Gideon's Bakehouse is a charming sweets shop with a cozy Victorian atmosphere that specializes in indulgent cookies and decadent cakes. The bakery offers limited edition and seasonal treats, such as the popular Rocky Road cookie, which are priced at $5 each. Known for their hefty half-pound cookies like the pistachio toffee dark chocolate, Gideon's Bakehouse often sells out quickly due to high demand.
Overall, it's a fun treat that is quite delicious. My kids likes the triple chocolate cookie but it was too much for me. The chocolate chip cookie was fantastic. However, my favorite was the chocolate cake. It's probably the best chocolate cake I've ever had. Not too overwhelming of sweet but still amazing.
Aridae — Google review
This is an iconic cookie shop in Central Florida. There’s a more busy location in Disney Springs, but this is the original location. Located in the East End Market, this location is less busy so crowds are more manageable. The cookies themselves are great! They have soft insides, are large, and taste pretty good! My favorite is the cookies and crème flavor. Overall, would definitely recommend.
Landon B — Google review
Took a second to find a place to park and then find the shop. We parked on the street as this is a building full of shops in a marketplace style. There was barely a line at 130 in the afternoon on a Sunday. It was clearly marked where to line up and the decor is amazing. Super cute and mysterious! The cashier was super sweet and asked us if we had been there before. We said no and she took her time explaining everything. We ordered our cookies and she asked if we were local then gave us area recommendations. She was so amazing! The cookies were to die for! So good! So worth the trip!

Gideon's Bakehouse is a fantastic bakery that specializes in hand made cookies. The cookies are wonderfully buttery with a variety of flavours. The best part is that the cookies are not as sweet as they look with a great balance of flavours. A nice touch is the shop is well decorated with Victorian era antiques and decor. There is a six cookies maximum per person in-store without a preorder.
Cuong L — Google review
Great design and atmosphere. The line is terribly long, but it's even worse when you first hear about this bakery and decide to wait in line to buy cookies. The cookies are disgusting; they all taste the same, like sugar. They're so sickeningly sweet that they're edible. It's like they somehow concentrated the sugar and added it to the cookies. The sugar levels are so high that eating one cookie can give you a month's worth of sugar. It's disgusting and very bad for your health.
Eugene R — Google review
The decorations and ambience of this bakery are amazing! The line wasn’t too long when we went and the chocolate chip cookie was great. I would say that it was very sweet and one is enough for two people. They also had seasonal pumpkin cold brew and it was amazing.
Farin — Google review
A dark, gothic atmosphere of desserts and the smell of chocolate that talks to my soul. We waited aboit 20min in line at Disney Springs. The cookies are thick, heavy and delicious. The orange chocolate latte was the best I ever had.
Dawne V — Google review
This bakery is amazing! They have cool merch and delicious cookies! (Haven't tried the cake yet) we did a large preorder to take home as they do freeze well. I did have to email them a question (they don't have a phone) but the response was pretty quick. Pic is the order i picked up for a friend, 6 cookies/box.

The Glass Knife is a bright and feminine counter-service dessert shop that offers an array of sweets, savories, and coffees. While renowned for its decadent cakes like the cocoa-infused red velvet adorned with cream cheese icing, gilded sprinkles, and 23-karat gold flakes, it also features a delectable menu for breakfast, lunch, and weekend brunch.
We worked with Ely to make the cake of our dreams for our wedding!!! I gave her some inspo pics and my vision, then told her to have creative freedom and look at the stunning masterpiece she came up with! I was getting my wedding photos taken while the cake was being delivered and I was so excited about the cake, I wasn’t paying attention to the photographer. 😂 The cake itself was rich, dense, flavorful and delicious. We got the almond cake with apricot filling and it was so decadent. The frosting was perfectly light and not overpowering either. The process to order was easy and Ely made sure to communicate all deadlines and helped us work around guests with allergies. This entire process was the easiest part of planning the wedding. I want to have another wedding just to order another cake from Ely.♥️

Truly an experience for all the senses. Stopped in for brunch after church on Sunday and from the minute we walked in, our eyes took in the beautiful esthetic of the dining area, food presentation, cafe and little gift shop. Smell of fresh coffee and bakery items got the juices going while we waited to be seated. We got seated within 15 minutes, service was efficient, friendly and at a good pace from start to finish. We tried bunch of items from brunch menu. Only little complaints; eggs overcooked on the shakshuka and mac & cheese too cold and little flavor but otherwise, testy meal with good portions and of course the breads stole the show. We took bunch of sweets home to try with extended family and there's no doubt this is an amazing bakery and we will come back for sure!
WarmerAthlete69 — Google review
We sat outside as they have a very nice outdoor seating area. The only thing was that the tables were pretty dirty. I used to wipe to wipe down the table. We sat at and it was pretty dirty. I know it’s an outside table, but after being cleaned after each use, I would think it would be more clean. The food was amazing! If you want a wonderful dessert, this is definitely the place to go! I will absolutely be back to explore the desert menu and coffee menu further!

This place has amazing tortas and delicious desserts! They’re a bit sweet, but still really tasty. The service is always good, and I love that they also serve brunch on Sundays. It’s a great spot to enjoy good food and relax!

I had the Lavender Vanilla Cinnamon Latte, Tomato & Feta Knot, and Peach Bellini Pastry. I always enjoy ordering food and drinks I’ve never tried before, things that you don’t find on a typical menu. These were delicious and I look forward to returning here yet again! Roma took care of us at our table and she was so kind and attentive. Always had a smile on her face, too. She was a pleasure to talk to along with all those who work at the Glass Knife! Thank you!

Perfect place for lunch with the girls or a special significant other. Fancier than expected. I expected it to be a Panera-style grab-n- go bakery and Cafe, but was pleasantly surprised by the service and sit down atmosphere. It's a very cute updated boutique kind of Cafe. Food is serviced to your table with free water (I would have tipped better had I known I wasn't going to stand around & grab my own food). I ordered a meal with a dessert for dine-in and a dessert to-go. The roasted turkey sandwich on a pretzel roll was good quality ingredients and came with homemade pickles for what I would consider a fair price ($17). The baked goods I felt were pricier for what they were. The homemade oatmeal cream pie ($7) was delicious. The Arnold Palmer ($4) was mostly watery lemonade. The Peach Bellini pastry, a big part of why I stopped here, is where things went off the deep end. It was beautiful and artsy and unique. Unfortunately, the wide variety of textures and flavors were extremely odd and confusing to my palate (the goo inside with puree mint was the most flavorful part and yet it added to the flavor confusion). Not disgusting but definitely not something I would order again, especially at $13.
Lorin P — Google review
Amazing place for pastries, coffee, and sweets. The brunch is satisfying but not nearly as exceptional as the donuts, cakes, macarons, and everything else! Genuinely innovative and fun with fantastic art déco atmosphère that's blends seamlessly. Lia made wonderful coffees and Aura was a bright and fun waitress!

I stopped by The Glass Knife in Winter Park and had the Lavender Vanilla Cinnamon Latte. Let me just say, it was amazing. The flavors blended perfectly, smooth and comforting with just the right touch of sweetness. The atmosphere was calm and beautiful, the kind of place where you can slow down and really enjoy the moment.

If you find yourself in Orlando and craving something sweet, look no further than Insomnia Cookies. This delightful bakery chain specializes in warm cookies and ice cream, with the added bonus of late-night delivery until 3 a.m.! With two convenient locations in the area, satisfying your cookie cravings has never been easier. Whether you're indulging in their signature chocolate chunk cookie or exploring other flavors like M&M or peanut butter chip, you can enjoy these treats delivered right to your hotel door.
Insomnia Cookies never misses! I grabbed a peanut butter cookie, an oatmeal cookie, and a classic chocolate chip: and every single one was warm, and absolutely delicious. The peanut butter cookie was rich and soft, with just the right amount of saltiness to balance the sweetness. The oatmeal cookie had that perfect chewy texture and a hint of cinnamon that made it super comforting. And of course, the chocolate chip was everything you want in a cookie: melty chocolate, crisp edges, and a soft center. Whether it’s a late-night craving or just a sweet treat during the day, Insomnia always delivers. Fresh-baked cookies that hit the spot every time. Highly recommend!
Haytham A — Google review
Warm gooey center and crunchy edges made this a perfect late night treat. I got the salted caramel and the triple chocolate chip. My cookie was warm the other was not but either way they were both very good and the smell of fresh baked cookies walking in made this experience even more exciting as I have not been here in a while. Customer service was friendly and attentive.

Love this place. And Sean or Shawn (not sure of the spelling) was amazing. Great customer service skills. Great tone. I will drive from Sanford every time
Brittney G — Google review
Do NOT order from this place through DoorDash. I ordered a few cookies tonight, and after the delivery time came and went with no updates at all, I contacted Insomnia Cookies directly. They told me the order had already been delivered… but the DoorDash app never said a word. No notification, no knock, nothing. I opened my door and yep—my cookies were just sitting there on the step, and they’d been there long enough for ants to find them. I wish I was exaggerating. (I have pics.) Here’s the annoying part: Insomnia uses their own drivers, not DoorDash ones. So you get zero real-time updates, and apparently they think that’s fine?? I called to complain, they apologized and said they’d send a replacement. And guess what? Same exact thing happened. No heads-up, no knock, no text… just cookies dumped outside again. Never ordering from here again through DoorDash. The delivery is trash and now I have ants all over my counter because of it. Absolutely not worth it.

One worker and she killed it!!!!! I got 5 kids plus me and my wife are big kids she handled our order professionaly. And believe me we are difficult sometimes!!!

To call these cookies is not doing them justice. Also, I had the ice cream and it’s phenomenal. Not for somebody looking for something low-calorie, but fantastic!

Light On The Sugar Bakery Café is a charming spot in Winter Park that offers a delightful blend of French pastries with Asian-inspired flavors and an array of signature drinks. The café's warm and inviting ambiance, featuring trendy light fixtures and cozy seating arrangements, makes it the perfect place to enjoy their unique lattes like Sakura Latte and Dalgona, along with a variety of teas.
I Rate Light on the Sugar Stars, I recently had the pleasure of visiting Light on the Sugar in Winter Park, Florida, and I can't rave enough about my experience! From the moment I walked in, the friendly service made me feel right at home. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, which set the tone for a delightful visit. The decor of the cafe is absolutely charming, with a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy your time. The cozy seating and thoughtful design elements like plants create a perfect backdrop for indulging in their amazing array of menu options. Speaking of the menu, it’s a treasure trove for anyone with a sweet tooth! From decadent pastries to artisanal desserts, there's something for everyone. Each item is crafted with care, showcasing a variety of flavors and textures that are truly delightful. I tried a few different sweets, and I was blown away by how fresh and flavorful they were! Highly recommended! 🍰✨

I had a truly delightful experience at this cafe. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the place itself is clean and stylish. I tried two desserts, and both were exceptional: The Mango Peach Mousse Cake was incredibly tender, with a rich, intense mango flavor perfectly balanced by delicate peaches. The sugar level was absolutely ideal. The Ube Cheesecake Crepe Cake was wonderfully light and creamy, featuring a smooth, buttery cream and a lovely, subtle ube flavor. For me, the sugar level in all the desserts was perfect – not overly sweet or cloying, which I truly appreciate. I will definitely be returning to this spot to try more of their desserts!"
Valentyna — Google review
I’ve been wanting to try Light on the Sugar for awhile now, and I’m glad I finally had the chance. They are so very appropriately named. If you aren’t into the baked goods that are overly, almost make your teeth hurt super sweet, this is the place for you (and for me because I don’t like super duper sweet things as much). I tried a carrot cake cream puff and really enjoyed it. It was soft and creamy and again, not super sweet but the flavor was smooth. I do almost wish the carrot taste was stronger- not sure if less sweetness has an effect on the strength of flavor but that seemed to be the only note I had. Also tried a lychee lemonade that was splendid, really tart and refreshing. I haven’t tried their coffees but they had some interesting options that I’d like to come back and try. The shop isn’t huge but there’s a fair amount of searing. It gets loud when busy so I don’t think it’d be a good place to sit down and get work done or anything.
Raegan L — Google review
Worth every penny! There is very small taste of Strawberry on the filling, which could have been more developed. Texture of the puff was spot on! There was almost like a hint of salt or was just the mixture of the puff coating made is so good. The Ube Cheesecake was delicate and rich. My friend claimed it was the best one she had as a cheesecake lover. Neither cheese and ube were not over powering, yet totally complimenting each other. Obviously so many choices on the display here that we have to hold ourselves up to the next visit! On the side I got hot Hojicha latte which taste super good; can be an alternative when you want to stay away off coffee for a bit :) It was also quite spacey for the waiting line and a few tables are provided for a bigger group who more than 2 people.
Monica D — Google review
What a cozy little spot to study and eat great pastries. Love the attention to detail and invention in the latte/tea flavors and pastries. I also love the concept. Finally a safe space for diabetic friends. ❤️ Bring a sweater. It’s normal Florida business chilly inside.
Christie S — Google review
Darling, it’s called Light on the Sugar, but let me tell you—this place is heavy on the YES, PLEASE. Gina and I stumbled in after the gym, still pretending we cared about protein, and five minutes later we were double-fisting pastries and sugary drinks like two women who absolutely did not. I had one bite of that pastry and almost proposed. I don’t even know who was working—just hand them a ring and say "thank you." The drinks? So sweet my dentist felt a disturbance in the force. And yet… worth it. I didn’t come this far in life to say no to sugar. Honestly, if loving carbs is wrong, I don’t want to be right. I want to be rich, rested, and full of cream filling. Gina and I will be back. Maybe even with yoga mats next time—strictly for the aesthetic.
Lady E — Google review
The menu has some great fresh fruit teas and coffee choices, and the pastries included a lot of Ube options. The Ube cheesecake was amazing, definitely worth a visit!
Krystalyn W — Google review
Finding a truly great dessert in Orlando can be a challenge, but The Light on the Sugar has earned a permanent spot on my favorites list. Every visit is a treat: the quality is outstanding, and every dessert I’ve tried so far has been a total win. What I love most is the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor. Whether I go for a classic option or something more creative, each pastry feels thoughtful and unique. The textures are delicate, and you can taste the attention to detail in every bite. Their mini desserts for catering or parties deserve a special mention they’re just as exquisite and perfect for any celebration. If you’re on the hunt for a place to enjoy an exceptional dessert in Orlando, The Light on the Sugar is a must. Balanced flavors, beautiful presentation, and plenty of creativity. highly recommended.

The talented team at Sugar Divas Cakery is dedicated to creating elegant and decadent wedding cakes along with other delicious treats such as sugar cookies. Customers have praised the bakeshop for delivering stunning and delicious cakes that perfectly match their envisioned themes.
Sugar Divas was a fantastic choice for our wedding cake. The cake came out beautiful and just as I wanted, and was even more delicious than I expected. They were also super easy to work with. We purchased multiple tasting kits with custom flavors and it was easy to order and pick it up. They were also great to work with when it came to designing the cake, following up with us whenever they weren't sure what we wanted. They delivered it to our venue, which is just outside of Orlando, with no issues. Their tasting samples were all delicious, and we ended up going with a creamsicle cake with lemon filling and vanilla buttercream. The cake on the day of was even better, you can see in the picture I posted I immediately went for another bite haha. I'm glad we got extra servings because we were able to keep the top tier, and have been freezing slices for later (it defrosts well too!).

AHHHHMAZING! Let me say it again for those in the back: this cake was PHENOMENAL! Sugar Divas Cakery created the most insanely delicious and BEAUTIFULLY OPULENT cake for the I Said Yes! My 13 year old son save his money for his mom's birthday cake. $383.00 for a cake and 1 cookie. You would think they would of thrown the cookie in free it was 7 dollars and stale. When we went to pick up the cake it was a 2 tier cake it was lopsided and you can see the impression from the fingers. I said it look noce to keep my son spirit up but he knew. They didn't even have a box for it to fit in so they half box it and glad wrap the top. Gets better. When she 1st open the box she flop it open using her head now her hair was in the box where my cake was going into. Also when the are finish with the cake they decorate they leave it on the front counter in between the customers and the employees so anyone cough or sneeze that cake is in the open right in front of you. When we got home to celebrate the birthday the cake was under cook and soggy. $383.00 for a lopsided, soggy nasty cake. Your better off at a grocery store. The plastic cake case I purchase myself form a different store.

We found Sugar Diva’s back in 2022 for our upcoming wedding— out of the 24 bakeries we had been to, it was easily my favorite! They were remarkably professional, polite, open, honest, and kind, and the cake flavors, ahhh the cake flavors were delicious! We actually had a hard time deciding what flavor to do, which says a lot considering we went in only thinking chocolate and left with a totally new flavor (Champaign and Berries— so good). We knew we wanted them as our vendor and settled everything. This is where Sugar Diva’s is about to go from 5 Stars to 10: Just a couple months after everything (4.5 before the wedding), my father got immediate orders for deployment with the Navy. This threw such an emotional curve ball that we genuinely didn’t know what to do. After much deliberation we found there to be only 2 options: have a wedding without him or postpone— I don’t know much about any of you other brides out there, but a wedding without those closest to you, especially dad, who’s supposed to walk you down the aisle, is pretty much out of the picture; even more so considering the circumstances. So we opted to postpone and hold a simple elopement in the interim. While most everyone was understanding and respectful allowing us the postponement it really was a gamble and nerve wracking having to make the inquiry. Out of everyone Sugar Diva’s was easily the sweetest, and they just kept getting better. During that year we had a little one just prior to the new date, but due to hospital negligence ended up in the NICU, as you can guess this meant another postponement. At this point we felt so bad about everything, we didn’t even want to have the event anymore and were willing to accept our losses [as much out of our hands as they were]. But Sugar Diva’s… Unlike the other vendors who were presumptuous and rude, hardly even allowing us the opportunity to explain what was happening and that we understood if they were to keep the funds, Sugar Diva’s prioritized compassion over profit and were just concerned for us. No matter what, I wanted THEM as our go-to people for any event simply by the respect and decency that was exhibited by staff. After the conversation the owner who was attentive, suggested that since we wanted to retain their services for other upcoming events, instead of a refund we could just keep the paid balance with them as a credit and apply it to other future events. THAT was a stunning recommendation. We were eager to agree and thankful that they didn’t want to sever our relationship and instead have a conversation that was to our favor. I don’t know why venues and vendors can be so arrogant or greedy, especially in strenuous situations out of people’s control, and especially in ours even when we were willing to take our losses with all due respect; people aren’t like they were anymore and decency is hard to come by. But Sugar Diva’s was just nice. We ended up being able to use them for our miracle baby’s ‘Fairy First’ birthday and you guys… just look at the photos. That cake and those cupcakes were masterpieces. Simply masterpieces. Delicious AMAZING, can’t say it enough, masterpieces! I hope our exceptional experience with this A+ company encourages you to choose them as well, especially in our ‘me myself & I’ society. Thank you, Sugar Diva’s, more businesses should take after you. *please note my brother-in-law messed up the cupcakes during transit, the squish factor was no fault of their’s and no matter what the on route debacle they were glorious and gobbled up in less than 10 minutes (also the little fairy’s were additions we added… Amazon).

Love this cakery! The ladies I worked with both last year and this year were great. Tasting process was easy. We got so many compliments on the wedding cake, which we had made all gluten free due to a guest with celiac. And they'd a package that came with a free 1st anniversary cake (so we don't have to freeze the top tier ourselves), and it was so fresh and wonderful and we didn't have to get the exact same cake for our anniversary unless we wanted to. All the other customers we saw there were also very pleased with the team too, making it fun to see what was ready for pickup when we went to pick up our cakes. Enjoy designing your cakes with them!

I was recently able to co-host a CreativiTea party with the Sugar Divas. They not only brought the loveliest looking little sweets but they were delicious as well! Clare brings a level of professionalism to all that she does. I would highly recommend the Sugar Divas for any special event that you'd like to elevate!

I had the pleasure of meeting Clare, the owner of Sugar Divas Cakery, along with her manager, Jen, at a Sanford event back in January 2025. Her cupcakes immediately stood out; rich in flavor, perfectly moist, and beautifully presented. But as someone who’s a lifelong chocolate chip cookie lover, what truly left a lasting impression happened more recently. On July 9th, I had a sample of Clare’s chocolate chip cookies at the Oak Tavern at Rio Pinar Golf, and I can confidently say they were the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had in my life. Perfect texture, incredible flavor, and that homemade softness that you don’t find often. That night, I went to bed thinking, How can I help distribute these cookies like Famous Amos did back in 1975? Clare and the Sugar Divas team are baking brilliance. These cookies deserve a national spotlight. If you haven’t tried them yet, don’t wait.

Valhalla Bakery, located within Market on South in Orlando, Florida, is a haven for vegans and those with dairy-free diets. The bakery specializes in vegan baked goods and wedding cakes. It shares its space with Dharma Southern Kitchen, offering Southern comfort foods like fried green tomato sandwiches and pulled jackfruit sandwiches.
A Must-Visit! I recently found a hidden vegan gem that I loved! The talented baker Jerry showcases his expertise in vegan ingredients and pastry preparation. The warm atmosphere and tempting display made it hard to choose. Every pastry I tried was flavorful and had a perfect texture. You can taste the care he puts into each creation. If you enjoy delicious vegan pastries or want to try something new, I highly recommend this bakery—you won't be disappointed!

I buy every birthday cake from Valhalla. They always make the most delicious and beautiful cakes 🥰 I recently had my birthday cake from them full of fresh flowers and everyone was obsessed! My husband and I also love all their bakery items in their store. The lemon rosemary bunt cake, cinnamon roll and flower pot are our faves! I’m so grateful we have this amazing vegan bakery. 💗🫶

Highly recommend this place! I really enjoyed the voice on the speakers giving us updates on food and drink status as everything was being made. To add some entertainment, the updates rhymed and/or were funny. Really made the wait get faster and added to the fun.

Easily the BEST birthday cake I have ever had!! Exactly what I asked for all black sparkly and extra!! The lavender flavor was so light and Lovely and Was totally worth turning my tongue blue lmao My coworkers are all army folks who are particularly picky. I didn’t tell any one of them that the cake was vegan until after they had eaten it - they were all SHOCKED! Vegan cakes are tricky and you never ever would guess that this cake was vegan!! People were definitely fighting over who got to have the leftovers. I will absolutely be coming back to Valhalla bakery for my next birthday cake! Thank you for making my day so special and for humoring my strange sense of humor with my chosen phrase on the cake!!

I adore Valhalla Bakery; it is one of the best vegan bakeries I’ve been to in Florida. My personal favorites are any of the generous-sized cake slices and the pistachio rose bars. Especially the pistachio rose bars.

Second time we’ve been to this incredible bakery and it was amazing. You can’t pick just one item, but I was proud of myself for only getting 5 when I wanted everything. The rainbow cake, tiramisu, danish and quesito were all absolutely incredible, deserving of a podium. The key lime pie though? That was the absolute best version I have ever tried, it was violently good. Go find your new favorite bakery whenever you’re in Orlando

I placed an order for my friend this week. Hajra and her team really did a wonderful job. They decorated the cookies beautifully for Christmas and arranged delivery. The communication was great. Extremely overpriced. $30.00 for a dozen of the niblet chocolate chip 🍪 cookies. I also bought a Cookies n Cream Chiller. It didn't taste good and I paid an extra 40 cents for the tiniest portion of whip cream I've ever seen. But the staff are super nice.

$14 for 1 cookie 🍪 and 1 frozen coffee, that was horrible taste. 've had better 7-11 cookies and Dunkin donuts frozen coffee. Never again. Mall tariffs suck, but great service by employees.
Kreating K — Google review
No prices are displayed anywhere on the menu until you’ve placed your order and checked out. We paid just under $10 for ONE mocha frap and each cookie was $5. They also charged extra for whipped cream but didn’t mention it cost extra before we checked out. The cookies were yummy but overpriced and the mocha was atrocious. The syrups and the blended ice were separating in the cup and the syrup was way too rich to drink compared to a similar drink at Starbucks or elsewhere. Do not come here! Go to Hagen Dazs across the way. They’re expensive but at least their ice cream is semi worth it.

Update: had the worst experience here yesterday. Cashier was very rude to us and didn’t know the menu. The cookies we got were borderline raw as well. Will not be coming back to this location. My favorite place to get cookies! I definitely recommend the white chocolate macadamia nut. The only downside to this place is the prices. You can easily spend over $10 for some cookies and a drink.

Orlando, FL. Minimum 4 cookies if purchasing. Paid $11 for 4 small oatmeal cookies. I make them better with more nuts and raisins. The brand’s cookies are uniformly good but I can’t see paying $11 for a small snack.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Orlando, Southern Home Bakery is a delightful treasure for cookie lovers. This charming bakery offers an array of freshly baked goods that fill the air with irresistible aromas. One standout feature is their Cookie Carton, which showcases a variety of beautifully themed and decorated cookies that are sure to impress. Customers rave about their custom orders, like the stunning lemon cookies crafted for special occasions such as bridal showers.
My sister in law orders cookies from here and we first tried them a few years ago when we were in Orlando visiting for a birthday party. We live in New Jersey and haven’t found a cookie place in New Jersey or New York City that tops this cookie. The cookie is buttery, just the right amount of sweetness, perfect soft to firm ratio, and beautifully decorated for any theme. After we tried these cookies in Orlando we decided to order them for our son’s first birthday and we now order them for all birthdays. They ship them from Orlando to New Jersey and every cookie is intact. We’ve ordered at least 6 times now since we tried the cookies and they’re intact every time. They wrap each cookie in a bubble wrap sleeve then placed in a box, they apply more bubble wrap sheets to keep them in place, then the box or boxes are placed in a bigger box and surrounded by packing peanuts. Best cookies ever and totally worth the shipping cost.

I am a repeat client at Southern Home Bakery for all of my cookie needs for one huge reason - they NEVER disappoint! I just celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday and they did the most beautiful custom order for her party. It was fairytale swan themed and the designers just worked their pixie magic to perfection! Thank you for these delicate and delicious cookies - all of our guests are new (and repeat) FANS of your shop 💖 So grateful to your team!

This was a surprise find that we discovered after visiting St Nick’s Holiday Shoppe next door. We walked in and the cookies displayed in the cases are works of art cut out cookies themed for the Fall, Christmas and just for fun. All of the cut outs are individually wrapped in clear packaging. These are hand decorated and artist quality yet still priced to easily afford. They also had several different flavors of non cut outs and today we tried pumpkin cookies, snickerdoodles and three different cot out cookies. The staff if friendly and helpful and we recommend this as a great place to visit

We were doing a Wine Walk and the store was participating and decided to check it out. We were not only greeted with a nice cocktail sample but the girl (not sure if she was the owner) that greeted us was nice, friendly, attentive and more than happy to answer any questions. The store is cute and they mostly focus in custom orders but there is a counter with cookies that you can buy from. We got the sugar cookies and the seasonal pumpkin spice and that was my favorite! It was soft, not overly sweet and you could taste both the pumpkin and delicious spices. Stop for sure and see the gorgeous cookies and satisfy a sweet tooth :)

Nestled in the vibrant Universal CityWalk, The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen™ is a delightful blend of a restaurant and sweet shop that transports you to a whimsical 19th-century steampunk world. This full-service dining destination offers an array of classic dishes like steak and seafood, but it’s the desserts that truly steal the show.
Tony! Our server was fantastic! To start he agreed to serve us in a section outside because someone had taken our seats. He gave great recommendations on food which every one was great. Duck, pot roast, meatloaf and the burger all were very tasty. The dessert was not only appealing they even have dairy free options.! That atmosphere was over the top. Great experience

The food was good, but it was more of the kitchen not listening to requests. Also bringing out the warm chocolate bread, completely cold and upside down. We were there on off hours, and there were plenty of empty tables so it definitely was not an overwhelmed kitchen staff. The place is fun to be in and there are a lot of great fun things on the menu so I don’t want to bash it because I feel like everybody should go here at least once, and come with an appetite. The vegan steak sandwich was delicious. The fettuccine Alfredo with a modified edition of broccoli, it was also good as well as the truffle fries. The tuna melt was tasty, but also, not warm. If you have picky eaters, don’t come here. There isn’t anything traditional on the menu.

Our family dined here recently and it was a great experience. We started with a couple of cocktails, the Macadamia Chocolate Cherry and the High Fashioned. Both were very delicious. For dinner I had the berry salad, brisket and wild mushroom meatloaf for my hubby finally, tooth and blue for my vegan family. We all enjoyed our meal. One of the highlights of our dining experience was the table visit by Professor Doctor Penelope Tibeaux - Tinker Toothsome and her side kick Jaques. There are plenty of deserts to choose from, I picked out a box of Chocolates to take home from the candy sweets store. It’s worth a visit if you are in Universal City Walk.

With the Steampunk appearance and theme of this location it was hard to not be curious. Stopped in for Brunch, opening at 10:30, checked out the gift shop and bakery they have on the main level while waiting to be seated. Lots of photo-inspiring treats without a doubt, and very clever looking in their presentation. Have a candy wall where you can bag up some sweets, went with the Cherry Gummies in the end and they were easily the best flavor of Cherry gave ever had. I don't know if these are made on-site or made by someone else but I've never run into them in this manner for sure. We were seated upstairs with a nice view below. Noticed that there is some outdoor seating up there as well if want a nice view of the water and Citywalk area. Ashley was our server and was extremely warm and friendly, answering a variety of questions and just having a great attitude overall throughout the time there. My aunt said the Monte Christo was easily one of the best she's had in a long time, the shake she had was rich and packed with flavor. I'm usually a seafood person and it was tempting to get the Swordfish, but I had to try the Braised Short Rib due to reviews and it didn't disappoint. If you enjoy this type of dish it's a very nice flavor balanced dish. Tender meat, roasted carrots are large and fresh with the jus and cocoa gremolata just complimenting the whole meal nicely. Did see two characters talking to diners downstairs matching the steampunk theme so I'm sure that adds a bit of fun, though I'm not sure if you have to be seated in a specific area to have an encounter with them, they certainly aren't taking the stairs to get upstairs at least. Will certainly return with my sisters family next year when we visit.

This restaurant is more about the service and unique atmosphere and uniqueness than a gourmet dining experience, although the food was pretty tasty and portions are huge! Really enjoyable overall and I'd recommend you visit. There were 2 costumed characters dressed in 1800s garb, Penelope and Jacques (a robot type character with a funny walk and cheerful disposition/interaction) roaming about and engaging with diners, which added much to the fun experience! Had the Chocolate Waffle which was pretty tasty. My brother had the Chicken Citrus Salad. Others in my family had the French Country sandwich, and Avocado Toast. Most of the food could use a lil extra something. Our server Peyton was sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommend you visit for a fun, memorable dining experience! There's also a cool Merch store with obscenely tempting chocolate treats. Such a pleasure to see, and enjoy in moderation lol!

Toothsome Chocolate Emporium blew us away! The food was absolutely delicious—everything from the entrees to the over-the-top desserts were crafted with such care and creativity. Not just a gimmick—this place really delivers. But what truly made our visit unforgettable was Sarah, our server. She was beyond amazing—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She gave the best recommendations, kept the energy upbeat, and made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find service this good these days. Sarah made our experience feel special from start to finish. If you’re visiting, definitely ask for Sarah—you won’t regret it. Toothsome is a must-visit for anyone who loves great food, great vibes, and even better service!

We ate around dinner time. The wait was over an hour to sit inside. Outside we were seated almost immediately. The food came out fairly quickly. For appetizers we had the warm chocolate bread. It was delicious. The salted caramel butter was great too. The cocoa & Hot Honey wings were tasty but a bit on the sweet side. The citrus chicken salad was good but it just looked like it was thrown together with huge chunks of oranges. Kids had chicken fingers and mini Burger which the kids said, "They were ok". They didn't seem too impressed. But they did eat it all. As for the desserts well this is where they really start to focus. Every person that I saw leave, left with a huge delicious looking milkshake. I had the right side up shake which consisted of vegan pineapple upside down cake, brown sugar caramel, pineapple, oat milk whipped topping. It was absolutely delicious. Kids had the Flourless Chocolate Cake which was warm cake, Nutella ice cream, raspberry sauce. They loved the sweets and so did I. I'd definitely eat there again.

I want to start by saying we stayed here a week and we're so excited to try this restaurant it was high on our list but our ONLY awful experience. It looks so cool and all the sweets and food look beautiful even in person. However, it's awful. We started off with shakes first and that was yummy and cool (we were not told we could take our cups though and are disappointed as we didnt finish them, and they were very expensive). We waited over 25 minutes when the restaurant was pretty dead for food that was actually disgusting, and warm but not hot. It looked really pretty but it was gross, we chalked it up to maybe we ordered the wrong thing. So we paid and tipped regularly, and when bringing back our receipt our waitress asked if we wanted boxs, we let her know no, we didn't really like it, she didn't ask us any questions just "okay" and took our plates away. We were just thinking it was a fluke we ordered wrong or maybe this place was meant to mostly be a sweets place since the shakes were good. BUT THEN we went to the bakery area and bought 2 cakes the pistachio one and the strawberry one and 2 chocolate Mousse shots (Carmel and dark chocolate) we took them back to the hotel and to say they were awful is an understatement. The cakes were dry, what looked like cream was hard and thick frosting and the pistachio did not taste like pistachio. The cute chocolates on top also both tasted like there was soap in them??? How do you mess up chocolate that bad? One was white and one was dark but both tasted like soap. We ate so many places and deserts in the park most not as fancy or expensive as this place and this is the only place I have anything bad to write (there was even a hair in one of the other restaurants food and I still would leave them a 4/5 rating.) This was truly disappointing and gross we had such high hopes and will truly never enter this establishment again. Also not sure when I'll be able to stomach chocolate again.

If you're on the hunt for a delightful treat to kickstart your day, look no further than Sprinkles at Disney Springs. This charming spot offers an array of mouthwatering cupcakes, including flavors like banana, red velvet, triple cinnamon, strawberry, and classic vanilla. For those eager to indulge before the official opening time of 10:00 AM, you can satisfy your sweet tooth with their adorable pastel pink Cupcake ATM!
Orlando, FL. No wait is the bonus here. We came on a holiday around 10:55 am and the place had about three groups outside and only one couple in line ahead of us. Good flavors. Steve said the part of the cupcake that overflows at the top was crunchy (the underside of the rim of the “muffin top”) and that added a lot to the experience. Steve said the frosting was “incredible.” “Does it taste like butter?” I asked. “Sugar,” said my hypoglycemic husband. Around 2007 I encountered Sprinkles when we lived near Newport Beach and I loved their red velvet cupcake!!! It was quite addictive. I had it with a friend in Orange, CA, at a cute Sprinkles shop decorated with Tiffany blue and French white. Sprinkles has some competition here with Salt and Straw and Everglazed, but I still prefer Sprinkles. If you need a hit of classy sugar this will serve you well.

This was one of the coolest thing I've ever seen at a dessert/bakery type spot! They have an indoor area where you can purchase cupcakes OR they have an outdoor ATM where you pick and pay for your cupcake and you get it within seconds in a small box through a slot! Crazy overpriced but very delicious. So the question is....is it worth $6+ per cupcake? The answer is: depends on the cupcake. The sprinkle vanilla cupcake? No The mocha cupcake? Absolutely! The service was lame. You order from a tablet. You can see all the cupcakes beautifully sitting on the shelves....and yet, it takes the crew 5 mins to grab them. I don't get it. The atmosphere has a major flaw. You have this cute little shop with the AC blasting and plenty of room inside, yet there were NO inside tables or chairs. I'm not saying there were none available; I'm saying there weren't any at all. So that leaves outdoor seating...in 99⁰ weather. But then you also have the people passing by who buy a cupcake but sit for 45 minutes and chat. So, we waited for a table. Not the end of the world, but the cupcakes melt fast in that heat. So please, just throw a few bistro tables inside, and you'll have happier patrons.

This time I had a great experience! Hannah was extremely helpful & had my order ready & waiting. I was 30 minutes EARLY, but my birthday cake was perfectly inscribed (with a nickname no less!) AND boxed up beautifully I compared this location to the one I grew up with in Hoboken, but, there's only ONE original...ANYTHING! Great flagship store, cake was delicious. Thank you, Hannah, for forcing me to edit my previous review to a 5☆☆☆☆☆ because of you! 😉😉

My first time visiting this location. I was going in to check it out and try the product that they have. There were two ladies talking in the kitchen area (in plain view). No one acknowledged me which was sad. However, the few ladies that came in after me were acknowledged and welcomed in. I really liked the way that the shop was set up and decorated. I even thought that the product that they had was appealing. Was actually looking forward to trying the tart.

Well much like everyone I too have watched this show and felt the urge to try it. Not great but terrible. It's in a mall so it has the mall vibe which is fine but it wasn't overwhelming either. Got three canolis birthday cake, chocolate peanut butter, and classic. It was good but the filling was the consistency of cheesecake so be mindful when you eat them, you'll fill up fast!

Turnpike Turkey Lake Tragedy! Had I known this was going to be this disappointing I would have gotten a picture of the machine as well, so I grabbed this one offline. Having not had the cake before and recently had a conversation about a rainbow cake I saw the machine pictured at the Turkey Lake Plaza on the turnpike in Florida. This Plaza would be the first one you would hit going south on the turnpike as you come into Orlando the last one you hit going north on the turnpike as you leave Orlando. I decided to grab a piece of it as well as the chocolate fudge. Four of us tried and concurred that it was not moist not the freshest tasting cake in the world. I find it ironic that in today's world of traceability there is no expiration date on here there is no Julian code to know when it was made how do we know that the person managing machine is doing a proper job of FIFO on the cake that is in the machine? It's inevitable that the machine is the machine but someone has to load it. I am not sure if this is just the cake in general or if this is a dated piece again had there been an expiration date, a Julian code to trace when it was made then we could all figure this out but I didn't see anything at all and looked with a fine tooth comb. Anyways with all the Pomp and Circumstance about Carlo's Bakery and the products it produces this was lackluster to say the least. Having something on the packaging to be able to know when it was made and it is within the window of eating where it's it's best experience would be helpful. There can always be a degree of infallibility and if somehow something did not get rotated correctly and this piece was a result of that or is this in general how the cake is? We would be able to figure that out but right now all I can go on is this is how the cake is dry and not a lot of flavor.

Can you say delicious and then multiply it by 100. The desserts are over the top. Everything we had was scrumptious. The staff was friendly and we couldn’t help but eat in the line and take some to go.

Any time I'm at the Florida Mall, I always end up here even if I have no plans to. They have all your classic bakery goods, but there are also interesting flavors available, too. I had a gingerbread cupcake today and got a cannoli cake for my birthday and both were excellent. Highly recommended

Se7enBites is a modern bakery and eatery located in the heart of The Milk District in Orlando. It's known for its contemporary approach to traditional Southern comfort food. The restaurant gained national attention after being featured on 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.' Customers recommend arriving early as the place tends to get crowded. The menu offers a variety of breakfast and lunch options with a Southern twist, along with an array of delectable sweets and coffee.
This place was an all around great experience. I admit I saw it on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives and I wanted to give it a try. The food was original and tasty. I would definitely try it again. There was a line outside when I visited on a Sunday at 11:00 am but the line went fast. Make sure to get something from the bakery to take home!

Found this spot from the Netflix show “Somebody Feed Phil” and we had to try it out - boy it didn’t disappoint! Southern style comfort food meets fabulousness❤️🏳️‍🌈 The cold brew coffee was lackluster but that’s my only criticism. The biscuits, fried chicken, tots, and all the breakfast staples were otherwise amazing. Loving the community-style seating and LGBT representation in the decor and the staff working! Check this place out, y’all!!

A great place for a meal. The chicken pot pie was delicious. Great crust and tasty filling. My only issue was I wish the pie was hotter. It was served room temp. The pecan pie was amazing. I was worried it might be too sweet but it was just right with nicely caramelized crust. This place runs like a well oiled machine.

The chicken and waffles (Minnie Pearl) was AMAZING, savory with a good balance of sweet, and a perfect pairing! Definitely leans on the heavier side so we had to split it between the 2 of us as to not put us in an automatic food coma afterwards. We also had the pancakes, which were very light and appropriately sweet. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind- although it was packed they would still come by several times to make sure we didnt need anything. Would absolutely come back!

Casual, home style restaurant. Lots and lots of unique flavor. Probably the best regular style pancakes around. Really good biscuits and gravy too. I'd go back for sure.

Took hubby here for a Sunday brunch date. We absolutely loved it. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The place is clean, the food is fresh, and hot to order. Syurp is so delicious I could drink it. Got to see if they sell it. We will be back!

Yes , that’s true . The Chicken Pie is delicious. When you arrive probably you will have to wait in a line outside, but that moves quickly and worth the wait time. The food is is very good , from the pie, lunch menu and bakery. The service is outstanding, professional, kind and very friendly. The price is not cheap but I think is right . I drove almost one hour to get there and worth every single mile .

The line was long but worth the hype. Their Southern Breakfast biscuit was savory, flavorful, and unique blend of textures. The biscuit was fluffy, the cheese was stretchy, and the grits were ... gritty. But it all harmonized into an incredibly tasty meal. Their iced coffees were good, too.

Nestled within the vibrant Islands of Adventure, Croissant Moon Bakery is a delightful counter-service spot that beckons food lovers with its tempting selection. This charming bakery specializes in freshly baked croissants but also serves up an enticing variety of sandwiches, paninis, and delectable pastries. If you have a sweet tooth, don’t miss their rich cheesecakes and gooey brownies—perfect for indulging after a day of adventure!
Instead of waiting to be seated we popped in here and got a table right away. One of the few places you can enjoy a decent espresso ( if you’re not a Starbucks loyalist).

Split a turkey platter sandwich and it was great! Also tried a chocolate croissant on a different day and it was not good LOL. Overall, would eat the sandwich again :)

The staff were pleasant and the decor very nice. However, the cold brew coffee was the worst coffee my wife had ever had. It tasted like grape juice not coffee. It was immediately thrown out not long after we left.
Kevin A — Google review
I ordered a croissant with egg and cheese, expecting something fresh and buttery — instead, I got a sad croissant stuffed with what looked (and tasted) like a melted Kraft single. The “cheese” was plastic-like, artificial, and completely ruined the entire sandwich. For the price they’re charging, this is unacceptable. Overpriced and low-quality.

This is inside the park. Such a great experience. Love the pun in the name. The staff were just so kind and wanted to tell me about the menu. The coffee was very hot…..definitely a positive. I like my coffee hot. This is a grab and go or sit awhile. There’s some seating. Check out the menu beforehand so you can maximize your time at universal! There’s cold brew, fruit cup, and chips for df and gf. I didn’t ask about the sandwiches….might be possible to get them without the bread.

Croissant Moon is an often passed by hidden bakery right at the front of Universal’s Islands of Adventure! If you’re wanting a coffee that’s not Starbucks, or a different sweet pick me up this is your place! Along with coffee options such as lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos, there are wide spanning displays with just about every dessert and carb you could hope to have. Muffins, eclairs, cake slices, cookies, brownies, brookies, and I’m not even naming a third of what’s there! But I would be careful in your dessert selection because some desserts are, not great.. they sit in that display case all day and are mass processed, hopefully you get what I’m saying. And don’t worry, if you want a really meal to go with your caffeine and sugar, they have that too! There are some panini sandwich options, and from my experiences with paninis at other restaurants in the park I think they are actually pretty good! I tried a toasted marshmallow iced latte from here and at first, to be honest I thought it was gross. But, the more I drank the more I actually liked it. It’s definitely a strong coffee with a lot of flavoring. I’d probably get a more plain coffee next time but it was worth a shot, or else I’d ask for less flavoring which is something I usually do at any coffee place anyways. Croissant Moon also has a lovely little outdoor seating area that has prime viewing of people watching, which is beyond entertaining at a giant theme park. This is a great and quint park eats option!

Located inside of Islands of Adventure. The options for sweets, sandwiches, breakfast and bakery treats are plenty here with Vegetarian and Gluten Free options. Be sure to ask a Team Member though. You can grab beer or wine here as well. Seating is limited inside, but I just grabbed a treat to go. For the holidays, you can even snag the Vegan Butter Snowflake Cookie at this location.

Gideon's Bakehouse is a delightful Victorian-themed bakery that has captured the hearts of dessert lovers with its massive half-pound cookies and indulgent cake slices. Located in Disney Springs, this vibrant spot offers more than just sweet treats; it features a unique nitro cold brew made with beans from Lineage Coffee Roasting and oat milk, making it a fully vegan option exclusive to Walt Disney World.
We are not into gimmicks, especially having to wait in a LONG line for gimmicks... HOWEVER! It really is worth it if you like cookies. They really are very good. Maybe the best. Probably the best I've ever had. Sprinkles is still my favorite "tourist" dessert, but these are my second favorite. I read their coffee WAS good, but personally, I didn't care for it. It was too sweet. Also I didn't care for their cake. Although it was moist and had a good flavor, the amount of icing was off-putting for me, and not my preference (see my preference for Sprinkles 🤣) I like them better than the fancy chocolate shops, better than Voodoo donuts, and Toothsome. Definitely worth waiting (some time) for. Maybe not hours...
Nikole C — Google review
The concept of this place is truly amazing. If you enjoy a youthful, Halloween-inspired and cute atmosphere, it’s the perfect spot. It does feel a bit small, but once you try the cookies, it’s all worth, they’re absolutely delicious, almost like biting into cookie dough. (My favorite was the Pistachio Chocolate Chip, definitely a must-try!) The only thing I’d recommend is for the staff to bring a bit more energy and friendliness, maybe even play along with the spooky-playful theme of the place. But honestly, that’s just extra, overall… I loved it here! 🎃🍪✨

It was extremely busy when we were there but they had staff around to help out. The cookies were humongous and extremely sweet and delicious. It is definitely a place you have to try if you're okay with waiting in a long line up to get cookies. Worth it to try the different flavours!

Came on a Monday morning/early afternoon so the line wasn’t too long and was absolutely worth the wait. We waited probably 20 minutes total. We bought a few cookies which were all delicious - super soft and flavorful! We also got a couple of iced coffees - would definitely recommend the peanut butter cold brew it was amazing! Every staff member we interacted with was nice and helpful.

These cookies! You got to try them. You absolutely deserve it! Let's jump right into this review. Gideon's Bakehouse is located in Disney Springs, a single-owner small business in Orlando that has gained the attention of people across the world. Gideon's Handmade Cookies are Nearly a Half Pound Each! Wow! What did I get? Original Chocolate Chip - Took 15 years to perfect and is filled with history. It is packed inside and out with a variety of chocolates, infused with differing vanillas, and has a texture that might almost trick you into thinking you're eating Cookie Dough. Cookies & Cream - Know as the Cult Cookie. It's like a Cookies & Cream milkshake in a cookie. It starts with our ultra-soft vanilla bean cookie filled with chunks of hand-cut Double Stuff. We top it with a complete covering over crushed cookies to solidify Cookies & Cream in a way you've never experienced. The third cookie was the seasonal cookies they offered in August when I visited. It was sugar, pink & purple and delicious! I don't have the epic ingredients and couldn't find the cookie on their website any longer :( Pros 1. Epically delicious cookies. 2. Friendly and exciting staff to interact with. It's Disney, staff is always high-spirited. 3. Picture worthy inside. Snap photos of all the cool decor. Issa vibe. Cons 1. The line can be very, very, very long. Plan accordingly. Note: A Virtual Queue is used when the line gets to long, this allows you to go anywhere while waiting for a return text. 2. Inside is small. It appears larger from the outside. Personal space is at a minimum. Things to know - No Preorders for Gideon's at Disney Springs Six cookies max per person. Cookies are $6.50 each Cookies can be store in an air tight seal container for up to 5 days. Freeze if you want to store beyond 5 days. Pull up. You won't regret it.
Becky — Google review
It goes without saying but these cookies are amazing! Thick, sweet but without being sickeningly sweet (obviously they're super sweet because they're huge but compared to other cookies these have a more distinguished flavor profile, more complex flavors). They are slightly underbaked in the middle giving them an amazing chewy texture, not dry at all. If you are only going to try one cookie I would recommend the Pistachio Toffee that they offer daily! It is incredible, the crunch and saltiness of the pistachio with the sweetness of the toffee and chocolate chips! But all the flavors I have tried have been amazing! Though, I wasn’t a huge fan of Peanut Butter Crunch. It has no chocolate just pure peanut butter base with peanut butter chips, a bit too sweet and I think the flavor profile was lacking. Not salty enough and the pb chips are too sweet. We also tried the cinnamon roll cake slice and the key lime ice box cake. Both were amazing and exactly what you would want from them! These are high quality desserts and you can taste that they are freshly made and use real ingredients!
Kayla B — Google review
The cookies and coffee here are worth the hype and wait. We only got 3 cookies for our very first visit but now we know to get more next time. I got the cookie butter coffee and that thing tasted like a biscoff cookie was blended up and turned into a coffee. 100/10 will recommend to everyone.
Michelle R — Google review
Cookies were amazing! I ordered a reusable tumbler. 2 original cookies, 2 chocolate banana bread cookie and red velvet cheesecake. I put the cookies in the fridge due to walking in the heat. But when I eat them I put them in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds. Delicious! Boyfriends son even stole my chocolate banana bread cookie even though he doesn’t like banana 😂

East End Market is a vibrant marketplace located in Orlando's Audubon Park Garden District. It houses a diverse range of artisanal vendors, including bakers, pasta makers, and coffee roasters. The market has become a focal point for the community, offering an indoor public space where visitors can explore unique food purveyors and local businesses. From artisan cheeses to locally sourced produce and craft wine/beer bars, East End Market provides a one-of-a-kind experience for food enthusiasts.
What a cool little market with so many fun places to try. Of course, we had to stop at Gideons bakery to get some of their famous cookies. There was also a meat & deli spot that had unique, hard to find items like duck liver pate. The biscuit restaurant was decent, but not my favorite. The inside is fairly tiny and crowded, but there is plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas. However, my main goal was to visit The Owls Attic and Freehand Goods. The owls attic had so many unique treasures and beautiful jewelry. Freehand Goods has beautiful hand drawn local Florida artist items like t-shirts, cups, and stickers. I chose a gator t-shirt that I've been eyeballing for a while. Overall, this is a fun, unique experience that I would highly recommend. I can't wait to come back and visit the other dining and shopping places we didn't experience this time.
Aridae — Google review
We checked out East End Market while visiting Orlando yesterday. We enjoyed several of the local stores and shops. They had a great assortment of both food/drink and clothing/merch stores. We bought reprint of a local artist’s work, we bought a few small items from Owls attic, we a couple Japanese style Taiyaki waffles for the first time from Wafu, and we finished off our little adventure with a couple beers from the Neighbors Bar. A complete well rounded experience. Only issue we had there was the large amount of people in the small space. We would have done more if there wasn’t a “traffic” jam everywhere we walked. However, plenty of cool stores to shop at and food to try. Parking is a bit of a nightmare we ended up having to park down the street a few blocks away. However if you truly want a fun little shopping experience check this place out while you’re in Orlando. All of the shop keepers were friendly and the atmosphere was great! Thank you!

This must be a new food market, because my very hip and cool niece didn't even know about it! The parking lot is small, but if you are determined to eat here, wait for a parking spot. It is a small shared space, but with tons of options and plenty of seating outdoors. This is a two-story space, so make sure you really look through before deciding on what you want to eat! There was a Michelin star ramen spot here, but their hours are limited. There was ANOTHER spot indoors for katsu (maybe Michelin star) but their hours were also limited. This was great space though, with a lovely flower garden.

Visited East End Market and found this lovely little gem ordered the Japanese equivalent of surf and Turf and had a delicious meal of Waygu cutlet and melt in mouth tuna was pleasantly surprised and delighted the staff were friendly and attentive and explained the various dips and sauces and always topped up the water without having to ask 😀 Really was a great late lunch option and highly recommend if your in the area worthy of its Michelin guide status.

We just visited East End Market for the first time today while in town visiting family, and we were seriously impressed! The food was absolutely delicious, and there were so many great options — something for everyone in our group. Each of us ended up ordering from different spots, and everything was a hit. It’s the perfect place to go when no one can decide on just one type of cuisine. The atmosphere was fantastic — relaxed, vibrant, and full of character. There was plenty of seating, and the whole place just had a really welcoming, on-point vibe. It’s clearly a local favorite, and now we see why! We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in Orlando. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food, cool ambiance, and variety all in one place.

Charlie’s cakes have been a family tradition in the Allman family since 1973! Well before I was born but still for any special occasion or birthday, my go to is always a cake from Charlie’s. You get what you pay for and though I often find Publix cakes to be a close second when it comes to convenience, you just cannot duplicate the moist, flavor rich mouth watering cakes from Charlie’s. Fast forward to 2025 and they now have ice cream too!!! Please just do yourself a favor and come on by!!! I recommend the checkerboard cake

I cannot imagine anyone giving this establishment less than 5 stars! Being from another state, I researched Bakerys in Orlando for a small custom cake needed for an upcoming visit. I contacted Charlie's Bakery via email and it was nothing shy of perfect from there! They were organized, prompt, reasonably priced, detailed oriented, and genuinely kind! Upon arrival at the Bakery one month later, my strawberry cake with strawberry buttercream was waiting and the cake was beautifully perfect! As a family of four, we also enjoyed ice cream it being our first stop in Orlando! The service was amazingly welcoming! The young ladies were so polite, and offered suggestions and were so patient while we tried to decide from all the tasty looking options! The ice cream was so creamy, fresh, and SO DELICIOUS! The options were plentiful from those to enjoy in shop to those to take home to enjoy later! The display cases were bright and full, the appearance reflected their pride in their many items! My only regret was not having more time to try more of all they had to offer. We later enjoyed our cake and oh my, it was so moist and flavorful, truly one of the best! I highly recommend Charlie's Bakery and Creamery to fulfill your unique dessert craving or purchasing a beautiful cake for your special occasion, either way, I assure you that you will not be disappointed in the quality or flavor! Thank you Charlie's Bakery for your kind service and amazing desserts!

Summer House on the Lake at Disney Springs offers stunning waterfront dining with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu features fresh California-inspired cuisine highlighting local ingredients, including delicious options for gluten-free diners. The lakeside setting provides a charming backdrop to an unforgettable meal, with attentive staff offering impeccable service. Whether you're looking for lighter portions or bigger meals, this restaurant is definitely worth a try for its good food and exceptional atmosphere.
I decided to have a late lunch at Summer House Restaurant in Disney Springs. Even though I had a reservation, I was seated right away as a walk-in. I skipped the appetizers since nothing really caught my eye and went straight for the New York Strip, which came with fries, arugula, and a delicious peppercorn sauce on the steak! it was really good. To drink, I had the Zero Proof Pineapple Kick, which was refreshing and went perfectly with the meal. For dessert, I ordered their Lemon Butter Cake along with a cappuccino. The cake was absolutely amazing! OMG, the best dessert I’ve had in a while, and the portion was huge, easily enough for three people. My waiter, David, was very nice and provided great service. I’ll definitely be going back again with family and friends.

Our first time at the summer house was amazing from the ambience to the food. We had Chelsea as our server, and she was amazing, very attentive, and super friendly. She made great recommendations. We had the deviled eggs and the Wagyu meatballs to start, then for our main entrées, we had the breakfast tostadas and the blueberry pancakes. Everything was phenomenal. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend. Will be coming back.

Summer House on the Lake was such a great spot! Honestly, anywhere in Disney Springs you can’t go wrong, but we wanted to try a good variety here. The fresh orange juice was refreshing, the black coffee a little on the burnt side, but the cinnamon roll completely stole the show. It was huge, soft, and very filling. The wagyu meatballs were hearty and flavorful, the egg sandwich had a soft bun (nothing too special but still tasty), and the fresh peaches were a perfect touch. What really makes the experience better is the people. The staff was very friendly and quick with service. Definitely a place I would go back to.

Experience was great! Shawn was the bar tender who served us. He was knowledgeable & didn’t lead us astray with recommendations! The potato salad deviled eggs & the goey lemon butter cake were standouts! The ambiance is nice, it gives elevated beach side restaurant! It’s located in Disney Springs so you’re able to take a stroll afterwards! I’d recommend going at night to catch the lights!

Very cute place, service was really good. Food was ok, giant cinnamon roll was ok, more of a croissant like breading not a typical cinnamon roll. The topping was really good. Breakfast burrito was mostly egg, but the turkey stacker was good for a quick sandwich. All over a nice place, if you want seating by the lake (on the weekend) make a reservation. ☺️

There were seven of us so we had a wide selection of the menu to include appetizers. We ordered pizza, burgers, and other main entrees. I had the ahi tuna bowl. We had cornbread, deviled eggs, and truffle fries as appetizers. All were delicious. The atmosphere was perfect, check out the photos. Our server was great as well. We will go back.

My waitress erin was delightful! She is so lovely and so knowledgeable about the food here. Every single thing I ate here was a 10/10 so delicious. The best vodka pasta i’ve ever had! I will definitely be back!

If I could give negative stars, I would. We’ve given Summerhouse on the Lake five chances (yes, FIVE), and somehow it managed to disappoint every single time. The most recent time we went, we ordered two simple burgers with fries and waited 45 minutes…. no updates, no apology, nothing. It’s always chaos in there, like everyone’s pretending the vibe makes up for the disaster happening behind the scenes. The place looks great, sure, Instagram lighting on point, lake view, all that. But once the illusion fades and you realize you’re still waiting for basic food while servers avoid eye contact like it’s the Hunger Games… yeah, the atmosphere stops being so cute. People keep coming here because it looks nice, but don’t be fooled. You’re paying for the view and getting fast-food-level service in slow motion. We’ve tried giving it another chance (and another, and another…), but it’s officially on our “never again” list

Crumbl - Millenia is a paradise for cookie enthusiasts, with its freshly baked cookies that are nothing short of a masterpiece. The experience of ordering through the app and getting them delivered was seamless, although there was a slight hiccup in the delivery process. Despite this, the cookies themselves were described as excellent. The store exudes a great vibe, but there were some suggestions for improvement in customer service to enhance the overall experience.
Sooooooo delicious! I love these cookies! They’re right on point.. yummiliciously excellent! We got four just to taste them and we’re going back for more. The staff is friendly and always busy as a bee! The space is squeaky clean. The in-person ordering is easy and the service is quick! It’s our cookie go-to!
Miriam N — Google review
The location is undeniably beautiful; however, the persistent issue with the cookies being undercooked is unacceptable. I insist that immediate action be taken to improve their quality. After two visits, I have left disappointed both times. This problem must be addressed. I should not have to put the cookies in the oven myself to finish cooking them.
Ana J — Google review
It may be the most trendy cookies but it is weight loves your attention yesterday I bought at 10 o'clock just they closed the door in my face it really gives a lot to talk about their way of serving the customer today I come for them and it comes out with the story that my order does not appear in the end he got it and the bad aptitude prevailed. Attending reluctantly and bad face for God's sake if goods for a cookie 🍪 you hope to spend a happy moment not that they make your day shit for bad faces this headquarters of the Milenio should the owner come and give them a talk of better customer service …. A smile doesn't cost anything

These weeks cookies weren’t good at all. They only get 2 BIG BOOMS they get 2 because the skillet cookie was good (that cookie got 3 BIG BOOMS) but the other cookies weren’t NOT GOOD.
Milania D — Google review
Love the c🍪🍪kies, I didn’t give a 5⭐️ to the service because of the first time I went to the store, the lady on front either didn’t know much about what we asked or just wasn’t in the mood (lack of customer service). Same with the environment, the music was ridiculously loud, maybe that’s why she was lost. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Presentation and taste was on point though. 👍🏻

Crumbl Cookie is amazing! The cookies are always fresh, soft, and full of flavor, and the variety of flavors keeps every visit exciting. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and welcoming. Every time I stop by, I leave completely satisfied. This is definitely my go-to spot for a sweet treat, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves delicious cookies!

I absolutely love this place. I first came when the kpop store was one door down but now I make it a point to stop by every time I visit Orlando. My friends and I love the hot dog bun and of course the snow bread! They also have amazing food as well, I’m a big fan of the Picasso fries and a mango dish I don’t remember the name of… It’s so cozy and warm here, it’s truly a perfect bakery. The staff is also super nice, especially the young man at the front. He’s very knowledgeable of all the food and drinks and has an overall friendly demeanor. The other young girl is so nice and a bright and positive vibe. I can’t stress enough how wonderful Picasso Moments truly is. From the food to the atmosphere and the staff this place gets a 100 out of 10. I highly recommend you come here!

This cozy spot is absolutely great. The atmosphere is calm and chill. Their baked goods are always fresh and absolutely delicious without being overly sweet. The wontons were cooked to perfection and were flavorful. They also sell beverages, which we did not purchase. I will definitely visit again!

If I could bottle up the feeling of going here I would. The most wonderful owner, fantastic first experience with lots of yummy samples to try. It felt like I was family coming over for Xiao long bao and tea. There's no bakery I've experienced in Orlando that feels the way this one does honestly, highly recommend!

stopped here for lunch yesterday and loved it! very cute little place. the staff offers free samples of the baked goods when you come in, including a gluten free cookie. i got plum earl grey tea with almond milk and brown sugar boba, and it was delicious. i also got their chicken rice balls, which were also good (maybe would have liked a little more sauce). overall definitely suggest stopping by!

I can’t believe I’ve been missing out on this adorable bakery! Their cookies are so fresh and incredibly delicious. I really appreciate how much love and passion they put into their creations—you can truly taste it. Plus, they even offered samples, which was such a nice touch! I loved the vibe of the shop just as much as I loved the drinks and every cookie I brought home.

Meeting a friend at this place for lunch. The menu is diverse with lots of options to choose from. Drink menu was also interesting. There were boba tea, fruit tea, coffee, tea. The bakery selection was enormous, as if you are in the garden of pastries. Decorations were popping. The cashier was good to keep the customers engaged and provided samples of their pastries. They also provide cooking classes. Highly recommended

I went here for lunch and it was my first time trying it. I learned about soup dumplings and they are AWESOME!!! The flavor and texture of everything was so good. The curry chicken was nice and spicy but very flavorful. The people are super nice and the atmosphere is very welcoming. I'll be back there again because will those soup dumplings 🥰🥰

Phat Ash Bakes is a bakery in Winter Park, Florida that specializes in really good cookies! They are created from scratch with lots of love, and they come with a little bit of Jersey sass. The bakery updates their flavors weekly, so you're always sure to find something new and delicious.
Amazing all around! I have followed Phat Ash since they were doing pop ups at farmers markets and I am so happy they have their own store front now! The owners are so sweet and genuine, they’re always good vibes! The cookies don’t miss and the flavors are always so creative and delicious. Definitely some of the best cookies in Orlando!

BIG FAN! I’ve supported this dream team of small business owners since the pandemic and continue to devour their cookies. They have a special way of making their cookies stand out in a unique way and is so good, it’s hard to share with others. Highly recommend giving them a try, trust me, you’ll be back for more.
Faye — Google review
Phat Ash Bakes isn’t just a bakery, it’s an experience. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted like an old friend. The owners are incredibly warm, down-to-earth, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Every visit feels less like a transaction and more like catching up with friends over insanely good cookies. And let’s talk about the cookies: thick, gooey, creative masterpieces that somehow manage to taste even better than they look (and they look amazing). You can tell every flavor is crafted with care and love. They’re not afraid to experiment, and somehow, every combo they dream up is a hit. Between the delicious treats and the genuinely welcoming vibe, Phat Ash Bakes is the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. If you’re looking for a bakery that serves up both flavor and heart, this is it.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Everything about this place is great. The owners are so kind and extremely down to earth, and truly aim to please every guest. The atmosphere is super quaint and cozy. And the cookies …. THE COOKIES! I love the rotating menu each week and how creative Ash gets with her craft. The best cookies in town …. uniqueness, texture and flavors …. the absolute jam! When in O-town, treat yourself!
Nicole — Google review
The cookies here are all so so good and i love all the interesting flavors. One of the cookies I got was different from what i ordered, which is the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, but overall a really good experience.
Katherine B — Google review
I actually cannot rave about Phat Ash enough. Not only are these the thickest, most delicious, and most unique cookies you’ll ever have, but they’re made by the most amazing people. Ashley and Izzy have found a way to not only win our hearts with their cookies, but also the community they have created. And now they have the most charming storefront to bring it all down life!! If you know you know, and if you don’t know you need to take yourself to Phat Ash IMMEDIATELY!!!
Aayla P — Google review
Honestly. No other cookie compares. Many in Orlando try to duplicate but none could ever even come close to the magic that Ash & Izzy have created. And NOW they finally have a brick and mortar store? Gym memberships across Orlando are going to increase big time with this. Seriously- get every cookie.

One of the very best things about Cookies by Design is the amount of diffrent types of cookings they make. I have been sending Birthday Cookie Cakes to my daughter for her Birthday for years. They have always done a fantastic job. However last year I started sending my grandson one for his birthday. I wish I could find the picture of last year's. It was customized with Nascar. It blew me away how awesome it was. So this year I needed one last minute do to scheduling. My grandson is really into baseball .. The only way to have it that day was to pick it up vs delivery because I called after the cutoff time. It was worth the small drive!!

I've been inside the store and purchased single cookies before and recently I ordered 30 cookies as a part of a graduation party at my home. Thanks so much!!!

My mother wanted to have pretty cookies at her 60th birthday party, I flew in to Orlando and started my search for pretty cookies! I hit the jackpot when I called cookie cousins and she directed me to a local festival where the owner had a booth selling the most gorgeous cookies. Also where my sister meet a much needed chiropractor. Lol. The cookies were beautiful and taste divine! My mom was over the moon!
Yolanda M — Google review
This is the 3rd time I have purchased logo'd cookies from Cookie Cousins. I spoke to the young lady on the phone, which was very helpful and had a great attitude. We came up with a very cute design where the logo'd cookies would have a different color border for each to match the heart tag. Unfortunately when I picked up my cookies they all had a solid white border and when I questioned the young lady ringing me up. She said verbatim "yeah, no that would of taken too much time" to do the different colored borders. No apologies were given and her nonchalant attitude was highly unacceptable. I wish there was an alternative option to Cookie Cousins!

Cute place..very neat and clean. The custom sugar cookies are delicious! My daughter was hesitant about eating hers because she said it was too beautiful to eat..😀

I have nothing but the best things to say about Cookie Cousins! I recently took an extended weekend trip to Orlando with my fiancee for her 30th Birthday. We went to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios as she's a huge fan so I thought to myself I should accio a cake of equally awesome proportions for her 30th! I reached out to Cookie Cousins via their online ordering form to order the cake and included a fairly broad idea of what I wanted the cake to look like. As you can tell from the pictures, they absolutely knocked it out of the park with the design and the cookie cake itself (chocolate chip, duh) was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended to anyone looking for delicious cakes, especially those that look like they've come from beyond the muggle world. A+

Lisa is so kind! She is fast at communicating and is very thorough. I did a lot of research on competitors and ultimately decided to go with her. I am SO glad I did. She gave me the most beautiful first birthday cake for my daughter. I was more than impressed with her work and it was absolutely delicious too. The dark chocolate cake and chocolate buttercream was just devine. My husband loved the brown sugar cake as well. It was delicious but my heart loves chocolate the most haha. I’m uploading my inspiration picture and then hers. She even had the fairy modeled after my daughter. :’) working with her was a dream and I would 100% do it all over again AND in the future. She is truly talented and I’m thankful she delivered a piece of art, it was everything I dreamed of and more. Making my baby’s first birthday so memorable and beautiful.

The cookies here are surprisingly delicious, a bit pricey for the smaller size, but some of the best around. Would recommend!
CRed — Google review
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I was very disappointed with my recent experience at Great American Cookie. I had placed an order for a cookie cake and scheduled a pick-up time a full day in advance to ensure everything would be ready. I arrived at the store at 11:15 AM—15 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time—an was told it would be another 15 minutes before the cake was ready (which was to be expected). What was frustrating is that I didn’t receive my order until 12:10 PM—nearly an hour after I arrived and well over 40 minutes past the agreed-upon pick-up time. If scheduling an order ahead of time doesn’t guarantee timely service, then the system needs to be reevaluated. This experience was inconvenient and unprofessional, especially since I was relying on that timing for an event. I hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously and implements better organization or communication moving forward.
Bobby H — Google review
Stopped in to grab cookies and ice cream before the beach. Cookies were classic great American cookies- soft, chewy, perfect edges. This location gets the ingredients on the icing perfectly right too. Service was good and quick and pleasant. At this location, just ask! I like a classic M&M double doozie but try a custom doozie and use other flavors. My sis used the strawberry cookies for a double doozie and compared it to the perfect strawberry crème crunch ice cream bar but in cookie form.
