Island
Mactan is a lively and compact coral island known for its sandy beaches, all-inclusive resorts, and opportunities for diving and snorkeling. One of its notable events is Kadaugan sa Mactan, an annual reenactment of The Battle of Mactan that takes place on the beach of barangay Mactan.
I like Mactan it got everything you need and close to the airport. It’s also setup better for the average foreigner
J T — Google review
It’s a nice island with an international airport. East coast is perfect to spend time on the beach.
Dimitri W — Google review
We took the Crimson Resort Sunset Cruise on our second night there. View was nothing special and the boat was mediocre at best. However, we all had a great time despite that.
Sean R — Google review
Nice add-on to Cebu City with many nice beach resorts and condos/subdivisions being built. Easy access to Cebu via CCLEX. Perfect for out of city getaways
Herbie G — Google review
Keeping the historical image is just wonderful
Chris F — Google review
Beautiful town with clothing stores, supermarkets and restaurants. It is not a big city like Manila so do not expect malls but it has everything you need including beautiful beaches. Grab services here
Veronica A — Google review
Wouldn’t recommend except if you like tourist trap, this is far from everything so the cabs will charge you the maximum. Nothing much to do except if you like to stay in big resort where you’ll be charged 10x more. Had stay in Alona beach (which is also very touristy) in Bohol but it was close to the main road, so still have walkable options for dinner or activities.
Zoe P — Google review
Sorry, but this Island is NOT worth it. No public beaches. You have to pay ridiculously expensive resorts to enjoy a good swimming pool and a not so good beach. Island hopping is very boring for those who just did El Nido and Coron. I regret coming here.

International airport
Airport
Mactan-Cebu International Airport is a bustling hub with various amenities such as a massage parlor, and it's conveniently located near a hotel and casino. It offers direct flights to destinations like Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Pagadian, General Santos, Hong Kong, Davao, and Singapore. The airport also serves as the main gateway to Cagayan de Oro and Iligan.
Both the domestic and international airports are efficient and clean. I've flown from here several times and each experience has been smooth. The interior of the international terminal is impressive. However there aren't many chairs around the check-in counters. Immigration and security procedures were quick and hassle-free.
Ced A — Google review
Mactan-Cebu International Airport is one of the best airports in the Philippines! The terminals are clean, modern, and spacious, with plenty of seating areas and good air conditioning. The architecture of Terminal 2 is stunning—lots of natural light and a relaxing tropical vibe. Check-in and security were smooth during my visit, and staff were friendly and helpful. There are also several dining options and souvenir shops to choose from, though prices can be on the higher side. Wi-Fi is available, but it could be faster. Transportation to and from the airport is convenient, with taxis and Grab readily available, but be prepared for some traffic outside during peak hours.
Neil A — Google review
Nice airport overall. It feels modern and clean, and way less stressful compared to Manila. Security and check in usually move faster than I expect. There are plenty of food spots and coffee shops while you wait for your flight. The international terminal especially looks spacious and well kept. Always a smooth experience flying in and out of Cebu.
Val T — Google review
Mactan-Cebu International Airport is such a chill and modern spot ✈️ It’s clean, organized, and gives off that tropical Cebu vibe. The staff were super friendly, check-in was smooth, and there’s plenty to eat and shop while you wait. One of the best airport experiences in the Philippines 🌴💼
Sofia D — Google review
A very beautiful, elegant, and natural wooden style but also modern and fashion airport. Really like this airport a lot. See you Cebu next time.
Hklazzycat L — Google review
Fast, efficient, clean, staffs are nice. A completely opposite experience from Manila Airport (NAIA). I feel so much safer here. No organized crime (tanim bala gang) and corrupt immigration officials. Plenty of food choices but a tad pricey. Not much to do compared to other bigger airports like Changi but overall it’s a pleasant experience from check in, immigration and security clearance. Clean washrooms and plenty of space.not crowded.
Audric S — Google review
This airport offers a better overall experience compared to NAIA, with clean and well-maintained restrooms, a greater number of food stalls—many of which operate 24 hours—and a generally more organized environment, although it is smaller in size than NAIA. They do have FREE drinkable water stations near the rest room in the waiting lobbies, which saves a lot of money because mineral waters in stores are so expensive. Just bring your own cups/mugs/tumblers.

FOR ARRIVALS: Clean Toilets ✅ Easy-to-follow Directions ✅ Helpful and friendly staff, however, IO could smile a little bit more but maybe she was only having a bad day ⚠️ Quick Bag Collection ✅ A TV Screen showing staff loading/ offloading your luggages to the conveyer belt. ✅ Friendly staff everywhere as expected ✅ For Departures: Information Screen Accessible ✅ Clean Toilets ✅ Easy check in and bag drop off ✅ Lovely and Friendly Staff ✅ Lots of shop ✅ Clean Restaurants ✅ Free Wifi ✅ Very Clean Airport Overall✅ NO PASSPORT TEAR!!! 🙏🏻 Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nestled in the vibrant Crossroads area of Cebu, The Distillery is a must-visit destination for both relaxation and nightlife. This lively bar offers a perfect blend of chill vibes during the week and an energetic atmosphere on weekends, making it ideal for unwinding or celebrating with friends. With an extensive selection of imported beers, premium spirits, whiskies, and vodkas, The Distillery caters to even the most discerning palates.
was my go to place, when i party. Most of the places to drink in Cebu is occupied by the youngster, but with this one, customers are in a wide range age. I enjoyed the drinks and music. The place can be crowded on weekends.

Are you crazy? How JW blue 750ml price would be 14K php? Even it is not SE the guy said. And I went your shop last time and JW blue 1L price was 10K+ only. Is the guy trying to scam? ‘Cus I am not from here Philippines? I’m so disappointed.

Nostalgic. They've kept the place as it was x years ago. Great cocktails with reasonable price and cool music..as always.

The Drink menu of beers miss 60-70percent BEWARE! They can overcharge or add drinks to your bill So remember always too check the receipt Younger crowd Smoking upstairs Drinks like cocktails are just Okey
Kevin D — Google review
They have a handful of beers you can’t find elsewhere in Cebu, but don’t believe the old reviews, they have maybe 5 different beers in stock. Also they are absolutely not open til 3am daily, I suspect they usually close at 12/1am.
Steve L — Google review
I did not like the place. The ambience was okay downstairs but the upstairs crowd was either dead or super alive in which you could barely breath. I almost got locked in the toilet as the lock was not properly in place. I understand that bars might not exactly have the best toilets working but they could also at least maintain the area in case people would need to use it.
Dianne T — Google review
My first visit last night, I had trouble getting a seat because it was so busy. Great atmosphere. I arrived before 10pm and the music was at an acceptable level, but at 10pm they turned the sound up so loud I had to leave because it was too noisy!

Cebu IT Park, located in Cebu City, is a bustling area known for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse job opportunities. It serves as a hub for various professions including call center agents, ESL teachers, fast food crew, baristas, and IT professionals. The park has undergone significant development over the years with the construction of Ayala Mall Central Bloc and the transformation of Garden Block into a lively and enjoyable space.
Cebu IT Park is one of the nicest place in Cebu City. Its a place where almost of the callcenter workers are there but aside from being a call center agent there so many jobs you can find it there like ESL Teacher, a fast food crew, barista in the coffee shops, IT's and so on. IT Park has changed a lot. I remember the year when Ayala Mall Central Block just started their construction, and also the Garden Blocked used to be so dark and quiet but look at it now. Its so much fun now in IT Park. 🤗

Seafood restaurant
Cowrie Cove at Shangri-La Mactan, Cebu offers a delightful dining experience with its open-air setting and stunning ocean views. The restaurant is known for its delectable seafood dishes curated by Chef Daniel Quintero, using high-quality ingredients paired with a fine selection of wines. While some guests have noted the need for improved reception and cocktail preferences, many have praised the excellent food such as kinilaw, cured salmon, and mussels.
The Cowrie Cove Seafood Bar Grill offers fresh seafood and steak. You can taste the freshness of the food. We loved the outdoor sitting, the breeze from the ocean milded the heat. Everything was perfect.
Hwelen Y — Google review
We recently held a despedida party for 15 of us at Cowrie Cove, Shangri-La Mactan, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was amazing, but what truly made the night special was the exceptional service from Jessica and Gab. Jessica went above and beyond—she thoughtfully had our seafood platter split into two large plates, making it easier for everyone at the table to enjoy. She even doubled our 5 glasses of iced tea to 10 without us asking, which was such a considerate gesture for our big group. Both Jessica and Gab made us feel welcomed, cared for, and celebrated the entire evening. I flew back to the U.S. with a happy heart, thanks to that unforgettable night. I will definitely return to Cowrie Cove in the future—it’s not just the food, it’s the people who make it truly outstanding. Thank you again, Jessica and Gab!

Chef Christ, Dave ,Kirel, jessica and tony in service were really good in taking care of our order as well as giving us the best experience food and environment wise. They are very approachable and you can really tell why Shangri-la is a stared hotel. Very good service very tasty food. Highly recommended 🫶🏼

I had a very nice fish dish with ratatouille in a very nine tomato sauce. The house whine is also very nice. They gave some bread with a very nice crab sauce. The cheese cake as dessert was way too much. Don't order the cake when you're alone, but the rest was really good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly unforgettable experience at Cowrie Cove, Shangri-La! The place is incredibly beautiful and romantic — perfect for special moments like proposals! 😍 The restaurant’s ambiance is peaceful and elegant, and the food was delicious from start to finish. Special thanks to Jeffre, one of their amazing staff, who really went above and beyond. He helped my boyfriend and my best friend organize the proposal — everything turned out so nice, smooth, and well-planned! 🥹💍💖 We felt so cared for and welcomed. Thank you so much Cowrie Cove and the entire Shangri-La team for making this day so memorable and magical. Highly recommended! ✨💕

Bar
The Social is a popular bar and restaurant in Cebu City. The venue is spacious and open, with a sumptuous menu that includes international and local favourites. It has easy access since it is located inside one of the top malls in the city, and it's been praised for its lively atmosphere and great food.
We have always had a great experience there. Good food, friendly staff and comfortable outside seating.and we have no favorite dishes because they are all good!
Jerry D — Google review
I visited The Social located on the 4th floor of Ayala Mall in Cebu City around 9 PM on a Monday night, looking for some Western-style food. The experience was okay, but the service could have been better. We waited 25 minutes after being seated to receive our order, and then another 10 minutes for the bill after asking for it. We eventually had to go to the bar to request it ourselves. The food was decent; we had the Caesar salad with a nice olive dressing and a poached egg, and the chicken parmigiana with a spring salad and fries. The mojito was on the stronger side, which was nice. There were quite a few tourists, and it felt like the servers catered more to the Western guests. Overall, while the food was good, the service left something to be desired.
Calvin G — Google review
Great vibes, tasty food, and perfect service! The Social is a fantastic spot to chill, eat, and enjoy drinks in a lively atmosphere. The food was delicious and came out fast, and the cocktails were well-made. The service was excellent — friendly and attentive staff made everything easy and smooth. The ambiance is modern, energetic, and perfect for both casual nights or meeting people. One of the best places in the area for good food and fun vibes. Highly recommended!
Luca F — Google review
It's a place full of life and fun. You can enjoy the performance of a high-quality band in a pleasant space. The band's performance starts at 8 to 8:30pm on average. Above all, all the crew members are kind and serve quickly. I had a minor problem yesterday and they actively solved it like a female manager at The Social. It was a kind response that I've never experienced in Cebu. Thank you so much.
Rex — Google review
Tucked inside Ayala Center Cebu at Cebu Business Park, The Social is a vibrant café-bar-meets-music spot that knows how to keep the energy high. The interior is stylish with dim lighting perfect for evening hangouts, and there's often live music or DJ sets on select nights--one of their recent posts even teased a "music night" lineup that drew quite the crowd. Drink-wise, their cocktail list doesn't disappoint, with creative twists and craft beers that go down smooth late into the night--they're open until 1AM, and weekends stretch to 2AM . With a 70% recommend rate from over 3,400 reviews on Yelp, it's clear people love the mix of laid-back social vibe and upbeat scene. The crowd is eclectic--office workers, couples, friends--all enjoying the central spot in Cebu's best business hub. Prices lean a bit higher ("$$$$"), but it's worth it for the ambiance and consistently good service. Whether you're winding down after work or gearing up for a night out, The Social hits the sweet spot between chill and festive--definitely a go-to in Cebu City.
Lesley T — Google review
Band is ok. Choice of rock music in between, there’s a lot of shouting, good thing we were in the patio area outside. If you are looking for a nightlife vibe in the mall, this is it. Also it’s swarming with foreigners if that’s your thing. We were just looking for late bites and this is the only place that was open. We ordered pizza and it arrived after 45 minutes after 2 followups. Very thin crust so not sure how that happened. I guess they forgot? Band was okay. The rock music they played in between had a lot of shouting though. Good thing we were seated outside on the patio so it wasn’t too much. If you're looking for that nightlife vibe in the mall, this is definitely it. It’s also swarming with foreigners if that’s your thing. We were just looking for some late bites and this was the only place open. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it took 45 minutes to arrive—only after we followed up twice. Not sure how that even happened since it was such a thin crust pizza. Felt like they forgot about our order. What really bothered me was the service. They added a 10% service charge even though they completely forgot about our food. The nerve. It felt like they were more attentive to the foreign guests. No one came back to check on our table or update us about the order. We couldn’t help but wonder—is it because we’re just Filipinos? Or maybe because we didn’t order much? Not sure. But it didn’t feel good. Pizza wasn’t even worth the wait. Wouldn’t recommend the pepperoni. Definitely not coming back. And I’m still hungry. Seeesh.

Blu Bar & Grill, located at Marco Polo Plaza Cebu, offers a luxurious dining experience with stunning views of the Cebu nightlife from a thousand feet high. It's the perfect spot for those looking to indulge in high-quality entrees and desserts while enjoying a peaceful ambiance and a glass of wine. The restaurant also provides shuttle bus services for easy access. Whether it's twilight or moonlight, Blu Bar & Grill promises an unforgettable evening in Cebu.
Finally had the chance to experience their "1000 ft above the city dining" through their 3-course meal. Ala carte options are also available though. If there's anything that truly elevates Blu Bar and Grill it's their impeccable service. We recieved absolutely warm and topnotch experience from their staff which was the real highlight from our dinner. Aside from the stunning view of the Cebu skyline, the was equally great particularly the desserts. Their signature Tiramisu was notorious for being the best and I will agree that this is the best Tiramisu in Cebu. Mains were okay, they were not as memorable but still great. The ribs were more on the bony side but was really tasty. I also really liked their bread and the seared Tuna was really enjoyable. Blu Bar is a perfect choice if you're craving for a great meal with a stunning view and superb service.
Maxwell J — Google review
I went there for a dinner night out and was impressed by the view—it’s even better than what you get at Tops. However, the prices are noticeably higher. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to expectations; the meat was dry and cold, which made me think it might have been old stock. The overall taste just wasn’t something to be amused. On a positive note, their customer service was excellent and made the experience a bit better.

IMO I just didn’t like the quality of the beef. But at 1700 with Ostrich and Tomahawk meat, I guess you get what you paid for. The place is not too cold. Since I am wearing a jacket I was a bit perspiring. Definitely not something I want to recommend.

We only had our drinks during our visit. Good thing they serve mocktails, plus, you can ask the m to adjust the sweetness level. Price is reasonable, not too expensive. The best things at the bar are the overlooking view and their excellent customer service. 👍

Still an amazing place after all these years. Took my girlfriend for her birthday here yesterday and Adrian and the rest of the staff had a cake and song ready. A few minutes later another couple in the outside table had a surprise proposal and the staff also helped film it. Everyone in the restaurant clapped. The cocktails were good, specifically designed by the bartender who was equally as friendly just like the rest of the staff. Overall a wonderful time with good food, ambience and people.
Bri C — Google review
My husband booked a table for us for our anniversary last week. He made sure that they were informed that it was our anniversary. When we got there, the staff never greeted us. For a 5 star hotel/restaurant their staff are expected to be polite. The ambiance is great. It is really romantic when you dine in at 24th floor and have the perfect view of the city. The food was okay, nothing special yet VERY expensive. Took some time to serve the food. Customer service was not that good. We paid 7k and we expected them to serve us a very small cake or at least something that would say Happy Anniversary or Thank you for choosing Blu Bar and Grill to celebrate this special occasion. Well, I guess their staff was not trained on how to be thoughtful.

If you're looking for a trendy and modern dining spot in Cebu City, The Pyramid at the Garden Bloc in Cebu IT Park is a must-visit. This new restaurant boasts a striking glass pyramid architecture inspired by The Louvre Museum in Paris. Its sleek and modern design sets the stage for an elegant dining experience. Indulge in craft beers, macarons, and an extensive wine collection from around the world while enjoying the French-inspired ambiance.
Choosing to stay outside under the stars for some talks over coffee and cheesecake was a good idea. A couple of seating options make it comfortable but the music, although slow, chill sounds can be a bit loud but the staff obliged to tone it down a wee bit. Prices are at par with chic cafés in the city.
Jerico S — Google review
The place is accessible. It’s in heart of IT Park. You can’t miss it. 😊 The price is practical. the taste of the food will make you feel that the money you spent is worth it. The maintenance of the place should be improved. The place is beautiful, there’s no question about that. But the dinning experience can be improved exponentially if the place is maintained well.

My boyfriend and I booked a table for two last Feb 14. It was worth Php1,500. The food they served during our date was sinigang, fried chicken and ribs. The dishes were super delicious. We got to enjoy the music and the ambiance was great.

service: the staff is responsive and friendly. but hope can be more complete for example like automatically give service water. plates and utensils must placed right away before meals arrived. food: their ribs and bulgogi pizza is the best. sisig is special too they made crispy style sisig. the serving looks like for one person but you can actually share with two or three the rainbow cake is unique but honestly speaking only good for pictures the taste was horrible. dry and not tasty at all . cheese cake was not that bad but I will not order again. recommend their wines, beers and other alcohol drinks They have best ones here. cheese and ham are good I love it location/ env.: Inside IT park , very safe and easy to find. the place like you see looks like a pyramid, must take a selfie before you go ! restaurant is spacious and they have big tables good for big group of gatherings price: cheap ! 300php/4 people shared pizza I come here almost once a week. The beat chill out place !

The Pyramid Cebu is a good place for hangout and decent food. So far, they have a delicious and affordable set of menu. Ambiance is very warm and the interior is really stylish and Instagram-friendly. Crew is fast and very efficient too. Serving is very proportional to its price.

If you want to appreciate the architecture of this place, come at night. If you want to enjoy the food and service, come during daylight. The crews are busier ar night because more customers come to dine, so they'll take longer time to attend to you. Budgetwise, it's a bit pricey but serves what u pay for.

Cozy, great sounds, fun watching couples ballroom dance. Glad this place moved to a better location. Great place to unwind and jazzy up your stressed life. 😉

Cozy and comfy. Live band performances that are good. A dance floor is allocated for those who have passion for dancing. Food is great too. The variety of wine collections can be ordered per shot or per bottle. Good lighting and CR is clean and not stinky.

More of a showband style event then actual jazz or blues. The mixed drinks are Diluted and half size of anywhere else. You might have to tap the waitirs on the shoulder as they tend to congregate in the corner talking amongst themselves rather than serve any of the customers.
Steve L — Google review
The waiter I had was an older gentleman, whose name was something like "Heseree" or "Heneree". He was a classic example of a person who doesn't care for how the customer is served as he gets his 10% of the bull regardless. The 10% is not mentioned anywhere on the menu which makes it all but a scam. There were about four waiters waiting about six tables and he never came to clear the dirty dishes covering the whole table for about 30 minutes after we were done eating. It seemed like he always passed by not looking at the table on purpose. He was nowhere to be found for the last 15 minutes and I had to tell the cashier to find him to give us the check. I wanted to complain to the owner who was there eating with an older gentleman but felt rude interrupting them and probably it would have made no difference since she could see the dirty dishes on our table anyway. The cashier girl was very nice and apologetic. Scallops appetizer had less than one scallop in the creamy mixture and a LOT of mushrooms. It tasted ok, but for a price of about 350 this seems wrong. Small varied sandwich appetizer was dry and the 1/3 of the sandwiches which were vegetable ones had canned corn and other canned vegetables on bread without any sauce. Quesadilla had almost no cheese and the cheese which WAS there wasn't melted at all. It was about 80% bread, 7% beef, 5% cheese and the rest tomato sauce. Milkshake was some milk mixed with ice in a blender. NO ice cream was used. The snapper main course was good, almost seemed like they got it delivered from another restaurant :) the band was great, so no complaints there. visited 06/12/2018

Best view with the best vibe. Reggie and another waiter was super nice to us despite being day pass holders, they made us feel welcomed. The fries and buko juice were excellent! The ice in the buko juice was a surprise especially its hot in cebu!

Fries overload! Shangri La Mactan's beachfront bar offering hearty meals and refreshing drinks. Their current menu ranges from finger foods, burgers, paninis and salads. We had the Fried Calamari rings with aioli & lemon, Fried fish nuggets and Chicken wings. All were crisp to perfection, tasty and came with a lot of fries on the side we eventually didnt finish it and still had a lot to take home. Each order would easily fill up two or three as the portions were big. The fried food were remarkably not greasy so youd feel less guilty munching on these. Service was quick and always has that Shangri La warmth.

Unfortunately couldn’t try the food and drinks - after a trip to the Shangra La to check it out we were told that we could only order food and drinks if we were hotel guests. Would have been nice if they advertise that. But a nice spot on a protected beach

Nestled within the charming Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel in Mactan, Luna Bar + Tapas offers a delightful escape for those craving authentic Spanish cuisine. Just a short stroll from your villa and conveniently located about 15 minutes from Mactan-Cebu International Airport, this spot is perfect for both relaxation and exploration. Couples will find it an ideal setting for romantic evenings, as evidenced by memorable anniversary celebrations filled with expertly crafted cocktails and mocktails that elevate the dining experience.
Luna bar is located inside Costabella and opens at 4pm to midnight. We made good use of the bar during our stay.. The bar staffs are all very nice and friendly like the rest of the resort staffs. They have Happy Hour on selected cocktails and mocktails daily from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM at PHP 420 for 2 cocktails and 20% off for other drinks like Long Island Ice Tea that still very affordable and they even deliver it to the pool for us. All cocktails and mocktails that we tried are all very good with a generous alcohol content! They serve tapas and Mexican food at this bar. The bar has a pool table and two darts boards, cozy seating and romantic ambience.

Romantic Date Night at Luna Bar + Tapas – Perfect for Couples! 💑🍷 My wife and I recently celebrated our 30th anniversary with a beautiful dinner at Luna Bar + Tapas, located inside Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel in Mactan—and it was honestly one of the most romantic and memorable nights we've had. We kicked off the evening with a round of cocktails and mocktails, and the vibe was instantly elevated. The bartenders were skilled and friendly, and every drink we tried was spot-on. It really set the tone for a cozy and intimate night. For food, we went all in on their Spanish-inspired menu: 🥚 Spanish Omelette – Simple yet flavorful. 🐙 Octopus – Tender and perfectly seasoned. 🍲 Callos – Rich and comforting, just how we like it. 🍚 Lamb Paella – The highlight of the night! Hearty, aromatic, and great for sharing. We wrapped up our meal with some classic churros and one more round of drinks to toast the occasion. Everything was well-prepared, and the ambiance made it feel extra special. ✅ Ideal for anniversaries or romantic dinners ✅ Great mix of tapas and hearty Spanish dishes ✅ Amazing cocktails and beautiful setting ✅ Located inside Costabella—perfect for staycationers If you're staying at Costabella Tropical Beach Hotel or simply looking for a romantic dinner spot in Mactan, Luna Bar + Tapas is a must-try. It's a wonderful place for couples to unwind, celebrate, or just enjoy each other’s company over good food and drinks. Visited: July 2025 Perfect for: Couples, honeymooners, and anyone who loves Spanish cuisine by the beach.

Good bar with great ambience. It certainly wasn’t busy when we visited but the location was good and cocktails were excellent. There’s also a pool table and darts area along with large screen TV’s showing sports. Service was good and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Andrew D — Google review
A different place to try when staying at the resort with sports on the TVs, dart boards and a pool table with various seating options. The tapas is slightly varied from the restaurant and in most parts, tasty. It’s an expensive option for both food and drinks as the portions are quite small (even for Tapas). The happy cocktails are limited but made lovely including the mocktails. The staff were lovely and the chef was proud of what he makes.

This bar is inside Costabella Resort, one of the oldest resorts in Cebu. I just had to point out that the service crew was very attentive. I only ordered Churros without a drink unlike my companions. In a bar they don’t usually serve water, but he brought me water without me asking for one.

Nestled along Gov. M. Cuenco road in Kasambagan, The Crossroads is a bustling retail strip offering an array of dining and entertainment options. From charming cafes to upscale restaurants and even a functional coworking space, it caters to various preferences. Notably, K1 Family KTV draws karaoke enthusiasts while The Attic provides a cozy spot for wining and dining.
There is an Abaca located here if you are looking for breakfast. It is on the pricey end but the servings are huge for us. You can split the ABC Skillet good for 2. Also, the Mango Juice is a good 16-18oz...so you can ask for 2 smaller glasses and split that into 2. The waffle, which we also had for sharing, is good 2 inches thick, crisp on the outside & fluffy on the inside served with whipped cream and syrup. Pair your coffee with a pastry. They also have healthier options such as a granola bowl. Al Fresco dining just at the entrance. 1st Level: There are high tables and stools for the eat and go crowd. 2nd Level: Dining with comfortable lower chairs and tables. We dined upstairs where it is cooler and we needed a lower table and chair for my 6 year old. It is a steep climb up the 2nd level for the challenged. Please hold on to the railing. The unisex restroom is on the 2nd level. It is clean, provides sanitation, tissue and foam soap for your hands. Paymaya POS terminal here. Fresh baked goods & bakery. Quality dishes & well trained service. There is usually an attending waiter on the 2nd floor.

Good restaurants, ample parking, and a shared office or space. There is a wine shop, a bar, japanese resto, mexican resto, italian resto, a dessert place, and other nice places to consider. It attracts a certain clientele.

Crossroads has always been my go-to spot for dining, coffee, and even the occasional sports activity. One of the things I’ve really appreciated over the years is the ample parking, it’s made visits hassle-free and enjoyable. However, I’ve recently noticed that two parking spaces have been reserved, apparently for property management. While I understand the need for operational parking, I feel that patron convenience should remain a priority. After all, it’s the steady flow of customers that keeps the place thriving.

I love the industrial look but I'm not so solved with the chairs. They have different spaces for walk-ins and long-terms. The pic attached is the walk-in space. It was quite cool. I'm not so comfortable with the chair though. But overall it was a good experience. Staff was quite friendly. Environment is not quiet but not loud either. Just normal busy chatter. I love how you can borrow plates and mugs. Free water, tea and brewed coffee ☕ 👌

The place is good if you already have a destination restaurant in mind. There is not much of a choice here but what they have is also good. Here you can find a Ramen, Mexican, Chinese and a dessert place. Their is also a fine dining restaurant here. If you are lookig for a low budget meal. This is not the place to be. If you are looking for good food, willing to shell out a few more bucks, and with no crowd to contend with...then you will be very delighted here. Kuma is a fusion restaurant that you can find here.

Why must Irish pubs outside of Ireland be so green? Is it effective enough to mask the fact that it’s actually playing popular music and not anything remotely Celtic/Irish? Cheap beer nonetheless. Smoking allowed indoors (despite the no smoking signs), and patronised by mainly Filipina women with their white partners on a weekday afternoon.

Great place for a cool beer.. Food is good with a varied menu. The have light acoustic music also and those who like to sing can join in! Staff are friendly and polite, quick to attend to service. Would highly recommend this place to visitors.. Only drawback as an Irish bar is not having Guinness on tap, they have in cans though. Still no reason to not visit this nice place

Not a very nice place. It is very noisy and the live music is ways too loud. Also the bars next door try to compete each other with the loudest music. Staff was not very friendly, but okay. Drinks where okay, not great and more expensive than most other places around. Also be aware that the area around is very seedy. It’s basically a walking street for street hookers and therefore attract a certain kind of people and clientele.

The public beach is too overestimated name for this place. In fact, this is a microscopic backwater with a concrete slab that goes into not so clear water. We came, looked, turned around and left. If time is of value to you, forget about this so-called "beach"

I thought at first the water is okay. The next day I swam at wharf i saw lot of discharge of feces "tobol" as said came from motorbancas and the other one at stones like at night someone poop in there. There are also few plastics and bottles floating. There's still "damak" people going there since it is a public beach.

The course features various obstacles like sandbars and lakes, making it both challenging and fun.
It’s a decent golf course. Very accessible from Cebu City! Best time to play during twilight,3pm; Not hot and discounted rate

If you're from Manila and you've played in Navy, I find this course comparable in terms of terrain and greens. Not much to see if you're looking for a scenic view tho. Love the location if you want to squeeze in a quick game before you fly off coz it's right beside the airport or you're already staying around Mactan area. Feel free to skip the golf cart if you want to log those 10k steps. WHAT I LIKE - Beginner friendly coz of mostly flat terrain with less water hazards and bunkers - For a Saturday midday game, it's not crowded - Friendly staff and caddies - I reco my caddie Jacob who's been there for over 25 years. Pretty experienced with the course and is good at teaching/correcting a beginner esp with proper form - You can play solo WHAT I DON'T LIKE - Cash only! There's ATM by the gate so get ur cash there. - You need a car with military sticker to enter the gates. So likely all Grab/taxi/friend's cars can only take you as far as the gate then you'll have to walk about 300m to the clubhouse. - Weak water pressure in ladies shower AMENITIES - lockers that can fit small to medium luggage if you're heading off to airport after - shower rooms - sauna - blowdryer They're undergoing renovations when I visited so prolly better amenities in the next few months. Exclusion: Shampoo, bath soap/gel. So bring your own. I shared a photo of the latest rates for reference. Have fun!

Great place to hang out for people in their late 20s and above 😅 Music was really on fire! We went here on a Sunday night. Lots of people still. The staff were above and beyond and was very attentive. We sat on the 2nd floor, so they had to go up and down the stairs to fetch something we had ordered. Bless! The food was excellent! We ordered sisig, nachos, calamari and drinks. Lastly, we ordered dessert - Sticky Toffee Pudding. But I was in doubt when it was served because it tasted different from a toffee. It tasted chocolatey. And the ingredients and toppings that were done were for the chocolate thingy dessert. Moreover, I would still recommend this place if you just want to chill out. 👍🏻

Nastiest Fish and Chips I've had. Dry and bland. The cocktails and drinks were superb though. Service was good but the prices were too much especially for their food. The restroom upstairs was stinky, definitely not giving the value of your money back.

The place is OK. The drinks seem fairly strong. But the customer service is repugnant I ordered one drink, and then I had to leave The bill was 350 I saw them using a credit card machine, so I knew I’d be able to pay with my. When I went to pay, they told me the minimum was 500. I didn’t have any cash. After a little bit of back-and-forth with the waiter, he got the manager several bouncers surrounded me, began pointing at me and the manager told me I was not free to leave. She demanded to see my ID and said that she would be calling the police because I would not settle the bill. After explaining to her, the waiter, when I sat down, didn’t tell me there was a minimum to use the credit card machine Apparently, the waiter told the manager I lied and said my friends were coming or something After about 30 minutes of embarrassment, people knew she made it clear something was up She let me pay 350+20 pesos for what the bank charges them She even had the audacity to say you people come here and then you complain over 200 pesos Extremely rude extremely inappropriate So just be aware 500 minimum to use the credit card

Great hangout, even on a Tuesday, so the place was not crowded. Been here on a weekend and this place, including their outdoor terrace was packed. Our group just came for the drinks. Very attentive and friendly servers, Even their security were very friendly. The DJ was spinning great music that made some members of our group dance. Maybe it was the beer. We came after dinner from a nearby Japanese restaurant, and we stayed until closing time at 2AM.

Nestled in the vibrant Crossroads area along Gov. M. Cuenco Avenue, K1 Family KTV is a fantastic destination for those looking to unleash their inner rock star with friends or family. This lively karaoke lounge is perfect for larger groups seeking an alternative to the typical dining experience on a Friday night. While it’s primarily known for its karaoke offerings, guests can also enjoy gaming options like Nintendo Wii and Xbox Kinect.
I'd love to gush out all day about how wonderful this place is (and was for me because this was where we held our annual Christmas party with my closest friends since like forever) but I figured you are here to know if it's a place you should try to visit, too. So let me tell you this: You SHOULD. What to expect: - The price is affordable! - The rooms (depending on price) are spacious and ambient, compared to known KTVs in the city - Staff are nice, helpful and accommodating (I was able to ask the front desk to watch over my phone that was charging there) - The audio and sound system are okay (the mics need a little checking but as long as they work, then you surely could sing your heart out!) - The food, though. Our order was delayed, maybe that was just an isolated case. - The KTV is near to other go-to places for chilling and hanging out like cafes, restaurants and the like.

I highly DON'T recommend this place. We choose the consumable package without knowing that there will be additional 18% tax on top of your bill and the extended hours was also not included with your package. I think initiating and informing your customers would be best.. as what your crew said, most customers already complained about this but you haven't done your part how to change your policy and process. Not sure if this is the mandatory percentage of the all bar/karaoke establishment now a days.. but I haven't experienced this to restaurants and hotels that there's 18% tax on top of the bill, if you paid for a buffet rate per head, you would only pay how many pax. Others has service charge fess but not this much as well..

Here's my review of K1 Family KTV: Overall Feedback: The food they served is good. We ordered fries, sisig, calamari, cheese sticks and beers. Although a bit pricier than competition, I like that the karaoke rooms are clean, doesn't smell smoke and songs are updated. The microphones also sounded good. The location, which is in Crossroads Banilad, is very accessible as it is near Ayala IT Park. Food: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4 Value for Money: 3 Would I go back? Definitely

Worst food I've ever not eaten. None of the food we had looked like the food being advertised in pictures on the menu. The pizza, nachos, siomai, lupmia, fried chicken, dynamite were completely unetable. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. Our rooms karaoke speakers were so quiet we heard other rooms music over ours, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

We were there last night for 3 hours. For everyone who's planning to go there don't be fooled by the prices of food and beverages on their menu list. We did expect our bill to be P900 but when the waiter handed the bill it was P950. So we asked why is that so? And they said it's because of the taxes! Like what the heck? This is the first KTV bar that I've been to that is fooling customers with the prices on their menu. Even big malls and restaurants don't do that. If your prices got higher then you need to change your pricelist on your menu too. DON'T FOOL OR SURPRISE YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH EXTRA MONEY THEY NEED TO PAY. too many hidden charges. they will charge you not just for the vat but also for what they call the "government tax". we paid ahead to reserve the room by 5 pm to 8pm however they opened late so we started at 530pm but they still had us pay for 3 hours regardless if we started late. poor customer service.

Staff are kind, but orders are a little late, and they are not consumable all the way, just 1hr less on a specific time. Song book is a mess but we just asked for a more organized song book and they did replace it right away.

Trademark Bar in Cebu is the ultimate destination for those seeking a vibrant atmosphere, great music, and non-stop entertainment. This venue brings the lively nightlife of San Francisco to Cebu, making it a must-visit spot for anyone looking to dance the night away to energetic tunes. With its popular Taco Tuesday theme and jam-packed crowds on weekends, Trademark Bar offers an unforgettable experience that's perfect for a fun night out with friends.
Dont forget or be detoured, it's on the 2nd floor! It was in an exciting, fun, safe atmosphere. Unforgettable time/night out. The drinks were great & were prepared by professional bartenders. The food is top tier, quality ingredients and delicious. Prices were very reasonable considering it's premier location and the accommodations inside. The music was excellent, it felt just like being in a club in California. Highly recommend.

Best vibes in all of Cebu!!! We came… we experienced… we will be back!!! We were in search for a place with great music, delicious drinks/food, and we left feeling the true spirit of the Philippines! From the top notch service to the positive energy, we had an experience here at Trademark that we will never forget. We were welcomed HOME, thank you for the best tacos and wings (nothing like we have ever tasted even in the US)! We will be back! Much love to the amazing staff who made us feel at home ❤️🇵🇭

The combination of top-notch music, incredible drinks, and mouthwatering tacos makes this club a must-visit. An unforgettable night of music, flavors, and fun!

Awesome group of people. Met the bouncer when he tattoo me and he told me about this place. Got there and had a few drinks and some tacos. Then people started to come in and people started to talk and all night I was able to meet people and have a great time. Honestly it's worth checking out and prices are very affordable

Rue Cebu is a bar that specializes in caramel-style beer. It's known for its wide variety of beers, and it's a great place to go if you're looking for something different.
As a Brit in the Philippines I found this to be an excellent oasis in a land rather dry for bars (pubs). You can actually order a pint of beer which is great. The toilets are better than many pubs in England; plenty of toilet paper and an excellent hand dryer. Prices and service good. Ample seating inside with good air conditioning, lots of seating outside. When back in Cebu I will visit again and would encourage all yanks and Brits to visit.
Mark D — Google review
The caramel draft beer was excellent. I found the food to be a bit on the pricey side. The interior space is small, but there are plenty of tables available outside. Great place to unwind and good music.
Erika F — Google review
The food was great. We went there during weekdays and we enjoyed the place solo. Gives chill vibes.
Cherry V — Google review
Whenever we crave beers, this is our go-to spot. On our second visit, we tried caramel, toffeenut, lychee, and cucumber-flavored beers. We also ordered the 'cardiac wheel' and 'triple bypass' for pulutan, and the portions were huge! The prices are reasonable, and it's not crowded. It's a great place to catch up with friends or hang out in a low-key setting.
Anjelica E — Google review
Me and my friends had a good time in Rue. It was our first time. The vibe is pretty chill. The inside of the club is bustling. What makes this club special are the songs they play, the DJ is probably a gen z. Waiters were accomodating. The drinks we had was pretty 💲 but it was worth it overall.
Bon S — Google review
When my cousin introduced Rue, somewhere in the middle of July, I had my first “big ass” Caramel-flavored draft beer. It was one heck of a size but it tasted so good, I finished it in no time. So I came back, and then brought my boyfriend. We both love Rue now. The place is just chill, music is fun and nostalgic at the same time, you will really love the vibe. Plus points for the “no smoking” policy inside since I am not a fan of cigarette smell. I’m going to bring my friends soon! Will definitely visit again. Also, thank you for providing me with a Gdrive link to your photos!
Fearn — Google review
OVERCHARGED BILL! Be aware and always double check your bill. Sa ma-ilad lang. I hope this is not their modus. They charged us 2500+ for 3 beers, 1 chicken and 1 fries, which is waaay over our bill! Good thing we double checked it. Went to Rue last night and ordered Caramel beer. It took about 30 minutes for our BEERS to arrive. We had to follow up the waiters about it only for it to arrive tasting like RED HORSE ONLY for 299 pesos. Its not caramel at all! Also, chicken buffalo wings was TOO SALTY jud. And they forgot to serve us our french fries that was just sitting there on the counter. We had to follow up with them so they can remember to serve it to us and it arrived soggy and cold. We used to love their fries and beer but we are never coming back again.

The interior is nice but it's typically a bar and a bunch of tables inside, no dance floor to dance off [small area] inside if that's your thing. Over all the service in the bar area was nice 🤞

If you're in search of a distinctive nightlife experience, LAST is the place to be. Nestled on the second floor of the JCA Pizza Building in Cebu City, this expansive venue boasts an atmosphere reminiscent of Berlin's underground club scene. With its raw concrete walls and industrial decor, LAST creates a minimalist yet captivating environment that sets the stage for unforgettable nights filled with pulsating techno and house music.
LAST on the 2nd floor was amazin. Great sounds of house music and techno. I didn't hear any trance (which was fine by me). This place reminded me a lot of my days in German techno and house clubs of the mid 90s. The staff there is amazing and very friendly. We got there before the big after hours rush and there was plenty of room to dance and the vibes were great. If you want serious house music and techno this is the place to go. 10/10!

Music is fire and I love the vibes. But they made us evacuate the table because "we weren't drinking and buying anymore" like what's the point of paying the 3k consumable and the staff told us "maypa gihinay hinay ninyo ug inom inyong Jaeger". Ummm thanks for the tip po on how we drink our drinks just to keep the table we paid for..? I'm so confused but okay. They even made a mistake because when I checked the receipts after getting home, they punched 3 jaegers even though we only got 2. 😭 So yeah, always check the receipt guys. They could get clumsy punching the orders. Partly my fault for being complacent and not checking after paying... but yeah, them double checking wouldn't hurt din naman kase they just swipe your card immediately after punching..

A scape from pop and edm; House music, Baile/Brazilian Funk, Afro beat (not sure if I heard amapiano) and they went hard!
Jznr A — Google review
Not sure, but they said we only need a minimum order of 1.4k pesos. We ordered over 2k on our table, yet the bouncer or the crew told us that we have a VIP coming up. We just need to vacate this table. Additionally, they cleaned and removed our receipts from our table. Even though there were just two of us hanging out at that small table, they had the audacity to prioritize those people because they claimed they are VIPs. Despite enjoying the music, the customer service left much to be desired. Moreover, it seems this club prioritizes people based on their names, even if those individuals barely order drinks. On top of all that, the restroom is very dirty.

Nestled along the stunning coastline, JPark Beach offers a unique blend of relaxation and adventure. Just a short distance from popular spots like Tambuli Beach, this destination is perfect for those looking to unwind by the sea. While the beach features a mix of rocky areas and patches of white sand, it provides an ideal setting for sunbathing on comfortable beach beds or enjoying gentle breezes that keep you cool under the sun.
Ocean view was very beautiful and impressive. I felt like I was being healed on sunbed near beach sand.

The Beach, isn't intriguing and attractive because it is full of stones and maybe around 40% is white sand but the rest is ton of shells. The beach is great to chill on, very windy not a place to be sweaty, and good place for sun tanning, and lastly a very comfortable beach beds to lie down. Overall the beach is fun if you want to have fun with corals, diving, and waves but there is a lot of fun equipments to try on with your friends (not children equipments but adults only) The Beach is good for the place of adults where they chika and drink beer and it is a great place apart from the kids so little bit of privacy with the small ones.

Not really a beach that you can play on the sand or build a sand castle, or swim really. I recommend sticking to the pools. Note that this review was done post typhoon so I understand there may have been sand or something that resembles a sandy beach before, but dont expect a Boracay style beach here.

(Translated by Google) The coast is generally rocky, and if it's sunny and there aren't any waves, the visibility is pretty good! The tides are very strong, and when it's low you can walk up to the large rock on your right facing the sea. You can enjoy snorkeling by going down the stairs near the private beach of J Park Island Resort and entering the sea. What I recommend is that there is a large pot at the entrance of the stairs, and there is a bread for feeding the fish inside, so if you snorkel with it, you will see a lot of beautiful tropical fish gather, which is wonderful! Sea anemones are attached to the large concrete block sunk into the sea to moor a floating island with a slide and diving board, and a clownfish like Nemo lives there, so if you go there, be sure to check it out. Please come and see me by snorkeling (^o^)/ (Original)

The church houses a precious relic donated in 1908 and is a place of solemnity where devotees can pray and venerate.
Our Lady of the Rule Parish Church, or commonly known as Nuestra Señora de Regla Parish National Shrine. The precious relic, which was donated in 1908 by Apostolic delegate Monsignor Agius, is placed in the santuary at the back of the church, and devotees may go up to pray and venerate. It's a very solemn place. The image of the Virgen de la Regla in the shrine received canonical blessing in 1954.

I recently visited Honeypot Bar and had an exceptional experience that I just had to share. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that sets it apart from other places for a relaxing night out or a fun gathering with friends. As for the food, the small plates we ordered were delicious and complemented our drinks perfectly. Additionally, the live music added a pleasant touch to the evening without being overpowering. It’s clear that Honeypot Bar puts thought into every detail to create a memorable guest experience. Overall, I highly recommend Honeypot Bar to anyone looking for an enjoyable night out. Whether you're out on a date or just catching up with friends, you're sure to have a great time. I'll definitely be returning soon!

After waiting for 10-15 minutes to be seated, it took around 10-15 minutes to be able to order a beer and some food. Once the order was placed, the "waitress" (con artist trying to take my money by asking for drinks) sat down next to me and started playing on her phone. I tried to engage her in conversation only to have her tell me that she was planning to quit and move overseas. She pretty much ignored me after that. I told her she didn't need to sit with me (my nicest way possible of asking her to go away), but she just said it was fine and continued to sit next to me at my table, play on her phone and pretty much ignore me. I didn't care that she ignored me -- I just wanted her to go away. Food wasn't good, food and drinks were overpriced, service was terrible. Won't ever go back. Do not recommend this bar

Honey Pot has been on my places to visit for a while now. Unfortunately I chose to go there on a day where it had been raining most of the day and there were few customers there. But the experience was good, the burger was good and good value. Pool table seemed popular. Staff and other customers were friendly. Most of the other customers were Filipino but I think it is also quite popular with expats. I will visit again probably at a weekend. I went back for a second visit. There were a lot more customers this time. Seems to.be popular with expats that want to play pool. Drinks are not too expensive but lady drinks are 199 pesos. It seems a lot to sit and listen to all their troubles and woes.
