a chat. Not somewhere I would be comfortable hanging out with my kids in tow but more because customers try to do business or study there.

Very rude people. I'm at this location right now. I told them my order. They Said they didn't hear me. When I tried to correct them they got an attitude. The heavy black female cook even yelled at me. They even got a attitude that I waited at the register to get waited on instead of using the kiosk. The same heavy black female cook got an attitude about that to. Stay away from this location

I wanted to give a shout-out to Tavin and the team. Rarely do i get good customer service/ a correct order. He was friendly repeated my order at the speaker and 1st window. The kitchen got it eight.

After 2 trys to get 2 little cheeseburgers, 1 no pickles the other no pickles no mustard they still did it wrong. Want be stopping there again when traveling. The inside was clean but you order with a kios and I hate those things.

These people are amazing. They treat you like you are special. The food is not greasy. The floor tables are clean constantly. The staff comes over and ask you if you need more coffee or if you need anything this is not like any McDonald's I've ever been this place is great Special thanks to hather an amazing person I'm coming back again to eat my breakfast

Today’s cashier for mornings and everyday since the first day I met her she must be new has been gossiping and not being transparent with the order. When making order cashier makes gestures by saying more than what is requested. Today’s morning was just hilarious. After helping customer the cashier was not the least helpful with assisting me. Instead the cashier fumbled through the cashiers register looking for coins for the previous already ordered customer . The customer and cashier went on about the coins(Pennie’s and rolls of another coin) that may have some significant value maybe but I am a customer on the regular that would like to have service rendered at McDonalds . I did not have any issue with cashier helping the customer with the order but overlooking the other valued customers for the already service value customer is bad customer service and experience . The customer before even reached in the cash register to grab what coins is needed. Now I have to door dash my food because I feel as if with the cashier always adding extra to my order as some type of sense of humor and today’s incident seems really bad customer service and being targeted as a customer . Please reprimand the employee on value of customer service .

The food is what you would expect. The service is just OK but it’s clean inside. The bathrooms are clean. If you’re on the interstate, it’s a good place to stop and eat.

I haven't been to a Dunkin Donuts for myself in a bit, but I had a few gift cards. I was not expecting a medium to be this size, but it was delicious. Feels like yall are mad at me or something. I haven’t been to Dublin but one other time for donuts, today I needed a quick breakfast on my break the very pleasant drive thru attendant recommended the hashbrown bowl. Guys…I know it gets busy and I know fast food gets wild, but this is so insulting to a customer. The hashbrowns are literally rubber and I can tell they’ve just been chilling somewhere in your store waiting to be thrown into this container with half a pump of cheese. Thank goodness the price was under $5 but still this is actual trash and that’s where my $4.31 went. Like I said the drive thru attendant was so pleasant and I’d come back to see her, but I’ll get a water instead of food.

Employees seemed really annoyed at customers. I was the only person in the store. No one in drive through. I felt like I was a bother. I spent 40$ but, on the easiest items possible. 1 Donut, two "to-go" or plastic cups and an iced tea (literally poured a pre-mix over ice). I tried to get the guy to chat a few times, nothing, not a nod, not a smile, nothing. The store was a mess. Wet and dirty floor. Garbage all over the counters. The bathroom was clean. The food was good - tea tasted like my usual, donut, tasted like a day old typical donut - hence the 2. If the food weren't the "usual" it would be a definite "1" score. Will not be back here, Ill drive anywhere else.

They never mess up my latte, and the team that works the drive thru always seems friendly. Particularly the young lady with glasses and an insanely enthusiastic attitude. She is enough to keep me hooked. Customer service is super important, and most places around Aiken lack good service/management. Kudos to you, happy barista! It's refreshing to have a morning coffee served with such consistent smiles.

Ordering on the weekend are the worse. The best coffee from there is in the mornings through the week. The weekend staff don’t care how they serve you or how it looks or taste. I’m tired of wasting my money there.

Love my quick breakfast from Dunkin’ at whisky Rd. Fast and always quality! 😍 I love the egg bites so much that I can’t decide which one to get, so I always get both. They are just right for me. 🤤

Meet with friends and our kids to get donuts to celebrate a birthday. I can never find a drink I like, coffee upsets my stomach no matter how I try to doctor it and they are so sweet they make the donuts taste bland. Donuts themselves are fantastic.

The only reason why I don't give them a one star is because I just think that would be very rude of me. For starters you don't yell at the drive thru window the persons name who is placing an order and also who is paying for their meal. Also why would you serve buffalo sauce like this

The employees were very nice. We ordered at curbside. It didn’t take too long. The food was meh. The chicken sandwich seemed burned and wasn't hot. It looked like it was just tossed together. It was off the side of the bun. The fries didn't taste seasoned and lacked flavor. The ranch wrap was lacking ranch dressing. My 4 yr old granddaughter enjoyed her Happy Meal but, we ordered cheese and it came without cheese. We did get it replaced.

Ordered with the app. Everything fine but my wife ordered a burger without a bun. Picked up the order and she had a bun. Easy to fix but If you give the option to order what you want. Follow that.

Went to get dinner around 9:30pm, and the frappe machine is being cleaned for the night.... when they close at 11. I've worked in fast food and it doesn't take that long for closing duties as to why they'd close the machines done that early. Really upsetting, especially when the people that answer the drive thru have attitudes and tones like they don't want to be there with the manager on the headset not caring at all how the employeestreat paying customers. Get it together!!!

This is a great place until after 5pm. Then it’s slow and a long wait and customer service goes straight out the window. Cashiers be very rude with an attitude. If you dnt like your job quit. Donot ruin my experience because you hate your job.

Typical McDonald’s. They have all the normal McDonald’s things. Service varys day to day. Depends who is working. If Blowpop is working then that food is gonna fire. Everything is gonna be perfect cause Blowpop is on point. Make sure yall ask for Blowpop when yall go cause he will set you straight.

Tonight I order two combo meals they pull me to spot number 2. I waited at least ten minutes for my food. Finally got my food was missing an order of fries. I went inside to let them know. Stood there a few minutes never got my fries and the customer service there is very poor. The one at Exit 22 way better than this one. I order and Daily double and got a dry McDouble.

When you want a chocolate milkshake to try and improve your bad day & end up feeling more defeated with this purchase. To charge $5.11 for a medium sized shake and it comes out looking like you ordered a vanilla milkshake with a squirt of chocolate syrup semi-swirled in it, it's totally depressing!

This McDonald's has at least 2 employees working drive thru that absolutely makes your mornings better. They had smiles and had great attitude's with a Thank you come back. So I had to go back the next morning and yes they were still just as wonderful as the morning before. Thank you to the 2 working the drive thru you both rock.

Located just north of Aiken on historic US-1, this McDonald's has seen better days. The restroom was not in very good shape today - paper on the floor, water on the counter and a toilet that needed cleaning. The restaurant itself was also not great with some straw wrappers at the soda fountain and a table that had not been cleared. With the condition of the front end, I thought it best not to make a purchase today.

The staff is literally the rudest ever , I was trying to explain to them WITH PROOF, that the app took my money but would not give me a code , I just wanted what I paid for that’s all, the lady at the first window was fine but there is apparently no communication, because the lady at the second window just yells at me that I can’t just give you whatever, I was like excuse me , so then I had to show her ad well where McDonald’s took my money , I won’t be back here until their employment changes , but based on her attitude it won’t be long

Best salad I’ve ever had in my life!!! Pleasant, courteous and friendly employees. Salad was phenomenal!! Presentation was amazing! How could a salad be so pretty 😍 and taste so fresh and amazing!!!

Very impressed overall with the quality of the ingredients used for both the food and smoothies created at this wonderfully unique establishment. Freshest salad I have ever seen, flavors were on point. Have loved smoothies for a long time, but never had one that tasted so fresh and was actually topped with fruit chunks! Highly recommend, staff was friendly, prices are exceedingly reasonable considering the level of quality. Will definitely return!

We came, we tried, and loved our smoothies. 😍 We had the Never Too Much and Brick House. We opted to add protein. Happy they had several different kinds. We stick to plant based and they had it. 🙌🏼 We also added a fruit cup for our toddler and it was perfect. Cut into small pieces and a variety of fruit. Blueberries, pineapple and strawberries. Not the typical melon and grapes where most of it gets wasted. Glad there's a good smoothie shop in Aiken. We'll be back!

Ive been seeing and hearing good things about Smoothie Groove and had to go check them out for myself. I walked in and the atmosphere was amazing, nice music, very clean, very friendly staff. I ordered the brick house and added some vanilla pea protein. One sip and I was in heaven, I'll definitely be coming back!

In Aiken visiting family. Searched for a place for something healthy and found this place. What a hidden jewel. We had the body & soul +ginger. It was excellent. Will definitely be back!

No stars is what this location really deserves. Training is definitely needed! Please train your employees to know what’s on the menu. Please also train them that when a customer walks into your establishment, speak. If they are currently doing something they can say good morning / good evening thank you for coming in. We’ll be with you momentarily. First time going last time going!

Everything at this location is perfect. My food, my drinks came out fresh and ready for me to enjoy. The staff is so nice and very helpful with any questions I have. The owners are so nice and inviting I will always come to this tropical smoothie I consider it home and also great fresh eats for my family. I will give it 10 out of 10!!!!

I'm not sure what's has been going on with this location lately for the last 3 months customer service has been bad. They need to train their team. It's like they have a entire new crew and they are completely lost!!! They don't greet when you come in and don't understand their own menu or smoothies.

I love their Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread Sandwich! The drive-through can be a little slow at times, but overall, this restaurant is a great addition to Aiken. Update: Service has dramatically gone down hill, esp on the weekends. Management does care and will rectify any errors.

Great service. Temperature in there so low that even with my winter coat I could barely enjoy my smoothie. Red scan lights turned toward tables on counter blared in my eyes the whole visit. Smoothie was not really anything to write home about-- bland and kind of icy.

1st time coming here. Loved it. We had thia chicken wrap, it was so tasty. Nice atmosphere. Great service. We will definitely be back.
