This is the best place to go to. Environment is amazing. The people are amazing. Daisy is just an amazing sweetest person ever. Read very reasonably priced food. I would 100% recommend.

Met Daisy and she is a hard worker. She really did a great job with things really busy. The kitchen help got a bit loud with some “F” bombs. Wasn’t a good atmosphere for my 6 year old. Other than the kitchen help comment, I would recommend this place as the food was done well and priced right.

The only place that seems to not be affected by pandemic. $6 for a whole plate of food. $1.50 for bottomless coffee. Service was excellent. Food came out quick and cooked properly. Also I would like to add that I have celiac disease and this place did not upset my stomach at all. Highly recommend this place to enjoy a great breakfast in a small town atmosphere for an amazing price.

This was our first time here and it was so good. Grandmas cooking, good atmosphere, and very nice locals. Family place❤

Service is quick & kinda friendly. Coffee is good. Eggs cooked the way I like. Bacon crunchy but tasted a little funny. Overall cleanliness of the place was about a 3 out 5.

Overall ok, very low budget business. I prefer my food not to touch so although I was ordering the most expensive item on the breakfast menu ($6.95) when I asked to have my gravy on the side rather than smothering my food, I was met with an obviously annoyed waitress who proceeded to tell me it was peppered gravy not sausage gray, although there is sausage gravy on the menu. She then said if I didn't want the gravy on my food I could order something else. Needless to say I was less than impressed. The food was ok, nothing I will need to have again. Strike out for the small business in Newark.

If you plan to stop at this Bob Evans the food is good, Tables are clean, but plan on the Service being less than your average restaurant experience, from longer wait times when the restaurant isn’t full, to not being offered refills on drinks. Also you will experience a quite a long wait time for your check to even leave. This has been my experience here for the second time and wanted to leave this review to hopefully help others.

Food was good. They were busy so service was slow, but ours was slower than the conditions warranted. Server was friendly, just not on top of the game.

I went in on 10/17/25 around 1pm to have lunch and the vegetable soup wasn't even warm. My mother ordered two eggs and toast that were also cold. The waitress wasn't friendly and never came back to check on us after she dropped off our cold food. So we had to go up to the cashier to get our check and we told her about our food being cold and she didn't even say I'm sorry or offer to get a manager to make it right. So we paid our bill for our cold food that we did eat because we were hungry but needless to say we did not leave a tip. We would have ordered dessert if our so called waitress would have ever come back to our table. I have worked restaurants and pizza shops over the years and this was such a horrible experience and so lacking in customer service. If you don't want business or even repeat business just say so at the door and save us all time.

It was a lot better when it was Bob Evans. Not too many of their meals left. Sizes have shrunk, taste isn't the same and, like everywhere else, price has went up. Did away with beef vegetable soup is my biggest complaint.

Food was good place was family friendly and clean 20 mins to get drinks after getting sat when there was only 2 other tables with people.another 15 mins to get order in and 37 mins to get 2 sandwiches and 2stack of pancakes like I said our group of 4 and 2 other groups of 4 and 2 were the only ones in very slow service all in all It was about an hour to get our food after being sat when they were dead

Everything about Bob Evans is okay. Nothing is great. In a way they are like a McDonald's. You know what you're going to get and about what it'll cost, and that's good enough.

Missing item from door dash delivery. Refunded the item but what about all the fees? It's a simple job. Get it right or get out.

My in laws took me here knowing I love breakfast food. I ordered their crab cake benedict because I didn't expect to see it on the menu. It was by far the most delicious crab cake I've ever had. It wasn't dry, actually moist inside with a nice soft tender crunch outside. Paired really well with the poached egg and sauce. I would say it truly rivaled the Maryland crab cakes and others on the coast. I would love to get their recipe because it was true perfection and would get it anytime I'm in town.

Good staff. Good food. Descent price. Good service. Open concept. Smaller restaurant with seating a little tighter in some areas and depend on who sits around you. Busy expect wait or call to check. I think people smokes in the back so when the door opens, a gust of smoke comes in.

Great Food! Great Atmosphere! Great Service! - Every time I order from here my food is always ready to go after I've been greeted at the door by the cafe's friendly staff! I love how you're able to see the Chefs preparing the food just behind the bar counter and seeing the hard work they put in with each passing order. So glad this gem is right in our back yard!

So happy I found this place. We got biscuits and gravy, pancake, and German fries. Everything was delicious. Some of the best sausage gravy I’ve had. We sat at the bar next to Bob, a regular at the restaurant who told us all the other menu items to try next time we visit. Highly recommend!

This was a really nice surprise... There is limited seating and it is noisy but it is awesome. The service and the staff is spot on. The food was fantastic. I had the eggs Benedict crab cakes which was awesome. Seams like a weird combination but it is worth trying. Wifie had a salad with this raspberry vinaigrette dressing which was really good. This place will surprise you... Definitely worth a try...

Its a good place to get a good old fashioned home cooked meal. It can occasionally be packed for its not able to accommodate large crowds. But worth the wait if you have the time

Food was great and staff was super friendly to us and our small children. It’s hard to go to a “sit down” restaurant with three kids 5 and under and not feel like a bit of a nuisance but the staff was so lovely and made us feel so welcome.

These are the best cinnamon rolls! We normally get one to split with our family because they are big! Love the staff at rolls by the pound, So friendly and kind! (The picture doesn’t really do the taste of the cinnamon rolls justice! You need to try!)

I have been going to this place for years. Aron and his family are such a blessing to the community. I have tried everything on the menu and I will tell you that once you give them a chance, you will NEVER get donuts or rolls from anywhere again. Sure they are going to have times where something don’t taste as good as it normally does, however I promise you that every restaurant in the food industry has days where the food they make every day all year does not taste them same as it should. If you cannot comprehend this than you have never cooked a day in your life and should be grateful that there is restaurants out there to feed you. Keep up the great work, the community knows what you bring to the table.

Not only does this place have absolutely delicious bakery treats—like giant cinnamon rolls, sticky pecan rolls, and my personal favorite, the massive oatmeal cream pie with the best filling ever—but the people here are genuinely the kindest around. The coffee is excellent, too! Every time I go through the drive-thru, I'm greeted with a warm, friendly smile. This is a family-run business doing their best in the face of rising costs, which is why it's drive-thru only. But don’t let that stop you—if you skip it, you’re seriously missing out on something special!

I must say, I have consistently had positive experiences here. This establishment is undoubtedly my preferred coffee shop and bakery. Every item I have sampled has been delightful, and they consistently meet expectations. The staff and owners are always incredibly welcoming, which enhances the overall experience each time.

Of course the fresh cinnamon rolls are delicious and the iced caramel macchiato hits the spot. I'm not one for too much sweets in the morning, but the kids are happy to take the other 3/4 of my cinnamon roll and devour it. The owner could do himself a favor and change the "open" sign to a "Drive Thru Open" sign. try it. Remove the expectations of a dining room.

Rolls by the pound has friendly, prompt service and they’re a local business. Their baked goods are to die for (especially the cinnamon rolls and oatmeal cream pies). They often run “flash sales” too on their baked goods and let customers know through their Facebook.

We were in town for a business trip, and the lady behind the counter at our hotel recommended Big Apple Café for breakfast. It was an excellent recommendation, so good in fact that we wound up going three days in a row. The place was busy, but the service was great, a different server every day but still just as attentive. I would highly recommend the hash, but everything was very delicious and extremely reasonably priced. If we’re back in town we’ll be stopping back there.

Had high expectations for this place based on the reviews but was underwhelmed. The service is really good and the food comes out really fast. It is clean but the floors to the restrooms are sticky. There are some good things about it but the key downside is portion sizes. My egg white omelette was probably the smallest I’ve ever had at a breakfast place. The veggies were plentiful but very little egg white. My hash browns were good and whole grain toast was nice as well. My wife’s burrito was tiny as well and her home fries were burnt. My son got the farmer omelet and he liked. It and it was a little bigger. They are really friendly and fast.

This is hands down the best diner I have ever been to. My husband and I have tried numerous items on the breakfast and lunch menu and have enjoyed everything. They also have the best french fries. Everyone that works here is super friendly as well, quick service too no matter how busy it is.

My girlfriend and I love this diner it is a very friendly, quick, tasteful and well organized. We have gone to all three but this location is the closest. First the staff is great, you can tell they are all working hard and moving around to get everyone situated as fast as they can. I have never had a bad or mean server before just high quality servers from them. Second the food not only comes out within a timely manner but it tastes AMAZING. I believe that our food took approximately 11 minutes to come out too us. I dont know what they cook with but they have the secret recipe. So come visit your local Big Apple Cafe and get some food.

My wife and I love coming here! They can be quite busy sometimes but they get you seated as quickly as possible. The staff here have always been super friendly and we haven't had a bad meal yet! Highly recommend this location!

I eat breakfast here with my buddies on most Saturday mornings. The food is delicious and consistent. The staff is wonderful. It gets a little loud from all the chatter sometimes, but that's just everyone having a good time.

Food, service was good but the “atmosphere” needs some serious attention. There were flaky particles coming out of the ventilation system and landing on people and on our table. And speaking of the table, it was so sticky and with half of the varnish missing on it. Not the kind of “atmosphere” that promotes an appetizing environment.

The food received from Bob Evan's on Cherry Valley Rd in Newark, Ohio through takeout order placed 09 18 2025 was extremely disappointing! 1. Burnt bun 2. Didn't receive a double side of fries, as ordered 3. Carrots were overcooked 4. Chicken dry, overcooked 5. Gravy from Mashed potatoes covered the whole bottom of the togo container, causing the honey butter chicken to taste like chicken gravy 6. Biscuits were very hard, making it impossible to split because all they would do was crumble

My son and I are new to Ohio and stopped in for breakfast. The waitress was so kind and patient, making sure my son’s meal was completely dairy-free due to his allergy. To top it off, a mystery guest paid for our breakfast — such an incredible act of kindness and sgenerosity, especially in a new place like this, and it left a lasting impression on us.

We went here for breakfast because TeeJay's was packed and we didn't want to wait to be seated. Bob Evans wasn't busy but obviously there was a reason for that. The waitress was nice and took our order shortly after sitting down. However, we waited almost 45 minutes for our food to arrive and everything was cold. The bowl of gravy on my plate literally had a crust on it from sitting so long and the sandwich didn't have the cheese that it was supposed to have. The waitress was willing to have the food remade but we already waited for 45 minute, we were hungry, annoyed, and didn't want to wait even longer for however much time it was going to take to get the new food. We left and went to McDonald's. We should've just waited at TeeJay's at least our food would've been good after the long wait. Absolutely terrible Saturday morning experience at Bob Evans. We wouldn't typically go here anyways and this is exactly the reason why. We won't be going back.

Excellent service from the time we walked through the door! The lady who greeted me and my friend was very pleasant, friendly, and professional. We were seated promptly, and our waitress came over to take our order within a couple of minutes. She was also very polite, friendly, and greeted us with a smile. The atmosphere was quiet, peaceful, and cozy. My friend and I were there for breakfast, and we both ordered hot chocolate, along with the Double Meat Farmer's Choice meals (french toast instead of pancakes). The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was cooked to perfection. Looking forward to our visit at this location.

Only 1 star because 0 isn’t an option By far the absolute worse Bob Evans you could ask for. My chicken was burnt and half the size it normally was. My wife found a giant hair in her pancakes, there was no syrup, they forgot the bread. This one is going down hill. I have had a problem here once before and swore it off. But after a few years we came back…it’s gotten worse. Left a comment on the website with my contact info. Have yet to hear anything and this happened days ago. This place needs to close the doors. I was in this McDonald's about 3 weeks ago.Purchasing some frappes and some food as well. I was told to pull up to the second window, and I waited at the second window for 5-7 minutes. At that time, I went into the restaurant and stood in the pick-up line, and all I heard was the manager, Maddie. I don't know if she's the manager or not. Speaking down to a young lady who had just started and tried to learn the system. She was not very nice to this young lady. She was also cussing like a sailor in front of customers who were in the lobby. I know the young lady she was not being so nice wanted to cry. Not the type of personality that should be in charge of other bodies. Also, I have been told that the hot chocolate machine has been down 42 months. I was told there is a recall on their machine.I would think that would affect all of McDonald's.But that is not the case.I can get a hot chocolate at any other mcdonald's from here to columbus. When I first moved to Newark, I was very impressed. That has since changed.

I come to this location pretty often and it’s clear that attention to detail is not a priority here. Online dine-in orders are almost always missing the drink. It's frustrating, and while I personally can deal with it, not everyone can—especially customers who are physically challenged. They shouldn’t have to get up and chase down staff for something that should’ve been on the tray in the first place. On top of that, the music is ridiculously loud. This isn't a nightclub. It makes the dining experience uncomfortable, especially for people trying to enjoy a quiet meal or have a conversation. For a brand that prides itself on consistency, this location is seriously lacking.

Sick of coming here and they can't get the order rite I haven't drank a single drink from here ever due to the ice and drinks being rite by the money prepared with a person that touches money all day ..without gloves

I was not given a cup for my beverage. There was a young woman that is an employee has walked past me in the dining room. Before I could finish "excuse me, may I have a cup for my drink", she rudely interrupted me and said "I'm on my break, and I cannot help you". This is what happens when there is bad management not teaching how to be polite to the customers and showing no respect to their senior citizen customers.

I am a little confused on how THIS is the only place that serves LEMON FILLED donuts yet has been sold out for almost 3 WEEKS…are we NOT doing inventory correctly to see there is a high demand for lemon filled and you only order the “normal restock” amount instead of being sure you order extra for lemon filled? WHO is doing the inventory here? I’ve been in to ask and have walked out because that is the only donut my family members like but I guess I can’t surprise them since you never have them in stock? Something changed, the donuts were completely different, they were horrible compared to what they used to make. They are Wayyyyy smaller, and dry. I won't go back, I'm sad that the original Jolly Pirate is gone forever.

Atmosphere is straight out of the 1970's! Which is a good thing, donuts are fried fresh in house (a rarity nowadays) with an assortment of other freshly baked pastries. A Newark staple.

They have the best donuts! They make them fresh daily! And throughout the day. Unlike Dunkin' donuts.

Stopped in with my partner. Food. We ordered a BLT+E with fries and Chicken tenders with fries. The sandwich was perfect for me. Bacon was perfectly cooked, the tomato tasted very fresh and the bread was nothing less than perfectly toasted. A strong “level 2” on the toast scale. Egg was expertly fried. Fries were available regular or crispy. Partner enjoyed the breading on the tenders as it was very similar to a traditional fried chicken breading. The BBQ was a little spicy for her but I enjoyed the heat. For dessert I had a peach crumble with a side of quality vanilla ice cream. Service. In a world after Covid the Server was outstanding. Personable, informative. Knew the menu and specials. Quick to act and very responsive. Atmosphere. The decor was very specific to the vision. Classic etched glass chandeliers adorned each table and the restaurant was bright and cheerful. Was a throwback to the classic American diner without being cliche. Felt very welcoming and happy. Booths were comfy and the table was almost square leaving plenty of space for the two of us. Would have been equally as spacious with a group of four. Entire evening was outstanding. Food was incredible. Service was superb. Atmosphere was warm and soft. I absolutely recommend The Cottage Restaurant and will be back!

Was hoping to get the Mom and Pop Treatment but it didn’t quite turn out that way. Lady that sit us down was a little irritated when I asked for a menu. The atmosphere was fine and they took our order relatively quick but then the wait was on!! 44 minutes later With condensation all over the table from our watered down Soda we got our food. The food was Satisfactory… but prices were a little high for a place like this. Not the best experience as the waitress did not come off very charming whatsoever.

What has happened to the cottage restaurant? Food marginal at best. Mashed potatoes were instant Gravy from a jar. Hardly any home cooked meals on menu. So disappointed. Will not be going back

First and foremost the food was abysmal. At best it was premade crap from GFS warmed up. The buffet was $22/person, it was not worth $5. I would not feed my dog this food it was that bad. The staff was friendly, I’ll give them that but the service was not great. We were sat immediately and were brought drinks but then sat there for 20min. I am not sure how they stay in business or get anything higher than a 1 star review. If I could give them 0 starts I would. 0/10 would not ever recommend eating here. I would rather go hungry than eat here.

Was not expecting to walk out with a $91 bill for 3 kids and 2 adults. Kids are all under 7 years old so definitely did not eat much food. Only had a lunch buffet. Was never told a price, only had 1 waitress for the entire place. Could not find plates for the buffet until we asked where they were.

Food was average, service was trash. 2 pancakes (burnt), bacon (bland) 1 sausage biscuit n gravy (tasted pre made) and what my wife claims to be ththe best French toast ever took 45 mins... I was in for my usual matcha on a Friday morning and this time i was in for quite the day. I noticed it tasted so strong but, kept sipping not thinking anything of it. About 10mins into grocery shopping I became terribly ill. Too many scoops of matcha and I was sick ALL DAY. Never visiting this location again.

I decided to stop by here and pick up a drink on my way to my doctor's appointment and I ordered the caramel ribbon crunch, per usual and as always, I asked for extra caramel and extra crunch. Now I don't ask for those things and expect them to be given to me for free and when they charge I am not the best and expect it. Not only that, but I also make it a habit to tip for making me a yummy drink. So today I couldn't wait to get my drink I was so excited I couldn't wait pretty extra caramel and crunch and all that's yumminess I'm sorry grab my drink and you know I'm off to the vehicle to get in the car and get to my doctor's appointment because of course I'm running myself late for stopping and grabbing my drink and once I get out of the parking lot I stop and look down at my drink and notice that not only until I not have any extra caramel but, they're darn sure isn't any extra crunch you know, like what a total disappointment when you're still looking forward to something and you very especially ask for it and you make sure that they know that you are completely and totally understanding that they have to charge you for it and on top of that you hand them a tip thanking them for making it with the extra toppings for you and they still don't make it right! So I paid for something I didn't get... What a surprise!! Nowadays it seems like that's all we're doing isn't it? Paying for things that were not getting! So once again, thanks girl that made my drink at Starbucks! You took my money for the extra toppings and you took my tip money but, you didn't give me what I paid for and you didn't earn the tip that I gave you!!!!! This isn't the first time that I've gone to this location and I've had an issue with a drink or a bad attitude from an employee so this is going to be the last time I go to that location.. I'll just go to one of the locations where I know I'll get a good drink and I'll have great service!!!

This is the 2nd time that only this store has give me a hard time about giving me a disposable straw with my purchase when I ask. No other Starbucks has such entitled employees with power trips. In Oct. 2024 even the new CEO said Starbucks would bring back condiment bars so customers can get their own straws/sugar/milk/etc. So why does this store have such an issue with a .03 cent disposable straw? why are you refusing to provide to paying customers especially after just spending 30.00+ there? Are they taking funds from employee paychecks to cover the costs of straws?! I use the straw and cup after my coffee for my water what is the issue with this stores employees?! As a paying customer I shouldn't have to argue and justify why I should be able to have straw with my order like I'm a child! This is why starbucks stock prices are going down and people are going to McDonald's. McD's coffee is cheaper and never once have their employees had a power trip over straws and napkins.

This place always tastes different than the other Starbucks. Edit- tried this location again and ready to say I'll stick with my cheap gas station coffee. Employees are rude. Waste of time and money.

Good location however they don’t allow employees to stay home if they get sick with covid 🙃 which for me is a huge red flag to not eat or drink anything from there again. We had a whole lockdown for this illness and many jobs excuse you if you end up catching it because it lasts so long, so the reason they can’t excuse spreading covid in a restaurant setting is very disappointing and just gross. Nobody wants anyone else’s sick germs, do something about it instead of trying to save a few bucks. Such a shame because the workers are nice im sure it is a management thing. Nobody wants to work when they’re sick let alone spread it throughout the restaurant and into customers’ food/drinks, seriously.

As someone who’s a daily ordered from this location, I have always been impressed with my drinks! They have gotten my order down to a T and perfect it every time. The customer service is phenomenal, but there’s one worker that always goes above and beyond by the name of Tabitha. She has always been an absolute joy when coming in and even leaves me words of encouragement on my cups. I will continue to be a regular!

A light atmosphere where every employee is great with customers and their teammates. Every one works hard and seems to have fun. They often have samples for customers to try. Also, they have a list of baristas with their favorite drinks attached. I really appreciate this because it allows for spontaneity, which creates a great connection between customer & barista. Whether you have that one special drink you go for or like to mix it up frequently with unique drinks; they provide great service worth returning for again & again. They have me hooked on the Starbucks white mocha doubleshot mixed with coconut milk, whip, & dark caramel drizzle. Thank you Kroger for hiring fun people who know how to treat people.

This place is a hidden Gem! I had the pick two from the menu, a half a turkey sandwich and half a salad. The salad was packed full and very nutritious. Leafy greens, chopped walnuts, and house dressing. Located on W. Main St. in Newark, Ohio. This place is just West of the big Longaberger Basket Building.

Love having a place like this in Newark. I've been here twice now and the coffee and mixed drinks are fantastic. The service has gotten better since the last time I was here. However, I had the Stone ground cheddar grits with pork belly and couldn't finish it because of the 1/2 cup of grease sitting in it. If it wasn't for that it would have been great, the grits were fantastic until I got a few bites in. I'll give it another try just because there aren't a lot of places like this around and I really want it to succeed.

I sure hope the coffee and cocktails are better than the food. Stopped in for lunch today to check out a new local spot, after seeing raving reviews I thought taking my wife and grandchild in for a quick impromptu lunch would be fun. Menu looked great lots of choices and reasonably priced for the market by today's standards. The decor and fact that the building holds certain nostalgic value was a nice touch. Now about the food, we ordered turkey club and fries, lunch special club and broccoli cheddar soup, and a grilled cheese and fries for the grandchild. I'm not sure what took place in the kitchen but the grilled cheese came out looking burnt on the inside and couldn't even be bitten through, the waffle fries were so over done that they were beyond crispy and the soup tasted like it has be burnt in a crockpot for several hours. The only thing edible was the turkey club that the 3 of us split. I asked for the check and the young lady provided it, I handed my card and she brought it back with a pen and thanked us for coming in. I went to sign the check and add a tip and noticed it said on the tip line additional tip? So I'm now looking at the total and she comes back over and states the machine automatically adds 20% and she could remove it if it was a problem. At that point we just wanted to leave and find something to eat elsewhere. $43 dollars spent and left 80% of it on the plates when we left. Needs serious changes or it'll another place that's gone i feel

Without a doubt, this establishment ranks among the finest in Licking County. There are consistently no issues regarding the food service. The menu is exceptional, and I highly recommend the Todd burger. The staff are delightful, and the owner is an exemplary individual. I appreciate his continual presence, as he engages with patrons both inside the restaurant and in the outdoor area.

Cute roomy place and real potential. The operating hours are a bit confusing, but they’re just a coffee shop Mon-Tues with a full kitchen for lunch and dinner most other days. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches are nice. Excited to try some of the more complete meals! Also, they no longer do smoothies

The atmosphere of the vents against the brick walls is great. Very industrial. Great 00s pop music playing. I had the French toast, which unfortunately left a lot to be desired. I also had the dark drip coffee, which was really good though. The staff we interacted with was prompt and courteous. Would definitely go back and try something else!

The service was on par, the staff is friendly and servers checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was satisfactory. Also the atmosphere was very inviting and friendly The Establishment was very clean and organized and I liked the bathroom set up how the sinks were partially outside the bathroom itself. Food was delicious and very tasteful, my pancakes were a bit overcooked but they still had a good taste to them. There is also a stage for bands to play I will definitely be looking forward to seeing that be a regular thing there. All in all in excellent experience and I will be back.

Newly renovated inside, a more open concept. Went away from tables and booth to long table hotel style seating concept. Looks nice. The indoor play area remained the same. More modern look and feel. Gets busy since it’s the only McDonald’s on the north side of Newark. Service was good and quick. Staff were helpful.

Ordered a Smoothie and it was only 2/3 full and the size was much smaller than the last time I had one. I don't know what was up with the drive thru girl at the pickup window but she was hanging out of it the whole time, was a little too much for me. 4-2 at 7pm. At least the nuggets were good.

They did not fill my Diet Coke to the brim. I was also very disappointed they did not have extra large. By the way I weigh 115 pounds and I’m a really cute petite girl. So this is all I ask for. I’m only rating 5 stars for the play place. Other than that. Awful experience

Went through drive thru about 9:15am an it was wrapped around. However they got people through an moving on pretty quick an wasn't seeing people having to pull up into parking spots to wait on things either! They seemed to be doing a great job on keeping the flow going!

Hello My name is Dane Shaffer.I arrived at McDonald's 21st at 10:18 placed.My order on the kiosk machine received my order number at 9:16.It was never made the manager said.You have to pay before your orders made.Even though you put your order in at kiosk.I waited thirty minutes from my food and was late to work Manager told me there was nothing she could do for me.Not even a lunch meal or a $5 gift card.She told me her name is Amber and to put that on the review.Hopefully someone sees this

I mobile ordered their new chicken strips today and they immediately notified my app order to be picked so I get their and asked the guy are these fresh he said oh would you want them that way I said yes I would love them fresh out the grease so what’s he do take them back behind the counter and throws them back in my bag after not even a min of being broiled in their heaters like what don’t they understand about fresh new strips I swear this franchise just wants to make ppl angry but me being a good dude I except it ik how it is working fast food but know my point

the girl with the pink hair running the window needs to learn customer service. it’s not hard to pretend like you wanna be there we all know you don’t. food was good though.
