My first experience at Cracker Barrel was nothing short of delightful, and I can confidently say it won't be my last. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a sense of genuine southern hospitality that permeated throughout the entire dining experience.
The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who made me feel right at home. Their warm smiles and genuine care added an extra layer of comfort to the meal.
I went for the country fried steak, and it was simply delightful. Cooked to perfection, each bite was a burst of flavor that left me craving for more. But what truly stole the show were the fresh biscuits and cornbread, served alongside the main dish. They were the perfect pairing, adding just the right amount of texture and taste to complete the meal.
To wash it all down, I indulged in a classic southern favorite - sweet tea. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and refreshment, rounding off the meal on a high note
Stopped here on my way home from Chicago for lunch. Most Cracker Barrels are in interesting locations; this one is no different. The road it's on make it difficult to get back to Rt70. I'd recommend turning right and make a U-turn at the light. Trying to get across multiple lanes of traffic was tough. But that aside the service here was great & fast. Lola was a very good server, that's getting hard to find now a days...
First time visiting Cracker Barrel in Cambridge, OH. Very clean, cozy, and attentive waitress. The food was spot on, flavorful and delish.
This is one of the ones that have not been remodeled and I like definitely like it to stay that way!!! The service was excellent- I didn't have to wait to get seated nor waited on!!! I did not have to wait long for my food to come out, it came out fast! The food was excellent as always!!! Would have liked to have a few more corn muffins though! But I will definItaly will be back to Cracker Barrel!!!
Cracker Barrel isn't my favorite but they are very consistent. They always provide a nice atmosphere. Never been a huge fan of their menu as I feel it is too simple (selections). That being said, I love their breakfast!!

I've eaten at several Cracker Barrels relatively equal great experience! This location was a fast in and out with wonderful and prompt service. Our orders came out quickly and were prepared exactly as requested which isn't always the case at some locations. Great experience and very conveniently located right off the expressway. Give them a try for a good pancake breakfast, that is my favorite dish!

We ordered take out. The food was amazing and didn't take long at all. My eggs were cooked perfectly. The one thing that stood out was the take out boxes the good came in. They were hands down the best quality I've ever seen. So sturdy, zero leaks.

Called to place an order at 1:35 p.m when my call was answered, I was asked to hold. I waited 10 minutes. Decided to hang up. Thinking they may be busy. Called again at 1:45. They answered asking me to hold. Again another 10 minutes. I was wanting to place an order so that I could pick order up shortly after work. Waited 5 minutes and called again, the same lady answered, very rude and short with me and told me it's going to be a 30 minute wait. All I wanted was a family size order of biscuits and gravy. The lady was not pleasant. She acted like I was bothering her. I worked at Bob Evans before. Customers come first. They are the reason you have a job, not to mention, you should always have respect for your customers. I can't believe how people are these days. I have called before and got there and had to wait at least 20 minutes for my order although I called ahead at least 30 minutes. This restaurant has really went down hill. I believe you should remind your employees that cell phones need put away and the customers are the reason you have a job. I called on 7/9/25 at 1:35. This lady should Not be working with the public!!!
The food is very good. My dish was tasty and colorful. Blue berries pancakes my favorite. Lots of choices. Vegetarian options. Lots of parking and handicap accommodation. Family friendly. High chairs available. You can dine in, take out, or have delivery.
Highly recommend their broasted chicken dinner. Breakfast tacos were great. Steak tips are delicious. Blueberry pancakes and honey chicken and biscuits are amazing.
We used to eat at Bob Evans in Cambridge all the time until now! Our last experience with them was horrible. We got our order to go and waited 15 minutes past time. The broccoli was raw and not cooked, the chicken was burnt, rolls were hard as a rock and they forgot our dessert! Worst meal ever and won't go back!
Undercooked hash browns. Weak coffee. Was water added to the scrambled eggs? Little flavor. Waitress didn't come to check on me or offer more coffee.
The cashier asked how things were, and I said, "middlin'." She didn't ask any followup questions. Won't be back.
Do you like Sysco food off a freezer truck? Boy do I have a spot for you. Your food will be bland, mushy, even cold, and you will just have to choke it down. They are holding onto their name and brand but it has become a dumpster fire. I suspect venture capitalists are trying to make "good enough" food to keep their shareholders happy, but screw the customers at every turn. Can't wait for that bankruptcy article to drop.
Atmosphere gets a 3 because they seat everyone on top of each other. The resturant is large and it would be nice if we could all spread out a little bit.

What a great place to stop for a bite! Everyone was so friendly, the food was excellent, the prices are great, and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. Right off of the exit, it's easy to get to and easy to get right back on your way. If you get the chance, stop in and try the sweet potato fries...AMAZING!! 😎

Been going here since I was a kid in the 90s and getting their Sopapilla. Great food. Their onion rings are some of the best around.
Stopped here as a middle meeting space with family for breakfast and so happy we did!!
The service was amazing, our waitress was so genuine and sweet, food was delicious (breakfast) and had no wait to get in.
The inside of the restaurant was very old timey, lots of cool trinkets and collectibles.

Worst breakfast ever. Asked for eggs over easy, received eggs so hard they could barely be cut. Asked for sliced potatoes and recd shredded. The gravy was iced cold, they took it back and put it in the microwave and heated so hot the biscuits were destroyed. Never going back!
Food was mediocre at best. I was probably the youngest customer there. Place seems straight out of the 80's. I do not suggest going here. I certainly will never be back.
The home fries were old potatoes that were fried later on. I felt rushed to order my food. Didn't have a pleasant experience The last time, so we figured we would give it another chance and wished we hadn't. We will not return. Overpriced food

During my travels to Cleveland, I stumbled upon the delightful Francis Family Restaurant in Cambridge, and what a gem it turned out to be! Opening bright and early at 7 AM, this charming spot offers an impressive breakfast menu that left me thoroughly satisfied. Despite arriving just before closing time, the staff welcomed me warmly and made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy, allowing for a peaceful dining experience where I had the place almost to myself.
Decided to come here while we were house shopping. Good decision, this place was great, service was good, food tasted good and didn't break the bank. Steak and eggs were great, wasn't too sure about the mushroom sauce they put on it. Next time i would ask for no mushroom sauce. They also had a good assortment of ice-cream for after lunch.

I was pleasantly surprised to find Francis’ in Cambridge on my journey to Cleveland. The breakfast I got was so good and I was really impressed by the options. They treated us very well even though we came right before closing. They did not act like we were an inconvenience. I had the whole place to myself and they answered any of my questions I had. It was so good that I plan on stopping in regularly when I pass through because of my first experience and sheer volume of their menu. There is more goods to be had at Francis’ and I can’t wait to try it.
We dropped in for lunch on a Tuesday, largely because they were the only restaurant open, but really glad we did. The outside is not memorable, but the food and quality of service from our server Rita was. Menu selection and portion size was good, my wife's burger was cooked exactly as she liked it, and the fresh home made fries were really good.
There were locals eating there too, which is always a good sign. Would highly recommend.
My husband ordered french toast with strawberry glaze and they said they put strawberry pie filling on this French toast. Pie filling and glaze are 2 different things.
Very pleasant atmosphere and quick service. The food was absolutely delicious and hot. My husband had an omelet and I got pancakes and eggs. The prices are reasonable.
I ordered White Chicken Chili and the Hot Roast Beef with mash potatoes and gravy. The Chili was okay but definitely wouldn't call it "Chili" nor white, maybe call it Chicken Bean soup.
The Hot Roast Beef probably the worst Hot Roast beef I've had, the gravy had no Beef flavor and half the sandwich had no beef on it. The Mash Potatoes tasted like box potatoes.
The staff was very busy and friendly and the place was clean, should have ordered a burger.
TLDR/fantastic food and great staff
Not the type of place I would typically go, but we were in a small town and desperate. We were immediately served and greeted by very friendly staff. Abby was our server and she was beyond kind, attentive, and personable without being pushy. I saw Abby‘ step away for a moment for a quick break and immediately another server came and made sure we had enough water. It was a relief to see staff work so well together as a team.
The food was well below my expectation as far as price and definitely higher than expectation as far as quality and taste. My hamburger tasted like what a Whopper wants to be when it grows up. Very nicely done.
The onion straws are really good. I got the western chicken and it lacked seasoning g very bland. The chicken is not breaded with no seasoning on the chicken breasts themselves. Waitress is nice. And the atmosphere is very nice overall just bland food. I could do better

The server was not sure what brisket was; I was concern about not to eat pork.
The other server was laughing loud with other customers, not only once but constantly. Fork spoon and knife are still have the water stain.
When we pay, try to pay with the card wait for the waitress good minute. Then I went to the front may be we need to pay in the front but no one’s there, then we’re back to the seat look for cash. We paid cash on the table. We look around when we leave but no one’s there may be they’re in the kitchen.

Been going to this location for years and have always had good service and very fast in the early mornings! Pastries are my favorite 😍 breakfast sandwiches never disappoint. Coffee is always fresh and yummy! Thanks for always making my day when I drive thru for a treat for myself! You guys are awesome!

In case you feel like driving out of your way for coffee and ice cream, don’t. No more Cold Stone here. Also no baby changing station, and poo splatters on their nasty toilet. My cold brew tasted more like tea than coffee and my husband’s turkey bacon sandwich was both wet and dry somehow in the least delicious way possible.
Exactly what I expected from TH: friendly staff, reasonably good coffee at affordable price, fresh baked items. I told my barista that’s the latte wasn’t hot enough and she offered me a complimentary hot coffee. The dining area was clean and fresh. Highly recommend for anyone driving south from OH through I-77S.
Stopped in on our way to Columbus for donuts and coffee. Service was all smiles and the counter person was helpful. The donuts were the best ones I’ve had at a Hortons in a while: fresh, not soggy, and good selection. The place was super clean, including the restrooms. Enjoyed sitting in the sun on the patio. Perfect.

Staff is friendly and the coffee is good but our hash browns tasted like they had been refried multiple times and weren't edible, and the wraps were lacking any seasoning or flavor (salt, pepper, ANYTHING?!). Not particularly impressed, but I'm not sure if it's just this location or the entire chain.
Friendly employees. Breakfast sandwich was cold. No running water in the women’s bathroom sink. From the looks of previous reviews, this is an ongoing issue. Employees claim they have told the manager about this more than once. Someone needs to step up and take charge of this place.

Stopped for something quick while on trip. Nuggets were so old they were seemed dehydrated. Drink was all carbohydrate, no flavor. Never going back. Tried 2 times, same results, that's it.
Came here and had a teenager act pissy with me despite my positive attitude. Then the manager proceeds to come up and say “the kids here are being feisty today” nah girl you need to be firing people who aren’t emotionally stable lol. It’s not like they’re handling my food or debit card info…
Dont usually have an issue with the food except for the occasional cold fries. But the customer service sucks. Every person at the windows always seems like they're irritated because they have to be there. Fake the funk or find somewhere else
Food, service, atmosphere has greatly improved over the past few months. My orders are now rarely wrong. Food is better quality. Fries are undercooked almost every time. If you have the opportunity to eat in on certain evenings, you'll witness one of the hardest working people keeping the dining room impeccably clean.
Entered the restaurant music was was playing referring to women as female dogs. Asked if they could change the station and they said no it's auto play. Couldn't get the app to place order. Went to Arby's and had no issue with their app.
We use the McDonalds app frequently with over 40k rewards points.

This was supposed to be a 10 piece chicken nugget!! Also didn’t get all the fries we ordered. They came and asked me 2 times at the window what I had ordered. Even though we were at the window for almost 45-50 minutes waiting on our food!! The employees were high. They also after handing me my change said they didn’t charge me $2.50 for the Mac sauce to be added to 3 Mc double’s apparently that’s what the box of sauce was even though it was on the sandwiches.

Nestled on Dewey Avenue in Cambridge, Chelsea's Country Kitchen is a charming diner that has quickly become a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike. The extensive menu features everything from all-you-can-eat fish to comforting grits, chicken Parmesan, and delectable homemade pies.
My husband and I ate breakfast here this morning, and I wish we would have eaten here sooner on our 3 day weekend trip. It was our first time coming to Cambridge, and we wanted to be sure to give most of the local places a try within those 3 days. Hands down, Chelsea's had THE best food of any place we ate at for the last 3 days. I just wanted to take some time and give them a shout out on Google, and let everyone who stays at Salt Fork Lodge know that if you drive into town about 20 ish minutes down the road from the park, Chelsea's is the best little diner to go to in Cambridge. The staff is so friendly, courteous, kind, and attentive. There were at least three people working and they were all helping each other out, filling drinks, running food, and taking orders. I really loved the home feeling you get eating there. You can just really tell they the staff all get along and are like family there. Now, let's talk about the food. I ordered a Farmers omelet. It was cooked perfectly (not one brown spot), they use real cheese (not processed cheese slices), the ham and green peppers were cooked perfectly, and the eggs were cooked just right. The real start of the show, though, was the cinnamon roll French toast. That was actually to die for. I would eat that everyday if I could, but I live too far away from you all 😂. If we come back, save a seat for us for every meal. Thanks so much for the excellent food and service, you guys rocked it out!

The server was the best part. Pleasant to talk to. The food needs a lot of work to be considered good. Gravy is greasy, meatloaf is dry, and the baked steak was less then desirable. Unfortunately have to cross this one off my list.
Food was fantastic. French toast was fluffy and filling, eggs were cooked exactly as asked for, and the diner coffee was what you expected (average but diner coffee is an experience rather than a Starbucks type). Servers were great and coffee cup was never empty. Cash only place so be proactive.
The food was great- it was our 1st time there. The hash is real and they have everything from all you can eat fish to grits to mush, chicken Parmesan, homemade pies, to fried chicken. Large menu. The waitress though! Deb is her name and she is sweeter than pie! What an asset she is to that place. We'd go back just for her.
I stop here to grab breakfast in the mornings some before work I like how it's small and quiet u get better service that way let alone there is good food no matter what time u come.
Food seemed good,and my waitress was polite. But the waiter for the other tables dished up raw side salad with his bare hands,all in the salad,after wiping dirty tables and picking his nose. Not eating here again...
The breakfast here never disappoints! I always get a fantastic cup of coffee and their portions are not only huge, but also always delicious. My personal favorite is the cinnamon French toast, it will totally make your day! Lanning’s is the best little known breakfast spot in Cambridge, Ohio (in my humble opinion 😉).
We had to send our order back 3 times as it wasn't right....after we waited 45 minutes for water and a waitress to come to our table.
This is usually our go to spot, but we were extremely disappointed with the service, food, and cleanliness.

Every time I come here I have an issue. Food is always gross and old. On my most recent visit I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull ahead. I did and waited around 10 minutes before going inside. They didn’t even know I was waiting and I had to tell them 4+ times what I had until I finally got it, and then the food was disgusting. So many better options in town, skip this one.
Food cold, employees could care less, and the Coke's had to been sitting around for awhile before going out the drive through window. They were flat with little ice in the cup, funny thing is the machine fills them with ice and product, all you have to do is put the lid on.
Normally wouldn't complain about fast food but they asked for it. Screwed up the original order which is a surprise to no one. Asked for the Strips and got a chicken sandwich instead. Cooked so far it mignt as well have been shoe leather Paid the money for 3 sauces didn't get any. Went in to ask for them counter workers were rude and had an attitude. Asking first if I asked for them ( because that seems logical) Then said we'll then they're probably in your bag. As if I walked in without possibly considering that first? Sound logic. Garbage food, and Garbage staff.
Like with all fast food. Its your preference that matters. And as for McDonald's it helps to have their experience under their belt. Though prices have risen dramatically, their fries and their burger offerings have stood the test of time for a quick meal. You'll hate yourself after. But at least in the moment you'll indulge with a smile.

We are from northeast Ohio and our breakfast sandwiches are not nearly as good, merely tolerable. Really had a good experience here.
Great decor and very clean facility. The furniture and lighting are very unique and cool for a fast food restaurant. The staff here were friendly and the ordering was automated through a touch screen experience. The food choices are classic McDonald’s hence the four star rating, but if you are looking for a clean and hip vibe just off the highway there isn’t anything nearly as nice in this neck of the woods.

Starbucks, the iconic Seattle-based coffeehouse chain, is a haven for coffee lovers and casual diners alike. During my recent visit to their Cambridge, OH location, I was pleasantly surprised by the delightful offerings. The iced coffee I tried was not only sugar-free but also incredibly delicious—definitely a drink I'll be returning for! On another day, I indulged in their southwestern veggie wrap that was crispy and flaky; paired with an amazing chai tea, it made for a perfect meal.

My lately favorite drinks are caramel macchiato on ice and hot depends on the day, I come here a lot. Cozy place to hang out.
The cold drinks I got is always having good taste. But when it comes to the hot drink I noticed three times only foam on the top, so when I’m ready to drink it it’s 20%foam gone become missing drink. I feel like I don’t deserve 80% cup of coffee, same price on cold drink but I see it full cause it’s clear cup obviously I can notice. So disappointed.
Very nice drinks but corporate needs to tone down those prices and forcing the employees to ask for tip. If yall are charging 4-5 dollars for a small you should be able to pay them well.
Went to the one in Cambridge, OH for the first time and I didn't know what to get that was Sugar-free and I was suggested a Iced coffee that was totally amazing and delicious will definitely go back again. Awesome service also. Second day had southwestern veggie wrap which was excellent and crispy and flaky in the chai tea which was amazing.
Another awesome trip for oatmeal honey latte and the tomato mozzarella panini it was delicious and again nice and crisp the way I like it.
I always enjoy my time everytime I visit Starbucks. The drink's and food are delicious and amazing but the staff are the Greatest nicest that you could ever meet. That's why I continue to go back often.

On June 6, 2025 at 2:30 PM, I was driving through Cambridge with others along with me. I stopped and ordered 2 specialty drinks and a cookie. The total was $14.95. When I went to pay, I thought I saw $19.95, so asked for the receipt to verify. It was
$19.95. The cashier had added a $5 gratuity charge without asking me. When I questioned him about this, his response was “I asked you if you had questions”. I said had not authorized that gratuity. He said, again “I asked you if you had a question” and I said I did when I saw the receipt. He didn’t offer to fix it or get the manager. I called the manager to tell her what happened and that I was not happy with the charge. There was no “I’m sorry” or any offer to fix the charge. I was traveling with others, so did not have time to stay and argue. I didm’t get asked how much I would have tipped, they added this charge. A 40% gratuity. A bit steep if you ask me. I wondered how many others, especially those who are traveling have been cheated by this particular Starbucks without noticing.
Stopped for coffee and stretch only. The coffee was very good and the stretch was great.
This Starbucks location is either newly updated or just brand new. Love the ambiance and the coffee of course! I am also always amazed by the simple yet robust and stylist furniture! Starbucks should also start selling casual furniture!!

Burger King is a popular fast-food chain known for its grilled burgers, fries, and shakes. This particular Burger King location stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and professional staff. It provides a great alternative to the Pilot truck stop when it's crowded by offering parking in the nearby shopping plaza until stores open in the mall next April. The restaurant offers delicious meals, with their JR Whopper meal being particularly noteworthy for its freshness and quality.
One of the best Burger King's I've ever visited they are super super clean and the food was absolutely awesome made to perfection! And all the workers were dressed professionally and doing their jobs😎 and if the Pilot truck stop is all backed up as usual you can come and park in the shopping plaza I understand until next April when they start opening stores back up in the mall. Also I included a picture from the restroom to show how clean it is!

Just went through a drive-through ordered a double cheeseburger. There is no cheese on the burger and burger is burnt and only got half of second burger.
I got a whopper at this establishment and it tasted like cardboard and ii was very dry like it sat out for a long time...at at McDonald's you get a fresh sandwich...I will never go back here again...Save yr money folks..
I orderes from door dash and I got a Bacan and Swiss Royal chicken sandwich a large order of onion rings and a large coke zero. First off, I didn't even receive my coke zero. 2nd, it literally says in the description of the sandwh8ch that it comes with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes. I didn't get any of that all I got was what I added onto tye sandwich which was cheese, sub mayo, and pickles. I ADDED those items I didn't ONLY want them. So tell me why there's no bacon, lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. Like can you guys not read?!!
Everything is usually cold..I don't remember the last time I received fresh , hot fries , and now the sandwiches seem to be thrown together and cold ! I think I have had my fill with Burger King ! I think South Side is better than the others but the price you pay means if it is supposed to be hot , then don't dare hand me out cold food , but you just don't care enough to make my meal satisfying..too bad Burger King because now I'm staying away for awhile !

The best cup of coffee I have had in a long time, I wished I got a larger size. This is our second visit there while traveling through and it won't be our last. The staff was friendly and helpful, the building was clean and tidy. I got the sourdough breakfast sandwich (it's big), it was yummy! My husband got sweet pepper bacon on a croissant and of course munchkins for the dogs!

2 young ladies worked that morning, and my brother and I were just trying to make conversation with them. I could have had a better conversation with a donkey 🫏, which is how they acted. If you work with the public, remember we are the reason you are there. Worst experience I've ever had at a donut place. I will never go back.
Went there for a sweet tea because online it says sweet tea. No mention of pumps of liquid sugar. The lady on the drive thru said that four was the standard for a large after rushing me to decide how many pumps as I didn't know how many would make it sweet enough for my preference. Went with 4. Got the drink only for it to taste like cold brew coffee with a little sugar in it. It wasn't tea. It was cold brew coffee. The only other alternative is that they brew the tea and coffee in the same machine so the tea tastes like coffee no matter what. I was looking forward to a sweet tea only to be disappointed and didn't drink it.
I ordered a frozen hot chocolate with caramel swirl and they blatantly lied to me and said oh yeah it's in there when it's not. I don't taste it. I don't see it. I will never go to this location again.
Absolutely LOVE the Dunkin located in Pilot, Belmont!!! Fresh donuts baked daily, and self serve!!! Tons of options, and the coffee is fresh too!!!! Fully recommend!!
