Lovely little coffee shop with outgoing and friendly staff, great place for a coffee and a book. Music is nice and chill. We visited at 3:30 on a Saturday and it was quiet and cosy. Beats Costa on price and aesthetic. Hazelnut latte is lovely 👌🏼

Sunday afternoon Cake and Coffee break at Crewe's premier Coffee Shop Rhode Island. Free WiFi, indoor and outdoor seating, Service is always excellent by the extremely friendly staff. Coffee is great my personal opinion head and shoulders above other high street brands. Sunday afternoon seems to be not so busy so easier to getting seating. Probably the best coffee house in Crewe town centre. Coffee is excellent as are the selector hot and cold snacks. Add to that the cakes and sweet treats and you've got a really good food and drink offering. The atmosphere chilled and relaxed with more gentle background music. No banging pop or rock tunes here. There's even a library and reading area where you can sit and sip away to your heart's content. This place has a very sophisticated upmarket feel usually found in much larger towns or cities. The staff are always polite and friendly and deliver a mean coffee of your choosing.

Aesthetically pleasing decor. Transports you back to your favourite childhood library in the corner of the town. The staff are friendly and prepare your coffee well. I would recommend having a matcha on the menu. The food was disappointing. Bland sandwiches with not much filling & carrot cake was dry. However, the staff prepared it well and warmed the sandwiches for us.

Lovely coffee shop with proper coffee. I’ve recently come back from 2 months in Spain, where the coffee is the best you’ve ever had - and that standard is in every coffee shop you come across. Which means that since returning to the UK every coffee I’ve had has been un-drinkable 🥴 so I’ve been reluctant to try anymore, however I’m so glad I did. The coffee here was beautiful - not bitter at all. I would (and already have) recommend a coffee here! Also a special mention for the great book exchange wall, and the little kids tables with childrens books, made our experience even better knowing we could enjoy our coffee in peace while the kids enjoyed their milkshakes and books 😊

First time we've been in here since it opened. Fantastic shop, clean and friendly atmosphere and great drinks. Will definitely be back. Really hope this stays through the Crewe town centre development as it is brilliant to see new businesses wanting to come here. Thanks!

Had lunch here with family. Really nice lunch, with fast service. I had the egg Benedict. Really nicely presented and the yolks were nice and runny. Very friendly and good value. Lunch for 3 with drinks came in at just over £30 - will be coming back!

I have just ordered from here and had eggs benedict and my partner had a bacon and sausage roll. The food here is delicious if your looking for a good eggs benedict this is definitely the place 😊

Lovely atmosphere, really great customer service! Went for breakfast while in the area, easy to find. Went for a sausage and egg sandwich and was recommended to try the phillipino rice dishes for breakfast! I'm always willing to give something a try! Must say it was delicious!!! If I'm ever back in the area I will definitely be back!!

Amazing place. Flawless food. The staff are really friendly and kind. Definitely recommended. The food is delicious, and the place is very hygienic and clean. The perfect place to go. I almost forgot to take the picture because it was so nice. The price is very competitive to other places and you definitely get what you pay for.

Absolutely delightful cafe. I had an iced latte while working on paperwork and it was amazing. The coffee was well brewed and the latte was balanced and flavored well. I had a date so I didn't eat here but the food looked well made and delicious. Worth a stop even if just looking for somewhere to sit and sip a latte while working.

Already my go-to place whenever I start craving some take out food. Good quality, good flavours, good looks and good packaging. Maybe slightly pricey but totally worth it considering it's literally the best restaurant in Crewe.

Costa coffee shops are always a good place to take a break even for the non-coffee snobs like me who just loves to have a luxury hot chocolate with one of the many small snacks to choose from. Whether it's a sit in coffee shop or a drive thru on the go caramel hot chocolate, it cannot beaten in taste

Ordered a drink to collect from the app. The collection point wasn’t marked so I got in the queue to ask. The queue moved very slowly. When I eventually got to the front I was served by Kath, the store manager. She was very abrupt in her tone and came across as quite rude. I appreciate that it was busy, but another gentleman was also helping to serve and did so with a smile.

I recently visited Costa at the retail park Crewe and was unfortunately served by Kath, who left a lasting negative impression. Her behaviour was completely unprofessional - she showed no customer service skills, courtesy, or good manners. What's even more concerning is that she consistently spoke rudely to younger staff members, often shouting at them. My friend and I were both disappointed by her behaviour towards us, and it was clear that her demeanour was not just directed at customers but also affected the rest of the staff.

Visited this Costa branch today to get some breakfast. The store looks pretty new and smart. The staff were friendly and service pretty good. Coffee and food was the same as any Costa. The only small gripe was that dirty mugs and plates were left on a number of tables and took a while to be cleaned away, meaning I had to sit next to some for a while.

Nice coffee shop, food looked good. Tables and floor clean. Staff were distracted chatting with each other and a little disorganised. Toilets are at the back of the store and were clean enough but not great. Plenty of parking available right outside. Loads of other shops in the retail park.

Absolutely awful. The lady running behind the counter was extremely rude to both staff and customers. I requested a black forest hot chocolate as displayed on the board and was rudely told that they don't have the seasonal specials in they're gone they're gone. I then ordered small hot chocolate with no cream but was charged for cream anyway. I questioned the price and was told I had to pay 50p for cream. I said I hadn't ordered cream on it and she shouted at the girl who took my order so i told her to just give me what I'd paid for. She was complaining loudly to the younger two colleagues about the shift working the previous night and how dreadful they were was abrupt with all the costumers whilst throwing crockery about. I popped in for a treat but I wish I'd made a drink at home. It would've been more enjoyable.

I had their hot chocolate, which was very nice. Furthermore, the service is quite nice. He was really polite and quick. While the ambiance is not too bad, taking takeaway is preferred.

I used to use Gourmet every time I came through Crewe station, but after tonight no more. They are supposed to shut at 21:00 during the week, I arrived at the station at 20:40 and went straight to the one at platform 5, it was shuttered already. Went to the one at platform 6 which was still open I was refused service as she had already cleaned the coffee machine because she wanted to knock off early!!! I mean it's not as if I arrived at 20:59!! I'm glad to see in the current climate for hospitality that some businesses can be extremely choosy about accepting business within published opening hours!! Disgusting!

Ordered an iced matcha latte, and they just put the powder in milk, not mixed properly so all of the powder sunk to the bottom into a thick layer. So i’ve basically got a gritty cup of milk. Nice one. £5.30

I had to change trains at Crewe yesterday. Never been there before. I grabbed an Americano and kinder/shortbread/ brownie cake. Both were fantastic. The coffee was top notch (and I am really fussy about coffee). The cake was very nice too. The young lady in the kiosk was very polite and friendly. This experience made my journey a much happier experience.

mediocre cheese and onion toastie. the cheese wasn’t real cheese but some sort of spread and only had one ring slice of onion. bread was thin and service was poor. when i was being served, the lady squished my toastie into a misshapen lump and shoved it into a paper bag. i also ordered a hot chocolate with whipped cream. whopping fiver. no whipped cream in my drink and hot chocolate powder wasn’t properly mixed. tasted increasingly watery and flavourless. not sweet enough.

Little coffee place on Platform 6 at Crewe Station. Serves lovely coffee, better than the high street chains. Staff are always polite and helpful. Not tried food but selection seemed good.

Bitter coffee and the milk was so hot it burnt the roof of my mouth. No redeeming feature and definitely not worth the price for that quality. Undrinkable.

We had a great time here over the weekend. Random day out and ended up sat in the sun drinking wine all day in there beer garden. Lovely 'holiday vibes' place with good atmosphere and nice wine. Looking forward to the new place opening, we will be returning shortly!

One of my favourite’s Italian spot. From the second I walked in, the owner made me feel like I was part of the family. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, which made the whole experience feel really personal. The staff is super attentive,always around when you need them, but not in a pushy way. They just get it right.And the food it’s always fresh. Every dish felt authentic, and you could tell it was made with quality ingredients. Overall, I really enjoyed my time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good Italian restaurant.

Considering this was the first weekend at the new venue we were blown away. The food was fabulous notably the Gorgonzola and pear starter and the lobster pasta. How lucky are we to have a restaurant like this in Sandbach!!!!!

We sat outside in the sunshine for drinks. The service was friendly & we thoroughly enjoyed sitting there, watching the world go by. It would be easy to pass the whole afternoon there with food & drinks!

Having lived in Crewe for many years this restaurant has changed names and owners a couple of times. It had been a long time since I last visited easily talking 5 years ago so decided to have a trip back and was pleasantly suprised. The decor has always been good in this restaurant and was so again. The food really was lovely, there was a really good portion size, the sauce was nice and thick and not watery (like i have had in previous thai restaurants) the flavours were just lovely. I had a yellow curry and the coconut rice with it which was beautifully fragranced, nice and sticky and just perfectly done. The staff are nice and friendly in here. The prices aren't too bad and it's never really tricky to be able to get a table here either. Easily one of the better options in Crewe and very underrated in my personal opinion.

We've had take away from here a number of times and decided to dine in for a change, and were so glad we did! Amazing food, cooked really well, each dish having the meat cooked perfectly, not dry at all, and great flavours coming through. Highly recommend the satay, vegetable spring rolls, and jungle curry, all so fresh and full on flavour! All dishes we ordered we thoroughly enjoyed though, and had clean plates all round. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Decor of the restaurant is really nice. The pricing was fair for what we got. Will definitely be coming here again in the future!

What a amazing Thai. One of the best meals we have had out. Signature king prawns were delicious, as was the red curry and the pork dumplings. Service was also great and very friendly. This place deserves more than 4.4 stars. We rate it 5. Thank you. We will be back.

Great service and great dishes. Care is clearly taken and pride in their food is clearly evident. This is by far your best option for food near Crewe Station by a country mile. Loved the Hot and Sour Soup especially. Would recommend.

I took my wife to Thai Corner in Crewe for her birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm and welcoming. The waiting staff struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our evening — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring without ever being intrusive. The food was simply outstanding — full of authentic Thai flavours, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. Every dish tasted fresh and vibrant, and you could tell a lot of love and skill went into the cooking. Considering the quality of both the food and the service, it also offered fantastic value for money. It’s rare to find a place that feels this special while still being so reasonably priced. Overall, Thai Corner delivered a truly authentic and memorable dining experience, and my wife couldn’t have been happier. We’ll definitely be returning soon — a real gem in Crewe!

Came for the lunch set menu which was superb quality with excellent service. Surprised it wasn't more busy. More people need to know about this place. Highly recommended.

Taste of the food amazing , 2 nice waitresses, who was making sure as we got everything what we need. Unfortunately, shortly after we finished our food, we started to feel strange with our stomach. First, we thought as we just ate too much, but the pain got worse, and we had other digesting problems. Like I mentioned before- taste of the food - amazing, and I would happily give 5 stars for it , as also for service, but not how you feel after you eat the food .

We had our first visit to Café on the Square yesterday as saw that they were dog friendly. Upon walking in we asked for a table and were immediately accommodated, we chose to sit outside in the spring sunshine which was lovely. The service was impeccable and the food was beautiful, we had club sandwiches and homemade cake to follow with tea and coffee. The tea was also loose leaf and came in a lovely filter pot. Will definitely be visiting again to work our way through the rest of the menu!

This little gem was a revelation. Dog friendly, vegan menu and the staff were really helpful converting the vegan breakfast to gluten free. Highly recommended

Absolutely lovely little place. I visited yesterday with my mum for a bit of lunch/ brunch. They have 2 menus: one fully vegan! I went with the vegan shakshuka and my mum had the salmon on sourdough. They make their own bread here and smoke their own salmon. The owner was so lovely! Made us feel very comfortable. We had a great lunch experience. Will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed this place, which is in a beautiful square in Sandbach, in front of the two ancient crosses. Claire, one of the staff members was outstanding with her customer care. Excellent.

So overall really good place, there was a few things which dont quite make it a 5 star tho, i had a iced coffee with an english breakfast, i requested no tomatos and mushrooms which was done correctly, beans were high quality, sausage was firm and proper not too fatty or had any gristle, however i chose poached eggs which came hard so that was disappointing, also the bacon for me should of been a lot crisper but was still tasty, sourdough was lovely, hash brown was definitely the star of the breakfast, service was above average but not absolutely amazing, servers were very accommodating and friendly though, overall its a 4/5 for me.

What a super little cafe situated on the square across from the Crosses. We had a full breakfast and coffee. Everything was delicious and well presented. We have booked again for an afternoon tea that we’re really looking forward to. The food is all freshly cooked and locally sourced. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Lovely tearoom. Can imagine it gets busy and with only a few tables, booking might be wise. Popped in Saturday lunch and lucky to get a spot. Good menu and reasonable prices. Had the ham sandwich. Very nice. Saw the afternoon teas coming out which looked nice. Will try a piece of cake next time.

Nice big teapot for two, breakfast was a medium but was really filling, scrambled eggs given as a replacement for fried egg. Friendly staff. We didn’t have desert but a lot of people were popping in for cakes which are clearly a local hit

Brilliant cafe with lovely food and fantastic friendly service! We came here for brunch, I went for cheese and mushroom omlette with chips and beans. The omelette was delicious, cooked really well, nice and fluffy with a good amount of mushroom and cheese. The chips were cooked well, not too oily, and the beans were really tasty, too. My wife went for the 'pick your own' breakfast. She got two eggs, a sausage, 2 bacon, 2 hashbrowns, mushrooms, and 2 white toast. She said it was all cooked really well and tasted delicious. We both really enjoyed it, and also like how friendly and efficient the staff were. It's table service, you find your seat, menus are on the tables, and they come round to take your order and bring the food and drinks to you. I then went to the till toward the back to pay, where they take cash or card. Highly recommend coming here, I know we will be going back for sure!

Food was great but not sure that the price we paid matches the menu. Charged £15.50 but had two Breakfast rolls, one at £4.50 and one at £4.00, a mug of tea at £1.80 and a latte at £2.50. This equals £12.80 so where did the extra £2.20 charge come in?

My Nephew took me here, for a breakfast, on December 24th. They were due to close but were happy to serve 3 of us. I was so pleased that all their Breakfast items were tasty 😀 many places serve up watery Sausages and Mushrooms? 🥴 The Price was very reasonable too. The Pantree is on my list of 'will definitely re-visit' (It takes a lot to get on my list, as I'm fussed about hygiene and quality )

I live local and frequently pop into the cafe, I can't recommend this lovely cafe enough, the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble,super friendly lovely girls, and the food just WOW !!!!!! Well what can I say? I'm sure I'm not alone when I say you can't get a good breakfast at very many places. Let alone a great breakfast, friendly staff, amazing cakes and all in a lovely setting. Heinz sauce, butter on the toast, actual real life butter. Overall an absolute hidden gem I wish we knew about sooner.

12 minutes waiting at the drive through for one small coffee. Mid day on a Thursday not exactly peak time. Two cars in front one which didn’t move for about 8 of those minutes. And they messed up my order. How about for a Starbucks next to a train station a little more urgency!

Wish I could give no stars. Yet another bad experience. Slow service. Staff who seem embarrassed to speak to customers. Oblivious to the noise on the customer's side of the counter and make no attempt to speak up so you don't have to keep saying 'pardon'. As usual only one person making drinks whilst the second machine (and a second member of staff) stand around like spare parts. Ordered to drink in but they 'ran out of cups'. Seriously? You haven't run out at all. You just haven't bothered clearing the tables. Won't be wasting my time and money here again.

I’ve been a regular customer at the Crewe Weston Road Starbucks for several months, but I’ve finally had enough. The staff are consistently unwelcoming, unfriendly, and seem completely uninterested in offering even basic customer service. No smiles, no warmth — just a sense that serving customers is a chore. It’s a real shame, as the environment could be so much more pleasant with just a little effort from the team. I won’t be returning.

As lovely as usual. Staff, one guy, is smart enough to recognize my face while all of them can't take the time to tell me what products are our of stock before starting making my order in person. The latte and cappuccino forth is as big as the Himalaya and it shouldn't be like this. It shows the coffee culture is totally broken.

Always a good experience when I come to this Starbucks, I often order on the mobile app and know to go to the pick up point at the end of the bar. Staff are always lovely and polite when passing over my drinks. There isn’t many other Starbucks I’d go to now!

Ebony is an asset to Starbucks, what excellent customer service and care demonstrated while we were visiting Starbucks on Weston Road. Ebony went above and beyond to ensure I had the best set up while I was breastfeeding my daughter and moving me to a table when one became available that wasn’t by the door to ensure my daughter wasn’t in a draft. While we had our drinks you could see her taking her job seriously and trying to ensure everyone she came into contact with left having the best experience! Great work Ebony, thank you!

The atmosphere used to be calm and pleasant. Since pets are allowed, it just doesn’t feel the same anymore. Some separation between dining and animals would’ve been appreciated.

Visited this place for breakfast. It was the worst I've ever had!! Ordered a full english breakfast and new to the menu and the most expensive dish, stacked pancakes with maple syrup and bacon. Sounds nice right? They were clearly old, the woman working there thought they didn't have any and then found some after a good few minutes rummaging through the fridge/freezer that was located on the main cafe floor. I was shocked for what I was served. 3 dry warmed pancakes. One of them was burnt so placed at the bottom of the stack thinking I wouldn't notice. 3 thick rashes of backed bacon not the expected streaky for this kind of dish. Then rather than serving maple syrup as advertised i was given treacle!! It was awful. The full English breakfast appeared to look nice but the sausage was the worst my husband said he'd ever tasted. He said they were really cheap and he couldn't eat them. The bacon was also really fatty and just okay. The coffee was really nice. I would not recommend nor would I return

Called in this morning (Sunday) for four breakfasts. Service was great, the lady who served us couldn't have been more friendly or efficient. The cooked breakfasts were great, cooked well, presented well, went down a treat. Plenty of choice on the menu. Prices very reasonable. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Just ignore the last rather suspicious review deliberately designed to upset you. You have served Sandbach so amazingly - particularly since the first day of the first lockdown when you were making over 40 deliveries a day - baking, providing all manner of produce, even going to the shops to buy other items for those who were shielding/isolating, working well into the night. You have a lovely venue and you are always welcoming and eager to please. The range of cakes/doughnuts is mouthwatering as can be seen in your photos and your menu has a wide range of food suitable for all!

We've had light, mid-morning snacks and full lunches at Gibsons and the food has been excellent whenever we have been there. The service is always friendly and helpful. I would happily recommend Gibsons to anyone looking for food in Sandbach.

Gibsons' is a wonderful little independent deli-cafe-greengrocer. The eat-in breakfasts/lunches offer a good range of options (I'm vegetarian, plus I always see vegan and gluten-free options too), with homemade and locally sourced items. Cakes, pastries and donuts are a real treat, with Gibsons' own-blend coffee. They clearly really care about both customers and staff, and their sensible covid precautions are a good example of this; I feel safe and respected each time I visit. There's also a very flexible & bespoke fruit+veg+extras delivery service from here, which is extremely helpful to me.

Lovely family run cafe, all the food and drink we’ve tried has always been fresh and delicious. Really wonderful service, all the staff always make such a fuss of my little girl as well so it’s become our little haven for a weekly coffee date, highly recommended

I really like this place. There's a big garden centre with so much choices. There's a butchers and shop with local products and there's a coffee shop. We used to be regulars here for breakfasts but recently the quality of breakfast isn't the same for some reason. I hope that'll change again.

Chose from the breakfast offer of building your own at a fixed price per item. Picked 2 poached eggs on toast. The toast was nice & thick but had to ask for more butter as it dry dry dry. The eggs were very small & overdone too so unfortunately we were a bit disappointed to start with Later we had a cherry scone which was excellent, freshly made,large with a good amount of fruit Good friendly service I will be back & will try something different next time

Called in there on Saturday 9/8/25 @ 1100 am we meet friends there about 5 times a year I ordered 2 bacon rolls 2 lattes and a tea.I Was told in not a very polite manner that the bacon rolls would be 25-30 mins I said that’s okay approx 10 mins later a elderly lady smacked the two bacon rolls on our table and left without a word well that’s confusing I thought where is our drinks ?? Then a few minutes later a young waiter arrived with our drinks she was pleasant and polite. This is not the service we usually get the lady taking the orders and the lady serving the rolls were quite rude. !!! Furthermore the place was quite dirty lots of food and crayons on the floor around us and my wife said she could not use the ladies as it was filthy. we May have to consider a different venue in future when going for a coffee with friends. !!!!

The cafe staff didn't seem very welcoming, we were served by an older lady with dark hair with fringe. We ordered a large hot chocolate which seemed to come in a small cup, the hot chocolate was scorching hot could not drink it, it just seemed like they just put boiling water and no milk. The drink was tasteless and too expensive, waste of money. Will be the first and last time coming here.

Convenient to get a coffee before meeting you someone at Leighton hospital. Extra 50p for oat milk is a rip off, will make sure I will bring my own if I call again.

Friendly staff and speedy service in the cafe. Unfortunately with all the doors and windows open in the summer and being next to all the flowers and plants a constant battle with wasps is a very annoying situation that increases when your trying to eat your food. In the winter customers constantly leave the door wide open so wasps in the summer and a freezing draft in the winter. Perhaps a rethink is needed.

Called as I saw some garden furniture on their website, spoke to a really helpful, cheerful man who called me back quickly after finding out the information required and delivery time scale. Ordered and delivered in 2 days. Fantastic service and people !

Nice cafe inside the crew station. We got ourselves coffee and egg cheese bun. It’s was a quick bite and serves well for change of train and passing time in between.

I decided to treat myself to a coffee and one of the delicious looking bacon rolls at Crewe this morning. The Illustration of a fresh crusty roll filled with juicy bacon was so tempting. When I got to my train, I was presented with something that looked like it had been in an incinerator. The coffee I ordered, a cortado (off menu but just asked for equal amounts of espresso and steamed milk) also tasted burnt. Hopefully not the beans but I suspect over extracted. As I was already on my train, I wasn't able to go back and sadly left upset and disheartened on this glum, wet Friday morning.

Sharon was super helpful at Crewe Station in the early hours of the morning at Pumpkin Cafe. She was very patient & speedy with my breakfast order & was extra not rushing with my awkward tired self. Food was piping hot & hit the spot. Would definitely recommend her & will visit her again. Thanks Sharon! :-)

Lovely fresh order, very pleased with it and Helen and Hannah were both friendly and attentive.

Absolutely horrible smell in the place. Staff just looked like they couldn’t be bothered and place was in dire need of a paint and refresh. My eyes are stinging with the smell. Have to endure it as the only positive is their plugs work so I had to recharge my phone in there instead of the slightly less smelly waiting room which plugs didn’t work at all.

The lady who works the morning shift is an absolute credit to this place. 05:30 in the morning and always has a smile and makes the food and drink with care. Lovely way to start the day. The food is nice and the coffee is great

Traditional tea room. Breakfast served until 11.30, then lunch until 4. Not licensed, but good range of coffee, tea and soft drinks. Limited menu but all home made and ingredients locally sourced. The sandwiches,toasties, baked potato and oatcakes are good. Service is friendly and helpful. The big problem is parking. Not many spaces, cramped and no good offsite alternatives.

We really liked Betley Tea room when we called in for coffee and cake. They serve Chatwin's teacakes, and have a good selection of cakes. We didn't try any of the savoury food but it looked like a good menu. You can reserve tables, which looked like it was worth doing at the weekend.

Food cannot be knocked, but you can’t go wrong with 2 jacket potatoes and a ham & cheese salad bap to takeaway. However £24.78 I feel is extortionate. Very overpriced.

Booked via telephone for a belated mother's day afternoon tea 4 days before. Arrived to a reserved table, but the staff didn't know we had booked for afternoon tea. They refused to honour the booking, didn't offer an apology and were really abrupt in their approach. Such as shame as we've had afternoon tea there before and it was lovely. Will not be returning.

Lovely family run business, using locally sourced produce. We stopped by chance for a light lunch (jacket potato for one and an egg sandwich for another). Great food and beautifully presented. Brilliant that they do loose tea that taste so much better than teabags. There were a wide selection of scones and cakes, but we were too full to enjoy these, so a further visit is required. Friendly and efficient staff. Would definitely recommend, but check opening hours and perhaps call to reserve a table during busy times.

Headed in for a coffee while I had my car cleaned. No real atmosphere but the coffee was alright. Saw on the main sign outside costa coffee but that’s nothing to do with the cafe. Instead there is a costa coffee machine, so don’t go to the cafe expecting a costa 🤣🤣

It’s 1pm on a Sunday and I stood in the queue for 20 minutes. There were 4 people (3 orders) in front of me. The woman serving had ZERO urgency about herself. No smile, no hello, no apology or explanation. Another customer told me they were under staffed! Looking around I count 14 tables with plates and cups left on with no customers. Nobody cleaning tables. Drinks were literally poured and dumped on a tray so heavy handed. Presentation = 0 stars! Latte tastes as thin as a flat white! I should have paid the extra 50p and gone to Costa!

For the price it's not worth it... Recommended to go to Morrisons for a "meal". I'm on a carnivore diet and requested: Sausage, eggs and bacon. Expecting them to bring out 2 of each item, I got this instead. The sausage is solid, over cooked and very chewy. The bacon and egg was alright. Service with a smile, can't knock them for that, but I will have to say I won't be coming to eat here again, especially for the cost of a coffee as well... Picture of receipt and food above.

There's usually only one person who does everything, preparing coffees, take orders,.etc. it's quite a busy cafe in the morning, they should have two people at the front. Then you get a cappuccino without any passion depending on your race.

If zero stars was an option this would be it. How can a jacket potato take over an hour to cook and serve!!! Some families waiting similar timeframes for beans on toast! Waitresses seem to lack any drive for customer service or quick delivery. If a chef can't deliver on simple menus then it's time to get new staff!

One hour wait for two Jacket potatoes, the menu is extremely basic and yet everyone around us also waited an hour for their food. Not sure how it's rated 4 stars.

Lovely, bright interior with friendly staff. All the food is delicious. The salad bar and specials stand out. All the food is prepared and cooked in house. Salads are varied and imaginative. Two of us had lunch, cake and 2 drinks each, all for under £20

Alright store but my review is to point out it needs more appreciation for the workers. Was having a horrendous day and then on Victoria centre road a car flew at me as I was walking up to the shop and completely nearly ended me until… one of the mesmerising staff with bleached blonde hair ran to my rescue and managed to pull me out of the darkness and into the light, he then proceeded to tell me his dog just died and he had to come into work anyway, I hope you know if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t of been able to my very much needed weakly shop and I wouldn’t be writing this review right this minute, please have some mercy for this courageous soul.

My review is for George at Asda Crewe and not the main supermarket store. I only go to George a handful of times a year. It’s well laid out and always appears to be clean and tidy. The fact that you can still try clothes on is great as other supermarkets have stopped this. However, the past few times I’ve gone to the store I’ve encountered a lady called Vicky. Vicky is rude, has no customer service skills and seems like she really doesn’t want to be there. You can usually hear her shouting something to other members of staff across the store and even though I was forced to step aside for her to pass there was thank you.

Certain staff are rude and miserable. I have stopped using this store now because every cashier over a certain age is cantankerous and miserable, one even walked away when I questioned a damaged item in my trolley. Will never set foot in this hell hole again.

I went to pick up my parcels, the ladywho was working, she was so rude and araggent. I am sorry if you are tired it's not my problem you shouldn't be the way you were with customers, rude and not very nice I won't buy anymore from there.

Aldi is consistently cheaper week in week out so forget Asda roll back as some items not on roll back are increased, one item I noticed was nearly doubled in price, staff are rude, avoid.

I left my Ray bans in the self service checkout,went back and the goddess had them at customer service.Very happy to get them back.Thank you.

The view is amazing overlooking a pond. The staff is really friendly. Tried their cappuccino and flat white, wasn’t the best coffee. I saw a lot of people ordering hot chocolate and ice cream, they seemed like regulars so maybe that would’ve been a better choice. The inside was too loud to sit in, outside seating available and was comfortable. Average prices.

Park Life Café is inside the beautiful Queen's Park which is a quiet, well-maintained and beautiful park at Crewe. It's a wonderful place to chill out with family, friends and pets on the weekends. I have been there several times and always enjoyed my coffee in the midst of the natural surroundings. The food and lovely ambience makes this place worthwhile not one but multiple visits !

What a view! My daughter loved the bubblegum flavoured ice cream, and their hot chocolate is the best I have ever had!

Great spot for brunch/breakfast. They had more than enough options available for me and my partner. Heavily recommend the pancakes and the smoothies, we were both blown away by the service, value and shop itself. 10/10

We tried this place as we wanted a quality Turkish mixed grill and omg did we get one. The service is amazing, the venue is very clean and the food is also amazing. Very good value and a very good meal. Infact I don't think I have ever had a Turkish mixed grill as good. I will be deffo coming back again.

Would definitely recommend if you want some high quality Turkish food in Crewe.

Visited for the first time today and very impressed. Nice and welcoming, quick service and the food was great. The toppings on a jacket potato were generous and the salad was very good. We had backlava afterwards which were very good. Very fair prices too. The Turkish menu looks very interesting too, I’ll definitely be back to try more.

Visited on a weekday evening around 7pm. Was quiet at the time. Really like the decor and the vibe. Owner was away but the staff were very friendly and gave us the menu and took our order. We ordered Falafel, mixed grill and chicken beyti. Owner came by after we done the order and check if everything was okay with us. Food came out very quickly and it was amazing. Good portion size as well. Value for the money. Definitely visiting again to try more Turkish food. Highly recommended this place.

Visited Riminis today and would recommend . Food was served quickly and it was all freshly made and we was kindly given breads share with sauce to start. I recommend the lamb chops big hearty portion and delicious definitely worth the price. Staff were helpful and efficient.

This cafe is always the same evey time I've been dirty tables full of plates not cleaned up, just have some one on tables morrisons, not rocket science, food was good but having to clean a table before you sit down is not acceptable.

Lady on counter Saturday 13 September 2025 absolute useless, we waited ages in queue for latte, no coffee beans left, machine broke, had to wait ten mins for machine to be fixed, my toddler at this point upset. Absolute shambles. Absolute tosh. Worst service received in ages.

I have been here 3 times for the ultimate breakfast for £7, great value, nice staff. And the food was warm and tasty, the only problem I have is they will only give you one sachet of sauce. When I asked for another they said you are only allowed one

I waited at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be served, but there was no staff. I sat down at a (dirty) table for another 5 minutes but again no staff to be seen. In hindsight, I'm glad that I wasn't served because the place was filthy - despite there only being a few customers.

Came in for breakfast, Sunday morning. Only one coffee machine in use, however, staff friendly, food tasty, and it came out in good time.

This cafe is part of the YMCA in Crewe. My friend and I met for breakfast there. It was excellent and good value. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We're going back in a couple of weeks.

Been today with my partner and friend. Because I'm on a special diet, I'm not allowed white bread. Asked if I could have brown bread and her polite reply was that they didn't have any other bread but could she offer me a ciabatta or a toasted tea cake - no thank you. There is a huge selection of breads downstairs in the bakery so why is the cafe not catering for everyone? I ended up going with the white bread but I dont think it's right.

I would like to say a big thank you to Sonia and the coffee shop staff for their kindness shown to me today 7th March 25 at lunchtime. I attend their coffee shop 2 or 3 x times a week and these last couple of visits I’ve had a couple of problems with my M and S credit card not being accepted! Most embarrassing for me and indeed I’m mindful I’m holding up the queue! Sonia today got me my coffee and even though the card was declined she insisted I have my coffee! I got home and rang M and S helpline and I’m assured it’s activated and I won’t have any a more issues. A big big thank you to Sonia and the staff at M and S. Ten out of ten thank you 🙏

Not bad my vist to Crewe M&S but they don't seem to be bothered about the costumers they hade in crewe Town over the years because they won't to move out of town to Basford not on all they won't is costumers from new builds up there and people moving from south it sod the local town people

Nice food and drinks but staff not at good at clearing tables, didn’t appear short staffed and even when no queue they were only bringing out orders and not clearing tables. At least 8 tables were full with trays of used crockery on Saturday.

M & S near Hanley wow the food section brilliant. Clothes, always shopped in Marks but as I am getting older finding less and less to fit and buy.

Absolute coffee heaven at Big Mug in Crewe! From the moment I walked in, the aroma of freshly ground beans welcomed me. The baristas are true artists who take pride in each cup they craft. I tried their signature latte with house-made vanilla syrup and it was perfectly balanced - rich without being bitter. The cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating makes it ideal for both quick pit stops and longer work sessions. Their home made cakes are baked fresh daily and complement the coffee beautifully. They also have vegan cakes. Big Mug has quickly become my go-to spot in Crewe for quality coffee and exceptional service.

First time at Big Mugs and was worth the wait. I had a flat white and the lemon drizzle cake (home made) both were lovely. Large space with a lot of local art for sale and games at each table. Small but perfectly formed menu which included hot and cold drinks, cakes and paninis. Loyalty card with 1 drink free for every 6 purchased. Better than the chains. Great to support a local coffee house.

Stop by for a warm welcome, a delicious Americano made by a Coffeecionado. Recommend the light bite bacon roll in Ciabatta.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the young lady that served me this morning at Big Mugs. I didn’t get her name but her customer service was exemplary! Extremely polite, very professional and her smile was infectious. I am in the area on business (and will be regularly, so I have found my new favourite coffee shop.) I ordered a black Americano, toast with jam and raspberry shortbread, all of which were perfect. They coffee was lovely, the toast thick and hot, jam was super tasty and choice of cakes… amazing. The best thing was how reasonable the prices were! I needed a receipt for work and nothing was an issue for her and the young man she was working with. They were both very friendly, courteous and made me (as a new customer) feel very welcome. The place itself was spotless and great ambience. I will 100% be returning (especially now she handed me a loyalty card with my first stamp.) I didn’t get her name but thank you so much for the fantastic service, I look forward to returning.

Lovely new addition to Crewe - great selection of drinks, cakes & coffee. Huge bonus that it's dog friendly. We were warmly welcomed & the atmosphere was lovely. Will be back soon - only recommendation would be to increase the food options for lunchtime visits.

My favorite coffee and tea place! They also have the best smoothies with awesome ingredients. My go-to is their decaf coffee, a matcha tea, the Jenkins (flapjacks), and the powerhouse smoothie. Sometimes I cave and get a brownie 😁 They're also always so kind and friendly to talk to. Delivery has also always been amazing and fresh too! Wish I found this place sooner.

What a hidden little Gem! Very welcoming staff from the moment of entry. Beautifully smooth coffee, I had the special What a pickle Bagel, which was really tasty. The atmosphere is so relaxed seeing another customer in bare feet just shows how comfortable this place makes you feel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - food was so good I forgot to take a picture

Afternoon tea🤩🤩🤩 This is something to definitely try out. I ordered this for myself and a few friends and it went down a treat. From start to finish the experience that Jen and Paul provided was exceptional. Very easy to order and they even went above and beyond with dietary requirements. The packaging was in keeping with the cafe, delivery on time, food was delicious and a good sized portion for one. You wont go hungry. A perfect treat for small parties if you dont have the time to cater, picnics in the garden, long walks or a gift for mothers day or a birthday treat. You wont be disappointed, get your orders in😊

This is a lovely place, on the main complex it has two areas. It has three ponds by the offices and a further four at the top. The top in particular provides a lovely leisurely walk with lots to see. Being a member of the club allows you to fish in several other waters. I have been a member for the past four years and enjoy going there very much.

This is a former commercial fishery, which is run by Bay Malton Angling club. With great assistance from the owner. There are 7 pools on the complex spread over some 40 acres. The fishery is well kept and accessible by disabled anglers. There is an onsite cafe open most days through summer. There are disabled toilet facilities. A good mixed course fishery. Members and (paying )guests only.

Only had a drink so cannot comment on the food although it looked good. Excellent prices. Staff lovely and friendly, will definitely go back and try the food.
