Seafood restaurant
Fast food restaurant
Pescaria in Polignano a Mare is a renowned seafood spot managed by Bartolo L'Abbate, the founder of Pescheria Lo Scoglio. This historic fish market offers raw or cooked fish for takeaway or on-site dining. The restaurant provides an informal setting to savor pasta dishes and fresh, sustainable seafood. Visitors can enjoy fish pasta, raw seafood, fish salads, and fried fish at this establishment located at 93 Via Mazzini.
The food was amazing. It was fresh and well seasoned. The service was fast and great. The mixed fried seafood was kind of salty but everyone of my friends and family enjoyed it with the beer, coke, and water. In my opinion the octopus burger was the highlight of the food i ordered. Overall I would recommend this place for people who like seafood, tourists and most of my friends.

What a delightful taste! We ordered 2 octopus sandwiches and fried calamari 🐙 🦑 Both were delicious, and we did not have to wait in line. The waiters did not speak English very well, but they understood our order from the photos I showed. The bread was hot and crispy, and the seafood was also very tasty. If you visit to Polignano a Mare you should eat something in this restaurant.
Zumre K — Google review
Found this nice eatery that sells fish and chips. We ordered the salmon burger, fish and chips and the fried squid. The fish is fresh and nicely cooked with a good crisp. We enjoyed the way the fries were cooked. The squids are also very tasty and fragrant. The burger comes with some raw salmon, chopped tomatoes, some greens and sauce, pretty big burger. Nice and cosy place to have your meal, no fuss. Recommended

A visit to Pescaria in Polignano a Mare is a truly unique experience, but one that is absolutely worth it. The food is fantastic, and the prices are surprisingly great for the quality of seafood you get. However, you should be prepared for the process. It's a very busy place, and first, you have to stand in a line to pay for your meal. Only after you've paid do you get to sit down and wait for your order. It's a system, and while it's efficient, it can feel a bit chaotic. And while the food is amazing, some of the staff can be a bit rude, which is a shame, but it might just be a part of the fast-paced, high-volume environment. The food, though, is the real star. The salmon and tuna panini are absolutely delicious—the fish is so fresh and flavorful. The fish and chips are also fantastic, a perfect Apulian take on a classic. For the great price you pay, it’s an incredible value. In the end, it's a worthwhile trade-off. You might have to deal with a strange ordering process and some less-than-friendly staff, but the food is excellent and the prices are more than fair. It's a place you go to for the delicious seafood, and that's exactly what you get.
Shanit R — Google review
Fantastic place for fish & oysters lovers who want to have crackers or panini gluten-free too. The place is spacious inside and outside and provides all sorts of fresh fish for a reasonable deal. Except Prosecco and wine is not served per glas, per bottle only. For me as single traveler a bit challenging and I would love to have some sparkling wine to the lemon squeeze of the oysters. Service is also highly kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this place!
Anna L — Google review
This delicious and convenient fresh fish shop was recommended to me by a colleague and I am so lucky I was able to go! We enjoyed a raw octopus salad and a box of soft battered and fried white fish and polenta. Everything was absolutely delicious. It’s a busy location, so I recommend arriving before or after peak lunch hour. However we were able to share our table with a group of travelers and had a great conversation about the beautiful city and food. We shared food, stories, and vibes. Great place all around!
Ruby — Google review
Pescaria The octopus sandwich is definitely the highlight—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Other seafood dishes are decent but don’t quite stand out in the same way. The overall atmosphere is casual and lively, making it a nice spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. No reservation is required, but be prepared for a bit of a wait—usually around 20 minutes just to place your order. Once you order, you’re given a number and it typically takes another 30 minutes for your food to be ready. When it’s time, a staff member calls out your number in Italian, which adds a bit of local charm and is a fun opportunity to test your listening skills if you’re learning the language. A good place for a laid-back seafood experience if you’re not in a rush.

We visited Pescaria for the first time today and it did not disappoint! I will be dreaming about this polpo fritto panino and crunchy chips for a long time 🤤. We went before dinner and did not have to wait at all. Karim was very kind and made sure we were enjoying our visit!

Nestled in the charming town of Polignano a Mare, MINT Cucina Fresca is a culinary gem that celebrates the vibrant flavors of Apulia. Since its inception in 2013 by the dynamic duo Liu and Fabrizio, this rustic-chic eatery has become a haven for food enthusiasts seeking fresh, organic ingredients sourced from local farms.
Really nice place, small and ran purely by a believe a couple. Menu is small so food is good quality and comes out quickly. Lady is really nice and chef is also great and he comes out at the end of what we saw most people's sitting and thanks them for coming in.

My wife and I ate here on 29 May. We had an unforgettable experience, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Polignano. We also ate at an overpriced restaurant in a cave, and I would recommend this place over that one in a heartbeat. The chef greeted us afterwards too, which I thought was a nice touch at the end of a very delicious meal. Portions were big, but quality was not sacrificed. Would recommend to book in advance, as the place was fully booked while we were there on a weekday. The owners, which were a couple (I believe) turned away many people while we were enjoying our meal.

An Exceptional Dining Experience – Highly Recommended! We visited this restaurant based on a friend’s recommendation and were absolutely delighted! Although the space is small, it’s beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and professional. From the moment we arrived until the end of our meal, everything was handled with care and a smile. Special thanks to Liu and Fabrizio, who made our evening even more enjoyable with their friendliness and attention. The food was outstanding – not only was it delicious, but the presentation was also exquisite. Each dish was a small work of art, with perfectly balanced flavors that truly impressed us. We will definitely be coming back and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

Wow. What an incredible dining experience. The restaurant is stunning. The couple that runs this place are chic, kind, and very good at their jobs. They came over at the end of the night to chat with us and thank us for coming. The food was amazing and the vibe was perfect for the last night in the town. Would highly highly recommend this place for a romantic dinner.

We expected a lot and got even more! Already the reception is warm and welcoming, giving you the feeling of being personally welcomed. The menu is short but varied, but it's still hard to choose from the delicious dishes on offer. I could write for a long time, every bite is still memorable. For example, the salad of courgette noodles, a dream of simplicity that makes the palate dance. Soft, fresh vegetables, herbs and lettuce alternate with crunchy vegetable crisps and seeds. Lots of flavour without competing with each other ... great balance and yet an experience with every bite. The fave is also different. Authentic and yet more! I don't know how the chef does it. There is also a great selection of wines, some organic. We don't miss the dessert of the day either. This host couple is awesome! The personal farewell from both of them emphasises that this is the best this village and beyond has to offer. Thank you for a lovely, delicious evening. We would love to come back when we are in the area again!

We vacationed in Puglia for 6 days and this was our best meal. We ordered the octopus (polpo) and the salmon carpaccio. They were both presented in the most unique and creative ways. The flavors were a delight for our taste buds. The restaurant is small, intimate and beautifully decorated. Make sure you book well in advance. The service was genuinely friendly. The chef greeted everyone and our server was so nice. MINT gets our highest recommendation.

Amazing experience to finish out our last night in Polignano a Mare. We loved the vibe of the restaurant from the decor, the music, the host and the chef who comes out to greet each guest. The food was stunning and we loved every bite. Couldn’t fault a thing. Thank you very much MINT Cucina Fresca for a fabulous experience!

To eat here at our last evening was the best thing we could’ve done. We had an amazing dining experience here, easily one of the best in our life’s! The restaurant has a really comforting atmosphere, so you are feeling right at home. The restaurant is owned by a nice and friendly couple, who do everything by their own and have an excellent and especially creative menu. You just feel the passion for good, fresh and local food in everything. And it is right - don’t skip the dessert! This was also, besides our delicious main dishes, one of the best things we ever tasted. So thank you Liu and Fabrizio for an incredible dinner and your kind hospitality! PS: We highly recommend to make a reservation, because their place is quite popular - we booked three days in advance.

Grotta Palazzese is a renowned restaurant located in a cave, offering elegant rooms with sea views and a bar. Situated in the historic center of Polignano, visitors can explore nearby attractions such as Piazza San Benedetto and Via Roma, known for its illuminated decorations featuring the lyrics of Domenico Modugno's 'Volare.'
The review is for the restaurant. My partner and I made a considerable financial effort to dine here and it is was an unforgettable experience. The location and the view are amazing, we booked dinner for 8 pm and it was already dark, I would have preferred to go a little earlier because we couldn’t really see the sea in the dark. Being able to go when it’s still light and stay until it gets dark would be perfect. Anyway, the atmosphere was great: live jazz music, delicious food, intimate and unique vibe. However, the service is not worth the price. When we arrived nobody was at the reception, we didn’t know whether we should wait or sit somewhere and the table cloth had a stain which is uncomfortable for the price they charge. I don’t regret going though and I feel lucky I got to see this place.

This review is only for the restaurant. Didn’t stay at the hotel. This is one of the most epic restaurants in the world for its setting. Incredible view. In a cave in a cliff on the ocean. Spectacular. One of the most instagramable places I’ve ever seen. The food was good too. I had the tasting menu with wine pairing. Service was patchy. The staff were friendly but they are a bit understaffed. The three star review comes from the price. At nearly €500 Euro a person this is one of the most expensive meals I’ve ever had. And it’s not Michelin level food. You are paying for decent food and an incredible view and setting. If the price was half of what it was I’d give it 5 stars. But it’s not. I have hundreds of reviews here. Many of them Michelin 3 star places. This is one of the most overpriced meals I’ve ever had. Was it worth it? I’m glad I went to see the place. But wouldn’t recommend it unless you truly can afford it.
Eddy — Google review
This review is only for the restaurant. We did not stay in the hotel. I am going to be very honest as we have just visited the same level of restaurant (Michelin guide, fine dining) in another place (Moscow, Russia) and I must admit that the difference is very clear (not only in price). 1. Location. 5/5 The restaurant itself is located in one of the most beautiful caves with astonishing views. The place is at least must see (maybe must visit if the restaurants gets better anytime) because of its cave and very nice location. This is why this place gets 2 stars instead of just 1 star. 2. Food. 2/5 We tried the vegetarian set (me and my wife). I cannot say that these were dishes for 500 EUR for two. You get 1 small tartlet with raw zucchini (nothing special), one green salad (the taste was good), one beetroot salad (it’s just boiled beetroot with some cheese and mushrooms. The beetroot flavor is so strong you don’t taste anything else), pasta (it was nice), some desserts (nothing special, nice simple flavor of vanilla and cream). Overall the food was 2/5, more like a disappointment, because you expect very different level of taste, of experience and emotions. 3. Service 0/5 Come on guys! You need to fire your senior administrator who arranged this circus service. We did not get our menu for 7-9 minutes after we sat to the table, we did not even know who our waiter was for all that time. After that when I asked about the ingredients in the dish (sea sand) the waiter could not answer the question for 3 times! He would always go away, ask for help or answer different question before his colleague came up to me and finally explained the meaning! Not knowing what you serve for 500 EUR is incredibly not professional. Table service was just stupid. We get our bread but we don’t get any plates for the bread. So when we want to try it we have to eat it without plates so all breadcrumbs go everywhere on the table and the waiter did not bother to clean them up. Finally the waiter did not bother to ask how was the dishes and overall stay. Nothing about this restaurant speaks Michelin. Overall rating is 2/5, do not advise visiting only for the view Unless these guys step up food and service.

We didn't stay in the hotel so this review is just for the restaurant. We had some reservations about this place because of some of the reviews. However, my wife and I decided we would give it a try anyway. Where else in the world can you have dinner in a sea cave! It probably goes without saying that the atmosphere was absolutely magical. Some of the reviews we read made it sound as though the food wasn't great but I have to say we both felt their Abraccio menu was top notch. Live music was a nice added touch. Service was okay, but not the best we've had. At a different price point them forgetting to bring a beverage for my wife would have been forgivable but not for what they're charging. They did get to it with a couple of asks though. Even so, it was a minor hiccup in what was otherwise a magical evening. We have no regrets.

We made reservations months in advance. We had the first seating at 6:00pm. We were seated at our table and very coldly greeted with a tablet for beverage choice and a menu. We knew going in this would be a very expensive evening but anticipated excellent food combined with exceptional service. For weeks they sent reminder emails about our reservation. We waited for 10 minutes before they took out drink order which was a glass of wine and a beer. About five minutes later they came back to the table and told us they were out of beer, literally right after they opened and they did not bring the glass of wine. It was busy and most tables were seated, eating, drinking but the staff completely ignored us. No water, no rolls and drinks. When they did come to take our order I had some question and they did answer but then walked away without taking our order and this was after we have been sitting for 20 minutes. About 10 minutes later someone came and picked up the bread plates like they were clearing our table and we still didn’t have drinks, no bread and still no order. After 20 minutes of sitting, we got up and walked out. The ambiance is beautiful but it’s quite loud given the surrounds with the ocean crashing against the cave. The minimum $250 EU person is certainly no worth it and I highly recommend keep your distance if you’re considering a visit.

Bucket list ticked, but as others have said food is not what it should be. The Hotel, however, is another level...... We had 4 days to travel there from the UK (from Snowdonia in Wales). Decided to make a road trip of it so packed the car up and set off on Monday evening. We arrived outside Grotto Palazzese at approx. 16:00 on Friday afternoon. After threading a wide car through the narrow medivel Italian streets, witht he though of genuinely getting wedged (I'd resigned myself to the fact that the alloys would probably be trashed on this trip but miracilously they remained untouched throughout), we somehow popped out right by the entrance to the hotel. Expecting something like Gleneagles or the Ritz, it's just a house entrance that acts like the Tardis inside. Once it was established that we were guests staying the night and not some stupid Brit who had stuffed their car outside the hotel, blocking the hotel private car service in, the valet took over and went to park the car. We were ushered to the desk to sort out checking in, and upon going back outside the car was still there, complete with the wonderful smell of a fried clutch and about 50 tourists all taking pictures of it. The window dropped on the car and the valet asked "how do you make it go backwards - I can't get it to go backwards?" I don't suppose many right hand drive manual wide GT cars turn up, so don't blame him for struggling with the car - after I showed him that he just needed to push harder to find reverse, he continued to stall it a furhter 14 times as the fly-off handbrake was ready to then tip him over the edge.... We were shown to our suite, and luggage was already in there (they literally do everything for you). The suite was amazing - the view simply stunning, everything controlled by the I-Pad and for me it was perfect and better than imagined. We had a seperate gated entrance off the street, and small table to sit outside on and enjoy the complimentary fruits on offer. We started on the street with some drinks as had some time to kill and went down to the restaurant in time for our sitting. It was obviously busy, but the waiting staff were polite enough and courteous. 3 choices - Fish, meat or vegetarion 7 course tasting menu. Reasonable wine menu and the option to wine pair. We both chose the seafood option with wine pairing. Upon reflection we should have chosen a seafood and a meat option and then compared but hey ho. Learn for next time. The food started to come out and each course was tasty, nothing outstanding, but nice. One of the courses that was placed infront of us was spaghetti in a yellow tomato sauce. Excuse me? If I'm paying a thousand euros for a meal I don't expect a course to be spaghetti, even if it is a Michelin chef that has preparred it? That was a surprise and disappointment. There were some nice dishes, but the wine pairing was also a disapointment - instead of paying 180 euros each (or whatever it was) for the wine pairing, upon hindsight we should have put the money towards purchasing one nice bottle to enjoy with the meal, but again - lesson learned. The main fish course tasted like tinned sardines - I enjoyed it but Rita sent hers back. They did offer an alternative but we declined. We didn't feel hurried, and the pudding was excellent. So to re-cap, the hotel was amazing and I will certainly return there, just not eat in the restaurant below as the reviews are correct, it's not worth the money. However, I do recommend going as the setting is just fabulolus, it is a bucket list item for most people, the staff were polite and friendly enough, engaging in conversation and were knowledgeable about the food and wine (the wine just wasn't to our taste and I think it could have been paired better), we were glad we went, it is a memorable and a special place, the food was nice - just not what it could have been. It has the potential to be out of this world though.

Prices were super expensive, not worth the food, we paid Euro 300/- for the seafood set, even have to pay for water. Bread & other food were so salty, chefs need to be sent for re-training... except for the dessert, group of 16 was so disappointed, only consolation was the mesmerizing scenic cave structures such beautiful sights..

I was there 2 year ago with my friend. So it was reason why we decided come back again because we were so so happy and satisfied. So we were on the restaurant a on 3.11. 3025. The restaurant was beautiful and impressive. The view of the sea was wauuuu and amazing. First we wanted change table even though the restaurant was half empty. But it was not possible. Next the tablecloth was not ironed. Cloth napkins too. Next soup was tasteless and almost cold. Next on the table wasn't salt and pepper. Next the waiter give us a minimum amount of sauce on the spagetti. It was a bit cold the blanked was available but no one offered it tu as. On the toalet was not hand creme and toothnrushes. All of this is a given at the five-stars hotel and restaurant but not in the Grotta Palazzese. We are not satisfied....we are disappointed...we spent a lot of money for not good servicies and quality meal. This is definitely not the place to go. Dissatified guest.

Nestled in the heart of Polignano, Casa Mia Trattoria Pizzeria is a charming eatery that perfectly blends comfort with style. With inviting sidewalk tables and a relaxed atmosphere, this trattoria specializes in regional Apulian cuisine crafted by the talented chef Leonardo Amoruso. The menu features an array of creative seafood dishes and hearty pasta options, such as taglioni with shrimp and sea urchin or gramigna paglia e fieno with sausage and porcini mushrooms.
We came here as a family of 4 adults and 1 toddler, and they were very accommodating to our request for a high chair. The staff were very pleasant and food was served at a reasonable time given the restaurant was full. We did ask for our son's pasta to come out first and unfortunately it was the last dish to come out, but thankfully he eats a lot of other things too so we were able to keep him occupied in the meantime. Food was fresh and delicious, especially my octopus starter and beef main.

I have never seen such a wide choice of different grains for the pizza base. The option for lactose free cheese was a huge bonus for me. The calzone pizza I had was the best I have ever had hands down. One of the best meals so far in the south of Italy.

The worst experience in gastronomy I have ever had. It started with really bad service, which immediately made it clear that they did not like seeing us. We then waited quite a long time to order. When someone finally came to us, we were told that we could only order three different dishes for the table. Given that there were 9 of us, it was quite difficult to agree. We then waited an hour and a half for our food, and during that time, no one even stopped by our table to order the wine. After an hour and a half, they finally brought the food. Unfortunately, not for everyone at the same time, but one dish after the other within about twenty minutes, so it happened that one had finished eating and the other had not yet eaten. The food was average, but the portion was half. In a completely simple dish like Mozzarella with tomatoes, for which we also waited an hour and a half, we were surprised to find a hair. When transferring the bill, the waiter did not say a word, threw the bill on the table and left. Please, find another restaurant.

The food was good, the service was good, and the location is just in the middle of town. It is not at the historic center, nevertheless this place target tourists. Don't let it bother you too much, this is very touristic town...the prices are a bit high though...

Ristorante Donna Gina offers a refined dining experience with a focus on Apulian seafood and tasting menus. The elegant space features a terrace overlooking the sea, providing a romantic and unforgettable atmosphere for guests. Located in Polignano a Mare, the restaurant boasts scenic views of Lama Monachile beach.
Had lunch at Donna Gina on a Thursday afternoon July 14th. 4 people seated promptly, had a few appetizers fried baby octopus, shrimp Catalans, and seafood salad all were excellent. Mains were lobster pasta, tutti mare and a pasta that was slightly charred/burnt (intentionally) one of my favorite childhood dishes. All were excellent. We had some nice regional wines. Views are amazing and it’s a beautiful restaurant and location.

I am an hotelier and restaurateur ( sono italiano): while I would give 5 stars for food, service and location I need to give 1 star to the choice to have limited menu and the minimum of 90€ for 1,2 or 3 plates; the menu doesn’t have anymore fresh and LOCAL catch which was presented at the entrance of the restaurant! The result: EMPTY on Saturday night! If any businessmen reads the numbers and the drop during the years could easily explain why! Please do something, you have an amazing spot and it could be full 360 days a year and maybe have also a star Michelin!

The only positive thing about this restaurant is its location and the view, food was overpriced and really bad. Pasta was so burned it was barely edible. For the seafood mix we got one shrimp, one unedible, gummy octopus and small fish for 40€. Really not recommend.
Julia B — Google review
Donna Gina's was terrible and ruined the last few days of our Italy trip. The three people who ate seafood got food poisoning and were violently ill with vomiting and the other stuff. When I told the restaurant their response was "you can't prove this was because of our food" - even after I explained that this is the only meal that the three of us ate the same food (it was a forced tasting menu and three of us got the seafood meal and three others got the vegetarian meal - these three didn't get sick) Even before we got sick, we were upset that the food was not good and service was even worse. Ironically, the manager came over to the table and said that the muscles give him gas after eating them after already ordering and having them presented at the table!!? Additionally, we informed the staff that we needed to leave at 11pm and we had not been given our main course or dessert after two hours of sitting at the table. The restaurant was not busy and half of our table sat without food for 45min., while the other half of the table was served multiple dishes. It was very strange. So basically we paid $900 euros for half of our meal. They even ordered us to wait at the front while they went back to our table to check if we signed the receipt, as if we were trying to avoid finalizing the bill. Save yourself from a terrible experience and never ever come to Donna Gina. They poison people and don't take responsibility

The view is definitely breathtaking, but the service and quality of food was way too low for Italy. The waiters treat you as if you owe them something and I don’t mind paying a lot for excellent seafood, but it was much worse than a cheap Fish bar in Cyprus. Having traveled in Italy a lot this is the first place I didn’t like and I hope the last :-)!
Svitlana B — Google review
Expensive, average kitchen, plus they include coperty (additional charge for something secret) in your bill. And the waiter refused to serve tables on the veranda due to the fear of the hypothetical rain in sunny day — strange, considering that a beautiful view seems to be the only plus of this place

Restaurant Antiche Mura is a charming venue located in the historic town center of Polignano a Mare, offering a romantic and rustic ambiance with rough-hewn whitewashed walls. The dining room features high vaulted ceilings adorned with glittering chandeliers, creating an intimate and cozy atmosphere. Specializing in traditional Apulian cuisine, the restaurant serves simple yet elegant local dishes made with fresh ingredients.
This lovely restaurant came recommended from many sources, and we can absolutely understand why. The most incredibly fresh sweet seafood we have ever experienced. Top notch service. We were fortunate to go along with a lovely Italian couple that we bumped into in the street. They spoke to the staff, but I’m sure the waiters would have been efficient and friendly regardless of our fluent Italian speaking Aussie friends.
Adie B — Google review
“A bit too fancy for my taste—the staff was a bit stiff, and the food was just okay, not great. We had raw tuna, and my pasta had a sour taste that I didn’t enjoy much. That said, the restaurant itself is visually impressive, with a beautiful setup. We had to book in advance, and I would recommend it for the experience at least once. We paid €88 for our dishes.

A great option if you’re looking to treat yourself to seafood or fish. The service was very good, and the way they cook the fish in the oven with olives was spot on. However, it felt expensive for the portion size and quality. For this price, I’ve had much better seafood and fish at similar places.
Adrian A — Google review
The service was excellent, our waiter Giuseppe was very kind and attentive. The seafood was delicious and fresh, and the appetizers were tasty but on the smaller side. Pasta was good as well, though portions overall felt a bit small. Still, a lovely dining experience with great service and quality food.
Ximena O — Google review
The food was tasty, nothing special though served nicely and yes, the price was not in accordance with the portion. A touristic restaurant. The staff were attentive and friendly. Worth a try!

Food was good but not mind blowing given the price. Has the pasta with lobster, the fish, the fava bean puree, and the carpaccio of local fish. All good but again nothing wow. The dessert was the same- we had the custard type dish that reminded me a bit of crème brûlée but not as good and a lackluster cannoli. The meal was quite expensive and this was how we celebrated our elopement so it was a bit of a bummer compared to some of the other meals we had.
Alexandra K — Google review
The service is very nice and attentive. The food is nice too. But maybe should have ordered the whole fish. They look very tasty. The dessert sporcamuss is very tasty. Highly recommend.
Smilynn Z — Google review
Very nice restaurant, kind staff, only the food was rather dissapointing. Pasta was quite ok, but the main dish dissapointed us (mixes seafood plate and bouillabaisse). Bbouillabaisse was with no fish, only parts of fish head and a piece of tail, 5 mussles, one small squid and one overcooked langostine, the taste of soup was very good. The mixed fish plate can be judged from the picture, also not very tasty… Wine, recommended by the waiter was very good. Overall nice experience, but for 113 eur we expected more…

L'Osteria di Chichibio is a charming restaurant known for its airy space, vaulted ceiling, and chandeliers. It offers a wide range of options for lunch or dinner to cater to various tastes and budgets. The menu includes delectable lobster, raw fish, and seafood pasta dishes that are sure to satisfy food enthusiasts. The restaurant is also praised for its elevated cuisine and fresh seafood offerings, making it an appealing choice for those who appreciate quality dining experiences.
Very good family owned restaurant w whimsical decorations. On the top of the door arch stands three large bottles of grappa. Be reminder some of the dishes are of huge portions, like the seafood soup enough for four people in a regular restaurant. The lobster course was also gigantic.

Perfect 54 birthday dinner. Not planned but exelcellent choice. Zuppa di peche and lobster tartar fantastic! Service very good.

Everything was really perfect. But most of all, the service. They really go above and beyond for their customer it was so heartwarming. I went there for my girlfriend birthday and everything they did for her was truly marvelous... Roses, everything, it was such a memorable moment ! They even brought us a chocolate cake that was not on the menu, it was so good, one of the best I've eaten. Also food was incredible so tasty, so well balanced. Everything was perfect, a thousand thanks again!!

Osteria di Chichibio is the best restaurant in Polignano. I went in different restaurants including Grotta Palaze who is famous in this city but I end up coming twice in this place. The food is just another level. Come to eat first and thank me later! It’s a must guys 🥂
Geralda K — Google review
This restaurant used to be spectacular. It has changed. Food is nothing special or remarkable, as you can find better at other locals places. Good service. Cute setting. Frutti di mare with fava puree was a highlight. We would not go again. If I were Italian, I would be ashamed to serve the unripe tomatoes in the salad.
Andrew E — Google review
Let's address the minor issue first. My parents' salad starter was definitely simple—it did the job, but it was far from Michelin-star worthy. A simple but elevated offering, like a burrata with pistachios and olives, would have been a much nicer choice and better aligned with the quality of the mains. The Special Mains The main courses, however, were truly special and highly memorable: • Sea Urchin Pasta: I had the sea urchin pasta, which was a unique choice since I wasn't sure what to expect. It was a very special dish, and I'd absolutely take it again for the incredible creaminess of the sauce. • The Standout Dish: Pink Risotto: The true star of the meal was the pink risotto served with caviar and scallops. This dish was just as creamy and special as my pasta, offering an impressive blend of flavors and textures. Conclusion The price was fair for the quality of the main dishes, but the simple salad starter was a letdown. If you visit, I highly recommend focusing on the seafood dishes—they are where this restaurant truly shines and provides a spectacular experience.

If you’re looking for a fine dining experience, Chichibo is the perfect choice. From the impeccable service to the delicious, well-crafted dishes, everything about this place is top-notch. You really can’t go wrong here. I started with the seafood parmigiana, a unique and delightful dish that was a first for me. It was flavorful and beautifully prepared—a fantastic way to begin the meal. For my main course, I had the tagliolini with prawns, porcini mushrooms, and zucchini. It was absolutely fabulous, with perfectly balanced flavors and a wonderful texture. This is the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression. Be sure to make a reservation!

Caruso Gelateria, located at Piazza Garibaldi 22, has been a renowned spot for delicious gelato and other specialties since 1956. The late maestro behind the creations made this place a go-to destination for those seeking exceptional flavors. From traditional pistachio and hazelnut to unique figs and gorgonzola, their gelato selection is diverse.
The moment I walked in I could notice how cozy and fun the atmosphere was. We got to test multiple ice creams that tasted amazing. They have many different choices which is perfect, along with different tastes that aren’t ‘basic.’ I had bought the caramel and Roucher while my mother bought mango and coconut. The moment you taste their ice cream you just know that it’s made from scratch. Amazing place! Lovely people!
Luvqqxq — Google review
Absolutely loved their gelato! We chose dark raw chocolate, pistachio, and Capri in a cup — each flavor was incredibly creamy and packed with flavor. The dark chocolate was rich and intense, the pistachio was smooth and nutty, and Capri was a refreshing surprise. We also tried the affogato a modo mio with S. Marzano liqueur — such a generous portion and absolutely delicious. A unique twist on the classic affogato that really worked. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area! We also tried Martinucci Laboratory, but I think Caruso is way better!

I am always coming back here when I am in surroundings, at least for this ice-cream. It is even small word to say fabulous! One of the best ice-creams of my life and I had them a loooooot. Note that there are also sugar and lactose free options (nocciola and pistachio). I am always for lemon and basil and Gorgonzola and blueberries are must try.

Caruso Note d’Eccellenza offers an excellent gelato experience with a wide variety of delicious and satisfying flavors. The atmosphere is charming, and the central location makes it easily accessible. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, adding to the overall experience. Definitely one of the best dessert spots in town.

Definitely one of the best gelatos we’ve had in Italy. The friendly staff offered us a taste test and we both got the Capri, a lemon and milk flavour! The quality of the ice cream is top notch and so is the service. The best!

the second stop on our “polignano food tour”was this gelato shop and apparently i had to try their ice cream. my friends raved about the gorgonzola gelato. one friend even came running to the shop, yes she was that exited. i was just as excited because i love cheese and gorgonzola is one of my favorites. unfortunately we didn’t see it on display and it turns out they had stopped making it. a shame because i was really curious. we tried other flavors instead. i got ricotta with chocolate bits (like a cannoli filling) and almond. both were very good and the quality was excellent. the disappointment lingered a little but the delicious gelato quickly made up for it.

You have been dreaming of a super fish restaurant where service is by super-skilled waiters, you would fing nice ambience and sea food on point? Then you would find here the place in heaven. Da Tuccino – A True Gem by the Sea ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been to Da Tuccino several times, and it never disappoints. One of the oldest and most respected restaurants in the region, it combines impeccable service with truly outstanding seafood. The location is perfect — right across from the sea, with beautiful views that set the tone for a memorable meal. The seafood is as fresh as it gets, and every dish is prepared with real mastery. All the pastas are unbelievably tasty — I had pasta with sea urchins, and it was simply fantastic. They also offer gluten-free and lactose-free options, which is a big plus. My daughter had the lobster pasta, and it was truly a work of art. We love the atmosphere here — elegant yet warm and welcoming. It may not be the cheapest place in the region, but great quality comes at a fair price, and here you absolutely get what you pay for. Highly recommended to anyone who loves exceptional seafood and fine dining. We will definitely be back again and again!

Incredibly fresh and delicious seafood! The quality of the seafood is outstanding. We had the langoustines, giant prawns and scallops au gratin for starters. For mains, my wife had the gnocchi with sage and baby clams while I had the black orchetti with zucchini, clams and shrimp. Everything was absolutely delicious! Even the panna cotta dessert was spot on. Service was prompt and attentive, all while enjoying a beautiful ocean view. In short, a 10/10 experience!

Expensive restaurant not worth the hype. Unfortunately, our night ended with being asked to tip on top of learning about a “coperta” charge (5euro per person) being added to our check. This was a first for this charge and being asked for a tip on our trip to Italy. Some dishes were amazing, however our octopus was overcooked. We thought that the patio area lacked character. Just a standard white table cloth experience. We did eat at night when it was dark, I’m sure the views from the patio during the day are gorgeous. Overall, good food but high price for what you get (~30euro entrees). There are more affordable and more delicious options in town (~15euro entrees). The end of the meal experience really left a sour taste. We hope that management will remove this practice from their serving team for the sake of future guests.

THE BEST fish restaurant in all of Italy! Should be Michelin ⭐️! Came back to experience it again. #jawdropping food. Spectacular service. Wines of the Salento. Gamberino al ghiacho, flash boiled fresh prawn sushi on ice. Roasted purple Gallipoli prawns in butter and salt. Squid ink orecchiette with shrimp, clams, zucchine. Linguine al astice-- lobster linguine in tomatoes, butter, lobster shell sauce, homemade spumoni bombette, coffee gelato cake. This place should be on your list and make reservations way ahead. We will returning many times. And stay at Le 3 di Tuccino. 🤩

Food decent, fresh seafood is good, but the service is really bad even for Italian standards. I was alone, they gave me a bad table even though the restaurant wasn’t full. I had to wait for everything for long time, could never get anyone’s attention. Extra points for gluten-free pasta and bread. The bread came especially handy because I could chew on it while endlessly waiting for my food. The view is beautiful.

In September 2023, my husband and I dined at this beautifully located, Michelin-recommended restaurant. While the prices are on the higher side and the overall experience was okay, a few highlights stood out. We tried the redfish tube pasta, fish carpaccio, roasted octopus, and grilled lamb. The roasted octopus was excellent—crispy outside and tender inside—and the orange wine recommended by our waitress was delightful. While the other dishes didn’t impress us, we’d return for the wine and octopus alone, as they were truly memorable. The stunning view adds to the ambiance, though it does come at a premium.

Upscale restaurant with unbelievable views and very good food. Pros: The food is really good… not sure what others are complaining about “mixed” dishes. Had cooked tuna, raw appetizers, pasta, etc all were good or excellent. Views from outside are incredible and that’s what you’re ultimately paying for. Service was great in some ways (e.g., crumb sweeping) but maybe a little inattentive in others (e.g., I refilled my own wine). Really large wine/drink list and could have spent a long time sitting drinking here w/ that view. Bathroom really nice if you’re stopping in for a break during a long day. All servers and staff were very friendly to my baby as well Cons: Menu is small so if you don’t eat fish/shellfish, this is not the place for you. Prices are 2-3x the surrounding restaurants but still very reasonable if you’re used to Milan/NYC/Paris prices.

Unfortunately I am forced to give this restaurant only one star. The food was very good and the view was amazing but the restaurant has a booking policy which to me is very unfair. It is a common procedure to take your card details when booking a table. This is for a restaurant to have a security in case the guests don't cancel their reservation early enough or don't show up so I was ok to also give my card details this time when booking this restaurant. We arrived on time and I informed the service that we booked the table on line. The bill was around 190 Euros which I paid by my card at the end of lunch. However, the next day I realised that the restaurant charged me additional 20 Euros for the booking charge. When I called the restaurant to ask for a refund, they informed me it would be given back in a week time. A month passed by, no refund shown. I emailed the restaurant then - no response. I called them again, they promised to look into it, again to refund to my account. It has been now almost three months and I was not given my 20 Euros back. It is not the case of money but the case of principle and honesty. I am very crossed with this situation and wrote this review as a warning for anyone wanting to book this restaurant online
Alicja — Google review
WARNING- They SCAM tourists by adding extra onto the bill. I am a solo traveller and they saw an opportunity to add €150 to the bill for no reason. They lied and said I broke a plate. I am shocked at a supposed Michelin star restaurant think they can get away with this dishonesty. Please read the other 1star reviews to get a real sense of this awful establishment!

A truly underrated gem I almost hesitated before coming here because of the 4.1/5 rating and I’m so glad I didn’t let that stop me. Honestly, I can’t understand how a restaurant of this caliber doesn’t have a higher score. The dishes are complex and absolutely bursting with flavor. You can tell there’s real creativity and technique behind every plate. The service is exceptional : attentive, thoughtful, and exactly what you’d expect from a gastronomic restaurant. Every detail was taken care of with precision and genuine care. As for the prices, they’re more than fair considering the quality of the food, the level of service, and the stunning seaside location. I had read some of the negative reviews beforehand, and frankly, they make no sense. It feels like some people just didn’t understand what kind of experience they were walking into. If you’re looking for an elevated dining experience that delivers on all fronts cuisine, service, and atmosphere, don’t let the rating fool you. This place deserves far more recognition.

The restaurant is located in the center of town and is great for people watching. We came at 7 without a reservation and were seated immediately, but this was pure luck. Larger Parties who arrived after us were being told there were no tables til 10pm so if you go with a party of four or more go early or make a reservation. There were more tables inside for smaller parties. The food was very good but portions were a little small for the price. We have a great friendly staff too. I would recommend the chilled red wine. Probably the first and last time eating there. When i sat down the waiter asked me to change the table, and i was okay with that (although the other table was not reserved or anything like that). What happened was that the waiter frowned when I picked a pizza margherita without anything else. Im being brutally honest here when i say: it was the worst margherita i've ever bought in Italy, although it was not bad. The last thing they did was asking me to pay extra for the service. Which I didn't know about, and which was new to me since other restaurants that served margherita in bari didn't charge for ( although it's the case in cafes). The only thing that ruined the trip was this place. Don't recommend it, since there are other places there that serve the same thing without frowning at you and giving you seasonless pizza.

The pizzas are off the chart! The crust is so thin and crunchy. It’s perfect! We started with the zucchini flan and ham appies. We love the zucchini flan! It is so tasty and a small dish which is good for a first course. We did not like the ham. It was hard to chew and very salty. We though we were getting the thinly shaved stuff. I would not recommend it. Definitely get the pizza. We have the ham much from and artichoke one and it was delicious. I think any pizza u get here would be delicious! Italian restaurant
Osteria Piga is a traditional regional Italian restaurant that has been reimagined with fresh and local ingredients and a contemporary touch. Antipasti include tuna carpaccio with olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper or plates of locally made cheese and meat dishes, while first courses include many hand-made pasta dishes like tagliatelle with bacon, mushrooms and Mornay sauce made with the local wine.
We chose this restaurant because of the variety of the meat they have, and honestly it was such a great choice! The food was really good, me and my family ordered some starters and each one of us ordered our own main course, I can’t complain, everything was delicious and the waiters were very friendly and very fast paced. They gave us good food recommendations and they were always checking on us. I would definitely go back there and for sure I recommend this place.

Overall - not the experience we wanted. we ended up with a gray “medium rare” grilled t-bone steak (almost like it was boiled or slow cooked?) see the photo!! How is that medium rare!! and being over charged for several items. There is no pork / pig on their menu - took around 30 minutes to get waiters initial service, once they came over service was fine though - they charged us for 3 pastas, after we clearly communicated 1 dish was being split between two - when the waiter brought the pasta to the table they said it was pre-split into two plates, which was appreciated - but then charged us full price for 2, without a heads up - we got the Florentine steak, and asked for medium rare - PIG ISNT EVEN ON THE MENU!!!!! The steak came out grey and well well done. They also ended up giving us a bigger cut than expected resulting in significantly more charges

Osteria Piga had a nice enough atmosphere, but the food didn’t quite deliver. I ordered the steak medium and it came out well done and really tough, barely edible. It was disappointing, especially in Italy where the standard is usually so high.
Claudine — Google review
A little off the beaten track, and not just because of that, a cut above many others. The regional lamb was of excellent quality...gnawing on the many small bones was a joy because every part, whether fat or meat, was a wonderful taste experience. Brilliant meat sauces to accompany the cheeks and pasta sauces. We were less fortunate with the wines, but that was our choice. The service crew is quick and friendly. The fact that not everything on the menu was available is also a sign that they don't buy too much and that everything is fresh. It's worth the trip from the centre!
Thomas K — Google review
The service was good and they have a nice variety of meat/pasta on their menu. Prices are reasonable for the area. The food was pretty good, my only complaint was everything was a tad too salty for our taste.

Really nice atmosphere and the service was really good. We ordered the popette, spaghetti oll'assassina and the bolognese. All items were good but too salty for my liking. Prices were decent and fair

this place is truly amazing. they serve local food for great prizes. the staff is super friendly and the service is very fast. if u visit polignano, please make sure to go here. we had some of the best italian foods we’ve had in italy. the 2nd time we went here, we tried a mix of 7 different local starters. this was a great way to try some local food, definitely recommend!

We went here for lunch and cannot recommend this place enough. Our pasta dishes were delicious and you could really taste the fresh herbs and love put inside them. The homemade creamy tiramisu was served as a very generous portion. But the unexpected highlight was a side dish - artichokes. Quite simple, but they might be the best artichokes we have ever tried. The service was also great! Our lovely waiter (Pio, the owner) took the time to help us with our choice and explained the ingredients and preparation of the dishes.

Specchia Sant'Oronzo is an intimate Italian restaurant with beautiful stone arches that offers seafood-focused dishes with an atmosphere of romance. The restaurant has a lovely garden patio that overlooks the pretty town, and its delicious food can be enjoyed in a romantic setting.
Located a bit away from the old town, very quiet with nice terrace and large (cold atmosphere) inside dinner room. The service is quick and efficient. Many traditional dishes and tasty. Do not hesitate to book your table ... on the terrace.

We went there for my birthday last night. I’ll give it that we didn’t make a reservation, so we weren’t expecting a great table, but they put us at the very last one, almost outside of the restaurant far from everything; just to learn at the end of our stay there were still plenty of table left empty in better spots. The waiting staff was really nice and tried to make our evening pleasant. The wine was great! Emozione! The food was not good: the octopus we ordered as a starter was chewy (probably already cooked and put into a microwave to be served warm) and the risotto was completely tasteless. The tuna tartar was ok and my brother was luckier and ordered the beef: really good (which guaranteed the 2 stars) Real shame for my 51th birthday.

An exceptional culinary journey within a charming stone setting overlooking Polignano a Mare. Contrary to some opinions suggesting that you're solely paying for the ambiance, I beg to differ. While it may not be the most budget-friendly choice, considering the quality of both the food and the picturesque location, I believe it offers great value. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Tiramisu wasn’t great but everyone interprets it differently. Waiters were attentive and kind.
Guy — Google review
I definitely feel you pay for the location - outside and large, looking over Polignano a Mare, it is very beautiful, and staff were attentive. However we felt the food wasn't quite up to par, especially in comparison to what else we ate in polignano. A few things we didn't like: - We were given welcome tapas, which were quite average cream cheese tartlets. We have been given the same in other restaurants, except here we paid €6, whilst in other restaurants they were free - The menu was only available via mobile web, with a QR code - The starters were quite bland - we had tris de tartare and prawn praline. They weren't seasoned, while we felt the addition of passion fruit didn't really go with the fish. - There were discrepancies with the English and Italian menu - of course ideally we wouldn't be using the English menu and we could speak the language. It meant what I ordered came with completely different ingredients - I ordered what I hoped to be trocolli with anchovies, breadcrumbs and fennel, but instead got a bland tomato trocolli. Not only this, but on the receipt in Italian - it also stated I had eaten the anchovies trocolli! - The toilets also didn't reflect how nice the restaurant was. The light didn't work in the men's toilet. All in all, we were slightly disappointed and felt the price we paid (which wasn't cheap), only reflected the location rather than the food. We didn't bother to stay for dessert. We did leave full however, and the staff were nice.

The Super Mago del Gelo Mario Campanella, located at Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi 22 in Polignano a Mare, is renowned for its special coffee. This energizing beverage is made with coffee, sugar, lemon zest, cream, and amaretto. The barista Mario Campanella's name is highly esteemed in the area.
We tried the special coffee (caffè speciale) and it was very nice, very peculiar. It has a lemon zest in the bottom and then they put cream, then the coffee with amorino liqueur with foam. It was very soft to drink, we enjoyed it. It seems like it is characteristics to this gelateria, looks authentic so I definitely recommend :) We paid 5.40 for 2 coffees. They have a clean bathroom as well.

This spot is an excellent choice for indulging in desserts and ice cream treats. Although it tends to get quite crowded, the service is impressively quick, ensuring you won’t have to wait long to satisfy your sweet tooth. The prices are reasonable, offering great value for what you get. While the atmosphere may feel somewhat geared toward tourists, it still has a charming appeal that makes it worthwhile. The menu features a variety of options that, while occasionally on the greasy side, are undeniably flavorful and satisfying. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to explore more of their offerings.

we came to polignano a mare to eat, apparently. first stop of our “polignano food tour” was this coffee shop. my friends told me i absolutely had to try their “special coffee.” i asked multiple times what it was, but they just said, “you’ll see.” so i ordered it. we got three, one each, and somehow managed to grab a booth in the middle of the very busy café. clearly this “special coffee” is their thing. i finally tried it and i have to say, i was surprised. if i remember correctly, it’s made with coffee, whipped cream, amaretto, and lemon juice. sounds weird, right? but the combo actually works. creamy, bitter, sweet, and acidic all at once. hard to describe, but definitely worth trying if you’re ever in the area.

La Rotellina is a delightful culinary gem nestled in the charming town of Polignano A Mare. This eatery offers a fun and casual dining experience, perfect for those looking to indulge in local flavors. The menu features an array of delicious panzerotti and frittelle, each filled with mouthwatering ingredients that celebrate the region's rich gastronomy.
We’ve been walking by La Rotellina for the last few days and finally stopped by to try it. We ordered the Mortadella E Provolone sandwich. It came out extremely fresh and warm. The flavors excited me with how good it tasted. The ingredients felt really fresh. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and nice. We also ordered an aperol spritz for the lady which made her happy while I ate my sandwich the meat and the cheese brought it all together plus having it toasted and worn was my favorite.
Michael Z — Google review
As a big fan of Panzerotti, I’m always excited to try new spots. La Rotellina has been around for a while, and I had eaten there before, but never took the time to leave a proper review. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how clean and tidy the place looked. That’s not something you always see in places that work a lot with flour and dough, so that made a good first impression. I ordered the classic Panzerotto, filled with mozzarella and tomato. Since I was the only customer at the time, the service was very fast, which was nice. However, things went downhill when the Panzerotto arrived. It was extremely hot, to the point that I couldn’t take a bite right away without burning my mouth. So I had to wait a few minutes for it to cool down. Unfortunately, during that time, the dough went from being crispy and fluffy to soggy. When I finally ate it, I realized there wasn’t much filling inside—just a small amount of mozzarella and tomato—so most of what I was eating was just dough. The flavor was okay, but overall, the experience wasn’t great. It felt a bit disappointing, especially for a place that specializes in Panzerotti.
Gino H — Google review
La Rotellina is the spot for panzerotti right in front of Lama Monachile. The quality is great — freshly made, tasty, and worth trying. The view couldn’t be more iconic, with the cliffs and sea right in front of you. The only downside is the long queue; be prepared to wait before you can enjoy yours. Still, definitely a must-try if you’re in Polignano a Mare.
Hiva M — Google review
Tried La Rotellina and it didn’t disappoint. I had the polpette and a panzerotto filled with brasciola. My friend had the one with capocollo and also enjoyed it. The vibes were chill, nothing over the top, but definitely pleasant. Solid spot overall. Would recommend.
W W — Google review
Suuuuuper good panzerotti! I grabbed the brasciola grana e pepe, and it was just an explosion of flavour, filling. and very reasonably priced (5 euros). Highly recommend!
Sam L — Google review

Eugen O — Google review
We've tried panzerotti, which was incredbile. However, whilst waiting for our food I have noticed that the stuff doesnt follow any hygiene rules. Lady first cleaned her nose with a tissue than sneezed into her hands thereafter started to prepare more panzerotto(cut and lay the filling). That was disturbing, luckily my food was made before her arrival. Its a small space with limited sitting so we bought our food and ate it by the sea.

This was the most relaxing restaurant I have been to for lunch. The sea breeze, view and shade provided by the hills, blocking the sunlight was just amazing. I came across this restaurant by accident. I was walking around exploring and found it. It was inviting so I decided to sit and have a drink and something light to eat. The food was very delicious. Nestled in the picturesque seaside town of Polignano a Mare, Puro offers an unexpected yet delightful fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine and fresh local seafood. This charming restaurant serves up an array of small plates like tuna tataki and edamame, alongside a diverse selection of sushi rolls—think nigiri, uramaki, hosomaki, and futomaki filled with spicy shrimp, salmon, and tuna.
Incredible sushi and fish. Very creative menu. Not entirely welcoming to solo diners so go early or later than peak times. Worth the wait but disappointing that the management was not more friendly and accommodating since I returned frequently and ordered / tipped well.

The Good: The soy sauce was excellent, and the beef was cooked perfectly - tender and clearly high quality. The Not-So-Good: Portion sizes felt quite off, and while the sushi was fine, it didn’t stand out. Overall, I’m a bit puzzled by the high ratings. The sushi was decent but not remarkable, the beef was good but not exceptional - and for a premium price point, the experience didn’t quite deliver. 39€ for 2 pieces of sushi, the “Fine Preussian Beef,” and a water feels steep.
Alexander H — Google review
Great ambiance, welcoming service. We walked in without reservations and were seated immediately. They started our experience with an amazing marinated tuna. All sushi we tried were fresh and great. The edemame was done perfectly (not over cooked, right amount of salt). Definitely recommend.

The sushi was absolutely amazing being from California and not having sushi in a few weeks. I was skeptical, but I tried a huge selection of nigiri sushi ranging from lobster, red tuna, bluefin, bluefin belly, salmon, and yellowtail, which all had great flavoring and freshness. Ordered two rolls as well one was the Red Tune roll and Amaebi roll overall size and portions were great not too big. We also ordered the udon noodles with chicken and vegetables, it didn’t have soup but was sautéed with tons of flavorful (extremely hot). For drinks, we got a white wine that was on the dry side and a Japanese gin and tonic, which complemented all of the food together. The owner was such a nice gentleman started off minimal conversation, but after asking for the special Nigiri sushi, the chef and I started talking about football, soccer baseball, which then led to an off menu white fish with with fried ginger and a special sauce. They also serve me wet wasabi, which made it feel like home. The atmosphere the decor the table arrangements were all very nice. Made the dinner with my with my wife so special for her last night in Bari Italy. If you need your sushi craving fix this place won’t let you down.

Best mojito I have ever had!! This is such a great place to grab a mojito for 7-8 euros. They have a great selection of mojitos (16 to choose from!) I had the passion mojito whilst my husband had the classic mojito and we both absolutely loved it! But I would definitely recommend the passion mojito. The barmen were super friendly and it was great watching them make the mojitos from scratch. I had no idea it takes so much effort and elbow grease! They play really great music creating a fun vibe. There a few seats outside including 6 wooden high chairs with a table. There are also some seats inside but people mostly sat outside as inside could get very busy. The alley is a bit of a tight squeeze, with people frequently coming and going but it wasn’t a bother. We will definitely be back.

If you're in Polignano a Mare, you should definitely come here for a great vibe. The bartenders know their business 100+ points. I tried three variations of mojitos and all were excellent. In addition to mojitos you can always snag a delicious rum, gin, or maybe something else, there is definitely alcohol for every taste. The freshest mint grows right on the bar, and there are enough mojito options for the most sophisticated tastes. Be nice to the bartenders and they will make a little miracle for you. La Focacceria Delle Noci Marco is a popular spot in Polignano A Mare known for its delicious focaccia bread with various toppings. The menu includes at least four vegan options, as well as classic choices like tomato, potato, zucchini, and eggplant. Customers often have to wait in line to place their order and the process of getting the focaccia can be time-consuming due to the high demand.
Really delicious focaccia! The dough is so tasty, soft but crunchy on top and they have an amazing selection of toppings. Just note that they have a system where you need to take a ticket and wait for them to call out the ticket number. Not everyone realises this and it caused quite a fight. Also note that they leave the pips in the olives. It is a very popular place so be prepared to wait a few minutes. The slices are huge and it is extremely inexpensive. I would definitely recommend grabbing some focaccia here.

Amazing focaccia in Polignano a Mare! Incredible value for this amazing focaccia. So many different options to choose from. Usually extremely busy but definitely worth the queue. It’s a little chaotic inside but that’s because the food is so good.

The best focacceria in the world! You can order by portion and they weight it, and it's not expensive at all. We ordered one portion of pistaccio mortadella, Potato and prosciutto crudo, and prosciutto crudo stracciatella and nuts. Everything was really delicious and only for 11 euro. We couldn't take a picture because it was too tasty to wait. Highly reccomended

Casa Orecchietta is a gem in Puglia, offering authentic and delicious Italian food cooked to perfection. The staff provides excellent service and is known for their great hospitality. With a variety of gluten-free options, including the highlight orechiette, this trattoria is highly recommended for those seeking traditional Puglian cuisine.
You'd think that a place a bit off the very center had to be very good and indeed it is! The staff is fantastic and the food is excellent, with ingredients of the highest quality. It's a short walk from the center, there's a climatized internal room and a terrace outside.

Incredible food, very nice atmosphere and the staff were so nice & attentive. We had 3 courses and a bottle of wine for 70 euro. The pasta was so fresh and the buratta antipasti was unreal. We normally dont get desert, but it was almost a standout!

Recommended by local and we didn't feel any regret. Nice atmosphere, good quality of foods, waiter Antonio (hope i remember correctly) is always attentive. We have tried the seafood platter, blank ink orecchietts with seafood and pork meat rolls with cheese. All were delicious. The orecchietta is the best during in our one week Puglia trip. Price is reasonable too. Don't search anymore, go there!

I really enjoyed my dinner here. We started with burrata which was absolutely tasty. Then we got pasta and meat. The braciola was extremely memorable and delicious.

During our whirlwind tour of Puglia, we stopped in Polignaro al Mare for 3 hours. Sadly we wasted half an hour due to a dodgy baggage store service, and when we started to explore Polinano were hit by....tourists and sun seekers everywhere. The vibrant buzz is not for me (let alone in 35C) heat. As we had just an hour before train to Fasano, and serious doubt about baggage store being open on time, we needed to find lunch near the station. All I can say, what a find! Stating that we were clock watching to catch our train, we were served three delicious dishes (to share( in record time. The pasta with Eggplant was delicious, swordfish pasta too, and stuffed cuttlefish something I have never experienced before. If, like us, you welcome a cool ambience, not crammed with tourists and not in the epicentre of the summer madness...and fancy something different from the norm, we really recommend Casa Orecchietta. For us, it was an absolute delight.

Not the friendliest waiter in Italy, so the atmosphere was quite tense for no reason. He had too many customers to serve, so was always in rush and nervous and rude. Food was mediocre. Would not recommend.

Amazing Pasta - loved the Ragu. Service was not amazing (although they’ll charge you 3 euro for service ) - I sat down and wasn’t given any bread, while everyone around me was. I had to wave someone down to take my order took about 15 mins to be served but only 5-10 mins for food to come out. Absolutely amazing chefs and food! Just not really sure I would go back due to bad service

My wife and I had a fantastic meal at Casa Orecchietta and the service from our waiter Pepe was impeccable. Pepe chose our wine and dessert and what excellent choices they were. Our wine was a half bottle of red called, Castel del Monte Rosso Riserva. For appetisers we had Fave e Cicorie and Cialledda Pugliese. For primi piatti we had Orecchiette a Rag’u and Strascinate. We then finished our meal with a traditional Pugliese dessert, Dolce Casa Orecchietta that was picked by our waiter Pepe with a macchiato coffee and an espresso coffee. This place is a must for beautiful authentic Pugliese food and service.

We treated ourselves to a seafood lunch here and were absolutely delighted! We started with tuna tartare and salmon — both were excellent, but the tuna tartare was truly outstanding. For the main course, we had grilled tuna and crispy fish, which were both delicious and perfectly prepared. We were genuinely impressed by the flavors and presentation. The staff was also very friendly and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves fresh, high-quality seafood!

Massarì Mozzarella Bar is a charming and trendy restaurant in Polignano that offers amazing food and first-class service. Visitors rave about the delicious paninis, cheeses, olives, and other local products sourced from the best. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making it a delightful dining experience. The mozzarella bar offers unique and innovative choices, including mozzarella stuffed with different ingredients.
Some of the BEST paninis I’ve had in Italy, I was here for 4 days and I visited Massari 3 times. Twice for a panini which I got to chose my own ingredients, from delicious and quality products and another for a salad. The staff are so friendly, and while some don’t speak English it was completely fine and we used hand Gestures or google translate to make it work! Highly recommend.

We visited Massarì Mozzarella Bar while in Polignano a Mare after our local friend from Bari spoke so highly of it. We were excited to check it out and even went out of our way to find it, but unfortunately, it ended up being a huge letdown. The young woman working that day (red hair) was incredibly unwelcoming from the start. As we were discussing what we wanted to order, she made fun of my friend’s Italian, even though she is a local and speaks fluently. Then she dismissed our questions about vegetarian options, even though we could clearly saw meat free options in the display. When we nicely brought it up to confirm, she just stared at us and gave attitude instead of trying to help. There was no effort to be kind, accommodating, or even polite. It really left a bad taste in our mouths and not because of the food. The prices were also on the higher end of the scale. Even though I’m not a vegetarian, it was really disappointing to witness that kind of behavior. This place could have a lot of potential with the right people running it, but based on our experience, we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We popped in here just to see what they have and the staff were so kind and helpful. We bought the most amazing mozzarella, olives and they even fetched a product that we needed for a meal we wanted to cook at home from the kitchen. Their prices was also way better than expected, taking into account their prime location.

The first time I went, the male staff was kind and food was cheap. So I brought my friends for a second time, and was so disappointed. There is an extremely rude red haired young lady who first was laughing at our attempt to speak Italian (Ive lived here for years so I can definitely speak it). She had such a terrible attitude , lied and told us there was no vegetarian options. We look around the counter, spotted a sandwich with tomatoes, eggplant , cheese and salad. So we asked… “soo this doesn’t have meat right?” She confirmed very rudely then didn’t even say “oh yeah my mistake we do have vegetarian options” she just stared at us. She clearly did not want us to be customers. She threw the food and toothpicks down on our table later. Then started slamming things around us. Super hostile. Maybe she’s insecure and frustrated with her life, but definitely not an excuse to be such a mean person. We then also realize the counter had olives, cheeses, breads, pasta with tomato, so there was DEF vegetarian options and she lied. Obviously this place does not want business. Maybe best they close because what’s the point. Now it makes sense why it was always so empty. Oh and I think she purposely overpriced us. She made us pay 5 euros for about 10 olives. It just didn’t make sense at all.
Mia L — Google review
Outstanding Restaurant, we walked in when Mary was just pulling the lasagna out of the oven and it was better than any. I have ever eaten. It’s a must try at very reasonable prices.
Victor C — Google review
We didn’t get the chance to order food, but we ended up waiting in line for drinks in over 30 degrees. When we finally reached the counter, we realized that everyone behind us had already paid, because no one explained that the system works differently – if you want to order food, you have to queue separately. We only wanted drinks, but by the time we figured it out, we were already at the cashier. On top of that, the bathroom wasn’t functional (we don’t know why).

The worst food in Puglia in ten days. There is no menu. Lasagna is with ham and cheese and no sugo. They warm the food before serving but it is not even tepid. And they don't want to understand a word english although the while place is full with turists.

On the day of check-in, we received a notice that the reservation was cancelled, so they would not pay a commission. When you reason with them, they act as if they know nothing. In addition, the toilets in several rooms are outside. When you are in a dilemma on the last day of check-in, they will call you to tell you the room you booked (there is a toilet outside the room you booked. If you need to change rooms, we can help you change to another room with a toilet, but you have to pay the difference). Then they will ask you to contact them within 1 hour after departure. This operation is convenient and allows the reservation to automatically cancel your order, because they point out that your credit card is invalid and automatically cancel your order, explaining to you that this is not their problem, but the operation of the reservation. This is really hateful. This is after I complained about the reservation. When they found out, they immediately refused to let you check in and drove you away. It's not a matter of money. There are serious deceptions. They are all fake. This person is very rude. There are better places to choose in this city. I don't recommend it. You can choose it. I won't leave a star.

B&B Dimora Pascali is a place to be avoided. They are deceitful people who don’t tell the truth, the accommodation is poor, and the whole thing is an underwhelming experience. AVOID - you have been warned.
Simon W — Google review
Please read reviews before booking at this establishment. Per what many other reviews have stated, I most agree that the pictures of this establishment are deceiving. I was under the impression I would have access to the kitchen, that was not true. The kitchen was blocked off. I was under the impression the hotel was located right next to the beach/view of the ocean that we can see via the balcony because that’s how they demonstrated it via listing. That also was not true. I was under this impression because of the pictures that are posted on their website makes it appear to be so. Just to find out the complete opposite. The bathroom is also external , that was not explained prior to booking - none of this was. Everything was explained the day/morning of. As the recent review stated prior this review, the morning of the reservation of my booking was cancelled so this way they do not pay commission. This isn’t a hotel, or airbnb, this is like paying to be a room guest in someone house. There definitely was a huge misrepresentation here & it’s unfortunate. We paid 556$ USD just for two nights & I could’ve stayed else where for more spacious, more privacy & for less money. But once again , this is not about the money, it’s about the deceiving details & misrepresentation so once again - be AWARE.
Amaya E — Google review
Headline: Beware of Misrepresentation and Aggressive Proprietor. Do not stay at this bed and breakfast. We had an extremely distressing experience due to misrepresentation and an aggressive proprietor. Please note: This B&B has one en-suite bedroom, a bedroom without a private bathroom, and an owner's bedroom doubling as a kitchen/breakfast room. Upon contacting the B&B, we were offered a special upgrade deal for two double-beds for our family. However, upon arrival, we immediately became suspicious, as the property did not align with what was described during our phone conversation or the images available online. Despite our concerns, the proprietor insisted that we pay upfront before seeing the room. The reality was far from what was promised—a double bed with a single sofa-bed and a 'private' bathroom located down a public hallway, equipped with surveillance cameras. This was not the arrangement we had agreed upon, and we were left utterly disappointed by the false promises made during the booking process. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the proprietor became aggressively confrontational, shouting at us and even frightening our children. The situation escalated, leading to an assault on me. Feeling unsafe and appalled by this experience, we promptly left the B&B and reported the proprietor to the police for assault and misrepresentation. We caution potential guests to be vigilant and consider alternative accommodations. The lack of integrity and aggressive behavior displayed by the proprietor are deeply concerning and should never be tolerated. We also strongly urge the B&B to take corrective actions to improve their communication, customer service, and transparency in their room offerings to prevent such distressing incidents from happening to others. Please note: Do not trust the 5* reviews. The ratings system is being abused. Look at all the 1* ratings and the aggressive response by the owner (Defamation threats, denial of visitation, claims of not reading the small print, Naming the Lord!).

Restaurant with the freshest food we’ve had in one week exploring Puglia!! Make a reservation and come here if you get the chance. Recommend the carpaccio di tonno, insalata di mare, both really fresh and soft, the orecchiette con cime di rapa were amazing and creamy, and the catch of the day was a massive sea bass that we shared which was buttery soft and full of olive oil and herbs. Extremely delicious. Service also superb and very accommodating. It’s pricey 200€ for 3 pax) but absolutely memorable food experience.

Fantastic food, warm and friendly service, and a truly personal touch. Every dish was delicious, and the team made us feel so welcome throughout. The biggest surprise was a thoughtful gift from the owner at the end — such a memorable and heartfelt gesture.

We stumbled upon this gem by pure chance, without a reservation, and what a spectacular find it turned out to be. From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The hostess greeted us with genuine charm and promptly secured us a table upstairs; boasting breathtaking views over the whitewashed town and the dazzling Adriatic. The team here deserves special mention: Alessandro, Angelica, Teresa, and even the owner Roberto made us feel not like guests, but like old friends returning home. The atmosphere is elegant yet effortlessly friendly, striking that rare balance of sophistication and heartfelt warmth. Now, let’s talk about the food. We began with the grilled octopus, cooked to absolute perfection; tender with just the right touch of char, delivering a pristine taste of the sea. But it was the second course that truly stole the show: a remarkable tuna, crusted with crispy fried bread, served atop a bed of earthy mushrooms and bathed in a luscious creamy sauce. Artful dots of different flavored sauces danced around the plate, each bite an exploration of texture and taste. We paired this masterpiece with a local white wine; dry and bright, with a subtle nod to vinho verde which complemented the tuna exquisitely. As we dined, the retractable roof opened, allowing the gentle sea breeze to drift in, adding yet another layer to the sensory experience. Not too humid, not too cool;just perfect! Terrazze Monachile isn’t just a meal, it’s a memory. An evening here captures the very soul of Puglia: warm people, extraordinary food, and the magic of the Adriatic always within view. I can’t recommend it enough. Grazie mille Roberto e a tutti !

Beware of this tourist trap. While it says on the menu that they “kindly request you order 2 mains per adult” it’s more like they force you to order 2 mains. The mains are tasty but not a main size by any means and the price is not worth the quality. Octopus was overcooked, and price comparison to a beautiful one I had the previous night was half the price! To add to the experience the wait staff linger and stare, it’s uncomfortable. They brought a birthday cake to the table that was lovely but not requested. It was a tirimasu no bigger than a cupcake and when bill was received they added the bday cake onto the bill for 18 euros. I wish I could give negative stars for this review but unfortunately that’s not an option

We have been touring Italy from the south and working on our way north. We’ve had a Michelin star meal in Venice, however we stumbled across this place by accident and let me tell you the amazing food and service was by far better. It has been our favorite food thus far and although only Italians eat here, they were so understanding and welcoming to us Americans wanting to experience legit Italian cuisine. I could Not recommend it more for any tourist wanting the authentic Italian experience without feeling embarrassed or just out of place. They had me at “pick your fish” just wow.

Very pleasant surprise. My wife and I were staying in Polignano a Mare. And happened to be staying right near this place. So we wandered in and quickly realized this was a local hangout. I think we were the only tourists in the whole place and it was packed!. We were quickly greeted by my newest best friend, The Manager Fisher Wanduragala, he is the greatest Manager I have met in a long time and I've worked with some of the best in my 30 plus years as an executive chef .he runs the restaurant like clockwork and everyone on the staff is wonderful and professional. The food is amazing, with a great variety of fresh seafood and great recommendations from the waiters. The sea urchin is one of my favorites as well as the octopus with mint, the grilled octopus, clams, the black pepper muscles and the pastas are amazing I've only never tried their pizzas I think but I'm sure they are wonderful as well. As I said I can't recommend them enough, right on the beach get a table outside on their patio with the fresh beach breeze on your face with a local white wine and enjoy. Every time I go to the area I stop here first on my way in, in between and on my way out, say hi to Fisher for me !

Il Pescato is a family-run seafood restaurant in the heart of London with a covered terrace. The dishes focus on grilled fish and seafood, with options that vary depending on the day. The restaurant can get very busy, so be sure to make a reservation if you want to visit. The food can take some time to arrive, but it's worth the wait when it does.
The overall experience was positive. Despite having a reservation, we still had to wait a bit in line. The food was promptly served. The highlight of our dinner was the seafood antipasto set for 2, which ended up including a total of 5 small yet satisfying dishes.

A conspicuous little restaurant with excellent fresh seafood, the chief prepares the food well and is tasty and delicious . The service is good & quick. But I thought it strange that there was a big man in black just standing around not doing anything but watching the diners ! Maybe he was security ? 😂

They were very busy, we had to come back an hour later to get a table. The food took quite a while to get served but overall it was very nice. Had the grilled sea bass which was simple and fresh (but wish they scaled the fish) and my husband had octopus pasta which was good, but needed extra seasoning. Would come back again to try more of the menu!

Whenever we visit Polignano, we always enjoy a seafood lunch here at Il Pescato. It is best to make a reservation as they only have a few tables. The fresh seafood is excellent and always prepared to perfection. Sometimes we go several times during our stay in Puglia.

Very tasty. I recommend. During the lunch time, you will have to wait for a free table.

This place was recommended to me. I was interested in oysters as starters but when asked what kind, the lady who took the order and the owner (?) Didn't know. That was a bad sign. Seems there are more options for 2 persons dining and some frozen seafood on menu. I got the sea bream grilled - was delicious and, fresh, could have used a bit more salt but my fault for not asking. You'll have to do your own deboning. I also got plate of grilled zucchini, tasty but nothing extraordinary. Half liter house wine - quite nice. I didn't want dessert but wanted coffee after finishing my wine and bc i didn't want dessert, they brought the bill (there was some people waiting to be seated). When they brought the bill, i explained i was waiting for coffee so they brought it. Felt very rushed to push me out of the door to accomodate never table. Last night i was at Grappolo d'oro in Rome and there was a crowd waiting for tables but the staff never said a word to us...in fact, we had to ask them to bring our bill (swamped!). We never felt rushed to eat our dessert or finish the coffee etc...

I chose this restaurant to have a lunch with my family (2 adults and 2 kids). We were not very hungry, that is why we decided to order one dish per person, unfortunately during taking an order a waitress informed us that we have to order at least 2 dishes per person including children. We were a little bit shocked, because I can not imagine that my kids (9 and 13 years old) are able to eat 2 dishes. We had to leave the restaurant even considering the fact that the restaurant was half empty! Sorry I do not get that.

Fresh sea food and fish, nice house wine, lovely comfortable spot to enjoy it all. Better to arrive before 2pm for lunch if you don't have a reservation.

Leo's Braci d'Autore is a restaurant owned by Leo Borracci, with the intention of bringing local ingredients back to local restaurants.
Starters was lovely, burgers were delicious and cooked perfectly. Service was spot on, would happily return.
Theo F — Google review
Leo’s Braci is an excellent choice in the area. Their appetizers, such as the carpaccio and eggplant, are delightful. The service is top-notch, and although the outdoor seating is a bit far from the water, it is still very relaxing. The main courses are good, but not extraordinary. They offer a wide variety of options at incredible prices! This restaurant is a must-visit while you’re in town!
Luana P — Google review
Leo’s Braci is simply amazing! We’ve been here 4–5 times already, and every single visit has been a pleasure. The food is always top quality — especially the Black Angus meat and their delicious meatballs. One of the highlights is their unique way of cooking meat on a hot stone right at your table — it’s fun, interactive, and makes the experience even more special. The atmosphere is cool, relaxed, and welcoming. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants — highly recommend! 💖
Svetlana — Google review
A fantastic experience, highlighting high-quality ingredients and strong execution. • Carpaccio (Starter): A delicious, if somewhat expensive, dish. The thinly sliced meat was of excellent quality. • T-Bone Steak / Ribeye (Secondi): Superb. My father and I split this massive piece, which was cooked to perfection and incredibly flavorful. We'd happily devour such a cut every day. The side portions were good, but a more generous selection of vegetables would have been appreciated alongside the potatoes. • Pasta all'Assassina (Primi): Excellent. This unique, burnt pasta dish with its flavorful sauce and creamy topping was a delight and definitely worth ordering again. • Special Pasta (Primi): My sister's pasta (Paccheri with the sauce and pesto) was good and competently prepared, although it was overshadowed by the brilliance of the other main courses. Conclusion: Go for the high-quality steak and stay for the excellent, creative primi. This establishment delivers for me amemorable, high-end meal.
Kunco — Google review
If you like meat look no further. Steak was a fantastic experience. It arrives crispy on the outside and pink inside, served on a hot cast iron board, so you can cook it just a little bit more if you prefer. It was also nice to discover decomposed cannoli which turned out to be a Sicilian dessert.
Kate Y — Google review
Disappointed by the lack of transparency. We visited this restaurant expecting a high-quality meat experience—and while the meat was indeed good, the overall experience was soured by a serious issue with pricing transparency. The menu listed meat prices per hectogram, but we were not clearly informed, and we were led by the waiter’s suggestions without any indication of weight or cost. As a result, we were shocked when the bill arrived—it was, in our opinion, not justified by what we received. We left feeling misled and disappointed. For a place of this caliber, clear and honest communication with customers is a basic expectation. Unfortunately, this lack of transparency ruined what could have been an enjoyable evening.

I have eaten at Leo’s twice this summer. The foods is excellent and even better is locally sourced, zero kilometre and ethically farmed. You can taste the quality. Leo himself couldn’t be nicer or more welcoming - I even consider him a friend after such a short time and as I am becoming a local, will bring all my guests here. Can’t recommend more highly.

Delicious food! We had the grilled seafood, and it was amazing—I truly recommend it. The staff was very friendly, and the location, near an old church, is quiet and perfect for a relaxing dinner.

Nice location by the city wall , good ambience and just off the main drag some quiet and more relaxed vibe then the loud and slightly Chaotic vibe in the central area. Service pleasant and laidback, food was good and enjoyable esp the octopus with potatoes, pasta was good but just missing that extra something

We came here tonight to celebrate my wife’s birthday and had such a wonderful experience. The food was very good, the setting absolutely beautiful, and the service outstanding. A special thank you to Gino, our waiter, who went above and beyond to make the evening truly memorable and even taught us some Italian along the way. Highly recommend!

Lovely Location, delicious food, friendly service This lovely Restaurant is inside the wall, just after the gate. It is located slightly out from the caos of tourist. Does not have the Amazing view of the balcony but have the most delicious and authentic Puglia food. I was there for lunch, enjoying 2 first course - orecchiette con le cime di rapa - riso, patate e cozze Just delicious. Creamy, fresh, tasty. The lovely host helped me to select the right local wine... The combination was just superb 👌
Debby N — Google review
We came to the restaurant for a glass of wine and to make a reservation for the following evening. The waiter who served us, an older gentleman, rolled his eyes because we weren't ordering food. He had to ask his manager if we could stay just for a drink. When the manager said yes, the waiter served our drinks with great reluctance. The whole time, we were made to feel like second-class citizens. I asked the waiter for the bill twice, but he didn't hear us (or he ignored us). We finally got the bill, and the gentleman didn't even look at us when he handed it to us. It was a pathetic display. I don't recommend this place. Edit: After leaving a review, the waiter I wrote about found me on social media, messaged me saying "I'm a bad person" and commented on my photos! Insane!

Fabulous, super cute restaurant in the old town. Fresh delicious food beautifully prepared and presented and generous portions. Very affordable wine list...we were recommended one of the cheaper wines and it was great. Exceptional value all round, especially considering its location. Highly recommended.

lovely location at the Old town, place with quite good food. The waiter had a sullen face and not a smile. Spaghetti with seafood was tasty but slightly too salty, small portion. Well done cod fish with vegetables. Very fresh ingredients.

+ terrace and the spot is nice/romantic + the young staff is very nice - food is not so great (bread is tasteless, orecchiette with cime was overcooked and too salty somehow tasteless) - Tuna sesame was over cooked and too salty. - gnocchi vongole was not fresh It’s more a tourist place than proper Italian place. If you’re looking for a cute spot yes it’s nice indeed but if you’re looking for real Italian food - not really.

It was by far the best restaurant we went in Puglia. Very friendly atmosphere, the staff is incredibly friendly ( hopefully you will be served by Angela, a real angel of a person and a great host, that's speaks perfect Portuguese! The food was amazing. We had the Paccheri al Ragù di Polpo (12€), but Angela was nice enough to swap Polpo (octopus) for shrimp... and the Tagliata de Tonno (14€), which was literally a the biggest fresh tuna steak I've ever seen and the tastiest, both delicious and fresh! The rosato wine was so good, we asked for a second bottle. (5€ for 500ml). The prices were surprisingly cheap, the food surprisingly amazing in flavor and size, and the staff surprisingly lovely, which made a night to remember! I can not recommend enough!

Amazing experience! The food was wonderful. To start we had the oysters which were so fresh. The seafood soup was filled with seafood it was almost like a main size. Pasta was perfect. The service and views are wonderful. Well done and thanks.
Narelle Z — Google review
My basic expectations for restaurant that charges 50 plus Euros a person is 1) a maitre 'd that's polite and accepts that he got the order wrong rather than trying to blame you or the kitchen. 2) They actually pour the expensive bottle of wine that you ordered and 3) that the equipment in the bathroom works. Sorry the food was also so so but then you kind of know that going in that they're just charging you for the views and not the food.
RJ M — Google review
Come to this restaurant for the atmosphere and view, not for the food or service. It is very expensive for what you get.
Nadav A — Google review
Lovely location and staff! We really enjoyed the appetizers (prawns and oysters) and I loved my pasta (cheese and pepper). Interestingly they had oysters from Portugal, Ireland and France! I got two of each to try the difference - they were all nice but I do love French oysters most! My husband's pasta was a little bland (a tomato one with capers).
Olivia S — Google review
Great food and awesome view! Price of wine is incredibly good for the selection of local ones. One thing I’d recommend is to improve the service, some of the staff are not very happy at work, which made the experience a bit less pleasant. But the food and the view compensated that.

They sat us fairly quickly (10 minute wait), but the service once seated is slow and sporadic. It took almost 20 minutes to check in on us and offer drinks or bread. Once we placed the order, it took another 20+ minutes to get the food... BUT then you taste the food and forget the wait. It was very flavorful and delicious. The macaroni with sausage was great. The lobster fettuccine was delicious. The fish was most mid, but even that was good. Overall, go for the food and ambiance, not the service 😉

Nice food but a bit expensive for what's on offer. Tried lunch and dinner here, as it's in the main piazza and the view and atmosphere are great. On both occasions I enjoyed the food, but there wasn't anything special about it. The service was okay, although often the staff seemed grumpy with people coming in. Price wise I think the dishes are about €2 more than they are worth and a €3 copperto is excessive. Honestly it's okay but if you can get in at three restaurant opposite then go there it's much better

Not amazing. I had tuna for main course and it was covered in mustard-sauce. It said green pepper on the menue, but the sauce tasted nothing but mustard. It would have been perfect on a hot dog, but not on a tuna fillet. I talked about this to the staff, but they just said it was green pepper and a touch of mustard.

The coperto is 3€ per person. The pizza we ordered was good and the fish with vegetables was 10/10. You have to pay at the counter, at the end and you can pay both with cash or card. Even though the restaurant wasn't full and there were a lot of waiters, we feelt kind of ignored because we asked twice for another empty plate and for a menu. EDIT: just remembered they charged us 2.5€ for TAP WATER! Did not expect that.(also removed 1 star from the review)

We had a beautiful lunch here on our first day in Polignano. Sat on the balcony we enjoyed a beautiful view with incredible food and wine, recommended by our waiter who was friendly and attentive. I have to respond to your reply. There were 35 of us there and everyone had reservations about the quality of the food on offer! Considering previous reviews from other clients, the quality of the food was poor. The fish was greasy and without any taste. Given the way you responded to all the criticisms, I didn't even hope you had any self-reflection. By the way, I saw the behavior of you and our delegate, and I do not think she behaved inappropriately. We had dinner here. First course of pasta and seafood, absolutely average in terms of taste and portion size. The second course of fish, when it was a completely badly prepared fish and mainly a different species. A piece of fish placed on pieces of green salad. The fish was not salted and horribly fatty. The third course was absolutely melted sorbet. If I forget how we were placed in a place where we had no space around us. We had agreed in advance to reserve 35 places. I can't recommend the restaurant, you can get better food at a stall on the street!

Beautiful location overlooking the cliff of Pogliano and the sea, lovely place to see the sunset while dinning. The food was delicious and beautifully presented on the plates, however I had to remove 2 stars because the service, that's part of the dinning experience, was terrible! A young inexperienced kid that served us did a lousy job, placing plate on too of a cutlery, banging stuff when placed on our table, forgetting our drink, putting bread baskets on some tables but not others (we had to request bread, then olive oil)...

There were a little bit of mosquitoes, but it's normal when you're outside. Sadly, there are still individuals who smoke in outdoor restaurants, but the reason is not based on the facility.

Amazing place for seafood and high-quality food in general. Good ingredients like pasta from Khorosan wheat. Great assortment of fresh fish and seafood. Organic wines. Worth the price 100%. It's not just an average seafood restaurant, good food can't be cheap.

Trattoria Il Grottone is a historic and charming restaurant located in Polignano a Mare, known for its stunning views of the sea. Situated on the promenade dedicated to Domenico Modugno, this restaurant offers a seafood-based menu with delicious and fresh dishes such as grilled octopus, anchovies, seafood pasta, and prawn pasta. The atmosphere is calm and gentle, perfect for enjoying a meal while overlooking the sea cliffs.
The view is stunning! Food is also delicious, especially the grilled octopus (not pictured). We also got the anchovies, seafood pasta and a prawn pasta, all very tasty.

We had a wonderful lunch — tagliolini ai frutti di mare, perfectly cooked pasta and seafood, followed by a shared frittura that was incredibly fresh, tender, and delicious. All paired with a crisp white wine and a view to die for. Consigliatissimo! While we were there, several tourists were politely turned away — and rightly so. A note for visitors: TOURISTS, PLEASE TAKE NOTE: 1. At any respectable restaurant in Puglia, dress appropriately. Smart casual, dress modestly, no swimwear or flip flops — if it’s too hot, stay at the beach. 2. It’s a restaurant, not a café. Don’t expect to sit down just for dessert, drinks or coffee — that’s what bars are for. 3. Use cutlery. Yes, even for seafood. This isn’t a picnic - respect the local etiquette. 4. Respect the kitchen and its schedule. Lunch is from 12:30 to 2:00pm, dinner from 8:00 to 9:30pm. If you’re allowed to sit outside of these hours, treat it as a massive courtesy — especially at dinner. 5. Ideally, book your table in advance to avoid disappointment. One of the best restaurants that I have ever been in my life! I would give 10 stars out of 5!! 🤩🥰The view was amazing! Our waiter Dario was very charming, handsome, attentive, friendly and efficient! He didn’t rush us even though it was closing time and we haven’t finished our meal. He also took our orders for the desserts and coffee! We were given olive and bread before the main courses. The local olives tasted nice and intensive The orecchiette with shrimps, tomatoes and grated regional cheese was so fresh and delicious. The prices here are a lot cheaper than what you can get in the old town. I cannot believe the bad reviews. We had a wonderful meal and experience here. It’s just too cheap for what you were offered! Thank you so much to all the staffs here, essentially thanks to Dario! Our best dinning experience in Polignano al Mare! ❤️

After coming to this restaurant for my birthday every year this will be my last. I booked a table 3days before and requested a table outside near the front. They advised they have a party on that day. When we arrived we were greeted very rudely and I asked for the table which was empty he insisted the people reserved this table 4 days before me ! How would a waiter know that! He put us up the back and the entire time we were there table closer to the front remained empty even when we left. Pasta was raw and the two prawns had no meat. The wine a few splashes in a glass pathetic. Very disappointing and the rudeness of the staff. What a way to spend your birthday. Never again will I visit this restaurant! So many better ones. The view yes it’s lovely but kindness goes further…….ciao ciao

Horrible service. Stay away LE to the response: You are far off buddy. My wife and our friends (5 people) seated at your restaurant, ordered appetizers, main course and drinks. After their order was already delivered, I joined as well, entered the venue, responded to the waiter's greeting and took a seat at the table, because it was right in front of me. I was waiting for them to finish the food and wanted to have a drink meanwhile. After I told the waiter that I don't want to eat, he told me that I am not allowed to stay. He never asked if I would like a drink. I asked again, if I need to leave and he confirmed saying that this is the policy. So let me translate that from a customer point of view. At a table of 5 with a $150 order, you told me that I am not allowed to seat with MY WIFE and my friends for 10 minutes until they would have finished their lunch, and happily enjoying a drink, if you would have asked politley. Instead you told me I have to leave. Your waiter snapped, not me. That's not just poor customer service, that is just rude rude rude. Never happened to me anywhere in this world. Of course you received negative reviews from all of us. Find a different bussiness to do, that does not involve customer service.

The service was very unprofessional. I ordered a spaghetti with clams (vongole) and only got 3 on top of the spaghetti. When asking about it they dismissed it and said that’s how it’s served. The price is a bit steep for getting 3 small clams. I would not recommend this place, there are way better restaurants around. The setting by the sea is cute but this is a pure tourist trap I would avoid.

The grilled octopus tasted burnt. The seafood pasta was alright but only 2pieces of prawn was in it, the pasta and the sauce was delicious.. the service was not the best, … location is nice but depends on where do you get a table. Needs to be booked in advance. The appetizer looked and tasted nice, it was the tuna tartare.

In September, my husband and I dined at this charming restaurant set amidst an orange grove. We tried the scampi risotto with orange, the catch of the day, and lemon sorbet. While the setting is lovely, the food and service were okay. A decent choice if you’re local, but not worth a special trip.

Villa degli Aranci is a beautiful place, no doubt about it. However, our experience was quite disappointing due to the poor service. We were seated in an isolated corner of the dining room, right next to a baby stroller and a storage area where they keep seat cushions and children’s toys. It felt like we were placed in a forgotten corner. Halfway through our meal, a waiter placed a service table just inches away from ours to transport dishes — it felt intrusive and careless. After finishing our main course, we waited for 15 minutes with no staff in sight. Eventually, I had to get up and ask the manager to send someone over so we could order dessert. The food was good, and the setting is lovely, but the service was truly lacking. Sadly, we left with a negative impression despite the pote

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Villa Degli Aranci, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The prices were incredibly reasonable, making it easy to indulge in a variety of delicious offerings. What I loved most was the emphasis on sharable dishes, which encouraged us to try an assortment of flavors. Ranging from exquisite antipasti to delightful small plates, there was something for everyone to enjoy. We found ourselves sampling different bites, making it a fun and interactive dining experience. However, the standout of the evening was undoubtedly their pizza. Each slice was a perfect blend of crispy crust, fresh toppings, and mouthwatering flavors. It truly stole the show! The outdoor area added to the ambiance, offering a lovely atmosphere to enjoy our meal al fresco. The service was impeccable throughout the night; the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and eager to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. All in all, Villa Degli Aranci is a hidden gem that I can’t recommend highly enough!

Our wine and the starters were served very promptly. The octopus salad and the beetroot marinated salmon were both excellent. The main course of scampi and prawn risotto was not so great. My wife had almost no prawns in her portion and I had no scampi. When the waitress asked if everything had been good we said we gave the honest feedback. We got no apology but a few minutes later they brought my wife another portion. This one crammed full of prawns and scampi but she didn’t want to eat any more by then. We were then made to wait so long for the bill that I gave up and went to the desk to pay. It was a shame that the meal ended like that.

The food was very tasty and looked very fine, but the portions are super small for the price you pay. They charge 3€ for the service per person but for this price you do not get anything, such as olives/bread/olive oil/taralli like in all other restaurants in Puglia. Also the waiters do not want to speak english at all, not even a single word. That bothered me the most that they charge for the service but actually the service is not worth it since you really have to struggle to communicate… But the view and the ambient is nice :)

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Ristorante La Colonna. The lack of a welcoming atmosphere was evident from the moment we stepped in. To make matters worse, the waiting time was absolutely horrendous - we endured a whole hour before our dishes finally made their lackluster appearance. As if the delay wasn't bad enough, the presentation of the food was equally appalling. Instead of placing our plates in front of us like any decent restaurant would, they simply left them haphazardly next to us. I even had to serve the drinks myself. Not even the wine glasses matched. It was a clear reflection of their disregard for even basic dining etiquette. And don't even get me started on the quality of the food. The meat in particular was dry, chewy, and tasted as if it had been reheated multiple times. It was an insult to my taste buds and an affront to anyone with even a modicum of culinary standards. There was absolutely no effort made to check on the progress of our meal. It was as if they couldn't care less about whether we were enjoying our dining experience or not. The most infuriating part of it all is the stark mismatch between the price they charged and the abysmal quality of both the food and the service. This place is a prime example of false advertising and a blatant attempt to rip off unsuspecting customers. In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone against wasting their time and money at Ristorante La Colonna. The complete lack of hospitality, the excruciating waiting time, the amateurish food presentation, the abysmal quality of the dishes, and the non-existent service make it abundantly clear that this is not a place worth recommending to anyone who values a decent dining experience.

Food was ok. Staff were not great, quite disinterested and not really welcoming or happy to be there. Not sure why they would not really want guests to visit their restaurant and spend money. The female toilet was out of order and they said sorry to my wife but did not provide any other solution until we asked if we can use the male toilet! Surely basic facilities like a toilet should be fixed ? Would not return as they only thing good about it was the view.

Beautiful location. We had an assorted seafood appetizer with octopus, zucchini blossoms, shrimp, calamari, anchovies and raw salmon which were all perfectly done. My main course of grilled fish was good but did not have that the taste of being grilled. And yes, the staff was perfectly and appropriately attentive.

My trip to Ristorante La Colonna turned out to be a total debacle. I had anticipated a delightful lunch with my partner, but those hopes were crushed. The absence of a warm ambiance was palpable right from the moment we stepped in. Enduring an agonising hour of waiting was a nightmare, during which our dishes finally emerged. To compound the situation, the food's arrangement was laughable – instead of putting the plates in front of us, they thoughtlessly placed them beside us. The meat my partner opted for was a catastrophe – parched, tough, and seemingly reheated numerous times. This culinary calamity was an affront to our palates, leaving us bewildered at the existence of such a place. What aggravated matters further was the total lack of initiative to monitor the progress of our meal. It seemed as though they had no concern for whether we were having a satisfactory experience. The only consolation was the pleasing view of the sea, although this couldn't be credited to them. In summary, Ristorante La Colonna delivered the most dreadful dining encounter I've ever undergone. Starting from the nonexistent reception to the torturous wait, thoughtless food presentation, appalling meat quality, and complete indifference towards our contentment, this establishment falls egregiously short of reasonable expectations. I unequivocally discourage anyone from considering this place.

Located in the picturesque town of Polignano a Mare, Trattoria Il Cuccundeo is an Italian restaurant with a long pizza menu. The food is good and prices are reasonable, making it a great place to visit for a family meal or evening out with friends. The atmosphere is modern and stylish, and the service is excellent.
This cozy spot has a few tables indoors, a few right in front, and more seating in the piazza. It wasn’t too busy when I went, which was shocking to me, because everything was so good. They had a tasting menu for two and a la carte dishes. I went for the pizza because I could smell it outdoors. It was made quickly as there weren’t too many people there, and delivered by the chef (I think). The menu had classic dishes as well as some modern takes. They were simple and made with fresh ingredients. Service was quick, efficient, and friendly. A woman managed all the tables indoors and the 2-3 out front. Despite my limited Italian skills, we were able to communicate well. And Google translate helped me decipher the menu. Outside of fine dining, this was the best service I had. It felt like a mom and pop shop. I would definitely come back again. With a large group so we could eat all the things.

I am not sure why this restaurant does not have 5 star reviews all around, but perhaps some people had different experiences than we did. We searched all over Polignano a Mare, finding every restaurant full on a rainy October evening. The Cuccundeo had a table for three and we were more than pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was perfect: refined, yet relaxed, with calm music and impeccably friendly and informed service. We ordered the superb "delizie di casa' antipasto which we shared between three people. One of our company had a lovely tagliata, and two of us shared a zuppa di mare, which was incredibly good, and very generous. I lived in Italy for many years and have travelled all over so my very positive review is not an uninformed opinion. I am not bowled over by my first meal in Italy, in other words. It was an evening not only saved, but elevated, and the prices were very good. I will also attest to the Primitivo wine that we were served. Local and top notch. Complimenti!

Great pizza, central location – with room for service improvement We had two really good pizzas at Il Cuccundeo – well made, tasty, and definitely worth the visit. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Polignano, and the prices are fair for the quality. That said, the service could be improved. At times, 2–3 staff members were chatting among themselves while we were trying to order, which made us feel a bit overlooked. Also, it was quite windy outside, and it would’ve helped if they had secured the tablecloths, as they kept blowing up while we were eating. All in all, we’d still recommend the place – just with a small suggestion for the staff to pay a bit more attention to guests during service

Located just steps from the pedestrian area, the restaurant boasts a serene atmosphere with simple yet elegant decor. Guests are welcomed by friendly staff who provide attentive service, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.
We went for dinner at Antica Trattoria Comes on a recent evening and were pleasantly surprised by how quickly it filled up right after opening at 8:30 PM—a clear sign this beloved spot lives up to its reputation . Despite the busy scene, service was great. There was just one waiter on duty, yet he remained friendly, attentive, and efficient throughout the evening—an impressive performance under pressure . To start, we had the seafood salad, simple yet expertly fresh—letting the natural flavors shine. Next up were the seafood cavatelli and seafood risotto, both bursting with authentic, briny “flavours of the sea.” They were beautifully executed and deeply satisfying. We finished with a chocolate mousse, velvety rich and decadently deep, yet never too heavy. What truly sets this place apart is its commitment to simple local dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. If you’re in Polignano a Mare and craving honest, flavorful seafood in a charming, lively trattoria, this is a must-visit.

Writing this in English as an Italian: we got there early since we didn’t book a table and were lucky to score one of two tables that was still available. The host is super friendly and runs the place (apart from the chefs) by himself and still manages to not miss anything. The most important though - the food: it was absolutely amazing. NOT NICE TO TOURISTS! Went there with my two children and had slow service from the start. When asking for bread and such it was given after 15 minutes and not nicely. After which we decided to leave due to a not great atmosphere and limited menu but was then charged 3 euros a person for cover charge which turned out to be around 10.50 usd just for sitting down. Great, family owned restaurant. The food is very fresh, simple but extremely tasty. It’s exactly what you are searching for when you want to eat traditional seafood in Italy or at least, it’s what we are always looking for. The only slight downside is that it is not located by the sea but maybe it’s better this way. The prices are fair and the staff attitude is excellent. It’s like you are invited to an italian family dinner. The owner even offered to remove the bones from the fish, for our two year old daughter. Thank you very much and keep up the great work!

We had such a lovely dinner here! The fried sea food platter was fresh and super tasty! It has a mix of octopus, calamari, sardine and shrimp! We also really liked the pasta with tuna and aubergine dish. And the service here was wonderful too. The father takes the orders and the son cooks. They were so warm and friendly!

I'm usually too lazy to leave reviews. But guys. If you are reading this - don't search any further. Just come here, trust me. This gem is not even too hidden! Between the atmosphere, staff, food, and music - hands down, my best meal on my 2 week trip to Italy

Happy to have read the reviews. The place is genuine and down to earth. The owners are super friendly and will make sure you are happy and well served. The bacon pistachio dish was sensational

One of the best restaurants in Polignano. Very authentic atmosphere. The service was great and the dishes are very delicious. Octopus soup was amazing!

What a gem of a place! We ordered food to go from this restaurant and were absolutely blown away. It’s clearly a family-run business, with everyone involved and doing their part with heart. Even though it was super busy, everyone had a smile on their face, was eager to help, and gave great recommendations. The octopus sandwich? Out of this world. Absolute madness — in the best possible way. The food looks beautiful, tastes incredible, and is clearly made with love. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, they brought us homemade bread on the house ❤️ I honestly can’t recommend this place enough!

We had an amazing dinner with 12 people. Starters were all amazing, probably the artichokes and the octopus with onions were the best. We have been served by an amazing group of ladies and we loved the home made ice cream as well. Please, try the pasta with scampi. Absolutely delicious

Excellent sea foods tastes, Negramaro sparkling rosé wine surprise, nice vibes. Sweet panorama. the sixth star is deserved. ❤️🥂

3 out 4 dishes were ok. The grilled Octopus was chewy. Big let down as it is supposed to be fresh local produce. Wait staff were a let down.

Wonderful local food and great atmosphere with a lovely view!

Great seaside location for a quick sweet breakfast. The cream filled croissant and pistachio cream pastries are freshly made and incredibly flavorful.

This is a place that has a monopoly in the area since there are no other cafes or bars. prices like are ok enough but just that you know if you go to the washroom make sure you consume more than only 2 euros bc the owner will tell you that you have to pay this amount although by regulations she should give the access to everybody and without a charge. If she charges should be declared upfront and she should pay taxes on that. She has a very rude attitude also while explaining the amount you should have spent due to the use of the washroom. Ok the profit mindset but it’s impolite and illegal pretending something that she actually can’t. She feels entitled though because the only washroom in the area is at her cafe.
Maja G — Google review
Lovely place with good foot and beautiful views on the beach. The service is however very unfriendly and gives the impression you are not welcome there. I believe they are tired with all the tourists all day long, however it would have been nicer if they were polite.

FCAZZ E BIRR is a local Italian fast food spot with delicious focaccia and panzerotti, perfect for those who love hearty food at a budget-friendly price. The restaurant is situated in the heart of Polignano a Mare and is easily accessible by wheelchair.
We've eaten here twice as the focaccia is delicious. Such a great spot to grab a snack, perfect place for a beer in the sun while people watching. The service was great as the lady made ordering easy and understood some english. Toilets - For those who care, there's a customer toilet inside that was really clean and the door locked. Better than the public toilets in town.

All of them are amazing but my fav is the classic one with tomato and olive. Staff is always with a smile. Having a limoncello with it is priceless.

Very good foccacia. It's a very busy place so get in early for lunch and be ready to order! But food quality was very delicious

I chose this place becuse it locate near to the most beautiful beach in Polignano. We ordered two sandwiches, one with salami and second with ham. I paid 4 euro per sandwich. I don't recommend this meal. Sandwiches weren't tasty and had little integredients. If you choose this place don't choose this sandwich, you can be disappointed like me.

Meat dish restaurant
Italian restaurant
The seafood restaurant Osteria Dei Pellegrini serves fresh Mediterranean seafood dishes in a charming setting on the walls of the old Polignano a Mare village's entrance. The attentive service and a normal local cuisine is served, with very good food. The terrace in the sun offers great views over the walls, the 'Ponte Borbonico' and the central square. Super service (friendly staff) makes this an excellent spot for a meal.
Situated in the center of the town, with a sunny terrase, the restaurant is very good on services and food. We have had 3 kind of pasta(sea food and ragu) and Tagliata a Manzo, Tiramisu.Cola, water. The wine was good and not expensive. Total 79 euros.

The little town seemed overrun with tourists but we managed to get a table here late afternoon. The staff were really helpful and the food was very good. Swordfish was cooked well with a plate of decent french fries. My partner had king prawns and we shared a started of capresi, which used good ingredients. Wine was very good and not expensive. Toilets were very clean despite being in constant use.
Phil C — Google review
The food was nice, though a bit overpriced — you’re clearly paying for the location. The steak was large at 1.2kg, but far too fatty, leaving little actual quality meat for the price.
Ian B — Google review
Unfortunately, my wife, who is also from Puglia, and I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I strongly advise against going there. They're just lucky to have a central location. What a shame!
Mauro D — Google review
The food is great! The atmosphere is really good if you are outside and the service is okay! The prices are a lil bit high! I recommend this restaurant!
Kaloyan O — Google review
The food is very good, the service is extremely slow but in Italy everything is slower paced. The quality of the food is very good and fresh fish. The wine is also very good and the prices are inexpensive for Italy. Recommend.
Tamara S — Google review
Very good food. Great terrace in the sun. Super service ( friendly staff). The fresh fish looked amazing! Very fresh &tasty.
Leanne L — Google review
Food was splendid but the portion was small... Pay attention to the service fee of 3 euros per person...something peculiar to Italian restaurants ( dunno why)
