One of the best lantaw spots in Cebu, view is just spectacular! Food is great, we recommend trying their seafood dishes- TANGIGE dishes is a must try. Their chicken bacolod tasted salty this time than usual. Heads up though that there maybe times that serving time is really too long depending on the nimber of customers!

Great variety of food and fresh seafood! They just have to maybe update their dining place. When we went here, a sudden burst of rain poured, and half of their dining area got wet. All of their customer had to step aside.

We went here late night and was accomodated by the restaurant. Shout out to Kuya Ley, very warm and attentive to our needs. This was not part of our itinerary but definitely the best redirection we had! Will go back here if I went to Cebu again! 🩵

Their food is so good, it honestly feels like home! It gave off the same cozy vibe as the kind of meals we’d make for simple movie nights at home. We went during the time when the vintage photobooth was trending, so we had to wait a bit for a table because a lot of people were there to try it out. But no complaints as the food was affordable and definitely worth the wait!

The ambiance is okay. If you like to have instagrammable photos, this place is for you. We ordered Vietnamese Coffee that tastes like Dunkin Donuts coffee and Bulletproof Señorita, hot coffee, but was served cold and tasted like coconut oil.

Some time ago, my wife would occasionally go to Cebu for work purposes, and she started bringing home pastries from this place. So far, Abaca has offered the closest to European-style pastries I have had the pleasure to eat. On 8 April, 2025, I finally had the privilege of setting foot in their restaurant, and the overall experience was nothing short of stellar. For entrees, they offer a variety of dishes but manage to keep the menu from being overwhelmingly large. The fish of their fish and chips has a lovely thick, crunch, but light batter. The chips, while not true English-style chips, is severely tasteful and well-seasoned. The only minor downside to the dish is that vinegar isn't included with it - such as malt or brown vinegar - that would really tie the meal together, and keep it traditionally English. Despite having read the description, the breakfast quesadilla was not what I expected, but for all the right reasons. While having plenty of cheese to honor its namesake, the inclusion of egg and breakfast sausage was divine. The guacamole served it was just phenomenal. Lastly, our daughter opted for the kimchi fried rice with Spam/luncheon meat. I'm honestly not sure if the meat was canned or made in-house but it simply hit different. The fried rice itself bore a lovely kimchi without it being overpowering. Really well balanced. The food will definitely come across as pricey, but I guarantee each bite is worth it. Lastly, about the service provided. Unfortunately, I was unable to get their names, but they were prompt, polite, and showed initiative. By my wife's experience, their service has remained consistently fantastic. My only wish is that they would open a branch in Davao. Life would be good then.

Review: I really love bread and often visit bakeries, but croissants are my absolute favorite. When you search for the best croissants in Cebu, this café always comes up. I usually go to their branch in IT Park, but this time I visited their shop on the 2nd floor of Ayala Mall for the first time. The atmosphere was very pleasant — quiet, with people working on their laptops or simply enjoying coffee. Since the café is connected to the department store, there’s a steady flow of people, but it still feels cozy. The staff welcomed me warmly with a smile and were very accommodating even with several orders. This time, instead of bread, I tried one of their desserts, and I highly recommend the Basque cheesecake. Of course, their croissants are also delicious, and the coffee is very good too. Prices are a bit higher compared to other places, but the quality of the coffee makes it worth it. They also seem to have a wide range of meal options, so it could be a nice spot for lunch as well. I’ll definitely come back again!

As of March 2025 As I was enjoing my coffee in another shop, I have decided to just share the feedback I had been holding for days now. I’m writing to express our deep disappointment with the way we’ve been treated at abaca ayala, over the past few days. As long-time loyal customers—visiting this branch in Ayala almost daily and frequenting Abaca Seaside or Paseo on Mondays, Fridays, and weekends—we never expected to be made to feel unwelcome at a place we’ve supported for years. Lately, our visits have been awkward, with staff seemingly trying to keep us from sitting in our usual outdoor spot, where we have always preferred to stay. Initially, we were asked to move to another table, which was just beside our usual one, with vague and inconsistent reasons such as: 1. Staffing issues – We were told no one could attend to that area, yet our table is actually closer to the door than the one they wanted us to move to. 2. Dust concerns – The claim that our table is dusty due to nearby construction, while the adjacent table was supposedly dust-free, seemed absurd. 3. Better service – We even tried offering solutions, like having a self-service system where customers could pay and order at the counter, but no one seemed interested in listening. Instead, we kept hearing, “Because the management said so. There is nothing we can do.” We attempted to address this with Jody, Solamit, and Matthew, but unfortunately, our concerns were ignored. What’s even more disheartening is the way we were treated last week—being booted out like criminals or beggars from a coffee shop we have supported for years. A server named Mike approached & requested us to transfer saying “mo inform lang mi nimo sir na gipalagpas lang mo namo the past few days but dili na gyud pwede palingkoran diri na table” The experience was not only upsetting but also embarrassing. We’ve always admired Abaca for the quality of its food, pastries and coffee—hands down, some of the best! But at the end of the day, no level of quality can make up for a lack of respect for loyal customers. It’s disappointing to realize that customer service, loyalty, and valuing people don’t seem to be a priority in your mission or core values. Needless to say, I have changed my high rating to thw lowest possible as our experience no longer reflects the quality & service we once appreciated. i truly hope that mgmt re-evaluates how it treats its long-time customers as no business thrives by driving away the very people who have supported it for years!

Good coffee,cakes and pastries. We enjoyed ourselves with iced Americano coffee, and a muffin , tart and a cinnamon raisin pastry. Delicious

Food: it was perfect. I've been craving smoked salmon on a bagel. Craving satisfied. Service: There is still room for improvement. They are quick to cater to their customers, but in doing so, the floor is too busy of them walking around. Atmosphere: The place is superb. The view outside is pretty. I guess it's the noise surrounding the restaurant. It can't be helped.

A nice place to have brunch on a late Sunday morning. Breakfast quesadilla was the highlight, along with the breakfast sandwich bagel and butter croissant. More pricey as compared to other places.

So my wife and me went to feria yesterday which was the 4th of July USA Independence Day. I assumed they have a lot of American food. No they don't. I was lead to believe there be beans, prime rib, steak, beans and so forth. They had ribs they called bbq but they aren't bbq. No bbq sauce on them nor were they bbq'ed on a grilled. They were delicious as they we super tender. I'm from California and the majority of Americas cook them in bbq sauce. They had tiny burgers (sliders) and a huge burger. No one ate the gigantic burger. The sliders tasted like pork meat or something didn't taste like 100 percent beef. The macaroni salad and potato salad were good. They had macaroni and cheese. They had yummy cheesecake. The apple pie isn't American apple pie at all. It was the most flat looking pie I ever seen. And they claimed the apple pie is hearty and no it wasn't it isn't how American pie looks like. That's pretty much it that is all the American food. They had other food but it isn't just American. They had pasta and pizza but that's Italian. They had some Filipino food. So now that sad part of the very limited American food is explained it was on a Friday and it was supposed to be seafood Friday. They even said on the email I made reservations from that it was also seafood Friday. That is the least amount of seafood I ever seen on a seafood day. They had no lobster. Small crab legs. They had no prawns. They did have very tiny shrimp which was peeled and cooked in a thin light sauce. The had calamari. It just there wasn't much seafood I was disappointed because my Filipino wife loves seafood. The only saving part about the seafood they had salmon and we both liked that. If they didn't have that I probably talk really bad about our experience here. But the saving part was the cheesecake, ribs (they aren't bbq no matter what they claim) and the samon. Though the food we did eat was delicious perhaps better then viking but they don't have as much food as viking and no unlimited beer. They have unlimited wine which I'm not a fan of wine. For the price they should of had unlimited local beer. I bought a margarita sunrise for 330 pesos. They had red horse for 250 which I don't know the size but that a crazy price for local beer. In the drink menu they had 200 pesos coke. Ridiculous. They don't have much drinks they offer that is included in the buffet price. Would I go again. No. I rather go to viking twice for the same price as feria. Very limited American food they promoted for Independence Day and the limited seafood was a joke. The dessert was ok but they could of had more they have the whole back end of the round table to include more desserts. Why didn't they include more. The cheesecake was the star of the desserts anyway. So many people liked it. We seen them replace the cake 4 times time we been there 3 hours. Anyway I'll give there amount of food 3 stars and the false indication that there be a lot of American food and seafood on Friday the 4th of July also 3 stars and food (better than viking but not as much food and drinks as viking) and service 5 stars and 5 stars of the dining room decor and food areas.

As a local, nindot ilang customer service nila. They’re very attentive sa ilang customers. Plus naay uban buffets sa Cebu na they don’t maintain the cleanliness of the area but this restaurant really maintains Its cleanliness. Pang world class gyud ilang foods sad. Just make sure to take small portions of the food so you won’t be too full

Legit buffet and not that expensive as you think. World class delicious cuisines.. was 200 pesos cheaper than cafe bai during lent season and has twice the food selections. Did not disappoint. ☺️☺️☺️

So this is Feria Buffet at Radison Blu. A lot of people say it's the best buffet in town, so I suggested we have my birthday lunch here. The place has a classy ambiance, high ceiling, spacious and very well appointed. The food was fresh and slightly better quality than the other buffets I've been to, until I didn't get what I came for: Sashimi, seafood, and roast beef. The lechon belly was overcooked and dry. The dessert section was small and limited and so were the choices of dishes. If you are a meat lover (they should thank me I'm not anymore), you'll find this place disappointing. The good news is, they have olives for salad and they have coke. Now I want to go to that one other buffet I still haven't been to. Four stars for the place and service, without it, 3 stars would be appropriate.

Such a wide array of breakfast options. Loving the generous display of cold cuts, cheese and nuts. Since there's a mix of Asian and European market thus the cuisine variety. Worth every penny as the options are just right for the palate and not boring if you stay for a couple of days and try out almost all the available dishes.

We ate here multiple times. Food is good depending ehat you order. So far: Highly recommend coming here and ordering mango sticky rice and thai tea. Must mention thai tea is as good as they make it, ordered 3 times, 2 times perfect, 1 time bit too bitter, probably too much steeping, but can be solved just by waiting for the ice to melt a bit. Highly do not recommend ordering tom yum or tom kha. Overly sour by default, too much soup compared to the meats and veggies inside. My 3 star overall rating is mostly because of the service. This morning I told the waitress girl our soup is too sour, waited a bit for something to happen, I stood up to find someone just to see the waitress girl is chit-chatting and giggling with the other waiter instead of doing something about our complain. Then I asked again and they kinda fixed the soups. I ate these soups many times and i know how they should taste, it was incredibly sour. Place has potential but cooks should learn these iconic dishes, and level of service should improve.

The food here was excellent (Lemon Grass Nustar branch), and the cozy ambience made the whole dining experience very enjoyable. The shrimp wrapped in lumpia wrapper was outstanding—truly chef’s kiss—and the Pad Thai was equally amazing. Special thanks to Mark for his attentive service throughout our visit. We’ll certainly be returning soon!

Too pricey for the portion of food. It would be okay if it actually tasted like authentic Thai/Vietnamese food, but it did not. Their crispy pork in orange sauce cost ₱300+ and it was really small. It looked like not even 10 pieces of chicharon. The pho was bland. Everything was not worth it. Not recommended for those who want to be satisfied with the food they ordered.

We visited for lunch and really enjoyed the food. The staff were attentive. The chicken pandan was especially succulent and full of flavor. The ribs were also very tasty—tender and well-seasoned. We also tried the pad thai and papaya salad. Both were enjoyable, though I felt the papaya salad could have used a touch more fish sauce to enhance the flavor. Overall, a satisfying meal with great service—worth a visit if you’re in the area.

This is the worst restaurant I can recall eating in. There are no words to express how appalling it is and how rude and uncaring the staff are. The charlatans of the restaurant sector. It’s an insult to Thai food. Avoid.

I enjoyed the whole grouper in sweet and sour sauce and the calamari. I thought the fish was really nice and the calamari quite nice. The shake was good too and service was fine.

The food was great but it all went upside down when there was a hair on our soup😭 although they gave me a dessert as compensation. It was gross🤢🤮... One of the employee said it was from the banana leaf but we confirmed it, and it is not.

Kinda disappointing experience with the service again at this branch. I asked the cashier about the difference between their Signature Chocolate and Cacaomistry. He answered, and I informed him that I wanted the Cacaomistry iced, since there was no note on the menu saying it was “hot only.” When I got my drink, I was upset to find it was served hot. They then suggested giving me a separate glass with ice like, what??? It ended up tasting like water with a hint of chocolate. Please make sure to repeat the customer’s order at the cashier and clarify whether it’s iced or hot. Really disappointing.

My go to coffee that reminds me of home and comfort. I went there for breakfast and had the spam and eggs which was served hot and it was very tasty. The white chocolate mocha is my go to drink and it always hits the spot.

I’ve been exploring diff coffee shops for a year except Bo’s coffee so I hopped unto their cafe. I went there around 7pm, almost 8pm. Few customers only not totally busy. I’m dissapointed how my order went. Prolly thats the manager. She didnt even call my name for my drink. I saw on the counter and waiting to be called, but nothing. I went to pink it up, feeling confused if its mine just to make sure its mine. I ordered cheesecake also but didnt served together with the drinks. I looked at her bcoz something’s missing that only she realize she forgot something. It just feels off and and dissapointed. Never again

This BO's Coffee is the premiere location for its coffee selection, service, and lounge atmosphere. In Cebu City, it is the only location that hand pours coffee with the Hario V60; offers French press coffee; and has the siphon equipment. Their staff is helpful and kind. They're busy all day. The food for me is mostly processed sweets and cakes, which is not for me. From my impression, their desserts seem just an addition to a cup of coffee. Salads are overpriced, but the healthier option. Inside this place feels enormous to any high end coffee shop in the world. High ceilings, wooden chairs, and tables dot the space. It is comfortable to have a meeting and study with colleagues. There is outdoor seating too, expect the smell of diesel can overwhelm my westernized nose to coffee. Wifi is free (two hours limit) upon request.

It's best to go here at sunset. We went there around 5:30 PM so we saw the transition of lighting. Just manage your expectations with the roses, it's artifical but it looks amazing at night with lights on. Best to take pictures with 0.5/0.6 camera (for full view) and there's a lot of display (including the amazing view of the sea) in the area that you can use as your background.

10,000 Roses Cafe is a romantic, open-air cafe known for its scenic views and 10,000-rose display. It is not advisable during daytime visits. It is much better to be here and be best appreciated during sunset. The drinks that we ordered are expensive. The place is good for picture taking solo or by group.

I absolutely loved my visit to 10,000 Roses Cafe & More! The view and ambiance were amazing—such a perfect spot to relax and take it all in. The highlight was witnessing a beautiful proposal while enjoying the atmosphere! 😍 Also, their pizza was really delicious—definitely a must-try! The only downside was that we went during the weekend, so it was a bit crowded, but totally understandable. It’s a popular spot, after all. Overall, still a lovely experience and I’d definitely go back!

The place is amazing, though it can get quite crowded, especially on weekends. Best time to visit is during sunset for a picture-perfect scenery. This is actually my second time coming here. The staff can be a little unfriendly when it comes to taking photos since they prioritize those who pay them for pictures, which can feel a bit discouraging. The place here is not big, maybe it can be finished in a few minutes. It's just a place to take some photos. It will be better in the evening, it won't be very hot, the food is just so-so, there is no surprise, the tickets are cheap, but they are worthless.

10,000 Roses Cafe & More in Cordova is a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. The field of LED roses is especially stunning at sunset, making it a great place for photos. The cafe has a cozy ambiance with a decent selection of light meals and desserts, though the coffee was not that good. Overall, it’s a beautiful place worth visiting if you’re in Cebu.

Just that u have to go here in positive vibes and good patience coz for what i experience there is a one girl crew very maldita. 1st time - We arrived here @5pm to eat dinner. But this restaurant opens @6pm. But they are so accommodating and let us in and made our orders for them to prepare later. Food is mediocre. I ordered bagoong rice, which , you don’t even taste bagoong at all, and taste like a old rice that I am assuming they just keep reheating . Ordered 3 pieces Large shrimp in a garlic chili sauce, it was delicious, but it doesn’t taste fresh at all and that costs me 1,000+ pesos. Pretty hefty! Ordered also baked Oyster with cheese, disappointed because it doesn’t taste fresh at all, to think that this restaurant specialty is Oyster. What a disappointment that was. Lastly a whole fried lapu lapu fish. I was so mad because they fried the fish so bad that it feels like rock and you could not even taste the it because it was badly fried, I would say burnt. My tota bill is 3,000+ pesos , I don’t mind paying this amount for as long as it was fresh and cook to perfection. At least I tried it here to feed my curiosity. I won’t be back though. The only thing that good about this place is the service and atmosphere.

Plenty of parking near entrance with the back. The restaurant has spacious seating arrangements. Large collection of fresh (still swimming) sea creatures look healthy prompting a scrumptious lunch. Beef broccoli, p385, Steamed Oysters, p390, which you will get 1 free deal👍 the beef broccoli is similar to Chinese style, but a bit bland. Broccoli is perfectly sautéed, strips of beef is soft, but lack robust taste that we craved. Slightly boiled medium sized oysters tasted clean but lacks the briny or sea taste. One order is 6 oysters, so they gave another 6 for free😁 Sizzling boneless bangus with gata, p295, served up smoking hot with hint of ginger and carrot in the slightly sweet cream. Well, it’s not our favorite as the bangus lost its flavor due swimming deep in sweet carrot and coconut sauce. The restroom is outside near outdoor seating area is clean and fully stocked. Back to the food, perhaps we haven’t order the right dish but will try again soon.

Good food, nice ambience. We came here for dinner with friends and we ordered veggies, pancit, fried chicken, fish fillet, mixed seafood, drinks and a few beers. All the food were delicious and good for sharing. I really like the veggies. It was cooked well, not soggy and seasoned just right. The fried chicken pieces were also huge and they're crispy. We shared one halo-halo and it was also good. Staff are quick to their feet and friendly. The toilets are clean and well maintained. Free parking.

The view is very relaxing fronting the ocean. I started off with my favorite drink of Amaretto Sour then proceeded to order their steamed pompano which is excellent. Their sizzling squid was on point. This place would be perfect for big group of friends, family, and an excellent dating spot as well. Waiters are very attentive and they have ample parking space. For the past the past 4 years, we are regular customers and we loved their food until they served us pochero that smells and lumpia that almost doesnt have filling plus it is expensive for its quality. I wanted to complain but my parents dont want me to. Just really disappointing that’s why i vent it out here. I hope that the management will do something about it.

It was our final night visiting family in Cebu and friends brought us to this hidden gem of a restaurant. From exiting the car in the car park, to leaving at the end of a most pleasurable evening, the staff were the friendliest and most attentive I've experienced in 18 years of visiting Cebu. Raffy, our waiter never left us wanting for anything and was instantly available for anything we needed. The food was sublime and excellent value for money. Our bill for 7 people, including appetisers, mains, a cake, and drinks, including cocktails, was less than PHP8500 which for the food, staff, ambience, view, live music and overall experience was superb value. We will certainly return on our next visit.

Had a crab and shrimp lunch here before going back to Manila which were both fresh and cooked perfectly. to give Raffy special mention for going above and beyond in making sure our brief lunch was exceptional.

I had a late lunch in what I presumed to be a new restaurant since the place looked new. It has a nice modern ambiance and is tastefully decorated with a cozy atmosphere. The food was nothing extraordinary, but it was certainly delicious and satisfying. The dishes were very filling and left me feeling satisfied without being overly stuffed. The mix of Filipino and Chinese cuisine was a nice touch and added some interesting twists to the menu. Overall, I recommend this Filipino restaurant to anyone looking for good food in a cozy and modern setting. While the dishes may not be anything out of the ordinary, they are undoubtedly delicious and will leave you feeling satisfied.

Great food selection, reasonably priced and big servings as well. You can book a table reservation ahead. The whole place looks fancy! Food is superb! I like their version of pork humba, pork is so tender and melts in your mouth. My daughter loved the carbonara and cakes. If we will visit Cebu in the future, it is a must to stop by at Cafe Georg!

I’ve always loved Cafe Georg! The spinach and cheese dip will always be one of my favorite appetizers of all time anywhere. The pastas and salads are good and the lemongrass chicken is delicious. The chocolate cake is tasty, but I’ve found I actually love the kahlua chocolate mousse even more!

I keep coming back here, especially when I’m with a bigger group. The food is always good and the portions are generous. I personally like the spinach & cheese dip!! The ambiance is chill too, and the servers are friendly. Always a solid choice.

I ordered a cheesecake and a cafe latte. The cheesecake was really delicious. It wasn’t big, but it had rich flavor. Also, unlike regular sweet cheesecakes, it wasn’t too sweet, which I really liked it. I think even people who don’t like sweet things will be fine with this cheesecake.

Went on more than one occasion. Last Sunday, I tried their salmon steak. The salmon was cooked just right and seasoned well. The order came with a plate of salad and alio oglio on the side. Generous serving size for its price. I’m a fan of their cassava chips… and their AC. Will definitely be back! 😋🫰🏻

The inviting ambiance and attentive service made it worth the visit. It's a must-visit for ice cream enthusiasts seeking something different and delicious. Definitely we'll be back for their combo meals and probably their Halo-halo.

1 STAR mainly for the staff and the service. We came in before 7:30 p.m. The place is nice, and our experience with the place all started well. We enjoyed the chips / appetizer served. Generally, all the dishes served were not appetizing and bland, but considering they serve “healthy” dishes, we really didn’t mind at first. Also, we just had to return the beef curry and have it replaced with chicken curry since the beef was rubbery and hard to eat, and we’re glad they did replace it. The bad experience all started when we ordered our main dishes. The waitress was a bit rude, and we felt that she was in a hurry. We had to ask her to repeat our orders since she didn’t take note of them and just quickly left. And at almost 8 p.m., right as soon as we received the main dishes we ordered, all the staff were already preparing to close the store, sweeping and mopping the floor. Not just a part of the store but the entire store other than the place we were seated since most customers had left already and the place wasn’t packed. It was really off and we felt uncomfortable. Right before 8:20 p.m., while we’re in the middle of our dinner and also waiting for our replacement dish (chicken curry), the waiter gave us our bill. We informed the waiter that we will settle later since we’re still waiting for the replacement dish and we’re still trying to enjoy our dinner. After a couple of minutes, we received the replacement dish, and right then and there, we were pressured again about the bill. The waiter is really rude, and we really felt that they really wanted us to leave the restaurant as soon as possible. The experience with this place is really disappointing, and paying P1700+ for 3 adults, including serving charge, is really not worth it.

The atmosphere is really pleasant. Selections of delicious, nutritious, and organic food. Although they don't talk much, the servers are knowledgeable about the food. Their halo halo is delicious; it's incredibly creamy and rich. It differs from the typical one. It is made out of a variety of fruits, including papaya, mango, banana, and watermelon.

Since I missed Bohol, I visited the Buzz Cafe in Robinsons Galleria. Great ambiance and attentive staff. The food is delicious; I highly recommend trying the "Cabcab" with honey or malunggay dip. It's also fantastic paired with Avocado Ice Cream. 🤤🤤 Complimentary food is superb!

Beautiful as I remembered back in 2018. Healthy gastronomical experience where a slice of squash bread so thick it makes you stuffed. Their meat are soft and tender, seasoned to the finest of flavors. The floral plating sends you to an island 🏝️ releasing you of stress. Memory lane's always a pleasant one in this little piece of healthy heaven.

I love Krispy Kreme donuts, and this was my first time ordering delivery. To be honest, I really wouldn’t recommend it. The drinks were the worst part. The vanilla shake was completely melted, watery, lukewarm, and tasted awful. The chocolate drink was just as bad, with all the ice melted. On top of that, one of the donuts I ordered was missing. With the preparation mistakes and terrible drinks, there was nothing good about this experience. Even the donuts I did receive were dry and not tasty at all. Honestly, it was the worst experience.

This has always been my go-to Krispy kreme branch when I drop by Cebu. Staff are nice. Got my free 2 original glazed donuts when I answered their feedback online. Located just near the entrance.

It is very hot inside the cafe, however they have outside tables and chairs if you don't mind the passing vehicles in the street. Overall: It is good to experience this cafe, but don't expect to much.

No longer Dolce. Such a disappointment. Has been turned into a Japanese restaurant, employees and cook lack experience and do not provide any service. Do not waste your time traveling to this location. Items are overpriced and you can get excellent quality Japanese food at Ayala or SM for a much lower price.

The place was great, it also had good parking. The service though was a bit slow even as we had a party. The food was so cold when served already, especially as we ordered their best seller. The dessert was good for me. We had the cake pops, their chocolate cheesecake and their pannacota. The best one I would recommend you taste is the chocolate cheesecake. The toilets were very dirty. All in all for me it was a 2 to 3 star.

Came here for coffee and dessert and it was ok. I had the matcha cake which was still too sweet for me and that was considered the diet cake. The coffee is pretty huge for a small size. It’s also a nice place for some IG photos.

Among this area, this place has a good atmosphere. Staff are nice, but the sandwich I ordered is just eatable. Coffee is acceptable. Not the best place I visit. But it's better than nowhere to go in walking distance from Marco Polo plaza

This coffee shop has a good ambience with contemporary design, which I think serves as a portfolio for their design studio also. They also have an outside garden dining area for those who prefer an open air sitting or for those who smokes. Mind you it's not the easiest coffee shop to go to because of it's location. We could not help but feel this place was too expensive because of the quality of beverages being served. The iced chocolate was basically chocolate syrup on water and milk. The java chip shake had a powdery consistency. I think they're using the powdered premixes for it.

I'm totally disappointed with the place. It looks good from the outside but it doesn't suit the meals. They served the food one at the time with a big time gap in between. The food was not good at all. The spinach and mushroom were so bland. The Ceasar salad had a small clump of dressing in the bottom. Chocolate pancake. The chocolate tasted very cheap.. Overall, I am very unsatisfied with the meals. Staff were friendly and were the only positive part. There is no card payment either, so you must pay cash or Gcash

A Mixed Experience at Bird Seed Breakfast Club + Cafe I recently visited Bird Seed Breakfast Club Plus Cafe, and I must say, the restaurant itself was quite nice looking, offering a pleasant atmosphere. Upon ordering, it took about 30 minutes to receive my food, which was perfectly acceptable. For my meal, I ordered the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. The presentation of the dish was absolutely stunning—a perfect 10/10! The wilted spinach mixed with the Hollandaise sauce added a lovely touch to the plate. The Hollandaise itself had a delightful tangy flavor that really stood out. While the visual appeal was top-notch, the execution of the eggs themselves left something to be desired, as they were unfortunately undercooked and incredibly cold. They were as cold as if they'd come straight from the refrigerator, making them completely unpalatable and inedible as served. It put me in mind of a sunny-side-up poached egg, if there is such a thing. It's a shame, because I can imagine that with properly cooked eggs, this dish would have been truly enjoyable, likely a 6 or 7 out of 10. I also ordered a cappuccino, which turned out to be more of a very strong coffee. It was good, but it didn't quite hit the spot as a true cappuccino. A Note on Dining in the Philippines For those dining in the Philippines, it's worth noting that complaining about food is generally not well-received. From my experience, it's often better to simply move on and, if necessary, share your feedback discreetly, perhaps through a review, rather than confronting staff directly. The cafe clearly has an eye for presentation and good flavors in their sauce.

Just recently reopened at the Columns where they are situated between 3 other restaurants… As was the problem in their Axis branch food presentation is excellent but taste wise is still inconsistent, coffee was ok though.. the new place is pretty relaxing as it doesnt get crowded like the previous branch, and the service staff was quite friendly and was very accomodating but when it was time to settle the bill they only accept cash payments which was a letdown… certainly there is still room for improvement..

Went there at 2PM, the interior is unbearably hot, I don't know maybe there's something wrong with their airconditioning, so we opted for the al fresco dining instead. There were a number of unavailable dishes in the menu so we just decided on Veggie burger, Apple and feta salad, Pistaschio-crusted Salmon and their signature Birdseed cold tea. Food was served about 15 minutes. The Veggie burger meat was a bit mushy to my taste although it looks like real meat and tastes just alright. All in all, the food was decently good. I like the cold tea the most.

I really liked this place. The food was delicious and it was quiet not crowded and very convenient location. We ordered the pesto pork chop with brown rice & salad, pistachio crusted salmon with salad, sausage pasta (rigatoni not sure if it had mushrooms), chicken fingers and fries, and the kinchi fried rice with beef short ribs (I think but I know the protein was beef) with egg on top.

Service was suboptimal. Got worst when I showed them that the fried chicken was still raw. No apologies from the staff, just monotonously offered to recook..... unacceptable food and service standards. Aeropress k60 Coffee is not bad. Atmosphere is nice. Will not come back. Better place else where.

This was my second visit and I was very dissapointed. The food is pricey but the food taste worse than a sinangag karenderia. I ordered Salmon & Feta omelette. It was passable. The salmon did not taste fresh. The eggs were badly scrambled. I could not taste any feta cheese. We also ordered the beef brisket and kimchi silog. The beef was tender and the flavor passable. But nothing special. The serving is too small for its price too. For drinks we ordered Mocha and a milkshake. The mocha felt like brewed coffee and Milo combination. The milkshake taste like a powdered shake. Overall the place is not worth a penny of the price. A homecooked meal would have been better. PS: I loved my previous visits before the pandemic. So I might had my hopes up. The quality of food is really dissapointing right now. They might have changed staff or something. I sincerely hope management can go back to the same quality their expensive pricing equates.

The area has water views and boats that are docked at the marina. There are 2 other competing restaurants across the establishment. Customers have to pay parking since none of the restaurants own their lot. I had the pork belly chop but the meat was so tough. It is an open air restaurant and unless you get a direct hit of the electric fan, it is terribly hot.

Great ambience. Peaceful and soft lighting and music. We went on a monday evening. Food portions are big! 1 serve viand can feed 2-3. We had chicken parmigiana which was so good the chicken was so soft. Although my father ordered the steak well done it was chewy. (Overcooked?) Oh well but it was still great though. Milkshakes were a tad sweet. Please reduce the sweetness. I wasn't able to drink half of it even if I'm a sweet tooth myself. But overall great experience.

I was genuinely excited to try the food at Vue Dine and Drink during our trip to Cebu, especially since their menu featured some of our favorite dishes. However, our anticipation quickly turned into disappointment when we arrived at the venue. We had planned to visit for breakfast, but despite their advertised opening time of 9 AM, we ended up waiting for an hour with no staff in sight. Hunger eventually got the best of us, and we had to reluctantly abandon our plans and seek sustenance elsewhere. It was a missed opportunity, as we were eager to sample their menu and savor the dishes we had been looking forward to. Vue Dine and Drink's location near the airport and the scenic view of the yachts in the vicinity made it an appealing choice. Although our visit didn't go as planned, I hope this feedback reaches the management, encouraging them to address the issues with their opening hours and ensure a more consistent and welcoming experience for future patrons.

Service was awful. Staff weren’t paying attention with the customers. The place was not busy when we dined yet staff were busy with their personal phones/ chatting with fellow staff. We tried to call their attention several times; We have to stand up from our seats and come to them instead. Bill was only handwritten on what seemed like a scratch paper; no official receipt. They only accept cash, no card or cashless payment. Vue was great when we dined before, unfortunately not anymore.

the food and service is excellent!! the price is very affordable and this is a very discreet place, and i love it that way. if there's one thing that they can improve in is the atmosphere of the place, when getting dinner here, the place is too dim and you can't really see your food (excellent food btw w/ very gracious amount of service per plate). i suggest that you may need more lights inside the place, and the atmosphere (interior design) can be better! i can see the room for improvement. overall, really good place to dine! this place definitely needs to accept card/qr payments, btw we came here with no cash in hand, as we thought this place accepts card/qr (gcash). what a miss! we had to withdraw to the newrest mall (icm) also, there seems to be a lack of ventilation inside (fans), thankfully though we were seated in the window area.

This is American and British restaurant. The food is good, excellent portion, and decent price. Need reservations on special occasions and holidays. Small place but I love the ambiance. Highly recommended for family, friends and visitors. More guests are foreigners.

the curries was okay but too creamy for my taste and not much chicken in it ! the naan bread was good ! i arrived at 10.20 pm and their closing time was 11 pm and at 10.50 pm while i was still eating they already put the chairs on the tables around me ! i don't think thats polite while a guest is still eating !

Really loved the food , we ordered chicken biryani, chicken curry. Freshly prepared was served. Really good if you're looking for indian taste in cebu. Will surely recommend everyone.

They have generous servings and good dishes. I enjoyed the samosa but wasn't too sure about the dip because of the colour. Their flatbreads were delicious though. However, it was disappointing that they didn't have a specific beer available. Perhaps, a need to improve on inventory management or to update the menu on what is not available. The staff were very accommodating but it was just a bit odd to be asked that they take a photo of us dining but never got told when they took the photo. It's a good value Indian restaurant and would recommend it for those looking for some Indian flavours.

The food at The Spice was really nice! I loved the Paneer Majestic — it had just the right spice. Palak Paneer was mild and creamy, perfect with the soft Butter Naan. The staff were kind too. This left a Good experience for Indian food in Cebu!

We walked in and I’m not even sure if it was a restaurant. There were about 5 guys watching tv. No one helped us and we eventually walked out. This owner had a location at the yacht club in Mactan but I think it’s closed now. Such a great restaurant chain before the son took over.

I ordered take-away at the restaurant this afternoon. Staff were nice, the place looked clean and had nice lighting, the aroma coming out of the kitchen instantly reminded me of my trips to India. I only waited about 30-40 minutes for the food which was reasonable. The problem is when I got home, I noticed my order was lacking one item (aloo gobi). Everything else was great (especially the chicken biryani) but the missing item left a bitter taste in my mouth. Not sure if I will be coming back.

Called in early one morning and was the only person in the place. At that time of day most of the seating is in direct sunlight and uncomfortably hot. They have some nice looking desserts like Apple Pie and Cheesecake, although I didn’t try any. The Flat White itself was OK, but only about a 7/10 bean for me. You can order by telephone and arrange a kerbside pick up.

I recommend you taste their apple pie!Although it crumbles when you slice on it, the apple pie is full of tangy and wholesome flavor. The place is homey with hipster feels. Opening time is 9 am and they close at 4 pm as of December 29, 2021. One coffee (I ordered hazelnut) costs around 160 pesos. The waitress is accommodating and polite. They still don't have other items in their menu such as cheesecake and coffee milkshake since they rely on a generator. Overall, its a sweet and dainty restaurant with competing prices of other coffee shops.

This is an overrated cafe. The meal in the picture is ground chorizo with egg and no-garlic fried rice that costs 270php. It was not worth it considering the portion. I have eaten price-worthy portion of a meal for 270 in Abaca Eats than this one. The matcha-pistachio latte does not really taste with pistachio, although the matcha tastes good. They do not have a comfort room within the cafe, so they provided me a key and I had to go to the building CR. The CR was sooooo dirty, a urinal and a bowl were there. Grabage was full, and overloaded, and it was soo messy. Damn. I do not want to go back there. Service is fast tho, kudos to the barristas. No socket on nearby tables.

Very lovely experience. The staff working this afternoon is so kind and accommodating. The coffee is also good. It’s a small cafe don’t expect to much but its definitely worth the visit.

Industrial themed cafe right beside Cebu GrandCon that offers specialty coffee. I got a pour over Ethiopia beans and the extraction is just right. The detailed temperature of the coffee shows that the barista know what she is doing. Nice place to hang out to discuss life with your love ones or finish a report due soon. Internet connectivity is not good though hope it will be improved. Suggest to offer locally sourced beans to help Filipino coffee farmers.

One of the best places to have coffee in Cebu proper. If you just want a plain good Americano. This is the place. Nice ambiance and interiors.

Finally a vegan cafe in Cebu. Of course I had to check it out to see what they served. Had the vegan Sisig which is made up of mushrooms and tofu with peanut sauce. There’s also green chilli peppers so be careful cus they’re pretty hot. I like the sweetness of the sisig. My friend had the garden pizza and it reminded me of Mamas pizza on the street as a kid which was a score cus I love mamas pizza. Definitely coming back to try the rest of the began dishes especially their air fries which they air fry. Totally curious about that.

My first vegan experience when in Cebu. I ordered vegan lasagna and buffalo brocolli as main dishes and the smoothie bowl of peanut butter and chocolate, which includes banana and granola, as dessert. Everything was delicious. This place is definitely a must if you are near of Mango Square or Ayala Center. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. I would love to come back again.

The Buffalo Broccoli (and cauliflower) is excellent we loved it. Lasagna is good but sauce is not the same as western tomato sauce. It's very sweet and tastes more like ketchup. Still good. Very affordable and fresh. No wifi. Cash only.

People say it’s hard to be vegan in the Philippines, but they just need to visit this place to prove themselves wrong. On my first visit, my partner and I had the Italian Salad, Tofish, and the Vegan Sisig. Needless to say, after the first bite we’d decided to come back here before leaving the city. I also like that they air fry! I only wish that they either put more seaweed on the tofish or make the batter a bit thinner.

Healthy U has the most affordable vegan food in Cebu sold commercially. All their meals are free of MSG! People with health conditions or even those who are healthy but very careful about their diet will truly appreciate this restaurant.

Basic shack serving budget meals. Unfortunately it was incredibly salty for me, as is most food in Cebu. Come here for low cost vegan meals, lots of options available. It has lots of fans closer to the entrance so it was not too hot there.

It’s the best food that we’ve eaten in Cebu. The food is delicious. We’ve tried almost everything there. Also they serve very nice juices. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very basic. If I ever return to Cebu city, this will be my first visit.

Recommend? Yes. If you’re looking for authenticity I think this is the closest you’ll get. Of course I don’t know anything about Cebuan food. It’s located in a small hole in the wall place. Cafeteria style. Super affordable. Made by actual Cebuan family. I’m not giving it 5 stars for taste or presentation, I’m giving it 5 stars because they deserve it.

One of my favorite restaurants in the world and definitely my favorite one in the Philippines! Keep on going there when I’m in Cebu. It’s not just a regular restaurant, it give you a feeling of being home where you wanna spend the whole day hanging out there. Super friendly owner.

Unbelievable, but I’ve been looking for months for a place like this. Healthy, very tasty vegetarian or vegan food. A real find and I went here for breakfast lunch and dinner. Wish there would be a Healthy U in every town. Would make Travelling in the Philippines so much better, tastier and healthier. Here a pic of the meal of the day for just 59 ps!! How is that possible. So all you veggie lovers go and endulge. And meat lovers ..... go here as well. You will be surprised how good vegan food can be and how healthy! Best food in months and best since I left India last year.

They are selling all healthy foods in an affordable price. The food that was served was already cold but despite that, the taste was still good how much more if it was served hot. Had a hard time finding a place to park and not that accessible. Still, it was worth it.

Renovated Figaro Coffee combined with Angels Pizza. Had their Beachside Calm drink and it truly is refreshing, with hints of cucumber, apple and mint. Seating is not that large but adequate. Menu also has pizzas and pastas. Will be back.

This was the first time I’ve experienced such unprofessional service at a restaurant. When I walked in, I politely asked if I could place my order at the counter. The woman at the counter responded with a noticeably bad attitude, as if she didn’t want to take orders. Her greeting was cold and unfriendly. While placing my order, she raised her voice to tell me that it had to be entered separately. When I asked if someone could wipe down the table outside, she simply nodded and responded with an unwilling "no," making it seem like it was a burden for her. Eventually, she did come outside to wipe the table, but she barely cleaned it. The table was still wet when she left, and she splashed water while wiping, which got on my pants. To make matters worse, the waiter placed our utensils directly on the wet table. Where is the sanitation in that? Is this really up to your health and safety standards? I understand that everyone has bad days, but when working in customer service, professionalism should still be maintained. As customers, we expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect—especially when we haven’t done anything wrong and are simply there to enjoy a meal. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and considers retraining staff in proper customer service. Poor service like this can negatively affect your restaurant’s reputation, especially if others have similar experiences. I considered posting this on social media, but I don’t want to shame anyone personally. Still, I believe it’s important to share this experience so improvements can be made. I would love to email the management for this encounter because this was the worst experience.

Don’t know why my sandwich is finished and they kept it at the counter for so long. The waiter picked up my dish and put it back and deliver another tables order which came way after me. Plus the sandwich taste bad.

I ordered the detox drinks here. It was really effective and it was really good. I recommend it. Staff here are not so accommodating, a bit snub. It's spacious, plenty of seats but air-conditioned are not working. The comfort room is not working. The vibe is old, and the furniture is old. They accept cash and cards here.

I didn't have to wait more than 30 minutes for my salad. In terms of pricing, the cafe offers reasonable prices considering the quality and presentation of the food. They gotta clean their utensils well, as the fork I received appeared to require further cleaning. Also, they dont accept card, might be under maintenance.

Short review: I never make reviews and dont usually have conflict but this was a matter of life or death because I am very allergic to walnuts. The food was nice but the service terrible. If you are allergic to anything (especially nuts) check it yourself cause the staff have shown they will just follow what's on the menu and not look at their ingredients properly. Long review: At first was very excited to eat here. The atmosphere is nice and the menu is more health conscious. However when I ordered the half salad (asian chicken)and half sandwich (chicken waldorf) it says walnuts are in the asian salad that was from my carelessness, HOWEVER in the chicken Waldorf it does not say there are walnuts yet I found one in my sandwich premixed in the sandwich. I told the staff after I checked and I asked them if there was any in that sandwich and they said none are in there (which they saw in the menu and agreed there was none). I requested to maybe ask for a sandwich that did not have it but they denied that it does not have walnuts and the cross contamination was my mistake not theirs. They told me because I ordered the salad maybe it got mixed because I accidently mixed it myself when I was eating even when I showed them the mayo-covered nut (which means it was mixed in the sandwich) However I did not eat my sandwich the same time as my salad. They said if I wanted another sandwich I would have to pay for another, where my friend went and talked to them to let them know that allergies are no laughing matter and that they should be transparent when it comes what's on their menu and allergies especially. Because they obviously put the blame on me first rather than admitting to their mistake/miscommunication. They finally gave me a new sandwich after we clarified that the mix is premixed already (which should not have walnuts right?) They did not give eye contact or say anything as they gave me the sandwich. So before I bit into the sandwich (I learned my lesson the first time not to trust them) there was a walnut premixed in covered. So because they knew about my allergies they should have checked before giving it to me!! Even removing the plate immediately is the proper thing do. They did not apologize, did not check it i was okay or if the food was okay, they just gave us a refund (which I'm glad they did at least). They just listened and nodded. So it really goes to show that the staff is not aware of what they have in their food. There really needs to be proper communication with the staff and the kitchen because especially when it comes to allergies this is something that should not be taken lightly because had I bitten into those walnuts I may have been rushed to the ER (I didn't have my epi pen). It should not take a customer having an allergic reaction to have them learn. The food was nice but the service terrible. If you are allergic to nuts check it yourself cause the staff will just follow what's on the menu and not look at their ingredients properly. They basically served us two dishes of burned pork and tuna which are supposed to be thrown away. but we ate. And tuna is old and dry after cutting off the totally burned surface. Pork is very small portion such as cutting off two pieces of breakfast bacon and forgot they r still in the pan. I can’t believe this restaurant has 4.4 rating.

I’d like to raise a concern I ordered just today in your restaurant through Grab 1 utan bisaya and Marinated bangus. It disappoints me that for the price of 280 Marinated bangus came in just a smallest portion it was not expected as on the picture it was totally scammed. I waited for 1 hr for this cute fish to arrive? That’s disappointing I'm serious with my frustration.

Kinda lives up to its name. ✌️ I did find some of the food too salty for my taste. Kinalaw na Tangigue had all the spices of a good kinilaw, but I could only eat a few because of its saltiness. The scallops were so tender but the butter cheese topping was too salty, I scraped most of the sauce off the meat. The seafood was really fresh. Maybe next time, I could ask the chef to make them less salty. Also ordered Ginataang Kalabasa & sitaw, Bam-i and Calamares, which were good! Price is affordable with good amount of serving. They have tables indoors and al fresco.

BLUF: Dingy hotel lobby. Basic Filipino food. Adequate service. PRO: The squid adobo was nice. Otherwise nothing special. CON: Outdated, worn hotel lobby. Very few customers.

The place is a bit old, amd the design is dated. Location is a bit hidden, unless you are staying in their hostel or any neighboring hostel. other than that I think it will be unlikely you will find this place. The main highlight for me in this place is their food. It is crazy delicious! You would not expect it to be as fresh and as savory because of the price and the location. Definitely a must try if you are around the area.

It has a lot to offer. Wide ranges of asian foods to choose from. The best part of this resto is the service and taste. The owners are very friendly. Staffs are great. Awesome food with no other special preservatives added. Just the basic, that's why they name the store 'SALT' Truly a TASTE OF HOME!

I love that they have lived up to their motto of preparing the food fresh. We ordered chopsuey and I tell you the veggies are juicy and cooked right. The lechon kawali is sliced accordingly. LOL and i love it too. I will definitely comeback because when I ordered the monggos, it's not available

My visit to Drip and Draft was such a pleasant surprise! The coffee alone is enough reason to keep coming back the cold brew is smooth, rich, and full of flavor, while their hot brews have that perfect balance that makes every sip satisfying. On top of that, the food really exceeded my expectations. From light bites to filling meals, everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and paired perfectly with their drinks. The ambiance of the place makes it easy to stay longer than you planned it’s cozy, stylish, and welcoming whether you’re there to relax, work, or hang out with friends. The staff are attentive and genuinely friendly, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, it’s rare to find a spot that nails both the coffee and the food, but Drip and Draft does it effortlessly. I’m already looking forward to my next visit it’s the kind of place that just keeps pulling you back.

Drift and Draft was one of the coolest cafe not just only cafe but also there’s a meal that all you can say is worth the price super sulittt!! All the meals ang delicious and also the drinks.! And very welcoming and approachable all the crews out there. Kudos to all crews in Drift and Draft!

Such a great place to hangout with friends. A bit pricey but, the quality of food,drinks, specially coffee and ambiance are worth it if you’re looking to splurge. Customer service 100%, service is attentive. The baristas remember your name and order- such a nice personal touch.

Ordered their flat white. Well-rounded and flavorful, also very strong too just the way I like it. It was very cold inside, which was preferable as it is starting to get really hot. Music was nice and acoustics inside are awesome, I can actually hear my friend talk. Also glad to see beer selections from Turning Wheels.

One of my favorite places in the area for brunch! Good vibes, clean space, and great food and drinks. The beef tapa and chorizo pinabungkag are delicious, perfect servings, and reasonably priced. The cucumber calamansi granita is so yummy and refreshing for any time of day! The calamansi ginger, matcha lattes, and coffee drinks also never disappoint. I haven’t had a chance to visit in the evening but I would certainly like to!

I visited this place recently. The food (I ordered Beef Tapa) wasn’t particularly impressive. They offer a variety of coffee types, which really comes down to personal preference. For me, the coffee was just ok, but what stood out was the excellent service. Melvin, one of the staff members, was exceptionally kind and left a very positive impression on me. Overall, I’d still recommend giving this place a try.

The smoothie is ok but the chicken panini was so overpriced, i felt ripped off. The food and drinks are not worth the cost. They should decrease their prices, it’ll be a hit then. Edit: there was dust on my lettuce they didn’t even wash it. $&@?€#**#£¥ you cant feed people dirt!! Located at ground floor of Big Hotel in Mandaue. This was July, 2022 so things may have changed. They only offer coffee that time (no food) so we tried cold brew and flat white. Now, I can say that the ones I tried in other coffee shops are not as strong as this! I love their glass and a chunk of ice. It’s like drinking liquor but coffee this time 😅 The aroma of fresh coffee beans is all over the place. The staff is friendly and doesn’t bother you much after your order is served. Best way to enjoy me-time in this vintage-looking place on a Monday afternoon.

Tucked in a small hotel with beautiful vintage items. My flat white was served like a cortado. Good, quiet place to just sit and chill.

I always order their cold white brew, not too creamy with the right amount of bitterness. Super affordable, only 100 pesos for all drinks! You rarely see specialty coffee priced less than 160 pesos. Loved their flat white and the ambiance of the place, it’s never crowded which is what makes it so special haha perfect place to read books alone

Linear Coffee Roasters is one place in Cebu that every coffee lover should visit. If you're in to good ambiance and good coffee, better have this place on your list.

Traveling from NYC and went to Sylvia’s for our last meal in Cebu. We were excited to try this place because my friend is vegan and they had a whole vegan menu. We got a bunch of things to try. Everything was yummy. We loved the salsa on the mushroom wontons but thought the wonton wrappers were a bit dry. The vegetable lasagne was good but could have used a bit more cashew cheese. All of the servers were very friendly too!

I'm very sad that I have to rate that restaurant one star. We ordered a banana Choco and a mango coconut shake - both were (as by someelse already mentioned) watered down and had almost no taste and we had to wait 15 minutes for the shakes. The food, the lasagna and the okra teriyaki tofu, were good in quality but poor in taste. The lasagna was without any pasta plates so I think they should rename it, because it is only zucchini with tomato sauce and a bit of chashew cheese (also no taste). They should also clearly mark vegan and vegetarian dishes on the menu, because most of the many of the dishes are vegan (which is good). Prices are very high! We paid almost 1000 php (with one dessert) and it was the most expensive meal we had on the philippines .. and unfortunately the worst.

Decided to order food in through honestbee since I got a promo code. I’m so glad that there are more vegan places coming up in Cebu and this doesn’t disappoint. Who said healthy food had to taste bad. I would probably ask for less salt on their dishes but would still come back to try the rest of the dishes.

It's a VEGAN restaurant aaaahhhhh!!!!! I was looking for a different (another vegan restaurant in the area) when I came across this one. Nice quaint little place, has a family feel to it. Very friendly staff, super attentive. Had the vegetable curry, extra spicy. The vegetable choices in the curry along with the red rice hit the spot. This place is perfect for dates or a quiet meal. Definitely recommend

Food tastes pleasant, serving size is good. But, most of what's on menu isn't available.

This place is way too expensive!!! For dishes that normally cost 100 to 250 max in other vegan restaurants, they charge 450 to 700. It's a big punch on the wallet for regular vegans. And the portions are small too. It's almost as if the owners are taking advantage of the "no choice" a hungry vegan in the area will have. I really hope the owners will reconsider this. I'm really dismayed by how pricy this place is, given than the ambiance is also sub-par (there's no soothing music, you hear kitchen noises, staff are inattentive, etc). If you're going to quote fine dining prices, give a fine dining experience.

The place itself is good. Huge grounds, perfect for team outings and intimate events. Their deepest pool was closed for maintenance when we got there. The food is pricey, though the taste and quality is just "okay". The breakfast can be tricky. Depending on the number of people checked in, it could be buffet or it could be plated. We experienced buffet breakfast even though it was a weekday since there were many east Asian foreign tourists checked in, that was a plus. The food option is just "okay" I guess, at least it was buffet. You can't really expect something superb from a resort with low room rates if you compare it to some grand resorts in the neighboring area...

It's a shame that this place is as bad as it is. It has everything going for it to be a top tier resort, except for the management. First, the require an insanely high cash deposit and refuse to accept a credit card for the deposit. It's 2025, out of the hundreds, maybe thousands, of hotels I've stayed at all over the world, no one has ever demanded a cash deposit. Second, they demand to know your room number when you try to leave the resort. I don't need to be monitored or baby-sat. I'm a grown man who can take care of himself. I don't need the resort to know my business. Third, they don't allow outside food or beverages in the rooms. I paid for the room. I get to decide if I bring a bottle of water in with me or some snacks, not you. Not only that, but they don't sell drinks or snacks that can be brought to the room. They only have their restaurant. Fourth, speaking of the restaurant, it is insanely overpriced. It would be expensive by American standards. By Filipino standards it's a downright rip off. The management here really has to get their act together and join the modern world.

Room was a bit dusty, but I liked that their standard room already comes with a bathtub. When we went, the kiddie pool was closed and looked a bit abandoned, which was a concern especially with stagnant water and mosquitoes. That said, we still enjoyed the main pool. Breakfast was just average. The place definitely needs some upgrading, but overall it was still good value for money—we got our room for a little over ₱3,500.

Very nice good place in the quiet zone. It is green and very home. But it is old. It was a very less amount of people , and I feel my self good and lonely. The food in restaurant is expensive and not so tasty. It is minus. Breakfast is also very modest and free to wish for the best. But this place is near the airport and it is green in the big town , so I chose it and may recommend it to you if you like to be a lonely

OVERPRICED FOOD THAT ISNT EVEN DELICIOUS NOR COOKED WELL The resort is lovely and massive. It felt very exclusive and for those looking for a peaceful, quiet vacation, this is the place for you. The room that we stayed in was also spacious and clean. The staff are also VERY VERY accommodating, nice & all smiles. However i would also like to note how disappointing their food was. It was overpriced (like REALLY!) and not even good to be honest. Not one of my family enjoyed the food. We paid too much and didnt even like it. We ordered the coconut pork something and it was NOT AT ALL tender. It was very hard to slice much less to chew. The sisig had ginger which was okay but it was diced the same size as the pork and not all people like ginger which they should take into consideration. Their soup was chicken nido something it was soooo bland id live to put a little salt on it. Same thing with the pancit. Carenderia food is so much better tbh. I dont mind the amount we paid if ONLY it was worthy. But it wasnt. Not at all. We cant even do food delivery bc they charge a corkage so we dont really have a choice. Solea and Tambuli dont ask corkage for birthday cakes but this resort does. FYI for those who wanted to stay/dine for birthdays. Mind you, i REALLY love the place and staff and would want to go back but id hold myself off bc of their food. I could name several resorts that offer reasonable prices for their food that are cooked WELL and hands down delicious.

I have a bad experienced checking in, I booked a room from a 3rd party app but it’s a legit app since I’ve been using that for 3 years and I have no problem with it, till this thing happened I payed for a room yesterday that I haven’t even use since they will not accept my booking, the name have two letters that incorrect but all the information is right. I can’t understand why they will not accepted it since I experienced this from other hotel I booked. It’s just a small mistake but it become i waste. It’s like I pay for Their room that I did not use. I was really piss off yesterday! I know my fault that I didn’t double check the spelling of the name I used but I payed for that. It’s just 2 letters that is in correct . I have a very difficult time to edit that since I booked using a 3rd party. I already contacted that app I booked and they already till me to just wait 48 hours but that day I need that to be fixed. The 3rd party app told me they confirm my request and will fixed it but the hotel would not accept that confirmation from the 3rd party.. They say it should be agoda not the 3rd party. This can be resolve but the front desk is not flexible. Nagbooked ako sa the noble hotel with the same little mistake and ibang tao pa yung mag check in di yung under sa name na nilagay ko but they accepted it. Why u guys have no consideration the payment will surely sent that on u there even that name spelling was incorrect! u just have to wait little since I already trying to fix it. I end up booking another room since I have no way to fix it that day. Grabe porya gaba as in! Diskompyado ang frontdesk kay 3rd party ang Booking thru agodo pa rin naman and if May ma scam dyan kami nmn na guest hindi kayo. So why gyud no perti ka oa sa duha ra ka letra na spelling na makahulat man unta to since gipa change na. Policy nyo over!!! May unta inyong room limpyo gyud, a lot of mosquitoes and May ipis pa. The booked room (with garden view) was not available. The rest was all half-hearted. Bathtub is there, but only cold water. There is coffee but no milk, eggs but salt only on request. Cheese not available for breakfast. WLAN yes, but near no signal.

Great vibes, friendly staff and good coffee as usual. I know the management can't control this, but some customers (esp. students) are boisterous and goofing around like it's a park lol. If you want some peace, come at morning or noontime. We came at 6pm and there are many students na.

It's always been a good place to hangout with friends and colleagues here. Even when I was still working in Insular Building, we spend our after shifts here. Pastries has always been good and the coffee choices are always close to perfection.

As usual the serving is enough and drinks and food ar really good. We came late already but there are still lots of people lining up. There are chairs where we can sit. Staff are very friendly and accomodating and interior is nice and cozy. Its just that during that time the comfort room is out of order. Other than that it is recommended

Giving 5 Stars just because we were served with Starbucks mugs and glasses, not the takeout versions, but actual Starbucks Merch 😱 This is the 2nd branch I tried this aside from Davao. And this is one of the regular starbucks stores (albeit a bigger one). Starbucks is always noisy so its great if you wanna be noisy and chat with your friends. With 2 levels and an indoor and al fresco option. Great to hang out after Terraces closes for the night. Easy to travel to.

I ordered meatball pasta, and it was soooo dry, and it tasted old. Otherwise, drinks here are good. Comfortable seats and nice place to work and relax. Some seats are not really comfortable, though. The place is clean and they have toilet inside the cafe. Cash, Gcash, credir/debit cards are accepted here.

I love Starbucks! So everytime we come to Cebu, we always visit Starbucks to have coffee & a piece of cake. I like the Caramel Macchiato, New York Cheese Cake & Four Cheese Flat Bread😘👌

It's really a go to place. It's not the best in food and drinks but the ambiance is just so homey. It's a place for chitchat, chillax and informal meeting. They have an Al fresco area so you don't have to worry about being in a cramped space. The staff are wonderful 😊 a venti chamomile tea is a staple for me.

One of the best resorts we've ever had the pleasure of staying in! Staff was excellent and most accomodating. I was really surprised that they also offered a ride at no cost to the nearby Newtown area. The room offered to us (Premium Seaview) was commodius and had an excellent vista of the beach and sea. The bed was comfortable - not too firm and not too soft The swimming pool was clean, spacious, and well maintained. There were a lot of comfortable seats surrounding the swimming areas as well, so even just staying around the pool and beach felt great The breakfast buffet was good. I definitely liked their pastry choices, especially with tsokolate tableya. Not really that many options for viands, though. Facilities we were not able to try were the game room, gym, spa, and penthouse, so we don't have much to day about those. Regardless, we were definitely happy with our experience! One of the highlights for our stay here in Cebu. Highly recommended to our friends too

We had an amazing stay at the Reef Island Resort. The friendliness of the staff is absolutely remarkable: every single person, from the front desk to the concierge team, was genuinely warm, helpful, and top-notch. During our stay, a typhoon hit Cebu City, and despite the challenging situation, the staff handled everything with incredible professionalism. They were cleaning, fixing, and taking care of the property at an impressive pace, all while staying positive and attentive to guests. Our room was also fantastic : comfortable, clean, and beautifully designed. Honestly, we only have positive things to say about this hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to visit again.

This resort has everything we were looking for - a relaxing pool, beach access, a bathtub in the room, 3 different restaurants, a local shuttle, and a spa. Everyone we encountered was polite and helpful. My massage with Rotchelle was beautifully relaxing and affordable. We visited a day after a major typhoon came through and on our third day a second typhoon passed. The staff ensured everything was safely organized and we were still able to enjoy the breeze and the view.

I can’t say night good things about this hotel! The food was some of the best we had while visiting Cebu. The hospitality was spectacular. Everything was clean! Nice size room. Great location! Gorgeous pools-lap pool and main pool. Pretty water with snorkeling and beach as well as other water activities. You truly don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. Excellent airport transportation also!

A Truly Memorable Stay Despite the Typhoon We had a really pleasant stay at The Reef Mactan, Cebu. Even when a typhoon unexpectedly hit during our visit, the experience proved how exceptional the resort and its team are. When the wind started howling and the door in our room felt like it was giving up, we were understandably scared. But the General Manager, Glenn, was very hands-on, and the staff immediately assisted us to the evacuation area. They made sure we were safe, well-fed, and constantly updated about the typhoon’s movements. Despite visible damages around the resort—like uprooted trees and lighting fixtures—the staff remained calm, organized, and ready. My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience. The place is great, food is really good (especially HWKRS dumpling). The service is beyond exceptional, the restaurant manager was so kind he gave us wine, and a free dessert because he found out my GF and I are celebrating our anniversary! The property is calm, inviting, and relaxing! The view is beautiful and staff amazing at everything! Buffet was delicious and had a great variety. Love this place! This is where I get my coffee beans in Cebu, and they never disappoint. They’ve got an awesome selection of single origins and blends, and the quality is always top-notch. The staff really know their stuff and are always friendly. Most of the time I just swing by to grab my beans, and they treat me to a free cup, hot or cold brew, my choice. A couple of times I’ve stayed to hang out and get some work done, and the vibe was super chill and peaceful. If you’re after a genuinely good cup of coffee, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Since I live in IT Park..around 4 km away from their café 😶‍🌫️ I ordered through Grab. Honestly, that’s the ultimate stress test for any coffee shop. And still, the latte arrived in excellent condition: well-packed, flavor intact. I even wrote a note on the app asking if the latte came with two shots since it wasn’t stated in the description. They replied on the cup itself , "Yes, it’s 2 shots po" with a smiley. That small touch says something about their service culture. The beans were a smart blend of fruity and nutty notes. ( atleast that it what my taste buds have Captured ) The profile kept evolving; I let it sit for over 30 minutes, and it still held a full-bodied, robust flavor. A cup that doesn’t back down jud..especially on the caffeine kick. Yay! Proud that this is roasted in Cebu. I’m even more excited to visit their café soon, experience the ambiance, and witness the baristas behind this level of craftsmanship.

Honestly it's one of my favourite places and definitely the best I've had in the Philippines so far. This place lives and breathes specialty coffee. From the moment I walked in, I could tell the baristas weren't just serving coffee, they were crafting it. As far as I could tell, they are very open to listening to your likes and are able to adjust to your preferences. The space itself is small and intimate, but that only adds to the charm. It's not the spot for long laptop sessions or hushed conversations, there’s an energy here, fueled by people who genuinely love coffee. What truly sets this place apart is their mission. Good Cup is deeply committed to ethical sourcing and empowering Filipino farmers through programs like farm initiatives and sensory education. The green sauce (possibly a cilantro chutney) and the white one (maybe garlic yogurt) are the real game-changers — simple but elevate the whole dish.

As a vegetarian, this has been my go-to place for filling vegetarian fare. I love their vege beef biryani and falafel. I also order their naans to go with their hummus. It's best to go there early or late lunch because service can get slow during peak hours.

I'm an Iranian, and I tried their Kebab Koobideh; it was decent. It was the most delicious kebab I have had in years outside Iran and in East Asia. It's not perfect; for example, the original version doesn't have ketchup, and I'm surprised they add ketchup to it, but it's quite decent. I recommend you give it a try. We were group of 4 friends looking for vegetarian dinner options. We visited this place around 8 pm and it was relatively empty. Food was good and we ordered Hamas with Pita bread and couple of rice option. Service was late and ambience is OK. Recommended only if you are looking for vegetarian food.

Poor service Food isn't good as well. 10% indian and most of the 90% on the menu our Middle Eastern cuisine. I had Mango Lasi, but they're not using ripe manggo which i dont like. And I also had Chicken Tikka Masala, but it's not boneless, not delicious and the weirdest thing it's paired with tomato rice;( I also tried thier arabic dish "Babaganoush". I ended up eating patiently with Cucumber Raita, but i like the Roti with Curry in SAMBAL by Spice Fusion. Do not waste your money here... I highly recommend SAMBAL by spice fusion than this.

The scuba shop and hotel is located together. It is best hotel for scubers. The hotel room is little bit old style but it's clean. And the all of staff is kind. If I visit cebu next time, I'd like to visit here again.

Bad customer service. Inquired online. Not responsive to specific inquiries. I asked f we can pay check for cruise twice but got no reply. When I arrived in Punta Engaño they didnt accept my payment. Very inconvenient. Waste of time. Also details were’nt clearly provided online. Which could have saved my energy, effort and gasoline. Aslo felt different when the joiner rate of 1700 includes a band but cant give us a band for 30pax exclussive cruise 60k without food.

Great food. Great place. Great ambience. Great staff. One of my closest friends recommended this place and went here twice with my family and friends within my stay in Cebu for 3 weeks. I tried 3 out of 4 sets (Giant Rib Set, Salmon Steak Set, Cabana Hamburger Set) on different days and I highly recommend them. It's good for 2-3 people! Also, try the Gorgonzola pizza! It's perfect with honey and beer!

Cool place for short stays or adventure driven trips. They have a yacht tour package, and a 12ft pool ideal for free diving/scuba diving practice. Pool looks great and seems well maintained. Resort Staff are very friendly and also kind. My favourite part of our stay there was the Cabana restaurant. They have superb food! ❤️ However if you are looking for leisure/relaxation tours and stay, the resort may not be able to offer that kind of experience because they have a very limited place and amenities. The beach access does not look very nice/safe to swim in, with no shore line unlike other Mactan resorts. Overall, experience was good.

A wonderful place to eat. I did not have a reservation I only had brunch but it was quite pleasant. Wonderful staff, excellent food! Good wine and a lovely atmosphere. Highly highly recommended. It has a sort of a French chateau feel with a nice view of the sea.

Beach is always a good (great) idea. The food is fantastic. Love the chicken with cheese and soy garlic, so good. I just think that maintenance and cleanliness can be improved particularly in their toilets.

Coming from a Star Wars fan, this place is good. The bad side about this place is that it lack details of being a Star wars themed cafe, yes they have the displays of toys, helmets at posters, but there is something missing from this place. Though their drinks are named based on star wars characters and ideas, the food menu is very limited. The ambiance lacks force.

Sugar overload. Space is a bit cramped, and their pillows, etc seem to be not cleaned. They had stains and are obviously not washed. So be careful if you want to hug or use those pillows

I like their idea, not much on the delivery. I'm a big Star Wars fan and sadly the place doesn't exactly meet my expectations at first. It could use a lot of improvements like adding Star Wars resemblance on their products, not just on the name. Drinks and food were good, though leaning to a-bit-costly for some. Also took them some time to serve it to us even though we were the only one's there at the time. Still worth a visit once in a while though and shouldn't be totally overlooked.

Great concept to be different. Those who love sweets would not get disappointed. space is cramped, had tables and chairs outside but still feels cramped. not a place to relax and enjoy a cup of joe. would just be a place you can visit once to snap pics of their star wars collection and giant shakes that two people couldnt even finish.

Amidala is a Star Wars themed cafe. It is a small cafe with a nice ambiance but sometimes it becomes crowded especially if you go on weekends. The presentation of their frappe is really good and picture-perfect! It tastes just fine and what makes it expensive is the picture-perfect frappe.

What you pay for and what you get is relative to the person buying. The milkshakes themselves won't blow you away taste wise but are spectacular looking. Again if your willing to pay a little extra then you'll love this place if this place is a once in a while occasion then you'll find it avarage

Vegetarian eatery serving all types of Indian cuisine (Gujarati, Panjabi, South Indian) plus Nepali food. Reservations for special occasions accepted. Sahib Food House is closed ... I had to negotiate security with a bag search to access the private road I ate here while I was staying at the nearby Comfort Inn. The butter chicken was amazing and I enjoyed the buffet style service. I look forward to eating here again!It appears crowded and stuffy in space, but we managed throughout the night. The hot foods and buffet style eating was pleasant. Foods that were spicy in curry or fried were appealing. We individually got up to eat at our own pace, and all went well. Bar service was slow at times, but we managed. Overall a great outing for the 24 of us friends that attended this place. We will go back on our own in the future.Food was hot and fresh and constantly being topped off in the buffet trays. Great selection for the meat eater and vegetarian. I tried a bit of everything and its ALL good. We go for the ever favourite butter chicken but we always leave room to try all the buffet has to offer. I would highly recommend the food served here, it was delicious and decently varied. The portion sizes are on the smaller end of average (though we are big eaters) but very good for the price you pay. We had 4 meals between the two of us with bread and rice for 300. Only setback is the apparent cleanliness, rather the lack of, around the bathroom. I pray their kitchen was cleaner, so far no Delhi belly.

I love the idea of a vegan canteen. It allows us to enjoy typical Filipino flavors in a healthier way. The price was reasonable too. You get 2 servings of ulam, rice, and soup for about Php 100.00. That being said, the food was served to me cold. I wish they would invest in a food warmer because eating cold food ruins the taste and experience. It becomes unappetizing. Even the soup was cold. It's a shame because the Humba had good flavor and the texture was like that of pork. Hope they can improve on this!

Went there witnessing few foods left. Best to go there when it's morning. As far as food is concerned, it was okay. The fried spinach and the santol juice was new to me. Very vegetarian. (See photo below) They say that they don't have MSG, I am not really sure about that. Offered me free soup but it's not hot. I wouls suggest to atleast keep it hot. The place was okay. It's like another Filipino restaurant. Bad thing is, I can spot flies anywhere.

I was looking forward to this place because of the good reviews however was disappointed. The food had no flavour, except one bit where the only flavour was spicy. I had productive day yesterday at Workplace Cafe yesterday and at 60 an hour, it was worth it. The internet connection is superb. It is a great place for work and study. They also serve coffee and food. Aircon was not running well yesterday but I managed. This is a good spot to be productive in IT Park.

Super loved the place here. Just the right place I’m looking for while working and for studying as well. I liked the atmosphere, its gives off a vibe that’ll feel like its a library with a cafe. They also have school supplies to buy if you need extra materials for working/studying.

Pretty good spring roll but the structure kept falling apart, the peanut sauce was very delicious. The veggie burger was delicious and good quality bun and sauce. The French fries weren’t very good, dry and no flavor. Smoothie was pretty tasty, overall a decent vegan experience.

Glad to know that we have a vegan place at ACC. I actually enjoyed my Vegan Burger but not so much the sweet potato fries as its soggy. The blue ternate juice was okay not my liking for the taste hehe I was about to order their cancer juice but it is not available. I am not allowed to drink citrus so i only have a few options. If you are looking for healthy juices and smoothies , this is the place. Unfortunately, sometimes not all juices are available. They also have a few vegan food choices. I would recommend this place for healthy choices. They accept cash, gcash, and credit/debit cards. It is located on the 4th floor besides Burger King.

i love that it’s vegan. the interior is nice and they have outlets to charge your devices. the service is terrible though, only one person on the counter taking orders and preparing the food. if they’re busy preparing food, they won’t be able to entertain new customers.

Their pearl milk tea is just right as well as the price. It’s better than the Philippine version of tiger sugar, coco, etc. I hope they will maintain this taste. It’s still sweet but tolerable, also creamy but the taste of the tea is still there. I also like the seaside view.

Another tea shop in the market so I decided to taste one of its tea and went to order "Pearl Milk Tea" large size. With a waiting period of 10 minutes. Serving time was a long especially there were only a few of us. Next serving size was shorter than what I was used to but bigger in diameter thus the content was pretty much the same with the other tea shops. The place is cozy because it faces the sea part of the mall and the mezzanine level gives you an elevated view of the sea in a different dimension. They have their own toilet, its big but only one and note it is unisex. Love the painting job inside in bright yellow.

Very good milk tea! Their cream cheese tray is much smoother, and creamier and more abundant than at Macao milk tea! I love Macao and this is a definite contender ! I tried the Oreo cheese and it was good ! Also had the oreo taro but it was almost cloyingly sweet. But I did love that they put real ube in there ! Made a big difference in taste but just too sweet ! The decor is amazing and gives a pretty in Pink almost 70s esque vibe. Love it! I'll come back again! Lots of cute picture opportunities as well, even a bathtub! They really outdid themselves with decorating this place!

Ran all the way to the store and it’s 8:55, they closed it early. Cashier was already counting money. I really needed a supplement before returning back home as my home country doesn’t have it. Giving less stars for service - the police officer told me no. Not very nice.

This is the worst healthy options we've been to. Far different than the one in Manila and absolutely give the store a bad rep because of their security guard who supposedly checks contact tracing. The fact that he doesn't pay attention to people who actually did the procedure as stated outside the store he would blatantly deny entry to people who would actually go to the store to purchase merchandise. The security is rude, discriminates and is an imbecile. I would never recommend nor patronize healthy option anymore because of this man.

I buy my supplements here, from multivitamins, fish oil, glucosamine, etc. It's a good place if you want quality and organic supplements. I find their supplements effective; even more effective than what those networking dudes are selling. The only thing that needs improvement though is their website. I can't find a good catalog of products in their website. It saves time if they have ALL their products in the website, and have them updated real-time. This way, I don't have to go to store and check if the products I wanted are still on stock. Their staff are courteous though, and they do assist you when you need help.

The place is cozy and spacious. Visited the cafe as they're famous for the variety of cool backgrounds perfect for photoshoots. The place was clean and the staff and the owner were kind. We had the Margherita pizza, some apple juice, vanilla latte, and a muffin. The pizza was great as it was flame-grilled although the price is a bit expensive for the size, I think it's reasonable for the free use of their lights and props for photos. The latte was a bit on the sweeter side maybe because they use syrup for that. Overall, I'd recommend the place. Went there on a Monday afternoon and the place wasn't crowded.

Enjoy your coffee here and get comfortable. This Starbucks store is very convenient for people who don’t want to spend more money on coffee. It’s located near the Shuttle service going to the airport. The store is not open for 24 hours, though, but it sure is worth buying coffee here and spending some time away from the busy and loud street.

The second time I got brewed coffee here, it was extremely bitter and almost undrinkable. I barely drank any of it. I gave it the benefit of the doubt the first time, thinking it might have just been a mistake—and the next cup was actually fine. But then it happened again on the third try. I’ve never had this issue at the nearby Starbucks by the Shell gas station.

I got the usual: capuccino. Went there at about 9:00 AM, the place is decent enough and not too crowded. Seating is either by singles or has a protective place sheet for doubles, which is very good.

The ambiance of this place is ideal for studying and working space. The staff are very accommodating and they serve your orders right away.

Beware a Starbucks with no WIFI!!! Also had to ask for my Coffee to be replaced because it was cold. If you need WIFI when at Marina Mall I suggest to go to the Bo’s Coffee at Island Mall across the main road.

Wanted to surprise my fiancée by ordering some drinks from this store through grabfood; and I was the one who got surprised and infuriated instead. I ordered one (1) Tall Signature Hot Chocolate with Caramel Syrup and extra whip cream. What she received came with no whip cream or caramel syrup. She didn't even realized it was wrong until I noted how the drink was different and there was no whip cream or syrup. I've been trying to call the store to file a complaint and ask for an explanation but no one is picking up. I've also tried the toll-free customer service numbers and nothing is working. It may seem petty but it's not even about the amount at this point. It's about not giving your customer what they are paying for. This ended up causing a dismal start of my day and will continue to ruin the rest of it unless they answer my calls or I will get to their store at the end of my work to resolve this issue. UPDATE: Miss Jay, who accommodated me was kind enough to explain that for deliveries, whip cream is disallowed by all their branches. This should be reflected in their product photos imo so as not to lead on customers into. As for the rest, they were quick to apologize and provide compensation, but more importantly took note and took action in order to address the issue. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

I got Iced Hazelnut Latte. Tastes like how it should be, the coffee is quite strong which I love. They have WIFI just ask the cashier for the password. The customers are usually studying or working on their laptops so its not noisy and not very crowded.

Great location, near my hotel. The coffee and espresso are strong. The staff are really friendly. It's very chill inside. There are a few tables set up outside as well.

The staff appear to be relatively inexperienced. At times, their discussions can be noticeably louder than the background music. Customers are advised to closely monitor their orders, as the staff only announce readiness by calling out “sir” or “ma’am.”

I had their hot caramel frappe and ham, egg and cheese sandwich. The coffee taste on the frappe was not as strong as I expected it to be. It has more milk than coffee and the caramel taste was barely there. The sandwich was really good! I love that it has a lot of lettuce and the mustard dressing was amazing. However, the ham, cheese and egg were not the stars of the meal. It was more of a vegan sandwich but still very good. Service was fast and the seats and tables were comfortable.

Their Blueberry Danish isn't really a Danish. It was just bread topped with what seemed like flavored gelatin and blueberry jam. A Danish is supposed to have multiple delicate, flaky layers. The one they have was hard and dry even after heating. The Oreo cake had no other flavor than overwhelming sweetness.

I think I've found my favorite cafe here in Lapu-Lapu. The place is so airy and relaxing. There's music playing but it wasn't too loud. The waiter is kind. The biscoff cake was delicious and so was the citron tea. I wish they used glasses instead of plastic cups though. I don't like using single use plastic when dining.

I generally love TnT's, but this location scores tops in all categories. A real pleasure. And this potato-bacon tortilla was delicious!! Well done.

The location is great, it’s a nice atmosphere and nice seating. However, the food they advertise versus what they serve is completely different. Our pretzel has very little nutella, and when we asked for just a bit more nutella on the side, the staff just said “sorry we can’t do that”.

first of all, they should update their menu here. they dont have bingsu anymore. anyway, i was looking for some good premium japanese matcha but their green tea tasted just as similar. what put me off was that, one of the female employees kept giving me a look. idk why but she was lowering her eyebrows at me and always glanced at me everytime she passed by. feels very... unwelcoming. but the environment is good, i love the space aside from the unwelcoming energy and a bit of a slow serving time for just one cup of tea. i just left after a bit while. ps. also, i asked for wifi and the staff gave me a loyalty voucher. i mean idm but 😭 i couldve asked again but can't be bothered anymore bc the unwelcoming energy was alr there by the moment i stepped in. the older guy in blue upper posted near the entrance was so nice tho 🫶

Food is good, better than what SB serves but a bit more expensive. The coffee is good. and priced closer to BC. Service is good as well. There's not many pastry options though.

Very nice coffee shop. The area is huge and well-lighted. Perfect for hanging out or studying. The chairs are comfy! From coffee to tea to cakes and pretzels, they have a variety of coffee and dessert options. I enjoyed my food so much. The customer service is good. They have friendly staff. 😊
