Park
Nature & Parks
Lake Eola Park is a vibrant city centerpiece offering a variety of activities for both visitors and locals. From leisurely walks or jogs around the lake to feeding the diverse waterfowl, there's something for everyone. The park also hosts a Sunday farmer's market and special events, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and entertainment. Additionally, visitors can rent swan-shaped paddleboats to explore the lake.
Did not get to spend the time I wanted to on this trip. When I finally found parking and walked over the first thing I heard was an announcement that lightening had been detected in the area and all swan boats needed to come in. Rats! I wanted to ride the swan boat. I have seen the devastation lightening does and I want no part of it. None. I snapped a few pictures and left but have plans to go back in two weeks and will write a more detailed review on my experience. The little I did get to see, I liked a lot. People walking their dogs, people walking holding hands, ducks and swans walking and swimming. Very pretty setting. Nice big trees to keep you cool in the heat (or to be struck by lightning, yikes!) Swan boats are $15 for 30 minutes (that’s a bargain). Must be rented 30 minutes before they close at 7:00 p.m. Parking was a challenge. Maybe I missed a parking lot but do not park where you shouldn’t or you will be fined. I’ll pass on that. More to come.

Lake Eola is one of those spots you gotta check out if you’re in downtown Orlando. The walk around the lake is just over a mile which is perfect for a quick jog, walk, or even just clearing your head. The fountain in the middle lights up beautifully at night, and if you’re feeling a little adventurous, you can rent one of the swan boats and cruise the lake for a different view of the city. Sundays are extra special with the farmer’s market with tons of local food, vendors, and chill vibes. You’ll find a Publix right across the street if you need a quick snack or drink, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, from pizza and burgers to more upscale spots. Whether you’re walking the dog, getting a morning run in, or just looking for some peace in the middle of downtown, so this is the place. Definitely worth the stop.

I love visiting the swans at Lake Eola! A beautiful place to walk around and enjoy some nature right in the middle of the city. There is a farmer's market here on Sundays which is also great.

First time and I must say it was a really nice experience. From the different small business stands to the bomb coffee and bomb food. The swans were so pretty. This is a nice market to visit for sure. I had thirsty husky coffee must try! & egg dos :) nice nature walk around lake as well. Dog friendly . If you havent been you must go!

I recently moved to downtown Orlando and Lake Eola Park has quickly become one of my favorite spots. The park has such a beautiful view, especially at night when everything is lit up it feels magical. There’s a nice trail to walk or jog around, with plenty of benches to sit and relax. I love watching all the ducks, swans, and wildlife, it makes the park feel so peaceful at the same time it’s the perfect place to clear your head, enjoy nature, or just take in the scenery. Definitely one of Orlando’s gems!

Want to go for a walk so after getting boba tea at Raretea. Walk over to Lake Eola for a stroll 🚶🏻‍♀️. Beautiful scenery with lot of 🦢 , 🦆 and even 🐢. Just be on the look out for they 💩 😝. The building was majestic under the bathing sun. Definitely a nice place to hangout. Too bad we didn’t see any 🦢/🦆 paddles ride. Hopefully next time we come back I get to ride it. The only downside to this park is the parking. Very limited unless you pay for parking. So if you do go. Go early 😆

Harry P. Leu Gardens is a 50-acre botanic garden and estate located on Lake Rowena, featuring a diverse array of flora including roses, camellias, cycads, azaleas, philodendrons, and bromeliads. The gardens offer free admission on the first Monday of every month from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
It's beautiful here! And the origami sculpture is fantastic - I tended to use that map to get around because it's smaller. There are nice big open spaces, wandering trails, and little tucked away hidden gardens, so put your exploring feet on. Of course, in the middle of the day in July it was hot hot hot, but still worth the walk around, and they sell ice cream inside the welcome building. Parking is in two "lobes" around the entrance area, and not a ton of it. Beautiful roses, tropicals, and even an arid garden with cacti, they do a good cross-section here. Don't miss the birdhouses around the trails - they're so cute! Made to look like our houses, there's a plantation mansion, everglades swamp house, even a little English thatched cottage. Super cute and worth looking out for.

Lovely place! It’s very big so please take the map to enjoy the full experience. You can walk around, it’s very peaceful and the coffee inside was actually pretty good. I enjoyed it. Bathrooms are pretty good too, they have one at the entry and another one in the gardens, in the Cottage area. Very clean. Lovely pictures!

WOW! Absolutely gorgeous. Over 15,000 square feet of lush gardens and fun activities for everyone. Definitely recommend the rose and tropical gardens! All of their gardens are beautiful and well-maintained by the staff and volunteers. We also enjoyed the tour of the homestead which I would highly recommend! They gave an incredible timeline and walkthrough of the home and history of the garden. Would absolutely go back and would recommend this to any travel-goers near the Orlando area!

I recommend this park! I love nature and walking. My husband invited me, but I didn't know where we were going. It was a warm autumn day. There weren't many people around. We walked for many hours, looking at the plants, relaxing on the benches, and talking. It's a shame the museum was closed that day. I love learning the history of the place I'm in, pieces of history about the lives of the people who lived there and created this place.
Tatiana D — Google review
Went here for a visit with my boyfriend, and at the time they were holding a themed scavenger hunt, which guided you through the park and led you to a treasure chest! Extremely beautiful place, all plants are labeled carefully and the terrain is not hard, so most levels of walkers/slow joggers can have fun here! There is some (avoidable) uphill incline and boarded walkways for those with accessibility/wheelchair concerns. Most areas are shaded and there is a beautiful, vintage styled rose garden with a fountain. Overall, all ages would find something to wonder at here. Admission is not extremely pricey, so make sure to check this out if you’re in the Orlando area!
Amanda A — Google review
Absolutely lovely garden filled with birds and butterflies. I felt this garden was inspiring and beautiful. I highly recommend!!! ❤️ Located just minutes from downtown Orlando, Harry P. Leu Gardens is truly a hidden gem and a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as I stepped through the gates, I was surrounded by a lush, tropical landscape that felt both calming and rejuvenating. The pathways wind through beautifully maintained gardens, each section offering something unique—from rose gardens bursting with color and fragrance to towering camellias and serene shaded areas under centuries-old oak trees draped in Spanish moss. I saw an incredible variety of birds during my walk, and butterflies flitted between the blooms, adding to the almost magical atmosphere. The gardens are well-labeled, so you can actually learn about the different species as you stroll, which made the experience even more engaging. The historic Leu House Museum is also worth a visit while you're there, giving you a glimpse into the area's history and the family that once lived on the property. Whether you're a plant lover, a photographer, or just looking for a quiet place to reflect, this garden is a must-visit. I left feeling relaxed, inspired, and connected to nature.

I recently visited Harry P Leu Gardens while searching for a possible location to host an outdoor event—and I was absolutely blown away by the beauty and tranquility of this place. From the moment you enter, you’re surrounded by lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and winding paths that seem to transport you out of the city and into a peaceful oasis. The gardens offer a variety of stunning settings for events, from expansive open lawns and romantic rose gardens to intimate shaded nooks under towering oaks and palms. Each space feels thoughtfully maintained and uniquely beautiful, offering flexibility for both large gatherings and more personal affairs. One of my favorite spots was the floral clock area—so picturesque and peaceful, with a perfect blend of sunlight and shade. The rose garden, with its charming arches and colorful blooms, would be an unforgettable backdrop for a wedding or vow renewal. Even the lakeside spots are serene, with reflections of trees dancing on the water and the occasional heron adding a touch of magic. The entire property has a calming energy. Despite being right in the heart of Orlando, it feels private, secluded, and ideal for a meaningful celebration. You can tell the staff take great pride in maintaining this natural sanctuary. If you’re planning a special outdoor event, I highly recommend touring Leu Gardens. It’s more than just a venue—it’s an experience.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Orlando, the Orange County Regional History Center is a captivating 5-story museum that invites visitors to explore Central Florida's rich and diverse history. Housed in a beautifully restored historic courthouse, this Smithsonian-affiliated gem offers an engaging journey through time, showcasing everything from prehistoric eras to modern-day life. With interactive exhibits designed for all ages and detailed dioramas illustrating daily life throughout the years, it’s an ideal spot for families looking to learn while having fun.
A gem of a museum in the heart of downtown Orlando! This museum was converted from the old courthouse and boats a small but incredibly well-done set of displays about local history, from the first people groups to recent developments of Orlando and the state of Florida. Admission was 8 dollars and well worth it - both for the experience and for preserving the museum. The facilities were organized, clean, and easy to navigate. The displays were lively, detailed, and creatively assembled. The staff was courteous and kind.
James V — Google review
It's a museum where you will find exhibitions in 3 different floors. You will have the opportunity to see the court hall and explore the history of Orlando. There's a small shop to get nice souvenirs and handmade items.
Diana G — Google review
I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, with very few people around, which made it feel quite serene. It’s an ideal place for families looking to spend quality time together without the usual crowds. I highly recommend this destination for those seeking a calm and enjoyable outing with their loved ones.

Good museum to learn about local history. Some parts are overwhelming with too much information. Would like to see more interactive displays. It's relatively inexpensive to enter. You can self tour or have a decent tour.

The Orange County Regional History Center is a welcoming, stimulating environment to learn all about Florida and Orlando history. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very lovely girl at the front desk who was very helpful, I think her name was Riley. The immersive and educational exhibits allowed me to learn more about the state I’ve been living in my whole life and the city I spend most of my time visiting. Recommend for individuals of all ages!
Naomi R — Google review
Wonderful local history museum with excellent staff. I had a lovely few hours here interacting with the exhibits and learning local history. The building itself is beautiful and the facilities, exhibits and common areas are kept immaculate. Orlando and surrounding areas have such rich history and I’m happy to see the dedication that this museum takes to preserve it.
Jason C — Google review
This building was actually a courthouse which got converted into a museum later. They have preserved one of the rooms in pristine condition as well. The staff was very polite and friendly. There's a lot of interactive exhibits that included the history of native Americans. A whole section dedicated to music as well. You should expect to spend around 2 hours over here.

Today I went on a guided tour in downtown Orlando’s regional history center. It is incredible to explore the places around you that offer so much historical insight. This five story museum presents local and regional history dating back to over 2,000 years. As a Florida local I found out so many interesting , informative and even exciting information as well as many contributions too Florida as we know today. This is great for all ages and they even have interactive opportunities for children. Our tour guide was also incredible and informative and provided a lot of knowledge! I wish I could remember her name but she’s pictured here. There is a wide selection of history too choose from whether it is African American history, Aviation, Destination tourism(Disney before and after), central Florida at war, courtroom, cattle industry, natural environment and so much more! The prices are fair as they offer discounted admissions on groups, adults, students and children. If you’re reading this and you’re intrigued about Central Floridas history this is a great place too start !

This was a wonderful experience. I grew up in Daytona going to Our Lady of Lourdes. The Basilica opened shortly after I went to college in Tampa and I have always wanted to visit here. Prayed to my mom and grandmother and the gift store is phenomenal

This was my first visit to the Basilica of the National Shrine for Mary Queen of the Universe. I will definitely return. The grounds were beautiful. The Mass was wonderful. What a treat that I saw someone from my home parrish of Nativity there.

This church left me breathless. I attended church on a Saturday evening with my family and just the choir alone brought tears to me eyes. Everything about it moved my heart. The people there were so kind. It was a beautiful service and after mass I bought a lot of souvenirs to share with my family back home.

Such a beautiful Basilica. I went to hear Felix Hell play the organ... And what an organ it is! Over 5,000 pipes, and such a powerful sound! One of the most beautiful concerts I've ever heard. The gift shop is also lovely, as is the museum and Pilgrimage Center. It's definitely worth taking a weekday afternoon to explore the grounds.

The church is very spacious and beautiful. Inside, there is a solemn atmosphere, and people attend mass devoutly. There is a souvenir shop where you can buy statues, pictures, and rosaries.

The Orlando Science Center is a renowned destination offering an array of interactive experiences for visitors of all ages. From hands-on exhibits and planetarium shows to 3D films and towering dinosaur skeletons, the center provides an engaging exploration of science and technology. Guests can immerse themselves in four floors of interactive science exhibits covering topics such as weather, engineering, and space. Additionally, live animal encounters and special limited engagement exhibits add to the diverse offerings at the center. The Dr.
Had a wonderful time today here. Loved the exhibits and interactive puzzles and displays. The nature feature was wonderful and loved to see the birds and animals they had. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The parking garage was very convenient with a bridge connected to the Museum. Everything was also wheelchair accessible, with a little wait at elevators. They have 2 elevators available for every level. Only down side was the cinadom, we watched “force of nature” and the screen was too dark and blurry and the sound was not great. During show I was constantly distracted by the lines of the screen. The show was very informative just wished I could have enjoyed watching it better.

We stopped for a couple of hours during a road trip and were able to explore most of the museum in that time. One floor is dedicated to toddler and preschool play areas, which we skipped since our kids are a bit older. Our 9-year-old especially loved *The Hive*, where she got to create a project using recycled cardboard. They offer two project options, but unfortunately, it's only available for older kids, which left our 6-year-old a little disappointed. Highlights for both kids included the interactive touch tank with live sea creatures—it was a big hit! Right next to it is a fun, digital kaleidoscope wall where kids can design their own colorful patterns. We found free (3-hour limit) street parking by the parking garage, which was super convenient. We also used our ASTC reciprocal membership for admission, which was a great perk. Overall, this is a fun and educational spot that's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

This is a very unique place. A gem for sure for children of many ages, they are constantly changing the exhibits keeping it very interesting for the kids and families alike They can do everything from birthday parties, events , weddings it gives you the opportunity to dine with the dinosaurs or dance under the stars. They also offer memberships. There’s so much stuff to look at everything from dinosaur exhibits, two play areas for the children, to movement and kinetic energy, weather, a cinema and a lot of hands-on activities, a great way to avoid the heat an amazing educational alternative.

The museum is very nice. We arrived at 2 pm and left right at closing time, enough time to see all the exhibits. Wanted to try The Coffee Spot but the line was huge and they closed at 3 pm ( museum closes at 5pm) . The food at the 4Roots Cafe was good, the bowls have a nice amount for one person ( I got the Small for $6 and some change) The museum is clean and organized. We will come back again! Also buy the tickets in advance for faster admission into the museum.

Went on a Sunday morning, family of 4 with a 1 yr old and a 6 yr old - there was so much for both of them to do! No wait for admissions. Free with ASTC membership. Great coffee shop & cafe with affordable quality food options and snacks for all. Can bring food/drinks with no problems. Large 4 floors of excitement! Parking is a cost $8-$12 for a day. Indoor playground with sections for toddlers and older kids ( over 4 yes) kinetics, super hero, water fun/splash etc plus a nice showing of iMax films in their theatre. Added bonus, cool gift shop! Would def come again if visiting Orlando area!

My grandkids mentioned how much fun they had when they went with their class on a school trip to the Science Center, so I decided to surprise them on our last day together! They had such a great time! There were some new exhibits, like the DC Super Heroes, and a few they didn’t get to see while they were on their school trip, so they enjoyed having a bit more freedom this time around to explore. It’s a wonderful place for both kids and adults with so much to see and do!

This museum must be in one of your to do list when you come to Orlando. Amazing experience, specially if you have kids with you. My husband and I don’t have kids, but we had a blast, truly loved it and learned a lot. There are a lot of interactive things to do.

This is a great spot to take younger kids, maybe even through younger teens. The building was 5 stories with an assortment of things on each floor. There was a really neat looking engineering project room for older kids on maybe the third floor. They had a water focused play area. A story time event focused on engineering followed by Lego building. A decent sized paleontology exhibit with a dig for little kids. They had a good sized 3 or 4 tier kids climbing enclosure area. A room with blocks, scarves and vacuum tubes. An orange grove with you oranges and almost a Rube Goldberg interactive machine, from picking oranges, to lifting screws, vacuum tubes, and an assortment of interactive machines. They also had a near little encased Rube Goldberg machine on the third floor or so in the central hallway / elevator area. ... And more, definitely one of the better science centers for kids that we have seen.

The Wells'Built Museum of African American History & Culture, located in downtown Orlando's Parramore District, was originally the Wells'Built Hotel. This historic hotel was established by Dr. William M. Wells to provide accommodation for African American travelers during a time when segregation prevented them from staying in mainstream hotels. The museum now features exhibits that highlight African American history, art, and culture. It also hosts live performances, community programs, and ghost tours.
Very welcoming museum with a great variety of exhibits. Katrice was a very good host and we were pleased to visit during Black History Month. We're from the UK and love to visit something so very American with a strong focus on social justice.

Must visit museum when in Orlando. So many artifacts and literature to view. Only wished they had more room to expand the materials. Upon entry, we were greeted by staff with a very informative introduction to the site. Only wished that the upstairs content was accessible. We'll be back next year. Hopefully, all areas will be ready.

Very great history lesson! The lady at the reception was more than kind to give me a fantastic guided tour. She did not have to do that but was most gracious to help! Thank you very, very much. Their local artist and tee shirt creator was also very cool to give me history lesson and share his life's philosophy, and share creative ideas. I highly highly recommend this place if you want to learn about what it was like to be in the South during the segregation era. If you saw the fantastic movie called the Green Book, you need to visit because you want to open your mind and open your door to curiosity!!! Thank you for your time and the lessons!!!

Loved this place! It's so interesting to learn the history of African Americans in Florida and the United States. The person who gave us the tour made presented the history and the future of the facility in a captivating way. I recommend everyone visit!

Visiting from Atlanta, I was excited to come visit Orlando's first black owned hotel for thorough history lesson on this place as well as to look at the artifacts. Was very disappointed that the hours of operation online were not true to the actual business hours. We even waited around for about 20 minutes to give them a chance to return. The doors were closed and locked with no details on when they would be returning. Drove all the way over here for nothing.

Very informative and welcoming visit to Well's. The first black owned hotel in Orlando listed in the Green book! There is much love and effort put into preserving this space & history. You can tell the space has great potential ahead with more support given.

Arrived at 12:30 on Friday Sept 12, 2025 to find the doors locked and no one around. There no signage and the little clock sign that says when folk will be back had no hands on the clock! The building looked as though it was under construction or the location was being moved. Sorely disappointed given it was one of the places I really wanted to visit during my trip to Orlando. I certainly hope the location can be redeemed. Please update the website. Best of luck.

SeaWorld Orlando is a renowned theme park in Orlando that offers an array of marine-themed attractions and shows. Visitors can enjoy thrilling rides like the Manta roller coaster and the Kraken Unleashed virtual reality roller coaster, as well as up-close encounters with dolphins, penguins, sea lions, and turtles. The park's killer whale show, One Ocean, provides insight into the majestic creatures' behaviors.
Oh my goodness! What a fabulous way to end family vacation! We went to hall-o-scream! So much to do in so little time! A staff member, Amanda (don't know her last name) was by the VIP area when we entered at 7pm on 10/12. She was EXTREMELY helpful and informative for a family that has never been to SeaWorld let alone Halloween SeaWorld. My daughter loved the roller coasters and I loved loved all the different scare areas. They did get everyone in our party to jump which was fabulous as we are a family of ghosts ghouls and goblins. The opening scene was beautifully put together and gave us chills. The monster show was gorgeous! I spent more tonight on Halloween attire than I did any other day of my trip and honestly completely worth it. All of my family (3 adults 2 teens) enjoyed it and it had something for all of us. We came down from Alaska for vacay and to look at areas to possibly move to and this was a last minute add in. For $45.99 I would go again if I could. Thank you for ending our week off from life with a great show!

We arrived on the Friday before Labor Day weekend. They open only 10.a.m. that day. Many people didn’t know, arrived much earlier and so there was a long line around the whole pick-up/drop-off area. But we made it into the park around 10.30h. So it was better that it looked at first. The three major shows are still good. The coaster rides are really thrilling. So not all of them are for the whole family. This might explain the surprisingly short wait times. I did not see anything over 30 minutes. Many rides were 10 min or under. Don’t go by the wait times in their App. Even their own staff at guest relations admit that the App is not reliable here. I only give the park four stars, since the organization lacks here and there. But overall we had a great time. I read reviews from people complaining about prices at the ticket booth. Well guys, your own fault. It is a known fact that these days at many places online booking saves money. I read complaints about their food prices. But the portions are big. And if you buy online tickets you get a voucher worth $20 per ticket for food without any extra costs. You can redeem it for food or merchandise. But you need to go to guest relations counter to receive it.

As soon as we hit the parking lot, things started costing. We had a three park pass and parking was supposed to be discounted- nope, $37.50. Then, we realized we didn't bring a hat (my bad) and ball caps started at $33- pass. We had hoped to ride the Sky Tower- nope, not running that day. We decided to go see the dolphin show and that was good and fun (and included in the admission). After the show, we went to grab some lunch. We saw that the Meal Deal was now $60 per person and decided to pass and get enough food to share between the two of us- that turned out to be $78!! I decided to try one of the rides (Journey To Atlantis, which stopped and shut down the last time we visited the park) and although I hardly waited to get on the ride, it seemed very rough and lackluster- disappointing. The orca show wasn't until late in the day (only two shows scheduled, the first beginning very shortly after the dolphin show we saw earlier. We would have had to hurry all the way across the park to see the orca show) and by now, the novelty was wearing thin. We went to see the penguin exhibit and that was ok. The interior temperature is kept at around 24° which ensures that people flow through fairly quickly. My wife has mobility issues and began to wear down, so we called it after about 4½ hours in the park. Our hotel is within view of the park and we went to kick back for a while. Shortly after we got to the room, we heard the thunder and knew that a lot of the park was being closed. By 5 pm, it was raining so hard, we could not see the park from our hotel window (which we assumed would have canceled the second Orca show). All this being said, we just don't see the best bang for the buck at this park (or ANY theme park anymore, for that matter) and we just don't see ever going back. Admittedly, we are older, but our main issue/complaint is the sheer expense of it all. We hit several parks in 2025 and I think it's safe to say that we're done with amusement and theme parks. SeaWorld has really slipped over the years, but charges more and we're just done.

Beautiful place. Not very long waiting times for rides even on a weekend. If you don’t like rollercoasters or go with elderly people/small kids they have a lot more to see. Great for going with family. It has more animals and shows than I expected; I was surprised with the amount of activities to do. Will definitely go again.
Yoly C — Google review
We loved all the exhibits and aquariums they had. My daughter especially loved petting the stingrays experience. The ritas inside was also delicious. There wasnt waits but it was a weekday and it rained so all the rides shut down sadly. We still had fun ultimately though

We had a great time at SeaWorld. I had no idea they had rides. We ended up with a 2nd day free because it rained and the Vacation booth gave us tickets for free admission the next day. I thought that was really nice. Also we got tickets in advance with groupon included a free meal so that was another plus. But we enjoyed our visit to SeaWorld and will be back. The Orca Show was so much fun.

Everything always wonderful. I believe they don't overpush like Universal does around halloween. Its packed enough. The good enough where its not annoying..if that makes sense. They ppl are definitely kinder then disney. And are not so anal..about certain rules. Its more of a relaxing atmosphere. So u can enjoy all of it

Discovery Cove is a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of popular Orlando theme parks. This all-inclusive park offers an exclusive opportunity to swim with dolphins, snorkel with thousands of tropical fish at The Grand Reef, and hand-feed exotic birds while learning about them from knowledgeable staff. It's a family-friendly destination where visitors can also enjoy a lazy river, bird feeding, and encounters with rays.
Discovery Cove in Orlando is an absolute paradise! From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’ve stepped into a tropical getaway. The park is beautiful, clean, and so well organized, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your experience special. Swimming with dolphins was the highlight of the day—an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime moment. The lazy river, snorkeling in the Grand Reef, and floating through the lush landscapes made the whole experience relaxing yet full of adventure. The animals are well cared for, and the encounters feel natural and respectful. What really stood out is that everything is included—meals, snacks, and drinks all day—so you never have to worry about anything except enjoying yourself. The food and drinks were much better than I expected for a theme park, and having everything taken care of made the day stress-free. It truly feels like an all-inclusive resort right in the heart of Orlando. Whether you’re with family, friends, or on a couples’ trip, Discovery Cove is worth every penny. It’s peaceful, unique, and unlike any other park in the area.

We went to Discovery Cove this past March and swam with the dolphins. It was a fun experience, one like no other. We also witnessed a flamingo parade and went on the river rapids ride, which was fantastic. There's a few other minor things to do there, such as snorkeling in the reef, but it was a cold day and we didn't do too much. The snorkeling was already next to the shark and manta ray pool, which we had seen. There was free food and meals with your purchase of a ticket. While this was a great adventure, I thought the price was very steep and you have to pay more for different encounters. It was worth it for the dolphin encounter, but I'm not sure if I will go back for awhile, because other than the dolphin encounter and river rapids ride (at your own pace), there isn't a whole lot to do here. We arrived when it opened and was out by 1 or 2 PM, having done everything we could and been satisfied. I honestly wish there was more to do here, and more for your money. I understand that we get the free food with the purchase, but I feel they need more attractions to make the stay better. What they do have is unique and awesome, but I probably won't go back for awhile after checking off "swimming with the dolphins" on my bucket list, simply because it was expensive. I recommend going once, but it's not a place I would invest money in continuously. If you do decide to go, buy tickets early on and be there early to make a reservation to swim with the dolphins because people lineup as it opens and it's first come and first serve.

Such a fun experience here! Definitely recommend the dolphin swim! We were able to meet Calypso, and she was an amazing dolphin! They let you hold onto the dolphin and they will pull you while they swim! The grand reef is amazing! It is so fun to swim and look at the fish and stingrays below you, and you can do it for as long as you like! They have a super nice lazy river you can either swim in or use floaters. Also the all you can eat is great! It’s not the most amazing food ever, (its just like normal amusement park food) but its very nice since your walking and swimming all day. We had so much fun being able to relax that we decided to buy another day to come back! Luckily they do 50% discounts if you buy tickets to come back within 7 days! The only dislikes I had were employees were 50/50 if they were going to be kind or not. I had lots of great interactions with the guy behind the pizza counter, reception, and dolphin trainers. Everyone else was kind of horrible honestly. It’s like they just assumed you should know how to do everything and gave horrible attitudes to those who even dared to ask questions. I get being in a job dealing with customers is hard, but to act like this to everyone is pretty ridiculous. Everyone that had interactions with these employees seemed super upset when they were done. This is supposed to be a fun experience so this was a little disheartening. Also this place charges a LOT for anything. Dolphin photos were $280 just for a digital copy which is a USB and an email. I really wanted these photos so I did it, but i think its silly they charge that. I would also recommend buying a waterproof lanyard that you can put your phone in before coming here. I didn’t realize they let you do that until I saw others with one. I went to buy one and they charge $40 just for one. I got one because I really wanted to take photos and videos of the grand reef because it’s just so cool to look back on. I would just recommend bringing your own from a different company. Either way we still had a good time and cant wait to come back again!

This is a magical place to visit, we did two days here and I do not have one complaint! Let’s start with our Deep Sea Dive that was led by Robert B. who we also met during the shark feeding session.Robert’s energy and passion for his job truly shines when he is talking about the animals or underwater signaling and writing, he truly made the adventure that much better and we hope to get him in the future! The Deep Sea Dive was really neat not only bc you got to see all the fish up close and personal but they also take you over to the shark area and it feels like you are face to face, the Nurse sharks are a thing of beauty when you get to see them close up! Highly recommend you do this add on! The Grand Reef snorkeling was where we spent most of our day, it’s the coolest thing to have all these rays glide by you and your able to touch the top of them ( if you do the deep sea dive you can touch their underside and they are soft!!!!!) The Aviary was an oasis of its own, birds landing on you and flying over head. The sound of waterfalls and mist all around you, it truly feels like a little jungle! The lazy river was nice and long and it was neat how it went through the bird sections and then you go through waterfalls that keep the birds from going through. We didn’t do the Dolphin Experience but after the multiple shows we watched I do think it’s worth the extra money if you are a dolphin lover! Every inch of this park is done up in the jungle oasis theme, no shortcuts were taken! We were amazed by everything. The food was fine, nothing special but definitely not bad as others wrote on their reviews, it’s free so your not getting steak :) Snacks were great for on the go in between areas and stations are everywhere :) We did the 3 park Ultimate pass that included Seaworld(loved) and Bush Gardens in Tampa (did not love, very rude employees) I wish we had time do Aquatica (3rd park) but sadly we didn’t. Everything went smoothly with the pass we received from Discovery Cove, this pass also included our parking for each of the parks. We couldn’t have asked for a more satisfying vacation and we cannot wait to come back and visit Discovery Cove again!!!!

My third time 😊 I wouldn't do a Florida holiday and not spend a day here. My sisters first time and she absolutely loved everything too. Breakfast, lunch, drinks and snacks included. Dolphin swim great fun and informative, you can tell they really care and look after their animals. Snorkeling is fantastic, you can spend all day just floating with the fishies. The aviary is fun too, feeding the birdies and having them on your shoulder. We spent alot of the afternoon simply floating about the lazy River. You can easily spend all day here and just enjoy yourself. Recommend 100% as a great day out.

Great place to go for the day!! Kids would love it! Breakfast and lunch was included in the price! The drink package was great and I don't drink! LOL. Swim with the dolphins and watched the flamingo parade! Got to try the lazy river when you go! Make sure you DON'T bring fins!! I didn't read the fine print. Your mask and snorkel is fine. The day bed was great. Food was good.

This was a 50 year old bucket list Completed! I swam with Calypso OMG she's beautiful. She had been in hiding for days then came out for my daughter and I to pet then she swam away to hide oncemore. We felt so special to be able to join her and her friends... Absolutely amazing. I have never snorkled before now im an addict. I must move out of the 🏜 to the ocean!! Good people, to be truthful I was amazed at the quality of all you can eat food and drinks. Even have some free alcohol but the 50$ all you can drink pass was so worth it!!! She would male them week or strong. The pineapple freeze is a must...... The birds they were so fun and one tried to eat my hair lol.

We spent a day here with family and had a jam packed, delightful experience. It is beautiful and there are ample facilities and space wherever you go. They keep restrooms and changing areas very clean, there are lockers and everything you need for the day, including sunscreen, towels, snorkel gear and wet suits. There are lifeguards and staff everywhere, plus you can see the dolphins, flamingos, otters, stingrays, fish, sharks, birds, and other animals without paying anything extra. The food is decent and there is plenty available, along with beverages and snacks all day long. We would definitely go again.

Step back in time and immerse yourself in the tragic story of the Titanic at "Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition." This museum showcases over 300 original artifacts recovered from the wreck site, along with full-scale room recreations and costumed actors that bring history to life. Upon entry, guests receive a replica boarding pass and embark on a chronological journey through the ship's life.
Decided to go after the mixed reviews for the gala dinner and glad that we did. Worth every penny. The actors we deep into their role with mixed entertainment of comedy and sad moments. Museum portion worth the exploration if you like to read about the history. Food was good. We also rewatched the movie before going so it was easier to take all in.

Every room felt like a different part of the ship, and the atmosphere was so nostalgic and detailed. I loved reading about the passengers and seeing all the original artifacts—it really brings history to life. This is such a fun and different activity to do in Orlando, especially if you’re looking for something beyond the usual theme parks. I truly enjoyed every minute of it and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

So fun. I love titanic and learning all about it so I loved the experience. Student discount price. Went on a Thursday and u was the only guest there. There were some workers walking around dressed up as passengers and in character so that was so fun. So many artifacts to look at. Layout was so fun with recreated rooms. Could take pictures except in front of the staircase where there was a photographer to capture a photo but it normally costs money. I was able to get a free photo by signing up for the app. Fun little gift shop at the end too!

The ONLY negative was waiting for certain areas to be accessed. Great presentation. Did learn quite a bit. Was not impressed with the drink selections (adult or otherwise). Some people's food (steak) was completely unacceptable where mine was perfect. ALL of the performers were well versed and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this dinner and show.

Nice birthday getaway. Great company. Actors is great abd approachable. You don't need to do the exhibition if you are doing the dinner gala. Bring a shawl as the iceberg room and the one before it is cold.

One of my most favorite places to visit while on holiday, from the artifacts to the grand staircase to the wonderful actor who plays his character so well on informing us of so much we didn't know regarding the Titanic. It was emotional and very well put together. I would definitely recommend this for a place to spend a few hours. Absolutely beautiful ❤️ I've only posted a few photos as I don't want to ruin the experience for others.

We Had a stellar visit at the exhibit. It's amazing to see the history behind the funding and building of the ship. It's story is beyond belief. To think that so many people thought so highly of It's grandeur without one shadow of doubt in their minds. To put so much trust in man-made ships in that era was mind boggling to witness 2nd hand. This exhibit immerses you in the experience. You walk in and are handed a boarding pass which has an actual passenger name and details. Make sure you take the time to see what became of them. (Whether they survived or not). It was neat to bear witness to preserved artifacts and replicas of certain aspects of the ship. To see and feel an inkling of what those passengers experienced is a must! The difference in not only the service they received but the materials used in the different traveling classes and levels was crazy! The food menus, the China, even the flooring and tile. Can you imagine not having a bathroom in your cabin? Hop aboard the Titanic in Orlando and just get a small glimpse of what daily life was like in that time frame!

Very nice museum with plenty of history and artifacts for a tragic time. Would be great to know in advance of special events where the museum is closed to the public, purchased tickets online and arrived same day only to find out we had to wait 2 hrs for the private tour to complete. Not everyone can manage unexpected changes like that.

Upon entering the center, visitors are greeted by a magnificent staircase and ambient lighting that sets the stage for an immersive arts experience.
This is a spectacular place to experience great shows, musicals, concerts etc. I was able to watch the Nutcracker ballet. The quality of service fits the extravagance of the venue. The volunteers and staff were helpful from the valet, ticket center, check-in, and the lovely lady at the security. I couldn’t get enough of how modern/contemporary the venue is. It’s truly breathtaking! We were seated in the balcony and were still able to have a great view of the show. Comfy seats, clean space and beautiful decor. I already mapped out more shows to view for 2025.

Such a beautiful collection of performance halls: and convenient location as well. Management is top notch and the place is run very well: no surprise coming from a Devos Family foundation. Wonderful people breed wonderful results. We just saw The Lion King Broadway musical. Others have included: Lindsey Stirling, Aladdin, Wicked, and more. We love going here every few months for a great show! :)
Turbo O — Google review
I appreciate Dr. Phillips as a venue, but their policies and staff training really need improvement. During my visit, people arrived nearly 40 minutes late and were still allowed to claim front-row seats, which disrupted the entire performance. With so many empty seats available, this should have been handled much better. Additionally, the concession prices are extremely high for what’s offered. A few changes in how seating is managed and a fairer approach to concessions would make the experience far more enjoyable and respectful to guests.
Tchello_Thor — Google review
We have been here quite a few times. Every site we have seen there has been amazing. The seats are comfortable there enough room to move by people to get to your seat. The food and drinks are a little pricey. But all in all it's a great place to see shows.
Jill L — Google review
Been here multiple times for musicals, concerts and plays. One common pain point each time is the concession lines are unnecessarily long. Only two lines for a capacity of 2,700 for the walt disney theater. Merch is the same, only one line. Anyway youre not really coming to these places for food and drinks. Stage acoustics and lighting are top notch. Great views all around.

Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. Prepaid for valet parking was very easy to pull up, get a ticket, and be scanned in. Valet is literally right at the doors, so there no need to walk anywhere. Tickets opened a little early, and entry was quick and simple. Stunning lobby, with masks on display from the show, which was nice. Love all the natural light that shines through the windows. The merch table was nicely tucked away but simple and easy to get to and purchase from. The bar/concession stand had a nice variety of snacks and drinks. Had the Grub juice ($10), which was a specialty drink for the show, which was delicious. Absolutely loved the ease of ordering for both the beginning of the show and intermission. When intermission happened, it was very easy and quick to grab my snacks and drink and return to my seat, with no line at all for me. I got the charcuterie snack box, which was loaded for the price ($13), 2 different meats, 2 different cheese, a handful of grapes, and 3 different crackers (2 of each) and a nice jam, was perfect for a nice quick snack at intermission. The bathrooms were immaculate and so pretty for bathrooms. The seats were nicely cushioned, though I did feel a bit on top of each other if you were on the bigger side as I am. The sound quality was amazing. The staff from entrance to bartenders to ushers were absolutely amazing, informative, friendly, and helpful. Got the surprise of a free 15min Q&A with some of the cast and crew at the end of the show. Tonight we got Pumbaa, Shenzi and one of the athletic trainers. At the end it was simple to hand my ticket to valet and have my car brought right to me. Definitely worse the few more bucks than walking to my car, especially since I was by myself and it was 11pm when we finally came out. As I said from beginning to end an absolute amazing night put on by an amazing facility and staff!
Brittney P — Google review
The venue is lovely and the show was well done. However, everything about the operations of this facility are severely lacking. We were repeatedly directed to the wrong theater and spent 45 minutes waiting in the wrong area after showing our tickets to multiple people working there and all assured us we were in the right area only to have to rush over the other side of the venue minutes before the show started. We collected more people in our scramble to the other side of the facility, so we were not the only ones given completely wrong information. Once in the correct theater, the usher wanted us to walk around to a different section be seated, then turned around and redirected us to our seats, two seats over from where we started this conversation. No one working there seemed knowledgeable about what was happening around them. We also used their valet service where no one was directing customers that there were 2 lines and there was no order to be seen. My car was returned smelling so heavily of marijuana it triggered my asthma before we made it the end of the street. This was very disappointing for our first visit to this venue and completely unexpected for something that tries to promote itself as a high end experience. Signs and proper communication could go a long way. As mentioned by numerous other reviews - the issues started with their terrible ticketing site. TLDR: The show - 5 stars, Everything controlled by Dr. Phillips Center - trash
Jessica S — Google review
My child was extremely excited to go on a field trip here with his classmates (4th and 5th grade) until the excitement became SHOCK at how the ushers and staff treated the teachers and students in such a manner of COMPLETE DISRESPECT. The children LOVED the performance and the theatre but all said that the customer service experience should get 0 stars. Most of the staff were so kind, and very polite and welcoming to the children- but it only takes a few bad apples to ruin the bunch. Teachers have enough on their plate to keep all of these kids at bay and together and respectful to the theatre, let alone dealing with this extra layer. They were all in dismay at how certain members of the staff were literally yelling at the students and teachers in a such a rude and harsh way. Way to set an example. The ushers were rude, got in teachers faces, and literally were putting their hands on children pushing them to move forward to their seats. They were so rude, touchy and pushy with many of the students which in NO WAY is appropriate. The ushers split up the school students on each side of the theatre- and the teacher tried to explain the two different grade levels got split up but they needed to all sit together (per school code and compliance rules for field trips and number of chaperones) and the usher said he DIDNT CARE. Then began to talk behind the teachers back to the other ushers (upon which all the students heard). Based on the complaint threads I'm reading below it seems the same ushers have been doing this, with complaints, and yet the center still has them staffed and is making what should be an incredible experience for all....one that is not to be forgotten in a negative manner. For such a well known, well respected, beautiful venue, with really a wonderful message to tell in it's performace- how can you let all of your performers down by allowing this type of negligent behavior for some of your staff? What are you planning on doing about this staff behavior CFPA?

St. James Catholic Cathedral in Orlando holds a significant place in the city's history and serves as a spiritual haven for both locals and tourists. The cathedral boasts a beautiful blend of traditional and modern architecture, with meticulously crafted details that greet visitors upon arrival. Inside, the atmosphere is serene, adorned with exquisite stained glass windows and intricate woodwork, creating an ideal setting for prayer and reflection. Situated in Orlando's central business district, St.
This is an old church but was renovated in the 1970s. I am usually not a fan of 70s style churches, but this one is very nice. The new stained glass windows are incredible and 3 of the original windows are in the chapel. The mass was solemn and we were made to feel welcome when we arrived early to look around. We didn't find parking on the premises but there was metered parking on the street.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Welcoming, Uplifting, and Truly Special My husband and I received our Confirmation this past Sunday at Saint James Cathedral, and it was an experience we’ll never forget. We arrived a little early, and as we were walking in, about four priests were coming in at the same time. To our surprise, they immediately started talking with us—warm, casual, and genuinely kind. Every one of them shook my husband’s hand and made us feel like we truly belonged. I actually asked my husband if he knew them from somewhere because they were just that friendly. He said, “No—but they’re amazing!” They spoke both English and Spanish, were approachable, and made everyone feel seen and welcomed. We were confirmed by the Bishop, which was such a blessing. And although many Catholic churches were represented that day, we want to give a special shoutout to Father Peter from Holy Family Catholic Church, who is our parish priest. He is exceptional—his presence always brings peace and joy. Saint James Cathedral is not only beautiful but filled with warmth and community. We felt truly embraced, and we’re so grateful to have shared such a meaningful moment there.

Very nice, old church. Actually, as far as I know, and locals confirmed, it was quite recently renovated (like 50 years ago, or so) and they did a great job. It still has some original windows. Overall impression is very good.

I love St. James Cathedral. I work near by, and when I'm able to leave early, I head over there. They have weekday Holy Adoration 7am- 12pm. Confession 11:30am - 12pm, And Holy Mass at 12:10pm. And they have a store that closes at 2pm. They have everything you need.

I had a delightful experience visiting this place while in Orlando. Although I did not enter the cathedral, I just admired this beautiful Romanesque-style architecture from the outside. The exquisite stained glass windows depicting Jesus Christ's life was truly captivating. There is a small parking lot as well as street parking. Highly recommended for architecture and art enthusiasts!

We've had plots here for decades. Recently, we had an issue that required assistance from the staff after a storm. We contacted Olga and she was so responsive. We had items that required removal from our parents grave and they addressed the issues immediately. She followed up with as well and gave us valuable information unrelated to the items. City Hall in Orlando made history by hosting a mass marriage ceremony on its steps, following the breakdown of state battles against gay marriage approval. Mayor Buddy Dyer and Commissioner Patty Sheehan led the ceremony, which proceeded smoothly except for one heckler who was silenced. The event marked a significant moment, especially after the Supreme Court decision that halted state-by-state bans on same-sex marriage. This celebration of love became a symbol of progress and inclusivity.

That's what I would be doing, getting Mr. Cuomo to spend time rubbing off some of that Precision Democrat power before he gets too old. Just saying ... He still has Ringer Power to hit massive projects out of the park, while keeping environmentalist happy. Ha, I took a minute to think about this and added this edit... Such a fun experience at the wax museum in Orlando! The figures are so realistic — it feels like you’re standing next to real celebrities. I loved taking pictures with my favorite stars, and the themed areas are amazing! Perfect for families or friends, and great for unforgettable photos. Definitely worth a visit! 📸✨

Fun place to visit. I took a lot of pictures throughout on my own. There are models of superheroes, movie actors, singers, and sports players. It was a long passage of models, so you definitely get your money's worth. I just wish there was more to it. It's a tunnel of a lot of models, but it would be nice to see more, or maybe get a deeper history lesson on the particular models. Still a fun place to stop if you get the chance. I got in for free with my teacher's Merlin pass, so look at your options before you pay the full price. Kids will enjoy coming here and seeing the models.

We really enjoyed our time at the Kennedy space center. We wished we were there for a launch. People were very friendly I think we could have done two days there. There is a lot to see. I definitely recommend downloading the app so you can get reservations for the vr experience. An amazing place packed full of history and exhibits. It's always been a place that's I've wanted to visit growing up, and it did not disappoint. Before the trip I booked and paid for the KSC tour, and it was 100% worth the $26 to go on it. There's a private bus that takes you to the launch sites and the area outside the shuttle assembly point that you don't get on the normal tour. We had a brilliant and knowledgeable tour guide that talked through everything whilst on the tour. The gift shop is large and has loads of brilliant gifts and souvenirs. They have all the patches of every launch on sale as well.

Took the day to explore this place and still did not see everything. I took someone's suggestion and reserving the bus that takes you yo the other side where you cannot drive yourself too and I went early. Made it back in time to explore the Atlantis! That was lots of fun especially taking a ride in the simulator. I don't like adventure rides bit I took a chance with that one. It was ok. I actually expected more but that's probably after hearing the details of how it is on an actual rocket take off. Haha For every exhibition you visit they take your picture. I swear I wasn't going to get any but that swear couldn't hold up when I got to the space center and the Atlantis... They did a good job! Parking was $10 . I paid $62 to skip the line but I git there 30 minutes after opening so there wasn't any line plus it was on a Monday. Stay hydrated and have fun. The food prices are reasonable.

Our visit to the Kennedy Space Center went far beyond our expectations. We went as a family — me, my husband, my daughter, and my son-in-law — and spent an unforgettable day filled with wonder, learning, and pure excitement. Right from the entrance, you can feel the energy of the place — a blend of history, science, and human ambition. Seeing the massive rockets like the Saturn V and real space shuttles up close was simply surreal. Every exhibit is immersive, with sound tunnels, video projections, realistic models, and detailed mission history that truly make you feel part of the NASA story. The highlight for all of us was the space launch simulator — absolutely mind-blowing! You feel like you’re truly blasting off into space, complete with sound, movement, and vibration. It gave us a glimpse into the intensity astronauts face — thrilling, realistic, and totally fun. We honestly wanted to go again! We also visited the interactive museum, watched historic videos from the Apollo missions, saw real astronaut suits, original spacecraft capsules, and even touched real meteorite fragments. The experience is educational in the most engaging way — ideal for both adults and kids. The center also features space-themed restaurants, NASA gift shops, shaded outdoor areas, clean restrooms, and plenty of air-conditioned rest zones. Everything was well-maintained and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. One touching part of our visit was the Astronaut Memorial Hall, honoring those who gave their lives during space missions. It was a powerful reminder of the courage and sacrifice involved in pushing human limits. For us as a family, it was a perfect day — full of joy, amazement, and inspiration. We left with our hearts full, eyes wide open, and minds dreaming big. I highly recommend this place to everyone — whether you're a science lover or just curious about space, the Kennedy Space Center is an absolute must-visit! 🚀🌎✨💫

Hannibal Square is a historic district in Winter Park on New England Avenue two blocks west of Park Avenue, between Virginia and Pennsylvania Avenues. Winter Park sprang up around a railroad track laid in 1880 by the South Florida Railroad that connected Orlando to Sanford. Hannibal Square was founded in 1881 as an African-American community of laborers who built the town and worked as domestic servants to the areas wealthy families. The people who lived in Hannibal Square had educational opportunities, prosperity, and professional standing. The railroad tracks served as the dividing line in the town with whites living on the east side and blacks to the west. The Hannibal Square Heritage Center was created in 2007 by the Crealdé School of Art in partnership with the city of Winter Park. The museum was created to showcase the past, present, and future contributions of the African-American community. The museum displays their permanent exhibit, Heritage Collection: Photographs and Oral Histories of West Winter Park. The collection is 100 framed archival photographs of West Winter Park residents spanning the 20th century. Another museum exhibit is the Hannibal Square Time Line, documenting local and nation's events in the African-American community since the Emancipation Proclamation. In addition the museum hosts visiting rotating exhibitions that document the black experience. The current exhibit is social justice quilts created by the Charmettes Club and it is running until August 27th. The museum also offers historical walking tours. Admission to the Hannibal Square Heritage Center is free, You can do a self tour as I did or arrange for a guided tour. The museum is small but packed with history that shows love and pride for the community. I love a free history museum. There are a number of restaurants and other museums and attractions within walking distance of charming Hannibal Square.

The Jack Kerouac House, located in Orlando, Florida, holds great significance for literature enthusiasts. This was the final residence of the renowned writer and poet Jack Kerouac, where he penned his iconic work 'The Dharma Bums.' The house is now owned by the Friends of Jack Kerouac group and serves as a residency for writers under the Kerouac Project.
One of the most influential writers of his time and a harbinger of the Beat writers movement. He only lived in this house for a year, but during that time, he published On The Road, which served as the inspiration for the Beat movement. It's private property now, so please be vigilant.

While he's certainly not my favorite author, it's really cool that a fellow writer, this one famous, once lived in my 'hood. If you want to visit, park at Dollar Tree and walk for two-three minutes. Nowhere else to park. Every time I drive by or walk by, it's like a spiritual trip for me. I'll never get over it. It sucks that he only lived here two years, otherwise he might've known my grandfather. I was still cool that he wrote those two really boring books there, because they're famous. I couldn't even read them when I was in prison, and I had nothing else to read. Just because a book as a literary emerit doesn't make it GOOD. Hey Jack, you forgot to make it fun to read. Hunter will school him in heaven. ;) Seriously. I know they have a writer's program, so I'm not sure if you can go inside, and whenever I'm around there, I am usually too paranoid to find out, and I didn't see anything about it on the website but I may have been a little bent. Writer Jack Kerouac (1922-1969) lived and wrote in this 1920s tin-roofed house between 1957 and 1958. It was here that Kerouac received instant fame for publication of his bestselling book, On the Road, which brought him acclaim and controversy as the voice of The Beat Generation. The Beats followed a philosophy of self-reliance and self-expression. The unedited spontaneity of Kerouac's prose shocked traditional writers, yet it brought attention to a legion of emerging poets, musicians, and artists who lived outside the conventions of post-World War II America. Photographs show Kerouac in the house's back bedroom, with piles of pocket notebooks in which he scrawled thoughts and dreams while traveling. In April 1958, following completion of his follow-up novel, The Dharma Bums, and a play, the Beat Generation, Kerouac moved to Northport, New York. He died in 1969 at the age of 47. In 1996, author Bob Kealing discovered the house's significance while researching an article to mark Kerouac's 75th birthday. In 1998, The Kerouac Project established a retreat here for aspiring writers in tribute to him. In 2013, the house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

We started off our visit in the cafe with pizza. It was very good. Then we ventured on into the WonderWorks adventure. We did not get the pass to the arcade however there was plenty to do besides that. The little one enjoyed the second floor and all its interactive stations. And the 10-year old of course wanted to do the laser tag and the Rope course. Despite it being small it seemed to accommodate the people that were there okay. It was a nice adventure for a Saturday afternoon!

It was so much fun! I had a blast with the different activities and some of the games I got to play with my siblings. The ropes course was a lot of fun, laser tag was a lot of fun, the roller coaster simulation was a lot of fun as well as the gyroscope ride. Overall just a great time especially with family would highly recommend checking it out.

We went to Wonder-Works Orlando today. It was so much fun. There were roller coasters, soccer, electronic shooting, and rope adventures. There was something for all ages and stages. It was so relaxing. I couldn't play all of them in one day. 😀😀

This was such a cool interactive experience. I loved reading about fun facts in each exhibit. My group of four really enjoyed the simulations! I would absolutely visit again.

Cool place. Interactive amusement park with a scientific approach. My family and I were there on the weekend. There were a lot of kids on the weekend but no one waited in line. Everyone was having fun to the fullest. The staff was very friendly and involved. So many children and their parents visit this place! A huge thank you to the staff for dealing with such a large flow of people! My child really liked the large interactive sandbox; the touch screen where you have to hit the fruits. I liked the invisible piano, and the big screen where you have to shoot soft balls at attacking zombies. The room with the hurricane wind scared me a bit)

Our family had such a fun and memorable time at WonderWorks! From the moment we saw the upside-down building, we knew it was going to be something special. Inside, everything was hands-on and engaging — from the bed of nails to the bubble lab, space zone, and the ropes course. The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient with the kids, which made the experience even better. We spent several hours exploring and still didn’t get to everything! It’s the perfect mix of fun and learning, and a great way to beat the Florida heat since it’s all indoors and air-conditioned. Highly recommend going early in the day or on a weekday to avoid crowds. Overall, WonderWorks is a must-visit if you’re in Orlando with family — it’s interactive, educational, and packed with activities for all ages.

The whole family had a great time. The rope course and laser tag were a massive hit with our kid and the science exhibits were a lot of fun. Plan for a few hours and mostly standing as there is very little seating around the exhibits.

The Pulse Nightclub Memorial stands as a poignant tribute at the site of the former nightclub, where 49 lives were tragically lost on June 12, 2016. Nestled in Orlando's SoDo District, this interim memorial serves not only as a place for remembrance but also as a space for reflection and learning. Visitors often find themselves grappling with deep emotions while honoring those who perished and contemplating the ongoing issues surrounding violence and loss.
This is a powerful memorial. Love wins! Hate will never win.

Water & Amusement Parks
Universal Studios Florida is a sprawling amusement park in Orlando that offers an immersive experience into the world of Hollywood entertainment. The park features movie-themed rides, attractions, and entertainment that cater to visitors of all ages. From family-friendly adventures like Despicable Minion Mayhem to high-speed coasters like Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit and Revenge of the Mummy, there's something for everyone.
Visiting Universal Studios Florida was one of the most unforgettable experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment you walk through the gates, you can feel the energy, excitement, and attention to detail everywhere. The park is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of amazing attractions for every age and taste. The rides are absolutely incredible — especially The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which truly feels like stepping into another world. Every corner is so perfectly designed that you can’t help but be amazed. The Jurassic World VelociCoaster and Revenge of the Mummy are must-try attractions for thrill-seekers — fast, intense, and full of surprises. For something a bit more relaxed, the Minions and Simpsons areas are super fun and full of great photo spots. What really stood out to me was how friendly and professional the staff are. Everyone was smiling, helpful, and clearly happy to be there, which made the whole experience even better. The park also has plenty of food options, from quick snacks to full meals, and everything we tried was delicious. Prices are what you’d expect for a theme park, but the quality makes it worth it. I also loved how organized everything was — the lines move quickly, the mobile app helps a lot to plan your day, and the whole park feels safe and well managed. You can really tell they think of every little detail to make sure visitors have a great time. Universal Studios Florida is more than just a theme park — it’s a world of fun, fantasy, and pure joy. Whether you go with friends, family, or even on your own, you’ll have an amazing time. I can’t wait to go back!

Universal Studios Orlando was an unforgettable experience! One of the highlights of our visit was taking the Hogwarts Express between the two parks — not only was it convenient, but it also felt like we were truly part of the Wizarding World. The level of detail and storytelling on that ride alone was incredible. But hands down, my favorite attraction was Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. From the moment you step into the Gringotts Bank, you’re completely immersed in the world of Harry Potter. The animatronic goblins, the massive chandelier, the underground vaults — everything was so well designed, it honestly felt like we were in the movie. The ride itself was thrilling, and the entire experience had us in awe from start to finish. We also spent a lot of time wandering through Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade, both packed with amazing details and great photo ops. The theming is next-level — from the moving portraits and magical shop windows to the sound effects and music, everything was spot on. We couldn’t leave without picking up a ton of souvenirs from the gift shops — wands, house scarves, chocolate frogs, and other fun Harry Potter merchandise for the whole family. If you're a Harry Potter fan, this is a must-visit. Even if you're not, the creativity, immersion, and overall fun at Universal are more than enough to make it an incredible day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Universal Studios Florida – The Place to Be for Halloween Horror Nights Universal Studios Florida is an amazing place to visit year-round, but it truly shines during Halloween Horror Nights. The atmosphere, creativity, and overall experience are unmatched. Every year, Universal seems to raise the bar, and lately, it’s safe to say they’ve really stepped it up — in fact, I’d say they’ve even surpassed Disney when it comes to entertainment and immersive events. If you’re visiting during Halloween Horror Nights, I can’t recommend the Express Pass enough. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but it’s absolutely worth it. The amount of time you save and the number of attractions you’re able to enjoy make it a smart investment, especially for those who want to experience everything in one night. Another great option is the Early Admission Pass, which gives you a huge advantage by letting you enter before the main crowds — perfect if you’re not planning on getting the Express Pass. The park itself looks incredible at night, and the themed houses and scare zones are done with incredible detail. You can tell how much work and passion the Universal team puts into creating an unforgettable experience. The food, the entertainment, and the staff all contribute to that perfect Halloween atmosphere. The only downside is that a few of the older rides could use some modernization. While the park continues to improve and evolve, updating some attractions would make the experience even better. Still, Universal is clearly heading in the right direction, and their commitment to enhancing the guest experience is easy to see. Overall, Universal Studios Florida delivers an unforgettable time — especially during Halloween season. Between the creativity, organization, and pure fun, it’s worth every penny. Highly recommend visiting, and if you’re going during Horror Nights, definitely plan ahead and take advantage of those passes!

I’ve visited the Universal resort multiple times and have always come away with incredible memories. Parking is always easy enough and the walkways to CityWalk are well marshalled/sign posted. Wait times for rides massively vary based on time of day and public holidays (I recommend an early start and going as far from the entrance of each park, then working your way back). You can get lightening passes but it does expensive for a group. There’s plenty of live shows and character meet and greets, some highlights for me being meeting the Transformers and watching The Blues Brothers perform. The jewel in the crown is undoubtedly ’Harry Potter’, such a magical experience for little ones, there’s two sections spread across Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, connected by a Hogwarts express. The Simpsons ‘Springfield’ is really fun too, I enjoyed a pint of Duff in Moe’s. The facilities are generally really good, you’re never far from food/drink and you can avoid long waits by using the app (be sure to try a giant Turkey Leg… yummy!). The parks are kept clean. I recommend the nighttime show, which includes fireworks, a drone and fountain display with characters and music from Universal movies such as Back To The Future, Jaws, Jurassic Park, Transformers, Ghostbusters and Harry Potter.

It was awesome, did the day pass for the day and the Halloween horror night for the evening. It really wasn't as busy as what I was thinking and what I've always heard from people. Got on the attractions fairly quickly without having to have a fast pass the park was nice and clean and actually people were pretty well behaved . Definitely will be going back with more of an extended stay and explore the other parks

A magical place that truly captures the spirit of Orlando! Our visit to Universal CityWalk Orlando was absolutely unforgettable. From the very first moment we stepped in, we were surrounded by vibrant colors, music, and an incredible atmosphere that instantly puts you in a great mood. The area is beautifully designed — full of energy, lights, and excitement, yet still feels very safe and comfortable to explore. There are so many amazing restaurants to choose from — each offering something unique, from delicious American classics to international cuisine. We stopped for dinner, enjoyed great service, and loved how every place had its own style and personality. The shops are also fun to browse through — perfect for finding souvenirs or just taking a stroll and people-watching. What makes CityWalk so special is its combination of entertainment and relaxation. You can enjoy live music, take stunning photos by the water, grab a drink, or simply walk around soaking in the lively vibe. Everything feels festive, friendly, and full of joy. It’s the perfect place to spend the evening after a day in the Universal parks — a smooth transition from adventure to atmosphere. We stayed for hours just walking around, laughing, and taking in the lights. It really feels like a celebration of life — a must-visit spot for anyone coming to Orlando. We’ll definitely be back again — CityWalk is one of those places that never gets old!

I’ve been to Universal numerous times now and each time is a blast, always leaving with new memories. Best part is Harry Potter, the details they put into creating the theme park is incredible & very nostalgic for me. From someone who watches the movies every year around the holidays and then being able to step into the wizarding world myself is magical! TIP: Take a family picture somewhere in the wizarding world and have the live option on, then go into the settings for that picture and put it on a loop - now it’s a moving picture, just like how the pictures are done in Harry Potter! Overall, expensive park but completely worth it if haven’t you been!

A great place for family, friends and kids! So much fun walking around, thrilling rides and much more! At the end of the day you will be drained but the kids want to continue! Even having express pass really doesn’t help much because that also has wait times but compared to the regular ones it’s much better! We absolutely had a great time !

Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is a thrilling destination for families and adventure seekers alike. The park offers a variety of attractions, including slides, a kids' splash area, and a swimming area with ocean-like swells. Visitors can dive into the wreckage of a fictional whirlwind storm and enjoy raft rides like the 400-foot water coaster or the exhilarating Humunga Kowabunga slide.
The water park was so much fun. The rides are tropical themed, well done, and had short wait times. The lazy river and wave pool were also excellent. We got a beachcomber’s shack and the experience was outstanding. JR and Brandon’s customer service was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and they went the extra mile to ensure our family had a great time. Thank you!

Spent a day here and it was awesome. If you just wanna chill then you can hang in the lazy river to relax and cool off. They have waterslides with tubes and some you just lay on your back. Make sure to bring sunscreen!

We had a great time during our first visit to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. The water park is the smalled we have ever been too, which felt cozy and easier to navigate. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of family rides, since it allowed us to make more memories with the kids. Complimentary towels available at the shop. The wave pool was lots of fun, but it can be a bit too strong for littles, so beware. We ended up losing one of the kids' shoe, and getting a few knee scrapes, which added to fun lol We ended up visiting the first aid office, and we were very happy with the attention we received by the nurse on staff. The food was hands down the best we've tried at any Disney Park, which was another amazing surprise. We tried the burgers and rice with shrimp (forgot the item name), and everything was so delicious. We will definitely visit again and again, we loved our first visit.

Great experience. Short lines for attractions now in October. Family friendly and lots attractions for solo riders. The best attraction by far doesn't have a line and it's the wave pool with those tsunami-like waves. The crushers were very good as well. Not the most thrilling water park I've been to. But certainly one of the most charming ones to have a pleasant day. Perfect combination I would say, for all kind of people

Had an amazing day here mostly relaxed the wave machine is immense. I would however caution entering if you are at all unsteady on your feet. The waves are powerful even in the shallow part of the attraction. The lazy river was amazing and the kids really enjoyed all the slides and attractions. Even though the park was closed early due to a very intense thunderstorm it was completely worth the visit. We hired a cabana and the service was great.

Great water park to return to,easy to relax and take in the sun with some big waves that will take you off your feet. Not a huge amount of rides for adults, but we knew that. Complimentary towels, just ask anytime, more parks should be like this, good to be back.

We (4 adults) had a few hours at Typhoon Lagoon. We started in the wave pool and then rode all the slides and raft slides. It’s best to arrive at opening time if you want to ride before the crowds build. Showers and changing rooms are available. It’s free to park here also unlike the main parks. It’s definitely worth a visit and you could easily spend the day here, although I’d recommend renting an umbrella or cabana if it’s hot as most loungers aren’t in the shade.
Jane L — Google review
Typhoon Lagoon is how water parks should be done. We were in Florida for a trip to visit both Disney and Universal and let's just say one park knows how to run things and the other still needs to get their act together. Friendly service all around the park, the world renouned wave pool definitely stood up to what we heard, and plenty of features all around the park that our high schoolers down to 7 year olds all had a blast in the park. Decent food options with convient mobile ordering also stood out. We would have liked them to.maybe offer some character experiences on the park - it's got a great classic Disney theming so many of the classic Disney characters would have added that last special touch to the day for our kids but I'm only nitpicking.

SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium, located in the heart of Orlando's tourist district at ICON Park, is a family-friendly attraction featuring over 5,000 sea creatures from around the world. The aquarium offers indoor and outdoor exhibits, including a unique 360-degree underwater tunnel for an immersive experience with marine life. Visitors can expect state-of-the-art showcases and interactive opportunities to view and touch various sea creatures. Additionally, SEA LIFE Orlando Aquarium provides group packages and play areas for families.
I see lots of complaints about it being small. Its not tiny, but its also not sea world, thankfully. It took us over an hour to go thru as 2 adults, I would have walked it twice if i had the extra time, very relaxing. Each tank holds a variety of fish; if you relax and enjoy, you notice. Hang out in front of each tank and the fish will check YOU out as well, very cool experience. If you've been to ripleys in toronto, I like this one better. Also ask the staff about Ted, very cool story!

It's decent enough to kill some time and the kids enjoyed it. It's a little dated and the spaces are kind of cramped if you ever get in there with a large number of other people. Buy you're tickets in advance should you choose to visit. Because of how short the length of the tour is, it would be best to purchase a combo and do the wax museum or other attractions within the location as well
Travis H — Google review
I went with my 2 adult kids and 2 preteen kids. We enjoyed all of the habitats and there were several hands on activities along the way. It's not a very big aquarium but if you take your time and really check out all the animals it can take about an hour to go through it all. In my opinion, I feel that the cost of admission is a bit higher than what it's worth when comparing other aquariums like Ripley's in Gatlinburg and the one at Newport on the Levee. Overall it was something fun to do on a rainy day.
Jennifer J — Google review
Pros: upon entry, the aquarium looks small, but inside it is huge! The rooms are easy flow. We went in at open and there was very little crowd. The fish look happy and healthy - you will see a large variety separated by area on the globe! Axoltyls, sharks, sea turtles, nori, starfish, jellies, and more! We paid $5 to feed the Nori fish and it was so fun! The facility, including the bathrooms, is clean. Cons: the ladies at the ticket booth and the entrance were rude and disinterested. The touch pool at the end of the aquarium, NEEDS more people supervising. I saw multiple children abuse the anemone and starfish and had to step in myself. This is a cashless facility, which I think is a little insane considering cash is legal tender - I almost didn't buy a ticket as a result.
Lisa M — Google review
Our three kids enjoyed the aquarium. They love d the variety and the interactive aspects like the Pick a shark display, the stamp books, and the touch tanks. It was very self lead, which was very nice, but having a few more engaging moments for kids would be nice. They enjoyed the table with the sea turtle shell and touching the anemones. We added on the virtual reality show with the sharks, which was really cool, but the room was quite stuffy and warm. We will surely come again!
Vanessa G — Google review
The children loved being able to crawl under the domes and get a closer look. The touch tanks were probably the highlight of their time. Wish the touch tank had more for them to interact with. The walk through was quick, which was a letdown. From the pictures and reviews I saw posted, I thought there would be more. Overall, the kids enjoyed it.
Kuwanza F — Google review
Fun place to spend the afternoon! It takes about 1.5-2 hours if you look at every exhibit. They do have an underwater tunnel which is super cool! We especially loved the turtles, massive stingrays, and of course, SHARKS! 🦈

This place was a ton of fun, I went during healthcare month and got a free entry. I thought this was very thoughtful for a place to do that for nurses and other hesitate workers. The arena offers a vibrant atmosphere with enthusiastic fans cheering for their teams. Visitors can enjoy a wide selection of food vendors and top-notch restaurants within the center. With strict security measures in place, the staff is known for being helpful and accommodating to guests' needs. Additionally, cashless payments are encouraged throughout the facility.
Seeing Benson Boone live at the Kia Center was incredible! His voice sounds just as amazing in person, and the energy he brought to the stage made the whole night unforgettable. The crowd was singing along to every song, and the atmosphere felt electric. The Kia Center itself was easy to get around, had good sound, and the staff were friendly and organized. Hands down one of the best concerts I’ve ever been to!

I was here in the GA Pit turned to seating for Heart. I was so upset with our tickets. We paid $700 for 3 seats and they gave us dingy foldable chairs stacked on top of each other. The seats around the venue are larger, cheaper and have room for food and drink. The view was okay, but again considering there was NO ROOM to move it was hard to see. People were told they weren’t able to dance in the aisles. We were also told we could not get a cup for water for the water fountain! Because the venue counts the cups to the sales of drinks. WILL NEVER do this again. I wish we could have gotten a refund. RIP OFF and evil money seeking. And don’t get me started on how hard it is to get into their parking garage!!!
Gayle L — Google review
I came to the Kia Center in Orlando on September 17th to see my favorite band, Sleep Token, with the lovely opening band Thornhill and had such a great experience! I was in section 104, row 7, seat 1. The seats were fairly comfortable, and had a great side view of the stage. The staff did an awesome job getting everyone inside quickly and efficiently, even though it felt like it was cutting close before the show started. The sound quality was excellent 🖤 Clear, powerful, and perfectly balanced. Getting in and out of the GEICO parking garage was an absolute breeze, which really helped ease my anxiety-ridden mind. I definitely recommend purchasing a GEICO parking pass when you purchase your event tickets. Overall, a smooth and stress-free concert experience at a beautiful venue!

Really smooth in and out experience, nice venue. We prepaid for parking at the Geico garage across the street and they let us in immediately, found parking really quick. You cross to the center through the skybridge. Went to watch the Orlando Magic vs. Miami Heat game, you can see clearly from anywhere you sit. Food isn't too expensive but not cheap either. I have been wanting to check it out since I was a teen but never got around to it. I went with my family at last, and we all had a really fun time. The place is filled with so many quirky, random, and fascinating things, you never know what’s around the corner. It’s the kind of spot where you can laugh, be amazed, and even say “wait, is that real?!” more than once. If you take your time to look at everything, it’s about an hour long experience, which makes it a great way to spend part of the day. For me, it was extra special because it’s something I’ve been curious about for years and finally got to cross off my list. Definitely worth checking out if you enjoy unusual attractions and want something different to do with family or friends!

I took my kids last week and they had such a great time! We arrived later in the day around 7pm and had enough time to go through the museum and do the mirror maze next door. I recommend purchasing tickets online when you get there so you can save money of course! There were a lot of interactive exhibits. My favorite exhibit was the Egyptian Artifacts. My other fave area had interesting facts about criminals and also things that had to do with famous crimes. I took a few pictures but I don’t want to give it all away!! Ps I removed my kids from the pics!

The Orlando Eye, a 400-foot observation wheel located at ICON Park, offers stunning panoramic views of Orlando and its surroundings. The ride takes about 18 minutes and provides breathtaking vistas of natural lakes like Big Sandlake and Little Sandlake, as well as iconic landmarks such as Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando.
Really enjoyed ICON Park! It’s got such a great atmosphere — lots of restaurants, things to do, and people just out having fun. The Wheel was awesome, especially at sunset, and the whole area felt super clean and safe. Perfect place to relax, walk around, and enjoy a nice evening in Orlando.

Ideally located on I-Drive with good atmosphere. Good range of things to see / do with a couple of bars for drinks and food. Definitely worth a visit on an evening and is open until around 11pm. The eye gets busy and reservations are recommended.

There is so much to do! For children AND adults - games, rides (they have a train for children that drives around the park!), restaurants, a merry-go-round. So much fun, I have to go back. Also, I love that Park is decorated for Halloween. It really gets you into the spirit of the season...
Emily H — Google review
I really enjoyed coming here. I purchased my tickets through a third party site since I have discount options and selected a time for sunset. Took my digital tickets and immediately went through. The staff was kind they took our picture because of the tickets we had and we proceeded to get drinks for myself and my husband. We loved it!

Great area to spend some hours if your in town. Been here in past years before the full expansion that sits here now. Family friendly and plenty to do. Parking is pleniful and ample. A bit of everything available from dining, drinks and shopping.

ICON Park is one of the most beautiful and vibrant spots in Orlando! We came here in the evening when all the lights were on — it looked absolutely magical. 🎡 The huge observation wheel with colorful lights is stunning, especially at sunset and at night. The view from the top is breathtaking — you can see the whole city! The area is very clean and well-maintained, with lots of cafes, restaurants, and cozy places to walk around. The music, palm trees, and friendly atmosphere make it feel like a holiday. Everything is well organized and there’s plenty of parking nearby. We visited on a weekend, and there were almost no lines — everything went smoothly. It’s a perfect place to spend an evening, take beautiful photos, and enjoy the Orlando vibe. 💫 We’ll definitely come back again!

The aquarium is fine, but not incredible. Most of the passes are a bit pricey, unlike a year ago when they were a bit cheaper. Or at least they gave you more for the same money. If you have more than two children, you will leave this place without any money 😅. Otherwise, everything is fine. It's a nice place. I'll give it 5 stars if it returns to what it was about two years ago.
Eric T — Google review
Very nice park to just to get away. Plenty of places to eat and shop. The ferris wheel is humongous! Unfortunately when I was there it wasn't working. The sling shot ride which I've seen on YouTube, I was super excited to see in person, however the price to ride was ridiculously high! $40 a person for me was a little steep! The swinging swing set ride was pretty cool as well but I didn't have the nerves to ride it! LOL.

The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art is a historic and family-friendly museum located in Orlando, Florida. While the city is known for its theme parks, it also offers a diverse selection of cultural institutions. The museum, established in 1995 but with roots dating back to 1942, houses an extensive collection of Tiffany treasures acquired from the estate of Louis Comfort Tiffany.
What a gem! Literally - the inside glows from all the colored Tiffany glass. This is a museum almost totally dedicated to Louis Comfort Tiffany - his stained glass windows and lamps, paintings, and even his house, though there are other art deco era artists in the mix. One side has huge illuminated windows and a room of unusual pottery, in the other direction are lamps and painting and period furniture. Then there's a whole wing that somewhat recreates the house Tiffany retired to, with whole rooms and areas as they were, plus a room on his whole history. Don't miss the video room off the foyer/entrance area to start and make sure to leave through the artsy gift shop. There is free parking next to the museum and plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The ticket price is remarkably low, it seems to be still funded by the fortune of the woman who put the collection together.

What an amazing museum. I am a lover of everything glass and this place blew me away! The care and detail shown to restoring pieces (and entire rooms) is amazing. Thank you for sharing this with the world. I'm sure LC Tiffany is very pleased to see his art live on and be enjoyed. I will be back!
Tif J — Google review
Impressive museum with magnificent artwork and fascinating history, but I am a frequent museum attendant and have never experienced such intrusive security guards. I felt as though my personal space was encroached upon multiple times and like I always had eyes on me. We still thoroughly enjoyed our visit, but I can definitely see how it’s thrown others off. The peacefulness of museums is paramount to me and the interferences made it a little tough to feel serene and impeded my ability to immerse myself. I doubt I would return due to this. There is also not enough in the museum to justify multiple trips anyway—we were able to soak in what was available during the few hours we were there, and we read practically everything. Despite all my grumbling above, it was a lovely stop and I would highly recommend to anybody looking for some beautiful art and history in the area.
Alison J — Google review
I loved this museum! The Tiffany glass collection was amazing and so were the other pieces showcased. There's free parking for the museum and a giftshop as you exit. They have the miniature version of some of the Tiffany lamps. The bathroom was super cleaned and the place and surroundings are well kept. The entrance fee was $6 for adults. I will definitely go back.
Dennisse V — Google review
Easy to access parking on back side of building or along the front with street parking. Entry fee $6 adults $5 seniors. Be sure to ask for instructions on how to get informational tour details via your cell phone at certain points throughout the museum and watch the introduction video. Beautiful collection of Tiffany pieces, the pictures don’t do it justice. From lamps and stained glass to vases and decorative items, there are so many things to view. The Chapel is a must see.

I grew up in Winter Park but this was our first time going to the Morse museum. To hear the stories of Tiffany and the beautiful artwork was pretty amazing. I really enjoyed this experience with my family.

I truly enjoyed my visit at this museum.. from the outside it looked small I thought reason for $6 entry fee BUT not at all!!! They have spectacular exhibits of glass stain art!!! The Tiffany collections are absolutely beautiful the jewelry illustration exhibits were absolutely stunning and everything was well displayed plenty of room to browse and sit around to take it all in. My FAV part was the cathedral absolutely breathtaking. Plenty to see & definitely beautiful museum to strike a pose. Lovely museum for sure … highly recommended especially for the admission price so worth it✨

This museum is a must do! If you love Tiffany lamps or the art of mosaic, this is the place to go. It holds the largest collection of Tiffany art along side amazing paintings and a beautiful collection and walkthrough of their 36,000 sq. home.

The Museum of Military History in Kissimmee, Florida offers a unique and diverse perspective on the U.S. military through relics, photographs, and personal stories. While Orlando is known for its theme parks, the city also boasts a vibrant artistic community with fascinating cultural institutions like this museum. Visitors can explore interactive exhibits that showcase artifacts from past wars and gain insight into the soldier's experience.
What an amazing museum. They have a large selection of various memorabilia from the revolutionary War all the way up to the current war on terror. The staff were also amazing and I had a great chat with them. I would definitely come back and I recommend this to anyone that enjoys history.

Stopped in Orlando to visit this museum, the staff was very passionate and had a lot of information to share with us which I thought was very lovely. Everything was displayed very nicely and was in order of Each war. I love seeing all the photos and uniforms with information. I’d recommend this place to anyone !

Thank you for having the Salute to Veterans on August 9, 2025. It meant so much to the guys and gals, and many attendees were able to learn so much history, as did the children and teenagers who attended as well. This was meaningful and useful. I tried to leave a review for the City of Kissimmee to thank them for their sponsorship, but there is no review option on their page. Please share my thanks with them. Paula Blackwelder

"In Orlando, there's the Military Museum—a great place to visit. You’ll find a lot of history related to the military, with plenty of art and exhibits to explore. It’s a well-organized space, rich in culture, and I highly recommend it for anyone interested in learning more about military history."
Olguita C — Google review
Museum needs to be more organized. The exit should be the entrance, from the start of George Washington. A small TV is towards the back in a small corner with excellent Documentary and live footage, however, the TV should be a 85 inch which there is plenty of room to hold one, not a 40 inch and no seats for anyone to view it. There are some areas where the items look like they have been thrown there.
Nicasio G — Google review
The building on the outside looks small, but don't let it deceive you. It is jam packed in there with a library! So very cool. I love how all of the items were donated to the museum. We were able to see the individual stories for a lot of our veterans for the different wars as well.

My youngest daughter wanted to go here so my father and I took her. She loved it. It was neat seeing things from the revolutionary war to present. We will definitely be back. The staff was awsome. More than willing to make our visit awsome. I recommend to go check this place out if you want to do something other than the parks

The Orlando Museum of Art offers a diverse and captivating experience for art enthusiasts. The museum showcases a wide array of exhibits, ranging from modern American graphics to African artifacts, creating a contemporary and thought-provoking atmosphere. With over 40,000 pieces in its collection, the museum features everything from ancient relics to avant-garde contemporary works by renowned American artists. Visitors can immerse themselves in workshops and classes offered by the museum, adding an interactive element to their visit.
Fantastic museum! It's not large, really just a handful of artists at this time, and mostly fiber arts right now - yarn, paper, rope - but on a BIG scale. I really loved discovering Kandy G Lopez through this collection, I think her work is phenomenal. Highly recommend checking this museum out.

Beautiful (and some interactive) exhibits where you could vote for the people’s choice artist at the end of your visit. I especially liked the additions of the artwork created by the children from the summer art program that was framed and displayed. It was a very relaxing way to spend a Sunday.

It was a great exhibit. Other than being yelled at by the woman in the Latin America room. We didn’t touch anything and she barked at us. Other than this it was a great experience on a Friday afternoon

Visiting the Orlando museum of Art was absolutely a dynamic experience. We viewed artwork from the present day all the way back into the late 1800s. Breathtaking I tell you. Must see!

This place is a must see on my yearly trip to Orlando. The museum houses a wonderful permanent collection along with some really exciting visiting shows. I was able to catch the Nick Cave show here a few years ago. What an incredible opportunity to see this tremendous body of work presented in what can only be described as a runway of authenticity. I will continue to visit this museum each time I am in town.
Stephen M — Google review
The place is so pretty, peaceful and it’s a good size museum and they have beautiful expositions on base, like the beautiful pieces from Mexico and other Latin countries. Some surrealism and an incredible glass piece.
Nubia A — Google review
From an architectural perspective, the Orlando Museum of Contemporary Art feels like a building from the 1960s or 1970s. The structure is small and modest, and while functional, it lacks the distinctive presence or innovation one might expect from a major contemporary art venue. The layout and scenography are straightforward and simple, making it possible to explore the entire space in about twenty minutes with a quick walkthrough. The variety of exhibitions is fairly standard, offering a decent introduction to contemporary art but without the visual richness or curatorial depth you might find at larger institutions such as MoMA in New York. For families, the museum offers a package ticket for $45 for up to five people, which is a practical option for a casual cultural outing. Crowds are minimal, which adds to the comfort of the visit, but the museum would greatly benefit from diversifying and refreshing its exhibitions to create a more distinctive and memorable identity worthy of Orlando’s name. As it stands, it is a pleasant but not exceptional experience.

Inter & Co Stadium, also known as Exploria Stadium, is a modern sports venue located in downtown's Parramore District. It serves as the home ground for both the Orlando City Soccer Club and the Orlando Pride. The stadium's unique design includes a horseshoe-shaped roof that covers the stands while leaving the field open to the elements. This creates an electric atmosphere during games, with passionate soccer fans adding to the lively ambiance.
Review for Google: Inter & Co Stadium - Florida Cup 2025 I had the pleasure of attending the Florida Cup 2025 at the Inter & Co Stadium in Orlando, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The stadium offers excellent visibility from every seat, ensuring you don’t miss a single moment of the game. A standout feature that deserves special recognition is the impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of the venue. From the stands to the restrooms, everything was in perfect condition, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The maintenance staff worked diligently throughout the event to keep common areas spotless, a level of care that isn’t always seen in large stadiums. Additionally, the food and beverage options were well-organized, with reasonable waiting times, and the atmosphere was electric thanks to the energy of the fans. Inter & Co Stadium truly proved to be one of the best sports venues in the country. Highly recommended for sports events and entertainment in Orlando!

While it wasn't our hometown and favorite team playing that day, we decided to catch a match while in town on vacation. Tickets were very cheap! Pre-match festivities outside the stadium were nice. Nice stadium, but felt smaller than I expected. Enjoyed the visit.

Inter&Co Stadium is a fantastic place to watch a match. Getting there is very easy, and the location is perfect — close to everything. One of the things I love is that if it rains, the roof provides great coverage, so you can still enjoy the game without getting wet. The service during matches is friendly and efficient, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend visiting for an exciting and comfortable game day!

I visited this stadium for a game from the UK, and really enjoyed my time there. The atmosphere was excellent and loud. It felt safe and family friendly with everyone having a good time. The food selection around the stadium was brilliant with plenty of options. You can walk around the whole stadium to access all the food options. Download the Lion Nation app and sign up to get the discounted food prices. The bao's were delicious!

My grandson and I attended our first Orlando City game at Inter&Co Stadium, and we had an amazing time! We had club seats, which included access to a variety of food and drinks like hot dogs, nachos, tostones, salads, wraps, cookies, cupcakes, beer, wine, soda, etc… It was the perfect way to enjoy the game! Speaking of which, we were all riding an emotional rollercoaster and pumped with adrenaline; but the vibe was positive, people were respectful, and everyone was just there to have fun and enjoy the game. Getting into the stadium was a breeze, but just a heads-up, if you’re bringing a purse or bag, it needs to be small or clear otherwise, you’ll have to use one of their lockers or return it to your car. Exiting the stadium was smooth. We walked a few blocks to meet our Uber driver, and he had no trouble finding us. The entire experience was fantastic; I can’t wait to come back for another game!

The Mennello Museum of American Art, located in Orlando and owned by the city, was established in 1998 to showcase a remarkable collection of Earl Cunningham's paintings. The museum hosts temporary exhibitions and educational programs while also offering free access to the Marilyn L. Mennello Sculpture Garden, known for its impressive live oak tree called The Mayor.
We went for music and story time with Mark & Ale DeMaio this week and had a blast! The parking lot filled up so we parked in the science center parking lot which is free for 30 mins and just walked over. The kids had the best time making music and animal noises, playing on the drums and singing silly songs. Mark was so great at engaging with the little ones and making everyone feel included. So fun and wholesome. The museum is nice & clean and the front desk staff was friendly & welcoming. Definitely recommend checking it out, I believe it happens once a month? and is super affordable ($5 per family). Such a great way to connect with other families with little ones, plus everyone benefits from jumping around and being silly 🤪

Paid full price for five minutes and that’s all it takes to walk through the facility absolutely terrible nothing original and was very disappointed that they literally had 8 x 11 pieces of paper with drawings on them that my 10-year-old has brought home better that were tacked to the wall with some thumb tacks. In their featured… That’s questionable display was a small square platform in the middle of a room with the most random items didn’t even look like artists designed them kinda looks like the things you don’t buy at a garage sale. Highly recommend scratching this one off your to do list before even going there

Interesting exhibits. This museum was open earlier than other art museums in the area on Saturdays, and admission was only $5. The sculpture garden was also nice, and much larger than it seems. On a pleasant central Florida day, it's a nice walk. Friendly staff. Highly recommend pausing to watch the education video on the tablet in the Earl Cunningham exhibit. They also have tote bags available at the museum store for $5.

Although small, it was a nice little museum to look around and learn some history. The displays were interesting and informative. Don't expect to be here all day. Maybe 2 hours tops. There is a nice small sculpture garden outside as well. You pay a small fee to go in the museum but well worth it.
Michael J — Google review
I attended a yoga session in the sculpture garden, which was beautifully landscaped and scenic. Afterward, I explored the museum, which had its own unique charm and majesty. The museum was currently featuring the works of a Pakistani-American artist, which were thoughtfully presented and displayed. Although the museum isn't particularly large, its cozy size adds to its warm and inviting ambiance. Overall, I had a delightful visit and highly recommend taking the time to explore both the grounds and the museum.
G's M — Google review
It's a bit small, but absolutely worth the $5 they charge to get in. They even have a free day every so often. The collection is fantastic and you can spend as long or little enjoying it as you want, within museum hours. They also have expansion plans, with a model and description of their plans inside the museum. Very exciting stuff! It's a hidden gem in Orlando and definitely worth exploring if you haven't been before or if it's been a while.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Winter Park, the Casa Feliz Historic Home Museum stands as a stunning testament to Spanish architecture. This beautifully restored farmhouse, designed by the esteemed architect James Gamble Rogers II, boasts charming rustic details like whitewashed brick and traditional Spanish roof tiles. Its picturesque exterior features a turret and bell tower, complemented by a spacious timber balcony that invites you to soak in the Mediterranean ambiance.
Nice venue! If you are near Winter Park Central Park, you should visit this place! I loved the light blue windows; they are a nice touch. I only toured the outside, the facade was quite nice. I would like to take a tour of the inside of the house another time. Perfect for photo sessions!

As an architect student who have visited the site with my class days ago, it was very fascinating how each design, designed by an architect, who actually didn’t wanted to be an architect in the first place, can you believe it?!! More of the story unfolds if you visit the property! A must have for all!

Casa Feliz is such a special place! The moment I saw photos of this venue, I knew it was where we were going to get married. Our wedding was intimate (85 people) and Casa was the perfect sized-venue for our wedding. The house is absolutely gorgeous, with so many beautiful details. We didn't have to spend much on decor or flowers, considering the house as-is is so colorful and stunning. The ceremony to reception flowed perfectly with the layout of the house. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how nice and attentive the team working there was, and on Winter Park in general. It is such a cute town, with a historic feel. We loved working with Lori so much! She helped us make our vision come to life, and was so easy to work with. I wish we could get married all over again! We will definitely visit Casa as patrons to the museum in the future and relive our special day.

Casa Feliz or "Happy House," was the signature work of Winter Park architect James Gamble Rogers II. In 1932. Massachusetts industrialist Robert Bruce Barbour commissioned Rogers to design a home on the shore of Lake Osceola with the promise, "Design it any way you like. If I don't like it, I'll sell it." Rogers called the commission a "dream come true." Built during the Great Depression at a cost of $28,000, the Barbour estate became Rogers all-consuming project. He drafted plans on site, rolling up his sleeves to assist with carpentry and masonry. Barbour loved the Andalusian-style masonry farmhouse, which stood as crown jewel in the "City of Homes" for the next 70 years. The property faced demolition in 2000, but the community rallied around the house. They raised more than $1.2 million to save and restore the building. The 750-ton structure was moved across Interlachen Avenue to its present location, requiring 20 pneumatically leveled dollies. With the aid of copies of Rogers' drawings and interior photographs taken in the 1930s, dozens of craftsmen and artisans restored the house to its original historic design

Casa Feliz was a dream venue for our wedding, and Sarah with Arthur’s was fantastic to work with! It was the perfect backdrop for our perfect day - the building and grounds are gorgeous inside and out. While we initially dreamed of having our wedding outdoors, we ended up moving it inside due to rain. That said, the team at Casa (Arthur’s) didn’t miss a beat, and it ended up being even more gorgeous than I could have imagined (part of why we picked Casa was because we felt comfortable with the indoor option and with the unpredictability of FL weather that’s a very real thing to take into account!). Our guests were in awe of the venue, and we absolutely love looking back at our wedding photos!

The Tupperware Confidence Center in Orlando, Florida is not just a museum dedicated to Tupperware, but also celebrates the women who played a crucial role in its history. The center pays tribute to Brownie Wise, the woman behind Tupperware's household name. Visitors can explore the empowering campaign and learn about how the product gained popularity. Additionally, there is a retail store offering an array of reasonably priced items.
I have passed by here many times and recently found out that they were open to the public on Tuesday and Wednesday from 1 pm to 4 pm. They have some beautiful displays of which many are dated of their products. They even have a 1940s injection molding machine thar was used in the production of their products. The best part is that they will likely have pieces you may be missing from your own sets for sale. It is worth the trip there to see what they have.

The museum wasn't much to see honestly. It was kinda cool to see some of the vintage Tupperware, but a bunch of the video screens weren't working. However, the outlet store/gift shop was great! Amazing bargains! It was worth the trip just for that. Sadly, only one person works there so if he's not working that day the outlet store is closed.

Tupperware is a big joke!! I filed a claim for several pieces that were cracked and my warranty codes that were approved expired before the expiration date and would not work. I had to send many emails and they still could not solve my issue and would respond with a different answer to what I was asking. They finally gave me some partial credit and sent me new vouchers after I refiled the claim (they told me to re-file). I was online trying to order and I figured I could make a purchase and enter all my vouchers at once and get credit all at once but that is NOT the case. I have seven vouchers which means I have to do 7 different orders and pay shipping 7 different times. WHAT A JOKE!!! We live in Celebration FL and drove here to check it out - it was a short drive and SO worth it! The lady at reception ( I think her name was Stephanie,) was so kind and thoughtful! She welcomed us in, and took us back to the retail store. WOW! The items in there are awesome, incredibly priced, and great value. We were thrilled to bits with what we purchased. We also looked around the museum of Tupperware, and saw so many things that we remembered from childhood , a trip down Tupperware memory lane! The museum is free, and although small - its still very fun. HIghly recommend heading out here for great prices and a bit of nostalgia!

NOT asking my permission! NOT sending me an email! Nothing! AND THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS Happened Either! You’re so BOLD Tupperware! This is other people’s money! I’m using these for gifts! I needed a specific size! Shape And Color! That’s exactly why I picked what I picked! DUHH! Your products are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE and 20% extra to ship!!! You literally have some nerve. I’m so sick of how you don’t value your customers Money!!!

CityArts is a vibrant and eclectic gallery collective located in downtown Orlando's City District. It serves as the flagship venue of the city's Downtown Arts District, showcasing nine galleries featuring monthly exhibitions from both local and international artists. The venue hosts a popular Gallery Hop event every third Thursday of the month, offering art enthusiasts an opportunity to explore multiple galleries while enjoying live music and nearby businesses.
Historical plaque inscriptions: Englishman Gordon Rogers came to Orlando in 1886 and constructed this Queen Anne style building. The English club was located on the second story. The club sponsored dances, theater, and other events for the large British community. Reportedly, the metal siding and decorative details were manufactured in England. In 1907, the building housed the offices of the South Florida Sentinel, a predecessor of the Orlando Sentinel. This building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is an Orlando Historic Landmark. The Rogers Kiene Building is the oldest commercial building in Orlando. It was restored and donated by local businessman and lover of the arts, Ford Kiene, before he passed away in 2022.

What an absolutely wonderful little art museum. Such great work on display and a lovely staff working downstairs. Very friendly and open. Seemed as though there was a coffee shop of some kind attached to it but wasn’t open at the time. It’s air conditioned and has a second floor to enjoy even more art. Very clean and I would highly recommend, my boyfriend and myself had a wonderful time there. It’s free but donations are welcomed.

Went to see the All Women's Artist show. Amazing artist. This event is only once a year for about 3-4 weeks but it's so special for all these female artists. Everything is for sale. Come out and support your talented local artist by purchasing an item.

I absolutely LOOOOOOOOOOOVE this place! I happened to stroll in sometime during mid December 2024 and now make a point to go every month. At the end of the year (around December) they have the back room on the serving floor filled with art they auction to the highest bidder. They also have a small section in the back right corner when you first enter that has jewelry. The rest is just artwork filled from various artists. There’s always a piece there for everyone. I have seen some incredibly jaw dropping pieces of artwork. It’s free to go, they do also accept donations and I recommend everyone to stop by.

CityArts is such a bright, fun gem in the city! The atmosphere is full of creative energy, and every corner feels alive with art and inspiration. It’s the perfect spot to wander, admire local talent, and just soak in the vibrant vibe. They reset on the 3rd Thursday of every month, therefore it never gets old. I also love that they’ve thought of everything—a small bar and coffee shop right inside! I tried the macchiato, and it was absolutely delicious (highly recommend). Whether you’re here for the art, a casual drink, or just to relax with great coffee, CityArts delivers. A must-visit if you’re in the area!

I display my art here during their exhibition events. It’s free for guest to visit. It’s a great place for beginner artists. I’ve merged really displayed art at a gallery until recently at this place. It’s given me the confidence to paint more.

Universal Orlando Resort is a renowned theme park that offers movie-themed rides, shows, hotels, and restaurants. The resort's Islands of Adventure park set a new standard for immersive experiences with the opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter Hogsmeade. Catering more to teens and young adults, Universal provides a grown-up ambiance.
Had massive fun. Lots of games, rides, food, cartoon characters. The list of things to do goes on and on. It was very sunny and humid though. But, that is nature. Perfect location for every member of the family. The lines were not too crazy, except for some of the adventures. Had a great time, and so did my little girls too.

We stayed at Universal Orlando Resort for three nights and four days, and for being the budget-friendly option of this hotel chain, I can honestly say it was a great experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering exactly what you need to relax after a full day at the parks. One highlight is the included shuttle service that takes you directly to the parks and brings you back to the hotel. It’s a super convenient and truly necessary perk to make the most of your stay without any hassle. This was our second time choosing this place for our vacation, and once again, we really enjoyed it. We’ll definitely be back.

I had the most amazing time at Universal Orlando Florida. All the rides that I went on was awesome and I got to meet the characters from the Transformers, Minions and Puss N boots. The food options were delicious and loved that the coke freestyle station around the park and the popcorn refillable station too. I loved the Wicked display and got to see actual props from the movie. Can't wait to go back again.

We got the two-park passes for Epic Universe and Islands of Adventure. It was so fun, from the themed shops, the rides, to the village Hogsmede, and the Castle Hogwarts, down to even the staff themselves. IT WAS FUN!!! Even though the water was $6.00 per bottle. 😁

Universal Orlando blends immersive storytelling with high-energy attractions across multiple themed zones. Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade are especially well-designed, offering both visual detail and interactive elements. The layout is intuitive, and Express Passes make a big difference during peak seasons. Food options range from quick bites to sit-down meals, with plenty of vegetarian-friendly choices. Staff are consistently helpful, and the resort hotels offer perks like early park access. It’s a multi-day destination if you want to experience everything without rushing. The app helps with wait times and mobile ordering, streamlining the day. Seasonal events like Halloween Horror Nights add extra value for repeat visitors. Accessibility is solid, with clear signage and shaded rest areas throughout. Whether solo or in a group, it’s one of Orlando’s most versatile and rewarding parks.

Universal Orlando Resort exceeded all expectations. From the moment we entered, everything was perfectly run spotless grounds, clear signage, friendly staff, and a truly immersive experience in every area. The rides are spectacular: thrilling, creative, and full of movie magic. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is breathtakingly detailed, and the new attractions are truly world-class. Food and drink options are great, with plenty of healthy and fun choices. Lines move efficiently, staff go out of their way to help, and the whole place feels alive with excitement. Ideal for families, couples, and anyone who loves great entertainment. An unforgettable experience we can’t wait to repeat.

Universal Orlando Resort was an absolutely thrilling experience for the whole family! From the magical world of Harry Potter to the action-packed rides of Jurassic Park, every park had something unique and unforgettable to offer. Our kids were blown away by the 3D/4D attractions, roller coasters, and character encounters, while we loved the overall energy and excitement of the resort. The atmosphere was electric, and every day ended with smiles and laughter. A must-visit for anyone looking for adventure and unforgettable memories in Orlando!

Universal CityWalk Orlando is a vibrant attraction within the Universal Orlando Resort, offering an array of entertainment options for visitors. The complex features a diverse range of restaurants, shops, and family-friendly shows. From themed games like Great Movie Escape to clubs, cinemas, and mini-golf, there's something for everyone. Indulge in outrageous milkshakes and desserts at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium or savor sushi-burger fusion at The Cowfish.
This experience was completely unexpected, the characters of the story of the chocolate emporium visited our table and the performance was absolutely delightful! The food was great, the milkshakes were amazing! Just a very fun and unique experience! I highly recommend! (Sorry forgot to take pictures of the food we ate too quickly!)

Want a new kind of experience in dining. We'll this is your place. Elegant but casual. Reservations are highly recommended. The food is amzing, the wings are my favorite. You have a choice of dining upstairs. Optional glass elevator available. It is the fun way up. Upstairs has a bar that is available for walk ins. First come first serve. I would suggest making reservations upstairs widow seat right as it's getting dark. You can think me later. Milkshakes can be walk up ordered from the ice-cream shope located inside. A multitude of sweet treats available in their candy shope, along with a verity of keepsakes merchandise, also located inside. They have caricatures who come out to visit about every 30 min. It is absolutely worth a visit. Located inside City Walk.

I had such a great time walking around Universal CityWalk with my fiancée! The atmosphere was incredible — full of music, lights, and energy. We stopped for some Voodoo Doughnuts, and they were amazing! Everything about the place just felt fun and welcoming. There are so many great restaurants and shops to explore, and everything is super clean and well-kept. It was the perfect mix of excitement and relaxation — we’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

It’s not bad. Plenty of food & drink options. However, keep in mind there is not much to do here unless you are going to the park. There is a movie theater & putt golf. Shopping is mainly theme parks merchandise.

Nice place to visit, but a bit smaller and more crowded than expected. Compared to Disney Springs, Universal CityWalk feels tighter and busier, especially in the evening. The atmosphere is lively, and there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options, but the paid parking was a bit disappointing — it takes away from the experience. Overall, it’s still a fun spot to spend a few hours, just be ready for the crowds and the parking fee

With nearly 30 hands-on attractions, kids can engage in art projects, entertaining shows, and interactive experiences. From making drip art to creating souvenirs out of crayon wax, there are plenty of opportunities for young ones to unleash their creativity.
Wonderful place to visit with kids. It’s so much fun, with a lot to do and your child will love every part of it. There are so many hands on activities to enjoy, shows, stations to just and color and many other stations to create your own crayons. On top of all the crayol making and learning, there is also a large playground, two of them! One is for bigger kids and the other for younger. There’s also a place to sit and eat. This is a place you can spend the day at with your child.

Lots of cool crafts to do. Definitely geared toward children, but plenty to do for adults. If you think you'll come more than one time in a year, go ahead and splurge for the annual pass, it's only about $10 more than a single-day ticket.
JJ — Google review
I visited for the first time on 10/21/25, I used my Florida HIA member card to get 50% off admission. I visited by myself, and didn't really know what to expect. I LOVED the attraction and within an hour I went back downstairs to upgrade to an Annual Pass! I really enjoyed the Drip Art and Molding Station! I thought the seasonal scavenger hunt was really cute too. I enjoyed the two Theatre Shows, The Crayon Demo (which sadly is pre-recorded), and the animated short Chaos & Creativity were both fantastic. I was really impressed with the storytelling in both of these presentations, especially in Chaos & Creativity which was a fully CG animated, voice acted, ~12 minute short. I also loved that the Chaos & Creativity segment was accessible- it had subtitles on the side monitors in multiple languages... kudos to Crayola for being accessible! The only thing I didn't get to experience that I wanted to was the Character Meet & Greets, but I will come back for those! Overall, a fun attraction with lots of creativity involved! I would recommend for all ages, but especially those with an interest in any form of the arts!

This was a pretty awesome spot at the Florida Mall. So many fun activities for kids to enjoy. I enjoyed it even as an adult. There are lots of free activities for kids to do but there are also options to purchase tokens for add on experiences. There is a snack bar as well as a larger cafe area. You are able to host birthday parties here as well.

Huge thanks to Kerstin for absolutely stellar communication and care in organizing Lucas’s 5th birthday. And a massive shout-out to Charlie C. — you were incredible! Thanks for taking the time to walk us through the place, answering every single question with patience and a smile, and for making us feel so welcome and seen on such a special day. You really went above and beyond. Service: way more than 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Price: Excellent Activities: Top tier My husband and I really didn’t want a typical trampoline-spot party. We wanted our kid, his sister, and their friends to explore and express—touch their senses, get creative, make art. And thanks to Crayola Experience, we nailed it.
Gabriela L — Google review
Had my daughters birthday party here and did the Mauvelous Party package. It was a ton of fun and my daughter and her friends had a blast. There was a lot of kids and other families that day, but my daughter and her friends were still easily able to participate in almost all the activity stations. Our favorite was the Rockin Paper (video uploaded as well). There is clay molding. Coloring paper that then gets digitalized onto a projector screen as a car in a car-show or a model on a fashion show runway. There is spin art with melted crayons and also a melt & mold station where you can mely crayons and mold them into keepsakes (shark, seahorse, or even a car). This place is packed with fun activities for kids to do. You can also buy food here, and they offer refillable cups for beverages. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a small child who loves to color. I would gladly pay the price of entry again for my daughter. Also shoutout to Shumiya our party host who was amazing!
Hector H — Google review
I have a two year old daughter with food allergies and it was the BIGGEST deal ever brining in a few safe crackers for her! Manager had to be called, it was a huge nightmare! Completely unacceptable! Employees are not happy to be working here. Not kid friendly at all. The place is way smaller then you think….its worth maybe 10 bucks at most. Playground is closed!
Sarah S — Google review
My kid had fun for about 3 hours and was over it. The experience of paying 20+ a person to watch a child experience coloring in different ways is not worth it unless you yourself love coloring just as much as they do. This is a good one time experience. They need an option for parents not to pay and just the kids pay for entrance. And why is is slime lab an extra $15?. The 3d video coloring projections, scribble scrubbie, spin art, and melted coloring are fun, but otherwise, not much else going on to keep you entertained, except normal coloring. There is an indoor playground, but my kid wasn't interested.

Art & History Museums of Maitland is a captivating complex in Orlando, Florida that showcases art and local history. While Orlando is famous for its theme parks, it also boasts diverse cultural institutions like this museum. The museum consists of two campuses: the Maitland Art Center and the Victorian-era Waterhouse Residence Museum, both listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
My husband and I had a very small, intimate wedding in October. We were having trouble finding a venue that didn't look humongous with the small guest count -- until we found this place! We were beyond thrilled to find a venue as beautiful and unique as the spaces available at the Art & History Museums of Maitland. We chose to do the Morning Elopement in the Mayan Chapel, an exceptionally stunning space. Something we really appreciated was that, because the space is so beautiful on it's own, it really doesn't require much (if any) additional decor. We also opted to have a first look in the main garden and a private first dance in the courtyard right next to the chapel. All of our guests made sure to let us know that they loved the look of the venue and hadn't seen anything else like it. Our point of contact was Paola, who was so helpful and always so quick to answer any questions we had. The Art & History Museums of Maitland is a truly stunning venue, and we are so happy that we chose to have our intimate wedding here. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone planning a more intimate wedding.

My husband and I had a small elopement ceremony on the grounds of the Arts and History Museum. The process was super easy to book and coordinate, the price was so reasonable for two hours and the grounds are just breath-taking. We wanted something intimate and romantic; this place allowed me to have the wedding Pinterest inspiration of my dreams!

The Art & History Museums in Maitland is such a beautiful place. It has the most amazing energy — something about it just feels peaceful and special. From the very beginning, I felt a really strong connection with this place. I had actually never visited it before our wedding — my husband had been there once, but I hadn’t. I only saw photos and videos, and with all of Paola Narvaez’s help and guidance, I was able to plan everything from afar. And honestly, it did not disappoint — it went way beyond what I imagined. The venue is simply stunning and made everything feel even more special. We’re so thankful to everyone who helped us, especially Paola, who guided us from start to finish and answered all my questions with so much patience and kindness. And Maeghan, who was there during the wedding making sure everything went smoothly — both were incredible! All our guests were so happy and kept telling us how beautiful the venue was. For my husband and me, it truly felt like a magical place to get married. If anyone is looking for a wedding venue, honestly, this is one of the most special places you could ever choose. 💛

We recently hosted The Future of Weddings: Insights from Vegas event at the Art & History Museum of Maitland, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, offering a unique blend of charm. The layout of the space allowed us to create an engaging and comfortable atmosphere for our attendees. A special shoutout to Paola, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything went smoothly made all the difference. If you're looking for a versatile, beautiful space with outstanding staff for your next event, the Art & History Museum of Maitland is a top-notch choice.

It‘s worth recommending everyone, full of artistic atmosphere. Retro-style building, one courtyard and one scene, quiet and peaceful. I heard that many people come here to take wedding photos. Although it is cloudy today and occasionally it rains a little, I still meet three couples to take wedding photos. The beautiful scenery is really a good place for people to linger.

Nestled within the enchanting Courtyard at Lake Lucerne, the Dr. Phillips House stands as Orlando's sole 19th-century shingle-style mansion, radiating historical charm and elegance. Originally constructed in 1893 by Col. Peckham as a wedding gift for his daughter, this stunning residence was later acquired by the renowned citrus magnate Dr. Philip Phillips and his wife Della in 1912.
Such a gorgeous hidden gem of a place for a fancy wedding gathering. The patio in the back courtyard is beautiful for ceremonies and the entire property, including the front drive, is wonderful for doing portraits in different areas. But the reception and the cocktail are phenomenal at this location. Such a vibe. Feels like Savannah, Ga ♥ Always excited to come back and capture the next amazing wedding.

I co-hosted a big tea party at Dr. Phillip’s House. It was the perfect venue for it! I love historic homes, and this one is a great venue with lots of rooms and flexibility, along with exquisite bedrooms for wedding parties. They have a great outdoor courtyard and gazebo - perfect for pictures or ceremonies. They even have a large wall of antique collectible tea pots on display. The staff were so nice and easy to work with.

Great venue for a wedding, You have a place to stay the night of and catered food already built into your price. The catering director made sure me and my new husband were able to eat. Plus plus had another plate made up for after the wedding. Minimal decorating needed except for gazebo and accents for your colors/ theme as needed. Make sure vendors and/or family that's gonna help with setup come ready to work. As the only negative i see is we didn't have a ton of time/ enough helpers to make sure everything got set up without mine and my husband's help

This has been one of the best venues where I have organized an event. The place is undoubtedly beautiful, and the staff is friendly and always willing to help, which sets it apart from the rest. The house was very clean and ready for decorating. Angie was incredibly helpful with the final details—highly recommended. The food was delicious and the bar service was excellent; they even allowed me to use my own bar. Additionally, they gave me extra time to set up my decorations. Highly recommended!
Ronald R — Google review
As a wedding photographer, this venue has so much character! Each time I’m here, I discover something new to appreciate! The bride has gotten ready in a beautiful tower-like suite at the top floor, while the groom and his gang hang in the basement cellar. Not only are they far enough apart where they won’t see each other before the ceremony, but their areas are the most spacious I’ve seen, offering plenty of room for the bridal party to get ready and hang! The vintage decor, original architecture, and unique layout make it a venue all your guests will talk about! Because it’s an INN, you can rent additional rooms for your guests/family to spend the night; which is great for those who like to party late! It is a bit small for anything over 100 (maybe 115), in my opinion; but that shouldn’t hold most couples back! Additionally, the parking is not my favorite situation, but I’ve seen worse. (I mean, its near downtown, so it’s honestly better than other downtown parking situations). I’m excited to shoot more weddings here in the future!! From the steamy natural light that leaks into the windows of the home during the day, to the night-time twinkle of the Edison lighting, it’s gorgeous no matter the time of day!
Alexis S — Google review
I am a local wedding photographer and I love it when my clients book their weddings here! Recently I had a couple that had a wedding booked and their cancelled the day before the wedding, and Dr. Phillips house was able to book this couple for their wedding date in under 24 hours and totally saved the day! The ceremony was inside due to the hurricane rain and weather and we just had the best time. My favorite feature about this venue is the wine cellar room for the groom to get ready in and the Rotunda top floor bedroom to hang the bride's dress from the chandelier above the bed!
The E — Google review
We fell in love with the Dr. Phillips House the moment we toured it for our venue. The site itself is beautiful and intimate. Lely and Angie, alongside the Millenia Catering staff (especially Juan and Vicki), made for a beautiful day. The food was delicious, the set up and communication was stellar, and despite the heat, the AC was working! Highly recommend your wedding or event here!
Brittany B — Google review
This venue is a hidden gem in the middle of the downtown Orlando area. It’s pretty much already decorated, so minimal decor was needed. It’s a beautiful indoor/outdoor space, and provides a room upstairs for the bride and groom as well as the option to book additional rooms. (I recommend getting one the night before, it was so nice to wake up and be able to get ready at my own pace!) The package we selected included tables and chairs, catering, a beer and wine bar, as well as the venue. It made it SO EASY to only have one contact for everything. But here’s the best part- THE FOOD. IS. AMAZING. I’ve worked in catering for a very long time and never expect much from Wedding food. I had so many people tell me that this was the best meal they had at a wedding pretty much ever. Seriously better than weddings I’ve attended at big name hotels and Disney. They made it so easy and provided me a great backdrop for my wedding, as well as wonderful service!

The SunTrust Center stands proudly as Orlando's tallest skyscraper, soaring to an impressive height of 441 feet. This architectural marvel is not just a single structure but a complex of three buildings that encompass 640,000 square feet and feature 35 stories. Visitors will find a convenient six-level parking garage on-site, along with a delightful restaurant and an inviting eight-story atrium in the lobby that adds to its charm.
Easy walk to the soccer stadium and not costly. I would park here again. Ticketmaster has this garage as The Exchange Garage, but Google has SunTrust Center.

Just parked here for the Disturbed concert today. Inserted my ticket to exit the parking garage and paid the $19 I was charged - no problems there. Upon paying and the exit gate opening, the line in front of me backed up and I could not proceed through the gate. As soon as traffic moved, the gate lowered in front of me. I immediately pushed the "Press for help" button, and didn't hear anybody although it said the call was picked up. I waited a moment and then tried again, to which I heard an incomprehensible static voice. I detailed the situation: "I inserted my ticket. I paid for parking. The gate opened and closed on me cause the line was backed up." The response I got was unintelligible, I could not understand anything. Meanwhile, I had to turn on my hazard lights and every car that passed by in the other exit lane was yelling obscenities at me and causing me loads of embarrassment despite my efforts. The one thing I could understand from the voice on the other end of the line was "Back the * up," cause it was being yelled at me. I told them to come down and talk to me face-to-face cause I wasn't going to pay the "lost ticket fee" when I already paid for my ticket. I eventually gave in and now I will have to dispute my charge. This situation left me flustered and humiliated. Never park here.
Andrew C — Google review
Could not receive a ticket to enter, so I pressed the help button. I told the gentleman on the line that I could not get a ticket and asked him to let me in. He obliged and I parked. The rate for the day was $15. After returning later on, I could not leave because I didn’t have a ticket. I pressed the help button again to inform them that I never received a ticket and was told that I need to pay an additional $5 “lost ticket” fee. After being disconnected about 4 times, I managed to get a phone number for the garage owner, Gill. I spoke to Gill about how unfair it was that I had to pay a lost ticket fee when I never received a ticket. He was no more helpful than his employees. I highly recommend those looking for a quality parking garage to look elsewhere.

This garage is located in downtown Orlando and it is connected to three buildings in the shape of a U. when you enter the garage, they charge you $4 from 0 minutes until 60 minutes. SunTrust is in one Tower, and they will validate your parking. However, the other 2 towers will not. If you are visiting like myself and have never parked there before, you do not know the building you're visiting does not validate parking until you've already parked and gone inside. Since you are charged $4 the minute you enter the garage, even if you realize it and want to move your car, they have already charged you $4. In my opinion that makes this parking garage shady and crooked. You should at least be given three to five minutes to either move to another garage if you realize that you're not in the part of the garage that takes you into the SunTrust Tower or you should be able to take the elevator out of the garage into the tower and find out from the lobby attendant if you will be able to validate your parking or not so that you can move your car if you are indeed parked in the wrong part of the garage. Since this garage is named after a bank and banks are shady and crooked I should not be surprised, but I am angry. I will never park anywhere near that place if I ever find myself in downtown Orlando again.

Very rude and poor service from a lady called Ursula, my access card didn’t work to get out and she answer the called saying I needed to pay to get out when I pay a month rate for having access to the garage. She didn’t try to help and the way she spoke was very rude. If customer service is not your skills I highly recommend you find another job. Never had any problem with anyone else, I have been using this garage for over 2 years and I was upset the way I was treated today. I paid 17$ to get out because she was to lazy to do her job.

Scammers and con artist run this garage!! I was trying desperately to find a parking spot so I could take pictures of my daughter at her 8th grade social (At the grand bohemian) and I knew I wouldn’t be there for more than a hour. My car was there for 52 minutes and the sign at the front said 0-1 hour was 4.00 I’m like that sounds great. So I go to leave and I pop my ticket in and says 12.00 dollars for less than hour of parking. I tried to explain my situation to parking personnel and she just shooed me away like a fly telling there was nothing she could do about it and basically leaving me trapped. I would have been better off parking at the bohemian it was actually cheaper (8 dollars). She was very nasty about it too she was on the south street exit a Latina woman. It is not clearly marked that if you park in that garage after 5pm you be charged a flat rate. It says it in small font at the bottom of the sign so It Will Not Be Seen. And the you get sucked into paying 12.00 for less than hour of parking. Taking advantage of people who short on time. Don’t park here if don’t want to get scammed out of your hard earned money!!

Scammers. Uber gets 10 min free parking. I stayed under that time limit but I had to wait in line for 4 mins. The parking attendant said I was over 2 and I had to pay. So your telling me that I had to walk to the food court, wait for my meal to get ready, walk back, drive to the exit and wait in 10 or less mintues??? I called customer support and they said “Oh they should’ve let you passed even if it was 12mins.” Now I been lied in front of my face??? 4 dollars is a lot for a uber driver that’s one delivery down the drain. I made 4 deliveries and only made $12. You literally stole 1/3 of what I made in 1 and a half hours. Thanks!

Historical landmark
The Rogers Building in Florida, also known as the English Club, dates back to 1886 and was initially a gentlemen's club for prominent members of Orlando's early business community, particularly those in the citrus industry. Designed by renowned architect William H. Mullins, this Queen Anne style building is constructed with cypress wood and zinc plates, featuring distinctive molded fixtures and a green exterior that makes it a standout landmark at the corner of South Magnolia and East Pine streets.
