Went to Sprinkles Gelato Bournemouth in late January during my Bournemouth trip and despite it pouring with rain it was still quite lively and was met with warm and quick service. Despite it being past 10pm at night on a Sunday, there were a good amount of customers, highlighting that it was a good place to spend for a late night dessert! Ordered the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae which came up to £10.49 (if I remember correctly) and was with me within a matter of minutes, so staff are very efficient with their service! If I were to describe this dessert in 3 words: gooey, warm and rich. My goodness what a dessert, it was fantastic, from the hugeee scoops of chocolate and vanilla ice cream to the wafer to the crushed hazelnut crumbs they put on top and the little brownie pieces and hot fudge they served in the cup, it was a delightful treat! I highly recommend this dessert because it was very good! The contrasts between the cold of the ice cream, the crunch of the nuts and the gooey mess of the fudge just creates this beautiful fusion o flavours and sweetness, neither overpowering each other but rather complimenting each other. The only downside I would say was that there was not enough brownie pieces (especially since that’s the name of the dessert) so that should have been featured a lot more throughout the dessert and the fudge cup needs to be bigger because the serving is not enough, it really elevates the dessert by having it. The overall cleanliness of the dessert house was great and I could have definitely had another of that sundae it was just fabulous! Great ice cream lots of flavours to choose from. The crepe is amazing! Not happy about parking, but is a Bournemouth issue so go prepared to pay or move the car every 30min or 2hours. Place is spacious, clean and service was ok

Review based on just a milkshake order. The staff were very friendly and they had a lot of great choices, with the gelato looking soooo good. The milkshake itself was great. However, I wish they blended it for longer as there were massive chunks that would not go through the straw and caused the shake to lack the flavour of the chocolates blended. However, I would love to go back to try all the other options as it all looked so good!

A wonderful way to spend an evening. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and offered to let us try samples before choosing. They have an abundance of different flavours which are all delicious! The ambience is nice with low volume music playing in the background and comfortable seating in booths. A great venue to enjoy dessert!

Only recieved 2 out of 6 items ordered. Was contacted by phone and asked if we would accept different items which we were happy to do so but no the chocolate cake but it came any way. Cake was dry. Suggest management sort these problems. If you can't order it take it off the menu. Will never use sprinkles again until sorted

We came repeatedly because of the service we received from Leon. Absolutely delicious varieties of desserts, and an excellent customer service from Leon. Leon spoke to customers with respect and politeness, and he managed orders during a very busy period with lots of customers. Thank you Leon.

A Delightful Afternoon Tea Experience We visited Frieda’s Tearoom for the first time and were thoroughly impressed. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, with a delicious selection of sandwiches and cakes—each bite was so moreish and thoughtfully made. The tea itself was perfectly brewed and complemented the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Service was attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. If we lived closer to Bournemouth, this would easily become our go-to spot for afternoon tea and catching up with friends. Highly recommended!

The scones were honestly some of the best we've ever had — fresh, warm, and perfectly crumbly, served with delicious clotted cream and jam. Every bite was a treat. The atmosphere was cozy and charming, with a welcoming feel that made us want to stay for hours. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience. Amazing 💕 The sandwiches were delicious, tasted very fresh. Perfect warm scones. Super soft, fluffy cakes😍 Strawberry milkshake also super delicious. It's such a pretty venue. We did just walk in but it was early, just as we were finishing up someone walked and was told there were no tables but they could get take away, some tables did have reserved on them so I'm guessing the get booked up in the afternoons. We will definitely be going back to try more of their menu. The team working were very friendly and accommodating.

I was so hungry when we arrived I completely forgot to take a picture of the breakfast before I started it. It was very oily (see the pictures attached). The bread was soaked in margarine so I ate the edges only. The baked beans were really mushy. It wasn't value for money as we spent over £40 for two oily English breakfast and coffees. I wouldn't expect to pay more than £5 each breakfast as it was such a greasy cafe breakfast instead of a high quality boutique breakfast. I would not recommend to go here.

Cosy traditional English tea room with great food and delicious breakfast options. The staff are very friendly and I would definitely recommend this cafe to anyone.

My daughter chose this place for dinner on a weekday. We received a nice welcome and seating was comfortable and spacious. However all shish kebabs were unavailable. I decided on a chicken wrap. It wasn't breadcrumbs as advised - it was batter like with fish. It slid off leaving the chicken breast alone and without much taste. The salad in the wrap was wilted and wet as was the salad that came with it which I couldn't eat. It was at the stage where had we been at home, I would have binned it. Dark green wet leaves. The photo shows the whole salad not the leftovers. My husband had burger and chips and said that was good. He enjoyed it. I had a few of his chips they were nice. You can always tell what an eating establishment is going to be like if they provide table water with ice and lemon - it's always a good sign. But we got two glasses of warm water (when there's five of us) and the water arrived as we were leaving after we'd eaten. I didn't complain because I didn't want my daughter and her friend to feel bad for having chosen the place. But I would not return.

If I could say one thing about this place it would be GET THE COOKIE DOUGH. Danielle was polite, interested in our day and help us decide on the best dish on the menu. I had such a lovely experience at Crème’s thanks to Jasmin! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Lovely little spot for lunch or a nice hot drink . Drinks where just right even with a fussy one like me who wants sugar free they where very accommodating. Hot chocolate the wife loved it and nice and hot so living to it's name pleasenty decorated. Food well I had the quiche which was lovely such a home baked taste to it like it had just been freshly made with a little side serving of salad which was more then enough. Omgoodness , popped in for a coffee.. Ended up with lunch as the atmosphere and surroundings, the price So reasonable. I recommend The Soup with a Cheese Scone..100% The staff, then the Chocolates ,as for gifts .. I ended up with buying the Chocs for me.. Please give it a Visit.....

This is my childhood coffee shop. Their chocolate, as you can imagine, is phenomenal. Their hot chocolate is obscenely wonderful. My mother used to take me here back when I was just 10. I still enjoy coming here now and again.

Visited yesterday as a birthday treat of cakes, chocolates and coffee. All excellent. The service very friendly, the shop beautifully presented, the chocolate Easter eggs fabulous. The coffee was an excellent quality (I am Italian and I should know!) and the chocolates were amazing! I would definitely recommend a visit, or two!!!

We spotted this place and decided to venture in and get out of the rain, a great experience and chance of luck. Has a great feel inside and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great selection of drinks, cakes and chocolates plus sandwiches. The chocolates pictured were included in an offer they run with x3 chocolates and a hot drink. Food and drink was all good, items arrived quickly and pricing was reasonable...again staff very helpful and on hand. Chocol8 also has WC facilities.

Late October 2024, my Mum and I dropped in for the first time. We were lucky to get the last table in the quiet, beautifully decorated little café. The owner was really friendly, explaining the business and showing us around. We chose the luxury hot chocolate that came with 3 Belgian chocolates of your choice - for £4.95!! Having been to Hotel Chocolate in October and having a dark hot chocolate with them, which was good, I can honestly say this was far, far better. I highly recommend this little café and enjoy supporting local businesses. Many thanks!

We had a good coffee (Oat Latte and Café Americano) with some vegan treads. It was very tasty and the garden outside was so lovely with a bit of sun and a bit of shade. We will come back.

Just popped in for lunch after a trip to the Oceanarium, well worth the walk up the hill! We were served by the owner who is absolutely lovely. I had the mac and cheese and my husband had chicken gyros. It was delicious food and the price was reasonable. Lovely atmosphere and space. We will definitely come back next time we're in Bournemouth!

Dog friendly & even more PEOPLE FRIENDLY.. situated in the heart of the Bournemouth Centre triangle, flirt amongst a parade of shops and clothes to a park. The atmosphere is very relaxed and warm, the service is very good and always with a smile, the menu is somewhat limited and moderate priced, but it’s obviously very manageable as it’s well cooked, well presented and in very quick time.. Ed the owner he’s so welcoming and friendly. It was so nice enjoying a meal in a relaxed atmosphere with our pet dog who was also warmly welcomed..

I love this place ! Stopped off for breakfast and lunch as well as supporting runner for Bournemouth 13k .top quality food, great welcome from owner Ed and his fabulous staff. Perfectly poached eggs and proper doorstop toast and plenty of butter. Great relaxed atmosphere loved offer fresh water on tables .

Come here a few times now and the food is always incredible and as far as prices in Bournemouth go, very affordable considering it’s an independent place and food is cooked fresh. Staff are always so nice too, especially the owner, and wait times are never long. Plus it’s a queer friendly space which is a bonus!!

I spent the afternoon at Flirt today. I was looking for a LGBTQIA+ safe space with a relaxing atmosphere so I could enjoy reading my book for a few hours. The staff were most friendly, who made sure I was ok, and don't mind a chat. Honestly, they couldn't have been more helpful and made me feel relaxed. Besides a couple of cups of tea, I ordered lunch. A chicken and bacon wrap, which was huge and so tasty. There was nothing I could fault with Flirt, and the next time I'm down in the south of England, I will be sure to visit.😘

One of my favourite cafes, breakfast this morning was fab. However the staff are so friendly and also so kind. Really hoping the fab peach iced tea makes it onto the winter menu too...

I order on Uber eats yesterday , I always get the same but from Hollywood but I thought why not try for creams?bad decision !! Order Ferrero rocher waffle and literally had half of Ferrero crushed on it , the picture you show has one whole on top of it , very very cheap quality chocolate over the waffle and very small quantity , the waffle was dry . I think the worst I’ve had in long time , waste of money as I didn’t eat it .

Two male staff Creams Charminster. I ordered pistachio ice and chocolate brownie cream. There was leftover pistachio one scoop size in the display which looked stale and discolored. Asked if there was any fresh but they insisted to serve the left one before putting out a fresh batch. Anyway took it. Pistachio scoop tasted sticky and gummy like texture not like normal ice cream. Straight away went to the staff and asked to replace only the one scoop and leave the other the attitude was horrible and tried to argue with me to refuse. They replaced the scoop with obvious display of not being helpful. Would you like to eat something bad you paid for??? If you want to keep customers in, please make sure staff know what fresh ice cream is and not to insist on customers paying for the leftovers that looked and tasted awful. Usually like Creams but was dissatisfied with the attitude, quality and service altogether. Let's not get started on the state of the toilets there either. Totally filthy and stinks like a sewer.

I always order online for my favourite waffle at least once in a week, but today I got time to go and order from there. I’m an a-list customer and in ol it says 30% discount for a-list. I haven’t got any discount and the staff wasn’t polite. I don’t understand what’s the point of advertising that they do a-list discount.

Really lovely place. Nice customer service and food was great. Only problem was the size of the children's waffle was just as big as an adults. My 2 year old could only eat half but she loved the ice cream and really enjoyed herself.

I always look forward to a trip to M’s. Great service and their pastries are the best in town. They always have a large selection of delicious treats to choose from, but a couple of my favourites are the fruit danishes (especially the recent fig danish) and the cinnamon rolls.

I surprised my best friend with a custom-made pistachio giant croissant, and it was a huge success! She was completely speechless — I definitely made her day with this unforgettable treat. Massive thanks to M’s Bakery for helping me turn the unbelievable into reality. The croissant was enormous, perfectly crisp, and absolutely out of this world. You guys nailed it. Phenomenal food! Every baked good—from the sourdough to the crinkle cookies and croissants—is absolutely outstanding. If you're someone who appreciates light, flaky, and perfectly sweet croissants, this place will feel like heaven. I don’t quite understand the complaints about pricing. When you consider what chains like Starbucks charge for mass-produced baked goods—often lacking in both flavor and quality—the prices here seem entirely fair. At Ms, everything is handmade with care and consistency, which you can see!! There’s real craftsmanship and effort behind the scenes to maintain this high standard every day. In that context, ~£5 for a croissant or pastry of this caliber feels more than reasonable. Yes, £5 is money, but chances are we all pay more for parking places these days. It should be a reminder that quality matters more than quantity. I’d much rather treat myself to something truly well-made and support an independent bakery than settle for a dozen mediocre, mass-produced alternatives. I love your work and will never stop shopping at yours! Keep up your great work and charge the sum that keeps your business running - anything else would be a real shame and loss for anyone who enjoys going to Ms. Rant over ❤️

I love this bakery! Real bread and artisan pastries. The staff know my order when I come in! This is real food made with skill. I don’t think it’s overpriced. You are paying for quality and it my weekly treat. I will always come here - it’s the best. You could waste your money on many other bad quality products! Come here and then go eat it on the beach - that is the best way to live! Enjoy it.

Based on my experience, there is no denying that the pastries at M's are lovely and the coffee is also pretty good!! However, with single pastry items priced at £4-£5+, two pastries and two coffees can cost almost £20 which is simply too much for a lot of people. (These prices could potentially be justified if there was an interior sit down area to enjoy the goods in—which is not the case here.) If prices were a bit more reasonable this would be the perfect bakery! I'll continue to enjoy M's, but unfortunately for most of us visits will have to be sporadic!

I'd heard a lot about this place so I was keen to taste their produce. I bought a pastry with custard & Berry filling, this cost me over £4 for just 1! while I'm happy to pay more for a cake from an independent bakery, and this place bakes on the premises, I do feel that the price at M's for a cake was way over-priced. The pastry I bought tasted nice but in my opinion it definitely wasn't worth the price & I would not buy here again. A slice of cheesecake was over £5 Too!! I would expect to pay no more than £3 for a pastry & maybe £3.50/£4.00 for a slice of cheesecake etc.

I recently purchased a poppy seed cake (makowiec) from this bakery, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! As someone from Poland, where makowiec is a traditional holiday dessert, I can confidently say this was the best I’ve ever tasted. The perfect balance of sweetness and moist texture made it truly exceptional. I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, and their other baked goods are equally amazing. I especially appreciate their sourdough bread, which is always fresh and full of flavor, and their sweet pastries that never fail to impress. If you’re looking for the perfect makowiec for the holidays—or just a delightful treat—I wholeheartedly recommend this bakery. They truly know how to deliver quality and taste!

Not been here for some months as sandbanks ferry has been off but I'm afraid this place has changed for the worse. Long wait for soup that tasted like it had been watered down greatly, also prices for coffee gone up 40%. Will go elsewhere in future.

Very nice for coffee and cake or a nice pot of tea, went there last week for a Birthday do very good buffet. Well worth a visit at any time and a very nice garden to enjoy in warm weather.

The only place in Bournemouth to be able to have French cakes and pastries made by a French patisserie. It has been here for 21 years let's hope for more to come. Excellent

As a family we have been before, this however was not our normal experience. I ordered and returned to the booth, a short while later my wife’s order came and it was not what I had ordered, it was white chocolate something I know my wife does not eat, I explained there had been a mistake and this was not our order, I was informed that I must have ordered it wrong in a very sharp tone, I requested for it to be changed as my wife couldn’t eat it and the staff member took it away, now some 10 minutes had past and the coffees had still not arrived! Then the same staff member came over and said to me would you come to the counter to pay for your replacement please! I explained this was not my mistake please can I speak with the manager, to which she replied I am the manager! I requested her line manager details as I wished to complain. She walked off, shortly the second staff member who was very polite, brought the coffees and the correct order, she said I am sorry for the delay, this had absolutely nothing to do with her but still she was professional. I thanked her and said it was her manager who showed the negative attitude and that didn’t reflect on her. I appreciate the manager did not speak English as a first language, and maybe a language barrier, I don’t think it was deliberate it was just a mistake but the way it was initially dealt with was unacceptable, if we had not been before and that had been our first visit I would not return.

I came at early evening today, working on one of my Uni Assignments 💻 and I fancy a pistachio milkshake😌. I didn't regret coming here as I found the two ladies managing the place very efficiently and have a good sense of customer care as well. Everything was great 👌🏽 even though the shop tends to be busy most of the time. I think this is what makes Sprinkles Gelato very unique to Bournemouth locals, I can see here children, families, boys, seniors, couples etc ... I admire this business and how it stands in this town, in my opinion better than the other competitor which starts with letter C. 🏃🏽 Keep it up 👏🏽

Run don’t walk! The ice chef was such a great addition to our wedding on Friday. Our guests are still talking about it now. We decided to scrap the dessert course for our wedding breakfast and book the ice chef as an alternative for ice cream rolls. We were able to chose our own flavours and a personalised sugar paper topper. Our guests even had the chance to have a go which is such great fun. We’ll definitely be using the ice chef again. AMAZING!!!! I recently booked Lindsey and the ICE CHEF for my husbands 40th birthday. Firstly the ice cream was DELICIOUS, with 5 different choices that we had discussed in advance. My guests would all agree the ice cream was fantastic and have been telling me about it since the party too!! Communication up to the party was great, and Lindsey was very professional. Big thanks to her and her team, highly recommend!

A lovely cafe on the ever popular and busy Old Christchurch Road. The staff are warm and lovely and only too happy to help. The breakfast we ordered was absolutely perfect! Cooked freshly to order at such speed; the bread was perfect, both perfect to smell and devour! We will be back again, thank you for your hospitality.

Love getting a Fredo espresso here and great for the small cakes or any cakes that they have premade lovely place to get a coffee the atmosphere is great. Staff always very friendly and helpful. My only gripe is that when I ordered a specific cake to be made wasn’t really what I ordered. It looked lovely with lovely decorations but didn’t taste at all like i ordered seemed like one of the standard cakes with a few little bits different

While wandering through Bournemouth, we stumbled upon this delightful café and patisserie. The woman tending the bar greeted us with warmth and was incredibly helpful. The place boasts an extensive selection of homemade cakes, savory pastries, ice cream, and baklava. The coffee was enjoyable, but the highlight was the chocolate mousse cake, which was the best I've ever had. Additionally, there are a few tables outside for those who prefer to enjoy their treats in the open air.

If anyone is coming down to Bournemouth for a birthday celebration this is the only place to go for a cake! Saved us the hassle of bringing our own cake which would’ve probably melted on the 3.5hr drive. 100% recommend 💯 they also do some really cool designs for a good price. Would’ve probably cost me double if I got the same cake where I live.

Heard from a friend about Banoffee patisserie. So ordered a hazelnut cake for my boss's 25 anniversary. The staff was friendly when taken the order and when I collected. Let me tell you, the cake was a big hit!!!! Everybody loved it and asked where is it from. The price was not expensive at all! I was very happy with the experience in there. The cake was delicious!!!! Thank you! And will be back for another 1 next week!!!! We had another cake as well. I just can say that it is worth every penny.... And today just picked up the third cake from them!!!! Brilliant!!! Love it

Honestly expected better, it is seems quality and services has gone down since they opened. To day we have ordered a Turkish breakfast Honestly it was so bad and you could see the vegetarian Algae bacteria on top of it so it might cost Stomach poisoning .I have a picture of that thing we saw on top of the pepper you can zoom in the photo and look at it . And also bad service. We have spoken to the person who is responsible for the restaurant he said there is nothing to do with that is a vegy things .So please be careful . And avoid this restaurant.

Lovely place! The person behind the till was very cheerful and had a nice bop to the upbeat music playing. Good brown sugar milk tea. 💕 The cup has orange details to match the store decorations, the cup seal I had was also Easter themed which was a nice touch.

THE BEST BUBBLE TEA PLACE IN BMTH! Was an “almost” daily client for an entire month and W2 never disappointed. The lady who owns the place is simply the sweetest person ever, and has memorised our orders just after the third visit! The place is adorable and it feels very homey. Plenty of plushies around for sale, as well as other cute boba-themed decorations. Everything in here feels genuine and heartfelt. You can customise your tea, so if you prefer more/less ice, sugar, just mention it while ordering! Besides boba tea, you can also buy ice cream, mochi, bubble waffle, and savoury dishes like dumplings. All delicious! If you are there, my favourites were the Honeydew Melon, and Brownsugar Matcha. Or if you’re feeling adventurous, just ask the lady for a mystery one:)

Very cute bubble tea cafe! They also sell hot food, bubble tea related merchandise and they’re open late. Best watermelon fruit tea that I’ve tried and I love the decor. Definitely recommend if you’re in Bournemouth! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Small cafe just over the corner from the bust shopping street. We were lucky to spontaneously decided to pop in. Great choice of bubble waffles, and you can choose from variety of sweet toppings including fresh berries, whipped cream, ice cream, caramel source, but also savory options. Waffles are delicious, low fat, made just for you. Highly recommend

Yep Frozen yogurt. The smoothie version is a welcome addition and the oreo cone looks good. Only downside is you don't get enough topping

Used to love coming here to get my yoghurt with plenty of yummy toppings, but it seems to have gone down hill. My last visit was disappointing with barely any toppings, it was hardly worth it. Will think twice before going again as it now feels like a waste of money for what you get.

Avoid - Don’t place an order for delivery. I was gifted an order via the Uber Food app. The drink was placed upside down and cause the paper bag to rip on delivery, before I even opened it. The delivery driver said it was nothing to do with them. So I called the store to explained the situation. I got told that the customer is liable and it has nothing to do with them. Surely they should ensure that the packaging and delivery service they have arranged is fit for purpose. What a waste of money. Poor service.

The ice cream here is well worth it. Plenty of choices you will not be disappointed. The manager Sonny was very helpful in taking our orders we will definitely be back

The lemon ice cream was very good but my kinder bueno dessert was way too sweet. Your members of staff are indians and none of us could understand them or could they express themselves properly.

Ordered on just eat , completely shocked by the quality of food I received . For what you pay you get next to nothing with a very small amount of ice cream . I would recommend taking your money elsewhere for better value . Delivery took nearly 3 hours with no answer from the Kaspas phone when trying to chase up .

Such lovely food, and lovely staff. my son had a tub of bubblegum ice cream but didn't like it and the member of staff gave him a cone free of charge, the prices are fair and the choices are soo good, would definitely recommend

Delicious light fluffy waffles plenty of topping we had strawberry delight 1 with white choc sauce 1 with milk choc sauce both with white choc and raspberry gelato really lovely, nice little shop with nice staff- def recommend

Good ice-cream but this shop seems to be open only during rainy days. Every time I want to buy some ice-cream during hot summer day, they seem to be closed :D Not sure what's up with the business plan here. The pancakes are a bit on a meh side topped with loads of sugar

Ice cream is to die for. Its been a bit disappointing as it closes at 7pm and if truth be told, I sometimes wait for the kids to go to bed before a secret indulge so it's nice that the new opening times may be a Little later. Love the choice of gelato flavours and there is a huge range of vegan options too. About equal I'd say. Lots of toppers for ice creams and waffles are good too. Price isn't as expensive as other ice cream/dessert restaurants, which means I'm more happy to indulge a couple of times a month for a treat with the kids.

This is such a good ice-cream parlour I enjoyed it so much. My 10 year old daughter had a blast I would definitely recommend it. It has good prices and good deals and offers I would denfinty go back. This is the best ice-cream parlour I've ever been too.

Wouldn't recommend anyone else! Lovely food, lovely people and so considerate. My mum has a nut allergy, the young lady working today reassured me they would be extremely careful, there was no cross contamination. Love it.

I really enjoyed my trip to the unicorn icecream parlour....the kinder bueno waffles were absolutely amazing !!! The waitress was kind and helpful, even though a little run off her feet. We managed to get a seat luckily as it was very busy when we arrived being opening day ! We shall be back for more delicious treats soon 😊👍🏼
